I’ve been having trouble with login and I call for help. The lady that answered the phone helped me out quick and easy yet I didn’t feel rushed. I called annoyed because I was working on something but her calming sweet voice helped me and made my day. Thank you so much.

When I found out that I was being charged for services not required, I called in and The agent I talked to today was very professional and with good sense of courtesy. He was able to respond and resolve the issues and problems presented.

I used the auto sale doc which was very helpful and friendly. It’s easier to edit and get digitally signed for all parties. It made my job super easy and saved me huge time. I would refer anyone to use Rocket Lawyer service.

Rocket Lawyer was very easy to use. They used professional wording and seemed to cover it all. They honored their trial offer and were very courteous. I would use them again to supply my document needs, such as wills, bill of sales, and other such items as would require proper documentation.

Excellent experience. I found Rocket Lawyer online to help an older friend find a Real Estate contract in another State they were buying a house in. The seller and buyer did not need an agent because they had a agreement with each other. Another family member for the seller got involved and hired a realtor to do the contract. This would have been a quick and easy experience for them with no extra expense.

Justina ** did a fabulous job and quickly assisted me. She gave me options, was really nice and we were able to resolve things in a timely manner. The site did not allow we to do what I needed to do but she was able to do it for me. Give her a raise!

When I called the 877 number, I was connected with Kevin who immediately came up with a solution. Then he walked me through a mistake I'd made on my desired document and got me set up to send it for my clients signature! Thank you.

I went on Rocket Lawyer site to find out about codicils to wills; I played with the forms and learned what I needed to know. In the process I somehow inadvertently signed up for monthly use of the Rocket Lawyer site. I was charged for the first month, which I did not mind at all, because I had gotten what I needed. When I received a second charge on my credit card the next month I immediately went on Chat with Rocket Lawyer, and told them I did not intend to sign up for continuing use of the site. They immediately, and with great courtesy, removed the second charge from my account and thanked me for my business. EVERY company should be as accommodating as Rocket Lawyer. Should I need further information on legal forms I will certainly go back to them, and I salute them for their great customer service. I recommend them to anyone who needs the service.

Great place to create a Will if you don't have much of an estate. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the fact you have to give a cc # for a free service THEN you have to remember to cancel the "free" service or you will be charge $39.99 per month until you call and cancel. Well now with C! (and limited services you have to email or chat or go to your account to make sure you cancelled before the 7 day trial period....WHAT A HASSLE... Great service otherwise.

This was my first time using Rocket Lawyer. I didn't know what to expect at the end. The presentative by the name of Kevin P he took me step-by-step with everything. He was patient. He was kind. He went the extra mile for me and I really appreciate it. Yes I would recommend friends.

I have used the website for writing a extended lease agreement and your-site provided professional service and nice people to work with. Response call very fast and taking care of questions. I purchase a Illinois HOA Proxy form for $5 which satisfied my needs. I didn’t know that I would automatically be upgraded to a premium account and was made aware when my account was debited. I immediately called and my account was downgraded and I was told that a refund would be made. I request a email confirmation on the refund and all I received was a confirmation of account downgrade. I phoned again today and finally got the refund process started and received a confirmation email so I’m satisfied. I will be an very very happy camper once my account credits.

When in need of templates for official documents this is my go to. Jacob was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. He was able to provide me with the best solution for plan options available to me in my budget. Very friendly and customer service department answered the phone very quickly.

I didn't realize that my 7 day free trial turned into a $40.00 per month charge, that I only needed to use once! However, thanks to Kevin P., I was refunded the last month charged, and downgraded to a free membership. I have no problem with the loss, and will be more careful with my finances in the future. I signed up for the 1.99 trial, but somehow ended up getting charged for the 39.99 trial. I messaged one of the agents on the website and received a speedy reply from Justina **. She was very professional and cordial with me! I only needed the 1.99 trial for 1 document, however, if I have any further legal needs I will be sure to use Rocket Lawyer again!

Afton ** was the customer service rep that answered my call. She was courteous and clear speaking. I got the problem that I called about taken care of immediately. It wasn't a problem at all. She took care of what was needed with no questions asked. All good. Nothing more to say.

Rocket lawyer was easy to use and provided exactly what I needed quickly for me. Sadly I had to cancel not due to service but to the inability to use this service where I have been asked to go in Asia for an extended period of time. Rocket Lawyer is such a convenient way to help with my legal needs. It's quick and easy and chat is responsive. I needed an Operating Agreement for my biz and Rocket Lawyer provided me with the form and only charged me a small fee. I didn't read the email thoroughly and didn't notice after 7 days they would charge me$39.99. Oops! They did refund it because I caught it quickly.

I called 5 minutes before this call and was contacted with a lawyer that did not have availability until the 14th of October. So I called back and was contacted with another attorney. I now have a consult with an attorney tomorrow at 1:00 pm to review the document. Great turnaround in a short time. In total I only spent 25 minutes scheduling the document review today. However, it took me about a week to actually get this document review on my own. I definitely recommend to everyone using Rocket Lawyer, call instead of using the website.

Justina was able to issue me a refund and sell me into a more reasonable monthly plan with benefits. She was polite and understanding. I am going to hire a contractor for a simple re-model. I thought it would be good to have a simple contract. Googled, found you and used it during trial. I would have gladly paid $5 - $10 - $15 for this contract but not $40 on going. When I called back you refunded very quickly and signed me up for $1 recurring - totally fair and quick to resolve.

I downloaded 1 document under what I thought was a free subscription. Later, I noticed a charge of $39.99 on my credit card statement on 08/30/2021. On 9/25/2021, I called and spoke to a customer service representative (Philip) and he was very helpful in reversing the charge (which may take up to 10 business days) and cancelling the automatic monthly subscription. The email advice states that the account has been downgraded to free subscription, I just hope that the automatic charges don't reappear. Please thank Philip for his understanding and help in resolving this issue.

Cancellation of account - I signed up for the seven day free trial and forgot to cancel the account after seven days. Today I spoke with Jacob and explained my mistake and he agreed to issue a credit to my American Express account in the amount of $39.99. Jacob was very helpful.

I called to cancel my service. Rocket Lawyer has been a great resource, I just don’t need it any longer. The gentleman who assisted me was friendly, professional, and very efficient. He did a great job. I would highly recommend Rocket Lawyer to anyone who need professional office documents or legal documents.

The operator was very professional and proficient. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the situation at hand. I felt very comfortable knowing that the representative was very concerned and helpful on my downgrade. I was even offered a better offer than the one online.

The gentleman was very professional and offered another option to continue services rather than the 39.99 monthly charge that was a very good deal. The rep I spoke with was very pleasant and very informative. He quickly helped me resolve my issue with the charges on my company credit card. He did ask if I needed anything else which I did not. The call was easy and went better than expected.
