I signed into my Rocket Lawyer account to cancel my monthly subscription. The service from Rocket Lawyer is excellent. I used it to prepare a Transfer on Death Deed for my residence. This was the last document I needed to complete my estate paperwork. I felt I didn't need to spend $39.99 per month for the comprehensive legal services offered through my subscription. As part of the cancelation online, I was offered a chat with a representative, Keely **. She explained a different plan at a much lower rate that I might be interested in. I was very glad to have that information. I switched to the lower cost plan that meets my current needs. No high pressure or sales pitch. Just the relevant information. Quick and easy.

I contacted Rocket Lawyer because I was unable to access a previous account and subsequently had to establish a new account with a 7-day free trial. Keely was very pleasant and professional. She helped me locate the previous account and cancelled that account and activated the new 7-day trial account as a $1 monthly fee account as requested. Thank you for the great customer service.

I had searched the Rocket Lawyer website looking for some documents and along the way received a great education. As it turned out I had a billing question and called the 877 number. I was able to get the problem worked out and getting a refund. Rocket Lawyer is a very good resource for legal advice, documents, and education.

Susie was very professional with my membership refund request for 8/21/ and 9/21 premium member fees as I cancelled the subscription for one document I received after I used the service to obtain one documents on 8/14/20 during the 7 day trial. I cancelled the membership before the 7 day trial ended. I don't know why the cancellation action was not processed.

Helpful information, made me realize I needed to see an Estate Planner. I have an appointment with one and have started to get all my information ready to meet with him. The information on Rocket Lawyer was helpful if you have a very small estate and if you have children to leave it to. We have neither.

I trialed their service. While I was unaware of the trial upgrading automatically to $40/mth. When I noticed the bill I contacted them and told them I did not want the service or approve of the bill. Their customer service responded to my complaint almost immediately and refunded the money with zero issues. Way to go Rocket Lawyer for being an upstanding company.

I logged onto many sites and didn't like them, but when I got into Rocketlawyer.com, OMG the site was very easy to access and apps extremely easy to work with in regard to understanding and processing legal documents. This site offered a free trial run and future membership that I have joined.. I called and actually spoke with Kylee in Customer Service, who was very patience and answered all my questions making my final decision to become a member complete.. I love it when I get a human voice opposed to a robot...

I called in because I thought I was only purchasing a one time doc but noticed on my banking statement I had been charged a full monthly membership fee. I spoke with Belle who immediately corrected the issue but also offered a full refund of the monthly fee I had been charged in addition to the doc fee. A1 customer service and very knowledgeable!

Contract is detailed and easy to understand. The laws governing construction contracts are included. All requirements are included and specific. Details of the contract are mentioned and quite easy to follow.

I searched for free standard forms and up pops Rocket. They said I had to put in all my credit data, but wouldn't be charged. I'm a 80 yr old senior citizen with a wife that's fragile so I am busy and poor. When I got to my card account audit I found they "lost" my cancellation and have charged a healthy amount every month, until I just canceled my card six months later. I've read 'Rocket's' Pablum responses for all to many customers who were scammed same as me. Yeah, I should have caught them sooner!

My husband bought the pig to incorporate a business to open back in April. It is now almost July. We have paid all the hefty fees associated with the "cheap fees" it should cost to do a Corp with this company. So far we have emailed, left voice mails and received not one document that we can use to verify we have a corporation. I have not gotten a call back or an email. This company is ridiculous! I would have been better off doing it myself!! Now I have wasted valuable time, and I am on hold as I cannot proceed with another company because they have submitted the corporate name. So far that is all they have done. That leads me to this review. As of this morning I have left three voicemails and two emails in 2 months!?!? Anyone and everyone know what and why this is acceptable?? Move on

Velma called from Rocket Lawyer today after receiving my origin review. She ensured me that the employee in question would receive needed training and apologized for my experience. I was highly impressed with her kindness and professionalism and because of this, I have updated my star rating. Rocket Lawyer takes customer service and reviews seriously and I greatly appreciate their efforts.

Updated on 06/02/2020: Still trying to get my refund after over a month. I am tired of Rocket Lawyer. I want to inform anyone who is trying to start a business to avoid using them. I changed my mind on having them file my DBAs after they took a long time and filled out the paperwork incorrectly. I have been chasing them down for $400, calling and emailing, being transferred without any luck. Brian ** and Giovanny ** claimed to give me refund, but I still have not received anything. Now when calling in they are nowhere to be found. This company is terrible. You have been warned.

Be careful of "Free Trial". The documents you use may be fine, but you may be charged 39.99 for a few months and not even know it. I was charged $5 to open the account and then 8 days later I was charged $39.99 and then another $39.99 a month later. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I wish I had read the reviews before I used Rocket Lawyer. I had the same experience that so many others have had. I went on to purchase a document, a office policy or something. I dont recall because I didn't even use their docs. I hired a attorney to draft my docs. That was back in January and I discovered today that they have been charging my account 39.00 every month since.

I needed some documents to sell my car and Rocket Lawyer provided me with all the necessary documents to complete this transaction! If I had a business that needed documents for other transactions I would definitely use their services! You all covered everything to protect the client!!!

OK, a complete 180 degree turn here. I am about being fair. It is true that their website does not have a simple way of cancelling the account, and one can fall into the trap of having the account reinstated without knowing. It is not like I am a inexperienced web user, I am an IT manager and senior web developer. Their online cancellation strategy is, at best, concerning. But... They are good people. That I must vouch for. They do make sure concerns are addressed immediately and promptly returned (without a single question) ALL of the money paid over 4 months that I was not aware of. I was not expecting that.

My contact at Rocket Lawyer, Michael B, reached to me immediately and provided information and support prior to my selecting Rocket Lawyer. It was because of Michael B that I selected Rocket Lawyer and was very pleased with the support, professionalism, and communication from Michael. I would recommend Rocket Lawyer to a friend.

I would not suggest this site to anyone. I consider it to be a complete scam so far. I used the free trial to get my LLC registered, spent the $52 for it and haven't received or heard back from anyone in weeks. I am highly pissed and ready to sue if someone doesn't get in touch with me asap. This is pathetic.

I signed up for trial time period and canceled before the end of the time, they still charged me for for Oct. Nov., Dec., and now Jan. When called they said I never canceled so I stated am now and they said would refund with 7 days, never happened, now they charged me 8 times 4 times full $39.99 and twice for $5. And once for for $1.00 and another month charge again for Jan.. Scam artists.. It's cost me overdrafts of over $170 because of them drafting my account as well as the $210.95 they took for nothing. Including copy and paste from bank account.

I used Rocket Lawyer to create a personal loan document between family members. The interactive document creation program was perfect and I ended up with a comprehensive document that also produces an amortization schedule and allows for electronic signature! I utilized the ask a lawyer function for Pennsylvania to ask about how to record a second trust deed and was given good direction and suggested action plan. The laws are very different here in California when it comes to recording deeds. I have used another online legal document service in the past but Rocket Lawyer is by far superior and the customer service was top notch.

I filled out the paperwork and printed it. I can't see very well, so my neighbor helped me. I'm on SS and diagnosed with an enlarged aorta that can't have surgery done it. I liked the site and got what I needed. I called the company and they were very pleasant and helped me extremely well. I can't say enough about their customer care. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Terrible experience. Got charged $224 for an incomplete LLC registration. It was done in error and I notified them immediately after I received an e-mail stating the needed additional information to submit the request. Total Scam. How they can charge you for an incomplete submittal is beyond me. I am out $224 for nothing. Total Scam!!!

I accidentally signed up for a monthly subscription while trying to review a "free" document. After completing the sign up process I decided that I did not need the document and did not use any further services. I found out only later, after reviewing my bank statement that I had received some charges from Rocketlawyer.com. I contacted their billing department and spoke to a very polite and well spoken woman named Monique **. At first she was reluctant to issue the refund on account of my requesting the review after the seven day period outlined in the terms of service contract. After explaining my situation she was happy to contact a supervisor on my behalf. Only a few minutes later she informed me my request was granted and a confirmation email was sent immediately.

I needed to create a Partnership Agreement. The online form was succinct, easy to comprehend, accepted and signed by all parties. Saved me a ton of money and time by not having to hire an attorney. I needed to answer a few specific questions regarding the agreement. The answers were appropriately placed within the final document.

I am so impressed with Naomi. She was friendly throughout our conversation and spoke with a smile in her voice. She was very professional and was quick to offer solutions and also offered me the new promotion that works better for my needs. She set up a new account for me and sent me the link to be sure I was able to use the program immediately.

I printed on "free" form off of Rocket Lawyer. I immediately canceled the service but was charged for a month. They claimed I called more than 7 days after service to cancel. Of course I have no way of proving this so they charged me $39.99 for one form. Do not use this service. It is not worth it.

I decided to use Rocketlawyer to form an LLC. I chose to pay the expedited fee and spoke with someone who told me this would be 2-5 days in Ohio. A lender was ready to deposit money in an account and I wanted to use a business account. I paid the extra fee for the federal tax ID number that i would need for the bank account. I was contacted the next day by someone saying i should use their agent because otherwise my name and address would be plastered as public information. I found a cheaper agent and called back/emailed within the hour. I canceled a free trial I had signed up for with the rocketlawyer subscription-not needed for the services I had already paid for. This is where things fell apart.

I opened a corporation with them, I told the horrible customer service that I dont have a specific document and when I called to know why it's taking more than 1 month to receive the EIN they told me that they had a problem because I dont have the document. I told since the first call that I dont have a SSN yet. On the FIRST CALL. I'm with more than $15.000 locked waiting for this EIN and they told me now that Florida should ship to me on my mail the EIN. That's insane, they just take care of you if you pay the membership. Horrible support. They made me lost a lot of time of my life doing this document with them.

I lost my job and have been looking to cut corners, Justina offered me a plan that will work for my situation. I appreciate her helpfulness and actually caring about my issue. I have been paying 39.99 a month and I wanted to cancel or change my bill date. Justina noticed that I have been only using the document portion of the plan and suggested that I go to 1.00 a month for documents only.

I had a good experience with Rocket Lawyer. I needed a legal form but didn't want to use a lawyer. Rocket Lawyer was easy to find the form and fill in the blanks and download. I had to set up an account. I paid $5 to save the account to make sure I did not need to make changes. Once I no longer needed the account it was easy to cancel.

I was going to trial the free document and after filling it out realized way too much for what I needed. Accidentally signed up free trial and didn’t realize I was going to get charged 40.00 automatically. If this company would have emailed me stating I signed up and will encounter a fee I would have called right away to cancel. Instead no email nothing and you 'til I got my visa bill did I realize I signed up. Maybe send an email confirming sign up. Feel cheated.

I called customer service and talked to a gentleman named Joseph. I explained that I wanted to cancel my subscription to Rocket Lawyer. Joseph was able to accomplish this request. I have completed several Rocket Lawyer documents. I am pleased with directions for next steps that follow the completion of each document (checklist). I thought I may have asked way too many questions of the lawyers that answered my questions, only to find out that they didn’t mind at all. I have completed wills, a durable power of attorney form, and I have begun a couple more documents. I am very pleased with these documents. To start, rocketlawyer.com was easy to use and very formal looking. I was constructing a rent-to-own document and the prompts to fill out the form were straightforward and helpful. However, they didn't seem to have a landlord-tenant act clause that was specific to the state that I am renting that is required for all rental contracts. For that I hired a local lawyer instead but had accidentally signed up for a membership (we've all been there). Justina ** on the online help chat forum was extremely helpful and really nice. They refunded the charge and all is well! Thanks again!

Paula was very courteous. She demonstrated professionalism and was very thorough with assisting me. She represents the company with superb and high standards. I tried out RocketLawyer.com as a solution to get outside legal opinions on how to settle an old legal case from thirty years ago. I appreciated the first hand response from a licensed attorney and followup to narrow down their opinion to make it more relevant to me. I think this website is a good resource and if used correctly, is a much cheaper solution than a regular visit to the lawyer. I still need to figure out how to finish the implementation of the legal advice.

The service was great. I didn't wait an hour on the phone to speak to a real person. I got a guy named Aaron that was very helpful and explained exactly what services were available to me--he was quite knowledgeable. The document I needed was easy to complete and didn't look like something created by a high school student.

I was able to resolve quickly the matter at hand with Jill ** the support rep...she was great! I love no haggle service providers like Rocket Lawyer! Also the different account options with Rocket Lawyer is much appreciated. Happy Customer!

They have a very easy to use and intuitive document builder that walks you through several easy to understand questions that are used to build the document you need. At the end you are able to download the document in several ways, as well as share it, and several other useful tools. I would highly recommend Rocket Lawyer for your legal document needs.

I needed an eviction notice. The interface on the site was very easy to use. Mission accomplished. I signed up for the free trial period of one week. However, I was a day late in canceling my account. I called resolved to pay the first monthly charge. Maria ** answered the phone and confirmed I had been billed. Then then the unexpected happens. Maria cheerfully refunded my money in one day, not the usual 60 days and repeated follow up phone calls.

I filed my third LLC with this company. First two went very smoothly. The third one however, did not. Company failed to place a comma after my company name, then advised me AFTER THE FACT that they no longer do this unless I were to request this. I didn't make this request with my first two LLC's as it was done automatically. Unfortunately, there was no place to make this request and I was also not contacted to finalize the information prior to being submitted with the state and IRS. Company advised me that I would need to pay another $100 for all my paperwork and official stamp. This is just bad customer service all the way around. On top of that, the sleeve and materials included in their new business kit is of poor quality compared to my first two LLC's. If this had been my fault, I would eat it. Unfortunately, this is the fault of Rocket Lawyer. BUYER BEWARE!

Excellent service looking up the account I didn't realize I had. I needed one document and somehow got signed up for a monthly charge. Due to the nature of my situation, the help desk cancelled my account and refunded my fees. Kendall ** was the agent that took excellent care of the situation. Thank you, Kendall!

To make a long story short. Another rep first initial starts with a B. made a mistake. Thankfully Paula ** was able to pick up my account and make all the necessary corrections. She is awesome. She contacted me every morning with follow ups and before her shift ended she would call me. She expedited all the paperwork and was able to have everything done in a matter of a few days.

I cancelled my free trial membership a day too late and they still reimbursed me. I was very, very happy about this! I ended up not needing the service, but if I need it in the future, this company is who I will use. Great price for a great service!

We needed to incorporate/register an LLC in the state of MA and were given quotes of $1500-$1800 from local attorneys. I stumbled across this site when my partner asked if we really needed a lawyer to register. The cost savings alone was worth it, but I did experience some disorganization at the beginning as I requested expedited service and it was not processed so that would occur timely. I requested a refund of that fee and it was quickly granted. I will say when I was checking on the status of the account I encountered many customer team members, but one I choose to give 5 Star rate to is Paula **. She listened, understood my concern and went above and beyond to get an answer for me. Paula also kept her word and followed up as promised. Paula, thank you for your exceptional customer service which is unmatched by anyone thus far at Rocket Lawyer (in my opinion).

Keely did a great job. The report looks very professional. All of my questions were answered, and I ended up with a great 16 page report. I'm sure this will satisfy all of my potential lender's needs.

In 2017 my wife mother passed away. Because she did not have her will notarized I had to do a lot of running around to get the witnesses to sign an affidavit and get it notarized that they witness her signature. It cost about $1500 more to get it done for probate Court. My wife's brother ripped his up because it was done the same way. Cost us total $3500. In 2018 her brother passed away leaving without a will because he had her name on everything except life insurance policy as a beneficiary and to collect his last social security check. After studying my law books and using Rocket Lawyer I was able to draft a small estate affidavit and with having advice from a local lawyer I was able to get it done costing us $250.

I was looking for a legal document support service that was easy to use and extremely detailed in its outline. Rocket Lawyer website outlined all steps involved and made the process extremely easy and with the comfort of knowing the details were covered and the document was enforceable. During the creation of my document I had some questions and they were immediately addressed helping me complete the process in a timely manner. I will definitely use this service again.

Rocket Lawyer changed their registered agent policy earlier this year which required everyone with a registered agent to send in wet signatures. At first we were ok with this process because it seemed relatively painless - boy were we wrong. Despite sending in the paperwork in April, Rocket Lawyer misplaced our documents and failed to notify us that there was a problem. When our team called customer service to address the issue they either put us on hold, said they would give us a call back (but never did so) or simply failed to listen to our voicemails or answer our calls. Eventually I got on the phone with someone who assured my team that if we resent in the paperwork there would be no problem.

The experience was pretty painless. You fill out information and they handle everything. I paid for expedited filing, but couldn't get a response from them on any updates a week later. I finally started looking things up on my own and discovered that the state had accepted my paperwork and my business had been legit for several days. Two days later I received an update from RL saying everything was processed and complete. They don't have all the forms I need, but some of my stuff is unique to the industry and can be obtained from other organizations. Overall, 4 stars, and I'd use them again.

Thanks to Randy I received a reversal of 39.99 charge. I had used service on 25 July and cancelled on 01 Aug. That is 7 days to me and within the time limit. BUT Rocket Lawyer does not count days that way. They start with the 25. Therefore, according to their math, I canceled on the 8th day. BEWARE! And hope you get the same courtesy I did for refund.

I tried to get a corporate resolution done and corporate bylaws done, but the template reads “member” resolution. How come Rocket Lawyer doesn’t know the difference between an LLC and a Corporation? Why do they even list corporate paperwork when all of their templates are for LLC’s? They list a bunch of mumbo jumbo templates that won’t hold up on a court of law. Completely wasted my time and money. Never again, stay away!

I came to Rocket Lawyer to make a simple will for my husband & myself. Not being savvy on technology, I couldn't find the document I had created. Being a FT caregiver for my husband (hospice), I exceeded the 7 day trial (1 day) & was charged as if I had joined. The CS rep was very understanding of my situation, very respectful of my abilities, and helped me. Charges were reversed, documents were located, and she sent them to me. As finance chairman of my church, I needed a promissory note document in order to finalize a loan from an individual in the church. I have 16 documents sent out to 8 renters. They can not sign because the E-signature is not working. Technical support person told me that it has been down for 3 days and will not be up for another week. I have come to rely on RL for all of my leases and guarantee forms. I have used the service since 2016. I find it interesting that my subscription comes up for renewal on July 29th...It would have been nice if some dude from RL sent an email saying it was broken. I am trying to find a work around...Thanks for adding more stress to my job!

Last month I was searching for examples of a family trust document and took advantage of Rocket Lawyer's 7 day free trial offer. A few days later we had a death in our family and totally forgot about cancelling the service and was enrolled. Today I ran across the monthly fee on my credit card, I phoned and in a few minutes unrolled/suspended and the fee was waived. I was very satisfied and hats off to the excellent customer service.

I was initially pleased to find a template to guide me as I worked to create a provisional patent. I spent several hours over several days refining my wording. As I approached completion of the project I went to print the document. What printed was a previous version rather than the document that I had just completed. When I went back in to find the document I just completed it was gone! I called customer service. The rep explained that the Safari browser I was using often has a glitch in it that causes the loss of the document. I asked how I was supposed to know that. I did not receive a satisfactory response. They refunded my one month fee, however what I lost was days of my time already spent and additional days to re create the document. Safari is as everyone would know a rather widely used browser. To not support it and not make clients aware of its problems on this site is a huge oversight. I will never use this site again. I consider it unprofessional.

My company has had Rocket Lawyer for years and I have been trying to use it for 2 years now and it's worthless, bottom line. Some of the customer reps are good but then the lawyers never return your call or in my case took me three months of chasing them to get a 30 min call which they acted like I was wasting their time. I requested a SIMPLE vacate letter temple for my landlord and they gave me the WRONG template (I found the right one few weeks later) and I keep calling, chatting, and emailing support about questions - which they state they never had but I have the auto-emails confirming it.

(We purchased the Premium subscription.) We recently launched a church in North Carolina and wanted some legal support for the initial documents. All seemed great with Rocket Lawyer but we later discovered one of the documents provided to the IRS did not list us as a church which causes all sorts of issues with IRS laws compared to a regular nonprofit. Ultimately, we were able to get it fixed on our own but RocketLawyer’s rep who contacted us continued to counsel us incorrectly about paperwork and the laws. (We chose to trust the IRS on their own requirements.) Long story short, if your situation requires legal advice vs just documentation I caution you to spend the money for a lawyer.

When it come to legal matters it's important to everyone, and more so when having to hire an attorney to trust will have the best interest of the client forefront. Do not hire this attorney, he will provide details of plans to pursue in working the case, take money, make an appearance enough to say he showed up, but with nothing and doing nothing. Continuously ask for money, and when the client ask questions, he gets frustrated and starts blaming the client for having the issues. Make vulgar threats when funds are ceased. Not process case work that he'd already been paid for years back. Move on, this isn't the attorney you want to deal with.

I tried the free trial to see about creating a labor contract and a DBA. I was able to create a labor contract but the DBA went to the stratosphere. For the DBA you fill out a form and "Someone gets back to you". The problem is they never get back to you. Since I couldn't get the DBA, I decided to cancel my free trial the day before I would be billed the $39. Assuming everything was good I just forgot about it until I got my credit card bill and there was a $39 Rocket Lawyer charge. I went back into my account and canceled again, still waiting to see if I get charged again.

It's funny to me that this is "service" claims to help people get justice (aka legal help) but instead they take your money and do nothing for you. I'm being charged for this service, have tried emailing 4 times to cancel and can't even figure out what account is being charged. I have entered all email addresses that I could possibly own and it says accounts for them don't even exist, so I can't reset a password on any of them to access and cancel them. Like some sleazy TV "Free-Trial" for diet pills or balding medicine. Rocket Lawyer uses "small print" against you by signing you up for a monthly $39 membership you didn't ask for. Don't expect statements, it will just start popping up on your credit card statements unannounced until you pull the plug. Even that isn't easy, they don't have a termination option, just a "downgrade" option. I'm totally disgust and feel ripped off.

I have had a good experience with this website and had everything I needed with starting the legal documentation for my first Rental Property. Used this for about 14 documents and they look sound and was incredibly easy to do! For those 1 star reviewers out there, the 7 day trial period and after that period is over, you will be charged is in plain sight! You'd have to be blind to not actually read the fine print. Trial Bait or not, You're grown adults, figure it out.

I needed a Power of Attorney form and was overwhelmed by the number available on the internet and had no idea which to chose. I am so glad I went with Rocket Lawyer. The form they provided was just what my parents needed and included many details that will ensure that my mother will be able to handle the finances and all other estate issues as my father's Alzheimer's disease progresses. Like the others, I put my credit card info in and clearly saw that I had a free 7-day trial membership. So long as I canceled within the 7 days, I would not be charged.

Similar to several other people, I was scammed by Rocket Lawyer. You can sign up for a "free" trial, not knowing that you've been enrolled in a monthly subscription. Apparently, they feel ok about this because somewhere in the fine/small print, they explain that you will automatically be subscribed into something you didn't sign up for. They advertise the "free" part, of course, but keep the subscription part hidden. Also, THEY DON"T SEND EMAILS OF ANY INVOICES. Of course, this is also intentional so that there's a smaller likelihood that people are aware they've been signed up for a subscription. Lastly, they automatically sign you up for their premium account, which is $40 per month. This appears to be their most expensive account. I never used their service once during this subscription period because I never knew I had it because I never knowingly signed up for it. What a joke!!

Rocket Lawyer exploits natural human trust to make money from the unsuspecting and trusting individual. They have a free trial option for which you can sign up - But it requires you to cancel if you do not want to continue with their service. Hence, it is not a free service at all. It is a commitment trap designed to justify permanently charging you in case you get distracted or do not notice that you have, in effect, actually signed up for monthly service with a recurring charge to your credit card.

According to the copy of a durable power of attorney they helped me with, I dealt with Rocket Lawyer on June 21 last summer. When I asked for clarification on a point, I was told that I got only one piece of assistance for the fee. That was that. However, in looking at my bank statement for December, there was a charge from them for $39.00. We have had no communication since June, so a fee at this point seems dishonest.

This company has been billing my credit card yet never emailed me any form of confirmation or communication about this. I have no account info from them, information about this subscription, or email of any kind. I called to cancel and the lady on the phone kept telling me how to check my email. I am a business owner myself and know how to check my email and don't need some customer service person talking down to me repeatedly like I am a moron. I wanted to edit a job offer letter and was only looking for templates on the internet then found Rocket Lawyer. Free trial is available but still need to enter my card information. They did not put any words or notification on when the trial period ends, or at least a kind reminder showed in the account's billing setting or whatever (I did double check that option and it was stated free). All of a sudden I was charged for 39.99 for a service I only use once. This is a system trying to lure you to provide card information and charge you without your consent. Will file a dispute against this charge. DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR CARD INFORMATION! I don't like their intention of trying to lure you into a place that you don't even know you're paying for this. If you're just looking for some legal documents' templates, there're thousands of them on Google that's FREE!

Purchased two will documents, that part OK. Just learned that they have been charging us 39.95 per month for "membership" since original purchase nine months ago. On us for not catching this sooner. Here is what makes this a scam: just contacted them, and they offer to refund half what they owe us. They understand perfectly well how this works. Many other reviews make similar complaints. It is obvious this scam portion of their business model contributes greatly to their bottom line. Find another provider. Steer clear of any company that offers "membership", even if temporary.

This website and service is a total scam. They do not inform you of monthly charges and it is impossible to cancel your subscription online. I signed up for a 'trial' account months ago and have since, unbeknownst to me, been charged $40 a month without any emails, notifications, or services of any kind. The business is complete scam and anyone considering them should BEWARE. As of writing this review I STILL have not been able to cancel my subscription. Their phone line is a joke.
