The products used on our lawn are doing what was promised. The weeds are gone, and the grass is growing and green. The specialists are efficient and effective in their work. Always friendly and helpful when we address them. Bottom line: we're getting a lot for our money.

I have used the services of TruGreen for a number of years. Last year I tried another company for the convenience of combining all yard/shrubs/mowing complete. It was not satisfactory and I returned to TruGreen. The company tries very hard to give excellent service and always willing for their man to return without extra cost if there are any problems.

Application is automatic. Our yard looks so much better this year since Tru Green is treating it. No follow up required.

When I bought my house, both the front and back yards were overrun with weeds. I asked around and a number of people recommended Tru Green. Since they started in the late spring, most of the weeds are gone and the grassy areas look lush and healthy. I recommend Tru Green.

I have used TruGreen for over 6 years and am very pleased with the results. I'm a single mom and it's worth every penny to have a great looking lawn!

We had taken care of our yard, and did just well enough to get by over the years. After this spring it seems like the weeds had won. Not only was the difference very beautiful since using TruGreen but noticeable as well. We finally were getting compliments on our yard. We have been very happy with the improvement of our yard and these results haven't made us regret our decision for even a second.

Overall a very good experience. They killed off the weeds very quickly, much quicker than I could have done. Now that the weeds are gone, they are tackling the grassy weeds. I really think at this point there isn't much progress after the weeds have been removed. I just need more grass to fill in. The new growth is where there is a problem.

They stand by their product. I ask for them to do an application over, and no question was ask and they reschedule me in two weeks. Also they notify you prior to their visit.

I'm totally happy with the looks of my lawn. My neighbor is always asking, how do you keep your lawn looking so good? My answer is always "TruGreen" and because of my answer, all of my neighbors around me has switch to "TruGreen". I would definitely recommend TruGreen to any and everyone I know. For the looks it's worth the money, it's so green it looks like money. (Smile) Whenever I had any problems, they were quick to send someone out to check it.

TruGreen does the best job. Many of my neighbors use other services that are less expensive and their lawns are brown. My lawn is always green and nearly weed free.

In a matter months you have revitalize my lawn from being almost died in weeds to weed free and grass coming back green again. With a few more treatment, it will be as good as new.

Where's the 0 Star rating button?!... No, seriously 1 Star is gross exaggeration... Initial sales pitch was 2-month trial offer for $29 for full service(s) and over the top promises of an amazing yard. In spite of reservations I paid by check on the spot. Didn't see or hear from anyone for 3 1/2 wks until a flyer was on front lawn indicating weed service had been performed that random day. Again no word or service for 3 weeks so I called to make sure I cancelled before renewal. Naturally operator had never heard of "2-month trial offer" as that was a bold face lie by initial salesman. At that time operator indicated there were no services scheduled for my lawn until the following month clearly indicating the $29 paid upfront was for 1 weed/feed application (because I cant buy that at HD for $6 and apply with my own spreader... pls insert sarcasm here). Nonetheless, I cancelled the service... or so I thought.

Overall service has always been outstanding. However, there is one small area that needs attention. The south side of the house has many weeds and needs attention. Thanks!

TruGreen is very professional, conscientious, and timely. Love how they just go ahead and do what needs to be done and leaves me a note as to what they did. Good company, good service. Any questions, I just have to call and they will respond ASAP.

The tree and shrub applications along with the lawn service has protected my yard from harmful fungus, mold and insects. The number of applications seem to provide a positive environment for the lawn and trees to grow without the use of harmful chemicals.

We received a flyer in the mail and took advantage of the discount and went back on a plan to have our lawn treated on a regular basis. We are complimented frequently on how nice our yard looks. The customer service has been excellent since TruGreen went back to letting the local TruGreen office handle our services and not a Telemarketing Firm. We have been extremely pleased with the customer service and our lawn looks amazing.

The lawn looked like it was starting to turn a bit brown and I have neighbors on both sides that don't have grass, they have weeds. It has been amazing service and great results.

I've had Trugreen for few months now and front lawn has never been green. But I would say I still see weeds in the side and back of my lawn. I hope they will fix it soon.

Joe rang the doorbell to notify me that he was on the property to fertilize the lawn. He was polite and offered to answer any questions that I had. It was raining lightly, so it seemed a good time for this operation. I did not watch him to verify complete coverage, but assume he did a complete job.

The staff have been very accommodating to my needs/requests that I have communicated to them. Service has been top notch. Service staff that I have spoken with have done everything they said they would to satisfy my concerns. Good job.

For the past 35 years I've tried to keep my lawn weed free by following the Scott's plan. Well, for the past two years, I've been using TruGreen's plan and my lawn has never looked healthier and better!!! Thanks to Steve **, my TruGreen maintenance man. He has done a great job on my lawn. By the way, I have over three acres to cut.

On 7-17-14 Kevin ** with Trugreen failed to treat my yard. He wrongfully treated my neighbor's yard at **. I have been a customer of Trugreen for four years and do not understand why the wrong yard was treated. The neighborhood has all addresses on the houses and mailboxes. My neighbor came and gave me the doorknocker left on his door 7-17-14 on 7-19-14. He said he did not wish me to be charged for this service. He was at work and unable to stop the wrongful application.

I have been using TruGreen for the past 4 months and my lawn has improved dramatically.

TruGreen follows through when there are problems. Part of my lawn is looking really good and part is not so good. We have Canadian Geese periodically rampaging the neighborhood, dropping sedge seeds like crazy. The rep has been good about following up and responding to the problem. It's not fixed yet, but the company is not giving up. The rep has been willing to return as needed to address the problem.

Still have some weeds and several burned areas. We have had little rain, but I have been watering every other day when needed. Lawn looked great a couple of months ago. Not sure why the change.

Continued blight on golden eunimus plants after several treatments.

The technicians are all so friendly and take the time to answer questions. Even if you have no questions they always take time to say hello. Scheduling is no problem. If you are on automatic service, there is always a telephone call reminding you of when service will be done. Feel there is a real savings versus buying your own lawn products. Also have to mention the savings in time if you did this yourself.

Unbelievably bad service. Signed up with company for service March 2014. At that time, I requested initial review of lawn needs. First appl. applied with no analysis done as promised. When rep returned my call a month later about this, he did not leave a number for me to call him back at. Initially instructed then they could only do treatments M-W since grass guy cuts the yard either Th or F. They came on Th or F anyway. Emailed them twice with concerns and no response either time. Waited on hold on a couple of occasions, only to be disconnected. Was not getting reminder calls informing me of tx dates, told some phones won't accept their calls so I changed phone number thinking I'd start getting them.

Customer since 2002 and I am pleased with the service.

My lawn looks very green, mostly weed free and thickening after a hard winter.

Off to a very bad start. We called TruGreen because we were having trouble with armadillos (grubs). When the guy came out we were told that yard would be treated for grubs and insects as well as aerated. We asked for the appointments not to be on a Tuesday. Well, sure enough their automated system called and said they would come on Tuesday. Called and re-scheduled. Service man came today and he didn't know anything about aeration or insect treatment and he was out of liquid treatment. All he did was spread granulated fertilizer GEEZ. He is supposed to come back Monday. Also signed up for tree treatment. They were supposed to come yesterday and didn't come nor have we received a call as to why. Not sure at this point if we will continue with TruGreen. Seems like they are very very disorganized.

The fellow that does my lawn is always nice and says hello and makes sure my dogs are inside and that my gate is closed when he leaves. Also my yard looks great. I tried a year ago to use a different company and my yard suffered. I am glad to have TruGreen back.

The specialist at TruGreen have provided good information on treatment of Trees/Shrubs at my home. They made the treatments necessary for the year, 2014.

I added Tru Green Lawn service after I moved to Washington DC and I now have a beautiful green lawn. The original lawn was spotty and I couldn't keep up with the treatments. The service professionals at Tru Green are responsive and helpful and the green vibrant lawn speaks for itself.

We have always been very pleased with the guys who show up to service our yard.

I was a customer for four years. This year my yard is the worst it has been. I had to provide my credit card information three times to help them maintain my account. Twice I called them when I discovered that my account was not up to date. I became frustrated when I read my note left on my door and seen that the tech wrote "You have brown spot and named to contact us for a quote." I pay for complete service I don't need a quote they needed to fix my yard. It seems that every year they want to charge me for something else. I can take care of my yard myself. Don't need the headache of managing a service that I pay for.

It is irritating to me to almost monthly getting a request to pay out more money for "specialty" service (i.e. cinch bug, brush, et al) when my needs should be satisfied when I pay a yearly sum. Seems as though there are sales personnel dunning me for addition items that "we must have" several times a year.

Front and left back very good, but right back and part of middle back is disappointing, especially along edge. Too many weeds and crabgrass. I just spent 15.99 on weed and crabgrass killer and sprayed. It rained the next day so I don't know what will happen. I know TruGreen is doing its best and cannot get all weeds. However, I do expect it will improve; if not, I will cancel my service.

We have Zoysia in our front yard and St. Augustine in our backyard. Our conscientious service tech stays on top of ever changing issues that need to be addressed from time to time. With 10+ years of servicing this yard by the same guy my wife and I are pleased with our TruGreen experience.

Had landscaper put down Zoysia Sod 3 yrs ago. Had established Bermuda in front. Zoysia came in beautifully first year. By the 2nd year not so good. This year it’s all but dead. Yes, I notified TruGreen of change. Have used them for 14-15 yrs. I have been trying to get someone out to evaluate for around one month. First request through call center we asked to speak with manager. It didn't happen. Two weeks later called again. This time I was told the call would be escalated to a District or Regional Manager. That didn't happen either. Finally I get a call from my lawn service tech two days ago who said he just got the message. Told me it was a problem with a few days of warm weather followed by freezing weather which “decimated” the Zoysia, Centipede and Bermuda in this area. My Bermuda is doing fine thank you.

As always, TruGreen does a great job. My lawn is looking good. My service is always a couple of days before it rains so I don't even have to water my lawn. When my TruGreen guy notices my lawn needs an extra service, he lets me know. He recommended a lawn aeration and it really helped my lawn.

On March 29, 2013 I called TruGreen to sign up for Fleas and tick services. The CSR sign me up and told me that I will be getting fleas and ticks services plus weeds control, and that I must continue services for 7months. That was no problem. In March of 2014 I discover that my Yorkie had fleas and also my shar pei, so I called in to TruGreen and asked about the treatment for the fleas and ticks, well to found out I was never signed up for fleas and ticks and that they don't offer that service. MAD I was. Someone called me two day later to apologize about the misunderstanding and that he will have someone out within 24hr and I stated AGAIN CLEAR that I would be getting the fleas and ticks services. He said yes and I will get 2 treatment for free. I said ok and Thank you, but because it was a Saturday and the next day was Sunday and states that he will have someone out Monday. TruGreen came out Monday and on Wednesday, but my dad said they NEVER sprayed and put some white seed around the tree, so I called in and to found out they signed me up for shrubs and something else and NOT fleas and ticks and charged me for it.

Well, never spoke with anyone but my yard looks great! Signed up over phone, selected services, customer service was great and great prices! 10 out of 10 stars for the whole process!

I have always taken care of my lawn. I gave TruGreen a chance to fertilize and control weeds and insects. For a fixed monthly fee. Guess what happened? My lawn got really worst and worst. My bill was NEVER right. I complained and they ALWAYS got back to me I must admit. However, they NEVER fixed any of my reported problems. The sprayed more chemicals, they aerated, more pesticide, fungicide and so on. Every time an additional bill and more fees. I finally had enough of them and I fired them. Now I have to start all over and get my lawn back in shape. I wish I would have found this website before. Don't hire them please. Not worth the price and certainly they don't have the quality.

We have been a customer for over 5 years. Our yard has more weeds and grubs than when we started. The company first said that they were not sure where our yard ends and our neighbor's yard begins. Both neighbors on the sides have a fence marking their yard and we have a shed in our backyard. Even the front yard has so many weeds. I think the only thing they do on their visits is water the lawn. My one neighbor does their own yard with a over the counter product and their lawn looks great, for half the cost. I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for a lawn care service.

I paid for one year of service with TruGreen. Their service did not kill any of the weeds. I moved away from that home and at the end of the year of service they sent me multiple notices saying my service would be interrupted if I didn't renew and offered several different plans/options. I never renewed. They claim they treated my lawn two additional times. They then continued to bill me. I e-mailed them and explained I wouldn't pay for service I didn't ask for and could not even verify happened. They turned my bill into a collection agency. I had to call and get them to remove the fraudulent charges and the lady in the office was incredibly rude and lied saying, "I knew they would continue services at the end of the year because it was in the fine print of my original service contract". If that is indeed true, then all the warning notices I received about service interruption were a lie. Either way, very shady business practices, horrible customer service, and overall no improvement in my lawn.

We are completely satisfied every time. Our representative stops in to talk with us before and after. It makes it very easy to discuss any problem areas we have on the grounds. Wouldn't change the service if you paid us to!

My grass is doing really great and there are hardly any weeds. I used to have a lot of creeping charlie in my yard. Now there almost none. Maybe a few in the flowers or small bushes. My grass is very thick, and a lot better than it was 2 years ago when "Mark" came over and signed me up. Tell "Mark" to come over if he still works at TruGreen. He didn't live too far from my house. Nice guy. Thanks for the great job. Keep up the good job.

Our lawnmower broke so we have been unable to mow for the past few weeks. Despite this setback I can still see a noticeable difference in the lawn. The weeds are receding and the grass is alive and spreading. Very impressed with the TruGreen experience so far.

Our lawn looks great and it is all due to the excellent tech who services our account. We are very satisfied with TruGreen and recommend it highly. We have been a TruGreen customer for over 5 years and we will renew again next season.

They did not follow my directions. I had an area landscaped with new globe arborvitae 2 years ago, and had not included them in the order for trimming. They trimmed them, and very badly -- now has a flat slide. These are in a very obvious location at the side entrance (I'm on a corner). There is also a large gap between these shrubs and the rest of the landscaping, which was not there before. Overall, the items they trimmed (yews) were very badly done -- uneven, and in one case more like a hedge.

In the beginning I hired them to take care of the weeds in my yard, so I would have a weed-free lush beautiful lawn. First I had to call them back after the first and second time they treated my lawn because I still had weeds. Then after the third time, they came out because I still had weeds. They burned up 40% my lawn with chemicals. When I contacted them about the chemical burn, it took a week for the service person who applied the chemicals to come back out and he told me I had a fungus in my lawn. Then after seeking a second opinion from a highly renown local professional who came to my house and said it was definitely a chemical burn, a second Trugreen technician came out and admitted it was a chemical burn and their fault and they would take care of the problem. Now it has been two weeks and I have called numerous times wanting to speak to a manager and I've yet to have one call back.

Started with TruGreen over 2 years ago and I must say my lawn today is a head turner. Service is great especially if you seem to have a problem.... Someone is always there for you.

After a disgraceful experience with customer service, a salesman arrived on my doorstep. I eventually signed a contract several weeks ago. I explained I had a party on July 26th, I need my lawn to look fabulous!! My appointment was made for Monday, they cancelled no notice. They finally came out, were at my house for 9 mins, left, NOTHING died. I called back day 9, was told I had to wait days for another appointment. Furious, I spoke to a guy at the local office. He mimicked me, was rude and condescending. He sent a guy out who was 2 miles from his office and could have picked up supplies with NO CHEMICALS. He told me he would be back today, no show again. I have made multiple requests for a supervisor and told there wasn't one available all 7 phone calls. HOW THIS COMPANY STAYS IN BUSINESS, I WILL NEVER KNOW. New customers, STAY AWAY.

Chris gives us great service. Should I encounter a problem or perceived problem he is quick to address it.

We have enjoyed our TruGreen service. The specialists are very experienced, friendly and explain what they are going to do, what to expect in results and answer any questions we have. Our lawn and shrubs have greatly improved and we will renew our contract.

On a scale of 1-10, I give TruGreen a 9.5. Lawn service is highly recommended.

The service is good and they would treat the lawn again free when you find weeds. However, we still have several weeds left in the backyard.

The last time your agent was here, I just happened to be home. I told him that my front yard looked very nice, but I had more than a few weeds growing in the backyard. He said he would look at it and treat it accordingly. I am happy to say that he was true to his word. I am very happy with the lack of weeds in my backyard.

Most of the time I am not home when they arrive. I know they have been here by the signs on the lawn! But they arrive on the day they have said they would. I will say I get many compliments on the appearance of my lawn and have referred a number of neighbors to you.

My experience over the last few years has been good, worth the money.

The yard's appearance is very good, but I'm a bit tired of always getting the same recommendations. Blade needs to be sharp, it is brand new. Mature trees cause bare spots, we live in a mature neighborhood. Water 1.5 to 2 inches weekly. We are coming off from one of the wettest summers on record.

The lawn is looking better. Most of the wide leaves grass is gone. And I haven't had any Dandelions this year. The only bad thing is the grass seem to grow faster and I need to mow more often. l.o.l.

TruGreen Lawn Care has made a great difference for my lawn. It has become greener and fuller that it has ever been. Treatment for grubs and fertilizer has made a huge difference. I hope this will stop the moles from digging up my yard and I will know this winter because that is when they do the damage. So far I have been highly pleased with the information the employee had rendered regarding the upkeep of my grass and shrubs.

I regret that I have a number of calls wanting to add on to my current contract for weed control... I have discussed with representatives from the company what our limited budget will allow. Then I have calls wanting to add on bug and insect control... bush and tree treatment and what more. Thanks but no thanks.

The reason we hire TruGreen for lawn care is we like the results, the processional lawn care service, and the professional administration of billing and customer service.

Great service. I'm always notified prior to the technician's arrival (at least 24 hours in advance) and unless there are weather related issues, the technician comes out. The few times I have been there when he treated my yard, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. There have been times when I'd forget to unlock my gate. I'd call and speak to a friendly representative and the treatment would be rescheduled with no problem.

Always a good experience. Techs are very professional, and do a great job. As a result of their work, my trees and shrubs continue to be in good shape.

I've been using TruGreen for over a year now. My yard is drastically improved and I can tell my Crepe Myrtles are very happy with the shrub care as they are blooming profusely. The automatic bill pay makes the whole process easy. The automatically generated phone calls are also a nice touch to let me know that someone will be coming to service my yard. I have never actually seen the technicians at my house as I work full time, but they always leave proof of service and I can certainly see the improvement in my lawn and shrubs. Good job, everyone!

As I stated before, the service has been very excellent. The condition of my grass hasn't responded to the care it has received and I don't know why, time for some help with all this hot weather now.

If your lawn is made up of one or more fine to medium textured turf grasses such as Kentucky Bluegrass, Rye or Fine Fescue, DO NOT use this company. TruGreen ruined my Kentucky Bluegrass sodded lawn by overseeding with Tall Fescue a year ago this past Spring. I now have clumps of thick bladed Tall Fescue scattered throughout my lawn and it looks awful.

Mr. Jerry ** did a fantastic job of spraying our shrubbery. He is a very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable man who takes his job very serious.

I started in April 2013. I would get calls then they would not show up. Next day, they called again, again, don't show up. Then they show up, next day, get a call they are coming out. Finally yelled at them enough that they simply replaced my phone number with all 999-999-9999 so now I have NO idea when they will be coming out or what they will be doing. That was NOT my idea nor did they tell me they were doing it. Now I have signed up for auto-pay. It says I was signed up for it but they would never bill it after a few treatments. They would only send me a bill. So I gave up and just waited for the bill. They came out the end of May. I waited for the bill. It never showed up. I forgot about it and then on Saturday I get a past due notice. I called them and told them I wanted to speak to a supervisor or else I would not be using their services anymore. Haven't heard anything from anyone. I was told they now tried to bill my card but the card was no longer valid. I didn't bother changing it because they never used it. I told them if I don't get a call, I am leaving. Their choice.

There have been problems with almost every application and reaching managers is not easy.

I always receive a courtesy call a day or say prior to visit so I am prepared and can open all access points. I am never home when service is provided but I get a detailed service receipt describing services performed and any comments I need to be aware of. I appreciate the communication.

I am very happy to report that Chris, the general manager called me immediately. He addressed my concerns and had someone to my house to do a walk through around the yard. My lawn was then treated again for the weeds I had called about at no charge as advertised. I was very happy with the customer service I received from Chris. My only other comment is that perhaps the call center personnel go through training on how to deal with these questions. The first time I called regarding a billing question, I had awesome customer service and wish I would have written down her name as I would call and talk to her anytime should any other issues arise. The last person I talked to regarding this issue seemed to not care one way or the other about helping me. So, thank you for addressing my issue promptly and professionally.

TruGreen noticed a fungus on my shrubs and treated it after I agreed for the treatment and shrubs are doing fine. Also I had a bad problem with weeds and they helped controlling it, not completely but every time it has improved.

TruGreen headquarters called the Newport News, VA office. They, in turn, called me and said they were going to refund the other half of the money we had to pay for the service we had cancelled two months ago. I am satisfied with the outcome.

As a customer of TruGreen previously (took a break, as my wife died of cancer in my arms here in our home) I had to downsize the budget (her S.S. stopped) and I dropped them. I hooked up with them again, as I knew I'd get great service. Whenever I ask a question, I get an answer right then. No "I don't know" or "maybe". My neighbors say I "set the bar" as far as my lawn & trees. I couldn't do it without TruGreen. I highly recommend them.

Thank you for the great service for my elderly parent lawn. The lawn looks like it always did even when I was a young girl. It always looks inviting to lay on the lawn and roll around like I did as a child.

TruGreen appears to be a sham from the top down. Just try to get a supervisor or a person of any level of management to help when the people on the phone or in the field do not get the job done. I was called by the field person that they would be coming the next day to service my lawn - no show again. Waited two days, called for a follow up - nothing - called again today and found out that they do not call customers if they are running behind or will miss their appt time. Also found out that when the office sends out an appointment booking, the people in the field do not confirm back that they have received that email nor do they confirm back that they have completed the job.

Their tree service works! Got rid of all insects and the tree is much healthier. I also like the auto pay option.

After paying in advance for a one-year contract, the treatments have been spaced so that there's little possibility that TruGreen can meet the ten contracted visits within the year's contract. The sales pitch was for a visit every five weeks. Second treatment was scheduled for eight weeks after first. A call managed to get that changed to an earlier date after a reply by Customer Service that "they didn't know they had pushed it out that far." Called again for third treatment to find out that they had scheduled it for seven weeks later.

They do a great job of informing me the state of my yard and bushes. They also do a good job in keeping the yard and bushes healthy and looking good.

Last year, my lawn was looking great. So far this year, not good.

I like that I don't have to go and buy products then have to come home to apply. I haven't used this type of service in the past, so I'll be waiting to see the results.

We signed up for Trugreen's lawn service back in April of 2014. After the most recent service on 07/03/2014, the lawn started developing large round and oblong patches within 6 hours of the service and despite watering. Although we signed up for aeration and seeding for this fall, I am not ok with the company killing our current grass.

I used TruGreen 2 years ago and was very disappointed. The lawn looked terrible and the advice I received from the rep was not very good. They also tried to sell me applications that were not necessary and the applications I asked for were not done correctly. Last year I did not use them but they did try to "sneak in" and charge me. This year they came to the house and said they were under new management. I said I would give them a try and I am glad I did. The new guy is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions. The yard looks great again for the 1st time in 3 years.

The specialist that I have seen are very friendly and polite and professional. They have all listened to my concerns and addressed them right away when possible.

TruGreen showed up, as scheduled, to apply the progressive weed treatment on our beds and they look fantastic at this point of the Summer.

Scott (employee # **) came to my door wanting to sell me a TruGreen contract Aug 2013, said as a corner lot in a golf course community, he wanted my business. I paid for a whole year in advance. In addition to lawn care and reseeding, he threw in a year's worth of 'Tree & Shrub Service' for free and wrote on my Service Agreement "entire yard" in two places. Then the fun began. Even though I paid in full in advance, I started receiving bills in the mail and had to call in to resolve. Every time I have service it is a different person who doesn't know where my property lines are and I have to run outside to 'catch them' and walk them through it. One of them only treated half my plants and said my other plants were thought to be the neighbor's just because they were in a pine straw area.

Our specialist, Larry **, has been providing our service for many years now. In fact, he is the reason we continue to get services from TruGreen. He is always friendly, professional, and does an excellent job. His expertise has kept our lawn in top shape throughout some very bad weather conditions over the years. We are always glad to see him and know that we can count on him for answers and/or solutions to any issue that might come up considering the health of our lawn. We trust him and his advice 100% and consider ourselves lucky to have him for our lawn care needs. You are very fortunate to find such a talented hardworking, dedicated employee and we certainly hope you appreciate him.

On April 5th, 2014 I contracted with TruGreen to treat and service my lawn. On April 14th, they made my first treatment. Shortly after, I noticed my Oak Trees and Plum Trees turning a sick yellow. Shortly all the leaves started falling off two of the oak trees as they were dead. I have called 7 times to have someone come out and look at. I have several promises they would come.

Show up when they say they will. My yard looks better than the neighbors. Happy with the service and the price.

Our lawn used to have weeds everywhere. Also weeds growing in our gravel driveway. Our lawn is so wonderfully weed free. This the best our lawn has looked in years. Our son bought us the first years of service. We were so delighted we have had the service continued. Keep up the great work.

I bought a new home on 19th of September 2013 which came with a 1 year Trugreen lawn treatment plan. Trugreen should have treated my lawn AT LEAST THRICE this year as per the schedule that I received from them but they did not visit my property even once. It is already July 2014 and Trugreen is showing absolutely NO INTEREST to treat my lawn in spite of talking to their representatives on multiple occasions. My lawn is taken over by weeds and is not growing well, this would have not happened if they had stuck to the schedule.

Our lawn looks awesome! It's especially nice to get the reminder call the day before and the printout of all of the services that were done at that visit. We are very happy with TruGreen.

Yes, it has been resolved. They gave me a full refund, but only after many frustrating phone calls. I still do not think they live up to anything like what they promise and that the service is not good. I could not recommend them. I would give them a 2 out of 5 stars, and I only do this because they finally credited my account for the full amount.

I would like to thank an employee by the name of Nancy ** of TruGreen @ the Customer Service Center in Salt Lake City, Utah for all her hard work and REALLY FOLLOWING UP with me concerning my complaint. Hired for full ground kill in backyard, and weed control along side of house in front. I was told service would start the next week, a month later I called to see when they were coming. They told me they could come on a Sat between noon and six, as I needed to be here. On that Friday while I was working they sprayed the front for weeds but sprayed the wrong area, then never showed up on Saturday! I called to let them know I was not paying for them spraying the wrong area and to cancel service all together, as I have reached my limit of frustration. They told me it was taken care of. I have since received a past due bill for $120 for them spraying rocks, called again to take care of it and have now been told that a rep will contact me within 24-48 hrs? I am furious.
