When I typed in the type of document I was looking for, Rocket Lawyer was the first site that came up in the search. Navigating through the site was easy and completing the forms was fast. I liked the ability to get an immediate clarification if there was confusion about a question.

I used what I thought was a free service but then started being billed on my credit card. I called and spoke with Randy and he immediately issued a refund and was very helpful. Although I was surprised about being charged, I was happy with how quickly it was resolved.

I was interested in a bill of sale document but after reviewing several sample documents I determined I did not need to continue the free subscription. However using the live chat function the Customer Service Agent was very helpful in assisting me with the cancelation.

I think you have a good website. I didn't know I was set up with monthly fee. After speaking with your rep, the fee was reversed. I will use your site again. Normally, any legal work I refer to attny, but reconsidering with your library, I may try to assist my clients through what I learn from your website.

Cancellation of account - I signed up for the seven day free trial and forgot to cancel the account after seven days. Today I spoke with Jacob and explained my mistake and he agreed to issue a credit to my American Express account in the amount of $39.99. Jacob was very helpful.

I called to cancel my service. Rocket Lawyer has been a great resource, I just don’t need it any longer. The gentleman who assisted me was friendly, professional, and very efficient. He did a great job. I would highly recommend Rocket Lawyer to anyone who need professional office documents or legal documents.

I just needed a form (Lease with option to purchase) and I stumbled upon this firm. Due to the name, I thought I was signing up with a lawyer firm and I didn't need any other forms so I had to avoid the monthly fee after the trial so I cancelled. I had to call to make sure canceled and I needed to print the form out if it was permissible since I didn't join. They were very gracious to let me print and stop further help.

You started taking out monthly charges the day after my purchase. Proof I did not sign up for a free trial... I have disputed through my credit card.

I called today about getting a refund because I’ve been getting charged every month and I changed my credit card number to stop it. I would like to be refunded for all the months that I didn’t Agree to be charged. I got it on a trial basis, tried to use it and couldn’t find a form that worked for me, so I used it one day of the trial. And I’ve been being charged ever since. I forgot to cancel my subscription and my card was subsequently charged. That was fine. I tried to cancel via internet unsuccessfully, got charged again so I canceled my credit card. The new card was charged as well- resulting in my family almost losing the purchase of a business due to a contingency clause for my card not being used. Having the agreement with Visa\MC that will STILL charge cards under a new number is poor business and could result in life changing impacts for people all in the name of getting more money for your business. I want to speak directly with someone so that I can ensure the appropriate people get this message as it almost ruined the livelihood of my family.
