Claims are fast, prices may be a bit high. One claim in 8 years with company and still only seen about a 15 percent decrease in rates with no ticket violations. It is a must to get 0 deductible plan as windshields are not covered with deductible plans.

I have been with State Farm Insurance for 40 some years. I have often research for better and prices on auto insurance but keep going back to State Farm. Over the years we have had several claims with our auto Insurance and we have always been very satisfied with the quick and great outcome from them. They have always been friendly and very helpful when we needed them. I consider State Farm Insurance as part of my family. They not only insure my cars but also my Home. Thank You for a Good Job. I can say that I have full trust in this company.

I am just like anyone else that drives in the USA and I know that my insurance company always has my back. I have had several accidents in the past five years and each incident was handled professionally and thoroughly. I'm very satisfied.

I have has State Farm for over 20 years. They are a great company to do business with. Our agent Kathy is wonderful. She calls to see if you need anything or if you need to up your insurance. I couldn't ask for a better company.

I've had State Farm for a little over a year now. I called them go get a quote on renters insurance when we first moved into our apartment. While doing so, he pulled my auto insurance and quoted me full coverage cost that was almost cheaper than the liability I had with my other insurance. Have been helpful ever since.

State Farm is a nice insurance company. It's one of several I'd recommend (Progressive sounds the best). State Farm is the insurance company my family chose. I had a car accident a couple of years ago. Luckily no one was injured and no one died. We called State Farm, and State Farm paid the insurance within a week, and they didn't raise our rates (we were declared to not be at fault as it was a side-on collision). In summary, State Farm is a great insurance company!

State Farm had very reliable service along with low costs. My sister had worked there (now retired), and even the co-workers in the building get along very nicely with each other. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable, so getting your needs met is no problem with State Farm.

I've been very pleased with the service State Farm offers. When I have been involved in an accident, they are quick to investigate, start and settle the claim. They offer flexibility of rental car companies during the repair and authorize manufacturer suggested repair companies, which is very helpful!

Rates are fairly reasonable but have not had to file a claim with them as yet. I cannot provide any information as to how well they respond to or handle claim issues. I have family that has dealt with them and they recommended.

They paid to have my windshield replaced after being struck by a rock. No questions ask. Very easy to deal with. Called customer service and they took care of it from there. They contacted the glass repair service and then they contacted me. They showed up on time and replaced the windshield. After that the inside mirror cover came loose and I contacted the glass company and they came back to my house and replaced the windshield again, no question asked.

When I was 21 I was spending the night out of town. The next morning I woke up, and my car had been stolen. I called my insurance rep at State Farm, and he came all the way to where I was to assist me with the police report. They even provided me with a rental car until they found my car!!

Have always used State Farm insurance. Have always been treated fairly and in a timely manner. My agent, JB Darnell is always available. JB searches for the best deals for me. My family consists of 5 siblings, their spouses and their children. All of us use State Farm insurance, and wouldn't consider any other company.

State Farm has been a great choice in insurance for my family. We have a good level of coverage at a decent price. Our agent is willing to explain things to us when they don't make sense and doesn't seem to push us into adding coverage if we don't feel it is necessary.

Whenever I had a claim they were right on it, and fair with the repairs. I've had a few claims and a medical claim. They were concerned if I was ok and if I was satisfied with the work that was done on my car. They also paid for a rental for me.

I want never recommend State Farm Insurance company to no one, bad service, poor company. They just want you to pay for insurance but when it's time for them to pay they don't want to. They give you the runaround and you speak to 50 different people getting all the wrong information. They try to get over on people, don't want to pay you put the car is worth or what you people in the car. Bad business. Watch out for them, I'm tell you will regret it.

I have had good experiences with them and good coverage when I needed to file a claim. The reason I would not give them five stars is because I did not find that they were proactive in contacting me to review my policies. I trust my insurance company to know what coverage is best for me but also recognize that life changes will impact my coverage. I think State Farm needed to contact me periodically to see if my coverage needed to be changed.

All is good and no issues. Have been with State Farm for more than 10 years and never had an issue or reason to change companies. They respond to any and all questions asked in a timely manner. They are professional and experts in the insurance field and their rates are good.

I had Allstate 6 months ago... Insurance went up over 300 hundred dollars when renewal came along. Took 4 phone calls within 3 weeks to finally speak to someone. Every time I called I was told someone would get back to me. Well finally they called back... Couldn't even get a straight answer out of them. They lied right to my face, saying I was being charged for I had a German Shep at the time... Then they said no I wasn't being charged extra for the dog. Got so fed up with them so quit them. Now have State Farm and so far all is good... They are friendly and take the time to talk with you.

A State Farm policyholder got in his parked vehicle, started his engine, and proceeded to pull out without looking. He hit my daughter's vehicle causing $1,180.00 in damage. At the accident scene, State Farm's client told the police officer that when he put his car in drive, he looked in his rear view mirror, did not look to his left but proceeded to pull out from his parked position from the side of the road. This resulted in his vehicle hitting my daughter's vehicle which also had a 5 year old child riding in the back seat at the time. The police report states, State Farm's client hit my daughter's vehicle when he pulled out from his parked position. HOWEVER, STATE FARM'S CLAIM TEAM MEMBER, MILTON **, MADE A DECISION THAT FAULT SHOULD BE SHARED. Their motto states, not only do we do what is legal, but we also do what is right. I say their motto is, they do what is right for their client and what helps their bottom line.

I added a new car to my policy and took off an old car on Nov. 6. I also paid my premium the same day. 2 week later the same premium I paid November 6, was drafted from my account "unauthorized." My auto draft was cxl back in October. The payment was the premium for the old car that was taking off. 2 Days till Thanksgiving I have no money and they're telling me a refund was put through for the funds to go back into my account. Tomorrow's Thanksgiving. My money is not in my account & now I'm hearing it has to be reviewed & will take about 5 days. Thank you Elitha **, State Farm. Thanksgiving for my family has been ruined.

Have not had a problem and have a good agent. We have never filed a claim yet. I don't know anything else I can say. They are close to our home and can visit any time we need to. What else can I say? We always pay our bills on time.

I have been with State Farm for over 30 years. Their rates have been good and the only claim experience I have had was for a towing bill (non-accident related). They reimbursed me the same day at their office. Can't get any better service than that.

State Farm has always treated me well. They have not raised my rates. I pay my auto insurance twice a year. They always bill me in a timely manner and give me enough time to pay my bill. I have good coverage and am pleased with the insurance. My agent keeps in touch and reviews my coverage often to make sure I have the proper coverage. I feel my rates are lower than some other insurance companies.

The only complaint I have is the universal life policy I bought was not explained well and/or misrepresented at the time of purchase. I am no longer with that agent. Good stuff. When the kids were old enough to drive 1 call got them covered instantly.

This company is full of sarcastic young individuals who do not explain policies correctly, are misleading, are rude and sarcastic! Do yourself a favor and go with someone else! I have been a customer with State Farm for over 18 years, I found them to be very helpful with any issues I may have (adding another person to my policy, helping to reduce the amount of my premiums). I also had one claim with them my 2nd year that I was a State Farm member when my car was stolen over a Labor Day Weekend. I thought for sure I would not hear anything until the holiday was over, but they called me back within the hour! I had a check within a week when it was determined that my car had been indeed stolen and I was able to find a new one. This meant a great deal to me as my mother was in the hospital and we needed a car to go visit her.

Switched from Nationwide Insurance to State Farm Insurance about a month ago due to needing a better quote. Was really impressed with how quickly State Farm returned my call regarding my quote. Plus they offered me the lowest deductibles at the best prices. So naturally I chose to go with State Farm. Head to the office to fill out paperwork & upon arrival I asked my new agent what all I needed to do. My new agent said, Nothing, we have already taken care of everything for you from information provided to use over the phone" & handed me my declaration paperwork & proof of insurance. Boy was I impressed & would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

Not much to explain - I paid my arm and a leg and since I had no claims, I got nothing out of it, expect empty pockets. I get mighty fed up with spending an arm and a leg on something that is legally required of me, but I don't make enough to afford to have it in the first place, and I'm a careful driver, so my pockets are always empty and I can't get ahead, much less afford a waste of money like insurance.

I had an accident not too long after I got my insurance where my car got totaled by truck who ran a stop sign. My agent was thoughtful and very helpful and always nice. I went into the office several times regarding my accident and always was treated as though I and my problems really mattered. The experience was made less awful because of their assistance.

I have been a customer of State Farm for many years, and my parents before that, and they have always proven themselves to be a most reliable company. My mother's was rear-ended by another car years ago and State Farm gave her a very generous settlement. Insurance agent is a family friend, always helpful and willing to help out. Premiums are a little high but I don't want to do the work to research other insurance agencies. Pay every 6 months and that is super easy, pay over the phone with a credit card. Always available to answer questions on policy. I have two accidents on my record and they always work with me to find the most discounts. Have been with them since I started driving.

State Farm is a very good insurance company. They work fast if you're in an accident that's not your fault at all, and fully the other driver's fault, handling car rental and getting your car fixed. As well as compensation for any injuries sustained due to the accident. Their agents are friendly too. At least over the phone. State Farm's prices aren't half bad either. They are worth it for when these things happen, which they do. Unfortunately. Because other drivers can be unfit to drive and swerve and hit you. So being a good driver yourself isn't enough. So that's why it's good to have State Farm.

I was able to get a fair price with this company (female from 16-20, used older car). I paid every six months and saved $150 off the normal rate. I never had a wreck so I can't say how helpful they would be with that.

Have used State Farm for homeowners insurance since the 1980's, and some years ago added my auto insurance. They are considerate, accommodating and supportive. I have never had ANY difficulty with them, and appreciate that I have a local agent who comes to my "rescue" if at any time I need help.

We almost had a problem when the head agent/owner died and our policy was turned over to another office without our consent but we called the guy we had always worked with and he did whatever he had to to correct the situation.

I have had State Farm Homeowners and Auto insurance for more than 30 years. I filed a burglary claim, and my husband at the time a few minor accidents over that period and was always taken care of promptly. After retirement and moving to another state I decided to try two other insurance companies and for various reasons went back to State Farm and I forgot to mention the good driver's discount that reduces my 6 month premium by a few bucks compared to another company who gave me a low quote to begin with and then ended up raising my premium every six months.

I was being charged more all of a sudden when my renewal came due, so I went in to my agents office and talk to them about it. They took the time to find out why this was happening and discovered that I have been placed in the wrong category. They moved me and it brought my payment down and then they worked with me on my coverages and got it down even further but I still had great coverage. They aren't out to take all your money. They understand hard times and want to help you!

I've never had to file a claim, so there is minimal contact with them. They do seem genuine in their concern of my satisfaction with company. They did try to sell me more insurance, such as life insurance which I already have. And they have stated that my bill will slowly come down, just have to wait and see if this all comes true. I really don't have much to say... outside of the fact most insurance companies seem to be a rip off, if you do have an accident then it’s great you’re covered, but I'm sure rates would skyrocket after.

I am a new customer to State Farm. Was with GEICO for 20 years but they dropped my roadside assistance when my car got old (10 years old) and did not tell me. Some of this is my fault as I did not pay attention to the insurance details. Of course I did not know this until I needed a jump when the battery died. I had to pay for the wrecker to come and jump the car as it was parked in a location my jumper cables could not reach. After that incident I contacted a few other auto insurance companies. Got a better rate with road service from State Farm... plus I know the people that work there and the office is near where I shop.

We were military 20 years and most of our 20 years we had Geico. So I can only compare to State Farm versus Geico. We have been retired from USAF 23 years. My husband's parents carried State Farm for years. When we retired to Penna, Geico was not available in our area. We became State Farm Insurance carriers. We have been involved in two auto accidents which resulted in totaling our cars. State Farm WAS like a Good Neighbor! (as their motto). We were in a rental each time within hours. We were paid off, generously, within days, and immediately, and painlessly in a new car within days. Both accidents were not our fault. We get reduced rates, and lower rates for being loyal customers. Our teens became drivers and even adding them to our policy was less than what our friends paid for their non State Farm policy's with other carriers. We are very pleased with our Auto Insurance.

I was backed into by a driver insured with State Farm. Set up claim with no problem but was then emailed that I needed to call them and give them more info on damage. Have called TEN TIMES over past week and been put on hold over 30 minutes before I get mad and hang up. Was on hold one time for 50 minutes. Have called local agent and other departments for help but am told that the staff at the same phone number I've been calling are the ONLY ones that can help me. Local agent even said, "Yeah, it's pretty frustrating. We've gotten a lot of complaints about it too." REALLY!!?? Ridiculous. They keep this up and their business will collapse.

One time I had to go to the office for a car, was not my phone and they were so kind and offered me coffee and candy and were so knowledgeable about the experience like I was thoroughly taken care of.

It is a pleasure to work with State Farm. When I recently moved down to Houston from Michigan I discovered I would need hurricane coverage. Not knowing how the process of enrolling in hurricane insurance worked I reached out to State Farm and the representative was able to work with me in getting the insurance forms processed. I had GEICO but the prices started going up so I decided to check other insurance companies and State Farm offered the coverage that I was looking for and a little more. The cost of insurance is a little pricey but the staff is always helpful. They give you the option of paying monthly for a little bit more or pay every six months. They have locations throughout my area and make me feel comfortable when I have to go into the office. They are timely when I need paperwork or signatures. They also have a great deal for students with good grades.

My auto insurance company does not provide good service. They do not work to give me the best rates and only contact me when it is time to renew. They never proactively review my coverage, nor do they look for discounts. The only thing they do efficiently is collect the money while ignoring me most of the time.

They are always there when you need them and not just auto insurance but they have credit cards car loans, home loans, home insurance, mutual funds and so much more. I would for sure recommend State Farm. They have a ton of discounts to make your premium smaller.

We have been with State Farm for over 10 years. Our agent is always very friendly and helpful. The office is located close to work and home so it's convenient to stop in on the way. Thankfully our family hasn't experienced too many auto accidents requiring us to make a claim. However with the couple we've had our agent at State Farm has made sure our claims are settled quickly. Its nice to have an insurance provider who is on our side.

First of all let me just start out with saying that we have been with State Farm for years. They were absolutely fair and wonderful at first that is... We were absolutely satisfied... and I say were!!! Unfortunately however that is not the case!!! We have dropped them immediately and are currently seeking other options. All over something so little and so silly on their part... We moved from Independence Missouri about 45 minutes away a year ago, discover there is a State Farm where we live that is a lot closer and easier for us to commute to when needed no problem? Not a big deal? Wrong!!! The State Farm where we live now said no problem just contact the other State Farm in Independence have them fill out a form and send it in to them... Yeah well that agent at the State Farm in Independence refuse to cooperate!!!
The State Farm told us they had never seen anything like that before. Told us we needed to contact corporate, report that agent so we did, only for them to tell us we had to jump through all these hoops, fill out all these forms blah blah blah for what??? Why would you inconvenience at consumer even more and why on earth would we ever jump through all these hoops and do all this stuff unnecessarily because of one agent who chose to act very unprofessional!!! No thank you!!! Easier to just go through somebody else.
We have a very good track record should have no problem getting it somewhere else might even get a better deal. Just never wanted to no problem again. I just never wanted to look before because we were satisfied but if our agent is going at like this over something so little and petty who knows how she would act over something more important or serious!!! Thank God we have never been in an accident or position to have to file a claim. Don't think I'd want these guys backing me up!!!

They do the job. It's not super great or a super negative experience. We did qualify for some discounts which help. But they aren't the cheapest out there. We were with another company that is cheaper until they raised our rates.

My agent is wonderful but the claims center is terrible. My husband and I have two claim, one comprehensive and one collision claim. The collision claim was the one where we had a bad experience. My husband had a blowout and was told by the adjuster that the tire was not consistent with a blowout so what really happened. The entire claims department was rude. They would not allow us to choose our car rental company or choose where we took our car for repairs. Also, according to our agent, the agent is not allowed to be directly involved in the claims process. Our agent did however put in complaint internally after requesting the claims center phone call record.

My vehicle was stolen. They wouldn't cover the theft of my vehicle. Told me that what I had inside my vehicle would be covered by renters’ insurance. I sent them all the documents they required, receipts etc. Now they want me to do a deposition!!! Because they say what I had in my car is unusual to them!!! Kiss my **, they want your money every month but when you need them they don't want to help!!! Worst insurance company I have dealt with!!! Can't wait to cancel my policy today!!!
Updated on November 21, 2015: So as I previously stated in my first review about State Farm Insurance, today, I received a letter in the mail. I am so ** (excuse my language) done with this company!!! The letter that they sent is pretty much calling me a LIAR about my claim!!! Like a good neighbor my **!!! They constantly take your premium every month but when you need them, they make you feel like a criminal!!! I'm so happy that as of yesterday I am no longer a member of this horrible Insurance Company!!! In no way are they there for you. We, my husband & I, have had State Farm insurance for quite some time years & years. We have had no issues or problems with State Farm Insurance. Although we have had no tickets or fender benders in the last few years, we did however experience a break in vandalism criminal act on my vehicle last summer. My passenger side front window was smashed out & then some items were removed from my jeep. We of course contacted our State Farm Insurance agent. We were quite pleased with the quick response time & the caring respectful attention that was given to our claim. Before long we were reimbursed for stolen items & our window replaced. State Farm is the worst insurance company that I have ever dealt with. After I was hit, I (rightfully) wanted my car fixed. I was hung up on MULTIPLE times. It's been almost THREE weeks since the accident and they're STILL "trying" to get in touch with the lady that hit. I am calling daily and all I get is "I'm sorry sir, we're trying." Please STAY AWAY from this company at ALL costs! There are not enough words to describe how much I despise State Farm. I would have rated zero stars!

State Farm went to bat for us to prove we were not at fault in an accident back in 2014 where we were parking and the other driver said we were backing up and we were parking to go into the store to buy items. The receipt showed the time we came out of the store so it helped proved our case.

I really thought State Farm was a great company up until I had to file a claim. I pay for full coverage every month (132 every month might I add) and they wanted to total out my car because it wasn't worth fixing to them... I had to give them every detail concerning with my car including the expensive items that I have for them to fix it. They sent my car to Crash Champions a place in Chicago Il on Belmont Ave for repairs. State Farm had my car sitting there for weeks on in because they didn't want to send an estimator to come look at my car. The reps are rude as hell. I just had someone to hang up on me today. I will be changing my insurance company.

State Farm this is the worst insurance company possible. I have been dealing with my claim for a month on the 19th. They have horrible customer service. It is your duty to handle my claim in a timely matter especially when your client ran a stop sign and caused the accident. You faulted your client 100% so that proves it wasn't our fault. When you decided to finally declare my car a total loss, it was on Friday night. Now you want to take the rental away because it's been 5 days and I haven't received a check to purchase a vehicle. This is a bunch of bs, it isn't my fault.
You handle on a Friday night and then took 4 days to process before sending the check out. Now I'm stuck without a vehicle. What a wonderful insurance company you are. I hope you treat your clients better than you treated me when it wasn't even my fault. I would never recommend your company to anyone that is looking for insurance.

I just started with this company, and they send you a notice that your monthly premium is due, then a week later, if it's not paid, they threaten to cancel your policy. I haven't had any experience as far as filing a claim goes, because I haven't had to file a claim with them yet.

State Farm Insurance's customer was at fault for an accident involving our car. They sent an adjuster who examined and wrote up our repair estimate. 11 weeks later and State Farm still refuses to pay on the claim. They say that they cannot contact their policy holder and so won't pay. Hey State Farm, ever consider that you're at fault customer is hiding out? What if they were to have died or been in a coma or been incarcerated for 5 years? After you claimed to have tried calling and sending, yes, TWO registered letters without reply, don't you think that's adequate? Guilt by silence?
The facts are your customer was at fault for a rear end collision involving our car, If at fault, what else is required? Geez, maybe this "unavailable client" story is, after all, just a ploy to save money. If you won't pay and you can cancel the policy of a risky driver, you win 2 ways: You don't pay current claims and you can also cut off future worries, too. Sounds illegal. I wonder what the State Insurance Agency and an attorney will say to this?

State farm are cheaters and thieves. I purchased a policy a month ago and they increased the premium immediately without any reason. I called my agent name is CHRIS ** and he said that "you did not get 7 years driving experience." I asked him before purchasing, "is everything Okay. do I need to show any kind of proof" and he said "no you are all set" but they lied to me. I told him that I have an international licence that is fair enough to know that I have no history. They re-issued the policy with double premium that is really terrible. I will strongly dis-recommend STATE FARM to anyone.

I have had State Farm Insurance for just about 40 years on my automobiles and about 30 years on my house. First of all, their rates are competitive with other companies. They offer various discounts for multiple policies as well as low mileage or good driving records. However, the real "proof of the pudding" comes with State Farm's claim service. I have had occasion to have both auto and home claims with State Farm. The claims were settled with excellent repairs and in a timely manner; you could not ask for more. I enjoy working with my local State Farm agent, who is very knowledgeable and readily available.

I am satisfied with this insurance except for one experience. I ran over a small dog, and my insurance wouldn't cover it because it was a domestic animal. That situation was rather frustrating, and for the amount of money I pay for insurance I expected better service. So far no problems, they just keep change prices. They quoted one price and then charged us for a different price plus added an insurance we didn't sign up for. Upon calling them about it they told us we did sign up for it and if we wanted to cancel. It would change how much we pay for the car insurance.

We have a fairly good relationship with our auto insurance company (State Farm) and have had the relationship with them for 20+ years. The only thing I can recall having a disagreement with them about was when they wanted to raise our rates because we have two adult sons, who both have their own vehicles and separate insurance companies. They NEVER drive our vehicles and take care of their own so we were opposed to paying higher rates just because they live at home. In the end, they did not increase our rate which we were happy about though we understood their point of view. That's probably the only time I can say we had a difference of opinion and they've continue to provide us with good service and quality coverage.

I had an accident in 11-11-11 and I have every doctor that I went to recorded, even my doctors. I also was told by one of their State Farm agents that I better save every check and make copies of it. I'm so glad that I have over 16 tapes of me talking to them, so that they can't lie about anything, and I have it put up at a friend home and I have copies. This company, calls me every month, to check up on us, to see if all is well, shows, that they care about you and your family. If there are ever an issue, one call to them, will solve the issue, immediately. A few times, we were not able to pay on the due date, and yet, when we call, the issue was solved and with no late fee.

They are quick to stop your coverage if you are a few days late on your payment but when you file a claim they took their time taking care of it.

I had State Farm for more than 40 years for both home and my wife's car. I never had a claim. My wife passed away in 2012 and I was a company car driver for 35 years so there was no further need for auto insurance until 2015 when I retired. The quote for car insurance from State Farm was very high because I had never had car insurance. The agent told me if I didn't like it I should shop and find a different company. I said I would and when I found better I would bundle my homeowners. I did get a much better auto quote from another major carrier that had a check box on their form for company car drivers. When my homeowners policy ran out I bundled with the new company.
Two months after my policy ended I received a bill from State Farm that they had cancelled my policy for none payment and that I owed them $237 for coverage from when my policy ended to when they decided I was cancelled for non payment. Today I intend to pay it just because they have worn me down and haven't provided any clear explanation as to why this can happen. My observation is that this is extortion and I feel violated. I have paid State Farm over $75000 in 40 years and have asked for five minutes of time for an explanation. I think $15000 a minute seemed fair but State Farm doesn't have the time.

I have been a customer with State Farm for about 6 years now. I have never had any issues with them. I have 2 cars and my home insured with them. I also have life insurance, vehicle loan, and a Roth IRA with them and trust them for all my financial needs!

Very helpful when I have had questions. Prices are fair. Hail damage was assessed quickly and fairly. Repairs were paid for in a timely manner. New vehicle was easy to add. I have been very pleased with this company.

When I had an accident they did not drag it out to make me wait for a reimbursement check for another vehicle. They were also professional and did not give me the runaround with calling numerous other people within the company. One lady handled my claim from start to finish.

I buy insurance thru an agent and he and his office staff are very capable and have handled any questions or claims I have had with State Farm very efficiently. They are very pleasant to work with and I have had no problems with this agency in the 40 years I have been a State Farm customer. Their suggestions regarding their products and the items I was insuring has also helped me to save money.

We, my husband and I, have been thoroughly pleased with State Farm. They always answer our questions in a timely manner and are always honest. We recently made a claim and they were quick to resolve it and called us multiple times to make sure everything was squared away.

Competitive rates, good reputation! State Farm has always been very quick to respond to questions and claims. I feel they are the best around and would never switch carriers! My mother was in a serious accident and they were there for us to answer all of our questions and help us through this difficult time.

Handles claims I have quickly. Good agent I have. Get money back at 2 times a year. Low rates for auto and home insurance. Have the monthly bill automatically taken from my checking account which gives me 25 dollars a year in payments. Handles my questions when I call quickly and accurate.

Great!!! They pay claims promptly. Customer service is great also. They have several products that you can choose from as well!! I have been with them for at least 27 years and they have not disappointed me yet. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that's looking for insurance.

It cost less than everyone else which was surprising for State Farm. We were with Progressive and it kept more and more expensive. All in all it's a good company. They even gave us a gift card for signing up but our rates have stayed the same and there is no headache.

My rate is competitive with other companies for the same coverage. My agent is local and works with me to get the best discounts. When I have a problem or need his help, he is there for me. Last year he sent a tow truck to my driveway to transport my car to the repair shop and covered the cost. Thanks, Jeff. You're my hero.

State Farm is wonderful for helping my family to understand the differences between the levels of coverage for all our vehicles. The agent always tries to keep us well informed of any sort of savings or discounts we might be eligible for and helps us to go through the steps in order to take advantage of those savings. I had insurance with State Farm, recommended by family, and I am definitely going to get it again. Their agents are knowledgeable, trustworthy and incredibly friendly. My little sister purposefully crash her car into a tree when she was 17. The event was traumatic for us all and difficult for her because she felt guilty for the damage done to her car. Our State Farm agent went above and beyond to make sure our family would pay the minimum as we also had to pay for hospital bills. Since her car was totaled, they even granted us $2,000 more than what we initially paid for the car in order for her to get another. I highly recommend State Farm and their caring agents.

They are amazing. Very well to work with and have many great discounts that help make payments cheaper. There's not much to say other than you get what you pay for; which State Farm is well worth the payment each month.

I usually have nice customer service, they remember my birthday and send my family holiday cards during the season. Sadly, I never got a check when I filed my claim. I like that I can bundle my insurances, but I worry sometimes about the hypothetical event of something happening to my condo. Would I ever be compensated?

I was quoted one price but billed another... when calling to ask about it, I received a "too bad so sad" response. I've been shopping around since but have yet to find what I'm looking for. I feel like a lot of insurance companies are so worried about the money they can make off of people that they've forgotten what they're actually doing... Are there no insurance companies that actually stand to protect their own customers anymore?

I am very happy with State Farm. My auto insurance is exactly what I need at a price I definitely can afford. They lowered my auto insurance by $40 a month and included services I wasn't receiving with my previous plan. My agent and I met at a location that was on my way home from work. We discussed all of the options and discounts that I would need and qualified for. She is always very helpful and courteous. She answers all of my questions promptly. She not only finds out the information to questions I ask but also has answers to questions I hadn't even thought of asking. I absolutely recommend State Farm to everyone.

State Farm for the time has the best rates for me but this could change. Insurance companies are always changing their rates which are for the most part just greed. I have shopped many insurance companies and still cannot make sense of their rates. I want to bundle and I have found either the car or homeowners differ so you must settle for the best option overall.

State Farm is by far the best insurance company. Excellent coverage at a far more reasonable price than that of those other companies that promise you savings. They offer great discounts and incentives and an opportunity to bundle with numerous insurance needs. It's great to have a local representative that can answer questions and help with filing and settling claims without a runaround. They offer several ways to pay your premium as well as automatic deduction from your checking account so you have a peace of mind that you didn't forget. I would really recommend them from new driver to old.

We used State Farm for both of our vehicles and when we had to file a claim it was like pulling teeth to get them to do anything. We had to constantly follow up, we didn't have the coverage we thought we had (rental car was not included even though we weren't at fault), our deductible was high. The worst part was that we had been with them for so long (ten years) and it felt like that didn't mean anything to them. We paid a lot of money to them and they didn't take care of us when we needed it.

My family has all of their personal and business vehicles covered under State Farm. They've always been there to cover everything we needed but, for the most part, their customer service sucked. We had to put up a fight to get a rental car once and they didn't always want to pay for something. The woman who work at the office we deal with have always been helpful. It's just when you have to call in a claim.

My insurance company is great. Not only did they give us the best deal on auto insurance, they tied in our homeowners insurance at almost no increase. They have been exceptionally helpful with our oldest teenage son. They were able to insure him at a reasonable rate, they "suspended" his insurance when his car died for several months while we looked for a replacement, all while not charging him/us monthly and without canceling his policy. And in all the dealings with them they've never been rude, short, too busy, or put out when helping us. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I'm always able to talk personally with my agent. They have good multiple line and multiple car discounts. I am satisfied with their rates and service. I have never had a problem, and will continue to be a State Farm customer.

Recent claim was settled in less than 20 minutes. Everything was paid quickly and they didn't raise my rates. Car was fixed by their recommended repair shop and it was done beautifully.

I was very impressed by how fast they settled my claim when I was rear ended. Our monthly price did not increase and that was a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. We have always been able to reach our agent, or he has always called us back within 24 hours.
