Ross ** was my service tech and he did an excellent job in attempting to get this fungus under control for the second time this season. I was only disheartened by the fact that it took a week for anyone to get back out here to apply the granular Fungus Control after it was discovered on his earlier visit.

I am thrilled at what TruGreen has done for my lawn. We had another company for 3 years and there was never a change in my lawn. We have been with TruGreen about 6 month and already seen a huge difference. They are knowledgeable. They are very personal with our lawn plan. I would recommend them to anyone.

We started using TruGreen in the fall and so far we’ve been very happy with their services. We had rain shortly after our last service so they are coming back to re-apply the weed control. I really appreciate their desire for complete satisfaction. Would recommend!!

Representatives are always courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Our lawn has thickened and shrubs are bigger and have more new growth with healthier leaves and flowers. They have never looked better. Our neighbors have even noticed the improvement. We wish we would have used this service years ago.

Your two lawn techs did an outstanding job aerating and overseeding my lawn. They were very thorough and took their time to cover my entire lawn. They made sure the area was left clean by blowing off my driveway and sidewalk. They were also very courteous and knowledgeable. They are both assets to TruGreen.

Josey ** went above and beyond in servicing my lawn. When Josey arrived we were raking leaves and had a huge pile yet to bag. He volunteered to service another customer in the area while we finished bagging the leaves and even offered to help if we weren't quite done by the time he returned. As it turned out, we were finished when Josey arrived again but he very nicely blew the leaves off the driveway and sidewalk. Josey is an asset to TruGreen.

I signed up for a yearly lawn maintenance plan from TruGreen. I have to say my lawn has never looked this good. I like that I receive notifications through their App when I am due for service and a Real-time notification when the tech is at my house and when he’s done. So far so good.

Service has been good along with results for new lawn for new home since early summer of 2018. TruGreen made good on a request to return for a second treatment to help improve weeds and turf improvements. Happy with recent aeration service and seeing good results for certain areas of lawn. Thanks and look forward for continued service!

Service was excellent and William was friendly and worked hard. Shrub and tree service has yet to be determined. I never saw the technician and no one saw service performed. Overall I feel that you provide a good service at a great price.

I have been a customer for the past 4 months and my last experience was very pleasant. The representive that serviced my lawn that day was very professional and polite. She knocked on my door with a professional greeting and wanted to ensure that my dog does not go on the yard after she completed the service. Thank you.

I was disappointed with the first application. When they sprayed they were not getting the weeds next to my driveway and fences. One email to the local representative and a tech was back and retreated to my satisfaction. Overall very satisfied with the overall service and the representatives.

I’m concerned the technicians go so fast when applying fertilizer and aeration. The gentleman who sprays my ornamentals is thorough, fantastic as if I were doing it myself. I just wish everyone else took the time to do the same. It’s fine if I’m out there watching, but not so much when I’m not watching over them.

TruGreen has destroyed my beautiful lawn. My yard has been established for about 15 years and has always been beautiful and healthy. I thought it would be a good idea to turn over the care to TruGreen due to my work schedule. My yard is/was 100% Zoysia grass with no other grasses mixed in. In July, my lawn was lush and green. Between then and September of 2018 TruGreen treated my lawn for fall. Soon after my lawn was nearly dead. I do not know what they did but I have pictures that show a healthy green lawn in July, and a nearly dead lawn in August. Parts of it started coming back in September but due to the weakening of the Zoysia it has been overrun with Bermuda grass, which is impossible to get rid of. I had people with turf management degrees tell me the Bermuda grass explosion was a result of the weakened state of the Zoysia.

This is my second year with TruGreen and I have only seen minor changes to my yard. Some technicians were very helpful and knowledgeable while others did not give much inputs for brown spots, weeds, and bare spots. Orla was one technician that was very help and had good advice. If I had to recommend a lawn service to a friend I would tell friends to look around before using TruGreen. Thank you for the last two years of service but I will be looking around for other lawn care professionals.

Wayne, my TruGreen service professional arrived and introduced himself and what type of service he would be performing that day. Wayne was very knowledgeable and frindly and took care of my first aplication in short order. He also took the time to explain what to expect for the upcoming future services. I'm really looking forward to a great looking lawn!

The area between the driveways was not serviced as seen on our security cameras. I have made two requests to have it taken care on comments section of how did we do? I have received no response... I am very disappointed with last service and treatment. No return call as requested. Please complete job. Please assist!

Great work now that we have the call me before you arrive fixed. I can honestly say my yard looks better than anyone in my neighborhood. I plan to continue using you, I don't have to do anything but now.

Just wanted to say the year while dry and challenging our lawn did pretty well. Weeds got a bit out of control during the drought in our area but they were treated later. Did lime application, core aeration and over seeding. The works. Am happy and would recommend.

Worked with TruGreen for 6 months, trying to rectify a few failing plants. Their response was always "look, new growth, there isn't an issue" even as the plants kept failing. Finally, our 7' tall (200 stalks) Bird of Paradise is down to 15 small stalks and the Night Blooming Jasmine is a dead stick. when asked for credit for these two plants, they denied it. "Not our fault." Said they had a horticulturist come look and said it was a virus. I asked for the report. They said "it was just a courtesy visit, no official report." I can only assume the horticulturist was a figment of their imagination.

On Nov 2, 2018 TruGreen arrived to my house to perform a routine service. I was not home but a home surveillance camera captured the driver arriving at 12:21 pm. Driver (assumedly) saw no one was home and typed up the receipt of services performed prior to do anything. 12:28 pm tech came to door, rang doorbell, confirmed no one was home and went back to his truck. 12:29 pm tech made 3 passes on my front lawn and nearly missed half of it and at that the spreader I could hear through audio wasn't even spreading the entire time.

My lawn has never looked better! TruGreen is a no brainer. All Trugreen representatives are professional, courteous and prompt. My lawn is incredible and I could not have done it without the help of Trugreen. Looking forward to having you all back next year!

I have been with TruGreen since they took over Prescription Turf, whom I was with since 1999. I have referred many new customers to them also who are also pleased. My lawn always looks great. They come out immediately if I have a problem, which have been minor due to the fact of how well they maintain my lawn.

I am very dissatisfied with the expertise of the TruGreen technicians, which has caused dead patches of grass in my yard that I will have to live with until Spring. I was pleased with my 1st service because the technician explained that due to the amount of rain in my area, he was including a fungicide in his mixture. Unfortunately, on my 2nd scheduled visit, despite the frequency of rain in my area, no fungicide was applied. He only treated for bugs and weeds. After the 2nd visit, I noticed my grass was starting to die rather quickly, so I called immediately.

Received shrub service for a year and then was told they were in poor shape. When I asked why didn't they solve those problems, I received no good response and canceled just that service. Several months later my lawn service stopped for no reason. I was about to follow up when I received a call about why I canceled service. When I said I did not cancel, the manager agreed there was no note in file. Now my yard needs significant work because of lack of attention. The manager did not offer to do anything about their mistake, but just wanted to restart service. He then asked me if I had recently had their aeration service? Clearly he wasn't listening to even his own comments, so I declined to restart.

I have had conversations with golfing buddies and friends who use your service and I seem to find prices that range from $54 to $87 per service provided. I find myself questioning why I pay the high end of these amounts for the same service. It doesn't leave me with a loving feeling.

The app, not having to be home for the service, detailed receipts, the professionals taking care of my lawn. Grateful for everything. The app has improved the service significantly. I know when you are coming and it's easy to pay on it.

I requested a soil sample... My lawn has something wrong with it. It's been a couple weeks and I haven't heard anything. I had a blue spruce that died and I had to have removed. There is something going on and it needs to be corrected.

They are easy to work with on our space. And, It shows the care and effort they give us. We start this program two/three years ago and the look is superb job by the group in our area. Thanks for a job well done.

Being my first use of a lawn service, I had a few bumps in the road understanding what to expect and the time of change - Overall TruGreen made a significant change of our Crabgrass Colony Lawn to a greener Thicker and Good Grass Carpet with their service - Thank You.

I decided to try TruGreen and my experience has been terrible to the point that I am ready to discontinue service after only one application. I paid the initial $46.47 and called back two days later to see what the charges would be for the year. I was given a figure of $605.77 for the year. I received my TruGreen packet and noticed a charge of $419.00 for aeration and seeding. Below the charge, there was a note that I could save $78.16 if I paid in advance. I was told by the TruGreen associate that I had not made the two previous payments. I stated that I had memos from TruGreen to support that the payments had been made. Then the representative stated that I was not entitled to the stated discount.

Customer service very helpful. Timely service. Tech Janelle very concern that she solves the problem I am having. Also very pleasant. Answered all my questions. Advise me to call if still any problems. I would recommend TruGreen at this time. Thanks.

TruGreen has been servicing our somewhat unusual property (Half of it tricky to access) for several years now at a very reasonable cost. Besides the lawn there are lots of trees and shrubs everything from azaleas, rhododendrons, holly and roses to spiral arborvitae, Irish Eyes Cypress and a huge laurel hedge which requires special treatment. All are well taken care of with occasional extra visits for the laurels.

TruGreen lawn technicians were very professional & did an outstanding job. The lawn looks great and we are very pleased with the results. We will continue to utilize TruGreen in the future for all of our lawn care needs. I highly recommend to all future customers to take advantage of their complete packages for all of your lawn care needs.

TruGreen is very professional and lots of experience and their customer support is outstanding. I have been with them since 2010. During the seasons they show all the time. They come and stay until they fix and rectify any problem.

Ground was covered with weeds and bare spots before TruGreen arrived and did their work. Later had many compliments about the lawn. Then a couple week went by and I noticed a TruGreen operator at the Church across the street spreading fertilizer and weed control I believe. The small card that Michael put up in front wasn't large enough for people traveling out front on Cottage Grove to be able to read. Waste of time etc.

They always do a great job, they are always very efficient and courteous. I would highly recommended them to all my friends and family. I have been with them for the better part of 20 years, Thank you for a fine job.

Excellent service all around. From customer service personnel to application tech, all satisfactory. Our lawn is in great shape because of TruGreen. Scheduling was easy. Customer service was great. Did not have to wait every time I called. Application tech was always nice and patiently answered my questions.

While I have received only two service calls, both men were very helpful, informative and courteous. I'm looking forward to a more definitive result after a few more service calls. The last call was for aeration. My dogs really enjoyed all the little plugs laying around. They are now gone after 3-1/2 inches of rain. Great timing.

Just want to give props to the TruGreen in my neighborhood. I have used their lawn services for over 10 yrs. They have kept my lawn looking great for years even with having a dog that tries to burn it out. If I’m not satisfied with a treatment they will immediately come out and retreat my lawn. They just recently did a reseed for me. The yard now looks great again. Thanks TruGreen!

Professional and thorough and courteous. Not only does your yard get treated properly but so does the customer. Yard has never looked better. There were lots of weeds in addition to many bare and weak areas of grass growth. Today is completely different with nice thick growth. Can tell a difference by sight plus mowing. Thanks again.

They have lived up to their end of the bargain. They arrive when they say and are friendly and professional in what they do and say. My weeds are gone. Most of them have a few returning. There have been a few spots that haven't done well but when I tell them about it they try and fix the problem.

My yard has never looked so good and I've only had two applications and my yard is a beautiful green. They started in the fall. I'm so looking forward to spring and summer! I had another company before and wasn't satisfied with their treatments.

TruGreen did not show up for appointment on two occasions. When I complained after receiving the service, I was told by the customer service person that they would give me a 10% discount. That was 2 weeks ago. Follow up call on 10/29, rep stated refund would be processed in 2 days. Still no refund.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything he was doing and where he sprayed and why he couldn't spray in certain areas. Took me out and showed me the areas. Also told me when the Bermuda seed is planted. In the spring it will need to be watered constantly.

As always very good lawn service. Tend to need to keep lawn green and as close to weed free as possible. Service tech will almost always check if you are home to discuss your lawn needs and then goes about business.

TruGreen is doing a good job of maintaining my lawn. There are a few spots that need to be addressed. Probably need to have to resprayed due to all the rain we've experienced. My yard was treated a day before the rains started again.

Application of Lawn Fertilizer for weed control. The recommendation from Specialist ** - Eulus ** truck no. ** applying TruHealth Lawn Service. Our lawn had a large influx of weeds and because of this our lawn was beginning to look like a forest. This application and recommendation should allow our lawn to look very good next season.

It looked good until a section in my backyard looks like it was skipped with the seed. The holes were there but nothing grew in the area. There is a big bare spot in my backyard and my front has thin areas as indicated by my lawn technician.

TruGreen is taking care of our lawn, shrubs, weeds and trees. Our lawn is always green and our trees and shrubs look very healthy. They call us a day ahead to tell us they are coming the next day and they know exactly when to come.

As a first time customer I was impressed with the information that helped me decide to hire TruGreen. The sales rep was informative and answered all my questions. I was convinced I was about to hire a more skilled company to care for my lawn and for a more competitive price as well. Win win! The tech was on time for my first application and took the time to walk around the yard and describe what was required. So far so good.

All the Technicians that provide service to my residence are Phenomenal. They do a great job in serving my residence. Very polite, courteous and they give me advice on caring for my lawn, scrubs and keeping insects off my lawn. I am very pleased and satisfied. No lawn is perfect, but TruGreen brought our lawn back to life. I just wish they could have gotten rid of the "crabgrass" clumps. I would think they would have the capability to do that. I truly wish they could have, as otherwise they would have been superb. They told me how to do it by digging it out, but I though they would have a better way.

It has been a great experience. I love the emails that the service is going to be done. Everyone is always quite professional. I appreciate their heads up because I have dogs. I was also skeptical about the mosquito spraying but it worked.

I have had TruGreen for 20 plus years. In Raleigh, I had relatively good service although I battled crabgrass every year in which they struggled to control. I have had them for 2 plus years in Southport, NC. It has been a terrible experience. Weeds, army worms, thinning turf, etc. along with different technicians telling me different reasons as to why my Bermuda sod was not improving. I recently cut them loose. I provided the TruGreen customer representative the details of my dissatisfaction. In fact, I asked the representative to have someone from corporate not affiliated with the Wilmington, NC office to call me. I wanted to share my experiences. She stated that I would receive a call. That was over a month ago. I am not sure TruGreen really cares about their customers at any level.

I prepaid for my lawn service. First application went well after that totally downhill. I have been trying to get in contact with TruGreen for months and have made numerous attempts. Each time I get the same response "A manager will contact you within 2 days." Never ever happens so I call back and get the same line every time. On top of not returning my calls I get numerous calls and emails wanting me to upgrade my service. Waste of time and money.

Worst company for customer service. The local branch charged my account twice and is yet to approve a refund after a week. No one can provide any accurate information on the refund. I am still waiting.

I have been very pleased with the service and helpful representatives of TruGreen. Everyone understands their job and I am informed with every step along the way. This is my first experience with any outside lawn care service and it is great so far.

Lawn looks great. I feel like a person and not a number with all the personal service. No one is pushy and I feel this is a great company. We recently had our home built and are attempting to establish our lawn. We thought we would try TruGreen to help the process. We found TruGreen to be very helpful to both our concerns of the lawn not taking off quickly as well as providing suggestions we could do to improve our soil quality. TruGreen went out of their way to ensure we were properly seeded and that the soil was properly aerated. At the end of the first year, we have a healthy and green lawn. I am certain the lawn will be lush and vibrant next spring.

I wish to congratulate your service technician that serviced my lawn this past week. She came to my door and greeted me with respect and courtesy. She explained what she was doing today to help my lawn, she asked if I had any concerns or questions. I watched her through the windows and she was very thorough and cautious not to spray my roses. She didn't see me, it was not like I didn't trust her, I just wanted to watch the application. Afterwards she again came to my door and left the printout of the application applied with all the details. Outstanding technician that TruGreen must be proud of. Please give her my thanks for her wonderful job and showing of respect toward me.

Our lawn was looking pretty bad, so we hired TruGreen for the year. The technician said it would take a couple years to bring it back. After one season of services, the lawn looks much better. We definitely plan to use TruGreen next season!!

I purchased my home Oct 2017, the lawn truly needed some TLC so I hired TruGreen. They did a wonderful job getting rid of weeds and improving the growth of my lawn. I will continue with the lawn service next year but not shrub and mosquito service. Wasn't as pleased with those services.

Thank you and the gentleman that care for my lawn. They have been very honest with me when they did not do the treatment in my backyard. They explained why and remember that another treatment was pending. Also the ones I talked to on the phone have been very helpful.

It's easy to reach TruGreen to leave a feedback or ask for a back service, but it's very difficult to get different specialists coordinated and on the same page. They don't understand your lawn equally. For example, I had reseeding and aeration serviced on a Friday, and the specialist told me I have lots of grub bugs and need a grub service ASAP in a day or two, otherwise the new seeds will be eaten.

Mr. Duane ** came and applied fertilizer to my grass to improve its health and color. He was friendly, well trained, got right to the treatment and asked if I had any questions. He did a superb job. I was very pleased with his work and professionalism.

Varying service. Never know if someone will actually show up. Pay for things you sometimes don’t get the results of, like a soil sample. Techs almost never go in the backyard. You can make any request you like on the phone, but in my experience you won’t get a callback.

I have been using TruGreen for my lawn and shrubs for a little over 2 years, trying to keep up with my neighbors. They call ahead always to let me know they are coming and always leave copies notes on condition and recommendations. My yard looks great.

I had a concern About some of my St. Augustine grass turning yellow 1 week after application. It ended up not being a problem but until I knew, I called in and was promised that someone would be out to check to make sure what was going on. Didn’t come. Am getting use to being promised by corporate and them not following through. Don’t like it much. 4 weeks later, I called in to inform them that nobody had ever shown up, they were very helpful but by that time, if there would have been a problem, it would have been too late.

I called and canceled my service when we were very dissatisfied with weeds. I called my rep to let him know about the problem several times. TruGreen continued with service with no improvement. We decided to cancel our service. I called the Cape Coral, Fl office and told them I wanted to cancel the service. I then get an invoice that allegedly was separate from my automatic billing to my credit card along with a letter from collection agency.

I have been asking for a person to contact me. Two times on the 800 number. I checked to have someone call me after my last service. My yard is dying. The brown spots are getting larger, I need someone to besides the service tech to come and look what is going on. I had nice grass when this service started, now it's junk. For the last time, I want to talk to someone.

Customer service rep legitimately cared about my concerns and listened to me. It made me feel valued as a customer and I appreciated the feeling the call gave me. I was able to get rescheduled and am happy with the service.

Alysha did as I asked about my problem with box elder bugs that were infesting around my garage door. She sprayed that area as well as around my house. I checked later in the day and found a lot of bugs dead on my driveway. I haven't had any further problem. THANKS.

Our lawn care experience did not have a smooth start. We had to have "second visits" to complete the first weed control visit as weeds were stubborn and first visit did not get all of the weeds (which is normal for beginning of season). Then we had to have "second visit" to fix a fertilizer visit due to improper coverage and green stripes in the yard. TruGreen did send someone out to correct these issues and we did have good results each time. Our neighbors have complimented on the look of our yard and I have referred them to TruGreen.

My experience with TruGreen is right in the middle. The positives: They are reliable. The app holds appointment information, tech information, visit notes, and a GPS of where and when to expect the technician. The negatives: Their plan is not yard specific. Technician notes are generic and sometimes not truthful (i.e. notes say yard looks great, but it is patchy or burnt). My last note said the tech knocked on the door, but no one was home. However, I was and heard (and saw) him leave the note so I chased him down the driveway. I would have rated lower had it not been that they are reliable.

I've had two other service providers for my lawn care over the past fifteen years and I can honestly say that TruGreen surpasses the level of service that I received from them and my lawn has never looked better. We've even had friends and neighbors comment on how nice our lawn looks this year. That most certainly has never happened before. Count me impressed. Also, the other providers cost me more money, why did I not do this sooner; consider this your public notice. THANK YOU!

This is the first year TruGreen has treated my yard. Overall, pleased with everything. The grass is very green would like to work on the thickness for next year. There was a small issue that needs to be corrected with the amount of treatments I received. Signed up for 7 for the year. Only received 6. Other than that, workers great... Would recommend to others.

The TruGreen team was very professional, were very interested if I had any specific areas of concerns and listen intently to my concerns and addressed the areas (especially the person who did the aeration/overseeding). Very pleased at this point and will highly recommend to others.

If you're looking for a lawn service that keeps its word TruGreen is your choice. It’s one thing to say you're going to honor your service and backing it up and that’s shared TruGreen does. I have been a customer for many years and they always work with me to be able continue my service with them.

The only issue I had is my service would get rescheduled over and over. Then it took weeks to get service. The people doing the actual service are great. I only experienced scheduling problems this year. Nothing in the past. Maybe our crazy weather had something to do with it.

Stepan is superb! I had a rough start but since getting Stephan on my yard I am nothing but happy. He is very knowledgeable and my yard is looking great. The grass still is coming along but so much better.

Good job and TruGreen stands by their work. Aeration and seeding was performed great. Mosquito defense works wonders and made this summer a pleasure. Will continue to use in the future and recommend to friends and family. Fertilizer kept the grass green and lush all summer.

TruGreen technician came to my front door to let me know they were there but it took me a while to get to the door. It appears that they did a good job with service scheduled so I have no complaints with technicians or work performed.

Service is always on time preceded by a reminder call, and lawn looks somewhat improved from previous service. I am looking forward to next year with hopes of even further improvement. My lawn is very important to the overall appearance of my home. Thank you.

TruGreen has worked with us over the years to keep our lawn and shrubs healthy and bug-free. The specialists over the years have changed; but their service and attitude have not. They have all been knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They have all been willing to advise us as to what our lawn and shrubs need. Their comments and recomendations each time they treat our lawn and shrubs are very helpful. When we follow the recommendations, we see the results. Our lawn and shrulbs look good all year round.

I watched the weeds deteriorate according to the info I received on my order. It was unbelievable to watch the weeds begin to wilt. I like the Service techs and there help in understanding what will occur from the application being applied. Service is really great and precise.

Communication is lacking between office and customer. I was told I would have Potash service done on 9/22/2018. That never happened and no one called me to say why. I called and they rescheduled for 9/27/2018. That never happened and no one called to say why. I called and they had no explanation for cancelling. They rescheduled for 10/2/2018. That never happened and no one called to say why. I called and they had no explanation again. Someone finally came out on 10/8/2018. The driver's spreader for the Potash was broken and he had to use a small handheld spreader. I have no idea if he covered all of my property as I did not follow him around the yard. The office has 3 different ways to contact me. COMMUNICATION is the key... I am very satisfied with my tech Paul **. He is knowledgeable and understands my yard needs.

Braxton from TruGreen has been out to treat our lawn all summer. He has been extremely professional and we have seen a huge improvement in our lawn over the last 6 months and have been very happy with all the services TruGreen has provided!

After a rough start this summer--weeds, lawn not thriving, brown patches, repeated complaints, often change of specialists, Max came on the scene and made our lawn's revival his special project. His patient care and concern finally yielded beautiful results. In our 20+ years with TruGreen, our lawn has never been this beautiful. Lush green weedfree even at the end of October!! I called 6 times, never a callback. I have your service in IL and it's great but the Indiana service is VERY unprofessional. I cancelled all future service and got someone who knows what they're doing...

I love having TruGreen services. I never have to worry if they are coming because I always receive notifications about what service I will receive and they show up when they say they will. My lawn improves with each service. Highly recommend.

I have been a TruGreen customer since 2013 and am truly pleased with the service. I receive a courtesy call the day before my lawn treatment and my representative makes sure I am pleased with the way my lawn looks and does extra spot treatments where needed.

Lawn care specialist was very thorough and courteous!!! I would recommend TruGreen to anybody! They are prompt to come out and take care of any problems that I have. If they come back to correct a problem, I have never been charged for it.

Your workers are professional and compassionate. I have trust and confidence in your staff. They have made living outside better again. My lawn looks much better. I still need them to plant grass on my lawn and aerated. I will recommend TruGreen to anyone.

Pest Control Service - This service was a re-do after initial first application. This time the tech did a very good job around foundation and needed areas. The first application left pests and did not spend enough time spraying. 2nd application was very good!!

I have been very happy with the help given to my lawn by the TruGreen servicemen. The improvement is obvious. Appointments were kept on time. Each of the men were courteous and helpful. I also appreciated the summary of the work performed.

Terrible service in general this season and after 3 years of full service from your company (lawn, tree & shrub, lawn pest, and mosquito defense) this year the lawn performed poorly with evidence of active disease, bare spots, and weeds. Also punctuality of service visits was extremely inconsistent. On numerous occasions this year I received advance notifications by phone and on the mobile app of planned service visits, but often they were 'no shows' without explanation. On at least two occasions this year I've called and expressed dissatisfaction to your call center reps but never got a return call or visit from anyone with authority or interest to address my concerns. From my perspective you don't care about my satisfaction or reward my loyalty. I will shop around for alternative lawn care service providers for 2019.

Had service done, when I got home, noticed that the aeration appeared not to be done, and seed was. Waited 3 weeks, watered as directed, no new grass. Called TruGreen and they said they would do again. They schemed 11/22, never showed up. Called again and told service would be done 11/29. Called for confirmation a few days before service, told not scheduled for 11/29. I plan on asking for a refund for this service if they don’t do it soon as it may already be too late in the season to grow anything.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable from everything to lawn, tree, shrub and flower care. I asked him a million questions and his answers were thorough and precise. His expertise and knowledge was evident in his responses. I’m a TruGreen customer for life based on his service.

The application (fungicide) was done promptly and on time as requested. The technician advised when he arrived. He did not notify though when he left. Nevertheless, I saw him do his job all over the yard. I strongly recommend TruGreen for all lawn applications starting in early spring thru late fall.

Always on time and great service. Always can count on a green lawn and Gary (the tech) will take the time to make sure problems are taken care of. TruGreen always stands behind their service and have excellent techs that care.

TruGreen saved my gardenia shrubs when they became infected by bugs they also provide great service on my lawn. They keep weeds in my lawn down and keep my landscape looking great. They show up on time and do a professional job and I fully recommend their services.

TruGreen always ensures my lawn issues are corrected, even if it takes additional visits at zero cost. Keep up the good work.

On October 9 TruGreen specialist Serge ** came to service my lawn. He told me everything my lawn was going through and how he would fix it. He put fertilizer, insect and weed control down and saturated it well. Took his time. He worked with passion not like someone wanting to get it over with. What a pro it is. Oct 25 as I write this and my grass already looks great. I highly recommend TruGreen for the affordable price. You will save a bundle in lawn damage. I hope they will send Serge in early Nov and don't schedule me when he is not working. Serge knows the problem areas on my lawn. Thank you TruGreen and hope to see Serge in Nov TY.

Jason ** has serviced my lawn three time with fertilizer and weed killer, and my lawn looks so much better than it did. Jaleel ** aerated my lawn and treated it with potash fertilizer. They were both very friendly and helpful. I have been so pleased with the lawn services that I have also purchased a contract to service my sprinkler system. I very highly recommend TRUGREEN.

Very dissatisfied with service from day one. The specialist that have come to my home. Never complete the work. Aeration was done when we had a big rainfall for two days. All seeds were washed away. Call TruGreen. Someone came back out on10/18 and throw seeds down by hand. They have a lot of excuses for not getting the job done. Make sure you check your invoices carefully.

I am 74 years old. I have cared for my lawn all my life. Because of age I wanted to find someone to care for the lawn. TruGreen gave an amazing marketing pitch focusing on agronomist specialists, soil test, lawn specific treatment, thickest lawn in neighborhood, etc. TruGreen has made two visits, fertilizer and aeration. I see no testing or specialized treatment or individualized service. At this point I am only hoping lawn will equal what I did. I already had one of the best looking lawns in neighborhood before TruGreen. I tried to explain my motivation to the marketing agent and kept getting the same pitch. It looks like I will be paying $600+ a year for a service that I did myself for less than $200. I keep fingers crossed that TruGreen might match what I was doing before. Time will tell.

The service has been friendly but we’re disappointed with the aeration and seeding. The techs sped through their service and did not apply sufficient seeding to our property. There’s numerous areas that weren’t even seeded at all, which is ridiculous because I pointed them out to the tech while walking the property before he rushed through the seeding.

Mitchell returned to apply an extra application for control of morning glory. Chemical was hard to locate but he found it and came back. TruGreen is a great company to work with. I will call TruGreen in the spring to continue their service.

The men who came & did the work did a great job - thorough. The scheduling though was abysmal. Twice it was cancelled, but we were never informed until after 6pm. Then the day they actually came, it said they would come between 11am-4pm & they arrived at 830am! We were glad they came, but wanted to be here & almost missed them based on what the schedule said. So far none of the scheduled times for the TruGreen service have been correct which has been a frustration. The service has always been good though.

This was my first tree and shrub application. Very satisfied. Also had lawn done a few weeks ago and also very satisfied. Hope to remain a customer long term. Personnel have been very polite and professional. Can't wait for my next application.

I tried to fine a lawn care company to get my lawn back in good looking condition. Tried several companies and no one wanted the job. Called TruGreen. No problem. After several treatments to the grass it's looking 100% better than what it was. Thanks to TruGreen I will have a very nice looking lawn come this spring. Efficient and effective service. Application of products is working. Lawn is dense and green. Weeds have diminished. Description and definitions of work that is performed are easily understood and informative. Would highly recommend service to friends and family. TruGreen is very good.

On the second visit of finishing the unfinished aerating and seeding the TruGreen specialist decided to argue with me telling me that I had a pool in the way and that is why they could not complete the work the first time. In an area in the back. I had the pool down for over a month prior to having them come out. I offered to show pictures of the backyard which she said was not necessary when I called after the first application telling them the area had not been done. I definitely felt like he was done for the day.

I am happy with the services provided by TruGreen, but the additional services I get called about is unnecessary. The salespeople are very pushy and don’t know how to take a no. If it continues to happen, I will definitely quit using trugreen services. I do not want extra services. I only want my grass taken care of.

Didn’t happen. No one called. Paperwork said, "Water your grass". Called and they said someone would call me. No one called. Wife called, someone was going to call. No one did until 2 weeks later. Same nonsense as rest of this type of company.

WORST EVER!!! I hired TruGreen because my husband wasn't able to take care of the lawn this last summer and while he was recovering from surgery, I didn't want to have to worry about the care for the lawn. When I started with them, it was supposed to be front and back, every 6 weeks. After the first service, I was a bit dismayed, the lawn didn't show any difference. After the 2nd service, the lawn was turning brown, the weeds were growing strong, big and fast! I called them back and asked for a Supervisor to speak with (called on a Monday Morning) on Tuesday evening, they called my cell phone, not the number I gave them and I couldn't talk with the person. So I called back, they said they had not call in the system and would put it there. The following Sunday I got the automated call saying they would be there sometime on Monday, so I changed my schedule to be home when they got there.

We used TruGreen services for the second year in 2018. Unfortunately something went very wrong this season and since August our lawn is completely ruined (I cannot attach a photo here, but I have them available). Grass is completely burned and while neighbors grass came back our property is an eye sore. I contacted the company multiple times during September and October and I was promised manager coming to the property and re-seeding service but neither ever took place. In summary, I spent more than $500.00 to have my lawn ruined and TruGreen is not responsible for it at all. I feel I was treated unfairly and that TruGreen Lawn Care did not keep their part of the service agreement.

Allen ** was very courteous and professional. He did a thorough job of both aeration and seeding of our yard. I applaud TruGreen's professional work ethic and the results speak for their self. I would recommend their services for both fair price and results.

Our backyard is landscape and made for outdoor entertaining but with the start of spring we started to have issues w/ mosquitos. We tried sprays, candles and bracelets but nothing really worked consistently. I saw a TruGreen advertisement on the internet and decided to try TruGreen w/ a coupon offered. The office rep that took my info was cordial and very helpful. The sales rep that came and sprayed gave info re: the process and what to do if more assistance is needed.

I am enjoying the service from TruGreen, my technicians have been Kevin ** and Wendy **. It may not be possible, but 48hrs notice before visits would be helpful, I was able to clear some leaves before Kevin's visit but Wendy had to clear some leaves, although her report says there were not enough to inhibit her application. Their reports were very thorough and I look forward to scheduling additional services as they are recommended. By the way, who is William ** as noted on the bottom of my reports.

The guys did a great job let me they were here and what they are doing. They let us know when they finished and cleaned up the walkways. Went over what we should do in the next few weeks. They were great.

So far we have been very satisfied. The service has been performed promptly and on a regular basis. When an extra visit was requested, the technician came out within a couple of days at no additional charge. We are notified by email and phone. The cost for various services is fair, and there is no long term commitment. They are trying very hard to earn our business. Pleased thus far.

I’ve recently signed up and have had 2 services. In one word... excellent. They are very good and notifications about upcoming service. A thorough job is done and then feedback on results is complete and much appreciated. Great job! My yard has a long way to go but am confident that TruGreen can help me get there.

They are all very knowledgeable from the moment they meet you. Any questions you have they will have the answer to. They are quick and efficient and my lawn looks so much better. I’m so happy I called them and got this done. I look at my lawn and I smile now instead of cry.

Recently had aeration and overseeing done. I high recommend this service. After this summers intense rain and heat the lawn needed it. I grew up working on a golf course so I'm familiar with what grass should look like. TruGreen takes care of our lawn like a golf course.

It has been 3 weeks since my first treatment and my lawn is already looking significantly better. Most of the weeds have died and the lawn is much greener than before. I would definitely recommend your services to a friend. Stellar service.

I have been a customer of Scotts/TruGreen for many years. I have stayed with this company because of their loyalty to customers me in general. I think the way your company treats me is the best I have been treated, I have questions I get answers, I asked to have the same tech do my applications because of the property line, it's confusing and new techs every applications makes it hard. I have Had Greg for the last year or so and I believe he is the best tech I have ever had. He understands my problems, and keeps me informed to what I should do and when I should do it. He is very knowledgeable about my lawn.

Looking back; I can honestly say we have come a long way from the scrawny lawn I had when we started. The specialist and technicians have done wonders! My goal was to enjoy a greener lawn and thanks to TRUGREEN; I have one. There is still a bit more work to do but we have a lawn with a nice foundation to built on. In addition as I get close to my house I am the proud owner of a green lawn, which I said in the beginning was my first objective; Thank You! I will submit images at a later date.

I don't really write a review unless my experience was really good or the other way around. In TruGreen's case it was the worst one and I suggest the company to change their name to Falsegreen! I hired TruGreen beginning of the season this year for chemicals, aeration and overseeding and prepaid them for all the services. On the second application which was done on 5/31/18 my lawn was burnt in multiple spots throughout the lawn due to too much chemical. I noticed the burned spots next day, called the customer service and I was told someone will come to take a look. The guy came few days later and told me to keep watering the grass will grow back.

Writing to recognize Joshua ** who serviced our lawn last week. We have a rather large lawn with many disjointed grassy areas. Joshua took time to cover all areas, in the past it seems not all areas got done. Well done and I hope we see him again.

I agreed to a 167.87 charge for a service and was bragging about what a great service I was getting but really in the end it really cost me $656.87. The salesmen completely duped me! The technician got his plug machine stuck in my yard because he was doing it in the rain, got mud all over my driveway and just left it. The worst service I’ve experienced in years.

I have just ended my second year with TruGreen. I sought their expertise because of an invasive weed in my Zoysia. This time last year they had not made any progress with the weed, only to find out they did not know what it was. This year I expressly told each person with that I wanted that weed eradicated. Another company finally diagnosed my problem and addressed it. Please be aware that you are signing a contract and it does not matter if TruGreen does a good job or not. Also be aware that you will be targeted by phone solicitors trying to sell other TruGreen services not in your contract. No matter how I explained their lack of progress, they failed to perform. I will never have them on my property again. I am paying my last payment under my contract, I have wasted hundreds of dollars with this company in 2018.

We had Josey ** service our lawn and he was great. Very personable and helpful. I wish I had a little more outlined treatment schedule though. I’m a planner and it was difficult to plan ahead with our kids playing outside and a babysitter with only 12-24 hr notice.

It really feels great knowing that I was served with extra care of not damaging my new irrigation system and that they put their heart into the work they performed. I’ve used TruGreen the last 8 years and I can’t be any happier then I am now. TruGreen stand behind their work and will come back out to put more seeds down if needed. That makes me confident in knowing they will make it right.

I am very pleased with TruGreen. As this was the first time to use a lawn service. Cody took time to tell me what to expect. When I would start to see results. He explained what he was doing when he would come back also told me if I had problems to call and he would come back anytime. Cody and TruGreen you are doing a great job. We are really satisfied with TruGreen. We've had them do our yard for at least the last 2 yrs. The communication between us and them is really important to us. We are always able to speak to someone when calling. When they come to service us, they are friendly and accommodating. We've had many compliments on our yard. We even won yard of the month in our subdivision. We plan to use Trugreen again next year.

We ordered the lawn maintenance program first. When we bought our home last year our lawn was both a total disaster and mostly non-existent. Now it is a work of art. Your Cheyenne team was amazing to work with and we would highly recommend their work and we believe in the product!

Enjoyed working with TruGreen. I had no trouble with the service tech or the staff at this TruGreen providers. There were although pestering callers from other locations who came leaving flyers to get them to service my property than the TruGreen agent servicing my home. That was bothersome. There seems to be a disconnect as the agencies do not know which neighborhood is being serviced by their colleagues.

Nice job this year! The lawn looks great after the aeration and over-seeding. Trees and Shrubs were well taken care of by Jim **. Always a pleasure speaking with Jim on tree care. Highly recommend his work. As always, very satisfied with all services.
