We started seeing the bugs again and just as my Technician said give us a call and we will come back. Terminix sent my Technician back and he did a great job again.

We've been using Terminix for quite a few years. We always have the same person coming over to help us. When Jim visits, he's always very thorough and friendly. He does a good job so we're happy with him.

Terminix came for a routine pest spray. I get along fabulously with the technician. I call her and we coordinate a schedule so that she can get the inside and outside at the same time with one visit. Ever since I started my service with Terminix, the pest activity in and around my house has been very well.

Wayne from Terminix always comes and I let him in the backyard. He does his thing and is always timely, pleasant and respectful of property. He closes my gate so my dogs don't get out. It's been a good experience.

Do not think it is potent enough to last THREE MONTHS! I have bugs, SPIDERS and ants within 10 days after service.

I've always had a good experience with Terminix ever since I've been at my home. When I want them to do a service, I call the company, pay them and they do a very good job. I like their technician as he was very courteous and professional. I haven't had any pest activity for a couple of months.

I'm satisfied of what Terminix does for me. No sign of bugs in the house since I've started with them and I've been with them for 20 years. They're very good and I would give them the very top mark or a 10. They’ve been excellent and really thorough and I would recommend them to anybody. Anyone that has come to do the service has been good. Different times, it's a different guy, but they’ve been very good. They’ll use everything. They're very thorough because I'll say to them to brush for the cobwebs up in the top and things like that and they do that. And they spray outside.
When they come in the house, they’ll put things on shoes so there are no dust in the carpets. I always get them to come in the house because I'm old and I live by myself. I'm coming to 90 so I don’t do a lot of things I should do. If I ask them to do something, they'd do it right away. Every time I've asked them to come, they’ve come and they don’t say no. I only got one complaint which is I'd go away on December and January but I've asked them to come in February but somehow they don’t do that. They will come in January when I'm not here, but other than that, I'm satisfied with everything else they do.

The technicians from Terminix are very knowledgeable and helpful. They keep us informed of what's going on. The pest activity since my service has been very few. We've had Terminix for quite a while and they've been very good. I sure would recommend them to my neighbors and my friends.

Terminix has been always wonderful. Anything I need to be done the technician just does it. I can say, "Look I found spiders in my pool house" and off he goes. I love it. The scheduling is easy. They just send me when they're going to be here and I'm here or I'll leave a note and everything gets taken care of. And it's 100% better than it was. We live out in the country, so we had major animal activity. The tech couldn't keep every mouse out of my house, but he did a good job at keeping most of them out.

The termite tenting crew started their work on a Friday and we were able to return to our home on Monday. As a result, we went out of town and turned off our water as usual (once your house has flooded, it becomes a safety measure anytime you leave for extended periods). Upon returning, one of the workers had taken a ** in our toilet. The house stunk! In addition, our heat was left in 90 degrees and was not returned to air conditioning. It took hours to cool the house and it made sleeping difficult. Finally, the crew broke a sprinkler head and the closing mechanism on our pool screen door. The crew did not have the correct sprayer head to fix the issue. We had to pay a sprinkler company to fix it. We also had to pay to have a new closer placed in our door. Overall, the crew did not seem to have respect for our property.

Terminix was out here recently spraying for ants. I told them where they were and they took care of it as we were not around when they came. Scheduling with them was very good. We have called them several times about the ants that seem to move from place to place. They are always nice to come and check on those. We also have had someone coming out checking on some moles that we had in the backyard and he was very nice. He was able to find one mole and we felt that possibly that should not be considered a $300 experience, but they might come and check for extra mole as my husband feels we still have some. That one little mole, however, was mighty expensive and that's the only problem we had. Nevertheless, I would recommend them.

Everything about Terminix was good although at the last service, I did have some rats in my kitchen. Their technician was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I was satisfied with my experience with them but I'm not going to renew anymore because it's a little more expensive than what I want to pay.

We had Terminix for a long time and I'm pleased with them. They have always been very nice. Also, they call me to let me know in advance when they're coming so I'll leave the gate open. They're always right on time and very pleasant.

Terminix does a good job. The reps tell us that they'll be here in a certain day and time. The technicians come in, treat us well, and check out our house. Now and then we get a bug in here but not very often. If we do, we call them and they come right up so there's no problem.

Terminix has been very good. I haven't had any problems with them. We get scheduled every time and they've been doing that for several years now. We have the same one that comes every three months and does really good. We've known him for a long time and he's a real gentleman, very nice. I just hope he keeps coming.

I've had Terminix coming for several years and am totally pleased with it. The only time I ever had a discussion with them was when I heard they wanted to change the man that came to my house monthly. They were real good about that and Greg has been coming every month, except on winter months. When Greg comes in, it is just like having a friend come over to visit. I haven't had any pest activity since their service and if I see any signs of critters, I would call to have them start back earlier than their monthly schedule. I'm very very pleased with them.

Terminix does a great job. I have no complaints. I got the pest and termite control. Scheduling the service was great. Their technician who comes out, Joel, was mannerly and nice. He's good about letting me know if he's going to be late. So far, I haven't noticed any spiders or anything getting in the house since the service. I did have that much trouble with stuff and I have a rent house that was next to me so I thought I better go ahead and get the service just in case because some of the people that lived near want to. I didn't want to get cockroaches or something when they move out.

Terminix came and sprayed the inside and outside of my house and I was very pleased with what they did. I'm set up on a regular time that they come and I always have Richard who is a very nice young man and he does a good job. We have few spiders in the basement, but Terminix left that sticky stuff and spiders get in those. I don't have any spiders upstairs and it's great. I recommended Terminix to a friend of mine and she's getting them now.

Terminix is doing a great job although I have a problem with them calling me to tell me that I'm scheduled for an appointment when I'm out driving a car along the highway and I can not get back and respond. But the man calls me before he comes to our house for service. He shows up on time, sprays inside and outside the house, then gave me the bill. Also, he's gone out of his way to see that I get taken cared of early because I wanted an early morning schedule. He knows that I get the first one in the morning.

Terminix is always good. They call me and set up an appointment and they are friendly. They tell me about the appointment and I could change it if there is another convenient time. On the other hand, their technicians are very pleasant and seem to know their job. They don't come inside unless I have a problem. Moreover, the last service from Terminix went good. I don't follow them around during the service. They go around the house and do whatever they do and report back when they're finished.

Early on we had problems with spiders and ants. Initially the technician provided insect repellent inside and out to control infestation. Now with quarterly external applications only we have now been insect free for many years. All the technicians have been professional, informative and efficient in providing this service. We highly recommend Terminix for insect control.

I've had good people from Terminix come to our home when I need them. I've always loved their representative, but I'm missing having the regular person that I know because our usual representative had left the company so we now have a person that I had not met before. I'm very satisfied with Terminix. We have their service once every two months. I had Isaac for my most recent experience and he's always very nice and he always wipes off the porch for me with the brush. I had a little problem in the bathroom with some silverfish and he came in and gave that a shot. Since then, I haven't seen any bugs. Moreover, Terminix has been very good to me on the bill. Their rates have gone up, but they've kept me where I can still afford to keep the service so I find that to be really special.

I love my Terminix technician. He shows up on time, is clean and presentable. He is very friendly and will take a few minutes to chat and he always asks if we need extra pest control service. He'll listen to what kind of pests have been visiting of late and will direct the service to make sure those pests are taken care of.

I have had a number of technicians over the years, but everyone sent to my home here in Texas has been the best. Especially the one I have now, he goes above and beyond to make sure the pests keep their distance and stay away from my property. I'm very satisfied with my years of service from Terminix. My technician, John, takes very good care of my house. He knows that I don't like insects of any kind, and he makes sure that I don't see any live ones. Those I see are dead. Thanks for keeping my rates down!!!

Terminix was probably the best I ever had. I told the main guy in Durant where our base is that she did awesome. I live in one of my parents' houses and they are the ones who pay for it. They do the service four times a year.

Terminix has been good so far - no negatives. People that have come out have done a very good and thorough job. Whenever I've had a problem, Terminix responded to it. Interactions with the technician has been positive. We had a problem with some ants and he was very knowledgeable in terms of how to treat it. He treated it accordingly and the problem went away.

We have a new service man and I was very impressed with him. Years ago, when we started with Terminix, I had a problem and called. It was straightened out right away because they offered to change the service person. I felt sorry for the guy because he was an older and retired man that was doing another job, but he was a grump so I let him know that I didn't like that. When he came back, he was a different person and everything has been fine since. He became much more friendly and was very nice about everything after that. So, I was glad I hadn't switched. Each time I called Terminix about something, it's been taken care of right away so I've been very pleased.

Terminix comes out every three months and recently on Oct 1 they sprayed for us. The technician was very polite and did a good job. We don't have any bugs in the house since we had their services.

Be very careful with this company. Read the fine print in the contract. Make sure that what they say they are going to do it's clearly stated in the contract and save all the documents. If I hadn't saved my documents I would be owing more than a $1000. I changed my rating to "3" because the last person I talked to was professional and resolved the issue

Terminix is fraudulently charging me for services that they never did. I contracted their services at the end of May 2015. Less than a month later I cancelled their services. Even though I cancelled their service I kept receiving bills. I sent them certified letter asking why. Finally this week I was told that I was charged $700+ dollars for exclusion work. Exclusion work! No work was done. Nothing was sprayed. No traps were placed outside. Only one or two holes in the walls were plugged in. What they did do is point out to me where the rats or mice might be coming in. I paid a handyman to plug in the holes.
Part of the problem is that they had my incorrect address. Even though I called them multiple times to correct the address; they didn't. I called multiple times during the month I had contracted them to come and help me to do anything! And they totally ignored me. The contract I have with them is fraudulent also. It doesn't state a dollar amount for anything. It doesn't state either what specific services they do provide and what the cost was for it. I am not sure what the $793 they said I owed them was for. They did not do anything outside of my house. They did put traps inside the house. Not any caught one rat. Also the careless Terminix agent put a trap in the kitchen and my poor disabled sister had her foot caught in it. Nobody was home. When my brother came he found her hopping trying to get it off. NOT FUNNY!
Not only am I being billed for services not ever rendered; but when the Terminix agent did come to place the traps inside the house; he was three hours late even though I had advised Terminix that I had to arrive at my work at 8 am. He was to come shortly after 7 am. He arrived at 10 am. Since he arrived to my house late; I guess he assumed that my work will have no problem that I arrive late and he said so and rudely. Since I had being begging Terminix to come; I already had an appointment and the office was telling me the Terminix guy was going to come at any moment. I desperately called my job at 8 am and told them I had an emergency. But it wasn't something that I am proud of; or happy to do.

Terminix did a head-to-toe inspection of the house, checked insulation and checked for moles. Then they left us with some information about some things they suggest we might do in the future. We've been with them for several years and they're good about keeping their appointments and if it's going to change, they will let me know. Also, if I have to change my plans, they're quick to change and meet my schedule, too.

Whoever schedules the technicians for my pest control and termite treatment needs to know where the technician is going to be and how long it takes to go from place to place. There were many occasions where the scheduler would schedule a time and the technician could not make it because of distance or appointments were scheduled too close together. Or they schedule the appointment late in the afternoon and the technician is in the area in the morning and can do it earlier.

We called Terminix about a rat problem. They came out, worked on it, and the next time they came for a regular call, everything was in good shape. The techs are knowledgeable, get their job done and goes off. They don't come out and bother around. It's been a good experience with them.

I have a scheduled service with Terminix every two months. They come to the house and spray around the perimeter and leave a bill. They do good work but the $70 charge for the 12 to 15 minutes that they're here is way too high. I'm thinking about doing away with Terminix. Overall, I'm dissatisfied.

I am new to LA and want my grandkids to be able to play outside. I purchased the mosquito spraying, however, even with an additional application in Nov, we are getting eaten alive. I have Terminix for both termite and pest control. The techs always tell me that if I had a problem, to call them, and they will come back. They're courteous and prompt. I get a card or a phone call and they usually come in the afternoon or in the morning sometimes. We haven't had a problem since. I don't have any roaches or other pests anymore.

I've had Terminix ever since my home was built in 1993 and I get good and considerate service. I also have termite service. I've had some very good exterminators come and some that have been just so and so, but I hate it when they change so much. The last experience I had was with an older man who did the outside of my house. He did a fine job.

They've done a good job and they're always nice. However, I don't like getting a bill from them after I paid them. Also, I've got to cancel the schedule one time. I said I like to be first on the list. I like to be there when they do it. But, we don't do that anymore because we were given the date and they sometimes schedule between 12:00 and 2:00 or 2:00 and 4:00. Still overall I'm satisfied with Terminix except being billed twice and when I'm scheduled.

Terminix always comes out and treats our house around outside. We don’t need them to come inside anymore, but they do it and come in the utility room in the back and a little playhouse in the backyard and a store room. The tech does a good job and I always get a message the day before that they're coming and he always rings the doorbell, lets me know he’s here and we open up the garage so he can go in. I like to be here when they come as we do not always want them to come inside the garage. A lot of times the tech is the same one. We always like it if it's the same one that we're used to, but everyone that has come has always been very agreeable of everything we ask them to do.

Actually I was very disappointed in Terminix. I first called them because I could hear rats in the wall of my house. They came out and inspected but did nothing and found nothing. A few days later someone else came out and we were advised we needed to encapsulate (I think that's the right word) underneath to keep the varmints out. But again, to my knowledge, there were no traps or bait set out to catch or kill the critters. My husband put out several live traps and something called bar bait - he killed five large rats... I suppose the Capsulation was done correctly, we have no way of knowing. But I will say there was very little communication between the team and me. We never knew when they were coming or when they were leaving. Overall you can understand how disappointment we are with Terminix.

I have a scheduled quarterly maintenance with Terminix. Since having them, I've never had any problems with bugs. They've been doing this for years. The technician they send has good and great too. The only problem I have with them is their prices are getting way too high. I've got a bill coming for my last quarterly maintenance and it jumped from $70 to $90. If they're gonna stay at that, I'm gonna quit and go to somebody else. But other than that, I'd recommend them.

We recently had somebody from Terminix that came and did the grass outside and all around the house. We had absolutely no problem in scheduling for their service, and they were here between the times that they said they would be and did the house, grass and outside. The individual who came out was very courteous, professional and answered if we have concerns. And, he posted a sign that says to keep off the grass while the chemical was working and gave us pointers in regards to how to maintain the lawn in the best shape possible. Our overall experience with Terminix has been very good.

However, I had sent in a coupon and I had paid for a whole year but every time the service man comes, I get billed for another visit. That shouldn't be because I have paid for a year ahead and I did it twice. It keeps happening so maybe that could be straightened out. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and the work that was done, but not with the billing.

We've had Terminix for a couple of years and no problems at all. Any problems we have or if they find something, they take care of it right away. They always ask if you have any specific problems that they need to take care of. There's no need for calling to schedule. They just call you up and say, "Okay, were gonna come, let's say, Friday". If that's not convenient, you call them back. It couldn't get any more convenient. The technicians are very pleasant, thorough, friendly, professional, polite, courteous, and efficient. They call ahead of time, make sure they got it open so they can get to what they got to get to, and basically do a great job. They don't leave any mess when they've gone by and they close the gates. The pest its very minimal since their service. I am very satisfied.

We purchased our home 26 years ago and within a year found that there was a small infestation of carpenter ants in our crawl space and that several neighbors had carpenter ants as well. We had ever since we had them come to eradicate the ants that year (1990). They never fail to keep us updated on the latest appropriate protection and our update of treatments. Never have they failed to greet and meet us with safety and cordiality. Their service on call as an issue or question may arise is punctual and complete. The last time I spoke to somebody from Terminix was when a guy came giving us the screen that would go underneath the gutter to keep rodents out. He was wonderful and a nice person. He gave me his card and all the information and that was it. I expected him to call and be a little pushy but I didn't hear back. I was happy that he didn't call to say, "You know so you're going to do it and you know we can put you in a payment plan" because usually salespeople will try to do anything to get you to purchase their product. He left me alone and that was great. I have his card and we're going to do it. But we can't do it right now because this isn't a great time for us to be spending $2,000 on guards.
We're on a plan so I get a voicemail every two or three months saying that "Terminix is coming on Friday between this time and that time" and to "Please have your gates unlocked". And it's fine because they always come. The person that comes to spray is very courteous and friendly. He knocks on the door every time he comes and we don't have any issues inside or out. I also don't have any insects and everything is good so I am very satisfied with them. I've always been with Terminix and I recommend them all the time.

We had the regular exterior inspection with Terminix. They scheduled the service to when we're at home but in the past, we've had to do a different time so we just called back and they arranged it - we've never had any trouble scheduling with them. The representative who came out was very polite, thorough and asked questions about any special problems then checked in afterwards.
Last summer after the changeover to the new representative, we had a flea problem which were brought in by a guest we had in our house - the two-footed kind we never had. The rep explained exactly what was expected of us, and I haven't seen a flea since. So having Terminix was quite an experience. We never had any problems with their service and they always promised what was promised, quick to check if we needed anything other than the usual or any special problems that we had noticed.

I was a little disappointed in Terminix for the first time after having been a customer of theirs for about forty years. We had a trap and bait contract to have the tech flush and put in the attic and they said there was evidence of pests getting into the attic and so they will go into show bowl the cracks and crevices and put in bait and trap and this type of thing.
They came out right when they were supposed to, to do the installation in the attic. It started raining so they could not shore up the holes and then they said that they will be back in a couple of days. Well, finally in about two weeks I called to see what was going on. In the meantime, I had gotten a survey over the phone, about their service and that was a couple of days after they had done the installation and I had answered it as very good, no problems and all these but when I called back, they seem to think that the entire thing had been completed. And I said, “No, they never came back.” And one of the specific things on the contract was there was a dry vent in the garage that needs to be prepared.
I called the third time before I finally got them to come out and they shored up the things, I’m assuming they fixed the dry vent. My husband was home. They didn’t come in and checked with him. He said he saw people walking around with ladders. They didn’t tell him when they were leaving. My regular service person was supposed to come out and there were traps in the attic and I have not seen any evidence of him yet. So I’m not sure if they did that when they were up there. I have not been up in the attic. Usually Terminix is so much more customer oriented and they make sure that I understand we’ve done this and I sign off on it so I don’t really know what the problem was. We paid something like $3,700 so I felt like I should have gotten a little more input from them.
I’m very dissatisfied with just the overall experience. I have been a customer of theirs for forty or fifty years and I have never had any problems. I have always given them top dealing. I have two sisters and a brother and a daughter that uses Terminix because I’ve recommended them. I was disappointed to have dealt with them, agreed to a service, gave them a check that day because I knew Terminix would follow through and help me and would not give me a hassle. Ordinarily, I would’ve waited until the service was completed to pay them.
One other thing too that I had gotten a thing in the mail a week or so after this, before they had come back to do any of the completed work saying I would get. I think it was a hundred dollars cheaper. I had asked, "since you have not completed the service, do I qualify for this refund check?" They said, “Oh yeah, we will send that right to you.” And that’s been a good two weeks. I have not heard anything from them.

Terminix left a message on my phone that they were coming and I didn’t pay any attention to my messages. They came and treated the outside of the house but not the inside as they usually do because I was not here. We started having insects and spiders, I called them and they came back out and sprayed the inside of the house. I told the fellow that came the last time that to get the inside to have them to talk to me personally before they came out again and not to leave a message. I have no phone and the great majority of time I am available on my cell phone. My experience with Terminix is good but I thought their price was high enough. I was paying $80, they raised the price only a few months ago, and they are here around 15 minutes and gone.

My experience with TERMINIX was great. I just recently moved from California to Florida and found out quickly that not only was the climate different there was also a lot more types of insects and other critters I was not accustomed to. I contacted TERMINIX for help with my concerns and when I did they were able to assist me quickly and offered solutions to remedy my issues. What I found most impressive with the company is that they offered multiple plans to fit my budget and they did not pressure me to purchase one over the other and I felt comfortable with the choice I made. The staff was professional and knowledgeable on their product which made it easier to pick a plan that worked for me. I really appreciated how they followed up after the service was done. It made me feel confident that they are going to be there if I need anything else. Pleasant experience for me.

I’m satisfied with my experience with Terminix. The scheduling seems to work fine and the rep on the phone has always been very helpful. We had a normal monthly visit by the technician and he was very good. We had a problem with ants and he took some action against that. We’ll see how it works out.

Called together rid of little orange and black Beetle bugs that invaded our home. Within a week of Terminix service the bugs were gone. Saw a few a couple weeks ago, serviceman came on schedule, bugs gone. Thanks. We are very happy with your service and results.

We had tried every kind of product to rid our home of fleas for over 2 years, trying even the sprays that the veterinarian suggested. If it worked at all, it was maybe for a few days then the fleas were back. I read hundreds of self-help, natural remedies, but it didn't work. We finally decided that it was time to get tough and admit we needed a professional service. My husband knew that the place he used to work used Terminix so we called to get a price quote & to get on the schedule. The service was quick & painless. I have not had any problems with the Terminix service. Since I am in Michigan and you service our condo in Cape Coral I don't have any contact with the servicemen other than a phone call to let me know when they will be arriving. Which I then pass on to my brother-in-law so he can be there to let them in. My renters have not had any problems with pests so I guess you are doing a good job. I would recommend Terminix to anyone that asks for a company for pest control.

Terminix used to go to my mother’s house. She passed away this summer and she had trouble with ants, and she didn’t have a basement. And they completely solved her problem with ants. So we really did appreciate them. They do fine. We'd definitely recommend Terminix.

We just signed up with Terminix a couple of months ago. The first person that came out to spray was Bret, he was great. He explained what he would be doing for us from now on. Please understand that we had an ample amount of ants and black widows. One visit from Bret and we have zero of either one. Darrell came out next due to us having major termites for years. He was awesome. So professional and personable. He explained everything thoroughly to us. He worked with our schedule for the tenting date and was so accommodating. My family just loved this man, I'm serious.
Josh and Jose came in before the tenting process to work in our attic to replenish the insulation. I have to give them a huge shout out because those guys worked their behinds off. They were soaked from head to toe and never complained not once not even though it was scorching hot up there. And all of the ladies that called me to verify my appointments, wow they were all so very nice. Honestly, Terminix you folks have everything down to a science from start to finish working like a very well oiled machine. Great experience for us all the way around. Thank you to everyone that was involved with our process.

Our technician, Jonathan **, does an excellent job. He is the main reason that we stay with Terminix. He know our house, he knows our pests. He is always pleasant and explains what he is doing. Our house is, for all intensive purposes, pest free. It is important that you get a technician that you can trust and that you have confidence in because the technician knows your house, knows your attendance patterns, etc.

I've had good experience with Terminix although I was not here the last time they came by. But every time they come by they've done exactly like I asked them to do. They come every three months and spray on the outside and if I need them to come inside, they would do so. I had good service and I would recommend them.

I am very satisfied with my experiences with the Terminix representatives, not the sales people. I'm just very pleased with them. Otherwise, I would not keep them at continuous service. They answer all my questions. They check what needs to be checked and they make suggestions that make sense. They're very courteous and they let me know when they're coming and it's usually in the period that they specify. We're very pleased with them because we have no bugs around the house.

I have experienced complete satisfaction derived from the service of my Terminix technician because: (1) he notifies me of the status of his appointment with us; if timing changes, we are aware of it and can plan. (2) When he comes, he parks his vehicle in a way not blocking anyone. (3) He is courteous, knowledgeable, and does his assigned tasks covering all the areas that might harbor any stray pests. (4) He is attentive to all our questions and is prepared to beat any pests who have ventured inside. (5) He is also our 'between man' with Customer Service and diplomatically corrects any problems that may occur. He is welcome to continue service of our property and our needs for his company's products and services. He also has a nice personality and a sense of humor.

I've used Terminix for 30 years. They have kept my home pest-free for all this time. We used to be plagued with "sugar ants" in the pantry that appeared after every heavy rain. I haven't seen them now in decades. They discovered a leak under the house and a rat hole in the attic, both of which we wouldn't have known about. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

In 2005, due to a number of mobile-home park problems, there was an infestation of (gulp!) rats. Management had decided to capture all the wild cats to rid us of "those destructive creatures." As soon as the cats were gone, the rats tried to take over. Terminix came and placed traps, then returned as often as needed (up to three times a week in the beginning) until my home was once again safe for human habitation. In the meantime, I complained to Management so often that they quit catching the cats.
I have used Terminix ever since. They have protected me from ants, waterbugs, all the kind of pests we all know and hate. Now I have a dog and they spray for fleas, too. For a while, there was a neighborhood flea infestation, and mine was the only yard and dog that was flea-free. Terminix will send a tech as often as I call them, which I do, at the first sign of something new. My home is as bug-free as it can be in a place full of trees, close-set homes, less-than-sanitary neighbors and less-than-diligent management. I pay Terminix a year at a time and they come every quarter for the seasonal spraying. I have not seen bugs in a very long time, and I do not intend to give them the opportunity to come back, no matter what else goes on in the rest of the neighborhood.

The last time that Terminix came to our home, it was for a routine service. I haven't had any problems with them when scheduling service or in speaking to a customer service rep. I have two properties that have been serviced by Terminix for a number of years. My pest control technician, Edgar **, is wonderful. He calls me each time that he is scheduled to make a visit to either property to make sure that I am ok with the time that is scheduled. He typically knows that I like evening appointments, so he will make provisions to service my properties in the afternoon/evening time frame when available. My properties are also covered by the Terminix Termite plan, and thus far there have been not problems with that either.
