We used to live in Michigan and didn't have a pest control service. Then when we moved to Texas nine years ago, we started having pests almost immediately so we called Terminix right away. We had a problem with sugar ants in the kitchen and Terminix was able to come the next day. They were on time, very courteous and the problem was taken care of. We're very content and happy with the service. It meets all our needs for pest control.

I had some ants in my kitchen and Terminix took care of them. Our service is performed routinely and if I have a special need, the technicians that were sent do what they need to do and I don't have to be home. I don't have pest that I know of since having their service. I had a very good and professional experience.

Terminix does a good job at pre-scheduling and I don't have to do any work on that part. I just answer their phone calls and they give me a couple of days' notice. I've been with them for five years and the pest activity in our home has been better than before. Their technicians are always professional and they ask us if there are any issues inside the house.

We had the quarterly Terminix visit about two months ago. Since our last service, I haven't seen any pests in the area. Maybe a waterbug or two in the garage but you can't really stop them from coming in.

I've been with Terminix for over 15 years. I get a call from them saying they'll be here on a certain date to do our service. Chris, our regular technician, is absolutely great and the best, so we want to hang onto him. Once in a while, I'll have ants here, and up where we are in 10 acres of wood, we're going to get something like that. So he stopped by a couple of times when the ants made an inroad on me and he handled it and it stopped.

Terminix come in quarterly and they call me on the phone for the schedule, and last service we had was great. We havent got completely rid of the spiders yet, but its decreasing every time they spray, so that's why I havent called to re-spray, but we havent had scorpions, which is a good thing. The new guy that came out was really friendly, personable and he did a great job. The one before that was horrible. His hoses had leaked all over and was just soaking my house and all over my wood floors that was not supposed to get water on. He didn't spray the whole house like he was supposed to and didn't do the garage. He just wanted to get in and out and wasn't fixing his equipment at all. But, I was really pleased with the new guy because he was professional and cared about what I had to say. I'm very happy with my experience and I'd recommend the new guy.

Terminix's service is excellent. The reps and technicians were very good, personable and knowledgeable. They come into the home and took care of some spider problems and other issues that I had. And if I need them to leave little traps, they will. If I have questions, they explained everything thoroughly to me, like what they were going to do. Since the service, the pest activity has gone none to minimal.

I scheduled a time for Terminix to come and spray, and Flash did a good job for me. I changed exterminators and he just picked up where they left off and kept everything fine.

The technician was on time, in uniform, and very polite. He asked if there were any specific problems we were having. We indicated that there were a lot of spider webs, so he said he would treat for that and clean up any webs – which he did.

I used to spray the pests myself which did not work. Then a friend told me about Terminix, gave me a number to call and I called it. They've been great and I enjoyed their service since the tech got rid all my bugs and rats.

The quality of the pest control by Terminix is fine. The schedule is on the internet and I like that they remind me. The service is adequate and working pretty well so I don't have any complaints.

I'm very satisfied with Terminix. The person showed up on time, did what he was expected to do and in a reasonable amount of time. He calls me the day ahead of time to let me know he's showing up. He's very helpful and always reminds me to stay off if there are yard sprays and leaves the receipt on the door like I asked him.

Terminix was supposed to do an inspection so I called them because I received an email setting up my time, but then I got this call saying it's not set up. It's crazy. I would definitely prefer to get an email and not get the telephone calls. But other than this, their technician has been very nice and was always prompt. I have had zero pests at home since their recent service.

Terminix bought the company that was servicing me. I was satisfied with the other company, but I'm satisfied with Terminix too. They both did a good job. The technicians sent out by Terminix have all been nice men.

I called Terminix because I saw termite droppings. They responded by coming out in less than a week and took a look at the situation and then recommend tenting the house for full extermination of the termites. I have a three-month maintenance contract with them, they came out once and it's been a good experience so far. Not to mention, the technicians have been nice and helpful. They are well-informed about the insects and explained everything very well. I’m waiting for them to call me to schedule the time to have the tent put around my house. I hope it can be done to a timeframe that’s convenient for me. And if they can call me in advance to put me first on their list of customers that day, that would be great. I have a couple of ants living around the kitchen and a couple of spiders and I’m sure after my house gets tented, there won’t be much activity insect-wise for a while.

Their techs have been very nice and polite. It was a very good experience recently too and I haven't had any bugs around here. However, I keep getting bills from them even though I've paid the Terminix operator. I got two this week. I shouldn't be getting anything in the mail. But other than that, they're fine.

I have been happy with all 3 Terminix services. They let you know when they are coming and keep up with the schedule for each service. I have had a few problems over the years but have called for a revisit and was very happy with the results. I also have my crawlspace sealed and have had no problems thus far. I think it may be time for an inspection of the crawlspace. Keep up the good work.

The technician is fine and Terminix lets me know when he's coming. Sometimes when I need the inside sprayed, I call him directly and he'll come back, and even if I go through Terminix, he’s usually prompt to complete that. I used to buy the Terminix package at the beginning of the year but now I just have them come on a regular, rotating, 3 month cycle. I pay them as they come but I noticed that there are times when they come at two and a half months which annoys me. Also, if I ask them to come later than the original scheduled date, the three months doesn’t start from the date I wanted them to come but from the originally scheduled date that I had. I called Terminix about that and they said that there's no way that they can have the 3 months start from the reschedule date and that I have to specifically do something, but I don't know what it was. But other than that, I have recommended them.

My experience with Terminix is very good. I like our representative and we enjoy working with him for almost a year now. He seems to always go above and beyond the call of duty. I haven't seen any pest activity and if I do in between visits, I call him and he comes back out and does the check. He's got it under control and we like to keep it that way. I'm really pleased with Terminix and I wanna continue with them.

Terminix reps have always been great and helpful. Their tech who came recently was a really pleasant gentleman too. He came, asked me if I had any concerns and said he was going to spray. He was very good and ever since then, I haven't taken notice of any pest activities.

I was with Orkin before, then we moved and had issues, and Terminix is the next biggest company. The Orkin representative we had was amazing. He gave great service, a nice man and really responsive. I really liked him. I don't have that rapport with anybody from Terminix yet. It's been okay but it's different. But, their customer service was really good and professional when we called them to set up the service. I explained what we were looking for because I wasn't willing to spend more than I had spent before and the rep was upfront on the pricing. I knew that what we were paying was fair. The rep even asked if we found a promotion to give us our introductory visit for a little less which was nice. I wasn't expecting that. It was good service and I was impressed with it.

It is hard to speak to a customer service when I want to. Always received electronic message regarding an appointments. I wish they confirm the date and the time with me before especially if they have both of my home # and the cell #. As for the quality time they spend on the service is less than 10 minutes to be exact. The price is very high and I don't think it is fair for me. I have had problems with certain technicians that don't complete their work and they're done in 5 minutes. Unfair...

Terminix does treatment underneath the house for mold and it's been a good experience. They come once a quarter and normally would send me an email with the date and time they're scheduled to be here and I will either confirm or reschedule it. With the most recent one, they worked on their own. They did the outside, anywhere where there is a faucet or drain pipe coming into the house, and had come inside to spray underneath the sinks. It seems to work well and we're not seeing bugs in the house which is the primary goal.

Terminx people come out and fumigate and I don't have any pests so it's all good. Plus my technician gives me a call every once in a while just to make sure I'm satisfied so I appreciate that. It makes me feel like he cares.

Terminix came out last week for a quarterly routine check and extermination. The technician that came out to our home was wonderful, professional, and nice. We had plenty of conversations and he kept asking if there was anything else he could do for me. Our service is usually for prevention unless I have a problem with scorpions, which we do get here and there. Since our initial service, the pest activity lessened for about 30%.

The Terminix guy that I normally deal with is a real nice guy. If we find some kind of weird bug he'll tells us to put it in a bag, tell us what it is and what we need to do to get rid of it. The pest activity here is a constant battle. We live on a five acre grove and we got tall trees so we have these millipedes, centipede type of bugs and there's no way to kill them all. Terminix can't spray the whole five acres. What they do is they spray around the house, to make a barrier and it works well for about three and a half weeks, and then about the time they come back for their monthly schedule, we need them. Nature is a beast down here.
It was a great experience and what got me going the first place is because I can't call Orkin. I'm old school and want to talk to somebody, not mess up with a damn computer. With Terminix, after I got them scheduled, they come once a month. They would normally send me an email and a phone message to notify me that they're coming in.

I have an excellent Terminix experience. It's very simple and I had to do nothing. If I had something in the house then they come in and help me immediately. I will have an email or a text message that they're going to come and visit my house. We receive their services once in a quarter except last year when we had every month for mosquitoes. My interactions with the technician are very limited and he comes in, rings the bell and says, "Hello, I'm doing my service here. Let me know if you have any problems." And then he checks around the house. The mosquitoes are still persisting despite receiving Terminix services and mosquitoes are very hard and I can't see them. Mosquitoes are the deadliest creatures in this world. But everything is okay and I didn’t have to worry about something.

I do business with Terminix because they are better compared to my previous pest control provider. I had no problems with their CS reps and my most recent service was fine, too. It's been a very good experience so far.

Since having Terminix service, I haven't had any problems with pests. The only thing is that I got a card about two weeks ago saying they're going to go up $5 on my inside service. I'm a senior citizen and don't have a lot of income, so I may have to drop this service. It was $94, and that would put it up close to $100 every three months, and I have the termite protection too that I pay yearly which they debit it out of my account. They do let me pay in increments, though.
The Terminix guy I had for years coming to do my service has always sent me a card telling me the day he was going to be here, and he was always here. Then, Terminix hired some Spanish people who were Seventh Day Adventists and they would show up unannounced on Sunday morning to do my inside service which I didn't like. But that's over now. The last guy that I had seemed good and said he would be the guy that would service me from now. I've been on Terminix for 20 years at least and up until this past experience, I didn't have any complaints. Now that I've got all that straightened out, I'd recommend them.

My sister told me about Terminix and she was the reason that I chose them over another pest control company. We had moved into a house where the people were not very clean, so we had pests. We had bugs, mice, and we even had a rat, and they took care of all of it. On our most recent experience, I called and told them that I needed them to come back. I originally called them out because of the bug problem. When the technician came out, I asked if he was able to do the rodents thing. He did that and sprayed outside for the insects also. So I added on after he got here. It is about time for them to come back and I have seen one or two pests, but it was horrendous and unimaginable how many were there when we first moved into the house.

I haven't needed to talk to Terminix in a while, but they come routinely and I get an email for it. They do what they're supposed to, and they do a good job. I've always been happy with the technicians they send because they've been very nice, courteous, and professional. If I need them, they always come fairly quickly.

My neighbor used Terminix' services and was very pleased with the outcome. The gal came over from my neighbor's and told me that she had found a lot of termites around the area, in dead wood. She gave me a free termite inspection and said that there were termites under my living room floor. I believed it and my neighbor liked her so I signed up for it. It's a practical precaution anyway to have termite service because I'm living out in the woods and it appeared that there were a lot of evidence of flying termites here. I've been with them for several years now and I'm very happy with their service that's why I keep it up.
I recently called in to cancel one of my quarterly service because it was the middle of winter and I didn't feel like I needed to worry about bugs right then. So I thought I'd save a few bucks since I've been with them a while and gotten to know the guy who was doing it. He's a nice guy who has been coming for a few years now and takes care of my house pests. I always want to get the inside of the house done when he's here. He said he had the authority to go ahead and give me a write-off and a discount on future services. So it was good. I also have another technician who monitors the dry bait traps, which are planted in the ground outside the house because my house is too close to a septic.
The only reservation I have is, unfortunately, they don't offer the service three times a year. I'd rather have the bugs taken care of three times a year instead of four because there's one right in the middle of winter when bugs are of the least concern. But since the guy wrote one off so there's not much to complain about there. I bought a rental property and I'm having them check that place out, too.

My elderly real estate clients hired Terminix to inspect their home and complete repairs. They used Terminix financing (which they paid off) to get the work done right away. Terminix billed them $16,000. When the new had the house inspected, they found NONE OF THE WORK WAS DONE! They called the technician, but he no longer works at the company. Calls have been made, but so far no one can help get this resolved. They need to get the repairs done before close of escrow in just 2 weeks or they will lose the buyers. I believe we will need to bring a lawsuit against the company.

Our Terminix technician always asks if we have any bugs inside our house when he comes to spray outside. If we have any problems after he comes and sprays, he will come back.

The technician from Terminix was here in December. He’s a real nice guy. He did what was needed to be done and we also chatted while he was figuring out my bill. He was always professional and courteous, and I’ve always had good service from him. I haven’t had any pests since their last service. The only thing I don’t like about them is that they are raising the prices.

Terminix was here almost a week ago for their bi-monthly service. We've had an ant problem once and we talked to their techs about doing the perimeter of the house. Since then, I haven't seen any pest activity yet.

For the most part, everything was good with Terminix. However we had trouble getting callbacks. We had issues and asked them to phone us to discuss something. They would give messages to the installers or the actual guys that come to our house, not the people on the phone. They never called us back regarding my daughter-in-law's issue with the bedbugs in her unit. The technician who came was friendly, professional and courteous. My daughter moved out of her apartment because we were afraid the problem was in the building. I visited it yesterday and they say it's clear. But I'm planning to move out as well because I'm not sure if the bedbugs are not going to come back.

Terminix is wonderful. We've had them for a while and we're very happy with them. When we had a problem before the scheduled routine visit, they came up immediately and took care of it. We had the routine one last week and the tech did the same with regard to what he was supposed to do. It was a very positive experience. Danny, our tech before, and Erin, our new one, are very nice young men. They have been tremendous in making sure that we were pleased with the service. Good representation of the company and good service.

My routine service from Terminix is convenient because they normally do the outside, so I don't even have to be home. They email me and let me know when they're going to be here, just in case I have to leave the back gate open for them. If they ever have to have the inside done, they'll let me know that I have to keep my pets outside for an hour because it could harm my two dogs and cat. So not only do they worry about the people that are in the house, but they also worry about the pets that I have. In the event that there's something wrong, I can call them and they'll come back. They also did a great job when they went through my daughter's room because she said she saw earwigs and spiders. I sometimes add the rest of the house to things to be done and I've never had a problem.

Terminix has been great. Normally, the date that they have the service scheduled for is fine but the times I needed to make a change, there's been no problem. Recently, a wonderful gentleman came in and determined what he needed to use for the roaches that I had been seeing and went at it. Since I had Terminix, pest activity has been practically non-existent. We have those few moments when we carry groceries in our bags that have roaches in them but they got rid of it. I love Terminix. They're good folks.

I’m from New England and I've never used a regular pest control till we came to Florida. The people before we bought our house used Terminix and we continued it. We have a routine service from Terminix and the man that services us is great. He's given me his card and if I need something, I call him and he comes right over. He's responsive and thorough. He usually takes care of everything and I don't have any problems.

Terminix does services for us on an automatic basis every month. They give me a call to indicate that they're going to be here and also to make sure that there's no dog in the backyard when they come. The rep that comes is probably the best rep ever. He does the exterior although when I see very small ants which I believe are the smallest ants that one can actually have, I ask him to go inside. The only issue we've ever had is that particular one very small insect.

We have a routine quarterly service with Terminix and it's always been great. Since we've started using them, the pests have pretty much gone away, although we do have occasional bugs but they put that dead zone which really works. Now, we only have a problem with bugs that look like ladybugs, and there's nothing anybody can do about it. In addition, their staff are always very professional and we've been satisfied with them. The only issue I had was with getting the statements because I had to provide a statement that we paid for it. It took multiple phone calls but we did get it taken care of.

I signed up with Terminix for three months at a time service and as needed. They always call to let me know the time they're going to be here and the last time they're here in January, I had a good experience. I haven't received the service for February yet because of the weather so I expect them to call anytime. The technician is usually on time and does a good job. He is wonderful, great, friendly and I wouldn't have anybody else. I had him last year and I signed him back for this year. I haven't seen any pests after their service.

Terminix came over last week. They did what they do outside and they're doing a great job. We're not having any bad results. We have been with Terminix for a number of years and I get the same guy every time which is unusual these days, so we are pleased with the service. Occasionally I see these little itty black spiders and saw one the other day in the bathroom. But they sprayed outside that may caused them to come, so I don't think much about it. Other than that, I haven't noticed any pest inside. Seamless experience.

The City of Chillicothe has been affiliated with Terminix for at least 12 years now. During this time we have received excellent service. Oftentimes, after a company secures your business they become lax in customer service. However, nothing could be further from the truth with Terminix. The service was good before but keeps improving. The tech that services our buildings is always professional and courteous. He does his job well because we very rarely have any concerns. If some concern does arise, our Tech, Mr. David **, is prompt to take care of it right away. We are well satisfied with the service we receive from Terminix.

Since Terminix like other insect service companies, could not identify my bug issue due to having to provide the bug in sample, these bugs would not die. However, the Terminix team were completely professional through the discovery process. Since they could not help me, they informed me that they will refund our money. I personally did an extensive research and found my own solution.

This is the first time we've had anything to do with Terminix. We purchased this home last year and the service was kind of a rollover, but we're impressed. They came for an annual routine visit and were really great. The inspector had an emergency at the last minute but they called and rescheduled and were on time which we greatly appreciated. The guy was very thorough and polite.

We've been with Terminix since 1973 and we keep our pest activity in control all the time. Our service with them is quarterly and they send me an email to tell me when it is. It's very simple to change if it's not convenient. Most of the time, it is so I don't have to do anything. The technicians sent are very friendly and personable. They do their job and are very efficient. They're very informative, too, and it's a pleasure talking to them. They ask if there's any problems they need to address and they get on their way.

We have two services with Terminix. One is a quarterly termite bait system and the other is a general pest control which is every two or three months. For both of those, they treat outside the house. If I see some insects inside, I can ask them and they'll come in and treat it but I have not had to do that recently. I have not seen anything in the house for months and over the years, there's been not too much pest activity. Additionally, the interactions I had with their technicians have always been pleasant and respectful. They typically ring my doorbell and let me know that they are there to do the work.

The representative from Terminix, Juan, was great. He did a good job and showed up when he said he would and didn't cut corners. I am very appreciative of that. Since we live in the country, we're still having issues with pests but I figured it's going to take a while to get that under control, at least a cycle of a year.

Terminix has always been able to work with our schedule. The tech always comes when he says he's going to. He dealt with the invasion of ants and infestation of fleas. I don't like the fact that he told me I had to vacuum the house every day for two weeks but it worked. He was wonderful and delightful to deal with. The treatments has always been successful and I'm thrilled. What else could I ask for?

We're quite pleased with Terminix. We had them place tents at one time and they do come out periodically on a schedule to check whether or not there are any pest indications. They keep treating and we have no complaints. In fact, we even mentioned to several people that we use Terminix. They say, “Well, we’re looking for somebody to give us a termite inspection.” For me, the most important thing is to make sure that the inspection is thorough and if there are any indications of termites, it is treated immediately.

Terminix did their job and they helped me with my problem, so it was a good experience. They were very helpful during the times that I needed them. They call me when they are going to come out and they set me up for the times that I was available. When the technician came, he told me who he was and what was going to be the plan for the problem that I was having. He described everything and did it, so I was very satisfied with that. Terminix handled the pest activity in my house, there's no more it since their most recent service.

We have a contract with Terminix, it's an annual checkup. When the technician comes he does a termite inspection. I was here when he came and he didn’t find any. The guy was friendly and efficient. I had no problems.

I initially called Terminix for a cockroach problem then I signed up for the annual three-month service. They've been very good about it. There has been zero pest activity since I had their service. They exceeded their obligations and I'm very happy with them. The technician only does the outside of our home so all I have to do is leave the gate open and then he comes in.

I have two services from Terminix - a termite contract and a regular quarterly service. If I have a problem or find bugs of some kind in between services, they come out and take care of it. When I had a moth infestation, my tech then (the guy we have now is relatively new) helped us and escalated it to a couple different people. They came out seven times and brought two experts before the matter finally got resolved. I never had to pay a penny over what I was normally paying for my original service too.
With Terminix, I have very little pest activity. They also hire people that stay around and know what they are doing. They know when they are over their head with a problem and are able to get someone else involved. That's an advantage and that's why I stayed with Terminix for as long as I have. Unlike the pest control service we had prior to Terminix came out four times a year and there were three different people.

Terminix comes every other month and they give me a call a day or two prior to let me know they'll be here. They show up, come in, spray, and wipe down the outside. They do what they're supposed to do and they're out. My technician has been awesome - very respectful and nice guy. When I had an ant problem, he did a good job with it although it took him four visits to get it situated and taken care of. Overall, it's been a great experience and I haven't seen any pests.

I recently talked to the general manager of Terminix to iron some issues that I had and he was very accommodating, answered all my questions and corrected my understanding of everything. I had some info from the person onsite who handles the visits with the technician and her stories didn't add up so I wanted to confirm what she was hearing and what I assumed with my service. Based on the person who works for me, the technician was pleasant and accommodating of her needs and if we have a pest issue, they always address it with no problem. The pest activity is very scant and little now since starting service with them.
There was only one issue I had and I might have been responsible for some it. The way the accounts were set up may not have been consistent. The billing wasn't being handled the way I wanted it to be. They were mailing the bills to the physical address which didn't have a Post Office Box. Therefore, we weren't billed and then I was getting notices saying that I was late. I had to respond immediately by calling them and paying with a credit card. It took me several occasions to get that all ironed out and that was a pain in the butt.
But they accommodated some special requests I had. I have two buildings that are being serviced and we started the contract at different times. I wanted to have one visit per month instead of two. It was a good experience and it all worked out. Also 10 years ago, we had some termites get into the structure of the house and Terminix came in and repaired the whole deal at no cost to us. We've been having a relationship with Terminix for a long time and overall, we're very pleased.

Terminix does a once a quarter service for us and recently, they did a big pest control in my attic. They put the insulation, the paper that's been treated with special stuff to get rid of the rodents. I was giving it time for it to work and take effect before I went up there. I haven't been up and looked over the job but I'm happy and very pleased. We spent big bucks to get rid of our mice infestation. The technician who came was friendly and explained everything well. Since we've had services we're not hearing things running around in between our walls and up in the attic anymore.

All of my Terminix experiences have been very good. I have no complaints. Since I have been receiving their services, I'm seeing little to no pests in my house. The only downside is that sometimes they change the appointment time without notifying me. I can see that online that they've changed the time that was originally scheduled and I have to call them to reschedule which has happened a couple of times. Other than that, scheduling a service is very simple. Additionally, my interactions with the technician are all positive.

The pest problem started when I noticed a black widow outside my house last summer. I killed four or six of them outside. Then a friend of mine came to my house to fix my cable and he had to go underneath the house and he said it was infested with black widows. Plus we have Boxelder bugs, and I think that’s what they’re eating. I called Terminix to have a service scheduled and the people were pleasant and I have no complaints. I like the technician. He was a really nice guy, very helpful, informative, and polite. Since the service, we’ve seen one spider and ants, but we don’t expect to see much since it’s winter. Terminix is okay so far.

I receive services from Terminix quarterly. They call and schedule everything for me. They just send an email and let me know when they'll be coming. If I need changes I have to call and make that change. Everything's fine with the technician sent by them. They're easy to work with. I have dogs so sometimes, I just ask that they leave their slip on the front door rather than having to open the door and let the dogs out. Terminix can spray but nature is nature. Spiders come in October and ants come with the rains. It's just the way it is. All we should do is try and keep ahead of it and Terminix has been good at that. They do what they can do.

Terminix did a routine spray for me recently. The technician knocks on the door, then goes outside and comes in. Usually, I'm fine with them as they do a good job. Since I hired Terminix, I forgot about ants, flies, moth, and spiders as I don't have any of that. I recommend them to everybody.

Terminix is cost-effective. Pest activity has been greatly eliminated and we don't have any insects in the house anymore. We automatically receive services from Terminix every quarter and it was scheduled at the first visit of the contract which was very easy to set up. The Terminix rep usually advises me on what he's going to do and if there are any other things that I need him to address, he usually addresses these at the same visit. I very rarely see him, but he does a good job and we've had nothing but the best from him.

We have been customers of Terminix for the past year. We first called for the control for sugar ants. Have not seen any evidence since the first visit. During the second visit the technician had seen evidence of mice being in the garage which is attached to the house and we had not seen anything. After treatment no further problems. We have routine treatments with excellent results. Service always professional, courteous and efficient.

I've requested a phone call from local offices since December and still haven't received one to resolve my issues with their customer service issues. They keep charging me for services not rendered because they keep sending the original tech Oliver to our home. The tech was rude and creepy to the point we forbid him from coming back to our home. Terminix sent a different tech a couple times but now we are back to getting the run around from everyone we talk to. I wouldn't refer anyone to this company!!!

The exterminator came about a month or so ago. He checked the outside and did what he had to do. He is very polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I couldn't ask for a nicer person. I've been with Terminix for so many years and I have their routine service. Since I started with them, the pest activity in my house has been much better except every once in a while, I do see a few roaches. I'll let the exterminator know that when he comes.

Terminix does a regular service for us. I get an email that says they're going to come on certain days in case I want to change it and they come when they say they're going to come. I've known the guy that does the service for 25 years and I have the highest respect for him and his knowledge. He's done an excellent job. We’ve been pleased with Terminix. They are professional, they do what they’re supposed to do, and they do a good job. They take care of the scheduling, they call us and let us know when they’re going to be here, and they come and do it. They initially did termite control around the house. Then, they come around twice a year to spray for bugs. We haven’t had any termites or bugs around the place so that’s helpful. Since we’ve been receiving services from them, we’ve had some spiders off and on. They are hard to control. When they showed up, we called them and they’ve gotten rid of them. The last technician that came out has been really nice, it felt like he is casing the house every time he came in. But he’s being replaced and I don’t know who I have after him.

Recently, we had a fiasco with scheduling the termite inspections. Terminix sent me emails that says the termite guy will come on a certain schedule and it doesn't happen. It was very frustrating to supposedly have annual termite inspections that are the basis for my annual renewal of the termite insurance and I'm not sure that we really get a termite inspection. It could potentially mean that we have more damage than necessary because we're not getting them.
At the end of the day, my pest control guy, Flash, on occasion has done my termite inspection. He has been coming to my homes and my parents' home for years now. Our homes have been a bug haven but I trust him because he's very good and spectacular. I have nothing but positive on him. They tried to change him from my route and then I call to get him back for my property in Florida.
On the long-term homes, I hardly ever see a live bug. But with the house that had the least amount of service it had a lot of bugs like silverfish. From time to time, I would see roaches but it's vacant for a long time which gives much more opportunity for bugs to set up residence. Overall the pest control is great but the termite thing has been flaky at best because they subcontract the termite stuff out. They're making a commitment for a time and day for a technician that isn't really a Terminix employee. We also have Terminix in Nevada but they never do interior sprays because we don't have bugs there, except for ants which we haven't had in years. The service in Nevada is reliable, dependable and recommendable.

Terminix is a very good service. Their representatives were very polite, very helpful. The only problem I ever had with them was they were supposed to be here on certain dates and they wouldn't show up and then show up two or three days later or not at all. I've had to call to get them to come.

We have Terminix come every three months because we have a contract with them for termite inspection but then we had some problems with insects on the outside of the house so we had them come once a month to service that as well. We had no problem scheduling the service. When the technician comes to the door, we'd chat for a few minutes and he checks to see if there's anything else that we need then sprays around the house. And before he leaves, he comes over and makes me sign a thing saying that he was here, present. There are no pests in the house since the last Terminix visit. It was excellent service.

Four weeks ago, Terminix came to do an inspection. Doug, the technician, is nice, pleasant and always calls when he's gonna be coming quickly. If he's delayed for any reason, he lets me know. I've had him for a year and a half and I don't mind opening the door and letting him in because I know that he's gonna take care of business and, if I have questions, he'll answer them. My only problem is with the scheduling. They go ahead and schedule me with my computer. I'm in and out of my home quite a bit. When I get home and see that they've already schedule me, I call them to reschedule because it isn't a time that I'm gonna be home especially if they need access inside.

Terminix does a routine check up in our house. I asked the technician to do an extra round because I saw a couple of bugs in the kitchen. He did that nicely and asked if there was anything else that I needed. Also, back in the beginning of this year, I kept calling about a persistent problem. They gave me the option of another person who I didn't want because I wanted the same person. But they were very nice. If I call them right now, they'll come as soon as they can. Whatever I ask, they come and eradicate pests. Terminix provides an awesome and excellent service - on time, courteous, and very efficient. The pests are now gone and I love Terminix.

I own two houses and when my mother flooded one house so they had to tear out the floor and repair it. In the process they found termites in the floor so I called Terminix. I already had a termite and bug protection on the house that I'm in so got the termite protection on the other one. Scheduling the service has been very easy. Their reps are very good and the technicians are terrific, especially Tim. He's one of the greatest guys I've ever had to deal with. He is friendly, professional, courteous and does a great job. I can't say enough good about him. Terminix has been excellent and we don't have any pest activity now.

They semi-schedule services and if it's successful to me I answer back, if not I get them on a different time. Every time the technicians come out here, they tell me everything they've done. When I call in, the reps are not always friendly. What I do now is call the supervisor directly and he's great to deal with. We were having a problem in our kitchen and it's been going on for quite a while. I thought it was ant, and the technician would spray and they still come back. We finally caught one when he was here and he took it into their office and they determined that it was a sawtoothed beetle which looks like an ant. They like grain so you can pick them at the grocery store in some grain that you purchase. I found them in my rice but once I got rid of the rice, I have no more problems.
I would recommend Terminix. They did termite inspections and also pest control for us. We've been with them for many years and we like their service. When our bill goes up, I call the supervisor and we negotiate something lower. They're really good. The only one thing I don't like is that when I go online to book my appointments, they end up changing them without telling me until the day before they're supposed to be here.

No hassle in scheduling the service. The technician always comes and when he pulls in he knocks on our door, let us know he’s here then tells us he’s gonna do the outside. If we want to do the inside, we let him know. The last time he came in and sprayed the interior of the basement and then around the outside of the house. Since we’ve been receiving services, pest activity is almost none - I may have seen one little cockroach in the last month.

We usually call Terminix when we are having a problem and then we set a time. They were never late, and we haven't seen any pests so we are sure they did their job. The technicians they send are professional, polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. When I told them I have fish tanks, they understood, and they switched to a different spray that wouldn’t harm my fish tanks.

Recently, we had a couple of rats in our garage. When we scheduled a service with Terminix, they were very quick to respond. Their rep was very friendly. And their technician was very, very nice too. He looked at the whole thing and see what we needed to do to avoid any future things like that. We don't really need to do anything at this point. But he was very, very informative and very helpful. Since that last service, the rats were gone and we're hoping they won't come back. So far, we've been very pleased with Terminix.

Terminix visits us yearly and they just came out to check for termites. Todd, the technician, who comes out more regular for my spraying, is very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful to do anything I need him to do. If I'm having ant problems, he will come out and assist me. I like him and I chose Terminix over another company because they are well-known.

At any time we used them for anything, they've been stellar especially when we had an apartment that had bedbugs that needed to be kept out. When we had carpenter bees outside, it wasn't serious since their guys started spraying. They got rid of them.

We were having some pest issues and that’s when we started calling Terminix. And then we decided to keep going with them as a preventative issue. Scheduling the service is awesome and I’ve never had any problems with it. They were able to find a good time for me and they were nice and courteous. Also, I’ve never had any problems with any of the technicians that I’ve ever had. They’re very nice and kind and they try to let me know what they’ve done and give me some advice on what could be done to prevent other pests from coming. The pest activity has been down to a minimum since their service and I’m very satisfied with the service that I’ve gotten from both the technicians and the customer service people.

I’ve been a Terminix customer for ten years. Over in the past, I’ve had ants and roaches over and above but when they came in they took care of it very well. It was a good experience, overall. Whenever the tech's here it’s been a very comfortable experience however they pushed a little bit too hard on the termite control which I don’t need.

We are in a storage complex and it also has a house on the property and Henry of Terminix keeps everything going fine. We think the world of him. He’s in and out and does everything that we asked to do. We tell him if there's any special problem that needs to be taken care of and he takes care of it. That's terrific to us. The service is performed routinely. We had cockroaches and with his steady keeping up, the spraying and what it takes, Lord only knows what could be in some of these storage lockers but we seem to have alleviated the problem. I also started Terminix in my residence because of Henry.

We've had nothing but good experience with them. I personally greet the technician when he comes to our house. We have not had any problems. So if they didn't show up on their own, we wouldn't get to see them.

Terminix always does fine by us. The technician that's sent out to our home is a nice man, very thorough, and does a good job as far as checking for bugs. He has also trapped a few mice for us down in the garage or basement. We had him for a couple of years and he always asks me if there's anything extra that needs to be done. If there's something, I tell him and he'll check it out.
I usually have a problem with those big black bees which look like cockroaches. For 15 years, they haven't been able to get rid of them. We have them in the winter and sometimes in the summer. I don't see them for a couple of months when the tech comes and then I start seeing them before it's time for him to come again.

The area that we live in is known for having a large scorpion population so we got SOS for preventative services. Though if we get a large influx of scorpions in the outside yards, we have them do a little extra. But we've managed to keep them outside now. We may be one of the few people that actually still spray so they're living in other people's yards. Also, SOS reps always give us a pre-call and then within an hour that they're going to be at the house, they'll give us another call to let us know that they're on their way.
The technician has also been fantastic. He listens to our concerns and we tell him if we see any activity but it's mainly scorpions that we're concerned with. We don't see any of the other pests. He'll even spray the brick walls outside extra. And then he recommended that we have the inside done once every three months. I also had a bee problem and SOS was very responsive when I called on that. They even called to double check and said they were going to come out but I'd rather save bees than kill them so I ended up finding a beekeeper to come and get them. Overall, SOS is excellent. They are very attentive and do a good job. We've been very pleased. We've lived here for three years using them and we have very little activity of pests of any kind, except the scorpions if that does count.

I had a wonderful Terminix experience the last time they were out. The technician is a super, super guy. Very knowledgeable young man and willing to help in any way that he possibly can. He has always been very polite, courteous and hardworking. Plus I am able to get him out here on times that are convenient for me. As a matter of fact, we were hauling and moving hay and he couldn’t catch me, so he just rescheduled like he should. We have very little pest activity around here. If there's anything that happens, all I got to do is call him and he comes and sprays it for me.

I had a contract with a smaller pest control company but then Terminix bought them out so I ended up with Terminix. Right now, I’m using Terminix as a preventative service. I was having a real problem originally with mice and rats but we got that under control. We’re just maintaining now and if I see any mice, they’re very good about coming back and doing what they need to do to keep the pest strips down. We schedule service every three months. They just call me up on the phone and tell me when they’re coming. If I'm at the house, that’s fine, but it’s more or less just alerting me to when they’ll be there.
I’ve had really good technicians and no problems at all. I have a crawl space and that is where I have the issues with the mice coming into the house. So they’ll go into the crawl space, put down whatever needs to be done and so I never have any problems with that. That was very good because I really had needed to have that done and they were very efficient about that. I really have no problems with them at all.

Our Terminix agent was extremely thorough and provided excellent service. He answered all my questions and made various suggestions that were quite helpful. This service has really controlled the pests in our house.

I was overwhelmed with mosquitoes and other annoying pests, like those awful gnats until my Terminix man suggested and then implemented a spray program specifically for that. It's made my time outside much more comfortable. Now if he just do something about the extreme summer heat here in Arkansas.

I have been a long time customer and my regular Terminix man is incredible. He is most courteous and very pleasant and VERY VERY professional and competent. I am so sorry that I do not know his name, but I am sure you do. I only wish that EVERY company I deal with had such amazing employees!!!

The Terminix guys are very good. When I call them for service, they ask me what day would be good for me then they call me and tell me when my appointment will be. They also do not stress me about payments. Their service guys are so professional too. They came out and killed the German roaches and then did the red ants in my yard three months later. They gave me a $25 discount and told me I can call them if I see a bug and they'll come out. The first guy was wonderful and explained everything I needed. Then the second guy did the outside of my house and said that when he comes back, he'd check the outside again to see if I have any more problems with ants and hornets. He'd do the inside of my house and move up too. My experience has been great with them overall. It's been wonderful and I haven't seen one roach. They make me feel safe and I can go sleep at night without worrying about bugs.

I'm very satisfied with Terminix. We had a big problem with ants. Because of allergies to what's in the pyrethrin, which are in the spray, instead Terminix put some invisible traps that didn't release stuff into the air and that worked fine and the ant problem was cleared up. We also had a problem with wasps on our deck and they took care of that right away when I told them about it. Their technician is very good and friendly. He asks what I need and responds appropriately.

The techs who serve at my address are always courteous, considerate, and capable. They tell me what I need to know and if there is anything I need to do. They come as scheduled. I feel that they are trustworthy personally and professional. The office workers are also courteous and seem to know how best to serve their customers. I recommend Terminix whenever I get a chance. We use a preventative service with Terminix. We have them do the termite service outside the house and then the pest control inside the house. Their people are always very friendly, talkative and they tell me what they're doing. I find them very professional too. There have not been any pests since we've had them so I'm very happy and well satisfied with their very good service.

Most recent service was fine like it always is. I didn’t have any problems and since I had the service I haven’t seen any spiders in the house. It's been better this time. However our check is supposed to be $65 when they come out and the last couple of times it's been $69.

I have someone from Terminix that come out every three months for preventative services. They spray inside and outside of my house. My parents had them come in and spray and I've never seen any termite here at all. The technician was nice, amenable and polite. He always calls me if he's in the area to ask if he can come and spray. He told me to call if I have any problems. He's excellent and I'm satisfied with their service.

Terminix comes every three months. One of the times they came, they offered a termite inspection where they checked the house completely, even the crawl space. They came recently for a regular treatment, and we were not home. We left the gate open for them. They came, treated, and left us a little sign that they had been there. Last summer, we had a problem with carpenter ants in one of the walls of our house, and they stayed on it. They'd visit every day or two, checking until they were eradicated. We were so delighted that they immediately took over and got rid of them. They've been excellent.

We've been using Terminix for 20 years, and they're fine. We get a quarterly check-up. They send an email and schedule the services. The technicians are good, and we haven't had any pests.

Terminix reps have been excellent, very helpful and true professionals. There's no problem at all with scheduling and the technician has been very entertaining. We enjoyed talking to him. He puts us at ease, jokes around with us, and makes us feel good about himself and the service. I can't say enough about how nice they were, how professionally they went about their business, and how they treated us. It's an efficient and very courteous service. And since we had it, I haven't seen any pest activity in our home. It's been perfect.

Thursday: 1/14/16 Appointment scheduled to inspect for possible Termite damage - no show. Called and rescheduled appointment for the following Monday, necessitating missing some work time. Sat. 1/16 Technician who was supposed to come on Thursday showed up announced - luckily we were home since, as Terminix was notified, we have 2 guardian dogs who protect the property. Inspection was done, active termite damage was found and I was told I would be contacted very shortly to arrange for an appointment. I asked the tech., Daniel **, to cancel the Monday appointment as it was no longer necessary. Mon. 1/18 Terminix employee - said he was a manager - showed up to check on the appointment. I explained about Saturday and was promised, since he was a manager an appointment would be scheduled quickly - it wasn't.
Sat. 1/30 Called the local office to find out what the status was - once again I emphasized the need for the appointment to be made at a time when I could be here. They were unable to help me but I was promised a manager would get the message on Monday and call me. No call was received. Fri. 2/5 I called and was told an appointment had been made for Mon. 2/8. No one had contacted me to see if that was a time when I was available. I arranged for my son to be here during the hours scheduled: 10 - 12. No show by Terminix. Mon. 2/8 Called to complain and was told a manager was unavailable but I would get a return call. No call was received.
Wed. 2/10 I called Terminix and got a recorded message that included I had an appointment scheduled for Friday 2/12. No one had contacted me to see if that was a time when I was available. I arranged for my son to be here during the hours scheduled: 10 - 12. No show by Terminix. Fri. 2/12 Called to complain and was put on hold - had to terminate the first call after being on hold for over 10 minutes because of work demands; Called again later in the day and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. Called the corporate office after asking for that number and was assured it would be resolved.
Everyone throughout has been very sorry and very understanding of my irritation. No one has managed to actually provide the service I am paying for much less considerate and informed customer service; they have also put their employees at risk of being hurt by our guard dogs by scheduling appointments without our knowledge.

I found ants in my bathroom, so I called Terminix back to do a re-spray. Scheduling that was really easy and the rep was real friendly and helpful. The tech gave me more information than I’ve gotten from any previous visits. He was really good and thorough and I’m really happy with the service. The ants in my bathroom have been taken care of.

My tech is always on time and takes time to listen to my update on any pests I might have. I'm happy to say that in the past 3 or 4 years since I've used Terminix, I have not had one problem that was not taken care quickly and efficiently.

The technician who came was going to do the outside, but when he came, he knocked at the door, and I appreciated it. When I had the inside done, I forgot to show him the basement, and he was real quick and knowledgeable, went downstairs, and did what he had to. He even checked the garage. As far as I'm concerned, Terminix is the best. I have no bugs since their service and I have a super great experience with them.

Probably the main reason I am still with Terminix is this man. He is so knowledgeable and interesting about the facts he tells me about the roaches and their life cycle. He is respectable and is proud of his job and therefore shows me that he is glad to be able to help my family.

Our most recent service from Terminix is for an outdoor pest control. They’ve been pretty reliable in the past. Recently, the technician went when I wasn’t here, and he did the job. But I saw him one time before and he did inside that day, and he was very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. Their customer service reps were also very friendly. Billing was a little sketchy but it was quickly resolved.

Terminix comes every three months. They usually either call or text me the day before, to let me know that they're coming. The tech isn't always the same one but they're all very friendly and knowledgeable. They come and spray around the outside and inside of the house, as I always have them do. It's pretty straightforward, and we're pleased with them.

Call them on a Friday. Suspected bed bugs. They sent Jason, the inspector, out the same day. They confirmed the bedbugs and gave us a list of things to do and started the procedure on Monday. 3 weeks later, they were gone. I would recommend TERMINIX to everyone and anyone.

I had a problem with pinhead-sized black beetles, of which I first thought they were poop from roaches. As I cannot get rid of them, I called Terminix and told them that these little bugs get into everything, even into tight jars. Terminix came out four times in a row, and each time I've called them to come out, they say "we'll be right there". I told the tech that maybe he was not using a strong enough solution to kill these bugs - it gets rid of the roaches good, but not those bugs. He then helped me go through my groceries and throw out all the macaroni and cheese, and anything that they could get into making a hole in the box to eat its contents. He was very polite and helpful. As we are in a tropical setting, I am going to have a lot of bugs. But, Terminix will never give any argument, while giving reasonable prices for seniors too and I have recommended them to friends.

I first called because I live in a wooded area in an older home and I had ants that were driving me nuts because I would spray and spray and still they came back. So I called Terminix and they came and treated my house for ants and inspected it for termites. I knew I had both sugar ants and carpenter ants. Well since then and I am going back 5 years with them, any problem I have they come right out and take care of it for me. Love the tech that comes to treat my house.

Over 10 years ago I paid over $3,500 for installation of Terminix Bait Stations (32) around my home and have renewed the contract every year @ $350 yr. Stations must be checked once each quarter and have been seldom replaced or new bait sticks added. I understand you have a new Bait System that uses poison instead of wood sticks and has to be checked only once a year. I have asked if I could replace old system with the new one without paying the entire $3,500 again and would be willing to pay some reasonable start up cost. I get no response from local supervisor in Lakeland to this request.
I do not believe I have the most effective system nor that Terminix is willing to work with me to replace it. As a loyal customer (I also have a drywood termite contract and a pest control contract and also had Terminix insulation installed) I do not feel I am being treated fairly in regard to replacing an old, antiquated termite bait system. The courtesy of a response would be appreciated.

We use Schendel Pest Control and have an every 2-month agreement for service, either in home or on the property. I let them know what we need. Service is easy and prompt; our rep spends time to answer questions or make recommendations. Worthwhile service.

I have both services, one on a quarterly one, which I rate highly. Whenever I had a problem they came out. The yearly service, they bill you before you have the service done. Last year they found that I had termite damage and I had to call so many people to get anything done. Well they came out to spray but damage was and still waiting to be completed.
