When I'm working out in the yard I've had people who are walking or driving by stop and ask me what fertilizer I use to have a lawn look like a golf green. I reply TruGreen and I have worked very hard to achieve the lawn I have. TruGreen Technicians actually act like the lawn is theirs.

I am happy for the service provided. My lawn look lovely and service people are always prompt and polite. I do wish they would not call so frequently to try and sell me an extra service. If you email that availability to me, I can read about it and select or call you.

TruGreen's specialists are always polite, friendly and efficient. It only takes a few minutes to complete my specialized applications, and they always close and secure the gate behind them. Seldom as it may occur, if we feel another application is needed, they handle it without question.

Although I am not a customer I wanted to share my experience. Two weeks ago I called TruGreen to possibly become a new client. I spoke to Roy and he gave me a price for 6 rounds. He did explain to me what each round consisted of and I wrote it all down. I wanted to compare TruGreen to the program I currently use. Just today, I called again because I was still very interested and when I spoke to Jeff he told me that 2 of the rounds Roy mentioned were extras (grub control and lime)... He suggested that possibly I made a mistake.
I did ask Jeff to look at possibly what Roy explained to me on the phone (maybe there was a record somewhere) but there wasn't. So after Jeff gave me a price for 6 rounds, (which was higher than Roy's price) he then placed me on hold to see if he could give me the same price quoted two weeks ago which he did. Now here is my big complaint... I told Jeff I would like to have everything in writing before I gave ANY money. According to Jeff I had to put it on my credit card and I didn't want to until I got it ALL in writing. Jeff said he couldn't do it so I said goodbye and they lost a potential customer..

I hired TruGreen around 3 years ago. I had a fence and gate installed and was still charged for the area that they could not access. I found it difficult to communicate with them about setting up a time to access the area behind the gate. I paid for the entire area even though it was served less than 4 times. Late summer I received a call about a promotion. I accepted and pre-paid. For some reason there was another account set up. The new account had a credit. The old account had a balance. I was unaware of the account split. I have been receiving collection notices since October. I called them the second I received the first notice and they said my balance was 0. The notices kept coming.
I called again. They explained my account had been split and I had a balance and they would not call off the collection company until it was paid. I told them to transfer the positive balance of the 2nd account to the negative balance of the 1st account and I sent a check for the difference. Collection action continued. I called again. They said they received the check but billing hadn't had time to clear accounts and call collection company. I gave them a week and called again. I was just told she wasn't sure but she thought I needed to send $105.
The collection notice was for $131.73. My positive balance was $105. I sent $26.73, which was what the 2nd TruGreen rep told me to send. Simple math $131.73 negative, $105 and $26.73 positive gives you a 0 balance. Not so with TruGreen. Just got off the phone with them. They said they weren't sure and would have to call me back and the collection agency is still involved. If you value your time and credit score DO NOT USE TruGreen!!!

I did not have any interaction with the specialist on the most recent visit. However, past interactions have been friendly & informative. Our lawn is looking good as far as TruGreen's services are concerned. Their services are reasonable. There is never a problem with scheduling, as they can do their work without anyone being home. If I have ever needed to call with a question, I have always received helpful information.

Got a call the day prior and although I was not home for the service I did receive a note explaining what was performed. The service specialists are always friendly and knowledgeable and my lawn was weed free all year and looks great.

Great service and on time with my lawn and tree service. The service man was careful, quiet and neat when he did the service. He hang the papers on the door knob so I knew what he did that day. Operator call ahead and let me know when they were coming.

This is my second year with TruGreen and my lawn is looking much better! When I bought my house the lawn was full of various grass weeds. I am surrounded by lawns full of dandelions and my treatments keep them from taking over my lawn. TruGreen has made a huge difference in turning my grass into a soft, beautiful lawn. I like that they will come back and re-treat when needed. They also offered customization of treatments to fit what I can afford. It takes time but my lawn is looking better each year.

In short, when I moved into my home the front yard had barely any grass. Started Lawn service thru TruGreen and by the end of the summer I had a yard with thick green grass. Was very pleased with the service and the price.

Consistently poor service. Hired to lime, fertilize, seed front and backyard. Only front yard was seeded. Watched worker lime perimeter of front yard with 60lbs for only ten minutes. I use 260lbs on the entire yard which takes about an hour. I paid for service and did not receive. I DO NOT recommend.

The technician who made the application was very courteous and helpful. I was in the process of getting up leaves and he helped me get up the remainder so that the application would go down better. This was above and beyond the call of duty.

I've never been home when your specialist visits, so I can't comment based on personal observation. But they generally write personal comments on the invoice that they leave, which is appreciated. I only subscribe to tree and shrub service (no lawn service), and I believe it has helped because the trees and (most of) the shrubs are doing well.

Your fertilizer applications are timely and excellent. But, weed killer applications are inadequate and ineffective. At the end of six applications, we still have many weeds in the lawn. Your specialist is courteous and professional. We are quite satisfied with your service, except for the weed killer applications.

Lawn Service is always top shelf with friendly specialists. After every application I receive a detailed sheet noting any issues and what application was done to my lawn. I have had tremendous success using TruGreen and the ten percent savings for prepaying is an extra bonus.

I am very happy with the TruGreen shrub and tree service. I can see a difference in my shrubs. Most importantly, though, is the difference in our dwarf Alberta spruce. We thought we were going to lose this little tree and TruGreen helped us save it. The lawn service is pretty good. Our lawn has serious issues and you helped, but it isn't where we want it to be. Some things are out of our control. I did not like the mosquito service and will not be renewing it next year. I don't think it made a difference at all. Maybe the bugs we have are not mosquitoes, not sure.

TruGreen crew were well organized and prepared to execute the planned treatment that was scheduled for the day they arrived. They quickly preformed the operation and placed a sign on the lawn and attached the summary to the door. They then moved off to the next location.

I was skeptical when I first signed up for the service, but our lawn looked so bad compared to our neighbors' lawns I had to do something. It was green, but when you looked closer it was actually a sea of clover and broad-leaf weeds, with some grass in between. We began to see a difference within a few weeks, with the weeds dying back allowing the grass to take hold. We just finished our second season with TruGreen, and our lawn never looked healthier. Just as importantly, the technicians are friendly and knowledgeable.

In the beginning of our lawn care this year I was concerned that some of our lawn treatments were not being applied on good days, such as when rain was in the forecast. But my concerns turned out to be unfounded. Our yard now looks better and healthier than it ever has since we have lived at this residence. I don't know exactly what has been put on our grass, but it sure has made a world of difference.

This is my first year with TruGreen. The technicians and customer service has always been very timely and responsive to my concerns and needs. I'm very particular about my lawn and it needed additional TLC this year due to insect and weather/seasonal damage. While I had to add additional services to accomplish my needs, I'm hoping to see the desired results next year. Scheduling service is very easy. Prices are fairly competitive. I finally know who my local reps are so I don't always have to call the 1800 number which helps tailor communication and needs to better service my lawn. Again, I'm hoping I'll see great improvements next spring/summer from the recommendations provided.

TruGreen employs the nicest people, although I would caution some to avoid conversation around politics. Except in one case, which was rectified, the product application has been very well done. In fact, when visiting with the most recent technicians, I believe that weed preventative measures have improved. It has taken several years for our lawn (over 1 acre of actual lawn) to fully recover from the extensive drought our area experienced and there is little doubt that the service TruGreen has provided has aided significantly in accomplishing that goal.

Let me start out by saying our technician has done a good job, but corporate and their sales team are very deceptive in what they do or say. I would not recommend this company to anyone, adding a service without my approval! And charging me for this without my approval! Salesperson will not call me back, thanks Marshall **!

Pleased with service. Helping control the weeds. Grass seems to be thriving. Specialists seem to care and are respectful. The company does what they say they will do. Always an appointment set and they are there. Never being billed twice for an application.

TruGreen is the worst company you can get your lawn care. They promised me that after 1 year of service I will see a noticeable difference in my lawn. It will be all full and green like a picture perfect. They asked me to do aeration and then to overseed my lawn, so I would get thick and beautiful lawn as I desired. My lawn is the same, they have used seeds or dust, grew no grass absolutely. What fertilizers they used, infected my mulberry tree and fruits. My blackberry big bush had no fruits, the leaves were all infected. Then a person comes to inspect and he tells me that my trees and shrubs are infected I need to get service on them. Nothing was there until last year. This year they got because of the product they were using.
When you call up their customer service to complain, the representatives turn out to be rude and nasty. One of the female said they are not a landscaping company they do not grow grass. They just fertilize them. What the hell? TruGreen is a true SCAM. Do not get their services if given for free too. I have paid them almost $800 with a balance of $ 145/- and which I said I will pay that too after you did the services as promised by TRUGREEN. Bloody cheap company, and worst cheap staff.

TruGreen has been my lawn service for about 3-4 years. I haven't had any problems with their service. Always go above and beyond to help my lawn needs. Only thing I didn't like was the continuous calls for ant or mosquito treatments. Other than that, everything was great!

Overall I am very satisfied with TruGreen. They are cost effective and friendly. I receive hassle-free retreats. I feel like my yard is in better shape now that I have them. I hired TruGreen based on a coworker's recommendation and while I’m not one to hire companies to do my work for me, I would say this is one of the few times it is totally worth it. At first I was skeptical, and even frustrated that I wasn’t receiving the most individualized attention. However looking back I am satisfied. I am saving money by having them do my weed control, fert, aeration and seed. Add to that the time and work they save me and it’s completely worth the money. I like them so much I hired them for my parents' house too.

A horticultural oil was applied to the tree and shrubs on our property to control scale as well as the eggs of some other insect and mite pests. It targets aphids, scale and spider mites. We have used this service for the past three years.

In the past I've had problems with the person not showing up to treat my lawn and getting charged for it. I swore I would never called TruGreen again. I thought about it and called again. "Just one more chance," I said. This year I will say I was pleasantly surprised. I got very good service. The product you use was never the problem. It was the service person. That is why I decided to try again, and I'm glad I did.

The lawn has never looked better! It's plush green and weedless. The service professionals always know what is needed to keep the lawn looking great. Incomplete Yard service prepaid weed control, inappropriately completed. 6/9/2017, Yard services began, prepaid $543, for Yard TruComplete Lawn Plan, for to includes weed control a (8) Yard Treatments. I complained several times regarding weeds and when and were spraying weeds is being done. Always an explanation. Which I accepted.
On 3 November, I drove up on Yard Treatment, and asked Serviceman to spray Weeds in Front yard, near Mailbox around Palm trees where Weeds are Rampant and high, even on fence. He told me 'NO!' "I only sprays where grass is located!" And proceeded to ignore me and walked away. I immediately called Company, and they seem to puff me into Wordy Jargon about insignificant to probably report incident. Since I did on 11/03/2017, point out to Serviceman the High Weeds in a particular area, where apparently they had never sprayed 1-7 of the previous service calls, and disrespected me in my face, by telling me NO! I am not spraying there... The weeds are at least 24 inches tall and also growing to fence. REFUND MY MONEY SINCE THEY CANNOT RESOLVE WITH ME. The property manager of rental property.

My wife and I run an in-home daycare. The first time they came out it was during the quiet time, 1 pm-3 pm. I asked them if they could schedule it before or after that time and they complied. My property has a tendency to retain water and I prefer that they spray rather than ride a machine that will put ruts in my lawn. They complied with my request.

TRUGREEN LAWN CARE IS A SCAM. Signed up with TruGreen in April 2016. My lawn was green but not lush as I thought it could be with TruGreen services. October most of my lawn was dead! 8 Applications and a ton of money later my lawn looks worse than when they started. I called the local TruGreen in Thorofare spoke with Gene. I called Corporate offices. Spoke with Patricia, Eric and Alexis. NO ONE CARES!!! They will do nothing to help me get my lawn back. After you call them once and they know your problem they will not answer your call the second time. When I asked for someone in charge above them... they all said they were as high as I could go. TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT EVER USE TRUGREEN FROM MY EXPERIENCE!!! I'm sad I have to give them a star!

Much better results now than before since we have Greg doing our lawn. We can definitely see an improvement. The grass is greener and much thicker. Crab grass and most weeds are gone. Will continue to use TruGreen as the lawn is improving to look better.

I have had your service for two years and the results are mediocre at best. The grass grows faster than hell but is no thicker than when you started. I still have weeds in the grass and a lot of bare spots. Now the price has gone from $470.00 a season to almost $600.00 a season of which I am not going to renew. Therefore I wish to thank you for your service but I will no longer be renewing it...

Your technician, Nate **, has done an excellent job. I always look forward to seeing him when he pulls up to my address. He gets right to work. I can count on him to keep the lawn looking great. He is very professional and always points out things, if necessary. He always has a smile on his face and enjoys his job. The Customer Service Dept. does a great job whenever I need to know when the next service is due. They are always easy to reach. Despite our hot, hot intense summer, everything looked great. And the bonus... no weeds!

For the most part I was satisfied. I like the way they explained what they did and what I was supposed to do. There was a lot of grassy weeds left after the final application. I believe that after a couple of years the lawn will start to really look great as they had an awful lot of negatives to work with all at once. I'm anxious to see what a second year will do.

I have had TruGreen since 2010 and was content with their service until last summer when we had a complete water ban. TruGreen applied something on my lawn 2 times and left notes on my door to water. They had to drive by a huge sign saying "no outside watering. Total water ban" but they still applied. My lawn was not only ruined it never came back. I went down to the Plymouth office where my conversation with the general manager was condescending at best. He told me he didn't feel they were fully responsible but in good faith they would seed for us.
My answer on that was we are the only house that has a lawn service and the only house in that fall whose lawn did not come back. It was totally burnt. Weeds appeared I never had and new lawn grew in bits and pieces, they again out of the goodness of their heart re-seeded again, just about the same results. All the watering did nothing but help the weeds grow. My husband says let it go but I am so angry that it will probably cost us thousands to try and get our lawn back to where we are no longer embarrassed. Haven't made up my mind what I will do next, I have contacted the Attorney's General office, not sure what I will do next.

Anthony and Andrew bend over backward to accommodate our special needs as senior citizens, and especially because each of us has has unique health concerns that complicate our ability to provide access to our yard which is locked at all times. The Toledo facility does a great job of understanding these needs. Our specialists are on time and faithful. They listen, are professional yet friendly, and have NEVER let us down. We thought our tree would die, but Anthony brought it back to life. Andrew does a supreme job of caring for our lawn, and is very careful around our Koi pond, which is my husband's hobby, pride, and joy. We know when TruGreen is coming, and these specialists have never let us down. They represent TruGreen exceptionally well in every way!

We were very happy with the tree and shrub service. Our trees and shrubs were treated as needed for pests and insects, and they looked healthy throughout the summer. We called about Japanese beetles, and they were treated a second time after a visit because we still saw some in our yard and on our trees.

Have had nothing but problems with TruGreen. Missed months. Billed 2x for sulfur treatment. Took 3 months to credit me even though they kept insisting they credited me. Havent had a weed treatment since June. Service mgr came to my house. Saw my lawn said it was yellowing because it was lacking iron, saw weeds, saw the thin areas. Said he wouldnt charge me until they corrected it.
They showed up 2 weeks later, end of Oct. applied gradual fertilizer for winter. Still have weeds etc. I got billed! Called. Was told there's no notes on acct. I call the service mgr. Woman calls instead and says he claims he never said anything about free service. Liar! Then acct mgr calls, says she will give me 4 applications at 1/2 price and general mgr will contact me. 2 weeks later... no call, still have broadleaf weeds. A lawn that looks worse than it did before they started. Why should I pay for them to fix a lawn they made look worse. I am canceling my acct!

Excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly techs. Grass looks great, my crabgrass is gone. In previous two years before using TRUGREEN, I treated my lawn myself. I had good results, but still had weeds and bare spots after putting quality grass seed down. Since using TRUGREEN my grass has never looked better. The cost of doing it myself is the same as TRUGREEN. I am happy with the service and the look of my yard.

The lawn appears to be thicker with the fertilizer treatments, but I choose not to have the pesticide treatments, so I still have weed issues. I would like to know if there are more organic ways to get rid of weeds that won't cause any health issues. Thank you.

TruGreen team members are very professional. They always ring your doorbell to let you know they're on your grounds. They greet you by name and will answer any question you have. They do a great job when spraying your yard. When they finish they always leave the billing on the door so you can see what they've done and if you're not home at the time you know they have been by. We get so many comments on our yard how beautiful and green it looks.

My TruGreen specialist always arrives on the scheduled day. Almost immediately my lawn has gotten greener, and there are significantly less weeds and bare spots. The specialist showed me what was going on in my lawn and lets me know what he sees and is taking care of. It costs less to have TruGreen handle the lawn care than it does for me to buy the fertilizers, weed stuff and pest control each month.

I appreciate the advanced notice that they will be servicing my lawn. This gives me the opportunity to decline or do any yard work I feel needs done. If I'm home, I can speak with the specialist about any concerns I may have & what applications are being applied. The specialists are knowledgeable and take great care in applying product so as not to disturb any gardens in their path. In my opinion the cost is okay although I do think the Grub Control is rather high. Listen, for me I don't have to go out and buy the materials, apply it and if anything is wrong I can just make a phone call and it will be addressed. The bottom line is my lawn looks Wonderful and I get lots of compliments.

I brought TruGreen into my yard maintenance, because I was having trouble with poa annua grass/weed. No matter what I tried, it would always reappear each spring. I started the service in the middle of the year, and, after the second season, the poa annua was totally eliminated. Along the way, all of the other weed varieties also disappeared, and I have a beautiful, rich, green lawn to enjoy.

I am overall pleased with my lawn. Every now and then I see a weed or two near the property lines or sidewalk, but overall pleased. If I were to make one suggestion it would be to put a treatment/chemical down that might make the grass a more darker green (like it appears now) in the summer. I realize water impacts this as well. I recently signed up for the plants/bushes treatment. I have only had one treatment so far but I am not as pleased with this. I continue to have a set of bushes on the side look very bad as well as a few rose bushes. I don't know if it is insects or disease but they look in bad shape.

He did not push but allowed us to make up our mind. And we purchased. Being seniors with a fixed income, we might not sign up for 2018 but TruGreen service gives us a good jump on next year's lawn.

It’s my first time using TruGreen. I was cautious because I read some unfavourable reviews. I figured the low cost was worth the risk and as it turns out so far so good. They’ve done an excellent job killing the weeds and I can say the improvement to the lawn is very visible. I gave them a trial and when it’s over I shall continue using them. The guy doing the work Josh was friendly, professional and helpful. I recommend giving them a go.

Since I have had TruGreen, I get many, many compliments from my neighbors. I am happy the Technician places a sign in my lawn about TruGreen. I don't have to worry about balancing out my lawn's needs because they know what it needs. I find that all during our growing time, my lawn has looked Great. Anytime I asked a question about my lawn I received an answer or they would send someone out to check the lawn and bushes.

TruGreen has been a good lawn service. They have responded to my request to be sure to blow off any remaining residue off the cement around the house, since there are small children at the residence. Other than that they've always been friendly and professional. The lawn looks better than it was before I started the service, and the price is right.

I prepaid TruGreen to revitalize my yard this fall and have had the worst experience with them, I'm completely beside myself. First, my initial appointment never showed up claiming the weather was bad, which it may have been 70 miles away but not a drop of rain the whole day at my house. My 2nd appointment for fertilizer came and went and we had no idea they came other than the yard stakes in the yard, so I missed a few days of watering. I finally found the receipt in the bushes next to my door. To top everything off, my 3rd appointment we had 4 to 6 inches of snowfall overnight the day before they came so I figured "weather permitting" they wouldn't come. No, they did and to my shock, they fertilized my yard with a few inches of snow on it. Upon asking the tech if this was normal, he said "ask TruGreen, they sent me out".
Now I have fertilizer sitting on top of the snow in my yard. I cannot send my dog outside until it melts. My toddler cannot play outside, and the advice I get from the tech is to shovel an area and pack the fertilizer down. How is this acceptable? I have proof, see the photos attached to this. I shouldn't have to pay for this and you can darn well count on me letting my friends and family know about this. The tech did admit he shouldn't have done this and apologized, but brought up that he "has a family he needs to feed, too". C'mon... It was pretty awkward having him go on about how his job sucks and is stupid they are sending him out to do jobs in the snow. This had been a very rough experience for us with TruGreen.

The regularly scheduled services have been performed well, and results from these services were much better than that from prior year/s. The service person/s is/are very professional, and will provide timely answers to our questions if we are around. Post-service/follow-up calls do give the impression that the company is trying to up-sell services that we may not need or can do ourselves. It's annoying but we can live with it, for now.

I had brand new sod installed along with my neighbor 2 years ago. Same truck the sod came off of and same company. The very first application from TruGreen stripped the original yard in the front, but the backyard looked like a total loss. Instead of stripping, it looked like my grass whittled and died. They promised that it would come back, but there is only little grass that is green and alive. I have had multiple techs, multiple people over the phone - email, and multiple product and sales managers keep telling me they will get it correct. Now they tell me it was not the first application and now it is my soil. As my neighbor has grass through another company that applicates; his grass looks a lot healthier than mine. I feel like I keep getting the runaround and have paid a lot of dollars since their first mistake.

TruGreen service has been completely successful in ridding our lawn of weeds, exactly why I engaged the service. Tech always calls in advance so we can coordinate our outside pets. Tech is polite and courteous. Tech comes when scheduled and on one occasion where weeds were not killed, retreatment took care of the issue.

My lawn was overgrown with spurge and dollar weed when I made the call. After several months of applications, the weeds were dying and the new growth was greener and filling in all the empty spots. My service guy, Richard, was very knowledgeable and didn't mind answering all my questions. If I notice weeds that don't belong there, I call and they send out someone within a few days. They call me and give me a heads up on when my next scheduled applications will be. I am so pleased with the results! My lawn looked horrible before and now I am getting compliments on how green and lush it is.

Overall, the service is outstanding. Still having some problems with weeds or other growth. I wish someone would come out and perform a thorough inspection of my lawn. Also, would appreciate a soil analysis to determine the acidity/PH balance of my soil.

Lawn is lush and green in a month of no rain. Seems to have conquered the corn speedwell problem which was taking over the entire lawn. Technician was great... always explained what he was doing, even gave suggestion as to how to save water. This is our first year with TruGreen and will have them back next season.

Signed up for aerating and overseeding, didn’t show up for three appointments that they have scheduled. Very disappointed as I have to raked and cleaned the lawn for all 3 times for nothing. It has become a routine where they just apologize and expect everything will be back to normal. And they give false information for cover the mistake they do.

My lawn has looked the best over 2 years that I have service with TruGreen. The communication has been wonderful and the specialist explains in details on how to improve lawn appearances. In the past, I tried to treat my lawn myself. I was unsuccessful in the results. I did a cost analyze chart on the amount of money I was spending on lawn supplies to what TruGreen cost, I was amazed the amount of money I was spending on the products to what TruGreen services could offer. Now, I have peace of mind and more time to have someone else treat my Lawn.

Moving to the Pacific Northwest was an interesting challenge. I do not know anything about the growing seasons. I don't need to. My TruGreen specialist knows how to meet the needs of my lawn and perhaps more importantly, meet my needs. He makes suggestions and waits for me to choose what is best for me and my family. The best review I could give is that "my grass" is beautifully green and lusciously thick - move over barefoot lawn, this lawn begs for reclining in the grass watching the clouds sail by.

They are professional, but need to work better on scheduling as well as need to provide better week control products - specifically for nutsedge. They can't get rid of nutsedge even though they treated whole season, as I had to call them few times for repeat treatments too.

After contacting the home office about concerns with my lawn, things improved over the latter part of the summer. I feel that the techs should notice when problems occur and offer treatments, rather than wait for a complaint. Otherwise I'm happy with the overall service.

Our first time using TruGreen to preform this service. Since it involves Overseeding, we will not see the results for 3 weeks. Our technician, Adam ** did a thorough job of aerating. We will follow the instructions of keeping the ground wet by watering.

TruGreen is always on time and what day they will be there. My lawn continues to look fantastic. I have gotten a bunch of mushrooms all through my lawn, I would like to know if TruGreen can put down some fungicide? Please let me know how much the treatment would cost and when it could be done.

The treatments seem to come at just the right intervals so that my lawn never gets weeds or crabgrass growing in it and the shrub treatments have kept my shrubs looking fantastic! The most recent service that I had performed was my aeration service. From what I can tell, the specialist did a great job aerating and spreading fertilizer. He took his time and was very thorough. I have seen a lot of new grass beginning to grow, however, there are a few areas that do not have any new grass and are still bare. My only complaint is that the specialist got to my house at night when it was almost dark. I was concerned that he may not be able to see what he was doing. Personally, I would have rather him come back the next day while there was daylight, but overall, I am happy with the results.

Overall we are very pleased with TruGreen... We usually never see our specialist, they are in and out very quick... After the past service, our lawn has look the BEST it has all year! Our one frustration since the service began is that the edges of the lawn and all the garden beds never seem to get hit with weed killer... We always have weeds in these areas on the edges...

With the exception of the garden beds (since we must treat at a safe distance so that we do not negatively impact any growth within the garden) the other areas should reflect proper edging. I would like to see the last fertilizer application done later than currently, like mid to end of October. All other services are done in a timely manner and employees are courteous and complete their tasks well. When appropriate, I recommend TruGreen to others.

No initial consultation with plan. Each technician told me different things about yard. My yard was a yard with Bahia grass with several different types of weeds. It is now no grass with bare spots and a front yard full of sedge weed grass. Horrible!

The yard looks terrible. I repeatedly ask for a field manager when I call the 800 customer service number. I paid them a year in advance and my grass has fungus all over it. Or worms. Not sure. They wont tell me.

The ease of having the service rendered was great, the notifications ahead of arrival was helpful also. I only saw a tech (Michael **, who took over for someone else) one time to relate that the weed I was hoping to get rid of with TruGreen's service was still on site. He said he would address the issue and used another type of spray to try to rid my yard of the weed (he called it Ground Ivy). I did see some improvement, but even after 3 more treatments I still have the Ground Ivy. My lawn looks good other than the Ground Ivy.

I called TruGreen for lawn care and they did 1 application. I later found out the chemicals they used could possibly cause cancer. I am especially worried because there is a family member with cancer. I called to cancel the service and was told, "No problem. Would you like to try our natural process" and I said, OK. Then I got a call saying the natural process would not work for my lawn so I said cancel it and was told OK. To make a long story short my card was charged 3 times. About $500.00 the first time $800.00 the second time and $600 the third time after being told I would get a refund. After about 1 month and many calls instead of a refund I am getting more charges.

I was a customer of TruGreen for many years and had satisfactory service until the last year or so when my lawn had more and more crabgrass and weeds. It got so bad that there was more weeds than St. Augustine. I called TruGreen and asked them to send a manager to discuss this situation. A young man named Earl strolled up into my yard and I began to explain what was happening to my grass. Earl cut me off several times and showed me reports left of my door telling me that crabgrass could only be controlled by removing with garden tools.
I am an elderly woman and certainly could not remove this type of grass. This young man continued to dismiss any complaints I had and was so rude and suggested that I stop using their services. Which I did. But I was so angry at the way he treated me. When people get old, it doesn't mean we are stupid. And this little twit had no customer care at all. I would not recommend TruGreen to anyone because of their failure to respond to problems with their service.

I was home when TruGreen tech came to fertilize my lawn. The tech is very knowledgeable. He quickly explained the effect of the pine needles and cones in my backyard from 5 huge pine tree... which raise the acid level on my backyard lawn and no greener grass was growing. He recommended application of lime. I am satisfied TruGreen service.

My uneven, patchy, weedy lawn has been transformed into a green blanket. The specialists have addressed my specific needs (mostly by eliminating patches of chickweed and bare spots). They are always dressed professionally, do a good job, and are friendly. The applications are done at just the right times to keep the lawn healthy year-round. My neighborhood association has very strict standards - in the past I have had to re-sod portions of my lawn because of invasive Bermuda grass and bare spots, but since I started using TruGreen those problems have gone away, and there is a visible difference between the health and consistency of my St. Augustine lawn and my neighbors'. I have been very happy with the service, and I appreciate the pre-pay discount.

My lawn has gone from weedy to virtually none over the last 3 years of TLC from TruGreen services. My lawn is thicker and what bare spots I had are almost gone too. The treatment prevents the Creeping Charlie and other weeds from crawling onto my lot as the neighbor doesn't treat their yard at all and mostly consists of weeds. My lawn looks great!

I was given 1 year of service as a gift. It seemed to be a great service until they continued service without telling me they will start billing me. So when they finally got up to over $500 they called me to ask for payment. Then I told them I didn't sign up for anything. They said since they already completed the service would I be willing to pay for half? I agreed. I then paid it and now am taking calls saying that they are needing me to pay the balance still due. So they lied to get me to pay something and now are saying the person I talked to couldn't authorize that. So they lied to make you pay something. It is the worst ever dealing with business.
I certainly do apologize for the error on our part in resolving the credit issue.
As of 10.18.17, it is notated that the credits have been authorized, and that your account is showing a -0- balance.

My yard looks great compared to my neighbors' and looks better than before I started using TruGreen. The only thing I would say that needs to improve would be getting closer to my house and driveway when treating my yard to improve those areas. I notice that weeds and other things are growing closer to the house and driveway.

The mosquito treatment was successful as there were fewer flying pests outside. I have not had any conversations with your personnel lately. If I needed any information I feel confident your specialist will give me good information. I have had more weeds in my grass this year. I continue to dislike having property treatments during inclement weather.

I can clearly see the difference in the appearance of my property since my yard technician started coming to my house. When I first arrived in this neighborhood I often observed the professional appearance of many of my neighbors' yards. I also noticed that the best yards had a "TRUGREEN" sign on the property. I am so glad that my technician made sure that when the neighbors passed my house, they could add my yard to the list of most beautiful sites on the block.

Hands down, the worst customer service system I’ve ever seen. Everything started off well but none of the weeds were dying. Then they do the “fall” overseed/aeration at the beginning of August. We were in the middle of a drought and their amateur aerator didn’t even pull plugs out of the soil, which was rock hard and heavily cracked from the drought. What company thinks this would be a wise time to perform this service? A specialist came out and agreed with me, stating next spring would be a good time. 3 days later, they call saying an aeration/overseed would be completed the following days. I call and cancel it then see they came the next day and did it anyway. Numerous calls to customer service resulted in no callback. My yard looks like crap and I have a $240 bill that I’m not going to pay. TruGreen, get your act together and call me.

This was our first year using a lawn service at our current home we moved to two years ago. It was also the first time using TruGreen. We purchased a full season plan and have been pleased with the value and the results. Our previous weed issues have been taken care of and the grass looks healthier than when we moved in. When I first started my TruGreen service, my yard in bad shape with a poor root system, bare spots, weeds, and a near dead yard. TruGreen came to my rescue, providing timely weed control, and fertilization throughout the year. In the fall they aerated and seeded my yard which filled in the bare spots, and helped strengthen my yard. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and were more than happy to adjust their application time to fit my schedule. They offered suggestions to help with maintaining my yard to make it look great. TruGreen was there when I needed to take back my yard.

Treatment was good. Lawn looks fine but has a few weeds that are probably always there. I like the suggestions that are made to keep the lawn looking well. Like water for a least 1 inch a week if no rain has occurred. Another one is mow your grass at 3 1/2 to 4 inches.

Fertilized and used weedkiller. He's quiet, efficient. I gave him a 4 because there was no prior phone call. There are no dandelions in the lawn and it is thick and green. Am planning on keeping him. He enters the yard without waking me. That's great!! I'm not an early riser.

A salesman randomly came out and said he could fix the bare patches in my yard claiming it was a fungus. It would be $58/month. We agreed. 2 months go by and the yard looks the same if not worse. They charged over $250 and now say it is not a fungus it's pet traffic. They refuse to refund anything. They lied to initially get our business and charged us more than double the agreed price with zero results.

Our Specialists always come to the door prior to any job or application. The front yard was in terrible shape a couple of years ago due to improper cutting and poor care. Now it's plush and green. After aerating and seeding this fall and hoping for an even better yard next year.

I was using the service all year and kept saying to myself the front lawn looked great (compared to the year before) and I attributed this to the service by TruGreen (meanwhile the backyard looks horrible). Kept ignoring it until it came to aerating and overseeding which supposedly happened on 9/28. Now anybody who knows anything about aeration is that there should be cores all over the yard. The only reason I knew they claimed they did it was because of the $400 charge on my credit card. So I walked around the backyard and didn't see any cores. So I checked my surveillance cameras. Guess what, I saw the guy walk into the backyard after completing the front yard, looked around, and then went back to his vehicle and drove away.
So after seeing this, I called to complain and the only thing I could get from Customer Service was an apology and that they'll reschedule to come out to do it again (without telling me when while claiming it was a contractor and I'll have to wait until he's in the "area" again). Meanwhile, I was thinking to myself... Have they even touched the backyard the entire year? So I called back to Customer Service to ask for a refund and told them they can charge me AFTER the service was completed --- which was refused (even after telling them I saved the video footage) and all they would offer is a $40 credit on my next service (not a credit on the $400 failed service).
After a while, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and just took the $40 credit on "my next fertilizing service" which would happen 2 days from then. So when they came to fertilize (once again, verified by camera), they didn't even attempt to look at the backyard and skipped it (as now I suspect they've been doing this all year). At this point I'm furious and called and complained again. All I got was an apology and they said a branch manager will contact me shortly. Waited about 4 days and on the 4th day, got a call for a "sales" person to sell me MORE services!!!! I flat out told the guy there's some major issues going on and they better hope someone calls me soon. He apologized and said he'll get someone to call me ASAP.
So the 5th day I got a call and the manager told me I'm on the schedule for Thursday and Friday this week. One for the fertilizer and one for the overseeding/aeration. No show, no call, nothing on both those days. Saturday morning I get an email at 6:30am stating a service was done at my property!!! (Assuming this was a way to appease the corporate office after the multiple complaints...) So giving the benefit of the doubt AGAIN, rechecked Thursday, Friday and Saturday (all day!) and NO ONE. Figured someone would call me on Monday or they'll show up and fix it. As of today (Tuesday) mid-afternoon, no-one showed up and going the conventional route of "working it out" with the company failed --- I called my credit card company to dispute the charges (which AMEX was more than accommodating to step in to help) and then called TruGreen to cancel all remaining services.
Next year, I'll be using someone else and will also be reaching out to my 4 neighbors who recommended them to me and will tell them to DOUBLE CHECK everything they do. If TruGreen is interested, I saved all the videos if they need proof. So far, I offered during each call the video of what happened and no one thought it was necessary.

My most experience with TruGreen was the Lawn Service on July 19. It was the fourth and final application of the season. Although neither my wife nor I were at home during the day, the TruGreen representative provided expert service to both our front yard and our backyard. Except for the small TruGreen sign stating that the treatment had been made, our yards were undisturbed. The yards continue to look great, well into the fall season.

This is my first contract with TruGreen, and I am very impressed. Their employees know what my lawn needs, and have been applying the correct product to correct the issues I have. High tech company that uses excellent communication in keeping me up to date, when they are scheduled to come, and also leave me a copy of what was done. My yard looks so much better than it has in many years. I am in my late 60's and unable to give my yard the attention it needs for the appearance I want. TruGreen's employees are always very friendly, and get the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend TruGreen to anyone who cares about the appearance and health of the yard at a very affordable price. I wish I had called for your help many years ago :). Thanks TruGreen!!!

I have been using TruGreen for a number of years now and I keep using them as the services I have them do on my yard keep my yard looking great and fairly bug free. I will use them again next year as it works to keep weeds out of my yard and my plants from being damaged by pests. They do an excellent job and the people are helpful and great to work with. I also have used their return service for when a process has been washed off by rain and was not working. They responded quickly to redo the process to protect my yard and gardens. GREAT JOB.

My lawn looks very healthy this year and second time that I have aerated and overseeded. I have several comments regarding TRUGREED lawn service: I received the aeration and seeding, the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable however, I believe he missed my right side yard and right half of my backyard. I have sprout in several areas but none in these two sections. I have not received lime service that was part of the package. TRUGREEN has several separate business branches/divisions, it is obvious they do not communicate with each other. I received two separate phone calls for yard services and the two people were not aware of the other calling about service for the same day.
You should have a customer coordinator to ensure the customer's service are scheduled and synchronized for the applicability of the customer's project goals. All of my minor issues have one root cause, there is a lack of processes/checklist and project scheduling to meet the customer's objectives for their goals and goes against your mantra of Live Life Outside or your personnel are NOT following established processes.

After my lawn became infected with fungus for the second year in a row while in its second year, I observed the serviceman snapping off the tops of weeds and throwing them down on my lawn. I asked why he was doing this and he said the stuff they are provided doesn't kill thistle. I also asked about the fungus and he said that, "You can't do anything about it, it will be better next year." I called in and gave them 4 opportunities to put down fungicide and they failed to do so over a 4 week period of time. I had fired them before for the same reason and went to Scott's who was then sold to TruGreen a year later.
The salesman assured me they were better than my last experience so I stayed with them. My lawn looked so bad that I fired them again for the second time 6 weeks ago now. My neighbor is still with them, but I took control of my lawn myself. Attached is a picture from my neighbor's driveway showing his lawn in the foreground and mine is the one with the red roof white home. Guess I made a good decision. My neighbor is firing them next week.

My lawn is greener, fuller, and has less weeds with my service plan. All specialists that have serviced my lawn this year have been very polite, friendly, and have arrived during the time periods in which I was told. I believe the value I received for the service was in line with my investment. The continued calls about aerating and seeding the lawn have been annoying, with no one contacting me to see if the services plan I did invest in is still the right plan for me.

3 Months ago, I CALLED TruGreen Lawn service. They sent out a Rep. to go over my lawn needs, and paid to have their service. They came out 3 different times and sprayed my lawn. As they couldn't get rid of the weeds, The TruGreen mng. did come out and said, "WE WILL GET RID OF THE WEEDS THIS TIME." He forgot to tell me that it is also going to kill my GRASS. Then TruGreen will not return my calls, they say they will have someone get in touch with me and, all I get is LIP SERVICE from them, TruGreen. Can you help?? Thank you.

It's definitely green true on our lawn. Our grasses immediately turn healthy in past 4 months after first treatment. Our lawn has been smooth with thick full St. Augustine blades. When I walk on it, It felt cushiony on my bare feet. Again Thanks!

After lull in calls, more calls, now with unprofessional tenor and probing for personal information, along with no disclosure of personnel ID. (TruGreen Sales telephone number displayed on caller ID.)
TruGreen national customer service called with excellent responsiveness & professionalism, however, when transferred to local sales supervisor (Fairfax, VA) Janae (sp?), Janae placated at first but was not willing to hear out our concerns to find out who might be the source of the calls & defended the "Do not call except-for-the-next-18-months" policy. Our concern is not just the bothersome calls, but more importantly, has become harassing and in particular, with an inappropriate tone that is beginning to seem predatorial & more sinister in nature. Janae, Sales Supervisor was unwilling to hear or address that far.

TG somehow got my cell #, called nonstop for a few weeks until I finally asked them to give me a quote. It was more than my current lawn care, so they went lower. I agreed to their service, but the man said they needed to get me on the schedule asap, there were only a few spots left, it would be done THIS WEEK, he said. Three weeks later, all I had was a bill. When I called, they said my lawn was scheduled for a couple weeks out. Weird, but ok. The day came, and TG pulls into my driveway, they get out, and then I looked to see if they were doing the work, and they were gone not 10 minutes after showing up.
I have over an acre. I found a note on my door saying I needed to mark my sprinkler system. I DON'T HAVE A SPRINKLER SYSTEM, and I had already told them this weeks ago. When I called to ask what was going on, I was told they would have to call me back. No one called. Then I received an email stating that the service had been completed. I went outside just to make sure I had not missed something. No service has been completed. I called again. Was told AGAIN that someone would get back with me. I'm done. Worst service ever. Still no one has called or come to complete the service.

It has been a rough year with TruGreen this season. Now that said they had to correct the disastrous service I received from Scott's last season. I worked with Jason ** who went above and beyond to get my lawn to the way it was in previous years with TruGreen. We had the lawn looking great by mid-summer up until the service tech killed my grass with too much fertilizer. Every thing Jason had taken care of was killed. I had Roger ** come out to evaluate the issues and address them. His suggestion was water, water, water, and more water. He was correct for my backyard but the front and side of the yard never came back.
I recently had an aeration and overseed done. They dug the yard up pretty good except for the front where the bare spots were. I ended up roughing those spots and added my own seed. I have my fingers crossed. For customer service I give TruGreen a 10 out of 10, for service techs applying the product I have to give a 4 out of 10. I will try TruGreen another year and see if the issues I had work out. If not, I will have to look elsewhere. I'm confident it won't come to that.

First time user of a lawn service. Took advantage of their spring season special, from the TruGreen facility @ 10079 Palm Road Glenarm, IL (branch 5751). Noticed a difference in lawn after first treatment. Signed up for additional treatments, grub control and aeration-over seeding. Next three treatments went well. After that it was all downhill. 5th treatment company called for service on 8/23, NO ONE SHOWED UP. Called local office next day to reschedule. Given date 8/28, NO ONE SHOWED UP. Called local office next day and was told tech serviced the wrong lawn. Can believe that once but twice? With GPS technology this should never happen. 5th service finally done 8/31 but I WAS NOT CALLED IN ADVANCE. On 9/8 I received a call from the TruGreen tech who was at my home, we were out of town.
They were wanting to aerate and overseed. DID NOT receive any ADVANCE NOTICE so irrigation system was not marked. Asked tech if they could come back later that day, his response, "NO". I immediately called the local office to complain about not being called in advance. I then asked for a specific date 9/22 (two weeks in advance) for the aeration and overseeding. Was told they could not guarantee dates. I indicated that since it was their mistake of not calling prior to service they should accommodate my request. I was told they would call 3 days in advance for aeration and overseeding. As of today 10/4 I have not been called. On 9/30 I rented a aerator and seeder and did the job myself. It doesn't end there. On 10/2 I pulled into my driveway from work and low and behold there is a TruGreen sign stuck in my yard, and a packet hanging on my door.
The packet indicated a broadleaf herbicide was applied over my brand new seedlings. Again I had NO PRIOR phone call indicating a service was going to be performed. Also it was quite apparent that my lawn had just been aerated and overseeded from the plugs and grass seed. Any tech worth his lawn care knowledge knows with the exception of a possible pre-emergent fertilizer especially formulated for new grass, NOTHING should be applied to new seed. Since it was obvious my yard had just been aerated and overseeded the tech SHOULD HAVE either contacted me or his local office prior to spreading a herbicide on the freshly sown lawn. Bottom line service started out great but deteriorated rapidly. NO communication, NO customer service, and NO follow-up to make sure the customer is happy. I even contacted via email the national office to voice my concerns.
Their site indicates a customer service representative would be in touch with 24 HOURS. I contacted them 9/23/17 as of today 10/4/17 I have not been contacted. With the exception of the obvious TruGreen's business model should include great customer service. Great customer service is what keeps existing customers wanting their services year after year. However, more importantly satisfied customers is what brings in more customers. "Do a good job for someone and they will most likely tell someone else. Do a bad job for someone and they will tell ANYONE who wants to listen." That's what kills a business.

Great job, please don't leave signs in the yard because they a very annoying to clean up the signs. I get calls throughout the year wanting to do treatment on the bushes and sound the trees! The salesman didn't know what the person doing the treatment wrote down and just wanting to sell you different types of treatment!

So we paid over $2,570 for a full year of TruGreen service. It was to include weed killer, lime and seed and aeration of our 3.5 acre property. After 1 month, we saw no dead weeds and complained to the rep we had that no one gave us a call as to when service would be rendered (we have a dog, so want to make sure he's secure and not walking around on the chemicals like they said). The rep said we would get a call and email moving forward. He also said he'll see if they could increase it to kill off the weeds.
Another month later, no call or email and we watched the rep not even get half of the property. Called our rep and demanded a refund as we saw no weeds dying and were not happy about another failure in letting us know a timeframe as well as not actually getting the property we forked over so much money to get taken care of. The rep flat out refused to refund us because we paid upfront and then followed it up by saying to not cancel the existing services for the remainder of the year and they will make it right.
Fast forward to this month, turns out my wife was home when the rep came and talked to him and the only thing they have done ALL year was put down weed killer. Nothing else like seeding, the lime or aeration. So 2/3 of the services we paid for with only 3 months left of treatment have been done. In fact, the weeds are worse. I'm in a battle with them to get a full refund (like we originally asked on month 2) and to cancel all existing monthly services. I will never use them again. It's already too late to get the aeration done and seeding is also out of the question. Thanks TruGreen. Feeling truly ripped off.

The weed control applications work quite well and my lawn is almost weed free since using TruGreen. My lawn is greener, thicker, and healthy looking. I receive positive comments from my neighbors asking why my lawn is so nice. Thanks for the great service TruGreen.

TruGreen does an excellent job with my lawn. They did everything I wanted and other than me not watering my lawn enough it looks great! The service professional always told me what I could do to improve my lawn and gave me very helpful hints. Great Job.

TruGreen is the first business I've ever dealt with that took unauthorized funds from my bank account. One hundred dollars, to be exact. When I called them to tell them the situation, they lied and told me they would refund my money in 3-10 business days. I called a few days later to see how the transaction was coming along (and a good thing I did!), and they told me they hadn't issued the money back because they "found" an old debt I owed them from last year, and decided they'd take it from me.
Beware consumers, I was making a final payment, and there was no "extra" $100 dollars I owed. Their explanation? That the $100 dollars was a different bill, and I couldn't see it on the usual site. I will NEVER deal with this company again. I asked to speak with the manager but the manager was "too busy." What kind of business leaves a person hanging like that? The Trugreen in Yaphank, NY is the most unprofessional, dishonest "business" I've ever seen.

Aug 2017 TruGreen sprayed our yard for mosquitoes. Less than one week later all shrubs including evergreens, fire bush nandina, sky pencil shrubs, jasmine, lilac trees, pin oak, holly bushes/tree, apple tree, evergreen trees and shrubs either started to die or died. The trees are about 1/3 brown from bottom to top. TruGreen admitted they caused this yet have not nor seem to be willing to resolve this. It's now Oct 2017 and planting season is almost over. We have made approximately 6 visits and emails. I'm worried that our earth is now sterile or whatever chemicals used ran off in groundwater.

Since I have had TruGreen service my lawn, the appearance of the lawn has dramatically improved, and weeds have disappeared. Henbit has completely disappeared, and most broad leaf and nut grass weeds are gone. TruGreen has been good to work with, and I am grateful for the service that they provide.

Having been a TruGreen customer for years I know how they value customer service and take every effort to make their customers happy. I just moved into my current home a little over a year ago, and the previous owner didn't spend much time when it came to lawn care, maintenance or appearance. I immediately contacted TruGreen and got on a lawn care plan. My yard still has a way to go to but what a difference a year makes. My neighbors just recently commented on how great my lawn looks and I am very satisfied with the level of service and commitment that the technician has provided to achieve my ultimate lawn goals.

I am a new customer... I've had three or four treatments. Every one of your technicians has been courteous and knowledgeable. Already, in just one season of treatment my lawn looks great. The Nutsedge weed which I could not kill is gone... and TruGreen came back with extra treatments -- at no additional charge -- to specifically target that weed. The last young woman who was here walked around the lawn and sprayed each weed and carefully explained to me what she was doing and what I should expect.

TJ **, our TruGreen Specialist is one of the very best. Not only is he the friendliest service person we have ever met, he is also the most knowledgeable. He has literally changed our yard from a very poor condition to a first class, fast growing lawn. We still have some problems, but every time he comes out he tells us what needs to be done, and then things start to improve almost immediately. He treats our lawn like it was his very own! I give him 10 stars out of 10 every time. If everyone worked as hard as he does, this world would be a much better place!

Lawn looks great. The lawn has not look this good in the twenty years we have lived here. The grass is nice and green and no weeds. Specialist Terry ** is a very pleasant gentleman and is always prompt and efficient.

Although we just recently started our service, we already have noticeable results. Our lawn is greening and thickening up and weeds are under control. Larry **, our TruGreen specialist is top notch. He always arrives as scheduled and takes time to explain what he is going to do and the results we should expect. He also recommends what we should or should not do to ensure we are properly caring for our lawn. We selected TruGreen after seeing the amazing results achieved at several other customers' homes in our neighborhood.

Oh my goodness I called and wanted to have just my front yard done with just some chemicals to make it green. They have not even come to my house and I told them I would pay cash when they came. They told me I could put a credit card on file and nothing would be charged. It was supposed to be $29. I come home and my husband sees $300 worth of charges for a service we've never even had done. Reported them to our credit card company. They are nothing but scam artist. Tried to call them but of course they don't answer. They don't even have any after hours phone number for clients. Do not ever use this company. We never had one service done!

I am generally pleased with the service and would recommend TruGreen Tree and Shrub service to friends. The website functions well and like the ability to pay my bill online. I would like to TruGreen to offer and post before and after pictures online. This would help ensure the homeowner's service are 'on the same page' and that goals are met.

We had years of mosquito problems on our deck. Nothing we tried worked. We were constantly fighting the mosquitoes. This year we decided to try the new mosquito treatment from TruGreen and have been very pleased. It's wonderful to be outside again!

If you're looking to rid of equipment that is taking up space in your garage. If you are looking to ease your mind of keeping up with all the extra chores you have to do pertaining to the yard, TruGreen sure helps. No it does not make all of them go away, but we can do the easy stuff.

I prepaid in 2016 for full season for 2017 I thought. I was wrong. They started billing. Once I got the bill and asked they said, "What you paid last year in full ran out." Said, "Don't come anymore. You are fired." Guess what? They continued to show up and charge me. Now what?

Great service every time and we always get an explanation of what the results should be. The specialist is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and showed up at the time window he was scheduled for. The truck and equipment always looks clean. Results of the application became apparent within a day and the lawn continues to get greener and greener. Very pleased considering the drought we just went through this summer.

Sam ** is the best tech available. I believe he really cares about helping to achieve the best lawn. He is cognizant of the needs of individual lawns and treats them accordingly. I have requested Sam to be my regular specialist, and so has my neighbor.
