Every time an individual has come to treat my place of residence it was done professionally. In most cases the individual has come on time. If that individual was either going to be late for an appointment or had to change the appointment for some reason they called in advance to give either the new time of arrival or the new appointment date with an explanation as to why they could not meet the required appointment. I have been a Terminix customer for over 10 years and without question I would recommend to any of my neighbors the many fine Terminix products and services.

Robert ** is always professionally minded and concentrates on the specific area on which he is working. Never hesitates to ask questions and to make suggestions. He follows up on issues or areas that were a problem on the last inspection. And he does it all with a smile and a positive attitude. He is the type of employee that I would want in my business, if I were in business!

Franklin our tech that comes to our site is very knowledgeable of the service that you all provide and whatever we are requesting at the time; We haven't seen any more mice in the "office area" where he set the traps and actually caught some. Pest control has been good for a couple of years. Our tech is very pleasant. I think we had some mice recently so he set some bait while here on his regular visit. Hope it works. No ants have been seen. Just a couple of Japanese beetles looking to stay warm this winter.

I had to have a repeat visit within 2 weeks of the initial sugar ant bait placing. That was a little disappointing, but the technicians were very friendly. There was an initial problem when I signed up for the service, since they tried to "bait" me into a yearly contract over the phone, and wanted to sell me much more than I needed. I only wanted a one-time service. But the tech worked it out when he arrived at my home. Very satisfied.

I am a much happier person now that Joe (Terminix) has conquered the ant problem with his expertise in my home in Sultan, WA. He answers my questions while still doing his job thereby finishing up the work in a timely manner. The home is on sandy soil in the "boonies" so it was a lot of ants to conquer. He did an excellent job.

The Terminix person did an outstanding job. The first rep did not fix the problem but the second person who came, fixed the problem and was very pleasant as well. The second rep has been here before and always does an excellent job.

I almost rated two stars. We have been having quarterly insect protection. After which we're still battling with cockroaches, spiders, ants, etc. We discovered in June 2015 we had a termite problem and July 2015 we had the house tented. The day after tenting the house I was back to killing spiders in the house. A few weeks ago I noticed in the garage, the same indications as before of probable termite niblets/dusting. I am awaiting a phone call so we can arrange to have it inspected and determine what the next course of action will be. If you can assist in resolving this I would appreciate it. We had begun to see several roach insects and since Terminix already had our termite bond, we called them for this problem. After treatment for several months the only roach we see is one on his back dead as a doornail. Thanks Terminix!!!

I have been with Terminix for over 5 years. Each time the technician comes, they always do a good job. We always see a positive result when we have service. Before the holidays we had service inside and outside. We also had a special request for a snake seen on the outside patio. The technician put down an application to take care of that problem.

We have a cedar house in the woods which was highly susceptible to insects/vermin before we obtained a routine pest control service. I believe that Terminix follow IPM philosophy and practices which I support & applaud. IPM is the only way to go! We noted tangible evidence of decreased pest activities after we got & had the program maintained. Now if only woodpeckers fell under IPM practices we would be really happy! Wood boring bees were brought under control. The staff are always ready, willing & able to help.

You have a stellar employee in Mike. He is knowledgeable, polite, considerate, on time, thorough, and is reliable. He personally calls clients and reminds them about appointments. Now that is service and with a smile. The company is a bit disorganized in its computer reminders because the day is often wrong and the time frame. I just ignore the telephone reminders. Billings are handled promptly etc. so not much to complain about.

I moved into a new apartment three years ago. My last apartment had every bug imaginable and I knew that I would be bringing some along in my boxes. The customer service rep when I first called suggested that I have the apartment sprayed when I moved in. I did and after 3 weeks still had bugs so they came back for free. I haven't seen a live bug since. They are prompt and pleasant and always willing to help.

First I want to say that the service technician who does both my termite and pest control is the primary reason I have stayed with Terminix. I would like to use another termite treatment vice bait traps, but have not been provided an alternative by Terminix.. Also pest control does not include spraying yard for fleas and ticks and to prevent/control mosquitoes. I have been approached by other pest control providers that offer such protection at a better cost that currently pay Terminix for just house pest control. I have been with Terminix for many years, but with the economy being down and competition in area going up, I am looking for alternatives.

I've had a very good experience with Terminix. They came and helped me with some water bugs that I was having problems with. The result has been very good and the tech was very nice and efficient. He did a good job. They also do termites once a year and other stuff on different times. I was really impressed the last time that the tech came because he told me to call him back if I had any problem and he would come back at any time. I am very pleased with the service.

I have had Termite service with Terminix for a few years now. This past year we added their Pest control service as well. The Terminix Rep that came to our home was very accommodating and well trained in his field. We have had very good results with both services and recommend them to whoever may need either type service they provide.

Your Terminex agents are always very professional and knowledgeable. As a result, most of the time I don't see many live pests until the next treatment. If I do I keep them and date when captured.

After traps were set no one came to check them for 6 weeks and I had to call to get him to come then. I removed dead rat which had been in trap for weeks. I paid $800 for this and very unhappy with service. I expect better from Terminix.

We had a horrible problem with roaches and no matter what I did, we could not get it under control. Terminix took over and now we do not have a single roach anywhere. So glad I use the quarterly service to maintain the same level. Mahalo Terminix!

I have mixed emotions about your quality of service. While the technician does a good job, I don't like it when I get a no show - no call. This has happened a couple of times. I can never reach a live person when I call. I'm also disappointed about the 2nd rate increase that was recently announced. I don't feel you have earned this.

I called Tom a few times in the Albany office. He said if I seen another bedbug he would be out. Still no return phone call. They never done the job right the first time around. We paid for bed covers and never got them until they came the second time around. I help lift the mattress up when they sent a women here that just came back from a worker's comp case due to hurting her arm by lifting a bed. So I help her out every time she came. She was a nice lady. Meanwhile I'm still waiting for them to call me back. I found 2 more bedbugs and still no phone call.

I have been using Terminix Pest Control since I moved here 14 months ago. I had ants and spiders when I called for service. My serviceman, Wayne, came to my home and did a thorough investigation of the inside as well as the outside of my home. He explained that the insects were looking for water as we are in a drought. Wayne told me what he was going to do to get rid of the pesky bugs. He sprayed the entire perimeter inside and outside of my home. I now have quarterly service and I am very happy with Terminix and Wayne.

Everyone from the inspector (Jamerson) to the actual technicians who did the work were top notch. The pricing is a little steep, however, you get what you pay for. If you want people who know what they're doing, you need to pay for it. Best part is the warranty that comes with the services Terminix provides. Any issues, just schedule a follow up. Overall, I am satisfied with the job completed.

We are happy with the Terminix service. The technician showed up within the time window on the appointment date, and administered pest treatment for our house quite unobtrusively. We did not require inside treatment at this time. We would recommend Terminix if any of our friends mentions pests in their house.

I have been using Terminix for 15 years. I moved last year and the local team has been excellent. I have pest, termite and bedbug contracts. The new house had a bug problem but within 6 months we had it corrected. My frustration is with National. It took them a year to quit billing me for old address. Their email notices on service is always wrong (wrong date and time). Frustrating. I stay with Terminix because of the local service people and the good results I have had.

Small black flirs - The technician looked for the source of the problem and concluded it was a water leak in the kitchen but none was found. He did locate an area in the kitchen that they were populating. He sprayed but unfortunately the problem still exists.

I am very happy with my service. The only issue I have is the rising cost. As much as I like it with a fixed income it is becoming harder to afford and since it is not a necessity I will probably need to cut it out soon. The service itself is great.

We had a patient that had bed bugs. Rick ** worked with us through the whole issue and helped us protect ourselves and others from spreading from room to room. He treated the Patient hot rooms and the surrounding rooms to be sure. We loved how it was kept to ourselves instead of scaring everyone and he never made it a big deal. We were very impressed. The patient was also very thankful that it wasn't an embarrassing situation that could have went viral. We had also been dealing with drain flies and Rick also helped with this situation and got us on a daily routine of cleaning and drain cleaning with a biological drain cleaner (bio 5) that has helped eliminate the huge issue. He has had a mess dealing with us lately, but he was "Johnny on the spot". We appreciate the dedication to both these issues.

Had a problem with the carpenter bees. It took 2 trips but the bees were removed with a excellent result. They were in a difficult to reach position but the operator reached them well.

We drove ourselves crazy with growing ant problem. Self-treated home and left house for 3 days. Came home and they were still there. Sat down and called Terminix and my insanity was ended by a professional technician. I was so happy that after a few days most were dead and gone and we had our lives back. Thank you Terminix!

After buying my condo and getting moved in I immediately realized there was quite a roach problem along with any other insect possible. After many different treatments by the techs and having to unpack all my cupboards again another treatment was set and treatments continued it seemed every few weeks to follow up on any progress. After months - I have to say I so very pleased that with the quarterly treatment in/out of my condo my life is "bug free". Hooray for Terminix!!!

Our experience with Terminix has been a great one. We moved into our home 10 years ago. We had their service from the beginning, and had not had ANY pests into our home! Our serviceman has been great. He does the inside and outside of our home; last summer, he noticed some bees on my neighbor's yard. He sprayed their nest so that we could not get them in our area.

Service is great but their bookkeeping department needs help. Our annual renewal is due every August on 150 units. We were billed incorrectly on EACH UNIT and was corrected over the phone. I was told I would get a corrected bills. Every month since August, I have received a past due bill for every unit saying there is a balance due when there is not. I have called every month and spoken with someone who says they will take care of it and their system is showing it's paid in full. As of 3 days go I received 150 more bills saying FINAL NOTICE, TERMITE PROTECTION HAS BEEN TERMINATED!!!
How can it take 6 months and still not be corrected?? WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY for Terminix for all these wrong bills and return envelopes being wasted. I will call again today to see what's going on. OUR BILL WAS PAID IN FULL!!! Can someone please get this corrected and send me CORRECTED bills showing our account is paid in full and not canceled!! Thanks.

I was very pleased with this experience. The technician was very friendly and I got along with him instantly. He did a thorough job and was able to report to me that there was no activity to report. Of course I was elated. We chatted briefly before he left and I felt that the whole experience, especially the interaction with him, was fulfilling.

Service has been excellent. The recurring visits are always on time and the serviceman has always provided what we needed and not what was just 'on-sale'. When we were remodeling our garage and found some termite problems TERMINIX sent a Regional Rep to our home within two hours and he contracted with the people we had on site to repair the problem immediately allowing the remodeling to continue. TERMINIX is the best investment you can make in keeping your home in great shape in the event you want to sell or just continue living there. Think of it as the best insurance policy you can purchase in order to protect one of your biggest assets.

Each time I get a new person, which is not all the time, the technicians are very respectful. I have them do the outside and inside. They give me works until the next time they come out. I'm happy. Every time I call if I need to reschedule or if something comes up, I have no problems rescheduling. Everything is fine, and things seemed to be working.

Been a customer for over 20 years and have not had a pest problem since they took over. To be honest, I haven't even seen a black widow anywhere in a long time. Jesse ** has been my go to guy for a long time and I've never had to call him back after his monthly visit, even though he always says to call if there's a problem. When the first tech came, he didn't believe we even had ticks. I almost cancelled but decided to ask for a change of techs. Jonathon came next and he did an excellent job of controlling our problem. He not only sprayed but told us of another solution using some medicine on our doggie. From then on the problem has been solved. He is professional, smart, kind and I would recommend him to anyone.

I've had Richard out twice because of pantry moths. He sprayed the pantry and put up sticky paper. However, I still see 1 to 3 moths flying around every day. I've cleaned out the pantry and thrown away anything open. So I don't know where they could be coming from. Any suggestions?

I had issues with mice in my home. There were also issues with missed appointments and scheduling a service for me on 12/24 when your office was closed. Thomas came out and was fantastic! Confident he resolved the issue too! Great employee.

The people who conduct the pest control quarterly treatments have always been professional, punctual, and friendly. They will answer any questions I have. Very occasionally, through the years, I have asked for a visit in between the regularly scheduled treatments and have always been accommodated. If I have a conflict with the scheduled appointment, it is easy to reschedule.

I have to say the tech that came out was nice but about a week later where he didn't spray, they came back. Been calling since, no return call back. Went to the store, spent about 80.00. I think they shouldn't get paid until my pest problem is resolved.

We are with Terminix for many, many years and we are happy. They come once a year to check for termites and everything works fine, no problem. They schedule and come on time too. The technician that comes is well-behaved and businesslike. I don’t watch them every minute when they come but they check around the house and do routine inspection.

Terminix's service is always good. I have quarterly service. I called them back for some extra coverage and tried scheduling the service online but they didn't let me so I called and the person on the phone handled it perfectly. They came ahead of time. Since their last service, pest activity is minimal and I really like my guy.

Terminix does our annual termite inspection as well as the quarterly pest control inspection on a regular appointment. The technician they send is probably one of the best professionals we've dealt with and our interactions are exceptional. My only complaint is that we never get a call in advance when the technician is coming. I'm always advised that I need to go online but it isn't a thing for someone to go to Terminix's site to look at when they're coming. Also, it isn't always posted that much in advance. If they could devise some method of reminders to their customers, that would be a very good thing for me.
Since starting with their service, the pest activity in our house is controlled. We still do see occasional pest but it's not anywhere out of control. They're few and far between. It seems to increase during the summer times simply because we live in one of the southern States where palmetto bugs are rampant. Those are the most common offenders, but the others are spiders and silverfish. We also get occasional moles but the service seems to do a good job.

We tried for 11 months plus to get Terminix to respond for work they did around our home. After several phone calls, leaving a message each time, emails that never were returned, the one email they finally sent was to inform us that they could not find our contract. After sending the information yet again, they still could not find the account. Only when we emailed a complaint to the Attorney General's Office and 'cc' to Terminix did they mysteriously come across the account.
The yearly contract is up February 09, 2016 and we receive a letter of renewal in the mail, wanting $349 to continue with the contract they couldn't find for the previous year. In rating this company one has to click on something, so my rating shows one star, when in reality they wouldn't get the one star...period. Our complaint has been forwarded to the Attorney General's Consumer Services and Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Consumer Services.

I have the three-month program from Terminix. I've had it for a while now and have been satisfied with it. The technician I have now is new. He does the outside of the house. He does a good job and I have no pest activity since the last service.

Terminix has come when we needed them. They’ve only come out to our house twice to spray around the house. My wife, who is the one that deals with them, was happy with their work. Since the last service, I saw one bug and a few that came from the outside, but nothing that’s causing a problem. They did quite a good job.

I had mice in my house so I called Terminix. The technician came out and put some traps in. I am yet to call him back again because I've seen another one. I will recommend them. They come on time and when I call them, they give me a good timing. It's a little pricey though because they charge us extra more than they do. I have had a while where I didn't need any service yet the man would still come out and he'd do his job. He'd go around the outside of the house to make sure that I don't have anything. But other than that, they're usually good.

I called terminix in July 2015 when my husband and I moved into the house we purchased. I saw a few spiders. Terminix came out and sprayed. Two weeks later I started to see scorpions. I called terminix again, they came back out. One week later I saw spiders again and a very large rattlesnake. I called Terminix and told them they have not helped my problem and I no longer needed their services. I was told that was fine since I never signed a contract. A week later they took out $191.00 out of my account. I called back to ask why. I was told they shouldn't have taken it out and I would get it back. Now, in December 2015 as I was checking my bank account I saw they had taken out another $191.00 from my account.
I called talked to a really nice guy. He asked if I would send him a copy of my bank account showing that Terminix had taken more money from me. I faxed him and he called me back to say he had gotten it and I would be receiving my $398.00 in the next 6 days back to my account and that it showed I was suppose to be getting a refund but instead they messed up and took the $ out of my account. Now I still haven't received my $398 back. I have called them, emailed them but no one emails me back. And when I call after I have waited 20 plus mins waiting for someone to answer they put me on hold when I ask to talk to a manager. But no one ever answers after I am put on hold and finally the phone hangs up.

My service technician came while I was gone from home, but I knew he was coming because I received an email letting me know when he would be here. He apparently came within that window because when I returned the receipt was on my porch. I've always been happy with my service.

Terminix technicians are trained well. You can tell when they come into your home. With the chemicals that they are using, they have to know what they are using. If you see bugs before your next scheduled appointment, you can call and the technician will retire free of charge.

They came out, re-evaluated the traps, making sure they had them in the right place and then resetting them, made some adjustments, and got that situation resolved. They were very attentive to the issue, quick, efficient, and out the door in no more than an hour.

I had to wait a couple of days when scheduling with Terminix since it was a weekend but I understood that. The technician came and treated the crickets then came back later because they weren't gone due to the type of weather we're having. He was very kind and upfront. It was a good experience and I'm finally rid of crickets. I would recommend them because they do what they say they'd do. Also, they'd come back and won't charge you if it's not done right.

Juan has serviced us for several years. He is very knowledgeable and explains things to me in a way that I can understand. He is always concerned with the problems we have had and was able to get rid of them. He is also very nice and personable. Moths and ants were a couple of the issues we had. Customer service is excellent starting with the people on the phone to the technician. I would highly recommend Terminix!

I've always had good service with my previous Terminix technician named Chris. The new technician that came and sprayed, however, didn't leave me a bill. He didn't tell me how many mice he found. He walked out the door without even saying goodbye. There's been low pest activity since the last time he came. I just wasn't as happy with him as I was with Chris. Moreover, Terminix usually calls every three months, but this time they didn't and the technician just showed up and came early. But all in all I'm satisfied with them.

Terminix has always been nice to me. I had them once before at Albany but they didn't do right, so I had dropped them. I haven't had them for several years but here in Bainbridge I took the contract out with Josh. Scheduling my services has been great, I don't have any problems. I receive it every two to three months and they always call the day before they come. Dana is wonderful! If she's in the area and she can’t spray at my girlfriend's house right then because no one's home, she’d come on and spray mine then go back later. She's really nice. And since my last service, I haven't seen any mice or anything except two water bugs but that was because the mop was outside hanging up. That's the only thing I've seen since I've been here. I would recommend Terminix. I hope I live a long time and they could still do my spraying for me.

I've been using Terminix for years and I'm very satisfied with them. They come quarterly and they leave the scheduling up to me. If the day doesn't suit, they suggest an alternative, then we work on another day or time. Not only that, they call and let me know ahead of time that they're coming. Then when they come, they do the inside and outside of my house, and keep the insects down. The technicians that they've sent to our home are always very nice and check to see if there's any special place that we want sprayed. I like their friendliness and flexibility. If I've had to cancel at the last minute, they've always been very nice about it and helped to reschedule, and that's the pleasure, that I don't have to worry that somebody's going to be upset because I've had to cancel at the last minute. I haven't seen any pest activity since our last service, which is a good thing.

Everything is fine since our service with Terminix. The tech who came out to our home is one of their most outstanding workers. It was a brand new home 10 years ago and it still is a brand new home since we take excellent care of it. I live in a seniors gated community. They do the yard, mow, collect the grass, and fertilize. I fertilize and seed above what they do because they don't do enough, but the house is fine. I have recommended them to several friends.

Terminix comes out regularly. The technician is great and does a good job. I've talked to him on a few occasions and he seems knowledgeable about everything. He calls before he comes and if I'm not there, he explains all that he did. Since our service, the pest activity in and around our home comes and goes. I don't know how the chemicals are but the pests start to pop back up, then I'll call Terminix to say we've got something going on and they'll send the tech out.

I asked for specific pest control services and ended up with a contract I did not want. The tech came to the house when I was not here, walked 25 steps across the front of the house and billed me $107. If you go with this company, DO NOT SIGN service contracts, particularly if you want a one-time service.

Our most recent experience with Terminix certainly has only been bug-proofing the house. They go around outside and spray the foundation. I like what they do. We haven't had any issues with bugs since our last service. Their schedule is quarterly and they call a couple of days before they come out. They do an outside service, so there isn't any need for us to be here when they do it, and that's fine. I don't have any interactions with the technicians who came to service our home because they come when I'm not home. It's been a couple years since I've talked with Steve. I gathered he retired in the last year or so. Before he retired, whenever we had a concern, he was able to look through it.

Terminix is wonderful. I had another service and bugs always found their way back. A few months after switching to Terminix those bugs disappeared and have not come back since. Our technician, Jeremy, is a true professional; always there when scheduled, works efficiently and always has an answer to our questions. They do an excellent job and are well worth the investment!

Jimmy, the guy who's been coming here to spray, treats us like family and I appreciate the way he does his job well. Since our last service with them, we see a pest every now and then, but that's it. I moved residence and I told Terminix. They came over and sprayed my new residence. When I saw one spider on my back deck, I called them and the technician came right back out and sprayed for spiders again. And I haven't seen but one since. Those were big spiders. The technician who comes to our home is always the same guy. He's a nice elderly man but knows what he's doing. I've got pets and I told him that I don't want my pets to get a hold of a spider that's been sprayed. They might eat it and get sick. He said that what they use is very family-friendly.

Terminix comes out regularly. Recently, they came to redo the treatment and check to make sure everything is okay. The technician is friendly. He sprayed the outside of our house to make sure that we've got everything out and if we needed it, he sprayed inside as well.

We get the perimeter of our home done by Terminix once a month. Our technician is Garrett and he is amazing. He has been so good and successful at our place that we've referred him to our neighbors. He is knowledgeable, courteous and always on time. He gives me a call if he thinks he's going to be late. He always checks and makes sure that the time that's scheduled for the service is convenient for us. He goes above and beyond, if he sees something that might need to be attended to, he takes care of it right away.
Garrett worked with me on the landscaping because we have centipedes and scorpions right where we live. When we first bought our home, there were centipedes on the wall of the garage coming in the house. It was just horrible. Bryan was our technician then, and he came out and walked over everything with me. He was also very good and we loved Bryan but he moved to the mainland so we got Garrett. Garrett is everything Bryan was. He's good and hardworking.
When Bryan moved, he trained Garrett and he has been fantastic. The product they use is so much better than any of the others. They use the bait boxes, if a mouse or a rat goes in and eats it, they use a one feed kill, Terminix does. Big Island Pest Control, they'd put stuff in the bait box and it's like they're all having a little party in there for months. It seems like it wouldn't kill them. Terminix came, Garrett put that kind of bait in and all of a sudden there was no problem with rats or mice. Our neighbors that used Big Island Pest Control was having big problems. Those of us that was using Terminix, fantastic.
Garrett really is an asset to the company. We feel very safe with our home with him in charge of pest control. I had gotten a rescue kitten, and I was going to get the inside done. And he checked his records and he said, "You know what, your inside isn't due. Being the age of your kitten, since you weren't having problems inside, let's put it off until she's old enough to be able to handle the spray." Moreover, before he did the last spray for our neighbor he asked, "How soon are they coming with their grandchildren and their grand baby?" A lot of people don't think about the children and pets but Garrett does. He covers all the bases.
If I have a question during the month, before he comes, I can call his cell phone. He's very prompt to get back to me. A lot of people won't go through that extra customer service and just showing caring and consideration. He has an excellent work ethic, and its his desire sincerely to give good service, and he busts his butt giving good service. He wants to make sure that our home is pest-free and we're not having problems. You couldn't ask for a better representative.
He's very thoughtful, considerate and good-natured. He never shows up griping, "It's so hot," "I'm so tired," because a lot of times, you'll get people that come in and the first thing they'll do is tell you how busy they are or how overworked they are. Garret doesn't do that. He comes in. He's present. and cheerful. Especially when the season is really up and those guys are just working almost nonstop, you could see he's lost weight and everything from being out in the hot sun and working and everything. I've never once heard a complaint from him. He's always cheerful and always acts like this stopping at our home and spraying, and taking care of the bait boxes, and answering any questions is just the highlight of his week.

I have a bad roach problem and it's calmed down quite a bit. The guy from Terminix is very good. He told me that I had to work with him, get the place cleaned and pick up all the dead cockroaches because they eat each other. He told me there are three things that make a cockroach thrive: water, heat, and food. I should get rid of some of those things if they're around. It’s hard with me with pets though because I’ve got water and food hanging out for the dogs and the cat. I'm working with him and trying to keep the house clean as much as possible and not leaving any dishes in the sink. There was a time that I had the whole house immaculate. I had a cleaning crew come and throw everything out of the shelves and throw away appliances. I called the tech and he was two cities away. He said it was not a big problem to come down and spray the house again. It was a cool experience.

We had a regular scheduled visit for routine service. We called the tech's attention to certain areas where we wanted him to spray, which he did, and then he left. And I haven’t seen any pests since the tech was here. He comes every three months so it’s not a matter that we have lots of troubles for him to resolve.

We had some rat infestation and Terminix got them out of there. We are satisfied with the technicians they sent and they did a nice job. Scheduling was easy as well.

I received a call from a debt collections agency about my account. I settled the issue on phone and immediately called Terminix. I was notified that my last 2 payments had been denied by bank? Turns out the account number they were applying had been closed due to lost card. My question to Terminix agent was why not contact ME before 2 payments were denied before a debt collections agency. BTW, I had been a good paying customer for 10 years!!! Why then would I not pay a bill and WHY would Terminix not give me the courtesy of a call or letter? They frequently call when they want to sell me a new service??

I’ve had Terminix for quite a while now and I’ve been very pleased with them. They come out every three months and spray on the outside of the house, in the garage, the back porch that's enclosed for spiders and around the windows. The technician who comes is very friendly.
