I've been with this insurance company for 20 years. And they know me by name... I like the workers but I don't need the Agent connection. The employees are much more helpful.

My insurance company works with me. They offer standard rates. They always know me when I call, or pretend to anyway. I wish insurance would be cheaper for people like me though because I never drive my car and I pay way too much for just PLPD.

I have used State Farm for over 20 years for my insurance needs. I find them to be helpful in having a local contact person to assist me whenever I have a question. Because I have been with them so long, I enjoy some benefits that may not be available to new customers but I still encourage them to use State Farm for their insurance needs. They have always been speedy and efficient when I have had to change coverage or drivers for my automobiles.

Booted me off for filing claims. Very unprofessional. Not helpful at all to their members at all. I don't know of any car insurance companies that do this. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone that I know.

The rates are pretty reasonable. I have never had a claim but whenever I had a question they answered in a very thorough manner and if I didn't understand the question they would go in more depth without confusing me.

Great, never a problem. Always there to help. I would recommend them in a flash. Like a good neighbor they're always there. What more can one say but they're the best of the best. No one can compare to them.

I like my insurance. I have not issues with it and would recommend it to other places. They have good rates and are local agents that I can contact any time I need to. It is easy to work with them and they take the premium right out of my checking account. It is nice not to have to send in money.

We had damage to the roof and entertainment center so had to go to shop. It took State Farm 2 weeks to give shop approval to make the entertainment center. It was uncalled for it to take so long. Really messed up our plans.

We have found that our agent is available when needed and payout is immediate. We found that other agents were not as quick to care for their customers during time of emergency, such as during Hurricane Ivan.

My wife was involved in car accident with State Farm customer. Although the State Farm customer was the one who caused the accident State Farm didn't want to provide rental car. It's been 10 days. Nothing done. Every time you called case still pending. Stay away from them.

They have been our insurance company for 37 years. We have never had a problem with any claim we made. We did have a small problem with one representative, but we changed and haven't had any problems. We have our auto and house insurance combined. You also have the option to pay monthly, which we find easier than paying every 3 or 6 months.

When I moved from IL to CO it appeared the move from one agent to another was fine. However, when my daughter got the insurance for her car they quoted one thing and it came back much higher. I don't understand how it was one thing in IL and something completely different here in CO. Still not happy about that!

I have been with State Farm for about 3 years now. Coming from Geico, I selected better options and saved about $50 a month. I also have my home insurance with them which gave me a discount on my car insurance. I am very happy with their service.

They are pretty chill. They insure a lot of stuff including cars and myself. They haven't let me die so that's good cause that's their job. Life's confusing so ya gotta get a good insurance people that do their stuff well and their stuff is well.

They have been great. Anytime there is a problem they are there to help. They are always available to answer questions.. Check our rates to make sure we are getting the best ones. We fully trust them with all our cars.

I switched from Geico to State Farm about 6 months ago when I got married. State Farm was able to beat the price Geico was charging me and so far I have not had any issues with them.

I have been a loyal State Farm customer for over 20 years. During the last few years, I have had small accidents (fender benders). I received a letter that my policy would not be renewed and I have until the end of January to find new coverage. My problem is through all the years with rate increases for no reason, there's no problem. The minute that they have to rake out money for any type of claim, they drop you. The bad part of this situation is you drop me and not my husband. Don't worry, I will take my insurance needs to another company. A company that would rather pay a rich athlete for commercials than stick by their loyal customers is one that I don't want to be associated with. Thanks for nothing State Farm! I will not be recommending this company to any of my friends or family!!

They are like neighbors to me and take care of all my needs. When I call in for some reason, I am treated well and results are quick. I have auto insurance and renters insurance through them. My bills come each month in an easy to read format. I have never had a billing problem. My mother also uses them. She had a stroke two years ago and is now unable to drive. It was simple to switch her information over to mine.

I am no longer with State Farm due to pricing. They were a great company as far as customer service and assisting, but the prices are extremely too much. I called them several times to see what else I could do to lower my premium, but of course they stated I was currently receiving the best rate. I never filed a claim or anything through them to know much about that particular process, but I feel for someone with no accidents ever, the rate should be a LOT better than what I was paying monthly.

Been with State Farm 37 years and have had good service. They have always served us well and the rates appear to competitive. The agency is local and I am able to talk to a real person on a regular basis. They are a large company and will be around when other insurance companies fall by the wayside.

I have always had pleasant interactions with our representatives. And I love the convenience of having multiple policies with State Farm, as well as numerous payment options. My husband is a new driver, so coverage can be pricey. I shopped around with a few other companies, and found that we actually save more with State Farm. It's nice to know that we have coverage with a trusted company at a competitive price.

Anytime I've ever had an accident they walked me through everything and took care of me. State Farm also does everything they can to make me and my family comfortable with my car insurance needs.

They are thoughtful in arranging insurance. They are always available if I have questions. They have a monthly payment plan. The office personnel are just as knowledgeable as the agent. Their office is located in my neighborhood.

Always there to help you. Gives good advice. Good customer service. Great people... Never a recorded message. You always get a real person. You know the person at State Farm personally. Your agent will come to your house and talk with you about your needs. We have State Farm for our house insurance and also Umbrella. We get good rates because we bundled the products.

Great experience, easy to do business with, love our agent. The cost of the insurance is reasonable and I love that we are able to bundle services and receive discounts. I have the option of payment. I can go into my local agent's office, visit their website, call a 24-hour hotline or receive bills in the mail.

I find my auto insurance very decent. I've had the same auto insurance people for 5-6 years. They are friendly and very helpful people. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been with State Farm Insurance my whole driving life, (56 yrs), except for the four years I spent in Germany while my husband was in the military. I've always been pleased with State Farm. Their rates are comparable with other companies. Over the years there have been a few accidents and State Farm always was there for us. Different times & different locations I was told by the garage that was repairing our car, "Good, you have State Farm Ins. We'll get right on it." I also have never had any problem with rental agencies accepting State Farm either. I have been very pleased with State Farm. I see no reason to even consider any other company. State Farm's record speaks for itself.

When I started shopping for new auto insurance rates State Farm gave me lowest quote and included amenities like roadside assistance and discounts on my monthly bill based on the miles I drive a year.

State Farm has the best rates and reach out to me often, letting me know they care about me as a driver. I am always able to talk to a real person when I need to, and with a physical agent close by, I don't have to worry about reaching them if I ever need assistance. So far State Farm has proved to be a better insurance carrier than others I have used in the past. They are highly recommended!

State Farm has always treated me well. I was in a serious accident several years ago when a woman ran a red light and hit the car in which I was a passenger. State Farm paid my medical bills from day one with no problems and a minimum of red tape.

This is a very good company, also very affordable. I have been with them a little over a year and I would recommend this insurance company to anyone. I pay less than 150.00 for full coverage and I think that is a great deal compared to other companies that wanted to charge me way more than what I'm paying now.

Rates are pretty decent compared to other companies however the rates for new drivers are very high. It would be helpful to have some form of program available to new drivers that would allow them to lower their rates. Also the rates once you get a ticket or get in a crash go up a lot more than you would see with a lot of other popular auto insurance companies.

Always there for me when I need them. Great rates. Stellar customer service. Our State Farm agent has been with State Farm for many, many years, so he's able to answer any questions we may have. Both my kids are insured with State Farm. They are both grown with families of their own. My dad retired from State Farm, having been a claims adjuster, so we have intimate knowledge of the company. I wouldn't buy insurance from any other company. State Farm is a stable company with many many years of insurance experience.

My agent is nice, my rates are reasonable. I've been with them for 2 years and only had one problem with them in which I was paying an incorrect amount when I switched vehicles. The error was eventually caught, but I was not refunded for paying more than I should have.

The price was extremely reasonable and the agent very responsive to any questions I might have... There were no accidents or incidents that required any claims so I cannot speak about that personally. My friend however, had her spare tire stolen from the back of her van, it was repaired promptly and reasonably.

I had State Farm, but switched to my husband's company after we got married. I was happy with them, but an office for my new company was also closer where we bought our house. I was in an accident where my car was a total loss, and even though I had rear-ended someone (i.e. my fault), I was able to replace it with a newer, nicer car. I only had car insurance with them, but my mom had homeowner's as well, and she stayed with State Farm the whole time she lived in that house.

State Farm is one of the top insurance companies. They are hands on and flexible, should I ever need to adjust my insurance plan, at the drop of a hat. I've been with this company's insurance ever since I learned to drive and first bought a car. Never had any complaints and my parents were the ones that convinced me State Farm is an excellent company to work with. In fact, most of my other family members are insured by State Farm and have never had any complaints. State Farm even has a great, low cost insurance plan for new teenage drivers that keep up their grades in school.

I have used State Farm for years. We switched insurance companies back in 1999 from Progressive to State Farm after being in an auto accident. The accident was not my fault, we were rear ended. The insurance company I had at the time (Progressive) was not at all responsive to my needs. However, the other driver had State Farm insurance and they treated us with courtesy and respect. Handling our claim in less than a week we had our check for repairs to my vehicle. I could choose my own service provider and the entire process was easy. My insurance company at the time (Progressive) then tried to raise my rates. We were so impressed by the treatment we received from State Farm we switched providers and have not looked back since. State Farm has reasonable rates, excellent customer service, and quick repair service.

They very reliable, they work with you regardless of your situation. The roadside assistance are amazing. I would recommend they services to all my friends and family. It's been a couple of time where they played a big role in difficult skin my life where I was put at ease. I love State Farm and wouldn't go to anyone else.

State farm has been great from the beginning. Best prices, best service, best agents. I had always gone with local agents and always been disappointed. High cost and poor customer service. When I switched to State Farm, I saw from the very beginning they value their customers and their agents are very knowledgeable. Since first switching, I now have auto, renters and life with State Farm. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone.

Rate is higher than GEICO for same coverage. Switching on the 27th of October. Cost cut in half! Fixed income, so it is a great help. Full coverage. Full tort. Best State Farm could do is reduce rate around 50 dollars. Seems like the cost of food goes up 1 dollar an item every market trip. Unfortunately, my SS check does not keep up with that. To have to cut your pill in two and search for reduced damaged items to survive is extremely stressful. GEICO is heaven sent for someone like me!

I have been with State Farm for over 15 years. They have always been very prompt in settling any claims or disputes. Their representatives are the very best you would ever want. I was rear ended. The customer service is awful. They first will leave you on hold for at least 30 minutes then will lie to you. I was lied to by four different agents. The problem - we both had State Farm Insurance. They did not tell us nor did they offer to take our car to a collision center. After 4 days my husband finally told them we were going to rent the most expensive car we could and they would have to reimburse us. That finally got them moving. Car rental finally provided. Then the LIE - I was told that they had been trying to get a hold of the owner of the insurance who had hit me. Really I knew the lady and called her right up and she told me not one phone call from State Farm. Oops State Farm didn't know I knew her.

The local agents go the extra mile to get the best rates and coverage possible. They are always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I shopped around and did not get the appreciated service that I got when I contacted State Farm. They literally talked to me until they found the perfect coverage to meet my budget and my needs. What is so great about State Farm is that they are there for you 24/7. You do not have to communicate with a voice robot. You actually speak to a real live person. They genuinely appreciate your business and treat you like a human, not a number.

I am getting a little break because I bundle it with my Renter's insurance. I still think I am paying too much, but after shopping around I found out that I would save less than $3 a month if I switched.

I have had State Farm auto insurance for several years. Within the last couple years I added Home Insurance with them. I have a local agent who I can talk to at anytime for help or advice or questions.

Claims are fast, prices may be a bit high. One claim in 8 years with company and still only seen about a 15 percent decrease in rates with no ticket violations. It is a must to get 0 deductible plan as windshields are not covered with deductible plans.

I've had State Farm for a little over a year now. I called them go get a quote on renters insurance when we first moved into our apartment. While doing so, he pulled my auto insurance and quoted me full coverage cost that was almost cheaper than the liability I had with my other insurance. Have been helpful ever since.

State Farm is a nice insurance company. It's one of several I'd recommend (Progressive sounds the best). State Farm is the insurance company my family chose. I had a car accident a couple of years ago. Luckily no one was injured and no one died. We called State Farm, and State Farm paid the insurance within a week, and they didn't raise our rates (we were declared to not be at fault as it was a side-on collision). In summary, State Farm is a great insurance company!

State Farm had very reliable service along with low costs. My sister had worked there (now retired), and even the co-workers in the building get along very nicely with each other. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable, so getting your needs met is no problem with State Farm.

I've been very pleased with the service State Farm offers. When I have been involved in an accident, they are quick to investigate, start and settle the claim. They offer flexibility of rental car companies during the repair and authorize manufacturer suggested repair companies, which is very helpful!

Rates are fairly reasonable but have not had to file a claim with them as yet. I cannot provide any information as to how well they respond to or handle claim issues. I have family that has dealt with them and they recommended.

They paid to have my windshield replaced after being struck by a rock. No questions ask. Very easy to deal with. Called customer service and they took care of it from there. They contacted the glass repair service and then they contacted me. They showed up on time and replaced the windshield. After that the inside mirror cover came loose and I contacted the glass company and they came back to my house and replaced the windshield again, no question asked.

State Farm has been easy to access from any area, which is why we really appreciate them. Their agents are very helpful and willing to work with us in any given situation. Their prices are good, and their coverage is very easy to tailor.

When I was 21 I was spending the night out of town. The next morning I woke up, and my car had been stolen. I called my insurance rep at State Farm, and he came all the way to where I was to assist me with the police report. They even provided me with a rental car until they found my car!!

State Farm has been a great choice in insurance for my family. We have a good level of coverage at a decent price. Our agent is willing to explain things to us when they don't make sense and doesn't seem to push us into adding coverage if we don't feel it is necessary.

Whenever I had a claim they were right on it, and fair with the repairs. I've had a few claims and a medical claim. They were concerned if I was ok and if I was satisfied with the work that was done on my car. They also paid for a rental for me.

I want never recommend State Farm Insurance company to no one, bad service, poor company. They just want you to pay for insurance but when it's time for them to pay they don't want to. They give you the runaround and you speak to 50 different people getting all the wrong information. They try to get over on people, don't want to pay you put the car is worth or what you people in the car. Bad business. Watch out for them, I'm tell you will regret it.

I have had good experiences with them and good coverage when I needed to file a claim. The reason I would not give them five stars is because I did not find that they were proactive in contacting me to review my policies. I trust my insurance company to know what coverage is best for me but also recognize that life changes will impact my coverage. I think State Farm needed to contact me periodically to see if my coverage needed to be changed.

All is good and no issues. Have been with State Farm for more than 10 years and never had an issue or reason to change companies. They respond to any and all questions asked in a timely manner. They are professional and experts in the insurance field and their rates are good.

I had Allstate 6 months ago... Insurance went up over 300 hundred dollars when renewal came along. Took 4 phone calls within 3 weeks to finally speak to someone. Every time I called I was told someone would get back to me. Well finally they called back... Couldn't even get a straight answer out of them. They lied right to my face, saying I was being charged for I had a German Shep at the time... Then they said no I wasn't being charged extra for the dog. Got so fed up with them so quit them. Now have State Farm and so far all is good... They are friendly and take the time to talk with you.

A State Farm policyholder got in his parked vehicle, started his engine, and proceeded to pull out without looking. He hit my daughter's vehicle causing $1,180.00 in damage. At the accident scene, State Farm's client told the police officer that when he put his car in drive, he looked in his rear view mirror, did not look to his left but proceeded to pull out from his parked position from the side of the road. This resulted in his vehicle hitting my daughter's vehicle which also had a 5 year old child riding in the back seat at the time. The police report states, State Farm's client hit my daughter's vehicle when he pulled out from his parked position. HOWEVER, STATE FARM'S CLAIM TEAM MEMBER, MILTON **, MADE A DECISION THAT FAULT SHOULD BE SHARED. Their motto states, not only do we do what is legal, but we also do what is right. I say their motto is, they do what is right for their client and what helps their bottom line.

I have had the same insurance agent for 30 years; I have always been happy with the service. He has always steered us in the right direction when it came to rates and coverage. I have been very satisfied with the rates. State Farm has always done us right!

I added a new car to my policy and took off an old car on Nov. 6. I also paid my premium the same day. 2 week later the same premium I paid November 6, was drafted from my account "unauthorized." My auto draft was cxl back in October. The payment was the premium for the old car that was taking off. 2 Days till Thanksgiving I have no money and they're telling me a refund was put through for the funds to go back into my account. Tomorrow's Thanksgiving. My money is not in my account & now I'm hearing it has to be reviewed & will take about 5 days. Thank you Elitha **, State Farm. Thanksgiving for my family has been ruined.

Have not had a problem and have a good agent. We have never filed a claim yet. I don't know anything else I can say. They are close to our home and can visit any time we need to. What else can I say? We always pay our bills on time.

State Farm has always treated me well. They have not raised my rates. I pay my auto insurance twice a year. They always bill me in a timely manner and give me enough time to pay my bill. I have good coverage and am pleased with the insurance. My agent keeps in touch and reviews my coverage often to make sure I have the proper coverage. I feel my rates are lower than some other insurance companies.

The only complaint I have is the universal life policy I bought was not explained well and/or misrepresented at the time of purchase. I am no longer with that agent. Good stuff. When the kids were old enough to drive 1 call got them covered instantly.

I thought I had a reputable insurance company for my new car. I was completely wrong! This company is full of sarcastic young individuals who do not explain policies correctly, are misleading, are rude and sarcastic! Do yourself a favor and go with someone else! This company is no longer a quality insurance company!

I have been a customer with State Farm for over 18 years, I found them to be very helpful with any issues I may have (adding another person to my policy, helping to reduce the amount of my premiums). I also had one claim with them my 2nd year that I was a State Farm member when my car was stolen over a Labor Day Weekend. I thought for sure I would not hear anything until the holiday was over, but they called me back within the hour! I had a check within a week when it was determined that my car had been indeed stolen and I was able to find a new one. This meant a great deal to me as my mother was in the hospital and we needed a car to go visit her.

Switched from Nationwide Insurance to State Farm Insurance about a month ago due to needing a better quote. Was really impressed with how quickly State Farm returned my call regarding my quote. Plus they offered me the lowest deductibles at the best prices. So naturally I chose to go with State Farm. Head to the office to fill out paperwork & upon arrival I asked my new agent what all I needed to do. My new agent said, Nothing, we have already taken care of everything for you from information provided to use over the phone" & handed me my declaration paperwork & proof of insurance. Boy was I impressed & would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

Not much to explain - I paid my arm and a leg and since I had no claims, I got nothing out of it, expect empty pockets. I get mighty fed up with spending an arm and a leg on something that is legally required of me, but I don't make enough to afford to have it in the first place, and I'm a careful driver, so my pockets are always empty and I can't get ahead, much less afford a waste of money like insurance.

I had an accident not too long after I got my insurance where my car got totaled by truck who ran a stop sign. My agent was thoughtful and very helpful and always nice. I went into the office several times regarding my accident and always was treated as though I and my problems really mattered. The experience was made less awful because of their assistance.

I would recommend State Farm to anybody. I've had great experience with them. I also have my homeowners with them and I get a great deal with all of it bundle. They are close to my house. Tim is my local agent. We have auto pay set up which makes it easy, have never steered me wrong. Thinking about add some life insurance now. I'm not getting any younger.

I have been a customer of State Farm for many years, and my parents before that, and they have always proven themselves to be a most reliable company. My mother's was rear-ended by another car years ago and State Farm gave her a very generous settlement. They have always been very easy to work with and I have never heard or experienced anything bad about them.

Insurance agent is a family friend, always helpful and willing to help out. Premiums are a little high but I don't want to do the work to research other insurance agencies. Pay every 6 months and that is super easy, pay over the phone with a credit card. Always available to answer questions on policy. I have two accidents on my record and they always work with me to find the most discounts. Have been with them since I started driving.

State Farm is a very good insurance company. They work fast if you're in an accident that's not your fault at all, and fully the other driver's fault, handling car rental and getting your car fixed. As well as compensation for any injuries sustained due to the accident. Their agents are friendly too. At least over the phone. State Farm's prices aren't half bad either. They are worth it for when these things happen, which they do. Unfortunately. Because other drivers can be unfit to drive and swerve and hit you. So being a good driver yourself isn't enough. So that's why it's good to have State Farm.

Great insurance company, great customer service, great claims service. Quick settlement on claims, tries to get all discounts available. Great agent, great workers that help you solve all of your insurance needs.

My husband and I have experienced great customer service and comparable pricing with State Farm. Anytime we have a question they are quick to help and respond. And when we are eligible for a discount they always notify us. We have enjoyed our service with them.

My agent is very helpful and all his office employees are warm and helpful. They also have a good turnaround for questions and claims. They seem to be knowledge about the insurance business both homeowners and auto insurance.

Good response to my questions. Great discounts for multiple policies, good driving history, mature driver class. Very friendly people at my office. Can walk in to office, no appointment, and receive individual attention almost immediately. Have recommended this office to several friends.

I was able to get a fair price with this company (female from 16-20, used older car). I paid every six months and saved $150 off the normal rate. I never had a wreck so I can't say how helpful they would be with that.

They are always very professional. They return phone calls, emails and texts in a very timely manner. In fact we've become great friends with our agent. We even go to the same church on sundays. I can always count on them to follow through on all matters. I feel very loyal to them and would never consider another company. We have been with them for a long time, and are very satisfied with this company.

I have worked with several different agents and agencies during that time and have been satisfied with the professionalism of each during that time. Have used State Farm for homeowners insurance since the 1980's, and some years ago added my auto insurance. They are considerate, accommodating and supportive. I have never had ANY difficulty with them, and appreciate that I have a local agent who comes to my "rescue" if at any time I need help.

Our agent is very accessible and always willing to work with us and answer any questions and was there for us when we needed him. We almost had a problem when the head agent/owner died and our policy was turned over to another office without our consent but we called the guy we had always worked with and he did whatever he had to to correct the situation.

I have had State Farm Homeowners and Auto insurance for more than 30 years. I filed a burglary claim, and my husband at the time a few minor accidents over that period and was always taken care of promptly. After retirement and moving to another state I decided to try two other insurance companies and for various reasons went back to State Farm and I forgot to mention the good driver's discount that reduces my 6 month premium by a few bucks compared to another company who gave me a low quote to begin with and then ended up raising my premium every six months.

Always friendly & helpful. Follows up with us regularly. Responds quickly when we have questions. Have had SF for 15 years in 2 states & never had an issue. Claims are dealt with smoothly.

I was being charged more all of a sudden when my renewal came due, so I went in to my agents office and talk to them about it. They took the time to find out why this was happening and discovered that I have been placed in the wrong category. They moved me and it brought my payment down and then they worked with me on my coverages and got it down even further but I still had great coverage. They aren't out to take all your money. They understand hard times and want to help you!

It was a great experience and had very cheap rates as well as love their customers a great deal and protects them at all times and we appreciate them a whole lot in all ways. They help you too.

Always answer my questions when I do call with one and is within my budget. I do get discounts and I have renters insurance as well with State Farm and get discount for good driving, having multiple policies.

I've never had to file a claim, so there is minimal contact with them. They do seem genuine in their concern of my satisfaction with company. They did try to sell me more insurance, such as life insurance which I already have. And they have stated that my bill will slowly come down, just have to wait and see if this all comes true. I really don't have much to say... outside of the fact most insurance companies seem to be a rip off, if you do have an accident then it’s great you’re covered, but I'm sure rates would skyrocket after.

State Farm is by far the best insurance company I've ever had. They are friendly and go out of their way to help you when you need it. It's very affordable and they offer so much more than competing insurance companies. If you have questions or concerns they are very prompt on getting you the answers you need.

I am a new customer to State Farm. Was with GEICO for 20 years but they dropped my roadside assistance when my car got old (10 years old) and did not tell me. Some of this is my fault as I did not pay attention to the insurance details. Of course I did not know this until I needed a jump when the battery died. I had to pay for the wrecker to come and jump the car as it was parked in a location my jumper cables could not reach. After that incident I contacted a few other auto insurance companies. Got a better rate with road service from State Farm... plus I know the people that work there and the office is near where I shop.

The website was very useful. The local agents were helpful and helped me use all the discounts I was qualified for. They also suggested we add renters insurance to get a better deal.

We were military 20 years and most of our 20 years we had Geico. So I can only compare to State Farm versus Geico. We have been retired from USAF 23 years. My husband's parents carried State Farm for years. When we retired to Penna, Geico was not available in our area. We became State Farm Insurance carriers. We have been involved in two auto accidents which resulted in totaling our cars. State Farm WAS like a Good Neighbor! (as their motto). We were in a rental each time within hours. We were paid off, generously, within days, and immediately, and painlessly in a new car within days. Both accidents were not our fault. We get reduced rates, and lower rates for being loyal customers. Our teens became drivers and even adding them to our policy was less than what our friends paid for their non State Farm policy's with other carriers. We are very pleased with our Auto Insurance.

This company has been very good to me. Being a young driver they have very good rates. I also have a history of an accident and they accepted me anyway. Very friendly people to talk to and very helpful.

Great insurance. I have been lucky enough not to have to use them yet due to me not getting in any wrecks or having car issues. I'm only nineteen so I haven't been driving too long. I always pay on time so I have never had an altercation with my auto insurance. My parents use the same insurance.
