Total Garbage experience. I have purchased several services recently, only to watch LZ fail to deliver all that was promised, and fail to do so in a timely manner. I won't be using this services ever again. This is because time and again I trusted LZ to deliver what I needed, when I needed it and they failed me each time. I won't do this anymore.

Legal Zoom is awesome! They make everything easy to understand and they provide extraordinary customer service. I recommend Legal Zoom to anyone and everyone who wants to start a business seeking the correct help to do so. I appreciate Legal Zoom tenfold.

Elizabeth was amazing on the phone. She deserves a raise but if you were really smart you would offer her a job and sales. Her attitude, her experience, her knowledge, her professionalism, her kindness, everything went smoothly and she’s a great up seller. I recently started my own business through the help of Legal Zoom. I was charged a lot of unnecessary fees. I had to contact Legal Zoom and my bank numerous time to resolve the issues. When you contact Legal Zoom, you are transferred to numerous people. They will put you on hold for 2 hours before they even answer your concerns. This is a problem. I used two phone to see if this would help, it didn't. They need a better system.

The whole process to get my LLC and EIN was quick and easy. All correspondence with staff members very helpful and informative. They really seem like they are concerned about you starting your business off on the right foot. I highly recommend Legal zoom.

The online process to obtain my LLC was easy and streamlined. I had a great follow-up experience with the agent. SPOKE TO 'EARVIN' JUST TODAY 03 18 2022 - Here in Kingman AZ superficial so called LIVING TRUST ATTORNEYs charge well over $2000 and can't answer simple basic questions - - I won't pay that to any phony Attorney in Kingman AZ. We have a boat load of superficial attorneys who can't wipe their ** without their mothers' help.

If there is a question an agent cannot answer, I have been referred to the proper channels for resolution. My experience with LegalZoom’s customer service has always been awesome!

Legal Zoom is easy to use and affordable. I wanted to have a will made, and the form took less than 15 minutes. When I had a question towards the end, Ashleigh in customer service, answered my call quickly and was wonderful!

On March 3rd, I had a question and asked it on the customer service chat. His name was Sean. I was very confused by something I had googled and what my bookkeeper told me. And he was so short and rude to me. I know it’s hard to read my tone over chat (and I suck at typing fast) but he wouldn’t let me explain myself and then essentially hung up on me. He was like “We don’t do this (thing I was asking about) and in no way indicate we do. I’ll be leaving the chat soon. Have a great day!” It sounded sooo rude and condescending and I had more questions! I rejoined the chat and a lovely lady named Laura helped me. I guess he thought I was just going to argue, but I was just confused and had more to ask about. My good friend works for LZ and she was very disappointed when I sent her the screen grabs.

Can never get anyone on the phone without waiting at the least an hour. They have NO e-mail for you to contact them. They have told me at least 8 times if not more everything is completed, then I get an e-mail you cannot response to nor can you pull up any forms on your account, I would never recommend them. Surely not worth the money they charge, and they make sure they get that upfront. :(

The company originally resolved the issue with a $40 credit but after a Twitter conversation the company came back and offered more money for a resolve because they saw the inconvenience was a 2 month ordeal. I am satisfied and I'm looking forward to my Inc finally coming in the mail. I received a FedEx tracking number that hopefully will show shipped soon. I am excited about a final resolve of me receiving my paperwork to move forward with my company.

Legal Zoom is ok, the only thing that I don’t like is the preference of emails instead of phone calls as many important emails ended up in my spam folder that had a deadline. They do taxes but still waiting on the the 2020 taxes. Still haven’t received confirmation or updated information.

I purchased this service in Dec and we are in March and still no progress not even an initial filing. Between a system flaw which generated papers incorrectly to multiple emails left unanswered - nobody calling back. Also, they mail the paperwork which you have notarized and mail back. Then wait 14 days for them to say there was an error, so had to remail to us again and now we are 3 weeks into the second mail in and silence. No response, holding out 412.00 filing fee. Not responding to any requests for status..

My husband and I have used Legal Zoom to create 2 LLCs, wills, power of attorneys, etc. They have been wonderful until recently. I am trying to dissolve my business and the status keeps getting put on hold but when I call they say they are not needing any information from me. Each time I call, the wait time keeps getting longer and longer. 1st call around the beginning of Feb almost an hour, 2nd call mid Feb, an hour and a half. Just now 1 hour and 55 minutes. I paid Legal Zoom good money to take care of this and I did not even receive an e-mail regarding the status of my order being put on hold and the wait time is unacceptable. I hope that you are able to resolve this as I would love to continue to use Legal Zoom.

I am paying 800$ for an expedited LLC that said action needed signature required. I signed and sent document verified document received. Two days later I am still showing action needed. Called everyday- I am not able to speak to the department that actually processes the paperwork. No supervisor to call- customer service agents just take my info and say they will send an email. Meanwhile, I am out the money for expedited. I am waiting on my LLC to get my business loan. Poor service. Do not use them if you are in a hurry. Website does say 100% moneyback guarantee if not satisfied. Let's see if they stick to their word. I want a refund for the expedited option. There is nothing expedited about this process.

Sure it's cheaper but there are other similar services, use anyone but Legalzoom. Average hold time is an hour and then no one knows what is going on. I keep receiving emails that say there is a problem with my order. The emails don't reference the issue or your order number. When you speak to an agent they don't know why you were sent the email or they says it's a legal issue and they can't help. Representatives can not connect you to a supervisor or the escalation dept. I have spent over 12 hours on hold to complete a new corp filing.

I'm new to all of this so I haven't made my order yet because it's some things I need to go over but, when I'm absolutely ready I will for sure move forward with the service. The service representative who assisted me gave me the assurance and confidence that he would act in my best interest. Thanks!

Been waiting 5 months for the paperwork. I know that NYS is behind schedule, however they never told me this when I paid them. They never do any follow up unless I call. The agents are very nice, but the company is nothing short of fraudulent. I would never recommend or use them again!

Legalzoom is great for setting up LLCs, making changes to LLCs, etc. I was looking for some old paperwork and the customer service was outstanding. Clemencia answered my questions quickly and made sure I received exactly what I needed.

Not knowing where to begin from help within the public library I was directed Legal Zoom online, and in a few hours in three days, my application is being researched. I called in not knowing where to begin, and thankfully they picked up my call right away, they were able to answer my questions on my first call and I was able to receive the help I needed to start my small business. :)

I started a small business and used Legal Zoom. I was not in a hurry to get my business running and did not order the Gold plan although customer services assured I did which would get my paperwork within two-five business days. I asked to see my order and was told because it says I ordered a Gold plan that is what I'm paying for. Bottom line is that between the basic $79 plan, the standard $329 and Gold $349 comes out to $750 for which I'm paying $250 a month which, had I know all this, would never have placed an order like this. They couldn't show me where I made this order as I only needed the basic plan. Now I'm strapped with a payment taken out today, which I had not planned for and another for next month. I can't afford this especially knowing I did not order it. When I told customer service I would cancel the last payment they assured me my license would be taken away. This is not service.

When I called in, the level of professionalism and willingness to aid me with my questions was outstanding. It's so nice to have this support and to not feel rushed when getting help. This service is one of the many reasons Legal Zoom is the way to go when getting your LLC set up.

When I login, I can’t see my order except ads that are popping up to me. I was not able to locate my order status and finally I was blocked from my account. It looks like denial of service attack because I was not able to access what I have in my account using iPhone or laptop desktop. My problem still not resolved yet. I may just cancel my order if this is the case.

I have nothing but positive experiences when using the services of Legal Zoom. I created my LLC through Legal Zoom and they were very prompt in getting me out my documents. If I have a question, they answer my questions promptly and with reassurance. I will use them again, and highly recommend their services to small businesses.

I could not remember how to regain access to my LegalZoom account. I thought that it was stored in one of my files. It wasn’t stored there. The agent knew exactly what to do and directed me back to the website and how to sign into my account. Her help kept me on the right track.

Days after submitting my request for my LLC, I received a complimentary consultation to discuss the decisions I needed to make and the paperwork (and their deadlines) that I needed to complete. But the call was so much more than I was expected, in fact I felt that I couldn't be as successful moving forward without their accounting support moving forward. LegalZoom is great not only because it is reasonably priced, but also because it is readily available. I needed a Power of Attorney by Monday morning, and got it through LegalZoom (and their fantastic Customer Service Dept who were available) on Saturday evening. My attorney could not do that.

Legalzoom was the Registered Agent on my LLC company in Illinois. The llc was dissolved by state in March 2019. I received a letter from a collection agency now saying I owe $399.00 for Legalzoom RA (Registered Agent) services. The state doesn't bother any unpaid fees as long the llc is dissolved. But LegalZoom is worried about their RA fees for doing nothing for last 3 years on dissolved company.. Wow! Wait there is more.. I called up the LegalZoom customer care..a nice lady answered the call and she did check the llc status on the state website and found the fact that company was dissolved in March 2019. She says as long LegalZoom is the RA on state website their service will be charged. I was like for what service and doing for what exactly? I said for your RA fees now the llc need to be reinstated paying thousands of dollars and then have state to change the RA..!

Jenny did such a phenomenal job assisting me today. Not only did she explain every question I had in full detail and in a manner in which I could understand, but she was also patient and kind & that’s very under appreciated in customer care! Good experience, considering this is my first business license. She got to the bottom of every issue concerning me & everything was resolved effortlessly and professionally. Absolutely worst communication I’ve ever experienced. No contact when issues arise that need attention. The only way to know there’s an issue that needs resolving is to log in and see it. My account has been sitting at a standstill for weeks with not a single email or update. It’s over a week past the original scheduled completion date with literally no movement on the account. They take at least one full week to reply to any inquiries which isn’t helpful. I do not recommend throwing money at this company if you want a fast smooth process.

Needed to shut down my business entity in California. Legal Zoom helped me set it up years ago and was just as helpful shutting it down. State website was confusing and process convoluted. Worth the small fee to have Legal Zoom do it.

Weeks go by without any progress. They lose things. They ask for the same information over and over again. They tell me that I am answering questions incorrectly when I follow their exact instructions. The last straw is the complete standstill I'm at now, due to their failure to get me an EIN. I faxed the SS-4. They said it was corrupted. I scanned & emailed the SS-4. They said it was corrupted. After 67 minutes on the phone with a lovely woman named Jamiah **, who said she WOULD NOT leave the phone until we got this right, FINALLY, she said the SS-4 copy was fine, and we were good to go.
