The portal is very friendly and easy to use. However, there was an issue to my order so I called the service desk and did not have to wait to talk to a representative. The representative was very friendly and he also knows the product very well. He is also patient as I have to reset my password before logging in to finished the amendments. LegalZoom helped me set up an LLC, and guided me each step of the way. Their customer service is excellent: you get through within a minute of waiting. They verify your credentials related to the account, and once you provide that info, they assist you very professionally, and in my experience, all of my questions were addressed right there. I am glad I used LegalZoom and would recommend it due to their expertise and very reasonable fees.

My initial attempt to process my order via online was cancelled, due to unforseen issues. I proceeded to call customer service and was connected to a rep by the name Chavares. She was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Within about 10 - 15 minutes she resolved my issues, corrected all my mistakes and explained the issues that caused the problem. She was knowledgeable, very efficient and very courteous.

Legal Zoom is good. I am doing my Living Trust. I only wish they would notify me when revisions are done. They used to. Their instructions as to what goes in each category need expansion. They do have attorneys who will give you 1/2 hour for free to look the documents over, IF you email them to that person; LZ doesn't. Employees are very patient and helpful.

LegalZoom makes it easy for a newbie like myself. I've been an employee in my field for over 30 yrs and decided to give it a try as owner/operator. Legal Zoom is a one stop shop for new business owners to get all the services needed for success.

I only wanted a DBA. Just a NAME. 4 copies of a snail-mailed single-page PDF with only a signature in black ink was requested, which I provided. LegalZoom sent me 4 rejections. 1st: I can't use PO Box. 2nd: There was a slight toner smudge on the paper. I paid to have them reprinted at FedEx/Kinko's and resent. 3rd: Affidavit missing (which was wrong, it wasn't needed). 4th: The papers were discarded after 3rd rejection and needed to be resent again. After 4 rejections and 2 1/2 months of delays. I gave up, and got my money back. I may have felt differently if the papers had been sent and my County Government was rejecting them.

Great service, professional and knowledgeable. Very patient and very willing to help solve all of my questions and doubts. 100 out of 10! Will recommend to anyone starting their business or simply needing legal forms to fulfill any legal needs.

Since I have retired I am thinking of the future. I looked into Legal Zoom and was very satisfied. I have filed my last will, health care proxy and power of attorney out and now will get notarized and rest easy that I have accomplished a large headache. It seems in the last 10 years since my husband acquired his LLC via LegalZoom the company has become convoluted, overly complicated, bloated, and full of unnecessary extras. If you are highly versed in the legalese that accompanies the LLC you are creating then perhaps LegalZoom may (and that's a very weak 'may') prove a viable way to acquire your LLC. However, after the fact of using LegalZoom I discovered other LLC sites that seem far simpler to navigate and more in line with what I need.

Did a fantastic job, went the extra mile with her service and knowledge. Laura took the time to double-check all paperwork and assured me that everything I needed was in order and that I can proceed with my business from here.

I’m starting to think the reason all these other businesses I deal with relating to customer services are so rude, moody, or short with me, is because LegalZoom has hired all the good representatives out there. I’ve needed to call plenty of businesses regarding questions or issues, but LegalZoom is on a whole different level of professionalism and making sure I’m comfortable and sound. Whoever trains and looks for qualities and attributes for these people they’re putting on the phone to take your call, absolutely amazing work. Other providers need to start taking notes and pay attention to how it’s done from LegalZoom, because from my experiences, it’s been peak service I couldn’t even have imagined receiving.

Bad experience with assigned agent Brooke but Timothy answered all my questions and processed my refund. Brooke emailed me that my refund was already processed but today I found out it's not even done yet, Brooke lied a lot to her customer. I wish Timothy is my agent and not Brooke.

This review is in regards to forming a PC through Legal Zoom. From transparency to communication to customer service this has been an absolutely horrendous experience. LZ will promise a timeline they cannot deliver on with "expedited", "express" options being a complete sham. I paid extra for the "express" package. This is a complete misnomer as they actually cause a significant delay with the way they internally process each order. They do not electronically file with the state (which is the fastest way to file a corporation).

The person conducting the online chat through LegalZoom was interested in learning about my needs, did not push for sale or use of their services, and answered a few of my questions by responding with definitions and clarifications. When I expressed interest in future assistance as the need might arise, she forwarded me the link to Legal Advantage Plus, the perfect solution to my situation and needs. I will be subscribing today. I am very appreciative of this quick response and excellent solution for my questions.

I felt comfortable and confident before ending our chat. He displayed and utilized more than blueprint customer service and problem solving skills all while using tact to reassure and keep me calm. I purchased an LLC package to start my business. Legal zoom offers a lot of different options to include, a couple of which are trial based and don’t charge you until 10 days after your purchase. I was charged on the 9th day and was intending on canceling these 2 subscription options. I wasn’t happy about that. When I called in to get these canceled and refunded I was pleased with the exceptional customer service provided in a quick manner. The agent I spoke with: Jerome was excellent in assessing and resolving my issue with a professional and kindly manner. He is an asset to their customer service. I will still be getting my LLC even though I canceled those two optional services.

Stay far away. The customer support is the worst, in addition to having paid for a service I was never provided. I filed for an LLC and EIN through LegalZoom in February. When I received the documents I proceeded to open a business bank account and was told that my certificate of formation was incomplete. After consulting with the state treasury office in NJ and my CPA I was told that in fact legal zoom had filed the paperwork incorrectly. I spent hours on the phone with legal zoom and eventually was told they would fix it and I would have the correct document within 8 business days.

Jessica was easy to talk to and was able to give me the information I needed. She even let me know that my process of my order will take a little longer because of the state I live in. I appreciate that information.

For some reason my business credit card was declined because of the address and the rep was able to locate the field to try to input the business address but unfortunately it did not work. We were able get the problem resolved.

Sarah, the agent who answered my call, was thoroughly professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She was able to quickly understand the reason for my call and immediately resolve it. Sarah understood and explained the annual LLC registration and the particulars of my State's requirements. The matter was resolved during our call. I could not be more satisfied.

I asked LegalZoom to stop tapping my credit card but they refused. I had to cancel my card and get a new one. The account was in the name of a friend, but I agreed to add my credit card for monthly service if needed. We never needed it and I could not get them to cancel my credit card. I asked to talk to a manager but was told there was none. While they agreed the account was not in my name, they refused to stop tapping my credit card. Very frustrating.

Signed up for Legal Zoom 3 months ago. Have to pay 600$ just for them to check and see if your trademark is available! Then you have to wait for them to get back to you about filing. Which they take FOREVER to do. They will bounce you to lawyer to lawyer and nobody keeps up with the process of your application. I needed some details fixed on my paperwork and am having a horrible time getting in contact with the law firm. It’s like you don’t contact them, they contact you.. feeling unsure after I’ve already paid almost 1000 dollars. Not worth the process. There is cheaper more reliable options somewhere else. They are sloppy.

All issues with the copyright were handled in a professional way and the representative took care of any issues we were unsure of and updated the application. When a representative eventually was able to speak with me, thing were resolved in a timely manner.

I’m the type that don’t leave reviews but Alex is an exception. Alex is a very knowledgeable person. He answered all my questions as concerns. He went beyond to ensure I had a full understanding. Best customer service I had in a while.

We were met with incompetence from day one. From their fake attorneys reserving my business name, then not realizing they did it, saying that names taken (yes by us through you) for five days. It took left hand FIVE DAYS to realize they’re the ones that reserved the name. It was one incompetent move after another. We have stings of emails w open admission of their errors yet not a single resolution has been followed through with. LegalZoom has illegally filed additional Ein numbers for my business and continues to practice unauthorized and illegal practices of law after I have fired LegalZoom, canceled all subscriptions and did so on a recorded line with legal zoom. I had a new agent and my own Ein number before the call was even finished. I have been a victim of their gross harassment, abuse of power and many federal laws have been broken by individuals at legal zoom.

Today, I was attended by “Josh” with help regarding my documents. He was patient, precise, and professional! I was very pleased with his exceptional service. I would highly recommend LegalZoom for all legal issues. I feel confident that any legal issues I may face in the future will be resolved with the help of LegalZoom.

They made it extremely easy to create my second LLC and when they called to set an appointment to meet with one of their attorneys, we were able to take care of another legal issue at the same time. They even gave me a discount for having an account.

While unable to assist me with probate court issues, the agent did direct me to where I could get the help I needed. I recently started my own business through the help of Legal Zoom. I was charged a lot of unnecessary fees. I had to contact Legal Zoom and my bank numerous time to resolve the issues. When you contact Legal Zoom, you are transferred to numerous people. They will put you on hold for 2 hours before they even answer your concerns. This is a problem. I used two phone to see if this would help, it didn't. They need a better system.

Can never get anyone on the phone without waiting at the least an hour. They have NO e-mail for you to contact them. They have told me at least 8 times if not more everything is completed, then I get an e-mail you cannot response to nor can you pull up any forms on your account, I would never recommend them. Surely not worth the money they charge, and they make sure they get that upfront. :(
