I've always been greeted by the doorbell ringing. The specialist tells me his name, gives me the description of his service... Always with a smile!!! If ever, I've had any problems with the applications I will call or complete the survey. Customer service team is very professional and assures me the specialist will be back within a few days to correct the problem. Thank you TruGreen... I love my yard and your customer service and the specialist team have made my yard so beautiful. Thank you for always being a phone call away.

I was solicited by a door to door representative and just about through them out for doing so especially because years ago I had TruGreen/Chem Lawn and they started the downward spiral of my lawn. For some reason I allowed them to talk with me. At the time my lawn was a disaster and I was considering hiring a service. Cory (your rep) told me about the Chem lawn break with TruGreen so I decided to give you a chance which included 18 trays of plugs. That was approximately during March. Here we are in August and my lawn went from one of the worst to one of the best in my area. Not one plug died and the treatments worked and I couldn't be more pleased.

I am having some problem areas which have been addressed on a recall visit recently. Hopefully all will be resolved soon. This is all in the back yard. The front lawn is beautiful. The specialist that was here is very knowledgeable and polite. I would appreciate him to be my tech until this problem is resolved.

Your service and products are excellent. My yard is truly green again. My lawn has improved greatly and it seems that the biome of my lawn has improved. The Tru Green results have surpassed my many years of prior personal attempts with products from a big box store. Substantially less weed plants and bugs in my yard. All the dead brown spots have turned green. My neighbors have commented and they enjoy it almost as much as I do.

I received a phone call a day or two before telling me when the technician would be there. The notes left by the technician were informative and thorough. We planted new seed in an area which allowed weeds to grow. The tech let us know when to see these weeds disappear... And he was right!

They did a great job, and were very fast. They also answered any questions that I may have asked. If I do have a question for the front office, they go out of their way to answer or look up the answer and get back to me as soon as possible.

Steven **, the lawn service tech, did a great job and returned to make sure the work that was NOT done earlier was rectified. Great. Job! He has to be a valued employee! The lawn looks much better-- better than it has all spring and early summer.

I have surrendered all control of my lawn to the TruGreen team. I cannot argue with the results. Unlike my previous experience with lawn companies, TruGreen is well organized and completes business as advertised. They provide me options at the end of each visit, and their reports on the lawn condition are comprehensive, yet easy to understand.

TruGreen has always done a very good job. Look at my grass. Good job. My grass is so green. People want to know how we keep looking so good and I say TruGreen keep that way. So if you want your grass to be like that then call TruGreen. They will fix that.

TruGreen was very responsive to my request for our newly seeded lawn area and delayed spray until lawn was mature and set. I appreciate their willingness to schedule the spraying at a different time. I feel they would be responsive to my request in the future.

TruGreen did an excellent job on my yard in Cleveland Heights, OH while I was in Missouri; they informed me of all appointments, and they service what was being done. This is an outstanding company, and I highly recommend them.

TruGreen Lawn Care is improving my lawns overall health by reducing the amount of weeds, improving green grass while not harming any of our flowers or fruit bearing trees. TruGreen notification service and ease in which we can reschedule appointments is greatly appreciated as their phone agents are always friendly.

I had new Zoysia sod put in 3/31/2017 and wanted to protect my investment by enrolling in TruHealth Lawn Plan. Unfortunately the application that they used was not meant for new sod and burned the 3.5 months later, the lawn looks terrible. I called to have someone look at it in person and their technician admitted that "who ever came out here and applied ** up" and explained they put down an application that is meant for mature grass. He took video and sent it to his manager. The supervisor called me to say that it was a wrong assessment and he was not going to be able to correct the problem because they currently do not have a GM to make the final call. They are the experts in this field not me. And them not having a GM is not my problem. In my opinion just an extremely poor way to handle the entire situation.

I am writing a review of your services. Overall, I am quite satisfied. My lawn was overrun with weeds, and the little grass I had was yellow and brown, as much as I watered. Since the services, my lawn is rid of weeds, and is lush and green. I like that when there were continued challenges with the weeds at the beginning, I could call and request another service call. The specialist, Jaime ** is professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this service. Pricing is steep, but the quality service I receive outweighs it.

My lawn is healthy, green and weed free. There is a noticeable difference between my lawn and my neighbors' who do not use a lawn service. The lawn service technicians are professional and always take the time to talk to me about my lawn when I am at home.

So far to date my experience with TruGreen has been great. They have met my expectations for my lawn. My lawn is greener than it's ever been, it's growing with a healthy look to it. The chemicals used haven't harmed my hedges. I was it would have deterred people's pets from using my lawn for their bathroom stop. LMAO...

Our lawn was horrible two years ago when we remodeled this property. It is absolutely gorgeous once TruGreen took over. Plus we couldn't go in the yard for mosquitoes. We had TruGreen treat and we have not seen the first one since. Our neighbor has seen snakes in her yard but we have not - thank goodness!

This is my first summer of using TruGreen lawn care service, and it will be my last! For the past three applications, I have asked a customer service rep to give me a courtesy call on the day of the application, and they have yet to place a call to me. On follow up calls, all I get is, "Sorry ma'am, I will put it in the notes" and there is no follow through. I talked live with a manager today to voice my concerns, and he had the audacity to actually offer an additional service (more money). How dare him offer more when I haven't even gotten what I asked for. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

The service is improving the look and feel of our lawn. Some changes happen within a day or two, but the biggest results were noticed the second year with TruGreen. If I need to have an additional service, it's quick and easy to request a second visit.

I am pleased with the results so far with my lawn. It is free of weeds and it is very full and strong. The specialist has been excellent in explaining what he was applying and what effect it would have on the lawn so I knew what to expect. Just recently I called because I started noticing some ground ivy growing in the rear of my yard and I placed a call to the office to report it. And they told me it would be 2 to 3 business days till he would be able to come out but my specialist was there the next day and took care of the problem. I just hope that your pricing stays consistent because I am retired and on a fixed income.

Our technician, Abdius **, is amazing! He is punctual, polite, and professional. He always communicates with us each time he visits and relays specific information regarding the treatment he has performed. In addition, since he started treating our yard four months ago, he has given us helpful hints which have helped bring yard pitiful looking grass back to its former beauty. We have tried other companies but have not had the same outcome.

I believe TruGreen has been the best of the lawn companies I've tried over the last 4 years. My yard looks better than ever. My only problem has been the dreaded nutsedge, but I asked and received a special treatment for that. The technician always leaves comments as to what he did, together with any tips he might have.

Very disappointed with my lawn. I happened to be home one day when the guy showed up and he didn't treat the sides of my property or the back of the house. Would not recommend. You need to be home to see if they do treat all the land.

I have been pleased with the service provided by TruGreen. The advance notice phone calls are helpful to prepare for locked gates, pets in the yard, etc. The technicians are always courteous and willing to answer questions and deal with issues that might exist. Keep up the great work.

Marvin is very friendly and courteous. He always comes to the door to let us know he is here and then tells us any areas of concern afterwards. Marvin answers any questions we have and takes care of any problems.

When we lived in New Jersey, we had your service. Then I retired here to New Hampshire and we re-engaged you in this new development, your first customer. That was more than twenty years ago. And we still are your - satisfied - customer. Your personnel is always knowledgeable, polite and respectful.

The appearance of my lawn tell the tale. I am constantly complimented on my lawn which looks like a park with the trees and shrubs. The specialists come and go with no effort on my part and do their job to take good care of my growing things. Whenever I encounter any specialist, they're like old friends. They are smiling and have a friendly word to say. They do a great job and the result is well worth the cost. Mowing and trimming is a pleasure for me, when I can take such pride in my lawn.

Don't use this service. Over promise on program and don't come close to delivering. Whole organization untrained for a lousy product. I use Danbury CT and going to another vendor. At a social event yesterday in Westport, CT and met guy who mentioned lawncare and relayed terrible experience with "Lawn Care." He just cancelled contract and just went to another vendor.

Longtime Customer Satisfaction: I have had TruGreen service my lawn since before I lived at the house. My Grandmother used TruGreen there when she still lived there and when I moved in after she died, I kept the service. She was always impressed with the quality of the lawn and the thoroughness of the technicians.

I wasn't here when the last treatment was done. However when I am here the service tech always checks in with me before and after the treatment and offers suggestions to improve my lawn care. I like it when do not have to be present in order to receive the application. The service techs are always informative, polite and professional and we receive quality treatment.

Proper posting: Although I have no complaints about the service, I have asked in the past for the chemical's applied signs to be posted on the main road Tiverton. Front of the house rather than on the interior of the lawn. My liability is on the road side of my property.

He did a fantastic job. He is a credit to TRUGREEN. The TRUGREEN team has always gone above and beyond to deliver the very best of service to their clients. I am consistently impressed with their level of service when they visit my home. I would recommend them to everyone.

I would NOT recommend TruGreen Lawn Service to anyone. I gave instructions about how I wanted their service and three times didn't follow them. Specifically, I told them to only treat the front lawn, but they treated the whole lawn. I have dogs that go out the back, so I didn't want this part treated. When I canceled their service, they said they would not refund me for this treatment. They said they would only refund me the treatments I paid for in advance. I have not seen this refund yet and it's been well over 30 days. I have to keep calling them and "Rosie" doesn't offer me any help. She says the refund request went "off the billing" and it's out of her hands. She gives me the broken record routine and doesn't address this personally. This company doesn't communicate within. Be careful! If you are dealing with this company, pay them after the treatment.

I have been a TruGreen customer for some time. I just wish they would give my yard man adequate time to complete the service. They are always in a rush and don't have time to talk. My lawn looks great though.

I have been a customer of TruGreen for many years but 5 years ago my lawn was needing some work. I have never had an issue with the specialists and they are always professional and courteous. My lawn now is finally looking great for the true maintenance I have received. If I have any issues they do not hesitate to come and assist. They always call to remind me they are coming as per my request and show up when scheduled. I would recommend this company for lawn care.

I am currently using TruGreen for the 3rd straight residence. I have had nothing but positive experience for all three. Their personnel are very professional and take great care in doing a good job for their customers. My grass is strong, green, and is free of weeds.

Good experience. They show up as expected and perform the service they are paid to do. No complaints. My lawn looks twice as good as it did before Tru Green began helping me with it. The technicians are always friendly and respectful of my property. I have been satisfied with their service and their attitude.

Generally I have appreciated the service. My lawn is generally weed free and looked very good until stressful hot weather arrived in Durham. I have little or no confidence in my/your technician. I have areas of lawn that are totally dead that usually do not get that way. I suspect he over treated these areas with weed killer as they are where you might turn around a spreader or come to the end the line with a liquid application. Also I have decorative plants that have had significant die back or shriveled leaves which I believe are due to weed killer sprayed on them. Also I asked him about brown patch and he pointed to an area (about 2X a football) I know that was killed by dog pee and said "That looks like brown patch to me." I would prefer to have a new/different technician for future treatments. Thank you.

Specialist Dennis talked to me before starting job. Explained what he was going to do and why. Asked if I had any concerns. Very professional and pleasant to converse with. TruGreen is doing a great job in keeping our lawn looking good.

I am extremely satisfied with TruGreen's services. I have tried my own lawn maintenance, to no avail. TruGreen was able to correct my issues in a faster than expected timeframe. I would recommend to anyone looking for a lawn care company.

I am not hesitant to praise TRUGREEN and the technicians who treat my lawn. They maintain the lawn maintenance schedule and fully inform me as to the treatment provided along with areas that need attention.- especially regarding excessive watering. I highly recommend the yearly contract program as it assures consistent, reliable service which prevents major problems from developing. Like they say: "A weed killed in time prevents nine."

Our account was cancelled, they still came today to service the lawn for grubs. We did not request this service, and have been charged for it. When I called to inquire about the service, we were told you have to line item request cancellation of any lawn services provided. Thus, even though we believed the account was cancelled (especially since not one had come by all season) they still showed up. The service tech DID NOT attempt to contact us before he treated the lawn, or we would have told him not to do it. While the account is now closed, I still have to pay for today's services-- that I did not request. Highly dissatisfied with the service-- which is why we had thought we had closed service.

They claim scheduling problems. They put pre-emergence on my lawn 5/26 which burnt it out. I have more weeds than ever. I had Scotts previously and they took over Scotts and in no way, shape or form can they perform Scotts' service. I had to cancel and they said they would take care of me to keep me on board. They never return calls or showed up for appt. They reimbursed only partial of my whole yr contract, that after destroying my lawn. My neighbors have cancelled and one neighbor will also probably do so. His lawn is loaded with nut weed and TruGreen has not corrected the problem. Look for someone who knows how to take care of lawns and save your money.

The specialist rang our doorbell and explained that he was going to treat our lawn. After he finished he left a marker in the lawn that it was treated and to delay activity for a day. Our lawn is almost weed free and green. The neighbor across the street remarked that our lawn looked better than his. I recommended that he call your company. He did call and now is satisfied with his lawn.

This is our first time using TruGreen Lawn Care Service. So far, it has been a positive experience and I can see definite improvement in my lawn. I look forward to seeing the continued progress through this process. And if the success continues, I look forward to trying other services they have to offer.

Have recently begun to experience the usual summer heat related weed and crabgrass issues. Contacted TruGreen, and they scheduled an additional weed control treatment application within a few days. I was personally contacted by the regional manager to ensure me that the weed issue had been prioritized and was being addressed. Great service and follow up.

Jim has been excellent. He educates me about lawn care and genuinely wants to see my yard improve. He keeps me updated and informed of each application. My dogs love him and he gives me guidelines to follow after each application so I know they will be safe.

A recent call to fertilize and spray my ornamental trees. I felt I was given a very professional quote, conversation, and answer to all my questions. I was treated very well and I have agreed with this treatment being added to my lawn program.

My lawn has risen from the dead. It literally was mostly dirt in the backyard and now it looks lush and green. My specialist have been timely and friendly. They answer all my annoying questions with ease. If I have questions any other time about my lawn I can call the 800 number and get answers. The pricing is manageable if you are addicted to perfection.

Very good service and the Specialist was great. Did the job on time and the lawn has looked good all season long. We have been customers for a long time and our only concern has been the phone calls from people who know nothing about the service TruGreen provides.

Follow-up treatments due to any problems or with unsuccessful results are also prompt. Overall, a great company who stands behind their word!

I paid in advance for one year service for my home because I had crabgrass invading the marathon grass and my daughter's to improve and beatify her home. After 3 months I complained to the technician I still see crabgrass. After 6 months I complained again. After the one year service I had very a healthy crabgrass lawn so I cancelled service. The service continued and started billing me. I called a manager and explained the above, they said they would credit me the amount billed. Then the collection letters started. I called 8 times explaining and complaining, NO ASSISTANCE AT ALL. I ended up paying collections to avoid damaging my perfect credit. I would never use or recommend TruGreen to anyone.

I built a new home and hired TruGreen from day one. Fast forward to year two and I have medium size (3-4' circles) up the left side of my house and through the left side of my back yard. Lawn looks terrible in these areas. I called a few dozen times and their "experts" came out and after going back and forth for a year they came back with the soil was bad. This was after they tried to slice seed and nothing grew back.

The front yard looks great. The backyard looks lots better than it has, but it still has weeds, and some poison ivy. My trees and bush look better than ever and overall I am pleased with the service. The specialist, I usually don't see because of not being home but always friendly when I do see them and professional.

The technician was fast and efficient. He explained that if the weeds didn't die out in 7-10 days he would return for another treatment. He also explained to wait until the treatment had dried before letting any animals on the yard. He was very courteous.

Spring 2017 is the first time I started with TruGreen. And it has been a time consuming frustration! My first application was a long day of heavy rain, therefore I was on the phone for a reapplication. Second application seemed okay. The third application left my front and back lawn with a curly snake like trail from one end of lawn to the opposite end. Well since July 11, I have been on the phone numerous times (855-538-9630 number) with my paperwork and pictures of my burnt lawn. Yesterday morning AGAIN on the phone due to another application was scheduled for yesterday. Again sweet talking staff promising a return call to solve this.

I have a very large yard that the technician has to cover. They do a good job of getting the entire yard. My yard has a lot of different grasses and neighbors on both sides do not have a lawn care service. I know it is challenging to treat my yard but the technician helps make it look as good as it can under the circumstances. They always come when scheduled and will come again if we ask. They are always polite and let me know what they are doing and what the results will be.

I have taken great care of my lawn for about 8 years. I contacted TruGreen this year to help me diagnose and treat some bare patches that I was having trouble seeding. Three times, technicians came to my house to apply fertilizer and weed control, so they said. Each time, I asked them about the bare patches I had hired them to work on and the techs were totally unaware of my problem. They did their applications and I never heard back.

I have requested a lawn treatment retreat as the edges of my lawn are overrun with weeds and it seems the tech did not apply the treatment to the edges. I contacted customer service and was told I need to sign an authorization for the retreat. This was on a Monday- said I would receive a fax in 2 days and to just fax it back and the treatment would be completed. Called on Wednesday since I never rec'd the fax, said system said it was sent. Asked for it to be resent. Called on Friday and requested it be emailed since I never rec'd the fax again. Called on Monday- since no fax or email was rec'd. This time was told the system said the fax was sent on Wednesday but there was no note about the call on Friday for it to be emailed. Was told again that it would be sent within 2 days. Very frustrating that I have now made 4 calls and still am not getting any results.

My three technicians (customer service specialist, lawn technician, tree/shrub technician) within the Rochester, Michigan TruGreen Organization are great. Sandy **, Customer Service Technician, does an excellent job in making sure my appointments are scheduled properly with my home being the technician's first stop of the day. My most recent TruGreen experience involved my lawn technician, Kyle **, who is very professional and always timely. Kyle's lawn experience is evident; and he always talks to me about my lawn (current status, any changes I need to make, etc.). I think TruGreen offers good value for the money spent.

Gary ** is courteous and professional, taking care of all of our lawn problems to keep our lawn looking great. When the next-door neighbor asked about how we keep our lawn looking this great, we told them about TruGreen and its representatives who do the work to keep it this way. Every service person who has worked for TruGreen on our lawn has done an excellent job.

Since we first started using TruGreen's shrub/bush program, we have seen a major improvement in the appearance of our landscaping. Plants are stronger and have less problems with the leaves yellowing or having spots. Our home is fairly new and the landscaping is absolutely stunning!

My parents called and had an appointment set up for TruGreen to come out and spray their yard of an advertising special that the company was offering of $29.95. When TruGreen tech came out he would not give my parents the deal of the $29.95. The technician claimed that it was a mistake and stated, "He wishes that the company would not run that ad, because it isn't true. The tech then stated he would need to see the back yard to get a quote but could not tell us a price. We never let the technician back in the yard due to the fact he started at a price well over 50 dollars or more depending on the square footage.

Work was completed as expected and I am happy with the results. The technician did what I expected. The work was completed as scheduled and on-time. I am happy with Trugreen and would recommend them to other customers. My lawn looks better and grass is growing in the bare spots that I had.

We have had TruGreen provide our lawn service since 2008. Each time a service is performed, we are pleased. The person who is providing a one of the services we have with TruGreen has been friendly and knowledgeable. They will always stop to answer questions too. We started with lawn, tree and shrub services and added mosquito and service for our sprinkler system.

So far the men and women from TruGreen have been professionals with the tasks performed. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because I still have weeds and I hope with further treatments this can be corrected. I hate a weed and this is the reason I called TruGreen in the first place.

The TruGreen specialists that come to service my lawn always do a great job! My centipede lawn is perfectly "Granny Smith Apple" green and it is because of their professionalism and the quality of their work. I do give them additional instructions most times they come by, and they always take my additional information and instructions and use them to make my lawn look even better.

Love the service. My lawn looks better than my neighbors except for a few tiny brown spots. The only problem I have is that I'm not sure I'll be able to continue too much longer due to the cost. Is there a senior citizen discount? I'm now retired and may have to reduce expenses soon.

I appreciated the tech informing me that my lawn was showing signs of leaf spot disease with recommendations on how to treat it. However, a few days after the lawn was serviced I noticed a number of areas that turned yellowish brown. A friend who is a professional landscaper informed me it was a chemical burn from the fertilizer put down. I was a bit disappointed as we are having a large party this weekend and the grass is not looking it's best. Any recommendations on treating these areas would be appreciated. Thank you.

Once I had my first application and met Chris, I was very pleased with his knowledge and recommendations. My only complaint, and it has nothing to do with Chris, was after I sent in my request for information, I got called by 3 or 4 different people (which I can appreciate because I myself am a Director of Global Sales for our company) trying to sell me this service. I finally was contacted by Matt (he told me he was the LOCAL person for TruGreen) so I signed up with him. Which I prefer. I have even been called back by someone from another State after I already signed up with Matt to try and get me to sign up. Evidently he didn't know I was already a client. Just saying it's a little aggravating to get so many calls. I guess it's better than no one calling which I've experience with others. Thank you.

I am happy with my lawn care thus far. My specialist is very helpful and courteous. Any questions/concerns are handled efficiently. I have recommended TruGreen to my friends. Those that have obtained these services are happy with their results.

The specialist, Jeremy **, that treats my lawn is just wonderful. He does such a good job and is always so friendly and helpful. I have had many people walk by my house and tell me how nice my lawn looks. Because of the unusual amount of rain this year, I am getting crab grass in the front lawn where I have no shade and the grass is a bit thinner. I called to see if there was anything that could be done to remedy the problem and Jeremy was here in a couple of days putting an extra treatment on the lawn where needed. I really like getting a phone call the day before I am scheduled for a treatment so that I can get the lawn mowed if needed.

First let me tell you that I have this service at my home and a rental and they have been wonderful. BUT, based on this service I hired Trugreen to do our other rental. I'm selling this house and the tenants neglected everything including the lawn. The first application was June 27th. They left the traditional "hi I was here" and the flags were up so I knew they were there. I was very disappointed that they had not done the backyard!?? Why? Not sure, but the gate is tough to get in to, so I figured the tech thought it was locked. OK, I get it. Can you call the customer or indicate that on the communication you left in my mailbox? I guess not. I call after the July 4th holiday, now my front lawn is done, but the back yard is off schedule. Remember I'm trying to sell my house. They schedule the backyard application for July 12th. On the 15th (Saturday) I call and tell them no one came and did the backyard.

Keeps my lawn healthy and looking green without my needing to worry about what chemicals to use or when to apply them and what the application should be. The crew that apply the chemicals are friendly and helpful and are willing to answer any questions I may have.

I was bitten by a deer tick in the spring and it turns out that I am severely allergic to them. My husband and I decided to have TruGreen treat our property for ticks and mosquitos. It is now the middle of July and we haven't been tick or mosquito free at all up to this point. We have swarms of mosquitos on our entire property even on the days that they treat. We make sure that weeds are kept down and there is no standing water on our property. This week I had put about 4" of treated water in my trash dumpster to clean the dumpster on the morning that TruGreen came.

At my Mom's house we removed a crab apple tree in her front yard about 10 years ago and the roots ended up attracting a bunch of grubs that ruined the yard. I ended up getting TruGreen's lawn care for my Mom's birthday a couple years ago and the yard looks amazing. The before and after photos would show how much of a difference TruGreen has made. Anything I can do to make my Mom happy is well worth it.

Disappointed with follow up and resolution to a problem. I have been experiencing a problem with my lawn and the problem has persisted for several weeks until I applied a treatment myself. You keep promising that someone will come out but that doesn't happen. The third time is this week so you have 2 more days to live up to your promise. Callbacks are a real problem for TruGreen.

I had nothing but positive dealings with TruGreen. They have come regularly and always left their recommendations on keeping my grass looking good. When I had a dog I requested they call before they came which they did every time. I would recommend TruGreen.

The local TruGreen service techs have always shown up promptly, worked efficiently and been courteous. They have been neatly dressed for their tasks and launched right into their work. Whenever I've asked a question, they were knowledgeable and knew the answer. On a couple of occasions, the technician offered friendly advice regarding mowing techniques and lawn patches. They appeared to enjoy their work. I was pleasantly surprised that one of the technicians took back a few soil samples for analysis in order to customize future types and amounts of application products that TruGreen would apply.

I contracted for pesticide treatment to kill off a lawn ant overpopulation that was killing lawn. There was no other service contracted for. The form they wanted me to sign had the first treatment listed with dates that had already long since passed. I refused to sign that contract as have had experience with companies using their printed wrong dates to say you have gotten all the treatments when you have not. So eventually they decided to just do 4 treatments instead of 5 and refund me one treatment. When they came out to do the first treatment they added broadleaf treatment which I did not order because our lawn is purposefully overseeded with white clover for resilience. This killed the clover in the front yard. They also stated in writing that the pets could be on the lawn several days later.

TruGreen is a reliable company that has taken care of our lawn, tree & shrub needs. If there's ever a problem, they do not hesitate to come out and see if there's something they can do to resolve it. We have used TruGreen's services for a number of years and will continue to do so.

The last application did not kill the clover and there were also some weeds. Otherwise I have been satisfied with the service and I like the call to tell me when they will spray the lawn. The person doing the spraying has always been polite and tried to be helpful.

My service representative is always courteous. He knocks on the door to let you know he has arrived. Trudy, always gives you a prior call to let you know the date he will arrive. Like the service. As the first person told me when he arrived "don't expect miracles in the first year" which I knew was the case as it takes time to re-establish a lawn. By this time next year, with TruGreen's assistance, I hope to have all the bare spot filled, weeds gone and a lush and healthy lawn.

TruGreen called me...asking for credit #. When I received the call I said I didn't know who he was and I would not give #. Also told him I don't want their annual program. His response was he would do one application for $40. I ask how he could do that because most Francisco's required (3). He said he was off the "GRID" and would do it anyway. The first service didn't work. Called back a employee came back and said give it more time. Never got rid of any weeds or clover. The owner in Waukesha WI is a scam artist and TruGreen should take away his Franchise... Scam artist. Never signed a contract or seen one.

I have had TruGreen for many years now and always seem to get the best service. My grass is the greenest and cleanest on the street and I am always complimented on the nice green grass. I do not see the service people many times but the work is always done to my satisfaction. I do have some concerns regarding weeds or should I say cherry trees appearing in my lawn which are very difficult to remove, actually impossible would be the word. So if anyone has any ideas that would help, I would appreciate the help.

I signed up for mosquito repellent. I've had three applications and still have horrible mosquitoes. I have also been charged on my credit card when service has not been completed. I have been dealing with salesman Robert ** and he doesn't return phone calls. He also did not mention an extra $70 charge for grubs that was Applied to my credit card that I did not ask for nor want. I can't seem to get a refund for it either. The office says it is the sales person that needs to tell you about the charge and they get this complaint a lot. Well maybe the salesman should start taking it out of their Commission instead of taking it out of people's account that they don't know about! This is a scam. I am truly disappointed in TruGreen and their customer service.

The Specialist are friendly and professional. When I call for concerns, they are resolved promptly. They call me before they come to service the lawn. Always leaves the sign on the lawn and the invoice in the mail which they have suggestions for any upgrades.

The weeds and crabgrass are almost all gone and the lawn looks nice and green. The service man, John was very helpful explaining to me that I should raise my lawn mower blade so I won't cut the grass too short and cause it to burn up. I did raise the blade and the lawn looks much better. I find that the liquid application is more effective than the granular.

I had TrueGreen mosquito service conducted on my yard 2 weeks ago before July 4th. The dumb tech sprayed everywhere. What was left was a white film all over my plants, trees and my son's toys. It stained everything. I called customer service to log a complaint. The local franchise manager came out and looked and said he never saw anything like it. He said he sprayed areas he wasn't suppose to- including an evergreen trees and rocks as well as toys, patio etc. He wasn't sure what happened - he "didn't agitate the jugs". Told me to spray water on it and it has a 30 day cycle. He wasn't gonna charge me for the treatment! He couldn't answer about the toys and said to leave my son out of the yard.

The specialist was very friendly and professional in our discussion of the applications and my lawn needs, which sold me on the use of TruGreen. The timeliness of application after my call was great and the quality of the job was exceptional, and will be more apparent as time progresses. I feel the value for the cost is right on point for the market and job done. I look forward to the following applications for my home needs. My most recent experience with TruGreen was today. This was for mosquito control. The specialist was courteous and answered my questions. I cannot compare the work done to that of another company, e.g., Mosquito Authority, because this is the first time I've had a service for mosquitoes. I can say that I have not seen a mosquito on my skin since the service started last month.

The overall service in controlling weeds and keeping my lawn green has been good. However, I was disappointed after losing some grass to grubs. I had asked my specialist about the distressed grass, but he didn't check the grass and its roots. He simply told me it needed more water. I asked him again the next time and he pulled up some distressed grass and said it was grub damage. I had to replace that grass this spring.

When I strictly had Scott's service people, they were fairly consistent each visit. With TruGreen I seem to frequently have a different service person. I prefer to have the same person each time so he/she gets to know my property and is familiar with the problems I may have. It is a little tiring having to discuss my problems each time with a different service person. If I am not home, that makes it more difficult.

I have two homes, I had fertilizer, shrub and mosquito treatments for both. I was very skeptical about the mosquito treatment and let TruGreen know my neighbors were not participating so what would stop the mosquitoes from coming into my property? I was assured it didn't matter. Of course it didn't work at either home. I actually think the mosquitoes are attracted to the treatment. Really why I'm writing this is the customer service is horrendous. They will not work with you when you want to cancel. I was hung up at when I said there was nothing they could do to change my mind. They continued to cold call me even when I had the service. NEVER use these guys. Stay with a local company that cares about you.

My most recent experience with TruGreen was Tuesday, July 11, 2017. The technician had knocked on my door to let me know he was treating my lawn. At the time, I could not answer. As soon as I could, I stepped outside and met him as he was coming across the front lawn. He and I spoke a few minutes. He made it a point to let me know what he was doing and why. I appreciated the thoroughness.

I have been very happy with TruGreen except the last visit resulted in a burnt area in my front yard about 5 feet by three feet. It looks like a chemical burn and the grass is completely yellow and dead. Otherwise, very happy.

We had a scheduled appointment for TruGreen today, July 7, 2017. I called this morning and this afternoon to ensure that the tech was still coming out to service our lawn. Both times, I was told that we were still scheduled and the tech was still coming. Due to my concern of a no-show, I asked the Trugreen representative, what time should I start getting concerned and she told me that they work sometimes until around 6 pm and sometimes the trucks don't get back to the company until after 7 pm. She said that if the tech has not shown up by 6 pm to give them a call. Well, I called at 5:18 pm today and was told that the trucks don't spray after 5 pm. Totally got jerked around today.

Although always satisfied with service provided by your company, my last experience was a disappointment. I requested that you provide something to kill the vegetation in a circular bed by the patio in my back garden. You sprayed it twice last year which was not successful. You sprayed it again last week and again it was not successful. Spending $60.00 each time without results I find totally unsatisfactory.

Our grass in our yard has become weed infested although they have sprayed for weeds about 4 times. They have been treating our yard for St. Augustine grass although they "did a complete evaluation of our yard" prior to services rendered. We have Zoysia grass which requires different treatment and to date no one has had the chemicals on their truck. Last Monday, they said they would be out by last Friday with the correct chemicals to spray for weeds. That didn't happened. Still waiting for results as they have a "guarantee". We will see what happens.

By following the advice given last year, and continuing this summer, my lawn looks amazing. No weeds, lush grass, no insect damage. I'm delighted with the result. I'm confident that the ongoing care of my lawn specialist will keep it looking good all summer.

I have been extremely please with the personal and professional service of my TruGreen service specialist (Antonio **). He takes great pride in making sure my property looks at best. He gives me important information so that we can keep our property looking great between services.

The price is fair. Their staff polite and sincere as well as quick and efficient when they work. The fertilization works however the weed control leaves much to be desired. The first weed control seemed later has the dandelions had gone to seed. The broad leafs did seem to die however. The summer weed control seemed to have no effect and my wife and have needed to pull weeds and I finally bought Weed B Gon and sprayed it myself in the hope to eliminate them.

They are always informative as to when your service will occur. The results I get from TruGreen are good. One thing I would like to see is when they are spreading the granules that it all gets on the grass. Most of the time it does get on the grass but also a lot of waste occurs because the granules are all over the sidewalk and driveway.

I have had TruGreen for many years. I have had excellent service from the lawn care service and the shrubbery service. So far this summer I can't say the mosquito control is working. But we have also had rain daily for a month now. My lawn care specialist is always on time and is very conscientious. My lawn survived a very harsh summer last year from the drought. I totally attribute that to the lawn being in such good condition.

For now, and this is my second year of a TruMaintenance Lawn Service; 7 services per year). I signed up for the 1st year and paid $571.67, and prepaid my 2nd year (now in progress) at $578.20. My service technician is great and the TruGreen products applied have shown a beautiful lawn, however, for the money, I should receive more passes through the lawn on service day to eliminate the undesirables in my yard. I do believe that for what I am paying I should also receive service applied for grub control without any additional cost. For the money paid, apply what my yard needs. I am seeing introductory offers by TruGreen much less than my annual service fee.

Everyone comments about how good looking my lawn is. In fact last year I won best lawn in my section of Bear Creek. If there is ever a problem all you have to do is call the company and they will send someone out to your property to take care of the problem.

I tried for 4 years to get my lawn into shape and nothing worked. It already looks better this year than at any time before. Service techs have been extremely professional and I could not be happier. Will renew again next year.

TruGreen have improved the look and feel of our lawn since we moved into this house 5 years ago. It was just weeds back then but now we have soft green grass. I have been told that the products used change periodically to improve the health of my lawn. Londonderry New Hampshire - For 2 years I've asked for LIQUID fertilizer and NOT Granules. Several times they came out and put down granules anyways. I've spoken to their drivers, I've called and it has not helped. This year I asked for fertilizer with NO broad weed leaf killer in it. They said, "We'll make a note to the file." They came out while I was at work and put down the fertilizer with the weed killer and now I have areas that are barren. I called and complained and they said, "Noted we'll take care of it..." The bill arrived. I sent it back. I called again and they responded with a supposed email to the branch and still nothing. I was home on vacation and a TruGreen tech came out and I asked what he had in the truck for me and again it was fertilizer with weed killer. I sent him on his way and called the office. I then received 2 phone calls from a gentlemen that sounded very Indian. I could not understand a word he said so I hung up twice.

We enjoyed working with True Green! Anytime we called them, they replied quickly. They always came out to reapply our weed control anytime we needed it. They have a lot of services to offer to you also. You can either accept the services or not and they will not pressure you into something you do not want to have done!

My lawn looks great. I was experiencing a problem with dandelions growing on the edge of the lawn and sidewalk and driveway, but when I reported it, the problem was dealt with in a timely manner and I am VERY happy with the service.

They do a good job on my yard. But, they do not offer all of the services some other TRUGREEN affiliates offer. This particular affiliate did not offer tree pruning but, told me it needed to be done and to contact them for pricing.

The lawn was not good when I started the treatment but now my lawn is great. The bushes are not free from insects. So I can sit outside longer not worrying about the bugs in the trees and my grass looks really good.

Shortly after a TruGreen treatment in mid May our lawn developed hundreds of brown circular patches. According to their website it looked like Dollar Spot Disease. I was in contact with a customer service rep by email and asked for a contact in management since previous consumer complaints about poor weed control were not resolved. That individual WOULD NOT give me a contact and told me to work with the technician who worked on my lawn. I was however assured me that someone would be out to examine the current spotting situation on June 12, 2017.

My lawn looks AMAZING!! And that's not easy to achieve in the hot temps and sandy soil of Columbia, SC. The technicians that show up to do the lawn care are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and they encourage me to mow and water properly. They tell me that together we get the lawn looking great and in healthy condition. It truly is a bargain, because TruGreen can use much more potent and effective products than I can purchase in a store. I would have to buy a lot more product and use it more frequently to get the same result. So, my contract with TruGreen is a much better deal. When I call the office with any kind of question or problem, they give me good information and send a technician right away to take care of anything that needs reapplication.

As I indicated before I like your company & what you stand for in quality of service, but the person that comes out represents you. So ask them to take their time spraying lawns & do not burden them with too many accounts in one day. Then they can see if there are additional weeds growing and rectify that problem then without coming back again & again which cost you additional monies. Take care of that problem and you will stay at FIVE STAR RATING.

Sean ** has performed the majority of my services this year and he is an outstanding provider. He is very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I've spoken with him on different occasions and I'm impressed on his customer service. Sean always has a smile and a friendly greeting.

The best bang for your dollar! I get so many compliments on my lawn when we have guest over. TruGreen employees always do a great job, leave me tips to help my lawn out and call a day ahead to schedule the service. I have a large yard and I couldn't treat my lawn any cheaper if I did it myself.

I would give zero stars if possible. Very expensive and treatments are poor. Have CCTV of service person just get out of his truck, put the invoice on the front door, and leave without ever conducting the service. TruGreen will not honor their service agreement with you. They will manipulate the service to burn through your contract so they can charge you more than you agreed to. Customer service is rude. Account manager is even ruder. I do not recommend this company. Find someone else. TruGreen feels that they are big business and they can just walk all over the customer.

I was not here on the last visit. This particular visit was to examine the property for any damage to the lawn, trees and shrubs. Noticed bugs and fungus on the shrubs and trees. They have always been a problem. I treat them myself and have told the technicians this. It does no good it just comes back. I do not see much point in paying extra for something that does no good. Especially when I can do it myself if I choose. Otherwise, the Complete Lawn Service I have has really helped my lawn. It is working so well I renewed my contract for 2017. There have been a few problems in 2016 that took some time to get it to be heard by the right person. It was resolved and everything is going well.

They called me ahead of time about the service. I wasn't there when the technician applied the treatment, but a small sign was left as well as a door hanging with details of what was applied. In the past when I had an issue, they responded directly to me, based on my response to a follow-up survey which surprised me. They resolved my issue and I have continued as a client with them.

This spring I discovered serious lawn damage from grub activity. I contacted my specialist Rick ** who acknowledged the problem and accepted responsibility. He took photos of the many grubs and damaged areas. He set in motion a restoration plan including aeration, new seeding, and starter fertilizer. He also sprayed to kill the grubs. The plan has progressed well and this week he was able to give the first treatment to kill weeds as there are many. I believe Rick will continue aggressive practices to return my lawn to the original condition.

The current service was satisfactory, the previous service was not acceptable. During the previous service the technician was asked to fertilize a section of my yard, he indicated that it did not get enough sun and it was not worth fertilizing.

A valued aspect of using TruGreen Lawn Care is just them coming and getting the job done without much fussy contact. Leaving a voicemail message is perfect for us. I had to change a application visit due to watching 3 dogs and they were very accommodating. Easy company to work with.

Nice work done!!! Good service, great results and I'm pleased with the lawn. When they first started my lawn was full of weeds and did not look healthy at all. Now, it is very different and healthy green with no dandelions!!!

Generally I am happy with the service provided by TruGreen service people. The people who visit our property are professional and work hard at providing quality services. Our yard is mostly free of weeds and stays green throughout the growing season.

Lawn's appearance has improved and should be perfect with additional treatments. Always get a call from the specialists or an automated call to let you know when they're coming so that you can remove locks from gates or make other preparations. Good service.

My technician that has came the last two (2) times name is Nick **. He is a true professional all the way and I would rate him on a scale of 0 to 10 a Major 10+. Also I called to place an order for later this year having the Aeration & Over-Seeding done. I received a return phone call from the local Nashville, TN. sales mgr, Jacob. He handled everything excellent and was very, very helpful with the planning and correct timing to have that service done. So all my personal experiences with TRUGREEN recently have been "EXCELLENT"!!! Thank you guys and look forward to continuing doing business with you.

The TruGreen lawn specialist arrived at our house and the weather was cold and raining. Since this was a spray application, I wasn't worried about the rain diluting the pesticide application. The specialist was very cordial and professional. He mentioned he had the option of calling it a day but wanted to get my lawn done. I watched the specialist apply the product. I thought he would rush the job and take a few shortcuts. The specialist took his time and hit every inch of lawn. He was soaked and wet, the weather was "crap", and the wind was blowing. The specialist did a good job in challenging conditions... He carried on. You have a good, dedicated employee here.

My experience with TruGreen has been exceptional. My lawn at the beginning of the treatment was burned down and did not look green at all. After I sign in for the services they very clearly told me that I wasn't able to see results right away. I was a little bit skeptical at first but they were right. Three months after they started the first treatment my grass start looking better. One year later that will be last month my grass look greener than ever. It looks like a golf course. Now I know why you guys sponsor the PGA tour.

This company will take your money. They have bad customer service, very unorganized with visits. After almost 2 months, my lawn looks terrible. Weed keeps growing, and I have brown spots all over. No fertilization has been done in the 3 visits I have received. I called them countless times, set up visits and they don't show up. They come to treat my lawn when they feel like it. Manager is useless, all he gave me were excuses. I will not be renewing my services with them ever again, they are thieves.

The new startup in Mankato, MN has been a challenge for the TruGreen team. However, their attitude has been refreshing and their performance has been stellar. We moved to Mankato last September and the yard was a disaster. With the expertise of the TruGreen team, we have surprised all the neighbors. The yard is coming around and the scuttlebutt is, they may let us stay in the area. Thanks to TruGreen.

We used Scotts Lawn service prior to them being bought out by TruGreen. We never had any issues with Scotts. We were notified by a phone call from a lady from customer care department that we owed 80.00 to TruGreen. I told her we never have used TruGreen and she then informed me they bought out Scotts. I let her know that they had never treated our yard. She said that it was only due to bad weather and all of the rain but we still needed to pay what we owed. Mind you we paid Scotts by the year, and they had excellent customer service! They would notify us by mail any time they were getting ready to treat our lawn.

My first application scheduled April 3. They never showed. They didn't show for the next two appointments and finally did first treatment May 19 after I had to speak to a supervisor. I spoke to supervisor after next appointment was a no show and she said she would personally track my account. On June 27, 6 weeks after first application (should have been 4 weeks) man shows and says he is scheduled to do only front yard. I told him to leave and requested my money back. If on schedule my 4th treatment should have been due in one week and I only had one so far. The service is an excellent one but they have no idea what they are doing!

I have been a customer of TruGreen for more than 6 years. I paid for 3 of their services. I couple months ago they put too much chemical on my grass and burnt it. They came out and said I had a fungus. I hired a second opinion and he said that too much chemical was applied and it burnt. I called TruGreen back and a supervisor looked at it and confirmed that they burnt it and would fix it by aerating and nitrogen. They didn't show up. I called again. A second supervisor assured me it would be taken care of because they stand behind their service. No show. I paid for someone else to come out and fix my lawn. Extremely dissatisfied and will hire another company instead!
