So far, after two treatments, we are happy with the product and results. We have noticed fewer mosquitos and bugs than we have normally. I would like to be present at some point when mosquito and lawn services are performed. Thank you for the excellent services.

We subscribed to the TruGreen mosquito treatments and recently had our first treatment. The immediate results amazed me. We could walk in the yard or sit on our patio without a single irritating mosquito buzzing around or biting our ankles. Thank you TruGreen!

Blake was very friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns. The process was very quick and I'm looking forward to the next treatment. The best part of this service is that my dogs can go outside and play in the lawn a couple hours after treatment.

This is the third year using TruGreen. I thought I could skip a year and do my lawn myself. Well, that didn't work out very well. I have them back now, and things are back to normal. My guy does a great job.

Lawn specialist Phil did a great job! The lawn looks good. The weeds are getting under control. He serves as a criteria for others to emulate! I give him a ten on the rating scale. Keep up the good work!

The first application for broadleaf and fertilizer was good. Got 80% of the weeds. I called TruGreen and they sent a rep to spray again at no charge. I really like this company and my yard just keeps looking better!!

I was charged $125.90 for my second visit from TruGreen on 6/6/2018...a total of 13 minutes. Applications were made for "broadleaf weeds" and "grubs". I was told that the charge was made for TWO applications. I think $10/minute is RIDICULOUS. I am considering cancelling further visits from TruGreen!!!

Great service! We tried to treat our own lawn last year and didn't have the same results we got from TruGreen. This year our lawn is weed free, and beautiful. We will definitely be using TruGreen every year. Also, thank you so much for coming back and treating weeds/problem areas that came up between treatments.

Marie explained the process and safety precautions for pets. Thorough job and those mosquitoes are dwindling! We are very pleased we are receiving this service. We highly recommend this for control of mosquitoes and other bitey bugs. The 'package plan' assures us of continuous service.

The representatives that come to my house are courteous and knowledgeable. They always ring the bell and stop to talk to me about what they were doing. If I need explanations; they are willing to tell me. If I have a problem, they come back and help to deal with it as best as they can. They are GREAT. I've been a customer for a long time now and I have Never been disappointed. I have recommended the company to my friends and neighbors.

TruGreen has always been excellent. The service staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They are accommodating as well. Whenever I have needed service they have came quickly. On top of everything else, my lawn looks great! I highly recommend the service.

I am pleased with TruGreen Lawn Service for several reasons: They notify you when service is scheduled. The serviceman lets you know when he is at your house. The servicemen leaves a receipt showing exactly what he has done to your yard with future care instructions. Both of my neighbors are now TruGreen customers.

We have been customers for 30+ years and are absolutely satisfied. For the price, we would not be able to treat our lawn ourselves. Our Lawn Specialist, Ryan **, is amazing, really cares about his job. Ryan covers all the areas an "exceptional" employee would have. We have also been impressed with our manager, Orlandis. There have been very few concerns and when these come up, Orlandis takes care of it. He has even come to the house a few times. When we make a request, he does it. Weeds gone, Grass green!! What more can I say? Thank You, TruGreen and your wonderful Staff for many years of service!!

I was not aware that this (Grub control) was being applied on June 4. I was only aware that fertilizer was to be applied on that day as I did not receive any notification ahead of time to cancel the grub control as I was advised when I originally signed up. I had only budgeted for fertilizing this year and was not very happy this happening.

TruGreen has done a good job with making and keeping my lawn looking good,this includes weed, insect, and fertilizing. I really like their guaranty and willingness to take care of any problems I have at no additional cost. I would also add that they have done a job with my trees, shubs, and red ant control.

The Mosquito Defense works well as I don't have mosquitoes pestering me when I'm outside and trust me, I am a mosquito magnet. Better yet, no mosquitoes in the house. If you're as attractive to mosquitoes as I am, this is the product for you.

I’ve only had one service visit on the date promised. It appears technician was thorough and results began to show within 3 days. Weeds are dying which was a major concern. I am optimistic about TRUGREEN improving my lawn over time.

I have received many services from you over the past couple of years but it took a long time to get it right. My lawn was in terrible condition but now I am satisfied. The problem I have with you is your administration. There seems to be two different offices calling me all the time. It is extremely annoying to get all these calls. I don’t need anyone soliciting me for more services. So please get a handle on it!

Gary ** came out on 5/31 to service the Lawn. I lost my husband In January and he was picky about the way the lawn was serviced. I asked if he knew we only wanted Granular Fertilizer and he did. Gary did a great job with the lawn service. Would recommend he to others.

They ring the bell every time and spend fifteen minutes be it lawn or shrubs. The lawn looks no different than when I first signed up with TruGreen. In fact, there are more bare spots, even after overseeding, many times...

Re-fertilization and weed killer - Because I didn't see any granules on my driveway, sidewalk, or street, I didn't feel that the EDGES of my lawn were done correctly during the initial application. TruGreen had the tech come out again in order to correct. It appears that a complete re-application was done over the entire yard, which now is burnt!! Completely dead in a number of spots. (Can sends pictures on request.) Please CANCEL any further scheduled applications until further notice by me.

Was very happy with last application person. He took his time to visit with me & answer my questions & then applied extra to address those concerns. Also appreciate excellent customer service people especially those out of Sugar Land.

First ever App was for 6/11/18 between 12 and 5. Waited at house, as I watched his progress on app, for TruGreen to arrive. At 4:20ish text states tick application is cancelled. Really. Poor service for a new customer or any customer for that matter. Still no date for return. Forget it!! Don’t bother. Refund my payment!! Disappointed in Templeton.

Currently under contract with TruGreen for them to provide lawn care services mainly to treat/combat my excessive weed problem. The products they are using, I can see are working; the weeds are slowly but steadily going away. I also receive by-weekly weed spraying to combat my excessive weed problem. All in all, everything together seems to be working. Please look at my past acct notes to get a clearer or better understanding of the job TruGreen is providing.

My lawn looks fantastic! All the fertilizing, grub control, mosquito spraying is done for me. The mosquito control is amazing! We now can enjoy the outdoors. It is a miracle spray! Staff is great too! Very helpful in-person and on the phone!

I have been a TruGreen customer for many years. I have lawn and tree and shrub service with Trugreen. They provide excellent service and take good care of my landscape. They always address any issues that I have. I would recommend their service.

Julio ** services my lawn and does a great job! He takes the time to answer all of my lawn care questions. In fact, he even revisited my property after servicing it as I had a concern regarding grubs which has since been resolved. Truly happy with my experience thus far as my lawn has never been greener. Plan on being a TruGreen customer for life.

The young men were very polite and answered my questions. Only problem was they left one gate open and one of my dogs got out. I was out there with them and was able to get him before he left the drive. I was called and told it would be noted on my file be sure both gates were closed. I liked that I was called and reassured that the gates would be closed next time. The gate is hard to see from the back door. I'm 70 so don't want to have to chase a dog.

Our lawn is only a year old, so we needed help getting it ready for summer. We signed up for TruGreen and even after only one treatment, our lawn is looking healthier than ever! I know we have 5 treatments left for the summer, but I am feeling very excited to spend time in my awesome TruGreen yard!

This is the first time I’ve ever used TruGreen services. I have been very impressed. To the minute service details, arrival expectations, upcoming scheduled service and easy payment thru the app make it a great experience! I have both lawn treatments & mosquito treatments and I can literally see the difference. The reps applying treatments have all been exceptional.

I have signed up with Akron office and have not been satisfied with my experience this year. I am waiting it out before I decide on who I use next year. Based on my first tow applications and follow-up experience from TruGreen not impressed. They do have one guy that has come out to resolve issues, he was nice and communicative. But home office, scheduling, burn spots, lack of getting my complete service are ongoing issues. These are just a few photos...not going to list them all.

All of the treatments are done professionally, and the lawn and surrounding areas are looking pretty good as a result. The range of services allows for the entire property to be treated rather than just the grass. The signage helps warn others of recent treatments.

I have only been a TruGreen customer for less than a month and I already see the results. They have a very organized and professional way to handle their business and it shows in the quality of their work. The staff so far is great and pay attention to every detail. Thanks TruGreen.

Before buying TruGreen my lawn was full of weeds and bare patches. After just 1 treatment my weeds were curling up on the ground and on their way out! The lawn is looking greener already! Also ordered the mosquito package and I can honestly say since they've treated for mosquitoes about ten days ago I've only seen one! Compare that to the hundreds that would bother us every day! When I first moved into my new home, the lawn was in pretty rough shape; the grass was bare or dead in many spots, riddled with weeds. Since TruGreen has treated it, the lawn looks much better, is more full and green, and is becoming weed free! It's a huge difference from where it was, and I can't wait to see it improve more as further treatments are done!

I have had an ongoing problem with weeds in my grass. I can honestly say for once I have seen results! The creeping charlie is thick by my flower bed and I would rather be rid of the creeping charlie than worry about a few flowers. My garden area which is going back to grass is looking good. That area, too, had the same weeds that I tried to control for years to no avail. There is light at the end of the tunnel!!

I am a new TruGreen customer & have only had one treatment thus far. I was satisfied with the initial service, but it was delayed 2 weeks after I was assured the service would be completed and I received no notification why, just a note on the app that unfortunately they couldn’t perform the service & to stay tuned.. I look forward to future service & a healthy lawn.

Rep Nicole is so helpful. She calls back when she says she will. She is kind and listens to the problem then works to resolve it. Thanks Nicole! Without her persistence we may not be customers of TruGreen any more. She has helped us feel like our issues were important.

Complete lawn care. The young man was very knowledgeable and explain everything every step of the way and did a great job. We no longer have crabgrass. Great job. I would recommend TruGreen all of my neighbors and friends. In fact I have recommended them to other people have already signed up. It’s so much easier and cheaper to have someone else to his work there myself. Great job today.

I'm very glad I contacted TRUGREEN. After 2 applications my yard is looking so much better than before. Before it was so much thinner and dingy looking. The grub control has helped so much. Other yards in my area are looking brown and worn, not mine at all. I took the advice on my mowing height and I always mulch the clippings back in the lawn. Again, so happy I decided to go with TRUGREEN. THANK YOU TRUGREEN.

I am extremely happy that I signed up for the full service package! I have always fertilized my own lawn but decided this year I was going to try something different. Boy, am I happy I did! From the very first treatment in the spring, I noticed immediate results. While my neighbors lawn had dandelions throughout his entire lawn, mine was weed free. I don’t even have to worry about forgetting to apply the next application. I get a call and a reminder on the TruGreen app that the service technician is scheduled to come put down the next step in the process. My lawn has truly never looked better and I will continue to use TruGreen every year going forward! I am so happy with the results that I recently added the mosquito prevention service. If this works half as well as my lawn care service does, I will be even more happy in my decision to trust TruGreen to manage my lawn care needs! Thanks for the great job! Keep up the great work!

Overall the service is very good. Since the hurricane my lawn has been damaged and has not recovered. Prior to then the lawn went from 80%. Weeds to maybe 5% and it looked great. Once the damage is repaired I hope to again get it back to great with Trugreen's help.

Your employees are great. Friendly and overall nice. Plus on one treatment my grass looks a lot better. The employees on the phone are always helpful and kind too. I like them so much I'm now trying the mosquito treatments too.

So I had a lot of work done on my yard. I had 18 pine trees cut in the front yard late last year 2017. So I thought I call TruGreen to help me with my yard this year 2018. While on the phone with them they suggested the mosquito spray. I was kinda skeptical at first but after just one spray I noticed a big difference and I was convinced it worked. It’s nice to sit outside and not get bite.

TruGreen has turned my lawn into one I am be proud of. The customer service has been great, taking care of it when I got new weeds in my lawn. I would recommend the service to anyone who wants to get their lawn back.

Not at all satisfied with TruGreen service and my lawn looks bad! Left messages for a Service Manager to call me, but, as usual, no return call. Considering canceling my service. Same disease issue every year, with no resolution.

We started a month late, but had our second month service completed, and so far so good. Spray seems to be working on those pesky mosquitoes. We have a yard barrier system. Wanted to try something different after 10 years.

Always have had positive interaction when contacting TruGreen. They believe in 100% customer satisfaction and back it up. On the rare occasion I’ve had to call because the weeds came back they come out without any hesitation or questions. Super friendly and professional staff and their communication is great.

It took 2 emails thru app, 3 calls to customer service and a call I received trying to sell me another pay service to get a associate to my house to address brown spots on my lawn. I was told it was treatable thru fertilizer and included with my service, but when it came down to it it was $180 treatment! I got a 15% discount after all that aggravation! Really??? I was told by an associate that I would receive a discount anyway if I signed up for the auto pay which I did from the start! Not too happy with the first impressions of your company!!! By the way I was told by the last associate when calling customer service that the reason for the delay was that somebody hit the wrong key!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

Since I have switched to TruGreen (2 years ago) my grass has never looked greener or healthier. They have a customer in me for a very long time to come. Give them a chance and you will not be disappointed at all!

The last application was for weed and feed. The next day the clover was dead and the grass is growing like crazy. This is the first year hiring a company to do my yard. I always fertilized myself and just could not get as good results that I'm getting now. Thanks TruGreen!

Everything is looking much better. Thank you for helping us with our concerns. Our grass is looking great. We are happy with the results so far. We would like for you to also concentrate on our mole issues. The moles are a big problem and crabgrass. We also have some weeds in front of mailbox and around big rock out front of house.

Last two times it rained hard and they still applied lawn care. As hard as it was raining it had to wash off. Not happy with lawn service so far. First bill was $50 then $90 now $190. Not clear when signing up.

Rick ** took the time to look at my lawn today. I appreciate his time. Thank you for the reassurance and for helping to clear up a misunderstanding. I haven’t been able to get home before dark recently to look at my yard. I’m already seeing a difference.

After an initial problem with rescheduling the initial treatment due to snow, the technician I believe was Priscilla was very professional and did a thorough and wonderful job. She spent the time necessary to understand what our lawn needed and then carefully and fully applied the treatment. We are looking forward finally to a season with minimal lawn difficulties. We were not as confident that the tree and shrub technician was as thorough

My lawn has been looking really nice and healthy. I should’ve done this a long time ago. Customer service is great and they are always nice to me and helpful truly professional. Other lawn care professionals have been trying to earn my business.

We started with TruGreen in the fall of 2017. This spring 2018 with the first treatments our neighbors have been noticing the change in the lawn. We are happy with the results. When asked who is treating the lawn we always promote the TruGreen brand.

Have had other Techs here for my lawn, but Mark has been right on the money. We had some problems last fall when maintain was done by new tech, but as you can see Mark has brought it back. Please give curls to Mark for his work!!!

Service and products has always been very good. Have recently done my lawn feeding myself, but will be returning soon to TruGreen in the future. The service on my trees and bushes has improved their health. Will remain a TruGreen customer for a long time.

I was fortunate enough to work at TruGreen before I hired them to do my lawn. Just to be clear, I do not work for TruGreen any longer. So my recommendation is not based on TruGreen being my employer. I was fortunate to become very close to the management and associates both in sales and operations. Therefore, I know for a fact that the associates and management take great pride in their work in order to give customers like me the best services. My lawn looks great. If I ever get a weed coming over from my neighbors lawn, TruGreen’s free service calls gets rid of the weeds. I would highly recommend TruGreen. Do the complete program (6 weed/feeds, 1 grub, and aeration and overseeding) and in time you will have a lawn that your neighbors will envy.

This is my first time as a TruGreen customer. Last week the specialist went to the wrong house. I had to make several calls to get someone to come out again. There are several dead and brown spots in my lawn. I didn't have this issue last year. Not sure if just chance or what is going on.

Seems to be killing weeds. However, the lawn fertilization seems to have taken its toll on a couple of my plants--3 bushes and the bottom of my lilac. The lawn looks better and I hope my bushes recover. Otherwise, I could only wish the mosquito protection covered gnats too.

Jim came out to my home exactly when he said he was going to. His updates of his arrival were appreciated. He was friendly and very professional. He explained everything that he was going to do prior to doing applying, the application and after. I would highly recommend TruGreen.

So far I have been happy with my service, hoping to see our bare batches grow in but have only had 2 treatments. They schedule the service with enough notice and typically show up during that day. They also give time frame windows.

My lawn was full of weeds and had a graduation party coming up. I called TruGreen hoping they could help me save face with my friends and family. By the time the party came my lawn was looking great. I got a lot of compliments on my grass. Thanks TruGreen!

I have been a TruGreen customer for about 5 years and must say that my lawn is now the "best in the neighborhood," as judged by ME. The cost is reasonable and the service has been seamless through the seasons.

I bought a one time service for $69 as outdoor price. Sales person without my consent signed me up for 7 services and as a result instead of disease control I got different treatment I didn’t ask for. The technician was very knowledgeable and polite, came in on time and completed service his paper was calling for. Very good employee. Very pure high pressure, dishonest sales.

I have always wanted a nice yard. I have tried doing it myself, aerating, seeding, fertilizing, with no success. I finally decided to give TruGreen a chance and after two years and a little patience, my yard could not possibly look any better. My grass is green and lush, weeds are so minimal and under control, and I am totally pleased with it. It is a very nice sight to come home to see my yard looking as good as it does. Thanks to Donald **. He did tell me to give him the chance to work his TruGreen magic. He made good on his promise. I am a very happy and pleased customer.

I started TruGreen over almost 2 months ago, and for the most part I am pleased. My lawn specialist, Jeremiah, is very thoughtful, goes above and beyond, and he's very friendly. The weed control product and fertilizer, however, I am just okay with. I have had two applications so far and still have weeds that have yet to cease. I was told that some weeds are just very stubborn and resist the products, but if that is the case then I am wasting money having TruGreen when I can buy similar products and apply them on my own with the similar results.

Mosquito service works fairly well. Decent price for the service. Recent payment glitch was annoying and of course no one contacted me. The lawn service however is way overpriced and hasn’t worked. Still have dandelions and weeds. Grass doesn’t look that much better. And yes the guidelines were followed. Not to mention TruGreen killed the entire lawn at my previous home. Anyways the mosquito service is worth having. I’m happy with that.

James explained the chemicals he applied and how to water the yard. The first application eliminated about half of the undesirable weeds and grass. He said it would take a few months to get the yard back in shape. Asked if I had any questions and told me to contact him if I had any issues.

Best lawn care! Employees are polite, knowledgeable,and professional. Our lawn was full of weeds and looked awful but after TruGreen lawn application, our lawn looks healthy again. I highly recommend TruGreen because it works and I don’t have to do any work. It is so convenient. A great company.

Brand new st Augustine lawn installed-8 weeks ago, first full service for lawn/bug control. Lawn looked amazing and has rooted well to this point so now the service begins and service was pre-paid in advance for the year. Let’s see how we “grow”! Excited. :)

Thank you. So far so good. Our lawn is very dry and weedy. We are hoping for beautiful green grass by this time next year! With plenty of water and sun I believe our lawn will be perfect. It was super easy to get someone here too.

My yard was a mess. Hostas and roses were being eaten, moles were digging tunnels, weeds were everywhere and my yard and flowers suffered from a fungal infection. Not a pretty picture! TruGreen has turned all of that around. It’s a work in progress but a neighbor actually complimented me on the appearance today.

Very good customer service. Provides very helpful recommendations on the maintenance of my yard. I like the courtesy reminder service calls. The weeds have been removed in my yard which makes it look so much better. I like the fast but service that is provided.

The guy was informative, polite, & happy all around performing great customer service. He explained the cost for the yard size, etc. He did say some calls were nasty & I said he was doing a great job!

The Tech that came was informative and explained everything he was doing. He also gave me a few tips on what to do to keep my yard mosquito free. For instance he recommended we watch the standing water by the AC unit, it attracts and gives a home for larvae. I am satisfied with my experience.

This is my first year owning my home and first time using TruGreen and so far I am extremely impressed. The service and employees are respectful and very knowledgeable. I am only a few services in and so far my yard is tooling better and better. I would recommend TruGreen to everyone!

Edward ** is great as a person and care specialist. Very knowledgeable and attentive. He always takes time to explain what he’s doing and what needs done. Also love the fact I know when the lawn is being treated before they arrive so I can keep my pups off the newly treated lawn.

Over the last five years I have found TruGreen service to be very effective on mosquito and weed control. While not inexpensive, it is well worth considering. The associates are professional and customer oriented. TruGreen will always announce their impending service dates. Good product.

The TruGreen guys in my neighborhood are very friendly. They explain everything they plan on doing and offer suggestions on further areas of concerns. They arrive as scheduled and if we are not home, they leave a tag in the lawn letting us know service was done. Also the online website is very user friendly, which just adds more value with these guys.

I started using TruGreen on a regular basis a couple of months ago. The difference is like night and day. There is still room for improvement but so far my lawn looks 100% better. The TruGreen representatives have answered all questions promptly and accurately.

Need a respray on wild violet. I believe your product is mixed at too low of a rate. 2 ounces/per thousand sqft. is pretty light, no curling of the leaves have occurred, the plant was not even slowed in growing. The product had plenty of time to translocate. My lawn was sprayed 5-29-2018 at 1030 am.

We have had this company for a few years now and our lawn looks great. The technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. Worth the service. We recommended it to our neighbor and they too became a customer. We will continue ordering this service since it helps our lawn and overall curb appeal for our house.

Less than transparent notifications regarding scheduling of treatments. Ineffective weed treatments. Slow response to concerns regarding need for tree & shrub treatments. Request for callbacks ignored. Not attentive to customer needs and concerns. Frequent Technician no shows. Would like to see more frequent customer surveys.

Chemical burned my lawn. Called 800#. Sent another worker out. Had requested management to assess the situation. Worker was very nice and apologetic but could make no decisions. Took multiple pictures of brown grass all over my lawn! Have had no response from TruGreen management!

The rep was very nice and professional and did a very thorough. And so far mosquitos have been less of a problem. Also, the rep on the phone when I called was excellent as well and got my service scheduled right away.

Have experience nothing but very professional customer service. Would recommend to everyone who I am associated with, family and friends. Looking forward to seeing my lawn in the best shape that it has been in years. Thank you.

I bounced around a few companies before getting to TruGreen and haven’t left in 3 years. They are extremely professional and actually passionate about your lawn. When the hurricanes came through I had a dead patch where I left debris and my lawn technician worked with me to get it back. He spent extra time teaching me what to do. They have always went out of their way to make it look amazing. Safe to say I have the best lawn on my street.

As a whole I like using TruGreen. They get rid of most of my weeds, which is what I pay them to do. I have used them for the past three years and my lawn looks better and better each year. I plan to stick with them.

I really like the fact that my lawn is taken care of and all I need to do is mow the lawn. I have one of the best lawns in the street thanks to TruGreen. They care of fertilizer, grub control, aeration and whatever it needs when it's needed.

Wasn’t sure about getting the service but now I wouldn’t even second guess myself. This is a great company and staff to say... When they say they're coming out they are and leave me with what they did and if there’s anything else just let them know... They call the day before just to remind you about your appointment. There nothing wrong to say what they say is what you get...

All lawn services are great. I am greatly disappointed that I have not had any contact in weeks as to when my system will be repaired. I want to cancel my irrigation service and find an outside company to repair my irrigation. All the work they are doing is a waste when my system needs repair!

All of my TruGreen services have been above and beyond my expectations. My lawn already looks better than ever! The grass is full and lush and there is already a noticeable decrease in weeds in the treated areas. And we are very impressed by the mosquito treatments. Very happy so far. My lawn is looking good. I have a great technician who does a great job. He is very thorough in his job. All my weeds are gone and the grass is starting to get thick and very green.

This is my first time paying for this service and so far I’ve been unimpressed. I have noticed no change at all with my yard. My neighbors yard was significantly worse than mine and he hasn’t used anything and his yard looks exactly how I want mine to look. Green and full. Mine still is exactly the same. Half brown, patchy. On top of that, when they sprayed last my wife came home after and immediately let the dog out like usual, not realizing they had come that morning. The TruGreen idiot left the gate wide open and our dog ran straight out. We live on one of the busiest streets in town. This is completely unacceptable.

I think the service is great. I have the Tru lawn plan and the mosquito and bug plan. The only issue is that I have gotten several notifications of appointments and then changes without ever contacting me. It is extremely difficult to schedule around the service or change plans when the notifications of service keep changing. It is extremely frustrating.

I am not 100% satisfied with my TruGreen service as of yet. The first application seemed to go great, but when they came back for the second application, my Zoysia grass in my backyard died! The Bermuda grass in front was beautiful, but my backyard went from lush green to nasty brown within 24 hours of the second application. TruGreen is trying to remedy the situation now, and hopefully the $5,000 worth of sod I just put in my backyard will come back to life sooner rather than later.

Our specialist, Sean **, is always friendly and rings our doorbell. If we are lucky enough to be home, Sean always gives us a report on our trees and shrubs. If we have to address any issues, such as trimming and watering, Sean tells us how and when. He has been our specialist for several years and we greatly appreciate the advice he gives to us and the care he gives to our property!

I had heard stories about Chem Lawn and I finally got what others had told me would happen. I contacted Chem Lawn to see if I could get an estimate for a fungus on my lawn. I was told that to get someone to come out I would have to have a treatment for weeds while they were inspecting the lawn and then it was stated that there would 7 more treatments unless I cancelled. I agreed with the assumption that I would just do the one treatment which needed to be done. I was transferred to confirmation operator where I asked the question why I had to pay for an estimate? I was told that I did not have to have a treatment and that I was mislead.

TruGreen is one of the most dishonest and difficult companies I have ever encountered. Despite having reservations initially about using TruGreen, I committed to the service because the price was 75% of competitors, and because the salesperson and local service manager gave me detailed and credible assurances that their service was high quality. To ensure that I could monitor the work, I had my account notated to ensure that service are only performed on Saturdays when I am present on the property.

TruGreen is tricky in that they automatically renew your service without any verification. They bought Lawn Dog in 2017 and the service was NOT the same. The mosquito program is not guaranteed in the end, they never returned when it didn't work and were difficult to resolve and therefore refund. The lower price offered was not worth the time, money or services.

Max ** came to my house June 7-2018 to service my property. Knock on the door to let me know why he were on my property. Max ** respected my property and respected me as a person, after he completed my service he sent me a email informing me he completed his service. Max ** made sure the gate were closed. I felt comfortable having Max ** on my property. GREAT SERVICE!!! NEED I SAY ANYMORE!!!

I have crabgrass and clover all over my lawn. Bald spots also. Not happy with your service. Last year you burnt my lawn and emailed me a replacement to my satisfaction and when this year started basically you told me to pound sand. Also can’t get a hold of any management.

Please have James ** contact me ASAP. I have a problem. On May 25 your technician treated my yard for Mosquitos. He did a fine job, however when he opened the side door of the truck his spreader fell out and dumped a pile of fertilizer on my yard next to the curb. He got most of it up, but not all of it. I have a dead spot that is 18" by 36" of dead, dead grass. He told me that he would have someone come out and fix it. It has been 2 weeks and no one has called or come out. I would like to get this resolved so that I can remain a customer. Call me please. Thank you.

I have been a customer for quite a while and am very happy with the service I get from TruGreen. If I have had a problem they will go above and beyond to fix it. They even repeated a service of that didn't take very well, without question. I will stay a happy and satisfied customer of TruGreen for years to come.

Extremely dissatisfied with the experience as well as the service and would not recommend Trugreen. The Service I purchased from the salesman is not the service that is being performed. I still have weeds as well as the large brown patches in my lawn. I was told that in order to solve the problem with the turf the lawn needed aeration and overseeding. I have overseeded after the aeration at my own expense because Trugreen now tells me they do not overseed warm season grasses. I still have weeds and have one free visit but with every visit when I called I was told to wait for 21 days. I paid for the service for the year upfront. The estimate for the service that I was given was $677.60 and I paid an upfront payment of $599.48. When I got the contract the contract was for $644.60 With a Discount of $45.15 showing that I paid $599.45. TruGreen assures me that I will get the full service for TruComplete.

They are doing a pretty good job on my front yard. Some of my neighbors don't try to have a pretty yard so I have a weed problem that comes from other yards but they will keep spraying until they keep my yard looking pretty good.

My service with TruGreen has been commendable. If I call for a redo, I get prompt service. The agents are usually professional. Also, there is a receipt left on my door, if I am not home when the agent comes. I would highly recommend TruGreen to others.

We had TruGreen provide mosquito service last fall and it was just what we needed to enjoy the beautiful Outdoors. They have returned this spring, they have been very accommodating with our schedule and we're looking forward to a nice summer without mosquitoes. Very responsive to our needs.

I am very pleased with TruGreen's lawn service! After each visit, a survey is emailed to me. One time, I mentioned that I was concerned about dandelions and wanted more detail included on the ticket about the work that was performed. Within a day I got a follow up call from Lisa who provided great customer service. The next time the tech serviced the lawn, he included the detail that I was looking for. The service is reliable and the customer service is excellent!

DO NOT USE! I am so incredibly disappointed with this company that it is hard for me to put it into words. So I decided recently that I needed to find a lawn company to take care of the weeds and overall look of my yard. Now our previous homeowners used TruGreen and the yard looked great, so we decided to give them a shot... Big mistake. I called TruGreen and went through the process of the high pressure sales tactics of TruGreen and signed up for their service. I told them I have .7 acres of property, I had a lot of weeds, and I needed it to be treated. So they put me on their schedule and initially I felt really good about using them because I felt like they would take care of me.

I have not been able to enjoy my backyard and pool after the rain brought on by the tropical storm. Dejuan sprayed the yard last week and I have not seen mosquito since. My grandchildren played in the yard and pool all week and not a single bite. Thank you TruGreen!

Have been using the service for many years. Our lawn is healthy but we do have a few weed spots that could use extra help. It is very nice not to have to worry about what product and frequency of fertilizing!

They were when they said and gave me all they information I needed about my lawn cause my lawn needs work. There is a lot of weeds and bear spots. I am having aeration and over seeding my lawn this fall. That’s what your technicians recommend to me and said I should see a big difference next year.

We had three brown out areas after the last treatment and the young man who did the treatment came back to check. He was very polite and stated that yes something had happened during that treatment to cause the browning and that if it didn't clear after rain and moisture the brown areas would be corrected. He was polite and listened to what we had to say. We appreciate being able to contact you and get quick responses.

I contacted TruGreen on May 21, 2018 and opted for springtime grub control. I was having serious issues with animals digging up the backyard and starting on the front. We had been cleaning up animal poop as well and we don't own a dog. I told them it was urgent. I was told 3-5 days. TruGreen showed up on June 1, 2018 after multiple phone calls. I was happy to get the application, unhappy with how long it took and the one cancellation.

The amount of nitrogen being applied is failing to green the grass as expected. The bulk of the yard is a turf grass high in fescue and compared to other yards not near as green. I was called a couple weeks ahead of the treatment saying they were to be there, but never showed. Thank you.

TruGreen provides an outstanding and excellent service for our lawn! They analyze our lawn and then proceed to feed the appropriate fertilizer, weed control, grub control, etc... I have been using TruGreen lawn care since last year and my lawn has been improved a lot. They perform the service professionally. I also like their customer service. They picked up the phone and answered questions quickly, and they care about your comments as well.

Took numerous calls to get both lawn and mosquito applications scheduled. Then I see discounted offer for mosquito application which was never offered to me. I still have weeds but seem to be diminishing. Bugs seem less but need more time to judge.

My experience started off really good with the neighborhood salesman. He explained the steps of service and how many would be needed in detail. He did not pressure me to sign up at all after explaining the cost of services. I have only had one treatment so far and the applicator was very courteous and knocked on the door to let us know he was there so we could put our dogs away. I asked him to spray the new rock beds for weeds due to the fact that they used to be grass the week before he had no problem performing that service. Service is fantastic. I had another company last year and had to fight and beg them to come out. TruGreen has been refreshing. I almost forget until I receive my mobile notification. Have been recommending to everyone. Not to mention my grass is the best on the block.

2nd visit tech canceled and said dog was in the yard. I don't have a dog. I had to call back to get them to send tech back out to complete. So far I haven't been impressed with TruGreen. My lawn looks ok right now. The 2nd application actually create a few brown spots in my lawn...

Michael has been great at communicating with us regarding timelines for results, next steps, and when he will be back to check on our progress. He is doing a great job. He notifies us when he will be arriving and what he will be doing and why. Also the comments are always on target in what he suggests for us to complete. And reminds us to water in treatment if no rain.

We have just begun with TruGreen... I am happy with the application that has already been done... The lawn greened up right away and I've never seen weeds die so fast... I'm certain that by next year I will have a lawn to be proud of... Not sure when our next application is, but looking forward to the lawn looking even better...

Willard who came and performed our service was outstanding. We have been pleased with the results so far. However, there were multiple cancellations before this - cancelled after it was scheduled. I spoke to people on the phone to reschedule and then was scheduled for a different time than they said it would happen. I had taken off work to be there when it was scheduled for. The work was well done and we appreciate it but the wait for service, multiple reschedules and not following through are promised made on the phone were disappointing.

I appreciate the communication before, during, and after my service. The application is fun also. I enjoy being able to track my specialist so that I know what time to expect them. I started seeing results almost immediately after my service.

We reached out to TruGreen for Lawn care to our new home. We mentioned to them that our Lawn was not maintained in last 1 year. Due to which, we started seeing weeds, etc. We requested them to schedule the first service at the earliest. Their marketing department gave us a timeline that our first service will happen on May 24th. But, it didn't happen. We reached out to them and scheduled it for May 31st. At the end of the day, they sent notification in the app that "specialist was unable to perform your service today".

2nd year I've been using TruGreen. The first year went by fast. The weeds are gone and the grass is getting better every month. Without the weeds it is also easier to mow. Customer service on the phone is great and so are the specialist they send out.

We have had 2 treatments so far and in the back lawn we have a patch of weeds (clover) that has grown bigger. I contacted Ron on Saturday 6/2 with a picture. He is looking at sending someone to re-service. The front lawn looks great. It's just back lawn that looks like they miss treating area on the first 2 visits this year. Hope this gets fixed asap.

My lawn still needs greening and thickening. You are excellent at communicating, but if I compare my lawn to my neighbors, it is thinner and browner. Your prices are higher than Dean's, so my expectations are higher. So far my lawn looks the same.

We still have a few but the numbers are significantly reduced. The animals are not bringing in ticks on themselves, which is wonderful. Looking forward to the next treatment so we can catch the stragglers. Your service makes living in the woods a pleasant experience.

I have a love affair with my lawn, my wife's argues sometimes that she is my second wife! All kidding aside, our second daughter was born last fall, I have additional family commitments now on my plate, and my work load has increased. This spring I was not able to keep up with it as I wanted, as I expect it to be the nicest on the block, if not the subdivision. I have used TruGreen for the last two years or so and have seen a dramatic change in the fullness and deeper color of the grass. Also the weeds are under control. My inspection after the last treatment on May 21 indicates just a small area of creeping charlie that still remains. My neighbor to the west also uses TruGreen and as a result the only close source of new weeds is from my east neighbor which I have labeled as a nursery for Creeping Charlie and Dandelions. Thus the "Beat Continues" to keep weeds out of this yard! I am confident that TruGreen can do the job!

The representatives who come to treat my yard are always courteous and personable. Their efforts to rid my yard of weeds are above average in results. Overall I have been pleased with the results. I also have the tree and shrub plan and have had no problems with it. The mosquito spraying works for about two weeks and then I need to call back to have it sprayed again.

Woody ** is my salesman and I go to him for any issues. He is always glad to hear from me. I forget the name of the fellow who does the actual service but he is a very polite young man. I enjoy doing business with nice people.

I am pleased with the service provided. The men who provide the service are always knowledgeable about the service and are always helpful with tips to prevent issues with the lawn. However I do feel that the sales side, could be a bit clearer as to the service that is actually included in the package (I prepaid). They could for example let the homeowner know that the areas covered with mulch/pine straw are not treated for weeds (included in the regular yard service). That would be helpful and more transparent to new home owners. Otherwise, I am pleased and have recommended TruGreen to friends.

Yellow strips of grass all the way around my house... Something "spilled" on grass while going from tree to bushes etc. Have spoken to you about it. Very disappointed when I had come home and seen that... Strips about a foot and 1/2 wide in spots definitely impairs the look of my lawn.

I like that they call before they do your lawn. They also give you a detailed report on what service they did and what your lawn needs. They always try to see if you are at home so we can talk about the service.
