My technician is friendly and quick. He always reminds me that I can call and ask for an additional service between my regular visits if bugs start showing up.

Terminix has been good for all these years. Last time the serviceman came, he did the service and left. There has been zero pest activity since then. I recommend Terminix to others.

I hate bugs! When I say hate, I mean Hate with a capital H. Since I have been a Terminix customer, I have had virtually no bugs in my home. They even responded to, and eliminated, an Africanized bee colony in my backyard. The service is great, and the techs are prompt and professional. I highly recommend Terminix to handle any pest control problems.

My Terminix agent Kevin makes sure that he does a outstanding job on my property. He checks periodically to see if I have any problems. If I still had a business he is the type I hired. He is very dedicated to his customers and his job. Keep up the great work. I am so satisfied that I always pay 3 years in advance.

I've always had good service since I have started with them. Only suggestion is that keep the same people on the same route and quit switching them around. Upon discovering our newly-purchased home had termites, I called Terminix. I did not want any other company to handle our problems and I have been with Terminix ever since. I am going on 13 years now. I can count on them to handle any problem.

I have not experienced an insect or Termite problem since I have been with Terminix for the past 5 years or so. The service men have always been friendly and answered any question I have had.

The technicians have been experts in what they do. They evaluate the situation and are quite thorough in taking care of the problem. They are always prompt and have no problem with a call back if a pest problem arises any time between scheduled appointments. I have recommended Terminix to my family and friends!

We have been pleased with the service Terminix has provided us for many years. Our service representative, Chris **, who sprays the outside of the house does an excellent job of keeping our property protected from ants, spiders, and other pests.

I was requested to be home 8-10 am for the annual termite inspection. At 11 am not only had no one arrived, no one had called to say they would be late. When the representative called me at my office later in the day we rescheduled for December.

We have recently or for the last six-nine months had a severe roach problem. The former tech Flash and new tech Mike ** have worked very hard to bring it under control. My husband and I are very appreciative.

I have not had any problems with the service or the tech that came out. They do a fine job and are very thorough also. I wish that the prices for the service would go down instead of up.

He is very good. Very courteous/knowledgeable.

Terminix is outstanding. Their people are very nice. They just come and spray for the insects and they did a good job as they always do. It was not unusual for me anytime they come. It was just always good service. I haven't noticed any bugs inside since having the service.

I had a question about the anniversary date for my yearly policies for my Thermador service plan and my Pest Control policy. I could not locate the information online so called the Terminix office. There I talked to a very friendly customer service representative. When she had difficulty finding the information I was requesting, I was transferred to a representative in the Billing department who found the answer and solved the problem!

Always friendly, always ready to do whatever might be asked.

The service is great, and not too expensive. The rep comes out every time I send a request. He always does a great job, he is very friendly, and also very knowledgeable about his work. I continued the termite protection started by a previous owner of this house. There has never been a problem with termites since I have lived here. Carpenter ants later made a brief appearance. Terminix took care of that problem too and now -- no more bugs!

Had an ant problem two years ago. Used your competitor; NOT SATISFIED. Following year we used over-the-counter sprays around windows and doors. Smell was terrible; didn't work. Then we called Terminix -- "YOU ROCK!" All pests are gone!

I live in the country and have been a Terminix customer for over 20 years. During that time I have had several different Terminix employees come to my home and provide the pest control service. Every one of them has been courteous, qualified and concerned about protecting my home from pests. I am happy to have my home protected completely from pests. I happily recommend them to anyone who wants a pest free home. I also have termite protection from them and that is a problem I don't have to worry about either. I have been very pleased with the support that is being provided by the team at Terminix. The service technician that has been supporting my home is named Donald **. Has been very good providing the different treatment services, answering questions that I may have and is always very friendly. The pre-treatment notifications are a great reminder as well as the emails that are sent after a treatment visit has been completed explaining what had been done. The service that is being provided is invaluable to me as a home owner.

This company is determined to give you your money's worth. They email and call me when it is time for their next inspection. They show up on time. After any inspection if there are areas of concern to me a simple phone call will bring them back at no charge. Outstanding service and outstanding staff.

Terminix was very good. They took care of the pests at home. Scheduling the service was also good and the technician was very pleasant.

Each of the technicians are very courteous and professional. Though at times I don't agree with your system and the time of the inspection I have found it easy to go online and change the time to meet my needs.

They only came once and I ask to come again and never contacted me to follow-up.

When we first contracted with Terminix we lived in an old Victorian two-story house with bats in the attic and plenty of termites because of all the old wood trim. And needless to say it wasn't long before we were free of all the pests. We have since moved to a one story ranch. We don't have bats or termites but we still have Terminix.

Peter ** is just the best. He even came out in the cold and dark after his regular day to investigate woodpecker activity on the side of the house. He is exceptional and keeps me a loyal Terminix customer.

It's a log home, and the Asia Beetle loves it. Marty the gentleman who comes out quarterly is great. We are working on a regular schedule to eliminate too. Wish me luck.

I would like to commend both representatives that service my home. I have received excellent service from both Jason and Carl. They both make me feel at ease and answer my questions thoroughly. I have recommended Terminix to others for the control of pests. I am interested in having Jason or Carl contact me please, as I have a question about the vents that were installed in our crawl space two years ago. Thank you.

I requested Terminix to come here to spray for stink bugs. I did not have any problem with scheduling. The technician that came to our house is their greatest asset. He's a fine young man that knows his job, likes to do it and does it well. Now it's better. I did have a few of the bugs but I haven't seen one for quite some time now.

There was nothing I had to do. The tech came and went without me even knowing, and completed our service.

We've had Terminix for about 8 years. We had terrible ant, yellow jacket and black widow problems. We decided to try Terminix, within a couple times my problems were gone. We've been having it done regular service intervals. Never a problem. The fellow knows exactly what to do and knows about our place, he's been our service man since we began. I've had a good experience with Terminix. Whenever I need them, they are here. The people that came here worked with me, so I have no complaints.

The reason we have been with Terminix for going on 14 years now is our Technician, Joel **. He is amazing at his job. If I see a line of ants in the house he can find the source of their entry in minutes. We have never had a problem Joel could not diagnose and treat. And we had two cats, so he always was certain to keep their safety in mind. He is the best.

We had the best service with a guy named Dan **. He was very clean, very professional. Terminix couldn't have a better employee in their company. Very reliable, a good representative of the company. We never had a cockroach in the 15+ years we used TERMINIX. Thank you Terminix & Dan **.

We have had quarterly pest service with Terminix for over a year and we are very happy. There are lots of bugs in a tropical climate but we have only seen 2 or 3 live bugs in the house or garage. Very few bug get inside. The service technicians are really friendly and accommodating. I like the ease of having a contract so we don't have to worry about lapses in service. It is good to know that a technician will come back sooner than 3 months if we have a pest problem. We are totally happy with Terminix and I recommend them to my friends and coworkers.

Terminix is the best roaches control that I ever had. I'd so much roach that I bought spray a lot but when I call Terminix the terminator came to my home and he spray front top to bottom of my home. In 2 days I barely saw roaches. Now I don't see not even a tiny roach. I've to thanks Terminix for all the great job they done.

First, Georgio has been an exceptional serviceman and he has done so very much to help rid our house of vermins. That said, after paying $1,400 for this exclusion, we still have some sort of vermin in our art studio. No traps (and Georgio has used two different kinds) have been successful in catching, killing, or maiming this critter. Because of this, we are very frustrated and want that critter out of our house. This has been going on for three weeks. Georgio has been relentless in trying to get some results, but so far, the critter is still there and leaving his little pellets all over the studio.

I don't have a story so much as I have a very good technician in Dan **. He always arrives at the scheduled appointment time. He is knowledgeable about the service he provides. Because I have the same technician arriving each quarter, I don't feel that I need to follow him around while he is working. The bugs and such are practically non-existent. The only problem I have (and very few at that) are mice in my detached garage. Please don't change my technician!!

I had an infestation of fleas. Terminix came a couple of times to the house and I am completely rid of them. They did a very good job. I would recommend them to anyone who has a pest problem.

Peter, our Terminix representative, is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. He goes above and beyond.

Terminix come out for specific issues, but the last time was basically routine, spraying in and outside. It was very favorable, I don't have any complaints. The gentleman who comes out, Jim, calls and asks if I got time today to take care of issues that I'm having. I'm retired now so I can do so. He comes and takes care of it. He might be passing through on his way to another job, going home at the end of day or just starting out in the morning. I can't say enough good things. They can treat, then a few days or several weeks later, we get a lot of heavy rain. Bugs come inside. But for the most part they do a great job. There's no question I'm recommending to a friend.

I used Terminix for an ant problem. I haven't seen any ants since the treatments started, including following the first visit.

We still have a few fleas, but you are coming back in Dec.

This is the 3rd survey I completed and made many calls with concerns. I have not received a follow up call to discuss. If this is a survey that is viewed I would appreciate a phone call to discuss the service I received. I also called the corporate office, leaving a message and I have not received a response.

My first experience with Terminix was a problem with carpenter ants. They were literally chewing on my beams in my basement. Terminix came and evaluated the problem and the ants were gone in no time.

Am extremely pleased with our technician, Joseph. He always goes the "extra mile" to make sure things are taken care of properly. He is absolutely the best.

The 'automated' appointment scheduling is a disaster. NO attempt to find out what our schedule is. Then it is up to us to reschedule. Most recent experience my wife changed her plans to be home - but they never showed. She called to ask if she missed them somehow - but she was told the appointment was rescheduled. Not very customer friendly. If we did not like the technicians that do our visits we'd dump Terminix in a Heartbeat.

Terminix was scheduled to come to my house to check for termites June 10 between 3-5 p.m. The weather was not very good that day and I wasn't too surprised that they did not show up. However, I thought they would check with me and come another day but they never did. Other than that one time my experience has been good with Terminix.

I had mice and needless to say hated them. The gentleman that came to help me with my pest problem ended up being my hero. He did everything he could possibly do to get my problem under control. I would definitely recommend Terminix.

We have been a Terminix customer continuously for many years. We first started with Terminix because of a continuous heavy infestation of large black ants. Our serviceman is so pleasant and does a good job for us, for which we are grateful. Keep up the good work!

Terminix is great. It's just gotten too expensive but overall I have enjoyed their services during the long period I have had them. We can tell the technician different things that he needs to show more attention to. Recently, Terminix called to let me know that they would be coming out for a free routine inspection. But when the man came, he was very nice and asked, "What can I do for you?" We told him what he was supposed to be coming out for and he said, "No." He was to come out to offer more services for us. I said, "No, that's not right." He just went on. The man came out for nothing.

I often have many offers at lower costs but I could not abandoned my excellent service person. He is on top of his game and your systems support him well.

We had dealt with critter problems ever since developers filled in a nearby wetland. We went through three companies with no improvement in our situation. Terminix brought in their exclusion crew and completely resolved our situation. 3 years later we are still happy and impressed with the ongoing care and results Terminix technicians have achieved! When entering our new home, we found a rather serious ant and rodent problem. We contacted Terminix and an immediate response was made. We had an outstanding tech begin treating our home and have had excellent results for over three years. The technician was Mike **. He is always on time and very thorough. The techs I have had over the years are very professional and do an excellent job. The only problem is that after a year or two, the techs are assigned someplace else. You build up a relationship and all of a sudden someone else shows up - Never notified. Too bad.

Before I started using Terminix, ants were frequent visitors in my kitchen. After Terminix, I rarely see a pest. If I have a problem they come back and re-treat. External spray is routine. If I request internal spray, they are happy to do it at no additional charge. The price is very reasonable for the quality of service I receive.

Everything is okay with Terminix. Their reps are friendly and they answer any questions that I have. They come in the house and spray, then go outside to spray and then see my son for payment. Pest activity has been better than before. Sometimes there are dead roaches, big and small one. I would recommend Terminix.

I always get calls from office and the person I am getting the treatment from and when he says he will be on time he is always there.

We have used Terminix for pest control and Termite protection for approximately 40 years in both Kentucky and Cypress, TX. We have had very good service. Anytime a problem arises, they are very prompt to come address it. We have had very friendly, professional service men. We currently have Vacha ** as our service representative. He has adjusted our treatment schedule based on weather which I really appreciate. There is no point in putting down the chemicals when it is raining or expected to rain in the next few hours. They just seem to really care. Yes I would recommend them!

Service techs & branch management are thorough and professional. The scheduling system is terrible. They select a date/time for appt/inspection. If you reschedule by phone/online, it is not passed on to the local branch, so you don't meet-up.

I called in to see if my rates would not increase and was informed they would be increasing, that there was a minimum charge for services and that charge has risen. There was nothing that could be done to keep my current rate. Guess I will be looking for a new service provider.

We started the contract in 2000 when mice got into my brand new car & ate the pink & blue wires. The Terminix man put traps in my garage & in the basement of the house. My mom asked him what happens if a mouse is trapped. He said "Well you just throw it out in the garbage." My mom said to him, "All the money we are paying for this contract I don't think we should do that." He was very nice & said we can call at any time & he would dispose of Mickey or Minnie mouse. We have kept the contract & thank God, never had a mouse in our basement or in my car in the garage again.

We elected to have Terminix to provide this service because the representative clearly explained the pro's and con's of the problem in our crawlspace. The job was completed efficiently, professionally. We are pleased with work.

I called them to spray for spiders and haven't seen a spider since. They also laid traps for mice while they were here which I didn't know I had and I caught a mouse. They came back and cleaned up the mouse and set new traps. He left me extra traps and left me his business card saying to call him directly if I needed anything else. Great service for a single girl afraid of insects and rodents to have around!

Each time Becky ** from Terminix comes and sprays, it's a blessing! I truly do not like spiders, camel crickets, or any other bugs for that matter, and I always feel so much better after she has come to spray! We had a flea issue a year ago and after she was through putting solution in the carpet, and I followed orders to vacuum every day for ten days, no more fleas! YAY! Love them! They are very reasonable and work with you!

I had bed bugs. A man from Terminix came out. He did a thorough inspection, told all about what had to be done. Terminix sent a technician out. He did a complete treatment. We have not seen any bed bugs since. Terminix is also doing a great job keeping ants out of our house.

I have always been satisfied with the pest control except recently. I have been getting ants in my house and I called Terminix. They always come when I call. Even though they sprayed around the house I am still getting them. I see a lot dead but still live ones coming in. We've tried to spray ourselves and it helped somewhat. I'm not blaming Terminix, I should call again. It's just very frustrating.

This is my first year using Terminix. The service kept my lawn green all year. I thought the service would have taken care all my weed problem but it didn't. I am not disappointed. I will try the service again this year with hope that weed problem would be taken care of.

I continue to get bills for service I discontinued. Spent nearly an hour with customer service only to receive another bill.

My service is good, but to try to change an appt is like dealing with outer space. You have no good system to change an appt. When I do change the appt, the service rep says it's changed, but then I have someone coming to my home when no one is home. That doesn't work for me. Your method of customer service needs much improvement!!!

Our technician is prepared to do what needs to be done, such as wasp nests, and other critters such as mice.

We still have bugs you all promised you would get rid of but we have not seen that yet. We need the bug guy back out here to spray and do under the trailer also. Don't let us down with you all promise or we may let ya down on the contract. Please. Need to be sprayed again. Thanks.

The pest service has been very good.

Our local Terminix servicers are GREAT. Always thorough and good. However, our experience with Customer Service has been very poor. An appointment was incorrectly scheduled for us, should have been a termite treatment and they scheduled an inspection, which we had already had done. In trying to get that changed and our treatment done we got the total runaround with Cust Svc. No resolution, were hung up on, got put on eternal hold, different info given each time. Awful, awful service. We need a local office to call. This is badly needed. Someone that we can call without continually transferring and nothing getting resolved. Finally got it taken care of by getting the word to the local supervisor through our pest control servicer and one of the local termite servicers.

The service is great but the fee is too high for my budget. I will continue to use the service if the cost does not increase.

One neighbor has a roach infestation and uses a store bought product which is the reason we have called on your services. Our technician was timely, knowledgeable and efficient. He carefully explained the reason the ants had returned, and how Terminix utilizes alternative formulations and methodology to subdue the little critters, where they live. He also noted it would take a few days for this alternative product to show positive results. To date we are very satisfied with Terminix's service. We would recommend Terminix to anyone.

Terminix is always good whenever they come. I have no problems with the people they send out and I've always been satisfied with the work they do. I always have questions and they answer all of them.

We had contacted Terminix to have someone come and spray for roaches. A gentleman Mike had shown up and assess the situation. I told him what the sales recommend and was so far off of what was needed. In short thanks to Mike and his knowledge and extreme customer service we upgraded to what we really needed. We continue to work with Mike on the problem. If it wasn't for the actual exterminator I would have cancelled right there. A desk person cannot possibly truly understand a problem. The actual service techs should come out assess and recommend service needed. Again service man Mike was absolutely above and beyond in helping with the problem as well as his customer service skills. Thank you Terminix for having someone like that on your team.

My technician was great. My technician took time to listen and went out of his way to assure I was pleased with all that was done.

My experience has really been close to perfect. The operator that services my home is very professional and is very detail oriented. If I had to change anything, it would have to be the pricing. I think you should get rewarded for loyalty and longevity.

As snowbirds, half of our inspections done each year are not monitored by us. However, we, in ten years have had no problems with any insects at our Mobile home. You all do good work!

Before I had my house sprayed, I had roaches. Thousands of them. I tried every spray available over. Then I tried Terminix... Wham! Bam! Problem solved.

Napoleon is our technician and he is great. We have a small black ant problem and he comes out to treat them and they go away for 3 weeks. Then they come back and he has to come out again. That part I'm not happy about but Napoleon is awesome.

I would like the serviceman to come when I am home or at least during the time I was told he would come. This did not happen last week. Service was ok but I would like to be there in the future if at all possible. Thank you.

Ants - I still have them and there are more than ever before.

Back in early 2012 my home of almost 20 years started to need various replacements and refurbishments. For this specific subject matter, the door walking out onto the back deck was in need of replacement. The door was nearly an issue, for all but the 1st 2 years. For the following 18 years, it ended nearly a nightmare. Poorly installed, and buckling from the top part of the frame. It actually took 2 hands to open the door. I hired a highly reputable contractor for replacement. The fact it was a hinge opening french door, was never all that much cared for. A sliding glass door was on my mind for years but didn't have the funds to execute such a job.

Termite & pest control - All fine so far. Thanks & Happy Holidays.

I was notified at the end of October that I was scheduled for a termite inspection on Monday, November 9th, between 1 and 3pm. No one showed up for the service or has anyone offered any explanation or reason for the "NO Show".

Service technicians always punctual for appointments, willing to answer any questions and leave nothing behind. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Billing has been straightened out and we are very satisfied with the Company.

Since I had the house built 3 years ago I have had Terminix take care of termite control, and never had a termite problem.

We have a lot of unwanted pests out here by the lake! I have used Terminix for many years now and absolutely love the service. Not only are they timely and friendly but their treatment works! I don't have to worry about bugs and spiders in our home. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing Pest Control.

Termite Inspector came to the door last week. I did not have any knowledge that he was coming and told him that I had another appointment and could not stay. He apologized and said that someone would call later that day to reschedule. I am still waiting. As far as my regular service with Steve **, I can't say enough wonderful things.

The guys that came were great. Only issue I have is the fact that a crazy ant isn't covered under pest. It's a crap specialty pest. So you have to use a totally different spray. So you can charge me more for something that should be included. Due to the fact a ant is a ant period.

I can only say that I have only had to call on them for a redo only one time and that was for ants on my deck. I highly recommend them for your service.

Terminix has done an excellent job of keeping my house rid of pests for the past several years. The only pest that they have not been able to successfully get rid of yet are little, small spiders that I continue to see in numerous places throughout my house.

I chose Terminix as my pest control provider initially because my parents have used them for years; however, I continue to stay with Terminix because of the great pest control service and the termite protection warranty. I know of no other pest control company who carries the same termite protection warranty. This gives me peace of mind that my home is as protected as it can possibly be. Thank you Terminix!!

The roaches have come in all but dead occasionally. Seldom do I see any. The roaches are well contained outdoors.

I've used Terminix for years and the last few years have really been pleased with the service. My Pest Control Specialist is the best that I've ever had. Steve ** is my Specialist. He sees that everything is well taken care of and nothing is missed. Terminix is lucky to have him working for them.

I never had problems with the technician that comes to my home. It was a routine service that I had of rat and bug problems. It has been good since. Terminix representatives are friendly and were able to answer all my questions. Also, it was easy to schedule the service.

Terminix's services, while generally effective, are quite a substantial recurring expense. I joke to friends that they hold the second mortgage on my home. I wish the day would finally come when a service tech would note activity at one of the bait stations. This would indicate to me that the colony has been successfully poisoned and will actually be "terminated". Instead, while my home has not sustained any new damage, my trees are being consumed one by one. Effective pest control yes, but I don't see how actually eradicating a termite colony can benefit the company long-term, know what I mean?

I've used Terminix as my pest control company since 1995. The employees are dependable, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I've never yet been disappointed.

Not happy. Still have ants.

Their service was very good. They came back without hesitation on a call-back. The only thing they did not do was call about a follow up but they got the job done. What is rude, condescending and unnecessary is YOUR subtle threat telling us to "be fair in our comments." What, do you really believe people just relate horror stories if they really do not happen, or conversely, are we just supposed to say "nice things" and be "politically correct" whether it is the truth or not. Think you better take a look at yourselves.

Wasp Problem - The technician did a great job with the powder in our chimney flue.

My technician had to come by twice to eradicate troublesome outside ants that were coming into the house. This has happened before. Your products should be more potent. It'll save you money and me the inconvenience and dissatisfaction in seeing ants in my kitchen. :(

Saw and seeing more roaches inside. They get in and turn upside down and do a slow death. But they are still. All the little glue boxes are full of dead roaches and such.

The Terminix technician Mark ** did an awesome job and kept us informed all thru the treatment. Each technician visit since October 2010 has been a success and they always visited within the time frame. The Terminix product and the technicians made my husband and I happy lifetime Terminix customers.

We had a terrible brown ant problem. Chris came out on time as scheduled to rid our house of those nasty pests. Had to come out a second time to get completely rid of them. She was quick to respond and always professional.

We here in Hawaii are faced with many invasive insects and pest that are new to us with no natural predators. Fire ants, coqui frogs, and now dengue fever from mosquitoes. Terminix has helped me keep on top of these and the other pests like roaches here in Hawaii.
