Your employee did a great job explaining why I was charged $39.99. The charge was made on 02-June and I downgraded to the free account on 03-June. She took the necessary steps to issue a full credit and explained that it could take 7 to 10 days before I see the credit. She also stated I may see it sooner. Again, your employee did an outstanding job and I departed the call feeling that my question was answered and a full credit will be received. Thank You! James

Andrew was very helpful, professional and efficient. He helped me to downgrade my plan and was quick in handling my concerns. He ensured that I can cancel at any time and advised me that my card would be charged today as well as the amount of the charge. He also asked for permission to send me an email confirmation.

I used the free trial opportunity from RocketLawyer to draft a legal letter to an alleged creditor and then cancelled the free trial. The experience was beneficial and hassle-free. If I had the need for periodic or on-going legal services, I would definitely use RocketLawyer on a subscription basis.

I needed to create a power of attorney for my wife because of changes in her mental health and consequent move to a care facility. I accessed the Rocket Lawyer site and filled out and printed the form. This went very smoothly. I only needed this one form so I paid my $5 and then cancelled my Rocket Lawyer service the next day. Somehow the cancellation did not go through and I noticed a monthly billing on my credit card. I called the number on the credit card statement and reached Linda, who is a very pleasant and helpful person. I explained the situation and Linda immediately said she would issue a refund and cancel my account. No hassle whatsoever.

Very responsive, personable phone etiquette, quick to resolve issue. Signed up for what I thought was the $7 program, but it signed me up for premium which is almost $40 a month. They refunded the $39.99, and changed it to the $7 program immediately.

I was being charged twice each month. Lauren straightened out very nicely. Turned out I had two accounts under two emails; she reduced one membership to a free account so I could excess any documents there, refunded for the double billing and left my main account open. Very satisfied.

Wide selection of pre-formed legal documents. Reasonable price. Be sure to cancel subscription if you only need the one document. I used a prenuptial. My lawyer could not find fault with it, and she tried. Excellent for real estate transactions too.

I joined Rocket Lawyer hoping to create a sales contract with amortization table and was able to easily do that with the exact terms I needed. I was also hoping to create our wills, but they seemed a bit more complicated than the service could handle. In all fairness, I did not consult RL to see if I needed to do something different from what I was doing in order to accomplish my goals. I cancelled the service just 1 day after the trial ended and Justina in Customer Service quickly and efficiently refunded the monthly charge and ended my subscription. All in all the service was great for an easy legal document.

In the areas that need filled in by the client they guide you with understandable terms so when you type the needed information you feel confident about what you are doing. Requested refund and cancelation of automatic charge. Agent was very helpful and addressed my need completely. A very pleasant experience. Should the need arise again, because of this quality service I would use Rocket Lawyer again. I would recommend that automatic enrollment be dropped and that charges only be made when authorized and understood by the client.

I signed up for their premium membership in Jan 2023 and was a member for 4 months. I cancelled my membership because of their false promises. They promise that as a premium member legal documents will be reviewed by attorneys in 24 hours. I submitted a document for review and the attorney didn't even read the document. I clarified the changes I had made and after that didn't hear back from them. I reached out to customer support who promised that someone will get back to me within 2 days and no one got back even after a week. Multiple mails to them have been ignored. At this point I feel like such a fool having wasted $160 on their subscription plan with nothing in return.

I lost out on $500 because their attorney took over 6 weeks to NOT to file my divorce. I was trying to get it filed in my county but instead, my soon to be ex husband filed faster in his county an hour away. So, now I have to travel there for all court hearings! I ended up firing him and losing $500 out of my retainer. The other attorney they had, would not answer the phone or call back. I tried for 3 weeks. I canceled and they didn’t cared. Just refunded me one month membership fee. Stay away from them if you need a lawyer! Customer service is a joke

My experience with Michael B. needs to be valued as a 5 out of 5 stars. Our first talk on the phone he sold me the Premium Annual and also the Rocket Tax. Because no one showed up for the Tax and the deadline was nearing, I had to make a decision to hire someone else for the Tax return. Michael B. helped me to get a refund for the Tax 2023 purchase. He's always friendly, has patience, and service-focused. Thank you Michael B.! About the Premium Annual: because I've a legal background (international) these docs are really helpful with my LLC. What I've seen from the lawyers... I must admit it's a different approach then in Europe, though the answers could be improved somehow, when you ask a question that's hitting the core.

Talked with Michael ** who was very knowledgeable and extremely professional and helped me greatly in setting up an LLC I was working on. His follow-up with emails was outstanding and I will continue to use Rocket Lawyer for my future legal needs.

My preference to not get your membership was ignored, misinformation was provided on multiple times, and I bounced and was fumbled around between unhelpful and uninformed agents. I had a wonderful call from start to finish. It was so remarkable that at the end of the call, I asked the rep (Kylee ** Extension **) if there is any supervisor I could speak with or any survey I could fill out to let her bosses know what a terrific job she did listening to, articulating back, and resolving my issue fully and completely. I called, upset that I had been charged for services that I was not aware of (and that were not technically possible because we are using another registered agent), and Kylee listened, understood, put me on hold, and came back with a clearly articulated and totally fair and reasonable solution.

I originally called in to cancel my free trial. I pressed the number in which the recording asked me to. I was then placed on hold after a short while with silence. I repeatedly said HELLO then was hung up on. I called back, a very nice sweet gentleman helped me cancel my free trial.

When I explained my situation to Danielle, she was extremely polite and said that she would help to resolve my problem. I explained that Rocket Law had been charging my account since March 2022 in the amount of $39.99 per month for a service that I wasn't using and that I wanted a refund. She said that she understood and told me depending on my bank I could expect a refund in 7-10 days.

It took no time at all to complete my needed forms. The templates were neat and orderly. It took less time than was figured and the peace of mind was reassuring. It would have been very time consuming and expensive to hire a lawyer. This was done faster and less expensive while still being accurate. Fast and Easy!

The document wizard was easy to use and questions were answered the next day which was good. The legal checklist for the Durable Power of Attorney is labeled as General Power of Attorney. I am assuming Durable and General are the same, however the title of the checklist should be updated to reflect the same name to rule out any confusion.
