We had some rat infestation and Terminix got them out of there. We are satisfied with the technicians they sent and they did a nice job. Scheduling was easy as well.

I received a call from a debt collections agency about my account. I settled the issue on phone and immediately called Terminix. I was notified that my last 2 payments had been denied by bank? Turns out the account number they were applying had been closed due to lost card. My question to Terminix agent was why not contact ME before 2 payments were denied before a debt collections agency. BTW, I had been a good paying customer for 10 years!!! Why then would I not pay a bill and WHY would Terminix not give me the courtesy of a call or letter? They frequently call when they want to sell me a new service??

I’ve had Terminix for quite a while now and I’ve been very pleased with them. They come out every three months and spray on the outside of the house, in the garage, the back porch that's enclosed for spiders and around the windows. The technician who comes is very friendly.

I have had Terminix Commercial for several years. I was pleased with their service until recently. I requested that my service be changed from monthly to bi-monthly. The representative I spoke to on the phone stated she would send the information to the local headquarters. I did not receive a monthly bill so I assumed that my message was forwarded. To my surprise, I recently received a bill stating that my account was overdue for monthly service. Secondly, I was charged for Termidor treatment that I did not authorize.

I've always had a good experience with Terminix. They're very thorough, nice and polite and they come and go. I'm satisfied with them.

We've been very happy with Terminix. Our experience with them was very good overall. And the fellow that comes does a good job and is friendly nice, and on time. We have no complaints.

I have a quarterly pest control service by Terminix which started December. My late mom started the pest control due to rat droppings. We haven't had any recently but there are bait stations around the house. Our technician named Bond checks them and refills them as needed. I'm very satisfied with their service.

Very disappointed that Shaun ** is not with you anymore. He was a very good and friendly technician. In fact we wanted to tell him on his next visit that... thanks to him there was a rat caught in the trap that he left in our laundry room. So you can see he went over and beyond in helping us get rid of that rat.

We've known our tech from Terminix for years now and he comes to our house every three months. The last time he was here was on November and did dusting, inspection, and he did the outside. He's very pleasant, thorough and a good man. I had no problem with Terminix and I recommend them.

I just want you to know that David is THE reason I am still with Terminix. He is always so prompt and personable, excellent at his job, and always makes sure to find out if there have been any problems between treatments or anything I have a question about. He is impeccable in his appearance and manner and is truly an asset to your company.

They lost the order and didn't keep their word the last time I called in to try to get an earlier appointment. I was off work then so I can schedule for them to come in because I had some spiders inside. The guy came out on his regular scheduled date and wasn't aware that I tried to move up the appointment. The fields guy has always been very beneficial, helpful and always goes above and beyond but the person I talked to on the phone was rushing off the phone and said, "Yeah, whatever. I'll get it in." I was very disappointed with that and then they didn't show up. I didn't want to punish the tech by calling in and making too big of a complaint about it when it was the rep who took the order.

I had two properties. Terminix has been good in one of the property but in the other one, it didn't work. The roaches and everything are still there so I cancelled. Now they’re just doing one. Their technicians are okay. And since I’ve gotten service from Terminix, everything in my home has been okay in terms of pest activity. I’m satisfied with Terminix.

Recently, I had an excellent experience with Terminix. It was very easy to schedule my service. We had bedbugs and the technician they sent was very knowledgeable about them. Since then, we don't have any pest activity at our house.

I had Terminix for maintenance and the pest activity in my home went from low to nonexistent. I've had excellent interactions with their technician. I would recommend but I don't like the way they keep on bumping the price a few dollars every year.

The last time we had Terminix out was to do a routine service. We enjoyed our experience with Terminix but I might call them back because we're still seeing a few little ones. But since the start, Terminix came back out whenever I need them to, and their technicians have been very nice and polite.

The servicemen from Terminix come to spray outside around my house every three months. They do what they have to do and they're out right after, so I'm happy. I tell them to make sure that they do all around and by my other side of the house where my fences are, and to make sure that they do the eaves. I want to make sure because we've had spiders before and they took care of it. They've always been very courteous and willing to help me in any way.

My experience with Terminix has been outstanding. The fellow who’s been taking care of our property has been with us quite a while and he’s really outstanding. We had tiny ants in the bathrooms and the kitchen, and he came in twice and took care of it very well.

I’ve had Terminix for years and Justin who does it is a neighbor upstairs and we’ve been friends. His service is wonderful and I don’t have to worry about it. I’ve recommended them to four of my friends.

I always had a good experience with Terminix, even back in Hawaii. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I've had Terminix for so long that I don't see any bug. I have an automatic schedule with them. Every so often, they come and always call before to make sure I'm home and let me know ahead of time. Also, if I see anything, I call them and they come as soon as they can and take care of everything. Early last summer, I found a flea on me and I called them. They came right away and sprayed everything. The guy was friendly and did the job. I am well satisfied and I recommend Terminix to people.

Terminix is excellent, we've had them for 40 years now. Bill, our technician, is terrific. He's very courteous and always there to help you. Never in a hurry and is really nice. If I have a problem he gets rid of it pretty quick. The only thing we had a problem with were the little bitty white ants, like the end of a pin, and it was hard to see them. It took a little while, but he finally got rid of them, which was great. He worked really hard to get them out of here. He’s a real good guy who takes real good care of his customers. I appreciate what Terminix do for us all the time.

Our schedule with Terminix is routine. The technician always completes the job as needed and we have no problem with him.

Our technician is very polite and thorough as he performs the quarterly treatments. He takes time to ask about any new concerns and is happy to go the extra distance to be sure we are happy. Harry arrives promptly in very professional attire with the most upbeat personality. We appreciate him immensely.

I had a good experience with Terminix. Their guy was very friendly and he'd come twice to our home. I called them and they came, then they scheduled the appointment for the next time. So, it's very easy. I don’t have any issues on pests since my last service.

We have asked repeatedly for a different time for our service. We work during the day and would like to have someone come after work hours or on Saturday. WE have manage to catch you a few times and your service people are very courteous and professional.

We had Terminix come in to do the routine service to do the outside bugs, and the tech was very pleasant. After a week, we had Terminix again because we had some droppings in the attic. The tech quoted me a price, but for safety, I called Truly Nolen and they gave me the same deal for half the price. Plus, Truly Nolen came out to the house and walked around outside and found two spots where the bugs could’ve gotten in. They sealed those spots which Terminix did not do. For that, I was not pleased and very dissatisfied with Teminix.

Terminix has given us excellent service over all the years we have been their customer (which is over 20 years). The Terminix professionals arrive on the day they say they will. They are efficient and professional and do their job well. We have had no problems for which we have had to recall them.

Mike has always been professional, on time, and handled all our home pest problems.

I awoke with spots on my body and went to the Dr. and was advised it COULD be bedbugs bites. To be on the safe side I called a local pest control company and the inspection lasted for a few hours all throughout my home. There was no sign of bedbugs. I have a contract with Terminix and decided to call them as I have always trusted them. They set the appointment however the inspector called that day and cancelled on me. He advised he would be there the next day and he (inspector) arrived at my home and I was not there as I was running late.

I have had nothing but excellent and efficient work with Terminix. I would recommend them to anyone that asks. The technicians are very knowledgeable.

We are still having live roaches in our house! They have been seen in all rooms!!

Terminix comes when they say they're going to come. I'm the type of person that when somebody comes into the house I follow them around, see how they do and they don't cut any corners. They do what I want them to do.

I had (4) services done. I was reasonably satisfied with (3) of the (4). On the 4th service something was removed (i.e. stolen) from the property. I called the regional office, reported it and cancelled any other future visits. They had the audacity (or lack of attention) to call me a couple of months later to ask me when they could schedule a technician. This is not customer service.

Terminix comes every three months for our service. The technicians we get are always good and we never have any problems. We've seen around five spiders in the three years we've been using their services.

I'm happy with Terminix. The technician is always pleasant and friendly. They came out recently for a routine service and it was fine. Being proactive helps keep the pest volume down.

I use Terminix for pest control and termite and it's always a good experience with them. My interactions with the techs are very cordial and I rarely see any pest activity since our service.

The serviceman from Terminix was here about a month ago and we had a really good experience with them. I know the young man that works for them, and he's very nice and does a thorough job in our home. If we have a problem, I call and he comes right out. We don't have any problems with ants or spiders anymore since we started with them.

Perry, my service tech arrived on time and did a great job of covering all the issues I had. He is always very personable, clean, polite and very good at what he does. He can actually anticipate my needs. I have contracted for pest control with Terminix for several years now. It is a positive thing that I have had the opportunity to get to know my tech, who returns whenever I need help. Thank you Terminix, and thank you Perry.

This is resolved. I feel they are a 5 start company; it was my misunderstanding about the rodent visit.

My most recent experience with Terminix was with an issue that they were helping me with. I did not like the guy who came out last time. He was not the same guy that had been out the previous times. He came only with the idea that he was supposed to look for bed bugs. We'd have three issues in a six-week period and he was supposed to be re-treating the whole house again. And he told us that he wasn't going to do it, that he needed a supervisor's authorization because there was no need to retreat it if he couldn't visually find something.

The technician from Terminix is awesome. He is always very willing to come if I need him for anything else besides the scheduled things. He's very personable, knowledgeable, and always on time. Since the service, there's not much pest activity at all.

I seen more baby roaches like crazy. The roaches gotten worse, they never got better.

Our service provider was on time and he was extremely polite and competent. We have been with Terminix for well over 25 years.

My mother seems to be happy with Terminix. She sticks with them through the years.

Part of the contract was to provide a new plastic door to the crawl space. This has never been completed even after at least three reports of the problem. Not totally satisfied!

The pest activity in my house has been okay since last month. If I see anything left in the yard, all I have to do is call Terminix and the technician will come back. He is very polite and sprays my house every third month.

Most recent experience with Terminix was a regular periodic visit. Thomas ** has been our technician for a long time. He does a great job and I have a nice rapport and relationship with him. He's always thorough, always complete, knows what he's doing, and that makes all the difference.

Since having Terminix come to my house, I have experienced no bug problems. Kimo (the guy who comes to my house) comes every quarterly and gives my house a thorough spraying around my house. He is never late, always comes when he says he will, and most of all does a fantastic job. The price is reasonable and the job is excellent. Thanks, Terminix & Kimo!

About a month after our dog died in April of 2015 we discovered flea infestation in our backyard and in the house. I called Terminix and their salesman came out and told us that the best way of getting rid of fleas in the house was to fumigate the whole house with an added chemical, at extra charge, which would destroy the fleas, flea eggs, termites, and any other insects in the house. This special chemical apparently required additional permit from State of California. He also said that Terminix guarantees their work for 3 years!

Since I've been using Terminix, I haven't seen anything alarming in terms of pest activity in or around my home. A lot of bugs have been taken care of and I'm not having any problems at all. My experience with them has been good. I've known the technician for quite a number of years now. He's always professional and answers any questions I might have.

I have been a customer of Terminix for 2 years. I can't say enough great things about them. I did a comparison of another company and after one treatment couldn't wait to come back to Terminix. They are friendly, professional and on time. I don't have to be home, which is nice. Once they come, I don't see any pests. I hate bugs and as long as I have been using them the only bugs I see are dead ones. I highly recommend Terminix for your pest control needs.

We moved here 26 years ago and we had Terminix shortly after. We've been using it for years. Somebody comes over every three months and checks inside and around my house. He does a really good job and I hope he can continue coming. We're pleased with Terminix and have been very much satisfied. We're supposed to still have them, but they don’t come like they used to check everything.

The female technician who came out was professional and she did her job. We are on a regularly scheduled service with Terminix and they seem to be fine. I'm not having problems with ants since we began with their services. I would recommend them.

We've had a few months and Terminix has been out here a number of times to take care of things. We still have a bug once in a while but not a lot like we used to. Terminix has done everything they could do. We got a big house and we got it fixed for the roach bugs and it's a whole lot better now since they've come around. We don't have the amount of bugs that we had before. It's been expensive but they're great and we're satisfied.

The last time the Terminix team came over, it was a callback. I wanted them to recheck what had been done 12 days prior to that. They came back and everything was fine. I only had one little isolated problem, so I didn’t really have Terminix come over on a regular basis. Two different gentlemen came out two different times and they were fantastic. I was a happy consumer.

Everything is always very good with Terminix's technician. We're not having any pest activity in our home since my recent service with them so it has been excellent.

Terminix comes to our house every three or four months to spray for bugs and stuff outside. The technicians who come out for the service were all usually pretty friendly. The last guy that came really took some time to listen to my complaints because we saw a lot of bees in our backyard. I showed him where all that was and he was super nice and checked it out for me, making sure that there wasn't an actual beehive anywhere. He went above and beyond and they seem to get everything taken care of. I like them.

My service technician, Jeffrey white, is the best. He has been with me for many years. Always prompt, courteous, clean & neat. He's always flexible with my schedule. He is the reason I use Terminix. I can't give him enough praise!

Very disappointed with Terminix. About a year ago, I gave them $450. They crawled under the deck to look and see how snakes are getting into my basement and they said they got it all taken care of and if I get any more that they’re going to come back and recheck it. But I’ve called and called and no one will come back and recheck it. $450 for a widow is a lot of money but I’m very scared of snakes and I keep getting mice in there, too. I don’t go down there to do my laundry anymore and I have to take it to my daughter’s. The only thing they did take care of for me was the bug and spiders situation. That all is pretty good, but this home is 70 years old and I remodeled it over and over and I don’t know why they can’t find how the snakes get in or why they can’t come back. Not happy with them.

Haven't had any issues since we started getting service.

I am greatly pleased with Terminix. My main problems are wasp nests around windows and spiders coming into the house. Since I've been with Terminix, these issues have been dealt with satisfactorily. I will continue to use Terminix.

I haven't had any problems with Terminix. They come in for two seconds and spritzes all around, and leave. I am satisfied with their service.

Urban has been great EVERY SINGLE TIME he comes to service my house. Very nice. Very fast. Always tells me what he will be doing and always asks at the very end if there is anything else I need. He always ask how I'm doing and asks how my family is doing. I feel I've known him forever when it's only been a few years. I would not change to any other technician.

Our guy does a really good job. No insects in or out of the house.

I'm very pleased with the service from Terminix. It's a regularly scheduled visit and I like having the same person come and get to know them. They know where the light switches are and I don't have to bother with walking them around. If I did have a complaint, it is being called which I received the call yesterday that my service was going to be scheduled and it's a three days' notice. However, I would like to have a week's notice. Also, maybe we could use a discount because there was this instance when the guy who came out for the service couldn't do the outside because it was raining. He's a very nice guy and we like him very much. He did the whole thing but he said somebody would be coming back to do the outside shortly, but nobody ever came back.

I moved into a new house and had a whole bunch of spiders. So once Terminix came in to clean and spray, I haven't had pests since then. Then they kept spraying on the outside and that has controlled them. I'd recommend Terminix.

My most recent experience with Terminix could be considered a special case. They came out a while back to treat for bedbugs and the treatment went well. Unfortunately, there were a few little bugs that were left and I was two days past my 30-day guarantee and they came out and did the treatment anyways. So everything went well and we were extremely pleased that they guaranteed even though we were a couple of days past the 30 days that they had initially set. The technician came out and he was very knowledgeable about what exactly was going on as far as the treatments. He described that there are several different ways to treat it and after his evaluation, he explained which treatment would be best for our situation. Being very knowledgeable about it really put our minds at ease as far as going with Terminix and going through that whole process.

Terminix has been serving my houses for over 30 years. My pets are safer and happier without fleas and mosquitoes to bother them. I rarely see cockroaches, beetles or crickets even though I live in Orange County where all the orange trees used to be. I just bought another house and started service there even before I moved in. I've never been sick or had ill effects because of the chemicals used. The service providers do their jobs carefully and they are polite. I will continue with Terminix and recommend this service to friends having problems.

Melvin has been a great representative over the last 4 years that he has serviced my property. He is very friendly and professional. Anytime I have a problem with a pest, he promptly comes over and gets it addressed.

Whoever comes out here does a good job. I should probably have the inside of my house sprayed as I haven't done that in years and occasionally I see cockroaches but that's on me. Thank you.

I have a yearly contract with Terminix, and they’ve been coming every three months. They call me for my 3-month interval, and I’ve had three contract visits. I had a problem with tiny ants which wasn’t cured during the first visit, so I called them and they came back, but it was still a problem after that. It was on their fourth visit that they finally killed them.

I've had a great experience with Terminix. Scheduling our service works great. They're always here on time and when we're scheduled, they do a good job of spraying. I asked if they could spray for fleas at one time and they did. I haven't seen any bugs or anything ever since they came the first time. Highly recommendable! I've recommended them to my daughter across the street and my brother next door.

The Terminix technician was here just the day before yesterday for a routine service. Their technicians have always been professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They were always real friendly and we would talk a little bit for a couple of minutes. Since our service with them, we don't have any pest activity. My experience with them has been good.

The tech was very well knowledgeable of how to do the treatment around our because he has been here on many occasion.

We have a triplex rental unit and one of the units had cockroaches. Terminix had done my own personal house for spiders and ants so I called them and set it up. The guy was there right on time and took care of all three units. The one unit the roaches came from was empty and a week later I noticed they were still around so I called Terminix up. They came back out, re-treated that unit and then came the next Monday and retreated it again. Right on time, fast, friendly service. Since then, we've had no pest activity and I’ve already recommended them to a friend that was talking about having some pests taken care of.

Robert always does a great job and very attentive to what's happened over the past 2 months as far as critters. Very thorough and cautious about my dog.

Paul, the regular serviceman from Terminix, came over a couple of weeks ago. He's the greatest guy in the world and does the best job. The experience with Terminix has been excellent.

My tech guys are on time and efficient. I've used Terminix for years and have little negative - EXCEPT Your database gives me a date when I'm due without asking and it's never convenient so I ALWAYS have to reschedule.

I love my Terminix technician. He's delightful and takes care of me. He comes scheduled but for some reason, I didn't get a call. Last time, Terminix called and he said that they weren't supposed to call me as he was off that week. There might be a communication breakdown somewhere. I have two dogs and I want to make sure that they're secure. I am also trying to make sure that barricades are unlocked for him and things are pulled away from the house so he can spray, so it is helpful to have notice.

I love Brian, our bug guy! He goes above & beyond and always takes care of the bugs & answers our questions!

Roger ** is our technician, and he is always thorough, nicely dressed in his Terminix uniform. We know when he leaves the job is done to our satisfaction.

My brother and I live at this house and I'm his 24/7 caregiver so I take care of dealing with Terminix. Our most recent experience with them was fine except that they came on a different day than they were supposed to. I set up quite a few appointments for my brother and always keep the morning of the fourth Monday of the month open for the pest control. That's what I did all the time with Team Too, and so Terminix said they'd do the same. But out of the four times they've come, they've only come once on that day. They take care of things and leave and I give them a check when they come and they're always courteous and friendly. Things have been fine since the service. Only one time they sprayed for ants and the ants were worse after they left, but I understand what happened because it rained and the ants came off the soil and came up on the flowers.

Service providers and staff are courteous and helpful. Pest issues are addressed quickly and with the goal of controlling problem areas at all times.

We've been using Terminix for some time now and they've done a good job for us. They recently came to our home and did a very thorough inspection. We had a problem with roaches in the kitchen and the guy really went out of his way to show us how to combat that. We don't have any pests since the service. Overall, we were very pleased with them.

The experience with Terminix is okay and I am very satisfied. Routine service went as expected. The technician comes to our house and fixes what he needs to. He comes inside the house to check for something he had put under the sink to see if anything was going on under there. He said everything looked fine. On the outside, he checks for roaches and rats. After that, I thanked him and he went on his way.

I bought the house 1991, started my Terminix service the same year and have not ever been disappointed with the service. I am a strong supporter of Terminix!

6 different workers were set out to fix my rat problems. 3 said they didn't understand why they were sent out because they didn't do this type of work so it was a waste of my time waiting for Terminix and the company's time. I signed and paid $500.00 to have Terminix seal any holes and get rid of the rat under my sink area in the kitchen. The young man was very polite and sealed around the drain pipes and outside. The rat showed up again. This time he pulled out the dishwasher and wired a big hole in the wall that the rat was coming in.

I like Terminix service. The technician always come within the time scheduled. I can always call them back if more problem arises.

I love the customer service that I get from my technician Tyler (don't know his last name but he is Japanese). Whenever, I have a pest problem, Tyler is quick to respond to my pest control needs. My previous technician was Tyler ** and his service was also excellent. In fact, even the one before that, Troy **, was great. That says a lot about the company. My ant problem has totally gone away since staying on pest control maintenance.

I'm regularly scheduled for four times a year with Terminix. They call and let me know when they will be coming. The young man who comes to our home for the service was very good and he has done a good job. I recommend them.

I still have german roaches. I think a change of spray needs to be improved. What is being used is not working.

Most techs use very little of the spread to kill ants in the yard.

In 2014, we had an invasion of mice and Terminix was called to help us out. We suffered through it for a few months, but following the suggestions of Terminix, we made it. Now we have moved and continue to have them inspect our home every two months. It gives us a comfortable feeling to still have them on board.

Terminix is the most expensive of the service providers in the area and every year they add another $5-$6 to the service contact per visit... that's the bad. The good is that every service technician I've had had been knowledgeable, polite and very conscientious. They guarantee the work, so if you need an additional service, they will come out at no additional charge. You can also arrange appointments on Saturdays within a two-hour window... a convenience that I appreciate. I'd have given them 5 stars if their rates were more comparable.

We had a scheduled treatment done last week. The technician is a very nice gentleman and always been very professional. Whenever I have a problem, which is very rare, he responds instantly.

I love the service and the staff of Terminix! However, I am not happy when a tech enters my house and does not put on shoe covers. Surely a multi-million dollar company can afford to have their employees put on shoe covers before entering a customer's house?

Terminix is great! The guy did his job and was really professional. Before the service, we had mice everywhere. They were eating the wires in the walls. Then we got Terminix and two months later, we don't have mice and bugs. We love it and we're very satisfied.

I called Terminix when we had an ant problem that was out of control. Nothing I sprayed got rid of the ants. I haven't had a problem in years. My family suggested I cancel. I told them my neighbors on each side struggle with finding the right product to get rid of their ant problem. The only reason we no longer have ants is BECAUSE we have Terminix.

My recent experience with Terminix was very good. The technician told me what he was going to do and did it. Also, he's always friendly and he's here when he says he's going to be. We have seen a couple of bugs or spiders in the last six months and that's it. Fantastic.

I am dissatisfied with the service.

I ended up with a roach problem after the neighbors across the street were forced out and the landlord had to bomb many times for roaches. Last summer they just seemed explode with the warmer weather. I tried bug bombs, foggers, roach motels, and paste. They always came back. After the first treatment I had to sweep and clean out cabinets and drawers but it was worth it. The roaches I did see were dead. The treatment killed 95% of them. I am very happy with the results.

My experience with Terminix has been totally good. Their technicians who came out were always friendly, very thorough and thoughtful. I had a terrible time with mites but they've got it under control now. Also, I have a pet dog and they always help me make sure she's up.

Dennis came last week to exterminate my house. Thus far, I haven't seen any of these hard to kill German roaches. I feel relief knowing that Terminix would be available at no additional cost should these roaches reappear. Thank you.

The guys from Terminix have got a real good personality. They know what they're doing. They get in there, do a good job, and get out. They've been efficient. Overall, it has been a good experience.

I have a very good experience with Terminix. They have very nice people. I only call if something happens all of a sudden because they do a regular check on the house for anything. In fact, they recently closed some holes on the outside, so that was great.

Terminix is excellent, and their people were wonderful. They usually call me and say "Your service is coming up. If you need anything, in or out, let us know or let the man know when he comes." If I can't be there that day and he has to come inside, I let him know. I had sugar ants here and it was about to drive me crazy. Now they're very quiet. I'm quite happy and I don't foresee me leaving Terminix. I recommend them very highly to anybody I know that doesn't have them. I have recommended them, and quite a few of my friends have Terminix.

Service has always been available whenever I need it and it is always prompt. Service techs are always courteous and take care of business. I'm a long time customer and have always been dealt with fairly. Terminix is so reliable. I have never considered another company. The local manager has been a long time friend and I appreciate his service and loyalty.

We had those small roaches that seems to come out of nowhere. We tried and tried to get rid of them on our own but were unsuccessful, so we call Terminix and after two treatments, roach-free! Thanks. Glad you are here for me. Will continue to use you now and in the future.

Terminix recently came for a standard application for insect control. Scheduling my service is super easy. Usually, Brad, their serviceman, gives me a call and says, “I’m coming out Thursday between 12 and 2. Does that work for you?” And since getting their service, pest activity has been decreased. Whenever they come, even in the middle of summer, I don’t have a problem with the insects inside the house. That’s what they’re there for.

The technician arrived within the time frame quoted. He did a thorough job of applying pesticides to the outside of our house plus the inside of our garage, as we requested. When he was ready to leave, he told us when he had done, what he had found and how he had treated for it.

I have been happy with the promptness, courtesy and knowledge of Terminix employees who visit our home. I would like to end my Pest Exclusion service now since I have not noticed any evidence that squirrels had re-entered our attic. Please let me know how I can stop exclusion service now. Thanks!

I've always been very satisfied with Terminix. They call and schedule their service, and if it doesn't agree with my schedule, I can call back and reschedule. This week, someone did a termite inspection and seemed very thorough when he was looking through the house. He took his time and he didn't just breeze through.

His work and advice has been detailed, clear and easy to follow. He has handled our concerns and provided clarification on any and all issues addressed.

We called Terminix in the AM and received service on the same day from our Technician Fred - the ant problem was solved!

I depend on Terminix to keep my home pest-free, and I have never been disappointed. My regular service man works diligently to arrange the service calls around my teaching schedule, and I especially appreciate him doing this. The service is terrific and fast. They are always on time and the service man is friendly. He makes good suggestions as to how to help prevent the field mice from trying to find a warm home in winter. Have recommended the service to a friend.

Terminix called me up and said it was time for one service and I said "Come on out." When I came home from work, the bill was in the door and that's all I had to worry about. The one time I interacted with their technician, he was very friendly. I showed him some walls missed that were very high that I wanted taken cared of and he did. The other times he's been out here, we've not been there. He does his thing that he's supposed to do. As far as in the house, there's very little problem. But outside, there's water around the house, the garden and spiders. Also, I don't want everything dead out there. We need outside bugs so I'm not worried about the spiders as that's part of nature and having a garden. Overall, Terminix is dependable. They contact me and tlet me know. I don't have to worry and that's the way I like it.

We paid $1500 for a yearly service with Terminix because we have a mouse problem in our new house. Terminix has a very nice employee, Jay -- but Jay says he is the ONLY ONE who works with mouse problems, in the whole Tri-state area, so the wait for him is very loooooong!!! Not only that, several times we have been stood up by Jay. He doesn't come within the time frame that Terminix gives us, and he doesn't call to say he will be late! In fact, sometimes he leaves us waiting and doesn't come AT ALL! (But how can you blame the guy for being bogged down with work, if he is the only one doing this kind of work in such a large area?) Terminix told me I should reschedule, one day, after waiting for 4 hours!!! Reschedule? So I called to reschedule, and they could not offer me a single date in December! This is PATHETIC!!!

Our area technician, Kendrick, is the best. My wife has a severe phobia of roaches and he makes sure they are nonexistent. Thanks Kendrick for the great service.

Couldn't be happier! Never ever see any bugs in the house after years. Only bug I see now is outside and upside down dead.

I can look back at the whole experience, and realize how easily Terminix helped rid our house of bedbugs, ants, spiders. We are set up on the maintenance program which is very convenient and worth my sense of well being. The service techs are polite and friendly. They get their work done quickly and will answer any questions you have. What a quality company.

We've had two experiences on the same day from Terminix. We had a regular service and then I'd gotten a phone call about another guy coming down and doing a free general inspection. He came the next day. Terminix scheduled their service and they gave me phone calls saying who's coming at that time, and they came when they were supposed to.

For many years my pest control has been done by Terminix. I have always been pleased by their performance. Since I have wooded areas near my home, I feel I would probably have many spiders, scorpions, etc. without their services. The technicians have always been courteous and professional. I would, and have, recommend them.

I've been using Terminix for years. I rarely see any annoying bugs inside my house anymore. As a result, I haven't had to spray inside my house for quite some time. The work that Terminix is doing is wonderful.

My experience with Terminix, up to my last service visit, had been a great experience. My last visit was not satisfactory. Jeremy has serviced us very well but for my last visit, two men came out and were here all of 15 minutes. They did not cover my whole premise and when I looked, they were leaving. I've had spiders in the house since then. Please have only Jeremy come out to service us.

Terminix has made a huge difference, eliminated a cricket infestation, keeps the spiders down, and the ants. And when mice were getting in my house, they took care of that too.

I've been using Terminix for years. Every time I've called them, they're Johnny on the spot and they fix the problem and everybody's happy. Most recently I got a lot of ants so I called them and they came out and it's fine now.

When first hired Terminix, had fast and complete results. See a few insects once in a while, make sure the sticky insect traps are periodically changed. The house is way better.

The quarterly pest control is scheduled and then completed. The Terminix employee is prompt, efficient and effective. Have had no problems or complaints in the couple years I have been using them. I find dead bugs around the front porch, patio and in the garage long after the solution has dried up.

Always professional, on time, courteous and knowledgeable. Due to my schedule, if I need in home service, always willing to accommodate me.

This was the worst year-2015, that I can remember reference the insects that came into my home this year. Generally it's a once a summer call to Terminix for silverfish, but this year them, spiders, ants and things that look like a mixture came in. For me it was Terminix to the rescue not once but total of 3 times for inside spraying. Thank you Terminix and Mr. ** for being here for me.

Apart from 1 really unacceptable incident, I had always been very happy with Terminix until I moved last year and signed new contracts. The latest incident was 18th November, when I was given time for home inspection, but phoned to cancel. You may think my time is not valuable, but it is to me, added to which I command $80 an hour for my skills. So why then did I spend 20 minutes calling Terminix to arrange another day as I was working the 18th November, giving 2 weeks of my schedule so that it could be retimed? Why then was I assured I would be notified of another day, to get the same time and day rescheduled? Your franchisee was less than impressed by turning up to be turned away, so I arranged a day and time with him at my convenience. He is GREAT.

I'm perfectly happy with Terminix. They do a good job and I have their service as a routine. I always get along with their technician who comes to spray all around the house and he does what I ask him to do. We haven't had any pest activity since having Terminix.
