I have been a TruGreen customer for several years. Each summer my yard seems to look better than the year before. The technicians I speak with are friendly and knowledgeable. My neighbors always compliment me on my yard and I highly recommend this company to anyone that wants to upgrade the appearance of their yard.

I used TruGreen two years ago on my very small lawn at a duplex I lived in and they did a terrible job on my yard, never did get rid of the nutsedge, so I quit them. This year I decided to give them another chance at redeeming themselves. I now live in a house with about 3/4 acre backyard. They have done a very good job so far, crediting the tech, Tommy **. He knows what he is doing and is very customer oriented. He does what I ask him to do with no reservations. I am very happy with his work. My yard is not yet where I want it to be, but hopefully it will be next growing season. It still has some fungus right now, but it has rained a lot in the last two days, so I'm hoping to get more fungicide treatment by TruGreen soon.

We have been using TruGreen’s TruHealth Plan for the last few years; it has made a drastic difference with our lawn! We have 2 little kids & a dog so a healthy lawn is super important to us knowing the amount of time we spend outside. We highly recommend TruGreen’s TruHealth Plan & the annual aeration service as well. We have also been fortunate to have the same service specialist, Sean **, multiple times at our property. He is fantastic, trustworthy, always willing talk with us & walk the yard before each application. Sean ** knows our yard & its potential problem areas. Highly recommend him! Lastly, TruGreen’s app is super easy to view service history, payments & other offerings. Thank you TruGreen & Sean **! You make it way more enjoyable to be outside!

I was originally with Green T services and TruGreen bought them out. I have been receiving letters from TruGreen that they did not receive the payments. Thankfully I use online banking and have a detail record of all my transactions. Even with that information the call center told me to call Green T to dispute this claim. Which I did and Green T told me to call TruGreen. So, now it went to debt collection and I had to go to my bank to file a dispute. So, many problems and not very easy to deal with their customer service. So, if you ever have problems with this company it will not be easily resolved. So, if you are thinking about using Green T and they sell that part of the business you may find it difficult in resolving issues or even billing issues.

Buyer beware... The TruGreen truck arrived in my driveway, the Technician sat in his truck for 15 minutes, did not treat my lawn at all, then proceeded to get out of his truck and leave a bill on my door for all the imaginary treatment... I’m so angry!!! Make sure you are home to watch when they are coming to treat your lawn!

Your company had on the system an inferior square footage of application. I am paying for an application in my entire yard and your company has been applying on less than half. I had contacted your customer services multiple times requesting a rep to come to my house and never got an answer back. So I physically had to drive to your location in Wall Twp and ask for someone to come and see the issue of the coverage and why on the areas that they apply the crab grass and weeds are not dying. Mr. Jordan ** came (very good technician, I am happy) and said that will address the issues as the fall starts. Let's see the outcome, now I am on a standby. Please have someone to follow up on this issue. Fyi: I use your services in 2 of my houses.

TruGreen is a man of their word, integrity of the highest standards of professionalism. I've never met anyone who calls the day before the application of lawn scheduling, have someone from there knocking on your door and showing professional courtesy demeanor, and then putting the results of what they did on the application. No other lawn service ever did this, to me this is absolutely gratifying.

We have been trying to get TruGreen to service our property and they have cancelled 3 times for various reasons the most recent they say due to our community gate being closed. I live in a golf course community with a manned gate where people come and go continuously and during the day if a guard leaves the gatehouse for physiological needs, they leave it open. A TruGreen manager called and instead of attempting to make amends for poor service she backed up the drivers silly locked gate claims as if we were the problem adding that a previous missed appt was due to same locked gate even though the drivers on those occasions said they couldn’t make it due to time constraints.

Good service but wonder if it is too quick sometimes. I just don't know if everything is getting done right but I am usually at work when the service is done. Otherwise I am happy. I do appreciate a phone call before service but it doesn't happen a lot of times.

The Service to date has been professional, timely, and beneficial. Lawn requires additional (free) Weed Control within the next 10 days! To date, the TruGreen Techs arrived promptly, were courteous, cleaned up, and left a report on the work performed on the front door!

TruGreen has kept my lawn in perfect condition, I have had no complaints with their service, they show up on time and the technician will explain what treatment they are doing that day. Great job, keep up the good work.

I gave up on my front lawn until I saw a TruGreen team in my neighborhood. The rest is all history when my hope turned into reality. From barren ground into my small oasis is where I now sit with my dog and enjoy my tea.

There were two guys aeration and seeding that was performed. Daniel who was preforming aeration did a phenomenal job but the seeding person was quite distracted and did not cover all spots. My observation was voiced to Dan and he addressed my concern.

I am very satisfied with my service, the technicians and the service reps that man the phones should you have an issue. TruGreen continues to address my needs and keeps my lawn looking healthy and green. I have been with the company for four years and continue to look forward to their service in the future.

I used TruGreen a couple of times on a cash basis. After reading about the chemicals used and how it affects runoff as well as the risk of Non-Hodgkin lymphoma I decided I did not want to continue using their service. Over the last 2 years of expressing how I did not want their service they have continued to frequently send me flyers, have people knock on my door, and call my phone. I cannot express how much I dislike this company in a family setting. I would suggest never using this company.

Day of service three cancellations. They never arrived on date and time. I was at home three times employees were rude and disrespectful except one person (I forgot his name). Weed control - they never did a good job. We saw the reviews and hired them, they told us they will visit any time whenever we complained about weeds, but they never keep their word, they only visit on their schedules even after a verbal agreement with the phone operators. Major management does not return phone calls when the voicemail clearly states they will respond within a certain period if you provide the correct voicemail details. Overall very poor service itself, and very poor customer service, no saving grace at all. Less than one star.

Earlier this year I wanted to have TruGreen manager come out to tell me how to make parts of lawn better... The process took 4-5 weeks and then just showed up unannounced. Now in August I had mosquito treatment done... First treatment killed off part of garden. I thought ok. A few replanted cucumber plants I could handle. Now they treated again in August (we watched as they heavily sprayed in bushes, plants and garden area.). This time it killed 1/2 a bush in front of house, two plants in back and entire watermelon patch.

I'm mostly pleased with TruGreen service. When I started the service years ago, they informed me that it take a few years to the weeds under control. It did take years, and with continuous service the ongoing problem is close to being defeated. To that end, I want the techs to be very detailed with the application process.

I have complained more than a few times about the quality of my lawn and all we have gotten is that it’ll be fixed the next time. The whole point of signing up with them is to have a healthy lawn but it’s been the complete opposite. The lawn is brown with weeds and spider grass and after much complaining they come back to kill it. We have called so many times to have the manager come and take a look and all I get is a quote to treat the shrubs and bushes. Worst part is that I get charged $85 promptly to fix the issue they created in the first place for lackluster lawn care. Needless to say I’m never going back.

Thank you for promising to seed my front lawn for free with fertilizer. My tenant let me know you would be doing this, let me know by email and text when you are coming out to do this and seed applied.

I bought a new home here in Lake Nona, Orlando, in August of 2017. Having new sod, I decided I would purchase a lawn care service to handle the fertilizing and other necessities even though I would be cutting the grass myself. I should have used my head and checked Consumer Affairs first, because I wouldn’t have wasted several hundred dollars. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company.

I have used Trugreen several years and have always been happy with the service. I am at my wit's end, I have weeds in my lawn and you have sprayed weed killer approx. 7 times to no avail. Weeds still here. It is not the specialists fault. It is the product you are using, doesn't kill anything, maybe a spot here and there but the weeds are thriving. I believe throwing water on them would have the same effect. It will be sprayed again in a few days but maybe you should have someone analyze it before wasting the spray and the specialist time.

Experience with TruGreen Lawn Care. The lawn care technicians that come out to your home have no knowledge of lawn care. Example putting grass seed down during weather of 90°. Not a blade of grass grew. I could Google that on YouTube and figure this out myself. I had a fungus on my lawn red thread. It went undiagnosed by everybody at TruGreen. I figure this out myself by going to the University with a sample of my grass. They told me the fact that this went on so long killed most of my lawn.

We have always found the techs knowledgeable and informative for both our lawn and tree service. We have questions and they have answers. We have used this service for 20 years both in Michigan and now Florida. I would highly recommend them.

My real grass was being killed by GRUBS - never saw one before. My lawn was overtaken by HUGE CRABGRASS weeds. Japanese Beetles were eating my flowers and trees. Lawn advisor and Trees and Shrubs advisor were so personable and informational. I could not have asked for more helpful people. Thank you TruGreen.

Ground ivy and nutsedge are slow to respond to treatment. Clover seems to be gone. TruGreen specialist ** Erin ** was very helpful with any questions. I appreciate TruGreen listening to my concerns and responding. I am looking forward to more improvement. Please feel free to contact me with any additional explanations.

I wasn't home the day Mr. Austin ** did the treatment to my lawn, however evidence shows that he did a good job on treating the lawn. I saw fertilizer granular on lawn and weeds are dying from the spray that was used to control the weeds.

Grass yellow in spots. Regular treatment and follow-up for some areas. Discussion with person treating area most helpful. Then he was wiling to return after about 10 days to see if the treatment was taking care of the problem and showing improvement.

Lawn had bare spots, weeds, crabgrass. Suffering from neglect. After year 1 of treatment it was looking like a new lawn. Now the comments we get is that it is the best looking lawn on the street. Also if we have any issues or additional service requests they are taken care of hassle free.

Thanks to TruGreen we have a beautiful yard for the first time in a long time. No work for me but nice to have people that know what they are doing. I just love how the lawn looks, a little more work and it will be perfect.

My lawn looks the same if not WORSE than doing it ourselves. When I call to have them spray for weeds in between services all they do is kill off my flowers or ground cover! Therefore I stopped adding the extra weed control services! Your employees should be held accountable when they kill your customers' plants! I still have a TON OF WEEDS and when I ask for help ALL your reps tell me is they don’t know!!!!

Jacob ** did a Great Job on our service. He took the time to go over the service for our yard and had a plan of action how to correct the two issues. This season has been hard on our yard but with the care and knowledge of our technicians they have been able to keep our yard True Green even in the hottest days of a North Carolina summer.

We had TruGreen take care of our lawn. They spray the weeds and they didn't seem to die. A guy Scott ** came to the house and explained to me that the lawns have been so wet from all the rain so this is why they are not dying. So Scott treated our lawn again and the weeds are dying!! Scott explained to me how long it will take and also explained to me what each weed is. I had a great experience with TruGreen! This is my first year with them.

Lawn has looked so much better since you have done your applications. We are very pleased with the results. We will probably use your service next year. So glad my neighbor recommended you. Thank you for the great results. We are very happy.

My lawn looks fantastic!! It was really bad before I signed up with you all. I greatly appreciate all your help. Everyone either on the phone or in person was very polite and very professional. I would recommend you to all people who would love a nice thick soft lawn.

Our Lawn Service was done pretty well and faithfully on schedule. We have multiple type of lawn services like yard scrub service, tree and scrub service and etc... We have used TruGreen ChemLawn for over 15 years without any problems.

Technicians have all been helpful and courteous. I had several different services provided and it usually was performed by a different technician each time. Hard to build a rapport and each visit required my personal attention and yard geography lesson. Weed treatments never worked after repeated tries. Grass does not seem to be any better than last years untreated lawn. Finally switched to organic fertilizer treatment to see if that works better. Assessing what service if any I want to have next year.

The service performed was great. The technician took detailed observations of my yard and discussed with me the current situation and how his service would improve the yard. The technician also took the time to answer all my questions and provide me with additional options that I or TruGreen could perform to help me meet my goals.

We have several services with TruGreen and happy with service, disappointed they can't seem to even them out more to assist my budget needs. I've called several times about them coming back to back and they say they'll note it but continue to do same thing so more than likely will have to drop some things.

I guess my expectations are too high. Realizing I have only had two applications - my yard still looks terrible. The grass is light green and I have weeds. It has received numerous waterings (every other day) but not greening up. The weeds are slow to die - don't even look stunted in some places. I look at my neighbors' yards and they look much better. TruGreen takes care of my west neighbor's yard and it looks hugely better than mine. I even see a difference in the common strip between theirs and my yards. I preciously had the yard treated by others and it didn't look much better. At least TruGreen communicates. My backyard looks fine - just the front yard looks bad.

Our lawn looks so much better since TruGreen has been treating it. The technician (Logan **) does an awesome job every time he comes out and is very knowledgeable about the lawn. He is always very polite and thorough.

My grass is getting better after every visit from my local TruGreen team. I started with mostly weeds in a few sections of my lawn and now grass is making a comeback. My backyard is so nice now. The kids hardly come inside. Thanks TruGreen.

Your mang. Agent made big service promises! 4 spray treatments with maintenance to water emitter system. Therefore I prepaid $260.33 with my Visa. Never forward a printed service schedule and/or billing statement showing my Prepay. Then your main offices mailed me 2 invoices, 300.00. And $500.00, as WOW! A real scam, as hook & bait!!! Wrote letters to all 3 offices to cancel/close my account. This Is the third time on misc. screw ups! Also to reimburse me $195.00 to my Visa acct., still waiting. PLEASE comply, or we may have a legal problem issue.

On Monday August 27th, 2018 @ 9:40 AM we received a call from TRUGREEN (414 214-1602) soliciting additional lawn care services beyond the contracted services we already have with TRUGREEN. I attempted to explain to the TRUGREEN caller that aeration and overseeding, which he was selling, we already had completed ourselves. He continued to push the need then suddenly Hung up! As a customer, we are not impressed with this type of contact or someone hanging up on us. Onsite Specialists have been good, but the TRUGREEN caller left us very disappointed with TRUGREEN and considering dropping the service entirely after this contracted year. Please address this matter in order to avoid other customer complaints.

Gladys ** is my technician and she is knowledgeable, professional, caring and does an excellent job. She sprays bushes from the outside as well as on the inside spraying the underside of the leaves - this is critical for my large burning bush hedge, if we want to keep the leaves until they turn red, rather than turning brown and falling off early in the fall.

Not satisfied with the way my lawn looks. TruGreen has treated my lawn on 4 occasions and there are multiple weeds still in the yard. I took a survey last week and spoke to a customer service representative on Tuesday and she was to have set up another lawn analysis. It is now a week later and I have yet to hear from anyone. I will not continue my service after this year.

The last time I had my yard sprayed was the best I have ever had. Tech was efficient, sprayed evenly between sides of my home. I can now enjoy my yard again. We will continue to use TruGreen in the future.

Excellent service and professional care. The lawns are much improved thanks to the TRUGREEN service. Highly recommend this service to all who desire improved lawns. The cost for this service is very reasonable. Service staff members are highly trained and very polite.

This is the first full year that we've used TruGreen. We started with them last Sep. after my lawn was beautifully sodded last year. My intention in hiring TruGreen was to KEEP it beautiful. I am disappointed. The lawn began to show signs of problems in early July and I notified TruGreen about it. They looked at it and didn't know the cause. It wasn't lack of water, and it wasn't insects. Standard treatment continued and the problem has only gotten worse. The technicians who come out are usually professional and show concern. (The fact that it's a different person each time is definitely NOT a good system.) The followup from customer service is usually poor. They call, they apologize, and nothing else happens. If this lawn problem has not been identified and addressed by September I will likely not be using TruGreen next year. Bottom Line: My lawn looks worse this year than it did the same time last year. Not pleased about that.

Three cancellations before service provided. Day of service window of time to arrive not followed and arrived 5 hours late from initial window of time arrival. Office personnel addressing issue are not helpful. Major management does not return phone calls. Overall communication very poor.

Just want to give a shoutout to TruGreen and our service Tech Truman. Our brand new sod was slowly dying a sad death until we hired you! Truman has been excellent... He contacted me personally on his first visit to guide me on how to better water the lawn, and then adjusted our mower to the right height. About 2 weeks after this, we noticed REMARKABLE improvement in the lawn. On his last visit he treated for broadleaf and recommended services for our back lawn as well. Everything look so much better :).

I actually paid for a series of lawn treatments and until last week I wondered why I had more weeds than grass after 2 of the treatments. I was informed by a TruGreen rep, that it was likely because the last service person assigned to my account did not actually do the treatments and got fired. Really looking forward to improved service when I switch companies next year.

I finally got to meet with Jason, my TruGreen specialist. He’s as excited as I am about seeing what my yard will look like next Spring. I appreciate his input and recommendations. He even calls me after hours and on the weekend if necessary to answer my questions.

I just received the service. I have had 4 services in one week. The only one I’m concerned about is the aeration and Overseed. I thought the holes punched would be deeper, closer together, and also the plugs from the ground would be picked up. I think plugs laying on the ground creates suffocation on the grass, which contradicts the purpose of the treatment. I could be completely wrong. I just wish for the money, the aeration was more intentional and intense, if that makes sense. Deeper plugs, closer together, picked up plugs. I realize this is a tall order. I don’t mean to be over critical. Very thankful for the service and pleased so far, although I have not seen much results yet, I know they will come.

I have asked 2 questions of Trugreen and have NOT received a reply to either of them! I am going to cancel the contract. The ability of the company to respond to a customer's concerns is not adequate. There must NOT be a human that responds to any internet Questions.

Extremely satisfied with the product and service so far. Thanks TruGreen. I was struggling to get my grass to grow. In just a few short weeks it is one of the best yard on the block. The service is professional and the smartphone App makes it really easy to keep communication working well. You get several updates on service and the tech tells you what you need to do so very pleased.

1st treatment - Our tech explained everything, took his time and did a great job. Everything he explained has happened and even though the lawn is turning brown he had explained it would so my wife is not stressing which is easier on me.

When TruGreen began my yard was mostly vine weeds. Not after just two treatments now have some brown spots where they just treated for the weeds but the grass is so thick and covering where the first treatment killed the weeds now thick grass. By spring or sooner I will be all grass and no weeds. Thanks TruGreen.

Jeremy and his crew did a great job. Very friendly and listened carefully. When I pointed out some places to avoid they took extra care to follow my instructions. They were quick and left everything in great shape. I highly recommend their service, even if it is overpriced, significantly.

The driver Was on time, very polite, explained everything to me tell me what I needed to do afterwards and I watched him do the application. He didn’t miss a thing And yes I would recommend them to friends or anyone who asked.

The TruGreen Agent came to my home a few months back with an offer on taking care of my lawn and reseeding some parts with poor lawn. Since then they just sent me the bill with absolutely no work on my yard. My lawn is the worse condition. I called them several times but no real progress. I wrote to them, left messages but still no response. I am putting few phots if there us place here to upload. If you don't want to have a headache same as me please stay away from TruGreen...

When TruGreen Lawn Care took over for Scotts, things went downhill. Scotts lawn care was wonderful for the last 4 years, and now that TruGreen is in charge, very bad communication. I have new sod placed in and called and explained I do not want any fertilizer put on the new sod. They came out on 2 different occasions after that treatment and put down fertilizer. I noticed big sections of my new well water sod, dying.

I have more weeds now than ever before. I have called multiple times. They ask: How can we do a better job? Simple! Come and take care of these weeds!! They say that they will send someone but never do. Brutal! I would stay clear of this outfit.

We have had one treatment and so far we are happy with TruGreen. Good communication and proper expectations. I really appreciate the thorough reports after each visit. We notice a positive change already with our yard and appreciate the tips for greener and healthier grass.

TruGreen has come over only a few times. Mario has been here two times and Brian, once. My lawn had new Tall Fescue SOD last SEPT. It was turning brown, and dying in some spots. Mario treated it but said it needs to AERATED, but TG won’t until the fall. Bottom line... After more than a month of it getting worse, I rented an aerator and then fertilized, and now it is looking much better. Dead spots still there, but will reseed those in Fall or Spring. Both men were very professional but I wish TG would have aerated that first visit. Thanks.

Technician Specialist, Stanley ** does a great job in treating my lawn every service. What my lawn is dealing with now are the tough nutsedge weeds, bare spots, thinning grass, and not green. Nutsedge get treated, brown out, and go away. Then it returns back in the spots treated. Not sure what TruGreen has to do the give me a weed free and greener lawn as guarantee in their promotion.

Great Job! Always on time and date. We appreciate his professionalism and knowing how to administer the spray to our yard. The treatment seems to work and we are very thankful they are gone. We can now enjoy sitting outside.

I have generally been pleased with my service but there has not been enough communication between service and customer. I would like to be kept aware of what was going on with my lawn and I have not. I have not been educated with the process which would help me understand.

Lawn has been over fertilized by TruGreen and is dying. TruGreen refuses to make good on their "Satisfaction Guaranteed". Phone calls not returned and appointments not kept. Cancelled service. Complaint being filed with the Better Business Bureau. Following up with small claims court to recover damage repair costs.

In 2017 my lawn started out in good condition. After my first treatment the lawn started to fail. I called TruGreen. They reserviced the lawn. It got worse each time. It got more weeds and less green with each service. Everybody came. Everybody looked. By August I had given up. Tru said they found the problem and given the chance they could turn it around. The last application the lawn started to look better so one more chance worked well. They worked. Didn’t give up now it’s 2018 and thanks to the service people at TruGreen. My looks good. Thank you.

I have always received prompt and concerned responses to my concerns. I wish however there might be a more specialized program to address my desires for the lawn look I want to achieve. If that exists I am not aware of it.

Marginal satisfaction. We are trying to get rid of an abundance of wild violets (but little/no other weeds). Three complaints: it's not working well; canceling a scheduled service on a sunny/dry day; and not being able to call the applier's head end (only the corporate calling center where you're known by your phone number). Three compliments: service techs are very hard working; they are very through with their coverage; and, my grass is green, growing rapidly, and needs to be cut every 4 days.

Your workers are polite, helpful, careful with what they are doing. They have given me good suggestions about what should be done once they leave the property which have been helpful and appreciated. The calls I receive ahead of time let me know when they are coming is great for there are times I would not remember to leave my gate open for them.

Did maintenance and right as Chase was leaving the sky opened up and rained for a good 20 minutes. I called and informed TruGreen. Had me check my lawn 10 days later for weed kill and it did not work due to the rain and they came and reapplied the chemicals necessary for this service at no charge. Great service.

I was pleased with the young man that came and re-treated an area that needed it. He explained what he was doing and why. I look forward to treating my backyard after our 16 yr old dog passes. Everyone has been great to work with on the phone and in person. I have also had courteous treatment when calling TruGreen.

Specialists do a great job and are always very thorough. They have made sure I haven't had to pull a single weed in years! After heavy rains, they return in between my regular visits at no charge to make sure I don't have to pull anything!

We have had TruGreen for about six months, two applications, and so far the weeds are not ALL gone but we have seen a significant reduction in weeds. The service person notifies us when he arrives, goes about his work and leaves while disturbing nothing. At this point we are very satisfied.

My lawn is looking much better. Good job! Your man Marshall is a hard worker and he was perfect. Marshall told me what I needed to do. We still have a lot of weeds like clover but it's going to a while to beat those things.

Jonathan is our technician that comes out to service and take care of our lawn. He always explains what he is doing and gives us tips to take care of it. I would highly recommend give them a try. We have been very happy with our service.

As a TruGreen customer for 2 seasons/years I continue to be very satisfied with the level of customer service and the quality of service and results. Our lawn has shown great improvements compared to that of my neighbors. The cost is very competitive considering how much a bag of quality fertilizer would cost you at any stores. At the same time TruGreen guarantees their service and returns as often as necessary without charge. We love the service and recommend it to everyone who wants a yard they can enjoy and looks great.

We are very pleased with my lawn service. However I would like more information about controlling crabgrass. I thought it was supposed to be covered with my plan however it seems to be settling in for the long haul. It is nice now that the tech comes to the door and we receive advance notice of the service.

Overall the service provided in 2018 is not up to the standard that we've been used to seeing from TruGreen. Mosquito Service - have had about 5-6 visits but my wife and kids are getting bit by mosquitoes... make me think that we're not getting the service as advertised. Grass - comparing my yard to my neighbors (who uses someone other than TruGreen) is like night and day. My yard is full of large wide leaf grass (possibly weeds!) that seems to grow faster than the rest of the grass, while my neighbor's yard is more or less what it should be. And there is nowhere where this is more evident than on the treeline, where you would think that mine has not been touched by you.

On 2 occasions we have had either inexperienced or careless technicians service our lawn. Improper application of fertilizer will burn a lawn. Our lawn was burned after an improper application on 7/3 by Tessa ** and again on 8/11 by Michael **. In between the 2 applications, technician Dan came out and observed the damage, and met with us regarding the issue. Informed us the next application would be weed and feed and not fertilizer. At that point we requested him ONLY to service our lawn and he said that wasn't the norm and that we would have to call in and he would pass on our message as well. In a written response, I requested that Dan and only Dan service our lawn. This request was ignored and for a second time this summer, our beautiful lawn has been ruined. The technicians with TruGreen are very courteous and professional. TruGreen always calls me at least the day before so I know when they will be there, and with their new service they text me when they are on their way and when they are complete.

Lawn was areated yesterday. This particular service was cancelled several months ago. Sent chat to advise and cancel the charge. No response to chat. Please advise to our email of status and account reconciliation.

Overall the service seems good. At times I’m not sure if they are solving all of the problems that I’m seeing. However I feel satisfied overall with service. Aeration and overseeding service didn’t seem to provide the benefit that I had hoped to see.

We were concerned that we were beginning to get crabgrass and called to have it taken care of. Our neighbors have this problem and we did not want it. Our lawn is the best looking one in our neighborhood and we did not want it to look less than the best.

Your people are always professional and friendly - you all call ahead and inform me when a service will be provided. Your products work fine on the lawn- trees and shrubs. You all do a great job! I have and will continue to tell my friends and neighbors about the great service you provide!

The staff are very pleasant however I am not satisfied with the appearance of my lawn which has quite a few brown spots and bare spots in it along with some weeds. Is there any possibility you could provide me with free core aeration and over-seeding since I have been a long time customer?

DELON ** really took great care with our lawn today. He listened to us and made this treatment of the lime wonderful. This young man really takes pride in his work. TruGreen should hire more individuals like him. Keep up the good work DELON **.

This work was not done but I received a bill for it anyway. I called TruGreen and no apology was given to me. The TruGreen associate just scheduled for them to come out at no additional charge to get the service done. I am now a customer that will probably not return for the next season.

I like TruGreen... they do a good job with feeding my lawn but... not a good job with getting rid of weeds and crabgrass. They've come back a couple times to spray but the crabgrass and spurge still haven't died unfortunately.

I love that TruGreen keeps track of everything, from number of visits and when; what needs to be done and what has been done; I love knowing exactly when TruGreen will be arriving. I love getting the synopsis of what was done that day. I love that TruGreen takes care of everything for me--so easy, simple, efficient, and exact! I really like our TruGreen guy, Jason **. Jason is thorough, considerate and quick. He is an asset to your company, for sure.

The specialist, Shawn, arrived right on time. I met him at the door and reviewed what The lawn was experiencing based on my observations and actions. Shawn said that the application scheduled would address the issues and that he would take extra care in the problem areas we discussed. He was very friendly and knowledgable, a good representative of TruGreen.

The technician did a good job, the flaw was the callback invoice. I was told after the application if I was not pleased to call and you would reapply. I did call and you came out and reapplied, but then I was invoiced again, for the full price, just two weeks apart. Not happy with double pricing.

Our yard was awful and our HOA was about to penalize us, but by only the first or second application our yard looked amazing! The dead spots are gone, as are all the weeds, thanks TruGreen!! I guess the only downside is that now we have to have our yard mowed every week. :)

TRUGREEN to date is doing what they promised. My technician Darrel ** has been very professional and makes it a point to talk to me at each service. We have had no issues to this point and would probably recommend TRUGREEN to a neighbor if they asked for our input.

They don't show up. They don't treat properly. They don't call back. They lie. They say they came when they didn't. Took samples of the ivy they killed. 2 months later no calls or results. We keep leaving messages not technician. They even said the service was completed even though no one ever showed up. There are cameras all around our house. We can see whether we are here or not if someone has been here. They sold us over the phone a package that should have included veg control since I have so much here to be controlled. After no one showed up they said it wasn't included. Never been this disappointed with a company. They just keep taking messages when you call.

I paid a year in advance then waited a week for someone to come out. He sprayed and told me to contact his supervisor through email so he could come out to treat dallisgrass. Still waiting on a call. This morning I received a text saying someone was coming so I sat by the window waiting for him. 30 minutes later I received a text stating the work was done. NO ONE came by, I was lied to. Called customer service and was promised I'd be getting a call, still no call. What a bad way to start a business relationship. I'll be asking for a refund.

After several treatments for weeds each year, the weeds are a continuing problem for us. We still have lots of spurge, crabgrass and nutsedge in our yard. They keep coming back. The excessive heat this summer has created part of the problem.

I have repeatedly told TruGreen about the weeds in my yard. The workers have come out to treat my yard, but I keep getting more weeds. I also have an abundance of millipedes in my yard. The workers recently claimed they sprayed for insects, but I do not see that happening. I am very disappointed.

As I said before... I love the service... just don't ring my doorbell before 9 am. Leave your little flag so I know you've been here. My husband should do more of his part... mow!! And, water more often. You guys are great. And, Dylan across the street from me works for you and set me up with this. He needs a raise.

I’ve had my services a few months now. Since June. I’m satisfied with the products and the customer service. I’m just not satisfied with the billing and appointments. Appointments are being set back to back billing. Seems like every other week.

First service ended with patches of DEAD grass... Was invoiced on 8/16 6:45 pm for aeration which was NOT done. Called four times asking to speak to a supervisor, got excuses and run around. Contacted customer support via e-mail, 3 Days and NO call. Called two Days ago about schedule, NO luck!! If not done this week, I WILL be contesting my credit card and cancelling!! Absolutely Disgusted with your service...

My lawn is a specialty lawn Dwarf Seashore Paspalum. I had my doubts that TruGreen was familiar with this type of grass. However they exceeded my expectations and have fine tuned their care with chemicals that do not hurt the turf and the result has been fantastic.

I’ve had very good service from TruGreen for several years now. I considered applying the treatments myself with product from the big-box stores but determined that it wasn’t worth the trouble and there’s really no cost savings and you can’t buy the TruGreen products in stores. If you ever have a problem, just call and they’ll dispatch a tech. I call them before the appointed time with any concerns that I have and they adjust their application to remedy it.

It took a couple of extra days because of the crazy summer weather here, but our technician arrived and patiently listened to my concerns re: our lawn. He applied the necessary treatments, and we are already seeing a difference. He was professional and yet friendly. Thanks!

For many years, my husband has taken care of our lawn in regards to fertilization. This year, because he works so many hours, we decided to hire TruGreen. Let me say my grass was beautiful before they came. From the very first time they came to fertilize my lawn, the lawn technician, who I guess was not trained properly, dumped the fertilizer in large spots which in turn created brown dead grass everywhere. When I contacted TruGreen, no one ever got back to me. They have single handedly destroyed our grass and have done nothing to rectify the situation. My grass looks awful and my husband and are so upset. DO NOT USE THEM!

I have been a customer for 3 seasons and each year a customer rep would contact me to review my services plan. 2017 season I did fertilization - tree service - pest control and Aeration. For 2018 I requested a cut back in services to keep the overall cost down from previous year. I wanted Fertilization only. During the season I would get calls trying to upsell additional plans and I gave in and allowed Tree and Shrub services along with my Fertilization plan. Two weeks ago with no notification on my phone app or calls they showed up and performed Aeration and seeding. (Early August during a period of time my town has imposed watering lawn restrictions). I called and was told that Aeration was a repeat services an I owe $536 and sorry for the miscommunication. I requested supervisor contact and emailed 3 times with no call back. Very disappointed with no contact regarding this issue - they love to call for additional services but not this time.

TruGreeen has done a very good job with helping my lawn green up and thicken especially in the front yard; however, the weed problem, especially, crabgrass, is horrible. You have had my account for several years now, long enough to get a grasp on the weed problem.

Specialist Ronald ** did a good job spraying the weeds in the whole yard but it rained 2 hours later and rained for the next 2 days. We still have weeds so yard needs to be treated again. I will call to schedule retreatment.

My lawn had many issues so it was a daunting task for any lawn care company from the start. I chose TruGreen because they responded to my inquiries right away and gave me the best price for the services they provide. I am rating them a 3 out of 5 because my lawn has not improved to the level I would have expected this late in the year after 5 of my 7 contractual treatments. I still have many weeds and dead spots even after a historically wet summer. I dethatch and aerate every year too.

This is my 4th year with TruGreen. It was my first time having Sergio take care of my lawn. I’ve been noticing tons of weeds, so I asked him to walk the lawn. He was very willing and knowledgeable. He made me feel that he could help and that his manager would be aware of the issues occurring in my lawn. It has been a week and a half and I have not heard from anyone, which is disappointing.

On several applications I have experienced tree stress on my Red oak that had a severe leaf stunting and my recent application left a Chinese Dogwood losing its leaves. Whatever is being used is I presume, very toxic on my trees. I appreciate the men who do the ap. But I’m debating keeping your tree service at this time.

I just hired TruGreen and the first application was a washout because of continuous heavy rain. Trugreen redone the application at no charge. William the technician has been knowledgeable and professional. Looking forward towards a healthy and weed free lawn.

The Service Representative did a good job with applying the nutrients and weed killer. He arrived on the day indicated and promptly and efficiently applied the stuff. He left a detailed explanation of what he had done and had some suggestions for better care for the lawn.

I been very happy with the health of my lawn. Treatments are done in time. Very good personnel. If I have any questions they are answered promptly. I feel I get good value for the cost of treatment. I would recommend TruGreen.

Weeds along both side of driveway and all along edges of yard. Patches of broadleaf grasses throughout the yard. Expected yard to look better since all the rain we had. The serviceman performing the service is very professional and polite. I have not made up my mind if I will continue my service next year.

DO NOT use TruGreen services by any means! They have completely destroyed our lawn to the point that next season we'll have to lay down brand new sod! Not only does their product not work, but their customer service is awful. They do not spray the entire area unless you are home to sit and monitor them. They do not come out and "spot treat" as they state in their contract. They do not communicate with other employees that they have sprayed our lot (this potentially could lead to burning the lawn).

TruGreen has no idea about what issues local lawn care deals with for the season. They apply weed killer when the lawn has been stressed by disease which they missed. The response was "it will be evaluated". When I told the TruGreen employee that the lawn needs to be treated for Red Fez which annually attacks, his response was to shrug his shoulders. They treat for mosquito control, never follow up to determine effectiveness. Finally, they keep trying to sell useless additional services while failing to take responsibility for lack of attention to the main reason they were hired, that is, lawn maintenance. Atrocious experience!!!

I had to rate with one star to post this review however TruGreen gets 0 Stars. We pre-paid for 5 applications with TruGreen. The service is very unprofessional/TERRIBLE. They schedule and never call or show-up. I have had to follow-up making continuous phone calls out of my busy schedule to speak with customer service rep’s which they do nothing except make excuses.

TruComplete Lawn Service on 8/16/2018 - Keaundre ** did a great job! He was very professional and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions! I don't know how much he had to do with the mobile app readout on this particular service call, but the info was right on! The app told me the service would be performed between 12 - 5, gave me a 3 hr, 2 hr, and 1 hr heads-up, leading up to Keuandre showing up at 4:15p, to complete the service. Above average!

Very good service. When complained about service one more time a technician is sent another time. Listening well to the suggestions and concerns. Can recommend to anyone who needs to keep the yard well maintained. I would think to extend the contract in the next year.

Lawn is really starting to look good!!! We appreciate TruGreen’s willingness to do extra applications to attack problem areas! We had a creeping Charlie/ivy problem and it is almost completely gone due to the additional extra treatments! Technicians have been very friendly and professional!

My prior lawn service did not work out. The grass did not grow and the weeds were not satisfactorily controlled. I had dead spots every summer. After changing back to TruGreen, my lawn has never looked greener and the weeds are under control.

This time the specialist seemed to cover the ENTIRE yard and not just spot checked. Thank you very much for the added attention. It is very much appreciated. I believe we had a different tech. We were not home but could see a difference in area since we arrived right after he left and could see the wetness.

Our tech person was timely, efficient and in uniform and we very courteous. We were very satisfied with his professionalism and his great attitude. The online timeline was accurate for his arrival and he explained everything to us and put some extra weed control done.

Please just don’t ring our doorbell when you arrive. We were woken up very early. The gentleman was very polite. We had a get together and not having to worry about the bugs was really nice. We won’t need any further treatment so we do not want to continue with the mosquito treatment.

TruGreen has been very attentive and proactive especially in regards to some issues we had when they took over our account. I like the followup by the technician to make sure that we are satisfied. Would recommend to friends and family. Thank you for your assistance in helping us get our lawn in better shape.

The lawn consistently looks great since I started using TruGreen. The Company tells me when they will be there (weather permitting), arrives as scheduled, acknowledges he is here to treat my lawn, treats my lawn and touches back with me at the completion of the treatment to inform me of anything I need to be doing to keep my lawn in shape. I pay for the service annually and have never had an issue with my payments or the service I receive.

I have been very frustrated as my lawn has been burned with fertilizer 4 times this year. The manager has been good to come out twice and he said he will fix the spots later this year, but it is still very disappointing.

Had TruGreen for years without issue. Suddenly this year spring the guy shows up and refuses to treat my full lawn citing fungus but wanted to charge full amount. I explained there was no fungus with Centipede grass a warm season grass when you have cold snaps in spring or lasting winter this grass will look brown/patchy and sick. He wanted nothing to do with my experience of the lawn as a homeowner here for 10 yrs and wanted me to buy into a fungus treatment I did not need. I had to have a manager out to my home to inspect the grass to get my service fully restored again despite continuing to pay full price. Confirmed no fungus and by then the grass was really nice so he even noticed some of the best centipede he has seen around.

I called on 8/7/2018 (second call) to express my dissatisfaction with the aeration job that was done on 6/14. The receptionist took the information and was to elevate the situation to her manager - still waiting for a returned call with a resolution.

We had lawn, shrub and mosquito services. Everything was going great until they sprayed our Cherry tree twice and it started to die. They are never to spray any fruit trees fruit bearing or ornamental. I have been trying to work with TruGreen over a year and they have given every excuse, Frost, bugs, etc. TruGreen will not take responsibility for their shoddy service! Now we are stuck with tree removal and replacement cost!! Nashville Area TruGreen!! Would not recommend!

After using Tru Green for a couple of years and being very satisfied with their service, I am very disappointed from the very beginning of this year's (2018) application. The lawn became burnt and scarred right down to the dirt itself. Not even weeds would grow. I called numerous times and got no satisfaction. Tru Green did not show up, or would make excuses. I used topsoil, fertilizer, mixed well, watered and added seed to try and get this area to grow. When I asked a competitor for a possible explanation I was told it was over treated chemically.

So far your company has done a good job, however, there are still large weeds growing in the backyard, in the utility easement, by the chain fence. Please have these taken care of. Kind of frustrating. Otherwise, our lawn looks good.

Last year I signed up for 1 year, paid in advance, but after a year of service I cancelled. My lawn looks great, most weeds gone, but my trees and shrubs have needed attention & this company could not give good care on this. Whenever their guy came out for the trees & shrubs and we pointed out the problem, he would always say the manager would be contacted & get back to me. Such managers never got back and the problems got worse. I may be losing some very costly palm and certain shrubs as a result of their bad service. I will not go back to this company even if it is free.

I am totally pleased with the service I have received from TruGreen since I signed up in early May. Already my yard never looked better. I was concerned about the cost, but have found that I was spending as much or more on buying fertilizer, weedkiller, etc. and the weeds were winning. It has been a pleasure doing business with TruGreen and I look forward to continuing for many years.

The first visit was prompt, efficient and effective. Shane had the lawn covered quickly and explained everything thoroughly before starting. The lawn is starting to look better already with only one visit. I would recommend the company based on this experience.

Products that are applied really work. Really are satisfied with tech (David) who is always pleasant and willing to answer any question. Would highly recommend TruGreen to my friends because if you need them to return They will within three working days.

My wife and I moved in to our new house that was newly sodded with St. Augustine in December and I started my TruGreen service in March. I'm happy to say that my TruGreen service has thickened my grass and it truly looks like a golf course fairway! All of my service technicians have been extremely polite and very professional. Thank you TruGreen!

On 7/21 called to pay for 2nd treatment. Inquired about next ones to follow. I was cancelling future treatments but was told it was last one and was FREE. So I agreed but ended up being charged $79.95 for 3rd and not free. I don't cheat. Did not want to buy another mosquito treatment if I had to pay for that which I was told at beginning of contract WAS FREE by paying per treatment FOR 2 TIMES. I will have to cancel future lawn treatments if you are not trustworthy.

I’ve been a customer for at least 5 yrs... I love the grass and tree and shrub service. I have no weeds in my grass and my trees and shrubs look great. The last 2 years I did the Mosquito service... the first year was great, this year not so much. To be fair it was very wet... However when I called to have them come out to reservice it, they said 3 business days someone will call. By the time someone called and set a date, it was more like 10 days... I was just expecting a faster response to help fight the mosquitoes. I wasn’t happy with that service. I would like to know if there will ever be a service to help kill weeds around the trees and shrubs. They would be a great service I would pay for.
