They're very professional at Terminix. I had an excellent experience with them recently and I'd recommend them.

The Terminix technician, Randall, is great. He's absolutely wonderful and I like him because he took his time and did stuff the other guys don't do. The last couple of times, he's been here to spray for the bugs and lately, the reps have been calling us and saying they're on their way the next day or so. It's always a recording, but it's been good.

I had a termite inspection recently and the guy from Terminix was awesome. He inspected everything within and out, chit-chatted and he was super nice and helpful. We've been using Terminix since we purchased our house in December 2010 and we've had termites to begin with, but now we've been termite-free and everything has been great since we've used their service.

My Terminix rep has been servicing my house for a long time and he's very good. I would recommend Terminix. It's been very good so far. However, sometimes I have to call them when it's time for my annual renewal because they want to raise the rate, which I am not happy about because I've been with them for many years. And so when they attempt to raise my rate, I'm going to say, "Bye-bye".

Terminix is very professional and reliable. They call me a day before to let me know they're coming. My technician is very friendly. He always comes to the door to see if I need anything inside the house. Terminix recently did their monthly service and since then I don't have any pests inside the house. They get the job done.

We purchased a new home and shopped for a bug guy. Terminix was in the neighborhood and their pricing model was good so we decided to use them. The gentleman came over for the initial visit and told us about everything. He did the initial inspection to make sure we knew what we were dealing with and had a sprayer come the same time to do his first perimeter spray and an indoor spray. Needless to say, scheduling a service has been pleasant. I spoke to somebody and they arranged everything. The appointment took place when they told us and for the price they told us.

I’ve had pest activity years ago and I’ve always had the pest control to keep that from happening. Since I’ve been using Terminix, I haven’t had a problem. They treat my property and does a fine job. Also, they step up to their warranty. I have the termite warranty and one time, we found a spot that had termites. They came out immediately and took care of that. Overall, I'm satisfied.

I use Terminix to spray and they do a good job on it. They call every three months when they're going to come. Their guy tells me what he's going to do when he comes and sprays mostly outside and in the rooms. Sometimes, they come and inspect, too. Since I’ve been receiving their services, I don’t have ants anymore. I used to see signs of these quite often but not so much now, maybe only once or twice in a year. I'm satisfied.

We weren’t happy with the other company we're using so we changed to Terminix and our experience with them has been satisfactory. I didn't like the technician we initially had so they changed it to another one whose name was Steve. He's the best and does a great job.

The Terminix guys are always on time, very professional, good and leave feedback about what they did and get it sent to my email. We had them for routine service and then whenever we have problems, we call them too. It's very easy to schedule service and they come by quickly and get it done.

We've used Terminix since we moved in our house 26 years ago. My experience with them has been very friendly and kind. They've always been on time and I've never had a problem. I have called every service Terminix has and I don't have any pest activity since. My son bought himself a new home and asked us who we used for our extermination and we said Terminix. My son called Terminix for an estimate and made it very clear that he was calling for an estimate. The rep gave him an estimate and about a week later that Terminix rep called my son. My son said that he has chosen to go with a different firm then this rep lashed into him with four letter words and all that kind of stuff. Incredibly, I am so upset about it that I'm very seriously thinking of stopping my Terminix service. I've never been treated that way but I might be the next one. I'm not real happy about my son's experience with them.

There were spiders which used to crawl up in the bathroom wall and that was awful. That’s when we decided to get Terminix. They got rid of our spiders, and we're very happy with Terminix.

Terminix comes out every three months. I'm usually not around when the technicians come but they've always been really nice. They usually leave a message that they'll be out on an a specific day. If I'm here, the technician will stop, say hello and ask if I have any problems. If I'm not here they just leave the receipt. I don't see many bugs and spiders or anything like that since and it was for carpenter ants. They do have a bait for mice and rats. All in all, everything's fine.

We're extremely pleased with the service that Terminix provides. Our service technician, Noel, has been phenomenal and responsive. I can't say enough nice things about the gentleman. We have an issue with cave crickets but he comes and puts the traps in the basement. The scheduling is very accommodating and the price is extremely reasonable.

Professional approach to business, service and communication at a reasonable cost. Consistent communication and feedback from service tech. Service has been effective and prevents ants and other menacing bugs.

Terminix has always been good at working around my schedule. They call me to ask when is good for me and when they're going to be in the area. Also, the pest activity has significantly reduced since I started using their service.

I've had Terminix for a number of quarters now and they have access to my house when they come. Services have been easy to schedule - I get an email from them then a confirmation via phone message. They've been thorough, communicative and very attentive in keeping me in the loop about when and where. They leave a voicemail afterwards on what they've done and if there were any issues. So far, the pest activity has been an ongoing thing since we've got a lot of wood. However, it's better now with Terminix compared to before. Overall, they've been doing a good job and I'm satisfied.

I had Terminix come to my son's home and they were great. They came on time, did everything necessary and I'm completely satisfied. They come out every two months and they would call the day before to confirm and then would call again about a half hour or an hour before they're here. Their technicians do what they're supposed to do and sometimes give us helpful comments, and since receiving their services, pest activity here has been less.

Our service man has always done what he said he's going to do. He calls before he wants to come, and if we're not here, he'll do the outside. When we're home, he'll come back if we need to and do the inside so the service is perfect. Plus, what Terminix use works so I'm happy with them. Hence, this company is a pretty good company so I'll keep them.

I have a quarterly service with Terminix and their technicians are pretty good. They come, do their job, and go. They usually notify us if they did anything to keep the dog away.

I'm very satisfied with Terminix. They're very good, reliable, thorough and timely. We're scheduled every three months. I'm happy with my regular guy. He is punctual, polite and very pleasant.

Without question, Terminix has reduced the incidence of insects inside my homes, and also reduced the incidence of rodents beneath my home. However, the cost is very high, and training seems inconsistent. At my home in Sammamish, this is especially true. However, on Anderson Island, Pierce County, the tech who is on my route seems to be very well-trained and very caring about my property. I was required to add Termite Inspection 4 years ago, for an additional amount per year of just under $300. This covers one inspection per year, and Western Washington is not known for termites. We do have carpenter ants. Why can this variety of ants not be included in regular insect control and inspection? I have been paying more than $400 per year, per home for Insect Inspection and Control.

Since having Terminix service in our home, we have had no pest activities. They automatically call me every 60 days for the scheduled service and I've had good interactions with their technicians.

We're on a revolving schedule with Terminix. They email us saying that my service is coming up and then Justin, the technician, will give me a call when he's on his way. It's been good and I don't have to do anything. He's wonderful, dependable, thorough and trustworthy. It's been a great experience with him. Last year I needed to reschedule service and the reps that I spoke with were kind, responsive and helpful. We live in the country so we have lots of bugs occasionally in between our rotation but with Terminix, we've managed to keep them away.

Terminix comes to our home 3-4 times a year. In fact, they were here today. The gentleman today is not our regular guy but he was very respectful. So far everyone we've had has been very respectful, courteous and thorough. They usually only do the outside so I just see them go around and spray. Our lot is almost an acre so there's a lot of trees and bushes. There's a lot of places that bugs can get into, so we had quite a bit of spiders when we first moved in. But with Terminix, they've gone down significantly. We used to have them in our old house too and we had Terminix address it as well. We have a good experience with them.

I have two Terminix plans. One for bugs and the other one is a termite plan. The technician is a very nice gentleman -- very friendly and helpful. He did a tour of everything inside and outside the house respectfully and then let me know what he's seen and what he's done and gives me the paperwork. Last time, luckily, they didn't find anything. He knows we have a dog and he uses spray that isn't toxic on dogs and make sure I don't take the dog over that area for the next half hour until the step dries.

We appreciated that our technician came when scheduled and answered all our questions thoughtfully and completely. He went beyond the required steps to identify ways we might exclude some "creatures" who come in from the cold and to protect other areas of our property. Very helpful.

I appreciate my overall experience with Terminix. They come in and do a professional job and I've been very pleased ever since. I don't have any pest at all since having their service. I will recommend them to all of my friends. I appreciate them and they should continue their good work.

We love our Terminix technician, Freddie **. He always calls to confirm the best service time for us. He's always on time. He always asks if we've had any pest trouble since his last visit and/or if there are any specific areas we'd like him to check out or focus on. He's always friendly, courteous and neat in appearance and in the work he performs at our house. Seems like an all around good dude. Honestly, I think we would be disappointed if anyone other than Freddie ever showed up at our door.

The termite treatment guy from Terminix came to the door and I didn't have to schedule it. He had called up two days before, said he would come that day, showed up and did the exterior inspection. It's been very satisfactory through the years.

I have a good experience with Terminix. Tony has been the person that comes to spray for me for years. He has been great, helpful and friendly.

Terminix made their appointment ahead of time so everything went well. I wasn’t here the last time they did service but the times I have been here, the people have all been great. I would recommend them.

I have regular scheduled visits from Terminix. The guy that comes out is nice and friendly. He always answers any questions I may have. He leaves whatever paperwork he needs to leave at the door. Sometimes, he'll knock at the door and if I'm home, I'll answer. He's good at letting us know he's there and we see him doing whatever he's doing. I don't have any complaints at this point and would recommend them to a friend.

I've had Terminix for a number of years and I've always had good service. It's a great company and they stand behind what they say. If something else pops up in between my service, they would all come out again. Scheduling was extremely easy and I do the automated stuff. When the tech shows up, I always talk to him. I don't have any issues in our home since the service.

I've been with Terminix for quite some time, but my most recent experience was bad. I was trying to ask the technician some questions and I didn't like his attitude. When you come in people's homes, the least you can be is courteous. I had some termites and I was explaining it to him, but they never got back to me so I had forgotten about it.

Terminix did a great job here for us and we were very happy. I followed the technician around and he was very efficient. He showed me what he did, identified all kinds of stuff, things to look for and not look for, and problems. He was called on a particular problem with some mice and he took care of that plus all those other stuff. He's also coming back here in about a week to do some other checking. It's been great. He was a very pleasant person to talk to and fun. I enjoyed the short visit that I had with him. I'm very satisfied although it's the first and the only time in my life I ever had anybody out. I would definitely call him back any time.

All of our Terminix visits lately have been regularly scheduled. We've been in our house for 11 years and we had the same technician, Mike, the entire time. Every time he comes over, we talk and get updated on our kids. He's very nice. I like having somebody that I know well enough, know a little bit more about them. It builds rapport and trust. He doesn't just come and spray and leave. He does anything he can find that needs to be done. He goes above and beyond by telling us about the new insects he found and things that we should do like doing some caulking around our window or doing some weather stripping on our door as it seemed to be getting a little old and that kind of bug can get through it. Those were the things I wasn't expecting and I always appreciate it.

We always have a good experience with Terminix. They come out on a routine schedule and we have no problems with it. The technician they sent has been knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I asked questions and he answered them. Overall it's an excellent experience.

Terminix comes out, sprays and takes care of the bugs. When the technicians arrive, they ring the doorbell and wait for me to come out and then let me know that they're there. And if there’s any particular area that I am having trouble with and would like for them to spray like when I was having trouble in the garage, he went through and did what he needed to do. The technician always checks with me which is cool because sometimes people come and I never know when they came and when they left.

We've had Terminix at this house for 15 years and they're wonderful when they're here when they're supposed to be. However, the gentleman that has been our rep here, who had been with us several years, left the end of last year and since then, Terminix has not been able to find or hire a full-time person to cover our area. So we've had plenty of people coming from other areas to cover it and they're trying the best they can at the present time. It'd be nice to get back to have somebody that knows the place. Everything was absolutely marvelous until this happened and it seems to be taking a lot of time to hire someone.

We had bugs so I called Terminix for an exterminator. Their technicians are nice and showed me a lot of stuff that would help me. They got rid of the bugs and it was great. They did a good job, that's why I've already recommended them to a couple more people who have them now.

We’ve been with Terminix for a long time. They’re great, so I’m still with them. The representative that comes out has been coming to my house for five years and otherwise, I’d cancel them. They do a good job and I’m really pleased.

The guy from Terminix who comes here every quarter is very kind and prompt to help whenever we had problems with insects coming back. He gave me his number so whenever I have any special need I can call him. I had only one problem two years ago, with somebody on the phone from the Harrisburg area. The guy was rude when he spoke to me on the phone, but I was told that this problem was solved. Other than that, it's always been a good experience with them.

I've had Terminix for years. The latest service with me was very good. Besides termites, I also had pest control treatment and the technician checked both.

It has been a completely satisfactory experience with Terminix. The service person showed up when he said he would at the correct time and day and proceeded to do the spraying and pest control and then left. The pest activity since then has been very low. They got those pests scared.

We have a routine service with Terminix. Their reps are good and generally, they call us about a week ahead of time before they come in for a scheduled service. We've had the same tech for years and if we have discussions, we work it out. We have no pests now, although we might have a few visitors when it rains. Overall, we're satisfied.

I've been using Terminix for several years. They sprayed every three months, and it's always been fine. The technician is always very cordial and willing to spray where I want him to spray. I didn’t have any problem with last time, but there have been a couple of times when they would set me up or that I would get a call saying that they were coming out to spray and then they didn’t show. I think that happened twice, but that’s been old back. I remember recording them coming and then they didn’t, but then I called and they got right on it.

The Terminix representatives I spoke to on the phone have been pleasant. Also, every technician who comes to the house is always very polite and respectful, so we enjoy that aspect of the company. Since I started service with Terminix, pests diminished quite a bit. They do routine visit but I was about to call them because I’ve seen some droppings. The only frustrating incident I had with them was when they told us they would be here at a certain time and no one showed.

The Terminix team came by to spray the exterior of our house and replace the sticky traps. They come every three months but if there's something I need them to do inside, I call them back. They've been very good and since having their service, I've had no pests at home.

We've recently had our annual termite inspection and quarterly visit. It's wonderful and we're very pleased with Terminix. We've never had a problem or delay in getting service. The customer service guys are always good. When we first got Terminix, we were in charge of either calling and scheduling appointments, or a rep would call us and ask if a service date would be good. Now, it's automated and I get an email that tells me when they're coming. If that's not a good time, I call them and they reschedule. They're always very gracious to set it up when it's convenient.

We're set up on a plan with Terminix so every quarter they send an email to say they're coming and they also call in advance. Recently, I had a scheduled call with them and the technician confirmed that he was going to be out. He was professional and polite. He told me what he was going to do and when he's done. Our original bug people up in Ventura was bought by Terminix and they've been good. They've done a great job with the ant control and when I was trying to set up something for my mom everyone was cool about it.

Everything about my experience with Terminix is positive and I'm very satisfied with them. I've only had to call their tech back once when I saw a few roaches in the house, and he came in and took care of that. What I like about their service is that I don't have to be here because they just spray outdoors.

The Terminix technician comes and does the regular checkup. We have a good relationship with them. We had a problem with some mice and they took care of it. We set traps and that seems to have abated them. We moved here in '79 and Terminix has been taking care of us ever since.

Terminix came out and did a free full inspection because we do a routine service. Their techs have been pleasant, professional and did a good job. Pest activity is almost non-existent. It's been a good experience.

We’re Winter Texans so when we get down there in Texas, I call the Terminix office before we leave and they send out a gentleman to inspect our home. We haven't had any pest activity but for prevention, they come in, check, and make sure that we don't have any. The service is performed routinely. We don't set it until we arrive down there and when I call them they set a time and a gentleman is usually right on time. If he says 10:30 he's usually within a ten-minute window of that time, so that's nice and we don't have to hang around waiting for them to show up. The guy inspects and looks for any sign of any infestation and he's very professional and courteous.

Terminix gets rid of our bugs and we've been using them for so long. I recommend them.

My technician is Jeff and he's always been very polite and really thorough. When a mouse gets caught under the sink in my laundry room, I call Terminix and Jeff comes out to get that. He makes sure everything's okay and I'm very satisfied. In the past I had a few lowlights with Terminix, but not in the recent years - it's fine.

I have service from Terminix once a month, and have done so for many years now, and it's always a very good experience. We decide on the next schedule of service on the time of each visit. They come up with the date, I write it down and wait on it. (I've one on the 11th.) They're very easy to deal with and their servicemen are very polite and nice. They make sure that they do a good job and covered everything - they ask me if I have any problems or if there's something they need to do that they're not doing. I've always been pleased with their service.

Terminix did a routine visit in our house recently. The reps are great, very personable and kind. The techs are very thoughtful, and they explain what they are going to do that day. After that, if there is anything else that I notice to be a problem, they cover the gamut. I certainly don't have any problems with whatever they're treating.

My last service from Terminix was just a few weeks back and I wasn't home at the time. I talked to the gentleman on the phone, and he was very polite. I've never had a bad experience with them. It doesn't take them very long to get it done and I'm very satisfied with their service.

Service is the same as it's been for years. We started using Terminix before anything could get going and haven't had any issues. I’ve been using them for 19 years. They're fast and efficient. My wife made an appointment with Terminix and they sent a man who was quick and courteous. He told me about certain things and latest applications. Since having their service, everything's been excellent and overall, I've always had a good experience with Terminix.

I have nothing but good to say about Terminix. They said they would come then they came and did their thing. The technician was a nice person and professional. There's a big decrease in the pest activity in our home. But I did, in fact, see a roach, a silverfish, and baby ants at some time. However, I haven't seen anything in a long time, so maybe they're all gone now and that's good. Terminix did what they were hired to do.

I have met with the Terminix technicians that have come out on a couple of occasions. They arrive within the window that they schedule and perform the spraying treatments and most of the time, they're effective. But there was one occasion where it took two follow-up appointments to beat back the insects, and they did. They came out and were courteous. I feel like they are doing a good job and I enjoy our interactions each time.

The young man that does the service is real talks to me about the spraying of chemicals around my house. Also is easy to get along with.

We had a regularly scheduled preventive maintenance visit from Terminix and the service was excellent. We had them at our previous address but we moved to a new location. I wasn't aware that they were coming to service us so I asked them to come out again just to make sure they were servicing the correct home. Their rep promptly showed up and confirmed that he was there. I was very pleased with the service and felt comfortable when he was covering for us.

I love the technician. It always is the same guy, Max, and he's very respectful of my animals and my home. He's awesome, although my scheduling experience is another story, because they scheduled their service for 10 to 12 but it fell back 9 to 10. I've seen a few ants since the service but I would still recommend them.

Terminix recently came out to do their quarterly treatment and they were very thorough. I’ve never had any problems when scheduling our service. They usually send me an email that they are coming and I don’t have to be here when they come. The technician is a very positive man. I have not seen any scorpions since we have been using Terminix. Also, they set up a rat trap which caught a rat, so I called them and they came out as soon as they could to remove the rat. They were great, and I’m very satisfied with them.

I've had Terminix for years and they've been doing very good. I don't have any pests since I had them.

We had spiders, and Terminix resolved the problem. The technician was out within a day or two from when I called and he was friendly and professional. Charles had been handling our perimeter pest control service for quite a while now and he does an excellent job. Terminix also sends a different tech for the termite inspection every time. So far, we haven't seen any pests since their service. I've been with Terminix for a long time and we've had a fine experience with them.

Terminix came out to check on the bait stations and I was perfectly satisfied with what they did. I talked to somebody personally for scheduling but one time, there was some confusion. Somebody had called me and said they were coming on a certain day and time and they didn’t come. So I called and they said they didn’t have any record of that. Something happened there but that was unusual as that hadn’t happened before. The techs were fine nonetheless. They’re very polite, helpful and answer my questions, and do their job. Since the service, I’ve sure gotten rid of my biggest problems, which are the ants and the termites.

The Terminix technician who came the other day was very nice as usual. He's professional, knowledgeable and helpful, so my experience with them has been great.

I'm satisfied with Terminix and I had recommended them to a friend. I had everything they had to offer. I like the pest control which I've had for a long time. I had termites and Terminix has been coming out for five years now. Every time they do, they call me and tell me when they'll be here. The technician that they send to spray is the one that's really nice.

We had a termite inspection recently and it went well. The tech that Terminix sent was thorough - he went all over the house, inside and out, and underneath. So far, we haven't seen any termites.

We had some messy neighbors downstairs and the roaches got in my house. Terminix was out here within a few days that the technician was able to tell me what kind of bugs I had and they had the right chemicals to get rid of them. Not only did they spray in the house but they put up some treated patches that messes up the cockroaches' reproductive cycle so they can't breed. The technicians have always been really good and they've made friends with the dog living with me. They've always made sure to let me know that whatever they're going to use is going to be pet-friendly and so far, there's no problem. That's important. I've been really, really happy with Terminix. They got rid of the cockroaches and kept them away.

Terminix is good. The tech guys were able to answer all of my questions and they arrive in the time they said they will. They are always friendly and courteous.

Terminix recently came and did outside service but I'm not happy that they don't do rodents. They won't take care of that, just the squirrels. But still, I'd recommend them.

I had a rodent problem and Terminix came out, advised me, gave me some traps and the problem was gone. It was easy scheduling a service with them. They're efficient and timely. We have a continuing service with them for lawn and termite control. I see them once a month. The technician is knowledgeable and we're satisfied with the service. The pest activity has been excellent since then.

Terminix did a termite treatment to our house and it was great. We haven't had any pests since then. The technician tore off the bottom board of our house, which is brand new, so we had to have that replaced and fixed. Nevertheless, they've been very good in taking care of us and it turned out to be a good experience.

I have Terminix for a very long time. The technician is a nice man. I'm 90 and move slowly. He gives me time to get the dogs inside before he starts. The office always schedules unreasonable, ridiculous hours, which is way earlier than the tech ever gets here. That's how it's been since the beginning so I learned just to ignore it and be here and when he comes. He alerts me when he gets here. I am pleased with my experience.

My experience with Terminix has been very good. I would recommend them to others.

Terminix has been responsive here in Florida. They were here recently to spray around the outside of the house. However I find the website really difficult to work my way through to schedule service so I generally call and talk to somebody. Our technician, Chris, does a great job. He's always willing to go the extra mile for us and help take care of things. In the last year or so, Terminix has done a really good job of knocking out all pests so we haven't had any problems at all. But it's a different experience in our house in Rochester, NY because I was unhappy with them. The guy never showed up when he said he would and the whole thing was a dismal nightmare. At this point, they've gone through a big personnel change.

Terminix has always been good. Their technicians were usually very nice and so far, it has been a very good experience so I'm satisfied.

It's been 40 years since I've had Terminix and I've never had a problem with them. They've always been here on time and they have been nice whenever I deal with them. Recently, their guy got tied up but I called in and they came right out. I'd talk to anybody about Terminix.

The Terminix guy did a thorough job going around the outside looking for spiders and ants during his last visit. He knows what to ask and what to look for. It also seemed like we had a special the week before because he also checked around inside the house and found a problem. We had a jar of almonds with worms by the sink which had eggs and were hatching out. He did something about it and told us what we could do like pour chlorine down in the sink. It's better now. I was glad they thought it was good to make an extra trip like that besides the quarterly trips and didn't charge for it. We've recommended them and our neighbor's on Terminix now.

Terminix has since contacted us and is coming out to treat again. I appreciate the time the corporate office took to reach out. I updated my rating to 4 star due to it being resolved, however, it took a review on this site to get a response and that is why I will not give a 5-star rating. Thank you!

Talking to a rep to schedule for service with Terminix is easy and the technician who came was prompt. He did a good job and left after taking care of our problem with spiders. We're still having spiders but that's going to take more thorough going like spraying underneath the house. All is good and we're satisfied with them.

We've used Terminix for years since we owned our first home 20 something years ago in North Carolina. We have them on a schedule every quarter but I call in between if we need them. Their rep, Mike, is our primary technician and we love him. He always stops and talks to us at a personal level. Plus he's very knowledgeable and very courteous of our time so we love dealing with him.

The technicians from Terminix have always been super polite and helpful. They came out and looked at the termite traps that they had put in around the house and everybody was happy. I was also pleased with their initial inspection. They did not do a thorough one, they just came out and said, "Oh, yup. You got termites." That's it and they did a good job of going around and looking for other damage. Since the last service, it solved the problem.

I am very happy with the technician that comes to my resident. He is very thorough and asked if I have any questions or problems.

I signed up for a routine service with Terminix, and they come and do it. The technician always speaks nice.

Terminix comes out here every few months and checks the property to make sure everything is fine. And I also subscribe with them with mosquito repellant, which has been wonderful and something I’ll do again in the summertime. They come and ask us questions then walk the perimeter. They normally call to schedule their service, and show up when they say they’re gonna show up. We’re new to this area in Michigan since we moved here about two and a half years ago and the pest control out here is new to us, but they've been very good. However, when they called and sold me on this mosquito preventative, about two months later, they called wanting to sell that to me again. So I don’t think one technician knows what the other is doing.

Terminix called me to schedule service and it was extremely easy. They came to my home two weeks ago and my technician was absolutely fantastic. I wasn't there but I knew he was coming. He sprayed all the outside and he also reported to another Terminix division about a couple of places in my house that he perceived critters could get in. Since their service, the pest activity has been resolved. We have no critter problems at present too. Five years ago, we had a rodent problem in the attic, though. Back then, they put sticky traps up there which I thought was part of my service. I was assured it was part of the basic plan.

Terminix bought out my existing contract from another termite company and now, we have a routine schedule with them. Their reps were excellent and their guy who comes out to our house does a great job. He's courteous, accommodating to my schedule and he goes the extra mile. Everything's been good so far.

The service with Terminix is done routinely. We have it four times for outside throughout the course of the year and then the inside inspection in the house is done annually in January. It’s been favorable. I’ve been using them for five years. No more spiders and bugs in the basement that’s why the outside attention is so helpful. They are thorough and they do the job. They come when they say they’re coming and I don’t have to worry about it. All I have to do then is pay the bill.

Terminix folks recently came in and they sprayed for spiders, ants and nasty creepy crawly things. It's very easy scheduling a service with them, except for one time. They were supposed to come back and they did not follow up on that very well. But other than that, everything else has been very good. Their technician was very nice, professional and willing to help. Since it's winter time, the pest activity is very low. Usually, on warmer weather, we tend to have more bug problem. So far, they've been very consistent, and I've used them for quite a while now. I'm happy with the experience - very satisfactory.

Terminix schedules our service automatically and they call to set-up the appointment. We're usually at home when they come out. Recently, I didn't see their technician but he did the outside work and left a message. He’s a nice and friendly guy and he certainly knows what he’s doing. It has been a satisfactory experience with them.

I had a good experience with my most recent service from Terminix. The gentleman came, was in and out and did a great job. This was our first service in our new home here. We moved to Texas but in our previous experiences, it’s been relatively easy to schedule our services. We get on a schedule once each quarter of a year and they would call us and come out. In the past years, the technician would call the day before he was coming to remind us that he was coming. He usually lets us know when he was here, he knocks on the door, services everything, hands us a receipt, and then say goodbye. Everything seems to be okay since we’ve been receiving their services. It’s only been one time in this house so I’m anxious to see if it will continue since we’re in a new state. I need to call them to come back out because we’re in a new neighborhood with a new development and it stirred up a little pest activity in the area.

Terminix comes out once a year to check. When their technicians come in, they’re really nice, friendly and do their job. I had some problems on pest activity a long time ago but I haven’t had any for the past years. I call their reps back and schedule if I can’t make a particular one. We work together and most of the time I work with them. They’re all good people, as well as their attitude. I have not had any problem with them.

Terminix gives us a visit once a month and since we had their services, everything's been good. I don't see any roaches or bugs so I imagine they're doing what they said they would do and I haven't heard too much complaints from my wife.

The technician sent me an email saying I wouldn't have to worry being there at the place and that he'd only spray outside so I called to let him know that he really needed to come and spray inside. On the other hand, the pest activity is a lot better since we've had their service. Their service is beneficial to us.

The last time that they came, they just showed up, and I haven't seen any roaches since. The technician came in and started talking like we've been best friends. Since using Terminix, we've had them come out, sometimes in-between services, and sometimes we don't -- depending on the time of the year. The last time I was on the phone with them, they had a cancellation the day before and so they were able to come out a day early. They did not need to get in the house so they were able to do what they needed to do outside and left a note to let me know they were here.

With Terminix I can sleep better at night since I know there are no spiders falling over me. The technicians are really sweet guys. Sometimes I feel like they’re just too nice to be true. And I always take precautions because I’m mostly home by myself all the time. My son and daughter both work, and my husband is a workaholic so I’m here a lot on my own. So when the technicians come, I make sure that all my windows and doors are open.

Terminix have done a fine job. I called them the other day and told them I'm alright. When their tech comes here, he says hi and bye and does what he's supposed to do.

Before the visit, Terminix called and told me when the tech was going to be here and that was fine. He always comes to my house and checks it and sprays it for bugs. Dan is one of the best technicians Terminix has. They'll have my business as long as he's around. He has always been prompt, he responds, is good about pointing out and fixing things when needed, and does a good job. I've been very happy with Terminix since I joined. I've had them for five years. Setting up my service was an excellent experience. I called the first time and after that I was given a cellphone number so I could respond or could call. I had a rodent problem and they came out and set traps. Two of the rodents were trapped. I called and they came and took care of it, so overall it was an excellent experience. The pests have been gone since I've been receiving services.

Terminix performs a routine service for us. Everything has been fine though it's expensive. Their technicians politely come to the door and tell us they are here before they come inside. They would do anything they could to be of service.

We have a routine service with Terminix and it has been very good so far. I've had very little interactions with the reps, only to confirm a visit and mostly to get emails on when they're scheduling our service and expect to be here in the area. If we have a problem with our service schedule, we call them back and reschedule, but normally we take whatever schedule they've got. They've had some very good technicians here. Most of them have been very nice. One young lady was here for a couple of visits and she was very friendly and engaging.

I have Terminix for maintenance and the pest activity since their service is fine. The technician I had before was a nice man but he's no longer there. When scheduling for service, it's easy when talking to a rep but I'm not successful when I try to use the online system. But, they keep their appointment time and I appreciate that.

I've been using Terminix for a long time and they have kept down the pest activity in my home. I have the pest control as well as the termite control, and I like both of these. I receive services about once every three months. Their service guys are nice and always very polite and gentlemanly, and my interactions with them have all been good. I'd recommend Terminix. Their pesticide does not smell and most everything they do is outside, which I like.

It’s worth the money having Terminix and it took a lot to get me to agree to spend that much. We tried it and we like it. They schedule the service for us and if we don't like it, we'd call them up and change it. The technicians they send were very personable, knowledgeable, don’t mess up the house, have good manners and speak well. My wife doesn’t like having ants in the house and we don’t have it anymore. Lately, we had some mouse problems, with them getting into things like stuff we have in storage. They set traps and took away the ones that have mice in them and so we don’t have that problem. The carpenter bees have also pretty much ended. If they return, we'd call them up and they'd send somebody over right away to give them another treatment. I’m happy with it and I've recommended them to people.

I had bed bugs, and I called Terminix in distress. They came out the same day, did an inspection and scheduled for a week later, which was the earliest they could get in. I wasn't at home when they came in a week later but my neighbor came and let them in. When they came back ten days later for follow up, they told me that there was no pest activity. And yesterday was the first day I moved back into my bedroom and I didn't get bit. So I haven't seen any activity since then.

I'm very satisfied with the way Terminix checks things. They call and tell me when they're coming. They leave a number if it's not convenient for me. The technicians are always helpful and they tell me what to do. The pest activity has been better since then.

I'm signed up with Terminix for the exclusion service. For the past two weeks, they have been coming on Fridays and the appointment I want is 3:00 to 5:00. So Friday before last, when the gentleman left, I confirmed that he would be back this past Friday in that window and he said, "Yes". But when I got home on Friday afternoon, because I'm off work early to be able to be there at 3:00, by 4:30 he had not come. I called Terminix, because he's usually already there by then, and found out that the appointment had been changed from 1:00 to 4:00, although nobody bothered to tell me about the change, and he had been there at 2:20. So, I didn't like that at all.

The service technician was very timely, quick, thorough in his spraying, and informative when asked a questions. A superb job.

Terminix sprayed my yard and my house for fleas and roaches. They came twice. The first time, I was in the house when he sprayed the inside and when he fogged it up and sprayed in the yard. He also put a mouse trap, a little sticky stuff for the mouse because when he moved the stove, he did find mouse droppings. I've had the traps since and they have not caught anything. A couple of days later, it was my son's birthday and I had a little get together here inside the house with my family and they said they felt bites on them. The technician that came said there was no pest activity but I showed him the dead ants that I had.

I cancelled one of my programs for Powderpost beetles. I was paying money every time they come out for nothing. The guy comes out with a flashlight and shines the flashlight around. I can shine a flashlight around a hell of alot cheaper than $400. He doesn't put the treatment or anything. I called Terminix and I asked them what was the purpose of this. They said, "Well, that's to renew the program". I said, "What the hell do you mean program? You ain't doing anything". "I'm the one that noticed the Powderpost beetles in the first place when the tech initially came out and treated it." Then after that, I keep getting a bill. That I think is some kind of racket, so I told them to cancel it. I was dissatisfied with that experience. There might be other outfits out there a little better. But I have another Terminix guy that comes every three months to spray and puts down these crystals around the foundation and stuff. I don't mind paying for that as I see I'm getting something.

The tech was very nice and did what he had to do. I've still been seeing stuff here and there, and Terminix said that they’d come back and spray an extra time but I haven’t called them back. My only concern is that I don’t want to be on a contract.

Terminix sprayed outside, under and in the house and I'm always pleased with them. They schedule the service, and I tell them what days are okay with me. I've always had good communication with everybody. Terminix are good people. They're good for us and have been good to us.

The Terminix team has always been very nice. My husband is usually there when they come. When he talks to them, the technicians ask if we need anything or if we're okay with what they're doing. They've never done anything bad and they always clean up. They're very nice and they don't try to do other things apart from what we want. They do everything right, and we really like them.

I had a service call with Terminix. They came out and did a quarterly prevention service. Our service is already scheduled, so they call in advance and let me know when they are coming. Then on that day, the technician would call to let me know he's on my property, which is good because I don’t want strange people walking around my property. The technicians sent out by Terminix are pretty knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and I had good interactions with them. Since our last service, our home is better than before.

We had some pest problems and Terminix started coming to us. We agreed for a technician to come three times a year to check and he has always been cooperative and helpful. He does a good job when he comes. We haven’t had any problems and I’m very satisfied. It’s really good. I would recommend Terminix. I just wish they wouldn’t raise the charge every year but that’s what they do and I appreciated that the technician was able to lower one year for me.

We have a routine outside service with Terminix and I haven't had a problem scheduling my service with them. Since we've had them, the pest activity has become better because usually when I'm due, we start to see some activity and that's when I know it's due.

We've had good luck with Terminix at the house we owned in another city so we called them. They came to spray around our barn and our farm. The service was a one-time thing. There was some disparity between the fellow that was supposed to do our area and the fellow that did our area. One was from Terminix-owned business and the others were from private contractor working for them. The fellow that came out was a corporate guy. He showed up and did a fine job. But, he could not sign us up for a reoccurring treatment because he doesn't come to that part of the area where we live. I called the other guy and had him set up something. I wish they would tell us if they can do the service with the right person who would be able to deal with our geographic location or not.

The pest activity is better than before since having service from Terminix. They give us enough notice and alert when they're on our property. The technician is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. But I wish they could be faster when I have an emergency or other than the regular scheduled services. If I call them tonight or tomorrow because of ants, I would like a faster response. I am not satisfied with their response time. But it has been a good experience with them.

Terminix did a pest control at my home. They went around, sprayed underneath the kitchen cabinets, bathroom areas and around the edges. They're excellent in scheduling the service and send me an email notice, which is helpful. Then if the time is not good for me, I can call them back and reschedule it. The reps are perfect and the technicians took their time and explained what they're doing. If we have bugs in a particular place, they take time to spray that area again.

I have my house service performed routinely and Paul has been coming here for years. So far, everything's fine in my house with Terminix. Paul also chats with me about what's going on outside and he tells me if there's something. He always answers my questions about the bug world. And if I need to change my service schedule, I can go online and change it. Around two years ago, we had a lot of bugs. Now, there seems to be none.

We’ve been very happy with Terminix and Kevin, the one that comes to our house, is very pleasant and thorough. However he was telling us about installing insulation and little air vents for the cross base where they automatically close during freezing. So Jayson came to our house and said a lot of things that were wrong like a broken floor joist which is not. We need new subflooring but before he could do anything, he racked up a total of over $10,000 of things that he said needed to be done to this house. We went with another company and they told us that it is only going to cost us less than $2,000 for the subflooring and new tile in the bathroom so I’m very dissatisfied with your field auditor for insulation purposes. But we're really satisfied with our experience for pest and termite with Terminix and we're not changing companies. We've been with them since we bought the house which has been over 10 years.

I heard that Terminix is a very good company and so far, they have proven themselves. We used another pest control provider before but we weren't very happy with them. Terminix is over a hundred percent compared to them. I have my whole attic sprayed with their insulation so I don't have to worry about termites up at my attic anymore because the laminate kills them. The pests are all gone since we had Terminix. I don't have to schedule anything because they are already on a perfect schedule and they email and call me a few days before they come out.

The thing that I value the most about Terminix is that I don't have to worry about anything. Scheduling is pretty much perfect. They just come, take care of it, and I can auto-pay the bill. They also have very lovely and professional exterminators. We have a preventative service from them four times a year. I haven't had to call them since they usually call me and take care of scheduling our service which is good. My interactions with the Terminix representative were very nice. He is very courteous, polite and does a great job. The technician was professional, he gets the job done, answer any questions I may have, and he remembers to lock the gate when he comes out.

Would be nice to have a long-time pest control tech. Seems like after the first couple of years, the tech changes every 3 or 4 times. My last one was equal in service with my first one. The new one that handled my latest service, seemed nice; but not near the personality of the previous one. Will have to wait and see if longevity comes with this one. The person that did my recent termite inspection was nice until he realized he wasn't going to sell me anything new. That is not the purpose of the inspector coming. Did not enjoy his presence AT ALL.

Terminix came and did the outside of our house. They had called and said that they were going to be in the area with that work. He showed up in time and I haven't seen any bugs since our home was serviced.

Our most recent Terminix experience went really well and was a great visit. We had a termite person out of cycle to come out and check us out and give information on how to prevent and what to do to help. Our regular person that comes out set that up for us so he's really good about that. Normally, scheduling is taken cared of when we receive either email or call from our person that comes out, but then mostly we do a return call. Now, after services, we haven't had very many pests, if any, at all and there's a low risk. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who ask in this area.

I've had Terminix as the pest and termite treatment for my house for 29 years. We're very pleased with their technicians. They're courteous and knowledgeable. They come in our house every three months and I'm very pleased with their work. I would recommend them.

I've dealt with Terminix for years and years. I was living in a condo and I had moved several times. I keep re-contracting with them when I settle in because of convenience. I'm happy with their service especially with their technician. He does an excellent job and is extremely polite and friendly. I've had him for several years now and I also like that consistency - the fact that I get the same service person each time, who gets to know me and the different things around my home. I renew every year with him and pay a year in advance.

Some technicians are good and some not as good. The middle-aged man that comes, I like him very much. Overall, I have good experience with Terminix.

The tech from Terminix always does the outside and then the inside when I really need it. He uses organic chemicals as well as the regular kind, and I haven't had a problem. I do scheduling directly with him because the company will just call me and give me a schedule, and I can't always plan my life around Terminix. They're difficult to get a hold of sometimes, so I deal with the tech in changing the schedule and he's really good about that. I also have another property where he's taking care of a mouse problem, but that problem seems to be resolved.

We've had ants in our bathroom, nothing major, but even on the smallest problems, he is very responsive and has done a good job for a long time for us. My daughter was having such a bad problem in New York with roaches so I searched the internet and found Terminix. Scheduling the service was a little bit confusing on the 1-800-number. It would be nice if they could get an account number and have a little bit clearer input on how to proceed. They just send out an email about the monthly scheduling and I'm supposed to be aware that they're coming.

I was having a problem with rodents in my house. I saw Terminix in the community and they were the only insect control company that came to Anderson Island down in the Tacoma area at that time. I figured they're a good pest control company and knew what they were doing. However, scheduling a service with them is confusing. I get a number of emails and they don't necessarily line up. I use them for my two homes located in the Pacific Northwest and the Seattle-Tacoma area. I had the insect and rodents coverage for quite a few years, then they presented me with an offer to check and replace my insulation. The information also included that I had to have coverage for termite inspection for three years afterwards in order for my warranty on the insulation to be any good.

I had no problem in scheduling our service with Terminix. They worked with me and they came out on the scheduled date. Sometimes, they called and made sure that I remember they're coming out. The technician did his job professionally. He was very concerned. He talked to me and made me understood what he was doing. He was very good. Since my last service, I don't have any pest activity. If I do find something, I call them up and they're out here immediately. If anybody has any doubt about using Terminix, they shouldn't because Terminix is a good company. They stand behind themselves. They're fantastic.

My most recent experience with Terminix has been excellent. Their technician knows what he's doing and tells me what's going on.

The scheduling process was easy, except they kept wanting to make my appointments during the week and I told them I'm not home during the week. I don't know if that’s their fault or if it's a computer issue. But every time I call, it takes like a second to fix it. Other than that, I've never had an issue with them. Usually, we don’t have a problem once they come out and spray. Pest activity is slim to none, unless we got a lot of rain and that’s not their fault because it's raining.

Terminix comes to our place to check and treat for pests. They also answer questions that I have and it's been great to have their service.

I called due to my mom having issue and big welts on her back. They said they would be there next morning (24 hours later) but they did not show up. So I canceled and will never use them again.

Terminix comes every two months and they usually call on a Monday to tell me they're coming on a Friday. They come on time and it works out fine. The tech was very nice and personable, very easy to talk to and professional. He asks if we've had any internal problems, checks for a few minutes, and treats outside before leaving. He does his job quickly and always checks to make sure the previous visit was okay. We only had pests one time back in late fall. We called Terminix then, and they came and treated right away. We've not seen any activity since. I would recommend them. They're exactly what we requested.

Terminix is fantastic and I keep renewing with them every time I get a chance. Since having them, I now have a house without bugs.

We had Terminix when we were renting a house, and wanted to use them when we bought a house. They're very helpful. We usually see Troy and he's excellent. He'll ask about anything that we're concerned with and give us information about what we can expect after he does the spraying. After the recent visit, the pest activity increased like it was supposed to and then it decreased.

Excellent service; personable technicians; no complaints whatsoever after almost 20 years.
