I am so pleased with how the attorneys in NJ helped me with a waterproof company. Since I own this service, I had the attorney review 5 different waterproof contracts at no cost. From their information I selected one of the companies to waterproof my basement. After they completed the job, we hired a flooring company to lay the floor. They refused to lay it because there was too much moisture in the floor. I called the waterproof company to come back and fix it. They refused to do it because they said they don't fix moisture only water. I said it was the same. He said not. I said "I will call my attorneys" and I did.

We had a contractor that our neighbours had hired to rebuild a fence on our property line. There were 3 big trees that were pushing the original fence over. I am a Canadian who likes to travel to the US often. A friend and I flew to Miami and got a rental car to drive to my timeshare condo in Key West. The second day there we parked the car at a visitors center and took a trolley tour of Key West. When we returned we found that someone had smashed into the front driver's side of the car. When I lived in Illinois, I had business across the state line in Missouri. While driving there, I came up behind a truck from Kentucky that had a bucket of tar turned over in a trailer it was towing. Before I realized it, my vehicle was covered with tar. The bankruptcy referral firm was good. On another issue, the referral lawyer didn't want to take my eviction case, but didn't say so/call me back. A letter by another attorney didn't get me my refund, or any response from the company. Pre-Paid Legal cancelled my original membership - when I had only asked to cancel the magazine subscription. The lawyer was not able to help me keep my bank account statements from my homeless shelter counselor. The lawyer was not able to get my money back from the pre-paid cremation company that went out of business. I only keep the membership on the off chance that maybe someday I'll have a success story.

A wind storm recently knocked one tree limb to the ground and another against the corner of my neighbor's front porch. My insurance company advised me I was not responsible for an act of God. I purchased a laptop from QVC and part of my buying decision was a promise of 60 days free trial of Microsoft Office. I only received 30 days. Wanted to stop incorrect multi state criminal record. I am a small business owner and had a problem collecting from a client. I had written 2 collection letters with no response from the accounts payable department. I later learned that I needed to be in Oklahoma on April 10 instead of the 11th. Frontier Airlines did not have any flights that could have gotten me there in the morning of the 10th. I spent a lot of time on the phone trying to arrange a flight, to no avail. At one point I was on hold for 2 hours and then got disconnected. One option that was given to me was to buy a one way ticket for an additional $ 204.00 that would get me there on the 9th. This would have meant staying an extra night at the hotel at an additional cost. CheapOair would not even consider giving me a refund in light of the circumstance as they stated the ticket was non-refundable.

I became a member of LS last April, my son was graduating from high school, we were having his graduation party at a local hotel.
