Thank you for your service. I created leases and divorce papers, but currently have no active issues. I picked the $1 a month downgrade and will return and upgrade when I need to. The lease was very complete, and brought to attention things I had not thought of. And the divorce papers should be helpful. I need to save for the filing fee now, and Covid has destroyed my business. Trying to not need this service to file bankruptcy papers, so I need to reduce all monthly recurring expenses.

I signed up for their introductory 'free' trial as I needed a Promissory Note and I had 7 days to cancel. On the 7th day, I was going to cancel the membership as I felt I would no longer need legal documents for a while and decided to cancel via the online chat service. I had a very nice experience with Justina and she explained that I could downgrade to a cheaper monthly plan in case I needed any additional forms, so I agreed to continue the membership. So far, I've had a good experience with Rocket Lawyer.

Talked with Randy who was very helpful. He issued a credit for premium acct monthly charge and downgraded my account to $1/mo. Because of this fair treatment I will continue to use your service. I will also recommend your service to others.

Justina ** was super helpful and timely in helping me with my issue—I unfortunately forgot to cancel the Rocket Lawyer free trial after only using it for a couple of days and Justina helped us receive a partial refund. Rocket Lawyer was great, completed the doc much easier than other sites, I would use them again for legal documents in the future. Best website to use if you need a simple doc for any kind of legal stuff. Easy to navigate around.

When I called Rocket Lawyer for a question about signatures on my DC Lease Agreement, the lady that answered was very courteous and precise and guided me step by step, and was in the phone in case I have another question.

I called in regards to being charged the full amount for services after trial offer had expired. I recently had spoken to an agent and agreed to the $1 a month promotional plan and to my surprise was charged the $39.99 amount. I spoke with Randy ** in regards to this issue and he was great! He was professional and reassuring that he would get this resolved. Randy provided me with what he could do to correct the issue as well as the next steps that would take place. I felt everything was handled and was very happy with the manner in which everything was taken care of thanks to Randy.

Rachel was very help when I called to cancel my account due to financial circumstances caused by the need to place my Mom in a nursing home. She recommended a less expensive plan. I’m very grateful to her. I’m always impressed with outstanding customer when I call with a problem or need for cancellation instead of a new order. I’ll be using her services again when necessary. I would definitely recommend her to any friends.

I have used Rocket Lawyer for a little less than a year now and have formed two LLC's through them. They are very helpful when it comes to filling out paperwork and answering questions. I had never formed an LLC before so the only information I knew was what I had read online. I went with them because they have lawyers you can speak to and when forming a business that is critical. Spending a few hundred dollars upfront could save thousands down the road.

This a very useful site and offers a large variety of legal documents as well as informative documents. The cost is far less than legal firms that disseminate these documents. I would certainly refer friends and family to use this site.

I wanted to purchase a privacy statement document, but couldn't without selecting a plan. I realized that a reoccurring charge for a plan through my business was not warranted. I therefore needed to cancel the plan. The agents who helped me on the front & back end were courteous & helpful. I would purchase documents from time-to-time if I could pay for them outright. However, the requirement of a monthly fee will prevent me from return business. Thank you.

We had a terrible experience. We told them exactly what we wanted, unfortunately the people we talk to has so little knowledge. They don't know how to direct you to the correct information or know what we actually need. You have to have extensive law knowledge to be able to tell them what you need. We paid them because we do not have extensive law knowledge, and have therefore wasted 8 months of time and hundreds of dollars. I have been hung up on twice when I expressed my frustration. Now to actually get what we wanted in the beginning, we have to pay them another $800. This service would be similar to taking your car to a mechanic. You then have to tell them what to do to fix it. When it isn't fixed, you have to pay them more money to do something else. Do yourself a favor and get a real lawyer, that you can talk to, that will actually answer questions.

Rocket lawyer made it super simple to create a Graphic Design contract for a freelance client of mine! Being almost out of college, I didn't exactly know how to start with one from scratch! It was super easy to follow the prompts and make sure all the information looked correct! BONUS it looks super professional and sleek! The only reason I took away one star was because I was charged without my knowledge. I read over the fine print, but I must have missed where it said the free trial ended. I wish that it would have been listed on the actual payment page, but other than that, my experience was great!

This site has a well designed user interface, and simple navigation. NO LEGALESE or confusing fine print. When I am ready for deeper engagement, I will definitely use Rocket Lawyer's suite of services. At this time, I am comparing services and docs; just research. To cancel my account, I did feel it was necessary to make the phone call in person. The first email stated I was downgrading to a Premium Service-- not canceling it. But the agent [Angela] who helped me sent me a personalized cancelation email to put my mind at ease. I'll be back.

Yeah they provided a template document for me just for purposes of information. I had to sign up for membership. I never received any promotional emails or notifications from them. 3 months later I discover they've been taking $40 a month. $120 literally for a single short document that I never used.

I really enjoy the streamlined process to select a contract from their library, fill it, then send it to someone for signature. I also like the fact that you can downgrade your subscription to either $1/month which will allow you to still create personal contract or $7/month for creating business contract. As the executor of my family's estate I have used Rocket Lawyer twice. Both times, I have received efficient support and service. When processing the online forms, they were easy to access and complete. When connecting with the service department, specifically Dawn **, the service was outstanding. Dawn was patient as she described the services provided as well as necessary next steps. Without reservation I would recommend Rocket Lawyer services.

This is a service where trust is important, yet the first contact with a new user already violates that trust. It is only after filling out the necessary information for a form that they present a new user with a sign-up form that requires credit card information in order to be able to access the form. A honest company would be up front about this.

I was unaware of a revolving monthly charge when making documents. Two months charges were removed. I have the documents I need and am on my way to Power of Attorney and Dura Power of attorney set in legal place.

Spoke with Susie ** and her service was awesome. I called concerning a billing issue, and she not only addressed the issue but went above and beyond to resolve my concern. I was under the assumption that I had downgraded my membership several months ago; however, I was still getting billed. She quickly found the issue and was able to offer a great resolution.

I liked the layout of the lease. I just had some trouble with a few parts. I got a prompt response and they cancelled my account with no problem. I think this is a good service but probably a bit expensive.

Updated on 01/12/2021: If I could give -5 stars, I would. This is a follow up from a review previously posted as sloppy. Couldn't add to it as the last one is still waiting for a response. Getting information from them is like pulling teeth. I still don't have my certificate from Essex County because Rocket lawyer failed to file it correctly. I received the letter today from Essex County, today so I will need to call and find out how I can do it myself. It will cost me again to have a document notarized, make the necessary copies and pay Essex County, even though I paid Rocket Lawyer to do it. I hope I can put a rush on it as I have already lost a lot of money because of their ineptness.

I required transfer of real property via Quit Claim. Rocket was the only company that got the deed done correctly. I tried 3 other companies and each had several questions that did not pertain to the matter at hand. Their final product was NOT up to standards.
