Have been with TruGreen for a while. So far they overfertilized and killed my lawn 3 times. Happened this month too. They always have readymade answer “your lawn is infested with fungus” which is absolutely false. Anyway they are good at reseeding the lawn they killed. Probably it is time for me to find somebody else. Thanks.

Some bermuda grass is dead, you can see bare spots at the porch/backyard. Weeds multiplied and grown taller. This is not happening before it was treated. Do not get me wrong. Your tech is good and was able to tell me more about my lawn. But I never expected outcome will be worst than it was not treated before. Please help.

Updated on 05/05/2020: I had a contract with TruGreen last year. Frankly, I don't think they made much of a difference in my lawn, but I never complained. I did not, however, renew my contract. When I got a text earlier this season that they were coming to perform lawn service, I texted back that I didn't want their service, had never renewed, and would not pay for anything they did. That happened again. In between, I went online with a service rep, who I advised to the same effect. Today, they showed up again, and I chased them away. Why can't they get the simple message that I didn't sign up for service this year and will treat any service they manage to provide while I'm away from the property and unable to chase them off as a gift?
Original Review: I bought and prepaid for a season's worth (namely four) of treatments plus lawn aeration and seeding. Apart from tire tracks across my lawn, I can't actually tell that TruGreen did anything in the two treatments they've delivered so far. Weed control: my weeds never disappeared. Grub control: the neighborhood turkeys kept visiting even after the grub treatment at the end of June. They made, and continue to make, a mess of the lawn. Upselling: the one thing TruGreen seems to be good at is upselling. That is, I kept getting calls about additional services even after I made it clear that I did not want to buy any additional services. Customer service: I sent three messages through TruGreen's customer service portal complaining about the upselling. I never got any response.
I didn't understand when I signed up (and prepaid, remember) in the Spring that the aeration and seeding service would not occur until Fall. In the meantime, I guess I'm supposed to live with the bare spots? Satisfaction guarantee: TruGreen advertises that I will be satisfied with results or my money back. Given that I can't reach customer service, how am I supposed to realize on that guarantee? I'm sorry I signed up with this well-promoted but under-delivered service.

Insect & disease control serv 6/29/19. Steve ** greeted me out in my lawn that morning. He was very kind & respectful. He was very informative about the care of my trees and shrubs. I had asked hiim about Carpenter ants. He had expressed to me they eat dead wood only and not live wood. That had been a great concern for me.

Both did a very good job of answering questions and doing anything that we asked about the applications. The lawn and scrubs are looking good. The consistence of using your service has been good. Grass in the south is not like it is in Michigan, but after having the service two years there has been a marked improvement. It is at least thick and green. Fungus still continues to conduct back.

Just a follow up to a visit from Jim ** this afternoon. He indicated that the buckeye tree in my front yard has severe insect and fungus damage due to dropping leaves. I explained to him that I've lived here 25+ yrs and that is the character of the buckeye tree. Once the nuts set on the tree, the leaves always start falling. It's the first tree to leaf out in the spring and the first to start losing leaves in the fall. Please have him check out more information before visiting yards.

I'm a guy that never write review ever. They were just so bad I had to. It was problems after problems for me. I originally joined because of the promo they were having for 29.95 a month. Then it's all downhill from here. Problem 1: I was expecting TruGreen to come out roughly the same or next week which they didn't. I had to contact my rep to get it started and was informed by my rep they would come a Monday but they came on Tuesday. Problem 2: The servicemen came and he was cordial and explained what he was doing in detail. Then the bill came... And it wasn't 29.95 as I was expecting. I was billed 78.50 to my card. Problem 3: They will have pushy salesmen call you to aerate your lawn for $180+. These guys don't know how to take a no as an answer even if you tell them you have a new house. So just hang up if you don't want it or you won't get off the phone.
Problem 4: My rep was very unreliable. It was hard to get in contact with her even through text which you can do if you have 2 minutes of spare time. She would say that she would call me in a few minutes and never do. She said she would try to credit the money back to my card and it never happen. I had to call the customer service headquarters to cancel my service. I give it 2 stars because it was at least easy to cancel their service and I didn't stay with them long enough to see if their product is good. So I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Maurice **, Technician, came to my property and was very trained, and informed as to my continuing WEEDS problem. Maurice took time for me to show him what I USED TO LOOK like, and what I look like today. He was very professional in his attitude and had been on the property; prior to this time. He does a good job within his limitations set down. Thanks.

I began using TruGreen in June 2018 for weed control. After 2 months my the weeds in my yard were no better and getting worse. They said it would take 3 applications and I could also have a free application, which I agreed to. Still after a couple of months, no improved results. Since by this time we were getting to the end of the summer, I decided to hold off on making any changes until I saw how things would go the following spring. Come spring 2019 after 2 months of applications, I called to report the weeds were not getting better, in fact were worse than before. They scheduled a free applications, yet no one ever showed.
I called again to speak to a service manager and find out where the free application was; the rep said they would be there that afternoon. They never showed and no service manager ever called back. I then called to cancel my device completely. The rep said someone was calling the following day. I said fine but still wanted my service cancelled. Long story short - many back and forths, many no shows, they never canceled even though they have records where I requested it cancelled. And furthermore, the weeds never got better. If you are looking for weed service, do not use TruGreen. Everyone I have spoken to has had the same experiences and I regret giving them the benefit and should have listened to people who used them.

What better timing than after surgery to hire TruGreen. Since paying a year in full it has been horrible customer service, not even a call back. Burnt grass, weeds and sprinkler set on crazy. Upsetting!

RND3 scheduled service was performed on 6/26/19 by Brent **. Service consisted of applying granular fertilizer, also walking the area and spot spraying any weeds. I talked to him and asked him to especially spray the edges of the rear patio which had a lot of milky weeds growing there. Either the spray was not effective or he missed the weeds. I called TruGreen and they scheduled someone to come back and take care of the weeds. Travis ** came to my home on 7/15/16 and what a difference. He did a complete walk of the property and only having a hand sprayed did as best he could to spray all the weeds he could find. I realize hand spraying is not as thorough as using the pump on the truck but I hope what he did will take care of the weed problem for now.

TruGreen technicians are professional, with good knowledge and the lawn care products work quite well. The formula do control weeds and benefit to strengthen the grass roots. It makes me pretty easy to maintain my lawn and keep it green.

It appears on my last Granular Fertilizer treatment 07/01/2019 some of the fertilizer may have burnt several spots in my lawn. I am not sure how this could happen but there are bright brown spots in the lawn looks like some of the fertilizer may have came out in clumps.

I have been a customer for ten or more years. My service has been good over that time. However, I have been somewhat disappointed the last two years. Last year two large dead spots due to over fertilizing, and this year my scheduled fertilizer treatment was forgotten.

We have been with TruGreen for 40 years. Have had some great experiences, but also some poor service over the years. But, overall I would recommend Trugreen to my friends. It is people like James **, Customer Experience Manager that makes us stay with Trugreen. He has been great. This new position of Customer Experience Manager was the best program that you could have established. If you had more staff like James that cares about the client, and not only says what he is going to do, but then do it, Trugreen would be hard to compete with.
One of main issues we have, is the turnover of our so called Lawn Specialist. Most do not know what they are doing. It seems to me, that is lack of knowledge and experience. Not fair to him, but more so, not fair to the client. Our Shrub Representative, Steve, has been great and very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for having staff like James ** and Steve.

My lawn has looked very good all season long. There have been no weeds even though there is a field of weeds directly across the street. My specialist, Pat **, does good work. Grubs used to be a problem but treating it the last two years has eliminated that.

I have used TruGreen for about a year. Almost immediately I noticed brown patches, my grass dying in areas. The weeds have almost taken over my lawn. I have sent pictures, called corporate and spoken with the district manager of the Fort Worth branch. I was assured they would fix the issues. They came and tested my soil, tested for bugs etc., everything was good on both of those. Now, after they applied some sort of weed killer and fertilizer one of my trees is dying, the others appear to be starting to die as well. I have had arborist look at my trees. They informed me it is not a fungus, lack of watering etc. I have called corporate several times and they have acted like it’s not a big deal! The branch manager has sup shown up to look at my yard however I wasn’t informed or even called! I don’t know about the other branches but I would def not recommend the Fort Worth branch!

Late last week I noticed some damage to ornamental trees in my yard. I called TruGreen with my concerns and today insecticide and fungicide were sprayed. Because Ryan ** arrived early in the morning and did not knock, he left a detailed message which explained the problem and what to expect.. He has serviced my trees before and I appreciate his professionalism and knowledge.

I paid in full upfront for the year for lawn care in November. I have since received 2 bills for "extra' services apparently not included with my lawn service "chinch Bugs" and "Potassium". I did not ask for these "extra-not included services", but you came out and sprayed and billed me anyways. I feel like you are trying to take advantage of customers by showing up and providing services they did not ask for, then billing them.

We received a bill for service which we thought had been covered by our advance payment in December of 2018. The first representative I spoke with said our payment had only covered through April of 2019. After going through ALL my receipts and files to verify my understanding, I spoke to another representative who agreed with me that we HAD paid in advance for the treatments, and we did not owe any more money. The second representative took care of crediting the in correct bill.

He Applied liquid herbicide for nut grass and other weeds in the rain. Did not work. They came back to Spray for weeks later and I thought that was for the ones that they did in the rain and they were charging me for that spray. I called and they said they weren’t charging me now.

I just saw today the guy on my property performing really poor service. A little bit of stuff in the front yard, throw a sign in the grass and go. No service in the backyard, but the note it's for a full service. I guess that's what you get when you pay for the year in advance.

We spore site the fact that the employees answer our questions and educate us on our lawn care. They also care about satisfaction and are willing to come back out after an application and redo if we have any concerns. We find them to be courteous and friendly and effective.

Had an initial spray, a respray a week later and still experiencing bites every evening. Not pleased with the effectiveness for the price paid. Won’t continue use even though they claim they have locked me into 5 applications. I thought the first application may not be completely effective so gave it a week before asking for a respray. Even the respray has not been effective.

TruGreen has once again done excellent job. They have provide professional care of my shrubs and flowering vines. They have insured they are big free and flourishing. Upon request their associate provide adroit and altruistic care to make sure both my wife and I were pleased. He helped with future scheduling and listened to our concerns.

Very pleased with how well our lawn is being taken care of ,it really looks healthy and it shows that TruGreen is taking accountability for our lawn care. My very first service application was Monday 7/8/19! Immediately when I came home I noticed that 2 specific areas were not serviced. I called the office and was told that she looked up my coverage and by the amount of fertilizer/weed treatment she stated that this was the case. She was going to tell a manager and have someone get back to as soon as possible. Thursday 7/11/19 came around and heard nothing so I called again. Explained my situation again and he did see the notes from the previous phone call and told me someone will be out within 72 hours. Asked if I could be home to make sure these areas are done. I waited all day on Saturday 7/13/19 and nobody called or showed. When I called the office at 4:00 pm they were closed. Needless to say I am cancelling this service nor am I paying for the incomplete service that was done. My grass still has weeds so who knows if he even sprayed! Terrible first time experience!!!!

I happened to be working on my lawnmower when TruGreen made their visit. The young man was not intrusive, he introduced himself and explained his purpose. Very nice, very efficient, went about his business, when completed, very polite left completed paper work and left. All was good.

You have been a no-show for 3 weeks now with our mosquito spraying. You keep not showing up and when we call you promise another day only again to not show up! 4 different days this week you promised to show up. Numerous calls to customer service with a runaround. We can't even get in touch with the local branch (Marlton, NJ) and are put on hold for hours! Still on hold as I am typing this review. Step it up, TruGreen!!

My specialist, Brian, took time to talk to me before and after the application and made recommendations for my lawn going into fall. He was very professional and knowledgeable and I would recommend TruGreen. I bought my house about 4 years ago and before that the house sat vacant for years. My lawn was over my head with Johnson Grass and thistles. Now, after less than a year with TruGreen, I get compliments on my lush lawn.

The technician was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He told me what was being applied and instructions for watering and pet contact with the product. He did a good job. However in a couple of days I noticed some burnt areas on my lawn which weren't there before the application. I think we need to have a follow-up look at my lawn to determine what the cause could be. Very happy with the mosquito, tick and flea spraying. I was skeptical and hesitant because I did not want it to affect other helpful insects like bees, dragonflies, butterflies ect... I’m happy to report that it doesn’t seem to have affected the beneficial insects and I haven’t been bitten by a mosquito since I started this. It’s been about 6 weeks and on the second treatment. I am out in my garden at all hours and usually get many bites!

The phone service was terrible. I ordered mosquito and tick service. I was told that the tick service was granular. What was applied was only spray. That was unacceptable. I called two days ago. The person on the phone said she would talk to a supervisor and call me back. That was two days ago. No one has called. In addition, I was told in two calls that my service was scheduled for a certain week. The service technican never came. What I was told was that the technician ran out of time on the day scheduled. But he/she never came until I called again. I was told that the service would happen in the next two days. It did not.
When I called, I was told by a supervisor that the service person on the line should not have told me that the service was scheduled. It was never put on a schedule. The service person who came in July to our home was excellent. I gave him a high grade in a previous survey. He did not, however, apply the granular tick treatment I had ordered. He said that was not on the order. See my previous comments. Quite frankly, I cannot imagine a poorer service than TruGreen.

I called prior to the July 4th holiday expressing concern of beetle reoccurrence. The representative told me with the holiday it would be Monday or Tuesday for service. On Monday I received automated call stating the application would be Tuesday. On Tuesday at 5 when I hadn’t received treatment I called and was told they were in area and are still going to make the treatment. No one came. On Tuesday I called and got the runaround. Finally I was put in contact with Stormee ** who took the initiative to make things Right. Kudos to her as the other staff was NOT helpful.

Grass full of weeds, plants dying. Called more than once for a manager, still waiting. Used TruGreen at our last house, very pleased not with this district. Being of the year a manager did come out, he had a plan he was going to get everything done and get our grass looking good. Never heard of him again and when the guys would come out we would complain and they would say call the manager. Lol.

TruGreen is unable to make individual decisions for lawn needs. The applications are predetermined and can not be adjusted. We asked to eliminate the pre-emergent fertilizer application since we were seeding. Because we asked to have lime and then grub control, our service was interrupted. TruGreen took our payment but we never received the grub control. We noticed when our lawn was impacted by grub damage. When we asked for some recourse, no supervisor or manager was available to help us. We could receive a small credit but the lawn was a mess. Avoid TruGreen.

I've read the reviews, TruGreen seems to have stellar company. That hasn't been my experience. The salesperson verbally guaranteed that I could get as many services as I needed every 2 weeks to kill the weeds in my backyard. The supervisor verbally guaranteed this also. I would call to schedule a retreat, told when the service person would come, never happened. No one would come for a retreat, this has happened for several months. I was lied to. I paid upfront for this and I still have weeds. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I switched to TruGreen this year after using a local company. Service had been good up until 6/27/19. An application was applied to my lawn while I was out of town. When I returned on 7/30/19, my front yard had multiple areas, not spots, that had been burnt. I have tried communicating with TruGreen through their customer service line and was told I needed to wait 7-10 days, then tried an on-line chat with no success and lastly to my salesperson. It's 7/6/19 and I have yet to hear from anyone at TruGreen. This isn't the customer service I expect from a company of this size and reputation. I will be forced to cancel my service due to lack of customer service. Very disappointed!

The young lady knocked at our front doorstep, introducing herself and the reason why she was here. She then sprayed the yard, left the service record on the doorknob and put up the yard sign, and left. Very happy with TruGreen since we started their service.

For the year 2018, which was our first service year with TruGreen, the service was great and our yard never looked better. We started the program to support a friend who started working there. This year, we once again paid in advance for the whole year and have had some of the worst service from TruGreen!! We got our monthly service in February and March, then April was skipped totally, then we finally got a service On may 23, after having to call several times. In the process our grass has brown spot!!! In the 11 years that we have lived here, this has never happened. They came toward middle of June and treated this area, then you came out and did another monthly service on June 24.
After this service, the brown spot started coming back in the same area and is now spreading rapidly. I sent a text to Mike at the Mooresville office on June 28 and asked for someone to come look at the grass, he never got back with me until I sent another text on July 4. Then he responded that he was sorry, he was on vacation and he did not reply but to send him a picture of the brown spot. Now I am offended and feel like I am being called a liar!!! The brown is in the same spot and is growing, this should be enough said in order to get someone to come by and take a look. If you treated like you said, it should be gone. We normally do not do reviews, but in this case it was necessary. We are looking at never doing business with you again!

Last week a TruGreen "specialist", Adam ** (truck# **), came out to spray our yard. I called first thing that day to reschedule, and our service date was supposed to be change. I was told the truck hadn't come to our house yet so it was no problem. As soon as I got off the phone I got a text that he had sprayed. I called back and told them that because we thought we were cancelling, we hadn't unlocked our gate and therefore he couldn't have sprayed the entire yard. TruGreen rescheduled Adam to come back out the next week (7/2).
Yesterday (7/2), Adam drives up to our house, does not get out of his truck and sends a notice that the service was complete and then drives away. I know this because my husband watched him the entire time. 2 times our yard hasn't been fully sprayed and this time he couldn't even be bothered to open his truck door. I called customer service and was told by two different service reps that I would be called by a manager the next day, 7/3. At 5:30pm I had yet to receive a call, so I called customer service again and was told that conveniently all managers had left for the day and due to the holiday would not be back until Friday (7/5). So now over the July 4th holiday, we will not have our yard sprayed for mosquitoes. This company has accepted our money time and time again and refuses to provide the service that we are paying for. It seems that everyone from the technicians to the managers are criminals or at the very least incompetent, but probably both!

27 years of weeds! Tried everything we could do with over the counter products. Finally used TruGreen. Almost immediately things turned around. Great company. Great employees. They do a great job. They give you a lot of information and answer your questions. They really care. They let you know when they’re coming so if you want to be there you can be. You can track their time of arrival. After the first visit, it became a nightmare. Numerous times they were scheduled, they either didn’t show, couldn’t provide the service, because of not having the organic fertilizer, that I asked for. When they finally showed up for the 2nd time, they put down lime. I never asked for lime! I got fed up, I canceled my account and asked for a refund, minus the 1st visit. Whoever, I spoke with, said they would take care of it. A few days later, a technician showed up at my door to service my lawn. I told him my account was canceled and I was expecting a refund. He apologized and said he would speak to his supervisor. I called again to verify that my account was closed and I would get my refund. Whoever I spoke with assure me it was. A week later, I see only a partial refund credited to my account, and I got a notification that someone was scheduled to device my lawn that day!
I called again, and the person I spoke with would refund what was still owed to me and assured me no one would be coming out to service my lawn, because the account was closed. Well, someone did show, while I wasn’t home, and AGAIN, they put down lime, that I never wanted or needed!! Dealing with this company has been a total nightmare for me. Totally mismanaged. I don’t recommend using TruGreen.

I just wanted to let you know that I received excellent service from Jonathan ** when he was out to service my lawn on 6/26/19. I told him that I would prefer that he applied the fertilizer by drop spreader rather than the riding spreader, because I have a lot of trees on my property and the drop spreader gives much more even coverage. He did it quickly and with a smile. I really appreciate the great customer service provided by Jonathan.

Very disappointed. I had the services for more than 5 years. Earlier this year I called and canceled my services as I put my house on sale but they did come twice and kept on calling me to pay and even threatening to send my account to collection. My house is already sold but I will pay as I don’t want to have any issues with my credit score and that’s what these people take advantage of.

Overall I have been satisfied with the service. They do an excellent job of letting you know when a service is scheduled and leaving information of what was done once the service is completed. The inclusion of aeration in the package is a plus. My one issue is that the weed control is not as effective as I would like. I still get too many weeds in the lawn.

All techs are not equal. Lorenzo ** is outstanding. I would prefer it if TruGreen would send the same tech every time because they become familiar with the property. I would recommend TruGreen because of him. Some have done a quick and sloppy job.

The Specialist (Travis) did an excellent job re-spraying my yard for mosquitoes. I appreciate this since I had so many mosquito bites. The original spray on 5/29/19, did not do the job. TruGreen has made a very positive impact on my yard. Prior to hiring TruGreen my yard was about 50% weeds and the grass was in terrible shape. After 1 1/2 years of TruGreen my yard is in very good condition and down to only about 1% weeds. I am very satisfied with the performance of TruGreen.

On June 3, 2019, TruGreen's employee applied approximately Glyphosate (Round Up) to 13,674 square feet of my lawn. This product has killed my grass. I have made repeated phone calls and emails to the local Trugreen company. On June 18th at 11:00 am, the local manager had agreed to meet with me to review the situation. The manager did not show up and has not returned my calls. I have used Trugreen for a couple of years. This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever (attempted) to do business with. Please have the owner of the local business contact me. This lawn will need to be re-sodded which will cost in excess of $10,000.

I contacted customer service regarding the leave behind on every service call. The detailed invoice and the cardboard hanger that should be placed on the door by the technician. With rare exception this doesn't happen!!! I have asked in the past to change the account to K. ** as my wife recently passed away. This has yet to happen. Please make it happen!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would-1 is way too generous!! After they killed my lawn last year I was not resigning this year contract! After many calls from Managers promising they would rectify everything I decided to sign up thinking they would do the right thing!! WRONG!! They came & did an application & according to TruGreen after they inspected my yard based on my calling to complain about brown patches everywhere, they were "overzealous" in the application & burnt my lawn!!
Well it's June & my lawn should be at its best especially with all the rain this year & I have nothing but burned brown patches in the front & back & all around my patio where we entertain all Summer-I guess just to remind me how terrible they are!! They obviously do not have people that know how to apply their products correctly as my neighbor across the street who also uses them has the same brown patches everywhere!! They are TERRIBLE-do not even think for a second to use them!

I booked to have my lawn sprayed against Ticks and Fleas via the TruGreen website. I then received no calls to book the service nor a letter (as was indicated at checkout) for several days. I then had to call TruGreen to ask what was going on and only then was the service scheduled. Then when the lawn spray guy finally came out he told me that they did not provide him with the right service nor the right equipment for the size of my lawn so he could not complete the application.
I then called TruGreen about this and they proceeded to tell me that I need to pay more money due to the size of my lawn. Yet, when I checked out online (and I have a receipt with this info!) I entered the exact size of my lawn - which I know for certain because we just moved to this house. The guy I spoke to on the phone could not give me an explanation why for the same square footage, his computer was showing a bigger charge than what I paid. So I asked for a refund. He said, "OK. Let me process that for you", but hung up the phone instead! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

They came out and burnt areas of my lawn which are either yellow or have been reduced to patches of mud. I watered the lawn as directed and it rain a lot as well. But it stilled killed the grass. It must have been too strong. I canceled future service. Now I have to fix my lawn. Be careful.

I have had TruGreen for over a year now. I am on disability so I can't do my whole lawn. I can't say it was ever great but it was ok last year. This year I have had to call a couple times and they answered my questions very nicely. The man came and put down grub and fertilizer on Thursday June 27th. Less than a week later my grass is turning brown and dying. I don't know what he put down, it's burning up. I take care of my backyard with 3 dogs and it looks like a golf course. I am very unhappy and not sure what to do. I think I'm going to have to have it ripped up and put sod down. You can be sure they will never put anything on my lawn again. I'm getting old and should not have to do this at my age. They send young kids out that have no idea what they are doing. I have called twice and all I get is - someone will call you. Well I'm still waiting.

I feel harrassed by their telemarketing staff. I used their service for a season when I had a new lawn. They over fertilized it such I had to cut it twice a week. I told them I didn’t need them anymore and they continually call me though I have asked them politely many times to stop.

We paid in full upfront for a guaranteed bug-free yard. Three weeks later the rep came to apply the first application. We were told, "Just call if you see bugs." We saw bugs, we called. I was told no problem. Four days later, we get an email telling us TruGreen would be there sometime between July 1 and July 8, three weeks after I called. When I called the office directly, I was told that schedule was the "best we can do".

TruGreen has really delivered for me in a big way. This spring I had a bunch of clovers and dandelions in my yard and it took away from my yard and wanting to be competitive amongst my neighbors (in a good and healthy way lol). Well you all came and sprayed and within weeks they were all gone. This is not being boastful — I am constantly getting neighbors asking me questions about what I’m doing and how I’ve gotten my yard to look so great. We have been fighting weeds in our yard for years with little success. It seemed for every weed we killed two more returned. When TruGreen stopped by we said what the heck. It can't hurt to try them. After only one application, we saw a marked difference in our lawn. Certain weeds which had seemed impossible to destroy were dying. After only a couple of visits by TruGreen, our yard is gorgeous. Already expressed my disappointment but never heard back. 1st treatment in April, operator got stuck under my grapevine resulting in large divots just left there with holes in the ground. They never came back to roll it or call to apologize. I've been a customer for many years. Not very happy about that.

Service provided after cancellation due to poor service. We used to have Trugreen lawn service. I was dissatisfied several times in 2017 and 2018. In Dec 2018 they came out. I complained once again, having previously indicated by phone and email I did not want any services that did not include moss control. After complaining in Dec, they came back in January. I thought that was a re-service to make up for the prior poor work, but they billed us. I called and spoke to several people. By then the local manager called. They required I pay for both services. I finally agreed to the manager I would pay, but the account was to be cancelled and I would never use them again. I never want them back or another service. Now this week they came out and I have a bill. I am so upset right now. I hate being treated this way. It's a scam. They come do work you don't want, then force you to pay. Apparently you can't cancel the service. NEVER again.

We were to get two aerations and only got one. Additionally, the specialist that came said aeration was done, but it wasn't! He lied!!! Hence we had to reschedule the single aeration received. We were expecting Pest Control, but contract was set up as Mosquito Defense. We didn't notice the error until late into the contract term. Services were to be unlimited for a year. TruGreen said the contract year was a seasonal year, not the 12 months we believed to be receiving. The Lawn AND Pest Control final contract sent and work performed did not reflect what the salesman wrote up and we agreed to pay.

My spouse and I had opted to prepay for a season of TruGreen's service when we first moved into our home. After the first season we were unsure if we wanted to continue with their service. We randomly got a bill in the mail from them after our "prepaid season" had been complete. They wanted us to pay 50 something dollars for a service they had done. TruGreen called and I informed them that I would pay the 50 dollar balance, but needed to talk to my spouse before we continued on.
After the phone call they came out 3 MORE times to do a mosquito treatment. They now want us to pay 200 plus dollars because they continued a treatment that I DIDN'T ASK FOR!!!! Their management team has not resolved the issue. The regional GM wanted to split the difference instead of admitting they had made a mistake. They will hound you on the phone stating that it is a service that will be continued no matter what, unless you call them to cancel. Their customer service reps are terribly rude and will talk over you continually and will not listen to what you are trying to tell them. I have had them tell me they "had no notes on the account" when I had asked to talk to a manager previously. Kasey employee number ** was one of the reps that would continue to talk over me when I was trying to ask questions or explain things.
All in all, the customer service is absolute trash. The management team does not care about you "the customer" and will continue to hound you and twist everything to where it is the customer's fault. If I could give zero stars I would. There are plenty of other lawn treatment companies that will treat you, the customer, as you should be treated.

Again, I had called the local number and left a message with the Supervisor Chad at ** and asked to speak to a local office rep, and never received a response. You sending a generic response to ConsumerAffairs only confirms the poor communication with your company.
Original Review: I had the TruGreen service for 9 months/8 treatments. COMMUNICATION ISSUE BETWEEN STAFF. Being a dog owner and having gates that are kept locked, I had asked TruGreen for 5 months/5 Treatments to call prior to their applications so I can have dogs in the house and gates unlocked for them. I had spoke with the Representative performing the treatment, the Representatives on the TruGreen Main number, local branch office, supervisors and even put 5 numbers for TruGreen on my phone to differentiate between spam calls and them. They never left a message or called, but "claimed they called". They even came out on days that had just rained, or rained right after the treatment. (This dilutes the treatment solution being performed.) The final straw was having dogs get sick (probably ate grass) after a treatment that was done that I was not notified about. Enough is enough and I cancelled the service today!

I first hired TruGreen in 2018 when my lawn was in respectable condition. Somehow they managed to kill large sections - I mean down to dirt with no trace of grass. I have called many times and literally NEVER received a return call. If you call them you get call center representatives who take your information and tell you a supervisor will contact you. THEY DO NOT. Finally, through email complaints and filing with the BBB they have refunded my money. So I am left with a horrible looking lawn but they feel this is good enough. If you use this company and have any problems, be prepared for a runaround and for disappointment. HEALTHY LAWN GUARANTEE??? HAH!!!

1) Call and request service for box elder bugs. Person explains exactly how boxelder bugs are treated and why they are treated this way. Sent link to pay for service, pay online for one year of service. 2) Treatment date set by TruGreen; on date, receive message that I have requested a reschedule (did not). Receive apology and ask to be rescheduled for next day, they cannot. Schedule two more days out. Worker calls to tell me my address was inputted incorrectly and he was on the wrong side of town.
3) New treatment date, receive call that TruGreen does not treat boxelder bugs. Call back and ask for manager, but must repeat all above. Then sent to manager, repeat all information above again. Asked if I would like a refund (TruGreen has had my money for weeks for a service they apparently do not provide). Yes. Kicker: Service manager calls to mansplain to me the exact same information provided by last phone call. Irritated at me when I interrupt. 3 emails + 8 texts + 4 phone calls + hundreds of dollars out of my account for weeks = still bug swarm in front yard. Good grief.

We were previously customers of an independently owned lawn service company until it was sold to TruGreen and we were offered the opportunity to remain on as customers. I can honestly say I'm glad we did. The transition was seamless and easy. The service has been excellent and reliable and the same is true of the techs/applicators. If you're home when they arrive, they will take the time to explain what they're doing and why. What I really like is the addition of the mobile phone app whereby the company contacts you to tell you of an upcoming application.
You know when they're coming, what they're applying and they even provide a graphic map showing the truck's location at any given time. It's slick. I would recommend TruGreen. In fact, I recently sold my house. As the service was paid for the year, I included it in the sale with a recommendation to the buyer to stay with TruGreen. The lawn is weed-free, pest-free and thick and beautiful and part of the reason it sold in less than two weeks!

This company has been treating my yard since January 2019. The big deal is that they are NOT SUPPOSED to be treating my yard, as I am not or never have been their client. They have a client at a similar address, and are billing him, but treating my yard. I have contacted them for 5 times now asking and finally demanding they quit treating my yard. They keep coming back anyway. I suppose I will be taking legal action to stop them from trespassing into my yard. Each time I have called, I told them clearly not to come back, and they assured me they would not. At a loss of what to say about that kind of customer service.

I had weed and feed applied to my lawn in the beginning of May, 2019 and had to have them repeat the service 3 times more, because weeds against the fence were missed and throughout the property. After the second returned call, I notice my bluegrass and Perennial Rye was dying. He came back out, and informed me that he over fertilized and assured me that it will come back. My yard looks worse now than it did before the service. The weeds throughout my yard are not all dead. Now, to give a fair review, some of the weeds did die, and the front yard, in front of my privacy fence is beautiful, but behind the fence (where nobody can see) looks terrible! I added service for my flowers, trees and shrubs, to kill insects that were destroying the plants etc., this was done on Friday, June 7, 2019.
Today, Tuesday, June 11, 2019, I went out and noticed all my flowers/plants/trees/shrubs were infested with insects, and my butterfly bush is (in my opinion) destroyed with insect infestation. TruGreen encourages you to call for re-treatment if you are not satisfied. How can they stay in business if they keep returning to reapply chemical to the lawn etc., when they never do it right the first time? I don't understand why they can't do the job right on the first call.
I can't play this game with them, and refuse service anymore. I called and informed them that I will not be paying my bill for this last service and ordered them to remove my name from their list. They had no problem doing that. How does TruGreen stay in business with poor attitudes, and no concern for the customer and their issues with their lawns? I was loyal to them, and paid my bill every time I received a invoice and yet, they have not stood up to their end, and their advertisement is false. I have another business coming out today to fix what TruGreen broke. I really trusted you TruGreen.

I called and set up trugreen for two services... The tech did come out and only did the front yard as the back was locked but he never knocked or rang my bell as I would have been happy to unlock it. I have been calling Trugreen ever since and have gotten nothing but a run around ever since. To the point the people that answer the phones didn't even have a corporate number!! I finally did get it from Kelly. Basically I am a prisoner in my house for the next five days since no one can tell me when a tech will be coming out. Had worker show up, sit in truck, and then place receipt on door stating service complete when nothing was done. Then throws trash on lawn while leaving. I asked for someone in charge to call me and nothing! Next, my lawn is serviced and now turning brown. Lime placed without any soil sample and too much fertilizer I guess. My lawn was pretty green with some weeds before TruGreen. Now it's brown with weeds. Calling TruGreen does no good - the rep just tries to please you then nothing.
I contacted TruGreen corporate via Twitter because they won't publish a number and received a response I would be contacted - again, nothing. Companies like this get your money making big promises, then don't perform. As a customer you have no re-course other than let everyone you know, via every social media route and every way possible the truth behind these companies. Why can't companies just be honest and actually take care of their customers instead of cheating them. I am a disabled veteran unable to do much and spent my scarce dollars trying to have a decent yard so I am less embarrassed in my neighborhood. And now it's just a fight with yet another company that values money over a customer. Very sad.

They took a week after charging my card to come out then they serviced my neighbor's yard, not mine. When I called customer service about it they were initially apologetic, stating that they would "make it right" and told me that someone would be out Thursday or Friday. My initial call was on a Tuesday so I was OK with this resolution. Thursday came no service. Friday came no service. Saturday I tried to call and they were closed. Monday I was successful in getting a 2nd person on the phone to complain to. They were less apologetic and told me that someone had been out. I have cameras at my house so I let them know that that was not true. I was told that someone would be out later that week.
I called Wednesday to request a refund since no one has still been to my house. I was told that they were on their way. It was after 4pm at this point so I doubt that was true. I said I didn't care, that I did not want the service and that I wanted a full refund. I was told that it would take a week for a refund. What else could I do but say ok? They were holding my money hostage. A week went by and I received a partial refund, WTH!? I had had more than enough of this terrible service and lies by now so I had my husband call to address the partial refund.
He spoke to someone and the remainder of the refund was credited back to my card within a few days. I thought we were in the clear since we had received the full amount back but boy was I wrong. Today more than a month later, I noticed a charge on my credit card from them AGAIN! Needless to say I am beyond pissed. When my husband called them this morning they argued with him and told him that he went online and entered our information and signed up for service again. This is not the case. I have filed a claim with my credit card since they are being such jerks. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I paid in full for a year service plan on our new yard in October 2018 ($605.99) that covered aeration, seeding, etc. Our front yard and around the house was sodded and the back/side yard was not taken care of my the builder. We went to TruGreen for help mainly on the back/side yard to get it going heading into the spring and summer months of 2019. Our side and back yard have tons of dry and bare spots, and after questioning the specialist that was on site treating us that day, we were informed that the specialist believed the side yard (largest part of the yard) was not covered on our plan. He said it had not been treated in months which would explain why it looks so awful.
I called the Murfreesboro office quickly after and was told a manager would call me back in 2 business days. 4 business days go by and I call again only to be told they didn't have a note on my account that I ever called. Finally I received a call from a manager who seemed more mad than the specialist. Told us that our side yard wasn't a part of the plan than the poor service we have been receiving. I've sent this manager pictures of both the side and back and have yet to hear back. Now that we're in the summer months the immature grass that is growing in these areas is getting nuked by the sun, and because the grass hasn't been treated it doesn't stand a chance in this heat. We are going to be in the exact same situation in the side and back yard as we were when we started this process unfortunately.

Buyer Beware: We had this company last year to treat our yard for mosquitoes. I enjoyed one of the technicians, very kind and professional. And that was it, nothing here nor there. They called a couple of weeks ago asking if we would like to renew our contract, to which we said "no". Then I noticed a charge from them on my credit card. My fiancé called to question it, and the extremely rude “customer service” rep told my fiancé that the print telling us everyone is on “auto renew” on the paperwork we do not have, was the same size print as the rest of the document. Never. Again. And I’ll be sure to spread the word.

So far we have only received one visit from TruGreen and have been very satisfied with both the operator and his service. Obviously, with only the first visit, we cannot comment fully, but the weeds and dandelions have greatly diminished and all the questions we asked were replied to satisfactorily. Therefore, I can only say that after the first visit, everything was to our satisfaction and we look forward to further visits and further reduction of our dandelion and weed 'plague'!

This is the 3rd time TruGreen has rescheduled my service. They don't call to let me know they have rescheduled. When I first started they would keep me posted as to when they were coming out. Now I sit and wait until I finally have to call them just to find out they rescheduled without telling me. Getting tired of waiting around for them. Might have to switch lawn care services.

We Have been using TRUGREEN for three years. This year was a rough start because of this invasive weed some people know as Hairy Bittercrest, which almost took over our whole front yard. Called TruGreen because whatever they were doing didn't kill this weed. They came out and retreated the yard with something GONE! Also lawn wasn't very thick. This problem was solved very quickly. They want to do a GREAT job for you. Thank all involved.

No problem with the overall service, lawn looks great! Occasionally I talk to the specialist. Invariably, every time it’s a rout response on the ticket. Whether I’m home or not. “When I arrived, I knocked on your door to speak with you about your service. I’m sorry I missed you.” It cracks me up. I did in fact answer the door when they knocked. I did discuss my service with the specialist. You should consider a few more cut and paste options for the tickets. The specialist takes care of lawns. He can’t be expected to be a writer. Again, lawn looks GREAT!!

On 04 June 2019 at Approximately 11:00 AM, your specialist rang my door bell. By the time I answered the door he was about to apply a liquid application to my lawn. I advised the specialist that I requested granular applications. He switched to granular and started to apply wit a broadcast spreader. I watched him and believe that he missed much of the of the lawn. Time will tell when my lawn exhibits similarity to that of “ZEBRA” STRIPES.

My lawn and tree/shrub service is fine and very productive. I don't know use the mosquito service as Erlich is doing that for me. I just called yesterday because I got a call from "Trudy" that contained her introduction and then went silent. I called and confirmed that my next lawn treatment was today, (6/4) and suggested that they look at their phone technology to see what's wrong with "Trudy".

We have used TruGreen for a couple of years now and have noticed that the grass is getting thicker and greener, with a lot less weeds. The individuals that come to our yard are knowledgeable about what they are doing and help us to understand what is being done. They are careful of plantings, animals, and children.

Tony called me with the results of the soil analysis and came over to add something to the front lawn to remedy the balance in the soil. He used a machine to cut into the turf to assure that the additives got into the soil. He then lightly raked, leaving just enough debris to act as a mulch. He then reseeded the front lawn. I hope this works! He worked hard on my front lawn for a couple of hours and I am very grateful to him and TruGreen for the effort and response to my concerns. Thank you Tony for being so dedicated to the needs of my lawn. I am very hopeful that this will thicken and improve the health of the turf.

When I had my spreading of lime done it was for a section of my front yard and was done very well. It took six tons of lime and the worker did a great job of putting it down. I asked for another quote for a section of old pasture and was quoted about a dollar more per bag spread for the job. That will take about 400 bags of lime making it an added 400 dollars more over the original cost and that is for a bigger job. I called back about the quote and told them about the math and they said they would get back in touch and that has been weeks ago and no contact. I guess when you buy more the price per unit spread goes up which to me is a little odd. It should stay the same or come down with larger amounts.

Heriberto "Eddie" ** treated my lawn May 31 for insect control and he did a great job! I asked what I could do about a weed growing in the yard and he was able to explain what needed to be done. Since it is along the property line with my neighbor, he said TruGreen can treat it but until the adjoining property treats their side it is nearly impossible to get rid of the weed.

We have been customers of Tru-Green since it was Chem-Lawn and many years before that. Our lawn consistently is weed free, lush and green. The service technicians are fast and efficient and take the time to mark the lawn the day of their visit and include recommendations for care on their receipt. Several years ago, we had a bad technician and our lawn suffered and it showed. When I called Tru-Green to complain, they jumped right on it, sent one of their top people out the next day along with a member of management. They assessed the lawn and immediately started corrective treatment at no cost to me. For the remainder of the summer, I was given a nice discount on my service to make up for the problem. Now that is what I call taking customer service above and beyond. They truly are a five star company and I would freely and gladly recommend Tru-Green to anyone I know. Thank you.

I have been very satisfied with my lawn and my specialist Paul ** help over the years. However, when Paul went on vacation, another specialist serviced my lawn and it has looked shabby since. When I called about the situation I received a service call, but it didn't improve.

Started again already this year. I had an issue last year in which the tech would not show to complete the service. I was never notified. I would have to call and ask to be scheduled again which would take another 3-4 days. I always ask to talk to someone local or get a call back but never received a response. I have tried to be patient, I was hoping this year would be better.

We installed Zoysia grass about 10 months ago and have been maintaining the grass since installed. The grass was looking pretty sad over the last few months. So, after seeing so many TruGreen advertisements I decided to give them a call. After wailing the property with the sales agent for TruGreen I decided to give them a try. I contracted and paid upfront for the discounted package with TruGreen about 4 week ago. The level of service has been less than expected. First, the local branch does not answer their phone. The instructions that are given to the field staff are not consistent with what the salesman and I agreed to. Our lawn has two tiers (upper and lower). The first applicator that came out said he was to only treat the upper tier of our yard.
I called the salesman and discussed this with him. The next day the applicator came out and finished the treatment. Then the mosquito applicator came out and he said he was to only treat a certain area of the property. Again, I had to call the salesman to get this straightened out. So the applicator returned a few days later and said he only had enough chemical to treat only 1/2 of the area and he would return the next day. I called that applicator (had his cell phone #) and he said he did return and complete the treatment. This is when problems started. I asked the applicator why he did not leave a ticket for the completed work. He said he forgot to leave a ticket and would email it later that day. I never got a ticket.
I called the TruGreen national number and they were able to notify the branch by email. I received a call from the service manager and discussed the issue with him and asked him to email me the ticket for the completion of the mosquito application. Well, he could only provide me with the same ticket I have on file for the first application. After three days of calls (no one answers the phone and no voice mail) and an email I have yet to hear from the local branch. So, it has become obvious to me that the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing with the local branch. I have had to communicate with national to get someone to call me. Very poor communication, BEWARE!

I started with TruGreen in late August of 2018. I hired them because there were many in the neighborhood that were using them and I've seen them all over town. The biggest influence was that they are endorsed by the PGA. That speaks volumes. I put new sod in my backyard that cost a few thousand dollars. I didn't want weeds, etc. to overtake this brand new grass, so I thought that if TruGreen did a good job on the back, I would hire them at the beginning 2019 in order to do my entire yard. They did great on the sod with the fertilization and pests that burrow in it. I was so impressed with what they did in the back that I did start them on the front in January of 2019.
I also hired them to do my trees & shrubs and then later fire ants and the mosquito defense. I can't tell you how nice it is to have someone come by once a month to take care of basically everything that I need. They do everything but mowing, edging and trimming! I've had them put in sod plugs in the front where they killed huge sections of weeds. No worries! They said they'd get my yard looking great and they did. You can clearly see the difference between my yard and my neighbors yard. Mine is now green and healthy, thick and full. Weeds Be Gone! I don't have pesky mosquitoes anymore and fire ants are under control.
If you have issues, they come out on free complimentary visits to take care what they missed. I don't understand the complaints on these guys because they do more than ever to make things right. They are worth the cost. Don't let that get in the way of what they provide. I have no regrets. Keep up the great work TruGreen! #averyhappycustomer

I have been using TruGreen Lawn Care plan since July of 2018. My lawn is recovering gradually since the service began. I would recommend to anyone trying to maintain the life of the lawn. However, I would like to point out that the service works when you have good grass as opposed to weeds. Also, grass takes time to grow and spread. It is unreasonable to think that a lawn full of weeds will recover in one rain season. Sometimes, you need multiple seasons before it fully recovers if you do not what to re-sod the lawn. I have had nothing but a positive experience with this service. I definitely recommend their services.

TruGreen has done a great job of restoring my neglected yard, by getting rid of the weeds and over-seeding last fall. Some areas still need attention, as soil in that part of yard is poor. Tech has listened to my concerns & paid extra attention to trouble areas, coming back on service calls to redo those areas. Pleased with their service!

The lawn Is looking great throughout the Spring season. My only concern is that some of our lilacs, peonies, and some other perennials were hit with apparent broadleaf weed control causing wilting of small portions of the plants. More care needs to be taken to avoid hitting the plants with the spray.

I switched to TruGreen after about 6-7 years with a competitor I will not name here. The quality of my yard has slowly declined and no signs of improvement. Was recommended to try TruGreen so signed up. Was quoted $29.95 for initial treatment and $49.95 for all additional treatments. Communication was good, lots of welcome e-mails describing what is included as well as a list of optional services (ie; mosquito control, etc). Received email and text about the service day. It is due to the communication I did not give them 1 star, but 2.
Today I review my credit card statement and show I was charged the $29.95 initial treatment, but also an additional $49.95 for cinch bug treatment? My welcome e-mails shows this is included (along with other Services like lawn analysis and other services that do not appear to be completed). I started in a chat session with them and they said that is a separate service and I should have been told. Funny, my e-mail from them shows this is an included service and further to this, I have a neighbor in my community that recommended them and he advised he was never charged separately for this service. This bait and switch, combined with the 'I could care less' attitude from the phone call (I asked to speak to a supervisor, was told a local manager would call me, that was an hour ago and still waiting). Regardless, they are deceptive in what they offer and after the initial treatment, have proven themselves to be untrustworthy.
I cancelled my service, deleted my credit card from their portal and depending on if a manager calls me back, am tempted to dispute the charge in its entirety on my credit card. I cannot see any evidence of their visit (no noticeable granules in or about the yard), no lawn sign, no invoice left at the house. Not disputing if they actually treated my yard (to be honest, I am not certain) but in any event, they will surprise you when the bill comes. Be warned. Back to searching for a quality lawn care provider, if one exists.

We contacted them and had our first service several weeks ago related to fire ants. We were told “They will be gone!!” My husband explained to them that we were having an outdoor graduation party. We were assured it would be handled. 5-7 days they told us after the first and second treatments!! We then called them to come back out a 3rd time!! Oh. Now it takes 4-6 weeks!! Oops someone should have told you. Hence the Urgent Care appointment for myself!! The day after the grad party during which I got stung at least 6 times! Antibiotics and steroids. I won’t recommend!!! In fact they should pay for my treatment. If I could post pics of my foot and ankle I would. At least it wasn’t a guest.

I used TruGreen about 15 years ago for two years. While their products are excellent their business model is an absolute fiasco. The customer never talks to the actual people servicing your account, rather you will talk to a distant central customer service agent. I had numerous scheduling issues in my past dealings, they would show up unscheduled and treat my lawn while my pets were roaming the property. This time I called and got everything set up and then was told I would be talking to an auditor in 2-3 business days. I eventually had to call them back, I was halfway through the audit and the line was disconnected and NO callback. I called them back, they apologized but informed me that it would be a few days once again before auditing would be contacting me again. Never have heard back, and don't want to hear from this at this point. Terribly managed company.

The weed control is not effective. My lawn has more weeds and brown patches after one year of service despite multiple phone conversations with the TruGreen office. I have finally terminated the service.

Takes good care of my lawn. Consistently have a nice lawn weed free. Treats my lawn as if it were theirs. Always talks to me about what they did and what to expect moving forward. Takes time to address any concerns or issues I may have regarding my lawn.

We moved from our prior lawn care provider to TruGreen when TruGreen provided a very competitive proposal. Our experience is that TruGreen provided excellent service, as our lawn has never looked better with effective weed control. And combined with very competitive costs, TruGreen has been proven to be a super value for lawn care during the 2 years they have maintained our lawn.

We were away when this happened. Looks like they did a good job and there are no weeds as yet. We had snow since this was done so it is too early to tell if the weed part was effective. The grass looked nice when we could see it.

We have been very pleased with the results of using TruGreen Lawn Care over the past 2 seasons. Our technicians are always professional and careful. We have noticed that our grass is much greener and we have finally reduced the number of weeds.

We started with the so many treatments for a discounted price for 2018. The 4th or 5th treatment they sprayed something on the grass without telling us. I noticed within about a week that the prettiest thickest grass in my yard was dead. I called and a tech came out and said they sprayed some type of chemical (can’t recall the name but it started with a p) that killed all weeds. I said it killed grass not weeds. That’s when he told me that St. Augustine grass, fescue, and other familiar grass was considered weeds and what he sprayed killed everything except Dallas grass and Bermuda grass. They promised a free aeration which they did. Still no grass.
Was told by last tech that came out that what they sprayed sterilized the ground and you would not be able to plant seed for 2 years because it would not germinate! Saw same incident on news with a man's yard that was all fescue and killed it all, but they came out and put sod on their grass. I’ve been waiting on a manager for 2 days who was supposed to come out within 48 hours but has not shown up.

I have been using TruGreen for 7 years. The lawn was doing well until 2 years ago. Started to have lots of weeds. I would call. They would redo the application but no the weeds kept getting worse. Last year I started to notice bare spots all of the back yard. I called concerned that it was grub damage. They sent someone out to check, he said it wasn't Grub damage. After he left my sister dug up some of the dirt and found the grub worms. I took pictures and sent it to them. They said that spring of 2019 they would take care of it. 1 month ago they said they did slice seeding. My lawn is still full of bare spots no grass is growing. I feel like I'm just getting the runaround. They say they stand behind their service. I want them to fix the lawn they damaged. I paid for grub control and my lawn is a mess!
