Our Terminix technician Fred, is superlative. He not only does his job with expertise and efficiency, he is friendly, helpful, always cheerful, very knowledgeable about his work. In general he is the best.

I have a HUGE fear of bugs. When my 2 boys left for college, I was alone so I called Terminix. I sleep better, live better and am amazed that I hardly see ANY bugs at all! The boys are back and I still continue to use Terminix because I feel so much more at ease knowing that I am bug-free! That is why I call Harry my HERO! Thank you for all you have done to make my life better!

I was very dissatisfied with Terminix. First of all, this is the third time you've asked me for my opinion. POOR communication between company and exterminators. POOR scheduling. Thanks for getting rid of the pests, but I will not be back because of the service. The phone calls are recorded. You can pull them up and listen to your "liaison" tell me to calm down after I got upset. I took off 4.5 hours off work, no one showed up on the scheduled day. I ended up having to call to make sure someone was going to show up, and apparently no one knew the person scheduled was on vacation. I was told, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do. We have rescheduled you for tomorrow."
Seriously? It took an hour and me getting furious for someone to actually show up. I have no issues whatsoever with Merle or the other guy who came to treat my house. Those two guys were very nice. It's when I call and get transferred to "the branch" 4 times and each time, have to re-explain what's going on, be told there's nothing that can be done and then the liaison told me she was going to make sure I was compensated? Really? How and when? So yeah, I'm dissatisfied.

We've just had our three-month service from Terminix and it was great. The Terminix servicemen come routinely. I've scheduled a service in between our three months and they work within that day or the following day. We've had a couple of servicemen come and they've been wonderful. They've listened and done exactly what we've asked, and we haven't had any problems. The pest activity here has been under control since their service.

We have always been pleased with the agents who provide regular treatments although the email notice of when they will arrive is rarely accurate. Billing is a nightmare. A nationwide company should be able to handle one person with multiple accounts, but they cannot. Customer service phone agents are always nice and always convince us that they have solved the latest billing question/problem, but problems continue to occur. I really dislike calling someone in another state when I have dialed a local number. That's just trying to fool me.

Did I mention I have no roaches?? When I first moved to Florida in 2007, the only thing I insisted on was that I not have to see any roaches (there really aren't any in Alaska where I lived before). I called Terminix as soon as I got here and you guys have kept roaches away since then, nearly nine years. Thank you.

I have contracted with Terminix for the last 9 years for my house pest control and termite protection warranty. I have been very pleased with their service and with the professionalism and efficiency of their technicians in keeping the outside and inside of my home pest and termite free. :)

Joel is professional, thorough and punctual. He always calls in advance and is available when I need him to come to the house in between scheduled service. He's a great guy and all the ants are gone. I have recommended friends to Terminix.

I had mice in the basement. I called Ben ** and he came soon after. He checked outside and in the basement. He found spots to plug and placed traps in the basement. I was called by Terminix and I was to have an appointment Saturday, Dec. 19 at 3-5:00. The inspector called me today, Friday and told he may be here in 2-3 weeks. I was not happy about this. So I called Ben ** and he is a great asset to Terminix and me.

Our tech was great, but we saw 6 spiders after the service. I called 3 times over the span of 2 weeks to get someone out here to spray again free of charge as their policy says because they didn't fix the problem. Every time I was told we'd be called back the next day and never heard from anyone. When I called again, the 4th time now, the lady indirectly called me a liar and said there was absolutely no record of us calling and told me our next service (which was in 4 days from me calling the FOURTH time) would still be charged the full price of $89. That really pissed me off because I had been trying to get someone out here and was never contacted back. So I cancelled my service. We contacted Clark and they assisted us right away. If you don't want to lose business you should teach your customer service the proper skills to handle customers and follow through with call backs if they say someone will contact the customer.

Pest treatment works as we see big roaches - either dead or hardly able to move, before we whack them. Too bad treatment does not apply to lizards. Do you apply orange treatment? See that treatment on TV.

My appointment was scheduled for between 8-10 am yesterday, December 17. By the time I left home at 10:45, the technician had not come. My daughter left home at 12:00 and he was still not there. There is no indication that he ever arrived. Have emailed Terminix, but there has been no response.

My house has a lots of trees around it so I have all kind of critters coming out of the woods. I have spiders, lizards, mosquitoes, all kind of bugs before Terminix started to spray. They come and treat the outsides and insides if I need it. I have learned that if keep them from coming in helps. The lizard don't come in anymore. I was surprised of that. Using Terminix has really helped.

I give the same review every time we have our quarterly service--Garth does a great job. I really appreciate that he goes the extra mile every time he comes. He cleans up cobwebs before he sprays, he's very personable, he always asks about our daughter, he can answer every question we have--he does everything right. Every time we get in a discussion about pest control with friends, neighbors and strangers (not an uncommon conversation), we wholeheartedly recommend Terminix just because of the service we've received from people like Garth. He has been doing our service pretty regularly over the last couple of years, but we've never had someone from Terminix that we didn't like. The local office must recruit good employees. Keep it up and we'll continue to tell people about how much we like the company. Thanks Garth.

We are always pleased when James ** comes to inspect and treat our property. It's always a pleasure when he tells us a rat has been caught. We see very few spiders and bugs in the house. He's pleasant to talk to and he takes care around our property. We can barely tell he's been here. We are very thankful he does a thorough job.

We were fortunate enough to have the same pest control man for almost 30 years until he passed away. Since we had Terminix for termites and felt you did a good job with that we would try your pest control service. My wife said she was seeing a lot more spider webs when she dusted. We didn't know if it was due to the pest control or not. But about 2 months ago we started seeing quite a few cockroaches that were mostly alive. They we're mostly in the kitchen, foyer and front bathroom.
We got up one day and saw 3 in a couple hours in the kitchen. So we had now seen more roaches since Terminix took over than the entire 30 years with our old pest control man. So I called and to Terminix's credit, they sent a tech right out. After listening to what I just told you he asked me if the first technician had removed the outlet covers and applied some bait in each outlet. I told him, "No I had never heard that before." He said that should have been done so he would do that. After he finished, he said we may actually see more roaches until the bait was working like it should. Thankfully in the month or so since he did the treatment we have only seen 2 and both were dead. I think his name is Wes and we are certainly glad you sent him as he seems to know what he is doing and for now has given us a little better feeling about Terminix. Meanwhile the first technician needs some training!!

Have had Terminix for many years after having problems with cockroaches, rats, and now discovered termites. Have never had any more problems with roaches and mice after hiring Terminix. I don't expect any less of them for my termite problem. Technicians are professional, thorough, and friendly. They are willing to return for additional service if need be, between treatments. Love this company and would recommend it.

The service man for Terminix is very friendly and very helpful. I asked him to place rat traps in the garage, and he placed two. I am glad he did this, because within a week, a rat was caught and killed. We have fruit trees and the fruit rats love the grapefruit! The service keeps the bugs and spiders down to a minimum.

Contractor was late for job. Insulation was blown in. Two attics. Contractors assured me items could stay in attic. When job was being done, one person tripped doing damage below. Manager **, told me to have remediation done and deduct from bill. It has been done. However, contractors left everything a mess and refuse to come back and clean up. I want to pay my bill when everything is completed.

Our service technician, Enrique **, is excellent. However, I have been dismayed with Terminix for not fixing the power sprayer on his truck. It has been MONTHS due to inaction on the company's part for not repairing that sprayer. PLEASE fix the power sprayer before he comes again for our service.

They put a great amount of the insulation in and for that I'm happy. The only problem is that for me to have the attic space for storage I have to move some of it. That's not a complaint, just that I didn't expect it.

Our guy does a great job explaining what he's found, etc. Since the first visit two months ago, we've eliminated nine mice, and haven't seen any for about 10 days. We caught many of them with snap traps which we provided, but several with the sticky traps he placed around our house. He left us two new traps, the kind that lure the rodent inside and then trap them on sticky traps asking me to place them strategically. I should have asked him to do that.
We understood that treating the outside during cold weather does not bring much benefit. He said we did not need a treatment inside the house, but he would treat the outside. I think overall, based on results, we are satisfied. He was unable to find any evidence of a mouse haven, which baffled him and us. He did suggest several potential entry points and gave me ideas of what I could do to close them up. Bottom line: Your type of services are new to us and we are unsure what to expect from our service person. But he's a good guy.

Our serviceman, Dillian, is always on time and thorough in his work. Having an old place (100 years old) it was a mess - not now. I just wish the cost could stay the same throughout the life of the contract.

Not impressed. I'm shopping for alternatives to your service. I pay you over $70/month and I still have caterpillars in my home as well as spiders building webs in corners. Think your service is way over-priced and over-rated.

Terminix's in-house service is outstanding! I have been a customer for 30 years and have nothing but praise for their work in my homes. Their customer service and online service leaves a lot to be desired. First and foremost you can not call your local Terminix office - ever. You can not call your technician directly. Postponing a service for an extended absence is impossible as well.

Terminix is a honest company. BUT when they call, they refuse to use their name in the caller ID (CID). With all the scammers and other low-life scumbags trying to steal from whomever they can I will not pick up any phone call I don't recognize. I have repeatedly asked the serviceman why they won't put the name Terminix in the CID and he cannot explain this. So, WHY can't you use Terminix in your telephone CID?

It was easy to set up the inspection appointment and to make it for just 2 days after the call in. The inspector was excellent and thorough. He knew exactly what forms were needed for the VA requirements. The excellent response was a huge help in the process of getting a VA loan. I will keep a contract with them because their people are excellent and the prices are fair.

They also responded quickly when I requested an additional visit because of additional pest activity - cockroaches - a few weeks after the regularly scheduled service.

Not only did the service eradicate the original issue -- carpenter ants -- ongoing service has kept my home pest free. Terminix is good and I enjoy them. They come out every two months for routine service. They come for anything that's moving and they do it automatically. They do what they have to do and leave and I just mail my payments in. The technician does a great job and he does what he's supposed to do. Since they have been servicing my home, it has gotten better because I'm not seeing anything right now. Moreover, they got the traps down or poison for the mice. When they eat that, they go somewhere and die. I don't see anything moving, but they still have it down for protection.

We have been with Terminix ever since my husband and my boys finished building our house and we moved in in '68. Several weeks ago a technician came here. They first called and let me know when he was coming. He did a good job but I have some trouble with my payment. When I got my bill, it's usually more than what he has on my ticket that I sign and I don't know where he got that. He says he will call in and check them and that it's gonna be straightened out. It was the last time and I'm hoping it will stay that way.

Greg ** is always here the 1st week of every month, and gets here early before any of our staff get here, so they don't know he's been here and gone. He always checks with me to see if I've had any problems at all, and if I do I know I can call him and he comes over that very next day to see what kind of problem I have. The guy that comes out here is very good and thorough. I like him. He normally comes out here for routine check-ups, but we had a couple of problems with wasps around here getting into everything. So, I called them, and it was easy setting up the appointment. I told them what the problem was, and they sent the technician. The technician had to came out twice to get rid of the wasps for us, and we haven't had any more problems with it since.

I had pest issues at home, so I called Terminix and left a message. They then called back and we scheduled a time for them to come out. I had a bed bug infestation, and I needed someone to help me with that. I was turned on to Terminix by my friend who had gone through the same thing. Their staff were very helpful when I was scheduling the service and it was quick. They find out where I live and the people closest to me to get somebody there as soon as possible. The wait was a little bit longer, but I did see somebody within four or five days. They were very helpful and explained exactly what they were going to do and all the things that I needed to do to get prepared. They came in and I made myself scarce for four hours and that was about it.
I did find another bug the day after they left and they said that it's normal. They told me too that if I see anything five days later they might have to come back. And that was the only bug I saw. They were supposed to drop by a bed bug cover for my mattress which was part of the deal. As soon as I called, they were very apologetic and something was at my door before I got home from work that day. They really took ownership of that and made it right very quickly. So I was very satisfied and I would definitely recommend them.

My sister and I are very satisfied with the service by Terminix and I've recommended them to my niece and my nephew. There's a young gentleman that comes in my home to do my spraying when it's time. He is on the ball, very polite and does exactly what we ask. He always says, "Is there anything else that you think that I should have gotten taken care of that you want?" And I said, "Not at all." He takes care of everything for us. We really appreciate it and if I could get the same gentleman that comes by and take care of my home, I would say let that be.

Generally, I'm happy with the service from Terminix. Their technicians are always very polite and efficient. They always ask me if there is anything that they should be looking at or something that might be wrong that needs more attention. The only problem we have over and over is the scheduling. I'm supposed to have bi-monthly service, but they always seem to make it five weeks instead of eight weeks. I call and report it to them and it’s still an issue every cycle. This has now been happening over the past year and more. Every time, they call and schedule us three to four weeks before we're supposed to be serviced. It bothers me. That didn't use to happen years ago.

The service is timely and efficient. It works on the outside, so I have no bugs inside. I like that about my service, as I have three grandchildren and don't want them exposed to any chemicals. Our provider, Max, is always available if I need a follow up and very helpful in what I need to do to make the house less attractive to any pests.

We have been dealing with German Roaches for one year. Now we have mice in the attic. The service tech doesn't show up for appointments, comes at the wrong time or later than scheduled. He says he is coming every week for one month on Fridays at 5pm. He doesn't show up or call. He calls for another tech to help with our mice problem who offers us a $2000+ contract. This guys says he will give us traps and check weekly regardless even if we don't sign. Have we seen him ever? NO. I have called customer service and they connect me to another agent who specifically deals with the supervisor of this tech, which then asks if I wish to report this. That is why they connected me to them in the first place. Total runaround, poor service and I still don't have a handle on my problem.

I haven’t had anything but positive experiences when scheduling and them coming out there on time. The technician that sprays is very professional and courteous. One time, his truck broke down and he called me and would let me know that his truck broke down and that he was taking it to get repaired. And that he would call me as soon as his truck was repaired and that he was en route again. Since Terminix, the pest activity in our home has been outstanding. I would recommend them.

The gentlemen that Terminix sent to do the job were excellent. But I have a problem with the home officer because they call here and want to make appointments. And then they call the office and the office doesn't know anything about it. They obviously don't speak to each other. The price has also gone up. They were charging us eighty dollars for one visit, which is ridiculous. Somehow we got it down to $65.06, which is more reasonable for this area of the country. We were able to work that out, but the rest of it is kind of a nightmare. My husband said that the last time he talked to Terminix that they had lowered our rate to $60 a month.

We've done Terminix for years. That's the first thing you do when you move into a house. The Terminix guys come and serve, and I don't have termites in the basement. I canceled the bug thing. I didn't need to use more money for it. I didn't review the bug thing because there were never any bugs around. Terminix is great. But I live alone and keep everything clean, so I don't need someone to come in and spray for bugs.

The technician who comes to spray our home is polite and very knowledgeable, willing to discuss whatever the problem is, and has good explanations. The service with Terminix does the job way better and we've been very happy with them. The only thing is they don't give a lot of warning before they come. The last time I called I thought they were coming the end of August, but they told me it was going to be the beginning of September. And then I called because I wanted to know when they were coming so I could point out a specific area that needed attention, and they were coming in three days. I asked them why they haven't called and they said they were going to call me. So I wish they would give a little more notice when they come. But overall, Terminix has been great and I would definitely recommend them.

Terminix has been coming here quarterly. They first started in the summer when we had some kind of flying bugs. Because of the heat and dryness, they did another application in a section a little off from where the other hatch had been where there was another hatch. Terminix took care of it as part of their commitment. And if something comes up, we call them and they come right out. So far this year, the bugs and the rodents have been eradicated from the house, so we’re really happy with Terminix. I have recommended them.

My most recent experience with Terminix was when there was an area in my laundry room that they had to re-treat. A very nice man put some little sticky traps out to see how much insect traffic we have. We have routine servicing, but if I have to have them come back out, I schedule it. The only thing I have an issue with is that they can't seem to keep a technician. I don’t know whether this is an internal issue with them, but I like for them to get one technician that really likes the job and in it for the long haul. I don't like a different person coming to my house every time as it's a hassle. Nevertheless, the people they have sent have all been good so far. Everyone has been very nice, capable, and knowledgeable. They also have a good horticulturist who came out and saved my shrub, and I'm happy with that. Things have become much better since my service from them.

I hired them to tent the home I was moving into 10/10/15, & paid $500 extra for triple gas $1600. This was for termites & everything else possible. They gave no call prior to arrival as agreed. They were not friendly or patient. We took 10 minutes to load the car with all my friend's medical supplies. We forgot some in the rush & had to throw them out. The only house key was put in the lock box for them. Upon our return there were two dizzy but live roaches on the kitchen counter. They assured me nothing would survive the massive dose. Since then, I've caught several black roaches from the storage room. They did not return my house key.
7 Weeks later and after several calls and a "had to be rescued" to get into my home; a week later they got the key out & removed the lock box. Still no return call from ANYONE regarding an agreement for the remaining live roaches or the expense & inconvenience of being locked out of my home for weeks! I am not happy at all. The religious salesman and company failed!

Our technician and his supervisor are amazing. They listen and have always showed the best customer service. We had a problem with a previous tech and were able to get our tech Galen back. He is very proactive in his service. He always asks if there are any concerns and if there are (which we have not had any problems with him being our tech) he would immediately handle them. He is definitely a 5 star technician. He is the reason we have not cancelled our service previously.

When they're here, the Terminix guys do their thing, ask us questions if there are any issues, and report back if they found anything, like they'll say they saw some spider activity. We wouldn't keep their business if we didn't think they were doing a decent job, so all in all they're pretty good. When they come out, the technicians are always friendly and polite. Sometimes we're not here and they can't do the inside, but they seem to know what they're doing and we don't have any issues.

Even though I called and spoke to customer service during my inspection service window, no technician ever showed up at my house. I called almost 2 hours after my window, and the rep said she couldn't reach the technician or their manager, and would send them an email to contact me and let me know why they never showed up. I never got contacted. Today I called the main number and spoke to a supervisor, who never once apologized, and in fact said he was in Phoenix and so had no idea what happened. I am very disappointed in this poor customer service, especially since I pay every month on the dot for service that I am not receiving! The lack of follow-up and the lack of apology is what makes me the most irritated. It's disrespectful.

It's a routine that Terminix came around and sprayed. Whenever I've had an opportunity to talk with the technicians, they were always professional and courteous but I can't always talk to them because sometimes they come and go and I don’t even know they’ve been here. That has been a problem for me because all of a sudden, I get a bill and I don't know what it's for. So, I talked to the people at Terminix about that and they said that their people were supposed to leave a flyer but I don't think they always do that because I am sure that I didn't get one. Nevertheless, my experience has been good with Terminix. I would recommend them because my bugs are gone and that's the important thing.

At the time of treatment and new contract about 4 years ago, I had no live activity, just some old damage which I had repaired. Each year since, a representative has been coming out and doing their annual inspections and I have been paying the annual termite contract fee. Just a few weeks ago, we found live termites inside an open bookshelf. Not only had come up through the floor and ate through the bottom shelf, they were actually still feasting on about 30 books. I called immediately and someone came by about 5 days later. He looked at the bookshelf and the damaged books. He agreed it was termites, treated the books to kill the termites and told me that I could just take them to the dump. He didn't go under the house, didn't take pictures of the books or the bookshelf. He stated he would have someone call me.
About a week later, someone else came... I know this because I saw the truck. He was under the house spraying when I went out there. I go in to check on my daughter thinking he would come to my door when he was finished. After about 30 minutes or so, still not hearing from him, I decided to go back out to check on him, only to see him pulling out of the driveway... No knock, no call, no pictures, no nothing.
It's now been about 10 days since it was treated. I have called 3 times stating that no one has been out or called concerning the damage. Each time I call, I am told she will have the supervisor call me back but to no avail. The annual Terminix Contract is suppose to protect me from getting termites but also states if I do get termites during that contract coverage, they are not only to retreat but repair the damages. At this point, I feel like the "supervisor" is just avoiding me. I hate legal action but if that is what it takes, I guess I will have to take it.

I like having the same service person for house visits. You get to know them, and they get to know you. They are not strangers in your home monthly or quarterly. He comes on time, removes his shoes, goes through the house. Always asks if I have had any problems. I would appreciate voice messages on my phone as opposed to recorded messages. My home phone doesn't receive messages and a recorded message doesn't know that.

Three months ago, Terminix checked the outside of my house for where the bugs might come in or go out. I always have their guy go in my garage because I don't want mice in there so he puts out these two things which have a sticky substance to them that if the mouse gets on there, it can't run away. Terminix came out because we were seeing clusters of ants. We called about it and they came out for a routine visit. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and courteous and we haven't seen any little crawling creatures since. The scheduling was very convenient and easy to deal with so I appreciated that too. Terminix is effective. We have recommended them already.

Our experience with Terminix has been very good. They come once every three months, and then we have a termite contract where they come once a year and inspect and do what needs to be done. We're very happy with our guy. He came out about three weeks ago. He was on time, he took his shoes off before he came in, and he patted the dog; he just did all the right things. I offered him coffee, he said, "No, thank you." He went right like Santa Clause; he spoke not a word but went straight to his work, and got the job done.
We live in a cockroach country, so we always have cockroaches and we always find dead ones after he's left, which is a good sign. He keeps them down. Since the last service, we have the usual one or two pests a week that comes no matter what. I would recommend my Terminix man, the billing experience and everything to anybody who asks.

The rodents were discovered on a Thursday. An inspector was called immediately and arrived at my house within 30 minutes. He also inspected the attic and confirmed the presence of the wood rats. He explained the process of securing my attic and explained the cost and methods of payment. Traps were set. On Monday morning 2 technicians arrived and did the necessary work.

We've been using Terminix for seven years and I recommend them. We've had the same technician, and he knows what I want and he comes and does it. He gives me a heads up the day before and checks my timing. If I want him to spray inside or outside for bugs, I tell him. When he sprays, he puts the little sticky pads in the garage, which are great. They test for termites regularly, and a couple of times a year, I have them spray inside and outside for general bugs.

We had carpenter ants in the bathroom and they were coming from outside, but I haven't seen one since having Terminix for three years. Today, the carpenter came to redo my bathroom and he tore the walls off to see what was behind there. There’s nothing there. Terminix did exactly what they said their service was going to do. They're very consistent. Moreover, the technician is awesome and I really like him because his service is more personal. We're on a first name basis, so it's not just a company coming to do something. He remembers my husband being here, and I like it for that reason.

We had a swarming of bees and they were getting into our house. We didn't get too many in the house, but they didn't stop and we tried everything. My husband and I saw the nest, but we couldn't get to it because it was still warm where they were because it was still October then. My husband said, once winter sets in, then I can get rid of it. But they were coming in and I had gotten two new little puppies and their little puppy house was right there. I didn't want to take the chance, so I called Terminix and they came right away and took care of it. The technician was very nice and it only took him five minutes. It was quick and easy, but I thought the price was high for that bit of time. Nonetheless, the bees didn't come back, they were gone. I was real happy with that and it was worth it. I think the guy felt bad because it was $250 and it only took him five minutes, so he also sprayed some ants and other stuff around so we won't get the ants.

Overall, their service is good and they got rid of some of the spiders here.

I was very satisfied with the last person they had out here, but they decided to change the person and nobody called me. When I look up, it's another person coming to my house. A guy from Terminix called me about four or five days ago and I told him I want to reschedule because I want somebody who will come out here who I can depend on. They have given me five or six, if not more different people each time and I don't like that. They have done this so many times that I'm just frustrated with it. I told him to let me reconsider and try to reschedule, thinking that maybe I could get Terminix to at least get somebody here who will continue to come instead of them changing that person and giving me somebody else. As far as their service, I would recommend them. My problem is with the way they are handling my account, sending different people out here.

I have no complaints with Terminix. Scheduling a service wasn’t difficult and they've always been nice to me. It's been very good.

We have a regular schedule with Terminix and when their technician comes, he usually knocks on the door and let me know he's going to be there, because he knows I have a dog so he makes sure that she's not out there. He's a nice guy, he does the job and does it quickly so I'm very satisfied. The pests are pretty much gone. I used to get spiders in the house and ants, I've had some problem with ants for a while, and I don't have any of that anymore since I started using them. I definitely would recommend them.

I've been with Terminix for over ten years. I am a person who should have been born in a bubble and dislike bugs to say the least. I have not seen a moving bug in my home in years with the exception of a fly now and then. Terminix gives excellent service.

I've had a very good experience with Terminix and everything is just fine with us. In fact, I have renewed my contract with them. Everyone who has come out to spray have all been so nice and pleasant and I'm happy that we have no ants.

Great experience. Our service tech is the best one we have ever had. He is thorough, knowledgeable and very polite. Always willing to do all he can to make sure we know what is going on and what might need to be done in the future.

Terminix sprayed in our home and they usually have a set date for their service. They call me and I call them back if there is a problem. Their contractor is a very nice man and he has cut down the pest activity here. I'm satisfied with their service and I would recommend them to a friend.

Greg, the technician, is a very nice person and knows what he's doing. From time to time, we have mice or some pest here, but he's taken care of it so we're in good shape. We tell him when we have a problem and he fixes it, so we’re well satisfied.

The service of Terminix is really good. I’ve never had a bad experience with them and if I did, I wouldn’t be under contract. I've never had any pest activity since our last treatment. We have no exposure to termites and everything is fine in-house. Their technicians are super and I'd recommend them.

Terminix does really well. I like their outside service because nothing comes in inside our home. Their service is regularly scheduled and since their recent service, I’m not seeing any pest activity. I would recommend them to anybody.

I’ve been with Terminix for many years and I remained with them because I like the technician who comes for the monthly treatment outside. His name is Devon and I like him very much. He’s very professional and knowledgeable. Although, I have problems with their billing.

We're absolutely ecstatic with our service with Terminix. We had them when we lived on the West Coast of Florida and continue to stay with them because we're really satisfied with the treatment and their guarantee. Here in Florida, if we get rain, we might get some ant trouble but we call a wonderful guy who does a fabulous job. He comes out and takes care of it right away. He's a very attentive and happy guy. He gets the cobwebs and sprays. If we have any issues inside, he takes care of them. We have it scheduled every three months. He calls the night before and lets us know what time he'll be here and he's always on time.WEe're very very pleased!

Terminix is a good company, I have no complaints about them. They are prompt and it doesn't take them long to do their job. Their technician is also very nice and courteous. Since the recent visit, I hardly see anything, maybe a spider once in a great while. They do a thorough job and if they didn't I would be calling them.

Since my service with Terminix, there has been no pest activity in our home, and the weather has changed so that helps. We have them in routines and it has always worked out well for us. They are very professional and responsive, which is why we stay with them.

Schendel comes four times a year and they spray outside. Ted, the technician, has been coming here for several years. He comes, sprays it on and leaves a note on the door the time that he has been there and what he's done. I trust him and he trusts me. I call him whenever I have a problem and as always, there wasn't any problem since the last treatment. I would definitely recommend them.

Terminix comes out to my house every month and it's always great. I know when they're coming because they give me a call, which is wonderful, like an old friend calling, and they let me know when they are coming. When scheduling with them, all I have to do is pick up the phone and call them, and the technicians that they send are very knowledgeable, courteous and does a very good job. We haven't had any pest activity since the last service and it's comforting to know that I've got them backing me up. My experience with them has been wonderful, and I would recommend them.

I have four scheduled visits a year from Terminix and I also call them if needed. The technician who was sent was a great guy. He's polite, friendly, personable, tries to be helpful, and we have no complaints about him. He had come in twice already, walked around the yard and sprayed. But I still got ants in the house and they can't be seen by just walking on the floor. It's when I leave my newspaper on the floor, pick it up and then I see them crawling across. This is my only complaint but I would still recommend Terminix.

Our service technician, Kermit, has been coming to our home longer than I can remember. He is courteous, friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. He always asks if we need him to spray inside. He's willing to meet our needs based on Terminix policies. Kermit is the reason we stay with Terminix!
