Terminix comes every month. I like the tech. He's very nice. However, I don’t think I’ve seen any bugs until he sprayed and one came out which I didn't like. Also, I don't like the recording when they call to confirm an appointment. I wish it was a real person because sometimes I have to reschedule and it would be easier to do that right on the phone rather than having to dig their number. Everything else has been positive.

When I started out with Terminix, they inspected my house and everything was okay. However some termites showed up a little bit later and they came out, did everything and it didn't cost me a penny. I love them. Also, there's no problem with scheduling - they notify me when the time is ready. Rescheduling is a breeze too. They're supposed to come sometime May or June but just recently, I had my termite inspection because my neighbor was tented and I found some bugs in my trees. And they're coming out Monday. Their tech guys have been very nice, friendly, courteous and efficient as well. It has been absolutely fabulous with Terminix.

Terminix has not been my friend. A year ago, I bought a package insulation and encapsulation in my basement. Their reps were all just as nice as could be, and told me it'll get done. However, they never got it finished, but were hounding me to pay the bill in three months. I told them I'm not paying it because it's not done. It went on forever and they finally finished it with this last visit with the guy that came out. It has not been an experience that I would want to go through again. Overall, I'm not dissatisfied with Terminix, but I don't know if I would recommend them.

I'm very satisfied with Terminix. I only wish that they didn't cost so much but I have to pay the price if I really wanted to get rid of the bugs. We have a routine schedule with them but when I'm not due to have them come out, I call and ask for an extra treatment on some things. So far, everything’s just as I need them and they seem to have gotten them all.

The people from Terminix who come to my home are always friendly and seem to do a pretty thorough job. Scheduling has been pretty good and talking with their reps have been great. With Terminix, it's been better than expected.

I have been a customer now for several years for both pest control and termite protection. The technician that does my house is professional, accommodating, friendly and punctual. That's why I keep renewing your services!

I've had mice in my garage, and all those people from Terminix who have come out have been really great. They've been friendly and attentive to listen to what my concerns were. Some have gone above and beyond to move stuff around and really address whatever was bothering me. The scheduling has been really good. I've been pretty flexible because I'm retired. But there have been times whenever I needed them to come soon just for my peace of mind and Terminix has been able to do that. It took a little while to control because I had a huge problem but it's gotten better for sure. And now I'm almost to where I don't even think about it. It seems they're really particular about who they hire and their training. That's evident to me, and I appreciate that. It's really been excellent and I've been very happy.

I've been using Terminix for years and they come every so often and do the treatment. They're timely and are always here when they say they're going to be here. Excellent and I'm very happy.

Terminix was great. I used to call them only when I notice a problem, but it's more of a routine service now. I like Terminix and I won't use anyone else.

I've had Terminix for five years. I met my "bug guy" one time in five years and we have a very trustworthy relationship. He knows where the keys are at, comes in, and does his assignment. I hear from him when he comes and when he leaves. He's very informative and if he sees something, he lets me know. He keeps me updated although I don't see him. I'm completely satisfied with Terminix.

We haven't had Terminix's service in a whole long time, but so far it's been okay with them. We don't have bugs anymore which is a good thing. The thing that bothered me the most was we had a roach in the kitchen and that was scary for me. They sprayed, did a good job, and I don't have roaches in my kitchen anymore. Also, I had a little thing that looked like a seed pack. It was an unusual-looking little tiny thing. We moved the bed out and Terminix sprayed all behind the bed, and I haven't any more of those bugs come in. That's comforting too, because I don't like bugs inside my house. I also got them to spray all the doors particularly because as I open the door, sometimes I get bugs. And right at the front of our house, we have these big windows by the door and it had little tiny bugs that had made their way to the window. Bugs like and go to the light. They're gone too, so I'm very pleased.

Terminix got rid of most of the bugs and their technician was fine, too.

I really like the reps at Terminix. They come out every couple of months to spray. They're very convenient and they usually call a few days before they come out. They were wonderful. In fact, I have recommended them to others.

We never had any problems with pest, we're just maintaining it with Terminix. Their price was not very good, it was more reasonable before. But they keep changing prices so I'm not too happy. However, Terminix technicians do a good job. We had a little problem there with our regular service guy that he was gone, and then they had somebody else, but the last three times, it's been good. Overall, I'm satisfied.

I had a young gentleman named Tim come out to treat termites in my garage and this was outside their routine service. The technician was very understanding and appreciated the situation fully. He also put pellets in the wood and told me that Terminix would call me within two weeks, although I haven’t received a call yet for an inspection to make sure the termites are checked. I told him that I pay the annual insurance premium for them to inspect for termites and I’ve been telling them for three years I had it but nobody would believe me. My daughter had moved in some furniture in the garage and within 12 days, it was covered with termite dust. We called and Terminix was very responsive in coming out. We set up a date and it was fine, but it takes an act of congress to get them to believe you. I indeed had termites in my garage.

We've known about Terminix for years and have used them for about 20 years now. I had another provider before Terminix and Terminix is much better. Everything is pre-scheduled. They usually contact me and let me know by email that they're coming in to do whatever service needs to be done on a normal basis. The guys who do the spraying were great - always prompt and cordial. I have recommended Terminix to quite a few people. In fact, my mother now uses them in Lawrenceburg because of us. They're a good company to deal with.

So far, we are happy with our service. Terminix had been easy to deal with. We were having trouble with carpenter ants. Haven't seen one in months now.

I've had an excellent experience with Terminix. The pest activity here has been 100% better since I started their service. The reps are very helpful and pleasant and I talk to their nice technician all the time.

The technicians from Terminix are really good - always friendly and professional. We usually have the same person that comes out but this other guy came out because I had to call again. My house is at the end of the woods so we get a lot of stuff. They're always really good to come back out when I need them.

The Terminix employees always do a good job and gets rid of the roaches in my house.

We recently had the initial visit from Terminix. The rep I spoke to over the phone was great and friendly, and the tech we had was also nice. However, I saw some pest activity the other night so I wanted to call to let them know. I haven't gotten any calls from them to check up, which I wish they would, because it would help me out instead of me having to schedule time to call them. Nevertheless, Terminix has been satisfactory.

I had mice and bugs before calling Terminix. Scheduling a visit has been great. The technicians have been very good, friendly and cooperative. I've not seen any more bugs and the mice are few and far between.

Our money is well spent with Terminix. They're very knowledgeable and courteous. They come in and do what they're supposed to do. They chat a little bit and they're friendly. Terminix comes once a month because we had to buy a program for a year and they just put it on Visa every month. They call and tell me when they're coming and they are right on time. They spray outside, inside, our attic, and the shed because they found those recluse spiders everywhere.

Terminix was already with the house when we bought it so we continued with them. We had the schedules set up and they contact us again before they come which has been convenient for us. Their technicians are friendly and professional and we have not had any problems with pests.

Since we had our service with Terminix, the issue that we had was immediately eradicated. What we are doing now is, more or less, for maintenance and issues that we see occasionally. We will see a bug here, a bug there and it’s taken care of. We live in a south suburban area. We’ve had a lot of rain and other issues where we’re going to have more of a problem with bugs. In addition, the technician was very knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and personable, and was on time and he did what we asked him to do. Our services with them are performed routinely, but if the time that they had scheduled us is inappropriate, we can easily change it. Terminix is excellent and I would recommend them.

In the almost three years that we had Terminix, we've always had the same technician. He's wonderful and we love him. Terminix call us about three to four days ahead of time and say that they've scheduled us for a certain day and if that doesn't work, we call them back. Fortunately, it always seems to be fine. We're happy with Terminix.

I recently had routine service from Terminix. However, the scheduling for their service is not to my liking because they call and it's an automated thing that's telling me when they're going to come. I'm the consumer and I'm going to tell them when they're going to come so I have to turn around and call them back and nine times out of ten times to schedule a different time. But apart from the operating services that they have chosen to use, their representatives that are here locally are fantastic. I've also had several different techs that have truly been gentlemen. They were very nice and considerate. They let me know when they arrive, when they leave, what was going on and what they were going to do.

Usually we are not present to witness the technician and his method of operation but so far satisfied that the ant population is under control. We have however noticed an occasional earwig inside the house. But overall, I'd say Terminix is doing a decent job. If we are home on an upcoming visit I might have him spray in the garage for Black Widows as I know they are present.

Terminix visits us quarterly. They send me an email when they're coming out weeks ahead of time. Needless to say, scheduling a service has been great. We have two technicians and both have been great. I like them very much. And, everything has been better than before since using their service.

When we moved into our house, we had a lot of bugs and spiders in the attic and basement. We got the whole Terminix package for termites and everything. We were getting different technicians in the beginning but David has been out here the last few times. The techs were all very friendly but David is very thorough and explained stuff to me if I had questions. I was also very pleased with the supervisor. They’re just very nice and humble. By the experience that I’ve had, I would highly recommend Terminix to anyone. They've been awesome and we're highly satisfied.

We have our service with Terminix performed routinely. On our most recent service, the technician came in and did everything he was supposed to do. He went around the outside of the house and there was no problem at all. I talk to him once in awhile when he's here and tell him what we've been having any problems with. We get along quite well. Also, when he says he's coming, he's usually here at that time. He gives me a call and tells me he's on his way. Since having them, we don't have anything flying around and bothering anybody, so we're doing all right.

I needed somebody to take care of a termite problem that I was having so I went with Terminix as they're a big name in the industry. They schedule me regularly and if they won't be able to make it they always call me and let me know. They come and inspect the house for any new termite activity, crawl around and underneath it. I also got spiders inside the house and had them put insulation in the attic. They noticed the brown recluse spiders up there and had all of that taken care of. We also had a bit of a roach problem but they got that under control too. They're very satisfactory and I'd recommend them.

I have been with Terminix for three years. I was with another pest control provider before switching to them, and Terminix was a lot better because of my communication with the person who comes over. He is helpful and we’re on a first-name basis. It's been a good customer relationship and I haven’t had any issues with pest activity since the last service.

After talking with my local office, all issues have been taken care of, Issues I had were computer issues, they said they were not aware of problems. They will not happen again. I did state that I was happy with their service, I always got what I paid for. I am thankful this is taken care of.

I have been with Terminix for a year and every three months, their technicians come to service our home. They also give me a phone call or an email a few days before they visit.

Our experience is always good with Terminix. They take care of any issues that we may have. They always call and give me a heads up that they’re coming. They always show up when they say they’re going to and leave us a little paper statement that says they’ve been here and what they did. The technician is always pleasant and very professional and I couldn’t ask for anything better. I rarely see him because he usually stays outside and we’re gone more often when they come. But if we are here, he’ll ring the bell and let me know that they’re here and I appreciate that. Since having Terminix, we have hardly any pest activity inside. If there’s anything, it’ll be something that’s already dead. We also had a mouse issue several years ago and Terminix came right out and helped us.

We’ve been with Terminix for 25 years. We have a quarterly pest control and an annual termite control through them, and they contact me a few days prior to their visit. My experience with their technicians has been very satisfactory. They were on time, professional, and knowledgeable about what they’re doing.

We are now on our second time with Terminix that does a routine service for us. The rep we talked to was pleasant, informative when I have questions, friendly and courteous. The technician was professional and knowledgeable, and he also mentioned what type of roaches spreads and hatches. Everything was ok and we have recommended them to our neighbor.

I've been with Terminix for many years. I schedule services with them online and I like my tech very much. He's a great guy. Overall, the pest activity here at home has been better with them.

I've had Terminix for 18 years since we moved to Mississippi. They offered the best products for the price when we were calling around getting estimates. Now, I have a contract with them and they do their thing. If I do have a problem which is rare, they always come right out and handle it. So far, we have very minimal pest activity. However, their cost is a little more on the spendy side.

Terminix is a wonderful company, and they do their job right. When I signed up for them, I had a great experience with their sales rep. The technician is a wonderful worker and punctual. My place was infested before, but now I can say goodbye to those creatures. I’m satisfied with all the service they gave me.

My service with Terminix is done routinely. Their staff are courteous and friendly, and if I have special requests the technician is open and willing to assist. Since my service with them, I don't see any bugs anymore. Sometimes, Terminix seems to be a little pricey, but I guess that's the way they do business.

Terminix has been prompt and they follow up for the few years that I have them. The technicians are really nice, punctual, and professional. If I need to spray or if I see bugs that I haven’t seen before, I always tell them about it and let them take care of it. Previously though, I had a part-time job and they had a new person who came after I went to work. He didn't realize that so he couldn’t get in the house. I had to call them back and somebody who was in charge came out and did my house so they got that settled. I’m not working anymore so that’s not going to be a problem again.

Terminix sends me an email about the schedule of my service and they let me know that they’re gonna be out on a certain date between certain times and make sure that the pests are not out during that time. Everyone I’ve come in contact with has been very friendly and courteous. Recently they came out for our quarterly outside inspection and our guy always knocks on the door, tells me what he’s gonna do and then he asks me if I want him to check back in or just to leave the receipt on the door. And I always say, “Leave it on the door,” and that’s where I find it. So he goes around the house and does whatever he does. He wipes away the spiders and spray something, like for ground bees. They came back twice and did that for us, and if we have other problems they come. There are less spiders and crickets now, and they are professional.

Terminix emails me to tell me when they're coming. If the schedule is not good for me, I have the option of phoning them for a reschedule. I have the agent's phone number, too. For many years, we have the same technician and we love him to death. He's professional, knowledgeable, and punctual.

I have Terminix for two years and I can say that they are great. Greg the technician is very thorough. He goes to our house on a quarterly basis and he gives me a detailed evaluation of what's occurring and what he has done to rectify the issue. Meanwhile, their reps are very knowledgeable and flexible. Pests are a zero issue now in my tenant's house.

We have service from Terminix every three months. The only thing I would consider a problem is that I'm scheduled too early. If they'll say, "Your service is scheduled for such and such a date," I'll say, "That seems a bit early." I'll go look it up on the calendar and it's like three weeks before it's due so I call and reschedule. Everything else has gone well. We've had them since we lived in Maryland, which was 11 plus years ago. It's a little bit costly but worth it. We've always been treated well. I have not had any problems and if I ever do, I know I can just call them and they'll be right out. I've always been satisfied and happy with the results. We'll continue to give them our business.

We have long since used Terminix for two houses - a three-story one where I lived in for twenty years, had rented out and finally sold, and a newly bought one-story that we eventually moved into. Scheduling our service with them has been routine. We haven't had any problems for years. A year and a half ago, their technician went up in our attic and mentioned that there was not that much insulation. He mentioned that Terminix has started installing insulation and recommended that we do it, and we had him come in. They filled the attic with insulation. We also didn't have any over our garage so they put stuff in there. It has been good with them.

I've used Terminix for the last 20 years and they've always been the same. They show up on time, are very friendly and they take care of anything we need if there's an additional request when they get here. They call or send me an email and tell me when they will be here. And if the schedule doesn't work for me, I get in touch with them. They usually spray the outside. They also took care of one of the problems we've had. We had a problem with palmetto bugs inside, but they sprayed them and they have been gone since then. Overall, they're helpful, prompt and professional.

I’m a satisfied customer. I’ve had Terminix since 2000. I had Sears before but Terminix bought the service and I paid an extra $3000 to guarantee that this house was termite-clear when I moved in and nd I’ve just always kept the service up. I had somebody call me this morning wanting to change the service and I told them absolutely not. They guaranteed this when I bought the house. The technicians do an excellent job. They're here if they tell me they're going to be here and if they’re going to be late, they always call me. I’ve not had any trouble since the last service.

Terminix does our monthly pest control spray and they notify us over the phone before they come. Their technician is very good and he takes his time. He explains what he's noticed and if he sees a problem, he points it out to us. So we've been very impressed with him. We've not had any problems ever since.

I like the tech who comes out from Terminix. He’s very professional, does a very good job, and takes care of business. He’s also come out every time I’ve called or needed him. He even came here when he was on vacation ‘cause I had some issues. I was very pleased and I can’t say enough about him. I would definitely recommend Terminix.

We had a problem for a while with some little ants but our Terminix technician got that figured out finally and those were gone. When we've had extra problems with another thing, they came out and did that as well. Scheduling used to be a problem before but it's all worked out now so everything's fine. When they set up schedules that sometimes are inconvenient for us, I go online and change the scheduling time which worked out okay.

Terminix came out to do the annual inspection and their technician is very pleasant, clean and does a great job. However, their web-based reporting of my service appointment doesn't work very well. This is the second year in a row where they say that they will send it to my email, and when I get there, nothing opens up. Nevertheless, they’re very good.

We've had Terminix for few years and we're happy with it. The technicians have always been very friendly and helpful. We've had some situations where they would have to come out, not on a routine, and they've always done a very good job. We've been very satisfied.

My overall experience with Terminix has been great, including the technician, Mark, who does the service. I would recommend them to a friend.

We just moved down here from St. Louis in November and have been with Terminix for a few months. Their technicians were good. The house had no attic insulation and we had Terminix put insulation in our attic. I found out from one of the guys that they do that and they did well. They've contained the pest activity here.

I had bed bugs and Terminix came out to do an assessment. They said they'll be out on such and such date and they did, which was really cool. However, they were supposed to put mattress covers on certain beds. That didn't happen but it wasn't a big deal. They also said that they were going to come back in two weeks and they never did. When I called back, they said that I had to schedule it. That wasn't the impression I had. I tried to schedule the visit which was on a time limit and they showed up 30 minutes late so I had to reschedule. Then the tech did show up on time like he was supposed to but it had already been about three weeks to a month after the scheduled date. Lucky for me, I don't have any more bed bugs. Other than that, the guys that came out to spray for roaches were very professional, very nice, and did a really good job. It was a great experience all in all - it was awesome.

Terminix comes quarterly and our recent experience like all the other ones has been very good. Their technicians are always very cooperative, friendly and courteous. They're all very thorough, willing to listen to what we're saying and react on what kind of feedback we're giving them. We're very pleased with the technicians. My one little complaint is we're in Manhattan, New York City and when the technicians say, "We're coming between 10:00 and 12:00 in the morning," they don't mean between 10:00 and 12:00. They mean any time that day. They have a hard time keeping to their schedule because of the traffic and lack of parking in the big city. Now, on the plus side, our current technician calls about an hour before he thinks he's gonna arrive. Sometimes it takes him two hours but he's trying to do his best to get here within reasonable time. We've had no problems at all with pests since. I'm a very happy Terminix customer.

We had a positive and very consistent experience with Terminix. The technician was very respectable and professional, and the pest activity in our home died off completely after their second visit. We are in the process of moving and we are going to have Terminix continue service at the new house. We’re not going to have a pest inspection done. Instead, we’re going to rely on Terminix with their quality to take care of everything.

Terminix recently treated our yard. Their technicians have been good and professional. In terms of scheduling their visits, they call and leave a message. If we have a problem with the date, we call them back and they re-arrange it. Since their service, we don't have too many pests now.

We've had Terminix for 17 years now and all their techs who have come out have been nice. Service is usually pretty good other than the fact that we did go through a lot of technicians. Once we get used to one, they're gone. It's not their fault, though. We just live in a rural area.

I have Terminix spray outside my house every three months, and they've done that for the last six years. They also take care of my home, so they've taken care of my health for at least 20 years. I've known the technician for quite some time and he's very nice. I like the job that he does.

Newton, the Terminix rep we had, was phenomenal and the most wonderful person in the world. We want to adopt him and make him our son. About a month or two ago, he checked to see how the interior of our home was against mice, and also checked the outside. To give us a clean bill of health, he recommended some products. He didn’t take a tremendous deal of time and I didn’t feel like I was stuck here all day. He was very professional and gave us some good information.

I'll recommend Terminix to a friend because they're really nice, helpful and polite. They do a good job always. They ask me questions, I ask them too and tell them what I want. I have no problems with them.

We discovered a carpenter ant problem in our house and we called Terminix. They did take care of the carpenter ants but we also had bee problems. The contractor was getting attacked by bees and they took care of that, too. The bees were gone in probably a day and the carpenter ants disappeared in two or three days.

The young lady from Terminix was very professional and did a great job. The only thing, I didn't get a call about her visit so I did not know she was coming. And she said she didn't know why I wasn't contacted, but that was the first time. I've used Terminix for years and never had a problem scheduling any service. I also have the usual pleasantries and conversation with their technician. I've always been very satisfied with them. They're great.

Terminix's most recent visit to our home was very successful. I talked to the technician and he seemed to do what I told him. He went all through the house and kitchen really well. He also went outside and sprayed around the house. He definitely did a very good job.

We had a flea problem and Terminix came, sprayed a number of times and it's been fine since then. Scheduling the service over the phone was relatively easy and the rep was good.

I've had great service with Terminix. Their tech came in for service three months ago. Scheduling their service is easy and I usually do it with their friendly reps over the phone or on the internet sometimes. I’ve had Kenneth and Shawn come out for the previous visits and they were both great. They pointed out places where insects or rodents may get in the house and told me what I can do. Ever since we had their service, I don’t see little bugs here anymore.

We had a parrot and when I got the cage, it came with roaches, and we have been finding them for several years. That's when I realized that even though you're a very clean person, you can still have cockroaches. It's gross and I got tired of it. So Terminix took care of it, and we got rid of the bird too so I don't have to worry about the roaches ever coming back.

I tried and tried close to a year to get rid of pests but I couldn't do it, so I called Terminix and it took them 11 months to get rid of them. Their technician came out last month and sprayed in and around the house. He comes every three months and I was through with Terminix if they hadn't done something. And it looks to me like the technician could have done early on what he finally did at the last. However, other than that bed bug experience, everything else has been great.

I have regular scheduled visits from Terminix. They come during the day when I'm not home and pest activity has been pretty minimal since having their service. I would recommend them.

Terminix came out for a regular check up. They don't bother me if they don't come in the house but I go out if I have questions or concerns that are out of the ordinary and they always has taken care of it for me. We've been customers for a while and we're pleased with their service. For the schedule, they usually email me and I can change it easily online. Terminix is dependable and thorough.

We've had Terminix for several years now and we're happy with what they do. Recently, they were here for routine service. I usually schedule my service over the phone and the reps are always friendly, cooperative and seem to want to please. Likewise, our technicians are always good. We get to know them well and talk about families - it's a friendly time. They seem to know what they're doing and we don't have any problems whatsoever. We haven't found "little friends" since we had our service with them.

Summary: Missed appointments, time-wasting phone calls -- including being put on hold for over half an hour. We called on Tuesday and got transferred to multiple people (having to repeat everything for each person -- a time consuming process). We were told they would see us Thurs - Sat and would call back with an exact time later. We were never called. We called again on Thursday and were again transferred to multiple people and had to repeat our story. We were told they would call us by the end of the day with an exact time. Again, we were never called.

Terminix's technicians usually come before I wake up and don't bother us. They don't come inside the house unless I call them to do so. The inside's been great and the outside's been ten times better since before we had any kind of pest control. in fact, we don't have a problem with pest and termites so they're doing their job.

Terminix usually work around my schedule. I talk to the technician when he comes out to the house and he seems very nice. Three weeks ago the guy came and did the exterior spray for ants that we have. I called him back because we have ants in the inside of the house, and I don't like it. The company is good and I will continue to use them. I would also recommend them.

Terminix was very satisfactory. They came for routine service and also to put in some bait traps for termites. Scheduling a service with them was very easy. They've been friendly, knowledgeable and seem to know what the heck they're doing. Now I have hardly any pests at home. I'm very happy.

There were roaches out there that Terminix took care of. I just call them and they show up. They treated and they explained what they were doing. If I had any problems, they come right back out here and redo it again, so I haven't seen any more pests around. They did a good job.

I love Terminix. Ever since I got them, I have been nothing but satisfied. Their tech has been more than helpful. When I was having a little bit of a rat problem, he brought over some traps and helped me set some stuff up. I'm in Thousand Oaks and we have a lot of roof rats because we have a lot of vegetation. And in the last nine months, I've got about eight. With Terminix, and my dog who is a hunter, too, I haven't had any pest problems in the last couple of months.

We had a pest control service with Terminix recently. The technician did the whole outside of the house. They scheduled the service. They called me and said they're coming. The technician is quite good and very pleasant. He seemed to do a good job. For the most part, we're happy with Terminix. We had some incidents in the past where we've had bugs in the house that we were not happy about. But overall, the experience is good.

Terminix comes out every three months and they call to tell me they're coming. I let them know if I have a problem or need to change the schedule. The tech was here recently and did a wonderful job. He sprayed inside, and since it was raining, he will just come back to spray outside. He was courteous, polite and told us who he is when he got to the door and showed credentials. He's a nice guy and since having Terminix's service, we don't have pests anymore. It was a great experience.

I have a lot of Terminix services--I have mosquito, pest control and termites. But the last time they came was for a termite bomb. Their technician, Devon, that comes to my house is the best person I've ever dealt with in my life. He even knows our family. When my mother was in the hospital, he came and prayed with me for my mother. Furthermore, anytime I had to reschedule, it was not a problem with them. They ask me when it's convenient for me and they accommodated me. It was great. Since then, pests are non-existent. We had a tremendous problem with mosquitoes last summer because we were renovating the town. There were two houses behind us that had pools with stagnant water. When we had them spray the yard and had the mosquito control, we did not have any bites when we sat out in the yard. It was incredible. They're the best in the market. I wouldn't have anybody but Terminix.

Terminix is great. Once every three months, their tech comes and sprays outside the house for termites, and it's all part of the program. The tech's a good guy to work with. He always calls and is always on time.

I've had Terminix at my previous house and they've done a wonderful job taking care of pests on the outside so I moved their service to our current home. With Terminix, pest activity here has been negligible. I would highly recommend them to anybody who is interested.

Their representative calls and tells me it was time for my quarterly, annual or semi-annual check. The reps that they send to my home have been very cordial and polite, and they have real good customer relations. My rep from Terminix always calls beforehand and asks me if there’s been anything that he should be aware of before he shows up. He always does the same thing. He takes a broom around and de-webs the entire house. I get better service out of him than any other guy that comes to the house. That's my big deal with Terminix. I remember once or twice there were those little tiny ants and he addressed it right away and got rid of them. With Terminix I have a virtually nonexistent pest activity in my house.

We had a positive experience with Terminix recently. But we're in Hawaii so our expectations aren't exactly that high. It's very easy to schedule our service and I like the technician a lot. I would recommend Terminix.

My experience with Terminix wasn’t a very good one. I got a bill for something I had no idea what it’s for. And I got two bills for the same day. They recently came, looked around the outside and left something on the door. Scheduling was fine. They come around, they call and they say when they’re going to come. The service contractor has always been nice, very friendly, and do a good job. I haven’t had any pest activity since the service.

We've been with Terminix for more than 20 years and Ron, who's been our rep for some long time now, is wonderful. Since having Terminix, everything's always been excellent, or we wouldn't be paying them in advance. We would definitely recommend them.

Terminix have always been really good. They send us a note and tell us when it's scheduled and ask if we want to change it. And then Clay, the technician who comes out personally calls us on the phone and tells when he's planning to come and let us have an opportunity to change it. He's professional and courteous. Since the service, we've not seen any pests. Its been an excellent experience because of the technician.

The Terminix technician, Randall, is great. He's absolutely wonderful and I like him because he took his time and did stuff the other guys don't do. The last couple of times, he's been here to spray for the bugs and lately, the reps have been calling us and saying they're on their way the next day or so. It's always a recording, but it's been good.

I had a termite inspection recently and the guy from Terminix was awesome. He inspected everything within and out, chit-chatted and he was super nice and helpful. We've been using Terminix since we purchased our house in December 2010 and we've had termites to begin with, but now we've been termite-free and everything has been great since we've used their service.

My Terminix rep has been servicing my house for a long time and he's very good. I would recommend Terminix. It's been very good so far. However, sometimes I have to call them when it's time for my annual renewal because they want to raise the rate, which I am not happy about because I've been with them for many years. And so when they attempt to raise my rate, I'm going to say, "Bye-bye".

He always comes to the door to see if I need anything inside the house. Terminix recently did their monthly service and since then I don't have any pests inside the house. They get the job done.

We purchased a new home and shopped for a bug guy. Terminix was in the neighborhood and their pricing model was good so we decided to use them. The gentleman came over for the initial visit and told us about everything. He did the initial inspection to make sure we knew what we were dealing with and had a sprayer come the same time to do his first perimeter spray and an indoor spray. Needless to say, scheduling a service has been pleasant. I spoke to somebody and they arranged everything. The appointment took place when they told us and for the price they told us.

I’ve had pest activity years ago and I’ve always had the pest control to keep that from happening. Since I’ve been using Terminix, I haven’t had a problem. They treat my property and does a fine job. Also, they step up to their warranty. I have the termite warranty and one time, we found a spot that had termites. They came out immediately and took care of that. Overall, I'm satisfied.

I use Terminix to spray and they do a good job on it. They call every three months when they're going to come. Their guy tells me what he's going to do when he comes and sprays mostly outside and in the rooms. Sometimes, they come and inspect, too. Since I’ve been receiving their services, I don’t have ants anymore. I used to see signs of these quite often but not so much now, maybe only once or twice in a year. I'm satisfied.

We weren’t happy with the other company we're using so we changed to Terminix and our experience with them has been satisfactory. I didn't like the technician we initially had so they changed it to another one whose name was Steve. He's the best and does a great job.

I have called every service Terminix has and I don't have any pest activity since. My son bought himself a new home and asked us who we used for our extermination and we said Terminix. My son called Terminix for an estimate and made it very clear that he was calling for an estimate. The rep gave him an estimate and about a week later that Terminix rep called my son. My son said that he has chosen to go with a different firm then this rep lashed into him with four letter words and all that kind of stuff. Incredibly, I am so upset about it that I'm very seriously thinking of stopping my Terminix service. I've never been treated that way but I might be the next one. I'm not real happy about my son's experience with them.

There were spiders which used to crawl up in the bathroom wall and that was awful. That’s when we decided to get Terminix. They got rid of our spiders, and we're very happy with Terminix.

Terminix comes out every three months. I'm usually not around when the technicians come but they've always been really nice. They usually leave a message that they'll be out on an a specific day. If I'm here, the technician will stop, say hello and ask if I have any problems. If I'm not here they just leave the receipt. I don't see many bugs and spiders or anything like that since and it was for carpenter ants. They do have a bait for mice and rats. All in all, everything's fine.

We're extremely pleased with the service that Terminix provides. Our service technician, Noel, has been phenomenal and responsive. I can't say enough nice things about the gentleman. We have an issue with cave crickets but he comes and puts the traps in the basement. The scheduling is very accommodating and the price is extremely reasonable.

I've had Terminix for a number of quarters now and they have access to my house when they come. Services have been easy to schedule - I get an email from them then a confirmation via phone message. They've been thorough, communicative and very attentive in keeping me in the loop about when and where. They leave a voicemail afterwards on what they've done and if there were any issues. So far, the pest activity has been an ongoing thing since we've got a lot of wood. However, it's better now with Terminix compared to before. I had Terminix come to my son's home and they were great. They came on time, did everything necessary and I'm completely satisfied. They come out every two months and they would call the day before to confirm and then would call again about a half hour or an hour before they're here. Our service man has always done what he said he's going to do. He calls before he wants to come, and if we're not here, he'll do the outside. When we're home, he'll come back if we need to and do the inside so the service is perfect. Plus, what Terminix use works so I'm happy with them. Without question, Terminix has reduced the incidence of insects inside my homes, and also reduced the incidence of rodents beneath my home. However, the cost is very high, and training seems inconsistent. At my home in Sammamish, this is especially true. However, on Anderson Island, Pierce County, the tech who is on my route seems to be very well-trained and very caring about my property. I was required to add Termite Inspection 4 years ago, for an additional amount per year of just under $300. This covers one inspection per year, and Western Washington is not known for termites. We do have carpenter ants. Why can this variety of ants not be included in regular insect control and inspection? I have been paying more than $400 per year, per home for Insect Inspection and Control.

Since having Terminix service in our home, we have had no pest activities. They automatically call me every 60 days for the scheduled service and I've had good interactions with their technicians.

We're on a revolving schedule with Terminix. They email us saying that my service is coming up and then Justin, the technician, will give me a call when he's on his way. We live in the country so we have lots of bugs occasionally in between our rotation but with Terminix, we've managed to keep them away.

Terminix comes to our home 3-4 times a year. In fact, they were here today. The gentleman today is not our regular guy but he was very respectful. So far everyone we've had has been very respectful, courteous and thorough. They usually only do the outside so I just see them go around and spray. Our lot is almost an acre so there's a lot of trees and bushes. There's a lot of places that bugs can get into, so we had quite a bit of spiders when we first moved in. But with Terminix, they've gone down significantly. We used to have them in our old house too and we had Terminix address it as well. We have a good experience with them.

I have two Terminix plans. One for bugs and the other one is a termite plan. The technician is a very nice gentleman -- very friendly and helpful. He did a tour of everything inside and outside the house respectfully and then let me know what he's seen and what he's done and gives me the paperwork. Last time, luckily, they didn't find anything. He knows we have a dog and he uses spray that isn't toxic on dogs and make sure I don't take the dog over that area for the next half hour until the step dries.

We appreciated that our technician came when scheduled and answered all our questions thoughtfully and completely. He went beyond the required steps to identify ways we might exclude some "creatures" who come in from the cold and to protect other areas of our property. Very helpful.

Honestly, I think we would be disappointed if anyone other than Freddie ever showed up at our door.

The termite treatment guy from Terminix came to the door and I didn't have to schedule it. He had called up two days before, said he would come that day, showed up and did the exterior inspection. It's been very satisfactory through the years.

When you come in people's homes, the least you can be is courteous. I had some termites and I was explaining it to him, but they never got back to me so I had forgotten about it.

Terminix did a great job here for us and we were very happy. I followed the technician around and he was very efficient. He showed me what he did, identified all kinds of stuff, things to look for and not look for, and problems. He was called on a particular problem with some mice and he took care of that plus all those other stuff. He's also coming back here in about a week to do some other checking. It's been great. He was a very pleasant person to talk to and fun. I enjoyed the short visit that I had with him. I'm very satisfied although it's the first and the only time in my life I ever had anybody out. I would definitely call him back any time.

All of our Terminix visits lately have been regularly scheduled. We've been in our house for 11 years and we had the same technician, Mike, the entire time. Every time he comes over, we talk and get updated on our kids. He's very nice. I like having somebody that I know well enough, know a little bit more about them. It builds rapport and trust. He doesn't just come and spray and leave. He does anything he can find that needs to be done. He goes above and beyond by telling us about the new insects he found and things that we should do like doing some caulking around our window or doing some weather stripping on our door as it seemed to be getting a little old and that kind of bug can get through it. Those were the things I wasn't expecting and I always appreciate it.

Terminix comes out, sprays and takes care of the bugs. When the technicians arrive, they ring the doorbell and wait for me to come out and then let me know that they're there. And if there’s any particular area that I am having trouble with and would like for them to spray like when I was having trouble in the garage, he went through and did what he needed to do. The technician always checks with me which is cool because sometimes people come and I never know when they came and when they left.

We've had Terminix at this house for 15 years and they're wonderful when they're here when they're supposed to be. However, the gentleman that has been our rep here, who had been with us several years, left the end of last year and since then, Terminix has not been able to find or hire a full-time person to cover our area. So we've had plenty of people coming from other areas to cover it and they're trying the best they can at the present time. It'd be nice to get back to have somebody that knows the place. Everything was absolutely marvelous until this happened and it seems to be taking a lot of time to hire someone.

We had bugs so I called Terminix for an exterminator. Their technicians are nice and showed me a lot of stuff that would help me. They got rid of the bugs and it was great. They did a good job, that's why I've already recommended them to a couple more people who have them now.

The guy from Terminix who comes here every quarter is very kind and prompt to help whenever we had problems with insects coming back. He gave me his number so whenever I have any special need I can call him. I had only one problem two years ago, with somebody on the phone from the Harrisburg area. The guy was rude when he spoke to me on the phone, but I was told that this problem was solved. Other than that, it's always been a good experience with them.

I think that happened twice, but that’s been old back. I remember recording them coming and then they didn’t, but then I called and they got right on it.

Since I started service with Terminix, pests diminished quite a bit. They do routine visit but I was about to call them because I’ve seen some droppings. The only frustrating incident I had with them was when they told us they would be here at a certain time and no one showed.

The Terminix team came by to spray the exterior of our house and replace the sticky traps. They come every three months but if there's something I need them to do inside, I call them back. They've been very good and since having their service, I've had no pests at home.

We've recently had our annual termite inspection and quarterly visit. It's wonderful and we're very pleased with Terminix. We've never had a problem or delay in getting service. The customer service guys are always good. When we first got Terminix, we were in charge of either calling and scheduling appointments, or a rep would call us and ask if a service date would be good. Now, it's automated and I get an email that tells me when they're coming. If that's not a good time, I call them and they reschedule. They're always very gracious to set it up when it's convenient.
