I needed help with the creation of my LLC, trademarking, and connecting me to some lawyer services and accounting services. LegalZoom has a price package there where they can pretty much help you just from the beginning of creating the LLC to also creating a trademark for your business. Then they also have other affiliate programs that will help you get a lawyer consultation, which you don't have to accept. Then after the consultation, it’s free. They also connected me to the accountant, which will help with filing of the taxes for the year.

I did everything online and it was quick. I just put in the information that LegalZoom needed. It was an easy process. That was the most important part. It took me step by step what I need to cover, and also gave me options for other services if I need it. But some of the features on there seemed like if I didn't do my research on it, it would seem like I do need some of it. It doesn't let me know that. But I understand the business aspect of it. Also, I had a Zoom appointment but no one showed up for that. Everything else was great.

Peace of mind is the main benefit with LegalZoom. Knowing that everything was filed on time and everything was filled out correctly gives me peace of mind. I'm not gonna get letters from the state in the middle of the year wondering what I'm doing because I'm not a real business. I filed for my LLC in February. It was really easy for me to do. They sent me all my paperwork when the process was complete, and I've gotten a few emails from their affiliates who help with business licensing. My experience has been really smooth. Their site is very easy to navigate.

Legal Zoom is very prompt and efficient. As a business owner it makes your life easy with filing and being organized. Great customer service- they are knowledgeable, professionally friendly and helpful.

I tried opening an LLC and LegalZoom sent me papers to sign in an email which DID NOT contain a link to the forms. I have spent literally over 50 hours waiting on the phone just to speak to someone to try to fix the problem. Calling LegalZoom literally takes away your entire day just to wait. Their call back feature does not work. Some nights I've waited three and a half hours only for no one to answer my call. I once got through to an associate who promised they would take care of the issue, and it NEVER HAPPENED! I am constantly chasing LegalZoom to correct a problem they caused! Please take my review into consideration before using LegalZoom. It is a nightmare!

They did very well. They did it a lot faster than I would have done it. So, I liked that.

I went to obtain an LLC. It was step-by-step instructions. LegalZoom assisted me from there, to provide information and they answered questions that I had. I can communicate if I need to, if I had any questions, and they're very responsive. I can always reach someone. LegalZoom is a great company to work with in terms of experience and just the overall process.

The process was pretty seamless, and easy to follow. It was very straightforward. I did it all online. Their website was pretty functional. The LLC took about two months to complete but that was only because I've waited two months to pay for my good standing certificate. But other than that, LegalZoom took care of everything else.

Everything went good for what I requested be done. Everything was online. I had to fill out the required forms and pay the fees for it. Between 30 to 45 days, we got the business name done and then some bank account opened up. Everything was pretty straightforward.

UNETHICAL PRACTICES: Customer Support: FOUR HOUR Hold Time. Please be aware of this. Had I called to find out ahead of time, I certainly would not have dreamed of spending my money with Legalzoom. If you need any assistance with your order, you'll be spending the afternoon on hold. Aside from this, my order was not even STARTED for virtually a month, and they had no idea why their affiliate legal firm hadn't even began it. They are totally disconnected from their partners. They outsource their legal, so it's dependent on who they decide to use. BE AWARE, and know Legal Zoom is not about Speedy Services.

The sales person failed to send me an e-mail on April 6th that contained the signature form I needed to provide to LZ. I wasted 5 days, long wait times on the phone, numerous attempts to resolve until finally Valerie resolved it today on April 11th. Kept being passed to various tiers. Paid for the Gold LLC product that provides a 10 day schedule and lost 5 days. Would like to have sort of compensation from Legal Zoom.

We opened an LLC through LegalZoom. We did it online. The process took longer than what was stated. Then one of the representatives was new and put in the information wrongly. That was what took it even longer to come back. It was very frustrating. I was put on hold four different times for information that needed to be reviewed. They should have been able to just review all that information at one time. I put in a call for a manager. I wasn't able to get transferred to a manager, and I don't even know if they ever returned my call. It was not a big deal because it was taken care of and everything was resolved.

I started a business and I did the DBA with LegalZoom. The process online was really simple and straightforward. The website was user-friendly. I had to call back a couple times. The address was incorrect the first time. It took a while to get the issue that was there sorted out and then get the paperwork back to me. That was a little inconvenient, but all things considered, it wasn't terrible. It was three weeks from the start to finally getting the papers signed and sent back out once it was corrected. If you're looking to file for a business or get that process started, LegalZoom is a good resource.

I've used LegalZoom before to do a will, and it seemed like it was a cheaper route to go versus a lawyer. Also, with a lawyer, you might have to call them and schedule a time to get with them. But with LegalZoom, we were able to do it online and that erases a lot of the COVID worries. The way that the reps help you walk through the process was thorough. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.

I will be 87 on the 30th of this month. I’ve been handling my own affairs and I got to thinking I'm not too far away from needing some help along those lines. I wanted to have my son where he could pay bills, write checks, and do anything like that for me. So I had a power of attorney processed through LegalZoom and everything went well.

The initial onboarding and getting started with setting up a business were very helpful and that was all quite a good experience. I've ordered DBAs through there and that's all very good. The area where I get a little more challenge is scheduling appointments and trying to understand the relationships. Like, I use the tax benefits or the 1800 accountant relationship and that was very confusing at the beginning because they would talk to me in different terms. It's a special account with them, so I've had to go back and forth a few times to say, "Are you guys gonna do my taxes this year? Because I paid it in LegalZoom." They ended up doing it, but every year, I have to re-evaluate what's going on there.

I pay LegalZoom a certain amount and it's cool how they are able to handle everything. I don't have to worry about it. They are good. I spoke to their lawyers and customer service and they were all helpful.

The service that LegalZoom offers is outstanding and the ease by which one can come by about those services are good. The process and the sign up were easy as well as navigating through the website. But the person who I signed up with and who would be my LegalZoom rep for any questions I had didn’t have my calls returned when I reached out.

I used LegalZoom’s power of attorney service and it was easy to use and very straightforward. I just filled out the information and it came.

When I first got my security business started on January 6, 2020, my job coach told me that LegalZoom would be a good candidate to help me. I needed somebody to show me how to take care and raise a business. I did business formatting with LegalZoom. Getting on there was hard for me because I'm not good with the phone. Somebody was telling me how to go on there then I just push the microphone and tell them I needed the format of a security contract. They showed me how to format the security contract. They asked me what my rates would be and I just had my son fill out the form for me ‘cause I read better than I spell.

I’ve only had to call a couple times, but when I did, I was pleased to have knowledgeable representatives of LegalZoom answer all of my questions. Chere especially was one of the best customer service reps I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. She was genuine and kind. I could tell she wasn’t reading a script and was actually listening to me.

I utilized LegalZoom to form my LLC and to have a tax prep agent help as I grow my small business. I looked at what it would cost to form an LLC and LegalZoom was right in the range of what I had researched. When I started to put things together, somebody reached out via phone once I put in the initial application to form an LLC. My rep walked me through everything really well and got me to understand what I needed to do now or what I needed to think about for later.

For setting up a trust for the first time, it’s best to have someone help you. I was not familiar with those things because I have never done it before and I spent several hours trying to do it myself because I heard that it was very easy to set up. I used LegalZoom’s service and it was very convenient.

When I am not a customer yet, I got the proper help, while booking an attorney appointment, or assistance through the call. But once I am a part of the customer, when I'm trying to reach my manager, they were giving me directions on how to do it, how to use LegalZoom, to do an appointment on how to do, use the platform to do everything myself. I thought there will be someone who can handle it and will help me out with booking appointments, but after I became the customer, I wasn't receiving enough assistance as needed.

Their process was quite easy to work.

I set up an LLC with Legal Zoom. Everything was really quick. I had set up one before that took weeks through an accountant. That cost me a fortune. So, I was really impressed with how easy it was with Legal Zoom.

When ordering an update to my Will, produced by LegalZoom in 2011, I had a question about my inability to provide specific instructions in their on-line questionnaire. One phone call connected me with a courteous and professional staff person who assisted me with instant and free advice to resolve my issue, and get my Will updated to my satisfaction.

We helped our son to be able to do a living will and to do a power of attorney. It was fairly easy and we were able to understand and they walked us through the steps. Then once we finished everything, they gave us a direction. It was a good experience.

I used Legal Zoom and it seemed legit. Their website was pretty good.

My accountant told me that I can go to LegalZoom to get an LLC. Placing the order online was smooth. In the middle, there was a problem but it was solved. The LLC got delayed for more than a week but everything else was fine. I was planning to use the LLC for my trading business but after consulting with my accountant, I'm gonna postpone this for next year. I'm just going to hold on to this LLC for a year.

The cost was standard for setting up the LLC at LegalZoom, which was $500. I’ve used another service before but they weren’t as portal friendly. When you're a new business and you're waiting for your LLC to show up to set up a bank account, every day matters. So in that case, it felt too long. The price for expediting at LegalZoom was high so I didn’t do it.

A friend of mine referred me to Legalzoom and they handled my questions real well. They made the process even easier. They were kind of breaking it down into dummy terms for me because I don't know technical jargon when it comes to legal stuff. However, there is one issue I had that I thought was kind of something they can work on. I missed their call and when I called right back, they said to reschedule my appointment. It took maybe a week for them to even find a free day for me. When you have someone such as myself that wants to go ahead and get the job taken care of because it's something that's kind of been on their brain for years, that's kind of an inconvenience. I called them back within seconds of seeing that I missed a call. Why did I have to wait another week just to talk to the person that I would have talked to if I would have picked up the phone?

I had questions and Legal Zoom resolved them right then and there. But, Legal Zoom was overpriced for the price that they charge for an LLC. It would have been cheaper, even if I did it on my own and found my own broker. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with them.

The representative I spoke with at LegalZoom was fantastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. If he couldn't help me, he said he couldn't help and if I needed to, we could get more counseling. He explained things very well. It was a great experience. Getting my LLC was supposed to be five to seven days but it ended up being 7 to 10. It wasn't too bad. It was painless and done well so I’m very happy.

My experience with LegalZoom was okay. It was just a bit tedious to be able to get the promissory note. In the ned, I didn't use the form because it didn't suit my needs. Other than that, they were very professional.

I did a company registration with Legalzoom and the filing was easy. However, somebody called me after two days of when I made my account and applied for this California license. They said that there was a missing county or a county mismatch. The lady figured it out then fixed that part. After 10 days, I got a call saying there was a missing information. I called up and and it was difficult to get them. There was a callback option so they called me back. I asked what the problem was and they said there was a missing county information so I gave them that. After two days, the lady had called me and I thought she fixed it.

The process with LegalZoom was straightforward and easy. All I was doing was adding a letter to my name. I didn't know that I had to go sit in the courthouse to do that. That was a learning curve for me and I wish I would have known that beforehand, but it's all good. Everything on LegalZoom's end was perfect. I loved how the paperwork came and the folders so nice and neat with each color-coordinated paperclip. That really helped me keep everything organized.

Amazingly easy to use a quit deed to transfer inherited properties between myself and my sister that we wanted to swap to each other to own instead of both of us owning halves. The forms were easy and fees are very reasonable.

I have used Legal Zoom for a previous patent and have found them to be extremely prompt and helpful. My experience on the utility patent application I am currently working on has been great. Everyone is knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process.

LegalZoom did a great job. The process took about a month because I had to send back papers. A little of it was my fault. So it would’ve been faster. But it was great experience.

I like the convenience of LegalZoom. It was all online. They also have a more reputable reputation than most. The experience was okay, it was a little bit slower than I figured it would be, but it is what it is.

The overall response time, the customer service, the knowledge of the reps at LegalZoom and the overall process was to the point and simple. It was the same thing the first time I used LegalZoom and I loved it, which was why I came back.

After I got my business, I got charged $290 for something. So, I called LegalZoom about that and spoke with someone. I don't know if that money has been refunded back to me, though. The rep said I chose his service well because he was supposed to represent me. And I said, "No, I didn't do that." So, he said he would take that off. Other than that, the process was very smooth and very easy to understand.

I used their service for pet protection agreement and it could be a little bit more customized. There were some things in there that we didn't need or want so if we could pick and choose what section to include, that would be a good improvement. Other than that, it's a really affordable way to get some important legal things taken care of.

An issue that I encountered was the call system. It says, "If you don't want to wait the hour and a half, we can call you back." It happened to me three or four times where I would press the button for them to call me back. Two hours went by then I got a call back finally but whenever I would put in the input, the prompt would say that there was no input registered. I did it again then it said, "No input registered. The call has been terminated." Also, it does take so long to get ahold of people on the phone. But beyond those two issues, the online portal's easy to work with. So far, Legalzoom has done a good job at catering to what's necessary.

I contact Armando with LegalZoom at the end of February, 2021. He gave me great information about the products available to me and how best to use them for my business. I needed to wait to get started but he sent his information so I could reach out with other questions and contact him when I was ready to start. When I reached the point of starting my business, he reviewed the info with me to make sure I still needed to go in the previous direction and again, answered all my questions with great care. He has been a pleasure to work with.

My title should say it all! I paid Legal Zoom to start a LLC for me, and while they were more expensive than other sites, I assumed it was because of their expertise in handling my case would be worth it. I paid for the upgraded gold package which was supposed to include my business license, domain, google workspace, and my EIN. So far my google workspace and domain do not work and I do not have access to them, even though I have received an email stating I should. When I emailed them about it I got no response and had to call almost a week later. I was on the phone for two hours waiting before I was disconnected.

It was an easy process. I got all the information I needed within a month’s time. The rep that I worked with was very friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. But people should read the fine print. I didn't know about a registered agent because I didn't read the bottom. But it's in fine print and I didn't read it. They took money out of my account and I didn't know what was going on. So they should let people know about the registered agent and that money will be coming out if they need it. Also, I really didn't need a registered agent.

Going through with LegalZoom was easier. It popped up to be on a website. I clicked it to start business. I put my name in and my business name that I wanted to have. They let me know if it was acceptable or not. Everything was easy. They did everything pretty much. Then they gave me a payment plan, which is great. Who wants to pay $500 or whatever dollars right then? They broke it down into three payments. One time I needed help with something. If I started a construction business, it’s not a home business because it’s not ran from home. But some people say it’s a home business. I was confused about that. But then if you talk to somebody from LegalZoom, they would say, “Hey, we’re not lawyers so we can’t give you some information.” Other than that, it worked out. You can have a business, but when it's actually on file as a business, you get more clients and it's just better.

I've used Legalzoom when I got my first LLC for my store that I had in 2008 so I've been using their service for a while. The customer service is impeccable. They walk you through everything that you need to do to make sure that all your paperwork is filed properly. I've recommended them to other people that have used them already. I have a music streaming business that I'm hoping to hook up with Legalzoom too.

I found LegalZoom online and then, I filled out the forms and paid the fees. They reached out to me for the onboarding call. I kept receiving emails that the license was registered so that was seamless. The only issue was they recommended me but that experience was not good at all. They said that the service with Mazuma was included in the package I selected and it would be a 30-minute call. I didn't have any bad experiences with LegalZoom directly but I'm not happy with the vendor they have been recommending. They also referred me to the accounting software and they were supposed to call me two days later to discuss the rates but I never got that call.

I don't know California laws as far as applying for business, LLCs and DBAs, so I wanted someone that was familiar with that. I chose LegalZoom because their name is a familiar name and my son had LLC’ed a business through them. I set up my LLC over the phone and they were thorough, nice, and patient.

My experience with LegalZoom went smoothly. They laid it out step-by-step for me to do. It was a quick and easy process to do online. The reps were also more than helpful.

The reps were very busy and difficult to get ahold of. If I had reluctance to use Legalzoom again, it would be because there's not a lot of flexibility. If you don't know what you're doing and you just want an LLC but you don't have any preferences on how to customize your individual LLC, the service is fine. But I ended up having to rewrite a bunch of the portions because they couldn't change anything on the template. They weren't really complicated things but things that the owners wanted. For example, it was always majority that would make the decisions or all of them and in this particular LLC, there was one manager that was gonna make all the operating decisions. There was no choice on the template to be able to choose that.

They helped me get my nonprofit started, with the paperwork. They helped me get my business registered with the state. They were good.

They were professional and their service was seamless. It was very easy, straightforward, and very affordable.

It's been a really good experience with LegalZoom. I've been doing everything online. They haven't been fraudulent. They are really honest people and I appreciated that.

My nephew said LegalZoom is the best way to go to do our licensing. Their process was easy. Just filled the paperwork out and then got our license within a month.

Legalzoom is a household name so I felt safe and secure to go with them 'cause I knew it was gonna be done correctly. I didn't have to worry about anything and that was what I was hoping for. I submitted all my information and they took it from there so the cost was efficient for what I received. I called a couple of times because my paperwork was delayed. I spoke to two reps and they were very helpful. They are in Texas and my paperwork was being filed during the time that they were going through that random snow blizzard.

I had called LegalZoom before I did this time and spoke with someone. He was very knowledgeable and he helped me through so I decided to go with them. The process was pretty simple. I didn't have to do anything and if I did, they would alert me to it.

Everything was done in a very timely manner. The website was a little hard to navigate when I was looking for something specific. Even now, if I want to find it again, I have to do a web search to find where on the page I need to go. I have a music business and a record label. Sometimes I have a hard time when I register my music on the website. I've asked them how I could get back there to see that the music was registered because it would give me a little update saying, “Okay. It's in the process of registering. And now it’s cleared, you're good.” But everything else is kind of well categorized and easily gotten to accept that.

I was able to do everything online. The process was pretty quick. Also, navigating their website was pretty simple to figure out. It was very straightforward.

The attorneys could have been a little more knowledgeable. I didn't get all the answers I wanted from them but that could have been through the questions I asked or how I worded things. I don't know how it works or how people are picked but it was like they just picked whoever. But that's the only issue I had. I went through a different company a long time ago when I started my first business and I noticed there's a big difference in the quality of LegalZoom. I liked that as well as the leather binder-like thing I got in the mail. It was nice and looked clean so I was a big fan of that. I like LegalZoom so far and I'm looking to shop there again very soon for this next business I'm working on.

Legalzoom provides comprehensive legal service in a highly efficient easiest way. I used them for estate planning and everyone was very helpful.

I got my LLC with LegalZoom and did my own thing. Having an LLC is nice. It allowed me to get business bank accounts and business cards.

For someone who’s totally clueless, the LLC creation process with LegalZoom was fairly easy with the drop-down windows and choices and I would recommend them for that. If I was going on my own, I wouldn't know what to fill in and where.

LegalZoom is good especially for somebody who doesn’t know what he’s doing. I've called them many times to ask questions and you can consult with certain individuals. We haven't had to do all that but there are things that we can do. If people have questions, they can call LegalZoom.

The reps could be a little more helpful with some of the questions and responding to emails. I had a couple questions and they said they'd get back to me in a couple days but no one has gotten back to me to this date.

They took care of the legal stuff and I didn't have all the headache of having to be in town to meet with a lawyer. I did most of it online and it seemed to be an easy process. Also, it was pretty prompt and everything was in order when it came. The package was really put together good and I was well pleased.

Other pricing was expensive and LegalZoom came with a whole strategy. If I wanted to open up a business account, they informed me how to do that. It helped me expand my business. We got stuff done in a timely fashion and it was smooth and not stressful. They kept me informed every step of the way. Sometimes, it would be a long hold time but they would call you back when they're ready to speak to you.

I did the licensing with LegalZoom and when I did the templates, it would have me upload it but if I wanted to change something, I had to go through all the questions again so that was annoying. I had to do it four times. Maybe there's a better way. But I’m happy with them so far. It could have been 10 days when I got the LLC after filling it out. I haven’t used LegalZoom so much but I can look and see what it offers and use it if I need it.

The simplicity of dealing with LegalZoom is the greatest thing about them. I told their rep what I wanted, they put everything together, and they sent the package for me to have notarized.

I called a representative one time and he was helpful but other than that, the process with LegalZoom was all online. It was as simple as I could make it.

If you're not sure how to go about starting up your own LLC LegalZoom is the absolute best way to go about it. They help you with everything you need and they make sure you're completely covered and taking care of. Excellent customer service for a wonderful company.

I just needed to access a document I prepared some 2 years ago with LegalZoom. The link originally sent had expired. Within minutes, I had access to the account through a customer service rep who walked me through finding the documents and I was able to print and use my document.

LegalZoom is a great service. I know how to do the things that I need to do, but I don't know how to write a statement and the information. I'm not interested in dealing with that type of stuff either, so it's great that they handle it. About eight years ago, I bought a bar and I used LegalZoom to start there. I was on the phone 'cause I didn't know much about the process and somebody walked me through it. This is the second time I've used them. I just filled everything out online. I'd recommend them to anybody that asks. It's really easy.

LegalZoom sent me a notification about having a deadline to file something and I was a little confused. So, I emailed them. It took four business days for them to even get back to me so that was a little slow. But it turned out that it was an automatic notification. They had taken care of it and I didn't have to do anything at that point. Being my first time, I was a little nervous about missing something I was supposed to do because the email wasn't exactly clear as to what my instructions were. Then, when I went on the website, it didn't show anything. So, a little bit of a quicker response from customer service when you email them would have been nice. But everything else is good.

They've been pretty helpful. They did everything all together. I didn't have to worry about doing it myself and they offered their own representation.

LegalZoom is the most convenient way to do the LLC and the trademark because this is my first time doing anything like that. Everything was right there on the website. It's been easy to keep track of everything, like the payments, stuff, and the documents too. That's pretty helpful. In the beginning, we talked with the accounting team and they were pretty good with helping us through the whole process.

With us being a small business and new business owners, not knowing the process or what was needed or what will be coming, LegalZoom helps. The peace of mind part of it is the best benefit of having that even though we're still paying for a monthly and we don't utilize it a whole lot and knowing that we have the option to reach out to someone to ask about legal questions or I do log on a couple times to create legal documents. LegalZoom worked for me and people should come and try it. I've used them before and this time, I did another LLC filing. It was painless.

I used LegalZoom's business formation to start my business and follow my documentation to get everything going. So far, they got all my February done and moved faster than what I thought it was gonna move. Now it’s like I gotta get up today phase. I want to make sure that I'm filing all the paperwork and that I had I done enough to get done. But I didn’t read any contracts and going back and forth with anybody yet. They've been doing a good job. I don’t have any complaints.

When it comes to legal documents, I can go to LegalZoom and get a good idea of where I need to be at. It's affordable for me right now. I have peace of mind with my nondisclosure agreements. It made me feel like I'm getting some stuff done. I know how to move forward with the employee that I’m hiring, and they know how to move forward with them, too. They had most of the stuff done. They did the document, the contract, and things like that. All I had to do was just fill out my part, which was our names, who is it going to be covering, and what's it going to be covering. But everything else, legally, I had to do it myself. I would definitely recommend everyone to LegalZoom especially when you're a small business owner and you can't really afford a lot of the things with a small budget. You definitely have to have a system in place, and that is the system that I have right now.

I tried LegalZoom and it didn't seem to be difficult to navigate through. I like the layout. Generally, it's a pretty good design. I suggest they go on public to list on the stock markets so I can buy some shares.

LegalZoom was great and fast. Everything was online. It was excellent. The benefit of doing business with LegalZoom is not going out to different locations. They really prepare everything for me. But it was a rough start, ‘cause I had to keep switching names. But the second one that I sent went through. They got me approved the same week. From there, I just gotta get back in contact with them and follow them up.

LegalZoom has what is called an agent on file and when you click it, it doesn’t show the total. If you read the small letters, they’re gonna charge you $259 after 30 days. So, I was not aware of that until after they charged it. But I disputed it so they gave my money back.

LegalZoom was nice and easy that they offered everything on the same spot. It made it a lot more convenient for me. I don't have to bounce around.

Took combined 13 hours hold time and 4 calls to actually speak to a person. The first call was on hold 5 hours only to be hung up on! Emailed customer support, received reply email that would get a response in two business days. Never got a response! They said they faxed my EIN app in on January 25 but after 8 weeks (takes 4 to 8 was told) the IRS could not find any info on it. Paid around 1400.00 bc thought they could help me get the LLC started quicker and more accurately than doing myself. I could have spent less than my wasted 13 hours researching and doing it myself. Will not recommend to anyone. What a rip off! Would give 0.5 star because agent spoke to was professional and answered my questions.

When you own an LLC, there's something that needs filed and need to file every year. My accountant was to do that, not LegalZoom, but I got billed for it. But in the end, LegalZoom got rid of the bill as I was buying my estate planning stuff. They said, “You know what? If you get the estate planning stuff, then we'll get rid of this bill that you don't want to pay.” So overall, I'm a satisfied customer.

I've used Legalzoom because they're kind of boilerplate stuff. It's also cheap and easy. Sometimes I feel like I'm not sure if I've done something right and I want to talk to somebody and make sure that I've pressed the right buttons. I did reach out to customer service and they were good. They explained it and it worked the way they said it would work out. The thing that was appealing to me was that you can get the option of consultation with an attorney if you want. Prior to the will, I had incorporated and that incorporation is legit. That was more complicated than the will but it went smoothly.

The only thing that was confusing in the process that I needed to resolve was when I signed up for everything to get my LLC registered, it ended up being almost $1,000. My impression was that it would include state licensing but apparently, it did not.

I used Legalzoom for a formation of a corporation and the process was very good and easy. However, they run you through a bunch of questions. There are a couple questions specifically of naming directors and so forth in it. It was not clear to me that these would be put into the corporate documents. Had I known that ahead of time, I would have handled it a little differently.

I tried to get a hold of LegalZoom the other day over and over again. They had something on the 501(c)(3) and I couldn’t even get them on the phone. We’ve been back and forth for four months on this one. Usually, we can halfway get it resolved but getting them on the phone is ridiculous. They don't have enough people. You can follow up and do it over the computer. But other than that, they're a pain in the ** to deal with.

Everything was straightforward and self-explanatory. I am having a concern where it indicates that one of my documents is only 95%. I will have to follow up and call them to find out what exactly that is. I think it has to do with the attorney services but it was my understanding, or maybe I misunderstood, that attorney services would be available for a certain period of time at no cost. I’m trying to list the questions that I do have so I can have them answered in one phone call or chat. I also went through Legalzoom about six years ago when my mother was getting sick.
