I've always had good experience with Terminix and have been happy with the technicians they send. They are always courteous and do their job. I didn't have a problem inside the house. They've always checked for bugs outside and then they recommended the pest control, and I've never had a fly or a mosquito since. The bug spray kills them including the red wasps and I was delighted so I would highly recommend them to anybody who lives in a humid part of the country.

We’ve been using Terminix for many years, and have routine service from them. Our interactions with the technician that comes from Terminix have been wonderful. If we have a problem, we call our technician, Armando, and he’ll take care of the problem as scheduling allows. In our latest service, we had a different technician because we were out of town at the time.

Terminix schedules their service for me automatically and I let them know if it's convenient or not. They do their service every three months and I'm informed about it through a call, email and text. The technician is very polite and asks questions about any problems I may have and does what he has to do. He’ll tell me when he’s done and to have a great week. He’s very nice and thorough. I no longer have problems with pests.

I have Terminix do my house occasionally as a preventive thing. It's easy to schedule the service. I just call a Terminix guy I know and he sets up an appointment, comes out and does it. I'm completely satisfied with them so far.

We have a routine schedule with Terminix, and if I have a problem I just call them. They had treated our termite issue so I'm satisfied with them. It's been a great experience. They're very professional, timely and they know what they're doing.

We have two services from Terminix -- termites and pest control. No matter which one comes, they always do a good job. They schedule service and I receive a call letting me know what day they'll be here. The technicians always ring the bell because they have to get in the backyard. They're polite. The pest control guy was very nice. I was asking him a lot about the crickets and he answered my questions. I would recommend them Terminix. They're very courteous, professional and understanding.

The Terminix reps have always been very nice and helpful if I needed to change an appointment. The technician is very thorough and nice. I like him and he's the reason I'm having them come back. The last time he was here, I wasn't here but he did what he had to do from the outside. The other time, he was out there with a broom dusting off the spider webs. The person who came before him did not do that, so that's why I'm very pleased to have him come back. I'm on the HOA Board here and we've started a welcome committee. I'm going to turn this young man's name and Terminix to new owners coming in because I'm very pleased with him.

Terminix came out and checked the house. The only thing I see wrong is they cost too much. But, I've had near perfect interaction with the tech that comes to my home. I see rodents here once in awhile but he did service so it'd do us some good. It's an excellent experience all in all.

I've been satisfied with Terminix. My recent service was for my rental unit, and I had to call them because one of the tenants saw a little rodent there. Terminix were right there on the spot to handle the problem. As for scheduling the service, they always call in advance and I have to make arrangements with the manager.

I've been with Terminix for about six months. I have a bedbug problem and they were helping me with it. Their tech is almost like part of the family now. He’s very nice. He explains everything that he’s doing in terms that we can understand. He comes every couple of weeks to follow up because we still have a little bit of problem with the bedbugs. It's been fantastic and I can sit in my living room again.

Our experience with Terminix is good. I'm on a schedule, and they come and spray. They notify me a couple of times that they're coming, and I find it really easy to work with them. Our technician sets up the appointment and does the service directly. He's very accommodating and if I have an issue like a special area, he'll make sure that he gets it a couple of times and he remembers it for the next time. I'm really happy with him and very satisfied with their service. Their price could be lower though.

It was a routine checkup when Terminix came over and it went fine. I have called them before too when I noticed some problems. They respond quickly and take care of the problem. The tech usually tells me what he’s gonna do and he’s always good about answering questions. Since the last service, I haven’t noticed any pest. It’s always positive with Terminix.

We recently moved from Maui to here and we had Terminix service twice and we never received a bill. It was strange. Everybody’s a family in this island. My wife was born and raised here, and the technician who came out was a shirttail family member. So I thought maybe he just didn’t put it in. Then I got a phone call telling me they'll put us in collection if we don’t pay our bill, and I told the rep we never received a bill. She confirmed our address which she got right. She then asked for our mailing address so I gave it to her. She said she'll send us a bill but since it's six months old, they'll put us in collection if we don’t pay in 30 days.
It irritated me so I sent them an email about four days to go and told them everything, and that I’m really angry and frustrated to be treated like this after all the years and all the blurbs I put on. I’ve gotten emails back that they’ve printed our bill. However, I got an email this morning saying they've canceled us. At this point, I’m seriously thinking about not paying them at all because all we have is two pensions, we’re both on social security, and we have no other income. We’ve been going through a really tough time financially with medical problems and bills. So it's fine if they cancel us. We’re probably going to have to look around for somebody else.

I haven't had any pest problems for years so Terminix' recent visit was more preventative. They just schedule them automatically, their technician comes, and they send me the bill. In fact, I've never talked to the technician except for the first time he was here a couple of years ago. I'm satisfied with them.

We use Terminix SOS and they're very good. Recently, they came around and inspected the house. Everything was fine. We've had the same technician for a number of years and he's very polite. We like him very much and are very pleased with the service.

I use Terminix as preventive services, and my experience with them was good. We didn't have a pest problem to start with. When the rep came to the house, I had some insulation put in in my attic. He also explained everything and was real good.

Terminix did a preventative visit recently and I haven't seen any buildup of pest activity. They met my schedule and their representatives are absolutely friendly and courteous. The technicians are good guys as well. Terminix are very professional and they come in to get the job done on time.

Everything's been great with Terminix. Every time I schedule, they're on time and do their job right. The guy who does the service is a nice gentleman and does his job well. We don't have spiders and bugs anymore.

We had one of our regular, quarterly service from Terminix recently. The technician was excellent and prompt. Sometimes however the person who schedules his visits fails to tell him that he has to come down for a specific time. We get an email alerting us to the date and time but on at least two occasions, after staying in all afternoon or all day, the technician is a no-show. So we now have a back stop - I call the technician to verify if we're on his schedule. We shouldn't have to call him but since doing this, everything has been fine.
It took them an extra application of something specific for some stubborn bugs coming out of the waterlines but we've been very satisfied with their work and I'd recommend Terminix. There is just one thing which the ball seems to be have been dropped. We received some mail about additional service that were being made available, one of which was to keep birds off the roof as shore birds in our area tend to leave unpleasant presents on the roof. This additional service was inserted in one of our bills but nobody seems to know anything until we got a regional manager and scheduled a day for him to come out and meet with a couple of our neighbors who had this problem. He called back later, saying he had to cancel because personnel weren't yet fully trained and that was the end of it.

I have three contracts with Terminix and generally, we're okay. However, my big issue is that the scheduling is never what I'm told it's gonna be. I don't know who put their computer system together in making appointments but there have been days when all three men have been here the same day and I've introduced them to each other. Then there were days that they show up and I didn't know that they're coming which is a little scary. I don't like to let people in if I don't know they're coming. And then there are days that they're supposed to be here and they show up two days later. So the scheduling is crazy and I've been with them for years and it's never gotten any better. We used to deal with our local person here and that was much better than dealing with a 1-800 number.

We had just moved to the area and I always had a service for pest problems so I called the one that I recognized the brand name as being good. The Terminix rep was very professional and friendly. He answered my questions and started getting me established by doing a treatment. Also, it was nice of them to point out that in addition to doing the quarterly visit, I was going to get a free termite inspection, so they did that as well. That was a pleasant surprise. I had beforehand seen a few bugs and spiders and I don't see any now, other than when I open the door and I stay and they try to sneak in. It was a positive experience and I would recommend it to others.

We’ve lived in our house for two years and we have had Terminix for the quarterly spraying for bugs. In our previous house in California, we had them for over ten years for preventative spraying, and at one time we actually had termites which they took care of and we kept up the yearly maintenance with that. When we moved here, we have made three appointments with them to come and do a termite inspection and they haven’t shown up once. They don’t call or anything and we’re fed up with that part. For the termite inspection, it seems like the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. They're not reliable on that aspect because they seem to have too many different places to call for an appointment for it. Because of that, I would not recommend them for termite inspection alone. Other than that, the quarterly and spraying service is good. We rarely see anything.

We switched a long time ago to Terminix because we had a local company and wanted a nationally known company in case we sell the house. I've never had a problem in pest activity since we started service with Terminix. I have occasional spiders and centipedes but not often. I'm very satisfied on a lot of areas with my service except for the scheduling where I am very dissatisfied. If I call them, they'll send somebody. But it's not a regular thing and I pay for them to come every three months. We've gone to about three technicians in the last three years and the latest one is very nice and polite. Scheduling the service is horrible and leaves a lot to be desired. I think a lot of it is in the office because I had to call them out and I never ever get a call from them that they're coming. I've called the office and complained and she saidthey will take care of it but it's never taken cared of.
So a lot of times I will miss the guy that comes to do our bugs because I'm not there. He came in December but I called in. The guy came and is excellent in doing the termite inspection. He then left me a note on the door that says, "I was scheduled to come today and your house is fine. It has no termites." But he's supposed to go in the garage and he couldn't get in there. So if I have a spider issue which I'm about getting ready to have in the spring, I wonder when they're coming out. My daughter has the same technician and she's called about it as well because she teaches at school and she's not home when he comes.

Terminix has been very helpful. The service I avail from them is mostly preventative. I have them come out once a year to check for termites because I thought I had them at one point, but it turns out I didn't. I've got a wooden house though so I have them keep checking. Most of the visits are from their other branch which checks for bugs and mice. Terminix used to call the day before someone was to come out which was hard to schedule because I wasn't always here, but now they give some days' notice which is fine. They're also consistent about the technician they send out who's really nice, knowledgeable and helpful. There's much less pest activity since the service and if we have something else that occurs during the three-month period before they come back again, they will come back on very short notice and address that which is fantastic.

I use Terminix for bimonthly service at both houses. Scheduling is done online and it's really easy. The techs have always been helpful and guided us through any of our questions or concerns. Pest activity has been minimal since then.

I had little bitty baby spiders that kept showing up and we've had taken care of with the little boxes that have the sticky stuff inside, but in the period of time that the technician from Terminix was coming every three months, we'd vacuum it up, scrubbed around there and they were back within a few days. So the last time that the technician came, he had a direct spray nozzle to chemically treat them and went throughout the downstairs and sprayed it along the top of the baseboard where they seemed to be coming in.
I've had Terminix for years and they let me know when they're scheduled to come, and if there's a problem, I can get on the website and change it to a different time or a different day. I've been having the same technician, Merrel, for some time and he's very nice and courteous and we get along great. Overall, I've been very pleased with my experience with Terminix and I haven't had any problems or conflicts of any kind.

Everything went fine in our most recent experience with Terminix. The tech came and did his quarterly spray and did a fine job. He works with me real good. He's great and a really nice guy. I keep my gates in my backyard locked because my wife doesn't want anyone stealing her dog and he calls me before he comes. So I'd take the lock off that day he comes in and everything works fine. Whenever I'm here and he's here we talk. They're doing a great job and they're good people. There's no pest activity in our home since we started service with Terminix. But right now it's starting to get warm and for some reason, for the last three years, the flies have been bad. So there are flies everywhere and nothing can be done about them darn things.

I’ve done business with Terminix for many years, and they have always been exceptional. We’ve been very pleased. Terminix sent out a new technician for our most recent preventive service. I’ve had incredible experiences with all of their technicians. They were very knowledgeable, polite and accommodating. It has been a while since I had anyone spray indoors, and I have started noticing occasional spiders, but I still didn’t want them to spray indoors. I have a new kitten. I let them spray mostly outdoors and around the house, so the technician sprayed outdoors really well and the problem disappeared.

Terminix always come on a Friday and I'm never home on Friday mornings. But, I've talked to Kevin on the phone on and off and had him come back for one thing or another and it's always been great. He's very polite, nice, and does an excellent job. He's in and out and I don't have any problems after he leaves. I wouldn't still be with Terminix if I wasn't satisfied and I've already recommended them to some people.

We’re very happy with our overall experience with Terminix. They had someone come out recently for our preventative services. There are no problems when scheduling our service with them. The technician that was sent by Terminix is a good guy, he is courteous and does everything I ask him to do. He does the front, sides, and back of our home. We're dissatisfied with Terminix because of the monthly charge and have cancelled their service. Way back when we first moved here, it was grassy, wooded and was infested with ticks. I took a hundred ticks off of my dog in one day which was crazy, so I called some other company back then and they came out one time, charged a low fee and said that if their service didn't fix the problem, they would come out as long as it would take to get it done. They came out two or three times free of charge, the problem got under control and I didn’t need anybody since.
But then, my daughter moved in with us and she was in panicville about a specific issue so we called Terminix and I thought it would be a one-time shot. But I was put on a $109 every other month plan for them to come out and squirt a few places. When I saw what the tech did, I said that I can do that for many more times and less than $109, but the chemical wouldn't be as strong as what he was using. It wasn’t worth the price, that's why I completely cancelled and Terminix keeps calling here.

I've had Terminix for over 20 years and they were nice, quick and efficient. I don't have any pest activity at home since their service. It's quick and easy to schedule service. The technician is very good and the only one that messed up was the sub they had when he was out ill.

I'm tickled to death with Terminix. Every service has been very good. They've been very responsive and their standard quarterly treatment is very effective. If I have any problems in between, which I've had very few since I started using them, they've been Johnny-on-the-spot to get here and take care of it immediately. They come routinely but always call and let me know before they do which works out good. The technician that comes is very conscientious and a great guy. We always talk about my treatment and what's going on. If I see ants close to the house in a certain area, he's always wanting to know those details so that he can do a more effective job of treating. The pest activity is virtually non-existent now so the service is outstanding. It's been a near perfect experience with Terminix.

I had a wonderful lady who came by the house and did the treatment for our home last January. I asked her to do the treatment inside and she did the outside as well and was very thorough. The experience was great and pest activity in our home has been down. I have recommended Terminix to a friend.

I have no problems with Terminix. They would render their service quarterly and the technician that I've had for years is friendly - I love him. However, there are some things that they just can’t do like these yellow birds that would come in when it gets warm. I don’t think they have anything to get rid of those. Still, I would recommend them.

The gentleman from Terminix came about a month ago. We have him visiting quarterly to spray for the crawly creatures and termites, and he is very cordial, nice and did his job. It's a very positive experience. We're given advanced notice and we make sure somebody's going to be in the house. Both my wife and I are retired so working around the schedule that they proposed to us is not an issue.
Since the service, there have been no crawly creatures. I'm assuming the termites are dormant at this time of the year but we'll see about it at April or May. I am very satisfied with Terminix and have top of the line experience. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is the cost which is quite high in comparison to some of the other organizations. But the fact that I've used Terminix before encouraged me to use them again.

The schedule for my preventative service with Terminix is usually recorded. They call and I know when the technician is coming. We've been using them since we bought our home so I've never had any problem. As soon as we get any issue, I would call them and they would start service. I like the technician I have now. He's knowledgeable, very thorough and can answer any question I have.

Terminix has been great. They've been easy to deal with. I use their service for preventative purposes and service is all pre-scheduled. The technician, same guy we always have, is very nice. He rings the bell, says hello and does his job outside. We've had no pests at all since we had Terminix. If we see anything, we call right away and they come to do a catch-up spraying.

I called Terminix today to get somebody to come out Wednesday to treat a particular pest issue. They've been here in the past but the bugs are in a different location now. They always schedule a date and time that is convenient for me. Their technician is wonderful and has been my regular guy. Wo when he's not there and somebody fills in for him, sometimes they don't have all the stuff that I do such as traps in my garage. Meanwhile, we've not had any issue since we started service with them except for the little ghost ants.
So far, Terminix has been very easy to deal with. The only thing I don't like is that their website gets weird sometimes. I cannot schedule an appointment so I end up calling. And when I call, the system would recognize my cellphone number that I have an account with them. However, they would refer me to the menu option. And, by the time I end up speaking to somebody, they're like, "Okay, well do you have an account with us?" It seems like the information is not carried through.

Terminix has been servicing our house for a long time and they've done a good job. They tell us when they would like to be here, and if it's not suitable, they plan our schedule well. We just had them here not long ago. We had a problem with some little bugs in the house. They took care of that and came back to see if they were gone. It's been a good relationship.

Sean, our usual guy from Terminix, sprayed around the house and went up in the attic and looked for stuff which didn't take very long (about 20 minutes). It was raining so he didn’t get the thorough spray like he should have but if I call them, they'll come back and redo it, no charge. I should call them up because the weather’s been unseasonably warm here and they said we will have bug problems. Sean is good, very responsive and knows his stuff. He puts his little booties on so he doesn't leave tracks. Even if it's dry out, he puts them on.

The Terminix technicians who came to our home were all business oriented. Mostly, we abide by the schedule they've set for their service, and if we had a problem with it, then we would call. So far, everything is fine and they've been really reliable.

We had termites four years ago so we called Terminix out and they were good. After that, it's like insurance where every year they come out and recheck, and we have been happy with them. When they get here, they're always friendly and courteous. The only problem we had is two years ago. They came out in November, because I guess everybody gets their termites by March, and we had said that it wasn't a good time on a Saturday morning but they came anyway. One time my husband got surprised, but he said the guy that came out was really nice, so that negative is mainly forgotten.
This year, though, we're happy. They say that they were coming this time, sometimes we're not home, and they showed up anyway, but that would be on them. Also, they only give 10 days notice. My recommendation would be to give three weeks notice when they're coming out, and if they have to reschedule, they should follow through. That would be an improvement. But anyway, I would recommend Terminix to neighbors. We're in such a wooded area and I'm sure we have termites all over the place, though we're here 15 years before we had to use their service.

Terminix comes every three months. I also have the termite treatment once a year. They call and set up a date, and if it’s okay with me then I let them know. If not, they'll reschedule on a date that would be more convenient to me. They’re on top of everything. If I have a problem, I call and they respond to me right away. I have animals like dogs and Terminix is real under control as far as keeping the pests away from them like fleas and whatever insects that bother everybody else. So it's good.

My experience with Terminix has been very good. I have two services from Terminix, termite protection and the quarterly outside spraying. They're always very responsive when it comes to scheduling. The guy that sprayed did an excellent job. When I had found some tunnels from the termites, Chris, another technician that came, took the time to explain everything and how the treatment worked even though I had it done before, so that was very good. Since the service, I'm holding my breath. I hate seeing those termite tunnels but that's part of living in Arizona sometimes.

I’ve had a problem with small spiders. Terminix has treated that and it's been a lot better since they've come to spray. I have no problems with their technician, all I’ve had is good experience. They call me and let me know when they’re coming because the last time they scheduled it, it was on a Friday between 3:00 and 5:00. Fridays is not always a good day but that worked out perfect last time. I’d like to know ahead of time so I can be here.

Terminix has done service at our house for 30 years. We made an arrangement with them because we live near a river. We had river rats and it was less expensive to have them come every month and re-change the bait station for the mice than to call them on a spur of the moment. I'm happy with them and like the service. The complaint I have is they change the service tech randomly. We'll have the same service tech for months or a couple of years and then they get moved to a different area. Sometimes changing the tech is for the better but sometimes it's not.

At first, I called Terminix when we had a mouse problem, since we figured that they could solve the issue. Since then, we've had them for a while and we've been happy with them. They come every three months although they've had difficulty getting someone to stay permanently to visit our area. We've had a few of their staff in the past that haven't been good and the technician we have now has been very good to work with.

Terminix was hire to remove squirrels and close up all points of entry from a rental property we have. They failed to complete the work. They said they had to order materials to go on the roof and they never show up again. After several months of phone calls and a letter from our lawyer asking for our money back, still no response from Terminix. This started 11/2/15 to present. They asked for all their money upfront, would not take a deposit, and balance when finish. To me they knew they was not going to finish the job. It seems someone needed holiday money, and they got it from senior citizens and one is disable.

Terminix is truly a customer-oriented company. Everybody I interact with, I have nothing negative to say. They answer all the questions clearly. The chap that comes for service is really great. He doesn't make himself annoying and always asks if there's anything special I need, to which the answer has been no. I had Terminix a long time ago, and then a different company came with a good story and stupidly, I switched. This other company was awful and didn't do what it said it was gonna do time and time again. Out of frustration, I went back to Terminix and it has been terrific ever since.
Recently, I had a terrible mouse problem and this is where Terminix really shone. They came out, told me what they're gonna do and they did it. I thought it might be marginally effective, but it has reduced the visible mouse population tremendously. It was an expensive procedure, about $1,200, but it was worth it. I tell anybody who'll listen how great it was. It sounds like a commercial, but it's true. Without even being prompted, I've spread the word on how good Terminix is.

Terminix comes to do a preventative service in our house, and the service has been excellent. Whenever I have noticed anything that looked new to me or something seems to be multiplying or there are certain areas of the house I'm concerned about, they are able to come in and take care of them. They are very accessible and answer whatever questions I have. Overall experience has been great.

I’m always notified when Terminix is going to come and in enough time so that if it happens to be a problem, I could let them know. They generally only do the exterior, so it’s not an issue in terms of my availability. They always leave an invoice of what they did. I don't have any problems and there are no bugs. It's a very good value for the amount of money that I pay for the service. The technicians have always been very good, respectful, and well-trained. The man who recently came showed me his ID, which I appreciate, and I make note of it. Any questions I’ve had, they’ve answered. Same with the contact over the phone with the persons that would handle the notification.

Our experience with Terminix has been good other than one little issue we had with them. My wife called and set it up with them and they came and just sprayed the outside. That was fine, however, this happened once a month for four months straight - we kept buying more and more. I was frustrated and told my wife, "Call them and tell them to come inside the house. Plan something inside the house because whatever was going on outside isn't working on the inside." She had that squared away. We had permits set up for Terminix to come inside. Since then, everything's been fine.

I paid for three years of service with Terminix, and had a very good experience with them recently. I called them because I had some rodents in the house. They came up with a good plan, and came out twice. It was snowy and miserable to be working around the house, but they went ahead and did a good job. They were also very careful when they came in and didn't track in any mud. The rodents are gone.

We use Terminix for their preventative services and since having them, the pest activity here is now much improved compared to several years ago. Once, we even asked their techs for additional help because of mice that appeared in our house. Overall, it's been a very good experience with them and it's been going for quite long too.

Sam, the technician who's come at the beginning was excellent. He went out of his way to do an extra job and did a lot of helpful things for us. Dave, the fellow that's coming now, is doing fine but he's been doing more of follow-up. They were able to answer my questions and they've been professional. Since I've had the service from Terminix, the pest situation has improved much and things are better.

In Mississippi we had termites that came in by the window over the sink, so we called Terminix and they came out and treated it, and inspected the house every year. When we moved to Arkansas, I called Terminix again to inspect and treat the house. We've got a contract with them where they'll come once a year. The tech we had was nice and explained things to me that I didn't know about. He said that if I have a problem, I can call them and they can come and check it and I'm not going to be charged for it. They're very knowledgeable. Great experience.

We recently had a routine visit from Terminix. I usually get an email with a schedule date and it always works. So they come out on the agreed schedule. I sometimes get a call the day before to find out if I'm having any problems inside the house and I haven't. So the work they've done has always been outside and I really haven't noticed any problems. So far, everything has been fine and simple.

Each quarter, if the call isn't answered, a voice message is left indicating when the upcoming service will be performed. In addition, a contact number is left should that day and time conflict with an existing event or appointment. Should a re-schedule be required, the process is simple and efficient. The person on the phone is always polite and accommodating. The service technician always arrives within the given time frame. Something unique about the technicians is that once he or she knocks or rings the doorbell, he or she steps back from the door. Many people hover at the door frame. Giving the homeowner space is beneficial for a few reasons: there may be a dog that is over eager to greet EVERYone, some people have "space issues" and don't like people in their "bubble," or it scares some people to have someone they don't know on a personal level so close to their person. So, kudos on that aspect of coming to a customer's home.
The technician always asks if there have been any issues (ants, silverfish, roaches, etc.) and, if so, asks a few questions that may help the homeowner help resolve or at least cut down on the pests. For instance, silverfish love paper & cardboard. So, if your closet has shoe boxes on the floor, silverfish will LOVE you for it. The technician will not tell you what to do, but plant the seed of a new idea of how to store your shoes. Most folks can come up with the idea of a shoe rack or a hanging shoe bag.
The technician will ask if the customer prefers that he or she begin indoors or outdoors, will knock (unless given permission to, "Please, no need to knock. I know you're here. Feel free to use the door & come inside") before entering the house, foot protection is always worn, the customer is informed when the service is complete, and a signed list of services completed is always left for the customer's records. A follow-up email is sent almost immediately. It's rare to have to call between services, but when necessary (like when the ants move in when it's 180 degrees outside) there is never an issue in getting a technician out almost immediately. This is a well-run company and the process is seamless.

Terminix is hands down a great service. I've been in this house for seven years and I've had Terminix for just as long. I also had them in my house before and everything I've ever dealt with them has been wonderful. I haven't had any problem with scheduling because they automatically notify me. I do it quarterly and they just notify me. If that date works, it’s fine. If not, I can reschedule it so it's a very easy process. It's an excellent service.

Terminix schedules our service automatically and lets me know they're coming. They've been generally prompt and they let me know when they can't make it, which is good. Their technician has always been courteous, too. They've been really helpful and when I've asked them to do something, they've been willing to do that.

I've had Terminix for years. I have no problems when scheduling my service and our technician is great. He mostly just sprays outside but he'll come inside if I have an issue. I like him. He's absolutely professional and knowledgeable. I don't know anything about their end and if they're mixing up water or chemicals. I have to trust that they're doing what they're supposed to be. Sometimes we wonder what they are spraying but he keeps the bugs out so he must be doing the right stuff. When I had an issue recently, it was a nightmare for me but they took care of it. And since then, it's been better.

It was hard to schedule for one of Terminix's technicians to come out at the beginning. They had scheduled me and I had to cancel because I couldn’t make the schedule. I would like to be able to pick my own schedule. Also, I was getting different guys and I wasn’t as pleased with their service. One time, I had a problem with the one guy because he came and zipped around the house. He didn’t give me a chance to tell him where the roaches were and he was careless in spraying because he was always in a hurry. He did spray my cat and the cats’ litterbox that they use all the time. I had to take it to the vet so I was pissed off and complained to the manager which they noted. I figured he would at least not charge me for that particular service, but I got charged anyway. That cost me $84 plus $72.
Luckily, I talked to one fine representative and finally got set up with one of their guys who's great - very thorough and listens to what I have to say. He sprays for roaches and comes out every couple of months and when I need him, I can give him a call. I still have the roaches but it’s 95% better than it was. I’m satisfied with their service now.

It was in September when I signed up with Terminix. They send me an email that says they'll be here on such and such day and spend between what hours. The guy that comes is very pleasant, accommodating and does whatever I say. However, I called Terminix the other day because I was a little unhappy because I hadn't seen anybody in the whole month of February. They're coming March the 4th, and I reminded them that we live in Texas and there's a lot more little crawly things around here than in other states.

I had a good experience with Terminix when they did termite inspections. The scheduling of that service is really easy. The fellow that comes out and I have become good friends. We chitchat and have nice visits. He’s been coming here for years now. He always calls me and says he wants to do an inspection on a certain time, and I’ll tell him if it’s okay or not. He does a good job inspecting and he says, "Everything looks good."

One of my Terminix services is when their technicians spray and put chemicals inside anti-termite containers around the house. The treatment process is very simple and straightforward. The technicians are very cheerful, friendly and efficient. They do what they are supposed to do. In addition, they’re also knowledgeable about where the carpenter ants live which I had problems years ago. They’ve been effective in cutting them out of my house and so I’m happy.

I've been using Terminix for many years and I think their service fits me. We're mobile sometimes so we'd go to different locations and we always use Terminix if they are available. For the last eight years, it's been the same technician here in this location. And I love him. He's always very patient, understanding and takes time to explain things. I have the quarterly pest control which is scheduled automatically and the termite annual wherein they contact me first because they have to have the inside service. The pest problem is now 100% better since having their service.

We call Terminix to schedule service but everything is usually routine. Our regular service is every three months. When I had a problem, they came out and found the termites. That was not fun but the guy that helped us the day we had to come back and open up the house was really helpful and I’m sure the termites are dead.
I have two contracts with them: the subterranean and the dry wood. When the subterranean fella came out to do his yearly inspection, I told him we were going to be attended the next week and I said, "I don’t know if you have to inspect or if the gas is going to kill the subterranean too." He said, “Oh that will kill the subterranean too.” But I found out from the other fellas that’s not true. The gas is not going down to the ground and kill the subterranean so somebody needs to tell him that. I called back and rescheduled for him to come back and do an inspection. Other than that, they’ve all been really good and nice. They even brought us small bags which was good because we needed them.

Terminix comes every month. I like the tech. He's very nice. However, I don’t think I’ve seen any bugs until he sprayed and one came out which I didn't like. Also, I don't like the recording when they call to confirm an appointment. I wish it was a real person because sometimes I have to reschedule and it would be easier to do that right on the phone rather than having to dig their number. Everything else has been positive.

When I started out with Terminix, they inspected my house and everything was okay. However some termites showed up a little bit later and they came out, did everything and it didn't cost me a penny. I love them. Also, there's no problem with scheduling - they notify me when the time is ready. Rescheduling is a breeze too. They're supposed to come sometime May or June but just recently, I had my termite inspection because my neighbor was tented and I found some bugs in my trees. And they're coming out Monday. Their tech guys have been very nice, friendly, courteous and efficient as well. It has been absolutely fabulous with Terminix.

Terminix has not been my friend. A year ago, I bought a package insulation and encapsulation in my basement. Their reps were all just as nice as could be, and told me it'll get done. However, they never got it finished, but were hounding me to pay the bill in three months. I told them I'm not paying it because it's not done. It went on forever and they finally finished it with this last visit with the guy that came out. It has not been an experience that I would want to go through again. Overall, I'm not dissatisfied with Terminix, but I don't know if I would recommend them.

We have a routine schedule with them but when I'm not due to have them come out, I call and ask for an extra treatment on some things. I've had mice in my garage, and all those people from Terminix who have come out have been really great. They've been friendly and attentive to listen to what my concerns were. Some have gone above and beyond to move stuff around and really address whatever was bothering me. The scheduling has been really good. I've been pretty flexible because I'm retired. But there have been times whenever I needed them to come soon just for my peace of mind and Terminix has been able to do that. It took a little while to control because I had a huge problem but it's gotten better for sure. And now I'm almost to where I don't even think about it. It seems they're really particular about who they hire and their training. That's evident to me, and I appreciate that. It's really been excellent and I've been very happy.

I've had Terminix for five years. I met my "bug guy" one time in five years and we have a very trustworthy relationship. He knows where the keys are at, comes in, and does his assignment. I hear from him when he comes and when he leaves. He's very informative and if he sees something, he lets me know. He keeps me updated although I don't see him. We haven't had Terminix's service in a whole long time, but so far it's been okay with them. We don't have bugs anymore which is a good thing. The thing that bothered me the most was we had a roach in the kitchen and that was scary for me. They sprayed, did a good job, and I don't have roaches in my kitchen anymore. Also, I had a little thing that looked like a seed pack. It was an unusual-looking little tiny thing. We moved the bed out and Terminix sprayed all behind the bed, and I haven't any more of those bugs come in. That's comforting too, because I don't like bugs inside my house. I also got them to spray all the doors particularly because as I open the door, sometimes I get bugs. And right at the front of our house, we have these big windows by the door and it had little tiny bugs that had made their way to the window. Bugs like and go to the light. They're gone too, so I'm very pleased.
Needless to say, their technicians are very nice and very respectful. My husband is in his 90’s and I'm in my 80’s. They called us when scheduling my service and said they were available, and if that wasn't convenient I could change it. But it was always convenient. They’re good and effective.

We never had any problems with pest, we're just maintaining it with Terminix. Their price was not very good, it was more reasonable before. But they keep changing prices so I'm not too happy. However, Terminix technicians do a good job. We had a little problem there with our regular service guy that he was gone, and then they had somebody else, but the last three times, it's been good. I had a young gentleman named Tim come out to treat termites in my garage and this was outside their routine service. The technician was very understanding and appreciated the situation fully. He also put pellets in the wood and told me that Terminix would call me within two weeks, although I haven’t received a call yet for an inspection to make sure the termites are checked. I told him that I pay the annual insurance premium for them to inspect for termites and I’ve been telling them for three years I had it but nobody would believe me. My daughter had moved in some furniture in the garage and within 12 days, it was covered with termite dust. We called and Terminix was very responsive in coming out. We set up a date and it was fine, but it takes an act of congress to get them to believe you. I indeed had termites in my garage.
Three and a half years ago, I spent over $8000 to get my house tented and have the wood replaced from the termite damage. I did not want to get into that situation again so I want the termites taken care of before they take over. I knew the termites were there, and they didn’t really get them all with the tenting, at least in the garage. I spotted the termites at least a year later and I had told every guy who came out, but everyone of them said that the house was termite-free. The guys went up in the attic but the termites weren’t in the attic, they were on the side of the garage. They finally found it, so I’m waiting to hear if they’re going to come and inspect it.
I do have a sprayer who comes out quarterly and he’s coming out tomorrow. I had black widows in my garage and called Terminix because I knew there was a nest of these spiders out there. He came out almost immediately and sprayed. I don’t know if the black widows are gone because they are hard to get rid of, but at least he was aware and had told me that anytime and every time, he’d prefer that I spray the garage for any kind of animal that’s out there. So I’m also going to ask him to spray in our barn that has tools and saddles. He's just excellent. He understands and gets the picture. I showed him the anthills I tried to kill with a rake and he said that it didn’t do a bit of good and that he’ll just spray. So overall, my experience with Terminix is hard to gauge, because sometimes it's been painful and sometimes not.

We've known about Terminix for years and have used them for about 20 years now. I had another provider before Terminix and Terminix is much better. Everything is pre-scheduled. They usually contact me and let me know by email that they're coming in to do whatever service needs to be done on a normal basis. The guys who do the spraying were great - always prompt and cordial. I have recommended Terminix to quite a few people. In fact, my mother now uses them in Lawrenceburg because of us. They're a good company to deal with.

Our money is well spent with Terminix. They're very knowledgeable and courteous. They come in and do what they're supposed to do. They chat a little bit and they're friendly. Terminix comes once a month because we had to buy a program for a year and they just put it on Visa every month. They call and tell me when they're coming and they are right on time. They spray outside, inside, our attic, and the shed because they found those recluse spiders everywhere.
I went bananas because we've never had to have an exterminator for inside the house. We've been in it for 44 years and the spiders must have been there for 44 years and eaten all the other insects. We had three children and we never had any problems as far as bites. I love both of the servicemen that Terminix sent. One of them, Larry, was very intelligent. He shared everything and told me why they were doing it. They said because it's cold that we haven't recently been seeing any spiders, and they're trapped because other spiders were eating them. I hope their service continues to be as good as it has been in the past.

Since we had our service with Terminix, the issue that we had was immediately eradicated. What we are doing now is, more or less, for maintenance and issues that we see occasionally. We will see a bug here, a bug there and it’s taken care of. We live in a south suburban area. We’ve had a lot of rain and other issues where we’re going to have more of a problem with bugs. In addition, the technician was very knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and personable, and was on time and he did what we asked him to do. Our services with them are performed routinely, but if the time that they had scheduled us is inappropriate, we can easily change it. Terminix is excellent and I would recommend them.

In the almost three years that we had Terminix, we've always had the same technician. He's wonderful and we love him. Terminix call us about three to four days ahead of time and say that they've scheduled us for a certain day and if that doesn't work, we call them back. Fortunately, it always seems to be fine. I recently had routine service from Terminix. However, the scheduling for their service is not to my liking because they call and it's an automated thing that's telling me when they're going to come. I'm the consumer and I'm going to tell them when they're going to come so I have to turn around and call them back and nine times out of ten times to schedule a different time. But apart from the operating services that they have chosen to use, their representatives that are here locally are fantastic. I've also had several different techs that have truly been gentlemen. They were very nice and considerate. They let me know when they arrive, when they leave, what was going on and what they were going to do.

Usually we are not present to witness the technician and his method of operation but so far satisfied that the ant population is under control. We have however noticed an occasional earwig inside the house. But overall, I'd say Terminix is doing a decent job. If we are home on an upcoming visit I might have him spray in the garage for Black Widows as I know they are present.

Terminix visits us quarterly. They send me an email when they're coming out weeks ahead of time. Needless to say, scheduling a service has been great. We have two technicians and both have been great. I like them very much. And, everything has been better than before since using their service.

When we moved into our house, we had a lot of bugs and spiders in the attic and basement. We got the whole Terminix package for termites and everything. We were getting different technicians in the beginning but David has been out here the last few times. The techs were all very friendly but David is very thorough and explained stuff to me if I had questions. I was also very pleased with the supervisor. They’re just very nice and humble. By the experience that I’ve had, I would highly recommend Terminix to anyone. They've been awesome and we're highly satisfied.

We have our service with Terminix performed routinely. On our most recent service, the technician came in and did everything he was supposed to do. He went around the outside of the house and there was no problem at all. I talk to him once in awhile when he's here and tell him what we've been having any problems with. We get along quite well. Also, when he says he's coming, he's usually here at that time. He gives me a call and tells me he's on his way. Since having them, we don't have anything flying around and bothering anybody, so we're doing all right.

I needed somebody to take care of a termite problem that I was having so I went with Terminix as they're a big name in the industry. They schedule me regularly and if they won't be able to make it they always call me and let me know. They come and inspect the house for any new termite activity, crawl around and underneath it. I also got spiders inside the house and had them put insulation in the attic. They noticed the brown recluse spiders up there and had all of that taken care of. We also had a bit of a roach problem but they got that under control too. They're very satisfactory and I'd recommend them.

I have been with Terminix for three years. I was with another pest control provider before switching to them, and Terminix was a lot better because of my communication with the person who comes over. He is helpful and we’re on a first-name basis. It's been a good customer relationship and I haven’t had any issues with pest activity since the last service.

After talking with my local office, all issues have been taken care of, Issues I had were computer issues, they said they were not aware of problems. They will not happen again. I did state that I was happy with their service, I always got what I paid for. I am thankful this is taken care of.

Terminix comes every two months to do service and I have not had any pest activity since then. But I've got a bad experience with Terminix. They're supposed to come every two months but they keep trying to put me on the six weeks service. I went in online and checked on the May-June which would've been June 29, 30, 31, but they put me down for June 14th. I had to change it. I have called and told them what they're doing all in good faith. I've talked to many supervisors back in the main office and everyone said that they will take care of it, but they never do it.
What they are doing is screwing the consumer. You think that you are being visited six times a year, but if you do not catch them, they will be visiting you eight to nine times a year because they play with the dates. A lot of people don't watch the dates and don't understand what they are doing. When Terminix calls and says that they're good for service, they go "oh okay". That is my only problem with Terminix.
My interaction with the technicians that come by has always been positive. I've spoken with them when they come to spray and they say that they hear the same thing all the time and try to tell the ones back in the office that they're playing with the dates, but these ones don't seem to care. For the quality of their work, I would recommend Terminix, but I would also tell my friend to keep an eye on them because they will screw you every chance they get. My experience with the reps and with the quality of keeping ants out of my house is 100%, but my experience with the company is zilch.

Our experience is always good with Terminix. They take care of any issues that we may have. They always call and give me a heads up that they’re coming. They always show up when they say they’re going to and leave us a little paper statement that says they’ve been here and what they did. The technician is always pleasant and very professional and I couldn’t ask for anything better. I rarely see him because he usually stays outside and we’re gone more often when they come. But if we are here, he’ll ring the bell and let me know that they’re here and I appreciate that. Since having Terminix, we have hardly any pest activity inside. If there’s anything, it’ll be something that’s already dead. We also had a mouse issue several years ago and Terminix came right out and helped us.

We are now on our second time with Terminix that does a routine service for us. The rep we talked to was pleasant, informative when I have questions, friendly and courteous. The technician was professional and knowledgeable, and he also mentioned what type of roaches spreads and hatches. Everything was ok and we have recommended them to our neighbor.

I've had Terminix for 18 years since we moved to Mississippi. They offered the best products for the price when we were calling around getting estimates. Now, I have a contract with them and they do their thing. If I do have a problem which is rare, they always come right out and handle it. So far, we have very minimal pest activity. However, their cost is a little more on the spendy side.

My service with Terminix is done routinely. Their staff are courteous and friendly, and if I have special requests the technician is open and willing to assist. Since my service with them, I don't see any bugs anymore. Sometimes, Terminix seems to be a little pricey, but I guess that's the way they do business.

Terminix has been prompt and they follow up for the few years that I have them. The technicians are really nice, punctual, and professional. If I need to spray or if I see bugs that I haven’t seen before, I always tell them about it and let them take care of it. Previously though, I had a part-time job and they had a new person who came after I went to work. He didn't realize that so he couldn’t get in the house. I had to call them back and somebody who was in charge came out and did my house so they got that settled. I’m not working anymore so that’s not going to be a problem again.

Terminix sends me an email about the schedule of my service and they let me know that they’re gonna be out on a certain date between certain times and make sure that the pests are not out during that time. Everyone I’ve come in contact with has been very friendly and courteous. Recently they came out for our quarterly outside inspection and our guy always knocks on the door, tells me what he’s gonna do and then he asks me if I want him to check back in or just to leave the receipt on the door. And I always say, “Leave it on the door,” and that’s where I find it. So he goes around the house and does whatever he does. He wipes away the spiders and spray something, like for ground bees. They came back twice and did that for us, and if we have other problems they come. There are less spiders and crickets now, and they are professional.

I have Terminix for two years and I can say that they are great. Greg the technician is very thorough. He goes to our house on a quarterly basis and he gives me a detailed evaluation of what's occurring and what he has done to rectify the issue. Meanwhile, their reps are very knowledgeable and flexible. Pests are a zero issue now in my tenant's house.

We have service from Terminix every three months. The only thing I would consider a problem is that I'm scheduled too early. If they'll say, "Your service is scheduled for such and such a date," I'll say, "That seems a bit early." I'll go look it up on the calendar and it's like three weeks before it's due so I call and reschedule. Everything else has gone well. We've had them since we lived in Maryland, which was 11 plus years ago. It's a little bit costly but worth it. We've always been treated well. I have not had any problems and if I ever do, I know I can just call them and they'll be right out. I've always been satisfied and happy with the results. We'll continue to give them our business.

We have long since used Terminix for two houses - a three-story one where I lived in for twenty years, had rented out and finally sold, and a newly bought one-story that we eventually moved into. Scheduling our service with them has been routine. We haven't had any problems for years. A year and a half ago, their technician went up in our attic and mentioned that there was not that much insulation. He mentioned that Terminix has started installing insulation and recommended that we do it, and we had him come in. They filled the attic with insulation. We also didn't have any over our garage so they put stuff in there. It has been good with them.

I've used Terminix for the last 20 years and they've always been the same. They show up on time, are very friendly and they take care of anything we need if there's an additional request when they get here. They call or send me an email and tell me when they will be here. And if the schedule doesn't work for me, I get in touch with them. They usually spray the outside. They also took care of one of the problems we've had. We had a problem with palmetto bugs inside, but they sprayed them and they have been gone since then. Overall, they're helpful, prompt and professional.

I’m a satisfied customer. I’ve had Terminix since 2000. I had Sears before but Terminix bought the service and I paid an extra $3000 to guarantee that this house was termite-clear when I moved in and nd I’ve just always kept the service up. I had somebody call me this morning wanting to change the service and I told them absolutely not. They guaranteed this when I bought the house. The technicians do an excellent job. They're here if they tell me they're going to be here and if they’re going to be late, they always call me. I’ve not had any trouble since the last service.

Terminix does our monthly pest control spray and they notify us over the phone before they come. Their technician is very good and he takes his time. He explains what he's noticed and if he sees a problem, he points it out to us. So we've been very impressed with him. We've not had any problems ever since.

We had a problem for a while with some little ants but our Terminix technician got that figured out finally and those were gone. When we've had extra problems with another thing, they came out and did that as well. Scheduling used to be a problem before but it's all worked out now so everything's fine. When they set up schedules that sometimes are inconvenient for us, I go online and change the scheduling time which worked out okay.

Terminix came out to do the annual inspection and their technician is very pleasant, clean and does a great job. However, their web-based reporting of my service appointment doesn't work very well. This is the second year in a row where they say that they will send it to my email, and when I get there, nothing opens up. Nevertheless, they’re very good.

We just moved down here from St. Louis in November and have been with Terminix for a few months. Their technicians were good. The house had no attic insulation and we had Terminix put insulation in our attic. I found out from one of the guys that they do that and they did well. They've contained the pest activity here.

I had bed bugs and Terminix came out to do an assessment. They said they'll be out on such and such date and they did, which was really cool. However, they were supposed to put mattress covers on certain beds. That didn't happen but it wasn't a big deal. They also said that they were going to come back in two weeks and they never did. When I called back, they said that I had to schedule it. That wasn't the impression I had. I tried to schedule the visit which was on a time limit and they showed up 30 minutes late so I had to reschedule. Then the tech did show up on time like he was supposed to but it had already been about three weeks to a month after the scheduled date. Lucky for me, I don't have any more bed bugs. Other than that, the guys that came out to spray for roaches were very professional, very nice, and did a really good job. It was a great experience all in all - it was awesome.

Terminix comes quarterly and our recent experience like all the other ones has been very good. Their technicians are always very cooperative, friendly and courteous. They're all very thorough, willing to listen to what we're saying and react on what kind of feedback we're giving them. We're very pleased with the technicians. My one little complaint is we're in Manhattan, New York City and when the technicians say, "We're coming between 10:00 and 12:00 in the morning," they don't mean between 10:00 and 12:00. They mean any time that day. They have a hard time keeping to their schedule because of the traffic and lack of parking in the big city. Now, on the plus side, our current technician calls about an hour before he thinks he's gonna arrive. Sometimes it takes him two hours but he's trying to do his best to get here within reasonable time. We've had no problems at all with pests since. I'm a very happy Terminix customer.

We are in the process of moving and we are going to have Terminix continue service at the new house. We’re not going to have a pest inspection done. Newton, the Terminix rep we had, was phenomenal and the most wonderful person in the world. We want to adopt him and make him our son. About a month or two ago, he checked to see how the interior of our home was against mice, and also checked the outside. To give us a clean bill of health, he recommended some products. He didn’t take a tremendous deal of time and I didn’t feel like I was stuck here all day. He was very professional and gave us some good information.
After he came out, I had an open candy container pushed back on the shelf in the basement. When I brought it upstairs during winter, a little mouse came out and scared the hell out of me. But that was not Terminix’s fault as the mouse is obviously smart enough to avoid all the traps. That's the only issue we’ve had since we’ve had them. I've been very happy with the service.

We discovered a carpenter ant problem in our house and we called Terminix. They did take care of the carpenter ants but we also had bee problems. The contractor was getting attacked by bees and they took care of that, too. The bees were gone in probably a day and the carpenter ants disappeared in two or three days.
I took care of scheduling over the phone and it was really easy. I called and spoke to a representative and they gave me a list for securing dates. They come every other month. The tech's name was Colina and she was awesome. Personality plus she was really knowledgeable, knew what she was doing, recommended some other stuff, checked and made sure that other things were okay. She’s really cool and very thorough. Terminix was really good. I had great experience and service.

The young lady from Terminix was very professional and did a great job. The only thing, I didn't get a call about her visit so I did not know she was coming. And she said she didn't know why I wasn't contacted, but that was the first time. I've used Terminix for years and never had a problem scheduling any service. I've had great service with Terminix. Their tech came in for service three months ago. Scheduling their service is easy and I usually do it with their friendly reps over the phone or on the internet sometimes. I’ve had Kenneth and Shawn come out for the previous visits and they were both great. They pointed out places where insects or rodents may get in the house and told me what I can do. Ever since we had their service, I don’t see little bugs here anymore.

We had a parrot and when I got the cage, it came with roaches, and we have been finding them for several years. That's when I realized that even though you're a very clean person, you can still have cockroaches. It's gross and I got tired of it. So Terminix took care of it, and we got rid of the bird too so I don't have to worry about the roaches ever coming back.
The technician, Dave, was wonderful and very polite. I trust him and feel comfortable with him being in my home. He was considerate with all our pets that were around here. He listened, talked to us, and explained to us everything that he was doing, why he was doing it, and why he was doing it at a specific time of the year. It's perfect. The house is great and I haven't seen a single bug. We're completely satisfied. Absolutely love Terminix.

I tried and tried close to a year to get rid of pests but I couldn't do it, so I called Terminix and it took them 11 months to get rid of them. Their technician came out last month and sprayed in and around the house. He comes every three months and I was through with Terminix if they hadn't done something. And it looks to me like the technician could have done early on what he finally did at the last. However, other than that bed bug experience, everything else has been great.

Terminix came out for a regular check up. They don't bother me if they don't come in the house but I go out if I have questions or concerns that are out of the ordinary and they always has taken care of it for me. We've had Terminix for several years now and we're happy with what they do. Recently, they were here for routine service. I usually schedule my service over the phone and the reps are always friendly, cooperative and seem to want to please. Likewise, our technicians are always good. We get to know them well and talk about families - it's a friendly time. They seem to know what they're doing and we don't have any problems whatsoever. Summary: Missed appointments, time-wasting phone calls -- including being put on hold for over half an hour. We called on Tuesday and got transferred to multiple people (having to repeat everything for each person -- a time consuming process). We were told they would see us Thurs - Sat and would call back with an exact time later. We were never called. We called again on Thursday and were again transferred to multiple people and had to repeat our story. We were told they would call us by the end of the day with an exact time. Again, we were never called.
We called again on Friday and got transferred to multiple people. We were then put on hold. The representative (Tamika) never returned. After half an hour, we tried calling again. The representative gave us an appointment window for Saturday. No one ever showed up. We called again and have been given another appointment but at this point we have little faith. We have spent over 20 hours between waiting for no-shows and being tossed around on the phone. This is a lot of time to take off work for repeated no-shows. Terminix must make a lot of money by dragging its feet rather than providing their contracted service. Everything we've gotten from Terminix so far has been a lie.

Terminix's technicians usually come before I wake up and don't bother us. They don't come inside the house unless I call them to do so. The inside's been great and the outside's been ten times better since before we had any kind of pest control. in fact, we don't have a problem with pest and termites so they're doing their job.

Terminix usually work around my schedule. I talk to the technician when he comes out to the house and he seems very nice. Three weeks ago the guy came and did the exterior spray for ants that we have. I called him back because we have ants in the inside of the house, and I don't like it. The company is good and I will continue to use them. I would also recommend them.

There were roaches out there that Terminix took care of. I just call them and they show up. They treated and they explained what they were doing. If I had any problems, they come right back out here and redo it again, so I haven't seen any more pests around. They did a good job.

I love Terminix. Ever since I got them, I have been nothing but satisfied. Their tech has been more than helpful. When I was having a little bit of a rat problem, he brought over some traps and helped me set some stuff up. I'm in Thousand Oaks and we have a lot of roof rats because we have a lot of vegetation. And in the last nine months, I've got about eight. With Terminix, and my dog who is a hunter, too, I haven't had any pest problems in the last couple of months.

He sprayed inside, and since it was raining, he will just come back to spray outside. He was courteous, polite and told us who he is when he got to the door and showed credentials. I have a lot of Terminix services--I have mosquito, pest control and termites. But the last time they came was for a termite bomb. Their technician, Devon, that comes to my house is the best person I've ever dealt with in my life. He even knows our family. When my mother was in the hospital, he came and prayed with me for my mother. Furthermore, anytime I had to reschedule, it was not a problem with them. They ask me when it's convenient for me and they accommodated me. It was great. Since then, pests are non-existent. We had a tremendous problem with mosquitoes last summer because we were renovating the town. There were two houses behind us that had pools with stagnant water. When we had them spray the yard and had the mosquito control, we did not have any bites when we sat out in the yard. It was incredible. They're the best in the market. I wouldn't have anybody but Terminix.

Their representative calls and tells me it was time for my quarterly, annual or semi-annual check. I also talked to the technician for 15 minutes after she made the inspection and decided on a course of action. I had a fantastic experience with Terminix and so, I've already recommended them.

My rep from Terminix always calls beforehand and asks me if there’s been anything that he should be aware of before he shows up. He always does the same thing. He takes a broom around and de-webs the entire house. I get better service out of him than any other guy that comes to the house. That's my big deal with Terminix. I remember once or twice there were those little tiny ants and he addressed it right away and got rid of them. With Terminix I have a virtually nonexistent pest activity in my house.

My experience with Terminix wasn’t a very good one. I got a bill for something I had no idea what it’s for. And I got two bills for the same day. They recently came, looked around the outside and left something on the door. Scheduling was fine. They come around, they call and they say when they’re going to come. The service contractor has always been nice, very friendly, and do a good job. I haven’t had any pest activity since the service.
