I have been using your website for a while but recently must have signed on with a different email. Since I had 2 accounts with Rocket lawyer, Randy not only corrected the issue but enrolled me into a new plan to save me money.

I recently used Rocket Lawyer for a legal form and paid $39 to process it to various folks for signatures. I thought this was a one time charge but apparently not. I called your helpline today to get the recurring charges stopped, not expecting a refund of the most recent charge. Sabrina was out helpful canceling the order and processing a refund.

I called in due to a upgrade question. I had a short wait for a representative and was answered by Kevin. Kevin provided excellent service. He was very knowledgeable of my issue and took great care of me. Thanks.

I had a brief customer service call to resolve a billing concern with my $1/mo RL plan. For some reason, my bank was declining the dollar each month for a while and told me to call RL to straighten it out. Kevin ** was very courteous and helpful. I used the site for three days. It is well laid out, easy to navigate and easy to fill out the forms they provide. Having recently retired I don't need legal service any longer but if I did I would use Rocket Lawyer.

I am super pleased at how easy they are to work with, how fast they reply and correct my problem. I would recommend this for anyone needing simple legal help, possibly complicated help too, I have heard nothing but good reviews from them and I totally agree with how great they are!

I was signed up for a premium plan which I no longer needed but the representative I spoke with was able to respond to my request along with explaining a different plan more suitable to my needs. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Justina was helpful in helping me end my trial and refunding my fees! She did offer alternative plans, but it was not needed at this time. Overall, this took less than 5 min so it was a quick and easy process!

I called to cancel my free-trial membership the same day I had signed up for it. I had been referred to the wrong website to get my transcripts sent over to my preferred college. The team member who I spoke to when I called to cancel my subscription was excellent and discussed several options with me and explained the variety of services on offer. Available for my cancellation request without delay. I found that I did not need the information requested. Had to request the confirmation email regarding cancellation. Will reevaluated in future if the need arises. Will try to submit for the third time, but if this fails, will not attempt a fourth description. Could not master your website. When trying to review document, printout was only partial. What I read in the printout was not the same as what was on my computer screen. Was this deliberate? If so, not a good way to build good customer relationship. Also, deal fell through and the document was no longer needed.

I was able to leave a call back number. When they called me I was able to get a refund of the charge they took. They took care of it instantly without questions & with a smile on their face. It was a pleasant conversation with the lady speaking to me.

Hello, I have had Rocket Lawyer for over 2 years and in that time rarely used the services they provide. I believe I was charge honestly and fairly but find I am not using the service and therefore cancelled the plan.

When I wanted to make a change it was a little difficult to go back to the proper spot to make the correction because I needed to go back through each step to get there. Otherwise my experience was relatively quick and easy.

I’m constantly drafting docs for friends and family. Rocket Lawyer makes that easy with state specific templates and advice. Well worth the price! Now it won’t be some time consuming because I have a library for forms to choose from.

Used service one time. Signed up for free 7 day trial. Unaware that there was a need to cancel after seven days. Billed $39.99 for past 3 months. Dru was very helpful in reconciling the situation. She was pleasant and efficient in completing this process.

Each time I called for assistance I found that the service reps were professional, competent, and cheerful. It was a pleasure resolving the issues with them. Also, the wait time to connect with a service rep was relatively brief. At the end of the call I was provided with options that I might consider in the future.

I called in because our bookkeeper notified us that we were being billed twice by Rocket Lawyer. We were being charged $39.99 per month on one plan, and $199 per year on another plan. Dru went over the details of each plan. It appeared that the annual plan would be the better fit. She cancelled the monthly plan and refunded the payments that were already debited from my bank account. That meant a lot. During COVID many businesses are suffering losses. It was good to be able to receive that refund. My customer service experience with Dru was phenomenal! She was super-professional, empathetic and understanding. I have had experiences with support from other companies where I got off of the phone with my issue unresolved and feeling frustrated. My call with Dru was totally different. It was a breath of fresh air to feel heard and to actually get a resolution. Please pass this on to her. Thanks so much.

It was a very professional experience with the Rocket Lawyer entity and with retrieving the Lease document necessary. The administrative customer service support staff provided information to process the downgrade of the free trial at no charge. In addition, an email was sent to verify the downgrade cancellation for 4/19. Again, thank you for your services.

3 times, once on 4/8, then 4/9 and again on 4/10/21 I attempted to cancel my 7 day trial subscription initiated on Saturday 4/3/21 and with each attempt no success but on Monday 4/12/21 a successful fee of $39.99 was charged to my credit card. SO NOT COOL!

The lease was very complete, and brought to attention things I had not thought of. And the divorce papers should be helpful.
