I really enjoy the streamlined process to select a contract from their library, fill it, then send it to someone for signature. I also like the fact that you can downgrade your subscription to either $1/month which will allow you to still create personal contract or $7/month for creating business contract. At any time you can upgrade your subscription and ask questions to lawyers. Great website!

She was very helpful in suggesting I change the service plan from the $39.99 monthly fee to fit more of my needs instead of canceling the service altogether. Also, she was very quick to respond to my questions about the new service plan and what is included for only a $1 per month. That will probably be the best deal I make this year. As the executor of my family's estate I have used Rocket Lawyer twice. Both times, I have received efficient support and service. When processing the online forms, they were easy to access and complete. When connecting with the service department, specifically Dawn **, the service was outstanding. Dawn was patient as she described the services provided as well as necessary next steps. Without reservation I would recommend Rocket Lawyer services.

This is a service where trust is important, yet the first contact with a new user already violates that trust. It is only after filling out the necessary information for a form that they present a new user with a sign-up form that requires credit card information in order to be able to access the form. A honest company would be up front about this.

I was unaware of a revolving monthly charge when making documents. Two months charges were removed. I have the documents I need and am on my way to Power of Attorney and Dura Power of attorney set in legal place.

I did not get my needs met with Rocket Lawyer. My charge was almost 3 times more than what I thought I was paying for. I called and spoke with Susie **. She is the reason I am taking the time to write this. Susie excelled in Customer Service, she cared not only about the company, yet about the customer which is rare these days. I had to share, because we don't see the diamond's in the rough...these are the people that go the extra mile. The company is rich because she works there.

I needed a quick doc for something and Rocket Lawyer was the top of the feed so I used it! The interface was super easy to figure out and the document worked perfectly. Even though at the present moment I don't need more help, when I do I will use it again!

Spoke with Susie ** and her service was awesome. I called concerning a billing issue, and she not only addressed the issue but went above and beyond to resolve my concern. I was under the assumption that I had downgraded my membership several months ago; however, I was still getting billed. She quickly found the issue and was able to offer a great resolution.

I liked the layout of the lease. I just had some trouble with a few parts. I got a prompt response and they cancelled my account with no problem. I think this is a good service but probably a bit expensive.

I started a free trial and then tried to downgrade the account and could not find how to do that online so I called Ashley ** for help. She cancelled my account and I was pleased by her service. And she was a real person that was nice.

I really like how easy it was to create a living will document for my sister, who needed to have this document to protect her healthcare needs. Updated on 01/12/2021: If I could give -5 stars, I would. This is a follow up from a review previously posted as sloppy. Couldn't add to it as the last one is still waiting for a response. Getting information from them is like pulling teeth. I still don't have my certificate from Essex County because Rocket lawyer failed to file it correctly. I received the letter today from Essex County, today so I will need to call and find out how I can do it myself. It will cost me again to have a document notarized, make the necessary copies and pay Essex County, even though I paid Rocket Lawyer to do it. I hope I can put a rush on it as I have already lost a lot of money because of their ineptness.

I required transfer of real property via Quit Claim. Rocket was the only company that got the deed done correctly. I tried 3 other companies and each had several questions that did not pertain to the matter at hand. Their final product was NOT up to standards.

We needed a hold-harmless form for a property under construction that needed to be shown to a potential buyer/s. I called a title company and they referred me to you! ~ I found the form we needed, and had to enroll in the membership. My schedule is so busy I forgot to cancel our membership until further notice, until our accountant asked why we had a charge. My bad! I reached out to customer service and they were kind enough to understand our circumstances. I definitely would recommend Rocket Lawyer to any one who would ask. The caveat was that I did not know I had an account, as when I tried to login the same day I created the form, the site did not recognize my email. I was suing my contractor, that ran off with my money, ProSe.. I received excellent advice on numerous occasions and through the advice of numerous lawyers through this company I was successful and won a judgement against the contractor's bond and the contractor. While I am not a fan that this account was opened in my name using my information and credit card without my permission, it appears to be a problem caused by a family member taking advantage of my information accessibility. The reason for THIS review is to highlight the excellent customer service I experienced while speaking with Karch about this mystery account and the hundreds that I'd been charged from February to October on my credit card. He was able to close the account completely, remove my credit card information from the account, and also put in a request to refund three of the nine months that I had been charged $39.99. In this time of uncertainty and penny pinching, I was very grateful to receive a partial refund with no hassle and the entire call lasted less than 10 minutes. He was friendly and helpful and I am grateful for his assistance in this matter.

The system is easy to use and gives high quality products and the $1.00 a month is good. I thought the $39 a month is a bit steep. The telephone response was knowledgeable and courteous. There was no presurres to continue the membership. The web page is a little fuzzy on cancelling membership, you will have to call, the FAQ's on how to cancel are not clear.

Access to information was easy, concise and helped our organization during a difficult time. I was able to craft a document that objectively stated the attributes we wished to communicate to the other party. The document that I worked on was accepted in total by the governing Board. All personnel that I have spoken with were efficient and pleasant. Thank you.

I never got a notification of being charged monthly after trial. When I found out, it has been three months that my card was charged. The phone call was fast and easy, Mr. ** was very helpful with my question and got my subscription canceled. The legal document I got from the website was well prepared and solved my problem.

I needed WARRANTY DEED and found it at Rocket Lawyer but when I printed, it printed on 3-pages with large letters. I tried to print it 75%, it was the right letter size but still in 3-pages leaving large empty space on paper, it could not be printed on 1-page. I could not use it so I called the telephone number on my credit card to refund my $39.99 and close my account. Karch was so kind to have done that withOUT much ado and advised me that next time I should look at the file and instructed me how to look at my file before downloading, copying or printing it. Other employees from different companies, with defective products, I had encountered gave me hard time, I had to talk to their supervisor or manager and or return product, before my money refunded.

Justina M was super helpful and professional! When I needed to cancel my subscription, she was extremely fast in granting my request, and allowed me to still access the one document I used on the site. The whole process took a minute, and I was on to the rest of my day!

The person on the account with my father-in-law who is recently passed. I never signed up for the service. Did utilize it in July when I thought I was going to rent a property that we own but that did not occur. After explaining the situation your customer service rep stepped up to the plate and refund it August and September’s payments and I will be back in January utilize your services once I get it gainfully rent it again. I’m just dealing with a lot of estate stuff right now and had to close his account down after I get all these credits back.

First file saved and before signature had typos and text answers needed changed. Ashley walked me through how to re-answer the question or edit the response. I was able to save the corrected file, and she showed me how to save a copy with a new name, adjust the terms, interest rate, and monthly payments; and save, so we have two alternatives to present to our customer. If the customer requests any change and we accept, I can update the file, save, and then have the document signed. Ashley was very very helpful.
