I have been waiting for a while for EIN documents. Called today to follow up and Sabrina was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. She apologized for the delay and immediately forwarded my documents packet with EIN to me via email.

I noticed 2 charges on my credit card and realized that I had 2 accounts with Rocket Lawyer. Andrew H. assisted me with cancelling (downgrading) one of my accounts and explained that because I had created a legal document on one account, that I needed to downgrade in order to still have access. I had a wonderful call from start to finish. It was so remarkable that at the end of the call, I asked the rep (Kylee ** Extension **) if there is any supervisor I could speak with or any survey I could fill out to let her bosses know what a terrific job she did listening to, articulating back, and resolving my issue fully and completely. I worked in customer service for years and I know how rare it is to find someone so competent that the customer starts out upset at the company and ends up delighted and feeling good feelings toward the company. That was the case for me today. I called, upset that I had been charged for services that I was not aware of (and that were not technically possible because we are using another registered agent), and Kylee listened, understood, put me on hold, and came back with a clearly articulated and totally fair and reasonable solution.

I originally called in to cancel my free trial. I pressed the number in which the recording asked me to. I was then placed on hold after a short while with silence. I repeatedly said HELLO then was hung up on. I called back, a very nice sweet gentleman helped me cancel my free trial.

Used the sight to compose Transfer upon Death document. The navigation of the sight was very user friendly. Customer support in the chat was efficient. Online contact with lawyer was very prompt. Document printed with ease.

Disappointed to find that the one document I paid for turned into a 39.99 mo membership. Canceling was done professionally via chat. Not sure I will use this service again, but friendly service on the chat.

I was unsure of the wording in the document pertaining to my business, so I decided to take more time to think about what the document should say. I checked the box for free trial and realized that I would be billed monthly. I then contacted an agent, Andrew, who was very helpful in cancelling the trial membership. He gave me peace of mind.

When I explained my situation to Danielle, she was extremely polite and said that she would help to resolve my problem. I explained that Rocket Law had been charging my account since March 2022 in the amount of $39.99 per month for a service that I wasn't using and that I wanted a refund. She said that she understood and told me depending on my bank I could expect a refund in 7-10 days.

It took no time at all to complete my needed forms. The templates were neat and orderly. It took less time than was figured and the peace of mind was reassuring. It would have been very time consuming and expensive to hire a lawyer. This was done faster and less expensive while still being accurate. Fast and Easy!

The document wizard was easy to use and questions were answered the next day which was good. The legal checklist for the Durable Power of Attorney is labeled as General Power of Attorney. I am assuming Durable and General are the same, however the title of the checklist should be updated to reflect the same name to rule out any confusion.

It was fairly easy to download and write a lease agreement to use for a rental property that I have. It was also easy to cancel my subscription by calling their customer service line. I spoke to Danielle and she was very helpful.

I used Rocket Lawyer to design a Promissory Note contract that was ultimately not executed as the person found other means of financing. I already have a will, trust and power of attorney which have been in place since 2009. I do not have any need for a monthly service at this time. Andrew ** was very efficient and provided the cancellation of my monthly contract.

I logged on after normal business hours to downgrade my subscription, not really expecting to get a hold of anyone. Not only did a get a response but my issues were quickly resolved, followed by emails confirming the changes that were made.

Affidavit of Heirs for inheritance of home. The process was very easy and the form was well laid out. I went with the free trial but elected not to continue the membership. I may possibly sign up in the future. Customer service was excellent.

The customer service has patient listened, repeat everything back to me, made sure that he understood what I needed and he let me know the timeframe of which I could hear back. It was very friendly and it really made the experience with Rocket work.

I was determined to cancel my Rocket Lawyer membership but my customer service rep Justina convinced me it made more sense to stick with the $1 promotion basic plan -- it made sense in case I ever needed to access more docs in the future. The ability to upload your own docs and have it signed is a major plus, and the main reason why I stayed.

I spoke with Andrew about getting a refund for the monthly fee because I live on a very small income and I could not afford the cost although I wanted to keep my access to Rocket Lawyer and Andrew was so helpful. He gave me a refund and he also offered to lower the monthly fee so I could keep my membership to Rocket Lawyer. I highly recommend this service.

She was very kind to refund 3 months of payment since I was not utilizing my subscription since the beginning of this year and I had totally forget that I needed to cancel. I've been waiting 3 months to get paid for services rendered, but the production required a specific employment agreement, which I'd never worked with before. They sent me examples of what they needed, but it would have taken forever to recreate them and fill them out. Enter Rocket Lawyer! I found exactly what I needed on the Rocket Lawyer website and filled out the form with easy to follow instructions. In order to download my new document, I joined the free trial membership. Once the production approved my new agreement, I cancelled my trial membership with absolutely no fuss whatsoever. However, if I require further legal forms, I will gladly return. I was able to create the needed document and print it. When I wanted to cancel the free trial I went to the chat and the agent was very nice and helpful in helping me stop the free trial. She offered a reduced rate to remain with Rocket Lawyer, but I declined as I didn't need the service.

I purchased a couple of documents from Rocket Lawyer's website and it was fast and easy. Unbeknownst to me I accidently signed up for a monthly service to access legal documents. I didn't notice for a couple of months that my credit card was being charged for this service. I called their customer service number and spoke to Danielle. Not only was she very pleasant she agreed to cancel the service and give me a refund for the last 2 months with out any hassle. Truly top notch customer service.

I used a free trial and ended up getting billed for multiple months I was unaware of, when I received my bank statement I immediately called and this gentleman took care of me very easily and professionally. Easy and pain free.

The service is subpar when compared to LegalZoom or Prime Corporate Services. SLAs were not met and communication has been sparse at best. Am still waiting on incorporation documents 8 business days after submitting the request. Also still awaiting a related response from a Rocket attorney.

I had tried to cancel my trial and must have not completed it and was charged. So on the day I was charged I asked for the cancellation and refund and received it. I'm very happy with the customer service and if I do decide to have an account like this, I will go to Rocket Lawyer.

My bank account was charged 49.99 and I did not know why. Upon calling your number Tory was quick to let me know the situation. She then listened and understood my concern. Rocket Lawyer was a quick and easy way to get a simple document created. I recommend it for legal documents that need to be on file for businesses. I did not access the Ask a Lawyer feature but I imagine that service is useful for people whose documents present questions that go beyond the business owner's expertise.

Rocket Lawyer will sign you up for the “free 7 day trial” and NEVER send you any further information regarding your account. You will then be “upgraded” to the premium membership at $39.99 per month. Again, poor communication. I was upgraded without being notified further of the upgrade. I did ask a legal question, it was not answered in the 7 day trial period, and was never answered after paying for 7 months of the upgraded membership. When I went to cancel, the process was easy, but they only refunded me 1 month for the unanswered question, and kept using the excuse of being a “consumer website” and the initial email is all they will send after you sign up…which only informs you that you indeed signed up. I would 0/0 recommend this service to my worst enemy!
