The technicians have been fine. They differ but they're always friendly and they ask if there are any particular problems. If anyone is looking to use Terminix, I'd tell them they're going to be satisfied and they're going to get people who are good at their job.

My experience with Terminix is always good and we've been very happy with the service. The guys have been great. We have them come in once a year to spray and if I have bugs, they can identify them. The gentleman that's dealing with us right now is always on time.

The tech who came out was amazingly great. He had to come to the house twice. We had to reschedule, but it was fine. Since he came out, the pest activity has been exactly how he said it's going to be. He said I'm still gonna see a few and to put down the little gummy things he left me. He was very understanding of me being dumb to the situation and none of my questions that I thought were stupid were stupid to him.

Terminix had been really good about sending somebody out when I needed them. Back before Christmas, I got a new guy and I really like him. The guy I had before him wasn't good at all so I was getting ready to quit using their service. He would come in, put just a little bit of bait out by my trash can then went outside and sprayed around the edge of the house. But the new guy sprayed my windows outside, my driveway, and around my yard. The new guy came back last week and I was sick, so he sprayed outside. He's coming back today to do the inside.
I live in a housing development and I've been having to fight roaches. I've been wanting the stuff kept out because I don't want them. The new guy put quite a bit of bait up on the top of my cabinet. He put it around my ice box and in my bathroom. He told me, "You think it's going to be worse because you're going to see more for the first few days." Sure enough, I did. But they then fizzled out. I told him the other day on the phone, "The bait you put out, they didn't eat all of it." He said they won't eat it and that he'd put some more bait out for me and that's what he's supposed to do today. I want some bait left out at all times. We haven't been seeing any roaches. I was really pleased with this guy. He acts like he cared and he understood and I felt like I got my money's worth. My only thing with Terminix was I recommended them to my son and they gave him a lot higher price than what I'm paying. He called in and it was way over $100.

Terminix comes out for outside treatment every three months or so. Unless I need something else, then they'll come out, too. Their techs are very good and communicative. I'm satisfied at this point.

Terminix came and serviced me last week, and I have no pest problems at this time. I used to have a cockroach and a bug that’s outside in the wood.

I'm very happy with Terminix. It's been years that I’ve been using their services. Everything's been great with customer service and I like all the techs. We know the guy personally now. We're good friends with him at this point and the guy who came out this last time was very nice too. Even my dog liked him.

Terminix comes out four times a year. They call and let me know they're coming. I have no problem with them and they get rid of my spiders. If there are any spiders, we find them dead.

Every couple of months, we have a service call with Terminix. Our tech is very polite and gives us a call to let us know when he would be here. He's usually here on time and I've had no problems with him. After he leaves, we don't see anything. Every once in a while, we'll see a spider here and there. It all depends on the weather. Go ahead with Terminix. We've had no problems with them.

Every three months, a technician comes to the house. It's automatic. I'm not at home when they come, but the one I met is very professional, concerned, and adamant about her job. I don't have a big problem with bugs. But she is very precise in what she does. I keep Terminix because of her and the service she gives me. I go on people and how they treat others. If you treat me good, then I give you good ratings, but if you treat me bad, then I'll go find something else. So far, the technicians that have came out are good. The higher-level investigators are not though. There was an inspector that was coming that was very disrespectful and bad, so I don't even ask for an investigation no more. I want to talk to Terminix also about prices creeping up. That went from $104 to $141, and I don't get it. They didn't give me advance notice that it was happening.

The guy came out and did a termite inspection, and I have no complaints about him whatsoever. It was very good. Months before, Terminix did my pest control, which was fine. I've been with them for three years now, and they always do a good job. Give them a call and they'll do what they're supposed to do. They come out every quarter and they will make arrangements for you whenever you're there or not there to do what they gotta do.

The techs are very good. I pay by the year and have them come out every so often to do the outside of the house. I'm on a limited income and I downgraded because of the price. I just not ever stopped because with them doing the outside, I don't have any insects inside the house at all. If someone has termites or bugs, I would recommend them to have these people come out and talk to them.

Terminix did a great job. The tech, Bill, informed me when he left to come here from where he was before. He came to my house on a Saturday morning but didn't come to the door. I opened the door because I saw him drive up. We exchanged pleasantries because he's a very pleasant man, then he asked me if I had any problems inside, which I did not. He walked around the house, did his job and when he was finished, I saw him go to the truck. I waved goodbye to him and he drove away. He doesn't come to the door to have me sign anything anymore. That's because of COVID.
The house next door to me was abandoned for a while, and not long after that, I started seeing roaches. I was with another company before and I didn't think they were doing a very adequate job. It seemed to me that the problem was coming from outside. I called Terminix and they sent somebody. He did more work on the outside and he did a great job. I haven't had any real pest activity. Once, I had carpenter ants, but the guy from Terminix discovered where they were nesting outside and took care of it.

Terminix is local. I called and thought their price was okay, so I went with them. I had termites years ago. They resolved that problem. I had a problem last year with ants in my walls, and they took care of all that. They spray every time they come by, and they put treatment down for the termites and the ants to stay away. Terminix is not cheap like everything else in this world today, but they do what they say they're gonna do. You can talk to them, too. They're very easy to deal with.

Terminix is worst co. I called them for the pets control services inside and they send someone but this person refuse to do service inside. He just spray one of the outlet in the kitchen and burn it. He said he will do only outside. Terminix took the money from my card immediately. Now I am calling them to fix my outlet and do the services I requested for. I have called them 3 times but every time I call them they just keep saying other representative didn't do this or that. I feel cheated. I don't know when I will get my outlet fixed. They ruined it. Can't use it. I have worst experience with this co. I will keep posted how many times more I have to call until my outlet is fixed and services is done. I will put negative star if any available. But I have to choose one because that's the least

I had a guy from Terminix come out yesterday for inspections. I hopped online and did the claim, but I've gone online for my quarterly service and tried to do that, and that was not very effective, which is a shame. The last time, I scheduled at the beginning of February, and then the guy called me and it won't be until the end of February. That was a big difference. I went ahead with it, but then sometimes even the times are just completely off like I requested Tuesday and then they’ll come out on Wednesday. I don't know if it's just a matter of what contractor picks up the contract because it's always a different guy that comes out. Some of them are really good and some of them are not as thorough. Other than that, I keep going with Terminix because it works. The pest activity gets diminished.

I was charged $5000. "You have so much that needs done with roof and foundation to keep pests out. They told me I have squirrels and they actually saw a squirrel poke it's head out of my roof." 4 weeks in, no service yet. After I called "manager" came out and said the technician would be out in 2 days - that was 3 weeks ago. The fine print says no end date of contract as "things are often out of their control." Can't cancel contract because the payments are managed by a 3rd party and Terminix has already been paid. Everyone gives their cell number quickly but NEVER responds. Traps inside caught a mouse. No traps set for "squirrel".

The regular Terminix guy that comes out is good. He goes all over, and he wipes down cobwebs and things like that with a broom. He's a very friendly guy too. His name is Landon. We've been living in this house for 26 years, and we've had Terminix coming out ever since we started here. In our old house where we used to live, we had Terminix up there, too. We did have termites and they came out, and they killed them all there.

We had termites, and we called Terminix. Now, they just come out and check to make sure that everything's clear. We have an ongoing contract with them. The technicians are fine. There was only one we had a problem with, and that was taken care of. He didn't know what he was doing. Overall, I would recommend Terminix if somebody had a problem.

If I have to do an in-between spray, I just go online and Terminix usually sends somebody out. The techs seem to change. Usually, they just send me a message that they're coming a few days before they do come, and then they let me know when they're here. So, it's pretty easy. I just had a problem with the exclusion. I had set an appointment for somebody to show up, and then they canceled. They said they're coming on a certain day. Then they never showed up. I had the exclusion with the rats, and they came out and did it but I didn't redo it because they told me they can't get in because they triple-sealed everything. But my neighbor has palm trees and it's hitting my roof on a windy day, so I thought there were rats up there. I cut the branch, and I didn't hear it again. But I've never heard anything back from them.

We had a positive experience with the Terminix team. I wasn't at home the day that they came to perform the service, but my husband was. They did the work that was specified in the time that was specified and they have some follow-up visits coming up. So, everything's been done to our satisfaction at this point in time. I downloaded the electronic version of the report of their after-visit summary and I was talking about it with my husband. I said, "Oh, they may have reviewed this with you already, but here are some things they found." He said, "Oh, yeah, yeah, they went through all that with me before they left." Overall, Terminix responded promptly, performed the service thoroughly and offered additional services for long-term care based on the situation in our home.

My husband and I have had a terrible experience with Terminix in Louisville. They talked us into signing on for an expensive project, but never completed the work--and never answered or returned our calls. We had initially contacted Terminix about a mouse problem. When the salesperson, Mr. **, came to our house, he convinced us to sign a two-year contract for encapsulation and exclusion services, which included the installation of a dehumidifier in our cellar. Mr. **’s team came out on 12/27/21 and installed three hooks of four hooks for securing the dehumidifier, then said that they had run out of hooks and would return the next day with another hook to complete the installation. They never returned. The dehumidifier has not been secured and it is also missing a filter cover.
During the past six weeks, we’ve tried calling our technician, who ignored our calls. Our service manager, Mr. **, also ignored our calls. We’ve also called customer service at least three times, and the phone representatives have been courteous and professional--but still the work has never been completed, nor do we even have a scheduled date for its completion. The technician returned to our house after our first customer service complaint, but he refused to enter the cellar to inspect the work and said he would just speak with his team about it. Now it is almost March, and Terminix has not followed up or completed the work that was scheduled for December 27. The people that we have been dealing with simply do not care about the quality of their work or about doing what they say they will do.

Worst experience I have ever had! Over $1200 and got my first treatment and was supposed to receive the second 2 weeks later and it’s been a month now and they keep canceling. I don’t think it’s all Terminix, I think it’s the Roanoke, Va office. They don’t care about customer service. I’ve been told twice by the 800 number that a manager of the Roanoke office will return my call but they never do. The breakdown is in the office there.

On 11/28/2021 They went out to my mom's house. I could not be there. I had to work. She is 94 years old. She signed some small thing that was a hand held computer which is small, after signing they charged her that day 3,416.00. The very next day 11/29/2021 they charge her 189.00 and charge her again 136.00 for coming out to home for 10 min and so on, now I never said to the guy over the phone it was o.k to automatically take payments off my mother's credit card at anytime. They took it upon themselves to come out to my mom's house adding bug spraying to the contract.
I called complaining to the guy that came out. Apparently he said there is a lot of complaints that they just add this to the contract without permission. You can take a white glove to my mom's house. She is the cleanest person I have ever known. She seen mice in the garage that is it, and you're going to charge her without her permission automatically all that money and add pest control to her contract. These people are thieves, I'm going to do whatever it takes to get my mom's money back.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I had a representative tell me that Terminix was running a new homeowners special of 99 dollars. I thought, sounds great. I've been seeing a lot of spiders, set it up. I was charged on an iPad and say nothing but the payment screen. When the pest control tech arrived, he said, "Yeah spiders need a water source," then proceeded to spray under my sink for about 1 second. That was literally it! I thought, wow, that's 100 bucks down the drain. But it gets worse. Then they start calling to set up my next visit. I said no way and told them of my experience. I was told I'd have to pay a 99 dollar cancellation fee. I insisted on a manager and received an apology with the assurance that the "contract" I never knew about would be handled.
A few days later I got a call to set up my next visit. I went through all the steps again, but this time they had a record and were confused as to why it didn't get removed, but they assured me this time it was handled. This whole process was repeated about half a dozen times, each time I lost my mind a little more, each time ending with the assurances that it was handled. Well... I just paid off a collection agency today for you guessed it... freaking Terminix. I'm done fighting. But if you think a 1 second spritz under your sink is worth the 217 dollars total that I paid for mine, then have at it. I have had a real pest control service for the last year now that actually gets rid of pests.

I have cancelled my service with Terminix a day after it was initiated due to one of their service techs telling me I didn't need the service I was being charged for because there was no evidence of an infestation of termites. When I called to cancel I was given the run around on five different times and was told that the "manager" was in a "meeting" each time I called. I was told the manager has my information and would be contacting me. I was then provided an email address to a "manager named Ike" who never responded to my emails or my request to cancel the service. No one from terminix has contacted me to resolve this matter. My credit card continues to be charged despite me disputing the charges with my credit card company and my credit card company crediting my account.
My credit card company communicated with Terminix and told them to stop charging my credit card and Terminix continues to charge my account monthly. Cancel the service means just that CANCEL IT! There is no reason my credit card should continue to be charged. I've contacted Terminix on at least five different dates and sent emails in writing to cancel the service. Now I am just being harassed by Terminix. I will be reporting Terminix to the BBB as well. To date no one has contacted me to try to remedy this situation instead they continue to charge my credit card! Predatory business practices to say the least. Do not do business with Terminix!

This company is the worst company to go for. They are most expensive and least responsible. Last six months I kept calling them and kept requesting them to do an in house service, the office staff kept misdirecting their workers on incorrect dates. Every time I called they set up a new date for someone and no one came, all they do is because my card was set up on auto-pay so one day before my payment is due every quarter someone shows up outside my house and does some outside service that I didn't even request and next day I see they have charged my already. Shameless people!!!!
I begged them to refund my money and told them it was as usual my carelessness that I didn't remove my card on their file. They are sooooooo ruthless, refused me and said they won't refund me and they are not cancelling my service. The lady on the phone was sooooo rude and put the phone down on my face refusing both cancellation and refund. I would never ever refer these people to anyone, they are only there to make money and fool people like us who set their card on auto-pay so that they can rob us quarterly. I will call my bank tomorrow and dispute the charges.

Terminix's service agent, Bruce has been servicing my house for about 5-years. He is very responsive when I have pop-up issues and is very timely in quarterly visits. He provides me with great tips with preventive maintenance which really work. Excellent service, thanks Bruce!

ABSOLUTELY GOD AWFUL. If I could give zero stars I would. 3 no show appointments, and 8 customer service calls with a different agent every time and they still can’t figure out why they don’t have a record of me in their system. Terminix owns several different branches, and the communication between them is nonexistent because I have now scheduled and confirmed three separate appointments with Terminix and each time had no shows, then to be bounced around on calls only to finally get to the local branch and be told they have no record of me.
I have no idea if they will ever actually arrive for an appointment. They do, however, have my card number and keep sending me invoices for all of the services that never happen. I plan to call and “cancel” but I feel like there’s a fee in my future. Do not waste your time. The worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered.

I rarely write such reviews, but this case is unusually good. We invited a Terminix technician to come for the follow-up service. Cameron ** came to us and did an amazing job. He investigated the source of flies in our house, went outside several times, checked the roof and all the rooms, went to neighboring houses. He did not stop until he understood the problem and found the solution. This young gentleman is amazing. He is polite and kept us informed on all his steps. I would like to rate him very high because of his unusually good service. Thank you, Cameron!

As soon as we got an estimate, they were prompt on getting somebody out here. They stayed consistent and they kept us updated on when they were coming out. But the issue is not taken care of. We're still having issues with rodents in our rooms.

The service rep, Rolando, had no care or concern at waking me up at 0700 on any upcoming service, even though I informed him I sleep in and work nights and 0700 hr., wakeup call is not great after 4 hours of sleep. He never changed the call time and continued to make the morning calls with never an apology, it's almost like he enjoyed waking me up. Even after I told him, "You just woke me up," he would continue with the conversation. Never to apologize or adjust his call time. He displayed no care for the customer considerations, I will never use this company again.

Whatever we ask, Terminix does it. They're very good about keeping up like where the spiders are showing up. We have less spider webs, and that means less spiders. We’re very happy with Terminix. We have a German Shepherd who had fleas on her back part. She doesn't have any anymore and hasn't had the problems since we've had the service.

The technicians have been very nice to us. They've been doing a good job. They solved every problem I had. I get billed yearly for protection and treatment for a year, and it’s been always available if I find something or I need them to come here.

I've been a Terminix customer for over 20 years and I've had nothing but really good experience with them. The guys that they send out are always polite. I like them very much. One time, one of the guys saw my trash cans and took them out to the street for me. That was very cool. I have confidence in Terminix. Sometimes when I feel like something is way too expensive, they'll negotiate with me and I find that very nice. I feel I'm a valuable customer. I have three services with them and I'm always contacted. Sometimes a technician will contact me by text and we'll go from there.

Two people from Terminix came and did the outside and were out there for a few hours. Then, they came in and checked the attics, and laid traps and sealed the attic. I didn't check the attic but you could see where they sealed outside. Then, they left. They gave us traps so they came back and checked it twice but they were due back after the first of the year. They haven't come back yet, so we need to call them. It got cold last week and we caught another mouse inside. We need them to come back out and double check, and make sure something didn't come loose. We also found the three areas inside the house that need to be sealed.
When we caught something, it was in the bathroom. We looked under the cabinet and around the caulking of the drain, and it's loose. So, when they come back out, we need them to seal all of that because that bathroom is on the outer wall. People should give Terminix a call. Everybody probably has this issue around here because they were still building.

I hire Terminix in October 2021 for a roaches in the kitchen, first they sent me a email with preparation instructions that was wrong, email say empty whole kitchen and technician come home just spray some type of liquid smell like alcohol. When talk to sales person on October she say whole house treatment but not, so after technician say job is done we disagree 'cause him just care about floor area in kitchen never check kitchen cabinets and other areas, they charge $179 for that poor services, but after call customer service they PROMISE to sent another technician to do the job right but pass 3 months and never show up. In December we received a call. Scheduled appointment for service so was set up to December 8.
Technician sent me a text message to let me know that him come between 2pm to 5pm, him come home never ring the bell. Just spray something in front house and leave. Appointment was set up for indoor service not outside. They charge me $119 for a treatment outside that never be requested. After call next day they never attempt to help me or explain why technician never come inside house, I learned this company is a fraud. The only way they stop charging you is cancel the services but never resolved any issue. If you canceled they no comply with what they promised. I do not RECOMMEND this company to anyone. CHECK THE REVIEWS and you DECIDE. Don't let they steal your money for a bad services.

Terminix comes out every three months for pest control, once a year for crawlspace inspection, once a year for termite bait inspection and once a year for regular termites in the house and on the base of the house. They also come out whenever I call them. I've been having trouble with ants in the kitchen, so they’ve come out probably three times in the last three months. All those different things have somebody different but the techs are all nice. The pest activity is a lot better and there is no problem except the ants in the kitchen. That just started in the fall with increased rain and cooler temperatures but can’t seem to get a handle on them.

The Terminix service agreement price is not the issue. It was reasonable but.. Less than half a year into the Terminix agreement I had to find another company: Orkin and I gave them a try, 2 months after with Orkin, so far so good. But Orkin was expensive though, about the same as tenting. I got fed up with Terminix. They were bad with appointments, maybe I just had bad luck with my area Boca Raton. Terminix techs would come see the one small problem spot and put a little foam there, not even look around the house and leave. It was a continuation agreement I took over, I paid for the year but it was worthless. I called Orkin and I am hopeful. I saw the new tech look around all windows, attic, kitchen. I am not sure if problem will end but he worked hard at trying. More professional than Terminix.

I have the techs spraying outside every three months. Working with them is okay but with their office, it's not. I don't like some of the girls working there. I want them to improve their service.

I'm on a three-month plan with Terminix. I usually have them spray for fleas, ticks, spiders, and ants. The techs do something with a stick. Since having them out, I'm not seeing as many spiders. But in the summertime, I still have a really bad ant problem.

I'm pleased with Terminix so far. They have periods in which they call and set up appointments. It's usually from a driver and he would say that he would be here on a certain day between 10:00 and 4:00. The last visit was done well. The tech was very informative and quite a nice gentleman. He was easy to speak to. The service is doing the job, which was all I was concerned about. There are times during the summer when insects get inside but it’s not anything that’s too overwhelming, which is why we typically get the inside of the house done at least once a year, and then four applications outside over the course of the year.

We wanted to reschedule our service and my wife called and cancelled the scheduled service date and confirmed the service as cancelled for the selected date. The tech still came and since we weren't available ended up just doing the outside and billed us for the full service even though we neither approved the service time and date nor did the tech do that much work (our security cameras showed he just 'lightly dusted' around a couple areas which wasn't at all worth the nearly $100 we paid for the service call. I could have done the same exact thing with probably about $20 worth of insecticide.

The techs of Terminix were courteous and efficient. The only thing that I've ever been concerned about was that initially, we thought that the service would include coming in and spraying something in the house. 'Cause when they came out to inspect, they saw we had termites. The solution was to put the bait stations outside. Just intuitively, that didn't sound right to us. But I guess that's the routine. We thought there would be some spraying inside. But apparently, I would imagine that the problem is solved 'cause we haven't seen any new holes. It was just strange to us that they didn't do anything on the inside of the house.

In August 2021, Terminix came to inspect a suspected mouse problem and we ended up having them replace our insulation and add termite traps around the house. They didn’t finish the job and they also damaged our home while they were working on our insulation. While they were in our attic, they somehow pushed a bolt from one of the cross beams through our ceiling. After they left, we called to let them know that the house was damaged and that they hadn’t done the quoted work on our basement stairs but we got the runaround from both the service technician and his supervisor.
I understand many places are short staffed and supplies aren’t easy to come by so I’ve been giving them some time to get back to us but it is now January 2022, 5 months after they started this job, and we’ve waited long enough. They continue to ignore our calls and bounce us back and forth between the technician and his supervisor, never leading anywhere. It is unacceptable and unethical to not finish a contracted job much less damage a home and then ghost the client. I would expect better from a company if it was involving a $100 service and ours was unfortunately in the thousands.
I would never recommend this business to anyone under any circumstances and unfortunately, after reading a bunch of other quotes, I’m not the first person this company has done this to. I highly suggest you take your business to any other company so you don’t get caught in the same situation we are in. This has been a very disappointing transaction and I truly hope this review helps other people avoid such a situation.

I purchase a year contract for termite and pest control. I paid in full for the whole year. Terminix took my full amount then put me in a monthly auto pay. I did not authorize this. Terminix illegal took money out of my account. I called and you cannot speak to the company. They have a third party company answer all their calls. When you request someone from the company to call you. That will not happen. I am trying to get a refund for the money they stolen out of my account and I have canceled the contract. I had to the BBB and the state attorney General involved. Terminix admits and states I am getting a refund. Unfortunately the refund has never came. The company lies.

Well here we go. Had a slummy looking sales guy come out from Terminix and told me we had termites. He showed me a couple spots that were supposed termite "hot spots". He sold me a package of service care and told me that if I wasn't happy with the service provided that I could get a refund with no cancelation fee (all lies). He handed me a tablet with a signature line and did not go over any details with me other than treatment for termites and amount. Then I had a friend come into town that owns a pest control company. My friend said that the spots the Slum Lord Terminix guy showed me had 0 termite signs. My friend also looked at my property and said there is 0 proof of termites. I called to cancel my service agreement because the service was not needed. The manager Kevin, then told me sorry but there is nothing anyone can do and I am just screwed and have to ride the service agreement out. So here we are.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE AND THEN TELL YOU TO DEAL WITH IT. These people are on a whole different level of scam artists. The funny part is, I don't want my money back! I just want to be done paying a monthly premium for a service that has no value to me. Kevin I hope that the $500 I will pay you over the next 9 months for 0 product is worth a bad review on every social media. Save your time and money and call a different pest control company. These people are scam artists.

We've had Terminix for about two years now and they've been very good. I've had several technicians, each one is excellent. They have certainly gone above and beyond anything I expected. I have the exclusion contract with them and they have responded to all my calls. I've been very satisfied with them.

I use Terminix most of the summer for mosquitoes and they handle that well. Then I started getting some beetle bugs around the house. I called them back and they've serviced the house since then. We do it monthly. Scheduling has been done online so that makes it easier for me. Their service has been great. The techs have also been very professional and nice. Their cost seemed reasonable to me too.

The tech that comes out is great. He texts me to let me know when he's coming and if I'm not home, he texts me to let me know what he did and asks if I need any extra services. One complaint I have with Terminix is that they send a bill without a date on it and it always just says, “Pay on receipt.” It confuses me how much I'm paying them a month but it seems like a lot. And for the money, one should get a little more than spraying around. I have a couple of places where we have termites. It bothers me slightly that they have to do a full tent to get rid of a little spot place. It would be nice if they would drill a hole and drip stuffing in it.

I have two locations and we had a problem with getting confused between the two locations since this is a new account. We had a mix-up between who the contact is. It's my email but my wife's phone on one of them, so that's where we got confused. But scheduling is normally really easy. One is set up to be quarterly and they just send me a message saying they're going to come out on this date. Also, we have the option to call and have them come out at any point if we need something and they've been real good about letting me know that. I've called them one time and resolved it without them ever actually coming out.
The techs have been very helpful, as well. They've even gone above and beyond what I told them some issues. They went out and put stuff to deal with ants that were on the property, not on the house. They've also been super at our other house in Gainesville. The technician there has been with the company for a long time and he's very vocal about making sure you know what he's doing and getting back with us to say, “Thank you.” Another guy does something to do with fleas but both have been very open to listening to my concerns and doing anything.

Terminix was the closest and easiest ones to get in contact with. They blocked everything for any rodent to get in the house and secured everything. So, we won't have rodent problems anymore. So far, it's been good. We haven't had any rodents inside the house.

They put on a facade of being one big company when they sell you products, but then hide behind "Franchises" local managers" "sales staff" and "other department" when you need assistance. I spent endless calls and efforts trying to cancel an old service at a house I sold, and to start the new home. Months later, I was still being billed for services at the old house, and became the recipient of endless excuses .... such as "I will email the managers for those accounts" or "we will try to get a different department to look at it" - but they are not answering. Do yourself a favor, since bug control is not rocket science, and hire a local entity with a proven presence in the neighborhood.

The techs from Terminix come out every three months and they spray around the outside. For termites, they come out once a year. I had another service in Georgia and the guy came out every three months. Whoever comes out is always very nice and since having Terminix, I haven’t seen pest activity in the house at all. The bill keeps changing though, which is weird. I got an email saying that we need to renegotiate the contract and that should have been in September, not December.

We have routine maintenance with Terminix. I live in Florida so we’re buggy down here and whatever they do on the outside, we don't have any bugs inside. Their treatments have been very effective for our needs. The techs usually send a text message that they're coming and when they're on the way as well as about what they've done. Then, they text the bill. They're very good in communication.

Samantha, the rep, was good for the most part. She did the parameter inside and outside of the house. All the communication was very helpful. She's going to come back and check on ants and help us take care of that, but I wish after that, there would be nothing. Terminix could be a little bit more thorough but they were prompt and on time. The workers from Terminix all did a great job and even the people I've had on the line on the telephone and computer follow ups have all been good. Everybody from Derek to Dan to Brad and Harley have been good work because they stayed about four and a half hours. They completed all that they did and then, they reviewed it with me. They did a walk around for most of it though I'm not able to get all the way around the house. Everybody has been very helpful. There's one less rat in the bunch in the last week and a half. The guy got him. I saw one result although I'm sure others are elsewhere in the house or basement or underground.

I like the automatic nature of the service of Terminix. They come and do it on a regular schedule. They do very well. I’m happy. They also always text me when they're about to do this thing. They come every two months and spray around the house. They're supposed to dust the webbings off of the eaves. They're good. They text me before they come. They're open if I have to change, or cancel, or move stuff around. The pest activity has been good since then. It's never going to be 100%, but definitely closer to 90%.

I was calling Terminix because I was having some issues, and nobody called me back a couple of times. So, I canceled. They came out for the initial service. Then I had seen some spiders and some other things that I didn't recognize. I had called around midnight and they said, “The representative will call you back the next day. He can come out the following day.” But he would call me and schedule and nobody called. I called a couple of days after that. They said they would give them the message and have someone call me back. Nobody called me back. The initial service was good, but the follow up sucked.

We've been using Terminix for years and they're dependable. They come and we have them spray for the pest control every three months. Then we have the termite inspection done once a year. Our tech is retiring by the end of this year and I don't know how it'll be after he leaves. He’d be here every three months like he said and he sprayed pretty thoroughly. We have a storage room that he sprays in, too. He does a good jo and I'm sure when we get somebody new they'll do a great job, too.

Technicians come out to service for rodents and pests every once in a while and they are quite professional. Sometimes we see some pests fairly frequently. When this happens, we call back and ask for somebody to come back out again. I'm on Hawaii Island and I always receive Terminix emails for all sorts of information stating the services they offer. For instance, there was gutter cleaning. But when I called Terminix about that extra service, they said it was not available on the island. Terminix offers nationwide service but it sounds like there's a much narrower suite of services available here. Other than that, everything else is fine.

Terminix came by pretty much a little early, and did what they needed to do and left. We had some ants going on in the kitchen. So, they came in and took care of the ants. So far, so good. We have them out every other month as the standard routine, but with our service plan, if we see something, they come out at no additional charge as part of the package. I’m very satisfied. The technician does a great job and knows what he’s doing.

I was infested with rats and mice. It was terrible. I've had Terminix for six months now and since they've been doing treatments, there has been no pest activity. But it was in the summertime and rats don't go in houses at that time. Now that the weather has changed, I need to keep an eye on them more closely. The only other thing is I am not pleased with Terminix's scheduling system. If you call them, you have to leave a recorded message. I did that several times that I called and got no response. That may be why I have a new representative.

After much frustration and over a month of trying to reach our exclusion technician and Terminix management to carry out more exclusion services at our home, we have yet to hear anything. The pest trapping service has been nothing but positive and helpful but the exclusion service has been completely opposite. It has been six months and the problem persists. I never write reviews but feel in this case it is the last resort to get management's attention in the hopes of an immediate appointment with someone in the exclusion department to remedy this issue or provide a complete refund for this service that has been less than satisfactory.

We used Terminix at the last house that we had. We've been using them now too and everything's good. Sean, the Terminix rep that comes every quarter, is really good. Haven't had any pest issues since he started. He's very friendly and knowledgeable. When I ask him questions, he always has a good answer for me. He's got a good sense of humor too. I've given him access to my house in the back if I'm busy and he's very respectful of the property. He doesn't trample anything. He's trustworthy. I've had good results with Terminix. Terminix has a great program and they always do a good job. They've always been very professional and thorough. If there's ever an issue, they just pop right out and take care of the pest. It's never been a problem. We do an outside treatment, which is amazing. I love it 'cause it's so much easier. A lot of times though, I get the text after they're there. If I would just know ahead of time, that would be good so I can make sure the gates are shut or open. But maybe only 1% of the time I got a text later instead of, "I'm on my way."

I was completely misled by a sales associate about the possible roof damage that could occur during the tenting process. He made it sound like it wasn't gonna be an issue and that Terminix covers 45 tiles for their warranty. They broke 140 tiles. Therefore, I spent $3500 on the tenting and there was over $6000 in roof damage. There were several other issues as well. Please protect yourself and go with a company that will educate you on all the possible outcomes.

They have subterranean bait traps for termites around my house and they didn't have any idea when the last time they checked the bait was. I told them to check the bait on all the traps and they did. They had to replace a few. The techs have been very agreeable. Whatever I ask them to do, they normally do exactly what I ask. They know exactly what they're doing. Florida is tough though. There's a lot of pests and insects in the heat. But they do what they can and they do a fairly good job. I would recommend Terminix. It's a good investment.

I've always used Terminix and everything's been dependable. They check the underside of the house. When they come out, I either get a call or an email to let us know. The reps are always courteous and knowledgeable. The interactions that I have had with the individuals in person have always been good as well.

They come out and spray for spiders and silverfish. They also put termite traps down. They came out the first time and it went fine. I haven't seen any spiders or any silverfish yet, so I hope it's working. I saw a couple of spiders, but they were dead.

I have a condo and they spray the outside for me and do my garage. They also do anywhere in the condo that I want them to do. The nice thing about Terminix is, even though they don't come out every month, if you have any issue between services, they come out at no charge. It's part of the service. Also, I love my current technician. He's so fun to deal with. I make sure that he comes out to my condo because I really enjoy dealing with him.

I like that Terminix has a reputation. They are experts. They really know what they're doing. When I call, they come and do the inside spray. I saw a centipede and other little creatures that were crawling. The visit was not scheduled, but they came inside the house and sprayed the sides. But in the beginning, there was a problem. They had to reschedule because there was no one available at the time. I had to call back.

We used to have someone who touched base with us -- gave us an update and told us what was going on, but recently, we don't see anybody. They say they come but we don't know. But when we had problems in the past, they fixed them. There's a certain amount of trust there. There could be more customer involvement, though.

We're very happy with our service and our tech is great. He texts me the night before he comes out and if I have any questions or concerns, he gets right back with me. And if I text him and it's kind of a long text, he would call me to talk about it. It's nice getting the text messages because before, I didn't always know until after somebody had been to the house. The communication between the tech and the customer has improved and I plan to continue my pest control service with Terminix.

At times, I get frustrated that I cannot contact the local branch directly. I have to go through the 1-800, twice. Also, we've had the 1-800 customer service schedule somebody to come out and they didn't show. But all in all, the service has been good. I like their philosophy of keeping everything in the outdoors. The other company I previously had was looking more at what was happening in the house, so the spraying was inside everything. With Terminix, it's good to have everything outside. We're glad we made the change.

They breach their contract and fail to deliver what’s paid for. When you escalate to them they ignore you. Then come after you and make threats of collection after needing to resort to a chargeback to get my money back. They’re only communicative until they get their money and they don’t do what’s listed in the contract. Please find a reputable company… and that’s absolutely not Terminix.

Terminix is always proactive in communication and they show up when they say they will. They do the service well and I have not had any problems since signing up with them. George, the tech who comes out, is wonderful and always greets us with a smile. He lets us know when he's done and what he did. I'm very happy with him. Terminix is a worthwhile service. It’s a preventive type of maintenance so if a friend owns a house, I would recommend it for that purpose because it would certainly be a lot more expensive to deal with an issue after the fact.

I shopped around and Terminix had the best price at the moment. They come about once a year just to do inspections and apply any treatment if needed. They've gotten rid of the termite issue that I had initially. The technicians are good, professional and friendly. I am thankful for their professional service, courtesy and good work.

I have pest control and termite services with Terminix and they're going just hunky-dory. I just lost my pest control guy though who retired and I'm gonna miss him. He always contacted me ahead of time with the appointment so we could change it if I needed to. Also, he gave me a way to get back to him. When he would get here, he did a very thorough job every time. But the new guy seems very nice, eager and attentive. So, I'm a happy camper.
Terminix has been very helpful. Sometimes, it's a little hard to coordinate because they don't always call me about the appointment coming up. Sometimes I'm not here and the techs need to come in the house. Another thing is they don't always give you a way to get back to them to change the appointment. Also, their telephone service is terrible. If you ever try to call Terminix, it's impossible to get through and you sometimes have to sit on hold for 20 minutes or more. They're very tough. Whenever I've had to communicate with the main office for anything, like even paying bills, there's way too much of a hassle to get to talk to somebody.

Terminix had better reviews and better pricing, so I gave them a call. We had Don come out, and our experience was fantastic. The only issue I had with the scheduling at first was when I originally called. We set it up for a Friday, and whoever I talked to on the phone forgot to hit submit but told me the timeframe. So, I was waiting around and I called at the end of the timeframe and they said, “Oh, we forgot to schedule you.” Then it took about another week or two to get them out. when we got rescheduled, two nights prior to service, Don contacted me, let me know he was gonna be my technician and he also called on the way.

We love Terminix. We had another guy right now, but Ken has been coming out on and off all that time we've been with them. When we first moved in, they did termite work, since we found that, and then we didn't have any continued issues with them. They just check every year. Somebody comes out and then we do normal maintenance. Everything has been wonderful and we've been very happy.

In the beginning, I received a notification a few days before the service. They even came inside the house and checked everything. The second one, they did not come inside, but they checked everything outside. In the last service, I just got an email saying they were there at 1pm and did the service. But I didn't see any improvement. Everything was the same. It was good for the first time, but the follow-up services are not good enough.

Terminix used to notify us either by phone call or by a heads-up little postcard. Then, because we have dogs and other things, I could tell him if that time and date worked for me. That way, I'd have the backyard secured and the dogs in the house. But then, they expanded and got big, and the service dropped. The guys just showed up, and I said, “What are you doing?” They said, “We're here.” I said, “Nobody’s notified me.” When they expanded, they got too big and lost touch. But, this last time, the service kid was very good and it worked out.

They have returned a few months later and have been completely negligent in response to my request for service. Impossible to reach anyone that can resolve our problem. Terminix usually comes out every quarter. The technicians usually send me a text to let me know that they'll be coming and if I have any problem, to let them know. When they come, they do the outside of the house and come inside if I need them to. They spray for whatever insects going on here, including spiders. The experience has been pleasant. We have a new house, so we haven't seen any roaches. There's a spider every now and then. With ants, it depends if it's doing a lot of raining around here in Louisiana and they're looking for the dry spots to get to.

We needed somebody to exterminate the bugs. There aren't very many providers in our area. We've had a couple of them out here before and it still didn't get rid of them. We just got Terminix. The scheduling went very well. They came out, identified the problem areas and told us what they needed to do. The pest activity is reduced by quite a bit since they came.

We have maintenance service with Terminix. We had a termite issue before we ever got them, and so, I'm really concerned about termites. They are pretty close watching that. I do have spiders right now, and they've been treating for spiders. Nothing seems to help take those completely away though. Overall, Terminix is doing a good job.

26 years ago, Terminix sprayed for termites and I've used them since then. Their tech is very knowledgeable, very friendly and get the job done. He'll call and leave a recording as to when he's coming, and then I receive the email afterwards if I'm not home as to what he did and what he found. Now, on my termite thing, I have called twice. I had the guy's number that installed those things in the ground for termite treatment. One of them, the cap has come off. I called the number that he had given me when we first got the treatment stuff. He answered in a voicemail, but I didn't get a callback and that's been since Hurricane Ida.
Other than that, they usually tell me when they come and do their inspection to make sure that I know that they're coming or if they've been here, what they found, that they all had their lids on and maybe have changed one or two. I'm very satisfied with Terminix. I even recommended them to my daughter. She went with Terminix.

At the beginning of the summer, we had carpenter bees outside and Terminix was very quick to respond to our call. They were very professional. They came very quickly, and they did a very good job. We have Terminix scheduled to come four times a year. They're very friendly and thorough. We had them also do some insulation and getting rid of some bugs in the attic and they did a beautiful job. They did the complete cleaning. We live in a house that is 250 years old, so there's a part of the attic that was not properly insulated in the north wing of the house. So, we had them go up and clean it out, sanitize it, spray, and insulate. We're very pleased with what they did. We continue to keep them as long as they do the job.
We have not had the spiders. We still get wasps and ladybugs, so we have to have someone come. They came out and took care of the wasps. That was before we had the attic done. But we have an invasion of ladybugs once a year. Everybody in the Northeast has some. And nothing seems to get rid of them. They live in the walls, and they come out when it’s very hot, except some of them come inside. So, I can vacuum and 20 minutes later, I need to vacuum them up again. It’s a nuisance. But it's only for a certain time of the year. We have mice, which Terminix has given us stuff to deal with that. The ant stuff, they give us when we do get ants. And they have given us certain products to put around that is safe for the pets. And they seemed to work.
Last year was the only that we didn't have any luck with anything no matter what we put. It was just one of those years. But mostly, the house being so old, we need to have the house sprayed for termites. And the house is still standing. So, it must be doing a good job. I'd recommend Terminix to a friend because they are accessible. They get back to me right away. They do a good job, thorough, don't destroy anything in the garden and very old-fashioned good manners.

Their service itself is fine. Their customer service was very, very polite. But as far as getting things taken care of the way they should be, they are absolutely terrible. I had the service set up so I would pay once a quarter and it would only be on the day of service that I would pay. It was around 100 dollars. Terminix charged me three different times and they couldn't tell me why they were charging me for it. I have to call them every time. They never call me when I ask them to call me back, so I have to call them, and they kept charging me. They finally figured out that they put me on monthly payments, which I did not request and want. They said the only way to fix it was to cancel my account, refund my money, and then set up a new account for me, which they did, but they never refunded my money.
I have three months of payments they took out that they never gave my money back, and I still have not had a second service. So I'm not happy with Terminix. I'm going to be canceling my service with them. They were supposed to call me again this last time and figure out when they were going to come back out and do my next service. But they never did. They were also supposed to tell me what was going on with my account, which they also never did.

My sister called Terminix because they had a mice problem in her house in DC. The appointment was between 1-3 pm on 9/11, a Saturday. At 5 pm when no one had shown up, she called the office and was told that the guy coming out had tried to call my sister but there was no answer. My sister had been sitting on her sofa waiting and seething because they didn't come. Finally, they showed up at 6pm. I was at my sister's house and asked about the Mosquito spray. I made an appointment for Tuesday between 1-5 pm. No one came or called. When I called the office the phone just rang. My sisters and I were speaking just saying how customer service is a thing of the past now.
Eric ** was the guy who made the appointment for me and when I called him, he was so nonchalant and unconcerned. DON'T BOTHER WITH THESE FOLKS. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. What bothers me the most is no one seems to care about an apology, THEY JUST DON'T CARE.. I had to put at least one star, but they do not deserve it. Please don't send me an apology now. The damage is done. Clearly you tell every customer that you disappoint the same thing

I signed up for a $35 a month service but have been charged $81 a month. When I called to dispute it I was told there is nothing I can do and they will not refund my money and will charge me to cancel my service. I was contacted by the local office in Levittown and Dan their manager said he will not refund anything because that’s what I signed up for. The contract was ambiguous, do not trust this company, I did not sign up for $81 a month but I’m being told that there is nothing I can do about it. Well he is definitely wrong. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will make sure I write as many reviews as I can so that other consumers do not get robbed by them. WORST COMPANY. VERY DISHONEST, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS NOR REPUTATION.

Terminix is not doing a good job. They don't seem to be able to control the roaches. The problem is not resolved. I've been with them for almost five years now. I still have the same problem. They sprayed. Then we complained, “Maybe the spray doesn’t work.” They still sprayed mostly the same stuff. Now, I'm considering switching to another company.

Our regular pest control guy showed up on time, took care of my pest control issues, and left. It was a pleasant experience. We don't have any bugs right now. We've had Terminix now for 10 years. We've had the same guy for eight, and we like having the same guy because he knows where to put the mousetraps and what your past problems have been.

I had ants outside and spiders, too, and I needed a spray. Scheduling for service with Terminix is great. They get right back to me. I text in and they text back. Then, the person will contact me on the date that he’s coming and the time. I know when he's coming. He'll knock at the front door. He looks like a ninja turtle, all masked up, but there was no close contact. There was distance all the time. Overall, the quality of work was beautiful, especially when he dusts my house off. He cleans the spider webs off. He brushes all the corners. They have these long brushes that they go around, and they clear away spider webs along the house. He'll spray around the border, too.

Where do I start? I guess fraudulent practices are a good place. Appointment made, tech showed up a day early, did not perform services as documented on service report. Did not leave vehicle. Did not remove and replace Sentricon stations as requested at time appointment was made. Appointments are made, technician doesn’t show 3 separate times in 2021. Appointments made then disappear on customer portal. Appointments made with Customer Service, Service agent emailed and voicemails confirmation of appointment. Tech did not show, contacted Customer Service, she stated that the promised appointment was never made. 21 Sentricon stations on my property, maximum of only 13 stations have ever been checked. Technicians show up and do not have anything to show location of stations. If the stations are covered with grass or mulch, the tech doesn’t know the station is even there.
I cannot get answers to simple questions. I cannot find anyone with knowledge to answer questions. I cannot get anyone from Terminix to show at my property to perform the services that they are contractually liable to perform. Terminix website claims BBB accreditation, BBB says Terminix is not a BBB accredited company. More lies. Because of my experiences with Terminix, I do not trust anything told me by Terminix. I know they have lied to me about service performed and have filed false and fraudulent documents. I now doubt that previous service claims and documentation are not fabricated lies.

We hired Terminix to tent our house for termites. When we signed the contract, we were told that the Vikane gas that is deployed inside the tent would need to be in the house for a full 24 hours. Our contract stated that the tent would be installed on Thursday and removed on Saturday so we could re-enter the house safely on Sunday and we scheduled this service many weeks in advance. No one from Terminix came on Thursday and we never received a call. We called customer service and were told no technician was assigned to our contract and no one was answering the phone from our region's office.
We called again early Friday morning and we were told that there was a rain delay. (We have security cameras and immediately called out the lie.) We talked to someone else later on Friday morning, and the story changed to a scheduling delay at another job. On Friday, the Terminix team told us they were going to install the tent and gas that morning (on Friday) and remove the tent on Saturday. We expressed concern about the shortened time for the gas to be in the house and were again told a different story; that the gas only needs to be on for 6 hours.
The tent was on for less than 24 hours total and when we returned on Sunday we found our house was not in the secured state we left it. There was a brown sticky residue on our kitchen counters and one of the cabinets, all of our windows were unlocked, one of our windows was left open, the air conditioning had been turned down and the lock box *with the key to our house inside* was on our front porch, unlocked and unsecured.
The communication throughout our experience was untrustworthy and extremely impolite by the local Terminix team and their contractor. I regret entering into an agreement with them, but now I am stuck. Hopefully this information can help other consumers prepare, stay better informed and make sure they choose a vendor who values customers.

On July 31st, a tech claims that she came to our home, but was a no show! The tech decides to write up a fraudulent claim so they could collect our $74 charge. To this day, they will not return our calls, nor refund us our money! Between countless calls and emails, they will not resolve this for us! No wonder they were recently sued for bad business practices! Stay away from them, before you become a victim of fraud too!!!!

Terminix usually gives us a heads up the day before they're coming. It's usually the same technician. If they change, get reassigned, or if they leave, we still get a heads up. The day before, they call and introduce or reintroduce themselves and say what time they’re going to come in the morning, and they're on time. They do the stuff outside and so as long as we don’t have termites, then they're doing their job. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

I used Terminix a couple of months ago and it was a one-time roach spray. They never followed up with me which was kind of weird. They could have followed up with me a week or two later to make sure everything was fine and under control but they didn't. Other than that, their tech John was very nice and professional. The pests are gone but I think it was due to a leaky pipe we fixed as well.

In June 2021, I contacted Terminix to service my new house for bedbugs that I discovered after due diligence. The manager, Mr. **, a seemingly nice man at the time, came to service my home. I explained that I had a bed bug problem. I told him that I had 2 months to get rid of them before I moved into my house. This was plenty of time to get the treatment done. He told me if the bed bugs are not removed, all I had to do was call in a week or two and they would come back. I called at least 10 to 20 times two weeks after the initial treatment. No one showed up--even after a month. I called and called. Finally, Mr. ** finally answered the phone. He said he would be there that Monday. He offered no apologies and still has not. He never showed up. I called and explained that if I don't hear back I would get another company. They never called back.
Now they want me to pay a $1300 bill. See once I sign the paper they are claiming I'm stuck and at their mercy. Even if they lie. They never stated that they could not promise that they could not get the job done in the allotted time. I understand there may need to be multiple treatments, but Terminix didn't even try. But now that I'm filing complaints, Mr. ** has plenty of time to contact me about paying the bill. This is abuse and taking advantage of people because you think he can hold them hostage. Despite my numerous calls, they never attempted to reschedule not even once. Even when he failed to come on the date he said he was coming. ** simply did not care.

Terminix comes every three months. They'll call and text me. If I'm unavailable, I can reschedule or the techs can just do the perimeter. The only problem I’ve ever had was with the people on the phone when I call. There's a little bit of a disconnect between, the consumer, the technician, and the home office people. When I called about my issue with the houseflies, I got the runaround from the inspector guys as far as them coming back to do something. And then I was informed that they didn't handle houseflies. I was like, “Are you kidding? Aren’t they one of the most common pests?” I haven’t talked to my inspector or the technician but I’m sure when I talk to him, he’ll do something for me.

John, Terminix's tech does our quarterly service and his work is always excellent. He always checks in and gives us an update on what he finds. In addition, we deal with Robert who does our termite inspection. He does a nice job. The other gentleman who did the other project with the beetle borer bug did an excellent job as well.

When they come, they call before they arrive because we have a pet and when they arrive, they inform me what they're going to do, what's the process, and if I had any questions or issues going on in the house at the time. Then, when they're done, they come back and they say they finished the job. They ask if I have any questions and inform me if they found any issues. I sign out if I agree with everything that was stated. The service has been excellent. I haven't found any pests or termites or anything like that.

Terminix comes out when we request and it’s usually every six months, no longer than a year. Scheduling with them has been very good and the manager of the local Terminix location has been accessible to our request. The service has been professional and what we’ve asked of them. They usually do termite inspection, check termite traps, termite bait stations and inspect the inside of the house for moisture and some signs of termite. We haven't had any reoccurrence since they came out.

I have been a Terminix customer for more than 10 years and I feel like they scammed me. I had elite coverage and a corner of my house nearly collapsed due to active ant damage. Terminix never noticed even though the ants had probably been active for years. Now they simply do not call back but oddly enough continue to charge me for their useless service. I don't want to cancel or they will wash their hands off the issue. Customer service is completely powerless, they refuse to even put a supervisor on the phone. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Terminix fumigates my homes and checks my termite situation. Scheduling is done by text message and I've had no problem with communication. I'm happy with them.

Terminix needs to train its workers. It was scheduled the third time and a text message was sent saying that Tech is on its way, that it will never show up. When I called to find out why he didn't show up. Terminix rescheduled this service on July 31, 2021. Again, this technician never showed up. When I called Customer's service said they never made an appointment for that day and then she rescheduled for August 5, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Tech Parbis knocked on the door and the first thing he said was, "What did you want me to do instead of introducing myself?" Today August 6, 2021 I called, I spoke with the manager Barbara to cancel the services and she hung up the phone.

The techs have been very personable, very kind, and knowledgeable. Since they've been doing the follow-up, I really don't have any pest activities. I occasionally get ants in my kitchen, but I got some stuff I put down and they disappear with that.

The techs give me calls every time when they're on the way and if I'm not able to answer, they leave a message which day they're gonna be here. They come out and they do their job. I haven't seen any pest activity since I started getting the service.

I have attempted to call Terminix 4 times today. Each time I am told no-one is available to make my call. The options given are 1. Try back later, 2. leave a call back number. I leave a number. My phone rings, I can hear someone on the other line. I say hello over and over again. Whoever is on the other line is hanging around his house. I hear him talking to a woman, then talking to a child. He is completely ignoring me like he is waiting for me to hang up so he can get paid for answering the call. This happened FOUR TIMES in a two hour time span.
I tried the chat line. I explained what was happening. I got a boiler plate response. "I am sorry you are having a hard time cancelling your account. I am not able to help you with that, please call our toll free number. They are available 24/7 to assist you with that". Like, did the chat person even READ what I wrote? How do you cancel a service when you can't get anyone on the phone? There is no option to cancel online, it must be done via person. Last year I ran into the same problem when I called to say we had bees. I finally gave up and called another company to come spray. This is outrageous.

We found proof of old termite damage and even the techs said when they first came that there was probably nothing there. Terminix have been here purely for preventive purposes. The techs show up annually and replace what they need to replace. They leave, bill me and move on. Generally, the service is scheduled online and the tech contacts me that he’s on his way.

Terminix comes out every three months and I’ve had the same technician. The gentleman is great and we love him. I keep asking for him every time we're ready to have our bi-monthly checkup come through. We've had a good experience. Usually, he sprays the perimeters and around the house. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable if we have any questions. He asks us if we've had any issues. Since having Terminix come out, the pest activity has diminished considerably.

The tech comes around once a quarter and takes care of all the spiderwebs and knocks down any of the wasp or bee things. Then, he goes around and sprays. He sends me a text message letting me know when he's coming and then, he'll text and say he's on his way. If we're not here, he'll send me a text on a follow up on what he did. He’s awesome.

Terminix inspects the house, treats whatever is necessary, and sends us a report. They keep us aware of what they're doing and the serviceman is excellent. He would call us in advance before he comes out. We couldn't be happier.

It’s nearly impossible to reach customer service. They are nice when you reach them. It’s slightly better now, but expect 30 minutes. I have multiple properties and it took forever for them to learn to text the tenant for the scheduled appointment. I have an exclusion contract on one of them and the Forest Park Ga office has my account even though my properties are on the other side of town.

I'm impressed that the technician makes sure I'm home to take care of the areas, which are the garage, the cellar, the back and the patio. He always makes sure he gives me a heads-up. He does a wonderful job and my husband and I are very pleased with the whole service, especially with the technician. He's very accommodating and works with me. I would highly recommend Terminix.

Terminix came out and did inspections. They would call, say they were coming, and tell us when. Then, we would get a report saying everything was okay or whatever. Everything was okay other than the fact they couldn't transfer the bond. We sold the property and the new people were trying to get the bond transferred. The real estate company got another company to do the bond.

We're satisfied with the service of Terminix. The guy that comes has been really good. Everything has been fine with our experience. We haven't had any pests at all. The only thing we've had was a few daddy long-leg spiders and that was about it.

When you call Terminix, you're not sitting on the phone for two hours. Before, I'd put the phone down to talk, then it'd be an hour and a half. I recently called them because there were two bills, one was for the regular pest control and the other was for gophers. I disputed the bill for the gophers because I never talked to Vanessa, the young woman that services the house, about that. I also thought that I had discontinued the service in the early part of the year. I talked to Vanessa yesterday and she was marvelous. I told her that I am going to go pay the 41.60 but if they find that I was right, would they please refund the money, and she said that that's what they'll do. Other than that, I'm satisfied with Terminix. The people are as sweet and nice as can be. I also hope they get this problem resolved because I paid it, but I don't think that I should have.

I have been a Terminix customer for over 20 years and ALWAYS paid my annual premium in advance. As before I paid the full premium for 2021. Then on 06-15-2021 I sold my home. On 06-17-2021 at 9:40AM I called and finally got through to Tara. I told her the entire story and she promised somebody will contact me within 24-48 hours. Of course, that did NOT happen. On 6-29-2021 I got lucky to talk to Tamara at 12:50PM. She promised that the pro-rated refund of the annual premium $94.50, would be returned to me via check on 7-1-2021. Today is 7-21-2021 and I have NOT heard from them, also I have NOT received the promised refund. Right now I'm having the hardest time to talk to somebody on the phone. Beware of these crooks. They do NOT live up to their promises and they are stealing money from me. BEWARE!!

Terminix sent someone yesterday to handle a yellowjacket problem. He's a great guy. He's coming back in a couple of days based on his suggestion to see how things are. I've been with Terminix for over 20 years and they do the job. Anytime I have a problem, they're here and that's rather infrequently because the upfront prevention work they do keeps me in good shape and avoids any problems.

We had beetles and the guy who set me up with the service explained everything very well. As far as setting up the service and then when the guy came to spray inside the house, it went really smooth. On the inside, we haven't seen any more of those beetles and there's a lot less bugs. I was very satisfied with everything.

I've been using them for about 17 years now. The last visit was a couple weeks ago. The tech came and inspected the outside and the inside. I'm very pleased with the service and the past service I've gotten. All the technicians that come here have always been very pleasant and agreeable. When they find things, they let me know and they take care of it. So they were good.

We've been with Terminix for years. They're okay. I call them to schedule because their app fluctuates. It may show me one thing and show them something else. But the guys are really nice when they come. They're respectful and professional. They ask if there are any specific areas they need to take care of. If they need to come in inside the house, they do so and they go around the perimeter of the house each time.

I love my technician from Terminix. But, sometimes it's hard to get through to the local office. But he's very friendly and he does a great job. Now, I definitely have fewer ants. But as far as my termite stuff, I would not recommend them.

We've been using Terminix for about three weeks now. We had little ants and ants a little bit bigger that had wings on them that we didn't know if they were termites or what they were. About five days after they sprayed on the inside of the house, the problem was back again. So, I called them and it took them a week and a half before they came back again to re-spray and to put down powder for the ants and two little traps, one in each window, where we were having the problem. And I haven't seen any pests since the second treatment.

I'm not happy with Terminix right now because nobody has come to drill the holes for the termite job that I paid for. I've been waiting and waiting. I tried to call the guy that came over and did the contract but I couldn't get in touch with him. I would like to have somebody come out and do what they said they were gonna do. It was a $1,800 deal and Terminix is billing me monthly for it. If I don't hear from anybody in the next week or so, I’ll probably cancel their service. I'm very dissatisfied.

Pantea is very outstanding. He is knowledgeable, kind and professional. He knows the detail and takes his time to explain to you. He is really an asset to Terminix. I would like to see more of him coming to my house. This is the first time I've had such a great experience in all the years that I've been with Terminix. This man deserves a medal.
Terminix handles the pest activity excellently because I've had a lot of big waterbugs, and over the years, I could see a decrease, but I was hoping they would all go away. I have to continue the service, especially in the summer months, to really see improvement. But overall, I had satisfaction with the bugs. They do a great service and they have some great employees. But I noticed that their price is going up. Now, it's up to 168.

The customer service has been great so far. I've had to call a few times and get some people out and it's been quick and easy. So, I've enjoyed it a ton. The technicians have been great. I've had an ant problem, but it has progressively gotten better. If you have pest issues, Terminix do whatever they can to help you out. They're quick to respond to your needs. So, it's been good.
