Thank you for you helping me control the mosquitoes in my yard, my tech Angel was very thorough and detailed in his service. He went thru all the nooks and crannies of my house to search and protect my family from mosquitoes.

To be honest I was very unhappy with my lawn when TruGreen first started treatment. My lawn was full of weeds. After frequent treatment it looks great now. I never knew how many weeds I had in my yard. Lawn is now free of weeds!!

Tristan was very knowledgeable and explained the four different types of weeds that we need to get under control. He explained how often and how much we should water and what to watch for as the weeds begin to die.

Workers are pleasant and get the job done quickly. If I notice something not to my liking, I call TruGreen and they come back out and make it right. Call before coming out and leave a notice after they've been here.

TruGreen has definitely improved the health of my lawn. I recommend TruGreen without reservation. Keenan ** has been doing a great job in taking care of my lawn. I trust that my lawn will again continue to look great.

TruGreen has treated my yard properly and has even come to re-treat problem weeds for free. Customer service has been prompt and attentive, and the technician is quick and efficient. I am complimented on the condition of my grass since I and TruGreen have been working on it.

We have currently moved to a brand new house. Went ahead and contacted TruGreen. Their representative was very helpful and got everything started. First treatment was just done and so far so good. I am happy just waiting on the fall to have aerated and plugged.

Dennis ** was very friendly and walked me through the complete service. He explained what he was treating my lawn for and what subsequent services would involve. The dandelions were dead the next day as promised and the lawn looks great! I am very happy with TruGreen and the professional and personal lawn services they provide.

We have had three services with TruGreen this year and have had amazing results with each (Aeration, mosquitoes and lawn care). The most impressive service so far has been the mosquito elimination from our heavily treed yard. With just two treatments of lawn service we’ve seen a reduction in weeds so far and can’t wait to continue with the next five applications.

TruGreen did an amazing job on our mosquito defense. We have barely noticed any bugs after previously seeing hundreds. Very happy! Will definitely be coming back every year! We are also very happy with our backyard having gone from completely dirt to almost all green.

TruGreen offered a competitive price and provided good lawn treatment for weeds; HOWEVER, since purchasing the 8 applications I have received OVER 35 solicitation phone calls and multiple solicitation visits to my house. I have asked REPEATEDLY to be removed from their list but they continue to call and harass me trying to sell mosquito treatment... Ummm, I think I am capable of calling you and asking for it if I want it... there is no need to harass me with 3-4 calls EVERY WEEK. So my advice is to avoid using TruGreen AT ALL COSTS unless you enjoyed being harassed at your home and over the phone by people who clearly do not care about the customers!!!

Dollar Spot Application - Michael ** diagnosed our problem and treated it immediately. Very pleased with prompt and efficient service. The other people at our local office, including Jason ** and Ms. **, were very responsive as well. Once again we're very pleased with our service.

TruGreen treated my lawn in 2017. We did not want it in 2018. They called my home few weeks ago and wanted to schedule. I did not schedule. They treated my lawn last week without informing me. I called them to complain. They asked me if someone had called to schedule & I said no one called. She acknowledge nobody called me & in response offered to charge me half the price which I did not accept. I said, "You came without my permission & I don’t want to schedule again, & I will not pay." Today I found the surprise, they charged $100 on my credit card without my permission. What should I do? This is credit card fraud. Please help me.

Our lawn rebounded nicely this spring. One comment our lawn specialist had was uneven watering spots in the lawn and he suggested adjusting the sprinklers, but we have a sprinkler servicing plan with TruGreen, so hopefully, the two departments are communicating one with another and will get this resolved. Thanks!

My wife & I really appreciate the friendly, dedicated & professional Service Technicians that TruGreen sends to care for our residence. They take care of our lawn, trees & ornamental shrubs as though they were their own. We are so pleased every time we pull into our driveway. The dedication & professional care that our TruGreen Service Technicians put into our home is the main reason we stay with TruGreen. TruGreen is very responsive anytime we have any questions, or have any additional lawn care needs, or issues. I highly recommend TruGreen to family & friends when they compliment me on our lawn.

Still have creeping charlie vines in many areas of the yard. Continue to be there even with treatment. Recent service person is good but some previous service people have cut the treatment short and did not get the whole yard.

This is only the 2nd year we've had TruGreen and our yard needs some work. So we can't give 5 stars yet. But we can tell you that their service is very friendly, when they say they are coming out they show up. If we have an issue, they come back out and take care of it without issues or difficulties.

The gentleman (Abe) that performed the mosquito tx was professional, respectful, considerate to all my **. He phoned several times to let me know he was coming. I was not home, but Abe was patient until he was able to reach me so that the tx could get done--I have a dog so I wanted to make sure she was inside before Abe started the tx.

Excellent service. Both lawn and trees. Would recommend to friends. The technicians are always prompt and thorough when providing full service. Always available and ready to answer any questions that I may have. Always give suggestions and very professional. Very knowledgeable.

This was my first experience with TruGreen. The serviceman was respectful, informative and polite. I'm looking forward to my next treatment. I was concerned about the creeping charlie and after a couple weeks now, that seems to be at bay.

TruGreen is a great value. They come out often to service the lawn starting as early as March. It is cheaper to have them treat the lawn than for me to purchase the necessary chemicals and my lawn has never looked greener.

My lawn has responded well with their treatments. It grew and filled in within a weeks time. The weeds disappeared within two weeks as well. The treatment was not evasive either. They were very thorough and hit all parts of the yard.

The biggest reason is if I don't like the results of an application I can call and they will re-apply the application within a week. Very responsive to my concerns. When talking to a Tech they answer my questions accordingly, if they don't have an answer they get me one.

We have used these services for years and are very happy with the results. They are reliable, dependable and always friendly and available when we call customer service for question. Most importantly, we appreciate the improved appearance of our lawn.

I call TruGreen because I had a landscaper doing my lawn, but the result weren't great. I've seen the TruGreen trucks around and decided to look them up on the web. They got back to me immediately. I have had one treatment so far but already see a difference. What I like most is they let you know what they will be doing and when they will be there. I also bought their yearly package to save some money.

We love our lawn this summer! No weeds no dandelions! We will definitely spend many summer days and nights enjoying our outdoor space! Our technicians have always been very friendly and professional and give us great advice on ways to improve our lawn.

Very happy with TruGreen so far. Great customer communications such as prenotification prior to each service. Service is always timely. Provides the customer a detail report on each service performed. My lawn is looking nice and green. All the weeds and dandelion s appear to be under control.

My grass has been cared for very well for over a decade by TRUGREEN. I recently added Tree and Shrub Care because mine looked like they were suffering from various diseases. After a year of care I can really see a difference and more life pop back into my trees and shrubs.

Have a large yard with Emerald Zoiza grass (thin blade--golf green variety) which requires more urea type fertilizer (38-0-0) than other grasses since it is approx. 3" thick and grows from underneath the turf rather than crawling on the surface. Luckily the supervisor understood my needs and instructed the associate to apply a heavily dosage. Results look great!! Drive by ** and see for yourself! Also use TruGreen for my trees & shrubs with great results.

We have had TruGreen for over 5 years. During that time they have consistently called before arriving and have always arrived and let us know they are on the premises to let us know what they are applying that day. We have requested extra services and they have responded promptly. Our neighbors have joined TruGreen because our lawn looks so good.

Specialist quickly went about applying fertilizer, pre-emergent crabgrass control, and broad leaf week control. These lawn treatments make our yard look healthy and green! They are relatively inexpensive. We also get sprayed for unwanted bugs, which helps both inside and outside. I would recommend this service to others.

I have only been a customer for a short time, but WOW, the difference is undeniable! When I started about 5 months ago, I was starting to become overrun with clover. Two weeks after the first application, the clover starting dying, and after one month was completely gone. Now my grass is starting to get some “turf”, and is becoming a dark green. I can’t wait to see my lawn a year from now. I could not be happier. Thank you TruGreen!!

The service has eliminated essentially all weeds from the yard. I just started a year of service this year, waiting to see the fescue grass thicken up over time. The grass is still a bit thin and brown in spots.

This spring our lawn looked terrible, last fall the crabgrass was out of control. After our first treatment this year we could tell a big difference in the lawn, the neighbors noticed it too. I have been a long term client and have had nothing short of a very high outcome from using TRUGREEN for a nice lawn and tick free outdoor space. I live in a very dense shaded mountain piece of ground but with TRUGREEN it has helped me have a lawn that really looks good and the issues with ticks have been almost completely eliminated. I am very pleased with them and their services!!

You guys are good especially notifying me before and after about treatments. Also you do what you say when you say it and do not try to upgrade/charge me more. Your special pricing is great although I'm price sensitive and cannot do business at your 800 number rates. Let's keep up the good relationship.

TruGreen is doing a great job with weed control and the growth of my grass. My grass looks awesome. I'm impressed with their knowledge and abilities about lawn fertilization. The technician leaves a report that gives me feedback and recommendations.

The staff at TruGreen is great. Very patient and very nice. The technicians that come out to do the work are pleasant and professional. My yard is a total disaster. They’ve only been out twice so far and I can see a bit of a difference already. As long as the drought doesn’t get too bad I’m hopeful it will be really nice for next summer. Like I said, the yard is a total disaster and will take some time to fix. So far, so good.

I have used the services of TruGreen on and off for many years, at several properties. I very much like the multiple applications of products throughout the year, with TruGreen making the adjustments for the seasons and my landscape needs. I also do not have to guess about the correct products, buy and store them.

I've had two of the seven service visits so far and very pleased with the results to date. Phillip is an excellent resource who takes the time to answer my questions and address my lawn needs. The lawn is responding exactly as Phillip promised. I look forward to a healthier looking lawn throughout the summer heat now.

We had a lot of weeds after the first application that weren't taken care of. When I called about it the staff apologized and made sure that a person came out and took care of it. Talked with Renee and Maria at different times and they were very pleasant and sensitive to my issue.

I like getting the automated call prior to service so I know the specialist is coming. I like getting a review of what was done and what they noticed regarding my grass, trees or shrubs. I like that when they are here they are not intrusive. They do their job quickly and are gone. (I do, however, have a very small yard). I have had TruGreen for several years now and was always pleased with the quality of my grass, trees and shrubs. Last year, however, I was not pleased. I continued to have weeds and the grass was not as green as typical. I am hoping this year I will see better quality results following application. If I so not and have 2 consecutive years of under par results, I will consider looking into another company. This is not something I care to do but I do want my yard looking nice for the money I am paying.

My lawn looks pretty good. Very few, if any, weeds. The tech always knocks first to let me know what he is laying down. Actually my lawn never looked better because of your service. The backyard still needs a lot of work; many weeds.

It would seem the address for my residence was entered wrong in the system and they treated some of the surround yards but not mine. Once he arrived he was a very nice person and answered all of my questions. I am already seeing some of the weeds wilting.

Very happy with the way my lawn is coming back. My TruGreen sprayer guy is doing a fine job. Can't wait to see it in 6 months. Elvis is out of town and his replacement was very knowledgeable about the lawn care business. He stopped to explain to me the problems going on in my grass.

The technician was on time and did a very good job of treating my lawn. So far the results are not easily seen as my lawn was not treated by the previous owners and will take a while to show improvement.

People who come over, friends and others, say our lawn looks like a plush carpet. We have the nicest lawn on the block and maybe in the town. Workers are helpful with concerns of our lawn care. They address our needs as soon as possible. Sometimes right on the spot while they’re there.

Juan and George knocked on the door and I get a chance to talk to them and they explained the work they will be doing. However, I did not talk to Jerry and the description of the work done confuses me.

I am concerned about the 10 bushes we planted around the 1st of January. They have grown beautifully but in the last 6 weeks they have many yellow leaves on them and I'm afraid I'm going to lose all the plants. I've tried to be home when they come to spray but have missed them the last couple of times. HELP!! I've left a couple of messages but I guess not in the right places. Phone is **.

We had someone visit last week and since then about 100 mushrooms have popped up in our yard, possibly more. I walk my dog in the neighborhood and don’t see 1 other lawn that has mushrooms like mine. Not sure if it’s by chance or has something to do with the chemicals but now I have all the squirrels coming to my yard to eat them. The gentleman that visited was very nice and very helpful.

The protection that was sprayed seem to be working. Also my grass is looking good from the different TruGreen maintenance lawn services that get on a monthly basis. As I have said I have the best looking LAWN in the area. We will see how my lawn looks when it get hot in the months of July and August.

Very pleased with service and applications of fertilizers. Lawn looks 200% better than before. System always calls the leaves a message the day before they come. They leave detailed description of what was done on your doorstep if you're not home. The specialists that come to apply the lawn control are very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend trying this service.

Justin explained what he was doing and what results I could expect in the upcoming weeks. As always, he did a very thorough application and left a breakdown sheet explaining what was done that day. Chris your specialist is one of the finest young gentlemen I've ever met. He explained what he was gonna do and then did it with professionalism. That should make your organization proud. The South Florida rainy season made it hard for Chris to complete his tasks but he came thru.

I have weed control and fertilizer mosquitoes. I've had to have the weed control redone because there were several dandelions but they did it and the yard looks good now. They definitely strive to be the best they can. They want your business and want to keep your customers happy.

TruGreen picked up my account nicely from Scott's Lawn Service 2 or 3 years ago and the transition has been seamless. I have been pleased with my TruGreen service. I receive many compliments on how nice and green my lawn looks which only adds to the overall appearance of my home.

I’ve never used a lawn service. TruGreen was easy to set up. I like that you can customize what services you want. I didn’t have to be present for the service when they came, and they left a written summary of what was done and what they suggested to be done. All I had to do was watch my lawn transform. The change was rapid and to my satisfaction. Before TruGreen my lawn was overrun by dandelions and other weeds, had bare spots, and had different color patches of grass. In just a few short weeks the weeds are gone, grass is thick, and has a healthy shade of green throughout. It’s definitely worth it to try TruGreen.

I just started the program for lawn care, weed control, and mosquito and pest control. TruGreen has been very good about keeping me informed on when specialist was going to visit and perform service. Great in follow-up. Accurate in billing on time. Haven't had enough time yet to see results since I just started program.

Overall my grass looks pretty good. Customer service is satisfactory. I wish they offered a discount for long term customers or senior citizens. Also I'd like to be able to meet with the tech in person every so often.

I use many of the TruGreen products from Lawn Plan, Tree/Shrub Service, Lawn Pest Control, and Mosquito Dense and I am totally satisfied with the performance of these applications. My yard looks outstanding! I get compliments all the time and in fact two of my neighbors are using TruGreen because of the way my yard looks. The Mosquito Defense is amazing on how good it works. Aeration service was performed using a machine that the tech rode on. It had rained the day before and the tech was concerned that the machine would sink into the grass. He tested and proceeded with the project. I had marker flags by all underground utility panels within the yard. No issues with service or the tech. Thank you.

Outstanding people and customer service plus you kill the weeds. Your people, last year's (name escapes me) and especially Dan this year will keep me coming back. There's a lot of organizations out in the market place that kill weeds. Your staff keeps you on top for me.

I had so many weeds that would not go away. I called them and they sent a supervisor out and they retreated and now I am weed-free. He spent at least three hours retreating and making sure I was happy.

For years my lawn has been infested with clover. This is my second year with your service and the clover is gone. Usually there are dandelions sprinkles throughout the lawn that I’ve dug out In the past. Those are gone also. Lawn is green and thick. Thanks.

TruGreen takes care of your lawn for what you'd pay to do it yourself. Their technicians do a great job, and don't miss any part of the lawn. I had the service years ago, and when I stopped the lawn did not look as good.

The service specialist, Kevin ** did an excellent job explaining the services provided and discussed my lawn needs moving forward. He was very good at addressing any questions that I had. I like the app feature to keep clients updated on when services will be completed as well as providing a summary statement that encapsulated everything that Kevin discussed with me. My husband and I could not be more pleased with your services!

I've been impressed with the lawn service. I added the tree and shrub and also the mosquito/pest control. When I have had a concern the local office has called me and taken care of the problem. I also like the app I use on my phone.

This is my second month of service. Jeremy has done a fabulous job. I can already see improvement in grass coverage, the softness of my grass, and a major reduction in the amount of clover and other weeds. Great value & great service, been a customer for approximately ten years. I like the customer service to answer questions in a timely manner. I have had over seeding a couple times in ten years & they stand behind their work.

Since we have been using your service the weeds we have in our lawn are minimal. It looks good. The only dandelions we have are close to the neighbor yard and they have plenty so I suppose that can't be helped.

I’m happy with my service, the tech takes care of my lawn like if it were his own. Our service is always completed when scheduled which makes it easier on my pets. Daniel has been our service rep for years now and does an excellent job! TruGreen stands behind their service. Any time I've called with any issue he comes back and makes sure I am 100% satisfied. I have recommended TruGreen to several of my neighbor.

Need better contact. Our service rep apparently does not ring our bell or try to contact us as we rarely see him when he is here and his visits are extremely quick. His write-ups usually say the same thing each time' which I question.

So far the product has been fine. Wasn’t told about two applications at one and this charges double and they forgot to schedule an appointment so I had to call to ask. Grass seems to be good shape and improving.

TruGreen is the best thing that has happened in ridding my property from mosquitoes and I have tried everything in the past with little success. I just assumed there was nothing that was going to work, but I had TruGreen treat my property and the results were/are amazing. My property is surrounded by woods and I have a pond and lake so it is a breeding paradise for them pesky mosquitoes and yet the treatment worked and I am very satisfied with the results. It is now enjoyable to sit outside and enjoy nature and family. I highly recommend TruGreen and have referred others and they too are very satisfied with their service.

The customer service through TruGreen has been truly exceptional. The only issue I have is that it seems common to need to call them back for something that was either not done or that needs to be re-done. At least they have the guarantee.

TruGreen keeps my lawn healthy and is always here when they say they will be. Seeding and aeration services are a must year after year. Their technicians are courteous, knowledgeable, and experts in their field. I trust them completely with my lawn care needs.

Technicians seem to be knowledgeable and are sincere when they meet their clients. So far we have had good service, just wish they didn’t show up so often. One day is lawn service, next day for trees, followed by bug spray in another day, and then the next day spray for mosquitoes.

The serviceman always shows up on schedule accept if weather permits, but there is always a call to let us know that weather prohibits the service. The door bell is always rang in case communication (ONSITE) is necessary. The grass is green, the shrubs are radiant. The mosquito application is a great defense and after the application, we see some change in flying insects.

TruGreen has improved my lawn 200% in the last three years. It has fewer weeds, is greener and is filling in the bare spots nicely. They have responded to every inquiry with accurate and detailed instructions. I would highly recommend them.

I'm pleased with the service I'm getting and the yard is looking better. Cody ** (my technician) and Robert Salyer are very nice and professional. I have one area that needs iron and I have asked Cody to add more his next visit. I still have some trouble areas, but I expect them to get better with the great support from Cody.

The specialist gives us a written detailed report concerning our lawn which is good to know what is going on.

Well after my first Application my grass started to look better. It’s greener and thick and the patch are starting to disappear. Can’t wait for my next visit. Can’t wait until my grass is fully healed so we can enjoy the outside again.

This is our first season with TruGreen and two treatments in, we are impressed. The weeds are dead or dying and our lawn is beginning to look healthy! Richard, our tech, is knowledgeable, efficient, and gave us recommendations that we plan to follow to get the best possible results.

I had a problem with weeds after a recent application of fertilizer and pre-emergence. I mentioned this in response to a survey by TruGreen and was contacted within one day by TruGreen saying they would remedy the problem within the next few days. They did as promised and did a great job getting rid of the weeds.

Service ideal and the service agents have done a good job overall. If I had a recommendation it would be that at least quarterly you would have the opportunity to personally speak with your agent. Some type of interaction would make things much more personal.

We moved into our house just under a year ago and more than halfway through the treatments schedule. Even with the few treatments given so far, my lawn looks incredible. The reps are very thorough and make good recommendations. I would definitely recommend this company for lawn care.

TruGreen takes care of our lawn, trees and scrubs. Our foliage clearly looks better than our neighbors that don't treat their lawns and plants. It is an investment into our yard that is well worth the expense. They have great techs, and stand behind their products. I got the aeration done last year, and can see the difference. I like that I receive a text that the tech will arrive soon, and then a call from the tech. I couldn't be home when he was here but he sprayed the perimeter of my home, detailed what he did on his report, which was left on my front door. Very professional, and appreciated!

Placed down fertilizer and crabgrass preventer. Steve was very pleasant and knowledgeable. My lawn was analyzed and l suggested we consider placing down organic compounds for specific lawn problems. Presently, my lawn is filling in very nicely; however, there are many ants and mosquitoes. So, l am going to contact TruGreen soon about this matter.

I have had TruGreen for about 4 years. Other than a few mix-ups early on I have been pleased with their service. My house is rented right now and I chose to keep service so my yard remains nice and not full of weeds.

My lawn was mostly weeds in the front. We had a little grass but not much. By the second spraying, most of the weeds were gone and the grass is starting to fill in. By this time next year I think my lawn will be gorgeous.

It wasn’t until my call to cancel my entire service when you finally got an aeration scheduled. The tech did his best to squeeze me into one of his 20 lawns that day. Showed up after the service window without calling me and rushed it so bad probably only half of my yard actually got punched. Damn near destroyed my fence in the process. I will not utilize your aeration program again.

Very professional and polite. The gentleman explained everything to me and answered every question I had. Very happy with the results so far. I also have the tree and shrub treatment and very happy with the professionalism and prompt service.

We were on the list to have our 2nd fertilization done and they called a while back and they still haven't been out yet. We realize there has been rainy days but it's been since March 20th (our last visit) and usually they are on top of things. They said initially it would be May 14th and they didn't come then I called and they said this week and tomorrow is Friday and still haven't come yet. We spend a good amount of money on your services including extras like aerating and overseeding and other extra services and we seem to have been put to the bottom of the list. We like the service and hope they get out soon. Thank you.

We have been using TruGreen for many years. First in mount Vernon where we lived for many years, we had so many weeds in our yard when we first moved there and TruGreen was amazing! When we left Mount Vernon we had no weeds! As we rented for a couple years we took a break, but as soon as we bought another home we had TruGreen help us get our yard in order. The only drawback is, our neighbors do not use TruGreen and their weeds keep coming on over... I do wish I could get the neighbor on board.

I have met with two different specialist, Matt and Ben. Very professional. Explained what they were doing and the process. Lawn looks good and weeds are under control. On the three applications so far, care has been taken and we appreciate their efforts. We have recommended TruGreen to several of our neighbors.

A few weeks after the initial lawn treatment, I noticed that the crab grass and weeds were very much still present. I called TruGreen and they were very polite and responsive to my concerns. They set up another appointment and their technician came out a few days later and put down a second treatment. It made a big difference and has helped to transform my lawn into a more vibrant and lush one. It looks a lot more healthier than I could have done. I was pleased with their concern and quick response to my needs.

The reason you did not receive a 5 is we are still working on issue. Kevin ** is working on the issue and is doing a great job trying to eliminate the weed issue at both my homes here in Talavera Subdivision. I also had an issue with your tech Ryan who is now doing tree and shrub. He is terrible and Kevin is trying to remedy. The people Kevin has picked Terrance ** and Antoine ** are quality techs, but I do not always get them. See if you can fix that.

I am satisfied with my service. Although I’ve had 2 treatments and I don’t see that noticeable of a change quite yet. In fact, my lawn looks almost identical to my neighbors who does not get theirs treated. I think the weeds will eventually go away but my concern lies with the fact that I still have a lot of dead/brown spots. I hope over time this will improve. I especially like the app to show how many services remain and that I can view a pdf version of the visit report. Very clean and useful app.

This has just been the beginning for us but I’ve seen extreme results in the backyard and rapid grass growth! Looking forward to seeing how the front turns on in the next few months. We had very little of zero weeds and after one spray for the mosquito we have seen a lot less in just a short time.

I’ve been a TruGreen customer for over 8 years and my experience has been mostly super positive. When I’ve had issues they have always addressed them promptly keeping my yard in very good condition and mostly weed-free. Currently, after the rainstorms the last couple of weeks and the recent fertilizing, I’ve noticed an increase in the amount of Nutsedge infiltrating my lawn. I will be contacting them promptly to address the situation. I’m well aware that it is challenging to control but that’s why I contract their services. I do highly recommend their services!

The work order form says they knocked on the door or thank you for talking to me today. Well we were here but no one rang the door bell or knocked on the door. We didn't know they were here until we saw the tech treating the back yard. He left without talking to us at all. The treatments seem to be applied very good.

Unfortunately, the national TruGreen reps continue to mess up my application date after I had specifically scheduled a specific day with the local TruGreen people (in Hagerstown, MD). The national TruGreen reps also botched my initial visit, and took them 4 tries before they finally got my lawn plan via email. We got off to a bad start, but things are starting to turn around now. Overall satisfied with the outcome. My grass is greener and fuller than it has been in a long time. With all this rain, I may have to cut twice a week.

I like having all the services from one provider because it simplifies maintenance and billing! It also helps to get services when they are needed, since it takes the guesswork out of things. I also like their Auto-Pay program.

I have used two other services in the past. This is the first time that the lawn is virtually weed free. The grass is slowly growing into the bald spots. Hope it continues! There is still some centipede growing from earlier days, but the St. Augustine seems to be taking over.

Our yard looks very good and has been for several years now with your service. This is the first year with the mosquito treatments and I am happy with that also. It’s been a very wet Spring and so far we have had no problems.

Everything is great except I still have a couple dandelions here and there after years of treatment with this company. Not a big deal but my neighbors have other companies they use and never have not even one dandelion so better or more even coverage would be great.

Our lawn was not looking good with the steps you get at a lawn care or hardware store. 10 years ago we added top soil and laid down new seed and had a great lawn, for about two years. It then slowly started to die and in some areas. Since we started with TruGreen it is on its way to being great again after just one year. By next year I expect it to be perfection again. The technician was very courteous and explain everything he was going to do. He went to work and when he finished gave me a receipt and explain everything again. Within two days almost all weeds were dead. Called for their warranty and even that was before the time they recommend he went back for a second application. Now I'm weed-free.

The tech was kind and efficient. I just had my first service a week ago and although the mosquitoes are still biting. When I called the 800# to advise I was still having an issue the agent was kind and quickly took the steps to remedy the issue. TruGreen held true to their guarantee and they are sending out an additional service.

I was having trouble keeping the weeds out of my lawn. I had used everything I could purchase. With TruGreen the difference has been amazing. No weeds. My lawn is green but the best thing is I do not have to purchase multiple lawn products and then have to store them. I love it.
