I was so impressed with this service. I will be resigning up later this year for my own business. I was not expecting the process to be so simple and I was just looking for a layout/design for an employee handbook for my employer. I basically got a completed handbook that only needed a couple of company specific details to enter. Unbelievable! You saved me and my employer so much time and money! Then, when I called the customer service department the agent, Linda, was the nicest most helpful person. No joke, it was the most helpful experience I've ever had and I was calling to cancel my 7 day trial. And she was still unbelievably helpful!

Kristina was a knowledge and pleasant rep who gave me valuable information for future use, and also informed me of the various plans that were available for my legal needs. We needed a POA and the service at Rocket Lawyer was exactly what we needed. I called into get a copy of some paperwork. The the team at Rocket Lawyer was super helpful. I appreciate the ability of the representative to locate my file. She was super responsive and helpful to my needs. If I had to contact them again about any issues in the future I’ll be happy to.

Justina helped me downgrade my subscription to a free membership. She did let me know about the special offers. I used your tool just to get started on estate planning. Since I'm so new at this, I'm a little nervous to keep a monthly subscription without consulting my advisors first. Your tools were easy to use and easy to understand. Randy helped me downgrade from a $39.99 a month to a $7 a month plan. He did not pressure me in any way. He said if I need lawyer assistance, I can upgrade in the future. I like Rocket Lawyer because I can get what I need when I need it.

Great app. I used it for a contract that was made quick and I was able to print asap. The requirement to choose a plan or package right away was the only disadvantage. As I only needed this once, the free trial was perfect. For anyone actually creating contracts, this program has it all.

I appreciated Andrew's ability to handle making the needed adjustment to my billing settings. Unfortunately I couldn’t find an order number for this but I entered my membership number. This week has not been the best week by a long shot and to see that $239.99 charge on my account after I had cancelled on the day it was due just sank my heart! This young lady was beyond perfect to me! Unfortunately, I did to her what some of my clients do to me….talk forever and not buy, but then continue to talk about whatever. We all have things to do after a certain point. She was beyond understanding, she knew what I was going through and gave me support and things I needed to hear and even offered interesting takes on things I could do to help my family and honor my brother….Today is his first birthday since we suddenly lost him last year almost to the day.

Customer service very to the point and exceptionally helpful. The document program is easy to access and understand. The documents are excellent. The website is easy to navigate. The price points for services are reasonable. This site is better and easier to use than other sites I have used in the past.

I think the format could be more legible. The phone number at one section was cut off and placed onto a second line. There were run on words. The numeric address was left out at one section. One of the signing page was separated onto another page. These are the reason of why I unsubscribed.

Honestly, this wasn’t a bad experience I signed up for a seven day trial only because I needed to get a nondisclosure agreement document and I did that very easily with no money down. I think it’s bogus that you have to talk to an agent to cancel your membership. That being said the agent, Andrew H was awesome. Very quick responses. Also, I find it strange that when you cancel during your trial. Your trial ends.

I recently drafted a document and was having a problem printing. I called the technical service and within a couple minutes I had my problem solved. I'm not attorney and only use this for my personal documents. Today was my first day using this and was happy with the results.

Honestly didn't need to keep a lawyer on retainer. $40/ month was too much money for me - I didn't need the service, and didn't remember authorizing Rocket Lawyer to to continue to bill me that much every month. I originally signed up for a trial membership and called to cancel and was talked into some other plan that was supposed to be $5 and I was not going to be charged anymore. I contact an agent so they can help me out to cancel my account on time before they charged my account and Andrew was really helpful. He was able to do the changes and cancel my membership just on time before they charge a fee of 39.99 for the monthly services. He also was making sure to offer me other services without have a membership which was cool and more affordable for me.

I have never heard of Rocket Lawyer before but when I read about them online, I was impressed and I used their website to create an operating agreement and it was a wonderful experience. I have recommended their website to friends that might need to create documents on their own.

I wanted to end my free trial and downgrade my account without being charged. Justina responded quickly and helped me accomplish this with no issue. I chatted with Andrew today to cancel my free trial membership and learned that my 7 day trial expired yesterday and that my trial membership had automatically converted to a paid membership and that I had already been charged $39.99 for the first month. My fault, I thought, for missing that deadline. However, Andrew helped me out by refunding my $39.99 and informing me of options to keep my membership active at a much lower rate. He was truly professional and is an asset to Rocket Lawyer as a representative of their company. I'll definitely use them again if the need arises.

I was unable to use it however because of a health issue that hit right after filling it out. I downgraded my account. Well at least I thought I did. I was reviewing my credit card charges and realized I was billed 40$. Kristina was courteous, and very helpful during our exchange. Kristina didn't waste any time, she found my profile by looking up my name. She canceled the account and was able to issue a refund of the amount charged.

Our company decided not to pursue the document updates further at this time, so I needed to cancel the membership. Justina was very thorough in my options, offered me a couple of alternate membership plans, but was respectful of our decision to follow through on the downgrade. Justina gets an A++++ for superb customer service.

I had an issue with the fee I was paying. I did not receive the service requested and failed to cancel the premium service to revert back to the basic plan.
