We have routine calls from Terminix and we're totally happy because they’re very faithful. They've been sending Sonny and we've known them for years. He is their best technician and we love him.

I pay my contract with Terminix quarterly, $85. But I always get another one for three figures and I don't know if that one is for bugs and one is for termites. That’s my only problem. But they come and do what they’re supposed to do. I don’t follow them around outside as I trust them and I haven’t had any ants, bugs or termites since. I’ve not had a problem so I can’t find fault with them.

Terminix has been great. Their technicians are very good. They answer questions and they come across as human and not very point blank. They don't treat you like a person who doesn't know anything. They've been very cordial and I've never had a problem with them.

Terminix came, conquered, and left. When scheduling the service, the Terminix man was very cordial and knew what he was doing. I would recommend them.

Terminix is excellent. I have a top regard for them. Most of the time I'm not home but when their technician goes around the house, he does what he's supposed to do and leaves me a copy showing what he's done. And then occasionally when I have seen him, he's been very pleasant. I haven't had any problems with any technician or anyone else from the company.

Terminix does routine check-ups where they come in and spray our office. We don't have any problems in terms of scheduling with them. When the technicians came last time, they checked out everything and gave us a report. They came in a friendly fashion and took care of everything without disturbing anyone. We don't have a problem with pests anymore and we're happy with our experience with Terminix.

My technician from Terminix is very good and nice. Any questions I have, he's very willing to answer them for me. Anytime I've called that I needed any help, they were always there. I have no problems.

In our most recent experience with Terminix, they came here, went around, checked all the bait traps, and left a little thing in the door saying that we're fine. We haven't had much pest activity since we've had their service and every time we tell them something they looked into it and take care of it so that's nice.

We've had ants recently and Terminix has been wonderful. We've stuck with them since we bought this house and I really like the people that work there. I have no complaints whatsoever. When they say they're going to be out, they're out. The technician goes about his business. He's wonderful and we love him dearly. It's been great since the service. We haven't had any problems other than what can be expected when it gets wet outside and ants come in. We like what they do. Terminix performed well. We have recommended them.

Terminix did a follow-up on a routine visit and as usual, their technician was very efficient. He's a very polite and nice young man. Our pest situation is much better now. The service has been great and I appreciate the serviceman.

Terminix has been wonderful. Their technician was very good. He comes in and always wears his booties. He communicates with me very well, telling me if there's any problem. He's a very nice gentleman. We really like him. We've hardly had any pest activity since our last service and when I do see pests, they die instantly which is a good thing.

I hate bugs of any kind and I don't care if you can only see them with a magnifying glass. If I see one, I have a fit. So, I have Terminix come out every three months to check around, mostly in the summertime, and I’ve had no trouble with their scheduling. We had an infestation of fleas, and Terminix took care of it. Then they came back out and checked it. Now, I am waiting for a call for them to come back out and recheck the place because we’ve had an infestation of things around town here, and I’m waiting for them to schedule me a time for next week, if possible. Other than that, they’re very good, and I have no problems with them at all.

Terminix came recently as part of their routine visits. The representatives I talked to for scheduling were very knowledgeable and everything was fine with the technicians they sent as well. Everybody was polite and very friendly. We don't have pests anymore.

Our Terminix technician is always very helpful and does whatever we ask him to do. We haven't had any issues and if we do, he'll come out even if it's not a scheduled time.

I called Terminix to get rid of some bees in my house. I bought their $245 one time service with a 30-day guarantee. They got rid of the bees and then after the 30 days, they called to see if I wanted to sign up for their annual deal. Since the bees are gone and I don't have any other pests, I politely turned them down. BIG MISTAKE! Since the initial call and my decline, I have gotten another 8, yes EIGHT calls in six days! I finally blocked their 248-336-5088 number from my phone but I know they keep calling because it goes to voice mail. What do I have to do to get rid of THESE bugs?

I've been well pleased with Terminix. I'm 89 and we've had the termite contract with them for about 40 years. They're very cooperative and very nice. They check everything. I would recommend Terminix to anybody.

About month ago we had Terminix come out and spray inside the house and it was very good. The fellow that came out initially was very polite while the other one that came out and sprayed later has been out here many times. He knows us, we know him and he's a very nice person.

Terminix recently did their routine visit to our home. It's absolutely easy to schedule the service and I really enjoy dealing with the courteous technicians they've sent out. I haven't seen any mice or mini spiders ever since we've been with them.

We live in Florida and moved back 12 years ago. There are roaches and we didn't want them inside. So we've had Terminix for 12 years and it's something that we needed to do. Terminix gets the job done. If they weren't doing what they're supposed to, we wouldn't have had them keep on coming back since there are other people we could call. They put out this preventative stuff years ago. Then the Terminix technician comes out to our house every three months and sprays outside. If we have a problem inside, we let him know about it. But we've never had to have him come inside.
I had requested the Terminix technicians to make sure that we're going to be here when they show up. But at one time, we had one technician who would come whether we were here or not. Invariably, we'd come and find a tag on the door saying that he'd been here and I'm like, "How do I know that you've done anything?" Since he left, we've had no problem. Since then, the technician never comes without us being here. He always comes to the back door, knocks, and asks if there's anything that he needs to do inside. Then he gets to work, does his job, comes back, asks if we'd sign a piece of paper, and he's on his way. Since our recent service, we don't have any pest activity. The tech's going around and spraying outside the perimeter of our house and garage, and keeps whatever is outside from coming in.

Tony ** did a great job. He removed a dead rat from the attic of my house and he also sprayed a deodorizer to eliminate the bad odor from the dead rat. Then he sprayed the upper level of my home for insects. Tony was terrific!

Terminix reps are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer all of my questions. The technician they sent stays on top of everything and always stops in to tell us what he did. I've always had a very positive experience with Terminix.

We haven't had any issues with Terminix as they do a good job. They usually come down while we're at work but if we need them to reschedule, they're good with it. We really don't have any pest activity at home. It's more of a preemptive to make sure we don't.

In working with Terminix for the last two years I find that they are very proficient in what they do and that if something comes up that may cause a questions they are quick to help or locate the cause. Being in a very old neighborhood in hawaii there are a lot of rodents when people more in and out. And having this service has been a blessing all around. Thank you Shaun - job well done.

I've been satisfied with Terminix. I could call them through my cellphone to schedule the service. I got a good fellow that comes to our house, I don't know what he does when I'm not here but he does a good job when I am. That's the reason I want to know when he is coming and to show him where the problem is. I don't like them to come and spray outside just before or after it rains. The last time they sent someone, the guy sprayed and it rained right after, so I don't know if that weakens the poison. That's my only complaint.

We had a problem that began in the summer where there were fruit flies. Since Terminix comes once a month, they took care of it, and we haven’t had anything since. The technician that they sent, Terry, was wonderful -- very sweet, professional, and answers every question. Terminix is great, and we don't ever have any problems with them.

I called yesterday to schedule Terminix to rid my mom's house of a sudden mice problem. After telling me they didn’t service my area (but they actually do) and telling me they don't do mobile homes (again they do), they scheduled me for a free inspection for today between 8 and 10 am. The inspector would call before coming out. I wanted to know how soon they could treat the house but they said they wouldn’t know until after the inspection. I waited until ten thirty this morning before calling them back. Thirty minutes after the time frame. Yes, they had a record that I had called. Yes they had a record that I wanted the inspection. No, they didn’t assign a person to do the inspection. I called another company who can come out and get rid of the mice tomorrow. What a waste of my time. How incredibly rude. Why give me a time but not schedule an inspector?

Terminix has been great. Every month the technician comes by and does a thorough checking, confers with us what might be in the way or what should be done with our storage area. We have had large success as we've hardly had anything, maybe once or twice over the last 10 years, but they took care of it right away. They check in with us before and after, and are very friendly, professional and courteous.

Terminix has taken care of the things that needed taking care of that's why I have a yearly contract with them. The last time Tim (our old technician) was here, he was treating for moles. He was really great, kind, and didn't try to put anything over on you which a lot of people do especially to old ladies like me. He was terrific. Then, the new guy introduced himself. I don't really know him yet but Tim passed me on to him and said he was a good guy. He sprayed outside. Overall, Terminix has been satisfactory but their serviceman made all the difference in the world so I would recommend them.

I have scheduled service once every three months. Every time they have to provide service they call us before they come and schedule the day and time without any problem. Until now, when the service guy comes to my house, they are very good and polite. They are there taking care of my home. Terminix is a good company who takes care of the customer.

We have a contract with Terminix locally and they come out to service us, but we don't have much personal contact with their service people. They come in and do their job, and we find them to be satisfactory. They do the spraying around the perimeter of the house while looking for ants, cockroaches and little bugs. We've had no problems with them.

The Terminix guys come to my house every three months and they've always done a very good job. They did a great job recently. They went in every room in my house, then they sprayed outside. The man from Terminix always comes out early morning, and he’s super friendly. We’re comfortable with him being here, since he’s been the same guy. We’ve had a couple of reoccurring issues, but he handled the problems, and if anything pops up, we let him know and he takes care of it. He always makes sure to update us if he did anything, and does a great job. I’d recommend the company to anyone.

I told Terminix I had issues with ants. The tech who came to our house was nice. However, I got more ants outside the house since the service and they're coming back for that. Nevertheless, they have been good to me and I love them.

Terminix is a company who comes and sprays for bugs. When the technician comes and we're not here, he sprays, does his job and leaves. We only know he’s been here because he sticks a little sticker in the yard. But when we’re here, he’ll stop in and say hi and check to make sure everything’s okay, that we don’t need any additional services. And occasionally if there’s a special offer going on or some kind of deal about insulating my house, then he’ll make that offer to us. He’s a good guy. Generally it’s a positive and excellent experience. We don’t have bugs and that's good.

Everything went well with Terminix. A technician went, told me who he was and went around the house outside, sprayed what he was suppose to spray or whatever he was suppose to do. I haven’t had any kind of pest in the house, it was a pre-emptive service. I'm very happy with them.

My experience with Terminix has been excellent. I've had them for many years and I've been very satisfied. The technician recently came in and sprayed the house for insects and also checked the little boxes where he has the food for mice. No pests at all. He's always very pleasant, efficient and a joy to have when he comes to visit.

I had some bugs last week, so Terminix came out and sprayed them. The technician that they sent was polite and courteous, and I haven't noticed anything since he was here. The company is doing a good job for me, so I’d recommend them.

Terminix has some serious management and customer service problems. After 20 years of both termite and pest control contracts, my only request was to be called the day before the Terminix scheduled date with a specific technician arrival time so I could make work arrangements. None of this occurred for the latest termite and pest control services. The termite service never occurred. For the pest control a new technician arrived 3+ hours after the Terminix corporate scheduled time emailed to me and I had to tell him the areas to treat, which he only gave an occasional squirt from a spray can.
Not only did the new technician not seem to know what to do, I had not been notified that there would be a new technician. When asked about the regular technician I was informed he had retired. It seems that common courtesy for a service organization should be to notify the client of a change in staff as well as procedure. This is not the first occasion I have experienced with Terminix. They have been consistently unresponsive to the client.

I have a person coming in quarterly from Terminix for pest control and it’s a good experience and one that I want to keep. I also had an experience with bedbugs and someone to do that, and that had proven to be successful, too. Overall, I’m very pleased with the things that I’m doing with Terminix.

We didn't get to talk much to the technician during this last visit but he always does a good job. He's also professional and very nice. Terminix has done us good. Every once in a while, we still see a few pests like a little silverfish around the bathroom area but the technician had given me a bottle to spray if I ever saw something. They would also come back again if needed, so it's fine.

The technicians from Terminix have been coming all the time as per normal schedule. We've had three different technicians come out in the last couple of years. We had one for a long time and then lately it's been somebody new who calls before he comes. They're doing a good job since the pests are not bothering us anymore.

I have been a Terminix customer for 10 (?) years. I have never had a re-ocurrence of termites, flying or carpenter ants. It is honestly a service I don't think much about. I always get a heads up for my quarterly exterior inspections. Once a year, Terminix needs access to the house for an interior inspection. I find Terminix to be accommodating, professional. I would recommend Terminix without hesitation.

I've had good service, just a few bad experiences. Terminix is pretty much unconcerned about meeting schedules. But I still like them, they're a good outfit. My Terminix representative is wonderful and since using the service I haven't had any pest activity at home.

We love Terminix. We have a church account with them, and the contract is for the next 10 years. We don't have any problems with Terminix. Our experience with Terminix has always been good. They're good people. They always come out on a timely manner and when they say they'll come, they always show up. The technician comes out once a month to spray our church for roaches and other rodents. The service, thanks to the good Lord, is just every once in awhile. You see bugs everywhere no matter where you go. That's it. They'd be dead so the spraying must be doing its job. Our experience with Terminix was wonderful. We don't have any problems with them. They always come out when they say theyre coming and they do what they say they're gonna do.

Terminix comes every first Saturday of the month and the pest control that they do is working. We have very minimal pest activity since the last service call. Every once in a while, we see sugar ants but Terminix doesn’t spray for those.

I always have a fine experience with Terminix. However, nobody's ever called me to say that someone is going to be around. Luckily, I'm home most of the time, but I should get a call to make sure I am home. But other that that, their technician was fine, very nice and a polite young man. Since the last service, it's been pretty good. I haven't had any roaches in my house and there's a couple of dead ones or half dead out in my lanai. I would recommend them to friends.

Terminix have been real good about coming. They come here, do their job and they do it good. And all of their technicians have been really nice. I've had a few little boxelder bugs coming on the door at the back, but they come out for a few days then they were gone. I guess it’s the sun shining on the window and they come there but I haven't had any coming in the house.

I'm a new customer to Terminix. This company reminds me of my Navy days back when your recruiter promised you the world! To start things off, I was billed twice for the same service in the same day. Everything the technician promised was far from the truth. Because we were still having a problem, I tried to set up the promised "free service call" but since it's free, I was. And no call, no show two days in a row!
The outstanding customer service makes all the excuses in the world except we will resolve this issue, or like any good company with the Better Business Bureau, we will get a manager out to handle this issue first hand. The branch manager was sent an email 3 times to call us. He called once and left a voicemail saying he would call back, never called back or left a callback number! So if you’re thinking a big company will take care of you like promised maybe you should reconsider and go with a small mom and pop! Seems like we will be out the $ and have to file a complaint with the BBB!

I have Terminix's normal service inside and outside my house. Over time, we have gotten to know the technician they have been sending and he is really friendly. He does an excellent job and he is the best technician I’ve had. Scheduling a service with Terminix has been great and there has been no pest activity here. I would recommend them.

Terminix has taken care of us ever since we moved into the house. Since we got the service, there are a few spiders here and there but other than that, we see nothing. The Terminix tech is very nice and business-like, and he's a gentleman. He comes and does his job. Terminix is fine and I have no problems with them. They're very professional and do their job well. I recommend Terminix. The service gentleman who comes in and does the work for us goes above and beyond. He has found a lot of things for us that we weren't familiar with like a leak.

Terminix is convenient and does their job. That’s all I want and I’ve always been pleased. Every quarter, a technician comes and he sprays around our house. He comes and does his job. He’s very courteous and he goes about his work. I really I look forward for him to come around because every once in awhile I’ll see some pests and then he comes and then it doesn’t get any anymore. They always call me beforehand and let me know of the day a tech was coming. Sometimes the tech will call also. He even leaves his number and says if I need anything else, just give him a call and he’d come back. I’m very satisfied with them.

Terminix contacted me and asked me when I'll be available for my service call and they came out on time. They did everything they were supposed to do. Also, the technician who came was very professional and knew what he was doing. Since the service call, I haven't seen any pest activities - it looks good.

The Terminix representative always take very good care of me. He couldn’t be any better. He comes every 3 months, sets up and sprays. I have no problems with him. Sometimes, I have those little tiny ants but you can put a little spray in it. It gets them. But otherwise, I have nothing to complain about the service. Since I've had them, I've always had real good service and I would recommend them to any friend I have.

Terminix would come every other month or so. I had two services with them, one for termites and one for ants and spiders and whatnot. The technician that was sent to my was very good. I haven't had any pest activity since my service. I would recommend them to a friend.

Terminix services are fast, professional, and thorough. The man that went to our store was nice, personable, and well-groomed. He did his job, went all around the store. We have no pests inside now. It was a pleasant experience.

We've got Terminix for several years and they come in once a month to spray, so I don't ever worry about scheduling anything. They show up to do their work and they're always courteous. The guy that does the work is well-mannered and we talk a little bit about what's going on here and there, then he goes on and does his own stuff. We find some dead pests every now and then and since having the service, we don't ever see any pest activity. Terminix has given us excellent service and we recommend them to whoever we see.

Terminix comes on the third Monday of every month to our facility and I'm happy with the experience. I go with the technician to all the rooms. We spray 50 apartment units.

Our experience with Terminix was very good overall and our most recent experience with them was okay. The Terminix representative that I spoke with when scheduling our service was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable and the tech who's sent to our home to spray is very nice.

I've known the Terminix rep for years. He does a great job. He just comes in, and he does his thing, we chat a little, and I tell him I don't have any problems and he moves on. I think we're on some sort of rotation so I have never had to schedule it. I had no pest activity since my last call.

A technician was here recently after I called Terminix and asked for them to come over and spray for spiders because I was getting so many in the house. He's always very nice and I have no problems with him. I haven't seen any spiders since then.

Terminix came while I was gone. We haven't had any problems although I haven't talked to their reps since it's been a while when they came back here. My husband told me everything was okay, but I don't know if they looked at it or not because he has Alzheimer's and was here by himself. Nevertheless, everything is fine.

The technician rang my house bell and I didn't answer. I later observed from my window he walked around the premises, but didn't apply any spray. With that said I got a bill for his visit and observed on the bill he billed me for the same product that he applied one month prior. I contacted Terminix was told they couldn't do anything to help resolve the situation. I mentioned to the customer service rep that the tech came out to my home two months in row, and was told they were catching up on the quarterly treatments. I disagree with their so call month to month application of the same product when it is meant to be quarterly. In addition I am upset over being billed for services not rendered. I am disappointed with Terminix. I will definitely not use this company again.

We don't schedule service calls from Terminix. We have a basis that they've set every once a quarter or once every two months. Recently, they called beforehand and then came on time. They're done; however, the ants were still a little active because of the really hot weather we had. Other than that, the experience has been perfect. Their techs are always friendly too. They leave the invoice in the mailbox and we've had no problems.

I have the termite protection with Terminix and they quarterly come to spray the outside of the house. And if I want them to spray inside, I'd ask them to. However, I have 3 or 4 accounts with Terminix, and they don't tell me which house they're gonna service when they call to tell me that they’re coming. It would be good if the recording would tell me which house they’re gonna serve on a certain day. At the Kingwood house, we discovered that there were some silver fish in the kitchen, so that needs to be taken care of.

I would definitely recommend Terminix. They were here because we had a mouse and moth issue. They were very professional, very responsive when scheduling a service. Their technician was very knowledgeable, trustworthy but also insightful as far as how to tackle this problem with mice that is very educational in nature but also service-oriented. The pest activity definitely reduced since then but we need them back out again because the construction site across our street are gonna come again to do some of the outside ceiling work and the field mice are moving over here. So we need to schedule that.

The guy from Terminix was here when I was out of the house. The service call was scheduled for me and I had to adapt to that. But since most recent service, everything's been fine apart from having to fight with one big cockroach. Overall, it's been very good with them.

I don't have problems in scheduling service with Terminix. They usually show up when they say that they are coming, but they may have the time off about an hour or two sometimes. In addition, their technicians are friendly, talkative and very efficient in what they do. Now, we don't have any pest problems like we did before they started treating the house. The technician from Terminix was very polite and he explained to me what he was going to do, asked me what I needed, what I've been seeing. He went on about his business and wasn't here too long. I'm an old person on a walker and when he came in, he visited me. He was asking me about that and how it was going. We appreciate that when we're pretty much homebound. I had an appointment set up for 8-10 am Saturday, I waited until 11 and called the 800 number asking about my service. They transferred me to the local office, where I waited for 59 minutes for someone to answer. She sent a message to service person and the manager of that office supposedly. I have hear nothing back yet and it is Sunday evening 7pm. I hope to get a call tomorrow apologizing for their discourtesy and promptly rescheduling.

I'm having problems with Terminix. I've used them for many years but they kept raising their rates until it got over $100 for spray job. So I just said, "No, I'm not paying that much anymore." So they lowered it to $100. They came out here again and sprayed, gave me the bill, 105 bucks. I called them and I was told that my rate is $93. I'm having a little problem with money. I just got on another scam from another company. I'm getting older and I cant afford it because I'm on a fixed income.
I like Terminix and I've always liked the people there. They had one guy that come out and sprayed one of my houses and I thought, $1100 to spray? But he said I had some termites in my garage and it might spread to the house, so he sprayed the whole house. So I said okay. But other than that, it just seems like every time I turn around, I get gouged by different companies not just Terminix. If they wanna keep a customer, they don't sit around and gouge them.

I had ants and James from Terminix came and sprayed thoroughly for them. I've had no problem scheduling with them and I always get James to do the work. He is always very caring and good at finding where the ants' nest are and I feel very confident after he sprayed. However, the ants came back and I have called them to make an appointment but I cancelled because it rained, so I have to call them back. Overall, my experience with Terminix has always been very good. I have contracted with them to do the termites inside and it will be interesting to know how they would do that.

Spiders and ants are the only things we have trouble with and we got Terminix to deal with them. I've never had to call them, the representative always comes every few months. Terminix simply sets up appointments and I only need to make sure that we are here when their representative comes. We enjoy the representative since he's always been nice, polite and considerate.

It was easy scheduling for Terminix service. Their representative came last month and he sprayed where he had to. It went well. We still have an issue with spiders but the pest activity has gone down since Terminix took care of it. They're doing a good job and they're very professional and to the point. Terminix was great, but we're still working on it and hopefully we've caught them. I had hired somebody else before and we've fought the pests off and on for about a year and I got tired of it. I then hired Terminix and there were a lot of things that he didn't do that Terminix did and I'm assuming he should have and they've been out here 3 or 4 times. Right now, it looks like they don't have to come anymore but if they do, we're gonna devise another plan though it looks good now. Moreover, Devon who did most of the spraying was very polite and if I had a question, he took his time to answer. If I still didn't understand, he took a little bit more time. I had a little problem with one guy and we got that worked out and it wasn't a big issue. I'm an old lady and I don't take things as well as I used to. Anyway, they've been very good and they seem to know what they're doing.

My experience with Terminix was good. I had them come in for a service call because I was seeing spiders. I've seen bunch of little ants that hole things along the side of my cement. I told him ants are really a problem. But I noticed that on his little paper he wrote he didn't see signs of ants. I asked if he could spray up in the attic. He said "No" because they don't go up in the attics. The other two techs that had done it before and would go up in the attic and spray for me. I'd provide the ladder and they'd do it. The service is okay. I guess I'm not as comfortable with him as I have been with the other two techs from before.

I had an excellent experience with Terminix. Scheduling was very easy - I just called them, they set the appointment, and it all went very well. Moreover, the contractor that they sent was very professional, knowledgeable and did his job well. After the service, I’ve seen a lot of dead bugs which was good. I think the service moved the ants outside in the front yard or around the house, so Terminix have to spray them again. But as far as the house goes, things are doing well. Several problems with rep service - not calling prior to and showing up without notice or call. Filing wrong reports after not servicing the property. They were not given access to house and yard and still filed a report of work done. Billing statements sent to me were not clear as to the payments and balance due. When calling I received info and sent check copy of payment and then NO follow up!? Then got dunning notices. Had several conversations with corporate in Memphis and was real difficult to get any good info with them and/or the local office who never seemed to be available.

My first experience with Terminix was okay. When they went to do a follow-up, they sent me a message saying they'd be here at a certain date, but they weren't so I had to reschedule. When I could do it on my time, the attendants said that he couldn't be here the same time I could. I said that I have to sign the papers to have it done so he came the next day to do a follow-up. Nevertheless, we haven't seen any bugs, so it's been all good since we got rid of what we needed to get rid off. I'm satisfied, but I don't understand why Terminix can't do it on a regular basis instead of having it on a yearly contract. It doesn't make sense to me because when a person decided that enough is enough, enough is enough. I haven't spoken to Terminix yet about this because it was written in a contract that I didn't want in the first place, but I might have to do that in the future.

Terminix saw no signs of termites but only look at a fraction of total footage when I discovered termites myself twenty years ago. I had 3 different companies come to find the source and none of them did. I found it myself. But in the mean time they drilled my cement porches to treat the ground because that was where they thought they were entering my house.
A year later I discovered the entry point the corner of the house and porch foundation. There were day lilies planted in the corner and blocked the view. I was the only one to pull back the leaves and discovered the mud tunnel in the corner. That's when I contracted Terminix and they have destroyed my carpenter ant infestation and have never seen any more termites since. But you need to look yourself for signs of tunnels, sawdust piles, etc. You have more time to do a much more thorough inspection. If you value your house it pays to look around yourself every 3-4 months.

We're really pleased with the technician that Terminix sent. I'm usually not here when he comes and sometimes neither my wife, so we'll leave him a key and he comes in. He's a very nice person and he does what he's supposed to do. And if we ask him to do something extra, he is happy to do it. And pest activity here has been under control since the service. A few weeks ago, we asked the Terminix technician to spray inside the house and he did, and then he went ahead and sprayed the outside. My recent experience with Terminix was good, and I never had a bad person that came out here. They were always nice. Scott, the technician has been coming for such a long time, and we really thank a lot to him. He seems to be a great guy, and we like him. The service is expensive for senior citizens, but it’s good and we try to keep the vermins away as much as possible.
We don’t have the deal for the spiders, and they’re terrible. I’ve cleaned my windows in between screens twice, and my husband gets the home of the ants and sprays around them to try to keep them down. I can clean my windows, and spiders will be back in it within a few weeks. Also every once in a while, we will see roaches. However, my grandson went to the company to try to get a job, and said that the man was rude to him. Other than that, the company’s good, techs have all been nice, even from way back since we’ve been using Terminix for years now. We haven’t had any problems with their techs, and I’d recommend them.

I try to be here when they're here but the last time I had the guy do the outside, I wasn't here but they went ahead. They even come in my garage and spray around the walls in my garage after I moved the cars out. They do a good job. They're always cordial and friendly to me. They'll talk when it gets through and if I’m not there, they always put the information that would be given me if I was here when they left, on my front door. Since the service, I don’t see anything alive. I’m pleased with them. The one thing wrong is it's too expensive.

My experience with Terminix wasn't very good. They sent a new guy and my son said that he didn't spray over here on the west side of the house and that he didn't spray the garage very good. He didn't spray in the bathrooms. It's that time of the world where it's getting cold outside and warm inside, and the little bugs are coming in. I'm getting a few spiders. However I've had Terminix for 30 years, I'll continue keeping them. I'm satisfied with them.

I tried to get an inspection for termite issues. Here are all the problems they have. After I made an appointment, Terminix called me 6 more times afterwards to "make an appointment" which I did already. I repeatedly said I already made an appoint for an inspection already. They double booked the inspector who had a staff meeting the same time he was to inspect my place. My inspection appoint was a 2 hr time slot. The inspector came 45 minutes after the time slot.
I ended up taking 5 hours of my work time off. The inspector supposedly sent the report to me via link but the link is a blank document. He tried it 2x and neither work. I called him 3 other times and he has not returned my call. His voicemail is full and I cannot leave a message. All customer service cannot get a hold of him nor is there another way to contact the branch office, "because there is no branch office". Not sure if they want a business when I cannot even get a hold of them. Right now I'm on hold for 23 minutes & counting.

I've had to call Terminix a couple of times because I've found a roach, but they've always come out quickly and resprayed. Scheduling for their service was very easy and they did it automatically. I'm very pleased with Terminix. They do a fine job. It’s the political part of it that I’ve always been unhappy with. In addition, sometimes they don’t call me and let me know they’re coming. I know when they’re due so I would call and say, “When is my schedule?” “Oh, it’s tomorrow.” “Well, it would’ve been nice if you’d have let me known.” They have sent a recording for the last couple of times they came though, and since our home has been serviced by Terminix, we don't have bugs anymore. I get big water roaches every now and then so I call them, but other than that, it's been a wonderful experience with them.

My experience with Terminix has been very simple. We've had the same guy come and put out rat traps and every month, he comes to see how they're doing, collects any dead rats and puts out new traps. But we haven't figured out where the rats are coming from and how to get rid of them other than just put out traps every month. As long as they keep to the schedule and do what they're supposed to do, I have no problem with them. I highly recommend them as they do what needs to be done.

I've not had any problems to call to bring them out other than the normal times that they come out. Since their service, I've not seen spiders - they took care of them. I've already recommended them to my niece and she says they called them.

We called Terminix about a month ago for them to take care of some bugs. They told us to take all of our stuff off the counters then their guy came, moved a couple of drawers, and told me that we should foam the inside of the cell. He was very hospitable. We did everything Terminix told us but whatever the guy put down didn't work and the bugs just increased. The guy said we'll receive a follow-up call to schedule another appointment 2 weeks from that time. I never got the phone call until around Monday, only after I called them first. I'm very unsatisfied at the moment with Terminix. I paid 100 plus dollars but I didn't get what I should have gotten with that money.

My experience with Terminix was great, they know this business. I called them for ants and spider because they won't go away no matter what. So when Terminix left a message, I called the guy they sent, Jeff, and worked out a schedule since I was taking kids to school. He was great and I hope they don't change him. Overall, I love my experience with Terminix and I won't quit from their service.

Our place was so bad when we moved in - it was terrible. We called Terminix and they called back pretty quick. They have cut down some of the problem, but still hasn't totally got rid of it. It was still a good service though.

Scheduling my recent service with Terminix was real good. It was just great. We were pleased that they let me know at least one day in advance and since the service, it's been good. I couldn't ask for much more than what they've done. They did a good job. Really efficient and nice. It was good service and we were well satisfied. I'd highly recommend them.

The fella from Terminix came today but we were not home so he just did the outside and left a message. He always comes on the day he tells us he's coming. We see cockroaches once in a while but that's part of living in the south.

I didn't have any problems before except for the minor cockroaches. I was renovating my whole house and they took out a lot of the walls. So I thought it was probably a good time to have a treatment done, and so we contacted Terminix. I've had a very good and positive experience with them. They came out as it was scheduled. The fellow was very informative on the situation with regard to pest control and I learned a lot while he was doing everything. The only slightly less positive part was I was double-billed. They said they're going to follow up and take care of it. I've called them back and spoke to the invoicing department. They said they were going to take care of it and come back to me, but they never did. So I assume that it's been taken care of and that they will credit my credit card with the amount.

A guy from Terminix, by the name of Tino, did his job well on inspecting a friend's house. Tino has been with the company for several years, and we've been enjoying him. He does a good job, we like him. Scheduling a service with Terminix went okay, they come and do their job when they say they will. Everything's good so far since the last service, and I recommend Terminix. I'm staying with them.

I had squirrels in my walls and had a Terminix rep come out. First mistake, telling him I am a widow. I have been charged over 4000.00 and still have squirrels. The contract stated they were to come out once every month. The initial service was in May and it took several weeks for them to even come out. They came back in August and sprayed around the foundation but since then I have had to call twice to advise them of the squirrels in the walls. I am now getting calls for the remaining balance of 400.00 as being late. I would never recommend Terminix to anyone going further. They prey on people and assure them they are getting the best bang for their buck which in fact they do not follow up. Very disappointed.

I have had the worse experience with Terminix since we started with them. We are only keeping them until we find another pest control company, which we did REALLY fast and couldn't be happier with them. They have horrible customer service. I have called to request a call back from a supervisor more than a handful of times and not once have I heard back from anyone. Our pest control tech is rude, walks in house with dirty shoes on, cuts you off when you try to talk, shows up when he is not supposed to, does not show up when he is supposed to or comes late, none of our pest control issues have been resolved or gotten better.
He does not know what he's doing nor does he try to help us eliminate issues we're having. He is lazy, rude and unfriendly. I have tried to resolve by requesting another tech and they "note" that in their system yet the same horrible tech continues to show up. Never can I get through to a local supervisor or terminal. They bill you without showing up and insist you extend your coverage. Complain about coming in between services. Terminix has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Problems were never resolved. Waste of money. There are more economical companies out there who are smaller and really excel at customer service. Terminix is clearly in it for the money rather than good customer service. I will NEVER consider renewing my contract. Do not consider them!

Technician is always cheerful, personable, respectful and informative. I have both Pest and Termite accounts. Above review can be said for both technicians. Termite account does an annual inspection. This inspection is very thorough. Technician is also mindful of keeping his inspection non-disruptive.

I've been with Terminix for years now and I'm very pleased with them. Scheduling the service is easy because they always call me ahead of time and want to know what would be a good time for them to come in, and I like that. The young man that comes out and sprays is very polite. The result of the service being provided is good. In the past I had some problems and I called them and they came back out.
If you're having problems with bugs, termites or any type of pest inside and out of your home, call Terminix. They can do the job.

Since Terminix took over the business I have an account with the service is not killing the like it use to. Don't get me wrong. It kills some but we still have spiders and millipedes all over the place. That is why I only gave 3 stars.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that I have received from your company. For the 2nd treatment with your company in September, I requested treatment on the outside & inside. I scheduled the appointment on Saturday 10am-12am. The technician never showed up during this time. I was home during this time and for a few hours afterwards. I never received a phone call, note indoor, nothing except an email a few hours later stating service was complete. I called customer service a week later. They claim technician came between 1:30-2pm. Well he was late. Then he never called. I do not believe that he ever showed. I have no proof of it. I requested my service be cancelled and that I be refunded for that service and all other monies because your company charged me twice at the beginning of setup of service.
I was advised Branch Manager Jeff ** would contact me within 24-48 hrs. No phone call from him. I have called back to complain several times to Customer Liaison and Billing Dept but still no phone call from him. Therefore, I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. He just responded with a LIE stating that he has spoken with me and offered to provide additional service and to refund my money. I have never talked with this man! If this is the way that your company does business especially this branch office, it is truly disappointing.

It's always been good with Terminix. They do a good job. Their reps are courteous and helpful. If I do see little animals after that, they always come back and redo it. It's pretty easy and my home has been much better.

Terminix have always been on time and we've been very pleased and satisfied with them over the year. On service scheduling, we're on a program. And they call us and tell us when they're dropping by. Their technician was professional, and friendly. My husband and I enjoyed talking to him. I would recommend them.

The Terminix team do a good job everytime they're out here. They go all the way around the house and check out everything and kill the spiders in the wall. And I wouldn't even know they were here unless I went to see and talk to them for a minute because they just quietly go about it. They take care of everything and I don't even worry about it.

I didn't have much interaction with the Terminix technician. I met him the first time and he explained to me everything he was going to do, then he called me on the day of his last visit. He just came out, did everything he was supposed to do and left. I paid for a whole year so the technician comes out every 3 months for the service. Our pest activity got better, not by 100%, but better than when we first called them. Terminix is worth the money. Moving forward, I am going to talk with the technician next time he comes about doing some in-home stuff when winter time comes.

I've been happy since we've had Terminix. They're really good. I like them. We're scheduled for service every quarter. I get a recording saying that they'd come on Friday or Thursday. They give me the date. They would say to keep all my pets inside then I can put in my doggy door. My dogs don't go out and bother them. We usually have one technician I dearly love. He was so great. I don't have him anymore. Now I have another gentleman who's just as good. When they come to the door, they'll ask if I've had problems with bees or anything. The last time he was here, he saw a hive. He took it down for me. So I'm really happy with Terminix. It has been great since my last service. I've hardly seen any spiders around and I'm very satisfied.

The Terminix representative came and sprayed the inside and the outside of my house. He does a good job. Scheduling a service was very easy. They just seem to come within a matter of days. I haven't had any trouble with pest activity since the service. I said he finally got them all taken care of. It was great.

I don't have a problem with the Terminix representatives and it was fine with the technicians who came to our home. As far as the serviceman goes, he was good. However, I was gonna call back Terminix because they haven't gotten rid of the bugs yet. We still see some bugs like roaches and spiders. Overall, I'd still recommend them again.

I have been dealing with this pest problem for 3 months. I paid almost $3000, did all that they asked and more. 2 weeks ago tech never called me back. Found out he no longer works there, but no one has checked his VM!! Service dept says someone will call within 24 hrs, that hasn't happened. Called corporate 2 times, nothing. They gave me "traps" that did not work, see the photo. The cluster of bugs are right above the trap not in it! I want a refund!

Also, their technicians got their own time and they were describing what they were doing. They were very good at it. Their service was for roaches and it worked for us. Even though we really still see just a few, the difference is really big. My mom is really happy about Terminix.

Terminix always did what they are supposed to and takes care of the job. I'm real pleased with their service. They just call me and tell me when they're going to do it. The person that came was real friendly, real nice. If you need something done, he'll do it for you. If you wanted to spray for bugs or put a bait in any certain place, he will. I've seen one or two bugs since the last service but I think my neighbors keep spraying and run them back over our house.

As a retiree, I am dissatisfied with continued increases in your costs. The first major increase I was told was to offset fuel costs. There have been continued unexpected and unexplained cost increases. As noted earlier, I am retired and on a fixed budget. I think it would be nice if longstanding customers whose circumstances have changed could be accommodated to some degree.

I was not at home when Scott from Terminix came. He said that I had a lot of spiders and since the visit, I don't have as many as I did before though I do notice some wasps and hornets. On all occasions, these guys were fine. They're very professional and I had no problems.

Let me say that the first service from Terminix was great. Had zero issues and the ants inside were taken care of. For the quarterly service, I received a phone call stating to make sure I was home during the appointment, which was good because the ants were back inside. I took 5 hours off work and the tech never showed or called. I called and got no reason, just a $25 credit (glad to see my 5 hours off gets me $25). We rescheduled for a week later after my work hours.
The following day, I got an emailed invoice for my quarterly service. It said he removed cob webs from windows and sprayed. There was no yard sign and I clean my windows on a regular basis. I called immediately and asked what happened and that I needed inside treatment. They agreed to keep the app and come out---nobody showed. Still had ants inside. I called again and had to go through everything again with three different people, kept getting transferred. They had no resolution and could only say they were leaving voice mails on the regional manager's phone, so I canceled the service. Now they are trying to collect for a service that did not get rid of the ants.
I called after I got a statement and they said the guarantee is no longer valid since it's past 30 days. I canceled the service within 1 day of the second missed appointment. The person I talked to was zero help and would not transfer me to anyone else. She offered half off, but why should I pay for something that didn't work. She had to go ask someone to give me half off, but then said she was the top person and nobody else could help me. Who did she talk to then to offer half off??? It was like talking to a brick wall. She then proceeded to tell me it would go to collections and on my credit if I don't pay. I feel like I am out of options for something that is totally unfair. The first service was good and I paid in full. I have no problem paying for something if it is a fair value.

It's been awesome with Terminix. The last guy they sent was the best tech we've had. It was amazing with him, the other ones have not been that great. The scheduling process was fun and since the service was done, I haven't noticed any pest activities.

Zachary was the first man who went to our house. He was super nice and conscientious. When he saw some bugs within two weeks he came back and sprayed again. We're well pleased with him. The other gentleman who last came was not very good as he went down spraying the wall. He wasn’t thorough about checking and was haphazard so we're very unsatisfied. The other experiences were good as we did notice that our bug and spider problem was okay. My husband's in the hospital in Dallas so we haven’t made connections and I needed Terminix to have us scheduled as I've seen some bugs and it's time for a re-spray. I had an appointment with them before but they never showed up so I don't know what's going on.

Being on a fixed income, cannot tolerate another rate increase for my quarterly service. I have no complaints regarding service, which has been excellent. My technician, Stan is great! Terminix has performed well.

I've had problems with spiders and bugs, and Terminix took care of it which is so far, so good. The most recent experience with them was good, but I've had some bad experiences in the past and I canceled one contract with them because they wouldn't do what I asked them to do. To schedule a service, they would call me or send a letter that they were coming at a certain time. I canceled one contract that I had with them because they wouldnt cooperate with me. I told them that I had to go over to this house and unlock it; I couldn't go on a moment's notice because it was 20 miles away. They didn't call me, they went over and sprayed the outside, so I canceled it.

I called Terminix because we had some fleas. The flea was probably brought in by my son. He went to somebody who had horses so that was probably on his clothes. But when the Terminix guys came out, they only did the outside because I didn't realize that I was going to have to be out of the house for four hours. Nobody explained that to me and I baby-sat. I was not prepared for that so they sprayed the outside. We don't have flea problem anymore even though they only sprayed the outside.
The technician who came was a brand new one. He filled his tank up with my water because he didn't get a chance to do that where he's supposed to. I was a bit upset and I don't appreciate that. It wasn't that big amount of money but no one had ever done that before. For future reference, they should be reminded to do it the night before. They know they were supposed to do that. After all, I've been with Terminix for several years. We're pleased because they do come out if I need extra. They came when I had roaches in the house, and we don't have that problem anymore. Right now I need to have them come back because I'm getting more ants.

Terminix used to bug me all the time about having termite control and I said okay, I'll do it. I did it for a year. Terminix doesn't keep appointments, I will stay at home from 9:00 until 12:00, but then they never show up. They did that to me three times. I can do without the hustle and I cancelled it. I don't have termites now and I don't have the contract any longer.

I have very good experience with Terminix. I don't have any problems with scheduling because I schedule when I'm going to be there. I renewed my pest control - mice and termite. I also have an extra work done for more insulation. I like one particular person to do my pest control because he did excellent work and I don't like it when they send me somebody else. If I can find that person my experience will be 100%.

They did a service and then a little bit of rain, and we had an outbreak of ants. They came out no charge and took care of it. Real happy with them. The pest activity is marginal since the service. I haven't seen anything since as far as ants go. Some of the critters we're seeing they're going to show up even if you spray. It just don't stay around long like silverfish. Also because this is Houston and we have serious humidity problems. Overall, they're prompt, courteous, and professional.

Our experience with Terminix was fine. We've seen a couple of bugs here and there, but they looked to be sick. The second trip that the guys from Terminix made seemed to have taken care of everything, though. We'd recommend them.
