We originally contacted Terminix because of a tick problem in our yard. Once they came on board we have not had ANY issues with fleas or ticks. It has been at least 5 years or more, and can't imagine having anyone else in charge of our pest control. They have always been responsive to any concerns we may have had. Sam ** is professional, friendly and prompt. He has provided our service almost from the beginning. As well as for several of our neighbors. He is referred to as "our bug guy" by one of the neighborhood children. We would without reservation recommend Terminix.

We live in an area that has a lot of spiders that make webs on the outside of the houses and, of course, are inside our houses. We also had hornet nests occasionally. We called Terminix, and these problems have been solved by our quarterly service by our friendly service pro. He is professional and friendly.

Always responds when you need them. I had a infections of ants in the bathroom. I called them and came right away and the problem was fix. No extra charge.

Termites haven't returned. I like the pest control and the polite knowledgeable men. Feel the price is high. Hope I will be able to continue using Terminix. It has been a lot of help since I am 82, have COPD & on Oxygen. Here for 53 years and important to keep my home in the best shape I can.

Terminix is excellent, friendly, and very efficient. They schedule the service for me but I usually change it to match my schedule. Their CSRs have always been very good and professional. Also, their technicians and I talk about different bug species, where they come from, what time of year they come, what I should be looking for, and things that I should be doing. He usually gives me homework to do around the house. Since our last service, pest activity all over the house is much better.

We had a competing pest control company for a few years and found them to be highly intermittent in their effectiveness. We switched and have encouraged our kids to switch to Terminix and are all very happy. We all have the same tech and he is a real pro! We are scheduled bi-monthly, which includes webbing, but they will come out in between at no charge if you have an infestation. Great service for a fair price. We highly recommend Terminix!

Using Terminix was well worth the cost. They did a thorough job. The first time they went throughout the whole house spraying in and outside. The second time I asked them to come inside again, because I had seen one or two in different places and I did not want them coming back. I have 4 more visits in my year long contract. I tried Ortho bug B Gon and of course Raid. I live in the South, so occasionally palmetto bugs come inside. Nothing worked. Terminix is well worth the cost. And the representatives are very nice.

Due to very low temperature I heard some noise under my house, and scratching at my heat vents. I called Terminix and soon got good service from three skilled men who solved the problem. The vents in the crawlspace were not sufficient, and new stronger ones were installed. Now I am happy to report that I have not had any more unwanted visitors!

Mosquito control was only marginally effective due to the effect of rain on your treatment chemicals. The use of genetically modified mosquitoes has been proven effective. You should consider that approach.

I have used Terminix for 3 years now. My service tech is always great. He asks me questions about any infect or animal activity since his last visit. He is willing to treat any areas that I feel need treated. He is very professional during his visits. I highly recommend terminix to anyone who might be looking for a company to treat their house for any problems related to pests!

Activity of pest is still present two weeks after treatment.
UPDATED ON 02/20/2016: The dispute has not been taken care of. They were supposed to come out on the 17th of February but never showed up or called. When I called to find out what happened I was told that the date was never entered into their database but I received an email from them with the date and time in it. Oh yesterday I called again and this morning they left a message saying they will be here tomorrow the 20th between one and three o'clock.

Since starting with Terminix we have had NO problems with any pests. The technicians are always courteous and helpful while providing services. The techs are always here when scheduled and complete their work fully and quickly. We may pay more for Terminix but we get what we pay for.

I have a good technician, his name is Bobby **. He does inside, outside, garage. He changes all the glue trap. He tells me if I see any bugs during the week let him know and he come back out.

Bond does a good job but how much of the insecticide do you use as we found 2 rats and killed them by ourselves and dog killed one rat. Can he use more spray concentrate and spray little longer? Roaches (large ones) die but only a few we've seen.

I have used Terminix to control pest in homes for 25+ years. I started in an older home that actually had a minor termite and hornet issue. Treatment used cleared up everything and I continued the service in a home I had built. Neighbors complain of seasonal pest but I have no issues.

The technicians are ALWAYS very courteous and professional. I usually like them to come into the house to spray inside and out. They do so promptly. The personnel answering the phones are very nice and accommodating. I have never have a problem switching appointments from one date to another. They always provide First Class Service.

We have had 2 technicians since 2009 and both have been excellent. Our pest concerns have always been seen to with professionalism and care. Response to special issues has been quick and complete. Recently, due to a radical switch in weather over the last few months, we experienced a swarm of ants in between our regular quarterly services. The regular tech (Aaron) came the same day, treated and baited with great results, and gave us his personal business cell number, asking us to call in a few days to report results and/or get him back over if the problem persisted. Terminix has been extremely professional and helpful and we would recommend them to anybody who needs pest or termite service and maintenance!!

We moved into a new home located on the Monarch Dunes bluff. We were inundated with ants. Terminix put us on a quarterly service which has eliminated the presence of ants. We are very happy with the service as the technician shows up on time and is thorough.

I've been happy with my normal services but this week has been troubling. I paid over $1000 for annual exclusion service. I called 4 days ago because something is in my attic and still no technician. Have called 3 times and get a different person each time and repeat the same story. I can get a number to be able to talk with a local person. Can you call me at ** and get someone out to my house?

Great service. Except... Emailed them, change spray date. No response. New tech came anyway, rainy day, I wasn't home. He left note, sprayed (on wet cement) in front. With 6 huge dogs, no way he sprayed in backyard, but left bill on front door. No way spray is effective on soaked cement. No comment from Terminix yet. Otherwise, very satisfied with them (Don't need spray in house).

Love our tech Jesse. He always calls before he shows. I have dogs so I like to make sure they are inside when he services. He also checks in with me even if it's raining on my service day. He'll reschedule if he can't service because of rain. I work in real estate so I see and meet a lot of people and vendors. I have to say, Jesse is definitely above the rest when it comes to representing the company he works for. His customer service is impeccable. His follow through is amazing and it reflects in his work. Don't ever let this guy go!

I moved into my house 42 years ago. I have been a Terminix customer from day one. Because I have many trees, I signed up for pest control, termite control, and foundation inspection. I have kept up all 3 with no issues. End of story.

We have had this service for many years and have been reasonably satisfied. However, we still get occasional cockroaches and other pests in the house. My husband and I are very neat and keep our home clean but living in Hawaii I guess this is to be expected. We are however very concerned about the costs that keep going up and recently we received 2 bills from Terminix to be paid almost immediately and being retired and not expecting them especially to come at one time is difficult. We have been talking about looking into another company who might be able to service our home at a lesser charge but have not decided yet. We do like Sam who comes and takes care of the outside and is very pleasant. Thank you.

After discovering a large carpenter ant colony which destroyed a window sill frame and a portion of the side of our house, we called Terminix in to help. Not only did they get rid of the ant colony, they also helped with multiple hornet nests in the shingles and shutters around the house. Hornets were gone in 2 days and the ant problem disappeared shortly after that. There have been two follow-up visits by a very professional tech named Colina. Thank you Terminix.

We have lived in our house 11 years and never had a problem with mice until about 2 years ago. We bought an older home and refurbished it. All the homes are older and many have been bought for the same reason. It's a great neighborhood right off downtown Columbus Ohio with a diversity of people in the area which is great. We got mice very bad and Terminix came in and did a great job. Within a week they were all gone. We continue to use the service. They check every 3 months and apply things not only for mice but spiders silverfish and keep a close eye for termites and many other bugs. We couldn't ask for better service or friendlier people. I give them an A+.

We have been customers of Terminix for over 15 years. We lived on Maui until mid-2015, when we retired to the Big Island. During this spell we have had several different Terminix employees into our home for the quarterly service. To a person, they have been polite, professional, understanding and knowledgeable of our needs. On the few occasions we have had them return for a follow up visit, they were conducted promptly and with the same professionalism as regular calls. We appreciate Terminix for keeping our homes and yards protected over all these years.

Terminix treated my insect problem and continues to keep the problem down. They had scheduled to come every three months. They call in advance and tell me what day they're going come. The technician is very friendly and does his job well, comes when he says he will. Once they treated the place, I had no more trouble. Since then they've been making sure no pests return. I'm completely satisfied with the service.

We started years ago with Spears and then Terminix bought them out and we’ve used them since. They do regular pest maintenance and our experience has been fine. They pump everything under the house. I talked with the technicians when they come to do the service and they seem to be professional and know everything.

The last time Terminix was here was to spray around the house for ants. They came on time and the technician's very nice, polite, and concerned. He knows I have a dog and a cat. They always call me the day before, so I have the cat indoors. They never bothered me. They just come, spray and leave, and I never have ants. I love the service. I have recommended them to my neighbors because I want them all to get it to get rid of my ant problem.

Terminix was here in December to look at the property to make sure there are no termite issues visible. There was none then and there has been none since. The technician was pleasant, prompt, and efficient. Terminix scheduled the service for me, I would’ve been able to change it had I needed to, but the time they picked was acceptable. Our experience with them over the last 30 years has been okay, aside from the fact that their website didn’t work for four to five years. But it seems to be much better now.

Terminix went around the house and checked everything for their yearly visit. It was the first time I’ve ever had them not call or send me a notice to let me know that somebody was coming, which I thought was strange. If they had notified me like they normally would have, I might have said "I'll be leaving at such and such time. He’d better be here before then or else we'll schedule at another time." Luckily, I was there at the time because 10 or 15 minutes later I would have been leaving to go to our meeting. The young man was extremely nice and very courteous. He even pulled his shoes off or put up strippers over them before he came in the house. I couldn’t ask for people to be more courteous and nice. I've always recommended Terminix to everybody.

The guy from Terminix did really good. I don't see any pest after the service, but I am dissatisfied because of their high prices for the yearly fee.

Terminix is only as good as its local offices. I have had a positive experience with Terminix in Honolulu. Unfortunately, my experience with the Hilo Office (16-164 Kakara Street, Keaau, Hawaii) has been mostly negative because they did only a partial job and have made no effort to remedy the problem. Moreover, they have not responded to my complaint.
Terminix's Hilo office was contracted to tent-fumigate two structures for drywood termites: 1) house and 2) separate shed. On 12/23/2015, they fumigated only the house. When I phoned Terminix Call Center to inform them that the shed was not fumigated, they set up a reinspection appointment for 12/31/2015. No one showed up! The call center then connected me with the Hilo manager by phone on 12/31/2015. He said that the shed was not fumigated because it had no running water and electricity.
When I explained we could remedy this by running a garden hose and an extension cord from the house to the shed (I have the hose, adapter, and electrical extension cord available on site), he agreed. I thought he would call me back to arrange an appointment to tent-fumigate the shed. In the last six weeks, I have phoned the Terminix Call Center numerous times. The Call Center only forwards messages to the Hilo Office. (Note: One cannot phone the Hilo branch directly, since phone calls are routed through the Call Center.) I have written a certified letter to Hilo Terminix (1/14/2016), asking that they fulfill their end of the contract in a timely manner.
No one from Terminix has followed up in response to my phone calls and letters. My demand is not unreasonable: Fulfill the contract or refund the purchase price! I hope this forum will encourage Terminix to resolve this complaint. In the meantime, any consumer reading this entry should be aware that there are problems with the Hilo Terminix office, that they are not communicating with their customers nor fulfilling their contractual obligations. Beware!

My Terminix termite inspection is done routinely. They call to remind me about it and we set up a date for the visit. The technician is very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained things and gave me a report on what he did and didn't find. If he finds termites, a treatment is scheduled. Everything's been fine since their last visit. They also did a weed control treatment this year and that came out very well. I'm very happy with their service. They are a very professional company.

I have two contracts with Terminix-- termite and regular bug, and they are very efficient with both. I have a yearly termite control check, and if they find something small, they’ll treat it. Also, every quarter they come and not only spray the perimeter of the house, but also throw some granules that the bugs ingest and kill them. If I have problems in between the quarterly, all I have to do is call them and they send somebody down. There's no extra charge for that. A week ago, I found a centipede in my house and I called, and the very next morning, the Terminix person came down, sprayed the whole place for me, and took care of it. The phone service is very good. I'd give them high marks. I have nothing but good stuff to say about Terminix, they're quick and personable.

My Termninix associate who comes in spraying the house does an excellent job. They call and tell me when they're coming which usually is not convenient, so I have to call back and reschedule, but since I've started service with them the pest activity in my home has been significantly reduced.

For a couple of times, there was a mix-up when scheduling with Terminix. Whenever I try to change the date online, for some reason, it doesn't go through. I had the preview call that it was going to come out on a different earlier date, so I had to call back and get results. Other than that, I've never had any problems with their technicians that have come out - they've always been very good. And, I haven't noticed any pests in between their visits.

Long term customer, finally gave up on them. The management is not responsive to complaints. Pest control was subpar. Complaints were not addressed. Spiders were getting out of hand on the property. Webs everywhere, no inside treatments as stated. You cannot talk to Omaha, always routed to an out of state operator.
Termite control is subpar also, they do not inspect all the stations. I terminated the service informing the tech that came out to service the home. Next trip a new tech, (always new, they cannot keep help) told them I terminated. He said I'm on the ticket so he is going to do the service. I said "if you do I will not pay." I was billed for the service. I sent a certified letter Nov 25, 2015 stating my case and attached the copy of their ad stating if you're not satisfied they would refund the amount paid. I did. The amount was 122.55 and no reply from this lousy company. I suggest you use a local person and not this company. All they want is your money and the service is so poor and management leaves little to be desired. The help turnover is unbelievable, I wonder why!

I've the best Terminix experience. It was positive and I love my technician. He's excellent. He did the exterior pest control and did everything very thorough and beyond. Every time, he’d take the pole to get the webs. That has never happened until he started doing my job and he does it every time. He looks for the spider and if he sees it, he’ll kill it to stop the webbing. If I didn’t have this technician, I would quit Terminix and I have been their customer for 25 years. I would only recommend Terminix to a friend if he was the technician. Since his services I don't have pests.
Scheduling the service was awful though because we personally schedule it together on his schedule because he knows when the other six or eight customers are in our area and he likes to work them all together. And every single time, Terminix gives me a different date and at different times and I’ve got to text him, then we’ve got to call the office and say, “Hey, we already have an appointment. Don’t change the appointment. I will take care of it.” And we’ve been working on this for six months now. The scheduler doesn’t get it. I know they’re trained to move his schedule around to make it if he has an empty slot but if he goes and tells them every single month, “I take care of these customers. I make their schedule ‘cause I know how they want to work it,” and they keep changing it, I don’t know what more he can do. Frankly, I am tired of calling because I have to bother him and then I have to cancel it through Terminix. It’s crazy.

Terminix comes out to provide service every three months. Their technicians usually call and let us know they’re coming. We don't really interface with the technicians that much. They work outside. Sometimes, we’re not even here when they come. But the product they're putting down is good. We haven't seen any pest activity.

We are scheduled once a year with Terminix and they recently did an inspection for termites. It went great. The guy who came was really nice and thorough. He answered all my questions and did a good job. We haven't noticed any pests for a while. We had real small black bugs around the house that are maybe sewer bugs which I talked to the technician about and they're gone now.

Terminix let me set the schedule for the service which we have once a month. We’re a mobile home park, some residents have pets. But since the last service I have not seen any pest activity here which is good. I had awesome interactions with the Terminix technician named Guy. I like that his clothes are always ironed. He's very cool, professional, and did everything that we asked him to do. He answered all my questions and when I had asked him about chemicals and pests, safety, etc., he gave me a link to look at. He is definitely an asset to Terminix.

Terminix does a routine service at our house where there's a terrible infestation of stink bugs. When the weather started to get cold, the stink bugs show up and made their way into the house but it's not Terminix’s fault. I’ve been here seven years and the gentleman that comes is an absolute darling, very friendly and wonderful. He doesn’t only walk around, spray and disregard anything else but he always makes sure that we’re happy with the service and that things are fine. I also have Terminix in my own home in East Meadow and I'm very satisfied with them.

I've had Terminix since '76, and they come regularly. When they first came, they drilled into the basement. They made sure I didn't have termites. They don't put down the poisons they used to use. We have termite traps now. From time to time, water goes from our gutters under the house and into the sewers. Mice, in the fall, come in so I've had to get rid of them. If we ever have a need, we let Terminix know and they come. There was one time they came on a Monday and a Wednesday because it was a new person, but they gave us credit for it and everything's fine.

A critter will get in once in a while through the pet door. I have a garden and flowers so it comes naturally, but no problems in the house. Terminix has always been great. The man who comes out is nice, very polite and does a thorough job. I have him do the inside and outside of the house so we’ve always been very happy with him. Terminix is very good about coming exactly the time they say they’re gonna come, which is a big plus. The scheduling is really good that if I have to go out of town, I can get on the computer to reschedule and they are very good about working around the schedule I knew. He's very friendly and he goes outside and sprays around my house and around the old building I got. He does a very good job. Since my recent service, I hardly ever see a pest. If I do, it's dead.

As always the service given by John ** was very special. He always asks if there are any problems and makes certain any spider webs outside are cleaned off and sprayed. If we are out of town he makes arrangements with our daughter to meet him at the house. He is always prompt and never blocks the driveway.

I was trying to get Terminix for an annual inspection and it was a little bit of a challenge and no fault of Terminix because my father passed away and my mom moved out. We have tenants there and I don't have contact with them because we have a property manager so it was difficult getting that coordinated but we finally did. Scheduling the service was done through the property manager. However, I tried to get a copy of the contract as it exists with my parents and it was very difficult since we've had the service since 1980. Their records retention is a little iffy. I'm a little skeptical of the service in the contract they provide for us for the termite issue because when I go to sell the house, there are times the house go up for a sale and it has to be tended.
I'm skeptical whether they're going to cover that, although they tell me they will but that remains to be seen because I see a conflict between the buyer and the seller whether or not it needs to be done and I've thought about discontinuing the service because I doubt that they'll cover that. Overall, the experience I've had over the last few years with them has been bad. However, the experience I've had with our technician at our house, not my parents's house, with someone who is involved with pest control in our house, that technician was very good. But by and large, it's been very difficult. I've had a lot of problems with Terminix if I look at the big picture.

Contacted Terminix to start service for an ant problem on my rental unit. Gave them contact information for my renter to schedule an appointment. Renter let me know Terminix never called. Call to Terminix revealed they scheduled a random appointment a week out. Consequently, I told them to cancel the service. They refused because they scheduled the service in my renter's name. My renter needs to cancel it. Since Terminix refuses to cancel the service I demanded they remove my contact information from the account, telling them multiple times, "I DO NOT WANT TO BE CONTACTED BY TERMINIX." Regardless, I continue to get emails & phone calls to confirm random appointments Terminix has set up.

Techs are always right on time. Very friendly. We usually have the same people over and over which I like. This continuity allows them to remember specific things about us so we actually develop a relationship. Garth asks about our daughter and the work I was doing in the basement and he always goes the extra mile, doing things like sweeping cobwebs before he sprays - maybe it's part of the job but we appreciate it. We truly liked every tech Terminix had sent our way. That's important to us.

Terminix did an encapsulation on my crawlspace and then put the bait stations around my house for termites. The technician explained everything really well. He walked me through the process of what he had to do, explained to me why they were putting in the dehumidifier, and told me how the bait traps work for the termites. Also, scheduling for the service was great. They did everything quick and held true to the estimate given to me a month before. So everything worked out good and they did a good job. I am a very satisfied customer.

Recently, Terminix was here and checked out to see if there were any entrances for vermin. But the last major thing was they put new installations in my attic last year, so it’s been nice. This time, I needed them to come because I have a sign of activity in the back bathroom where we've always had problem. Scheduling an appointment with them has always worked well. The technicians are very quick and stick to their business and don't stand around. It's always been a good experience. I have mentioned to someone that if they have problems, they should call Terminix.

The most recent visit from Terminix was a routine visit. They schedule the visits for me which is kind of weird, but as long as it works for me, I'm okay with it. They send you an email that they're going to come out on such day and time. Everyone that's been coming to my house has been good. I only had one reoccurrence of the termites right after we did the first treatment, and since then, I've never had any. So far, the company has been good.

We've had no problems with Terminix' indoor quarterly treatment. The young laddie that does the termite is great. We've had to quit with the outside mosquito program though because the technicians for that didn't show up, didn't work, and kept changing their product. I've been a customer of theirs for many years. We've had three program for years but now we just have the two which we found good.
Furthermore, when we called their Customer Service about their program which we have sent several of our neighbors to, they didn't know what we were talking about, neither do the people doing it. Their customer service department is horrible. I can't call about a question without having to go through three different areas. I spent 25 minutes on hold one time then they hung up on me. I called back and had to go through three different people, only to be put on hold for 25 minutes then hung up on again. But outside of those mentioned here, I've had no problems with Terminix and would recommend them - except for that one program.

We've been under contract with Terminix for almost 20 years and in that time, we've had three infestations that they have had to come out and correct. Each time, they came out and made it right - I've never had any complaint. They come out every year to do a routine yearly inspection of the buildings on my property. The guys that come out to do the inspections are usually pleasant, act very professional, and do a good job. There was a problem though with the computer that the technician used for monitoring for the last inspection. I received receipts for two out of the four buildings, stating that they were inspected, but I never received those for the other two. That aside, I would recommend them.

During my most recent experience with Terminix, I had to call them out for ticks. Scheduling the service and speaking with their rep was fine. They answered my questions and were professional. The technicians couldn't spray the house the day they were here because it was too cold for us to put our dogs outside and leave them out, so they're gonna come back when it's not so cold. We had them spray once before and they had to come back out, but lately the ticks seemed to have slowed down a lot.

We've never had any problem with Terminix since 2005. They're always really good. They come in, do their job and if I have anything extra that needs to be done, with no hesitation, they'd send a guy out and have it done. However, they had problems with the turnover for a while and we were constantly having to call them back and readjust the service. But since we got this new guy, they get here when they say they're going to come or even earlier, which is fine with me because a lot of times it's convenient for me to stay around the house and wait for them. He is very knowledgeable and has shared a lot of stuff with us that I did not know and no one has before. We're very satisfied with the service and the information that has been passed on to us by our Terminix representative. Terminix has always done an excellent job. I'd definitely recommend them.

We've got a contract with Terminix to do maintenance for general bugs. They come four times a year, and they always call and let us know when they're coming. If that's not convenient then they're very easily changed and fit our schedule. They're doing what they're supposed to do and are very polite. Pest activity since we’ve been receiving Terminix services has actually decreased and I think the products are working. The technician that came out twice to my house was very professional, personable, thorough, and came within the time block that he said he would. I’m very satisfied with him. I like the fact that they kept the same person and he really likes it. It’s important to have somebody sure to come into our home and do their job. I also like the price and how often they come out as well as their willingness to come out in between.
The only thing that I have problems with from time to time is the scheduling process as I need to be sure I’m able to schedule a good time for them to come. I schedule through the headquarters and sometimes it may not work because it's not in the time frame. It would be great if scheduling with headquarters will be rectified such that I could call my local area and get the schedule sorted with them instead. I told them before that I don’t want anybody to just come into my house and spray around as I’m very anxious about them coming on the inside.

The dispatcher came out to the house back in December and he was awesome. I informed him of the problem I was having and he took care of it from the inside of the house as well as the outside. I had wasps, but I hadn't seen anything since the service from Terminix.

Terminix is our extermination company for the entire state for our business and I've been nothing but pleased with them. They come every month and were just here a month ago. The nice thing is they just come in, do their job, and they're gone. It's so simple and they're very good. Our pest problem is now under control. If I had to reschedule for some reason, which is extremely unusual, there's been no problem. They are very happy to work with us and their accounting people have been more than cooperative when I've had to call and talk with them. I really enjoy working with this company.

Terminix came to see what needs to be done first, and then they sprayed around the house. They also put some pellets underneath my bathtub because I had some kind of animal. I did smell some dead animals for a while but they never came to look at what it killed. Nevertheless, I had talked to the younger guy and he said that if it's a rat, it might stink for a few days and it shouldn't be a bother anymore. But, he was also worried if it might have been a possum or a squirrel. Since the service, I haven't heard anything moving around. Terminix have been great so far.

Terminix came when they're supposed to and they did a good job. The technicians were locals so I knew them well. They were flexible in scheduling the service and there were no problems on my part since I have had their services.

We've been having a little bit of problem with scheduling and we're hoping we got it taken care of. Sometimes Terminix would call on a Friday and tell me that I have a scheduled appointment on a Monday. I know nothing about it so I have to call them back and say that we can't do that. I kept trying to tell them that if they need to make the appointment without me knowing, they would have to give me at least a week's notice. I have animals that are outside that I need to make sure they're taken care of.
So I'm a little upset with the way that they do scheduling. I don't like to be surprised with the appointments. I don't know why I can't call and set it up for myself. I ended up doing it anyway because I have to cancel the one that they have. And in the past, they have actually sent out the technician after I cancelled it. I asked him why he was here and that he was rescheduled for the following week, and he said they never told him. So they kept the original schedule, which wasn't fair to him either. He's trying to get everything done and here he has one that's not even on his schedule because it wasn't scheduled by me. So I called and told them that I didn't appreciate it, that person said they're not gonna get their work done. And luckily I was here the day he came but he still couldn't finish everything.
But outside of that, Terminix is fine. The most recent claim I had was an outside spray and the gentleman that came was on time, very polite, did a good job, cleaned what he was supposed to clean. He was here long enough to do everything he's supposed to do and we were pleased. Our pest activity has been under control since we received their services. Really satisfied with everything.

My service with Terminix is regularly scheduled. They are always very thorough and their technician was very nice. Our most recent experience was very good and I haven't had any problems since. I have been with Terminix for a long time and I'm really satisfied with them.

Since my most recent service with Terminix, there was not as much pest activity and it's been much better. When scheduling, the person would give me the appointment right away. I've had two services and both technicians that came out were very professional, pleasant and explained things to me. So far I'm pleased with Terminix.

The guy that came out was nice. He looked around and did his job after. I appreciate him. The only thing I'm gonna complain about is the cost. I think it's too expensive. I don't know what they put out there but I don't have termites. Terminix is a necessary evil.

Horrible experience with Terminix. Previously to July of 2015, I had never used their services. This was until my girlfriend and I were being bit in the middle of the night. Her mainly, but me seldom. After reviewing different bite pictures online, we felt that it was Bed Bugs. We had Terminix come out to inspect. This is in Stafford, TX. They disagreed and suggested spraying a general pesticide. Showed them the bites and they responded by suggesting that it could be due to her having sensitive skin that they looked the way they did.
About a week later, my girlfriend was cleaning our bedroom and found a Bed Bug on the pillow case. We put it in a Ziploc bag and contacted the sales representative. He came out and confirmed that it was a Bed Bug and then told us he would send his technician to do a further inspection. The technician came out a week later and also confirmed it was a Bed Bug. He did his inspection and told us he didn't feel like it was a Bed Bug infestation due to him not seeing any activity signs of Bed Bugs. Suggested that it was probably just a "straggler".
Next, was scheduling and planning our treatment. I expressed that I was deeply concerned about the Bed Bugs spreading. I have 5 children in the house and would prefer to treat this like it was a bed bug infestation upon treatment even though he felt it was unnecessary. He agreed. One week later, they treated. Told us to wait a couple days and then re-enter the room, so we did. It wasn't even one day later and she was bit again when we laid down to go to sleep. This technician said the spray would kill on contact and have a residual effect to them from reproducing. They came and sprayed again, same problem!! So then I asked if he used his best product to eliminate Bed Bugs. He admitted that he did not. That he used a general pesticide that isn't primarily for Bed Bugs, but can kill Bed Bugs!!
I was so frustrated. After making my children share beds so that we had a bed to sleep in, washing everything in the house and drying everything, etc. But, I knew it was guaranteed, so I agreed to give him another chance. He still believed there wasn't a Bed Bug infestation and suggested going to a Dermatologist; again, reminding us of sensitive skin. What a joke! That was until we found a hatchling and an adult crawling on our mattress and headboard. The adult was headed back into the headboard. We put both in Ziploc bags and showed the technician on the next visit. He finally was ready to believe we had a small infestation.
After all of these frustrations, the technician suggested that we throw out our entire bed, because once they are in the headboard, it is very hard to get rid of them. Being desperate to get rid of the problem, I threw my mattress and frame away! Now I had to plan on finding a way to afford a new bed and pay Terminix. I believe that nothing they did solved the Bed Bug Issue. The infestation hadn't spread off of the bed and into any other furniture. Throwing the bed away solved the issue and I didn't need Terminix to do that. After all of this, we had a company by the name of "Bugs R Us" come give us a second opinion.
We also did our own research. And we found, is that to get rid of Bed Bugs and their eggs, you have to use heat! This representative explained that we didn't have to throw our bed away if heat is used. The sprays Terminix was using must have been kill on contact type of sprays, which won't kill eggs. I didn't feel we needed further services after throwing the bed away. We slept in there plenty of nights after the bed was gone and weren't getting bit anymore, but my girlfriend wanted peace of mind and we paid for the treatment anyways.
I have contacted Terminix multiple times since July and always get the runaround. They kept telling me my local branch manager will be contacting me. That never happened. I called so many times trying to get it resolved and they never contacted me. I finally was able to reach Corporate and they got the local manager to contact me. He came out and did the exact same treatment that the technician had done. I couldn't believe it. Next, I called corporate again and expressed my issues and that I no longer wanted to deal with the local branch and why.
I also, asked about what other treatments they have and found out that they have a few other options. They are a lot more expensive and only used for serious infestations they said. The problem with that is, the other methods don't even work. Corporate seemed to be very understanding and told me I wouldn't have to deal with that branch anymore and a corporate manager would be contacting me. That never happened.
I stopped calling until today, because I didn't know what else to do. They have now reported me to collections and now I have to worry about my credit being affected. I called today and was told Corporate no longer has a phone number, that I will have to speak with my local branch or can write a letter to corporate. Unbelievable. Terminix makes it impossible to speak with anyone that can actually make a decision! I have never used a complaint forum, but I have no other choice. I hope this review finds me help!

I haven't had any pest activities other than crickets and a few spiders, but my services from Terminix are automatically scheduled and they come out every three months.

Since my issue was resolved by one of the managers, I have not had any more problems but praises about the service. Mr. ** has been to my house three times and he is mostly on time, polite, professional and very caring. Please thank him from me.

My overall experience with Terminix was good. My name is on two accounts and w hen they called with the appointment date, they didn't specify the location, and it was at Christmas. So I thought it was coming to my house, when it was at Debbie's house wherein I'm her power of attorney.

We got Terminix' service when we started living in our home about five months ago. Their technician was just here in December. He's a very nice guy and we like him a lot. We chatted for a few minutes and he did what he usually does. Our pest activity is pretty close to zero since their last visit. I'm very satisfied with Terminix and I'd recommend them.

Terminix came and examined our house for termites and took a good long time to do it. When they came in, they said they're gonna look through the house then came back and said they had to go outside to look. They said that there wasn't any indication that there were any termites, and so far we've had none. I felt like they did a thorough job, and as far as I know, they were good.

I don't usually schedule service from Terminix since they do that automatically every quarter, and I just get a thing that they're gonna do their outside service. The entire time that I've been in this house, I've had their service and it's been perfectly fine. I don't have any pest issues and everything's been taken care of. Recently, I had to call someone out from the company to spray for spiders. Scheduling it was easy and straightforward and their guy was able to come out within a couple of days.

Since I've been gone, Terminix has called our house a couple of times on billing and I didn't appreciate the way they talked to my wife. Other than that, the technician that we had and my overall experience with them have been very good.

I've had a really wonderful experience with Terminix. I get service quarterly and my most recent one was back in December when a guy did termite inspection and checked and sprayed here and there because we'd seen a couple of wolf spiders. We haven't seen any pest activity since that. Also, he was very friendly and professional. I had to cancel and reschedule service but the interactions I have regarding scheduling was great.

I've been with Terminix for a long time and I don't have any problems in the house but whenever I do, they assist me and do their job. Since receiving their services, I don't see insects or anything. The only thing is they bill six months ahead of time. I don’t know why they’re wasting their money on it. My contract is due in February and then November. One should give a warning one or two months before. But I have received letter after letter, "You have to pay, you have to pay, you have to pay". My contract ends for the 27th. If I pay it before the 20th, I'll be okay and I don't have to be reminded missing November.

I'm very delighted with Terminix. We've never had a problem and it's been pleasant all the way through. The gentleman is nice and does whatever needs to be done. The service is regularly scheduled and if there's a conflict, all I have to do is call and they'll pick another time for me. If Steve can't make it at a certain time, they've always called and re-scheduled. It's been excellent.

We have Terminix service at our house. Their technician was fine, nice guy, easy to get along with, and did his job. Right now, the pest activity is pretty dormant - we don't have too much spiders. I'm satisfied with Terminix and I'd recommend them.

My Terminix serviceman was completely professional and courteous. He was thorough and completed his inspection in a timely manner. When he entered the house he covered his shoes so as not to track any dirt on the carpet. I would recommend Terminix highly.

Terminix calls me every month and they set up an appointment to come on out. Their technician has been great - I wouldn't have anybody else. Everything seems to be fine since their service, and the pest that I did have before is gone. Overall I'm satisfied and I don't have a problem with them.

Terminix came out recently for their quarterly visit and they're always very accommodating. I had to reschedule twice because of my schedule and they were able to accommodate me just fine. Clay is the man who does my extermination and he is amazing. He's the best exterminator person - super friendly, and very careful in the house. He knows bugs and has taken care of our house for many years, and I hope he never leaves Terminix. I couldn't be more pleased. I don't see any bugs in my house. I've recommended Terminix.

Terminix is very good. They come to treat termites once a year and if there is a problem in between the year or whenever I need them, I call them and they send a tech right away.

Whenever I have Terminix out for pest or termite maintenance, the technician is on time, professional and friendly. The technicians are an asset to Terminix.
