    I have had this insurance company for my auto insurance for a long time. They always seem to help me right away if I have had a car wreck or something else. Also they don't bug me on the phone wanting me to get different kinds of insurance. I only get a call maybe once or twice a year unless something happens like a car wreck.

    State Farm is a decent insurance company. A bit too expensive and too many of them clumped together. There are two in my town alone. They are great for taking in the money and a bit slower paying out if needed. They have good people who work for them and over all I am satisfied with them.

    State Farm is a good reliable insurance agency. But I feel like they could do better to stand out instead of just commercials. I have used my insurance and had to pay a huge deductible for an accident that was not my fault. I don't like how they try and save as much money as possible by degrading car parts.

    Very quick with auto claims. Did not raise my rates when I hit two deer in one year. Great price for a great value, my representative cares how we are doing. They gave me a two free grocery bags for paying my bill in person.

    Outrageous prices that never go down. Chiming from my patients who are members I trusted thru must be the best. When I had them I paid over $120 a month with clean record one car. I now pay that for 6 months same coverage.

    They provide great coverage and explain rate changes. When I had a claim they handled it efficiently and effectively. Our agent is local and we can have direct contact with her if needed. We have been with her and this company for more than 10 years and have no dissatisfaction or reason to change. We bundle with our life insurance.

    Always helpful and in touch with customers. The owner takes time to keep me abreast of any changes or editions to my policy and any changes that could affect my payments. When I need any kind of help they are there for me and treat me like a person not a number. And even though they are part of corporate America they are more like a small town company.

    We have used State Farm for 15 years. I love that we get to know our agent, and she takes the time to call us when she can do some modifications that will save us money. Luckily we haven't had to use our insurance in these 15 years, but I am confident, due to the relationship we have with our agent, that things will go smoothly if we have to use it.

    I'm very happy with my insurance company, State Farm. Through the years whenever I've had a claim, they've made it a simple process to take care of my claim. Recently I switched agents from one city to another, and State Farm handled the transition for me, flawlessly. I'm a busy teacher and don't have a lot of time to take out of my schedule to attend to such matters. I couldn't be happier with them.

    Prices are reasonable. Service on claims is speedy and excellent. Customer service has always been timely and very helpful. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.     It is very average. I haven't encountered any problems with them. They are pretty responsive when needed. They are a little high price wise. I am thinking about changing over to a different carrier to hopefully get a better rate.

    I have been a customer for many years and am quite happy with it. I have had only the very occasional claim but have been treated fairly. My agent and all of the others in the company I have had contact with over the years are great and make me feel like a valued customer. While my premiums have risen over the years, the increases have not been unreasonable and occasionally they go down instead of up. I plan to stay a customer.

    Claims are done quickly. I have used them plenty of times for accidents and I have had personally had a good experience with getting in touch with the agents handling the claims. Claims are paid in a timely manner. Bundling insurance for multiple vehicles lowers insurance rates.

    They have great road side service and their app is super helpful. I have a hard time talking in the phone and prefer to make claims via the app. I was in a hit and run and they were extremely helpful and understanding that I had no information on the other driver because they ran away. My claims have been paid out fast and the deductible stays low. Their employees are great, nice and their road side assistance is better than AAA.

    I absolutely love State Farm Insurance. I literally started using them when I began driving at the age of 17, and I have never even looked into another auto/house insurance provider (and I am now in my mid 30s!). I pay an awesome rate per month, and it includes both my car and home owners insurance. I am a single Mom of two young girls, and I try to save anywhere and everywhere possible. With State Farm I don't even have to worry about trying to save, I already do! Any time I have called with a question regarding the insurance itself, or car accident questions, I got an immediate answer and absolutely loved their service. I recommend them to new drivers, and drivers that have been insured for years. I have never been disappointed.

    In August 2015 I was hit in a crosswalk by a driver making a right turn on a red light and sustained injuries. Emergency vehicles were there, including the police. It has been four months now and though the driver has liability through State Farm, they won't cover my injuries. They said they would but then reneged. I have a head injury and spine that needs adjustments from a chiropractor. My Medicare doesn't cover this ("hospital only") but Medicare should not have to pay for this anyway because the driver's insurance is supposed to pay. If you go with State Farm, they may not honor your liability. Now I must contact the driver again and insist that he pay because State Farm won't. This is a very bad insurance company. Don't trust them.

They also give you the option to set up auto pay every month so you never forget a payment, you could also save by paying every six months.

    Had my first accident almost a year ago and recently received notice that State Farm is dropping our auto coverage. Little if no contact from local agent. We had switched from an online agency years ago because we wanted a local person to be available to us. Don't even remember his name because we were switched between agents that quit several times. Paid the bills for PIP without hassle, but once the maximum was exceeded they sent a letter saying they ended payments without advance warning.

    What is auto insurance for if it's not for the unforeseen accident that you may actually need a claim for??? Don't feel they were ever on my side. I, like their other customers, are just a number to them. Lots of great reviews from people who have never filed a claim, but the new owners obviously do not have the same mission statement as the previous company. Guess they don't care we have all of our insurance policies through them and will certainly be switching all of them.

    HUGE rate increase after a hit and run on our car. Why do we pay these huge premiums, go for years with no claims and then get slammed? I think that all any insurance company wants to do is make a profit so they can pay the CEO and shareholders. I may need insurance, but I don't think any of them care about the customer.

    The representative that helped me get started was extremely helpful! She showed me all the options I had for insurance and even got me additional coverage for my car that I didn't think I was going to be able to afford!     The insurance company we had was State Farm. We live in a small town and they were one of the few local choices. They covered both our vehicles. We had an El Camino and a Chrysler 300 under our insurance plan. The agent we went through was easy to get a hold of in any situation we needed. The agent was also reasonable with our rates and explained many different options, coverages, and multiple discounts that were available. We stayed with this agent and company for about 6 years. We were pleased the entire time. State Farm insurance was easily available in many of the towns/states we visited. Was a good experience overall.

    Claims are easily processed and received. Have very competitive pricing. Always available to take my phone call. We have all of our insurance with State Farm. While on vacation we had a pipe in the kitchen break. Significant damage was done to our kitchen and our basement. They were quick to not only process our claim, they were of great assistance in helping us to find qualified professionals to repair the damage and replace the furniture and other belongings that we lost.

    I have had Allstate since I was 16. My parents had it and handed it down to me and I've had it too now at the age of 40. I have had it through 7 cars and 5 trucks. Had a motorcycle once too. I have had renters through them too. I have had 6 claims with them and they was wonderful... Not all the claims was on my insurance and they was still wonderful... I would tell anyone I knew about them because they was great. I wish I could do it all the time but I can't. I've done got old and slow so now all I have is a truck to pppuuuttt around in, that way don't go to jail. You know going fast ain't good for you at all. I had a friend and that's all he did was zzunnn zzzuuummm here and there. He crashed time after time.

    The agents in the office have always been very helpful with explaining what policies they have to offer and what would be best for me. Filed one claim and it was handled very quickly with no problems. If I have any questions with my policy they have taken the time to explain things I was unsure of to me.     I transferred my auto insurance into my name when I came of age. My agent knew my parents' names from the moment they walked in door, and remembered mine on the second visit. She reviewed all my options and quoted the prices upfront. She help me setup my life insurance and other items that at the age of 18 I didn't know I needed to prepare for at the age. I now appreciate the guidance because now I would be paying triple the price if I were to apply for it now.

    I have several different policies with State Farm. Whenever I have a question, they are quick to answer them for me and what I especially like is that they do not try to talk me into other types of policies that wouldn't be in my best interest. I recently had a child go away to college and they were very helpful in helping me to decide what was the best option for us to choose. I like the convenience of different options to pay, whether it be via mail, online, in person or over the phone. Their rates are comparable too!

    I have used State Farm for over 5 years now and am happy with their service. I switched from another company, and found State Farm's rates to be competitive. I've met with an insurance agent in office at times but am able to do most of my business with them online, which is what I prefer.     A State Farm Insured member hit my 2002 Escalade while it was parked in a parking lot. After the accident they left the scene but there were customers coming out of the store and got the license plate number of the vehicle that was involved and reported it to me. They stated they tried to stop the driver but they refused to stop and continued on their way. I called the police and they came and made a police report. This was reported to State Farm who has for over 1 1/2 years refused to pay the claim. I did contact GEICO who is my insurance carrier and filed a claim with them. Their rep came and made an estimate of the damage which I reported to State Farm. They have a copy of the claim and also a copy of the police report. They stated their client refused to return their calls so there was nothing they could do. They also stated they spoke with the father and he said the driver told him I hit their car and ran.

    However when the police arrived my truck was still parked and there were parts of that driver's car still in the parking lot by my truck. My insurance agreed to pay the claim but I would have to pay the deductible. I did not have money for that neither did I think it was fair to me. I still have not gotten this claim resolved because State Farm has constantly refused to pay it. The claim# is **. I am not sure what the statute of limitations are but I need this settled as soon as possible. I have a letter from the police department reference# ** stating they needed to speak with me about this incident.

    I called and explain State Farm said they did not have a copy of the police report. They got the report and stated there was no license# on it. I called the officer again and he stated it was on the report but he gave me the license# and I called and reported it to State Farm and that is when they stated they tried contacting their member with no response. State Farm had everything they needed to pay this claim, yet to this day they have refused. The estimate given by GEICO was $665.98. Please let me know what need to do to get his claim settled once and for all.

    I had been with State Farm about six years ago when the broker decided to retire. I was notified by the new broker that he would only be handling fleet policies and no longer servicing policies with just one vehicle. I went to Allstate. After five years with Allstate, my rate went up so I shopped online and was quoted a lower premium with State Farm, so I contacted State Farm.

    I gave the information to the agent, she called me and stated that she would get back to me. NO RESPONSE from her as of yet. I contacted another State Farm agent, spoke to the representative, faxed her over the online quote, NO RESPONSE from her as of yet. I contacted an agent who sends advertisements through the mail and again, spoke to the agent who stated that she would get back to me. She did however send me the quote via email to which I responded to accept, NO RESPONSE to date.

    I contacted State Farm's Corporate Office and filed a complaint. That representative stated that she would look into it, NO RESPONSE to date. I went to the Hartford, got the quote and policy the same day with no hassles at all. I would highly recommend the Hartford to anyone seeking an excellent rate with a customer service dept. that actually provides any information that you request.

    Not the best response for accident claims. Seems like no one in the office knew what the previous person we talked promised. Disappointed with that entire experience. I called our insurance rep to ask about rate changes and never got the promised call back. We do get the statements regularly and insurance cards on time.

    I love the company. Agent recently dropped the ball and neglected to add a car on that I requested be added to my policy, then he wouldn't accept responsibility for it. However, we have always received top-notch service from the company.

    I have not had any problems with State Farm, as far as setting up my coverage and monthly payments. The agent does a annual review of my policies and makes any changes I want, and recommends change if she feels they will be beneficial. I have only had one accident and it was the other person's fault, so when I contacted my agent I was directed to the right people to take care of the problem. The other person had the same agent as me, so that made things easier. They repaired my car rather quickly, and furnished me a rental car while mine was being fixed. So I am pretty satisfied with mine insurance company for now.

    State Farm they are friendly, helpful and cheap. I had an accident last year that was mainly my fault and they were so helpful and polite. The process including all the paperwork was handled by some great people. After my accident I thought I would be dropped or at least rates go up but they did not drop me and my rate did not go up more than a few dollars. I have had State Farm for 5 years and I strongly recommend them!

    After moving back home I, unexpectedly, had to purchase a new vehicle. I tried several insurance companies based on referral from family and friends. None of the companies I received quotes from seemed very interested in working with me to find just the coverage and rates for my budget. However, upon first contact with State Farm, they were more than willing to assist me. They worked with me, tirelessly, to find just the right rates for my budget.

    They are okay, however. After I was without a car for over a year and regained another vehicle, they wouldn't take me back because of the lapse in time. Other than that I have no other complaints on their services. It was always pleasant dealing with State Farm. Any questions I had were always answered in a timely fashion. I would still recommend State Farm over any other insurance company.

    They treat me as though I was family. Also they do what's good for me and my budget. Any questions I have they answer me right away. They are very friendly and knowledgeable employees. Whenever I need help, they are right there. After losing my husband a year ago, my agent came to the memorial which was held in my house. This was last August and I had a payment that was due in November and another payment in January. He paid those two payments for me, which I thought was very nice of him. When you need towing or a car rental you get it right away. I've been with them for over 20 years and will never switch to anybody else.

    The rates are reasonable. They work with good repair shops, and are prompt to pay for repairs. The repair shops like them, and know they can get pre-authorizations quickly. They have also talked to the repair shop to help me with options to pay my deductible. My agents and office staff are very friendly, efficient, and resolve all questions and answers. They mostly know the answers when I ask, but tell me the truth if they need to look it up. They give me options, and try to save me money while giving me what I need.

    I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and have never had a problem with State Farm up until this month. I have been given a notice of non-renewal based on my credit history. I pay my insurance on time so I am flabbergasted as to why they care about my credit history which is average; however, I recently took out student loans and am a full-time college student. I believe this is the reason they said my credit history. Then my driving record, I have been in 2 wrecks in my lifetime (far apart too) and a couple traffic tickets (in my lifetime) but that's it. I'm completely shocked to the level they have gone to.

    The agent I talked to today said their auto department is really weeding out certain people like this and "cracking down" on their customers regardless of their payment history apparently. They have been a great company with good service up until this and I hope customers in similar situations as mine consider my case. Again I am absolutely shocked as I have been a loyal customer with no problems up until now.

    I have been a State Farm customer for 25+ years and have had a very good experience up to this point. Presently the policies I have with them are Homeowner's Insurance, Life Insurance and Automobile Insurance. However the reason I have had a good experience with them is probably because I have never had a reason to file a claim. HOWEVER when my auto policy comes due I will be shopping around this time as I feel they could give me a better rate, especially since I have multiple policies.

    I generally have a negative view of all insurance in general. So getting a 3 star review from me is pretty good. Never had many issues with State Farm. Just high rates is the only negative. If the fender benders I have been in but not caused they have been very in communicating with me and the other insurance company. So in that sense it have been a positive experience.

    I had a leaky toilet from an upstairs bathroom that resulted in substantial damage to several rooms in my house. I contacted State Farm and they sent out a water mitigation company to review the damage and dry up the water. They estimated the damage to be at over $10,000 but you only give me a check for $6200. Of that $6200, I'm still responsible for paying $2600 to the water mitigation company. Even with the depreciation that is allowed, the numbers still don't add up. I had to borrow money from a family member to get the work done, otherwise my family and I would be walking around on floors without flooring and would still have holes in our ceilings. The damage took place on October 1st and the work was completed near the end of November. That is ridiculous for a company with State Farm's reputation!

    It’s a very good insurance especially, their customer service since they always go out of their way help their customers with politeness and professionalism. Even though I've never had a claim they always come to me to give me advice and offer me many of the other options they may have for their customers, something other insurance companies never do for their customers.     I have been with State Farm Auto Insurance for over 15 yrs. I choose State Farm as my auto and fire insurance. Their prices are very reasonable. I got into my first car accident approx 5 years ago. I was so scared I didn't know how the claims process worked at State Farm. I immediately called them after the accident and spoke with a very nice representative. He took the time and patience to explain to me about the claims process and where to get my car repaired. They handled the claims in a matter of days without any problems.

    Since it was my first accident they gave me a first time accident forgiveness and therefore my rate did not increase. When my car broke down they helped me find a company to come and tow it. It was such a smooth transaction. I recommend State Farm Auto Insurance to everyone not just for the quick and painless claims processing and their overall good prices but also because they have great customer service and they are there when you need them.

    When we have any reason to make a claim on our auto insurance we absolutely never hear from or have any contact with our local insurance agent. He never calls to see how we're doing, if we survived the crash, or anything to do w/ it. We have no contact unless we call him. He could have at least contacted us to see if we are okay.

    First problem was State Farm has been taken over by another company with very little notice to customers. It's like a big secret no one has any idea where this company has come from or where they are based or anything about them. A big secret to the consumer. Then after 47 years with State Farm I had two small accidents, both less than two thousand dollars within three years. They take away my six star rating and move my rates right to the top. Both accidents were on icy roads and no charges were given by police due to the conditions of the road. It was so icy the police lady fell while investigating.

    They just don't care, you are a number handled by a computer so suck it up buttercup. As soon as my three years are up I'm leaving State Farm on pride for myself only as it will not make any difference to them. Auto insurance cost is like a runaway train with no personal touch at all no matter who is insured with. I hate all insurance but dislike auto the most.

    We have been with State Farm Insurance for our home, autos, and some personal Insurance for over thirty (30) years. On one small claim on my wife's car that had a water leak around the windshield seal, State Farm claimed that this was not covered because it was listed under routine maintenance. This was pure B>S>. This was 20 years ago. Our Insurance Agent Retired and State Farm split up the customers and added another office. Why in a town of less than 15,000 do we need another office? Just another way to up our Insurance cost. I am seriously contemplating changing companies.

    I ask why my rate was so high when I retired in 2012 and relocated to MS. I had mention to them that I do not drive 7,500 miles a year. I don't work when I do travel, I fly. I get a rate reduction and six months I get a bigger rate increase. I never had an accident or a traffic ticket. I was told that was due to disasters that happen in my area.

    I have had my Insurance with State Farm over 40 years. I have had 2 claims during this period. The Agent I had (Texas) at the time was excellent helping me get claim settled. The Agent I have now in Colorado has been just ok. I bought an RV and contacted them to add it to my policy. I had to call a few times to get it done, and finally got a copy of my card, by fax, 2 weeks later.

They are always very friendly at the office I deal with but when you are a good driver you could have that experience with any company. I also have my Renters Insurance with State Farm. I have received quotes from other companies but State Farm was either the same as theirs or lower so since I have been with them so long, why change?

    I have been insured with State Farm for 30 or more years. I have not had an accident in all that time, and I have not had a moving vehicle violation in all that time either, so perhaps my comment here is not as valid as someone else that has had to deal with insurance on the level of "claimant". Still, when I call State Farm I always get good service, and good follow-ups when a follow-up is needed. As for pricing, other companies have quoted me far more than I pay now with State Farm. One thing I hope never to have to test is this: I was told that with my driving record, and having been with State Farm for so many years now, if I did have an accident my rates would not go up because of it. All in all, I have no intention to leave State Farm, even if a different company were to offer lower rates for the same type policy.

    My daughter and I were rear ended two weeks apart. State Farm Claims told both of us that we had to contact the other insurance company and figure out how to get our cars fixed. Isn't that what I pay them for? I didn't get any assistance until I contacted California's Dept of Ins and filed a complaint. Then they took control but would never return my calls. My daughter worked with the other insurance company. Once the cars got fixed, I moved my whole family to another insurance company.

    I insured my car with State Farm because the local representative seemed friendly and helpful until I actually purchased the policy. Even though I specifically asked for roadside assistance and rental car reimbursement, this was not added to my policy until months later, conveniently after I'd had a collision with a deer. Towing the car somehow was at my own expense, and the State Farm approved repair center didn't bother to look beyond the exterior of the car before determining the cost of the repair. In all it was to be an 8-day repair, with some parts on backorder. The rental car, for which I had to pay out of pocket, cost more than my deductible. The best part is that State Farm then stated that my hitting the deer was an at-fault accident for me, which would increase my payment by nearly $90 per month.

We did have a small problem with one representative, but we changed and haven't had any problems. We have our auto and house insurance combined. You also have the option to pay monthly, which we find easier than paying every 3 or 6 months.

    When I moved from IL to CO it appeared the move from one agent to another was fine. However, when my daughter got the insurance for her car they quoted one thing and it came back much higher. My problem is through all the years with rate increases for no reason, there's no problem. The minute that they have to rake out money for any type of claim, they drop you. The bad part of this situation is you drop me and not my husband. Don't worry, I will take my insurance needs to another company. A company that would rather pay a rich athlete for commercials than stick by their loyal customers is one that I don't want to be associated with. Thanks for nothing State Farm! I will not be recommending this company to any of my friends or family!!

    They are like neighbors to me and take care of all my needs. When I call in for some reason, I am treated well and results are quick. I have auto insurance and renters insurance through them. My bills come each month in an easy to read format. I have never had a billing problem. My mother also uses them. She had a stroke two years ago and is now unable to drive. It was simple to switch her information over to mine.

    I am no longer with State Farm due to pricing. They were a great company as far as customer service and assisting, but the prices are extremely too much. I called them several times to see what else I could do to lower my premium, but of course they stated I was currently receiving the best rate. I never filed a claim or anything through them to know much about that particular process, but I feel for someone with no accidents ever, the rate should be a LOT better than what I was paying monthly.

    I have been with State Farm Insurance my whole driving life, (56 yrs), except for the four years I spent in Germany while my husband was in the military. I've always been pleased with State Farm. Their rates are comparable with other companies. Over the years there have been a few accidents and State Farm always was there for us. Different times & different locations I was told by the garage that was repairing our car, "Good, you have State Farm Ins. We'll get right on it." I also have never had any problem with rental agencies accepting State Farm either. I have been very pleased with State Farm. I see no reason to even consider any other company. State Farm's record speaks for itself.

    State Farm has the best rates and reach out to me often, letting me know they care about me as a driver. I am always able to talk to a real person when I need to, and with a physical agent close by, I don't have to worry about reaching them if I ever need assistance.     Rates are pretty decent compared to other companies however the rates for new drivers are very high. It would be helpful to have some form of program available to new drivers that would allow them to lower their rates. Also the rates once you get a ticket or get in a crash go up a lot more than you would see with a lot of other popular auto insurance companies.

    Always there for me when I need them. Great rates. Stellar customer service. Our State Farm agent has been with State Farm for many, many years, so he's able to answer any questions we may have. Both my kids are insured with State Farm. They are both grown with families of their own. My dad retired from State Farm, having been a claims adjuster, so we have intimate knowledge of the company. I wouldn't buy insurance from any other company. State Farm is a stable company with many many years of insurance experience.

    My agent is nice, my rates are reasonable. I've been with them for 2 years and only had one problem with them in which I was paying an incorrect amount when I switched vehicles. The error was eventually caught, but I was not refunded for paying more than I should have.

There were no accidents or incidents that required any claims so I cannot speak about that personally.     I had State Farm, but switched to my husband's company after we got married. I was happy with them, but an office for my new company was also closer where we bought our house. State Farm handled claims quickly and were friendly to deal with. I was in an accident where my car was a total loss, and even though I had rear-ended someone (i.e. my fault), I was able to replace it with a newer, nicer car. I only had car insurance with them, but my mom had homeowner's as well, and she stayed with State Farm the whole time she lived in that house.

    State Farm is one of the top insurance companies. They are hands on and flexible, should I ever need to adjust my insurance plan, at the drop of a hat. I've been with this company's insurance ever since I learned to drive and first bought a car. Never had any complaints and my parents were the ones that convinced me State Farm is an excellent company to work with. In fact, most of my other family members are insured by State Farm and have never had any complaints. State Farm even has a great, low cost insurance plan for new teenage drivers that keep up their grades in school.

    I have used State Farm for years. We switched insurance companies back in 1999 from Progressive to State Farm after being in an auto accident. The accident was not my fault, we were rear ended. The insurance company I had at the time (Progressive) was not at all responsive to my needs. However, the other driver had State Farm insurance and they treated us with courtesy and respect. Handling our claim in less than a week we had our check for repairs to my vehicle. I could choose my own service provider and the entire process was easy. My insurance company at the time (Progressive) then tried to raise my rates. We were so impressed by the treatment we received from State Farm we switched providers and have not looked back since. State Farm has reasonable rates, excellent customer service, and quick repair service.

    Rate is higher than GEICO for same coverage. Switching on the 27th of October. Cost cut in half! Fixed income, so it is a great help. Full coverage. Full tort. Best State Farm could do is reduce rate around 50 dollars. Seems like the cost of food goes up 1 dollar an item every market trip. Unfortunately, my SS check does not keep up with that. To have to cut your pill in two and search for reduced damaged items to survive is extremely stressful. GEICO is heaven sent for someone like me!

    I was rear ended. The customer service is awful. They first will leave you on hold for at least 30 minutes then will lie to you. I was lied to by four different agents. The problem - we both had State Farm Insurance. They did not tell us nor did they offer to take our car to a collision center. After 4 days my husband finally told them we were going to rent the most expensive car we could and they would have to reimburse us. That finally got them moving. Car rental finally provided. Then the LIE - I was told that they had been trying to get a hold of the owner of the insurance who had hit me. Really I knew the lady and called her right up and she told me not one phone call from State Farm. Oops State Farm didn't know I knew her.

    2nd I finally contacted the collision repair place. They were an approved State Farm repair company. Ok I thought here we go, finally some service. I will give W.K. Chevrolet of Sedalia, MO a great review. They have great customer service and had my vehicle looked at within 2 day. LIE #2 State Farm tried to tell me that they had not received all the paperwork from W.K. Uhm I work right across the street from them so it wasn't hard to find out the truth that W.K. had sent all of the information. State Farm was just delaying the inevitable.

    Well 15 days later we are finally receiving our check. LIE #3 They supposedly overnighted Thursday. Overnight usually means the next day. Which by the way I had gotten their overnight power of attorney the next day. So I call Friday "Where is my check?" They then blamed it on UPS that they hadn't had the package long enough to have a tracking number. REALLY. So anyway don't believe anything they tell you if you are ever in an accident with another person who has State Farm Insurance.

    The local agents go the extra mile to get the best rates and coverage possible. They are always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I shopped around and did not get the appreciated service that I got when I contacted State Farm. They literally talked to me until they found the perfect coverage to meet my budget and my needs. What is so great about State Farm is that they are there for you 24/7. You do not have to communicate with a voice robot. You actually speak to a real live person. They genuinely appreciate your business and treat you like a human, not a number.

    I cannot say enough good things about the service. It is so sad that all insurance companies do not treat people like State Farm. I am sure there are other great companies out there. I am not bad mouthing all companies. When you do not have to deal with an automated robot, it sure is nice. It makes you feel like your money is well spent. Too much automation makes for bad business. I am satisfied with State Farm.
