I was trying to find a template for a rental agreement and this was super easy to follow and allowed me to create something that I can use in the future. It was also very easy to contact customer support with any questions I had about my membership.

I needed to generate power of attorney for my parents. Rocket Lawyer form database made this process easier than I expected. Answer select questions, document auto fills information, print, sign. That easy! After I was finished with the service, I downgraded my subscription to $1 per month to sustain access to personal information. Simple and affordable!

I needed to call this morning and make a change to my account. The associate who assisted me was very helpful, understood my needs and took care of it to my satisfaction promptly. I was confident in the resolution. Thanks so much!

It's wrong to offer a free document service and then require a membership fee in order to print the document. Also, a character/word requirement to leave a review is ridiculous. It makes one not want to give a review. Very satisfied with customer service.

I use them to start businesses, make random forms for business and life, and general stuff they do. Never had trouble with the services, I have never had trouble getting a real human to talk to on the phone, and I have never had trouble with billing. Overall, IMHO they're as good as any similar service, and they are fair.

I needed to make a quick legal document to send with my parents when they took my kids out of town for vacation. I used Rocket Lawyer's free trial to draft a document. The form asked for all the information to write it up properly without confusing legal jargon. No issues with cancelling the free trial afterward. I would use Rocket Lawyer in the future for other documents if needed. The "incentive" considered for providing this review was just that I used the free trial so technically I received a free product/service. I was not paid/incentivized otherwise.

Lauren was very friendly and helped me downgrade my subscription and issued a refund. When I called Rocket Lawyer my call was answered quickly by Lauren. She understood that I had thought I’d already cancelled, but checked and saw that I hadn’t. She took care of everything.

When I called about ending my free trial today and spoke to Tucker, he was very pleasant and eager to help. I had asked him about other plan options available in the likelihood I wanted/needed another legal document down the road. He was knowledgeable and provided guidance without being pushy or "salesy".

I used the free trial opportunity from RocketLawyer to draft a legal letter to an alleged creditor and then cancelled the free trial. The experience was beneficial and hassle-free. If I had the need for periodic or on-going legal services, I would definitely use RocketLawyer on a subscription basis.

I needed to create a power of attorney for my wife because of changes in her mental health and consequent move to a care facility. I accessed the Rocket Lawyer site and filled out and printed the form. This went very smoothly. I only needed this one form so I paid my $5 and then cancelled my Rocket Lawyer service the next day. Somehow the cancellation did not go through and I noticed a monthly billing on my credit card. I called the number on the credit card statement and reached Linda, who is a very pleasant and helpful person. I joined Rocket Lawyer hoping to create a sales contract with amortization table and was able to easily do that with the exact terms I needed. I was also hoping to create our wills, but they seemed a bit more complicated than the service could handle. In all fairness, I did not consult RL to see if I needed to do something different from what I was doing in order to accomplish my goals. I cancelled the service just 1 day after the trial ended and Justina in Customer Service quickly and efficiently refunded the monthly charge and ended my subscription. All in all the service was great for an easy legal document.

Danielle was very polite and helpful she explained how I got enrolled in premium membership and when I asked for a refund she provided as a courtesy she also canceled my subscription and assured I will not be charged again. Thanks Danielle.

Rocket Lawyer was very simple to use. They use standard legal forms, as do all attorneys, and allow you to interject specifics in the areas allowed. In the areas that need filled in by the client they guide you with understandable terms so when you type the needed information you feel confident about what you are doing. That's it and they do the rest. At the end you save/print and the legal doc is finished with your own personalization. Very effective, quick and simple to use. Justina was amazing to work with as well and guided me through some of the finishing touches. Thank you for all of the help, savings on local attorney fees and confidence that my legal document was completed successfully.

Requested refund and cancelation of automatic charge. Agent was very helpful and addressed my need completely. A very pleasant experience. Should the need arise again, because of this quality service I would use Rocket Lawyer again. I would recommend that automatic enrollment be dropped and that charges only be made when authorized and understood by the client.

I signed up for their premium membership in Jan 2023 and was a member for 4 months. I cancelled my membership because of their false promises. They promise that as a premium member legal documents will be reviewed by attorneys in 24 hours. I submitted a document for review and the attorney didn't even read the document. I clarified the changes I had made and after that didn't hear back from them. I reached out to customer support who promised that someone will get back to me within 2 days and no one got back even after a week. Multiple mails to them have been ignored. At this point I feel like such a fool having wasted $160 on their subscription plan with nothing in return.

I lost out on $500 because their attorney took over 6 weeks to NOT to file my divorce. I was trying to get it filed in my county but instead, my soon to be ex husband filed faster in his county an hour away. So, now I have to travel there for all court hearings! I ended up firing him and losing $500 out of my retainer. The other attorney they had, would not answer the phone or call back. I tried for 3 weeks. I canceled and they didn’t cared. Just refunded me one month membership fee. Stay away from them if you need a lawyer! Customer service is a joke

My experience with Michael B. needs to be valued as a 5 out of 5 stars. Our first talk on the phone he sold me the Premium Annual and also the Rocket Tax. Because no one showed up for the Tax and the deadline was nearing, I had to make a decision to hire someone else for the Tax return. Michael B. helped me to get a refund for the Tax 2023 purchase. He's always friendly, has patience, and service-focused. Thank you Michael B.! About the Premium Annual: because I've a legal background (international) these docs are really helpful with my LLC. What I've seen from the lawyers... I must admit it's a different approach then in Europe, though the answers could be improved somehow, when you ask a question that's hitting the core.

Talked with Michael ** who was very knowledgeable and extremely professional and helped me greatly in setting up an LLC I was working on. His follow-up with emails was outstanding and I will continue to use Rocket Lawyer for my future legal needs.

I’ve been really pleased with Rocket Lawyer. They offer a great service for creating personal documents at a very reasonable price. I haven’t experience the full array of services they offer but based on what I have used I’m sure it’s excellent.
