Terminix has been very good. When their technician comes, we say hello and then he does his work.

I'm very satisfied with Terminix. They come out for a routine service and it works because I haven't had any pest activity in years.

We had some critters that were getting in the house at one point that I could never figure out. So a Terminix technician and I walked around the house and he found a couple of spots which seem to have answered the problems. The tech has been helpful and everything has been fine.

Terminix comes in and checks the house regularly for the yearly checkup. Their people have been friendly and we haven't seen any termites since starting service with them.

We have a regularly scheduled service with Terminix and we once called them in because we had a real problem with roaches. Since then we haven't seen any pests. The guy who came out was really good, very friendly and good with my kids and my dogs.

We've only had one service so far but I'm hoping that we get an ongoing service. The guy from Terminix came out and explained what was going to happen to us and how everything works. He was awesome. We cleared out of the house and had to leave for about four hours. We came back and everything was okay. We still have some issues with the little critters and I don't know if that's normal or not. It's the first time we've dealt with these bugs. I'm waiting for them to come back and do another spray. I would definitely recommend Terminix.

I have a regular three-month treatment with Terminix and the tech, Jason, is nice, polite, and very thorough. He always tells me about whatever bugs I might be seeing, so I always appreciate it when he comes out. One time when there was a flare-up of ants, Terminix came out and treated it in three or four hours within calling them, and that solved the problem. Overall, it's been good.

Terminix called before they came to the house. Scheduling the service was fine. The people on the phone are very nice, as well as the technician. The tech explained what he was doing and did the job. Since the service, there probably is going to be mice on the building where we live, but I think it's pretty well taken care of.

We have Terminix come once a month. The very positive thing about them is the person who does the work for us, and his name is Jeffrey. A couple times, they tried to shift the routes around so that somebody else would take care of us and we made a very big fuss because we love him. He's been doing a great job for 20 years now as he has been our person for as long as we've been working with Terminix. We totally trust him to go around our house, and when we've had special little problems, he'd take care of them. Our experience with Terminix is our experience with Jeffrey, and he is the best.

My Terminix exterminator was most helpful when I had a tenant move out and left the unit with fleas. Dan came in assessed the situation and exclaimed what had to be done. He warned us on time limits to keep apt. empty. He is patient man as new tenants had to leave the unit for awhile and he waited for their exit. The problem was cured and resolved. Thank you Dan!

The technicians have always been very good and professional. The pest activity has definitely decreased.

My new termite guy from Terminix is good. The one I had prior was going to school and I was wondering if I could get somebody as good and I did, so I'm happy. The new tech did an inspection and it's been a great experience. I'm satisfied with them.

We are well pleased with Terminix. They were here when they said they were going to be. The technician said it would take about 10 days for the pests to die and that's what happened.

I received a call earlier today that Greg was in the area and was aware of reports of squirrels in attics in my area. He wanted to come by for a free inspection. Greg showed up with no ID other than a logo hat. After 2 minutes in the attic, the conversation turned to insulation. He offered to insulate 60% of my attic because the other 40% was under plywood that Terminix won't lift. He was only recommending installing blown insulation over what was exposed. Wrong recommendation.

I called Terminix for termites in my garage. They came and the entire time the inspector was cross selling their other services. Of course, I blame myself for purchasing multiple services from Terminix but the core issue is that they train their inspectors to upsell and generate a higher ticket sale rather than the root issue, in my case, the termites in my garage which after 1 year is still not resolved. I refuse to give any more business to Terminix. After spending more than $1500 with Terminix, I still have a termite issue. Thank you for wasting my time and my money.

The last time that Terminix came out was to spray the exterior of the house and do a thorough check up for any activity or spider webs. They come every three months and they always notify me when they are coming. They're always on time, and if I have any questions, I ask the technician and he answers all of it for me. He’s always thorough in what he does. Everything’s been normal since their last service.

We somehow got bedbugs in our house and it was quite disturbing. We called Terminix and they came out and told us what to do, how to do it and when to do it. They were very efficient and they got rid of them. We still hadn't gotten the things all put back together where they're supposed to go yet, but we're just delighted that we don't have bedbugs anymore.

I am happy with Terminix. I first had them when I was having an ant problem. They came out and did their service and I was very pleased. The technician, Daniel, came back after two days when the ants were still there and sprayed. I do not have ants in the house anymore. Since that time, they would come and do their regular spraying about every three months.

Terminix came out and did service six weeks ago and it was fine. We have a scheduled service, but we call them if there's a problem as well. I have my Terminix guy's cell phone number and he has mine because when the company calls, it's always screwed up. My guy and I have a system, so we call each other. He is courteous, explains things and get stuff done. If there's anything we need, he makes sure it's there. Terminix is good, I've no problems with them.

Terminix has been great. They always show up either on time or a few minutes early. They often ask us if there’s anything else they could do and never try to sell us products that we don’t need. They come out for routine termite inspection and a few other sprays, and the pest activity has almost been non-existent. They’ve been on top of everything. The gentleman that comes out has been one of the nicest and most professional person we've ever met and we stay with the company mostly because of him.

I am buying a home and got my credit denied for a collection account. When I checked it was collection agency, when I googled and checked figured it was related to Terminix. I used them a couple of times, paid and found out that the landlord here was paying for pest control, requested them not to come any more. They kept on scheduling without me being home although I requested them several times not to show up and not to come. The company claimed they make an automated call and come here for the service, when it was not requested.

Terminix has always been very fine. We pay our monthly bill and they come when the time is. Their technician does his work and is very friendly.

Terminix came a couple of times and did their thing and I had no trouble with them. My parents have Terminix too and we’ve always been satisfied with them. Recently, I called them about bed bugs and it was easy to get them out for a service. The technicians were friendly and able to answer questions. However, they have one technician that I don’t want anything to do with and he needs an attitude adjustment but I already talked to his boss about it.

Terminix is scheduled to come every five weeks. Their service has been good, however, they charge too much and are always bothering me, wanting me to buy more things that I can't afford.

I have a regular contract with Terminix, and they come out and treat my home on a quarterly basis. The technician who was sent was very reliable, flexible, and helpful. He was also willing to come out whenever was convenient, so I've appreciated that. Pest activity has been under control since we had our last service. Overall, it has been a positive and satisfactory experience.

My dealings with Terminix has been very good. Tammy is the best and is very good at what she does. She calls me ahead of time and is here on time. Everything's perfect.

I bought an older home and had a problem with rodents and ants. When one would show up, I could call Terminix and they would be here within 24 hours. They have been very responsive. We finally got pest activity in our home stopped. Terminix technicians are helpful, and have always been wonderful.

Terminix was on time, friendly, and everything was taken care of by their technician. He told me everything was good and we're satisfied.

I had a problem one time with Terminix before. The technician that came out and sprayed wasn't my regular guy. They were supposed to be there between the hours of 8:00 and 10:00 and nobody called me. I finally called them at 10:30, and they didn't send somebody out until 1:00. When I called, the person that usually answer and does the schedule would switch me over to a supervisor and the lady that I spoke to then was rude. I was just trying to determine whether I needed to reschedule my appointment or not as I've already been waiting over two hours. She could not give me a time and was kind of smart about it.

I have the pest and termite services from Terminix and once a year, they come out for a termite inspection. One time, my son found ants in the backyard, so I made an appointment for one of their guys to come out. Steve came and did the front yard since some ants crawled into the kitchen through the kitchen window out front. He also comes out every three months and was very good.

Everything went great with Terminix a few weeks ago. Their technicians are always very welcome. They knock on the door and let me know they're here, and ask if I need anything else. It's been really good since we started service with Terminix, and we'll stay with them. They have great customer service, and are very friendly and family-oriented.

I actually had 2 services close together. Both techs were timely, neat in appearance, and efficient. If only other service companies were the same.

I've stayed with Terminix because our experience has been real good and I've been satisfied with their service. They're friendly, they seem to care, and come when they're supposed to. If I have any bugs left and if I'm not pleased, I can call but I never had to. They always make sure that I feel that they certainly will come back.

I love Terminix. Before I got here in Florida, the neighbors let the technician in and did the inside and outside of my house. I wasn't here but everything's been excellent and I don't find any critters at all. Danny comes periodically unless I have a problem in between.

Terminix always tell us when our service is scheduled and it's been good so far. Recently, their guys came to spray the house and one of their techs always tells us that they've come in, where to go and do, and asks us if we need any additional services or if we have any questions.

Every now and then we see spiders and my husband asks the Terminix technician to come. They call and tell me when they're coming and it suits most of the time so I don't do anything about it as I'm retired and at home usually. We have the gentleman come in and go through the house. Other than seeing some bugs, we don't see too much activity.

Most of what Terminix does with my house has been productive. They asked me what my schedule was when I called them, and I gave them three available days. They were out the next day so they were prompt. The tech who came out was friendly and professional, and he resprayed on some problem areas that popped up.

My most recent experience with Terminix was pleasant. There's no pest activity, so it's all good.

Everything has been fine with Terminix. I got a call from them, a notification so they can access the backyard, and the date that they had chosen for the service was fine with me. The fellow who came here took care of the backyard and told me to be careful with the pets. Our pest activity is now under control.

Attendant was on time and performed his application inside and out without question. He did an excellent job and was very professional.

Terminix comes out every quarter and most of the time, I don't have to be home during the service. The only problem that we had is when we were doing work on our deck and found termites. We had our contract with Terminix and when we tried to get in touch with them to come out and do the service, we had several emails and phone calls going back and forth. And when we tried to get them to pay for it, they tried to say that it had to be there before we had the contract because the damage was so bad. But overall, we like them.

I'm very satisfied with Terminix. We've been with them for several years now and our experience has been fine. Their technicians were very nice and we've had no pests since having the service.

I used to have Terminix and just started back up. Scheduling was pretty routine. I call them up, and they let me know when the technician was going to be there ahead of time. I had no problems with scheduling, they were very thorough. The technician who showed up recently was on time and did a very thorough job. I also didn't expect that he'd put these little pads near the garage doors in case anything tries to get in. I was impressed by that. He went above and beyond what I've had in the past. I had a lot of ant hills because it's a new house, but I haven't seen them come back since the service. I'm happy with my Terminix experience.

I am always pleased with the service I receive from Terminix. They always come in the scheduled time frame, let me know when they are here and let me know after service is completed. In the rare case that I would have a problem, they are always back out for a recheck to clear up the problem.

We have a contract with Terminix and we haven't had any pest since we had them two years ago. We're highly satisfied with them.

I'd recommend Terminix to a friend. I've only had them one time and I'm scheduled for every couple of months. Interactions with their technicians have been excellent and it's been good since the service.

The Terminix guys show up on time and do their job and the pest activity has declined since we started with the service.

I had to call Terminix out and my experience with them was fine. I don't have a problem anymore and they said that I had a builder to look at my situation and he said I did not have carpenter ants. I did not need the service so that's why I cancelled it. But, if I need Terminix again, I will definitely call them.

Terminix come on regularly scheduled service every three months. I had crickets and the technician got rid of those. Terminix works for me.

Terminix has been very responsive - they come every year for the termites as they said they're going to and we have no termites since our most recent service with them. Everything was fine.

I'm a long-term customer of Terminix and I have regular scheduled service with them. I have their termite protection and outside pest protection. They also had someone put in some insulation for the litter moths in my attic. Their technician has been cordial too. He's been doing this for several years now and explains what he's done. I don't have any complaints with Terminix except for their prices, which I wish could be lower. But I know that in order to get good services, I have to pay for it.

Terminix did my yearly service in January so I got the yearly bond for the next year. The man who came was personable and checked everything up. The only thing is that I'm moving. I am going to call Terminix and cancel my service effective the day I close on this house, but I gave the guy that bought my house the information on Terminix so he knows about the bond.

My most recent service with Terminix was good and I would recommend them to a friend.

It has always been a very pleasant experience with Terminix and I've always recommended them. The technicians that come to our homes are very pleasant, personable and helpful. We have another home in North Carolina and Terminix is also with us there. Sometimes we come home and there may be some ants or something so we call Terminix and they come and take care of them. It's always been very good.

We've always had good service from Terminix and I would recommend them. We haven't had any pest activities since we began our services from them and the gentleman that they sent recently was a very helpful young man. He came and went all around, inside and outside the house. He also gave me some ideas on how I could change things around a little bit. We've been with Terminix for a very long time and we've been very happy with them.

If we have any problems, we call Terminix and they come right out. When scheduling service, they're very prompt and courteous on the phone when I speak with them. The technicians that they send are usually very friendly. In fact, we've been getting the same one for the last few years, so we got to develop a relationship with the technician. We haven't had any problem, other than the few ants here and there, but they come and take care of it. We've been customers for many years now, and always have a good experience with them.

We are on a quarterly pest control service with Terminix because we live in Miami, and they come in and do the inside or outside or both depending on what they think we need after our conversation. By the time our next quarter is up, we start to see a few pests but it lasts as long as they say it will. Our technician is the only reason we stay with Terminix because he is awesome. He is very honest, on time, down to earth, and does what's right for my kids when it comes to putting poison control in my house. We have great personal service from the technician, but it is difficult to work with the administration of Terminix.

In the beginning, we had pest problems, bugs and mice. Terminix has been coming for a while and we no longer have the pests. My technician is outstanding. Any questions that I ask, he explains above and beyond. Scheduling a service is very simple. They email me and if it doesn't work for me, I email them back and reschedule.

The Terminix technician was always family at Bakersfield, Missouri. He puts up those little bug traps and has done an exceptional job. He is one of the best I've had in the last several years. I don't have any pest activity since starting service with Terminix, and I recommend them to all neighbors that ask me about it.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Terminix. They call us to let us know when it's time for our service or they send an email and we respond. Then they call back to let us know that they'll be here and at what time. The technicians are courteous, very polite, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The last time they were here, they sprayed inside and outside the house.

John is ALWAYS professional, friendly, and thorough in his treatment and inspections. He is a credit to Terminix.

Robert ** is very thorough when he comes to our office. He makes sure all the places where bugs can be are treated. He checks the basement and all of the rooms. We have seen very few insects in the last year.

I enjoy having Terminix. They're doing a fine job and the guys are always nice when they come to visit.

The application that Terminix made was good, but I was not satisfied with the guys who showed up for an estimate. They reviewed the situation I called for and they said that they were gonna get a hold of someone else that was more experienced regarding my situation and get back with me. However, I never got a response from them and that was about two and a half weeks ago. To this day, I don’t know whether they’re coming back or if they’re going to do something about the situation I’m under.

We have a standing contract with Terminix and I’ve been pleased with the service so far. They have always delivered on the date that they said. Their technician has always been very helpful. One thing that we asked help on was for abatement of bedbugs, and we don't have that issue right now so service was effective. We're pleased with the service we've gotten and hope the quality will continue over the years.

Since I've had the service I haven't seen a bug. Keep up the good work.

Terminix comes every month to keep the bugs out. That’s the normal procedure they do although on my last experience with them, we had a couple of mice in the house and they did a great job of responding to that too. Their scheduling also works great for me. Rudy gives me a call a day before to let me know he’s coming the next day, and then he shows up and does his thing. When we had the worst issue, Rudy came at seven o’clock on a Tuesday evening and figured out how to solve it. He partly solved it but he got the next thing going. He was really good and I was very impressed.

I had Terminix come in a month ago to do termite inspection and it was a wonderful experience. I’d recommend Terminix.

I have a yearly contract with Terminix and they do it diligently. I have never called them in relation to any problem, but they are really reliable. The experience has been satisfactory.

Tech does a good job.

Terminix sends us a card in the mail to tell us when they’re coming out and if it’s fine, they come out that time. If it's not, we can call them and reschedule. Recently, their technician came out to do a termite inspection. We don't have termites in our house now but occasionally see roaches. We get my daughter's house done, too, and they’re not complaining.

We're able to get times that are convenient for us when scheduling our service with Terminix. However, the automated scheduling of the corporate office hasn't been able to figure out and they've not been able to plug in to their system yet that it's only a vacation or weekender place that we got them to service, so we're not at the structure all the time, since we live way up north in Wyoming and way down in Arkansas. What happens is they schedule us and we keep telling them to let us call when we get there and when we're going to get there. But the people at the local office in the area whom we call work it out fine and they're very good and accommodating. Whenever there's a pest, we call Terminix and they kill them. The technician who's sent out by Terminix has been great. We also get all kinds of information on how to take care of bugs and creatures.

A Terminix tech came and took care of everything in a very professional way. I got along well with him and he explained things well. Pest activity is nonexistent. I have very good experiences with Terminix. Scheduling is very efficient, and the service is good.

Terminix comes and sprays the outside of the house then just leave a thing on the door. I get a little perturbed about that because I would prefer them to be coming when I know they're coming in, for them to do the inside of the house as well. Other than that, they've been great helping me with my terrible problem with ants. They came right out and took care of it and it's been very effective. I'm very pleased with them.

Terminix comes when they say they're coming. The technician was nice as they can be. They went under the house and everywhere, and didn't find any termites. They haven't been back since they sprayed, and I haven't seen any termites, too. Overall, I've had no problems with Terminix.

We've always liked having Terminix for pest service. They would come in every three months and spray. The technician is extremely friendly and likes to chat.

Terminix is really nice. They come annually to check my house and treat anything. They've been looking at some water problems under my house. I had mentioned that I needed to get something done the last time they came, and a technician checked back with me by coming over and looking under my house again. Afterwards, he called and told me what they thought would be the best thing to do, but I wanted to talk to my son before I made a decision. The technician is very professional. We will call him back today and let him work on it.

Any time I've called Terminix, their techs have come out. I like the technician who's sent out to our home. He seems to do the job. Pest activity around our home seems to be okay since we started service with Terminix.

We've used other pest control and they weren't as effective as Terminix in getting rid of our bug problem. But now, because of the weather change, we have a different issue that they're getting ready to address in a visit next week. However, I am not so pleased with them taking three weeks to get an appointment for this recent issue. I was about to cancel service altogether because of the time issue but our technician, Bryan, showed up and he was very inviting, welcoming, and a good-hearted person. I reinstated service because of him. Their biggest asset is my technician. He is thorough, accommodating and fantastic. One time, he showed up and we were playing out in the yard and didn't want to go in for a service, so he kindly rescheduled for us because we have two children and it was just a perfect day to be outdoors.

Terminix has been good. They’ve come back a time or two and sprayed for boxelder bugs when I needed them to and it’s been fine. The Terminix guy comes to my door and tells me he’s here and asks if I want him to tell me when he leaves and I say no. When he’s through, he can just leave. And, it seems to work all right. I hardly have any bugs anymore and only once in a great while a fire or a boxelder bug.

Terminix does a courtesy call to let me know when they're coming. Right now, I don't have much pest activity. Each time the service guy comes out to our house, it's a positive experience.

The two men and the woman that I always deal with do a wonderful job. They're willing to reschedule whenever I have a conflict with the time. I had an excellent experience with Terminix.

Terminix would come once a year to inspect our house. The technicians are very nice, considerate and efficient. We never had a problem with them. I wasn't here for the most recent inspection but it went out as planned.

Our tech. is the best - Dan **. He's always on time and inquires if we need additional service, eg. "Inside?" The new products keep the interior of our older home almost completely "bug-free." I can count on one hand the number of spiders or water bugs we have had in the past year. The best part of your service is that it is 99% outside application. I think we have only had the basement done once in the past year and that was because of weather conditions that were driving certain bugs inside.

With Terminix, everything is great. Their technician calls and asks if it's okay to come at a certain time, to see what works best for us and if we have a time frame when most of our residents will be out of their apartment. He always has one of us to walk with him, before entering the resident’s apartments. He comes when he says he's going to, and is really thorough. We don't have any issues after their service, and are definitely satisfied with Terminix.

I entered into a contract with Terminix to get rid of roaches in my home on December 2, 2015. My home is not infested and the bugs are pretty much confined to my kitchen area. Three weeks later I started seeing bugs again in the same area. I contacted Terminix and an agent (the same one sent initially) came to my home a few days later. He applied the poisons and traps for the roaches again. Please note that the traps that he put down previously did not have any bugs in them. That same day after he left I saw a roach in my cabinet and Saturday morning another was seen. Long story short, I'm not satisfied with my service from Terminix. When I sought out service for this problem I selected Terminix because Terminix GUARANTEED success or your money would be refunded. Well in my case there has been no success and my money should be refunded. Thank you for attention in this matter.

Everything started out fine. However, my bug problems were not resolved adequately and there does not seem to be anyone in charge of my account. The tech will return my calls but there is no real follow-up.

In the fall of 2014 I awoke to a humming sound coming from our master bathroom. I turned on the light and could hardly believe my eyes. The room was full of bees coming right through the ceiling Sheetrock. Since I've been a Terminix customer for more than 20 years I called my local representative. He was at my home within 45 minutes, located the nest, terminated the bees, removed the nest and sealed off the entry. All was completed within 1 1/2 hrs. Great Job Terminix.

Terminix came out recently for our yearly termite check. They scheduled it for me and they came when they said they would. There was no hassle involved when they came and I wasn't home, and I had no problems with pest activity since their service.

I have routine visits from Terminix techs. He always does what I want him to and what he thinks is best too. If I need traps, he gives me traps. Now the pests in our house is under control. I never saw so many cockroaches out on the ground before, it was terrible. Every leaf was covered with them but now it is all fine.

Have been very happy with the service, had issues with another company, having to do callbacks for insect issues despite service. Had issues with employee that went unresolved. Have not encountered any of these problems with Terminix.

I am happy so far with Terminix. The technicians are good and hospitable people. They show up on time and do the work within the hours they say they're going to be here. It seems that the pests I used to have are mostly gone since the treatments were done.

I have a regular schedule with Terminix and the technician that they send is the same person every time. He is friendly and it was nice that he gave me extra bug boxes, but didn't charge me.

We're very satisfied with Terminix. They go beyond what's standard if I have an issue. We had an issue with some spiders and they came right back over until the issue was resolved. I have been a customer of Terminix for a little over a year now and I am completely satisfied. Whenever I have an insect of any kind inside or outside, Terminix comes quickly and takes care of it before it becomes a problem. My representative is polite and friendly and he also explains everything he is doing so I completely understand the process. We had some dead rodents in our attic and a guy from Terminix came by to check it out for us. He was able to remove the rodents. The technician has always been very polite and professional. He checks out whatever we ask him to check out and he gets back to us quickly. It's always been a good experience with Terminix.

Terminix is good and their technicians are good guys who are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and Grade-A. Everything works well. My wife schedules the service and they come out on routine or for some specific issues.

The Terminix technicians always speak with us upon arrival to find out any particular concerns we have. They are very thorough, even getting rid of spider webs and wasp nests. They are cordial and knowledgeable. We feel very confident that we have a great service.

Terminix always works with me on times and dates when I schedule with them. Their technicians have also been nice and knowledgeable. I haven't had any issues with any of them. They came here, checked traps and sprayed around the house. Since I had them, there are no more pest in my home.

James ** has been my service person for several years. I find James and the Terminix Company to be dependable giving me great service. I am allergic to insect bites, especially bees, so; I love having that added protection by having my home sprayed on a regular basis.

What can I say? I use Terminix because of my service man, George **. He is honest, professional, and he does a great job. He has codes to all my properties and I do not give those to just anyone. Thank you, George!

Excellent experience! The guy that they send out here to do the inspection does a really good and thorough job. He needs to be given an extra pat on the back.

Terminix eliminated all our problems. All of the technicians that come out here know their business and we haven’t had any varmints. We’re very satisfied with the company since they do a good job when they come around to inspect, and we don’t have any trouble.

We have a routine service with Terminix. They call the week they're coming and the day before to confirm. Our experience with their technician has all been good. He went around the whole house and treated everything. He did a good job.

Terminix has come to my home three times. Their technician was nice, polite and well-mannered, and I like him a lot. Since their service, the pests have gone and our problem was solved. Overall, it was a satisfying experience - the best.

Terminix comes out to our house for routine service. If I have issues, I tell them about it and they take care of it. Scheduling the service is not a problem. They call, leave a message and tell me when they're scheduled to come. If I can't be here, they'll say I don't have to be here. But if I want to be here, I can call and reschedule. The representative I've spoken to on the phone has been courteous and knowledgeable. The technician, Lennie, is very friendly and helpful. I used to have a lot of spiders and little ants, especially in the summertime and now, I don’t really see any and that’s wonderful.

I called Terminix and the representative that I spoke with was very polite and took care of the order properly so I had no problems. They were out within a matter of days, and did a great and thorough job. This was the second time Terminix came so I haven’t noticed as much pests after, but they're still there so we’re going to need Terminix to come back.

We had acquired some bedbugs and we've had the same exterminator now for several years. Chad from Terminix comes periodically and sprays for bedbugs. He's pleasant and comes and does an efficient job. He's also flexible and it's always been easy scheduling the service with him. My wife and I are both disabled and he's always worked around what schedule we got. No complaints. We've been pleased and satisfied with Terminix and Chad. They are great and always keep the problem under control. I couldn't think of a better thing to recommend than Terminix. They’ve always been able to keep the problem we had under control.

I had fleas at the house, it's a duplex. I called my Terminix guy, he came out and assessed the situation. He said that he had to go in and spray and that no one could go in for four hours. And he said that he would have to come back and do it again. He took care of everything, problem solved, no major issues. He was just nice and polite. I live on an island at the Beach and the traffic is horrendous, and he called to tell me where he was and how long he thought he was gonna as he was held up in traffic. He was great and I'm very pleased with him. I have ants and he takes care of it when I'm out of town. He knows when I'm away. He has to go check my air conditioner to make sure they're not breeding around the air conditioner unit.

Terminix does a routine service at our place and they are good. The technician who comes out has been professional.

Terminix did the under-the-house termite inspection and no problems were found. They did a nice and thorough job. They were also here on time. They did it in an adequate amount of time to really examine it. In addition, scheduling the service is not a problem at all. They called and asked if there's time to do it and what time, what day will be appropriate and best for us. And, everything seemed to work out just fine. Overall, I was satisfied with what they did.

I could not live here in Hawaii as we have for ten years now without the excellent support of Terminix. I like Terminix because they have very effective chemical treatments to target each particular pest. George ** is our treatment service authority for us here in Ali'i Heights, Kailua-Kona, HI. We really appreciate his willingness to answer our questions and even accept bagged insect samples for identification coordinated with the entomologist in Hawaii. We work together to ensure that Hawaii is not being invaded by any new species entering our island and we learn together.

We recently recontracted with Terminix and are very happy with the service. No bugs here. Just wish we had our old tech back. AJ is the greatest. And this is not saying anything bad about the new one. AJ WAS AWESOME. Terminix will go out of their way to make you happy and keep you bug free!!

I'm very pleased with Terminix and have never had any problems with them. They're excellent in accommodating me on times and dates. The technician they send out is wonderful and I virtually don't have any pest activity in my house since I started service with them.

Terminix does a fine job and I've never had any complaints about them. If I have a problem, I call them and they come back. They regularly come out, and when my wife sees a bug, she calls them and they come right out. They call me in advance and I make arrangements so they can get in the house, and I never notice that they came other than them leaving the bill on the kitchen table. I hardly ever see any pests since our most recent service.

The Terminix technician came by several weeks ago and did a good job. He performed the usual pest control treatment that was done to the outside and around the house and he completed that in about ten or fifteen minutes. He's a personable, congenial, polite gentleman who offers information about the treatment. He's easy to get along with and easy to talk to. We haven't seen any pests since our last service which is usually the case after the treatment is done. Everything worked out fine as usual. We've always been happy with what's done and the results of it so I have no problem recommending them to anyone.

I have been a Terminix for over 20 yrs because they are the only ones that were able to eliminate my pest problems, especially ants. The technicians are always on time, efficient, answers any questions I may have, and very pleasant.

We have had the same TERMINIX Service Professional for almost 10 years! He is thorough, works at our suggested time of day and brings to our notice any areas that may need attention: such as trimming back bushes from touching/nearing the house. Starting first outside our home gives us time to prepare or move any items inside the house to allow him to complete all his tasks, so that any pest problems are non-existent. We are thoroughly satisfied with his performance!

Your men partly cleaned out the attic for bats. Left some of the bat mess for someone else to clean. We did. Let the bats fly out of the window, which is against Arkansas law. Charged an outrageous amount of $5,600.00. After an entire month of many phone calls and emails from us and State Farm, not one call or mail was successful getting an answer from you. Insurance could not be paid until they had the itemized list. Worst service from anyone ever!!! I'm advising everyone in town not to call you for anything.

We rely on Terminix to not only do periodic sprayings, but to also consult with us about what we need and what they, the experts, suggest. We have been with Terminix for years and, aside from some scheduling issues during a time when staff was being trained or hired for our region, we have had nothing but fine service.

Scheduling a service with Terminix has been perfect. They tell me what time they're going to be here and they arrive at that time. The technician does a very thorough job. Since their services began, it's been wonderful and I had no problems with pest activity.

About three years ago, roaches were so bad in our house, kitchen especially, that we could not leave food out nor dishes or utensils. Terrible. They were on the ceiling, floor, in my cookbooks, etc. We had been roach-free for a lot of years until the ice storm of late 2006, bringing firewood in the house and not taking it back out quickly, then kitty and dog feed made it worse. We used sprays, spending a lot of money, to no avail. My daughter saw Terminix on the Internet, inquired of you, my daughter-in-law signed up for a year's service as our Christmas gift. That was the best gift I have had in a long time.

From the very first treatment on our campus, we "saw" the results, to the extent many people came into the office to say, "Why so many dead bugs on the campus, sidewalk and classrooms"? Delightful dilemma! We were seeing the results of a great treatment! We feel confident that we have gotten a grip on all the critters!

Since the 1st day of my buying my present home in 1995, Terminix has been interactive with their approach to my requirements for service & handling the only claim that was filed for damages. Since that time (don't recall the date), the service & courtesies extended have been superior. Would not hesitate to recommend the company and have done so for many of my friends and neighbors.

First called Terminix when I found termites on my outer garage wall. Have since had the yearly program and a few years ago had the insulation installed in my attic area. My home is near a wooded area and I had ants, spiders, roaches, and snakes. I rarely see any of these and almost none inside the house. If I do see them inside chances are I brought them in on clothing after outside work. I'm very happy with service and staff. Thank you.

My technician is always on time. If he is in traffic or need to come a little earlier he will give me a call. He is very efficient and does a thorough job. Every technician that has come out in the last six years have been very good.

Terminix and the service technician should be commended for the great service they provide. My technician goes above and beyond providing thorough service on his visits to my home. He does a great job in explaining what he is going to do and what type of insects/pest he sees after his visit. Terminix is good about getting my technician out to my home whenever I need them when critters decide to visit unexpectedly!

I've been on a scheduled service with Terminix for 11 years. They spray three to four times a year. Occasionally, I see a roach but there's no pest activity. The technician takes care of it and he's a good boy. He should keep up the good work.

I have had Terminix for several years now. Richard is my technician and has taken excellent care of my house and has handled every bug issue that has arisen. I had a billing issue that I brought to the attention of Terminix and they handled it quickly and took very good care of me. I would recommend Terminix and my technician Richard to one and all.

I have done the online request for additional services when needed and they have also been very good at responding. It's been very good and hopefully I have no more ants. The gentleman who takes care of my home and grounds is always available when I need him. I was infested with ants and the poor guy came back so many times and I think we finally got them all. I would not change companies if they gave me free service. The gentleman's name I believe is Andrew (I don't know his last name). My family and I are very happy with Andrew and Terminix. Thank you.

My service person, Philip, is wonderful. He is very thorough in checking for pests when he comes to do a service. He cleans the cobwebs and checks for ants, and other creatures. I have fruit trees and there are traps for the roof rats that love to eat the citrus. I can trust Philip to do a great job.

Four years ago when we replaced the windows in our home, we discovered termite and wood ant damage to sheetrock and some localized damage to wood frame 2x4's. Terminix conducted a thorough inspection, and presented a very clearly explained and reasonably priced program of treatment, which includes annual termite inspections with supplemental treatment if needed, and quarterly external pest treatment. Since starting this treatment program we have had NO further indications of termite or wood ant activity, and minimal insect pest.

One of the best pest and termite control services. Always prompt and in many cases even proactive... But a bit expensive.

Cannot begin to express how pleased we are with our Terminix service. We have been customers for over 15 years and have received on-call service visits without a hassle each time we felt a need. Our phone reminder from the main office about service isn't always accurate, but we can count on getting a call from our service tech Dennis ** who confirms the time and works with us if the assigned time doesn't work. Having a local exterminator to begin with, then going to another trial and fail company I went with the one my Mama had for a long time and that was ya'll. Have been satisfied every since. Our house was built around 1900. My grandfather built it. As you might imagine keeping the pest out no matter how clean it is just about impossible. The mosquito program ya'll offered was a bust. Think they thrived on the stuff. Was a waste of money for me. Discontinued the program after three months of wasted money.

Our first connection with TERMINIX was the recommendation of a neighbor who had used your services. We were experiencing a huge influx of ants in our home and no matter what we did, we couldn't stop them. I would count 20-25/day when finally I told my husband enough is enough! I called Terminix and your great tech found a carpenter ants nest under some rotted wood on the edge of our door entry off our deck! He immediately went to work and then returned the following day to treat again - and followed up with a phone call to see if problem was resolved! He was wonderful and we have used Terminix services ever since, even transferring our services to our new home in PA when we moved 1 1/2 years ago.

I like the services that Terminix provides. They will come whenever I call them to come. But the pesticides that they used wasn't effective to put out the bugs from my house. As a result, I have no choice, but discontinued the agreement. I wish the medicine they used would be as their services, but it isn't.

I live in a one-storey ranch house that is about 70 years old. Especially in the winter, a variety of pests try to get inside. There is nothing worse than preparing a meal and seeing a big ant crawling across your counter. Or maybe being attacked by wasps nesting under the eaves by your front door. I put up with it for a few years after moving in 1966, don't ask me why, but I finally got sick of it and contacted TERMINIX. What a miracle! Carlo ** came out, treated the whole house outside and put bug catchers around inside. No more creepy crawlies or flying nuisances trying to get inside my house!!! Carlo also removed a stray mouse and a vole. All I can say is YIPPEE!

We thought after we paid a year in advanced, after being with Terminix for 3 years that we would be treated fairly. We not. They billed us an extra month and they said it was told to us. It was not. Very upset.

Tony, my service technician, is very professional. He arrives during the scheduled time frame and does a thorough job. He is very courteous and answers any questions I have quite satisfactorily.

A Terminix technician did the outside of our house recently. The good thing about it was I had ants and he told me what to do to get rid of them, which I did and it worked. He's very polite and does a good job. We have a good conversation when he comes. He comes regularly but he comes also when I need him if it's in between calls. I appreciate them coming when I call. It's an experience that I wouldn't want to have to go through without Terminix.

Service Delivery - As for as the experience I have had with the Terminix technician who has been serving my home for the past two years, he has been outstanding and extremely professional in every aspect of if service delivery. Happy Customer. Management- As for the costs, they have been increasing over the years with no additional services added or provided which as a consumer makes me unhappy. I have stayed with the company only because of the service technician professionalism and dedication to customer care. If your prices continue to increase I will be forced to look for another service provider. Concerned customer!

We live on Sanibel, home of the roof rat. We have used Terminix out of Fort Myers for the past 16 years to alleviate/thwart this issue. There is no one any better in my opinion. Gil **, the GM, and his team (Carl **, Mike **, etc.) have been extremely responsive to all of our needs. We very much appreciate their efforts on our behalf.

Bill takes time with us and wants to make sure we have everything we need - quite consistent and persistent.
