Mosquitoes spray. Joe, Was very interested in what was going on in my back yard so he could spray in the right spots therefore I felt he was concerned about the best way to service my back yard and not harm our dogs in the process.

Just became a new TruGreen customer, had my first application, there was some confusion with it but was quickly taking care of. It's been two weeks and the crab grass is really looking bad, wilted and pale color. I tried for years with over the counter products with no success with it, but it looks like Trugreen is the answer. Thanks.

Could you get rid of the water grass that started just as we're getting so much rain/otherwise a great job! Always shows up when they say they are coming. Does not kill my flower. Most of the lawn is looking great.

We bought our house a year ago and the lawn hadn’t been cared for... probably ever. So it was full of weeds and bad grasses. Over the late spring and summer we’ve worked hard to get it better (not perfect at all even still). However, our assistance from TruGreen has been outstanding! The technicians have done an excellent job explaining what they’re doing and what we can do to help. The applications are timely and the ability to get them to come back in between for spot treatment is excellent as well. We are happy and will remain customers!

TruGreen saved my yard. After years of struggling they came in and the transformation was like magic. We are TruGreen advocates 10 out of 10. We moved to a condo yesterday and left our new owner with a great recommendation to continue using TruGreen. If we ever move back to dirt again I will hire TruGreen to keep my yard lush and beautiful.

We have TruGreen on a recurring plan to treat our yard and shrubs, and WOW, I can tell such a huge difference in the health and color now after a few treatments! Seems like a great price for the level of care as well.

I've told this several times to TruGreen. The application I was to receive was NOT completed so I was told he would come back and I haven't heard anything to date. I have to give this a one star because I haven't heard anything from anyone as far as a date they will return to do the application. Luckily I was home to at least see the truck here AND see the truck drive away without performing the task. There were NO signs left in the yard so I would have never known he was here if I wasn't home.

I am beyond happy with the service of my sprinkler system provided by your technician Patrick! He was very professional, knowledgeable, patient & thorough. On a scale of 1-10, he gets a 20! Taking my sprinkler system off the to do list!

Lawn looking great even in July's intense heat!! Very pleased with the care taken by TruGreen this season. Briscoe, my specialist, has taken the necessary step to make the grass green and healthy. He is always on the lookout for weeds that may start up. I would highly recommend this company and their competent team.

We have had TruGreen since Oct of last year and until this last service the lawn looked great, just like my neighbors who has been a customer for sometime. I was so disappointed after the June treatment I called and canceled the service. The agent was very cordial and when asked refunded my last service charge. A few weeks later I called and spoke with another agent who couldn’t have any nicer. When I ask about them correcting the problem she said that since I had canceled the service she could not do anything to help. I do believe if the first agent had mentioned the warranty and what could be done I might have stayed a customer. I am sure it was less expensive to credit the last service than to correct the problem. I tried to paste pictures but can’t. Sam

Called to get a quote and the salesman hung up on me because I did not want to sign up for his treatment plan immediately but wanted to discuss the pricing with my wife first. Hanging up on potential customers is not a great way to get business.

I have been a TruGreen customer for 25+ years. Over the last few years, the back yard was consistently not treated resulting in a profusion of weeds. Multiple calls to include the supervisor did not resolve the problem. In frustration, I have cancelled my relationship. I still do not understand why something so simple could be so difficult to accomplish. The only explanation that comes to mind is lack of interest and incompetence.

My grass has been looking bad for a long time because we did not have anyone looking out for it. I am so glad I turned to TruGreen. I can see the runners after 2 visits beginning to take off. I have hope for bringing my grass back. I appreciate what is being done. We live on a 7 acre island and the soil has a lot of sand in it. Needless to say, I am very happy with the service. The service I received from TruGreen was excellent. A neighbor was having his lawn treated and I stopped the tech and asked him about a week problem I had -- yellow nutsedge -- A supervisor showed up and discussed the problem with the tech and a couple of days later they showed up and sprayed.

The team that does the lawn service is great. They take time to do the job right, give excellent advice, are very considerate. However... getting them to your house (when you need to be there) is a nightmare. For my Spring sprinkler startup, I called and let them know that any day but Monday or Friday would be great. So what day was the tech scheduled? Friday. With less than 24 hour notice. Then the next time he was scheduled? 7 am on July 5th. No notice... and I was in CA so got a 6 am “notification” while on vacation. Finally it got booked to where the time worked. And it was great! But the poor guy had to come 3 times! And if I didn’t know how to start my sprinklers on my own, this really would have been a problem. Great team. Horrible scheduling!!!!

I had SOD put in last year and was beautiful. To make sure I maintained a great looking yard I called TruGreen and signed up. Ever since, my lawn has been anything BUT green! I called on several occasions and each time my call was promptly answered by a very courteous customer service agent (somewhere out in the Midwest).

Every year we get crabgrass but you keep coming out free of charge until it is under control. Happy with the weed control. When we first started using TruGreen we had a bunch of weeds and crabgrass. We now have a very nice lawn.

Our lawn has received the care of TruGreen for multiple years. The lawn is just lush and attractive. We have gatherings and visitors frequently comment on the lawn. Recently we needed a friend to mow for us. His comment was most descriptive.... "Mowing your lawn was like mowing butter - what a smooth task. My yard is like mowing iron - the weeks are just so tough."

I had knee replacement surgery in the Spring and knowing that I wouldn't be able to handle fertilizing my lawn myself I contacted TruGreen. When I signed up I advised them that our backyard is fenced in and all of the gates are locked; and that they would need to call a day ahead of their arriving. The first application went as planned. The second though went terribly wrong. There was no phone call. I arrived home to find a notice hanging on our front door advising that they had been there and outlined the service that they had performed which included grub control and fertilizer. They claimed that they had serviced both the front and back yards; but they couldn't have because the gates were all locked.

I'm very happy with TruGreen. The Specialists have been very nice and professional. Keep Up the Good Work. My lawn looks wonderful, and, someone always stops by and ask me who treats my lawn... I am always happy to tell them, "TruGreen". I have no complaints and I am very happy with my lawn. Again, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

The Monday before he came the last time, he was supposed to come. He did not call and he did not come that day. I stayed home and waited, because I wanted yo talk to him. That was the first time that had ever happened to me!

Our technician Franklin was great!! Cares about the job he is doing and treats your yard as his own. If it weren’t for him, we would probably cancel our TruGreen service. Would love to have him as our technician every treatment!

Was satisfied with the scheduling. Satisfied with the agent. But the application/product...I am still waiting to see some improvement in my lawn. It rained about an hour after the application. I called and the guy says that the rain would help...NOT SO!!

We have been dealing with TruGreen for quite a few years now. When we first started, our yard had quite a few weeds in it, and unfavorable grasses. Over the years, they have been to rid our yard of the majority of the weeds and unfavorable grasses so now it looks quite presentable. We also have them treat our trees and shrubs, which has really helped them. Overall, we are very happy with the service we get from TruGreen, and look forward to continued business with them.

I have been impressed with TruGreen's performance since signing up. They are in constant touch regarding visits, times and delays, if any. Their service person appears knowledgeable and customer friendly and always leaves advice after each visit. I have no hesitation in recommending Trugreen to anyone - Anthony

We have been TruGreen customers for over 10 years. We have a unique lakefront situation and TruGreen has accommodated our special needs successfully. We also have the mosquito treatment and are well pleased. TruGreen also will return between scheduled visits if necessary, and is receptive to concerns.

Extraordinary service provided by out technician. He takes personal interest in our lawn and it shows. If we call indicating we have a weed growing, he comes to take care of it. He keeps the lawn in balance chemically, ergo we have very few reasons to call for an extra look at something. Feel free to drive by and take a look at the lawn. See for yourself.

TruGreen is amazing. My lawn looks fantastic, everyone at the local office, especially Angela has done a fantastic job at informing me of what my results will be. Barnie ** the specialist is great! Very informative and helpful. Angela at the local brand in Canton goes above and beyond for her customers.

TruGreen has been exceptional. My grass looks the best that it ever has. The employees have been very professional and courteous. They always knock on my door to talk to me before beginning. I like that.

"Had" TruGreen lawn service to spray my home for mosquitoes for the summer. They came to my residence to spray and failed to lock my rear gate which was left wide open. My 2 dogs got out and I had to be called by the Dog Officer at my work because of this. Although my dogs could have been killed by a car on the main street, that is really not the biggest issue as I know mistakes can be made. What angers me is that I called the company for the 3rd time since last week when the issue happened and still have been unable to speak to a manager. The worst customer service that I have ever seen. They apparently do not care at all about their customers. TruGreen is clearly a company that only cares about their business and not the people that pay for their service. They have clearly lost this customer, I hope they lose a lot more for their insensitive and uncaring business....

Your folks do a really great job with my home at Heber Springs, still have a lot of weeds and nut grass popping thru, but as a whole, great; people nice, friendly and courteous. We are usually not there when they come, but see them on the cameras.

I have had something in my yard that I thought was a type of grass. I googled it and it looked somewhat like a weed. But I have had this so figured it's not what I had. This treatment all of this is gone. Reading the paper left I googled what he had sprayed for and there it was. Yes. A weed. Thanks.

They always call before they come out to set a date. As I've requested, they always ring the doorbell and talk to me about anything I have questions or concerns about; and they always seem to have the answer. I would highly recommend TruGreen to all my friends and family. If I can keep up the watering, my yard will stay beautiful.

I am very fussy with my lawn, I have always taken care of it myself using only Scotts. This is the first year that I have used TruGreen and my lawn is greener than ever and so much thicker. I highly recommend using TruGreen.

Lawn is starting to come back after being burned up with to much of one type of fertilizer. ** 5/20/2019 The lawn has not looked too good for most of the summer. I hope to see it get better as time goes on.

Lawn servicing demonstrates continued improvement in color, consistency and content. After five years of service the yard has been salvaged thanks to TruGreen's lawn and more recently shrub care. Service personnel are consistently polite and courteous. I am more than willing to recommend a new customer for servicing!

I do not recommend this company at all. First year customer for TruGreen and for first time ever I have weeds everywhere. My yard looks horrible. Prepaid for lawn care 450.00 and guess what - complete waste of money. They refuse to give me back my money back and just keep retreating but there is no way they are treating my yard. Weeds everywhere. Buyer beware. Use any service but TruGreen. Just horrible.

We get good service on regular basis. Lawn is healthy and the moles are gone since TruGreen got rid of their food supply with grub control. They have gotten better about staying away from our yard lights since we spoke to them about that matter.

When the applicator fertilized my yard on July 8, the mixture was wrong and it burned my lawn leaving numerous yellow spots. The young lady who came to look at it last week was very courteous and explained what had happened and what I could expect for recovery. She also took pictures to show her supervisor what had happened. Fortunately we are having a lot of rain which will help it recover.

Have been with TruGreen for a while. So far they overfertilized and killed my lawn 3 times. Happened this month too. They always have readymade answer “your lawn is infested with fungus” which is absolutely false. Anyway they are good at reseeding the lawn they killed. Probably it is time for me to find somebody else. Thanks.

Some bermuda grass is dead, you can see bare spots at the porch/backyard. Weeds multiplied and grown taller. This is not happening before it was treated. Do not get me wrong. Your tech is good and was able to tell me more about my lawn. But I never expected outcome will be worst than it was not treated before. Please help.

Updated on 05/05/2020: I had a contract with TruGreen last year. Frankly, I don't think they made much of a difference in my lawn, but I never complained. I did not, however, renew my contract. When I got a text earlier this season that they were coming to perform lawn service, I texted back that I didn't want their service, had never renewed, and would not pay for anything they did. That happened again. In between, I went online with a service rep, who I advised to the same effect. Today, they showed up again, and I chased them away. Why can't they get the simple message that I didn't sign up for service this year and will treat any service they manage to provide while I'm away from the property and unable to chase them off as a gift?

Insect & disease control serv 6/29/19. Steve ** greeted me out in my lawn that morning. He was very kind & respectful. He was very informative about the care of my trees and shrubs. I had asked hiim about Carpenter ants. He had expressed to me they eat dead wood only and not live wood. That had been a great concern for me.

Both did a very good job of answering questions and doing anything that we asked about the applications. The lawn and scrubs are looking good. The consistence of using your service has been good. Grass in the south is not like it is in Michigan, but after having the service two years there has been a marked improvement. It is at least thick and green. Fungus still continues to conduct back.

Just a follow up to a visit from Jim ** this afternoon. He indicated that the buckeye tree in my front yard has severe insect and fungus damage due to dropping leaves. I explained to him that I've lived here 25+ yrs and that is the character of the buckeye tree. Once the nuts set on the tree, the leaves always start falling. It's the first tree to leaf out in the spring and the first to start losing leaves in the fall. Please have him check out more information before visiting yards.

I'm a guy that never write review ever. They were just so bad I had to. It was problems after problems for me. I originally joined because of the promo they were having for 29.95 a month. Then it's all downhill from here. Problem 1: I was expecting TruGreen to come out roughly the same or next week which they didn't. I had to contact my rep to get it started and was informed by my rep they would come a Monday but they came on Tuesday. Problem 2: The servicemen came and he was cordial and explained what he was doing in detail. Then the bill came... And it wasn't 29.95 as I was expecting. I was billed 78.50 to my card. Problem 3: They will have pushy salesmen call you to aerate your lawn for $180+. These guys don't know how to take a no as an answer even if you tell them you have a new house. So just hang up if you don't want it or you won't get off the phone.

Maurice **, Technician, came to my property and was very trained, and informed as to my continuing WEEDS problem. Maurice took time for me to show him what I USED TO LOOK like, and what I look like today. He was very professional in his attitude and had been on the property; prior to this time. He does a good job within his limitations set down. Thanks.

I began using TruGreen in June 2018 for weed control. After 2 months my the weeds in my yard were no better and getting worse. They said it would take 3 applications and I could also have a free application, which I agreed to. Still after a couple of months, no improved results. Since by this time we were getting to the end of the summer, I decided to hold off on making any changes until I saw how things would go the following spring. Come spring 2019 after 2 months of applications, I called to report the weeds were not getting better, in fact were worse than before. They scheduled a free applications, yet no one ever showed.

What better timing than after surgery to hire TruGreen. Since paying a year in full it has been horrible customer service, not even a call back. Burnt grass, weeds and sprinkler set on crazy. Upsetting!

RND3 scheduled service was performed on 6/26/19 by Brent **. Service consisted of applying granular fertilizer, also walking the area and spot spraying any weeds. I talked to him and asked him to especially spray the edges of the rear patio which had a lot of milky weeds growing there. Either the spray was not effective or he missed the weeds. I called TruGreen and they scheduled someone to come back and take care of the weeds. Travis ** came to my home on 7/15/16 and what a difference. He did a complete walk of the property and only having a hand sprayed did as best he could to spray all the weeds he could find. I realize hand spraying is not as thorough as using the pump on the truck but I hope what he did will take care of the weed problem for now.

TruGreen technicians are professional, with good knowledge and the lawn care products work quite well. The formula do control weeds and benefit to strengthen the grass roots. It makes me pretty easy to maintain my lawn and keep it green.

It appears on my last Granular Fertilizer treatment 07/01/2019 some of the fertilizer may have burnt several spots in my lawn. I am not sure how this could happen but there are bright brown spots in the lawn looks like some of the fertilizer may have came out in clumps.

Our lawn has never been more lush and weed-free thanks to the awesome service we receive from TruGreen. Our specialist, Ricky, is truly professional, friendly and helpful too. Always takes time to say "hi" and answer questions about my yard and how to make it even better!

I have been a customer for ten or more years. My service has been good over that time. However, I have been somewhat disappointed the last two years. Last year two large dead spots due to over fertilizing, and this year my scheduled fertilizer treatment was forgotten.

We have been with TruGreen for 40 years. Have had some great experiences, but also some poor service over the years. But, overall I would recommend Trugreen to my friends. It is people like James **, Customer Experience Manager that makes us stay with Trugreen. He has been great. This new position of Customer Experience Manager was the best program that you could have established. If you had more staff like James that cares about the client, and not only says what he is going to do, but then do it, Trugreen would be hard to compete with.

Customer response to problems noted with lawn appearance is quick and followed up to make sure the lawn meets the customers satisfaction. All other services rendered are really great as well. I would recommend the service to friends and neighbors.

Mr. ** was very professional. I had some concerns about one of my shrubs. Not only did he know its name he gave me some tips that would remedy what I thought was a possible future issue. And it's working. Thanks.

My lawn has looked very good all season long. There have been no weeds even though there is a field of weeds directly across the street. My specialist, Pat **, does good work. Grubs used to be a problem but treating it the last two years has eliminated that.

Bald spots and terrible weeds. Spoke with Charlie ** and he and I walked my property and he said he would take care of my issues. He was very professional and prompt for viewing my property. TruGreen does a great job keeping my grass pretty, green and weed free. The guys are courteous and friendly. I get compliments all time on how pretty my lawn is and I basically do nothing to it, it’s all TruGreen.

I have used TruGreen for about a year. Almost immediately I noticed brown patches, my grass dying in areas. The weeds have almost taken over my lawn. I have sent pictures, called corporate and spoken with the district manager of the Fort Worth branch. I was assured they would fix the issues. They came and tested my soil, tested for bugs etc., everything was good on both of those. Now, after they applied some sort of weed killer and fertilizer one of my trees is dying, the others appear to be starting to die as well. I have had arborist look at my trees. They informed me it is not a fungus, lack of watering etc. I have called corporate several times and they have acted like it’s not a big deal! The branch manager has sup shown up to look at my yard however I wasn’t informed or even called! I don’t know about the other branches but I would def not recommend the Fort Worth branch!

Late last week I noticed some damage to ornamental trees in my yard. I called TruGreen with my concerns and today insecticide and fungicide were sprayed. Because Ryan ** arrived early in the morning and did not knock, he left a detailed message which explained the problem and what to expect.. He has serviced my trees before and I appreciate his professionalism and knowledge.

I paid in full upfront for the year for lawn care in November. I have since received 2 bills for "extra' services apparently not included with my lawn service "chinch Bugs" and "Potassium". I did not ask for these "extra-not included services", but you came out and sprayed and billed me anyways. I feel like you are trying to take advantage of customers by showing up and providing services they did not ask for, then billing them.

TruGreen continues to do an outstanding job taking care of my lawn, trees and shrubs and the mosquito and pest control. All of the Service Techs are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would highly recommend TruGreen for all of your lawn care services. Outstanding Job!

We received a bill for service which we thought had been covered by our advance payment in December of 2018. The first representative I spoke with said our payment had only covered through April of 2019. After going through ALL my receipts and files to verify my understanding, I spoke to another representative who agreed with me that we HAD paid in advance for the treatments, and we did not owe any more money. The second representative took care of crediting the in correct bill.

He Applied liquid herbicide for nut grass and other weeds in the rain. Did not work. They came back to Spray for weeks later and I thought that was for the ones that they did in the rain and they were charging me for that spray. I called and they said they weren’t charging me now.

Our lawn and our shrubs have never looked better. We have been using TruGreen for over ten years now. The service is very prompt and courteous. We are very happy and pleased with Trugreen. As a result of our success with Trugreen... several of our neighbors have started using their services. Our yard is lush and green with practically no weeds!! Prompt, professional, knocks on door to let us know he's here, does his work and leaves, summary on door. Overall we are very pleased with TruGreen. Our lawn looks best it has in years. It took a while to get these results as our soil was very bad but, it's good now.

I just saw today the guy on my property performing really poor service. A little bit of stuff in the front yard, throw a sign in the grass and go. No service in the backyard, but the note it's for a full service. I guess that's what you get when you pay for the year in advance.

We spore site the fact that the employees answer our questions and educate us on our lawn care. They also care about satisfaction and are willing to come back out after an application and redo if we have any concerns. We find them to be courteous and friendly and effective.

The service provided by our lawn care specialist is above and beyond. He is always friendly and knowledgeable. He explains every thing he is doing before he starts and is happy to answer any questions we might have after he has completed the job. I highly recommend him. Thank you!!!

I regretfully canceled TruGreen for a year, it was a big mistake!! Back to TruGreen this year & lawn looks great again. The guys who administer the treatments are very professional & personable!! I am so glad that I returned to TruGreen!!

Had an initial spray, a respray a week later and still experiencing bites every evening. Not pleased with the effectiveness for the price paid. Won’t continue use even though they claim they have locked me into 5 applications. I thought the first application may not be completely effective so gave it a week before asking for a respray. Even the respray has not been effective.

TruGreen has once again done excellent job. They have provide professional care of my shrubs and flowering vines. They have insured they are big free and flourishing. Upon request their associate provide adroit and altruistic care to make sure both my wife and I were pleased. He helped with future scheduling and listened to our concerns.

I currently have the lawn service, insect and mosquito control. I have been completely happy with all of the services I have received. Our yard looks amazing and the mosquito control does everything it says it will: no mosquito bites for us!

Very pleased with how well our lawn is being taken care of ,it really looks healthy and it shows that TruGreen is taking accountability for our lawn care. I would and have recommended the service to my son. They have also provided us with mosquito control. I do need to call them because I have some clover coming up right by my landing in front.

They are always on schedule and do a great job. My lawn is looking great!! Keep up the good work. I appreciate the personal touch - writing me a note to let me know he missed me when he tried the doorbell.

My very first service application was Monday 7/8/19! Immediately when I came home I noticed that 2 specific areas were not serviced. I called the office and was told that she looked up my coverage and by the amount of fertilizer/weed treatment she stated that this was the case. She was going to tell a manager and have someone get back to as soon as possible. Thursday 7/11/19 came around and heard nothing so I called again. Explained my situation again and he did see the notes from the previous phone call and told me someone will be out within 72 hours. Asked if I could be home to make sure these areas are done. I waited all day on Saturday 7/13/19 and nobody called or showed. When I called the office at 4:00 pm they were closed. Needless to say I am cancelling this service nor am I paying for the incomplete service that was done. My grass still has weeds so who knows if he even sprayed! Terrible first time experience!!!!

I happened to be working on my lawnmower when TruGreen made their visit. The young man was not intrusive, he introduced himself and explained his purpose. Very nice, very efficient, went about his business, when completed, very polite left completed paper work and left. All was good.

I am very pleased with the job TruGreen does on my lawn. My specialist is #** Duane **. He is very friendly and helpful. Our lawn for the most part looks good although there is still some problems with weeds. Duane makes a good effort of keeping them under control.

You have been a no-show for 3 weeks now with our mosquito spraying. You keep not showing up and when we call you promise another day only again to not show up! 4 different days this week you promised to show up. Numerous calls to customer service with a runaround. We can't even get in touch with the local branch (Marlton, NJ) and are put on hold for hours! Still on hold as I am typing this review. Step it up, TruGreen!!

My specialist, Brian, took time to talk to me before and after the application and made recommendations for my lawn going into fall. He was very professional and knowledgeable and I would recommend TruGreen. I bought my house about 4 years ago and before that the house sat vacant for years. My lawn was over my head with Johnson Grass and thistles. Now, after less than a year with TruGreen, I get compliments on my lush lawn.

The technician was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He told me what was being applied and instructions for watering and pet contact with the product. He did a good job. However in a couple of days I noticed some burnt areas on my lawn which weren't there before the application. I think we need to have a follow-up look at my lawn to determine what the cause could be. Thank you.

My daughter's lawn looked like hell. When TruGreen got to work on it, after 5 applications it started to look like she had it completely replaced. They do excellent work and we are very pleased with the outcome. Will be renewing my order.

We have been pleased with the results of our TruGreen service. Our lawn looks better than ever this year, green, thick, very few weeds. I usually get to chat with our service guy, Aubrey **, so he knows about any special concerns we have. Great job!

Very happy with the mosquito, tick and flea spraying. I was skeptical and hesitant because I did not want it to affect other helpful insects like bees, dragonflies, butterflies ect... I’m happy to report that it doesn’t seem to have affected the beneficial insects and I haven’t been bitten by a mosquito since I started this. It’s been about 6 weeks and on the second treatment. I am out in my garden at all hours and usually get many bites!

The phone service was terrible. I ordered mosquito and tick service. I was told that the tick service was granular. What was applied was only spray. That was unacceptable. I called two days ago. The person on the phone said she would talk to a supervisor and call me back. That was two days ago. No one has called. In addition, I was told in two calls that my service was scheduled for a certain week. The service technican never came. What I was told was that the technician ran out of time on the day scheduled. But he/she never came until I called again. I was told that the service would happen in the next two days. It did not.

I called prior to the July 4th holiday expressing concern of beetle reoccurrence. The representative told me with the holiday it would be Monday or Tuesday for service. On Monday I received automated call stating the application would be Tuesday. On Tuesday at 5 when I hadn’t received treatment I called and was told they were in area and are still going to make the treatment. No one came. On Tuesday I called and got the runaround. Finally I was put in contact with Stormee ** who took the initiative to make things Right. Kudos to her as the other staff was NOT helpful.

Chris was friendly and professional. He is working on addressing my concerns. He seemed very sincere about providing good service. He was hard working. I look forward to bare spots being filled in and weeds disappearing. Look forward to next visit. Mary

I've used Lush Lawn for years and switched this Sping to Tru Green... My lawn has never looked better. Problem weed areas are gone, my grass is healthy and green. I highly recommend trying them. Beyond thrilled with my yard this summer! Thanks TruGreen.

TruGreen has done a great job on our lawn. This is our second year of service and it keeps looking good. Their associates are knowledgeable and well trained. They were always able to answer every question we had. We are satisfied with their services and price!

Grass full of weeds, plants dying. Called more than once for a manager, still waiting. Used TruGreen at our last house, very pleased not with this district. Being of the year a manager did come out, he had a plan he was going to get everything done and get our grass looking good. Never heard of him again and when the guys would come out we would complain and they would say call the manager. Lol.

TruGreen is unable to make individual decisions for lawn needs. The applications are predetermined and can not be adjusted. We asked to eliminate the pre-emergent fertilizer application since we were seeding. Because we asked to have lime and then grub control, our service was interrupted. TruGreen took our payment but we never received the grub control. We noticed when our lawn was impacted by grub damage. When we asked for some recourse, no supervisor or manager was available to help us. We could receive a small credit but the lawn was a mess. Avoid TruGreen.

I've read the reviews, TruGreen seems to have stellar company. That hasn't been my experience. The salesperson verbally guaranteed that I could get as many services as I needed every 2 weeks to kill the weeds in my backyard. The supervisor verbally guaranteed this also. I would call to schedule a retreat, told when the service person would come, never happened. No one would come for a retreat, this has happened for several months. I was lied to. I paid upfront for this and I still have weeds. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

TruGreen Specialist was polite. Weed killer applied on 6/25/19; weeds have not died. Questions regarding account asked during phone conversation were all very politely and competently answered. Would like TruGreen response regarding failure of weed control and suggested solution.

The TruGreen employee, Devin **, did a great job on my lawn. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He also came when he was scheduled and was very efficient. I would recommend TruGreen because so far all of their employees have done a great job!

Overall Great Service, but I am having some grass die in the front yard and would like a comment on what you all think the next visit. I have put down grub control, but am wondering if it is different strains of grass or perhaps a dog. All is good with your service though.

Michael ** was polite and explained what he was applying. He was courteous and coved the entire area. He made sure he closed the gate so that the dogs could not get out. A pleasant man in our conversation. All technicians have been polite and courteous through the years.

I switched to TruGreen this year after using a local company. Service had been good up until 6/27/19. An application was applied to my lawn while I was out of town. When I returned on 7/30/19, my front yard had multiple areas, not spots, that had been burnt. I have tried communicating with TruGreen through their customer service line and was told I needed to wait 7-10 days, then tried an on-line chat with no success and lastly to my salesperson. It's 7/6/19 and I have yet to hear from anyone at TruGreen. This isn't the customer service I expect from a company of this size and reputation. I will be forced to cancel my service due to lack of customer service. Very disappointed!

We were having an upcoming outdoor party but it was right in the middle of two treatments. I called and they scheduled a service call for two days before our party. This was awesome. TruGreen does an excellent job, they have great customer service and the guys that have been to our house are great!!

The young lady knocked at our front doorstep, introducing herself and the reason why she was here. She then sprayed the yard, left the service record on the doorknob and put up the yard sign, and left. Very happy with TruGreen since we started their service.

It was a good experience. Steven ** was the Specialist. He was informative, professional, and courteous. He complimented me on our lawn and yard. He also provided tips for lawn care. TruGreen has been worthwhile.

He is very courteous, always keeping me informed of what he is going to do. He leaves the gates shut and everything in order. In fact he does such a good job my neighbor at ** wants him to come to her place and spray for insects. She is having trouble with black widow spiders and cockroaches. I hope you can help her ASAP. My lawn has never looked better. Rob ** my lawn care specialist is wonderful. He takes the time to explain what he is putting down and what I should expect to see. My lawn is new and with two dogs needs all the help it can get.

For the year 2018, which was our first service year with TruGreen, the service was great and our yard never looked better. We started the program to support a friend who started working there. This year, we once again paid in advance for the whole year and have had some of the worst service from TruGreen!! We got our monthly service in February and March, then April was skipped totally, then we finally got a service On may 23, after having to call several times. In the process our grass has brown spot!!! In the 11 years that we have lived here, this has never happened. They came toward middle of June and treated this area, then you came out and did another monthly service on June 24.

Last week a TruGreen "specialist", Adam ** (truck# **), came out to spray our yard. I called first thing that day to reschedule, and our service date was supposed to be change. I was told the truck hadn't come to our house yet so it was no problem. As soon as I got off the phone I got a text that he had sprayed. I called back and told them that because we thought we were cancelling, we hadn't unlocked our gate and therefore he couldn't have sprayed the entire yard. TruGreen rescheduled Adam to come back out the next week (7/2).

I have been more than pleased with TruGreen's service. They are tremendously dependable. Their employees are very diligent and willing to please. You only need to see my lawn to know they are very knowledgeable concerning lawn care and service.

TruGreen is the one Lawn service that has a proven reputation with me. I never have to summon TruGreen back because of weeds... They do a fantastic job the first time around. They will also work with seniors for affordability.

27 years of weeds! Tried everything we could do with over the counter products. Finally used TruGreen. Almost immediately things turned around. Great company. Great employees. They do a great job. They give you a lot of information and answer your questions. They really care. They let you know when they’re coming so if you want to be there you can be. You can track their time of arrival. This is our third year and we are very happy having a pretty, weedless lawn.

I changed our lawn service to TruGreen this summer and it has made a big difference in the look and health of our yard. Plants are healthier, grass is filled in and green. It looks great. The service team is professional and helpful with questions I have. A great value!

After the first visit, it became a nightmare. Numerous times they were scheduled, they either didn’t show, couldn’t provide the service, because of not having the organic fertilizer, that I asked for. When they finally showed up for the 2nd time, they put down lime. I never asked for lime! I got fed up, I canceled my account and asked for a refund, minus the 1st visit. Whoever, I spoke with, said they would take care of it. A few days later, a technician showed up at my door to service my lawn. I told him my account was canceled and I was expecting a refund. He apologized and said he would speak to his supervisor. I called again to verify that my account was closed and I would get my refund. Whoever I spoke with assure me it was. A week later, I see only a partial refund credited to my account, and I got a notification that someone was scheduled to device my lawn that day!

I just wanted to let you know that I received excellent service from Jonathan ** when he was out to service my lawn on 6/26/19. I told him that I would prefer that he applied the fertilizer by drop spreader rather than the riding spreader, because I have a lot of trees on my property and the drop spreader gives much more even coverage. He did it quickly and with a smile. I really appreciate the great customer service provided by Jonathan.

I love my lawn care. TruGreen stays ahead of my needs, the guys are very polite and professional and my yard looks amazing! Plus I can enjoy my pool without worrying about mosquitoes!?? I am the envy of the neighborhood.

Backyard doesn’t look as fresh as the front yard. It has not thicken like the front yard and it has some weed spots in the back yard. We love the service. The service people are very punctual and very friendly. Thank you.

The service man is very responsible and did excellent job as always. In addition, he also provided very valuable suggestions in how to improve the lawn quality with very detailed instructions. I am going to order other services form TruGreen.

Very disappointed. I had the services for more than 5 years. Earlier this year I called and canceled my services as I put my house on sale but they did come twice and kept on calling me to pay and even threatening to send my account to collection. My house is already sold but I will pay as I don’t want to have any issues with my credit score and that’s what these people take advantage of.

The last lawn care person to come here was Roger **. He was fantastic. Personable, knowledgeable and did a great job. We are very happy with TruGreen and how well our lawn has been taken care of. Our neighbor asked who we use, he is also impressed.

All weeds not eliminated. I was more successful doing it myself. I have nothing more to say. Crazy system crazy, crazy, crazy, crazier, even more crazy. I will never again take the time to respond to a survey for TruGreen.

Overall I have been satisfied with the service. They do an excellent job of letting you know when a service is scheduled and leaving information of what was done once the service is completed. The inclusion of aeration in the package is a plus. My one issue is that the weed control is not as effective as I would like. I still get too many weeds in the lawn.

All techs are not equal. Lorenzo ** is outstanding. I would prefer it if TruGreen would send the same tech every time because they become familiar with the property. I would recommend TruGreen because of him. Some have done a quick and sloppy job.

The Specialist (Travis) did an excellent job re-spraying my yard for mosquitoes. I appreciate this since I had so many mosquito bites. The original spray on 5/29/19, did not do the job. Thank you to Trugreen for satisfying your customers! I will recommend you to my family and friends. I will also inform members of my church, sorority and former co-workers.

TruGreen has made a very positive impact on my yard. Prior to hiring TruGreen my yard was about 50% weeds and the grass was in terrible shape. After 1 1/2 years of TruGreen my yard is in very good condition and down to only about 1% weeds. I am very satisfied with the performance of TruGreen.

I am greatly impressed with all the work that has been done to my lawn, especially for the fire ants. The work is done on time and fully explained, If I am not home a detailed receipt is left. I would recommend TruGreen to everyone.

On June 3, 2019, TruGreen's employee applied approximately Glyphosate (Round Up) to 13,674 square feet of my lawn. This product has killed my grass. I have made repeated phone calls and emails to the local Trugreen company. On June 18th at 11:00 am, the local manager had agreed to meet with me to review the situation. The manager did not show up and has not returned my calls. I have used Trugreen for a couple of years. This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever (attempted) to do business with. Please have the owner of the local business contact me. This lawn will need to be re-sodded which will cost in excess of $10,000.

I contacted customer service regarding the leave behind on every service call. The detailed invoice and the cardboard hanger that should be placed on the door by the technician. With rare exception this doesn't happen!!! I have asked in the past to change the account to K. ** as my wife recently passed away. This has yet to happen. Please make it happen!!! I have been a Lawn Dawg and now a Trugreen customer and would like to remain one. If I have the chance I will recommend you to friends.

If I could give ZERO stars I would-1 is way too generous!! After they killed my lawn last year I was not resigning this year contract! After many calls from Managers promising they would rectify everything I decided to sign up thinking they would do the right thing!! WRONG!! They came & did an application & according to TruGreen after they inspected my yard based on my calling to complain about brown patches everywhere, they were "overzealous" in the application & burnt my lawn!!

I really appreciate TruGreen specialist, Bart **, who is doing the lawn treatments for my yard. He quickly responded to my phone call after a treatment and competently and professionally answered my questions and concerns with my lawn. Since the lawn application, the weeds are dying and the grass appears greener and healthier. I would recommend TruGreen to others.

I booked to have my lawn sprayed against Ticks and Fleas via the TruGreen website. I then received no calls to book the service nor a letter (as was indicated at checkout) for several days. I then had to call TruGreen to ask what was going on and only then was the service scheduled. Then when the lawn spray guy finally came out he told me that they did not provide him with the right service nor the right equipment for the size of my lawn so he could not complete the application.

They came out and burnt areas of my lawn which are either yellow or have been reduced to patches of mud. I watered the lawn as directed and it rain a lot as well. But it stilled killed the grass. It must have been too strong. I canceled future service. Now I have to fix my lawn. Be careful.

David ** came out and sprayed the crab grass,dallis grass or whatever it was that I showed him and most of it has already died. I was in the yard with him and we may have missed a few clumps, but it looks a lot better. Thank you, Charles

TruGreen is a great company to treat my landscaping plants. They are thorough in their work. If I have questions they are willing to take their time and explain, but if they don't know the answer, they are upfront about it and will find out the answer. They are honest, respectful and pleasant in their service.

Steve is our TruGreen service specialist. He is knowledgeable, thorough and very professional. There was some confusion when I first spoke with the agent who got us started withTruGree lawn care, but Steve walked us through what he was treating along with the why and the how. We were completely satisfied when he left and our lawn is beginning to look wonderful again! In an age when customer service is rarely seen, Steve is a shining star! We look forward to seeing Steve continue to work his magic with our lawn!

I have had TruGreen for over a year now. I am on disability so I can't do my whole lawn. I can't say it was ever great but it was ok last year. This year I have had to call a couple times and they answered my questions very nicely. The man came and put down grub and fertilizer on Thursday June 27th. Less than a week later my grass is turning brown and dying. I don't know what he put down, it's burning up. I take care of my backyard with 3 dogs and it looks like a golf course. I am very unhappy and not sure what to do. I think I'm going to have to have it ripped up and put sod down. You can be sure they will never put anything on my lawn again. I'm getting old and should not have to do this at my age. They send young kids out that have no idea what they are doing. I have called twice and all I get is - someone will call you. Well I'm still waiting.

I feel harrassed by their telemarketing staff. I used their service for a season when I had a new lawn. They over fertilized it such I had to cut it twice a week. I told them I didn’t need them anymore and they continually call me though I have asked them politely many times to stop.

We paid in full upfront for a guaranteed bug-free yard. Three weeks later the rep came to apply the first application. We were told, "Just call if you see bugs." We saw bugs, we called. I was told no problem. Four days later, we get an email telling us TruGreen would be there sometime between July 1 and July 8, three weeks after I called. When I called the office directly, I was told that schedule was the "best we can do".
