We live in a log cabin out in the middle of the woods and we had big, black ants sneaking in, spiders and other pests. I happened to get an email from Terminix and they had a special service. The people at Terminix that I dealt with were all very helpful and professional. I originally sent them my information through email, and they called me. We set up a service schedule on the phone and they came out on June 13th. But by July 10th, I was seeing the black ants again, so I called them back up and told them what was going on, and they were great about it. They were there again in two days and said, "You know, sometimes it takes more than one treatment." The pest control has been fine since they've come. We've seen a couple of black ants, but they didn't look like they were doing too well. They were trying to run from whatever it was they were sick of, and kind of curled up. I have three big dogs, too, and they're fine.

I signed up for another year's contract with Terminix. Their recent service call was to follow up on what they did last year. They had come out a year ago because there was a bat situation here and now they were checking to make sure that everything was still sealed in and there wasn't any problem. The technician that I'd worked with last year contacted me, gave me a time, and asked if that would work for me. Then he came out and checked the situation. He came a little later than the original time that he told me, but he kept me posted that he was running late and kept telling me when he was coming.

We had some fleas starting from the cats. The first time that we did it with Terminix, they took care of the problem quickly and there were no fleas and flies in the house. This time around, I had to change up my schedule with Terminix because we had a family emergency that my wife couldn't be at the house, so I called up the guy and he was very helpful and pleasant. He looked at his schedule and he was able to make it out the next day very promptly. However, I did notice that there were still a few fleas and we did everything on our end that we were supposed to. We also had a few gnats, which I've heard that this year is a really bad year for gnats and there's a lot of people who have them. Terminix didn't kill everything like it did the last time. Nevertheless, we've been very pleased with them and have already recommended them to a lot of people.

A fellow from Terminix sprayed on some ants and then they had a follow-up visit. I was pretty wide open in timeline, so I told them to come on the days that I was going to be home. They then told me when they would be coming. The rep that assisted me was pleasant to deal with. The recent tech showed up when he said he was going to, checked things out, and sprayed a little bit more here and there. He was nice and everything went fine. Both techs they sent out were really personable.

Terminix recently did a routine check-up and did the outside of my house for termites. They reach out when a service is due and we schedule a time and it works fine. The technicians have been fine. I'm pleased with Terminix. I have two houses and I use them in both places and they do a good job.

Once again this just points to some lack of communication that Terminix has going on within. I recently filled this out after my last contract. I had used your service for several years. When the inspector came earlier this year, I told him what happened last year and why I wasn't renewing again. He spoke with a manager? And they offered me 1/2 off if I would renew. I agreed, gave him my credit card info. My card was never charged, my service is now cancelled. GOOD JOB! NOT.

Outstanding service. Multilayered approach to control pests with an extremely small chemical footprint. And all of this is preceded with a thorough inspection, soil, plants etc. I've used others but these guys are the best!

I don't know if the service person came back to do the outside since it was raining when he came for the scheduled visit. The service personnel should be provided with disposable shoe covers for walking on rugs when they come into your home.

We had bed bugs and roaches and Terminix handled it well. The bed bugs are gone but I'm still in the process of getting rid of the roaches. It's taking its time but as time goes on, they’ll be gone for sure. Everything’s been very professional so far and the interactions have been good and friendly. I've had one guy do it so far, but he's done well. He explains the situation, says how things are going to happen and that's exactly what he does. They also work around my work schedule and the times have been wonderful, too. I'd definitely recommend them to someone else, for sure.

Terminix has solved my ant and spider problem, and they send a timely reminder when it's time to spray again. I also appreciate that the Techs don't try to upsell me unnecessarily the way some service industry Techs try to do. Also, their rates are very affordable.

Scheduling the service with Terminix was very easy. The technician came out and sprayed every corner but I had this column of some fruit flies. He told me where the fruit flies were coming from and what I could do. Also, he explained everything to me and told me if I need the service, I have to call back and he will come back. Terminix is great and professional and I'd recommend them to anybody.

I always have a good experience with Terminix. They send me an email to schedule the service and that’s good enough. Their latest service was very efficient. I like the person that does it and he does really well. He sprayed and checked everything. He's very nice and I’m always glad to see him. I had a problem with the billing at one time. I always pay the technician, Jason, when he’s here and yet I get another bill from the main office. But they said they just had not received it from the local office to the main office before they sent a bill. And the local place told me not to worry and that it was taken care of. We've been using Terminix for a long time. We needed their service mostly outside and we've been satisfied. If we ever see an increase in pests, they take care of it. I recommended Terminix to my sister and they took care of their problem too. My sister's satisfied as well.

I've been having problems with fleas and scheduling the service with Terminix was really good. I was able to get a hold of somebody, they solved my issue over the phone and they were timely. This is the second time that the technicians have been out and both of them have been really nice and informative. But they will have to come out and treat it for the third time since I'm still having a problem getting rid of the fleas. I called yesterday and they were supposed to give me a callback but I haven’t heard anything yet.

When I bought my house two years ago it was already under contract with Terminix and I kept it going. The only pest that I ever had a problem with here is ants in the kitchen but during the last time the tech came, I haven't seen a single ant anywhere yet. Recently, I had the quarterly pest control and then the annual termite inspection. It was a routine treatment. When scheduling, Terminix will come whenever I say it's convenient for me. Sometimes, I've had to call and change and they've always accommodated me. The techs do what they do while they're here. They're always polite and professional and if there's a problem they'll take care of it.

We’ve had Terminix recently for the usual trailer stuff (fleas, wasps, and roaches). It was a good and thorough experience. Scheduling for it wasn’t complicated. We did the online thing and they called me and we set it up. The representative was educated and courteous. The service wasn’t weird or confusing. The technician came in and he went over the issue with us and then he took his time to go around everywhere and do everything and then sprayed outside and left. I'm thinking about calling them back to get him to spray one more time because the fleas’ eggs hatched. I haven’t seen any of those German roaches in the stove where they were coming out of. We saw them crawling on our plates yesterday which completely grossed me out. They need to be treated again. On the other hand, there are five wasps now instead of 50.

Terminix comes out to do both outside and inside termite inspection before my contract renews. The last time they came out, they did an annual inspection at our rental property. I got an email notifying me they'd be coming on a certain date. I got a text saying they're on their way and I drove over to the rental property for 10 minutes and waited about five minutes. The technician is very nice and he's the one that always comes and does the annual inspection. He even remembers my dog's name, Rusty. It was raining when they did the inspection and he asked if we really wanted to do it in the rain. We couldn't let our little dog go out until the spray dries out and when it rains, it never dries out. So, we rescheduled and they came back in two weeks. They understand that everybody has their quirks and that we're the customer. They're very accommodating and willing to do whatever we want to do.

I had Terminix recently for an annual checkup and scheduling went flawlessly. Their rep was courteous and the interaction was good. The technician and I greeted each other and I signed the paper when he finished. It was a good interaction as well. Since having the service, the pests have been taken cared of completely. Overall, Terminix provided excellent service every time.

When I signed up with Terminix, I didn’t need it because I didn’t have a pest problem but all the spiders kept moving into the house so I ordered for a service. Terminix came recently for a routine check-up. I have met the technician and he's pretty nice. I would recommend Terminix.

Terminix comes on a regular basis and they call and email to schedule the service. They usually treat for spiders in the cellar and then subterranean termites and ants outside. I had ant problems in the past and I don't have any now. Peter's my guy. He's real friendly and does a good job. Everything’s been good and I would recommend Terminix.

My experience with Terminix was good. We had some type of large ants and the technician was on time, courteous, patient and he took care of the problem. Everything is fine I don't have any those ants now. I would recommend Terminix.

Terminix was a good company to deal with. The latest service they did was in the attic and it was good. The guy that I that I talked to when I scheduled their services was very friendly and they were here on time. Since then, we haven't had any pests and I just wanted to put stuff in the attic.

We did the quarterly service with Terminix and the guy we had always comes in the late evening because that was the only time I was available. But their representatives over the phone were idiots. They auto-scheduled my appointment and I had to reschedule because I wasn't available at that time. They said they can only do a two-hour window and the latest in the day I could do is from three to five but I told them my guy always comes at 6:00 at night. They weren't working with me on it at all and they finally said they'll have to have a manager from this area call me. Then, they had my guy call me who said he'd be there at six and to not worry about it.

They have serviced our home for years. I have not considered dropping for reasons that they have controlled my bug issues. I had a bad case of big black ants when we had trees. I appreciate the service they provide. :-)

Rosareo our service technician is excellent. He always ask if any problem areas and addresses them immediately. He goes out of his way to make an extra visit if necessary. Office manager also very helpful and responsive.

Pest control and termite inspections -- Terminix has been great to work with. The workers are professional and always on time. Why am I happy with their service? I've noticed that our townhome does not have pesky ants and fleas while others around us have problems with ants and fleas.

I have Terminix at two locations. On 6/16, they were doing their initial treatment at our home that we just began renting. I did the scheduling online and it was super easy. I submitted a form and within minutes, I was able to schedule it through their website on my mobile phone. It was all booked and ready to go. The payment processing was easy, very simple and well-explained too. The technician’s name was Tim and he was fantastic. He was wearing a Terminix uniform so he looked the part. He was polite, very friendly and professional. He walked me around, showed me some areas of concern, and immediately showed me an area up front that was apparently all black widow webs. He knew his stuff and took a lot of time to explain things to look out for after I told him I was scared of spiders.

We scheduled service with Terminix because of the roaches in our home. Everything went fine. Their reps were very helpful. They asked me if we’ve treated the bugs before and how much of a problem are they. After the technician came, I don’t see as many bugs. But, we still have bugs. The technicians from Terminix are supposed to come back tomorrow and do it again. Hopefully, they’ll be able to get it done.

The first time Terminix came out, the rep explained what he was doing but it didn't work. I had to ask him to come back out but they told me that if it didn't work the first time, give it a couple of weeks. If it still didn't work, they'd come out and spray. The second time, I was at work but the rep came out, sprayed, explained what he was doing and why he was doing it and it worked. After that service, I have seen very few problems with ants. It's not like the infestation I had before, so I am satisfied overall.

My service with Terminix is set up quarterly. I get an email and then the tech calls right before he comes. Then they do whatever they do and so far, everything is fine. They're getting the job done. The pest activity has gotten very minimal ever since I had their service.

When I schedule a service with Terminix, I need to contact the local office because it’s very difficult to get much to happen if I call the 800 number. The people at the local office is class act and I don’t have a problem getting a hold of them. But the representatives were great. And so is Jimmy, the technician. I always try to be there when he shows up and he’s top-notch. He’s a very thorough and detail-oriented guy. If there’s something that needs to be checked, he’s always willing to come out and wants feedback on how things look. He takes a lot of pride in his work and it’s evident. Terminix recently made a routine check-up on some work they did in the crawl space. I’ve had the vapor barrier, drain tile and rodent service through them. Overall, I’ve had no problems and it’s a good service.

Years back, Terminix came in with a machine and they sprayed underneath our house. Then recently, they called me and said that their technician was going to come at certain times. The technician arrived then my husband showed him where the hole was to get under the house. He got his cover all done and was here a good hour talking with my husband, going under the house and checking everything. He then told my husband that we didn't have any problems then left. He has been very thorough 'cause he has to crawl underneath the house and there's only so much space.. He was very polite and friendly as well. Since the service, we haven't had any termites. Overall, Terminix has been very good to us.

Terminix does preventative care around our home. For our most recent yearly inspection, they contacted us for an appointment. They called and emailed us. Their representatives and technicians were professional and courteous. Since we got service from Terminix, the pests are now non-existent. They did a good job.

Terminix is very customer focused and will return for additional treatments if needed. Having this service provides assurance that infestations will not occur on our property. Services are provided both in and outside the property which is very helpful in controlling pests.

Excellent service. Had a bad spider and ant problem. They're nowhere to be found, mosquito bites aren't as regular, and technicians are top notch. I left my dogs out, and they made an extra trip just to come back and finish a job. No complaints here. Good job!

We've had an awesome experience with Terminix. They're always very professional and very helpful. They come when they say they're going to come and do what needs to be done. John, the guy who usually comes to my house and does the routine service, is great. He explains things and I feel free to ask him whatever questions I have and he tells me what I needed to do. There has been less pest activity since having their service. I've already recommended them to people.

Terminix came out and sprayed recently. Scheduling the service was not the best situation. I thought they were coming on a certain day, but they didn't show up. They said that the schedule was only a temporary one, but I wasn't told that on the initial visit. However, since the service, pest activity in our home has been reduced a lot. The only thing is we had told them about mice and the technician put down a mouse trap. But the mice died in the wall, so it smelled. They were also doing pest control for ants, and I haven't seen any ants since the service.

I have Terminix do scheduled regular maintenance for bugs every quarter and termite control once a year. Sometimes if bugs come back, I call them and have them come back and take care of them. Like a few months ago, I had some termite damage treated that's why I called them. David, the representative, was a nice guy. I would recommend Terminix.

When I looked for the bed bugs issue, I compared Orkin and Terminix. I switched to Terminix because of what they had on their website or the treatment every month. I called Terminix to have my mother's house observed for bed bugs. Scheduling with Terminix was really quick. They looked at a schedule and told me when they could get someone out. The person that did the original inspection gave me a checklist and told me what needed to be done. He gave me something in writing and made it very easy to understand. I asked a few questions and told him I would probably go ahead and have them do the service and I want to get it done as possible.

We've been under contract with Terminix for the past 11 years and they come every late spring for termite inspection. One year, we paid to have them lay this covering in our dirt-covered basement area based on their recommendation. But other than that, we've only done termite inspections with them. And usually, I get an email that tells me when I'm set for an appointment. I have the opportunity to change that if I wanted to, but I've never had to. The man that we deal with, Gary, is very nice and cordial. He's always absolutely right on time, which I really appreciate. We've been very pleased.

Terminix comes out on a regular basis. We usually get a phone call from the service tech that he's going to be coming out. He is personable and he's doing what he's supposed to do. Overall, they do a serviceable job and everything's fine.

There was a full fledged attack of numerous ants on our kitchen counter top, and when the technician and I went outside to view the side of the house there were thousands of ants on the outside of the wall of the house as well as the side of the fence. As if that wasn't enough the technician spotted several nests by my other ferns and trees. When he was all done I didn't see 1 ant for weeks, until just recently a few on the outside of the house again but only a few, and some more spider webs. But I called Terminix again, and they are coming again to fix the problem again free of charge, totally guaranteed and they live up to it. You cannot tackle this problem with household products I tried, and no I am not getting paid for this ad either, just a satisfied customer.

My experience with Terminix has been good. They contacted me through phone and email for our schedule and the tech came out to do a normal routine check. I also asked him if he can come inside to spray a particular area of the house and he did that as well. However, the spider problem that I was having is about the same since we had service from Terminix. I talked to them about that and they continued to spray in the corners but they also told me that it would be a series of treatments.

Terminix has only been out to my house once, but I'm set up for quarterly service. My experience with them was good. The technician explained what he was going to be doing and what he did after it was done. Although the pests are not completely gone, I saw a decrease and he did a good job.

Terminix does a quarterly service where they come and spray my house for pests. It's always very simple to schedule with them. Our technician is Melody and she's fantastic. She is the same technician that has covered our house the entire time that we have lived here and had Terminix service. I work close to our house and she has my cell phone number. In the past, she texted or called when she's at our house. I then met her there to let her in. Over time, I've gotten to know her better and she's also gotten to know our dogs better. We leave the key out for her, so I don't have to leave the office and she could go in and spray by herself. Overall, the pests are not completely eradicated but it has definitely improved.

I usually call Terminix and make an appointment when I need them. I had Terminix down here a month ago because they haven’t been here in a while and I thought it was time to check on my house. I want to make sure that there are no roaches or anything in my house. They came and sprayed the outside and the inside of the house. I've been satisfied and happy with them. I would recommend Terminix.

When we first moved down here we had issues outside our house and somebody recommended Terminix. It's been wonderful and our tech is very polite. He does a nice job, makes sure we're happy and says goodbye when he goes. We've had service done in the house a couple of times but not recently because we're used to being where it was cold. The pests are all gone now. Occasionally, we get a fly in the house but that's not our tech's problem. We continued the service because we were very happy with it and we recommend Terminix to anybody in the neighborhood.

We scheduled a service with Terminix a couple of months ago and everything went fine. I got an email telling me when they would be here. Their tech came out and told me he’s going to check around the house. I told him that was fine. He didn’t come in and he just went around the house. He said everything looked good outside.

Terminix came in and sprayed inside and outside our house. I'm set up for at least another repeat three months after the first one. But, I had them come back at least twice because the ant situation was not resolved. I was under the impression that they would come in and within maybe a week all the stuff that was sprayed would be carried back to the nest and the ants would be gone but they're far from it.

Terminix has the best mosquito control. It is totally safe and natural and has NO chemicals or poisons to treat for mosquitoes around your house. It is awesome and works great for a seamless summer. Love it!

We've had Terminix for about 10 years then we had a brief break when they reorganized. We went another way for a year or two. We signed with them again when we got the chance. Way back when we started, we were having a lot of spiders and things like that. We felt that it was better to do an every three months treatment, so we got their routine spray service inside and outside.

I talked to Terminix on the phone to ask how their services work because I never had it before and the experience was very good. The rep answered all my questions and told me all information about Terminix, what they do and that their goal was to make sure that their customers are satisfied. I scheduled an appointment online because we had ants. When the technician came out, I wasn't here but my wife was and she told me that he was on time, very pleasant and answered all her questions. But I didn't like that the tech didn't go down and spray in the basement. He had to know we had a basement because he sprayed around the basement windows. As a matter of fact, he said one of the problems was our ants was right by one of the windows of the basement.

I have the termite program with Terminix and they did their yearly routine visit recently. I had to call and reschedule one time because their reps had scheduled it through an email that I haven't seen in a timely manner. Also, their technician was very professional and good.

Terminix does a pretty good job. They contact us to set up a schedule for the annual check up and the technicians are very nice and polite. They normally call us and say if we have any problems, we can let the technicians know and they will take a look at it. They also send us an email saying when they will come by. They do what they're supposed to do outside of the perimeter and the technicians don’t come into the house unless we want them to come treat some areas. This time of the year is spider time and they can't be eliminated completely except when a treatment is done. The techs sprayed around the perimeter and now the pest activity is closing down a bit.

We live way out in the woods. I own a plantation and we have a lodge for our guests and then our home which is a quarter of a mile apart. The people that built the house were from Auburn and they did the initial termite work. They once said that they were too far off to do it on a continual basis so, they were going to do it for one year. At that point, I started looking around for somebody to do it. I saw the TV ad about Terminix doing termite bonds and I called them. The rep that I talked to was courteous and they're flexible in scheduling the service. The guy who came out and gave the quote for the termite bond and the one who did the spraying were very courteous and helpful. I’ve noticed a drop in the number of spiders that we were having and I also haven’t seen any signs of insects or the like. It’s well as I could have ever expected at this point. Terminix has been great.

It's very easy to schedule people at Terminix. I called them recently for the little brown sugar ants. I was on the monthly plan or they would come out every three months, but I would have to call normally in between and set up an appointment because the ants wouldn’t go away. Only one time did I get stood up. They didn’t even show up.

Terminix does a routine quarterly spraying for us. Scheduling the service has been very smooth. The technicians are very polite, knowledgeable and know what they're doing. Dennis who usually sprays left Terminix and Tyler, the new technician, was very good and very professional. I’ve never had to call in with any problems so that’s been great. The pest activity has definitely declined and we’re very happy with Terminix.

I have been a customer for over ten years and have found Terminix to always handle themselves in a professional manner. I have used them for pest control and termite services. Their pest control totally eliminated pests. They perform annual inspections and have not found termites to date but I have total confidence their service would be superb if ever needed.

I would not want to have another pest control service because Terminix has proven to me that their service is stellar! They come quarterly and if you need them to come to repeat a quarterly service because you still have bugs, they come immediately with no questions asked other than "where is the infestation." The service people are always nice and kind to my children and maintains a professional rapport at all times.

I have been so pleasantly surprised on the effectiveness of Terminix mosquito treatment. The mosquitoes did decrease by 50 - 90% just as they advertised. I also feel safe that no toxic chemicals are used in their process.

All of the technicians have been professional and efficient. They have answered questions and explained what the procedures were. They were timely and when delayed would always call to inform us of the delay. We have used their service for seven years and are satisfied.

I've been with Terminix for a few years now and have been ant free. They are very friendly and always call prior to the appointment. I love that I know who and when that person is coming to my house. I love that my pets are safe from the chemicals used. Terminix has made my bug problem a non-problem.

I have been a customer for over 22 years with Terminix - simply put - there is no better than Terminix - they are the BEST. They are dependable, professional, and always ensure customer satisfaction at very reasonable prices.

I receive great service from the technicians, Joshua ** and Carl **. The call center is terrible but the techs are awesome. Terminix needs to improve the internal system and send one consistent tech instead of multiple techs that are not familiar with the routes. How would you as management feel if random techs came to their houses to perform service and it was not one or two consistent techs that you are use to. If this could improve it would be great.

Pest control & termite control: I have used another company before Terminix and still had problems with bugs after they left and had to call them back. I have never had to call Terminix back for a repeat spraying and I haven't had any insects after they left. I would highly recommend Terminix as their technicians are very professional.

The products being applied to our property work great, but the best part of our contract with Terminix is our technician, Corey. He's professional, explains what he's doing, listens to our thoughts or concerns, and is reliably on-time. Great job and great company!

Terminix has always been on time, done a wonderful and thorough job. We have had no pest problems since started their service. Their Technicians are always friendly and professional. It is nice to have a company live up to their promises. Great company.

Terminix comes out on a regular basis and the last service I got was for mosquitos. Our technician is really nice and we enjoy him coming out here. He doesn’t just do his job and rush off. He'll take a few minutes and talk to us to see if we have any other problems. He always does everything he can to help us.

The Terminix rep that came out to my house did everything that I needed to be done and he was very detailed in his explanation of what he was doing. He's corrected the ant and the net problems that I had. He also gave me the company cell number to get a hold of him and he would do all internal Terminix scheduling for me, so it would be easier for me. I've had an excellent experience with them.

Terminix came to my house a couple of weeks ago and sprayed for bugs and all of the bugs died. They called me, were punctual and did what they had to do. It is set up as a recurring service and that was the initial service. Everything is great.

We have a quarterly service with Terminix. I'm pleased when scheduling the service with them. Everything was great. My wife had them come out and they told her if the technician came out the second time and we weren’t satisfied, they will come out and spray again. The second round, they came to top it off and that did it. I was pretty satisfied. The pests are gone but I would like them to come back in another month or two to do an upkeep and make sure nothing comes about. Overall, they did good and I would recommend anybody to call them.

We've been with Terminix for more than 20 years now. They come and check the house and under the house once a year. My house is made out of wood and it's 60 years old. When my husband was living, we put plastic down under the house, which has been very much helpful. It keeps the moisture from getting under there. It costs $500 to put the plastic down, so it should do good. The guy that comes here said everything looked wonderful. And he said it's all in the place where the man put it. But I am always glad when he says, "Yes, ma'am. I will get under your house and check everything." He is very nice. He shakes hands with us and he's very polished, so I like him a lot.

We're very satisfied with Terminix. In the past, we've had ants in the house and Terminix came out and took care of it. It's been a while, but scheduling services has been fine. The interaction with the technicians was great. Tim usually treats our house and we like him. We get along with him fine and he seems to do a good job. Since the last service, we haven't seen anything unusual in our house. There are occasional bugs but nothing to be concerned about. Everything seems okay now.

We're still having problems so I called Terminix and it went to one of their other lines. They weren’t sure if they could get me in and I would have to call in a couple of days to confirm. They couldn’t get into the Wichita system but the lady who helped me was awesome. I scheduled service for a Friday because that’s when I have off. She said that was fine and they could get me in on that day.

Always schedule appointments in advance. Set times of service. Call when they are on the way. Service techs very professional. Let you know what they are doing, always ask if there is anything specific that needs doing. Courteous.

We are almost ten year customers of Terminix and have always found them to be prompt and helpful. Over the years we have had questions about different household pests (interior and exterior) and Terminix techs have always given us good ideas. One year we had a hornet's nest being built on the outside of our guest room window (we didn't know they were hornets!) & when the tech saw it, he told us it was dangerous. He sprayed the nest and then came back and knocked it down, thus avoiding a potentially harmful situation. They go the extra mile!

When I contacted Terminix about a roach problem they responded immediately and they have provided an excellent service to this day. I will recommend them to anyone that have problems like mine. They will provide the service you need.

I'll admit, I'm terrified of bugs! So, when we moved to South Florida, I knew we had to find a reliable pest control company that would understand my need for prompt and effective service. This is what I get with Terminix. Their technicians are also courteous and generally call me to review my service appointment plus keep me updated on their expected time of arrival. Since their service is guaranteed, I have peace of mind.

During the past years of our relocation to Texas we have greatly benefitted from the services TERMINIX has provided. We relocated to a new community and very different environment and climate and TERMINIX has given us the best service and protection for home. Recommended service.

I was having problems with springtails so I had Terminix come over. I normally don't have them spray indoors. Outdoors seemed to be sufficient over the years. But this year we seemed to be fairly bugged in. Hopefully, we have it taken care of. I haven't seen any springtails since they sprayed inside. Adam has been coming out and taking care of our property for the past three years. He's a very nice young man. He’s usually on time, within the window and it’s always a pleasure to see him. Scheduling has been good and easy too. I just tell them what I need. The reps have also been very good. I'd recommend them.

The technician from our recent experience with Terminix was not careful and brought a lot of dirt inside the house. He should have taken his shoes off or put some booties on but he didn't. It was a newly renovated house and we needed to clean the carpet based on his visit. I called them about it and a manager showed up. Also, I did not like the constant price increase. I get the postcards and they say we have to raise the price. It was too expensive. Then, sometimes I miss the direct contact with the technician. I cannot call the local office and I always end up somewhere with an 800 number and an out of state. A more direct communication with the tech and local office would be a good improvement and would be preferred instead of going through a call center outside the state of service. I would like to have a little bit more local attention.

We’ve been with Terminix since they took over Alterra. They let me know before they come out and they got everything automated. Their technician is very nice. The first time he came by, he let me know that he was the person that would be doing the yard. Terminix only does our outside, but they told me that if I have anything inside, let them know and they’ll take care of that. They’re efficient too and I'm satisfied.

We have a regular service from Terminix and it's been fine, but this last time, it didn’t seem to be as effective. We have seen a little uptick recently. Other than that, the scheduling and the technician have been fine. However, their billing is terrible. Their back office seems to have a lot of problems. They keep telling us we owe money and we keep telling them we gave the technician the check. It’s been three or four phone calls. I hope it’s straightened out now but I can’t guarantee that it is.

We recently bought the inclusion package and the home inspection from Terminix. We had a very easy, simple and straightforward conversation with the representatives. They were flexible with me and my wife’s schedule. Also, the technicians were pretty quick, thorough and gave an explanation on what they did. The pest activity went down after their service. I am starting to see more spiders again, but it’s about that time of the season too. Overall, the experience with Terminix was good.

My experience Terminix was great and I couldn't ask for a better service. They went out here a week ago to retreat and to check and see if they got everything taken care of. Scheduling the service was fast. I haven't seen any pest since they did the treatment so we're doing great so far.

Initially, I had a pleasant experience with Terminix. But after the service and the product was applied, I didn’t feel it really worked because I’ve had bugs right around the areas where they applied it. I’ve seen ticks on one of my sons' body and something bit my wife right around the same area as well. So we ended up buying products ourselves several times and applied it all over the yard. But everything was excellent with them and I’m satisfied with the experience. I would recommend Terminix but they need to do something about having a little bit stronger product.

I am a customer of Terminix since 2003 living in the Bronx. Due to drilling issues on one side of my property (pipes that are running across that side), a few of my stations are located in my neighbor's property. I always need to be at home in order to direct the technician to my neighbor's property. The head manager of the Armonk office is Mr. Anthony **, a very efficient, experienced Gentleman, who has solutions for any problem.

Gutter guard nightmare. In late March, I had a problem with a woodpecker making holes in my siding. I called Terminix. The representative came, inspected the damages caused by the woodpecker, and scheduled a technician to fix the holes. He said they would put a foam-like substance to fill the hole(s) and then install a metal plate over it (them) and paint them to match the color of my siding. I told him I had paint in my basement which could be used. During that same visit, the representative offered a gutter guard service. It was appealing to me, since it would mean basically no more gutter cleaning services. I therefore agreed to have this done as well. I paid for everything ($1,750.00 +) up front.

Inspection - Dave who has serviced our home, inside and out is outstanding! He's honest and trustworthy. Dave always asks if we have had problems, then we discuss them together if there have been any. I would recommend him highly!!!

I have been with Terminix for several years. Their service has always been very professional. Their Service Technician has always been on time and makes sure that the job is completed to my satisfaction. Have recommended them every chance I get.

I've used Terminix for years in my home and have brought them into my business offices as well. Their technicians are professional, friendly and knowledgeable on both routes and they always come as scheduled. There was a scheduling issue once with a tech that never showed but I called the 800 number to inform them and they replaced the tech on my route by the next month. Stellar!

Recently bought my first home, had carpenter ants and Terminix has been great. I had my first treatment with Emile about a month ago and he came back immediately when the problem was still showing up a couple weeks later! He has been great and told me to call at any time for anything! Finally stopped seeing the ants and couldn't be happier! Definitely recommend this company! They are great! No complaints!

My husband went over a nest of hornets a couple of years ago when he was mowing the loan and he was stung 10 times. Terminix was out here the next day and got rid of them. Their technicians in the past have always been good but the one person that wasn’t good was when many years ago, we had termites. And the technician closed the door and locked me out of the house. So we sat in his truck and I called the police who told me to call the fire department. The fire dept. got me back in. And the technician showed them all the termites everyone left with paraphernalia.

They would timely accurate and did what they were supposed to do and they got rid of all my pest problems and the cost was reasonable. They also worked around my schedule. I didn't have to work around theirs. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

My technician was very professional, and friendly. He went out of his way to treat ant issues in my yard, and that wasn't even on my radar. He recommended how the house and yard treatment should be changed at next visit to best address the ants. He also left traps to catch bugs and eval them at the next visit to optimize the inside treatment. No bugs seen since the treatment over a month ago. Super satisfied!

I Called customer service to change my appointment. I had no problem getting a time and date, good for ME. It's one of the perks I like about Terminix. They are willing to come at YOUR convenience, not theirs. I love their customer service.

The technicians of Terminix were okay. Last year, we had the same guy, John, all four times and I like him. I'd call him if I had a question and he was very effective. However, scheduling with Terminix has not been the easiest. There are cancellations and times not being able to schedule when we want to. But some of it was my fault like when we had a bird that built a nest on our lower porch. And we just couldn’t have them spray with a bird’s nest and baby Robin there. And sometimes when they’ve called or emailed to let me know that they’d be coming out and I’d call and say I’m not going to be there. But then, they'd say they don’t have me for that date anyway. It was a little confusing.

Terminix comes once every quarter and sprays for ants and bugs. We know the technician personally and he’s fine. We see some ants and bugs from time to time but he takes care of it when he comes. My experience has been very good.

Last week I purchased a new contract with Terminix for the rodents inside since the contract I had with them was once a year for termites. I needed one for insects. We also have a big rodent outside and I realized that they must have come from the canal right by me. Flies have also come from wherever that little mouse passed. Terminix however canceled on me twice, going into the third time. Their sales rep came but the other guy didn't show up and I was pretty upset about that. I was so angry that I just told the person who was calling me that if they didn’t come, don’t come.

I had a good experience scheduling my service with Terminix. Also, their technicians were professional and courteous when they were in my home. Since the service, pest activity in my home has been minimal. I only have a few spiders here and there.

Terminix recently came out and sprayed around the house for roaches and ants. Scheduling for the service went fine and I had no problem with it. The technician was very courteous and thorough.

I called Terminix and it took them a couple of days to send someone out. The technician who came was professional. I had some yellowjackets trying to build a nest so, he sprayed and took care of that. He also saw some ant hills and he sprayed that, too, which I hadn’t asked him to, but he did. I thought that was considerate. I'm satisfied with the technician but with Terminix, it's hard to tell.

I can't anything bad about Terminix. I've had nothing but Great service, dependable, reliable and professional. You might pay less for another company, but you get what you pay for! I am moving to Florida and I will be signing up with Terminix. I HIGHLY recommend Terminix to my friends and family 100%!

I just moved into this house about a year ago and in my first service call, the little fellow just went through the house right quickly then he was gone and didn’t service anything outside. The new serviceman did a thoroughly good job and he should be complimented. He serviced 35 containers and put out new stuff. He was here an hour and a half doing all that and I got better service from him. Overall, Terminix was very good and I would recommend them.

Bob our Terminix guy comes every three months and does a nice job. We like him. I know him well and he’s been our rep for five years. He’s very personable. We get an email that says he’ll be coming on an afternoon or during our best times and that works around. If it doesn’t, I’ll call him since it's easy to reschedule. He comes no matter what time is convenient for us. Before him, Jason was our rep and both were very nice and knowledgeable if we have any issues. We’ve had very little pest activity and if any, it’s been predictable because of nature. Everybody is fine and professional. Everything that we desire is accomplished so we’d surely recommend them.

I want the house protected so we set up service with Terminix. They come out to do checkups two times regularly. They are very professional and do an excellent job, and I’m satisfied and happy with it. I would call them to come in to the house to check again.

About 40 years ago, when we first moved into this house, we had a swarm of termites. I was a young bride who knew nothing and I asked my husband what that was. He said it didn't look good and since then, we've had Terminix and we've had no problems. The Terminix representatives have become like friends. They're very pleasant but there's still boundaries. Now, they come every quarter and the appointments are on my calendar. Our technician also contacts me to remind me about the schedule and if I don't hear from him or if I need him in-between appointments, I call him and he comes. If there's ever a delay in his arrival, he calls to tell me why and what time he'll arrive. They're always good with that.

We’ve moved in to my father-in-law’s home about three years ago. Terminix was already contracted when we moved in. And then, we cancelled them. But we ended up calling back and getting them rescheduled. Our service comes every three months. We’ve mentioned to Chris, the tech who comes out, that we wanted him to come every three months and he set that up for us. Terminix calls or emails us that the service will be coming. Chris also calls and lets us know that he’s on his way. We appreciate that because we work from home and we can know whenever he’s going to be there.

Terminix came out for our annual terminate lawn inspection. Scheduling the service was easy. They called to let me know they were on the way. When that didn't work for me, they allowed me to reschedule for the next day. Then they came promptly and when they were supposed to come and conducted the inspection. They’re very polite and professional too. It was just an inspection so there was no treatment done.

The first time I dealt with Terminix they were really great. We were having problems with little black sugar ants or Argentinian ants, as the technician called them. We’ve tried to take care of it on our own and had some D.I.Y. test kit but we just couldn't get them under control. We also had issues with silverfish and spiders so I called Terminix for all of them.

Terminix have been great services for us. They have done termite work with regular checkups and retreatment when needed. We had possum and raccoon problems along with a bug infestation. They handled these promptly.

We've had major landscaping done around our house and we tore down all of the brick walls. That disturbed everything and we started seeing brown recluse inside our house. I saw two that were extremely large. We had only seen them when we first moved in but we had it sprayed and that stopped all activity. We called Terminix because it was a non-scheduled service. They told me someone would get back to me, but no one did. I called back and that didn’t work very well either. Only when I called back an additional time that they eventually called me back to schedule.

Terminix has taken care of my home against pest for many years and I have been very pleased with their service and commitment. They make sure the services are scheduled at a convenient time and appointments can be rescheduled if the need arises.

We originally got Terminix because we had an ant problem in the roof of our new house. Then, we kept them and they come in on a regular basis because we don't want to have an issue with the ants getting into our house. They're on a regular schedule and they notify me when they're coming. Also, the reps have been very good and the technician is excellent. We had one incident in the spring where the bugs came back and I called the technician. He came the next day, gave me another spray and that took care of it right away. But we had a lot of rain and that washed away the treatment. He had given me his personal cell phone number and I called him. He came the next day, treated again and we haven't had a problem since. We're happy with them. It works good and we plan on keeping them. Also, I'd recommend them to anybody.

Terminix comes three times a year to our place in Maine. I give them a call and they show up. They're very friendly, thorough and whatever my wife asks, they do. We're happy with the service and the technicians have been good so far.

Scheduling my service with Terminix was excellent. Their rep Jose was on time, though he had to come out twice because I was still seeing pests around. The next time he comes out, I wish he would spray the upstairs and downstairs windows instead of only doing the floors where the cracks are. I also wish that he would spray the sliding door and the inside and outside of my front door. Nevertheless, Terminix is really good and I would recommend them.

I found some live roaches and although it took a little while to get the appointment with Terminix, everything turned out okay. The service technician was very good. He was professional, courteous and seemed to know what he was doing. Overall, it was a very good experience.

We have Terminix for a little bit of both spraying and termite inspection and they do the outside. They come four times a year and they call me when they're coming to give me time. Also, their reps and the technician are very good. We have fewer bugs and roaches and I'm very well satisfied with the service.

We have used Terminix for several years and I am very satisfied with the service. I receive an e-mail reminder as well as a telephone reminder when the service will be performed. The technician has always been on time and does an inspection of both in and outside of the property. They are professional in appearance and I have my report via e-mail within a few minutes of the final service. I rate them 5 out of 5 stars.

I was concerned about carpenter ants and Terminix does routine spraying for them. We’ve been with them for about 10 years but it was on and off depending on which house and whether we think we need it or not. But we’re on contract here on the Cape and its automatically renewed. The service is also automatically scheduled and I contact them occasionally if I want the technician to come out again because we have a problem or if I want to change something. But Joe, our guy in Cape, is great. We only have them spray outside and anytime I’ve seen the carpenter ants, I spoke to Terminix about it and we decide if we need to do more or not but it seems to work. I have recommended Terminix to my neighbor and they also get the same guy.

Terminix was doing mosquito spraying two days ago and it was very good. They started coming to my home last year and now, they do preventive work once a month. They schedule and they email me that they will be coming. It's the same technician that I get and the technician is always nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Also, the pest activity has improved but it's ongoing because it's a house in the woods.

Terminix had their routine visit recently. We were not in town so we gave them permission to just do the exterior. The Terminix representatives were very good, congenial, and willing to work with us. They call ahead and let us know that we were set up for such a date. And if that didn’t work, they would adjust it accordingly. The technicians have been very professional. I had quite a high activity of spiders, ticks, and other insects and since we've used Terminix, it has dwindled dramatically and certainly to acceptable levels at least every quarter. And because of the plan that we have, Terminix has come out numerous times and on quarterly scheduled times. And it’s always worked well. Overall, our experience has been very good.

We're in a new subdivision and our house's only a year old. But there are a lot of dead wood all around and everything is still being built. I noticed black carpenter ants in the house and also spiders which I hate. The ants were by my door wall, front door and were climbing onto my counters on the kitchen. I have tan tiles so I could see them against them very distinctly. I was feeling quite a bit of them and it was getting worst every day.

I have been using Terminix for more than 10 years and I've had no problems with them. They've been treating our outside for spiders. And they would call us and let us know when they're going to be in the house. They do what they’re supposed to do and it works. They have limited the bugs to a tolerable level. And the objective is to keep them from coming inside. Overall, Terminix does a fine job and I would recommend them.

Terminix calls ahead when they’re coming but I just don’t like to have companies schedule four-hour windows. That’s the same with delivery people or anybody else. I hate it when they say, “We’ll be here between 1:00 and 6:00.” I got too much to do to wait around for them to show up. I’d rather have them say, “We’ll be there in 10 minutes.” My time is more valuable than to wait for four hours. But they went after roaches, spiders and rodents.We still have problems but they’re killing some stuff.

I called Terminix to come out last year because I had pests. Everything was good including scheduling the service with them and with the service the technician provided when they came out to the house. But Terminix’s service is awfully expensive. Other than that, Terminix did a good job. I stopped having their service though.

I live in the country and I get all kinds of stuff coming in the house. I'm thankful we don't have that many issues right now but I just want to keep the house clean and get over our pest problems. I've been with Terminix for four months and Mike has been very nice and courteous. The service has been very fast actually. I have ant problems on the actual base of the house where you could actually see them crawl up. I've tried something myself but that never gets rid of them. The technician has sprayed for the ants before but this last time, I thought maybe he will be able to come up with something else. However, I scheduled a follow-up and I haven't gotten anything back from the technician. It’s not that big a deal though. I can just contact them through e-mail and I have his phone number also. In the past, every time I would request something, they’re always out there helping me out. It’s been pretty good.

I've used Terminix before when I had termites and I was satisfied the first time I used them. It was fabulous with their rep and the guy was here on time. They were excellent and they did a great job and took care of the problem. I never had the problem again. This time, I'm still satisfied but not as satisfied as I was the first time because I was very satisfied with the people that go out and do whatever needs to be done. I have a service for a year that I pay for and then if I have any type of problem with that particular item that I first called them for, they will go back as many times as necessary to resolve the problem.

We had a crawl space in the basement that had evidence of critters, either ground squirrel or mice, and it needed to be cleared out. It was a sound decision to spend the money to get that particular issue taken care of. The technician from Terminix did a really masterful job and went above and beyond. It's been a few weeks since that visit and I've been satisfied. They knew exactly what they were looking for and went about fixing our entry points and putting down vapor barriers. We had them come back because we have seen a recurrence of the ants on the kitchen counter, but they said that's almost impossible to totally prevent somewhere that there's an infestation. So, other than that, we haven't seen any other activity. I will continue using them for the time being.

Jeff is the guy from Terminix who does most of our termite work or pest control monthly. He is very professional, does a great job and thorough with everything and if I had to, I’d recommend him for a raise. He hits my thresholds front and back. He’s in and out. He’s over and above. He’s probably the best thing you got in sales in this part of the country. I started 20 years ago with somebody else and Terminix bought that company three years ago and took over. It was kind of bumpy to begin with, but it’s all gotten better. And now that Jeff’s on it, then I’m happy as a pig.

I thought I paid for a quarterly service where Terminix comes to my house for free. They come to my house once a year for part of that service and the dude was here for three minutes and left. I thought he was going to do a full sweep but all he did was lay down four traps and it was like he didn't do anything. It's a waste of money.

We were using Sears years ago and then they converted to Terminix. We stayed with them and it's been very positive. It's easy to schedule their service, they come on a regular basis and let me know in advance. Also, the technicians are professional and courteous.

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate to insulate my attic. The estimator cancelled because of the hot weather. It's been many weeks, I've emailed them with no response, so phoned them today. After dealing with their automated system and not being able to choose "attic insulation" I finally got a rep. He asked for my home number and then cut me off. Back to the automated system. On to the wrong dept, transfer to another who sounded like a robot. Finally have an estimator coming after 20 minutes on the phone. This business needs major improvement in the customer service department.

We had another pest control company in our house for little over 2 yrs. And they didn't accomplish anything compared to Terminix in just 2 visits. Thanks Terminix. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of using them.

This is my third year for mosquito control. At first I wasn't sure it was working, but the last two years we are virtually mosquito free! We live in the woods with a creek and swamp on our property, so controlling mosquitoes is no easy task. Our tech is great and will come out in between if we have any issues. We highly recommend the service!

I've been using Terminix since I’ve owned the house and their policy of “you call, they haul” is good. I pay for the year and they come out and part of their package is additional treatments and stuff like that, and that's good value. My mom's here on summers so she uses them more than I do. When she feels something is going on, she’ll call them and they usually come out. They just recently changed technicians and the old guy was really friendly. The new guy’s just as friendly, but he’s still trying to feel us out. Since I've had it, the only big bug is me and they still haven’t killed me so that’s good. Terminix is worth investigating but I'd tell others to shop around ‘cause they may get different deals and strokes.

When we first started with Terminix, they left a bad taste in my mouth. The last time that they were here to check things out, they’ve done fairly good but before that, the guy came in and I was really dissatisfied. He said, “Well, I’ll have a supervisor call.” and I knew he lied to me. The supervisor never called. Several times they were supposed to come out and they never showed. Once it was raining, I knew they weren’t going to show but they should’ve at least called me on their appointment. They never did that. I had to call back on my appointment.

I've had Terminix come out quarterly to spray for bugs, spiders, hornets, and wasps for five years. The technician is great and we've gotten to know each other really well. He comes out, goes through my house, and then he does the outside. He also asks if I have any problems or questions, he can answer me right then. He doesn't have to go back and check and he's been great.

Terminix comes on a regular basis. They call to tell me when they're going to come and I call them if I don't want them to come that day. I called Terminix last year when the fees went up again. I asked them if this was going to be a standard thing and the rep said, "Probably." I said, "I am 72 years old. When does the senior citizen kick in?" and she said, "About five years ago." I told her that they then probably owe me a couple of free services but she said, "We can't do that" and I just said okay.

I’ve been dealing with Terminix for the past four or five years and I’ve been satisfied with their service. I would recommend them. I got the yearly service so they could come back from time to time. They’re good at controlling the pest that we have. I recently called them to spray for ants. The technician was cooperative and very helpful. He asked questions about what I needed. And they did what I asked them to do. But because of the weather, I still have bugs but not as bad as it was in the beginning.

Terminix contacts me to schedule and they come out every three months. It's been good with their reps and the technicians always do a good job, as well. They're in and out quickly and the pests are pretty much non-existent since the service. It's a really positive experience.

We’ve had Terminix for over 20 years. It was the one with the best contract and we’re satisfied. We pretty much get the same technician everytime and he’s been great. We try to stay on top of the bugs, make sure they’re not around. But now, we don’t have the Terminix extermination. We just have the termites. Then my daughter bought a new house and they still have a contract with a certain person but when she gets out of it, she’s gonna switch to Terminix.

I have been a customer of Terminix for years. When termites were found at my home, Terminix repaired all damaged parts of our home quickly and efficiently. Now we have never had any manifestations. We look forward to continue to have Terminix to be head of our maintenance program for termite control.
