If I could give 0 stars I would. Please do not waste your time doing business with this company on something you could do yourself. Lexington Law has been working on 3 items for 1 year and 2 weeks and still have not made any improvements. Not to mention they were taking money out my account every month and was not even sending out disputes. At that taking out my of my account without informing me. More like fraud when they are suppose to be there to help. Save money. Do it your self or look for a better business to do so.

A friend recommended me to Lexington Law to help me with my credit repair and so I called and They took care of me and within 6 months my credit repair was fixed and now I have great credit and I would recommend them to friends and family.

My experience with Lexington was AMAZING. They were professional and pleasant and my credit score went up within the first month. This company really will get you where you need to be then you can get that new home and car.

When I reached out to Lexington law, I found out that even though I had paid off my accounts, some or all of my debts could still be attached to my credit report for years, though I still have awhile before it gets to where I need it to, I have already saw improvement on my scores.

Lexington law has been so helpful and useful to both myself and my boyfriend. The website was super easy to use and figure out. The prices were reasonable. The letters that we printed ourselves were easy to understand and very effective. The work the paralegals did was amazing. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. From beginning to end Lexington Law was wonderful!

I’m glad my friend recommended me, as a college student it’s hard maintaining a lot of thing but I messed up my credit & so far I’m very content with what is going on with repairing it. The fee is worth it for sure.

I was with this company for a couple of months. First off the credit score you see is not your FICO score. Second they lied about removing things from my report that was never removed! I have access to all 3 credit bureaus and my FICO scores. I advise you to sign up with all 3 bureaus and monitor your scores that way if you hire them. Things that they claimed to have removed were still there such as a bankruptcy they claimed to have removed. But never disputed it! Your Fico score is what matters not that score they show on their website.

I have been very happy and satisfied with the help that I have received with Lexington Law. From the beginning their people called and questioned items they found in my Credit reports and immediately did what was necessary to have those items removed. For that...I thank you.

Lexington Law helped me clean up my credit history while teaching me how credit scores work. I now have my very own home and my credit score is in the 700s. You don't need to make lots of money to accomplish this, I started with a monthly income of 1400 and now I get 1600 BUT my score is high. I was sabotaging my score without knowing it. I'm so thankful for Lexington Law.

Lexington Law has done an amazing job helping me get negative items off of my credit reports. They are always available to answer questions and point you in the right directions. The website is super easy to use. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Don't use this company, very sketchy... they say one thing produce another and no outcome, people claim this is a great company for credit repair. Yeah right. Better off during the creditors for selling you out to another company then we can arbitrate in private or public whichever one... but I don't recommend this so called fabricated law firm. Please do your research... There are so many companies out there who say, I have a company in business for 20 years but lies and takes down negative reviews to make them look good, buckshot, nothing but **. I don't like this company I had 7,000 stolen from my credit card. And they were the last Company I used so... That's under investigation.

They did help rebuild my credit score; but after I canceled my account with them, my legit long time established credit card was closed because it was reported fraudulent to TransUnion. After investigation and multiple phone calls between TransUnion and my credit card, I found out that Lexington Law reported it as fraudulent to TransUnion long after I told them I didn’t need their service anymore. It seems to me that they might have done it in purpose.

Trying to repair my credit. Lexington Law is really doing a great job. They notify me when they send letters. They let me know when a negative item is removed from my credit report. Past creditors are able to contact me to make payment arrangements.

After having been a customer, once again, since October 2017 - I would just like to thank the Lexington Staff for their help in getting my credit score from an all time low of 475 [on TransUnion] to a high of 768 [on Equifax] by October 2018. Having removed 73 negative items (which equates to a 91 percent removal of negative items by the Lexington crew, overall). I now have good credit and plan to keep it that way! I was also a Lexington customer back in 2005-2007 and during that time, the Staff's work helped me and my husband qualify for a hefty loan for our dream home, which we purchased in 2007. Thank you, thank you! Finally, you can count on me to solicit business for you guys every time I get a chance! ;=)

I signed up Feb 5th approx for 14.95. Was told that's all I had to pay. Never did the cust svc rep tell me on recorded call 5 to 10 days later I will be billed 109.95. They told me again on recorded phone call every month after paying 14.95 to use svcs will be 109.95. Which wouldve made my first payment by their words March 5th approx. They billed me in Feb. I had to call and was told by rep it was miscommunication on their end and I would get a reversal of funds which I did, and that my actually billing redraft date would be March 5th which is what I was informed on sign up I would first be billed for starting svcs.

Lexington Law has done a very good job with my credit repair. Some things goes a little slow but they're thorough once it's done it's done. The staff and paralegals do whatever they can to help you and to understand what's going on.

I just got off the phone with a man named "Luisa". I told him I wanted to speak with my Fiancé before making a $129 purchase (plus $19 a month) without him knowing. He then asked if I was even serious about fixing my credit and then asked what my Fiancé's credit situation is like, I said "that really isn't my business to be discussing with you", he rudely giggled and talked to me like a child, saying I "obviously wasn't really looking to get into a home and fix my credit". I asked for an Email so I could contact him, AFTER I talked with my Fiancé and that I have not heard of his company before, so I would like to do research before handing over my card number and money.

Lexington Law has gotten my credit rating back to where it was years ago. It didn't take a long time either. They kept me informed during the whole process also, which made me happy because I wasn't aware of some items on my credit history.

Lexington Law Firm, were very helpful. They went beyond to give feedback on everything they were doing. They help me understand every step they were taking to fix my credit. Unfortunately I had to cancel due to my husband's work injury.

As a general rule, I’m not big on reviews because they’re time consuming. Like most people, I only leave feedback when something is VERY GOOD or VERY BAD. Let me preface the remainder of this review by clearly stating that I have ABSOLUTELY NO outside affiliation with LexLaw or any of its employees nor am I receiving ANY compensation of any type for this review. If you’re considering using a service to help restore your credit, I AM YOU! I had a WHOLE LOT OF “LIFE” hit me in a short period of time and I picked up ALL of the financial bumps & bruises that come along with that. Job loss, divorce, health issues (in that order) and when the dust settled, I was left with a mountain of things to take care of and a 540 credit score.

I hired Lexington Law to dispute inaccurate items on my credit report. After paying them monthly for nearly a year and disputing all of the items, my service agreement with them ended. They contacted me and conned me into continuing with them by saying they will now step up the dispute process of the remaining items with a more aggressive method. With that understanding I stupidly agreed to allow them to continue with this "more aggressive" method.

I do not see any progress about my problem with PNC bank. I don't own them the amount they are claiming. I put $250 down, the amount they claimed is $340, where is my down payment. I want you to find out how to get it right.

The main reason I called Lexington was to help with a repossession that Ford credit had done on a loan I co-signed for with my daughter. She had a wreck and the vehicle was towed to a storage lot. It was undetermined at the time whether or not the vehicle was totaled or repairable. Long story made short, Ford ended up towing the vehicle off (even though it was repairable), sold it at auction and deemed it a repossession even though payments were current. I explained all of this to Lexington and they said they could definitely help so I signed up paying the $14.99 credit check and the $129.95 monthly fee.

You guys have been absolutely amazing and very helpful. Lexington law has acted extremely fast and are doing a great job fixing my credit. I couldn't be happier about the performance. I recommend anybody that has any credit issues to use them.

You will have a dedicated team working on your behalf to resolve your credit issues, the reason why I know this is because they work on my behalf as well, since I have been signed up with Lexington Law Firm I have seen my score improve.

Got Lexington Law to fix my credit in 10/01/2018. I paid 129.00 a month, before getting them I disputed stuff myself that was deleted during this time. Lexington Law made a public record appeared on my credit that was a collection only. When looking at credit report now it shows as a repo, this repo was 5 yrs old and just showing up? They also got mad because I canceled after paying them 2 months, kept calling. I think they messed up my income tax with identity stuff the way they do things - lying. They are a rip off and I am so sorry I had them to work on my credit.

My credit went up by 85 points in 2 points and the staff are always willing to make sure everything looks perfect and accurate. Lexington Law is the best, I receive mails and calls. They always willing to make sure they cover all loopholes.

I was referred this company from a friend. I say I've been with them less than 6 months and they taken 75% of stuff off my credit. Before I got with them my credit score was 610 now its 703 and rising.

I was skeptical about credit repair initially. Still am to a degree since results are not guaranteed, but I appreciate the professional attitudes and service from a few of the reps. Do not use this company. They will only be able to remove small negative items not affecting your credit. I had clearly incorrect items I was able to remove myself. When questioned they were unable to provide any answers. All they do is send disputes which you can do on your own.

I am beginning to believe this is a scam and I am very discouraged by the process. I spoke with a nice woman at Credit Advantage that strongly convinced me that this process would work for me and after careful consideration, I finally agreed to the process, paid my $14.99 and thought I was on my way towards fixing my credit problems.

I've been very pleased with your services and the courtesy that I have received from your company, but put because of financial hardship I had to terminate the agreement, I use propane to heat my home and I had to pay $16000 plus dollars to fill up my 500 gallon tank and that threw me for a loop but God willing I would like your services to be instated in August of this year.

I have never had a bad experience dealing with the paralegals from Lexington Law but today the service was even better. They were experiencing computer issues. The Rep asked me to please hold for 2 minutes while she did a reboot to try to speed things up and delay any additional wait time. While waiting she came back to check on me and apologize for any inconvenience caused by the wait time. She was extremely concerned that the wait was inconvenient and you could tell the apology was sincere. She was very kind, extremely helpful and provided excellent service. Anyone who has had to deal with computers has had one lock up or experienced similar issues that are out of their control but she took ownership of the problem and did everything possible to provide the best service possible. I was very pleased with the experience.

SLOW. I signed up with this firm back in August 2018, so far they have removed 1 item which was a late payment at 129.00 monthly. I'm thinking of canceling because to me it isn't worth it. I waited 6 months after being told I would see progress in 3 months and there was no change in score and nothing removed. Every time I called about it each paralegal said the same thing like it was scripted that I should get a notarized copy of my stuff and send it in and I should hear something in three months that they normally respond to quicker which nothing never happen. I feel that they just took my money because nothing hasn't been fixed on my credit, not even my score. When I complained the last time I was told they can just cancel my account because, "It's nothing else we can do for you" after paying them 129.00 for 6 months.

Credit increases since being a part of Lexington Law; only a short time. My credit is almost at a 700 score. My goal of becoming a home owner is growing closer and closer. They got right to work from day one, and didn't make me feel bad for how my credit looked.

While awaiting the court date of my divorce, my now ex husband intentionally paid creditors that were joint accounts to destroy my credit. These accounts he knew would be awarded as his debt. My almost perfect score (over 800) plummetted to 529 in 6 months! Lexington Law now after only 4 months, has my credit back in the mid 700's and rising! I pay for the cheapest service available. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely effective! I highly recommend them to anyone with credit issues.

Had a few issues starting out. Their computer systems seem to have some problems because of several technical difficulties. One lady was very rude and argued with me until she finally figured out I was right. She never apologized for the issue or the foul attitude she had toward me. Thankfully she transferred me over to a young man who was very friendly and helped me complete everything. He was very thorough and explained things to me in a way that made good sense. He was very helpful and got my stuff going in a timely manner. I’ve heard good things about Lexington Law and sure hope they can live up to their expectations and get my stuff fixed. We will see.

Lexington Law isn’t a company managed by individuals with morals or integrity. They have done the following: process unauthorized payments and will not issue a full refund after receiving two additional overdraft charges. The unethical behavior started in the month of December 2018 and January 2019. I asked all the representatives for a supervisor email or phone number and both said the following “She doesn’t have one or I don’t remember my email” or "If you ask for a last name they said my name is “REANNA **”.

I have a great conversation with Stacy who answer all my questions and keep me posted about my case. I would recommend my friends about the great experience the I have with Lexington and Law. Wish my experience with Lexington and Law very happy. Continue doing the great job.

I trusted this company to assist me with credit repair. I paid $129.00 for 5 months of services. I called and tried to cancel services because only 1 item had been removed in 5 months. I was then offered a lower fee of 58.00 for one month... And after checking there was still only 1 out of 9 items removed. There are items that are older than 17 years old and they were never removed. Please do not use their services... You will be highly disappointed. They will make sure to charge you for additional month once you cancel so buyers beware.

I have opted out several times and as a matter of fact I NEVER signed up for them and my credit is very high! Really is making me mad that they are sooo persistent. They text me every day and even late at night. I would like this business to stop harassing me.

I retained Lexington Law in July of 2018 to address three mistakes on my credit report. The service was easy to use, quick, and the mobile app made it convenient to check the progress. Don’t do it! They called me and convinced me to sign up to help my credit which I desperately need. They charged me 14.95 and took my credit card information. I gave it and he said he needed a secondary card which he said would not be charged but was needed to start the account. The money was not taken right away and 2 weeks later they charged the wrong card the 14.95 and the $89.95 monthly fee at the same time causing my account to bounce and a few charged.

Since I have been with Lexington Law that took care of getting my credit back on top and my credit is so good I can go any where give my information and I'm approved. Also everytime I call with an issue, I explain my problem and the Lexington Law goes to work to have it taken off. So all in all Lexington Law is a great company. They have your back.

I am not new to Lexington Law... I was a member for 3 years before this time around. LL was able to remove several derogatory incidents on my credit reports from all three agencies. They are persistent and diligent. Thanks to LL I was able to purchase my car and home with an average credit score of 790 up from 597.

I have been with Lexington Law for about 5 months. I had 7 things come off my credit. It’s not a fast process due to wait on the credit bureau to respond but it’s not Lexington Law's fault. You gotta remember there just the middle man working for you now. Some people freak out because the score goes down after things come off your credit that are bad but it will go back up. I promise the only reason it goes down is because even though it is a bad thing on your credit it still is a history account so when that account gets deleted a few points will come off but your points will start going up in time.

I completely loved the service and the staff was every bit professional. I definitely recommend using them. It's not many times your back is against the wall, and when it is, you ultimately need someone or an organization reliable enough to be able to assist. That's why I feel comfortable with the choice I've made.

I had some Installments and settlements I did long time ago that still in my credit report. I hired Lexington Law to try to remove those negative items cause those accounts are close already. My credit score was in great shape and moving up to 800. First thing I noticed is that they do not dispute all cases at the same time so they sent letters and then wait for a response, 5 months later I have less than the cases removed and my score went down 70 points. I contact them and the response was that that's the process and sometimes gets 6 months to have a response. :) How convenient is this specially when they charge per month. So there's months that they didn't do anything and they still charge me for wait. This is unfair and they should start calling and investigating by phone instead and find another way to speed the process. Very disappointed service, I do not recommend them.

I have been working with company for years now because I needed the help due to damage credit. They have remove 16 negatives off and my score is Rising. They answer all my questions and make sure I understand. I am comfortable to talk to them and someone is always there to help when I need them.

I just signed up with Lexington Law today and I spoke with a gentlemen name Carson. He was very detailed but I have read a lot of negative reviews. If I do not see any changes within a month I will be canceling my plan. I really want to cancel it now and just do not worry too much about the 1 missed payment on my account. Me and my wife have been using their service for 4-months and have not seen any improvement to our credit scores. Our credit scores have dropped several points since signing up for their services. We are using the top service for $129.00 a month so it's not cheap for both of us. Their customer service is terrible. They never answer the phone and will leave you on hold forever to speak to a paralegal. Do not sign up for their services. They are a scam.

I read all of the reviews and was highly rated but trust me when I tell you that I now know why you see ads to review services on Craigslist. To start they got my email address wrong so when I signed up they did nothing for the first month but charged me for it anyways. The reason it was a month is because all of your contact information is in the initial email they send you and nobody bothered to check and see why I hadn't responded until three weeks later. I had 6 items and zero actual debt left but two items didn't have my payoff listed from when I paid them to correct that on my report. They listed to me all of my items and asked what I wanted done. I explained that I hired them for the exact reason of telling me what I needed to do. Their response was that they were not allowed to give customers advice and I would have to choose from the options.

Accurately gave opinion of my service. Got help with making my credit back to normal, and received help in determining what info on my credit was stolen information and what was actually mine, so I good get it cleared up.

I was with Lexington law for months... And while with them I started to see my credit score go up, but not on all 3 bureaus. They would work the same debt one bureau at a time. After my score went up from in the high 400's to the high 600's on two of the three bureaus I cancelled my subscription... Unfortunately I started to see my score drop tremendously and I couldn't understand why... Well I figured out why!!! The things that were taken off has reappeared on my credit. I feel like I wasted my money. Now I have to pay someone else to remove the same things off my credit again.

I feel Lexington Law was a complete scam. I was led there on the advice of Credit Sesame who assured me Lexington Law could help. And once there I told their advisors I didn't think they could do anything for me, and was given vague assurances. At the end of three months, they did nothing for me, but take my money, and when I talked to them all they ever did was give me vague assurances. What I wanted was some professional legal help negotiating with a debt holder of debt I acknowledged was mine. They told me upfront they could do that and started me in on their process. I expected help with a pay and delete letter. They led me to believe that was part of their process.

Lexington Law cares about my credit rating and is willing to assist me to succeed no matter how difficult it maybe. It can be improved with my efforts in reporting information. I believe that now is a time in my life that I must excel in improving my life credit wise, demonstrating to my children how important credit worthiness helps in our society.

Quality of the program was affected by my choice of lowest-tier of participation. It was what I could afford at the time. At the price point I could afford, there was minimal contact and I did not quite understand the cost of discontinuing your service. Even though I made it clear that I would be returning at a much higher rate of participation in 24 months.

Don’t waste your money!! They take forever to send out letters. Meanwhile they are still charging you the monthly fee even though they are not doing anything. The letters are very generic. After some research online you can actually find the templates online and send the letters yourself. There is no need to pay for their services. Agents are rude over the phone and give you generic updates whenever you call. Trust me. Don’t use this company! It’s a big scam.

I had a wonderful and helpful lady to take her time and explain to me what I didn't understand and directed me to the next step of my goal with knowledge. She also help me didn't understand on computer what I needed to do and she grateful explain to me what was missing on my order to creditors.

I was serviced by a young man name Tyler of Lexington Law. He was polite, he had great customer service, and overall well knowledgeable of how to repair credit. Tyler made me feel comfortable about me choosing Lexington Law to represent me. Tyler, who was married and I believe said he was only 23 years old, taught me more than I ever known about credit repair and how important it is to keep it maintenance. He answered all my questions and I could tell that he loved his job. He briefly went over all the accounts, marks and why they affect my account so much. Tyler even gave me other alternatives as to how I should take action on these accounts. Great job Lexington Law for selecting reputable employees such as Tyler. I am happy to be a client of yours. I just became a client not too long ago, I recommend that everyone who needs assistance with credit repair join Lexington Law.

I signed up for these services. I started with the top plan which has me thinking that the more I pay the faster they will work on my behalf. Well yeah! Right!. I paid the $125ish for about 2 or 3 months while I monitor my account to see if there are any changes occurring with my account. 2 weeks go by they sent my challenge letters, 1 month goes by nothing removed, 2 months go by nothing. 3 months nothing. 4 months and nothing. I canceled my account. I do think they drag out the process longer than what it needs to be to get more money out of the customer.

I am beyond words to describe how happy I am with Lexington Law. My credit was pretty much in the hole, which can leave you helpless and depressed knowing that this is going to be your life. You never apply for credit knowing your outcome. Lexington Law has given me a second chance at a better future.

Big SCAM. Charged a $14 fee then a $129 payment to do what could be done on Credit Karma for free. They then over drafted my account and the customer service rep just kept trying to upsell and keep me paying for NOTHING. Don't pay for what you can do for FREE.

They charged me an additional 70 dollars in addition the 128 I paid each month, I thought this is terrible for people who have credit issues to begin with and they did nothing to raise my credit not even a little bit. I remember talking to them on the phone when they wanted my business and they never mentioned the extra charge for terminating. I am disgusted with people like this taking from the poor, they have no morals... Thank you for making my holidays even better.

Last year, I signed up for the $89/month plan with Lexington Law. I don't recall how much time had passed before I saw improvements on my credit report but DO remember being shocked at how fast and continuously it was occurring. I loved that they communicate through email; something about talking on the phone gives me slight anxiety. I have talked to them on the phone twice and they were VERY personable. For me, the $89 was well worth it. I'd like to be a homeowner someday soon so it's vital to improve my credit report. If you think it's near impossible to see a dramatic improvement on your report by this time next year -- I suggest you try Lexington Law. You will seriously be shocked. Right now, I'm only using their $9 monthly plan because I had hours cut down at work. As soon as I'm better able to pay the $89 monthly plan again, I definitely will!

Mr. Mattias, however, informed me that not only was I eligible for a less expensive plan (Lexington Essentials) bc of my payment history, but I was also just in time to change it. This company is a scam! They promise to improve credit but in fact my went down. They will not issue a refund and said I threatened them for saying I would file a complaint with the BBB and other government agencies. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY! They will take your money and good luck getting it back.

I had a collection against my credit from a collection agency. The original debtor never contacted me, and I had no knowledge I owed anything. After seven months, they sent it to the collection agency who also never contacted me. They simply reported a collection to the major credit bureaus... All for $52! Lexington Law was successful in taking care of this so I'm pleased with their work. However, I thought it odd that 2 of the 3 bureaus removed the collection within 30 days, however it was almost 90 days for the 3rd bureau. Upon investigating, I learned from the 3rd bureau that they did not receive the dispute for 60 days after I contracted with Lexington Law. Lexington Law bills you a fee each month while they are working on your case. I strongly feel they delayed the 3rd bureau to obtain more payments.

The paralegal that updated me on my credit progress, also informed me that I had a late bill. Part of the reason I am getting help with my credit is because I struggle with low income. But I can’t get a higher paying job unless my credit goes up. The way Lexington Law customer service and paralegals conduct themselves while trying to collect a payment is so patient. When I am a day or two behind on my bill, is really so helpful the way the communicate. I feel like I am treated like a person that Lexington Law is helping, and not just like a customer that can be profited from.

I have been using Lexington Law since 2016, yes 2016 (23 months) and hundreds/thousands dollars later my credit is not much better at all. I have had to send letters, run to court houses, send more letters, make phone calls, send more letters all on my own. I apply for credit only to find out that some of the items supposedly removed are still showing up on my report and I am turned down again and again.

I've been paying Lexington Law since September of 2018. Only 3 items removed so far. Lexington law claims they can only send out 3 letters per cycle and a typical cycle is approximately 30-60 days. In reality they are billing $109 monthly and sending 3 letters out every 60 days. In addition to that, my husband and I were lied to on a recorded line but of course, they can’t “review” that.

I was very leery about trying LexingtonLaw but, after seeing my credit score increase monthly. I quickly learned, I had made the best decision of my life! A great credit score affects every area of your life. Go ahead, give them a try! You won’t be sorry!

Ok so I joined Lexington Law in February 2018. Nothing they did for my credit. Oh I am sorry they removed one old late payment from a closed auto loan from 2007. Anyway I had a collection account from sources receivable, a charge off from LendingClub and late payments from Santander auto loan. I was able to reach to the BBB and they help with me getting sources receivable off my credit report LendingClub. I disputed through the credit agencies and was able to get them to remove it. When it come to Santander we all know they not budging at all.

I just want to thank you, I now have a chance, to build new credit, and reach my goal, and buy a home for my family. I am now getting new card offers, and a new chance. Thank you. Satisfied customer.

This company gave me some pros and cons. On the positive side, they removed an item that was surely not mine and I informed of. However, there is more negatives with this company. I informed them that majority of the items on my credit was true. I just needed them removed. They proceeded to just send letters out to creditors asking to "verify" the item. I continued to get letters from creditors who stated that the item was true. After much back and forth I decided to downgrade my plan for the highest to the lowest plan they offered just monitoring my credit.

I never trusted credit repair companies because of a bad experience years ago. But Lexington Law helped me straighten out all of my issues including removing several items and answering credit questions I had. My score is almost in the best category now. I will recommend them to anyone who wants to improve their credit score. And believe me I have already referred a few.

This is a slow process, actually any credit repair is, however Lexington Law milks it EXTRA long just to get those "extra" months paid. You will see very little progress and they do not like to communicate where your account stands with creditors. In a year, they did get some removals but absolutely nothing that even affected my score. Actually it was 30 some points lower.

I paid the 14 fee upfront. A month goes by and I pay the 129 monthly fee. I received zero positive results. They claimed to have removed 1 negative item from my report. When I called to cancel I informed Lexington that not only did I not see anything positive regarding that 1 removal, I once again started getting bills from the collection agency, of which I have not heard from in approx 5 years.

My experience with Lexington Law was absolutely disappointing. I signed up with them having a fairly easy case having only 5 negatives. I was super excited about this journey. I signed up for the highest package. I am a single mother just wanting a better life for me and my daughter. I did not have the extra money but had to sacrifice because I figured it would be worth it in the end. I paid them $500+ and they literally did absolutely NOTHING to help me. First thing is why should or would you tell your customers we have to follow up with you instead of it being the other way around. Is that not what we pay you for?
