    Over the past year I have had great service and my lawn is doing so much better since I started with the regular maintenance service TruGreen offers. But recently there was a mix up with the seeding and aeration of my yard. However, the staff at TruGreen took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them quickly.     Since 10/3 I have been trying to get a follow up call from a manager because of conflicting information given me when I was scheduled for seeding. I went through the app and each time I was told that the policy is to allow 24-48 hours for a call be returned. The time expired and I contacted the people at the chat desk again. They told me that they would send another message. Still no call.

    I called Customer service to see if they could help me. The person sounded like she was in India. She told me the same thing, 24-48 hours. She said she would escalate it the call. Still nothing. I sent an email to customer service to the attention of Ms. ** who had helped me in the past. I heard nothing back from her. Today I got a follow up call. The person calling said he had been busy. I am really disappointed in this lack of follow up. Prior to this instance my experience with TruGreen had been excellent.

    Overall I’m impressed with your technology and love the app. I like the report that you get after each service with what was done. After aeration the worker did not reattach my gate which I then had to do. After paying $180 for a service I expect everything to be put back the way it was. Then when I issued a complaint no one called me back or did anything about it. With being a new customer I consider that two strikes early but will continue to use your service unless something else happens.

    A month ago I scheduled an evaluation appointment and was given a date for a TruGreen rep to come to assess my lawn and provide an estimate. No one showed and I had to follow. This happened twice. Third time I called I spoke with a friendly customer service rep that informed me the best approach was to purchase a full plan as it would ensure I was taken care of as they did not have capacity to prioritize assessments. Regrettably I agreed to purchase a full plan (8 treatments) and was given the first the following Saturday. They never showed and since then they have scheduled and rescheduled me three times in a week, keep pushing back the appointment date. Unacceptable for a service I paid for. I will cancel and recommend others not to sign up with these guys. I never write reviews but this is unacceptable and beyond frustrating.

    Called in early September to get some help with my yard that had been graded and hydroseeded in May. I wanted primarily to have it fertilized to thicken it up before winter. Due to scheduling and weather issues the tech didn't come until after mid month September, and I wasn't there when the yard was treated. Two weeks later the yard looks like dead grass. "Treatment" consisted of a preemergent and crabgrass killer, which also wiped out the millet that had been seeded along with the bermuda seed to provide erosion control and quick green up. When I had the tech back to see the mess he said "we don't fertilize after August". I was so irate that I just told him to leave. I was so angry when I thought back to the initial call I made to TG, and the loquacious salesman who went on and on about various annual treatment plans and completely missed what I wanted.

    Even though I prepaid for a season's worth of service, I received an invoice for a service charge. I didn't have any extra service done and had prepaid my account. Have been told to just pay the invoice and don't fight it because I'll lose, so I did. Will not use TruGreen on this or my other accounts again.

    On Sept 28, had Aeration and seeding done right after a very heavy rain. Ground was very wet and machine made ruts and pulled clumps of sod and clay up. Called Oct 1 to come out. Now Oct 10 still waiting for a callback and visit. Can’t talk to anyone other Customer NO service to get someone to come look at problem. Very Frustrating.

    I gave my sister a gift of lawn aeration and seeding after watching her attempt it on her own. Sorry to say it was a disaster. She wasted an entire day, put the dog at a kennel and they never showed, never called. She did call them three times throughout the day. Twice they said she was on the list to be done that day and then at 5pm told her they had ended for the day. They were nice enough to say that they would be there before Friday (It was a Monday) and when she said that was not acceptable they asked if she wanted to speak to a manager. No manager was available and as of 12 noon Tuesday, no manager returned her call. She has called and asked for a refund. My thoughtful gift gone sour.

    Technician is very good and treats the yard like it is his. I hope everybody else’s technician is as good as ours. Now why 3 out of 5 stars. If it continues, I will terminate lawn and bush and shrub. I do not need to constantly be pressured into additional services. It is a complete turn off which is sad since again, my lawn looks good but the sales pitches have already gotten old and it's only been about 2-3 months since I have been involved with TruGreen.

    I have been a TruGreen customer since early 2000 when the company was Scott's. I pay for lawn, mosquito, pest and sprinkler services. The customer service department needs a few training classes for example; The sprinkler tech came out to do a regular service on our sprinklers and left the systems running when he left saying it should shut off in 30 mins. 3 hours later I was still trying to reach someone to come out and turn the system off as water was running down our street and causing mud to almost reach our pool. When I finally reached someone I was told "well I should have called before the office closed if I wanted help." It turned out they left rocks in the box they installed and the flap wouldn't close, allowing the system to shut off.

    It has taken over a month to get someone out to repair the system and when the tech arrived 5 days ago, he said some wires were cut and we have to manually turn the water on from the street to run our sprinklers. He said we must have cut the wires but TruGreen is the only one to dig in our lawn. I was charged $100 for the visit and have been unable to receive a date for repair. I called to speak to a manager and was told it would take up to 48 hours to receive a return call. So I canceled all of our services. I was asked why and when I explained the difficulty we have had the customer service person started arguing with me again.

    I asked to speak to the billing department to have the $100 invoice removed and was told they do not have a billing department and it would be up to the service manager to remove the charge. However I cannot get a service manager to return my call. The report the tech left me actually says "Repair complete" with a note stating the wires are cut and the system does not work. Due to all of the issues I would NOT recommend using TruGreen.

    We prepaid for lawn and mosquito services. So far, our yard is more covered with weeds than when they first began and mosquito problems have not improved. Not only do we have these problems but their appt scheduling stinks. Very rarely shows at time requested, but since we have gate, we ask they call first which most haven't.     The biggest issue we have is when calling in for services. We will call about ants and black spots disease and someone will show up to spray for mosquitoes. We called about getting ants and the mosquito person came or if I don’t answer the door 'cause I’m working, some think I’m not home and don’t do any service but will a report saying they did the service. On the app I would put have service tech call and never get a call back. I have called about our Crepe Myrtle several times and nothing has ever been addressed. There have been some employees that have been very professional and very informative when I ask questions.

    I would call this company "Lawn killers". I have called and chatted numerous times to customer service asking to have regional manager contact me about a problem with my lawn - it looks much worse than before they started the treatment cycle in May. They always promise to call me back in 24 hrs period, but no one has contacted me to date. I stayed for one day home last month and realized that they served only front yard, but I signed and prepaid for the whole property in May. I will definitely cancel this service from renewal.

    Inferior product and even worse customer service. After complaining about the service and their 100% guarantee nothing was done. The weeds did not go away. Even worse I cancelled the service and they continued their service. Ultimately I did not pay and that got their attention. They called me and I stated that I was unsatisfied by the product and service and wanted to account cancelled. They did cancel it... but... 2 months later I get a collections notice for $250. So now I need to deal with their debt collector and explain why it was not paid. Thank God I took photos. Save yourself the trouble. 100% guaranteed???

    The tops of all the blades of grass turned yellow after the first treatment. I assume that too much of the liquid sat onto the blades of grass and burned it?     We have been with TruGreen for 12 years. Not until late summer, our backyard has brown spots. I called the office, they came with a diagnosis - silver dollar spots. They offered a $350 solution to address the issue, such as insecticide spray for the bushes, aeration, and seed oil. Agreed to it. 3 weeks after, the silver dollar fungus spread, called the agency only to find out that my lawn needs a fungal insecticide instead. Cancelled the aeration but too late for the insecticide for the bush (irrelevant).

    They sent the technician for the fall application, he came and marked that he did the application (even though I did not see him applying it), I knocked on the van, he was about to leave then came down to apply fertilizer to the backyard (gotcha!). I spoke to him and he admitted that he missed the backyard applications 2x for fall and that would reschedule another application.

    He (same technician) came a week after as scheduled (via Glympse). My wife waited outside, saw the van, he did not come out to perform ocular inspection. He left. Marked that he didn't think my yard needs application. The issue is the backyard, not the front yard. If he would have done the same service in my front yard as to my backyard, it would have been perfect - case closed. However, with his incompetence and indolence, my backyard looks dead. I filled up the app for the manager to call me, nothing happened. Called TruGreen and complained asking for the manager to call me, nothing has happened. What's next?

    I am very much disconcerted of the service. I think as the company grows, the lack of quality emanates. Frontline managers tend to solely depend on their technicians to do the job. And with the lack of follow up and a low sense of accountability, reviews such as these, materializes. It is just unfortunate... Bye TruGreen! Wishing you all the best!

    "Called numerous times since July regarding a problem with lawn caused when they burned a large hole In the lawn from the fertilizer that they put down. I was told many times when I requested to speak with a manager that someone will get back to me. Finally someone did come out to take care of the lawn but had no grass seed and took pictures and spoke to his manager and left. Never heard anything again. Keep calling. Last week a Connecticut manager called and advised that a New York manager would contact us the following day. Still haven't heard. In addition, they are suppose to take care of lawn weeds, front yard is loaded with weeds. Very poor customer service and communication within the company."

    I copied and pasted this review because it is an instant replay what is happening to me. Change the dates and replace New York with South Carolina and you have almost have my review. I say, almost, because I have more to add. In one of my many conversations I have had from whoever answers the phone (not sure what their title is) I was ask if I would like to cancel my next service until a manager shows up, of course I said yes, definitely. Not more than 20 minutes ago I received a message from TruGreen that I am scheduled for treatment tomorrow (Oct. 4).

    I immediately called and told that person what was happening and she responded with "I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT HAS BEEN SAID OR DONE -- WOULD YOU LIKE TO CANCEL TIL SOMEONE GETS THERE?" I know you know what my answer was along with "would it do any good". We are all aware of the cliche "Too many chiefs and not enough Indians" --- TruGreen is just the opposite -- Not enough Chiefs for the people answering the phones that don't have a clue if they are washing or hanging out.

    After some initial challenges getting the scheduling for our core aeration and seeding straight, I think we got your #1 guy. Jose came early, listened to our yard's needs and nuances, and did the job right. Then when he was done, asked me to check certain spots to make sure I was happy with what he had done.     My yard was ready for core aeration and seeding. I got a message the tech was in route. Then a no show with a message that I stopped the treatment. I did not do that. I still haven't heard from a supervisor. I get messages about a new date that doesn't work for me. No one seems to care. I am about to cancel all my services. I have been a long term customer close to saying "good bye."

    When setting up services initially I specifically spoke about white fly type bugs in my yard and my concern that they were laying larva which would produce Grubs which would bring moles. The white fly type bugs are still in my yard and now the moles have come. I think I paid for a bug treatment to kill these white flies initially and nothing has changed since my Original phone calls. Some of my weeds that came up after your services first started have been killed but the majority have not. It would be nice for someone to come and walk my yard with me. Thank you.

    On September 17th, 2018 I had service from TruGreen. My lawn was supposed to have been treated with fertilizer and broadleaf control. I was out of town at the time, but did get a call from my lawn maintenance man to tell me that he rode by my house and saw that my lawn had been burnt. He stopped by, saw that TruGreen had been there, and sent me a picture of the lawn. I live on a corner lot and typically when the spray is done they spray the front yard, then get in the truck go to the side street so as to better reach to spray the side and the backyard.

    The front yard looks green, and perfectly healthy. The backyard is a mess of green and totally dead grass from where he either over sprayed the fertilizer or grabbed the wrong hose and sprayed something to kill the grass. I contacted TruGreen the first time on the 22nd. A week later I'm still waiting for a contact from them. I've called several times and always am promised a manager will call me back. I was told that Managers do not have direct phone numbers, and the only way to get ahold of them is through their computer system. Obviously there's probably more comments in that than they care to read because they haven't called me back yet! My advice... DO NOT USE TruGreen FOR YOUR LAWN CARE.

    Good service in 2018 - reliable and showed up when they said they would. For 2019, I would prefer not having the mini truck sprayer put down fertilizer. I believe some areas are missed and some areas get too much fertilizer and cause brown spots or weeds not receiving treatment. Also, when the ground is too wet, the tractor leaves ruts in some areas.

    I had Scotts lawn service for many years, and I was very happy with the service and results. Since they were bought by TruGreen, the prices have gone up and the service has gone down. Since they have been servicing my property, there are always weeds or crabgrass that I end up pulling/treating myself. That was never the case before. They have burned my lawn, and most recently I have a large section in the front of my house that is just dead. I have no idea why. I have called my local office several times, but I can never get through. The customer service center tells me that a manager will call and follow up, which never happens.

    Several weeks ago they were supposed to come and evaluate the damaged area. Instead, they retreated the entire lawn. They had just treated it a week before Finally, someone showed up to evaluate the damage and said they are going to repair and overseed the area. I have made several calls in the last 2 weeks to follow up, and get a time frame. Of course, No one knows anything about it, and once again, no return calls from the local manager. Getting fed up with the runaround. All of my neighbors' lawns are equal to, or better looking than ours. We have a sprinkler system and a lawn service. They do not. I would expect much better results.

    Updated on 10/14/2018: This is a follow up to my previous review dated 9/28. After that review was published TruGreen immediately replied on 10/1, and asked me to private message them with more information. I did exactly that on 10/2. Almost 2 weeks later and I still have not heard back. It seems that ignoring customer complaints is standard practice whether online or by phone. Earlier this week, a TruGreen truck came to my house. I was excited that my issue was finally going to be addressed. Unfortunately, the tech knew nothing about my complaint and was only there to do the scheduled service. When I explained the whole situation to him, he was very understanding and directed me to local managers. He also guaranteed me a call back from a manager that day.

    Unfortunately, that call still has not come, and my direct calls to the managers have never been returned. A few days ago I called customer service and requested to permanently cancel my service. The representative on the phone asked that I allow her to make an attempt to resolve this issue. She was going to contact the Branch Manager and have him follow up. I was not surprised when that call never came either. I now realize that all the effort I put into phone calls since July, could have been spent repairing my lawn myself. Not one callback since July. How difficult is it to return a phone call?

    This has got to be the worst scam in history. Don't sign up for any of their services. They up-sell everything, they call daily harassing and begging you to retain their services, and they don't cancel when you ask them to. I canceled this service 6 months ago and they never stopped billing me. Now they had the nerve to send me threatening collection letters. I called to resolve the issue by letting them know I canceled 6 months ago and they said, "how can we keep you as a client". The end result of their service was a completely dead lawn, which had to be replaced entirely and 50+ aggravating phone calls and collection letters.

    He left me a voice message from his cell phone and TOLD ME that if I don't return his phone call, that he's coming to my house anyway. He showed up at my house without my approval, which is noted on my account. I watched him later through my cameras. He did a sloppy job in applying the treatment and either broke the termite bait cap or didn't put it on and laid it on the grass. I need to go check the rest of them.     Called numerous times since July regarding a problem with lawn caused when they burned a large hole In the lawn from the fertilizer that they put down. I was told many times when I requested to speak with a manager that someone will get back to me. Finally someone did come out to take care of the lawn but had no grass seed and took pictures and spoke to his manager and left. Never heard anything again. Keep calling. Last week a Connecticut manager called and advised that a New York manager would contact us the following day. Still haven't heard. In addition, they are suppose to take care of lawn weeds, front yard is loaded with weeds. Very poor customer service and communication within the company.

    After fertilization, pesticide and lime, grass turned green in spots. John came and said it was getting rid of unwanted grass so that the whole yard would be one kind of grass.     The technicians in the field seem knowledgeable but I have not met many of them in person. The staff in the offices that I have spoke with are absolutely terrible! They are all passing me different information depending on who answers, or what day of the week it may be.     My lawn looked the best it ever has but it was at the end of the season. I think the company needs an expert to evaluate your lawn before just applying fertilizer and random weed killer.     Fast and quick. Sadly make sure you ask the right questions. When they say they take care of your lawn clarify if you need more than just the grass. Like side yards where your bushes are. I was told they don't do the weeds in that area. I was told that every truck carries all they will need to analyze the yard and treat what needs to be done. So not the case. They have different people and different trucks for different needs which means extra costs. It all adds up in favor of TruGreen.

    Woke up this afternoon to find all sorts of granules on my porch lawn and patios. Turns out this TruGreen company came and put God knows what in my yard. I do not use their service and they had no business trespassing on my property. I have 4 small dogs and a puppy that likes to put everything in his mouth. I tried for over an hour to call this company and kept getting recordings that hung up on me after waiting forever.

    Finally got through to the local office and told them I wanted this mess cleaned up and removed from my yard. The mgr. tells me he could not possibly get anyone out for a day or two. So I'm supposed to leave this poison in my yard till they get around to it? How irresponsible can you get? Don't knock or announce yourself, just proceed to spread your poison in people's yards. The guy kept saying I had nothing to worry about, but every vet and poison site says it could cause many complications including death. I had to vacuum my porch and patios because I did not want any more of their garbage in my lawn. They refuse to take any responsibility for their actions, how does a place like this stay in business?

    Updated on 10/10/2018: A couple of weeks ago this company trespassed on my property. I do not use this service and they did not have permission to be here. They spread chemicals on my lawn that they refused to tell me what they put down. Now most of my lawn is completely dead or dying. They never came to look at it nor have they offered any compensation for the damage they have done. This company should not be allowed to stay in business. They responded to my last review with a "we're so sorry". Sorry does not fix my now horrible looking yard. I will now have to go to great expense to fix their mess. DO NOT use this company, they do not care about your property and they do not care how much it costs to fix their carelessness.

    On September 6, 2017 a sales representative from TruGreen visited my home. I was fairly satisfied with the condition of my lawn except for some persistent bare spots in the front and some spurge and bindweed in the backyard. The salesperson assured me that TruGreen can address those issues. I paid over $500 for a year of services that included aeration and reseeding. The service was delivered promptly and my lawn was aerated and reseeded and my first treatment applied. I saw no results. Spring came and still no improvement in the bare spots. I alerted TruGreen and Caleb, the manager eventually called me. His response was that the service was intended for well established lawns but he would 'make it right'. Over the summer my lawn deteriorated to a very poor condition. After several heated calls TruGreen sent someone out and said that I had blight (ascochyta).

    TruGreen applied 'Revive' and I applied more water than I have used in years past. Eventually the lawn improved but both the front and back yard had bare spots and the spurge and bindweed were still present. The lawn looks much worse than it did before beginning my Service with TruGreen. In early August Caleb (the manager) called and said that at the end of the month he would do an aeration and reseed at no charge in an effort to remedy the original bare spot issue. Nobody showed up and the promised service was not performed. On August 16, well before my annual contract expired, TruGreen came out with another application of Revive. I assumed that this was a positive effort to satisfy my complaint, until I saw that they had billed my bankcard! I cancelled further services with TruGreen on September 5, 2018. Based on my experience I would not recommend this company and I regret purchasing their service.

    When I was getting the sales pitch I was told the first application would be in 5-7 days and someone will call within 24-48 hours. I never received a phone call and received my contract in the mail yesterday (almost 3 weeks later). I then get a call today saying my weed killer will not be applied because I have not returned my contract yet. (the one I received only yesterday)... Was told that they could have the local office call me again when I then just decided to cancel my service. Not a very good experience.

    I am pleased with the customer service and the work being done at my residence. I am not dissatisfied with people. It is that the referral program is not flexible. I live in a retired community that does not "sign up " for an Account. Therefore I am not receiving my $20 as referring Alice **. I was told there is no flexibiltiy in this program which is a "bait and switch" sale ploy. TruGreen is penalizing the senior community that needs your service but not be user savvy or have internet capabilities. Obviously I think you need to reconsider this program because I will not refer anyone else.

    I recently purchased a new home and having spoken and visited with the previous owners, I was already aware that they used TruGreen, and specifically which services they used. I contacted TruGreen to request pricing and spoke with a representative who seemed eager to help at first. I explained I wanted to continue the same services the previous owners of the house had. He claimed to access the account and tell me I needed $1400+/yr. worth of services, as this is what the previous owners had. I already knew we were off to a bad start, as their service wasn’t even half the cost he quoted.

    Continuing, I decided to consider everything he offered and requested an email with everything broken down, including the costs, so I could look it over with my wife and make a decision later that evening. This is when things really went downhill. The representative’s tone changed and he told me it is corporate policy not to email any such information or a written quote until after the service was purchased. Well, that’s not a quote and that’s not how I do business. Nevertheless, after getting off to this type of start with the company to include misrepresentation of what the previous owners had and refusing to provide a written quote so I could see what I was getting, I have decided to go elsewhere. I hope TruGreen will reconsider their practices to avoid losing future customers such as myself.

    I am extremely unhappy with TruGreen lawn care. I called about the brown areas in my lawn. TruGreen said it was dollar spot and it would come back. After many phone calls and 2 manager visits, TruGreen finally said it is dead and needs to be replaced.     The service I am happy with. The communication leading up to the service was sub par. I received an email telling me service would be the next day between 7am and 12pm. I made arraignments to be home, then on the morning of the service the link in the email had changed and service was now between 12-5pm. I called and was told you would be here before 12. At 12 I received a text you would be here soon. At 1pm I called again and was told you would be here soon. I think you arrived around 1:30. This issues is if you tell me 7-12, do not change that time.

    I prepaid in 2017 for a year of service. Received no documentation in what I was signing up for. They have an online login to customer portals but no documentation on policies, so I went on the word of the salesperson. I was told all services are guaranteed. I was advised to use the website to keep track of my bills and my remaining services.

    After 2 services, I called about not seeing much of a change. I was told to give it more time. After 2 more services I was told to wait until after winter. So I did. After the winter, and some more services I called and was told they would send someone by. This is when conveniently, my year was up, I was auto renewed and had to pay again $387.93 for 2 services. All while my prepay of a certain number of services was never depleted.

    Why am I prepaying for a set number of services when I don't get them all? How can anything be a guarantee when I'm paying for every single service call? I never received any documentation about auto renewals, I never received any policy documentation. I was told to use the website. Website doesn't have any of the documents. Company is not willing to work with me in any way. Will not credit me for any services. Corporate tells me to call the specific branch, the specific branch tells me to call corporate. Thanks for the run-around.

    First, let me say the gentleman that provided my service was professional and nice. Monday 9/17 he applied an insecticide, weed ctrl. and fertilizer. Wed. yard started browning. Fri 9/21 noticed worms. Yard devastated. I purchased and applied insecticide Sat. 9/22. Tuesday 9/18 yard was 90 percent aerated. I could not find evidence of lime distribution, hmmm. I notified Trugreen. Wednesday 9/19 I get a call from Trugreen lady trying to sell me product to kill aphids. The techs never mentioned aphids. I am terribly suspicious now. Trugreen has a lot of explaining to do. I would appreciate a full refund to start. Called Trugreen Monday 9/24. Got a recording that they would return call, no luck yet.

That day his co-worker scattered grass seed over the brown spots. He also said that they would aerate the entire lawn and scatter grass seed which they did on 11/2/18.

    The lawn is starting to come back in some spots. I appreciate their efforts in response to the lawn problem.

    Our lawn has always been the one admired in the neighborhood— and two of my neighbors have actually gone to TruGreen because of the results we WERE having. Now, I’m sorry to say, our lawn is a disaster. It is full of nutsedge (actually mostly nutsedge now) and fully half of the lawn is dead. Don’t try calling your local TruGreen branch to speak to someone. It is impossible. I have put in a service request through the website and no response. When the technician came out last week to treat the weeds, I had a long discussion with him but all he could respond with is that the previous technician is no longer with the company and that I should contact the national office. I called the national office and have requested that a supervisor come out and look at the results. Waiting on a call from them. I would not recommend TruGreen. I wish I could post a picture of my weed filled, half dead TruGreen lawn.

    Updated on 09/30/2018: Rating of TruGreen has been posted and the company responded with an “I want to resolve this message.” However, I have still not received the phone call that I requested. Customer service is the poorest I have ever seen.

    On my last application Donnie ** was the first and only rep who took any interest in a very bad patch of my lawn. He recommended grub control and aeration/ overseed. He said he would set it up and told me they would come on the 17th to do grub and 21st to aeration. No one showed on the 17th. I texted Donnie and he said due to weather, they would do both jobs on 19th. Never showed or called on 19th. Called customer service and they had no record of order, but Donnie did talk to his manager who offered to do both jobs for $200, which I agreed to. Donnie tried to advocate for me, but seemed to not get any support from management and I wasted days waiting for no shows.

    I realize you have a system for a reason, but it is always customer first, so when the system breaks down or reps go outside-it to be customer advocate due to neglect in maintaining a customer’s lawn to his satisfaction, the local management should be empowered to make exceptions and follow through with them to customer’s satisfaction. In this case, it did not happen, even Donnie threw up his hands in frustration that he couldn’t make anything happen. So basically instead of addressing problem you made it worse by being mechanical instead of personal. The system rules! It seems no one is empowered to make any type of customer centric decisions in your organization in a reasonable way or timeframe. Exceptions always have to be made a system and there should be empowered managers to do that and deliver timely and effective services.

    There seemed to be some lack of communication between the customer service reps that I scheduled the lawn treatments with and the technicians doing the actual applications to the lawn during the month of August this year. For several weeks scheduled applications were not done and when I called customer service, the yard had been “skipped”. This happened several times over 3 weeks and I never learned why. I finally was permitted to speak with a manager who got immediate action and the application was done. We have been customers since 1988 and this has never happened before. Everyone we spoke with including the tecnicians were always pleasant, and the products work, just not sure why this scheduling problem this summer. Otherwise, we would have given a 5 star rating.

    Technician is friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Respectful technicians who are knowledgeable are rare. Great job done by all. My weeds are gone and grass is lush. I'm increasing lawn area and the preparation is simpler with their assistance.

    Beware, I purchased a package at my door for spraying weed at the end of July 2018. I was supposed to have unlimited weed spraying until all the weeds were gone. It's Sept 20 2018 and to this date I have had 1 weed spray and my grass looks exactly as it did in July. They call and send bills continually, however they say don't pay until you're satisfied! They just charged me $79.88 for a ONE weed spray that did nothing. I paid it so they just go away... Don't trust a word they say!
