I've had the routine service for so long with Terminix and they do a pretty good job. I had a couple more bugs this year than usual, but that could have been the type of weather we've had here then. Anytime their techs come out, they've been very polite and helpful. I'd recommend them.

I have used Terminix for years for my outdoor pest control. Every technician has been very well trained and have excellent customer service skills. They are friendly and thorough. Service includes indoor issues as needed!

Terminix does my yard and the inside of my house, and has always done a good job. The contractors that they sent were always friendly, and they’re always prompt and courteous. They call to tell me when they plan to come, and if it's not okay, I tell them that it's not convenient.

Unable to post my review but I was happy with my experience when the exterminator came last week on time and assisted me in control of a persistent rat problem besides the quarterly insect spraying. Besides being unable to post my review as I'm not computer savvy, I'm unhappy with your spelling of my surname. I have been a customer for a good long time, and I have a very simple name.

Terminix is always wonderful and they are always on time, very polite, and always let you know they’re here. They tell you what they have found after they’ve been here and they do a great job. The technician that comes out are very professional and knowledgeable and the pest activity in our home since they’ve begun their services is very satisfactory.

My experience with Terminix was fine. They do their job and they are great. This year, the pests didn't come back and hopefully they don't come back for the last fifty years that I've had.

We're rebuilding the house and Terminix came out and made sure there weren't any termites or anything around. I have them spray outside and it's really been good. The Terminix rep and technician were very good and professional, too. Terminix is really a great service although it's a little pricey.

They call me for my schedule of service. I try to fix my schedule around theirs because somebody called me about five o’clock in the afternoon and told me when the technician will be here. I get aggravated with them waiting to call so late because I do have other appointments on times. Then I had to call the local office and get them to change the time for them to come. Other than that, It’s always been good. I don’t have any pest activity since the last time they came out. They have always been respectful, courteous and know well about their job in a very professional way. I’ll recommend Terminix and I have recommended them to several.

I had been very pleased with Terminix but they called me and asked if they could come and do a walkthrough up in the attic and they scheduled a day to come. I gave them a window from 2:00 to 4:00. So I waited but they didn’t come and about 4:30 I called and the person was checking on it. She put me on hold for a long time and then she came back on again and ended up putting me on hold again. I was put on hold three times at the 1-800 number and the lady didn’t really seem to know what was going on and she couldn’t find out why nobody had shown up or if somebody was coming or whatever. And they would say, “Oh, I’m switching you to so and so – to some other person.” The whole process took 40 minutes.

Terminix has been coming out and spraying around our house once a month to keep the bugs down. Generally speaking, the technicians that come out are really personable and non-intrusive - they knock on the door to let me know they're there, anxious to do whatever they can to help, and they always make sure there would be no bug problems.

Mike, our technician, is a doll and very thorough. I don't think we ever had to call him back after his routine service. I would recommend Terminix.

I've been with Terminix for years and we haven't had a bad service at all. They're always on time and do what they say they're going to do. We have them every three months and they usually call me to see what’s a good day for me, and if I want them to spray inside or outside. But I haven’t had them inside for a long time because we haven’t seen any spiders or any pest activity, so they’re doing a very good job. I’m pleased every time they come.

Since I started my services with Terminix, the pest activity has been controlled - none, if anything. Their serviceman has also always been courteous, thorough, and an open individual that I appreciate. He answers questions and cleans up after himself.

We've had Terminix for a long time, and I wouldn't trade them for anybody. Everybody who came here are very polite. They call me and tell me when they're coming. Since the last time they've been here, I haven't seen any pests. I would recommend them anytime.

I have a routine service with Terminix and because of that, the pest activity has been going down a lot. I still have some but not as much as I did but if it keeps on, I'll call the technician again because he's really sweet, courteous and does a good job.

We had something that looked like leeches but made up of a bunch of little eggs. I don't know what it is and they're light brown. It was like somebody took a tiny paintbrush and just made skids. The technician that was here a year ago said, "I've never seen anything like this." He took it in a plastic bag and had it analyzed and found out what it was. A fecal material from bugs. I thought I wrote it down, but evidently I didn't. That technician came back out and sprayed for it and put that all over my big long deck.

Everything requested was performed as requested.

We had ants coming in the house a few years back and spiders galore. I said enough was enough so I called Terminix. They'd come around and spray all over the house and since then, I don't have any pest activity. I like all the technicians who have been here. They're friendly, courteous and don't screw around. They do their job and if I have questions, I can go up to them and ask them. They don't care if I follow them around and ask questions.

Provider is always on time and responsive to special requests. Also they work well with my tenants.

Terminix is really convenient. They call every quarter and I don't have to do anything, so it works for me. Their technician was very friendly, he shows up on time and we don't usually have any issues. He’s been mine for two years now.

I have been with Terminix for years. I have mice up in my attic and they are helping me with that. They came out because I wasn't sure, and being a typical grandmother, I'm not gonna go up in the attic and look. I don't like them little critters. I've never had a lot of spiders or bugs in the house. I got a lot of spiders outside but they spray and get them. I've had them come out and actually spray in the house but it's a pain as I have stuff under my beds and have to clean it all out to have them come in and spray. I'm very satisfied with every person I've had come, but they went up in price and it's gonna be hard for me to get the 90 dollars every three months, but they spray and do whatever I ask them.

The only company to use! I wholeheartedly would recommend Terminix to all... Please give me the number of the White House, so I can call them!!!

I’m on a quarterly assessment of my property with Terminix. They come every three months and I’m very, very well pleased with the service they give. There have been no issues with any infestations in my house since they came. We had one technician that was here coming to service the house for the better part of 15 years. He's very efficient and I let him do his job. One time we had an issue with spiders and he always puts down the traps to take care of them. Another thing, he told us we were getting a few mice in the house because of an opening in the one portion of our concrete wall. He suggested we get something to put into it and we did, and there’s been no problems since.

Their services are scheduled regularly and they let me know a day ahead of time when they’re coming. The technician is very personable and got a great personality. I enjoy his company and he loves my dog. Terminix has always been number 1.

The Terminix technician that comes to our home quarterly is the most personable, wonderful guy who goes out of his way if we have a problem, and we stayed with Terminix because of that guy. Since we started the service, we had minimal pest activity in our home.

Dawn, the lady who does the pest control is wonderful and does a very thorough job. The other guys had come once a year but don't really do anything, except check the foundations. I would recommend Terminix for the quality of work Dawn does for me but the price is a little much.

I've always been satisfied with what Terminix does for me and it seems to be working. They come on a schedule so many times a year to check things out. The technicians are usually different every time, but they've always been respectful and really nice. Their service is working fine because I don't see any evidence of insects or pests here.

Terminix are very good and the fella comes out, you can’t beat him. He saved me.

We recently had a routine service from Terminix and it's been fine - we have no complaints. The technician was knowledgeable and did what we asked him to do. If we're having a particular problem, we mention it to them and they go and look into it and report back. We’ve been doing this for a few years now and we call them because we had a pest problem. They solved it right away and continues to be under control.

We have a great guy who services us and it's always very good. They service us on a regular basis, but a lot of times Terminix doesn't let me know, so he makes sure he calls me before every visit to let us know that he is coming. The pest activity in my home is always taken care of.

Terminix costs a lot but I've had them for many years and the bugs stay about the same. Once in awhile I get a wasp nest outside but otherwise, it's minimal. Also, their technicians who come over for routine service are courteous most of the time.

Everything was great. Terminix techs have always been very nice and asked if we have any trouble areas that needs to be looked up. Their service call is good and I've never had a problem with them.

Every time I've had Terminix out here, they ask me to take a telephone survey and I gave them a 10 on every category especially the gentleman that comes to my home. I've never seen anybody more knowledgeable, more friendly and more thorough in his job. I work for a real estate company and when people buy houses from me or they want anybody to take care of their house, ants or whatever, I suggest Terminix.

We have the best insect protection service. Always ready and willing to come out for any concerns, not intrusive in our routines at all, and best of all - no bug problems! Saved us years ago when termites started in one corner of the garage. System installed around the perimeter of the house - problem solved! And now protected for life.

The last time Terminix was here, nobody was home. They came and sprayed the outside of the house and left a notification on my door. I have this done regularly. The pest activity in the home is worse. I was getting ready to call them to have them come and spray inside the house but they weren't able to spray last time because we weren't home.

It's been good with Terminix, so far. The only problems that we've had are spiders, but I think that seems to be the regular thing now. I'm not usually present when they visit, but based on the times that I was able to speak with their technicians, I can say that they're great, and I would recommend them.

Came promptly every time I called and efficiently handled the problem. It took several treatments but we finally got resolution. He was organized, quite presentable and very helpful with explanations and advice.

After paying $1800.00 to have buried fencing put all around my house, on two different occasions I had large rodents, opossums, & armadillos that dug under my house. Upon checking it out there was no buried fencing in quite a few places. After calling the office and being switched to different agents or totally disconnected I received no satisfaction only empty promises. BEWARE!!

There's a young man from Terminix that comes out monthly to spray the outside and inside of the house and he's very nice and efficient. A little over a year ago, they came out and put those green things in the ground around the house for termites and they haven't come out to take them up and check to see if I have termites outside in the ground. Other than that, I have not experienced any bad situation with them. It's probably that they only come out once a year and do that. I would definitely recommend Terminix to anyone. They are very nice and efficient, and I have been very pleased with the service.

We have regularly scheduled visits with Terminix and our experience with them has been pleasant as always. I've had two or three different technicians who came out since I've had them and they were all very nice. I don't have any problems in the house in quite a while but if I have, they come in and take care of it. And then they go around the house and do their thing.

I recently had Terminix treat my house. The day they showed up the tech said he was just doing the outside of the house, called up his office and got it straighten out. He started doing the job but could not finish due to he said didn't have enough material. Said he would be back in 3 days. Never heard from him. Called the office. No phone call back. Called customer service, someone was supposed to call. No call back. Called corporate office - still nothing. Was finally able to get in touch with regional manager after over a week. They came out to finish the job but still did not have plugs and material to plug holes in the stairs and patio. They said they would be back in 3 to 4 days - still have not heard from anyone. I have called and left messages several times with no call backs. I am very very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone.

We had a very nice time with Terminix and we are very happy with them. The technician they sent to us was professional, knowledgeable, and able to answer my questions. It was a very good experience, and we’d recommend them.

A very satisfied customer. The service representative confirmed the time of his appointment the night before. He arrived at the scheduled time, asked about any problems (there were none), he did what he was supposed to do and then offered holiday greetings as he departed.

Terminix does a quarterly check for us and their technician normally calls me himself before he comes. He knows I don't like the computer calls because I get a computer call and don't have a choice in it. He is very friendly and worked throughout my animals here in the house.

My mother's house in Florida recently had a scheduled visit from Terminix. The technicians have been very nice and the pest activity has been pretty good so far.

Everything is always good with Terminix. They leave the same guys on that I would have in all the years. We would never have problems. They know what I want to be done and I don't have to be around when they're here.

The Terminix girl always asks me, "Is there anything you need done indoors?” She is very thorough and never in a hurry. When a lady brought some stuff and stored them in my garage, I told her about it and that I'm afraid that it might have bugs in it, she treated the thing and we haven't had bugs at all. Terminix has been great.

Terminix has been coming out here for years. They take care of things and I don't worry about it. Although, they were scheduled to come one day but I didn't see them so I don't know if they came or not. Overall, I'm thankful and very pleased with Terminix.

Terminix has been providing their services for my home for approximately 4 years. It started out as just routine pest control/rodent control. Then, termites were discovered and when that was being treated, it was discovered that I had a mold/fungus problem in the crawl space. They have always been very professional, provided excellent & timely services and have very reasonable rates. I have been very pleased with their service.

I'm having a lot of ant problems and it's the second time we had a real swarming of ants around the house. I called Terminix and they told me they would be coming out Tuesday between 8:00 and 10:00 but they haven't come back out to spray for me yet. Sometimes, it's hard to schedule an appointment but I'm sure that happens throughout the whole system. Their technician James is the one who sprays at my house and he does a great job. He's a good representative of Terminix.

I have a routine visit from Terminix. In the beginning, they were wonderful because they do quarterly and big visits usually in June. They came into the house and went up into the attic. But over the years, it's been very disappointing because they don't want to come unless I beg them. They are now overpriced for what they do and the techs aren't as good as what it used to be. They do come quarterly doing the outside, the perimeter, and they feel that that’s satisfactory. I'm very disappointed in the company and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody anymore. I have recommended them over the years to other people who stopped using them.

My experience with Terminix has always been great. Not only do we get rid of unwanted pests, but the technician was polite. (I have never had a technician arrive less than clean.) He came to the door to let us know he was here and would be working around the house. He asked if we had any specific issues at this time. We said "No" and thanked him for asking. He went about his business and did not bother us further. It is always easy and unobtrusive. Thank you for having such great technicians (and for getting rid of the bugs).

Before, Terminix never notified in advance that they were going to come; but now they do, so I'm fine.

I got a call from Terminix and asked me for a date so they could come out. It's that easy to set up a schedule with them. The fellow, who was here last week, is very nice and polite, and if there's a problem, I'd tell him and he'll look into it. I haven't had a problem since I had Terminix. My neighbor had a junk house and their house was collecting all the bugs and I was getting the bugs. Since I've had Terminix I haven't even had an ant in my house. I really like them. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I'm going to recommend Terminix. We've had a good experience with them except for the billing that they don't ever get right. They stick me with a tax that we quarrel about all the time.

I'm very happy with Terminix's service now. They were my first call, they came out, they were very professional and there's been quite a few people here. Things were not in good standing when they came in, and they took care of the problem for me. I'm satisfied with the technicians. I've had no issues with the so-called problem. They have educated me about what these pests are and what's going on with them, and luckily they have been eradicated. I'm going to continue to stay on the follow-up plan just in case because I would never know how these things travel. I could go anywhere and maybe bring the damn things home again, but I'm very pleased with them. They're great, so I would recommend them to anybody.

My experiences with Terminix have always been good. We came from Baltimore 12 years ago and had them there so we picked it up here and never had a problem. Their schedule is automatic, they call ahead to remind me and give a time and he's always there. The last visit was due to crickets in the basement. The technician was on time and took care of it. He was pleasant, very attentive, polite and asks questions in case I have problems. We have very few pests. Everything is preventive except for the crickets and clearly, it's working. Terminix is a good company to do business with. They're responsible, reliable, on time, and congenial. I recommend them all the time.

I have people from Terminix come every three months and one that was here recently for the termite inspection. They're very courteous and do what they have to do, and they chat with me if I have a question. They are both very good and there have been no bugs since their last visit. If I do have a problem, I call and they come out within a couple of days.

Their technician is good, but sometimes what pisses me off is that Terminix doesn't call when they are coming out and I'm not able to have them out.

I've been with Terminix for years and I have no complaints with them. Bryan and the team are courteous and I have no problem letting them in the house. They were always great. I call Terminix when I need them and they do the scheduling. My most recent experience was generally okay. They do good.

We have engaged a contractor to complete some remodeling in our Florida Home with the intent to rent it. Upon discovery of termite mud-tunnels we attempted to contact the servicing local office: one we have had a protection agreement for over 10 years; to get the issue resolved. After nearly a month with little response or any action we were told last evening, by the local manager of that office, that this process "takes as long as it takes". Really? We have now lost our renter scheduled for next month and our contractor is still on hold; weeks and weeks later. We would love to ask the Corporate parent of Terminix, ServiceMaster Global Holdings Inc. based in Memphis, TN, how long this should take but cannot get anyone to call us back. How long does this take? How long should it take?

Terminix's technicians have been professional and thorough in checking the inside and outside of the house. They come in four times a year. They're attentive to our special concern such as having signs of mice in the basement. They've also been very helpful when we had to change our account from my sister's name to mine.

AHS was great, they sent a repairman immediately. He was super nice and had the job done quickly. I had called in the evening so I wasn't sure they could come that evening, but knowing I only have 1 bathroom in the house they took care of it right away

Terminix has serviced my homes for 25 years. In that time I have had three problems in which I called Terminix outside my regular service. The technician responded that same day and solved the issue, at no additional cost. I have found Terminix to be a reliable service and less expensive than other brands. I continue to stay with them for their dependability.

Roger comes out here and has done a good job. He's got a good personality. I understand he takes his time by standing and talking to me a little bit, though the actual extermination does not take long to be done. I know this is how it works because I have been told by my friend, who was an exterminator as well, that you need to take your time because people feel like they don't get their money for it. Now, Roger does this all but when I say that there's ants close to the front door, he'll get them for me quick so I don't have any problems with him.

Anytime I need them for additional treatment they are there usually next business day. Always on time for appointments. Very professional technicians.

We've been totally satisfied with Terminix. Their guy has been coming here so long that he just comes by and lets us know he's here and wants to know if we have any problems. Then, he goes about what he has to do and lets us know when he's finished. He does the outside of our house, and since he's been doing that, we've had very few problems with any kind of critter around.

I'm very satisfied with Terminix. We have much less pest activity at home since we began using their services. The tech comes when I have a particular problem like a bee infestation and he is very helpful.

I have a contract with Terminix where they come and visit three or four times a year. The guy who came out here was wonderful and friendly. He does everything and asks if I need anything more. There are no pests at all.

I hired Terminix to insulate under my home. The insulation they used was not even professional grade. The facts are this: insulation was not installed correct. It began falling within a month. They used staples and 5,000 I threw to the wind hiring them. I now have to pay someone else to remove hanging debris and reinstall new insulation the correct way.

The technician was very courteous, polite, and thorough.

I'm happy with Terminix and if I wasn't I wouldn't renew my contract. I'm pleased with their service and my interactions with the technician are always positive. They are professional, courteous, and answers any questions. I'm on a regular schedule so they come out and do their spraying and look around. But when I have extra problems that come up, they always come out again.

I had Terminix come out a few weeks ago for their routine visit as well as for termites in our house. We have always had a very good experience with the technician that has been coming monthly. He's very helpful, friendly, thinks ahead, looks for potential problems and takes care of them before they become a problem - I feel that he's looking out for my welfare. I get some spiders and silverfish, but I haven’t had any ant invasion so I’m happy with their service.

After 4 inspection for the same known problem, I was told my termite bait system would be totally replaced with new containers. This was told to me by the 4th inspector, who the company had told me was the replacement technician. Was told job would be done in the next week. This inspector spoke to the local office manager. A week later the repair technician has arrived and stated he was told, by the same manager, to replace only the broken or missing containers. I have been waiting for a manager to call me back for a week. Today, I was told that manager was unavailable and they would e-mail him and he would get back to me sooner or later. Called corporate office where nobody, alive, answered. ONLY VOICE MAIL. They list on their website "Satisfaction guaranteed". Not happening yet with no response from anyone in authority!!!

A Terminix guy came and rang the doorbell so I'd know he was there. He called ahead of time and he did the parameter. I didn't have any problem. He asked me if I needed any interior help and I said I didn't since I didn't have any bugs inside. He was very efficient and polite. I'm very satisfied.

Tech arrives within the time stated and completes the service quickly without disrupting our activities. Always friendly and asks if there is anything else he can do for us.

The young man from Terminix was very nice. We chat and he always wants to know if we've had problems and then I'll say, "Well, are other people having the same problem?" And he'll tell me if they are. The pest activity has been good since the service. But we've been having a lot of rain and we had some hard black bugs coming out. But if I tell him and called him back, he'll come back and re-spray. He's very friendly and polite.

Service technician is always courteous and helpful. Tells me what he sees or finds and when the next service will be. Always inquires on what I may be seeing or experiencing with insects. System works well!

The guy from Terminix comes every three months. The latest service went fine, like it always is. I just open the door for them and give them the keys to unlock things. They're very efficient.

Terminix come and spray every three months for the carpenter ants. We live in the woods so we got a lot of ants but everything has worked out great for years now. We don't have any issue at all in the house. Terminix people are nice and when they come to the door, they tell me they're here. They also call the day before. I would definitely recommend them.

We're a firehouse so there's always something coming in or out around but it has been minimal since we started service with Terminix. None of our food gets disturbed. Their technician was incredibly professional and works very quickly. Even when we were constantly doing things around, he never gets in our way.

The technician from Terminix that came out was all quick to execute the initial spraying of our house. I was able to plan out any additional requirements I had and he also talked to me about some things that he'd seen as far as making sure that the ceiling was sealed promptly. He recommended that I get a technician out and take a look at that. He was knowledgeable and I would definitely keep Terminix for continued service. They scheduled an automatic trip out for December but I changed it to January. It was easy to call and get it changed. The representatives were friendly and were able to answer whatever questions I had. So it was a good experience and overall, I was very pleased.

Our schedule with Terminix is set up where they come routinely. We’ve seen a couple ants since our service with them but otherwise, our experience with has been real good.

I wasn't home the last time the people from Terminix came, but they did their job by themselves. What I've had in the past has also been wonderful. I've been lucky I got some good guys like Jimmy working for us. I've had a contract with them for the last eight years. They call me on the phone and say that they'll be coming by and I just leave a check out for them in the front yard. Jimmy takes care, removes all the water things around for my dog.They are really good assets of this company. Everything's great and I'm very happy.

I had to call and cancel Terminix because I didn't want it this Fall. They were going to put the bug thing on and I didn't need it. I think they're supposed to come about every three months. I call them in the Fall because most of the time I'm gone during the winter. Their representatives are good. The contractor that comes to our home is okay and I haven't had any pest activity at home since our last service call.

After a mix-up with our contract, we have reinstated our service with some generous compensation, and a service technician came to the house the next day to spray for insects & clean up breeding areas.

With Terminix, we get what we expect. They spray the bugs, check to see if we had any inside and there hasn't been any pests ever since. Everything flows like you'd wanted it to. The technicians have been transparent, courteous and professional. It's been fantastic and we're super happy with it.

There has been absolutely no problem with Terminix. I found the serviceman very cordial, polite and helpful if I have any questions. There's hardly any pest activity since the last time that we've had service. I have a problem with wasps but we haven't figured out where they're coming in, so that's still an ongoing investigation.

I receive the best service from Terminix and my technician is so very accommodating, he is very courteous, well-mannered and very punctual. I've had same tech for several years. If ever he is running late he makes sure to call and lets me know.

Terminix technician always arrives within given time frame. He is courteous, listens well to concerns, is professional in his appearance and is very thorough. Every technician I have dealt with must be well screened. I have felt safe having them inside and outside my home. They always seem to focus on the job and their eyes never roam to other objects in my home or anything that does not have to do with the issue at hand. Kudos to a well run company!

Terminix comes in and my mom never complains about them. She's used them for years and we don't have any problems with their service.

We're on a yearly plan with Terminix and they come out every quarter. Recently, they came out and checked all the bait traps. Then they had a comprehensive talk with us about services provided and things that are up-and-coming. We had a great conversation and they did a good job. We haven't had any pest activity since the last time that we’ve had service with them, nothing like we used to before they started showing up.

We are very pleased with Terminix and the service technician that takes care of our house. He is very professional and timely. We have never had any issues with indoor pests since we've been using Terminix.

We love Melody to death. She is the little lady that works with Terminix and she is our favorite. We all trust her and that's the way it is. She takes care of everything so we have no problem with her. We would recommend Terminix to a friend.

We had to call Terminix back to take care of some spiders. They came right out and responded in good time. The technician was a really nice guy and helpful. He went a little bit beyond the call because he's like, "Now is there anything else?" He's also very attentive and did an excellent job in trying to take care of the spiders. But I don't know if it's the spray that they're using or what because we still have white spiders. And I've been bugging my husband because I want Terminix to come back and get these spiders. It's annoying when they get up in the corner of the ceiling and the walls and I find two to six a day that I have to vacuum down. So that part I'm not happy with. But their customer service is excellent, so I would recommend them. However, you have to follow-up and if you still have a problem, you need to contact them.

Recently, we had the termite service from Terminix, and my husband was present that day. It was fine, and everybody’s very, very thoughtful. In the summertime, especially last year, we had a lot of wasps, and Matt from Terminix who takes care of the pests is very conscientious about seeing that particular pest is taken care of, so I’m very pleased with him. My husband is also pleased with the other fellow that comes for the termites too. They always call before they come, so I know how to expect them, and they’re always punctual. I’m very pleased with the company, and I’d recommend them.

We have a great relationship with our technician Ralph and are confident that he is taking good care of our home. We continue to use Terminix largely due to Ralph's professional attitude. He is always on time, friendly, knowledgeable and polite. Upon arrival, Ralph always asks if there are any problems that need additional attention inside the home or outside. He removes his shoes automatically when entering the home and always has a smile!

Terminix would call me to schedule appointments. The guy who conducts the inspection was good. He stopped by and then I asked him to do the interior of the house and then the outside. There hasn't been any pest in my place.

The Company calling told me when they would be there and they were on time. They completed task within the amount of time allotted. They were friendly and they cleaned up after themselves when they were finished.

My experience with Terminix is great. The lady who comes here is so nice, polite and friendly. She seems to do a good job spraying and taking care of everything.

Terminix came two days ago for our regular schedule. We had him do flea medicine for our dogs in the yard and the spiders around the house. They also sprayed extra towards my neighbor who raises ants. The pests are gone since the call.

Terminix comes out often and spray for me. The technicians are all good. Everything's been okay with regards to pest activity. For that, I would recommend them.

Terminix has always been great to me and everything that they did was excellent. They've done anything that I've ever asked them to do. An inspector was supposed to come out for a free inspection we were supposed to get, but they called, canceled, and didn't come for some reason. But the guy who comes and sprays was wonderful. We had one tech for a long time. They changed to another tech, and this one did exactly the same thing that the other one did, so it's fine.

Our service provider is polite and attentive! He takes the time to explain things to us and is always willing to service us when we're available. We have been very happy with his services and will continue to have him service our home to keep those pests at bay.

Terminix came to our house, first thing the guy says is, "You may have subterranean termites". After spending maybe 3 min under our house, guess what, we have sub termites. He barely walks the rest of the house, spends another 3 min in the attic, which is huge. Does not even go into garage. Orkin comes a week later & says he finds no sub termites, thinks the Terminix guy is just making crap up. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE TERMINIX!

We are scheduled with Terminix every three months and it works fine. Everything went smooth and we have not had any complaints over how they do and what they do. We've also been well pleased with their nice representatives - both the lady and the gentleman. The lady does a good job whenever I'm here and the gentleman asks questions on what we think we need or not. Since their most recent visit, we've found tiny black bugs and we still haven't got them under control. But we've been well satisfied and we like how much they treat us.

My home was burglarized after being tented for fumigation. The suspects entered my home by making numerous cuts throughout the tent, which made the fumigation less effective. Since the fumigation, I have seen the silverfish insect and fresh termite droppings. We assume the inadequate fumigation was due to the numerous cuts in the tents that were present for long periods of time.

People from Terminix seem to be always on time and do the job right. Overall, our experience with them was good.

I thought the person was very courteous and though with his inspection of both inside and outside the house.

The young man was very courteous and understanding when I explained to him that I was unable to be home (unexpected situation) to let my dogs outside so he could inspect the inside. He did inspect the outside and left me a note. I have always had a great rapport with Terminix.

Terminix does regular services and we've had low pest activity ever since. It was a fine experience.

I have been in Shreveport since 2009 and have been using Terminix since I moved here. We had an infestation of spiders in the house and now I just call if I see anymore between regular visits. There is usually the same person who comes to the house. Once there was a different man, but both are polite and do a good job. This is on top of the termite protection that is done.

I'm very satisfied with Terminix. Since our last service with them a month ago, I found only one bug. Their tech was very nice, helpful and always asked if I have any other problems or tells me not to hesitate to call if there are any problems. The only objection I have with them is when they call and have this recording to talk about the last service and asks questions that aren't applicable, it doesn't give me a chance to say anything.

We had a very bad mosquito situation here and Terminix took care of it. I've had real good experience with them for years. They do two things for me. They come out and spray around the house for bugs and they also do termites where they set up the stations and check them each month to make sure that they’re not getting any. The man that takes care of it, David, does a marvelous job. I have dogs so I have locked gates. I usually open one for him and bring my dogs in but he's always careful to lock it again when he leaves. He's a nice guy and I enjoy having him come.

Since Terminix' most recent visit, we don't see any pests around the house, which is what we're after. They came and sprayed the house when no one was home. They come once a month and they call the day before which we had requested so we'd know they're coming. The technician is always very polite and friendly, and does his job.

The people from Terminix come and do their job. I like the guy that comes here because he's nice and I've never had any problems. Being with Terminix has been good.

Ever since we've started this program with Terminix, pests have been getting less and less. However, the mainland office sucks because they schedule me in the afternoon even though I’ve asked many times to be made an appointment in the morning. I have dogs which cannot be pushed in and out of the house all the time and I have to bring them inside the house during the spray. But the local people are very considerate about that. When they get the work order from the mainland office, they'll call me. The one they send is awesome and always on time. I'm very happy with his work.

Everything's fine with Terminix. They've done a good job getting rid of my ants. Recommended.

We've had a very good experience with Terminix. The serviceman who came was very knowledgeable and considerate. We have them call and leave the message for an appointment every three or four months. But, one problem we have with Terminix is that they didn't show up for the past couple of service appointments so we've had to call and find out what was going on and to reschedule.

The service people from Terminix who have come by have done what we've asked them to do, so we're satisfied with that. But the only thing is, they may have sent out a new person or a different person who doesn't know the places that we want sprayed when they arrive. For example, last time a very nice gentleman did a great job. But it was his first time here and he wasn't aware of all the places I have shown other folks to spray. I'm not blaming Terminix for this and that's not a reflection on them, but there might be a way for this to be better conveyed within the organization.

My overall experience with Terminix was fine. Jethro, their staff, has been the same guy who comes to our home every third Monday of the month for years. He's very professional and awesome.

I would have to say that my experience with Terminix has not been a pleasant one? I had a problem with red wasp making nests in the eaves of my home. Only one time did they even spray in my attic? They always sprayed in my bushes and around my yard. I had more success spraying with wasp spray I got at Home Depot. They also charged me for a year contract that I did not sign up for when I cancelled their service. I would not recommend their service.

The Terminix Tech was very informative, knowledgeable, as well as professional during the check. He worked timely and proficiently. Terminix should be sure to keep these type of techs on board!

Terminix came out three months ago and sprayed for pests outside around the house. We've had their service for a long time and we've had the same person coming so he knows us and he knows our dog. He comes and takes care of stuff and everything is done. Billing is all automated too. Overall, Terminix provides a very easy and reliable service. It's always there and requires not a whole lot from me to participate in so that's pretty good.

I have been very pleased with my service from Terminix. I have noticed a significant drop in insects in my home. They remind me when they are coming and are very prompt with their appointments.

My shop is in the middle of a very rural area and people plant cotton, corn and stuff around us so we see pests. Every few months, the guy from Terminix comes in and sprays. I like doing business with them.

Terminix has been good. The last time they came out was for a routine service. But when I called in for a claim, I called Andrew, our technician, directly. He had given me his cell phone number before so that if I have any additional problems, I could call him. He addresses the problem, is very thorough, and does a good job.

Last September was the most recent time when Terminix came and sprayed outside. Their service guy comes quarterly in the house and addresses whatever problems we've got and it's excellent as always. Our service guy is a jewel, very conscientious and has no problem doing anything I ask him to do. Moreover, Terminix has been very consistent. They first call early, a few days ahead, and give us a recorded message of our schedule and then our service guy will call usually the night before to ask if he can come. He goes in and out, nice and quick and does his job with no complaints. Of note is the service guy's attention to detail - spraying inside the bathroom cabinet for spiders. I'm very happy with him and everything he does is good.
