Great communication and service. Recently Terminix has started texting prior to the visit which is a nice change. I like to know exactly when to expect the person to arrive at my home. The technician that last visited was courteous and nice. He asked if I had any problems etc. etc.

The transition from El Toro to Terminix is brand new. But it's the same individual, it's the same process so it's good. We had them out for our quarterly two weeks ago. It's their typical quarterly visit where they come in and do what they need to get done on the external part of the house. And then we did have them come in a little bit because of silverfish and do inside spraying in certain areas. It was fine. This guy we've had now has been here probably five times and he's a good guy. He always knocks on the door and then introduces who he is and asks us if there's any problem or anything additional that should be done. Then he does his deal and gives us a report if anything pops up, which typically, it's been good. He said to call them if we need anything else. So, it is nice to see the same face. Before we had multiple technicians come out.

The Terminix rep that I talked to was nice and friendly. The techs came out and sprayed outside of the premise.

The people at Terminix are very professional. They always call before coming in that they're on their way and if they say "I'll be there in 15 minutes", 15 minutes they're there. They come to the house, do what they have to do. They know where they have to go and once they leave we don’t have to worry about bugs or anything else. The good thing about them is that if you do call them about a bug that made it through, they do not hesitate to come back. We had an experience where we had ants that were in the house and we didn’t know how they got in. We called Terminix and they came the same day and took care of the situation. I'll always recommend.

Terminix is a great company. They hire good people. For my most recent claim, Danny, the guy that came out, was phenomenal, very knowledgeable, and his customer service was top-notch. He showed up half an hour early. He went through and vacuumed out every area, and he placed all different kinds of baits and things like that to help us get the problem under control. He definitely knew his stuff and he was trained very well. I couldn't be happier. Danny was definitely the best one that I've had. In fact, I've requested him twice now since he showed me that he deserved whatever recognition that I could give him.

Terminix comes every three months for pest control and they let me know when they're coming. The technician now is nice though I hadn't had him long. But I really hated to lose the other one that I've had for three years and I really liked him. But I hadn't had any problems with Terminix. If I see any bugs, they're dead. I'm very satisfied.

Scheduling the service was real easy with Terminix. The techs were always on time. However, the first time they came out they had to come back in about a week because I had spiders out there in the backyard. But now I don't have them anymore.

We have had some rodent problems that the Terminix guy has been taking care of. He usually calls me before he comes out to make sure that I don't have any issues. Then I got an email around the 1st of February saying that my service in January had been completed. However, there was no note on my door, which the service guy typically leaves if I'm not here at the time of service to let me know that he's been here and what he's done. So, I called Terminix and told them about it.

The gentleman from Terminix that comes in is always cordial and does a good job around the house and tells us what he’s doing or done. It’s just good. Scheduling the service is easy. They schedule it and then let us know ahead of time when they’re coming, so we can change if we want to. They do service for house bugs and termite protection and it's been great so far.

Recently, the Terminix came and they did whatever they needed to do. They discovered that we had termites on the outside and they were able to get it before it reached the house. Terminix came in twice for the inside too. We're satisfied with their work, and the people are always very pleasant, very helpful and they answer questions.

They got rid of the roaches and ants within 1 week of initial treatment. I haven't seen my technician since the first time. I told him that I was only at my house on Monday, Tuesday and Friday. I work in Seattle, Wednesday and Thursday and he said he would make it work. He might call me, but if he doesn't leave a message since the caller ID does not list the name, I don't answer. I would call him back if he left a message. I have within the last week seen a few of the little ants inside the house.

The service technician arrived promptly at the beginning of the time window. He was very thorough, explained everything in detail, very clean (wore shoe covers upon entering the house). We are very impressed with our technician.

The technician is amazing & extremely knowledgeable. He has always come on time and been quick, never interferes with anything & is very thorough. I recommend Terminix to everyone I know. I have 5 small children and pets, so, I studied everything about every provider in the area for pest control. Terminix stood up above everyone. I was referred through a friend as well in which he got credit on his service. Thank you Terminix for following through as promised for everything.

The technician that comes to my home has all my faith that he will do an exceptional job. He is always on time and very friendly as well as taking care of business. Anything I ask, he has an answer to and suggestions.

Good Job. Your technician arrived when he said he would. He did a thorough inside and outside inspection for termites. He informed me that there was no signs of new infestation. He informed me of some moisture problems but assured me that it was not serious.

Terminix recently did a routine spray and scheduling our service with them has been good. The first time we had termites crawl all over everything, we got rid of them. Since working with Terminix, I haven’t had any pests. I don’t mice and rats though I have flies and mosquitoes. Nevertheless, I’ve been very well pleased with Terminix. Everybody who comes has been very nice so it’s been a good experience. I would recommend Terminix very highly.

Terminix comes every other month and sprays the perimeter of my house. They always call ahead of time to let me know when they're coming or if I need them to come inside or not. They’re always pleasant and always go very smoothly. It has been great with Terminix.

We had termites in the garden shed that wasn't treated and Terminix came out and found the location, treated the garden and added it to the contract. In spring, right before the contract renewal, they came out and looked at everything. It was a standard investigation and I used that time to check out the soft spot on the floor. We didn't know whether it was termites or rot. We pulled up the linoleum while the Terminix inspector was here and we saw that it was water damage on the top. Then he did all the nasty crawling under the house to make sure there was nothing down there and then inspected the whole house. It went very well. Moreover, scheduling service was no problem at all. They notified us that they wanted to come out. Then, they called to get a time, and it was taken care of. The tech was here within a half hour of that time. Now, I have a new house that I want an estimate to add it to the contract.

Ivan from Terminix comes out every second and fourth Tuesday of the month to see if there are any ant or bug issues in our place and then the maintenance guy goes with him to the unit to take care of it. The service has been really good so far. I'd recommend Terminix to a friend.

Thank you Leo for being an awesome friend/technician while we've been associated with Terminix! We have become a virtual bug-free family home! When we encountered a mouse in our kitchen, we were given traps and were able to catch the critter which actually turned to three! With Leo's help we were rid of them and are now 'mouseless'! Thank you. - One happy customer.

Terminix resealed the outside of the house but it was really cold. They called and came back when the weather had improved so they could see more without the snow. They've been great in scheduling our service. The technicians are really nice, polite, friendly and efficient. They did everything pretty quickly too. Terminix is the second exterminator we've hired and the service has been so much better. They really listen to us or what we needed. And the lady who did the initial evaluation, Sara, was awesome. I'm 100% satisfied with everybody and I've already recommended Terminix to people. I only regret that I didn't start with Terminix instead of spending almost two years with another exterminator.

Pest activity has decreased a lot ever since service from Terminix. They came and treated the house and they stabilized the problem. Also, I like that they come within a couple of days and answer my problems when I call.

We've been with Terminix for years and they've been fabulous. When they schedule our services, they always call and tell us exactly when they would be out. And if it's inconvenient for us, they leave the phone number that we can call back. And any problem that we've ever had like the spiders that I had in my closet, they came out and left instructions for pests and sprayed the closets. Also, every person that has ever come out has been excellent. They've also answered all my questions and never left a mess. We've always told other people to get Terminix and get on the program that we're on.

I had a pest problem and Terminix came to our house and took care of it. Scheduling is pretty easy and their guys are friendly and knowledgeable. The technician was also friendly and he knew what he was doing. I haven't seen any pest activity in our home since their service.

Terminix basically do a regular service for us. They come, do their thing and put a bill on the doorway. If we have an issue, we call them and they come take care of it. Once in a while, they give us a notice when they plan to be there. We've had them for years. They were the ones that scheduled the house when we were building in '91 and they've been doing it since then. They get the job done and we don't have any bug problems. We haven't had any termites and that's what we paid for.

Terminix calls beforehand and lets us know when they're coming. They've been friendly, straightforward and they've done a good job. If they say that they're gonna be there at 8:00, they're there at 8:00. Also, they let us know if they need to get in the house. Usually if we start seeing signs of bugs, we'll say something to them and they've been pretty good about things.

Terminix has been great for me. They have done an excellent job in my house. When I first moved into it, I had a lot of bugs coming inside my house. Terminix came out here and they took their time to find where the bugs were coming from and they took care of that area. After that, I never had any more problem. I really appreciate it. They've been calling me and I might inform them to come out and start spraying my yard.

My experience with Terminix has been wonderful. I interface with them all the time when they get here. On their recent visit, a tall good-looking guy showed up. He was wearing full-length pants, very congenial, knowledgeable and does a good thorough job. He knocked out the cobwebs, went around the house and I talked to him the whole way. We're very satisfied with them.

My experience with Terminix has been good! They recently had some guys come to the house who sprayed inside and then outside, and they did a good job. The Terminix representatives were really courteous and very knowledgeable. When scheduling our service, they call and tell us what day they’re coming. So far, the technicians that come out have been professional as well.

The two technicians that came to my home over a 5 month period were very professional and knowledgeable. They were very thorough when doing their job and very careful with my property. They answered all of my questions. I was very impressed with Martin and Tim or maybe his name was Tom.

Service technician Roy ** employee # ** arrived on Friday Feb 3 2017. He did his outside inspection and outside treatment. I explained to the technician I was having Roach issues in my kitchen. He inspected the problem areas and applied bait jell. He also sprayed behind the refrigerator and under the sink area. He was very caution of the area and chemical used because I have a dog and that is a major concern that he does not get sick from any chemicals used. Service technician Roy ** was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very impressed and please with his service.

The Terminix rep who came and inspected our house did a good job. However, there was a time when we had somebody come to see if we needed insulation, and he said we needed one because he found molds. When their inspector came out, because they both happened to be scheduled the same day, he said he didn't see any problem. So, I think he was just trying to sell us insulation. That was the only problem we've ever had with them.

I have the quarterly service and the yearly termite service with Terminix. Everything's been great, but they cannot get rid of the silverfish and I don't understand what we have to do to get rid of them. Terminix comes back out every time I call and they do the service, and the silverfish would be gone for a little bit, but then come back. So I'm kind of happy and not. I'm a really neat person, so it's not like there's trash and junk everywhere.

Terminix is a very good service. We had termites and Terminix came and treated the house inside and out. It was an annual inspection which we do as a preventive measure. They call and inform us when they are coming out. A rep came and showed me his badge, and he was friendly, courteous, and kind.

Our Terminix technician is usually here every second and fourth Monday and gets here on the same time around 1. He’s been our technician for quite a long time and he’s very courteous. He does preventive stuff now and his services have been good. We’ve had a pest activity that they’ve had to do a couple of times, but that was more of the residents not being clean. Other than that we just have the basic ants in the summer and occasional things here and there. We haven’t had any roaches or anything that’s been lingering. Everything’s been pretty good and I would recommend Terminix.

I always like the work TERMINIX does for me, keeping us bug free, but in addition to that, they always have nice, friendly customer service representatives. They get it done quickly and with a friendly attitude. Thank you Terminix???

Alex from Terminix showed up at the appointed time and performed the inspection. He was out for rodent problem, and he asked detailed questions about where I had seen the problem and then check and place traps in those areas as well as inspecting other areas. He took his time and made sure all my concerns were met. He also left his number in case I needed further help or had more problems.

I asked my technician if she would squirt my elderly neighbor's ant bed that was by the mailbox and she did it without hesitation. The Terminix technicians are always very professional and I cannot think of anything that they could improve on. So very courteous.

Our Terminix inspection by Eric and Len showed some dry rot damage. We had Terminix send out Caleb to give us a repair estimate. All of these folks were great! they showed up on time and the estimate was reasonable. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Terminix technicians are very efficient, timely, friendly, and experienced... Ready to answer any questions. Since using them, my concern over insects in my home has been rectified. I am very pleased with this company and their work.

Terminix needs to contact their customers a little better and give us a little more advanced warning. We got an email about an appointment on a certain date and we stayed home all day. Nobody showed up but we didn't get a notification. It's unacceptable and it threw our schedules off. But I understand they've got a business, they have locations and it might get a little bit longer in one place or the other. I'm sure their guy who does the application is running to get to another location as fast as he can but we just need some warning.

Terminix does an annual inspection for us and scheduling their service is good. They call me and tell me it's time for the annual inspection for the termites and they set up a time. The technician is friendly, nice, and very thorough.

I have a dog and a friend of mine also brings his dog over. I sat on the couch and these little black dots just started and that was an agitating feeling. I'm dealing with fleas and bed bugs and I called Terminix because those were bothering me. Their reps were very polite and listened to what I needed. I took everything out of my bedroom drawers and everything off the bed and couches. The technicians came and were patient with me trying to get out while they moved in. They sprayed and did what they had to do and it didn’t take long.

We’ve had Terminix for years and it's been a fine experience. Our technician's name is Candy and she is very courteous, friendly and conscientious. Right now we have a significant ant problem outside, and strangely I got a voice mail yesterday asking how the service was that day. However, we didn’t have service that day since our service is still scheduled for tomorrow.

Gerald is a very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. He calls ahead to ensure we will be available and offers to accommodate if not good for our time schedule. He is friendly and personal. We definitely trust what Gerald tells us. Terminix's Website has lot of information about service schedules, account payments, what & when services were performed and a multitude of other info.

Terminix always does a great job. We never have a problem with them. They only come out once a month and they're always prompt. If there's a problem and they need to come out, they're out here right away. The person that comes here is very friendly and he's always asking if we have any problems. They have a book here and he assesses it and everything. Terminix is an excellent and a really reliable company.

Our condo development has a contract with Terminix, so they come once a month or once every couple of months. But I had to schedule service before and I did it online. It went well and the guy who came out was professional. He addressed the issue and answered all my questions. It was a positive experience. They have good service, a 30-day money back or return guarantee and there's been minimal to none infestation.

We had a recent issue with carpet beetles and scheduling our service with Terminix was very good and very easy. We just call our inspector or treatment person and he would come right over whenever it was convenient for us. Our exterminators, Rob and Matthew, have been excellent. The beetles have been eradicated since we've worked with Terminix.

The tech comes out every month and checks with me to make sure that there’s no extra issue. I’ve never had a problem with her. She knows what she’s doing, what to do and takes care of it. The pest activity is under control and I'd recommend Terminix.

The service has been excellent: polite, clean, and they take the time to explain their craft to you. We had mouse problems that seem to have been resolved. Since the exclusion specialist visited I have yet to see any signs of mice. At this rate, I think we are good! Thanks again Terminix!

I had Terminix spray some termite treatment on the interior of my house for prevention. I called them in a very narrow window and it's great that they've met the schedule. I met the salesman and showed him what I wanted to get done and he took measurements and they did the treatment the next day. Also, the service guy was very courteous. In addition to that service, I also have our regular contract which covers pest control and termite prevention once a month. I had very good experience with Terminix and the payments that we have is a fair value.

I have a very good experience with Terminix. They send me an email and come here every three months. If I cannot be in the house, they can reschedule to fit my needs. They come whenever they say and they do their job, so I'm very glad with them. The person who has been coming for at least five years has been very kind. I used to have ants problem and they come right away. If I have any problems, I call them back and they also come right away. However, they raise the price every time, but I think it's for everybody. It's a little expensive but there is nothing I can do.

Terminix is great and I don’t have any problems with them. Don is our guy who goes to my property and he’s awesome. I would recommend them to a friend.

The Terminix technicians usually come out and provide service outside the house. I haven't seen them in person for awhile, but I get an email and a little thing on the door so I know they came out. I also don’t have bugs. Terminix do good work and they're helpful. There have been a few occasions in the past that I requested them to come inside to do something and they did. I had to set up a time when I was there, though. Overall, I'm happy with them.

Because of weather conditions our most recent service was delayed twice in a row. However Terminix notified us in a timely matter which I appreciated. The service technicians seem to always arrive in the time slot given. If necessary, it is easy to change an appointment time online.

I have been using Terminix for over 10 years and have not been disappointed with their pest control service. I have recommended Terminix to neighbors for pest control. I've tried the lawn care service but was not impressed so I canceled this service.

I haven't had issues with the Terminix technicians every time they come. Everybody has been awesome. They recently did a routine visit and it went really well. The Terminix gentleman is very nice. They do a great job.

Terminix have been here checking the termites every year, so we appreciate that. And every other month, somebody else comes and sprays on the outside and they’ve done a nice job. Their technician has been great and we have no more termites. So, I'm satisfied.

Terminix came to our house a month ago and did their thing, which went fine. They arrived on the day they were supposed to arrive. We weren't home that time but we knew that the supply was in the yard, so we were good.

Jeff is always on time and very pleasant and professional. He quickly takes care of any problems I may be having which are far and few because of his coming every three months for prevention. A big thank you to him!

We were infested with bugs and Terminix had been out about three times. They have done a decent job each time, but a week after they leave the bugs are back.

We've used Terminix several times and they’ve been great. For the most part, they come when they're supposed to. We did have a little mix-up on their last visit but they rectified and everything went fine. Inspection went fine too. Lou, our guy, is our main contact and we love him. He's a great guy, always calls us back and stays in contact with us throughout the inspection. I would recommend them.

We're satisfied with Terminix. They take care of our pest control at North Park Apartments. They come on a monthly basis and they treat half the complex. The next month, they treat the other half of the complex. They're prompt, courteous, professional, and do their job well, and at a very reasonable price, too. However, when Terminix found termites while we were building, they gave us a quote which is particularly high. So, we did not go with them. But our monthly has been very good.

We've had an ant problem and Terminix came and addressed it for me. I've been using them for preventative pest control for three years now. They do a regular quarterly maintenance and spray around outside. They do their job and since their last visit, which has been great, it's much better at home now. Scheduling the service has been straightforward too. They always remind me about the service due and I either accept or change the date based on my availability. My interaction with the Terminix team was only through the phone when I needed their service and they come in. It has been excellent with them and I’m very satisfied.

Representative of Terminix very nice, courteous and informative. He seemed to be highly knowledgeable and gave my home a thorough inspection. I have signed up for the recommended actions to be taken to meet the needs identified. I appreciate what is happening so far but can not evaluate things that are pending - need to see completion first.

He was on time. It would be nice to receive a call 15 to 20 minutes before their arrival since the schedule is a 2 hour window. The technician always puts on shoe covers when he enters the house. He gave me a report on what he did and sprayed the areas that I wanted him to do that he does not usually do. He checked and refilled as required the mouse bait traps inside and outside.

Terminix always calls before they come and they do on time. They always come to the door and say that they're going to begin the service, ask if there are any problems and if there's anything that needs to be addressed other than whatever their schedule could do. All my experiences have been good and I recommend them.

I've always had good experience with Terminix. The techs were always on time and now I don't have any bugs.

The Terminix tech comes out to do routine inspections for us and maintain and make sure that everything is good. He is always really nice whenever he comes, and any concerns that we do have, he addresses right away. We had some spider problems over the summer, and he came out within the next two weeks and sprayed down the whole outside of the building for us on a weekend while we were closed. That way, the children didn't get into it. We haven't had any issues with the spiders since then. It's been a great experience.

We have routine visits from Terminix and their technicians were absolutely professional and courteous. They've done a good job.

I love Terminix's mosquito service. We live out here in the country and we have a farm where we irrigate. There's water running constantly, so this service is an awesome thing. Raul is my technician and everything is great. He's always professional and very friendly. It's nice that we have the same technician over and over for the monthly service. It's been excellent.

I have a regularly scheduled quarterly pest service with Terminix. I've had the same technician and he has been terrific. He's perfectly respectful, pleasant and terrific. He knows my anxiety and shows up within the window that they give or that I select and does a great job. I had thought of canceling my contract with Terminix before. Scheduling was the problem. They said they'd be here between 8:00 and 10:00 on Monday and they weren't and at that point, I was working full time so it was a real pain in the neck. But we seemed to have that ironed out now and the technician calls me the day before. The big improvement to them now is their scheduling.

Well I would like to said that the Ron ** that come out here does a great job. He is one of the big reason why I keep used Terminix. He has solve all of problems with ants or mice. Ron does a great job. Thank you and 1 snakes...

We have a travel trailer and rats had gotten into it. We didn’t know what the damage was, that we had some problems already that needed to be fixed. And then we discovered the rats and the place we were going to take it to be repaired said we can't bring it there until we get the rats out. They suggested Terminix, so we called them and a salesman came out. He looked at the travel trailer but then he said that if we have the rats in our trailer, we probably have them in our house. He went up into our attic and checked it and he said that we do have rats in there. So his first priority was the house. They were not in the house proper but only in the attic.

Quarterly visit and inspection. Extremely helpful visit. My technician found water under the house and I was able to contact those who installed the tarp in the crawl space to come out and see what was causing the problem. My Terminix technician is very thorough in his quarterly visits and I am thankful for the early warning from him.

Initially, scheduling my service was tough. But now, they've caught up and are able to do some good scheduling for me. The last time Terminix came out was for the scheduled visit for the pest control services. And then they came in to do a rodent inspection in my attic. There were two technicians that came in for the attic inspection and for the rodent inspection. Both of them were good. They didn't see any signs of infestation up there at all, which I expected, but they were polite, timely and clean.

My most recent experience with Terminix was during my annual inspections the end of last year. As I have come to expect, the inspector was courteous, completed his work in a timely manner and concluded his visit with a brief summary of what he found and any follow-up work he would recommend. I have always found these wrap-ups to be non-threatening in the sense that I never feel I am being coerced or forced into these recommendations. I actually look forward to these annual inspections.

I have used Terminix in two states, for the past ten years. I wouldn't use anyone else. Some of my neighbors are using Terminix now after seeing their truck at my home, and asking me about them. I always tell them how dependable and great they are!

Our experiences with Terminix have always been efficient, professional and helpful. We recently met a new technician and he couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He took care of the job as if he had been doing it for us all along.

We called Terminix because some inherited furniture had a roach infestation. Even though the furniture never came into the house, they got in through the garage. The Terminix rep came out one time. We haven't seen any since. The rep was professional, was able to lend valuable information to help keep the bugs away.

Very happy customer, I don't have any issues with my service. They come even if I forget and living in the country that can make the difference. My technician is an awesome guy who is always very friendly, on time and very knowledgeable!

I signed a contract in November of 2016. Two days after signing contract I cancelled by phone and email. I have an email from Terminix acknowledging my cancellation. It is now February 2017 and I have still not been refunded the credit of $470.00 from Terminix. My credit card started a dispute in November, still no refund. I have made at least 10 calls to my credit card and the same to Terminix. I would NEVER recommend Terminix to anyone! They stink! Think they need an exterminator!

Terminix came out to my home about a month ago for a yearly inspection and their technician was very efficient and thorough. Scheduling with them has been excellent and if I have questions, the technician who comes to our home answers them. Since I started service with them, Terminix has kept pest activity in my home under control.

We've had Terminix for about 17 years and the last two years were the best we've had because nobody has been in my home before that. Terminix said that they needed to come in the house for the yearly inspection and it's the first time ever that's happened in the whole years that we've had Terminix. The technician was one of the best ones we've had. He came in and looked around to make sure there was no pest activity.

Every time Terminix comes on here they do good work. However, we keep having the problem with the roaches in the kitchen but anytime I call, they come out and put stuff down. The techs are very clean and do whatever they can. They give any suggestion they can give to help. The situation's much better since they've been coming.

Started service in Sept. '16 to fix the ant problem in my home. They came out every single month for 5 months and could not get rid of them. The techs were very nice people but when I was contacted by their manager David, I explained that we MIGHT cancel service because the cost is so high and they haven't fixed the problem at all. He soon replied with an email saying that he cancelled my service. So if you complain that they aren't doing the job you pay them for, they will be more than happy to cancel you rather than fix it and compensate you for your time having to be available for appointments EVERY MONTH. Service is supposed to be quarterly by the way.

I had a problem with roaches and bed bugs. I got so devastated but my daughter said "Well, we'll call Terminix right?". So, I had them come out and do the work. Thr exterminator and the technician were both excellent. I didn't see our exterminators before do as well as Jake. I'm going to reschedule so I can stay with Terminix.

We called Terminix because we had a problem with tiny ants in our kitchen and several other rooms. They were easy and accommodating to work with. Their technician even had to come back a second time on the afternoon of the same day because it was probably a pretty heavy infestation. I would definitely recommend them.

Terminix was out here for roaches. Everything with my interaction with the technician was great, and the pest activity has been very minimal.

Terminix has been excellent. They took care of our rodent problems in the attic and I have monthly services for pests, too. If there's ever any bugs or anything, I call them and they do not question it. They come right back and do the service again. Also, their technician, Henry, is perfect.

The reps at Terminix were good and explained lots of details. They come out for yearly service. Since we started with Terminix, pest activity has been manageable in our home.

Terminix came out because we had some mouse problems. I wanted them to come out every couple of days for a while to see if we catch any and get on top of the problem and they were responsive. Three different people came at different times. The last guy who came was new and was more thorough in everything that he did. I felt like maybe we wasted time by not being as thorough during the first couple of visits because he found some places outside where mice could potentially be coming in, and we were able to fill those entry points up, and he also put some sugary stuff in the black box traps which the other guys didn't do.

4 years with Terminix with continuous pest issues and slow response from Terminix. We have had any problem for month. Terminix came out several times to treat, last time they came was 2 weeks ago. Yesterday I noticed a lot of ants (with wings and without) in same problem area they treated many times before. They are all over the place. Texted service manager and technician, called them multiple times, no one bother to call or text back. Called 800 number to report same issue, they couldn't reach anyone local either. Promised to call me back but no response after 1 day. Called again over 1 hour ago when they promised to call me back within one hour. Still no call. Do NOT use their service! It does NOT work!

Over the years, scheduling services with Terminix has been good. Usually, we’ve been able to get somebody there pretty quick when we work out the schedule. We've had a termite issue outside and haven’t had any trouble that way since the service, other than occasionally getting ants which probably also stems from sloppy individuals that live in the house. If you leave dirty dishes in the basement, eventually, it's bound to get ants so one can’t fault the service for what the people do. On the whole, it has been effective. I haven’t seen any special problems anywhere as a result.

I keep working with Terminix because they have a very good technician. He is very professional and he respects the customer. Sometimes, when I see anything, I call them directly and they send me a technician to treat it.

I have Terminix because of spiders and the company does an excellent job of keeping them under control. If I need to change the day or time of service, their people had been cooperative. Jim, the technician, is fantastic. I'm very happy with the service I get from him.

Terminix most recently came for a routine visit and it was a good experience. My service appointments with them usually go by what I recommend. I haven't seen any pest activity since using their service.

Originally, I got involved with Terminix because the local company called Harder Insect and Pest Control which I was with went out of that business and into the tree-trimming business and Terminix bought that portion of Harder's business. One thing that bugs me about Terminix is that, more recently, they are selling me things I don't need. I have a well-insulated house but they keep trying to sell me insulation. At some point, I need to sit down and discuss what I need and don't need with Terminix. If they can tell me what I need that would be fine with me though I don't really need more than what I had with Harder Insect and Pest Control way back.

Most recently, the Terminix official came and did a good job going through the premises. He looked inside and outside the house and was very friendly and courteous. We never had pest activity inside the house though we are surrounded by lots of wetlands around. So there were activities close by on the outskirts of the house but Terminix used all kinds of baits. The first one was powder and they had some liquid, too. I've had their service for ten years and am very pleased with it.

I've been with Terminix a long time and I have nothing but good things to say about the company. Everyone's been friendly and kind whether it's the person on the phone for schedule or the person that comes. They find days and times that work well for me for service, even when I had to have somebody come in. When they came on a regular visit, I didn't have them spray inside and then about a week later, I had a termite issue so I called them and they were here the next day. The technicians are so thorough. I have a big house and they go through it. They find out exactly what I saw and what happened.

We're happy with Terminix's service. They schedule and we agree to because we really don't have to be home when they come in but we usually are. The guy from Terminix always rings the bell and tells us he's doing it and if there is anything special, so it's good. He's great. Everything's okay and I don't have a problem with them. The only thing is that I don't know why I have pincher bugs that don't go away, and I understand it has something with water and stuff.

Terminix is scheduled every three months. So by the time they leave, I already know when the next appointment is. Then it's very easy to reschedule. You can just sign in online to your account and reschedule there. The technicians were very nice too. I've had them for three years and I've not had any problems. I haven't had any pest since I've had them and that's the goal. I have recommended Terminix to other people.

I am a Terminix customer for more than 10 years and I paid all the fees every month on time. On December 7, 2016 I request for termite letter from the manager name BRUCE (his Iranian name is Behroz) and I told him I need this letter asap for my closing, and he said "ok we will send it to your email." I had been check my email every day but no letter. I called Bruce and he said "I will talk to my supervisor and let you know," but he did not. I called him twice and he said the same, but he did not. This back and forth was for about a month!!! With no answer and I lost my closing date because of non having the termite letter... Unless I called the customer service and asked them "why you did not send me the letter?" They said "there is no request from you!!!" I said "I have all my texts between me and Bruce and the guy came to my house on December 9 for inspection. How could be no request?!!"

Terminix came in November for a quarterly check. The technician came in the house and did some spraying. He also went outside and did some spraying there, too. It didn't take him very long and he didn't bother anything. He was experienced, nice, professional and courteous. Since the service of Terminix, the pest situation at home is better. I don't ever see a bug anymore. I only find a few dead.

I love the service of Terminix. They have a great and professional agent that comes out and takes care of it. I always get the time and day of service that work well for me. Every once in a while I may see some pests but it's at the time where it's time to spray again. Other than that, our situation regarding pests has been outstanding since we used their services.

My technician is great. He returns my calls immediately and sets up appointments for any issue that I have. Recently, I acquired a tick problem and we have sprayed twice already, but I still have the issue. My technician is gonna come out again to try and spray again. I have treated the lawn outside and treated the dogs, so I was able to narrow it down and the infestation is inside the house. But I don't know what to do next and I was considering calling someone else to take care of this issue. I've been satisfied with Terminix until now with this problem.

My technician, Chris, is so awesome. He's the reason why I've stayed with Terminix for a long time now. He knows my place and I can talk to him about my concerns and he'll come out and help me if I have a problem. I have a wooded lot so anything could happen. Like this summer, I had a lot of spiders and so Chris came back a couple of times for that. Then, in the fall, I always have problems with mice coming into my crawl space and he knows how to take care of that and I don't even have to tell him. Several neighbors on my street have Terminix and Chris was going to be switched to a different section, so I told them that I'm gonna drop them if they won't assign him to me.

Since having the Terminix service, we don't have any pest activity anymore. We've had them since we first moved into this house some three and a half years ago, and they always notify me and they do a good job. We recently had a routine visit from Terminix and the technician who came out was really good. She called a day before, was very thorough and always has a smile on her face.

Everything went well in my most recent experience with Terminix. They came and did a survey to look for termites and I had a couple that was starting. Then it got serious so we set up the termite program and their tech came the next day on time, got everything set up then took no time to haul back his little bag of things. There was no pest activity since the termite service, but I have way more services with them. Also, they're able to do the scheduling perfectly as well.

I have two different properties being treated by Terminix for termites and rodent control as well. The company most recently went out for the regular, scheduled maintenance. When I schedule my appointments, I've been absolutely able to get times and days that work well for me. They've been very cooperative. I had gotten an email saying they had seen mouse droppings so they wanted to schedule another appointment to come out in between service calls and they were right out the next day. I've been very happy with the service which has been very prompt.

I visited with the regional manager in my area, and after talking with him, I was offered a special discount on my yearly inspection rate. And coverage. I have been a customer for 27 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else for my termite protection.

We have been customers of Terminix for six years now, and our experience is always good. The reps were very nice, kind and helpful and the technicians came on time and were really friendly, as well. I am very satisfied with the service of Terminix. It's not expensive.

I picked Terminix over a local competitor because of their responsiveness. The same day as the termite inspection, I got a full report of the problem areas and alternatives for dealing with it. I signed up for a 5 year warranty after the tenting, which went exactly as it was described. A couple of years later, during the inspection, another type of termite was found. I wasn't happy about it, but, again everything was explained and alternatives were offered. I have not yet had the need to use Terminix for rodent or other pest control but would not hesitate to recommend them.

We have a great experience with Terminix. They have us scheduled, then we get a notice from their front office in email and voice message that says when they're going to be here. The nice thing is that our tech, Clay, also calls to make sure that schedule works and tells me exactly what time he'll arrive. He comes every three or four months, calls and informs beforehand, and is always on time. He's wonderful.

My most recent experience with Terminix was just fine. Technician's arrival at our mutually agreed date and time together with his inspection of the covered facility were what I have come to expect from all those years with Terminix service.

We noted a suspect area in the garage and requested an inspection. Terminix technician arrived as scheduled and confirmed the damage and the course of treatment. A few days later, another technician arrived and treated the area. We await the action of the treatment to kill the termites. All was accomplished in an efficient manner. We are so pleased we have Terminix.

We have been well pleased with the services Terminix provides. They show up on time, ask if we have had any pest problems, then get to work. They are always courteous. That's about as good as it gets!

We've been with Terminix for over ten years and they're a very good company. We have a quarterly service and scheduling is very easy. Anytime I have a problem, I call the 800 number and they can have the tech here the next day if I have insects or pest in the house. They are very quick and that's why we stick with them. The tech is usually the same guy every time and he's a great guy and a very nice gentleman. He knows the property and I have no issues or problems at all with him. We haven't had any pest activity since the services. I recommend Terminix to the people I work with. I just wish they would stop raising their prices all the time. If they want to raise my prices, they should hit me once a year and not every time I get a bill.

Terminix recently came out for a preventative service. They always contact us every quarter. Their reps are friendly and helpful, and their technicians have done a great job. We see very little pests at home, and the times that we do, Terminix has been very responsive in getting it taken care of. They do a good job.

I used Terminix for a while and then I lost my job and had to stop using them. And then, I've been using them again for six months now. I usually have the same technicians all the time and I never had any problem with them. They're respectful and helpful.

I've been using Terminix for six months. The recent experience with them dealing with fleas has been good. The technician was awesome.

One improvement I've noticed with Terminix is the termite inspection. The managers send the technicians out when they feel like it. The technicians are great. They explain everything and tell me what I need and what to do. In the area I live in, there are a lot of ant beds and ant mound, and they take care of them, as well as the spiders. If I need them to come back within the allowed amount of time, they show back up. But the biggest problem is the management office. Also, my bill should come up the first of the year, say like February but they come out September. I think they should come out within a month of the time they’re supposed to come. But I would still recommend them.

I find Terminix to be a good company. They are a better company than we are a client and they’re flexible. Even if we have been late on the payment, they re-institute it. They come out on a regular schedule and never let anything fall through the cracks. If we need our termite inspection, they make sure that they keep bugging us til we get it because they know how important it is which we really appreciate. Also, the technician was very personable, trustworthy and very nice man. We’re very satisfied and we'd recommended them. Whatever methods they’re using work for us.

Since the early 2000s I've always been pleased with Terminix and their technicians. The professionalism and courteousness of all personnel are above reproach. Any time I needed a technician's service between scheduled services, they were here promptly. They would cover their work boots before entering my homes 100% of the time; even if they had to enter multiple times. I am very pleased with the website and no-hassle billing!

We have our quarterly inspection with Terminix for the inside insects. We also had a major overhaul underneath the house six months ago. Our regular pest control person from Terminix recommended that we look into it. They arranged it, and put a new barrier down on the ground and treated it for mold. The technicians that came by and serviced us were very polite. They did a good job but it was just too darn expensive.

I used to have Orkin as my Pest Control provider and I started to have an ant problem. I told Orkin to take care of the problem and gave them several months but nothing happen. The supervisor for Orkin pay me a visit and promised to take care of the problem but nothing happen, I continue to have the problem! I called Terminix and after several months of dealing with ants the problem was solved instantly! Bruce is my technician and he is courteous, always on time for his prearranged appointments, does the job well and I'm a happy customer.

Our Tech Tripp is very professional and knowledgeable on how to resolve our problem and has excellent people skills. We were having a major ant problem and had tried everything we could to get rid of them. We contacted Terminix and Tripp came out timely and did a through spray inside, under and around our home. He explained the process, answered my questions and said it may take several sprays to destroy the ant nests. After each spraying appointment we notice a great deduction in the ants and our home is now ant free. Thanks Tripp for a job very well done!

Terminix has been providing me very good service in multiple areas of their range of services for several years. Because I trust them, I have expanded range of services they provide me several times. They now provide me, on an annual basis, the following services: pest control inside and outside, annual termite inspections, and eliminating squirrels getting into my attack plus annual inspections to ensure they are still being kept out. I never have a problem recommending them to other homeowners. Their service people are courteous, friendly, and careful to not disturb anything.

We just started a new contract with Terminix. Scheduling the service was good. I’ve only had one experience with them once on the phone, then once with the technician. For the experience I’ve had so far I would absolutely recommend them.

My experience with Terminix was very pleasant. Scheduling with them was very easy. They do service for us four times a year. The technician always calls the day before to remind me what time he will be at my house. He is never late and is very professional looking. I had a specific question this time and he answered it with no hesitation. Completely satisfied customer.

The guy from Terminix recently came and did mostly the exterior for us again. He was very nice and friendly. We have spiders here and he explained how the treatment doesn't directly kill them anyway. We also have a problem with ants, originally, and I haven't seen them since the day after he first came. We get a service four times a year and they send me an email that says that they'll be here on this day at this time. And if I have any problems, I can call. But I just let them come.

Christopher, the representative has been great. He keeps us on top of things and reports promptly. He accommodates the hours that we request and does a great job. They recently treated around the building for our scheduled service. I haven't seen any issues with the pest activity since our service. They are doing a good job that's why we're a repeat customer with them.

I've been a customer for TERMINIX several years in two different states. In each area, the service was outstanding and technicians did a great job when they were onsite, and kept me informed of chemicals applicability against all kinds of pests.

I appreciate that Terminix Service Technician, Mark ** arrives at my home on a timely basis every month. He treats the outside perimeter of my ranch home and informs me of pests targeted and chemicals used. Also, precautions for post-treatment are noted. Mark also inspects and treats my kitchen, baths, and utility room for seasonal pests and is able to resolve any problems. Since Mark has been treating my home, I have had few, if any, encounters with ants or other unwanted pests. Thanks for sending me an honest, timely, personal, and concerned technician!

We've been Terminix customers for 25 years now. We used to have Orkin at one time and we didn't like it so we switched to Terminix. Their technician has always been great and friendly with us. He's been our Terminix guy for a long time. He does my business every month and my home every three months. I do have their termite deal too and they do well with that. They always call and tell me when they're going to be there, which is convenient. Right now, we never see pests. In fact, if we ever do, we call them and they come right out.

We have a pre-scheduled monthly visit with Terminix and it's always pleasant. They're always doing a great job and are very nice. They also follow up and if there is an issue, I let them know and they have somebody out right away and they're great with it.

My experience with Terminix was all good. They show up when they say they would. They were prompt on their follow-up if we have a problem that needs one. They let us know whenever they're going to be out for their regular service. If we need to reschedule, we're able to make contact with the tech themselves and if there's any conflicts, we get that sorted out.

Since I cannot get your offices to take me serious, I will keep calling and keep calling until I get RESULTS AND SOMEONE WHO HONESTLY CARES! I have been battling my pest problem for the last month and a half! Not only have I gotten HORRIBLE service you all don't care about taking care of your customers who have paid good money for your services! I have had appointments that were supposed to be scheduled then cancelled!

Terminix did some home repairs because of my termite damage. The scheduling was fine and the work is done well. However, the activity that preceded this was somewhat problematic. I pointed out a damage to the inspector and he hesitantly said it was an existing damage and that it's not covered by the warranty that they provided. I took his word for it but eventually, I called his boss up and he came up personally and that's when things were done properly. He said it's pre-existing and he dug a little deeper and found some live termites. There were two or three instances of damage over the years and the first couple was dismissed and I didn't press the case. Fortunately, the management took care of it and that's why I'm happy now. For now, the pest is all gone.

We are very happy with Terminix. Lehua is usually our service technician but we have always been impressed with how professional and friendly all the technicians are. The work is done cleanly and efficiently. I recommend Terminix to my coworkers and associates all the time.

Our Terminix technician was very good and courteous. He does anything we asked him to do. We have them come over every three months and they normally schedule the visit. So far, I have not seen any pest activities.

The Terminix guys provide us service every six months and I also have their service for termites. Scheduling a service with them has never been a problem. We're home all the time and they either send me an email or call ahead when they're coming. If I'm not available when they come, I contact them back. Recently, they came to treat the house for bugs. Since there were no bugs inside, the technicians went around and sprayed the outside and the crawlspace. Everything is fine here.

While we love our technician and honestly he is the reason we have kept contracts on 2 houses with Terminix. All contact is by a 1-800 number and there is no way to contact local office if there are problems or issues. Scheduling is often a problem with confirmations not sent or left by voice mail with parts of message cut off. There have been several recent price increases. If not for the positive relationship with our service technician and warranty...we would change to a local company that you can call directly.
