It was ok. Not very flexible. Didn't like that they used "single" or "married." Sometime not both of the married people are on the contract. It took a lot more work to create than it should've. Contracts need more flexibilities. I did like that it was on Word. I already have Legal Shield which is cheaper and does things better as far as legal advice. They don't have a cool contract builder like Rocket Lawyer. Will definitely use again.

Lauren helped me delete my account and delete my credit card so I don't ever get billed. She was nice and I appreciate that she took care of me. Now I don't have to worry about getting billed for something that was advertised to be free in the first place.

The reason for the 3 stars is because this is the only option I have to provide feedback about your website trial. First, Lauren J. did a terrific job answering my questions (at 6 a.m., no less!) She was knowledgeable, and responded quickly - love that! However, while the trial is a great tool for newcomers, I was disappointed to learn that final downloadable files are no longer editable after the free trial ends.

Raabi'a was very helpful when I contacted her with my issue and efficiently resolved my problem in minutes. I had an idle account being charged for a year and upon my discovery I was able to resolve the issue with your keen customer service representative was able to help me through the process to identify and resolve the issue. Other US companies could learn a thing or two from you; employing actual humans to answer the phone and help customers is very valuable and Raabi'a was a real pro.

McKenna was incredibly helpful when I made several calls to reach a sales rep and was not successful. She was able to help me with my account by finding a solution and making our phone call quick and efficient. I will continue to use Rocket Lawyer for my legal agreement needs!

Ms. ** was a great help with refunding 2 months of my card being charged without my knowing. Her customer service skills couldn't be any better ☺️. I called the number on my bank statement hoping to get to the bottom of everything and she filled me in and we were able to get everything sorted out. Rocket Lawyer is a very convenient way to sort out legal matters.

I appreciated the crisp dialogue that captured all aspects of my consulting project. To sign the deal, the signatory changed at the last minute. A phone call to Rocket Lab worked with me. That help sped my necessary touch-ups. And the email ping-pong from the original signer to the new signer kept the contracting dialogue going smoothly.

Jacob was very helpful with coaching me through how to navigate the website better and gave me multiple recommendations for the problem I was facing. He was polite, patient, understanding, and I felt like he truly cared and wanted to help me solve my problem by pointing me to a simple solution and then providing a backup solution in case I hit another roadblock.

So far my experience has been good. However, I am still waiting for the lawyer to make contact and hope I have a good experience with that process as well. The person I spoke with was professional and patient. Rocket Lawyer answered my questions in a timely manner and would recommend this service to handle all your legal issues.

I am 80 years old, not very computer literate. I responded to you offer of a free TOD deed and encountered difficulties because of the way my computer is set up. I called your customer assistance number and reached Raabi'a who was extraordinarily patient and helpful in guiding me through the needed steps to complete the form and obtain it on my printer. This for a free form! I cannot praise enough her kind tone and attitude. I used the live chat feature to take care of my issue. Justina took great care of me! She got me changed from the $40 plan to the $1/month plan in a jiffy! The service is very useful if you have need for creation of legal documents.

Thought I would have a difficult time to cancel Free 7 day trial but to my pleasant surprise it went very smoothly, Kristina was pleasant and offered $1.00 a month I refused and she never gave me any pressure to keep membership. I accidentally created a 2nd account - the website is not intuitive, I would say. Not quite user friendly. Sarah helped me figure out which account is associated with which email, downgrade the extra account and keep the original account and the new documents. The refund was processed without delay. My experience was really good. Rocket Lawyer was quick and efficient. I got several quotes for dissolution services and Rocket Lawyer price was the best especially since dissolving a company in CA is free. I will recommend and use them again. I also encourage those seeking legal business advice to always get price quotes and make sure the customer service is up to par. I can also say that Rocket Lawyer kept me in the loop the whole step of the way via email correspondence.

I had questions regarding the email I received regarding downloading our account to premium annual which we had no knowledge about. Ms ** was able to efficiently explain and answer my questions and verify my account closed as previously requested due to the death of a member and no business ever conducted.

She was very helpful and gave me a full refund easily! No questions asked. She just refunded the amount and changed my account status. Very simple process! I had been charged a monthly fee when I had initially cancelled my monthly subscription and calling in the get the charge reversed was quick and painless.

I had to set up a lease agreement. It was easy and simple, Rocket lawyer is awesome. Kristina help me with logistics, she walked me through completing my rental agreement, in January 2024 I will start my small business handyman service and will need a LLC. I will definitely call Rocket lawyer back to handle this situation.

Raabi was extremely helpful and professional. Raabi offered additional subscription options and was very accommodating of my request to cancel. I did consider the lower option service because I liked Raabi's attitude throughout the process. I will consider Rocket Lawyer for my future needs, should they arise. I don't have anything additional that I can provide to my feedback. This is frustrating that I want to provide Raabi with the positive feedback that she deserves and now I am not as happy with Rocket Lawyer.

Document preparation was convenient and was not complicated. The trial offer was a nice introduction to the services offered, but I don’t really have a need for a monthly account.
