Most recently called for service to treat ants that apparently decided to take over my front and back yards. A service tech was dispatched right away and treated the affected areas as well as other areas to eliminate the possibility of new spots showing up. As always, the service was quick, thorough and very professional.

The Terminix guys that come by are always very polite and nice. They do the job real quick and get out. We don't have a schedule. They're on a rotation. When they come out, they always answer my questions.

Terminix is good. They're nice when they came and pest activity has been all right. But I need to cut down a little because I have five different contracts - three in Hartwell and two in Marietta.

Terminix did their job well or I wouldn't have them back. They took care of the problem, asked if I had any other problems other than that and were on their way. I usually have them twice a year because they do an inspection too and for the other pest control they do it four times a year.

I’ve been using Terminix for 12 years now, and they’ve been really great. They came and did their thing, and they’re very good at it, so I never had any problem with them at all. My service with them is set to automatic. They call me and leave a message then they come, and if I have any special concerns like spiderwebs usually, they’ll take care of them which is really good. Their techs are nice people too, and since my latest service, I noticed there were several dead crickets right around the front door, and that’s great. It means they’ve done their thing. Otherwise, I’d have spiders, crickets, and the place would be teeming with bugs. Terminix keeps the population in check for me, and I’d recommend them.

My most recent experience with Terminix has been good. They're always very friendly and usually I'm here, so they usually just knock on the door and ask any questions if there's anything we're having problems with. We are set up on a regular service and the specialists are usually pretty good. Always professional and make sure that we don't need anything. I would recommend them.

Terminix comes out monthly to treat. The technician has been pretty good for the most part and I haven't noticed any pest activity since our recent service. I'd recommend them.

Wilson from Terminix comes once a month and does the outside of the house. For the last five years, he has been coming here and has given me excellent service. He's professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Since the service, pest activity at home has been at a minimum. Moreover, I've never had any problems scheduling my service calls with their representatives. They're satisfactory.

My Terminix service is regularly scheduled and I got a guy named Klay that I love and everything with Klay is perfect. However, Klay didn't show up this time. Some gal came named Kristi and I asked her what happened to Klay. She was evasive about what happened to Klay and told my next door neighbor that Klay had quit the company and it was really strange. I picked up my phone while she was inside taking care of business and called Klay and asked what's going on. He said that he was doing nothing this week and the gal is taking over for him for the week. I asked if he is still with Terminix and he said yes. It felt weird, but the service was fine.

We had our Terminix man come in and set up new insect/pest traps due to the upcoming fall weather for spiders and he made sure to get all our hotspots and hidden areas. He did a great job. They come out to us on a monthly basis now right around the same time. The tech was very nice and polite. Pest activity since the service is very minimal. We've had a few little spiders here and there, but nothing out of the ordinary. Terminix is fast, efficient and effective. I'm a receptionist and have only had limited contact, but what I've experienced has been good.

Terminix is good and I've been a long time customer. The local manager was already headed home when somebody in the office gave their phone number an order for service. He turned around and came out, and did the work himself to make sure we were happy.

Terminix did an excellent job spraying the house and they took care of an outbuilding because it had some bug problems in it. In terms of pest activity, it’s a lot better now than it was before. Everything turned out really well. I have no complaints at all.

Rick is our Terminix service tech. He's always very nice and thorough. We feel like he's a friend and he does an excellent job. He services us well, he's very courteous and a pretty good boy. He sprays and then goes on his way. We haven't had any concerns with pest activity at home. He corrects them right then. We have no problems except for scheduling. They dictate to us. They say call and say, "We're going to be there at such and such" without checking and seeing if we got any plans first. But that is my only complaint.

The Terminix tech is always polite, asks what he needs, usually right on time and he's very thorough. Moreover, he's very professional, friendly and courteous. We had a couple of ants, but that's my fault. I didn't say anything about the ants because I didn't see them until afterwards.

Terminix always come quickly when we call them. We usually have the same person that comes. They know our building. I don't always get to see them. A lot of times they come whenever I'm not here but they always do a great job. I would recommend them.

Terminix is a good place. It's a good business and I have had such wonderful experience with them. I would recommend them to a friend. My husband, when we started with this about 18 or 19 years ago, and when he would come by, he would sit and talk with my husband for a little while. My husband loved it. So when he would call and say he was coming say like the next day, my husband would be just so happy. He knew he's gonna have someone to talk to. But he's been dead now for 14 years. But I have to say, he was so wonderful and took time with my husband, and I wouldn't change for anything. However, if they keep going up, I will have to quit because I'm on a fixed income and I can't afford it anymore.

I've had Terminix for quite a few years now and they always have been very good. They were regularly scheduled and they call me to let me know if it's okay for them to come. Then they would come to visit us and do spraying for me so I won't have any bugs or spiders and fog spraying for the termites once a year. They do the same thing every time - they'd come in and ask if there have been any problems. However, I don't think they did an excellent job with my garage because they really need to spray outside. But, they've all been very pleasant and I'm very satisfied with them. And since my recent service, there was no pest activity in my home and I'm very pleased.

We set up regular termite checks and treatments for insects so we're bug free. If I've got any concerns or there's something that I need to know about, I tell the technician and we find out what it takes to do that. He's always very friendly and able to answer any questions that I have.

Terminix have an agreement with us on a monthly routine with them. The Terminix representatives over the phone were quite okay. I think I work with Carl for it so no issues there. The service with the technicians that came over had been great. Everything seems fine. I haven't had any issues.

I have been trying to get a WDIR reinspection scheduled for a week. I have called the call center every day for a week and spoke with "special services" in which they assure me I will receive a call back in 24-48 hours. I was told on Saturday that I had a confirmed appointment for the reinspection on this upcoming Wednesday between 8-10 am. This morning I called them back after having a missed call and was informed that I do not have an appointment on Wednesday and since I missed the call, I have to wait another 24-48 hours before someone will call me back. This is the worst customer service for such an expensive contract, not to mention, a company of this size should have much better customer service to resolve customer issues/complaints in a timely manner.
The original report provided by Terminix stated damaging and false information regarding termite activity and now I am incurring additional contractor costs to open up finished walls for inspection, for which I can't get Terminix to schedule or even return a call to schedule the service. When I call for new services that Terminix can get revenue from, I get a call back immediately and service established in a very timely manner. Some customer service from Terminix would be greatly appreciated.

My most recent experience with Terminix was good. The service comes out three times a year and they automatically come out. The technician sent by the company seems to be pleasant and nice to talk to.

Terminix services every three months. They usually call and let me know that a technician will be here and to confirm if someone will be home. Last time, I was there and he did his business and I paid the technician. I talked with them and the guy asked me if I've got any other issues and need anything. I let him know and he gives me what I need. He also put some traps and gives me extras to put them where I need to. Since we had Terminix we don't have that much problem with bugs.

Terminix comes out on a quarterly basis and treats the outside of the house for pests such as spiders and ants and stuff like that. I had no problem with scheduling the service. They call and ask me if they can do it on a certain day. Usually, it's okay. The technician was good. A lot of times that we're not here, he just does his job and leaves the receipt. The pest activity in our home since then was pretty low.

I had a regularly scheduled service with Terminix and I'm fine with them. There was a time I called them out because of some mice and ants and it was handled well. These pests keep coming back that's why I have the service. I haven't met with their technicians personally (since it's a vacation rental), but I haven't had any complaints.

My most recent experience with Terminix was very satisfactory. When scheduling my service, they call me and tell me when they're going to be here in my home and I'll make an appointment with them if I want to treat inside the house. And other times they leave me a notice on my door that they have been here. When they come in, they ask me questions first so I'm very satisfied. There has been zero pest activity since my last service.

I have had very good luck with Terminix. I've been very happy with them. Since they've come, I virtually never see any bugs at all. And one time, when I did, I called them. And they promptly came out and did another spraying. So I'm very happy with my experience at Terminix.

My experience with Terminix has been great. I have no problems with them. They are courteous and asked me if I needed anything and if everything was okay and if I needed something, to give him a call. We chose a schedule and I've not had a reason to call and I’m sure if I called, everything would be fine because they say, “I’ll see you in so many months,” and then, they’re here. The technicians are good, they are always polite. I've no pests since my last service. I’d recommend them to anybody.

We've been using Terminix, but sometimes I have to get them to come back and do it second and they always do. In fact, they were just here three days ago and they're prompt in coming back. I've already started finding little bugs on the floor and they are still alive. Nevertheless, their technicians have always been courteous. One of them quit and I hated that because I liked him real well.

Yesterday, Terminix came out here. Somebody called and said they will still come out here and was going to be out here between 10 and 11:30, and they didn't get here until 10 minutes to 3. And when the tech got here, he didn't do anything because he say all his equipment was broken down. Still my experience with them was good. I haven't had a problem until yesterday. I am satisfied with them and would recommend them.

Terminix do a good job but they're too damn expensive. Since being serviced by them, I don't have fleas, nothing anymore. They do a good job with the service and their representative. One guy comes out here. He's a straight shooter but I can't say that for the rest of them.

I had Terminix come over and termite this house. The kid’s really good and I get along good with him. But then somebody come here afterward and then he started saying that I had molds in my house and all this crap is and going to charge me $1,250 to de-mold my house. I told him, “I already done that. It’s all mold. It’s so dead you can’t smell them in the wall, there’s no mold in this house.” My good daughter was here. Now, none of them would want to come over to my house. They already called me one time about this. I told them, “If he ever he comes to my house again, I’m beating him up and throwing high in the street." I’m not happy with Terminix, they have people like that. I don’t know what his name was. But that was uncalled for. I don’t want that guy in my house again.
However I’m happy with the kid they sent me and he does a good job so I'd recommend them. There’s no doubt about it. But they better get a new representative if that guy who come here about the mold because I’m really unhappy about that. If I didn’t have such good service, I would quit them. I’ve got no problem with them.

Scheduling a service with Terminix is fine. They usually call us for it. The technician, Greg, is great. He does a really good job, thorough and we like him very much. We haven't seen any pests since our last service. Our only problem is that the termite inspection is really expensive for old people who are on fixed incomes. I would still recommend them to a friend.

It's been a fine experience with Terminix, even the scheduling of services. The technician they sent to my home was really good. What impressed me was he swept all the windowsills outside which I didn't see them ever do before. Obviously, he has been doing that and I was very pleased. The pest activity's been the same, though, but that's because we live in the woods.

The Terminix technician comes every other month. He’s due some time this month. He’s always really good. Scheduling the service is very easy. They call us first, and then he usually calls and confirms. He is very professional and courteous. Anyhow, since he only comes every other month, we noticed a few more old bugs. But it’s wintertime so they always start coming in. My main concern is keeping out the spiders and the scorpions in the summer.

My experience with the technicians are all positive. They come, they ask me if I had any problems lately, and then they do their normal routine around or inside the house. We had some bees in the yard about a month ago and had Terminix come out. It was simple. We made a phone call to the number on our bill and they got us in touch with our local agent that would be coming out. We called him on his cellphone and he scheduled a time that would work for us, during lunch hours so that we could be there. He was out on time and took care of the problem. He located the ground hive. Since then, we've had no more problems with bees and we were pleased with that. Terminix has always been responsive. We've called them on numerous occasions like when there's a flare-up of ants or we saw spiders. They've always been out within 2 days to put more spray, very responsive and took care of the problem quickly. They've been professional.

The technician from Terminix arrived on time, he did his job. I have scheduled service with them because I have a dog that goes to the groomer once a month. And when I take the dog to the groomer, that is when I have them come in. I'm not having any problems right now since the last time I had service. I'm happy with the service.

Terminix always does a really good job. They do their thing and if I need any assistance inside, they always give me traps or anything like that. We had some hornets and so I had asked the serviceman at the time if he would spray in a certain area for hornets nests. And he definitely did and we didn't have any problems.

I have nothing but good things to say to Terminix. The person they sent was professional and courteous, and I like him very much. We scheduled for him to be here on the third Wednesday of every month. Terminix calls a couple of days before to reconfirm it, then he comes here and sprays.

We first started Terminix services because we were infested with scorpions. They told me that the house had to have been built on a nest and were down to a few scorpions. Well, now that we’ve had all the rain we’ve had, we’ll probably see two or three scorpions. Their technicians had to replace the traps every two or three days because they were that full of scorpions. The technicians that come to our house are fantastic. In their routine sprays, they call and leave a message that it’s time for spraying and they’ll be out and spray on a certain day and time and I don’t have to schedule anything.

We had a termite inspection during Terminix's most recent visit to our home. They always call to tell me what time they will come. Then we had some pest problems so we called them and they came right on out and we don't have that problem anymore.

I availed Terminix because I’ve got an ant problem some place and they like to come in my house. Terminix is the only ones that have been able to keep them out. All my experiences with them have been great, I haven’t had any problems. Their technicians are all friendly. I’d recommend them to anybody.

I'm very satisfied with Terminix. I have a regular service with them. Their guy called ahead, came when he says he was going to come, and did everything that needed to be done. Two men from Terminix usually come to my house for a routine spray. I talk to them when they’re here and they’ve been very good about anything. I’ve been very pleased with their response and they're very patient. I have no doubt that they’re doing a good job. I would recommend them.

Less than a year ago, I had a filtration system installed. I was advised that it would keep my gutters from filling up and clogging the draining system. Instead, the material installed in the gutters caused the water to back up under the roof into the house causing flooding, mildew and damage to an interior wall. Subsequently, we have removed the material and put it in the garbage. We paid over $700 for this defective system.

I've had very good service from Terminix for a number of years. They've generally called before making an appointment so that I can be here. I always like to be here so that they can come in and spray the interior of my garage as well as the exterior of the house. They've always been friendly. Since we started service with them, the pest activity in our home has been almost nonexistent. Before we were plagued with those great big flying roaches occasionally in the spring or fall although now when they're on the move I'll see one but not often.

I would recommend Terminix to anybody. They really do a good job here: inspect everything and they do whatever is supposed to be done. I have no complaints myself. If I could recommend them to somebody, I would tell them myself. All that I would advise them, "you all try them and you might like it." I’m really pleased with Terminix.

We're on a regular schedule with Terminix and they take care of the outside of the house. We're very happy with them and their technicians are knowledgeable. Anytime we have a problem and we call, somebody johnny on the spot would show up and take care of it. Overall, they have an excellent service.

My experience with Terminix has been great so far. I've only had one problem and that's when I paid a bill. They made me go to the bank, get a copy of the check and send it to them to prove that I paid it. The office is up north and they don't give out the phone number for the office down here. All they had to do was ask the person who came out because at my house, I paid my bill by check and I hand it to the person that did the work. He took it into the office and I had to wait until my bank cleared the check to know it was cashed. But they called me and said, "we didn't get your check." That's the only complaint I have. With the service, it's been great. The guys that have to do my work have been great, so I have no problems there. I'm very happy.

Terminix come out every six months and they don't do the job they're supposed to. I had termite bait stations out and they wouldn't check them. We finally gave up the termite part of the bill. We still have some spraying around there, and they're charging us for it. Pest activity was OK since the last time they've been out.

We’ve used Terminix for probably five years now. We use them for two years up in Midland and here in West Lake. We had a terrible earwig issue in Midland so we noticed the dramatic difference when compared. Before we moved here, we have them treat our house. I guess it’s consistently good now. Our technician that comes for the routine, Nate, is awesome. He’s super friendly, right on time, puts on his little sock things to cover up his boots and just goes right to work and if it’s done, he’s on his way.

I am satisfied with Terminix. They're usually on-time. They come and do what they have to do, but I don't really see them because I'm not here in the morning. They also don't really speak English. The technician is very nice when he comes out. However I'm not very happy because they haven't showed up when I've asked them to bring some rat traps; the pests are still coming because there's a lot of construction behind us and they're tearing up the creek bed. It has been almost a week when I called to try to get somebody to drop me off some traps, so I just went and bought my own.

We have a wonderful tech from Terminix that comes once every quarter. He’s always helpful and does the best job possible. He recently did an outside spraying and rarely comes in, but I have called to schedule that appointment so it works both ways sometimes, and their reps are very personable and helpful. However, I have a very small house and the footprint of it is very small but Terminix was trying to raise my rate which doesn’t make me happy because I know the price of natural gas and oil is down, so chemicals are down. At this point of my life, I don’t appreciate having my rates raised. Other than that, I’d still recommend them.

My experience with Terminix over the years has been outstanding. I had Jan, their technician, for many years and she was always very punctual and we were most happy with her. We have a new person now so I have no idea how he's going to do, but it's my impression that he's going to be perfectly okay.

I've been a customer of Terminix for many years and they've always done a good job. If they didn't, I would change. My daughter uses Cook's and she's begged and pleaded with me to go with Cook's, but I stayed with Terminix. I'm happy with them. For my recent service, I had a young lady that was my person. This was the second time she came to my place and she did an excellent job.

Terminix checked our bait system the last time they have been at my house, and they've always done a good job. The technicians usually come in the door and ask me if there are any problems inside and I've never had any since I've been using them.

The technicians that Terminix sends out are always very nice. Their local service manager, Troy, is very nice and helpful. He expedites things. I would've dropped Terminix if it wasn't for him. My only complaint are the robot calls that tells you when your next appointment is. It would be nicer to speak with a person when setting an appointment.

Terminix was supposed to be here on Saturday to do the moisture proof on our basement. They have always been friendly and polite when they come out. They just give me a call and then they come out. The last time it was a lady. It's also the first time that I've had a lady and she said she was going to care of this area.

I would recommend Terminix. They’ve always been good to me and I never had any problems with them but I got mixed up on their last trip. I was supposed to have been here at 10 o’clock and I’d forgotten about it and I was off someplace else and when I came back there was a red car leaving my house. We pulled in then and they never did show up again. So I was wondering myself if maybe that was the guy that came by to inspect. And if he did, he didn’t leave any note or anything. I haven’t seen them. Even though it’s my fault, I don’t want something to go wrong. They may think, “Well, she wasn’t there so she doesn’t deserve it.” I don't know if they may have really been here, but I’ll find out.

The biggest problem in this area are the big water bugs that are hard to get rid of but they stay mostly outside. Terminix has been taking good care of our pest activity. It is very convenient for me. They don't ever spray the inside as long as they do outside. They also have outside bait boxes. I'd recommend Terminix.

When I had an infestation of ants, Terminix came out and sprayed inside and outside the house. Then the ants came back within a day, so two gentlemen came out and spent about an hour out at my yard and I've had no ants since then. They did an excellent job on what I had considered a difficult situation. When I called to schedule that service, everything was quick, clear and understandable. I'd recommend them.

When the technician from Terminix came the last time we had had a real problem with spiders as well as rats. He talked to us about what we need and him doing what we asked. He had a great personality and did a very thorough job. Right now, we don't have any problem with spiders. Terminix has always done a good job.

The last time Terminix came, it was to fumigate around my house. They do that once a month. I know their representative, he's real nice. There's a lot of ants around here because a lot of empty lots but not inside the house. It all stays outside where it's supposed to be. The pest activity minimized a lot since Terminix's service. My experience has been excellent.

The technician from Terminix has been coming in every three months about a year now, and I had a problem with just ants, but now they seem to be clearing that pretty well, also they've been killing a lot of centipedes. I had a centipede in my bed and got bit. They hit my house real hard and when I came back after a week, I had three centipedes and a scorpion in my house either dead or almost dead. I'm satisfied with my service and time to continue with them. Also, the technician coming out each time is very polite and nice. I'd highly recommend them.

Terminix's staff has been very considerate and have done a great job so far, except for this mouse that I got under my refrigerator. The technician left me some traps but I can't stick them out because I have my daughter's cockatoo here and the little cockatoo could either get stuck or snapped on the traps. Scheduling with Terminix has also been great, except for one time when we went to Central America. They called us up, but my son had to call back twice and my daughter once to reschedule because nobody was going to be home.

Terminix was fine. I always didn't have a problem with them in terms of scheduling a service. They came in a couple of days. The technician that they have sent was very pleasant. He tended to what he was supposed to tend to. I honestly have seen very few bugs. The reason I called them back was because I had a couple of bugs and Terminix don't normally spray inside. So they sprayed inside for me. My experience with them was very good and I would recommend them.

Terminix does monthly routine visits to check and set up new traps in our warehouse facility as well as leave poison on the roof for birds. Their technicians are friendly and pretty approachable. Since being serviced by Terminix we've had very few pest issues. They're reliable and they get the job done.

When the Terminix guys come to service our home, they go around our house with whatever it is they do, but half the time we're not here. We have one area in the basement where it's quite impossible to stop the bugs from coming in, but that's not their problem. Generally, I would recommend Terminix.

Terminix provides services regularly. They just notify us when they're coming. We haven't been having any pest activity since the last service. We had one problem with the scheduling in the fall. When we did have one issue in the house, something happened with the scheduling and they didn't come when they were supposed to. Once we got through again and said, "You don't do this. We paid our bills", they sent someone immediately. And he was very good. The only other issue that we don't like is when they come and the weather is bad. It doesn't make sense to spray around the outside of the house when it is rainy.

A little less than a year ago, we paid $900 for a "Residential Exclusion" plan that "provide for services to control for and mitigate against infestations of certain rodents through installation and monitoring of a pest exclusion system" for one year. They were great in that. They sealed off the attic and put out traps and removed dead rodents from our attic. They came out periodically to check the traps and remove any rodents that were caught. Well last night, my daughter had to listen to a crying rodent thumping around for 3 hrs as it died above the ceiling in her bedroom. When my wife called Terminix, asked them to come out and handle the situation, they said in a condescending way, "how do you know the trap was triggered?" They said that they do not remove dead rodents, and that it would be more money to have that included in our contract. They said they would come out today, but they didn't.

Terminix comes out two or three times a year and kill those spiders and those kind of things. Everything's fine with their rep and technician. It's a regular visit. There's nothing exceptional about it. We pay for the service, they come out and provide it. It's what I would expect for what we pay.

Terminix has been good. They really do what we ask them to do and our experience with them has always been wonderful. In fact, the most recent experience we had with them went fine. The man who came did a good job. We had a change not too long ago but was equally as good. I don't have any bugs or worms so far. In terms of scheduling service, there's nothing wrong with that at all. We'd give them 100%. I don't have any complaints or problems against Terminix. We enjoy them. They're very cooperative. We're satisfied to the nth degree and would recommend them to a client.

Both my wife and I find Terminix to be an excellent service and we are very satisfied with it. Their employees are courteous and they call when they're going to come to the house and they came on time. The pest activity has been minimal and when we call them, they come right away to take care of the pests. That's why we are happy with them.

Noah from Terminix came and looked for pests outside my house and did a termite inspection inside the house. My dog goes nuts when Noah shows up and he shrugs it off and does his job. I follow him around and talk to him and comment. Since my last service, the leaves are stacking up and the spiders are pretty bad, but he sprayed for spiders when he was here. If Im not home, he knows to leave the stuff in the front door because that's the only door I use. It's nice to know that he leaves his calling card when I wasn't here when he did make it.

Our service with Terminix is scheduled and they regularly show up. A gentleman came, sprayed, asked a few questions and introduced himself because I'm the new guy here at the funeral home. I asked if we had any problems during the spraying and everything was very good. Since Terminix's last service, I haven't seen any pests. There are no ladybugs that are a real pain in the butt that goes everywhere hiding and there's no getting rid of them. I'm very happy with them.

Technician said they would eliminate entry points to my home but then provided and billed for simple extraction of pests with no fix to entry points. After talking to call center, technician never even coded the job for the service requested/advertised. Here is the story: Entry points not fixed, Terminix gets to keep extracting for eternity and takes customer for all their money.

I've had fantastic experiences with Terminix. They come in monthly to make sure of everything, the treatments and inspections, if necessary. They come in in this site and my Greenfield site. They'd have to have a complete flea treatment in one of my buildings. They were fantastic with that. I haven't had any pest activity since the last time they've been out. The technician that they have coming here has been fantastic. He goes above and beyond everything that's required. I would definitely recommend them. I even use them at my home.

Sales rep came out and told me I had rats in my attic. I was told services would cost $830 and I could sign up for financing. I don't have $830 lying around so I signed up for financing. Financing paperwork was emailed to me and I couldn't open it. I called Terminix to say I couldn't open it and was told that the sales rep was on vacation. I didn't follow up thinking the bill would be $830 for financing. I got the financed amount yesterday and it was $3400!! The salesperson snuck in services worth $2600 that I was NOT made aware of! I NEVER would have agreed to services worth $3400 when I had to finance $830! I had someone else here and he was shocked when I told him about the bill!
Completely unethical company, unethical salesperson. Wish I had read the reviews before contacting Terminix. I have contacted better business bureau and a lawyer as I have a witness to what the salesperson told me. Wow. Never experienced such a thing. Especially after I told the salesperson that I am a single Mom and thank goodness it was $830 and not thousands of dollars worth of services. Please stay away from this company!

The Terminix representative comes out when he's scheduled to and he does a good job. He speaks to me and lets me know what he did, about certain areas that need more attention to cleaning and keeping up to keep critters out. We see less and less critters. Lately, it's been raining a lot so we get a lot of big water roaches. But other than that, I haven't really seen anything else. Maybe a few spiders here and there, but just because they're chasing the water roaches.

It was wonderful that they got here the very next day, and overall, they are very thorough and prompt. I had Terminix come out here and spray for springtail bugs, which I thought were fleas, but they were not. My only thing with them is that they haven’t been calling me to tell me that they’re going to come the next day or within two days, so I can know to be home. Maybe they got messed up with their schedules. But the technician that they sent were fine. I'd recommend them to a friend.

Since day 1, Terminix has been a difficult company to work with. I came home from work to find a very young salesman, Jayce, who said he was from California (and I live in New York), selling my wife pest removal services from Terminix. He explained that the type of plan we would be signing up for would get rid of the wasps and ants that we had on our property, as well as a slew of other insect pests that I hadn't even noticed. I have a dog, and she had gotten many ticks earlier this year, and they had all come from this one section of my yard. So I had asked the salesman if his service would take care of the ticks. He said yes. We also had many, many stink bugs in our attic and all around our property. My wife had asked the salesman if his service would get rid of them as well. The salesman told her absolutely!
My wife and I are new homeowners. We had a short discussion, and decided to sign up for the policy, based solely on the tick and stink bug removal. Killing the other pests would have been an added bonus. So we signed his papers, and he left. We were contacted shortly after to schedule the appointment for the exterminator to come. The original appointment was scheduled for Friday, May 1. I could not be home due to work obligations, but my wife stayed home to let the exterminators in. She waited all day. Nobody showed up. She noticed that there was a Terminix truck next door (our elderly neighbors were also conned into signing up by the same salesman who got us!) So she called our neighbor, who asked the exterminator, who then said that my house wasn't on his schedule. So my wife called the phone number we were give, and they apologized, and rescheduled for the following Monday, May 4.
Monday comes around, and it turns out that Terminix sends an inspector ahead of their exterminators, I guess to assess the situation prior to service. The inspector showed up, and started checking out my house. My wife asked about the stink bugs in the attic, and the inspector told her that Terminix doesn't exterminate stink bugs. At this point, red flags should have been flying, but my wife and I had never done anything like this before. So the inspection continues, and they get to the back yard, where the tick problem was. She inquired about the ticks, and the inspector told her that they weren't covered under the policy that we had signed up for! So the only two things we actually signed up for were not covered at all! Great. So she had asked the inspector how we cancel the appointment, and she was told that we needed to fill out the cancellation form that we had gotten when we signed up with the salesman.
It turns out that we never received any such form. The inspector gave her one, but it said that we had to cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment to avoid being charged, and it was already the day of the appointment. Well the exterminator came by, did his job, and left. My back patio is still stained from whatever he sprayed along my foundation. So we proceeded to call Terminix to try to remedy the situation. We were lied to, and felt forced into receiving a service that we really didn't want after we found out they don't deal with what our actual problem really was. This is where the fiasco really began. We called Terminix, I'm not even exaggerating, almost 20 times before getting in touch with a person that actually returned our call. It turns out that the regular customer service associates that you call at the 1800 number can’t make those kinds of decisions, and we needed to get in touch with a manager.
It took almost 3 weeks before a manager finally called us back. We explained everything that happened up until that point, and he seemed sympathetic. He told us that they apologized for all the inconvenience that we were experiencing, and that we owed nothing. He said not to worry about it anymore; it's over. We were relieved. Well wouldn't you know it, a month later we started receiving bills in the mail for the full price of the service they rendered for us, which was $162.94. So we started calling the 1800 number again, and once again, nobody called us back. We finally got in touch with somebody that said that our account was never erased, and that we still did owe the money!
That person said that they didn't know who we spoke to before, but that they obviously lied to us, and didn't have any authority to erase our debt. He said that he was going to put us in touch with a manager who will take care of it for us. We left a message. No call back. This is when I wrote a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.. I was very detailed, and explained the whole story. Within 24 hours, I started receiving emails and calls from the local franchise owner. So I called him back on July 24. It seemed that he was only told to resolve the issue, but was not told at all what was happening. I proceeded to explain the whole shebang to him. It took almost a half hour on the phone. After I stopped talking, he apologized for the inconvenience that I was experiencing, once again. He then continued to say that we should have read our contract, and that they never cover stink bugs. They're not on the contract.
He made me feel at fault, even though I was lied to TWICE now by Terminix employees. His offer was for me to pay half the bill, $81.47. I was very upset by this. I was lied to when the salesman got me to sign the contract, and I was lied to by a manager on the phone. I shouldn't have had to pay anything at this point. I told him that, but continued to say that in the interest of resolving the issue, I would accept his offer.
The following week, on August 5, I left a message with the local franchise owner, requesting an updated bill and copies of the original contract I signed. I received no response. I waited a while, the whole time receiving harassing phone calls from Terminix asking for the money we owed. I then sent a certified letter to him on September 21, requesting the documents, and an updated bill reflecting the half balance for me to pay (even though I still believe I shouldn't have had to pay anything.)
Almost a month later, I received the documents in the mail, with my signatures highlighted, and the pests that were covered circled. That's it. A few days after that, I received a letter from a collections agency demanding the full amount owed. Now I was lied to THREE times. First I was told that they would exterminate pests that they don't really kill. Then I was told that I didn't have to pay anything, and received a bill in the mail a month later. And now I was told that I only had to pay half, just to find out that they sent the full amount to collections!! I don't feel that I owe anything.
I was lied to, and tricked into signing the original contract. Then lied to multiple times after that. Trying to get a hold of any customer service manager at this company is almost impossible, and when you do, they just lie to you. And to top it all off, I noticed more ants and wasps than ever on my property after they sprayed their chemicals. I don't understand how this company is still in business, with such poor customer service.

Terminix is the best. I have no problems with them. I was attended by a guy that was very nice, friendly, and knew his job. I don't have too much problem with pests, but when the summer comes away, the big ones like air wasps are dead. I don't worry with them because I keep my house clean so I don't have loose mole. My vent is on my floor and I actually think they'd be coming in through the vent. We're going have air once in a while and I find one in there, but I don't see anything living which is a blessing. Terminix is doing a very good job and I'm very happy with them. Keep up sending the good guys. Sometimes, they get people that are not so friendly, but the new guy here is.

Initially, it was confusing because we got this automated call that said, "We're confirming your appointment on such and such a date." We never made an appointment. When I didn't know the date of the appointment, how can we confirm it? But then I realized what Terminix was saying is "That's when we're coming." They came and sprayed inside and around the outside of the house. We find that over the years since we've used them, we have a lot of an issue with bugs but I have no issues with the people that came. It's nice when there are cobwebs and things around the outside, they usually clean those. It's been a valuable service.

I've got two contracts with Terminix, one for termites and one for pest control. They always call me and let me know when they'll come so I'll be home or I can leave the key somewhere. With the recent job that they did, it was fine. I've no complaints. Eric does a good job spraying bugs. He's killed all of the water bugs or crickets in the basement. I haven't noticed the spiders as bad too. On the whole, Terminix is efficient.

A gentleman from Terminix came to our house to hold an inspection of termites and did the necessary procedures around the house. The scheduled service was excellent. The technician who came and sprayed was absolutely knowledgeable and professional. Terminix has taken care of us and I don't see any pest activities anymore. A problem we have occurs in the whole neighborhood because we live so close to a field where they plant and harvest different types of grain. When they harvest the grain, we get field mice.

I get notice from Terminix when they're scheduled to do a service for us. There have been times when they didn't call me to let me know that they couldn't make it but other than that, I've been well-satisfied with them. Their technician he explains everything, answers a few questions I had, and does his best with his work.

I am not in my PA house when Terminix comes but I have had them for a few years. I don't have a problem scheduling a service. They're always accommodating to me because I’m in Long Island. When I need them to go, especially indoors, all I have to do is call them and they work with me so that somebody could be there. The last time we went up they weren't able to work with me for them to get inside. When they were able to get in we saw some of the little mice that were caught. They haven’t been inside the house because of the timing so I’m due for an indoor service. Everybody has been pleasurable and they're respectful.

I’ve had Terminix for two years now and they come in twice a month to spray, which is already scheduled. They’re doing a good job and their technician offers good service.

Terminix provides the service on a monthly schedule. Since I've gotten the service, pest activity is non-existent.

I'd definitely recommend Terminix. We've always had a good experience with them. They come out in a timely fashion, they were professional and they've always been quick. They come during business hours, but they're never in the way. We use them at all three of our stores. We're not dealing with food being a store, so we don't really have issues most of the time. One of the biggest reasons why we use them is because we're right next to a Panera Bread. It's more of a preventive measure than a necessity. Because we're so close in the back alleyway with our back door being right next to Panera's dumpsters, a lot of the pest activity is mostly back there. The reports are always coming back, every once in a while we'll see one of their bait traps having a mouse, but a lot of it is the normal typical maintenance: the spiders and the insects more than the animals.

Terminix is a nice company to do business. We have a contract with them and they come once a month. The technician they send is very nice and courteous. He always waits until we get off the phone or asks first if he can come in our offices to spray. We don't have any problems with bugs and other pest activity since the service. We enjoy doing business with them and would recommend them.

The termite inspection done by Terminix went very well. They scheduled it and it coincides with some of the things that I could do with them so it didn't affect me this time. They inspected the inside and outside very well. I walked around with them so I was very satisfied with the inspection. I've already recommended them to other people.

Terminix guys come to inspect our house every quarter. Their guys are really good fellows. I come out and talk with them and they do a fine job. They take care of what needs to be taken care of. We're all satisfied. Things are in good shape since having their service. People asked me who I used and I've told them we don't have any problem with Terminix.

There hasn't been any pest issues since we got the service of Terminix. Scheduling the service was easy and the technicians that they've set up have been great. Our most recent experience with them went fine. It was quick and the technician did what he needed to do.

I have some problems with some roaches and a technician from Terminix comes in every month and does a great job. I don't know her name but she did a wonderful job and cleared up the problem that I had. Since our last service, I haven't seen any pests. Moreover, a lady at their corporate office calls every month to schedule appointments. I really like Terminix.

I'm a research scientist and I wish the people that work for Terminix who deal with me are excellent. I noticed that they don't wear protective equipment when they should. They should be wearing Nitrile gloves at minimum. Cotton or leather gloves are dangerous. They haven't been instructed and I tell them every time that they come. Having said that, my experience with Terminix has been above average.

I have called you guys constantly about my mice issue. I do understand that you guys are busy but I also want to be treated like a PAYING customer. You pull the money from my account every month so I expect to have little or no mice! You guys have been to my house on many occasions and appeared to have fixed the problem. However I kill about 2 to 3 mice a week which is UNACCEPTABLE! I have had to buy traps, pick them up and throw them out and to be honest if I'm going to do all that what am I paying you for? No one acts as if my mice problem is a big deal and I get it, you deal with this type of thing daily but I'm so close to just finding another company if this problem as well as your customer service is not fixed!

Since we got the service of Terminix, the pest condition in our home has been definitely better. Each time something new creeps up, they take care of it and they do a good job of it. The Terminix representatives have been very polite, prompt, and they try to be aware of what exactly we need, so we've never had any problems with them. We like our Terminix guy who's been coming here for some years to do our yard and the inside of our house. He is polite, knows what to do, and always pays attention where the dog is to make sure he's not letting the dog out. He's attentive to whatever bugs are running around at the time.

We've been very pleased with Terminix. It's been good and we've made friends with the gentleman that comes. He takes care of us and helps when we need something. We have a long ranch house and we've got hornets and ants. Terminix took care of that and got rid of them. It's been much better this year. We thought of changing providers but they want to give us too many services. We just want what's necessary so we decided to stay with Terminix. They've changed their pricing and service visits a little bit but they've been very good to us so I'd recommend them rather than someone else.

The service person comes every three months. He came recently, did what he was supposed to do and asked if I had any issues that needs to be addressed above and beyond what he did and I didn't. I'm very satisfied with Terminix and I'd recommend them. The only issue I have with them is the significant rate increase for each year for the treatments. They went up to $6 a treatment.
I have problems with wasps and yellow jackets many, many years ago. They were coming in through where the cable, the internet and the electric things were going and they were all over the lights in my game room. They would come back when the lights are on. It was big time, but that has not been an issue at all after the service. Also, I know they don't target stink bugs, but something must be working because I don't have problems with stink bugs.

I don't have any complaints with Terminix. Their technician Ron is really good. He's been really nice. The roaches that we have are just about gone but they started coming back, so Ron's been here a couple of times trying to get rid of them. But it's hard for me to get him to come back because of my schedule. I've been working from 5 to 5 and then I haven't been getting to bed until 7 AM and then I'm back up at 11:45 AM to take my pills, so I'm so tired because I'm diabetic.

My most recent experience with Terminix came because we had a mouse get in our pantry and a man came out the next day. He put in some traps and some poison in our pantry and the mouse got in the poison. We know because it was on the floor and we never did hear from the mouse again. The gentleman that services our house was the one that came out and we have always had good results with him. He seems to be real knowledgeable and knows what he's doing. I am very satisfied with them.

Terminix did a pre-scheduled inspection which they do every three months. Their technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. I have roaches once in awhile but it's just one of those days things and they're evidently getting in from outside the house because they're big bugs. Terminix is excellent and they listen to their clients. I've been with them for years and if I have not been satisfied with their service, I wouldn't have stayed.

Our most recent experience with Terminix was a scheduled visit. I wasn't even home but they did their job. I called their rep one time to change the appointment schedule and it worked out fine. They have been very cooperative and when I've said I've got a little problem, they're taking care of it. The insect activity has gone down close to zero since the service.

My experience with Terminix has been good. Their staff was a nice person to deal with. If I call the technician directly to schedule for a service, he'll tell me a date and be there but if I call Harlingen, they'll schedule and then call me back and say, "Instead of the morning, it's going to be in the afternoon." Their technician is great. I'm very satisfied with their service.

I contacted Terminix to get rid of mice. Rep ED ** promised to get rid of them through an extensive and expensive process. They cancelled the first visit. The second visit they arrived, but stated the hoses were not long enough to perform insulation as stated in contract. The techs sat in the van for over an hour trying to figure it out. I had to leave work and calk out from my second job. It took 6 phone calls for Terminix to figure it out. Then after insulation was completed the techs began to pack up..I spoke with tech about completing rest of job and they said the concrete crew was unavailable and I could get contracted work done for another 5 days. I showed tech text from ED ** promising completion of job in that visit.
Tech said it couldn't be done. Therefore, I have a job 1/3 done even though I have job specs in writing. Trying to cancel contract..TERMINIX IS A SCAM..Be very careful..do yourself a favor and find a reputable exterminator..they are over priced charlatans..I'm in the process of cancelling my contract and contacting lawyers to pursue a case for me..BEWARE.

I’m very happy with Terminix. They come to my home and spray outside, and they call to tell me when they’re coming for their monthly routine. Their technician is good. He tells me if there’s a problem and I also tell him if there is a problem.

All of a sudden I had an infestation of ants in the kitchen so I called Terminix and they were very responsive. They had somebody out the next day who knocked some dickens out of the ants. He sprayed the whole house, put stuff in the kitchen, took stuff out of counters. He did a super job and there was no activity since. Usually, I don't have a lot of interaction with the guy. I see the truck pull up, wave to the guy. He waves, walks around the house, sprays, and goes away.

We've had Terminix for years. It's been excellent because I've never had a problem scheduling a service. They last came to get rid of ants and the serviceman was exceptional. He goes about his business, knows what he's doing, and very congenial.

Brad from Terminix comes in every month for a routine visit. He's very nice, knowledgeable and answers any questions that I have. Several years ago, we had a problem with termites but Terminix were able to take care of it really quickly. Now, the pest activity stays consistent. We appreciate Terminix' professional and courteous service.

Terminix hasn't been here for a while but we're very happy with them. Our pest activity here is a little bit worse since he came because of the time of year. The flies, spiders and mice are wanting in but I don't think that's related to their service.

The Terminix technician did a really good job. He comes and I just sign the papers after he's done. He's a real nice guy who knows what he's doing. He even caught a little mouse last month. We have a recurring service visits and had no problems, no complaints. Every once in a while, we'll find a little bug but other than that, they've pretty much stayed away. It's a really good service. I would recommend Terminix.

My wife has seen a roach in the house and she had called Terminix to respray. They've been doing what they said they would do, so I can't say anything bad about them. Our experience has been good, and I am happy with them.

The Terminix guys are very courteous and good, and they do a good job, so I'm completely happy with Terminix. Their reps are wonderful. Their service is on a reoccurring system. They call and tell me when they're coming out. Every time that they've come, everything's been wonderful with their service. My Terminix guy who comes every so often, every month or so, is very nice and special. If I do have a problem, I call them. They come out and I've had very few problems. One time, everybody was having a lot of ant problems around here. They had to come out a couple of extra times but they did come right away.

I called Terminix for a house inspection and they were helpful and a representative from the company came and inspected the house and determined that it has termite, then he gave me an estimate for the job and all the info and his card to call him if I decided that I wanted to go ahead and fumigate the house, I called him two days later and he picked up right away and next time it went to his voice mail (I was calling his cell) but he called back in less than a minute.
So we met at my workplace and my boss was there too since he fumigated his house before and he dealt with this issue I thought he would know more than me and he can ask the right questions, which he did and he even got me a better deal regarding the coast, and one of the selling points the rep had told us that Terminix is better than other companies because if they broke any roof tiles they install it for free as long the customer provide the tiles, so we signed the contract for them to come after two weeks (kinda long period) and after the job was done went back inside I saw this note by them telling me that they broke 122 tiles.
So I called the guy telling him about it, didn't answer and left him a message and he called about 4 hours later telling me that their policy only covers up to 60 tiles, which he never mentioned as I have a witness (my boss) and I told him that he never said anything about 60 or else, and he said "I am sorry if I didn't and I apologize but that is the policy." I told him I don't need apology or sorry and just to fix what they broke and not half of it. That was three days ago, didn't hear from him yet and I called the company and left a message and no one called back yet so I called my credit card company to dispute the charge till I get this issue taken care of. Not great experience.

We've had Terminix for a long time and I've had nothing but good experiences with them. The technicians do a good job whenever they come and I'm happy with them. I would recommend this company to anybody.
