A friend of mine referred me to Legalzoom and they handled my questions real well. They made the process even easier. They were kind of breaking it down into dummy terms for me because I don't know technical jargon when it comes to legal stuff. However, there is one issue I had that I thought was kind of something they can work on. I missed their call and when I called right back, they said to reschedule my appointment. It took maybe a week for them to even find a free day for me. When you have someone such as myself that wants to go ahead and get the job taken care of because it's something that's kind of been on their brain for years, that's kind of an inconvenience. I called them back within seconds of seeing that I missed a call. Why did I have to wait another week just to talk to the person that I would have talked to if I would have picked up the phone?

My experience with LegalZoom was okay. It was just a bit tedious to be able to get the promissory note. In the ned, I didn't use the form because it didn't suit my needs. Other than that, they were very professional.

The representative I spoke with at LegalZoom was fantastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. If he couldn't help me, he said he couldn't help and if I needed to, we could get more counseling. He explained things very well. It was a great experience. Getting my LLC was supposed to be five to seven days but it ended up being 7 to 10. It wasn't too bad. It was painless and done well so I’m very happy.

The process with LegalZoom was straightforward and easy. All I was doing was adding a letter to my name. I didn't know that I had to go sit in the courthouse to do that. That was a learning curve for me and I wish I would have known that beforehand, but it's all good. Everything on LegalZoom's end was perfect. I loved how the paperwork came and the folders so nice and neat with each color-coordinated paperclip. That really helped me keep everything organized.

I did a company registration with Legalzoom and the filing was easy. However, somebody called me after two days of when I made my account and applied for this California license. They said that there was a missing county or a county mismatch. The lady figured it out then fixed that part. After 10 days, I got a call saying there was a missing information. I called up and and it was difficult to get them. There was a callback option so they called me back. I asked what the problem was and they said there was a missing county information so I gave them that. After two days, the lady had called me and I thought she fixed it.

I had questions and Legal Zoom resolved them right then and there. But, Legal Zoom was overpriced for the price that they charge for an LLC. It would have been cheaper, even if I did it on my own and found my own broker. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with them.

Amazingly easy to use a quit deed to transfer inherited properties between myself and my sister that we wanted to swap to each other to own instead of both of us owning halves. The forms were easy and fees are very reasonable.

I have used Legal Zoom for a previous patent and have found them to be extremely prompt and helpful. My experience on the utility patent application I am currently working on has been great. Everyone is knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process.

The overall response time, the customer service, the knowledge of the reps at LegalZoom and the overall process was to the point and simple. It was the same thing the first time I used LegalZoom and I loved it, which was why I came back.

I like the convenience of LegalZoom. It was all online. They also have a more reputable reputation than most. The experience was okay, it was a little bit slower than I figured it would be, but it is what it is.

I used their service for pet protection agreement and it could be a little bit more customized. There were some things in there that we didn't need or want so if we could pick and choose what section to include, that would be a good improvement. Other than that, it's a really affordable way to get some important legal things taken care of.

An issue that I encountered was the call system. It says, "If you don't want to wait the hour and a half, we can call you back." It happened to me three or four times where I would press the button for them to call me back. Two hours went by then I got a call back finally but whenever I would put in the input, the prompt would say that there was no input registered. I did it again then it said, "No input registered. The call has been terminated." Also, it does take so long to get ahold of people on the phone. But beyond those two issues, the online portal's easy to work with. So far, Legalzoom has done a good job at catering to what's necessary.

LegalZoom did a great job. The process took about a month because I had to send back papers. A little of it was my fault. So it would’ve been faster. But it was great experience.

After I got my business, I got charged $290 for something. So, I called LegalZoom about that and spoke with someone. I don't know if that money has been refunded back to me, though. The rep said I chose his service well because he was supposed to represent me. And I said, "No, I didn't do that." So, he said he would take that off. Other than that, the process was very smooth and very easy to understand.

I contact Armando with LegalZoom at the end of February, 2021. He gave me great information about the products available to me and how best to use them for my business. I needed to wait to get started but he sent his information so I could reach out with other questions and contact him when I was ready to start. When I reached the point of starting my business, he reviewed the info with me to make sure I still needed to go in the previous direction and again, answered all my questions with great care. He has been a pleasure to work with.

My title should say it all! I paid Legal Zoom to start a LLC for me, and while they were more expensive than other sites, I assumed it was because of their expertise in handling my case would be worth it. I paid for the upgraded gold package which was supposed to include my business license, domain, google workspace, and my EIN. So far my google workspace and domain do not work and I do not have access to them, even though I have received an email stating I should. When I emailed them about it I got no response and had to call almost a week later. I was on the phone for two hours waiting before I was disconnected.

Going through with LegalZoom was easier. It popped up to be on a website. I clicked it to start business. I put my name in and my business name that I wanted to have. They let me know if it was acceptable or not. Everything was easy. They did everything pretty much. Then they gave me a payment plan, which is great. Who wants to pay $500 or whatever dollars right then? They broke it down into three payments. One time I needed help with something. If I started a construction business, it’s not a home business because it’s not ran from home. But some people say it’s a home business. I was confused about that. But then if you talk to somebody from LegalZoom, they would say, “Hey, we’re not lawyers so we can’t give you some information.” Other than that, it worked out. You can have a business, but when it's actually on file as a business, you get more clients and it's just better.

I found LegalZoom online and then, I filled out the forms and paid the fees. They reached out to me for the onboarding call. I kept receiving emails that the license was registered so that was seamless. The only issue was they recommended me but that experience was not good at all. They said that the service with Mazuma was included in the package I selected and it would be a 30-minute call. I didn't have any bad experiences with LegalZoom directly but I'm not happy with the vendor they have been recommending. They also referred me to the accounting software and they were supposed to call me two days later to discuss the rates but I never got that call.

I don't know California laws as far as applying for business, LLCs and DBAs, so I wanted someone that was familiar with that. I chose LegalZoom because their name is a familiar name and my son had LLC’ed a business through them. I set up my LLC over the phone and they were thorough, nice, and patient.

I've used Legalzoom when I got my first LLC for my store that I had in 2008 so I've been using their service for a while. The customer service is impeccable. They walk you through everything that you need to do to make sure that all your paperwork is filed properly. I've recommended them to other people that have used them already. I have a music streaming business that I'm hoping to hook up with Legalzoom too.

It was an easy process. I got all the information I needed within a month’s time. The rep that I worked with was very friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. But people should read the fine print. I didn't know about a registered agent because I didn't read the bottom. But it's in fine print and I didn't read it. They took money out of my account and I didn't know what was going on. So they should let people know about the registered agent and that money will be coming out if they need it. Also, I really didn't need a registered agent.

They were professional and their service was seamless. It was very easy, straightforward, and very affordable.

The reps were very busy and difficult to get ahold of. If I had reluctance to use Legalzoom again, it would be because there's not a lot of flexibility. If you don't know what you're doing and you just want an LLC but you don't have any preferences on how to customize your individual LLC, the service is fine. But I ended up having to rewrite a bunch of the portions because they couldn't change anything on the template. They weren't really complicated things but things that the owners wanted. For example, it was always majority that would make the decisions or all of them and in this particular LLC, there was one manager that was gonna make all the operating decisions. There was no choice on the template to be able to choose that.

It's been a really good experience with LegalZoom. I've been doing everything online. They haven't been fraudulent. They are really honest people and I appreciated that.

I had called LegalZoom before I did this time and spoke with someone. He was very knowledgeable and he helped me through so I decided to go with them. The process was pretty simple. I didn't have to do anything and if I did, they would alert me to it.

Legalzoom is a household name so I felt safe and secure to go with them 'cause I knew it was gonna be done correctly. I didn't have to worry about anything and that was what I was hoping for. I submitted all my information and they took it from there so the cost was efficient for what I received. I called a couple of times because my paperwork was delayed. I spoke to two reps and they were very helpful. They are in Texas and my paperwork was being filed during the time that they were going through that random snow blizzard.

Everything was done in a very timely manner. The website was a little hard to navigate when I was looking for something specific. Even now, if I want to find it again, I have to do a web search to find where on the page I need to go. I have a music business and a record label. Sometimes I have a hard time when I register my music on the website. I've asked them how I could get back there to see that the music was registered because it would give me a little update saying, “Okay. It's in the process of registering. And now it’s cleared, you're good.” But everything else is kind of well categorized and easily gotten to accept that.

I was able to do everything online. The process was pretty quick. Also, navigating their website was pretty simple to figure out. It was very straightforward.

Legalzoom provides comprehensive legal service in a highly efficient easiest way. I used them for estate planning and everyone was very helpful.

The attorneys could have been a little more knowledgeable. I didn't get all the answers I wanted from them but that could have been through the questions I asked or how I worded things. I don't know how it works or how people are picked but it was like they just picked whoever. But that's the only issue I had. I went through a different company a long time ago when I started my first business and I noticed there's a big difference in the quality of LegalZoom. I liked that as well as the leather binder-like thing I got in the mail. It was nice and looked clean so I was a big fan of that. I like LegalZoom so far and I'm looking to shop there again very soon for this next business I'm working on.

I got my LLC with LegalZoom and did my own thing. Having an LLC is nice. It allowed me to get business bank accounts and business cards.

LegalZoom is good especially for somebody who doesn’t know what he’s doing. I've called them many times to ask questions and you can consult with certain individuals. We haven't had to do all that but there are things that we can do. If people have questions, they can call LegalZoom.

The reps could be a little more helpful with some of the questions and responding to emails. I had a couple questions and they said they'd get back to me in a couple days but no one has gotten back to me to this date.

They took care of the legal stuff and I didn't have all the headache of having to be in town to meet with a lawyer. I did most of it online and it seemed to be an easy process. Also, it was pretty prompt and everything was in order when it came. The package was really put together good and I was well pleased.

We got stuff done in a timely fashion and it was smooth and not stressful. They kept me informed every step of the way. Sometimes, it would be a long hold time but they would call you back when they're ready to speak to you.

I did the licensing with LegalZoom and when I did the templates, it would have me upload it but if I wanted to change something, I had to go through all the questions again so that was annoying. I had to do it four times. Maybe there's a better way. But I’m happy with them so far. It could have been 10 days when I got the LLC after filling it out. I haven’t used LegalZoom so much but I can look and see what it offers and use it if I need it.

LegalZoom is a great service. I know how to do the things that I need to do, but I don't know how to write a statement and the information. I'm not interested in dealing with that type of stuff either, so it's great that they handle it. About eight years ago, I bought a bar and I used LegalZoom to start there. I was on the phone 'cause I didn't know much about the process and somebody walked me through it. This is the second time I've used them. I just filled everything out online. I'd recommend them to anybody that asks. It's really easy.

LegalZoom sent me a notification about having a deadline to file something and I was a little confused. So, I emailed them. It took four business days for them to even get back to me so that was a little slow. But it turned out that it was an automatic notification. They had taken care of it and I didn't have to do anything at that point. Being my first time, I was a little nervous about missing something I was supposed to do because the email wasn't exactly clear as to what my instructions were. Then, when I went on the website, it didn't show anything. So, a little bit of a quicker response from customer service when you email them would have been nice. But everything else is good.

Everything is going good with LegalZoom. My husband spoke with the young man who got us set up and he was nice, kind and very knowledgeable. He had a lot of information and resources that he offered. So that was great. I want to know though if I can get any of my EIN number or that information before I get the licenses and start purchasing products. They said it takes 30 days and it has passed.

LegalZoom has what is called an agent on file and when you click it, it doesn’t show the total. If you read the small letters, they’re gonna charge you $259 after 30 days. So, I was not aware of that until after they charged it. But I disputed it so they gave my money back.

Setting up the account with LegalZoom was very user-friendly. The questions were easy to answer. I really liked that there was like a little asterisk or a little exclamation mark there, and if you click on that, it gives you more information in case you're not sure. It's also a lot cheaper and quicker to set up your company. So, it saves time and it's efficient.

Took combined 13 hours hold time and 4 calls to actually speak to a person. The first call was on hold 5 hours only to be hung up on! Emailed customer support, received reply email that would get a response in two business days. Never got a response! They said they faxed my EIN app in on January 25 but after 8 weeks (takes 4 to 8 was told) the IRS could not find any info on it. Paid around 1400.00 bc thought they could help me get the LLC started quicker and more accurately than doing myself. I could have spent less than my wasted 13 hours researching and doing it myself. Will not recommend to anyone. What a rip off! Would give 0.5 star because agent spoke to was professional and answered my questions.

I used LegalZoom to set up my LLC for my business. And the second time I used them was to get a will. It was very easy. However, there was a recurring payment. When you own an LLC, there's something that needs filed and need to file every year. My accountant was to do that, not LegalZoom, but I got billed for it. But in the end, LegalZoom got rid of the bill as I was buying my estate planning stuff. They said, “You know what? If you get the estate planning stuff, then we'll get rid of this bill that you don't want to pay.” So overall, I'm a satisfied customer.

Using LegalZoom was simple and thorough. It is the most well known one and an acquaintance had a good experience with it. I gave the rep the information and what I wanted to establish. They did everything else for me, and sent me the packet with the rest of it. They got my EIN number set up without any intervention from me. I used the chat on the app which was easy to use.

I started a small business. Then, my wife heard about LegalZoom before. They do everything online and my wife is big with the computer, and love to do everything in the world online. So, I said, “Woman, do it.” LegalZoom called us immediately. They answered all our questions every time we called and asked about anything. We also talked to people online. And when there were more complicated stuff we didn't understand, they called us and explained everything clearly to what we were doing and why we were doing it that way. They also sent us this beautiful folder with all the information and set up our business and did a wonderful job. Right now, it's just a slow start so we just did what we had to do to get going. But once we get more things going and run into more situations that we will need LegalZoom, we would be more than glad to use them.

Legal Zoom provided everything I needed to do a new Will. I added Power of Attorney and a Living Will as well. I used Legal Zoom in 2012 to create a Will and today in 2021. It was very easy to do, and I am very satisfied.

I used their service for a revised will, trust, power of attorney, durable power of attorney and medical power of attorney in case you become incapacitated for some reason. My experience with them was very good. They're a good resource.

I've used Legalzoom because they're kind of boilerplate stuff. It's also cheap and easy. Sometimes I feel like I'm not sure if I've done something right and I want to talk to somebody and make sure that I've pressed the right buttons. I did reach out to customer service and they were good. They explained it and it worked the way they said it would work out. The thing that was appealing to me was that you can get the option of consultation with an attorney if you want. Prior to the will, I had incorporated and that incorporation is legit. That was more complicated than the will but it went smoothly.

I'm a recording artist, so I started an LLC under my artist name. But now, I'm changing my artist name. I called LegalZoom to inquire how can I do that and change the LLC name. The experience was all right. However, the guy that was on the phone with me seemed like he wanted to get off the phone. But I have my own LLC at 21 years old, so I'm happy about that and LegalZoom was able to help me with that.

The LegalZoom website was easy to navigate. I was able to complete what I needed online and for not too long.

The wait time was a bit long but the quick and efficient customer service was exceptional. Meshalle was professional, when she sensed I didn't understand something she made sure to clarify what the issue was and quickly fixed the problem.

LegalZoom did an original LLC for me back in 2009. Then I had some personal things that came up recently and I figured they could handle it as well. I used LegalZoom to set up my new business from business licensing, the EIN number, and compliance tracking. The only thing that was confusing in the process that I needed to resolve was when I signed up for everything to get my LLC registered, it ended up being almost $1,000. My impression was that it would include state licensing but apparently, it did not.

I used Legalzoom for a formation of a corporation and the process was very good and easy. However, they run you through a bunch of questions. There are a couple questions specifically of naming directors and so forth in it. It was not clear to me that these would be put into the corporate documents. Had I known that ahead of time, I would have handled it a little differently.

I tried to get a hold of LegalZoom the other day over and over again. They had something on the 501(c)(3) and I couldn’t even get them on the phone. We’ve been back and forth for four months on this one. Usually, we can halfway get it resolved but getting them on the phone is ridiculous. They don't have enough people. You can follow up and do it over the computer. But other than that, they're a pain in the ** to deal with.

Everything was straightforward and self-explanatory. I am having a concern where it indicates that one of my documents is only 95%. I will have to follow up and call them to find out what exactly that is. I think it has to do with the attorney services but it was my understanding, or maybe I misunderstood, that attorney services would be available for a certain period of time at no cost. I’m trying to list the questions that I do have so I can have them answered in one phone call or chat. I also went through Legalzoom about six years ago when my mother was getting sick. We used them to establish her will.

The process was seamless. The agent of whom worked with me was absolutely awesome! The entire process, without complications, explained and executed in less than 30 minutes. I ordered a LLC package with a name that I checked for availability. It took a few days, before the order got updated to my second name choice - no idea why, because the first choice was and is still available. The next day, the order was updated to register a totally different and unusable name "economy LLC". I tried to call - wait time of over an hour... PATHETIC. I emailed twice asking what the heck they are doing - no response... Pathetic. Do not waste your money and time on this set of completely incompetent and ignorant idiots!!! Zero service. Zero quality. Zero availability. - Crappy experience!!!!

I used Legal Zoom's business service to form an LLC. I like the online portal of being able to track what's going on with things and then keeping my documents centralized. The only thing that I didn't like as much is that when you pay for the premium service, often you have the ability to consult with an attorney or a tax advisor. Legal Zoom gives 14 days. But until the documents are finalized, you really don't have a need to consult. If you're gonna have to go back and change your name or there's an issue with your structure, consulting on what you submit and what's approved might be different.

I got my sole proprietorship with LegalZoom. I found them online and based on the experience, the smooth process and the confidence that they built up with me with the company, I knew that the next time around when I was gonna do anything business-wise, I would more than likely use them again. It seems that when you call now though, the call volume is high and that gets a little more challenging to get ahold of somebody. It wasn't like that before, but the demand might be a little heavier than before. I had three services done recently. I got a trademark for one of my businesses, and then I got two LLCs.

The level of professionalism, and they talked to me and not at me, gave me layman's terms of understanding and I left the call comfortable with everything. There was no way I could have completed my S corp on my own online, Gregory has a talent and a gift. Thank you.

After I picked LegalZoom, I saw something that was cheaper and they could have my stuff in a quick amount of time. I'm not too fond of LegalZoom. After I called and cancelled the service and after a while of the charge not going through, they charged it on their own without my permission. I'm waiting for them to put my money back in my account. They are slow. The amount of time it takes me to get ahold of somebody sucks too. I wish I never picked them and I wouldn't tell anybody to pick them as well.

LegalZoom helped us. It was a little bit pricey but it was fast and since I was in a rush and it was urgent, I paid for it. I would tell others that if they need something urgent, they can find it at LegalZoom.

The level of professionalism is amazing. The sales rep that took care of me was not only caring but his words were warm and encouraging. Legalzoom is a trusted business for me to go to to be able to prosper in my business and get somewhere. Everybody who does business, everything that come out of their mouth is Legalzoom, LegalZoom, LegalZoom. My biggest problem at first was I could not get on my account. I realized that the reason was because I was doing it from my cell phone instead of a computer. The rep said that I needed to be on a computer to look at all of my documents and make sure that everything is there. If I wanted to apply for anything, it'll all be there. I understood and thought, “So they are very secure on this?” Apart from that, they have been of some help since I started. No stress on the brain. Everything went well. I received everything I needed. I just have a couple of steps to make, and I'm in business.

There was a bit of a challenge with the customer support line a couple of times. There were a couple of times when I dialed the regular number and I waited 40 minutes for somebody to answer. Nobody answered and it was really frustrating. But I spoke to one of their reps twice and she was very helpful. Also, I signed up for the expedited path to get my latest S Corp setup. LegalZoom said two weeks and I paid for the two-week expedition. It was delayed for five or six weeks because of COVID. But it wasn't LegalZoom's fault. I would come back.

It was difficult to conduct business with LegalZoom when I had my LLC done. Communication could be handled differently. Assistance was done through the internet.

I have less of a headache since doing business with LegalZoom. It was a little bit easier navigating the things that I have to do. But it's a lot to do. It was a lot of information at once but it wasn't horrible. Also, they respond when I have questions.

She's terrific! I would prefer to speak to her every time I called Legal Zoom. Chevon is professional, knowledgeable, efficient and an excellent communicator. I liked the process. It made things easy. I also like how they reach back out and follow-up on things. With Legalzoom, I have the assurance of knowing something correctly and also having a backup for any questions that I have. I've already recommended them to a couple of people.

I got a trademark through LegalZoom a few years ago and everything went smoothly. So, I did the same thing recently for a new product. They were pretty reliable and thorough. Once you do it the first time, you have to do a certain amount of follow-up work yourself as far as trademarks are concerned. LegalZoom would start the process, submit your trademark application, and get the ball rolling. Then, once it gets submitted to an attorney on the trademark end, they take the training wheels off from the customer and you have to take it from there.

LegalZoom said that my LLC was blocked and that I needed to call up there. They should have given me a little more information than just that like I need the case file number. A lot of people already know these types of things, but to the average Joe that's just starting, he doesn’t have a clue of what he's supposed to ask from them. It would have been helpful. Everything else is spot on. The experience was great after I figured out what I need to call and ask for whenever I was researching what was going on with my LLC. Then I don't know if that's something that they're supposed to do for us or if they're just supposed to take care of that stuff and all the legal paperwork and give it to them, then the rest of it is on me. But I figured I would use them, that way, I don't have to do much except signing papers. I may be misinformed myself, so I appreciate it.

From advertising, I knew about LegalZoom. At its website, I had zero difficulty finding the legal document, Living Will, I needed; stepping through the process of completing it was easy. An agent was available online to answer any question I had and a phone number for similar assistance was clearly noted. I utilized both. Back in October, I had my LLC taken care of. With LegalZoom, it's super easy, affordable, and something I never thought I'd be able to do. They made that dream come true. I also called customer support to add on more licenses for my Google Suite account. I was able to get in touch with somebody fast then they gave me the correct contact information for who I needed to speak to.

The process for starting up my LLC was pretty easy. I just punched the information in and LegalZoom handled the rest. There were some aspects of the servicing agent that I didn't quite understand. But I just didn't know anything about it because I had never done an LLC before. One of my buddies did an LLC, and he recommended going on LegalZoom to get it all done. I'm active duty in the army right now. I'm an officer and I'm still working a regular 9:00 to 5:00 and trying to get an online business started. LegalZoom did the main thing in terms of getting the LLC established. Now, it's on me to get the rest of it done. I need to order products and then create a website. I still got more to do and they are helping me. Recently, I went on the site and downloaded the documents that they provided. Bank of America also gave me a call yesterday after getting a notification from them as far as trying to open up a business account.

Everything's been great with LegalZoom. We got the LLC, the business account and everything set up. The total process was done in two weeks. I didn't have a problem with anything they did but I had a problem setting up my business account because of the LLC but we worked around that.

I heard of LegalZoom through my father. I use it three times a month, sometimes none. We use it mostly for employment contracts. I just wish they updated the UX. When you try to find documents you've already worked on or if you want to edit those documents, it's a pain in the **. Sure you can go to the document center and make a new one. You can try to search for the document you want to make. A simpler system where all the documents are listed right there. I can pick whichever I need. Another good thing would be if they could add international addresses, which is something new. Because it seems they only cater to people in the States. Otherwise, it's a good service. That's why I'm still paying for it. It's useful and definitely worth the money.
