I'm not always home when my lawn is serviced, but when I do get a chance to speak with the specialist he has always been responsive to my concerns and was able to answer my questions. I have been a TruGreen customer for about 4 years and my lawn has never looked better.

As always, Mike ** was efficient and thorough. But even more than that, he's a delight to work with. Nothing ever seems too much for him to do, too much for him to answer. And when he's asked to do specific things, he never forgets or fails to do them. For example, I've asked him not to put any chemicals around my birdfeeders in the backyard, and he never fails to acquiesce. Good man. Good job. Great products.

TruGreen is very service orientated and always call to remind us that the service person will be on my property the following day. The operator comes and goes quietly getting the job done professionally. I would recommend this company. Thank you.

As previously stated, excellent service, timely, correct procedure for lawn as required and as contracted. Tech always either leaves detailed notes or speaks with me, depending on my availability. Service call is always first given to allow time to secure dogs.

I have employed TruGreen to treat my yard for a number of years, and I am pleased with the job performed. This season, given the dry Summer, the lawn looks as good as can be expected. I very much appreciate the efforts of the efficient technician providing application(s).

I have been a customer for two years and they have taken care of my lawn. Every time there is something I want done I just have to call and they are here within three or four days. I am very pleased with the way they have treated me. I am going to tell my daughter to call them next year to take care of her lawn.

TruGreen has always been on time, professional and, the lawn looks good. I don't see the specialist however, I receive notification they are coming, they arrive as scheduled and always leave a note. The note details what they did, what I can expect, and any suggestions to assist in maintaining the lawn. I think the value is good.

Spraying for nutsedge and other weed control. Matthew ** has made a conscientious effort to attack my entire lawn. He was concerned enough to read the comments I had passed on to the Customer Service people. I really appreciate his attention to detail and his kindness.

We have been with TruGreen almost a year. We have received nothing but excellent service from the technicians and office staff at TruGreen. The Technicians have always came to the door to let us know they are on our property and what type of service they will be performing. Technicians are complete and professional as they treat our lawn. They will also recommend what may or may not be needed to keep our lawn healthy.

I was very pleased with the service. The service person rang my doorbell to see if I was at home, told me what he was putting on the grass and what the treatment was but he could not print it out on the ticket because his printer in his truck was not working.

I am very pleased with the quality of the service I receive from TruGreen. I have used them for a few years now and my yard looks great. Further, their service persons are very pleasant and courteous. I recommend TruGreen!

East Tennessee area. Been under contract one year. Very young kids run the equipment. Treatment have been spotty and ineffective. They don't come when scheduled and there is no local phone number. Just aerated and reseeded about half my yard for the price of the whole yard. Run from these people.

I was having a problem with crabgrass in my lawn. My local customer service agent, Christina, was able to describe to me why I was getting the crabgrass, what could be done to treat it (the free service return) and how to re-seed those areas. She scheduled for the tech to come out. Rob was on time, walked the yard with me, treated the lawn and took care of my problem. I was considering leaving TruGreen, but these two saved the account.

If I could give this business zero stars, I would, as it does not deserve even one star. Customer service is appallingly horrible. The very first application burned my lawn. I was extremely upset about this, as we hired TruGreen to make sure our lawn looked great for a huge family party. After being told that there was nothing TruGreen could do (aside from spray painting my burned grass green, which I declined), I was informed that we would receive a full refund, as we prepaid for the year. Saying the buck was passed from one "manager" to the next is putting it mildly. It has been over 6 weeks and we have yet to receive our refund.

I am very happy with the TruGreen service that I received this season. I have gotten nice comments from my neighbors about my lawn. I really like the automated calls to my cell letting know when my service person is coming.

I have TruGreen to do my lawn care, mosquito control and just recently tree and shrub care. All the the people they send to my house are very friendly and knowledgeable about the company and their job. I have recommended TruGreen to my friends and family. Especially the mosquito control!! I can now enjoy my backyard deck all summer long without being bit my mosquitoes.

After an application parts of my lawn died. TruGreen sent a representative and confirmed that the lawn was overfertilized. I was told I would have the problem fixed and be refunded for the service. I was not refunded or compensated for the lawn damage. After repeatably calling and emailing the company stated there is nothing they can do but a manager would call me. No one has contacted me. They will not refund my payments or fix my lawn and have very poor customer service. I will never use their service again.

The quality of our lawn has dramatically improved in the past year because of TruGreen's help. Our weeds and alien grass types are gone now for a nice harmony to the Bermuda. The specialist seems to come when we are not home so we have never met or talked to him/her. As to value, the annual cost between $400-500 was a bit steep for us retirees but the results have been satisfying.

My yard really looks good. It saves me time in purchasing fertilizer and then applying it. I don't have any weeds in my yard and I get a lot of compliments as to how my yard looks. It's also easy to maintain which gives me time to do other fun things.

Appearance of the lawn has been great all summer. The treatment specialist arrived as scheduled, rang the doorbell, and was courteous and friendly. She proceeded to apply the treatment needed at this particular time. Service was excellent. Statement was left at the front door. All went well.

Specialist was great. We still have some spots in our lawn. I hope they try and fix. Most of the lawn still looks nice. How is the best way to get rid of the spots. It would be nice if the spots are removed.

They have always been prompt and yard looks much better. I have had several conversations with company personnel and service technician and all have been very easy to talk to and work with on issues. Would recommend company. They always call before coming to let us know what day of service.

TruGreen is the best. Highly recommended. The staff is well trained and communicates well. I have shown my lawn to my neighbors and they are impressed. "How did you do it??" I didn't. TruGreen did it all and at a reasonable price.

Best looking lawn in my neighborhood. I have been a TruGreen customers for a lot of years. TruGreen and I make a good partnership in the lawn business. Anytime I've an issue with weeds or tech I can just call. The operator understand my issue and help to resolve immediately.

I can't believe what this people did to my lawn. After the renovation I put grass 3 times. Excuses over excuses. Long story short the grass in my home is horrible. Before the renovation my lawn was beautiful (I have pictures to show). I said I will not pay any longer until a manager shows up to talk and take responsibility. Instead they sent me to collection for $100. First time in my life. This is why is better to contract a local company where you can always have access to a manager and not an answer machine. Awful experience.

My most recent experience with TruGreen's lawn treatment specialist, was a good one. My lawn is green and almost weed free. There are some weeds in my backyard. The lawn specialist is very friendly and professional. He offers a variety of lawn care recommendations to promote a quality lawn. He has come on Saturday once for a callback service, because of the weeds in my backyard. I was not aware that TruGreen provided weekend service. He is always pleasant, focused, and provides good pointers to promote a healthy lawn. I like the idea of the free retreat service. My specialist appears to treat my entire yard. I have had previous TruGreen specialist to only treat the front yard, not being aware that I was at home watching from the window. I am glad to have a professional Specialist presently!

The TruGreen specialist showed up when I just finished mowing my lawn. He was there to provide Tree and Shrub service. We had a nice chat and discussed what he would do and what I should do after he completed the service. The specialist did not know the scope of what he was to do to my trees and shrubs so we discussed that. Either no one filled him in on the scope of work or he did not do his homework. He did his job and left. I should say that my trees and shrubs have never looked better except for my birch clump that the Japanese beetles nearly defoliated. Other than that I'm completely satisfied with the service.

I have noticed that the lawn remains in the same condition since taking over my previous provider. I like the service advice left in my door when the service is completed. It is convenient for me to pay in advance to avoid late payments and the time to write out checks. Thanks for the special service.

I was on vacation when TruGreen serviced my lawn. I didn't need to be home to be guaranteed good service. I always get great service. My service technician Chad ** always knows what needs to be done to my lawn and he does the job as if I was watching over his shoulders. My lawn is always the best looking lawn on my street. TruGreen calls me to schedule my service & if I can't take the call they leave me a message telling me when I can expect them to arrive. I get more than my money's worth in the quality of work performed and the confidence I have in TruGreen and my service specialist Chad ** and a lawn I can be proud of.

Each service is done and explained to us as to what service was provided and what we can expect. We are pleased with the results and don't have to figure it out ourselves. This is good since we are not competent to figure it out on our own!

Great service from an excellent technician who was servicing my lawn for Scotts Lawn Service before TruGreen bought them. Because of his care, my lawn is a deeper green and thicker than my neighbors' lawns. The difference is quite noticeable.

I am a homeowner and have used TruGreen for over 6 years. They have always been on time with their services. My technician is very thoughtful. He always remember to close my gates so that my pets (dog) will not be able to go out into the street.

TruGreen is very efficient and prompt. They call and let us know when they will be at my house and then follow up and are there like they said. They always leave a note about what they observed and what they did to address the issue.

The technician is very good and is attempting to manage one particularly virulent weed infestation. His treatments definitely help but it will probably take numerous treatments for this particular weed as they seem to be coming back. Still a good job and he is trying hard to keep them under control.

Our specialist is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and I appreciate the lead time I get prior to their coming. Our lawns look better each year. We have significant problems with crabgrass but he is working on in, Rome wasn't built in a day. The mosquito problem has been so significantly impacted that spending evenings outdoors has become a benefit that we haven't been able to enjoy for a very long time. If only he could do something about the smoke from the forest fires. I'm sure TruGreen could do a better job of forest management than the government is doing.

My lawn looks great even with the current hard climate times in Nebraska. They've always been on time as scheduled per the text I receive in advance. I can't remember the last time they had to reschedule other than for weather. The guys are always nice and friendly when we're home to talk with them. I have to admit I did shop around a few years back when I wasn't getting the service that I've grown accustomed to and found the value for the money spent is excellent with TruGreen. I have recommended TruGreen to all of my neighbors and a lot of my friends and business associates.

The field specialist did good job and solve my problem. May be due to the rain, I saw a lot flying bug hovering over my lawn during the night time and many nut grass and spurge pop up around one side of yard.

I have used TruGreen for several years now, and have found them to be very caring about the quality of their work. Of course there have been problems along the way, but they have been very helpful about getting them corrected.. I have found that if you can be home when they arrive for the application, they are very considerate, listen to your request, and work with you to get it taken care of.. They truly do want you to have a good experience. They understand they need you as much as you need them...

I was charged close to $500 for six months of service. My lawn looks basically the same as when they started. I called to ask about why I had so many mushrooms. Their response: "We don't do mushrooms." My neighbor has no lawn service. Their lawn looks better than mine. That is sad. We've had plenty of rain. I have an irrigation system. No excuse for my not having a rich, green lawn. The kicker was when another TruGreen agent left a flyer on my door. He checked off every box for needs. Basically, he said my lawn sucked. Now either he was telling the truth, and my $500 paid for nothing, or they say that to every homeowner hoping to gin up sales. Either way, a poor way to run a company.

The fact that the specialist tries to speak to me if I am at home is a great feature. Doug ** is very knowledgeable and has explained what he is treating and how the lawn is doing. He also answers any specific questions I might have about any apparent problems.

TruGreen guarantees that grass will grow but does not deliver this at all. No grass grew in my dead spots, nor did TruGreen even seem concerned with as to why and did not customize a program for such dead spots. They only rush through the appointments, applying the very same treatment on all lawns regardless of individual needs. No one at TruGreen asked to speak with me about my poor experience, which I clearly stated to the customer service representatives several times when I called to complain and ultimately cancel the service, nor did anyone at TruGreen come to my home and evaluate the failure of the business to deliver on the promise to grow grass. TruGreen guarantees grass will grow but does not back this guarantee up with action, or even with interest, when grass does not grow as guaranteed.

I have had TruGreen 2 years. The first year was fabulous and this year is awful. My grass is half dead and full of grubs which they sprayed for. The skunks have made holes everywhere. I called and was told that they spray so the grubs will not eat the grass. Not for the skunks who eat the grubs. I was upset with this answer. I terminated the service. Now I have dead grass full of weeds (which they said they sprayed for too) and they will not answer my call. I will add pictures and this is after 2 years of service.

First of all signed up with a month in advance. Even called a couple of days in advance telling them it must be done on the Friday. I was going to be home and lawn would be prepared for aeration, overseeding, and revive. Didn't come on Friday even after I was told the GM was going to have it done on Friday after coming from Pueblo. They didn't come on Saturday.

This service made my grass look new again! It seemed to stay nice and green all summer long even with the dry weather we had. My specialist (Jordan) was great! Always with a smile and ready to answer any and all questions I had. I always received notice when my application was to be done and Jordan is always there when expected. I enjoyed seeing my yard green and healthy looking all summer long and the value of this was a bargain! This was my first year of having my yard handled by experts and the early savings deal made it even better!

I have multiple services with TruGreen. This includes Mosquito protection, shrubs and trees and lawn protection. They have made my lawn healthy and made it one that is enviable by the neighbors. The Mosquito protection has worked amazingly. The shrubs and trees have escaped destruction based on their application of product to them over the past 2 years. This is our 2nd full year with TruGreen and could not be happier with the results. I would recommend them to anyone especially those getting older (like me) and have better things to do than worry about a healthy yard. TruGreen does that for me.

Several years of treatments are paying off. Rep is always friendly and conscientious and open to questions and concerns. We're trying to get the house and yard ready for resale in 2023, and TruGreen is a big part of this effort.

I have had TruGreen take of my lawn for over five years and I am very pleased with the looks and the texture when I walk bare foot. I have had comments from people passing by saying how beautiful and green it is. I say to them, "It's TruGreen's magic hands."

Great job on the aeration. Great coverage and care. Very pleased with the results and looking forward to next spring green up. We are prepared for winter and spring. Looking forward to the best lawn in the neighborhood next year as well. We have underground irrigation is assisting the TruGreen process. And the results so far have been very good.

TruGreen's reps have always been helpful and professional. They listen when I call about an issue and are very responsive to my particular needs. Our lawn looks great and is greener than both of our neighbors' yards! I would recommend them for your lawn and tree care.

I am very unhappy with TruGreen service. I started the service last year because the lawn needed help. The TruGreen person came out and said, "Oh yes. You have a grub problem but since it is fall we need to wait till spring." Well spring came and treatments of the lawn started. The lawn got worse. I called and said, "What about the grub issue." "Oh we did not treat for that. We will send someone out to treat the lawn for grubs now." The person came and told the wife, "Yes you need to use grub X." He treated only the bald area and left. The wife got the idea it was up to us. It was obvious there was an issue just looking at the lawn. I think the person who comes out for normal service is like a robot and does the bare minimum unless you say something.

Since TruGreen has switched over from Scott's, my lawn has been slowly deteriorating into a below average color of green with 4 different types of weeds growing all over. I've had an account for over 7 years. I even took pictures from 4-5 years ago when my grass looked like a golf course compared to now. Submitted the before and after pictures and no one calls, no one emails, service man in the truck says "Sorry I missed you" on the form after spraying but I was home watching the entire time as he was avoiding communication, didn't knock. I just cancelled my account and someone finally called... Too late. Do it yourself.

I receive a lot of compliments on the appearance of my lawn. The young man (specialist) does a good job in regards to the lawn's needs. He is very friendly and professional and answers my questions when needed. I would recommend this service to my friends.

I appreciate the call ahead contact and the specialist contacting me when he comes. I have a small lawn and care for the area of my lawn and the neighbor’s front lawn between our driveways. There was a miscommunication and these areas did not get the early application. Once I discovered this I discussed it with the specialist and he is now doing it. There is an obvious difference in the areas. It shows how helpful the treatment is in maintaining a nice lawn.

The TruGreen technician was efficient and professional. She treated the yard and then told me that she noticed several areas of "Dallas grass". She treated those areas to get rid of the weeds. She was friendly and I appreciated the extra time she took to address the weed issues.

The associates have done a great job over the last 2+ years. They always knock to tell us why they are here and follow up with an explanation of any issues if there are any. Good customer service training. A year ago they had a specialist come out to look at one of my plants. Impressive that they did that.

I was pleased with the guys that actually performed the service, appreciate the little sign they put in the lawn, and especially the slip that they leave to give all the specifics and recommendations.

Quality and appearance of our lawn has steadily improved each year with TruGreen. Throughout this summer, our lawn stayed thick, healthy and green compared to those of our neighbors (who didn't use TruGreen) in spite of the long stretches of hot, rainless weather. Use of Flea & Tick Control Service has been effective in protecting our cat from parasites, and Tree & Shrub Care (new this year) appears to have cut into insect damage. Services are performed on schedule and are worth every penny.

I appreciate the knock on the door alerting me to my TruGreen specialist because I can then tell him of my concerns. I usually miss when the person leaves. It's very easy to schedule/reschedule service with my local TruGreen. The billing department person I spoke to once was very friendly and easy to understand. My questions were answered and I was very satisfied.

We are new home owners and didn't know a lot about the upkeep of a lawn. We kept getting fliers and I decided to give TruGreen a try. That was the biggest mistake I could have ever made. We had your service for a couple of months before canceling. We had pretty green grass. After you guys finished, it was burned in some spots and dead in others. I noticed around one of our trees, the grass was dying. I asked the tech what he thought was going on there and he said whoever treated that area used too much of the chemical and sprayed it too close. There is also a white substance that is still present on the areas that are now dead, I just hope the dying grass comes back next year. At the end of the day, we trusted your company with the care of our lawn and we were sorely disappointed.

I believe the lawn specialist was Matt. I had a nice conversation with him and he answered several questions that I had and even walked my yard with me so that I could show him some trouble spots. He assured me that the herbicide that was applied would eradicate the nuisance clover. He was very professional and helped me assess whether or not I truly needed aeration this year. He was professional and cordial. I look forward to seeing him again in the future.

Our yard has never looked better and we are so happy not to have to make the applications ourselves anymore. Your team members are professional and polite. Every service is documented and followed up with an email letting us know that someone has been here even if we are not at home at the time of application.

I tried for 3 months to get my yard measured as I only wanted the front yard serviced. They insisted they measured by using a satellite and my bill would be based on same. I spoke with them several times and said only my front lawn would be treated and that cost was excessive for approx 500 sf in the front and I did not give permission to charge based on satellite footage. My yard still looked bad and they never sent anyone to measure. Each man that served has a different course of action including trimming my 100 year oaks in the middle of summer heat. Can you say Oak Decline? Stopped the service and disputed charges on my card!!!! :(

My lawn has benefited by the service. I have also had the tree and shrub service this year. I have been home and have been able to observe some of the treatments. I don't like seeing the tech on a cellphone while applying the applications. It makes me feel the application is secondary.

Titus always does a great job on our lawn care. Our lawn looks great due to the excellent care of Titus and TruGreen. We are very happy with the service we have received. We would highly recommend TruGreen for lawn service.

I have been a customer of TrueGreen for over ten years but for the last 2 years I don't know what happen. But after their fertilized my grass I started to see several burned spot on at least 25% of my grass. Try to contact them several time but still cannot get the problem resolve and accurate answer for why it happen. Will terminate the contract with them next year.

Dramatic improvement in our lawn after 5 treatments. Even the mailman noticed. You eliminated the wild violet problem which had plagued the lawn for 15 years. Tried numerous applications of Weed B Gon with results so crappy I finally decided it was time to call a pro. We called you guys. You have done what you said you would. We couldn't be happier with our new thicker lush lawn.

We are very pleased with the results with TruGreen. The lawn was in such bad condition, even the weeds were thin and struggling. Month by month, after the first weed die-off, the area gets greener and greener. The bare spots are filling in and the grass looks lush and healthy. Even the areas I assessed as hopeless begin to show life and promise. Our specialist is the best! He is polite, informative, thorough, on time, and he is great with the dogs. I hired this company for my newly installed lawn. They applied some chemical which killed my entire grass. They don't have any idea what they are doing. Never kept their word. The biggest mistake I have done is, I thought these guys are lawn experts while they know nothing.

The appearance of the lawn was good in early spring but developed a problem with some weeds, dandelions, small vinyl weed that spread quickly. The technician treated the yard a couple of times before these issues were under control. The technician was always very polite. Scheduling was done by TruGreen's office and I would receive notification one day before treatments. Cost was comparable to most other service companies.

I hesitated to try out TruGreen services due to the cost. However, our lawn appearance was greatly improved, even with doing only the minimum service. The applications were done timely even considering the rainy weather. We will definitely sign up again for next year.

We have been with TruGreen for over twenty years. They are the best lawn care you can get. Can always count on them if there is a problem with the lawn or shrubs. We had a fungi on one of our bushes and they came out and treated it right away. Saved it!! Excellent company to do business with.

Always do what you have said. Always have great looking Landscaping at a reasonable price. Always let us know they are coming and a phone call ahead of time. Have used service for the last ten years. Personnel always keep us up to date on what is being done and recommendations on different services.

I like it when they call a couple of days ahead of time. I had my second application for mosquitos and believe it or not, it works. I do not know how but it does work. My lawn is in awesome shape and the little white birds that eat the bugs in my neighbors' lawns always seem to skip my house. I also have been a Terminix customer for many years.

Specialist was very professional... Explained the treatment and anticipated results. Discussed any visible problems with the lawn, and recommendations for fixing. Also, based on Vole tracks, we discussed measures to eliminate the pests, and their destruction of the lawn.

My lawn looks great. I feel comfortable that even though I am usually not at home when the tech. comes and treats my lawn he is treating it properly and thoroughly. I can see the results. He always leaves a ticket showing the time of the treatment and what was done.

Working with TruGreen there were no hassles only a beautiful lawn. They called to let me know when they would be arriving and left notes letting me know what they had done that day. I was welcome to call whenever I had a question. The customer service personnel were very friendly and accommodating.

I had been paying for weed control for about 5 months and everything was great. Just purchased grass seed and an irrigator about 2 weeks ago and was planning on doing some work to my lawn and I come home and they had done both without letting me know their plans and charged me 3x the amount that they typically do for service I never asked for. Need to get my money back for sure.

Come look at my lawn and you will see why I recommend TRUGREEN to my friends. Sometimes I am home when the lawn is treated and sometimes not. When at home the specialist rings the door bell and asked if I am having any problems he should be addressing and then takes care of that issue.

TruGreen treated our trees and shrubs ---- pointed out a number of our concerns. The technician pointed out diseases in a number of our trees and plants --- hopefully continued treatment will help our landscape improve. The technician was very thorough in his report and my wife and I appreciate the analysis. We have both the lawn service and the tree and shrub service --- very satisfied. Thank You.

I've been with TruGreen for 6 years which is when I purchased my first new home. I then noticed unwanted weeds which kept appearing. They came out. I noticed right away the difference (no weeds). If I need them back they came without hesitation and this is what I tell other friends who are looking for someone to keep the weeds out of their yard. In fact, I told my brother in Houston, Texas who has always been dead set in doing his own thing until he took ill and he couldn't pull the weeds out or didn't want to buy the weed killer. He took advantage of their sell promotion offer and got hooked (2nd years now). I just spoke with him the other day and he mentioned how beautiful his yards was and that it was contributed to the great job TruGreen was doing.

The first year showed me some promise. I thought a 2nd year would help improve my yard even more. Instead my yard has returned to the weedy, dead spots that I had prior to TruGreen working on my lawn. Treatments are being done on the same day as heavy rains are forecasted, just like yesterday. They put out stuff to kill weeds and put in the notes "do not irrigate within 24 hours"... but never mind that it was drizzling most of the day and heavy rains in the afternoon/evening, all of which was in the forecast.

This service never resolved my Lawn problems. They just threw fertilizer on to make the Lawn look green for a few weeks. They never fully addressed the weed problem. Their tactic is to make your Lawn look great, one month at a time, but never giving you a long term solution. Once you quit their Service, your Lawn goes back to the state it started.

TruGreen is expensive, but if everything goes as planned, I feel it is worth it. My major complaint is I still have weeds. I wish the technician would see and kill weeds without my input. I do tell him my problem areas and weeds, but I mowed this morning, and still saw a bunch of them.

I have had TruGreen service for 2 years and my lawn looks great. Prior to this, I tried to service my lawn myself but was constantly fighting weed, crabgrass and moles. TruGreen has helped with all of these. The TruGreen technicians are both knowledgeable and reliable and are more than willing to help by answering any questions about the care of my lawn. Thanks.

I subscribed to TruGreen for home lawn care last year, and it seemed pretty good at first. However, beginning in March of this year, I would get telephone notices from "Trudy", their robo-caller, that service would be performed on a certain date, but then no one ever showed up to do the service. The service was finally performed at the end of March, after three no-shows. Then the problem recurred in April into May, with a only half-service in May with no explanation. Again there were multiple calls from "Trudy" promising service, but no one would show up.

Recently subscribed to TruGreen after they took over my existing account with Scott's Lawn Service. My lawn was destroyed the first time when they applied an unknown chemical during the fertilization. After repeated telephone contact the manager finally came out and reviewed the damage. He said there was nothing they could do and the grass would eventually grow back. I cancelled my service due to this response. A month later, TruGreen called and said they would do another service for free if I agreed to resume my account. I said no and advised them I was joining another company.

Scott ** always comes to the door if I am there & explains what he will be doing & what we can do to help improve the look of our lawn. We don't have a sprinkler system & never water our lawn, but with all the rain we have gotten this year, our lawn looks great! I appreciate TruGreen calling to let us know that they will be there the following day. We are very happy with our service!

I had a beautiful stand of Centipede and a good amount of it died... I was told there was a disease that caused it. I contacted you to help me and it seems to be improving. We see more of the Centipede runners now and we hope that continues. I know it will not change overnight. I think we will be going on our third year with you this fall.

I have the TruGreen Lawn Care Service. Prior to getting TruGreen, my lawn was full of weeds and bare spots. I now have a beautiful green lawn with no weeds and I constantly get compliments on how good my lawn looks. TruGreen comes out on a regular scheduled basis and treats my lawn with the proper nutrients. They are very professional and always explains what they are doing and why they are doing it. Service done well but I still have weeds... Maybe you can come back and just do a weed control application... I have many plants in my yard and maybe the technician doesn't want to get too close to them. Also weeds in other spots.

The customer service, the phone call to set up appointments and the reminders, my specialist's friendliness and professionalism - helped me to set up the aeration and over-seeding that I had not gotten around to doing yet. My lawn is starting to look like a lawn and not a weed patch. I like that you come and do a survey of the lawn halfway through the season and make suggestions.

The service contract clearly states the front, back and side yards are to be treated, but on multiple occasions the technician has been treating the front yard only. It has gotten to the point that I have to make sure someone is at the house when the treatment is done or the entire yard won't get treated. Next season I will be hiring a more trust worthy company to perform the lawn service.

I'm not always there when my lawn service is done, but when I am I'm always impressed by the knowledge of my specialist regarding the seasonal weeds in my lawn, what they are doing to eradicate them, and other health issues my lawn might be experiencing, i.e., fungus or brown patches. They are always hustling to service my lawn, but very thorough. I don't see anyone cutting corners. They are always eager to engage me and answer my questions, very friendly, professional and courteous. They are quick to recommend other treatment solutions. I also appreciate the calls in advance to notify me when my specialist will be coming.

Sometimes I have specific requests and the service people try to accommodate me. They ring my doorbell and we always discuss the current service. They listen to me. I appreciate the fact that they care about what I want. Sometimes it's about my roses or my weeds or brown patches of lawn.

I have contacted TruGreen for service for the past month. My lawn was green with Scott's for the last two years. This year, TruGreen has destroyed my lawn. It is now brown and bare in many spots. I asked for the specialist to come out and see what they could do to make my lawn better. I specifically asked that no more product be put on my lawn. Instead, the specialist came and sprayed more product, killing even more lawn and this time, my hostas and two gorgeous hanging plants. I am going to cancel this service, but can never talk to a person to complain. I have been promised phone contact but none occurs.

We've been using TruGreen service for about 20 years & our lawn stays healthy & happy... It covers 1/3 of an acre & I tried doing lawn care myself but found it was costing me more & was less effective.

We are happy with the results of the service provided. We knew going in that this was going to be a 2-3 season process as we had basically a brand new lawn that was 90% weeds. We still have weeds and crab grass but another aeration or 2 will hopefully solve that.

They ruined my lawn. It was explained to TruGreen that I had Bermuda grass yard and I would only like to kill the crab grass. They applied a chemical that kills Bermuda to the entire lawn. They are completely incompetent and dishonest in more ways than I care to discuss.

We used the 4 step program year after year but besides being costly in itself, sometimes too much would come out in the spreader or spots were missed. We would get grubs most years and buy special treatment for them. Once I started TruGreen it took until the second year to really see a big difference. The lawn is very healthy looking now. I had a contract with TruGreen a year ago. I was sure that when the contract came to a close I would've been notified. I was not, I find that unacceptable. I then received a bill from TruGreen, which is significantly higher than if I had a contract! What happened to the common courtesy to the customer?!

I wanted this to be a good experience, and I have been a lot more patient than my wife who is always on the phone with complaints to them. I signed up and paid in advance around the beginning of March 2017. I did not hear a word from them until almost the end of April. I know if you do not get crabgrass anti-emergent down before the grass starts to sprout, it's worthless to apply it. I was scheduled no less than 4 times, and each time was a no show. After many calls, we were scheduled again, and it was dinner time and no TruGreen. The wife got on the phone, and they had some guy working in Maryland stop by and do the first application of weed control and anti-emergent. Lawn turned a decent green, but the weeds still came in as did the crabgrass. We called for an extra treatment and they said someone would be out.

I am very pleased with the service, my lawn has never looked so good, no weeds or dandelions at all and so very thick. Very Happy! I will definitely use them again and will tell all my friends and family about them. Very affordable for such great quality.

I have had information about TruGreen left in my door and had the same information mailed to me. It seems that you do not know who your customers are. I find that signing up for TruGreen Lawn Care was the best idea I have had for a long time. My grass is greener, thicker, and much nicer looking. Still have some weed issues but the technician and I talked about the current state of my lawn and what I can expect in the future. I called to talk to TruGreen about the weeds and a technician showed up a couple of days later and completely sprayed my lawn again. Now we have to wait and see. I have a bad case of "Creeping Charlie" or, ground vines and they are tough to kill. I expect TruGreen to continue working with me until my lawn is the show lawn I want.

I've used TruGreen before in TX with no issues. However, this was the second attempt to use Trugreen in Florida and again it did nothing as promised. Sales team came to my door and promised that within 2 months the St Augustine would start replacing the other grasses and weeds, and that the other grass would die off. None of this has occurred and nothing has changed at all, including weeds.

We pay TruGreen for lawn care which includes: aeration, lime, weed care. My complaint thus far is with the weed care. It doesn't look like the proper steps are being taking to assure my customer satisfaction. I just today spoke with a rep from TruGreen and she let me know they were out on July 24, 2017 for the weed care application, and maybe their records show they have been out but looking at my lawn I have a hard time believing this is true. I told my wife I can take care of the lawn myself, she was convinced I wouldn't have enough time to tend the lawn so against my word she has ordered the service. Last year I will admit my lawn looked better than the previous yrs but this year it seems we took 3 steps backwards and I'm very unsatisfied.

Last year I used him and they don't chemicals in my front yard and burned it severely. I had to pay to have it resodded and seeded however I thought I'd give another chance. This year my lawn has never looked so poor, full of weeds, full of clover. They don't come out when they make an appointment. They have a no-show, I've had 3 no shows. The driver was supposed to call me twice. I've had no phone calls from no driver. A company management was supposed to call me back. I've got no call back from no management. It's like they don't care so there's a lot of other good companies out there and I suggest to use one of them. They don't come when they're supposed to, they don't call back, they're rude when you call them and the quality of service has gone downhill.

Satisfied thus far and would recommend to all my friends. The grass has grown as expected and with all the rain it continuously grows to where it is required to mow at least twice a week if not more, and as you very well know Florida has that very dry period to where we get absolutely no rain. It takes very little to keep it maintained.

The tech was very courteous and knocked then explained what he would be doing that day. He completed his application and reported what he observed about my lawn's condition on the note he left on the door. He made sure my gate was closed and left a sign on the front lawn.

I sometimes also receive an e-mail the day before the service, but by the time I see the e-mail, the service has already been performed. During the last regular service; the lawn looked very green and healthy. With the hot and harsh summers in Florida, fighting with the bugs, and the rain we get each day, TruGreen makes sure to treat the lawn accordingly. We never see fungus or bugs in our yard!

I scheduled TruGreen to come to my home and perform lawn fertilization and weed control. The service was for two applications and they came when I wasn't home on both occasions. I think they come when you are at work so they can only place a sign in your yard then leave and charge you the fee. The signs read that the yard would green up and weeds start dying within a week, this never happened!!! I have to call someone else now because my lawn is being overtaken by weeds!!!

Customer service is great! The office notifies us when the Tech will arrive to service the lawn/shrubs. When he arrives he comes to the door to announce his arrival and answer questions. Best of all the proof is in the effect, namely a beautiful lawn and healthy plants.

I recently asked another specialist what was wrong with my Azaleas. He turned over the leaf and showed the insects damaging the leaves. My most recent experience involved the TruGreen technician treating my lawn with Pest Control. The technician, Jerard **, did an excellent job of summarizing what he had done and what to expect from his treatment. His write up was very informative and easy for a lay person like myself to understand.

New to Florida, we struggled to get our lawn to grow. Trugreen left a flier on our door promising to help. The sales lady was very kind and promised me thick, green grass soon. After $300 of lawn service, our yard looks awful. The bare spots are twice as big as they were before. The grass is thin. When they came to aerate, they were in our yard less than 10 minutes. They spent very little time spraying the yard, but lots of time sitting in the trucks. The last straw was the rush job they did that left fertilizer burn stripes in my grass. When I called to complain, the same sales lady promised one of her field managers would call me the next day. Three days later, after I called leaving messages, I still received no call. We cancelled our service. Yesterday, at 6:55 in the morning, a truck pulls up and a man tells me he is here to service my lawn! I politely asked him to leave. Seriously, save yourself a lot of money and don't hire this group.

We are pleased with TruGreen largely because of our technician Jacob **. He takes the time to visit with us explaining what he is doing and answering questions. We wish our lawn looked better but each season it improves.

Have been long-time customer -- very satisfied. Especially when there's a problem -- like now. I'm having some very troublesome weeds in one section of my yard. Tech Tory ** applied regular and extra treatment on 8/03/17 and recommended a second in few weeks. Tech Kerry ** applied another treatment on 8/08/17. Hopefully, these will cure my weed problem. Hopefully!!! If not, I'll call back!!!

Even after another employee administers my applications, Jeff will come over and check and even report to the employee areas that might need additional application. I was told I would have a mosquito treatment done, when I got home it was not. Called up CSR. They had the tech call. He was nice and said he could not do it due to being under staffed (in which I was not notified by TruGreen prior - however tech was nice about it). He advised me to call into CSR in which I did and the lady had an attitude and said could not schedule me for another 5 days out. So even though it was not my fault I'd have to wait and even then that day was not guaranteed either yet they charged my card for service and refunded take 7-10 days to receive. I strongly advise NOT to use TruGreen!!

Recently, my two beautiful, mature (old) birch trees were scheduled for a merit injection for insect control. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and answered any questions I had about the service call. I wanted to be certain that the quantity and quality of the injection were ample for both trees and following our discussion, was comfortable that the treatment was going to do what it was supposed to. He also informed me to be certain to water around the trees for a couple days if we didn't get any rain. I highly recommend TruGreen for any of the services they provide.

Very professional service. The customer is treated with the greatest respect. My lawn was dying, in fact I thought I would have to replace it. But, after a series of applications by TruGreen, the lawn has totally recovered to a rich lush green carpet.

We had TruGreen for the first time apply a treatment to our lawn 7/1/17, within a week we could see damage to the lawn. We called the company and the sales representative was there in a matter of hours after contact. She agreed that the application did indeed cause damage to our lawn and reported that to her superiors. Within a few days a company rep assessed the damage and asked us to wait a couple of weeks to see if the damaged grass would grow out all the time assuring us that he would "take care of all damage". It is now 8/8/17 and the damage has only increased, we have called repeatedly only to be told that we were on the schedule for a crew to repair the damage 8/7/17. They did not show up for the repair and have not returned calls.
