Terminix does what they say they're going to do for the value and I would recommend them. They add a little bit more customer service than some other people do. Everybody is very friendly. So, we're satisfied. We have a quarterly pest control service from them. They are easy to get a hold of and the same gentleman comes every time, which I like, and he offers to come in if needed. And then, they always offer a callback during that intermediate time from the next service if needed. We also have a termite bond with them. They come out when they're supposed to and it's yearly. They may come out in between to check things as well. We have trouble with pests from time to time, but certainly, it's not a problem because the spraying usually takes care of it. So, it worked out well.

We have a routine schedule with Terminix. The scheduling is fine. They set up the time and I get an email saying when they’re coming. The young man who comes out is very personable and we chat for a few minutes. We’ve been customers for a few years and we will continue to do so.

My experience with Terminix has been good for the many years that I've had them. For my recent service, I called and told them to come on a certain day and they did. A guy came and inspected for termites, and he said that I didn't have any. My interaction with him was fine and both of us even had a common liking for classical music. Terminix has been professional overall, but I wish they wouldn't charge so much for the inspection.

We've had Terminix for quite a long time and their technicians are very friendly. We recently had them here for a quarterly spray. Their scheduling was excellent and the reps were courteous. Since the service, I haven't really seen any pests around. Terminix is a very good company, dependable and quick service.

I had spiders on the exterior and Terminix provided a follow-up service. It was awesome that they came out when it was convenient for us. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous and I had a very good experience. The bees that they had to get rid of initially are gone. They did a good job and I highly recommend them.

I had a basketball-sized hornet's nest on the second story attached to the side of the house. We were trying to decide if we could do it ourselves, but it got out of hand at that time. Terminix didn't come on the original schedule that they said they were going to come, but they called to tell me that. Then when the service guy came out, he got up there and shot it. We then waited a few minutes, and he knocked it down, and it was done. I was surprised that it was so quick and easy. The service guy was also very friendly and appeared to know what he was doing. Terminix was very efficient and it was a fantastic experience.

I moved to Baton Rouge from Lafayette, Louisiana in 1994 and I’ve had Terminix ever since. My house flooded last year and it took me almost a year to get my house rebuilt, redone and renovated. Terminix did not understand that I had not moved back into my house yet so they cancelled my service. But once I explained that they set up the visit to do the service so it was fine. Now I’m back on a regular schedule with them and I'm very pleased with what they do.

Terminix gives me outside service. When they come out, they call me and let me know. A lot of the time I'm not home when they come over but when I am home, the technician who comes out is always professional and courteous. Since Terminix started giving me service there have been fewer pests. I'm pleased with their service and I'd continue to use Terminix. I would recommend them.

Terminix came the first time for a regular scheduled treatment, and then after a month I started seeing insects in the basement, so I called them back and they came within a couple of days. However, I called and told them that I wanted to reduce my visits since they're costly. I'd like the treatments done every six months instead of doing it quarterly. But the technician told me, "We don't have the six-month schedules." I said, "You have to work with me because it's just a little costly." We didn't have any problems other than the stink bugs in our attic three to four years ago, and Terminix wasn't able to effectively deal with that problem.

Terminix came for a regular visit and it was a nice experience. The technician said that he saw some bed bugs and he did a treatment for it again. He did a good job.

I've had two experiences with Terminix. They came for Yellowjackets and the technician sprayed and sprayed, and did this and that. I called a few days later and told them they didn't kill the pests. Terminix came back and sprayed and sprayed. Then for the next few days, I killed the Yellowjackets myself. But scheduling that service was very easy. It might not have been right that day when I requested for service, but it was quick when Terminix got to me. Then, when I called back for a return follow-up, they came the next day. So, that was good. The technician was very professional and nice too. They didn't get rid of the bees but they certainly slowed them down a bit.

I love Terminix's commercial. It told me the difference since I could have gone to three others, but their commercial was so funny where the guy jumps and he was taking his job very seriously. I called them directly to have someone go in the house. They come on a quarterly basis and setting up the schedule was great. It was very good dealing with them and they were easy to get a hold of. After their service, the pests were completely gone. I don't live in the house that they came to and sprayed, but my sister was very happy with them. They did a good job. The overall experience with them was excellent.

I had ants problem. The tech from Terminix sprayed indoors and outdoors. He located where the ants were outdoors and took care of them. He was good, knowledgeable, and willing to listen to me. Since the service, the pest activity in my home has been very little. I'll see a spider every now and then but that’s it. I've been happy up to now with Terminix.

Terminix is a very good company and they take care of whatever problems I've got. They do a mosquito treatment and I don't have to be home. They just come in and spray my yard. I had them here recently for that. I also have an annual contract with them for mice because I live out in the country and when it gets cold, mice want to come into the house. And they greatly decreased their coming in. I haven’t seen a mouse in a very long time. So, Terminix did a really good job on that.

We had a man from Terminix out today that did a termite inspection and he's very professional. Scheduling that service also went very good and their reps were able to answer all of my questions.

The last time Terminix was out here was for the fourth time they had to spray for bed bugs. Scheduling a service with them was usually easy. Their reps were courteous and professional, and I had a good time talking to them. Terminix missed two appointments, and they showed up on the third time I called. Their techs were also on time and very knowledgeable. After getting serviced by Terminix, I still see one or two pests every now and then. I usually wait about a month and if I still see them, then I call Terminix.

I've been with Terminix for 15 years or more. They call and ask if a certain date is okay and I agree to it. And if I don't have something going on, it's no problem and they always show up on time. However, they're becoming pricey. They blamed it on the fuel for a while and the fuel went down yet they still raise their price. They've always done excellent service but there are limits to what people can do.

Terminix called and we scheduled for the annual inspection. Then their technician came and he was very nice and courteous. He did his job and I don't have any pest activity since their service.

Terminix was pretty good like the Terminator. We scheduled a service with them over the phone when we had a bunch of cockroaches. Their reps were very nice and very sweet. They should be given a raise. We had fun with the technician as well. He was helpful and friendly. He did his job perfectly fine and we're happy with the service.

Our brand-new house has ants and spiders so I called Terminix and got them to come out to spray our house just for precaution. The technician was supposed to come back because the week after he came, we still had ants and spiders and we had a few spiders and a scorpion that I had killed. We called Terminix and their rep told me that she would have the technician call me back and schedule a time, and they did.

Terminix recently came to spray for bugs around the foundation outside our house. They call and let me know when they're coming and give me a number to call if I don't like the date. Since starting my service with them pest activity has been okay. There are just seasonal times when I expect some extra ants.

The Terminix tech identified the location of a nest in our house and took care of it. He did the job at a very expedient time and the service was very successful. Since then, everything at home has been fine. I scheduled that service over the phone because we needed them to do the inside and exterior of the house. It was very easy to do and I had a pleasant experience with their reps. I am satisfied with my experience and if Terminix could do something about the skunk population in our town, that’ll also be wonderful.

Our experience with Terminix has been good so far, they were just here for their quarterly spray. They usually send me an email or text, telling me that it's time for service and they tell me what time the technician will be coming. Then, either I'm there or not, they contact me just before they get there and I tell them if I have any specific needs. In the past, they’ve sent us technicians Rick and Chuck. We had problems with bees and ants before and they took care of those. They tell me what they’ve done and I tell them where at the house it needs to be treated the most and they've been able to help me out. And then, they contact me back and let me know that they got it done. We've also got stink bugs going on and I haven't even hardly seen those. So, I think it's throughout. There's really spiders on the outside but I ain't worried about those as they ain't poisonous. Terminix does an excellent job and, with my late father having worked there, they feel like family.

Our most recent experience with Terminix was three weeks ago and they were good. The tech guys come in and tell me what's going on and what to expect after they spray. They let me know to call them if I think they need to come back. They said I would see a lot of the pests coming out 'cause they sprayed in the cracks and creases and left bait. They also said the situation was very bad. They've already been out twice and we'll have to get them to come out again. The techs also said they will come out in two weeks, and that’s why I didn’t call them back. I realize it's been over two weeks now and I need them to come back out.

Someone from Terminix was going to our house in Little Rock. She was telling my niece about a mold buildup in the garage behind the washer and dryer and she gave them a tip to keep the garage door open when they run the dryer or washer, and I appreciated the tip. I live another state, so it was good for me to know about that, so I can keep an eye on that with them. They also send me emails to let me know when they're going to do their service.

Our most recent experience with Terminix was when we had ants and I called. Johnny, the technician who comes out here is totally awesome and he's very friendly, so he's a pleasure to have come out to the house. I tell him what the issues are and he fixes our problems, and he puts his booties on when he walks around my house. The only issue we have with Terminix is scheduling because we don’t get notified very soon that they're coming. Sometimes we'll schedule an appointment and then they have it on a different day. The scheduling part of Terminix is very frustrating for us, but other than that, everything else is good. Since our service, I don’t think I've seen any ants. We've always had spiders and we have little issues, but not anything we need to call anybody about.

It's my second year with Terminix and the guy who comes out is fantastic. He knows his job and he knows when I want him here. He's nice and I like him. I don't want anybody else but him and I would recommend him to anybody.

Everything has been great with Terminix. They’re dependable, honest, timely and kept us informed on what they’re doing and the results. The techs they sent were fantastic and the communication was great. We had treatments once a week until the problem was gone. We still haven’t had any issue and they made sure we're aware that we'd call if we've seen anything.

We’ve been with Terminix for more than 10 years in different places. My husband seems to go with them every time we moved. They do quarterly pest control for us. Terminix was usually very efficient with scheduling. They texted when they're coming and the tech turned up on time. He’s the same guy who comes out. He is very cheerful and is a nice person. He also seems knowledgeable. In our most recent service with them, when the tech arrived, he sprayed around the house and worked on the outside. He then came in and sprayed any areas that I had a concern.

Our quarterly program with Terminix has always been good enough. I’d been with them for quite a few years and they send a different tech all the time. I don’t like that, but they do their jobs and I don’t have anything against the individuals. I just don’t like somebody new coming in the house. Since the treatments, we’ve had very little problems. There was a time when I first came on board, I didn’t like the way they handled things but it has changed and they’re doing better.

Someone recommended Terminix to me, but my first experience with them five years ago wasn't that good because they didn't find out where the pests were coming in. Recently, however, they came in because I had a problem with mice and this time my experience with them was excellent and the speed was much better. They scheduled a service call, came on time, and did the work within the time they stated. They did comprehensive work on our house and they told me that the mice were coming into my attic. They cleaned the attic, hauled out everything that was up there, and put in new insulation. They were very thorough and informative, and they did everything that was needed. The pest situation in our house has been better since the service. Terminix did a good job and I would recommend them.

We had ant problems at home. We called multiple places for pest service and we felt comfortable with Terminix on the phone so we went with them. The technician they sent knew what he was doing and was very polite. He was also really helpful and got rid of our ant problem. Everyone at Terminix was very nice and if I need them to come back, I’ll call them again.

Terminix comes out here for routine maintenance. They do the scheduling and then I call them back and they change the schedule if something comes up where I can’t do it. They came out here, sprayed around the house, knocked down all the spider webs and they ask if there's anything that needed to be done on the inside. The guy was courteous and polite. If you've got any questions he will ask you that and he'll answer the question. We've kept the pest activity under control with people coming out here regularly so they don't have to solve too much problem and there haven't been spiders and stuff like that around the house. I've been dealing with Terminix for a long time and I appreciate what they do. I'd recommend them.

Mark, from Terminix, does a very good job when he comes every month to spray for bugs. He also schedules the service for me. It’s the same time every month and I always know the date when he's coming. I see bugs every once in a while but I tell Mark about it and he looks for the source and takes care of it. The experience has been fine and I haven't had any problems with them at all.

I called Terminix in August, two or three weeks ago. The person came out and we discussed the issues that I was having and it's mainly with carpenter ants. He sprayed some type of bait around and inside the house. They're supposed to take back to the colony or whatever, but he just ran out of his last stock, so he had to go back and get it, then come back another day. He initially came out a Thursday or a Friday, and then came back the following week.

I started with Terminix shortly after I moved into this house. My parents had used them in their house and they said I should do it for preventive measures to keep any real infestation from coming. I've used them 20 years. I have them do a yearly inspection for termites and ten years ago, I had a probable test that came back. So I had an expensive service that I pay for every year where they drill into the foundation and put stuff in.

Terminix is a great company to deal with and I’ve been with them for the last seven months. Their reps call me to schedule my service and they're always on time. I love it. They're very courteous and friendly too. Their techs also provide me with perfect service and I had a great experience the last time they were here.

Terminix has treated my home for roaches and Japanese beetles, and after their service I haven’t seen many of those anymore. I have also called them over for rats because these rodents have caused some damage to the home. Terminix helped me on that matter. I also always had good interactions with the techs they sent out. They're always very informative. Although they missed appointments, it wasn’t really a big deal. There was an instance when I told them that I'd write them a check and they'd cash it the next day. However, it took them a week to cash the check and it went over on my account. They missed their appointment two times. I was able to get them the third time, but I had to cancel my mosquito visit due to low funds. We were able to meet up, though, and Terminix was paid for their services.

I've had Terminix’s service for about 20 years now and they were recently here for their annual termite inspection. They called me to schedule the service, and their friendly and professional technician came on time for it. Terminix used to send an annual bond but I didn't get one last year after the inspection. As a matter of fact, I mailed them my payment today and I don't know whether they quit sending those out or not.

Terminix came out to control a mice problem I have in my garage. They're very easy to do business with and they keep their appointments as promised. Their site is very user-friendly and scheduling the service was very easy to do online. Also, they let me know when they're on their way. The technician who came out was very professional, courteous and he knows what he's doing.

Terminix comes to our house every year and does an inspection inside and out. They came recently and the service wasn’t difficult to schedule. They called ahead of time to know if the schedule’s okay and I said it was. Then they came in, looked around, did their thing and gave me a report. Their technician’s very nice too.

Terminix recently came out here and did the annual inspection for termites. Afterwards, I asked them to mail me a hard copy of the inspection report and they didn’t do it right away. So, I had to call and remind them and they eventually sent it out. The technician was very polite and efficient. I've been using them since the mid-80's. There were a couple of termite manifestations and they had to treat them over the years. Terminix has always been cooperative and they come out when I call them. So far, my experience with them has all been great.

We have Terminix come out quarterly and we have the schedule set up by email. They call two days before they come as a reminder. Their representatives are very courteous and proactive. We weren't here when their techs recently came out, so they just did the exterior, but before that, they did the inside and outside. They were personable and they also asked if we have any concerns or anything odd going on or different pests. They also usually clean the spider webs that they see outside. Occasionally, we see a pest, but it's dead when we find it, so the stuff they use works. All in all, the folks from Terminix make sure that we don’t have any issues. We recommend them to others.

I have been with Terminix for 20 years and everything's good as it's always been. We're set up for a routine service and they did a mosquito spray as well. The technician who comes out is the best. I called him many times while he was on vacation and when I told him I saw some spiders, he said he’d be over here. I can work with him many times.

I was using a different pest control company and when Terminix offered a $50 coupon, I started using them. I called their telephone number and they set up the first visit. I called to get a second visit, and then they came out quarterly. They were easy to get a hold of. They called and told me when they were coming. They sprayed the outside and came in and sprayed the inside. They've been out three times and Stacy, the tech, was very nice. The bad thing that I didn’t really like was I had to take half a day off work for them to come out because they couldn’t come out on a Saturday. And I know from my sister going with them that they said they can never get people to do the service on a weekend. Other than that, it's been good with Terminix and the pest situation I have now is getting better.

We changed ownership of a house and it didn’t get recorded so our termite bond could have been canceled. But instead of doing that, Terminix allowed us to pay the year and arrears in the year forward, which saved us from having to come out and re-inspect. I was very satisfied. All in all, it was easy scheduling services with them and the technician they've sent was a very nice young man.

This is my first season with Terminix and their service is as advertised. The technician addressed the issues and corrected them, though there's a few ants and spiders since it's summer. Also, they were very accommodating when we were going to be out of town and had to reschedule the service.

We had Terminix before and we liked this company. So when we bought the home we used them again. We have a routine service where they come out every three months. Scheduling a service has been easy to do and the technicians are great. I couldn’t ask for better technicians. We like them. Every three months the effectiveness of the pest control wears off so the pests increase but nothing serious.

I had a great experience with Terminix when they came out for a regular visit. They'd call me to schedule services. The technician was very good, friendly and always lets me know when he's here and when he's leaving. He always asks me if I'm having any trouble and if I've seen any bugs. Everybody I talk to at Terminix is always very polite, helpful, and nice to me. Terminix has been good for me and I haven't had any trouble with pests for the most part since having their services.

The technicians from Terminix come once a month. Our experience with them were all positive though I have to remind them routinely about the things I want to be looked at that they should do. They tend to be in a hurry when they get here and they'll forget to do detailed stuff. Nevertheless, they put the pest activity in our home under control. I may sometimes have to remind them about the smaller details, but they are generally good.

I’ve always had pretty good luck with Terminix. They recently came out and sprayed the house for me. I like Terminix, I just wish it were cheaper. I've had them for several years now and I'd recommend them to a friend.

My experience with Terminix has been good. They did a pest control for us. However, scheduling sucks. I shouldn’t have to call after they show up to do their job and make another appointment when it’s on a two-week rotation. They can only come out once every two weeks because of the chemicals they use. So that being said, I shouldn’t have to call and make a freaking appointment when that should be already in their books. Other than that, the service techs were good and Terminix took care of the pest problem. I see no bugs now since their last service.

I live in a sandy area where there are lots of sand and termites. It was a good idea for Terminix to come and look around to see if I had any activity or anything going on with these termites. They came out and checked, went in the basement and looked all over the place. They didn’t see any activity going on but before we bought the house, there were some problems with it and we decided to start treating for termites. Recently, Terminix sprayed outside and we asked them to spray inside. They sent me a message ahead of time saying that they're coming. After they were gone, I see a bug once in a while but nothing serious. I've never had any termite problem that I know of and I have no complaints. They keep up with the bugs.

Scheduling with Terminix didn't take too long and there weren't too many questions. But at that point, information on how long I would have to be out of my house was vague. The technician filled me in when he came, which caught me a little off guard that I had to be out of the house for long. But I should have expected it. The technician has been very good, pleasant, courteous, described everything, and decent to work with. After that first round, I was back home and I had seen a couple more pests so I called them. The tech fit me in at a last minute’s notice and he swung by and hit it again. Since then, I haven't noticed any pest activities so I've been very pleased. Everybody I've dealt with from Terminix has been friendly and I'd recommend them.

Terminix sprayed for a multitude of pests and also put in traps for termites. It was kind of chaotic when we scheduled that day. I never knew when the second crew was coming because they were tied up somewhere else and helping somebody with some emergency. But once they got here it was fine. But the first one that came didn't know what he was here for which was odd. I said that he was here for the ants and other little critters so he went ahead and sprayed. But the second crew was fine. They did the termites of which I had problems with. I'm in big trouble because the termites have attacked the wood on the inside of the house. But since their service, the pest activity slowed down and they're beginning to die off.

Terminix sprayed one of my apartments for bedbugs. The representatives call me sometimes but I deal more with the manager and I've already met them before because I've used them in the past. I got a screwed up tenant who always brings in second-hand furniture and wouldn’t let Termnix do the service. I have to keep doing it because I don’t trust my tenant. Termnix did well by working around it. The only bad experience I had with Terminix was when they sent the bill to the wrong address and then sent it to a collection agency. They did that twice but they finally got that resolved.

We're with Terminix for a couple of years now and we get visits quarterly. The Terminix people are friendly and they always notify me by phone and especially through email when they're about to come out. The techs have been very good. We had the same tech every time before but he left so we have a new one now. Since having the services, outside and inside our home have been very good. So, I would recommend Terminix. Some people have problems with ants, and that's how it started with us, and I've sent them to use Terminix.

We had a pest problem and had set up scheduled visits from Terminix. Their first visit went pretty well. The guy showed up and he was really nice. We told him what our issues were. Then he went around and sprayed the entire outside and inside of the house. Since he came, the situation has gone off better than it was. We still have some ants that ended up finding their way in our garage but they haven't come back into the house yet. I've been waiting to see if something pops up. A lot of places usually do a second visit 30 days after but Terminix doesn't offer that. And I wish they had looked around the house more, rather than me just saying what our current issue was. It feels like they only treated us for one issue, when we actually have an issue on our back deck that could have gotten taken care of, but wasn't. But overall, Terminix does a good job for a reasonable price.

My contract with Terminix started out with termites and when I've gotten rid of them, something else came and took their place. Now, Terminix comes periodically and check to make sure that I don’t have termites which I appreciate very much. Once, Terminix forgot that they were supposed to come for a scheduled checkup and I waited. When I finally called them, they said they didn’t have me on the schedule. I was pissed about that and it killed the day for me but once the tech came, he did a very nice, clean, neat job. He put something into the baseboards and the wall close to the floor to get rid of some sort of beetle that I’ve never heard of before.

We inherited several contracts with Terminix a couple of years ago and the techs get time based on when they were assigned, whether it was a monthly, quarterly or annual. We actually looked into other services just to be competitive when we bought the house but stayed with their program. We had a small termite problem that had to be taken care of right away so I called them. They are always reponsive when I call. One guy took down some bird’s nests that were hidden at the corners of our house because we haven't been there, and he's fantastic. He's a nice guy. Overall, I had a very satisfactory experience.

I talked with someone from Terminix over the phone and they set up a schedule, which was very easy to do. Then a person came out and treated around the outside of the house for carpenter ants. He was very helpful and professional. He answered questions and did a great job, and it all worked out fine. That was the first time we ever had them come and they'll come two more times. Everything’s good since the service and we haven’t had any issues.

We have cockroaches and Terminix came in and they got rid of quite a few of them. I scheduled my service online and they called me back and they got setup. The rep asked what the problem was and I told him. We made a date for them to come up and then he called back. He said he had to reschedule it and that was fine. Their technician was really polite and knowledgeable. He also explained everything. We still see some pests but he told us it would take about a year and he said to call back after 10 days. I'm happy with everybody that showed up and everybody I talked to. Terminix had better service than what we had before with somebody else so I would recommend them to anybody. They're awesome.

I've had nothing but great service from Terminix. Their reps were very friendly, very courteous, and I had no problems at all with the scheduling. If I had something planned, they could refer it to get it set up for another day. Their technician explained to me what he was doing. When he was spraying, he would tell me what it was for.

Roaches had been bad in this house. It's not gone completely but it has since declined. Terminix is much better than my previous company. Their phone rep worked with me. She was very good and courteous. Their tech was also very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I really liked him. So far, I'm very thrilled with the service, the technician, and the quality of whatever the stuff they're putting out. I'm very happy with Terminix and I have recommended them to a couple of friends.

The Terminix people gave me a nice sales pitch and said that if I bought right away, they'd give me some discount, so I gave them three credit cards right away. They got annual payments from me and they're supposed to come every quarter. After that, the only thing I heard from them is an email saying that the card used to charge the whole year's money is now expired and they can't charge for this quarter. But I already paid for the year and they shouldn't care if the card expired now. The first time they came to my house, they treated for pests, but they didn't some for the second time. Also, the techs didn't come out as good, but they're average. It's been more than a quarter since they came. Terminix is okay but they could improve their customer service.

I've been using Terminix for almost 10 years. The previous owners of the house had Terminix service. We just continued it. I recently had an annual inspection for termites. I've seen termites a few years back since using them but I called the Terminix team and got them out here. When I schedule their service, they send me an email saying that they're going to be there at such and such date. Customer service reps and their technician were always helpful. I call them every year trying to get a better rate than what they send me.

Terminix came for a routine yearly inspection. I got a professional call telling me that they're coming. And they told me what time they would be here and they were there when they said they would be.

I’m not usually home when the Terminix technicians come, but I recently met one of them. He was very friendly and did a great job. He let me know that he's been in the area for a long time and that I could call anytime if there is a problem. He gave me some mouse traps in anticipation that I'd need them. I've been with Terminix for 10 years now and my experience has been positive.

I have my regular service with Terminix for 5 years now and it's always been great with this company. The last time they came out, they notified me about the schedule and their service was very good. I also had an excellent experience with their representatives and technicians.

We have a yearly check-up with Terminix and our most recent one was the termite inspection. I scheduled my service over the phone and everything was good. Our interactions with the rep and the tech were very good and the tech was able to inspect everything well. The Terminix people were really helpful and did very well at their job. If you asked them a question, it seemed that they knew what they were doing. Overall, we've had a good experience with Terminix overall and the pest situation at our home has been good since we've had their service.

Terminix came and sprayed for fleas. This is the second time they’ve been back and they will be back again in three months. So far, it's been easy setting up a schedule with them. I just call them and they schedule the service for me. The first technician that came out was really nice, friendly and explained things to me. The last guy was good too. He was quick and he did what needed to do and left. Flea activity is gone since they came the second time. It was a good experience overall.

Setting a schedule with Terminix was easy and the tech that came over was good. The pest situation's been better ever since they came out. They were excellent.

The Terminix tech came out yesterday to spray for fleas and he did his job well. Whatever that Terminix used or whatever they did, it's doing the job. Also, scheduling the service was easy. They always got somebody out as quickly as they could when I would call. Sometimes they would call me back and let me know that they were coming out earlier than what they had scheduled. I would tell anybody who doesn’t use Terminix that they need to really re-evaluate who they’re using. And if they’re not using any pest control, they need to give Terminix a call. I would recommend any of the Terminix staff to anyone because they’re excellent at what they do.

I've seen a lot of spiders and it's been our main concern so we use the pest control for that and I've been with Terminix for about two years now. We have service every three months and we also call them whenever we needed them in between. The same tech, Gary, would come out every time. Our situation has been a lot better since the services. I've seen a decrease in the spiders I've seen around the house and also the crickets. Everything has been expected and it's good. I have a great experience with Terminix.

He came back because it was raining the first day. But he was easy to schedule another time and he came back when it worked best for me. I had a text five minutes before he arrived. He sprayed the basement and then the exterior. It was quick and professional. I'd work with Terminix again. It was what we were looking for in that need that we had.

Terminix came and sprayed the house but we still have a pest control issue. They are scheduled to come out today. I've been running into a little problem with that. I scheduled an appointment last Tuesday which really would’ve worked out but they weren’t able to meet that date. Someone called me back and said they had an appointment available between 3:00 to 5:00 today. We had to wait at least two weeks to be able to schedule an appointment and up to that point, we’ve still been having some pests. It hadn’t been as bad as it was in the beginning, but they did tell us that we probably would experience some activity. But I noticed yesterday, there’s a whole lot of ants that are still outside and once in awhile, we're still seeing spiders. Not as much, but we’re still seeing spiders.

Terminix came out for a quarterly visit to my house. When it was time for the service, Terminix sent me some emails and they also called a few days before they came. The rep was jovial and the technician was a pretty good fellow. He's been here a few times and he's been great. Every now and then, we still see a stray pest but the pest activity has diminished quite a bit overall.

There was a young guy named Paris who worked for Terminix that time and he was probably one of the best technicians that they had. Terminix has always worked well for my mother and they took care of her so I went with them. They recently did a good job for me. The tech came to the house, did what he’s supposed to do and he got the job done. He was very professional and he works with me on the schedule. I work about 70 miles from where he has to spray the house, so he knows what it takes for me to be there. I'd recommend them.

Terminix has good customer service and their techs were easy to work with. I've had them for about a month now, but when I first scheduled the call, it gave me an automated thing that said that they wouldn't be able to come out until October. But as soon as I spoke to a representative, they were able to get somebody out to my house within two days. We had a bees nest inside of our wall and they came out and sprayed some dust in it. They also sprayed the whole perimeter of our house for spiders and other different things. Though we're still having some spiders and things like that, we haven't seen any of the bees ever since they have treated them twice.

Since the recent service, I have seen some pests but most of them are dead. So, the treatment seems to be working. Overall, we had a good experience with Terminix. Everything's fine that way. They come every month and they are very easy to work with. They do the outside all the time and my wife has talked to them when we wanted anything on the inside. There's no pest activity since and I would recommend them.

The guy from Terminix is always pleasant and very polite. He comes every two months to spray around the whole outside of the house. Then we ask if we have any problems inside and he'll come in and spray around the kitchen and on the floor. Also, he knows what's going on before it happens. He brought with him stuff for ants on my request and put some of that out. Every couple days, I see a palmetto bug walking around or a dead one that’ll roll over somewhere in the house. But I don’t think we can completely get rid of them. They're a Florida thing.

He asked a lot of questions about where the bugs were seen and what he could do. He was knowledgeable and did way more than the first guy. Terminix also stands behind their work. They had to come back because we’re still seeing bugs and they keep saying that we shouldn’t so I’m going to call them again. I'm pleased with their service so far and I'll definitely recommend them to anybody.

With all the bugs this year, I called Terminix on July 13th. I was going to get on a regular monthly plan with them. The guy told me that I got crazy ants and that regular technicians didn't handle that. I got a price, I paid it and they came to spray. But half-way through the spraying, rain started pouring so then the job was finished. They were supposed to go under my house and spray, but they ran out of spray and had to get another truck. I'm paralyzed and in a wheelchair so I'm not sure exactly how they sprayed it or if he did.

My wife wanted service from Terminix. She’s very sensitive about bugs, ants, bees and spiders. We’ve had Terminix for about nine years and this goes back to our old house. Our most recent service with them was for a regular visit and the tech did a good job. She also let us know ahead of time that she’s coming out. She’s the same tech who’s been coming to our house now since we built it, and she always seems to be able to zap whatever the problem is. She seems to find the things beyond what we noticed too, so, we appreciate that. Since the tech’s last visit, we haven’t seen much of the bugs and that's a good sign. We're happy with Terminix.

I send a message online to schedule for service. Recently, the tech came over to check for pests and he sprayed around, inside and outside the house. He had just been hired but he was good. The biggest pest issue I had happened three years ago when I had bed bugs in my condo in Panama City. There was some mix-up on the information down there because I was up in Destin, an hour away, and I never saw the techs. But they finally got all the bed bugs out of the closets and that was great.

The serviceman who has been coming out is very good and he last came a month ago. He is extremely cordial and texts to make sure he’s okay. Also, I’d always get a follow-up call from Terminix after their service and I’d evaluate the experience as high. We haven’t had much pest activity in our home since having Terminix services.

When he first came to the door, I had forgotten to mention to him about the spiders on our patio where we keep the trash cans and where he had already serviced, but when I told him about it, he went right back, cleaned it all up, and sprayed it all up. Every time, he always asks if there’s anything inside I want to be done. And usually, we just have the garage and the basement partially done. He was a very friendly and a very pleasant guy. And I haven't seen any spiders around the trash cans since the service.

I had Terminix come in for a bedbug extermination and the exterminator was great. She was very kind and polite. She was also on time, and did what she needed to do. Since then, I've not had any problems whatsoever. She came out twice to spray which was routine for her. She said that after the two sprays, we shouldn’t see anything else, but if we do, to give her a callback. She was the best person I've ever dealt with. I am so glad that she was the one who came in to do it and not anybody else. For any of my questions, I was able to call and get answered right away. She was really nice and I had a great experience with her.

I have Terminix for about 35 years and I’m satisfied with their service. It’s long distance when they call me to schedule an appointment and they don’t do that sometimes. But I always tell the man that sprays for me to call me before he comes out and he usually does to tell me that he is coming. He’s very nice and I've always had good service from him. Since the last service call, I never had a roach or anything. But I got upset when they did not send me my termite contract and tell me it was time for me to pay my termite insurance. I was afraid my contract was going out and I did not get a letter or a note from them about it. Terminix said they couldn’t believe that I did not get my termite renewal thing. But I knew it was due, so my daughter called them and she handled the issue for me.

Paul, the tech from Terminix, did a great job. He listened to us. He went up in the attic and put more of the wall’s sticky pads down to the kitchen. He did all that for us. We have no complaints at all. Also, scheduling the service went exceptionally well. The experience with Terminix was definitely excellent.

So, he did it and we didn't have any problems. There were no insects. I have roach problems and that’s why I've been having the Terminix techs come in. When I told them that I was having a problem with certain areas of the house, they just sprayed those areas. How can they get rid of the roaches if they don’t spray the whole interior of the room? All they're doing is killing some of the roaches, but the ones that aren’t killed are traveling from one area to another. I had the chance to speak with the reps a couple of times and they were here last week. They’d usually say to give the techs two weeks and if I still see roaches, I could call them and they’ll come back and spray. But when they come back, they’d ask me where I had seen the roaches and they would spray just that spot.

I got Terminix for termites and all of their services. It was very easy to schedule with them and their reps were very courteous, very helpful and nice to me. Their technician also did a great job and I don't see any insects since the service. Overall, I've had a very good experience with Terminix.

The technician from Terminix recently came to put down mosquitoes. He’d come here regularly, spray monthly all summer and show up when he’s been asked to. He’s very professional and a good representative of the company. As far as pest activity, the sprays were effective in reducing the mosquitoes. Although it’s too expensive, I’m happy with the service. And I’d recommend the young man that comes to the house.

I have been calling for 3 days. I have waited more than an hour on hold and my calls were never picked up by a live operator. Additionally, I have sent emails for 2 days to Terminix’s customer service address, and have gotten no response. I am a contract customer, and have been for many years. I have a bee problem inside my house and can't even get someone to answer my call. Their automated system tried to make an appointment for me a week from now, which was unacceptable, with bees in the house, obviously. But I can't get anyone to answer me. Terrible service.

We had termites swarm inside our home in March. I contact Terminix several times (5-10 X), kept getting promises that the general manager for my area would come out and access the damage. He would make the appointment but never show up, when I would call back he would tell me how busy he was. We had another company come out and treat our property and had to have the drywall removed in our family room and replaced but no one from Terminix ever came or followed up regarding damage. DO NOT RECOMMEND TERMINIX - THEY WILL NOT FOLLOW UP WHEN THERE IS A REAL PROBLEM!!!

I got a year’s contract with Terminix for $900. I was having a lot of trouble with mice droppings downstairs and they put traps all over. I had a new garage put up because they said that mice can get in through there. So now that’s been fixed, and I haven't seen any mouse droppings downstairs now since they came. They went all through the place and checked for termites, too. I never had termites but when they come, they check. If I have a problem and I call them, the technicians always come out. I'm very careful because I lost my husband a year ago and I have put an alarm system up. The techs identify themselves when they come. The truck is outside, and they have the company name written on their shirts.

I'm a landlord and I contracted with Terminix to service my rental property a couple of streets away where we’ve had some roaches. I have the quarterly service and I also call them out when I need them. The scheduling was very easy to do and their techs have been out there twice. They took care of the pest problem after their second visit because I didn't have anything since that day. It’s been a good experience with Terminix and I would recommend them.

The Terminix techs came out recently and sprayed the outside of the house for bugs. Then we had them come in because I had a lizard running around in my office and inside the house. The exterminator said that they were going to work on that kind of critter and they went throughout the house putting down traps. The next day, I had the lizard caught and gone which I really appreciated. It was a very good experience.

The techs that would come out were very considerate and informative. Generally, it’s the same person and we've had only one other tech because that person was off or sick.

Terminix did an aggressive treatment which I don't why didn't do that to begin with. Nobody ever said nothing to me about aggressive treatment before. The guy that was doing all my treatments quit and during his last trip he mentioned it. I cleaned all my cabinets out, I addressed the doors and everything and then I had to leave the house when they did that and he was gone when I came back.

Our Terminix service is regularly scheduled but they just call on the day they come. They don’t say, “I'm going to come every 5th of the month.” That's definitely something that they could improve on. But overall, our experience with them is good.

They gave me a sales pitch and I purchased more plans than they could do. They have this system of messaging and telling you that they are coming between 8 and 4. I end up hanging around if they have to be in my house. I had several days I had to rearrange for this initially. The tech who came was very polite, though, and the treatment he did had an impact but it was not complete. I’m not very happy with Terminix right now.

I've had a termite policy since I built the house almost 20 years ago and Terminix comes every year to do a termite inspection. This year’s inspection was very complicated though and I had a lot of problems with the services. They had a date scheduled to come out and I had agreed to it. But I got an email saying they were coming on a completely different date. I called back to verify the date since I'm not going to be here on the new date. We scheduled another date and that was confirmed but no one showed up. I called in again and told Terminix that no one came and they said they couldn't get a hold of anyone so we scheduled another date.

Terminix has been around every three months. Their technicians are excellent and since the treatment, I have not noticed any pest activity in the area. I would recommend them to anybody.

But other than that, they did their job. They were courteous and friendly and had conversation. They have been more professional during the last couple of times I dealt with them. The rep from Terminix was very knowledgeable and he did a very good job. I called in and made an appointment and they came out for the yearly inspection. I've always met the technician who comes and I haven't seen any pest activity in many years back at the backdoor where they replaced a little board there. I belonged to the company for so many years and it's almost time to renew now. But instead of it decreasing in payment, it's always increasing. I will be 86 soon and that's quite a bit, $300 and some dollars that I have to pay.

The technician who came out was great and was more efficient and thorough than necessary, and very polite. He came back twice and wanted to follow up. Then he sprayed a second time just to discourage the little pests from coming. He also found termites on a woodpile that was close to the house, which was why we engaged Terminix on a long-term project. With this contract, he comes by every few months and we agreed to do another contract with him for termite protection. Overall, my experience with Terminix was extremely positive and I'd recommend them any day.

Terminix seems to go ahead and schedule my service without first speaking to me. And I don't have internet at home so I might not even know they're coming until it's too late. I've always had to reschedule. But when the techs come out, everything's always pleasant and I have always been pleased with their service. The last time they were here, they looked around, filled out the form and said everything was done.

The pest activity might be ongoing, but most of it is gone, especially the ants. You get a mouse once in a while, one or two, but that's pretty rare. Terminix worked out fine.

A couple of weeks ago, a guy came for an inspection. I was unaware of it because they have the wrong phone number for me, but they got it straightened out. The guy was thorough, he even crawled underneath the house. I've had them ever since I came here 5 years ago and my Terminix experience has been good.

I like Terminix. We've been off their service for a few years and I've enjoyed them being back. Also, I got back the technician that I like, Wilbur. They came out and did a good job. They've come back the second time to fix some things that weren't done and I'm quite pleased with the service that I'm getting at this time.

We have a termite contract with Terminix and they've been doing yearly maintenance for us for at least 20 years. They call us when it's time for the service and schedule a date. Their techs have been very good, too and since we started with Terminix, we don’t have any pests, so the yearly checks seem to be doing fine.
