Agent was very responsive, super easy and fast to communicate with. My issue was resolved literally within a minute. Thank you very much for a trouble-free service! Sure I can find a use for my promo subscription though. Glad website has this option.

I was very confused because the online experience was very misleading. Then I spoke to your employee named Tucker the man and with a few statements all of my worries disappeared. Guy needs a raise in money ;). Rocket Lawyer is alright! But Tucker is excellent.

Rocket Lawyer was a quick and easy way to get a simple document created. I recommend it for legal documents that need to be on file for businesses. I did not access the Ask a Lawyer feature but I imagine that service is useful for people whose documents present questions that go beyond the business owner's expertise.

Customer service was great and expeditious. I was offered a couple other plans that didn’t fit my needs at this time. In the end the plan was cancelled without any hesitation and with ease. Thank you very much! I would recommend Rocket Lawyer to others.

I had the opportunity to chat with Andrew H. He was very helpful in canceling my subscription. He also gave me some information that I can still download my document if I need to reference it. He gave me a some other deals in living wills and so forth if I was interested in. I told him I would keep this in mind. Rocket Lawyer will sign you up for the “free 7 day trial” and NEVER send you any further information regarding your account. You will then be “upgraded” to the premium membership at $39.99 per month. Again, poor communication. I was upgraded without being notified further of the upgrade. I did ask a legal question, it was not answered in the 7 day trial period, and was never answered after paying for 7 months of the upgraded membership. When I went to cancel, the process was easy, but they only refunded me 1 month for the unanswered question, and kept using the excuse of being a “consumer website” and the initial email is all they will send after you sign up…which only informs you that you indeed signed up. I would 0/0 recommend this service to my worst enemy!

I was charged just under $40.00 on my Visa--this was not a charge I made. I was helped by Tori--who could not have been kinder or more helpful. I really appreciate that she seemed to be genuinely concerned and worked very hard to correct this theft. Tori gets a bonus in my opinion.

Used RL for non-profit assistance for **. The process did not seem intrusive at all. I felt comfortable with RL handling my legal needs. I will continue to use RL for my legal documents. The personal interaction with various employees was excellent. RL really knows the customer service process. I wish more company had the same attitude as RL regarding customer service standards. Thumbs up all day long.

Justina was great! I messages because I wanted to cancel my service. She provided me with a cheaper option but was not pushy about it. When I expressed that I was not interested in the 1$ a month option she cancelled for me quickly which I appreciated.

I had a question about getting a Nevada court letter for me as the personal representative for my deceased parents' estate. I received a prompt response recommending I consult with an attorney. I figured as much. Didn't really give me any new information I didn't already know.

I needed a POA form and the gal at the bank pulled one in from RL. She completed the document for me, telling me I could cancel during the trial period. After learning about your services, I will definitely use you in the future. For now I needed to cancel, so called the toll-free number and spoke to Tucker. He was great, issued a refund, but told me of additional services you offer. Again, I hope to use you in the near future. Tucker was very polite and knowledgeable.

I was very lucky to get Anna who was so patient with me as I was very confused. We were able to get the issue resolved. I really appreciate her taking the time to make sure I understood what was happening.

I was completely ticked off that I was restricted to 600 characters. I spent 30 minutes composing and editing a letter in legal terms the attorney can immediately get. I'm a certified NALA paralegal. If I had been allowed to lay everything out organized in a way to get us to the point within the first 30 seconds would save everyone time. Was pissed off by the 600 character restriction!!!

The program worked great. It was very easy to cancel when I decided I no longer needed the program. I would definitely use it again if I need legal forms. I used it in a real estate transaction. The forms I needed were very easy to make.

Quick and user friendly service, would recommend for anyone needing a simple legal agreement. Easy to log in and to navigate. My customer service representative, Linda **, listened to my concerns and immediately offered access to a special promotion of a deeply discounted rate of $7/month to retain full access to all the business documents (in addition to all the personal legal documents) and she guaranteed me that the special promotional rate would stay locked for the life of my subscription, which to me was worth investing the $7/month to have access to.

I will definitely use RockLawyer again. I was faced with a family emergency and needed Power Of Attorney immediately. I wanted to cancel my membership. Andrew offered me a couple of other good options, but I decided that I still wanted to cancel. Andrew was not at all pushy and went ahead and cancelled my membership, informing me that my free account would still be active and that I could upgrade in the future if desired.

I called in to dispute a charge for a membership I did not mean to subscribe to. Colton was awesome in explaining to me how it may have happened inadvertently on my part. He was able to request the refund and actually offered me another membership with a lower monthly fee that would allow our landscaping company to access more documents but we went ahead and reverted back to the plan I've had for years now. The call was only 7 minutes short which is AMAZING for customer service. He was pleasant, helpful and professional. Thanks so much for having an employee such as Colton!!!

While using the site I found it to be very helpful. All documents are easily found and are explained clearly. I had no problem finding the form I searched for and had no difficulty when it came to printing it for my records.

We needed a Unanimous consent document right away and did not have time to go to attorney's office. We were able to print and sign by shareholders within 15 minutes. The feature for inputting shareholders email to get signatures is a real time saver. The step by step prompts made the whole experience easier than expected.

The RocketLawyer product was not as helpful as I had hoped but in responding to my request to cancel the service Andrew was a model service representative: offering alternatives to cancellation but understanding the customer's desires and ultimately carrying them out without being overly pushy or repetitive. He literally epitomized what I would look for in a customer service agent. Kudos to him and to RocketLaywer for hiring him.

I used Rocket Lawyer to create a simple Power of Attorney and Will. The format was perfect for my needs at this time. When I called to discontinue the billing, the customer service rep did a very nice job on the phone informing me of my options. He was professional and efficient. I ran into this company while searching for a durable power of attorney form online. RocketLawyer was the most easiest site to access what I needed. I used my trial to create an apartment lease. I liked the user interface and found easy to use the forms. On the downside - the contract didn't include some options that I was interested to see, and custom modification was offered in HTML, which is not the most friendly format. It seems it is great for basics but doesn't go beyond. I liked the option to consult a lawyer, I got an answer some time next day which is normal, although I needed advice urgently, but I understand the limitation of the service.

I expected a little more structure around the experience. Some of this process feels very unpolished. When applying for LLC, I received a phone call from a Rocket Lawyer rep 3x within 1 hour while I was on a conference call, I was not expecting a call and assumed it was urgent. The rep also had no voicemail greeting. It made me spend time to confirm Rocket Lawyer was a reputable business and not a scam/call center. Also, the EIN process was not included in the dashboard and I was not expecting to have that whole process happen via email, and missed the contact attempt. Feels very disjointed. Lastly, reached out for help and assumed to have a chat experience where I could message an agent directly, or something more integrated but instead just got an email form with a very short max char limit. This service feels like it was launched in the early 2000s.

The website wouldn’t let me cancel my membership alone. I had to contact the chat center. I Cancelled the account since I no longer have a need for legal documents and review. He was courteous, kind and offered me great deals to keep membership going but I have no need for them at this time.

We were in a situation because a former employee signed up for the monthly subscription without our knowledge. As a nonprofit, we appreciate the service, but also did not budget for this particular service. I never bother to write reviews. However, the insurance claim process with Asurion has been the most painful and difficult experience I have had with an insurance company hands down. It is well worth my time to warn other people about it. The amount of time it took with phone calls, using Asurion's website and the back and forth with Verizon took at least 10 hours of my work time up. One of the Asurion techs even hung up on me.

On the first day of the Premium Trial, after completing input on my third document (Business Plan), a window popped up prompting me to pay $39.95. I was unable to print or export the document using the Actions widget until I paid the $39.95. Earlier, while working on my first document, I backed out without completing it, and started again. Perhaps your system counted this attempt, causing me to go over the trial limit of 3 documents. It might be helpful to tell first-time users that starting a document and then abandoning it will count toward the trial limit. I called support and was refunded $39.99 by a very helpful representative, Kerri. Your website is well-organized and attractive. I think that a 4-page Business Plan is inadequate, after I provided all the information requested.
