I contacted someone on a Craigslist ad about purchasing a home. They transferred me to Lexington Law and said that if I sign up for this program, I will qualify to purchase a home. I followed their instructions, gave Lexington my personal info and debit card and was on my way. I called back the number and got no response so I responded to an email and they sent some next steps which were to contact a number and business that had no link, number disconnected. I called Lexington and explained all of this and they assured me that they would not be canceling my account until there was a payment because they had started the work and refused to cancel and still went in for the payment. I have since researched them and found that numerous people have had this same problem and they also did not assist those people, and still took their money. I will fight Lexington to the bitter end if they think I won't miss my pennies!

They are hiring some amazing people over at Lexington. Even the best of customer service training programs aren't able to teach the finesse with which these paralegals are able to display their undying patience, compliance, motivation, and accountability over the phone. Yes, paralegals. Usually not known for their award-winning personalities or charisma, I know.

I have been talking with someone that gave me no name. He was very rude calling me a liar and called my son a thief. I called back several times to talk to him, no answer, they put me on hold. The number I called is 855 984 0801. If this is the right firm, I would like very much to get contact and learn exactly what is the problem I have. Thank you.

My experience with Lexington Law was absolutely deplorable. My credit score has actually lowered almost 30 points after spending 7 months paying them monthly fee's. They used deceptive terminology and tactics to keep me feeling like they were actually accomplishing anything. What they don't really communicate to you is that almost as soon as they remove items from your credit report they reappear and actually take your credit down. I admittedly am unfamiliar with the workings of credit repair, what I do know is that I've done nothing that could possibly affect my credit since beginning my time with them, and my credit score is literally lower than when I started working with them. This company is a scam, WATCH OUT.

My foolish wife signed us up for this credit repair nonsense this summer without my knowledge. LL took $239 out of my bank account. I wrote to Heath for cancellation and a refund. He wrote back and agreed but then failed to give the refund. And plus, after he said he cancelled us, he kept taking money from my account! He won’t answer my emails. They told my wife that they had challenged some items on her credit report but we never saw any improvement in score. Total waste of time. Wrote complaints to Bar and AG. Still waiting for refund. This company lied to me and said they would wait 2 weeks before taking my monthly payment when I called them. I also told them I wanted to switch the card on file before they charged it. She told me they would not take the payment until she had called back and got the new payment info and they would wait 2 weeks. These liars and crooks took the money immediately after getting off the phone with me. Bounced my account and set me back. I hired them to fix my credit. This COMPANY IS A SCAM! I joined Lexington 6 months ago with several credit repair issues. My score was 575 and to buy a home I needed it to be around 650 it better. Lexington went right to work identifying the issues and after a brief discussion they sent out letter requesting documents from creditors and if they could not provide the docs then they had to remove their account from my file. I’d all in! This is most likely the best service I’ve ever signed a deal for! I have had a few red flags that I wanted answers for. I called the firm and they looked into it. First I didn't call your firm was applying for a loan. They transferred me that agent pressured me was misleading. Nothing she told me happened. I called to cancel that agent was helpful. But your firm ran a charge to my bank. I called them if it pays my bank is going to dispute the transaction. I have the email stating no charges due.

Total waste of money. We signed up and until today I have had zero access to my supposed account. I called a few days ago to cancel and they just would not listen. My husband doesn't get home until after their hours so he cannot cancel since there is no automated option. Charged 80+ dollars this week after a 40+ charge last week. When his account was started we specified that we needed access to each other's accounts for this exact reason. RUN LIKE MAD in the opposite direction from this crud. You can dispute everything they do directly from your credit report. You do NOT NEED them to do it for you.

Before purchasing a home I wanted to improve my credit scores. Lex Law advertised that most clients would see significant results within 60 days. I paid all my debts off as instructed (thousands of dollars) only to be told they would still be reported negatively and have my scores decrease over a period of 90 days, it is the biggest rip off, as after I did a live chat to cancel their services, I was informed I had to pay an additional fee over $100 dollars for services rendered. I have now paid their fees for three months to get nothing in return. I would not use them if you need results within 90 days as their 60 day time frame is not true.

They are very helpful. Answered all my questions. Gave me advice on ways to help. Helped me find the right one for me. I would recommend this if you need help on any credit question. A good way to start building your credit back. Thanks for all your help.

My experience with the firm has been positive and non stressful. I like that they will take their time and explain in detail everything you need to know. As you know when it comes to finances it can be very difficult for people to handle. It went smoothly.

Worst possible service. When I call this number, True Caller app shows it as a scam number. As the financial POA for my father, I contacted Lexington Law for assistance with his account with you. He is 90 years old, made some financial mistakes, and tried to correct them through your service which ended up making his debt situation worse. In trying to resolve the issue, and get his case closed, I was told over the phone to fax the POA signature/notary page to the number provided. That was a requirement before they would agree to speak to me about his case. Did that, called them back and was told I had to send the original POA via US mail. Did that and after the runaround with several paralegals, was told that the form was not in the file.

I haven't used a credit card for 20+ years, so my credit only had a few negative items. But, they weren't scheduled to come off for months or years, which made it impossible for me to acquire a credit card. It's maddening that the credit reporting companies don't respond to citizens, but they will to an attorney, but that's just the way it is.

Had great service provided and questions answered. I had an item removed from my credit report. I also inquired information about a possible credit card. I never had a credit card. Still afraid to get one but I was told that could help build my credit faster if I manage it correctly and repay it on time.

I am very happy with the results I am receiving with Lexington Law services. I have never truly paid attention to my credit until I apply for an apartment and was rejected because of a low credit score. At my age I should be AAA 1+ credit. This did not happen at the age of 61 coming November 26. This devastated me and I immediately got on top of repairing my credit every step of the way. Lexington Law has updated me with everything up-to-date. They have removed two things from my credit and I am on the road to success and nurturing my credit as I should have. I was suspicious when I saw all the 5 star reviews. In my old line of work we rewarded customers for good reviews. This company is a complete scam. I won't go through all the details of how they scammed $135.00 out of my wife but needless to say they had no interest in refunding it or come to some kind of agreement. They do absolutely nothing that you cannot do on your own. They pay comm % to companies that refer them. The unsuspecting consumer doesn't know they have signed up with them until they get their bank statement. These people are thieves. I apologize to all thieves out there. They have no scruples whatsoever. Tread with caution.

When I called for their service I was told 106 per month to work on repairing credit and I could cancel within 3 days of the next payment and there would be no charge. Today 21 days later I went to cancel 15 days before the next payment then the person said that monthly was 119 not 106 like I was told and I owe another 59.00 because we’re in the next month. 21 days is not more than a month no matter how you count. They're crooks.

My representative from Lexington law was incredible, he went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything that we discussed and the great potential in store after working with them to get my credit straightened out and improved... Would recommend to anyone out there no matter what circumstance and rating your credit is at.

I do not have the money to pay for the service. Everyone I have dealt with at Lexington Law Firm have been very professional & courteous, but I cannot pay anything right now. The first payment taken out of my account overdrew my account & I was charged $33 by my bank. Fernanda was wonderful in getting me half of my payment returned, and should I be able to resume your services in the future I will surely call Lexington Law Firm.

As a verified customer, I would say Lexington law is a really scam and cheating. It was my personally extremely awful experience to do business with them. No doubt. Never provide credit card information to them for pre-charge. After they charged your money, they are pretty much starting sitting there doing nothing waiting for the customer to pay their bill regularly. Sound very smart? Isn't it? I provided everything I can on the customer side and enrolled in the highest service level and with their confirmation that nothing materials else needed from my end. After 2 months without their doing nothing originally, I initiated contact them, they rejected to provide the docs they have done to show their original efforts.

I'm a returning client, I was a clients 7 years ago. I was greeted by Jerry, who was nice at first. He took down all my credit card info, sent me a text and said just reply "YES", I replied and said, "Let me look at the disclosure", he kept interrupting me while I was reading, then raised his voice and said "I'm sending you another text message, just reply YES. You can read through the disclosure after you reply YES!” I then said, let me read through the disclosure before I go any further, I said, "Don't run the credit card, till after I'm finished". He became very upset. Raised his voice and said "WHAT DID I DO?" "DID I DO SOMETHING WRONG?". "I'M TRYING TO BE NICE TO YOU!" He really scared me. I don't feel that anyone should ever be so pushy or rude. I would never recommend Lexington Law.

I can't thank the staff person enough for her help today... She literally went above and beyond the call... I was felt I was in a really tough spot (I am referring to my dispute of outdated items and Phantom Debt Collectors using deceptive and abusive collection practices on the credit report information in my file)... and she saved me!! By explaining my situation in detail where I understood how the process work and how Lexington Law is helping to resolve my case. The service representative is my "Shero".

Breshaun was the agent that assist me, I was upset because I was charged twice. After dealing with me as being disgruntled she patiently dealt with my outburst, never did she get out of character with me, we were disconnected and she called back twice until she reached me by phone. I first had to apologize to her for my rudeness, because of her patience, she endured my abruptness, and maintained her calm composure and continued to assist me. And for that I thank her. Stay away from these guys. Based on my experience, they accomplished nothing and charged my credit card $79.95 a month for seven months. I hired them to remove a "one month late" record in my credit history. I thought they would charge my card twice. Once when I signed up and when they removed the record. It was not the case unfortunately. They have been milking my credit card. Very dissatisfied...

When I originally signed up for Lexington Law I was told to use any card to begin for the purposes of creating a new account. It was my understanding that once I changed my account to begin the services I would be billed monthly from that new account, and that account only. I changed my account. I was not satisfied with their services so I stopped using them. 2 months later after my account was closed and they couldn't collect money from the account listed, they used the original card that I opened the Lexington Law account. I did not authorize payment from that account. Now, my 2 credit card payments that were suppose to post were denied because of a payment I did not authorize from Lexington Law. I'm told that they can not reverse that payment. How is this legal or ethical?

Very nice and warm. Took out time to make sure everything was correct. I really appreciate this company for helping me get back on track with my life. They offered me time to catch up with my payment, even after falling behind from moving into my new apartment, so I was still able to keep my progress up with keeping my credit score goals.

If you decide to cancel your membership print any information you need before doing so, after canceling your subscription, no matter what they tell you once you're out you're out. So print all you can before cancelling. Other than that the company is great.
