I ordered a service to treat bagworms in my evergreen trees. I talked to my local rep Ryan from Lincoln and discussed with him plus talking to a rep on the phone. Got my report and he fertilized the trees and shrubs! No mention of spraying the bugs!! I left Trugreen a couple of years ago due to poor service. Decided to give another try this year despite all the assurances that service has improved by your people it is beginning to look like things have not changed!

Last year, I selected TruGreen thinking they would help with weeds and mosquito control. TruGreen came, dropped their "magical potions" in my yard and took off. I saw an employee in my backyard for about two minutes with a two gallon sprayer, going in circles. Never saw him again. Never did I signed for any further service. Spring of '18 comes and there's a flag in my property with a service done. The potion was placed in a no-man land side of the property of 12 acres where nothing but bad weeds grow. Waste of time and material. I called TruGreen letting them know I never authorized any service to be done. A customer service person said; "It was prorated to this year." Not true, green monsters. You sent a bill. Now they send a collecting agency statement. SHAME ON YOU, TRUGREEN. You are a bunch of thieves. DO NOT TRUST ANY SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I always find the technicians to be knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They always answer my questions and address my concerns. I also find the customer service to be good. When I call them they can answer my questions and are quick to help.

I would highly recommend TruGreen. Their professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail is top notch. The weather this spring and summer has been very challenging alternating between extremely hot and dry to extremely wet. TruGreen stayed on top of these conditions to assure proper treatment to my Lawn. Job well done TruGreen!

Have been very happy with overall care and improvement in my lawn, trees and insect control. Always managed my lawn but being unable now I have trusted TruGreen to provide my services. All are well maintained and as a whole the agent calls before arriving. Courteous and professional. Albert is top flight and represents the business outstandingly! This is the first year in our house. I am anxious to see the results on all I had done this coming spring. Everyone I talked to said I will be more than satisfied. I thought the man who serviced our lawn was very responsible and professional. He knew the answers to all my questions. I especially liked it that I knew exactly when he would come to take care of the lawn for each application.

I have bought 6 services and paid in advance to get discount. After getting 6 services my lawn is looking exactly same, no improvement. I sent email to TruGreen saying that I did not like the service. They send me a message, saying that there will be one extra service for free as an apology. Then I got this bill for that service. I have closed my account. Still they want me to pay for the service. They said it is going to be free.

If you send an experience service person, the service is well worth it. Previously, the service person was lazy and I had to call back TruGreen several times, every time after we had a mosquito application because the serviceman didn't do the entire property. Once they sent the right person, we are Bug free and happy with the service.

Very happy that TruGreen could adjust their services to my changing requirements. We had landscaping done which require different fertile than normal and cancellation of their reseeding service. We loved the Mosquito Contol Service. We were bug free the entire summer.

I love the way our yard looks and we have only had two treatments! The weeds are dying and the grass looks much healthier! The TruGreen technician aerated our yard last week and put more grass seed down. With this rain lately, it looks better already!

I am satisfied with the improvement in the appearance of my lawn. The first wonder was getting rid of the dandelions. I am still dealing with crabgrass but hope to see more improvement after the aeration is done; my lawn had gone years without any real care besides mowing. The employees are accurate in their time estimates on days of service; they are polite and efficient when they arrive for the different applications.

I am not seeing any improvements in my overall lawn care. Every technician that has visited my property over the last several months agrees that weeds are continuing to grow. Not seeing any viable results although I continue to complain and all technicians agree with my assessment. Please let me know when I should start seeing improvements since I am starting to think about cancelling all services.

My husband signed up for a year of service. The lawn looked pretty good, we really had no weeds to begin with and the grass was green. We did have mole crickets and some other bugs, so he thought they would be helpful in getting rid of them. Once our year of service was up and we didn't renew, we started noticing that we were getting weeds. Not just any weeds, but very invasive ones. They were not anything we had seen before, nor do we see any of these particular weeds in any of the yards in our entire neighborhood. Peculiarly, they are only in the front and side yard, not in the back as they would have had to get into the backyard to spread the seed. I'm normally not a conspiracy theorist, but it seems more than a little odd that we all of a sudden have this problem. I'm beginning to wonder if they had a hand in the new condition of our lawn...

Cecil ** did a great job. Apologized for the last specialist and did a excellent job properly covering my yard. He is concerned about the way yard is responding. Asset to your company. Manager Todd responded to my complaints about the last specialist.

We are experiencing the WORSE customer service from TruGreen. We had our lawn fertilized July 25, 2018 and then went on vacation until August 12th. When we returned, we found that the application in July burnt our lawn in approx. 30 places. We have tried to reach someone with power at TruGreen to rectify this situation. When someone did come out, they did not have enough topsoil to rake in the seed. They promised they would return but have not done so. Squirrel, birds, and chipmunks have eaten all the seed, so there is no regrowth possible.

I talked to a very helpful person who set me up on all my lawn, shrub and tree service. TruGreen showed up the next day and within two days they had completed all my services. I highly recommend them.

These fools destroyed my lawn 2 years in a row. Literally 95% of my lawn was completely gone last year and now again this year. I have no idea if it was grubs or due to their ineptitude. Stay away! They are clueless buffoons!

My husband and friend were watching the Nascar race when the technician came to spray (Mosquito Spray/Flea Tick). My husband was thoroughly disappointed in the way he administered his spray. It looked like he was hardly spraying anything and very lazy about his work.

If you’re striving for the best lawn you can have I highly recommend only using TruGreen. I originally got this service just to keep my dogs from getting bit by bees that landed on dandelions, after the first couple treatments I was hooked. So if you want a golf course looking yard, let the Pros at TruGreen get your yard looking right.

I love being informed of when a service is going to be performed on my lawn. I like being greeted with a smile by my service rep. The best of all is all the information given to me when asked a question. I would highly recommend TruGreen!

TruGreen field techs are very efficient. They are reliable, informative and have a sense of humor. All my question they answer with politely manners. They explain detail by detail so that I can understand properly.

You can imagine my shock and surprise when I got invoiced for $204.00 when I was told that aeration was part of yearly service and would be billed at the per visit rate. $64.95 I totally expect a refund... The Specialist removed a water hose while doing the aeration, said he would replace, did not.

The man that came for the first application was very nice and friendly. He provided good feedback about what was being applied and the best plan of action to get the lawn into good health. I’m very encouraged after the first application that my lawn will soon be beautiful.

TruGreen has been keeping our grass the greenest most plush lawn in the neighborhood for the last 8 years and counting. Recommend their services for grub control, lime application, fertilization, weed control, aeriation, overseeding. Also their pest control service. Used to use their tree and shrub service but we just didn’t have enough foliage that met their criteria to justify the expense.

Representative was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Explained entire program and what was done today and what was next. Also advised other procedures available. Hopefully I have the same representative for each application. This service will keep me as a TruGreen customer. Very satisfied!

Have been very pleased with employees of TruGreen. Each individual from salesman to specialist that completed product application, was friendly and went out of their way to cooperate with us, answered all questions and did a very good job in solving our lawn problems. Our lawn is looking better and the crabgrass problem we had is being resolved.

We have had TruGreen for 4 months and our yard has never looked better. The service people that come are so conscientious and careful, always knocking at the door to get any last minute instructions from me. I love that TruGreen lets us know when they are coming.

My grass looks like **. There are weeds. No grass in spots. I am not happy with the service. I will probably not get it next year. CHRIS ** has been great trying to get my grass looking good but it’s not working.

Our lawn is in awful shape so I recently reached out to TruGreen for help. We had a great first treatment which was scheduled easily online/over the phone. The guys that came out were awesome, knowledgeable and professional. Looking forward to a nice lawn by next season.

The program has a confusing payment plan. People get confused as to what service their receiving and how much it costs. Many people I have spoken with have shared the same concerns. Maybe send an itemized list with prices BEFORE service with the option to cancel or customize to make it clear.

Nic ** did a great job servicing my lawn and providing helpful hints. He informs us as what to do with our new sod. When to mow it and how to care for it. He takes pride in his work and was very courteous.

Weeds are my big issues on my property. I want to be completely without weeds from spring to fall. Keep my grass beautiful but weeds kill me. Need to dye color when guy spray it on my property without harmful on my house.

My backyard is in need of some TLC so I looked into TruGreen's services. I filled out some information and received a quote with the intention of doing a bit more research before making a decision. I received a few calls from a Blue Island, IL number a few days after I received my emailed quote, but was not able to answer as I was at work.

The local rep called and sold me their aeration and overseed services. After a couple scheduling issues they finally came out but only did my front yard. After multiple calls a manager was going to come out to verify and fix the issue. He never came out and only left a message that the local rep sold the service to my wife and she only wanted the front done. My wife has never talked to anyone from TruGreen and the transaction was done with my card. Called the 800 number and they confirm that they have no record of talking to my wife. When I called the local office back was told by a manager I was a liar and they were going to cancel my account and to not call them again.

I was very pleased with our lawn technician who knows his job! He answered questions and offered suggestions. This was our first treatment and was on a 29.99 promo price. Unfortunately, they added on ANOTHER treatment which we never authorized and our bill went up to over $80. The bill was corrected but we understand now why customers complain about the billing system. I will be monitoring these bills each time a treatment is done.

On August 16 TruGreen says my entire lawn was aerated and overseeded. I arrived home about an hour after they left. Front lawn was aerated. Side and back lawns were not. And NO evidence of seed anywhere. After filing a complaint on their website, and numerous calls to customer service, my account still shows a balance for aeration and overseeding which has NOT happened. And last week someone came by as a courtesy call. The service details in my online account clearly shows no service was performed during that visit. I simply explained to him my frustration. Today I log into my account and see that I'm now billed $45.95 FOR A COURTESY CALL?? I'm done with TruGreen.

Retreating chinch bug problems - We were given a free treatment, as promised, on the exact date we asked for. We are away from home, presently, but are updated by our next door neighbor. We’ve had plenty of rain, which should help, immensely.

I've had this service for years and had been completely satisfied. Then TruGreen took over. Now it is truly terrible. They claim to treat for weeds, but the existing weeds are alive and well, with more growing every day. I called to have an additional treatment. They sent someone out, put a flag in the yard, and as far as I could tell did nothing else. The weeds actually got worse. I had called asking the techs not to ring the bell (we babysit small grandchildren). But they ring the bell EVERY TIME, even though we have a sign on the door that says, "Do not ring bell or knock." They call constantly trying to upsell other services. I am CANCELLING them.

Based upon recommendation of our technician, Romeo, I have mowed our lawn considerably longer than I have in the past. As a result, during recent dry periods the roots remained cool and the lawn is fuller and greener than ever before and with considerably less weed growth.

The service person was knowledgeable and polite. He informed me of requirements required following the Grub service. All the services delivered during this spring/summer were consistently great and have contributed to a great looking lawn. Unfortunately I cannot afford all the suggested services.

Retreated 3 areas of lawn, free of charge, for chinch bug damage. Treatment seems to be working. Majority of brown is fading and green grass is spreading. May need 1 more application to completely eliminate chinch bugs from spreading again.

Marketing should look into rebranding as Tru Brown to better reflect results. Started service in March with a few sparse areas and about five brown spots. Six months later the following have done really well out of this service: 1) weeds, 2) brown spots, 3) Tru Green; while one party is conspicuous by its absence from the list of beneficiaries: myself. For the money they charge you’d think they’d be capable at the very minimum of maintaining your lawn rather than turning it into something that could serve as a backdrop for a documentary about the effects of Agent Orange during the Vietnam War. One lives and learns I suppose.

I was satisfied with the service as far as advanced warning of attendance and timing of fertilizing application. Specialist was a bit aggressive with the application of the fertilizer and a couple of large spots on my lawn are now burnt. I can repair with some lawn soil & seed.

Problem was taken care of by a visit from specialist. The specialist explain what happened the previous day. A spill of fertilizer on my grass that was located on the strip of grass down by the street, burnt a spot in the grass.

TruGreen has consistently provided excellent care of our lawn for several years, and has had flexibility in providing a variety of chemicals to control weeds, crabgrass and promote growth. Our lawn has responded beautifully, and the company has earned its name through making our lawn TruGreen. Our dandelion patch has been turned into a park!!

Weed control has been a major challenge and we have yet to get them under control. We continue having 'violet' weeds that plague a portion of our yard. Most of the yard looks great; but these weeds seem to be impervious to the chemicals you use.

I am completely satisfied with the service this season. I had respectful, helpful responses to questions I had during the season. On one occasion I forgot to unlock the backyard gate to allow fertilization. I thought I'd simply have to accept the loss of this application, but was pleasantly surprised and grateful that a truck was out within a few days to complete the service, even though I was at fault.

I’m completing my 3rd year of service with TRUGREEN and my lawn has improved 1000 percent from the condition it was in when I first started. William ** has been my service technician from the beginning and his care and in-depth knowledge of lawn treatment is outstanding. He always take the time to speak with me personally on tips I can use to keep my lawn looking the best in my neighborhood. The annual systematic treatments keeps my lawn looking great all year long. I highly recommend TRUGREEN as the preferred lawn service of choice.

I have been getting TruGreen for my lawn for this 3rd year now. TruGreen knows the green thumb business! Also, TruGreen offered to maintain my irrigation sprinkling system. They are great in both services. For anyone homeowner who loves a true green live fresh look to his/her house lawn, I highly recommend homeowners to use TruGreen!

As a former customer from over 25 years ago, I'm relieved your company is still around. I now have someone that actually knows what they are doing working with my grass. My former Gardener didn't cut it, if you will pardon the pun. I'm working with Carlos ** who is kind, quick and knowledgeable and I could not be happier with your services. I've been fighting white fly on our beautiful hibiscus for several years. I've tried every product spending a great deal of time and money trying to win the white fly war. Carlos noticed it while treating my yard for crabgrass, I added the $59 plant and shrub service and so far after years of frustration, it appears to be fixed. I can't thank him enough for his expert recommendation. I'm looking forward to the overseeding in the coming months as my grass needed some love. I've been fighting mosquitos for almost 30 years at my house with limited success. This year I called TruGreen and signed up for their Mosquito Defense program. Since they started I haven't seen any mosquitos all summer. It's been great. I highly recommend their program.

Our TruGreen service has been great this season. The staff that comes for the various services we receive are very nice and always introduce themselves and explain what they will be doing. I am a very happy customer. Great people and great product.

Well done. TruGreen worker was pleasant and thoroughly handled the problem areas. I am satisfied with the job thus far and hope for it to continue in the fall. Aeration should improve my lawn as I have been told.

So far I haven't seen a noticeable reduction in the broad leaf weeds in the yard. That is observing them dying out or even starting that process. As I commented to my wife it seems we had too much feed and not enough weed. With not that much time left this fall to accomplish this task, maybe a bigger effort to eliminate the weeds is needed with less effort to feed the lawn is the answer.

Excellent communication. Every question I ask to them they respond me as fast as they can, detail by detail and outstanding service. They inform me always what they gonna do and every moment they have in mind just to make it improve my lawn.

We used TruGreen a couple of years ago for the first time and was truly excited to have them come and care for our lawn. To our dismay, after a couple of visits, our grass started to die as well as most of our shrubs. When we cancelled our service most of our grass was totally dead as well as our shrubs. My husband decided to give them another try this year so I called and got the same package with mosquito defense minus the shrub care. Needless to say after a couple of treatments we noticed our St. Augustine was beginning to turn yellow!!!

Tech was timely and knowledgeable. So far, great service. Lawn in terrible shape. Hope to see improvement with treatment. Email notification with expected arrival time was very helpful. Telephone staff were quick to answer and offered helpful suggestions. Company makes good use of customer service technology and all employees were helpful and knowledgeable.

Your representative is always polite and answers my questions. He is knowledgeable about trees and insect life and how they affect the health of my trees etc. so I do not worry about my trees and bushes. They are in good hands.

We were committed to improving our front and back lawn, so we decided to buy a year of TruGreen service. It’s been very frustrating since the start. We were charged more than the quoted price, then discovered via our security cameras that the first 3 treatments (fertilizer, lime, aeration) were only performed on the front lawn and not the back. Our calls to TruGreen were time consuming and left a lot to be desired in terms of customer service. They always insisted that they treated the whole lawn despite our video footage. I’ve spent more time dealing with TruGreen than it would’ve taken me to treat the lawn myself. Expect to overpay for about 10-15 minutes of actual work, and it might be wise to invest in some security cameras to see if they’re actually doing what you pay them for. It’s a big investment of time and money that should probably be spent elsewhere.

Quality of service has gone down since Lawn Dawg was bought by TruGreen. The last straw was the aeration with overseeding. Half of my lawn was not aeration and half was not seeded. Some that were aerated were not seeded and some seeded and not aerated. Next thing to do is cancel my service.

The agent, Brian **, was extremely pleasant and helpful. He attempted to do everything he could to untangle a confusing mess. I had arranged with operator for appointment on Tuesday and he had arrived 5 days too early. Also, corporate had him scheduled for bush service only, but I was supposed to get lawn and aeration which were not in his notes. He did the lawn same day. For aeration he said I might have to call local office to see what happened and when they could do it. It was all very confusing and not much was clear. I was impressed with Brian but not so impressed with company, so far. Nowhere on the notes can I find the phone number for the Anaheim office.

Right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Estimated arrival time doesn’t mean anything. 12-5 they show up at 10. And once the app didn’t tell me they was even on their way. Well he was walking in my backyard. I have a 100 lb dog. But this is the second time the 12-5 has came up and they showed up at 10. Nice big window huh. I was told that the window is actually only 3 hour not 5 like the app like to do. And I was also told a date and then I got the app message and it was a different day.

We just moved and our new lawn is full of weeds! TruGreen just treated them with sulfa (?). I'm no expert, but if the weeds aren't gone soon they'll retreat for free. Our prev lawn was beautiful due to their efforts. Thanks TruGreen!!

The people doing the work are great, no problems with them. My concern is after Aeration and Overseeding my lawn now looks much worse. It doesn't look like it's improving after two weeks of the service. I also, don't see any new grass growing for the bare spots after two weeks, even though the soil has been kept moist.

My experience has been very negative. The first salesperson didn't follow through on promises, but his manager promised to take care of the situation, gave me his direct line and he assured me all would be well. He didn't follow through either, so after numerous calls, and others explaining why they didn't do the job as promised, I cancelled. Another manager then called, apologized for all the screw ups to date, promised to take care of the situation, gave me his direct line and he assured me all would be well. That didn't pan out either, so I called to cancel again and asked for a full refund, as each person along the way promised I would receive.

We had our problems this year with weeds and crabgrass, but the techs worded with me to do everything they could. I will continue to work with them! My techs listen to my concerns and so does the customer service!

Planted a new lawn after building our house. Once established TruGreen took the proper care to ensure our grass was well established and kept it growing and filling in the areas needed. Couldn’t of taken that kind of care doing it myself. Quick and very responsive. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I’ve used TruGreen for 10 years and I’ve always had a great experience. They provide day before curtsy calls so I can lock the dog in the house! They also have an app now that keeps me updated. My yard looks great!

Yard maintenance - They do a good job but I wish they would call first because I have a dog and locked fence. If they called first I could open the gate and put my dog up for the day. Otherwise they seem to be very professional and polite.

TruGreen is doing a great job. Everyone is respectful and eager to do whatever necessary to give me top service. Because I live in the woods, I was concerned that they would not be able to control the weeds but my grass is greener, healthy looking and the weeds are disappearing. Thanks for the great service.

All the specialist that we have dealt with are very polite and knowledgeable. I went a couple years without the TruGreen treatment and I will never do that again. I am always getting compliments on my lawn and I thank TruGreen for that. Thank you and I will always continue to be a loyal customer.

Gentleman was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done. Was confident this can be fixed by fall time. Professional service completed. Also have a timeline of when we should begin to see results and if not we can reach out for a revisit.

We have had the service from TruGreen twice so far, and have been very satisfied. The weeds growing in our yard, have turned brown and are dying. In addition, the service technicians, treating our lawn have both been very knowledgeable and friendly. We are looking forward to a great GREEN lawn!

Incredibly disappointed in the services we've received. This is our first year with them and we are only with them because our last service provider merged with this company. The technician has failed to show up when he was supposed on 3 occasions, they rarely leave notice that they have treated the lawn or what they have done, putting my dogs and children at risk of chemical exposure because we didn't know they had come until we received an email notice the following day. They treated for Nutweed on once occasion, which didn't kill the nutweed, but killed half of our lawn instead. Our last encounter with them, which will most definitely be our last, resulted in them causing damage to our property (Which was witnessed by my neighbor) and the tech, once again not leaving a notice of even being at my home, let alone the damage he had caused. On day 2 now of waiting for a call back from management to try to resolve the issue.

GREAT JOB ALWAYS. Yard is showing improvements after each treatment. Wish I had started my lawn care with your company years ago. Yard was over grown with weeds and your care plan is making progress to the positive side once again. Thank You.

I lost count of how many time you have come. The only constant thing is the weeds are alive and well. You got to be kidding me... This makes no sense. Please move my rating from 1 star to 0 stars. I will also tell everyone I know how bad the service was.

Had a chance to speak with tech "Shaun **" answered all my questions and concerns and has done a very professional job on our yard. My wife was a little skeptical about having our yard treated but in the short time our yard has been being treated by TruGreen the results are indescribable. We are both very happy with the results.

Explanation of what services were being performed and what to do following the service - water or wait to water. My lawn is gorgeous in fact my husband is teased about how beautiful our lawn is. The joke is there must be a weed somewhere but no one can find it!

The person/field agent who administered the chemicals was friendly, nice and appears to have been thorough. I'll see the grass results later but, again, the agent was appears to be diligent and nice I can appreciate. My lawn has never been the best, I really hope TruGreen helps solve the problem.

After two years of fighting stickers my granddaughters quit running across my yard to greet me, I decided to do something! I took out the treatment plan and am totally surprised at the improvement in my standing grass as well as weeds are disappearing and the stickers are fading away. My neighbor is jealous and my granddaughters are bragging about "no stickers". Thank you James.

I am very pleased with TruGreen's service. I have already recommended the service to other and will repeat my service next season. After each service, the receipt shows what's been done and there are suggestions if needed, or tips and it's very helpful.

We have been extremely happy with all our interactions with our TruGreen reps. Our grass is growing wonderfully and getting so thick. My only worries are that the did the seeding and areation the day before we had a major rain and we have a rather hilly backyard, I’m afraid the grass seed went down the hills and didn’t stay where it needed to be. We will soon see I guess.

Prompt and courteous service. Their services are so good. Every time I have a question they answer me politely and their work is so awesome. My expectation is quite good but their work is absolutely much better.

I signed up for TruGreen Lawn service expecting that my lawn would be made fuller and with less weeds and crabgrass. Not only is my lawn not fuller but there are grass type weeds in which I have never seen and my goodness there is crabgrass everywhere. The technician said on 05/09/2018. Today, I applied fertilizer, preemergent crabgrass control, and broadleaf weed control. This will help thicken your lawn, improve its color and prevent annual grasses and other weeds from becoming a problem later on. This treatment will also control any broadleaf weeds in the lawn. Allow 7-21 days for weeds to begin to curl.

I have tried several times (this is at least 3rd time) to reach somebody to discuss my concerns. My initial online question was about how much time was needed between spraying weed killer and spreading new grass seed. The 2nd issue was when I asked the service employee if my yard had a fungus or just heat related stress affecting the grass. He took pictures and said he would check with superiors and get back to me. NEITHER of these issues were addressed! Since I have just been using TruGreen, I am not impressed with this company and its ability to respond to customer's concerns.

Hired this company last year and this year in May one of their employee sprayed a chemical that not only killed the weeds but most of the lawn. I contacted them and was told manager “Dan” would call me back. I called back 4 more times before he finally showed up and promised that the following week someone will be dispatched to rake and repair the lawn. We are now in September and still patiently waiting.

TRUGREEN does an excellent job keeping my lawn serviced and looking good. Lawn has looked green all summer and has had almost no weeds. The service specialist always seem to do a very thorough job, and always knocks on door to talk with me.

I am satisfied as far as fertilizing, but weed killing, particularly quack grass, leaves something to be desired. Had it done three times, but only a few clumps died. They still require hand removal, unfortunately. The rest, I had to remove individually. As far as grub control, can't measure such.

It was our first time using TruGreen this year and what a difference in our yard. We booked a four treatment package... the only time our dandelions were all gone! They always showed up on time and left a note of what they performed. Will definitely use them again next year.

Still have dead spots in lawn that need to be fixed from 2 years ago. Your aeration machine was breaking down during aeration and left a numerous spots that were NEVER fixed!! I have talked to management about this a few different times but the situation has never been remedied.

We had a rain storm after pesticides were applied. I contacted TruGreen and they agreed to reapply the pesticide at no charge. Now that is what I call good customer service. My wife likes being able to go in the yard. Thanks TruGreen.

We have a Very difficult property. Marty has been a very hands on Manager and connected us with our current tech, Kevin. Kevin has managed it beautifully for about 4 years. Recently another tech was assigned to us and our lawn has suffered. It took my time, Marty's and Kevin's time along with others to determine the problem and get Kevin back on the job. I know I can depend on him. Great results and a Happy customer!!

Have been a customer for several years and until this year have been very satisfied with your service. This year my lawn is covered with weeds and bare spots. Your tech came out and put weed killer on my lawn with little effect. I will give you another year to get it right or will be looking for someone else.

I need to contact the office. We have tons of mosquitoes and we have seen more spider now than prior to the treatment. Also they charge the full amount instead of the introduction price... Overall very dissatisfied. I don't want to continue the service.

I am definitely underwhelmed with TruGreen. My lawn doesn't look any better than when I have done it myself. At the end of the season and treatments applied, I still have weeds, bare areas, grubs and burned spots on the lawn. I have 2 properties that TruGreen is treating and they both show minimal progress. I have tried to have the manager (Mike) come see my lawn but he seemed uninterested as he never came by or call me back when I called again. Hmmmm. I paid $1,000.00 for the 2 lawn services and currently cannot recommend TruGreen in good faith. Sorry. The majority of the staff were polite and helpful in trying to correct the problems although with little success.

Improved this year, though the rain probably helped, as well. Looks better than last year, with moderately fewer weeds... Dollar weeds continue as the nagging and persistent problem, especially in the planted beds where weed killer cannot be used. I’ve used the service for 18 years.

Need more and effective weed control. More grass seed on bare spots, grub control were grass lifts off lawn like a carpet. Fall seeding at a later date in the year. Everything above and seeding also in the spring will help improve efficacy. More visits needed throughout the year.

Disappointed with the re-treatment to kill nutsedge & crabgrass & weeds as the backyard is in really bad shape. Weeds not get killed & application killed one side of a larch tree 8' H & 4'W damage. CALL ME.

Overall my service has been fair. However, I’m not certain the value is there. My parents have triple the area and pay roughly the same as me. Fertilizer has been good. Weed service is poor. The “green” fiesta spray is garbage compared to the good old days of powerful selective herbicides.

The specialist, Keith **, took the time to answer our questions about the lawn. He explained the answers in very clear terms that we could easily understand. He also gave us some recommendations on things such as weed extermination in our large flower garden. We have been very satisfied with our short experience with TruGreen. We had another lawn service prior to TruGreen, and have seen an improvement in our lawn since we switched to TruGreen.

I had a Service Manager come to evaluate my lawn which had more weeds than ever this year and more than the 5-6 years I’ve been using Trugreen services. He suggested overseeding with aeration at a very fair price. Since we co-own with our neighbors we had to discuss it with them before going forward. Customer Service called me 3-4 times a day, sometimes leaving messages and sometimes not to get me to commit and sign the contract. I finally returned their call and told them I needed to have a separate account created for me since my neighbors didn’t want the service. I left two messages with Trugreen Customer Service and one with our local branch to call me back but have not heard back since.

I am very satisfied with our lawn care plan as well as the people who perform these services. They are all about service and very knowledgeable. They provide detailed itemization of the services they are providing which is helpful. TRUGREEN is very accessible in contacting them which is reassuring. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends.

When we purchased our property a year ago, the lawn was awful. TruGreen was hired this past spring to make it look better. Today it looks 1000 percent better than it looked a year ago, and I still have one more treatment this year. I am confident next year's lawn will be even better.

I have been using TruGreen now for two years and had used them for about four years in mid 2,000s. Only came back to them because their sales guy sold me on "new management and company satisfaction." I am in Atlanta and have Fescue lawn. Last year at the end of the year the lawn looked terrible. I finally caught up with the tech guy; talked through the bad stuff in my front lawn, went to the backyard lawn (which is as big as my front and looked about same condition). The technician said, "We don't treat your backyard!" Now, even with only paying 1/2 price (due to above), my lawn is full of weeds and virtually dead. This is about the worst and most unfocused company I've dealt with.

We have an association with a lawn service. During the past 12 years, our lawn has deteriorated to the point that I decided to pay for another service in addition to the dues we have to pay for the service we have. After just two treatments, one for weeds and fertilizing and another for aeration and lime our lawn is much improved. I am recommending TruGreen to all our neighbors. What a professional organization.

IT seems that the mosquito spraying has been ineffective. I have spoken to the office and they will send the tech out again to respray. Your service and your techs are great but the spraying is not working. My grandson had 3 bites on his face and many more on arms and legs which led me to call again about the spraying service. Wasn't sure my yard was going to make it after last year's winter. However TruGreen came through. Got rid of all of the dead spots. Now I just as very thick healthy lawn. I would recommend TruGreen to everyone.

I have been using TruGreen for a year now and my lawn is finally healthy. It's healthy because I have been educated by my TruGreen Lawn Tech - Ebay. Ebay has been great with explaining how, what he puts on my lawn, really works and what I should expect. He has walked me through what to look for before and after mowing my lawn. The various grass types, what's not grass and what are weeds. There have been times that I wasn't satisfied with a service, Ebay returned and re-performed the service and explained what was actually going on or why the previous application did not take. I have used similar lawn services in the past and was not satisfied, but this past year has been great!

Not very satisfied. The weed control is not good and the call back has not been adequate. We have had them back numerous times and the re-application was not good. Not sure we will stay with you next year.

I called late May/early June regarding issues with mosquitoes. I had an outside party scheduled and without help, there would have been no way we could have managed outside. After one treatment, there was a huge difference for which I’m so thankful.

Technician Jeff responded to my residence for a weed control application. He was very professional, explaining what the process would be to eradicate the weeds. Said he would put in a request for a two week follow up. Prior to Jeff’s visit, manager Brent had responded to the residence to come up with a game plan to restore the yard.

Very professionally done. Employees were very informative as to how they would apply chemicals. Did not spray close to garden area due to wind direction. Took their time to apply and treat yard and shrubs. Yard and shrubs are thriving and looks very green and healthy.

Customer delivery service and the person applying chemicals were very knowledgeable and friendly. He also told us existing problems that should be attended to. My lawn is showing signs of getting better even with the high heat spells that we have been having. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The service this year was not the best compared to last year. Missed areas, damaged the septic manhole cover during aeration and no true results showing from weeding and fertilizing. Hope next year is better than this year otherwise I will likely consider another provider. Also I have not seen much improvement on my lawn in terms of healthy growth and such.

Service has been timely and the results seem to be headed in the right direction. Weeds are mostly gone and the grass is staying fairly green. Seems a little pricey, but it will be worth it, if the results pan out.

Had a couple of treatments for insects on my shrubs and trees. Seemed to get rid of the insects. Kit, the spray man was very knowledgeable about the problem. I had a few questions about my soil which he was able to help me with.

My lawn looks much better since TruGreen has been caring for it. I highly recommend them. They are punctual, efficient, and very courteous. My bushes and trees look a lot better also. My azalea bushes finally bloomed after TruGreen treated them. Also, I have fewer weeds.

Very unsatisfied with the way my lawn is looking. Every mid season I get dead/brown spots and when I call it never gets resolved. Also a lot of weeds. I have had them reseed and continue the fertilizer program for two years now with no improvement. Lawn does not look healthy, nowhere near PGA standards.

I had previously had TruGreen at my home in WI. Both locations have been superb in their service and care. I also like that all the service people have been knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. My only peeve, though minor is the app. Needs work, tells me the tech will be here in 15 minutes after he's been here and left already. Also wouldn't let me access any information about my upcoming aeration and over seeding, apparently because it wasn't be done by my regular tech. Summary: The lawn care is top notch, techs knowledgeable and well trained. App leaves much to be desired.

I had issues since the first application with questions in regards to sizing and amount of material used on invoice. Received 3 different answers to the same questions and was continuously told a manager would be contacting me within 24-48 hours. I had to call about 6 times and received one call back and was told the issue would be assessed and I would hear back shortly. Still waiting to hear back. Also had new grass and seed sprayed with weed control which has not began to kill the grass and is prohibiting new grass from growing (after asking these areas not be sprayed).

The crews that have shown up have been extremely professional and friendly. My only reason to not give 5 stars is the aeration wasn’t as thorough as I was expecting. The overseed was not explained very well and wouldn’t recommend that service.

They came out yesterday to aerate & reseed my yard. It had been raining, so I ended up with mud everywhere. There were even a couple of clumps of grass (divets), but I cleaned it all up & now can only hope I have a nice yard next year.

We use several of TruGreen's services -- lawn, bush, mosquito, red ant protection, and irrigation. TruGreen does excellent work; low prices, friendly service people (in-office, and on-the-job), and do the job right the 1st time!

Really good technicians come to apply treatments. But TruGreen is doing a poor job advising customers when technicians can be expected to arrive at customer’s home. I like to be there. But so far it's all good.

I have been a TruGreen customer for several years. Each summer my yard seems to look better than the year before. The technicians I speak with are friendly and knowledgeable. My neighbors always compliment me on my yard and I highly recommend this company to anyone that wants to upgrade the appearance of their yard.

I used TruGreen two years ago on my very small lawn at a duplex I lived in and they did a terrible job on my yard, never did get rid of the nutsedge, so I quit them. This year I decided to give them another chance at redeeming themselves. I now live in a house with about 3/4 acre backyard. They have done a very good job so far, crediting the tech, Tommy **. He knows what he is doing and is very customer oriented. He does what I ask him to do with no reservations. I am very happy with his work. My yard is not yet where I want it to be, but hopefully it will be next growing season. It still has some fungus right now, but it has rained a lot in the last two days, so I'm hoping to get more fungicide treatment by TruGreen soon.

We have been using TruGreen’s TruHealth Plan for the last few years; it has made a drastic difference with our lawn! We have 2 little kids & a dog so a healthy lawn is super important to us knowing the amount of time we spend outside. We highly recommend TruGreen’s TruHealth Plan & the annual aeration service as well. We have also been fortunate to have the same service specialist, Sean **, multiple times at our property. He is fantastic, trustworthy, always willing talk with us & walk the yard before each application. Sean ** knows our yard & its potential problem areas. Highly recommend him! Lastly, TruGreen’s app is super easy to view service history, payments & other offerings. Thank you TruGreen & Sean **! You make it way more enjoyable to be outside!

I was originally with Green T services and TruGreen bought them out. I have been receiving letters from TruGreen that they did not receive the payments. Thankfully I use online banking and have a detail record of all my transactions. Even with that information the call center told me to call Green T to dispute this claim. Which I did and Green T told me to call TruGreen. So, now it went to debt collection and I had to go to my bank to file a dispute. So, many problems and not very easy to deal with their customer service. So, if you ever have problems with this company it will not be easily resolved. So, if you are thinking about using Green T and they sell that part of the business you may find it difficult in resolving issues or even billing issues.

Buyer beware... The TruGreen truck arrived in my driveway, the Technician sat in his truck for 15 minutes, did not treat my lawn at all, then proceeded to get out of his truck and leave a bill on my door for all the imaginary treatment... I’m so angry!!! Make sure you are home to watch when they are coming to treat your lawn!

Your company had on the system an inferior square footage of application. I am paying for an application in my entire yard and your company has been applying on less than half. I had contacted your customer services multiple times requesting a rep to come to my house and never got an answer back. So I physically had to drive to your location in Wall Twp and ask for someone to come and see the issue of the coverage and why on the areas that they apply the crab grass and weeds are not dying. Mr. Jordan ** came (very good technician, I am happy) and said that will address the issues as the fall starts. Let's see the outcome, now I am on a standby. Please have someone to follow up on this issue. Fyi: I use your services in 2 of my houses.

TruGreen is a man of their word, integrity of the highest standards of professionalism. I've never met anyone who calls the day before the application of lawn scheduling, have someone from there knocking on your door and showing professional courtesy demeanor, and then putting the results of what they did on the application. No other lawn service ever did this, to me this is absolutely gratifying.

We have been trying to get TruGreen to service our property and they have cancelled 3 times for various reasons the most recent they say due to our community gate being closed. I live in a golf course community with a manned gate where people come and go continuously and during the day if a guard leaves the gatehouse for physiological needs, they leave it open. A TruGreen manager called and instead of attempting to make amends for poor service she backed up the drivers silly locked gate claims as if we were the problem adding that a previous missed appt was due to same locked gate even though the drivers on those occasions said they couldn’t make it due to time constraints.

Good service but wonder if it is too quick sometimes. I just don't know if everything is getting done right but I am usually at work when the service is done. Otherwise I am happy. I do appreciate a phone call before service but it doesn't happen a lot of times.

The Service to date has been professional, timely, and beneficial. Lawn requires additional (free) Weed Control within the next 10 days! To date, the TruGreen Techs arrived promptly, were courteous, cleaned up, and left a report on the work performed on the front door!

TruGreen has kept my lawn in perfect condition, I have had no complaints with their service, they show up on time and the technician will explain what treatment they are doing that day. Great job, keep up the good work.
