It was ok. Not very flexible. Didn't like that they used "single" or "married." Sometime not both of the married people are on the contract. It took a lot more work to create than it should've. Contracts need more flexibilities. I did like that it was on Word. I already have Legal Shield which is cheaper and does things better as far as legal advice. They don't have a cool contract builder like Rocket Lawyer. Will definitely use again.

Lauren helped me delete my account and delete my credit card so I don't ever get billed. She was nice and I appreciate that she took care of me. Now I don't have to worry about getting billed for something that was advertised to be free in the first place.

The reason for the 3 stars is because this is the only option I have to provide feedback about your website trial. First, Lauren J. did a terrific job answering my questions (at 6 a.m., no less!) She was knowledgeable, and responded quickly - love that! However, while the trial is a great tool for newcomers, I was disappointed to learn that final downloadable files are no longer editable after the free trial ends.

Raabi'a was very helpful when I contacted her with my issue and efficiently resolved my problem in minutes. I had an idle account being charged for a year and upon my discovery I was able to resolve the issue with your keen customer service representative was able to help me through the process to identify and resolve the issue. Other US companies could learn a thing or two from you; employing actual humans to answer the phone and help customers is very valuable and Raabi'a was a real pro.

McKenna was incredibly helpful when I made several calls to reach a sales rep and was not successful. She was able to help me with my account by finding a solution and making our phone call quick and efficient. I will continue to use Rocket Lawyer for my legal agreement needs!

So far my experience has been good. However, I am still waiting for the lawyer to make contact and hope I have a good experience with that process as well. I am 80 years old, not very computer literate. I responded to you offer of a free TOD deed and encountered difficulties because of the way my computer is set up. First, the deal that we were trying to set up, fell through and has been put on hold for 4-6 months. I did not want to pay for a membership at $40/month to keep in a holding pattern. Second, I was looking at setting up an LLC in Utah. The Operating Agreement was great, loved the easy way to fill in the blanks and make the choices. However, the Operating Agreement is just the agreement between the partners. The steps for the real setup include the preparation of the Articles of Organization, and possibly the Amended Articles of Organization. Rocket does not have these.

In addition to the corporate resolution, I also needed the Notary's jurat which I was not able to find on the website. Other than that, it was exactly what was advertised and I was able to download the document. I ended up not subscribing because I don't need to create documents very often.

My experience with Rocket Law was great. It was the start for several contracts. For the more complex agreements, I did have to use a lawyer but the lawyer had some of the work already done that I started with Rocket Law. Overall, excellent experience. When I have had to call in, everyone has been super knowledgeable and friendly. I have used it for 6 months and will definitely come back when the need is there. I don't usually fill out surveys but for Rocket Law, I did.

I didn't have time time to see if the product was something that would be used enough for our company & missed the 7 day cancellation deadline by one day. But they refunded me and the process went smoothly, they were courteous and very helpful in explaining their other plans.

Having an been in legal for over 40 years it's easy to fill in the blanks. I've formed an LLC and now I've created my estate docs. These are necessary and most often fearful docs, but Rocket Lawyer made it easy for me to complete. With the checklist attached to each document, I know what next steps that need to happen. Even having some idea of the law, it is great to be able to "Ask a Lawyer" for clarification before finalizing documents.

I the Letter of Intent as a good guide. And then took a look at the Purchasing Contract examples. I found them to be easy to use. Explanations were available when needed. Will use this website again if I need to. When I was through with the paperwork, it was easy to cancel.

Thank you for your assistance. I received a $225 late fee assessment from the State of California - I pride myself in paying my bills on time. Apparently, there was required to file a specific form prior to a specific date. The problem was I was unaware of the requirement. The representative I spoke with was very knowledgeable. She was pleasant to speak with and informed me that I could continue to keep a downgraded Rocket Lawyer account for only $1.00 per month which I agreed to accept. Also she was able to help me reset my account password. She instructed me to open Rocket Lawyer and then she took me through the steps to change my password.

She resolved an issue that I created myself without hesitation. She also informed me that I will be able to access my saved forms even if I downgrade the service. I worked with Justina ** today. She is absolutely fabulous. She provided me with great service. She was extremely thorough and she was very friendly. It was just an overall amazing experience working with her. Please hire more representatives just like Justina. She should be included as someone who speaks to your new employees.

I was (seemingly) not able to change the invite recipient from the original NDA document I copied. Working with Raabi'a she talked me through the (not so intuitive) process of getting the issue resolved - i.e. edit the 'copied' invite list. She was most pleasant, professionally conversational and addressed my challenge. She made sure I could repeat the process as well as ensuring I had no other items of concern/questions before completing the session.

I was signed up for premium and did not realize that I signed up for this account. I was charged for the last 3 months and I cannot afford these charges. I called in to cancel and get a refund because I do not use this subscription at all and I have not used it once. Jo-Jo was very helpful, understanding and kind. I would leave her a 5 star, my experience with Rocket Lawyer before this would be no stars because it was awful that I was automatically signed up for this. So for these reasons, I’m leaving a 3 star.

Justina was a great help. Answered my questions quickly, and was very easy to understand. She was the final deciding factor to make me sign up for an account! While the wait time was a bit long to reach someone in the chat, the quality of service received was worth it.

There is no unsubscribe button to cancel the subscription, the fee was charging in pending on Sun, Nov 12. We called Rocket Lawyer customer service, Kristian took care of the issue right away. We will keep our member and re-active in the future with Rocketlawyer.

Drafting our Corporate Annual Meeting Minutes. The online process as provided by Rocket Lawyer was easy and we will utilize the system in the future again. In addition any other legal form as needed we will use the online system as provided. We have used Rocket Lawyer for an legal form previous.

I was in need of a quick bill of sale for FL and found it in Rocket Lawyer. They had a vast amount of documentation and in my case, it was more of a one-time type of deal. I was able to produce and save the document I needed and all was good. Today, I contacted Customer Service to cancel my paid subscription, and Danielle was very professional and friendly in processing my cancellation. The great thing is that I still have free access to their site and the document I created and if I'm ever in need of more of their products, I can easily upgrade my account to whichever level I feel will serve my purposes best. I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Rocket Lawyer. I subscribed to their service with the expectation of receiving accurate legal guidance, but my experience has been disappointing. I submitted a legal question, and the response I received from the assigned lawyer did not meet my expectations. After seeking assistance from customer service, I was promised a different lawyer would address my concern. Unfortunately, this did not happen, and subsequent responses were also inadequate.

I contacted Dee with an issue with regard to State of Delaware tax bill and the wrong address. She was courteous and focused and really listened to the problem I had. She asked probing questions to ensure she understood the issue. Put me on a brief hold to talk with her supervisor and then came back with a resolution to my issue. She is clearly an outstanding representative of your company and is the reason that I will stay with your company and recommend it to other professional colleagues. Dee ** rocks!

He was courteous, even when I was really mad about the situation, but he took care of it in timely manner while I was telling him how frustrated I was, great customer service! Definitely, if I didn’t want to cancel, would have referred because of him, he deserve a raise for acting, so Kindly and knows his job very well.

He went above and beyond and didn't give up until he figured out what the problem was. I have never had such great cust serv with any other company. Everyone could use a lesson from him. I tried Rocket Lawyer today and because I won't be really needing it asked the Customer Service for a termination of the 7-day free trial. Justina M, the customer care specialist was very quick to respond on the online chat feature and took care of it for me within literally two minutes. She offered me a very reasonable priced monthly plan if I chose to stay on but also honored my request to terminate the trial without further ado. She also made sure my questions were fully answered, and reassured me that the trial is indeed ended with no hidden charges. I was very pleased with the service.
