When I saw the charge amount on my electronic account detail of my credit card bill. I was angry and ready to go off. The customer service representative CHRIS was calming and quick. Her swift and courteous approach was perfect.

I signed up for a trial subscription which converted to a full ongoing subscription. It was for a premium service that I didn't need. When I logged on to cancel I was introduced to Justina in the chat room. She was extremely helpful - very understanding and super informative. She suggested I switch to a $1/mo service and let me know all of the benefits that would come with that. She even cancelled the premium subscription with a refund. I was duly impressed and signed up for it rather than cancel altogether. If I ever want to cancel in the future I can. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received.

Sabrina ** is absolutely amazing. The best customer service I’ve had in a long time!! If you don’t promote her I may have to hire her myself. I am very pleased whenever I get great customer service and she did NOT disappoint.

I found a recurring charge on my debit card from Rocket Lawyer since May 2021. I have looked at your services before but never set up an account. Chris, the customer service rep, could not confirm any email accounts I provided with the account that I was being charged for. She was able to close the account and get me a refund for the charges. The customer service agent that handled my call was professional and keen to assist. I have to say it was the best customer service experience I've had over the phone in quite a while. I signed up for a 7-day free trial. Upon creating the account, a popup confirmed that I was allowed one "Ask a Lawyer" question. I entered a question and got a pop-up saying I had to pay 39.99. I called customer service and after many minutes of problem "solving," the agent declared that if I wanted that option, I had to pay for a $5 premium trial. I did that and got the same message when I entered the question. When I called again, the rep kindly downgraded the free trial and gave me a free premium trial. The question went through, I got the name of the lawyer, and more than 48 hours after submission, I have yet to hear from that lawyer. I'm giving you 2, rather than 1 star only because Selena was very kind in giving me the premium trial but it's useless if I get nothing from it.

When it comes the being the greatest of all time, you better well believe that Ms. ** is just that! Taking her time to explain to me all there is to know about Rocket Lawyer and all the things I would benefit from with the company. She was also polite and very knowledgeable about the questions I was asking her. I also like the fact that she I was able to answer all of my questions. I would like from a ** to be able to get a raise or manager position within your company. I know that she's capable and more than qualified for the company's position. I had left a voicemail on changing my account status. When I received the confirmation email, I was unsure if it responded to my message or the of trial period. It was a good experience. The service I received was helpful and friendly and the forms provided were easy to navigate and exactly what we needed.. Typically with a service over the internet I would have had fairly low expectations as far as the customer service but I was extremely pleased. I have actually recommended the service to a friend and I am happy to say that he has, likewise, had a very positive experience.

All of my concerns were met in one call. Normally, I would have to call 2-3 times before the issue would be resolved. This agent was very kind and thorough and spared me all the headache and even made a suggestion to me as far as the services were concerned. However, this was not a service I needed.

I was helped in cancelling my 7 day subscription. It was fast, easy and Justina gave me info about $1/month subscription. She said it would be cancelled today. I appreciate the information that was given regarding the $1/month charge. I didn't know about that. I'm not going to use that option.

I chose to look at items from Rocket Lawyer that was free for 7 days, but had to input my credit card information. I decided not to join at a monthly fee of $39.95 and stated so. That being said I got a bill from my credit card company for the monthly fee of $39.95, which I called the company and was issued a credit. Should have been end of story. However, I got another bill this month showing a charge of $39.95. The credit company will not remove this charge and says it has to be taken off by Rocket Lawyer. The only way that I can get this settled is to have Rocket Lawyer talk to the Merrill Lynch credit card company to get these charges taken care of. I don't feel I owe anything as I had a 7day free window. Please help.

Your employee Justina was polite and very helpful. Just because she made these things easier I will recommend your site to others and use your site again for personal or business use in the future. I am still waiting on membership cancelation confirmation email but other than that service was great.

The representative Hanna gave me great customer service. Hanna helped me with the cancellation of the website. She was very friendly and she didn't force me to continue. She was great.. I will keep in mind in the future for assistance with Rocket Lawyer.

I must say that the customer service is great. No long wait time on the phone and the reps are not from overseas. I was surprised how much more that Rocket Lawyer can do from what I originally wanted. I would recommend it to a friend. You have to pick a plan that is right for your business tho. If you call they can share other options as my initial plan was way over budget. I would totally recommend them tho.

Kevin was a big help in resolving or explaining my problems and got my files visible again. I am hopeful that a few doc template errors will eventually be repaired in your templates. 1) duplicate witness signature blocks in Durable Power of Atty template and 2) no page numbers in Joint Living Trust. Both of these require the user to abandon the interview style and edit the docs in Word in order to provide a finished document.

The agent was amazing. She helped with my billing problem straightened out the account and refunded my overbilling. Throughout the process she kept me informed and made sure she understand what my concerns were. She made sure to ask if there was anything else I needed into. Informed me that I would receive everything that went over in my email in the next few minutes. Everything she did was 100 percent customer service.

I thought Rocket Lawyer was the best forms I have used, but I was a bit concerned when I cancelled the free trial, and only got a survey request, but no confirmation of cancelling. Even now, it is worded as a 'downgrade from Premium membership'. I stopped the free trial only because my lawyer said I would not need the form (bylaws) after all, for the close of a real estate deal. Concerns aside, RL made it very easy to customize a form and I will definitely consider using this easy tool to do a number of forms (with RL guidance) the next time around. Would've been a five star, except for the lack of confirmation and transparency on cancelling free trial.

I called just before time for closing. Most customer places don't answer that close to close or have attitudes. Kevin was great all the way around.
