I have been a satisfied customer for over 10 years. Besides quarterly pest control I have signed up for annual termite inspections. The level of service is always the same: EXCELLENT. They are true professionals and experts in their field. Terminix provides quality service at a fair price.

Of all the services I subscribe to, I have to say Terminix is one of the very best in my world. The service men are very caring and thorough people, the local company honestly cares about taking care of me when I may need another service call instead of my regular calls. I am moving and I have resubscribed to the service because I just can't imagine anyone else coming to my home! Just wanted you to know! Thank you very much!

Edward **, our Terminix Service Technician, comes like clockwork, once a month. He reminds us to keep doors closed, empty trash all day/every day. He keeps his eyes open for potential issues, also!

I am very pleased with the service I have received from Terminix. The technician is so professional. I could not believe when I saw him go around the complete house to remove all the Cobwebs in the eaves!! Would recommend Terminix to anyone.

With every pest treatment, I see fewer and fewer bugs in my house. This past summer was practically spider-free. The technicians are very professional and so courteous. This is money well spent!

We live where there are an abundance of bugs. We recently purchased an older home and we immediately called Terminix to rid the home of bugs. Unfortunately for Terminix, they have had to return many times, but never charge extra. We love them!

Terminix has done pest control & Termite control for many years. They are professional and thorough!

Our usual tech calls ahead to see if someone is going to be home and asks if there is any problems need to be addressed. We did not get a call ahead from the tech. Also, none of the mouse traps around house or garage were reset. We did get a slip in the door but other than that, I wouldn't have known the tech even came.

My technician, John **, was great, very thorough. He has my pest tech coming out next week to set more traps. Mice have apparently found a way into the attic. Rat issue seems to be under control still. I was not happy however, with my appointment being missed on Monday then 1 hour late on Wednesday when it was rescheduled (due to no one showing up on Monday). No one called me either - I had to be the one to call. I do not hold the technician accountable for the scheduling issue.

Our home in the southern part of the state suddenly had a pest issue that we could not combat with commercial products. We contracted with Terminix, and with their effort and perseverance, we worked out a creative approach to treatment that, at this point, is now SUCCESSFUL!

My service Professional is very friendly, does a great job and provides excellent service.

Horrible service. The tech was very nice mannered but definitely didn't take care of pest problem whatsoever. Left message to have them come back out but no return call but called 16 times from billing dept saying there was a problem processing a payment. Priority problems I would say.

Your service, it's High Quality Service. No Pets, no Rats, no any plague in my house. Terminix is a First Class Service, it's Excellent.

Excellent techs - very professional - a good crew.

We noticed small brown bugs in our kitchen, which was tented one month before. We called Terminix and he put a small amount of poison around the kitchen, we still saw the bugs. I called Terminix again and a different man came out and put another type of poison out and within two days no more bugs, yay!

Technicians are excellent... Customer support is excellent... Nuff said.

The service rep is awesome and has really helped since he took over the account.

People who come out to home are very friendly. I am starting to think the product does not work. Terminix has been out twice and I still have ants in my house in the kitchen cabinet and kids bedrooms.

Bertha is our Terminix lady and if there was an employee I would treasure for my company it would be her. She is a huge asset to Terminix. We will never change as long as she is your representative at our two houses. You couldn't pay her for what she is worth to your company! We love Bertha!

I've had good experience with Schendel. They do the termite stations four times a year and then the in-house every other month. That's what works for me. I'm due for in-house the next time. The last time, he was doing the maintenance on the termite stations. He's very efficient, courteous and professional. Pest activity is almost non-existent since the service.

Our recent experience with Terminix was very good. It was very easy to schedule our service. The interactions that we had with the representatives over the phone were favorable, friendly, and didn't drag out. We had the necessary short talk and it was fine. Then the guy who did the application was friendly and thorough, and I was very satisfied with his work. Since our service, the pest activity in our home has been very good and I have no complaints about it.

Scheduling the service with Terminix was easy and they were very kind and gentleman-like. They called my house and then they came and found out that I had mold and moisture damage. They're going to put automatic vents in the foundation and put in a sheet on the ground to control the moisture. Then they're going to put an air control under there, which is quite expensive. But if it will do the job, it's okay. The technician was good.

It's always been good with Terminix. The man who's come out to treat around my house has been very respectful and couldn't have been more like a gentleman.

Terminix usually schedule the service for me so the process is fairly easy. I just have to be here. And since the service, there are a few dead roaches every once in awhile but not too bad so they are fine.

I'd recommend Terminix. My service is regularly scheduled and they call me. The technician that came to our home was fine. He just came in and did his thing.

Terminix is excellent. The scheduling was easy and their representatives are friendly and they answered all my questions. Their technicians are also all right.

I pay Terminix once a year to inspect termites. Then, I pay again for the bug and they're here about every three months. Their technician comes here, does the job, we talk and he leaves. He does a good job and we're not bothered by anything. I'd recommend them to anybody.

Terminix comes every 3 months and I have no problems with them because they do what they're supposed to. They call to let me know when the guy will be in the house and that's who I usually deal with when they come. All the ones who they have sent have all been very nice, and since their quarterly service, my house has been fine.

Terminix has been great. Our service is a quarterly appointment, but Mike the tech guy, calls and asks if I’ll be home a certain day or when’s a good time and we discuss it. He comes out and asks if I have any issues. He might have come in the house to spray versus just outside. He’s always very nice. To add, there wasn't any pest activity after the service.

My experience with Terminix has always been satisfactory and they have always been very good. I don't have any complaints about them. I also don't have any pest activity since being serviced by them. I had someone servicing before Terminix and they didn't do a very good job.

Terminix comes out to our house for general pests. They call prior to their coming out and they do the perimeter of the house. And if we have any issues with anything in the house, they'll come in and take care of that, too. We live out in a wooded area so there are all kinds of little creatures floating around. And because of the location that we're in, I also have their termite contract where they come out and treat the entire area. Then they come out every year and do a full-blown inspection inside and outside. If they see any termite activity, because of the contract that I have, they will repair any and all damage. The last time that they were here was our quarterly inspection and treatment.

The Terminix rep over the phone is a nice young man and does his job well. I've never had any problem with Terminix including the recent routine 3-month checkup. Since having their service I don't have the bugs anymore.

Warren is the best service technician. He is mannerly, respects you and goes beyond the call of duty. Great tech and service.

We have our pest control regularly scheduled with Terminix. The technician comes every quarter. We had some little tiny bugs and the technician told me what they were. We also talked about mice and he sets traps out for those. He's supposed to bring some new ones up the next time he sprays. Since our last service with them, I don't see much of anything except those little black bugs.

The scheduling process for the Terminix service was easy. They call and tell me when they’re going to be here.

We have a regular service from Terminix. They treat the house on a monthly basis, except during the winter time. We are on the termite situation too and they check every three months for termites. The pest activity at our house since our most recent service call is not too bad. Occasionally, we have some ants, but it's well taken care of. Moreover, the technician who comes to our home is more than satisfactory and he's very nice.

The Terminix inspector came by here and inspection went well. He checked everything and said everything was good.

Our most recent experience with Terminix was a routine call where they came, checked and sprayed. It's scheduled and I don't like the way they do it. They call and leave a message about when it's gonna be, and if I'm out of town, I don't get the message. Also, they schedule it according to what's convenient in the office and not according to what's convenient for me or the service man. Getting in touch with the Terminix office and communicating with them is hard. However, the technician, Wayne, is very pleasant and cooperative. He's over 65 and has a limp, but he does his service. I like him a lot, and I'd recommend him. I haven't seen spiders, rodents or anything in a year.

I like Terminix and have been with them for 63 years, since I've been in this house. I have a bug and termite contract with them. All the men are wonderful, very nice and polite. I enjoy them being around and don't worry about them being in my house. Every time they're here, they've been very kind and cordial. I don't have to call them very often because I don't have any bugs which means their service is good.

I had the usual visit from Terminix, and it was good. I make schedules online and it's really easy. Plus, the technician that comes is always very good, courteous and professional. There is no pest activity since the last service.

We had bugs and termites under control in our place. All of my experiences with Terminix have been positive and we haven't had any problems. They've done a surreal superb job.

It's a quarterly pest control service that I have with Terminix. I'll receive a phone call from them, saying that they've picked a day for their service and what time frame they might be coming out. Then my service man will call ahead to let me know exactly what time he'll be here. I'm very happy with Steve, the technician who comes to our home. He's very pleasant and trusting, thorough, and always concerned for whatever I've seen since he's last been here. He is a very good technician and needs to be recognized. There have been no pests that I've noticed since our most recent service, so I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend Terminix and I have already done so.

Rick is the Terminix guy that comes to my house and we're sort of friends as he used to come out at the Mid-Bay Bridge where I used to work. We have a rapport with each other. It's easy scheduling their service as I'm home all the time now. I don't have any bugs inside the house anymore and Terminix has been great.

Our most recent service from Terminix was last month and it was fine. They notified us that the tech was coming. And he came, knocked on the door, and we talked about what we wanted done. He went about doing it, came in and had us sign off on the bill. Our weather has changed and we’re just about to go into winter so the bugs that were out then are certainly not out now. But the day after he did the thing, all of our bugs were dead on the front porch. So it was very successful. Our experience with them has always been great. We have no problem with it.

I'm completely satisfied with Terminix. I had routine service from them but I didn’t need anything inside the home - just outside, patio, and yard - and everything is fine. I’ve had it done for years and the technician does everything I asked.

Terminix comes about every three months. They call and make a schedule, and if it's not convenient, we let them know and they reschedule. Our most recent experience with them went fine. They called and sent a technician, and he was a very nice man, who he did what we wanted him to do. We don't see any pest since their last service, so we're perfectly satisfied.

When there’s a pest problem that we want to deal with quickly, we call and ask Terminix to come over as soon as they can, and they do. On our most recent experience, they sent a technician who had been out here before. He had a younger man that I didn’t know with him, but he was professional and did what he was supposed to do. Now, our house is clear and we don't have any pest activity since the last service, so I would recommend Terminix.

My most recent experience with Terminix was was great and I would highly recommend them. The technician who came here was professional and courteous, and he did what he needed to do outside. I've also been having a little problem with ants in the house and he came and explained to me about what goes on with the ants. He then put some gel in different locations. Ever since we've had their service, there hasn't been any pest in our home. And they would usually call with a recorded message and let us know that they’re coming.

I was really satisfied with Terminix. I had a very good experience with them and they did what they were supposed to do. Centipedes were coming in around my sink and the staff from Terminix came out to spray the sink for me. They always come out whenever I have little problems such as those and I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm on a contract and scheduled service with Terminix. They call me often and tell me it's time. It has always been a pleasant experience with the company and their rep. The ones who do the service, are very nice too. I've never had any problems. The technician who used to come has either retired or is working somewhere. She was precious and I looked forward to her coming. Their other tech has not been here in awhile. Terminix usually calls a day or two to ask if he has been here, but he has not. But I love that they're nice and very pleasant people. I enjoy it. Every fall, I have a few bugs that come in, but that has stopped now and I think the next spraying will take care of it.

We have a regularly scheduled service with Terminix and the regular guy connected up with us and we talked about what needed to be done. He came out and he did a good job as always. He's always awesome and a really good guy. We had a problem with fleas and ants earlier mainly because of the weather and that's gone away. Then one time he helped us with the rats in the attic and that was very helpful.

As always, Victor **, our service technician, arrived when expected. He is always polite and friendly, informative, efficient and is always willing to treat for unexpected problems we may have experienced since his last visit. I have utilized Terminix services for many years and based on past experiences with Terminix I will continue to have them as my pest control service. Thank you for your service!

My general experience with Terminix is that the people who come and treat my place are very polite, knowledgeable and they do a good job. But the only problem I had was that the day before yesterday, they were supposed to be here sometime in the morning, and nobody showed up or called. And it must have been three or four calls in order to get an appointment up. It didn't make a big difference since I wasn't going anywhere, but I thought that at least somebody should have shown or called to tell us if something came up and they couldn't make it. But generally, I'm happy and very pleased with their service.

The service on the outside is always thorough and effective. This time I had a problem with pantry moths in my kitchen cupboard. The technician gave me advice about food storage and provided special safe traps. My problem was solved!

The technician detected and removed a nasty hornet nest that was annoying. The attention to rodent control is exceptional and animals are no longer noticed. I normally don't see the technician, just the results of their hard work.

We've been regularly serviced by Terminix and I've had one roach in our home in the last six months. In our most recent experience with them, the technician came when he was supposed to come. He called ahead of time, came in, and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went through the whole house and did his inspection, and we passed with flying colors.

I've got no pest activity in the house but I have some bugs out there. Service was all scheduled and when it's time for Terminix to visit, they call before they come all the time. The representative comes to the door and lets me know he's here, asks me if I got any special needs, then he goes and does a good job on getting the pests suppressed. By the time the treatment wears off, I can always tell it's time for them to have another visit. The technicians are very friendly and efficient. It was a very good experience.

Bee problem at my office needed attention and the Terminix Tech was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The problem was taken care of in an efficient manner.

We used Terminix at some rental property and scheduling their service was not a problem for us since it's been scheduled for many years. There have been no problems too when they service our property. We would recommend them.

I recommend Terminix. Everyone we've had has been friendly, answered whatever questions I would ask. They were here last month. They come and check everything like they always do. We've had trouble more with spiders here and it's just something that we have more than usual, but they do a good job. They also told me keep the pets in for about an hour as they spray. Sometimes you get the same one and sometimes you get different ones and they’ve all been nice and kind.

We have a regularly scheduled service from Terminix and I've had great interactions with the technician that they sent out to our home. He was very nice and he took care of business. Our experience with Terminix has been good and I hardly have any pest activity since having them.

I called Terminix because I know they're gonna do a great job. They were here about a month ago and it was excellent. I never saw any bugs. I hate bugs and the bugs here are big. All of my interactions with their technicians were also great and they're very knowledgeable. I had a rat problem and they got rid of that. But I have to have them check the trap because I don't want to. They always do away with whatever they caught. To me that's great because I don't want anything to do with that.

Mike ** always calls ahead to let me know he is coming, even if the office doesn't call. He is always on time, makes sure he answers all questions and concerns.

The Terminix team have always done a good job and I like all of their technicians most especially Clinton. The overall experience has been very good with them.

Terminix comes every 3 months at our home and the last time was about a month ago. My husband called the tech and he said he'll be here at such and such a time, which he was, even a little bit early. I opened the gate, he did the yard and did a spray for the spiders. We don't like those things in the house and I don't know how they're getting in. But he said he did and I took his word for it. Then I paid him, got a receipt, and he left. He's nice, comes when he's supposed to, does what he's supposed to do. We say "Thanks" and he goes off. It's been a successful experience and I can't think of anything bad about Terminix.

We have a regularly scheduled service from Terminix and we've had an excellent experience with them. The young man who does the examination and treatment for our house is very personable. We've had him for a while and if I have any issues such as a mouse problem, he deals with them. I haven't noticed any pest activity since our most recent service call, so he does a very fine job.

It's not the Terminix company that I'm satisfied with but I'm really tickled up with the service individual that comes by and services us. I don't hear from the company normally. From what I have read and what I have knowledge of within Terminix, they are loading up technicians to make these appointments, keep them in a timely fashion, "don't spend more than 15 or 18 minutes at any location, and go, go, go and make us more money." Are the technicians benefiting from that? I've been told by several, no. If Terminix wants to be a proven progressive company, they need to take care of their employees better than what they're doing.

I’ve had Terminix for 15 years. I had a gentleman that came around regularly, and we did really well. Now he apparently is someplace else and I have a different man that I have not yet met. He just came through and did the treatment and left, and so I don’t know what he’s like but I haven’t had any trouble with him. I'm very happy with Terminix and I look forward to them coming.

We've had a very good life with Terminix. They called and said that they would like to come out at a certain time and I agreed with them that that was fine, and they showed up right then. So a man came out, checked the inside and outside of the house, and pointed out things where there had been damage and the damage had been repaired, and everything was fine. He did the whole inside of the house – the garage, the outbuildings, everything. He did a wonderful job. We'd definitely recommend Terminix.

Terminix is always very good. We have a regularly scheduled maintenance every 3 months. He calls ahead, does his job and leaves. Since the service we don't have any pest activity. I would recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience with Terminix and with the fellow that's worked for several years. We've put termite control with our regular monthly thing and they never could get it straightened out. So every time we pay for it, we have to call and tell them that it was for two different things. That's the only thing we had trouble with.

My most recent experience with Terminix was due to our problem with ants. They called and I told them we still had ants. We've got some sort of policy with them and it is part of their responsibility. Terminix is 99% better.

Terminix does a very thorough job when they come. A guy named Tommy that works for them does an excellent job.

Terminix is good as always. They come in regularly and they’re very good at what they do. Their reps are also professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. They listen to any issues we have and they address them immediately. They always get the job done.

Everything has always been fine with Terminix. Friendly people that makes the appointment and does the work. The man came when he was supposed to and did the job like he's supposed to inside and out, then left. After 5 years the pest activity always come back but they always fix them. Just like always, good job. I'm happy and I'd recommend them.

My most recent experience with Terminix was in September, and the man comes every three months. The man that serviced my residence recently was supposed to come inside and spray in the house. He sprayed outside and everything. I’m 96 years old, I don’t get up like some people do anymore. I guess he came early and he didn’t think I was up, but I was up, and he didn’t come in my house and spray. I always like for them to spray in the house at least every other time that he comes. So I called the local office and told them that he didn’t come in and didn’t knock on my door to come and spray. So they set up another appointment and he never did come. So that’s the bad thing that I had.

Terminix came in a couple of weeks ago for their usual routine. The service rep was very cordial and introduced himself even if we've known him for a while now. He asked about our needs, anything we should be mindful of or he should be mindful of, and proceeded to do the application as usual. I asked about refilling our bait traps for mice and he immediately got his box out and gave us enough to hold our boxes. He was very responsive. The pest activity in our home tends to be in control and having their services is more of a preventative.

The pest activities in my place has been on and off. So we are on a monthly service with Terminix. And the technicians who regularly came out has always been prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. Although sometimes the company was not too organized because there are seven of us in the same park and practically on the same street but they wouldn't book us at the same time. And I would say to the technician that he needs to tell the company that we are all here and that we have keys to each other's place and we're trying to save them gas on their trucks. Then Charlie, the next-door neighbor, finally got it straightened out with the manager and book all of us at the same time. And I think the company finally got their act together.

Terminix was here about a month ago and the technician was very good. Since the service, I don't have a problem with any pest activity in my home. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

My husband and I have been loyal Terminix customers since the mid-80's in Corpus Christi, Texas, then Kansas City, MO, then relocating to Savannah, Texas. Terminix has followed us. We have always relied on this company for our pest control needs and have never been dissatisfied with their service technicians, the timeliness of their service, and the friendliness of the technicians.

We're on a regular program with Terminix and have been for a few years. And we have terrific experience with our technician, George. Prior to George, the guy was satisfactory but not good. Made us a little woozy. But George has been ours for 4 years and he is excellent.

I don't see any active pests since the service from Terminix. I only see them dead which is good. The gentleman who came out the last time was real nice and did his job. I’m satisfied with them.

I love Terminix. I had a very good experience with them three months ago. They were courteous and friendly and able to work with me when I scheduled it. The technicians were professional, nice and courteous. They were everything I could ask. But I need them to get back down here because we’re seeing a few here and there. They’re due to be back either end of this month or first of next month. They stand up to their word. When they said they’re going to come, they come. They say if we see any bugs, call them, they’ll come back. They’ll do it free of charge. We have no complaints about them.

Last couple of months there hasn't been any bugs at our home and it was so clean because of Terminix. They are excellent.

Randy from Terminix sprays for us and he's good. If we see any roaches, we just call him and he comes right back. When they say they're going to be here, they come and are on-time. They don't miss a day.

They come every three months for a routine spray or check. The technician that comes to our home is very nice. He's been doing it for the last 10 years. We had a bug problem in the bedroom, flying spiders that had the wings like termites and there were hundreds of them, which scared me to death. I called them about it and they came right away. So I've had them ever since. We've had mice and ants and they've been able to keep them pretty much all gone.

I've had a very good experience with Terminix and would recommend them to other people.

Terminix came out recently for a routine visit. The technician that comes to our home has always been real nice and considerate. We had lots of spiders when we started service with them. We had just built the house and it was close to a field and a ditch. We rarely see anything now, and if we do they're either dead or almost dead. I have recommended them.

Terminix is excellent. They have good customer service, are friendly and get the job done.

Terminix usually calls and leaves a message saying when they're coming and if I can't have it at that time, then I usually call and talk to a computer that does very well. The technician has been the same for a while and does a good job. There has been very little pest activity in my house since Terminix began servicing my house.

Terminix came out and told me I didn't have any termites and didn't charge me anything. They treated for termites a while back and they got them all, but the roaches are still here. I have plenty of them. They haven't sprayed inside the house for a while so I guess that's par for the course. I am happy with Terminix. They do a pretty good job.

I've been with Terminix for years. I'm happy with them as they got rid of my roaches even though I've had some good and bad experiences over the years. The new technician that got sent to my house seems to be okay. I've recommended them to a few people.

My most recent experience with Terminix is for our church and they're doing a splendid job. We’re scheduled for a whole year and they come monthly. The technician is professional, knowledgeable and courteous and I would recommend him. It's been an excellent experience.

It's been reasonably good with Terminix. We call to set up an appointment for them to do the spraying and everything is done in a routine.

The guy that does the spraying for us is the best we've ever had and it's been a good experience for me. Terminix personnel are topnotch.

Terminix was here yesterday. It was one of the guys that I've seen two times ago and it looked like he was training the new guy. They went around our facility here in the kitchen area and asked if there are any problems which I told them "no, I haven't seen anything." They did a thorough search around the kitchen and a few traps. I like their service. It's very convenient and they allow me to do my work without getting in my way.

Someone from Terminix came out for my termite inspection. They called to schedule the service and left a message and made sure I could be there. I have gone on a trip, but I called them right back and explained what was going on and it was easy. The technician that came for my termite contract was real nice. We weren’t seeing any active termite. It was cold and rainy that day and he said that they won’t be out. He showed me what to look for and the difference between ants and termites.

All of their technicians who came out were easy to work with. We had some spider problems a couple of times and they got right on it. When we mentioned the problem, they dealt with it. It's good experience.

I don't have any problem with Terminix. They schedule and come usually during that time that they schedule. I usually talk to the technicians before they spray. They are friendly, professional and they answer my questions.

Terminix pops in here to make sure that we've been happy. The only complaint I have is we're a doctor's office so we have patients throughout the day. When they do service our office, they do not call us before they come to do service and we would appreciate a phone call because we have patients in the exam rooms when they come by and spray. In order for us to alleviate that problem with patients being present when they come by, it would be awesome if they call us before they just show up. Other than that they're very very good.

We’ve been a customer for quite a few years, both here and in the town where we moved here from about 15, 20 years ago. I’ve always found Terminix to be quite dependable, reliable, punctual, very friendly people to deal with. We usually have the outside sprayed on a regular basis. Sometimes on the inside, when we’ve had problems on the inside. They’ve been quick to help. Very knowledgeable folks, the ones we’ve dealt with. I always look forward to see them come out. Whenever I’ve phoned with a problem, they’ve been very responsive to get someone out here. Even the technicians who come out, they seem very good. The products seem very good.

Terminix services are very good. When I call to have somebody come out on a special visit because I’ve got ants or I saw a bug on the porch, they come within a day or two. In their routine visits, the techs don’t get in my house. I just have them on the back porch and spray and they couldn’t be nicer. They just can’t do enough.

A Terminix technician comes to my house to do his job and then leaves. He goes downstairs and sprays. Sometimes the service is better than others, depending on whom they send, but they are professional and friendly. Some of them are more thorough. I’ve had the service going for a long time. I use it for safety. I have a dog that’s always with me. I don’t want fleas and I have an old basement. I don’t want bugs. If I do get them, I'll call Terminix. I would recommend them because I have the service at home and I’ve never had any problems.

I can’t remember the last time Terminix came over to our house, but I know that they always do a good job inside and out. I’ve never had any difficulty with them whatsoever. They took care of my bees last summer, and I’ve been very pleased with the service. They would call and say when they’re coming, and they come over when I’m at home. Every now and then, we’d have a bug show up. If we have a couple of them, we call Terminix and they come over and take care of it. The technicians are beneficial, and if I have questions, they answer them. I guess the biggest highlight in my experience with them is when they got rid of the bugs. I think they were yellow jackets. They had a hard time like me, but they were able to get rid of them.

Our technician is always timely and completes his job in a very friendly manner. He does a very thorough and complete job. When we do have a problem, he always resolves the problem.

They come earlier in the morning so we don't have any customers yet but it was a different guy this time and I asked him, "Aren't you going to spray?" He told me that he wasn't going to spray because it freaks out customers. He just came for a routine visit, looked at everything and didn't spray anything.

I treat my cats and dogs but they keep getting them somewhere. Terminix has been using the granules lately instead of the spray. I’ve recommended them a bunch of times and I still would.

Terminix comes every three months and sprays outside. My most recent experience with them was on a Monday this week. They always call me to schedule their service. I have it set up and I say in advance. The technician who comes to my home rings the doorbell and tells me he's there and asks if I have any concerns or problems around the house. And I tell them if I do and then he goes and does his job and leaves the ticket on the door when he's done. The only problems we've had were the little crickets, which I mentioned to him on Monday. But these ants occasionally come in our kitchen window and he's been treating that. I had seen just a few since he was last here, but I haven't seen any since he was here on Monday.

They just ask if there’s any problems and we go from there. They normally touch base with me before the spray. Our technician has always been wonderful.

He basically worked outside because of a carpenter ant I had some time ago and I have just continued to have him come out and do that, because I don't want that started again.

The scheduling service is easy on my end as a property manager. I tell them and they schedule it for me, and usually I just find out that they've gone out and the work is done.

The only thing we struggle with is mice in the winter time. I've got a 30 by 60 pole building and we get overrun with mice. Scott from Terminix does the best that he can out there. Since we've had him start treating the shed area, it's been substantially better. Scott comes out and does the routine around the house and we've never had any real trouble. We have wasps, occasionally. He came out and took care of those in a timely manner. We've always had very good luck. I'm very satisfied with everything.

We don't use Terminix anymore. We cancelled it because we didn't need it anymore. It was quarterly service but when we have them they were fine. There were no complaints.

Terminix do what they say they're going to do when we need to have them come out. Just recently we had an ant problem and they came right out and got on it for us. So far so good, and I haven't seen any crawlers. For the most part we do not have a problem. If we do, it's because of an oddity. Like with our ant issues, it was due to the windows that we were having replaced. They've also helped us when we had a massive rat infestation and got them all. Terminix has been very good and we like them. Interactions with their technicians have been pleasant and professional. In the little bit of discussions that we had, they seemed to be very knowledgeable.

Terminix came and sprayed for bugs. They come once a month and the girl who comes does a really good job. We haven't had any issues since and if we do, she targets those areas and takes care of them. It's been satisfactory.

Terminix is good. I don't like spiders any better than I like snakes and I want to keep the spiders away. The brown recluse spiders eat away skin and I found out we have those in Iowa, so that's even a better reason to spray for spiders. The technician that comes is a nice guy, friendly and polite.

Terminix has changed something in the last year or so that I hate. They have somebody else that schedules the service (and they're supposed to call and remind you), instead of the man that does the service which he's been doing for probably 30 years. It's real inefficient. An example, he also services my son's house and they'll have it scheduled on two different days or they'll have him scheduled in our house and then he has to go back 25 miles to someplace else.

I get the dispatch center and I tell them what I need. I have a direct number where I talk to the supervisor because I have a situation earlier this year with the technician that I wasn't happy with. He told me, "Well, if you don't like the way I'm doing things contact my supervisor." He didn't think I would do it. So, I called in I said, "Hey, I need to talk to the guy in charge." I told them that the technician was not doing what he's supposed to be doing or not doing what I think he's supposed to be doing. I said, "He puffed off. If you don't like what I'm doing call my supervisor."

It's easy to deal with Terminix. They call and tell us when they're going to be here. They will come, do their job and they leave. We have them monthly. Their personnel are professional and courteous. We had a lot of pest in the area this time of the year and since having Terminix it is certainly better than it was before.

I usually get a call from Terminix and they tell me if somebody is coming and what time. However, for the most recent one, I wasn't there when the guy came. The technician is a pleasant young man and does the job. He comes and goes around the house and brushes all the bugs off. We've had termites, but Terminix took care of them. The only thing is we've had so much trouble with the billing as they never get it right. We pay by the year and they say we haven't paid. We've had to prove that we put it on our Visa. It has happened a couple of years in a row and we're actually thinking of maybe changing services.

We had termites from one of our house that we owned for 40 years and it was a mess. I'm a little sensitive to what termites can do so we availed of the coverage from Terminix. They come into the house once a year to inspect and we're satisfied with it. They also provide household bug treatments which I wanted for bugs that could come from the slab. Terminix used to come out once a month before but now they come out every three months, and it has been a different person each time. I'm not really happy with that. They changed the service and they kept the price the same. They didn't reduce the annual cost and I don't think that was fair.

I have a great guy from Terminix coming here all the time. He comes on a monthly basis. The guy's name is Nick and he's very, very good. We've had him for years.

1st yr trying the Mosquito Treatment. 1st couple of treatments were fine. From then on, a date would be scheduled for a treatment and without notice, the date and time would be changed. Had conversation with District Mgr. but the last treatment was also switched. At that point I cancelled the contract. It seemed to me that because our yard was small it didn't matter when the treatment was scheduled. Would like to try it again in the Spring, hopefully with better results.

A regular guys from Terminix comes by, sweeps up all the cobwebs around the house, then sprays the whole perimeter and into the garage. In addition, they are professional and knowledgeable. We rarely see a bug in the house between their visits.

Our experience with Terminix is fine except that we're considering changing. We've been with Terminix forever but there's another six dollars increase and we're both retired school teachers. There's another company that would do the same service that is not as expensive. But as far as the service goes, Rodney, the current tech, is great and we appreciate him. He works hard and is excellent. We don't have a problem at all with the service. The technicians including the previous man that has retired are excellent and we've become friends with them. The pest activity in and around my house since I started with tehm is controlled. The only thing that bothers us is the increase in cost.

I'm very pleased with Terminix. Corry comes every three months and he sprays in every room of the house and on the deck, and then he goes outside and sprays. If I have any problems, he wants to hear about that.

When scheduling the service, they tell us when they're going to come and we tell them that we're here in the afternoon and they usually come at that time and whenever they're going to be here, they tell us they're here. The pest activity in our home since we've been serviced by Terminix improved. We haven't seen hardly anything. Flies and bugs would fly in the door but that's not Terminix's fault.

I discovered a large nest of angry bees boring their way into my house. This had happened once before several years ago, and they ate through the Sheetrock and created a huge nest in my wall, and then entered my house. It is a dangerous situation. I called Terminix first thing Monday morning. I was told they would send someone that day if they had a cancellation, but if not, then they would be there first thing Tuesday morning. I have been sitting waiting for them since 8 am, but no one has shown up. I called the published number several times, each time being told that they would contact the technician, and then being told that their technician does not answer his phone.

I had a little bad experience with Terminix a year and a half ago. They really raised the roof and I threatened to never have them again and they moved the employee that caused the problem. Then they put a new employee named Mike on the route who knows what he's doing. He's a seriously professional person, which is what I want, and he's really good.
