    We have a little pond so we have to deal with mosquitoes more often despite having Terminix services. But other than that, everything else in our pest situation has been good. We’ve been using Terminix for a number of years now to do termite and mosquito control service for us. The technician who comes out is very friendly and is able to answer questions. Usually they have the schedule for service, but they call before they come to let us know that somebody is coming here. The schedulers are courteous and friendly.

The technician that was sent did a good job in explaining what he was going to do and what follow-up we might need, and we'd call him if there was any problem.     We have a Terminix technician who comes to our home regularly. They usually call first before coming over and if we have to change the appointment, they do it. They were just here two weeks ago to spray the outside of the house. So far, everything’s fine and we don’t have any bugs. We’ve had different technicians over the years and have never had a problem with any of them. They’re very friendly, do what they say they’d do, and it works out. We live in the South and it’s very difficult not to have any bugs in the house so we occasionally have some roaches. I tell them that and they’ll spray our house, and we won’t have them anymore.

    As he was about to have me sign for the service in the front door the last time he was here, he pointed out a bat right over my outdoor light clinging to the brick on my front porch. He said, “Are you sure you don’t have them in the attic?” I said, "We just had a repairman up there for some reason and if they had been up there then he should have noticed it. Besides, we're not hearing anything." He said that when we go outside and it’s dark, the bat will be gone. Sure enough it was. I appreciated the fact that he was able to point it out and make sure that there were no other issues.

    We've been having Terminix come out since we bought the house about two years ago. They come every three months or whenever we need them necessarily to come back, because we had a lot of reconstruction and it's an old house. We found that they have been fantastic. We liked everything about it. There are a couple of technicians and they are all super, very thorough and professional. We're very satisfied. I would continue to use the service as well as recommend it to other people.

    I had Terminix come back for a routine visit last Friday. And then two weeks prior to that, they came out for an extermination. Scheduling with them was great and everyone was very helpful. The older guy who did the routine came out right away to do an assessment of the property. He was really nice, very friendly and helpful. He called me if he was coming out and everything went well. However, the one who did the extermination could've been a little bit more friendly. He was a little frustrated with us which I really didn’t like. I didn’t get the chance to call Terminix and request someone else to come out. But since our service with Terminix, the pest activity in our home has substantially decreased, so I would definitely recommend them to a friend, except that particular technician.

    Since we began our services with Terminix, our pest activity is almost non-existent. There are some pests that they can’t treat, like the ones that are outside--grubworms, snails and stuff like that. But they take care of the other ones they can treat and do a real good job. They’re very friendly and try to work with our schedule. They would call and let us know it's time and such. My next door neighbor had them coming over to do something and I was supposed to have them the next day, which was gonna be a problem. Then they were able to schedule us both one right after the other and I thought that was very nice. The technician that’s sent were very friendly and good. They're knowledgeable about what they’re doing and about the different pests that can be in the area. I have recommended them.

    Terminix has done good and the technician is very friendly. Sometimes though we have to tell the technician what to do because we don’t feel like he was doing every little corner that he's supposed to do. Whenever we’ve got stuff sitting around, it’s hard to do the service so when we pull the stuff out, we’d like the service to be done behind where we pulled stuff out, like in the basement, because part of our living room is in the basement. But other than that, everything's been fine and we haven’t had any bug problems since we’ve had Terminix so we must be doing something right.

    When we first moved in, we had problems with roaches running around. Terminix told us they might have come with our furniture from the previous place that we rented but they were able to get rid of the problem. It took about a week or two before it died off. It's been over a month now that I haven't seen anything so that's been a big relief. Unless we have issues, they provide schedule routinely and are always helpful each time they come. Recently, they did just the outside and told me that spiders and ants are going to be out. Ants are the one of the worst things I hate so they told me a couple of preventive measures. I always like the helpful hints they give.

    Scheduling the service was always really easy. They call and let me know that the guy’s coming and if that’s acceptable, I'd take that time. If not, then I can change it. Every three months he comes and does the pest control thing. He is so nice, friendly, a wonderful person, great, and I just love him. He is so thorough and he always wants to know if I have any new problems. Terminix has taken pretty good care of our pest activity. Every now and then we do see some little ants.     Terminix comes and sprays for bugs. I never see them but we don't see any bugs either so that's good. We are scheduled quarterly and I got an annual contract and so I let them worry about it. If we ever have any problems, I would call them and say, "Gee, we got a new infestation here," but I haven't had that problem so we keep using the service. They seem to be very personable. When they call to say that the guys are coming tomorrow, they leave a message. I've been using them for so many years and our pest situation has improved.

    When we signed up with Terminix we felt excited to have what sounded like very professional set of people. The initial setup up went well. But now that the follow up is due we have called 5 separate occasions for them to come back for an extraction that was suppose to happen seven days after the initial traps were set. Now it is a month and a half later still no one will call us back and each time we call we are promised a service call that never happens.

    We still hear rodents in the attic for which we have been charged almost a thousand dollars for them to correct the problem which I'm pretty sure now won't be happening. As far as this company I would not recommend them to anyone ever. Use them at your own risk. This business just lies and gives you the runaround and never follows up... Thanks for nothing but ripping us off Terminix... My next call will be to the BBB.

    We have service from Terminix every three months, and we pay them in advance. They come out whenever it's convenient for us. One time we couldn't make it and asked, "Can we make it for another day?" The guy agreed and said they'll work around our schedule. The tech checks everything outside and sprays in the summer and spring. The most recent service was in the middle of March. One time we didn't know that we had bed bugs. The tech told me about it and had to contact somebody else to get it straightened out. They cleaned the bed bugs out and sprayed. We had to move stuff around and be out for a couple of days until they said everything was okay. They were really courteous and explained everything to us in a good way. I was given a little break on the price too. They were good.

    I've always had a good experience with Terminix. When I was in Woodstock, the service provider there did a good job and now that I'm in Waynesboro, they do an excellent job as well. The inspector that comes out to our house always does a good job, very friendly and makes sure that we have everything that we need inside or outside of the house or any extras. Terminix is always good with rescheduling if we happen to have to and usually email us when they are coming. Pest activity has definitely been kept to a minimum and if there has been any little issues, the tech that comes out has taken care of it.

    My parents have had them out repeatedly. They don't spray the whole house or set off bombs for bugs. Roaches have not dissipated and they are now biting and feeding off humans. My nephew got one in his ear and when we got it out and squished it blood was in the bug where it was hurting my nephew's ear. I'm very displeased.

    Terminix came out and did a pest control recently. It's a routine service but if there are issues, I text the technician and he sets up a time with me for him to come out and check it out. Scheduling services through him is very easy rather than doing it over the phone. It's more arduous when I have to go through the national way to do it. We also use him for our termite coverage and he's outstanding, responsive, and professional. Anytime I have a question, he immediately gets back with me by text. Since we've been using Terminix, the pest activity has gotten better. We have an old home near a wooded area though so there's still gonna be pests.

    Terminix did a pest control visit recently for our quarterly service. Our services with them are prophylactic, not just remedial and we have never had any pest activity. I've used Terminix for about 12 years at different houses and they've always been able to accommodate my schedule. The technicians that they send to us have been charming, careful, patient, thorough and mindful of my dogs. But there's a lot of staff turnover. I have no idea who's on the other end of the phone when I call and I don't know if they're local or national. It would be nice if there was more continuity in the technicians who visit our home because they’re familiar. I don't have to work as hard explaining what's gone on before and what I'm concerned about. That person coming into the home would be more knowledgeable about our circumstances. But staffing is staffing and they're very professional and good, so my overall experience has been very pleasant.

    Terminix was recommended to me by my son. He told me to call them, so I had them out the first time. It was quite spendy because they had to go under the house. The house is old and I've lived here all these years. There was no insulation underneath. They did the whole nine yards. It was awesome. Sometime last month, I called Terminix because I had an ant problem in the bathroom. I talked to somebody in the office who said he couldn't find my number even though I gave him the number that was on my papers. He looked again and said he had a schedule for me. I told him, "Whoever you have come, have him come after at least 2:00. I get off work at 1:00 and I get home probably around 1:30."

    However, he didn't understand where I was coming from. The techs came around 8:00 or 10:00 one morning and I wasn't home. They left me a little note and told me they had been here. The next day, I came home and the same thing happened. I haven't heard from them since. So I got something, put it in the bathroom and somehow cleared up the ant problem. But other than that, I've had a good experience with Terminix.

    They usually call and tell me when they'll be out, and it works okay. I have the same guy come and he knows what my hours are. He's a nice big guy and it's enjoyable when he comes out. He explains everything and always asks questions. I talk to him about stuff, the problems I have and he gets right on it. He's very good and I haven't had any bad experiences.

    I had an ant problem and they disappeared since I started using Terminix about 5 months ago. I don’t see the ants anymore so I'm glad with that.     The last time someone came Terminix, they worked the perimeter of the house and any problems that we had. I talk to their technicians each time to find out what they’re putting down and tell them if we have any ant mountain problems or anything that we’re beginning to see in the house. They take care of me according to the information that I give them.

    I like it when I have had the same technicians because they were familiar with everything and understood what needed to be done and it made it very simple. However, there was a time when our regular technician couldn't come. The technician who came in place had been in the company for a long time and we were talking about spraying for mosquitoes. He suggested that we spray everywhere, even close to the house. Our regular technician usually didn’t want to spray close to the house because he felt that this attracted the mosquitoes. So I don’t know who is correct, and we have not signed up for the treatment yet because we’re not sure whether we’re going to go with it again or not. It's been the only discrepancy, but I would’ve thought that they would have all received the same training and be on the same page with it.

    We've had service from Terminix for decades. We have two different things going on with them. One is the baiting program and the other is the insect program in the house. The most recent service was well done. Their tech was very pleasant and knowledgeable. My experience with Terminix so far has been very variable. Sometimes it's excellent and sometimes it falls through the crack. We preferred it when it was more local. Now we get calls from a remote location that doesn't know anything about what's happening here. Also, one of the problems we always have is setting when the service is going to happen because there's a tendency to set it up remotely. It's best left to the one who's responsible for doing the job.

    As a retired guy, I don’t need to be concerned about bugs, rodents, or any problems. I checked on the internet and out of the six things that I needed, Terminix could handle everything through the same contract. For the last two years, I haven't had any trouble inside or outside the house. It's just the last year, the wasps were a little bit more aggressive because of the warmer weather and were looking for territories. So Terminix has been treating for them.

    James is my service maintenance man and he lives about a mile and half from the area. Even though we've made the arrangements through the computer, he calls after getting the service order to make sure if it's good for me or if there's anything else. He's always thinking ahead for me. He and I have been working out the schedule, which makes it perfect because he knows I prefer the mornings and the earlier in the week. Then he gets out here and on time. I've never had a problem with James and he's one of the best service operators I've had.

    My ranch is way up high and toward the mountains so I get all kinds of little creatures and there's only an access road to get to it. It takes two miles to get here and when James comes back, we sometimes talk about what could possibly happen. It's like I'm in the wilderness because of the area and James handles 99% of everything that I have and takes care of them without a problem at all. I have recommended Terminix.

    I like the Terminix technician, Tim. He is outstanding, very personable and I appreciate him. He will call me a day or two in advance to let me know when he's coming, and will call again on the day to make sure I'm here. So our schedule always works out well. He came in recently and, as always, he went through everything, dropped the chemicals and put the traps where he needed to, and gave me advice on what I need to do to make it easier on myself. He was also training someone at the time who was as friendly and courteous as he was. It was perfect.

    In one of the more recent times I've talked to him, he told me about a plan that fixes my gutters and makes sure that stuff's not growing out of them like dropping in them by putting some foam in place. He also told me how he could seal up all of my exterior so that no animals can get in like mice and it was going to be long term. He went into the full explanation of it and told me I could save money getting it. He told me the warranties and everything that I would get along with it. So it's something I want and would do definitely. In the past, he's also sold me an insulation, after which I did see a decrease in my electricity and heating bill. So it was good all the way around and he's done an exceptional job.

    I still have some mice that come in and some ants, but it's not due to Terminix not doing the right thing. It's what's going on in my neighborhood. Terminix has been good overall. They're exceptional, knowledgeable and pleasant. The traps have worked and I don't see as many ants. I know that's kind of cyclical with the ants, so I'm satisfied and would recommend them.

    Terminix has been wonderful. Service is performed routinely. The technician, Philip, services the house in Florida and Terminix always contacts me the day before to let me know he's coming out. He notifies me when he's completed and what he sees at the residence. If he sees anything suspicious, he lets me know and calls me, gives us an update on how everything is looking and if everything is fine. I've been dealing with Phillip for the last two years or so and he seems very caring, compassionate and concerned. He does a very good job. It's more of a personalized experience as opposed to a business experience. We vacation in Florida quite often and I haven't seen any kind of pest activity at all.     Terminix's service is good but the billing is not. They're always goofing the billing up. I wished they'd get their billing straightened out. They're not their most friendly when you call them and they're on the rude side. But I've had no issues when scheduling or re-scheduling service. They do my quarterly service and then for termite traps so I don't get termites. Their technician, Randy, is great. He's professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Our pest situation since the services is fine. Spiders were bad last year but everyone had those.

    Terminix takes care of my needs. They treat my house for termites and my yard for insects and fire ants. They come every three months. They call me and tell me when they’re going to be here. For termites, they check once a year. The technicians ask me if I have any insects and I tell them. They’re very cooperative, nice and kind, and I appreciate them.     Terminix recently came to the house and checked for termites. They did a great job and found that I didn't have any. But I have a guy who comes every few months and sprays for bugs inside and outside the house. And then he comes once a year to check for the termites. He used to call and tell me that he was coming which worked perfectly. But now, Terminix went with this automated thing which has made scheduling pitiful.     Terminix is scheduled four times a year for routine service and if I need them additionally, whether it's inside or outside, they would come. Their technician was very good and the woman before him was excellent. These people are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They have been great.

    However, when they didn't send me a notice this week and just showed up on a rainy day, I didn't even have any control of rushing to call them to reschedule it. When they usually send me an email and I know it's gonna rain, I call them to reschedule. It's just common sense that if it's pouring and raining all day, they're supposed to cancel it. But they didn't send me an email and the guy came. I found the bill in a bag on my door. So I called them to reschedule it. This is the first time that they didn't send me either a call or an email notice so when I called to reschedule, they said they won't charge us for coming again (they're good about that). If they have to come for another time in between the quarterly spray, they won't charge. But if the weather is raining or snowing, why would they send somebody? With what happened, it feels like they'll come regardless of the weather just because it's on their calendar and they have a job to do.

    So that's a chief complaint. But other than that, they seem confident people. They've also made their local number available for calls between 12:00 and 2:00 which wasn't available before as they were at lunch. They corrected that and we can now call them. And other than the stinkbugs that nobody can control, everything's been fine. In the years we haven't had them, if we stopped for a couple of years, we've had problems, so Terminix must be doing something.

    I've done business with Terminix for years. I needed to try the best and thought they would be it, and they were. I hired them back in 2009 when I lived in Alabama and again when I moved to Florida. They always do a really good job, better than Orkin or any other people I’ve tried. They're also friendly, have good payment options and provide a prompt service. I live in an apartment building that has its own service but sometimes they don't send someone to my apartment even if I have a request, so I had to hire Terminix.

    It's really good scheduling services with them. The guy that does my area, Eddie, is usually really good at coming out on time. Right after I call, he'll come out within the next few days.     I have Terminix for about 35 years, not just at this address but other addresses too. They had the reputation at the time and I've had good experience with them. If I have any problems at all, I call them and within a day or two, they're back to take care of whatever pest problem I have. Before they show up, there always is an email and a phone call to confirm a window that they're going to show up. Normally, they make that window without any problems. The technician would just show up, do his job, hand me the receipt, and off he goes.

    The technicians were very good but I would tell them not to have their supervisors come out. We had an installation blown in the attic. Terminix had a brand new machine and we had all of the supervisors working this machine. I was a supervisor before I retired and when they said, "We're all supervisors," I said, "Oh, crap. Can you please call somebody that knows what they're doing?" They couldn't get it to work so they had to call a technician. And then one of the supervisors actually fell through the ceiling and broke it. They came within a week and had it fixed. They took care of everything. They back up their work and are very customer-oriented. They got it all done and I've been very satisfied. The installation was specifically designed to prevent mice and other pests, and it's done its job for the last five years.

    I also had to call them a couple of times and quite honestly, I don't like call centers and that's what Terminix has gone to. I would prefer to deal with the local people but the call centers have always passed the messages along. Within a day or so, I get a call back from the local technician or contractor and they make contact with me, so it's been pretty good.

    We're very satisfied with Terminix. The last time a tech came out, I hardly knew he was here. He was outside spraying. I'm disabled so he knows to go ahead and do the job. In the times that he came inside, he was very good, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and explained everything. We're having trouble with roaches which are concentrated in one spot in the kitchen, and we've battled those all the time. Last time, the tech put down some stuff so that the roaches can't have babies and that reduced them quite a bit. But now, they're back to having babies, so they're showing up more. So the next time that Terminix calls to come out, I'll have the tech come inside and do that again.

    I like Randy, the gentleman from Terminix who has been doing the service. He was a very good service person, listens to my complaints and does his best to alleviate the problems. He's a very courteous and helpful person, and always does his job very meticulously. I've had Terminix for pest control for two years. In the previous months, I've been paying them $20 a month. Last month, when my bill came, it was $55. When I called up the office, they said it's the new rate. I asked why they didn't tell me, and they said somebody was supposed to tell me but nobody did.     Terminix was supposed to spray all the parts of the house but all the dude did was spray around the baseboard in a couple of rooms. There are still fleas out there. I know they're billing us on time but I thought Terminix was supposed to only take their money out of the account every three months. What I was told at the beginning wasn't honest at all.     I'm very satisfied with Terminix. We had a different company come out here and two days after they sprayed, I still have the ant problem. I had to go to Home Depot and buy my Home Defender and spray them periodically because they kept migrating over here. But Terminix got the little granules or tubes that they put out, which does the job from keeping the ants coming from the outside of the house.

    The guy gave me a lot of tips because I have a lot of landscaping against the house and he's telling me the ins and outs to what I'm doing now and what I can do to improve it to help not get the critters set a nice hiding space. He explained the chemicals that he's using because I have cats and I'm worried about them eating it, but he said they wouldn't and if I could keep the animals in the house for a couple of hours since I have one that goes out, then the chemicals will dissipate and the cat will be fine to walk around the areas. We also talked about something I don’t have coverage for. I've been having a lot of rat and baby possums migrate inside the house last year. He told me about setting the trap and I caught them. The technician was excellent and very informative.

    As soon as the weather clears up, I'll get Terminix to do the house inspection where they go up on the roof and see if there are any varmints up there. I don't hear and suspect there is any but the inspection would be to my advantage. We've been pest-free as far as I've noticed. I got everything covered in tarps since snow fell. I've been starting to uncover things and I'm not seeing nests. Everything seems to be good.

    I have both termite inspection with Terminix and a quarterly pest control. My technician's name is Scott. He does a good job and I have no problem with ants. I also get either a voice message left on my cell phone or an email telling me that Scott is coming. Since I have a German Shepherd I have to make sure somebody’s there at the house for it. The billing for quarterly pest control is great but for the termite pest control, I can't stand. I would like to see them do an auto enrollment or at least have the ability to get an email online with a link where I could just send the payment back on them instead of having to wait for the snail mail. As far as any complaints on the service I have from them, I have none. It's been great.

They did their job and I have no complaints and no problem with them. The only thing is I can’t afford the service any more right now.     Terminix is great. They come when they should and they make adjustments in the appointment when I requested. I have the service performed routinely, but most of the time, I wanted to have the service in the afternoon. And even though they change it from morning appointment, I wish they’d just make them in the afternoon, so I don’t have to keep calling them back to reschedule. But other than that, I’m very satisfied and I’m going to stay with Terminix.

    The guy who comes and sprays my area for pest is great. He's a very nice man. He's professional and courteous, and my experience with him is very positive. I’d say, “Were the rat traps empty?” He’d say yes, and of course, he always fills them. And a couple of times I had a dead rat in one of the rat traps from the garage, he came within a day or two to remove this and replaced it with a new one with the sticky stuff that the rat gets on and stays. Our rat problem has been controlled. Also, once in a while, a day before he comes I might see an ant or two but that’s normal especially here in Southern California. But now, I don’t see trails of ants all over the place. It takes pretty good care of it for three months.

He was with them for quite a long time but came down with cancer and didn’t get to come back. Another guy filled in for a few months and now we have another one. They come every three months and spray inside and outside. They always call and let us know when they’re coming. I have those storm shutters on the windows and there would be little wasps in there during the summer. I can show it to them and they’ll spray something and get it off for me. He said, “I could tell when you opened the door you weren’t expecting me,” and I said, “No,” and he said "well, sometimes they’re letting people know by email." Well, I didn’t get an email either, so it’s one of those things where I’m glad I was home. It seems to be a little loosely done as far as whoever is supposed to coordinate between the customer and the person doing the job, which is unfair to both parties. I didn't like that I don't have any idea of exactly when they’re coming. Anyway, the tech who came out was very pleasant and knew what he was doing. Everybody we had has been friendly and courteous. They schedule appointments and we're here to make sure that they'd get access to what they need. It's also easy to change schedule. However, I do wish we'd get a schedule of the people so that I know the people, and the people know us, what we need and what we want. We had a guy for four years, and then he left the company.     We've had a good experience with Terminix. Usually we have them spray the outside and in our garage because we haven't had an indoor bug problem. They'll call and I'll say I can be there or not and a lot of the times we're not there, but my husband has talked to them and they told him that they're spraying. They've been very cooperative about it.

    I don't know if we're on some type of a dial system with them, but every now and then, they'll call in and call back again and there's nobody there. We know it's not time for them to come in, so I don't know if our phone number is on a roto-dial that messes up when they call in, but I've even asked them about it when they've come and they told us. It's very strange. It might be set up with something that's just calling into us when it's not supposed to. When they do call when it's for us and it's time for them to come, they will come on the line and say "This is Terminix calling" and leave a message, but the rest of the time it will say "Terminix" and there's nothing. We had this happen to us once before and they found out it was a problem with the machine that dials it.

    I always have good experience with Terminix. They come out every three months to spray for bugs, spiders, and ants. Then once a year, we have them come out to do a thorough inspection for termites and other kinds of wood pests. Before we had Terminix, it was like a constant stream of insects everywhere. Since we've had the service, there are no mosquitoes in the house. We get spider occasionally and if we don't kill it, it's dead within a day or two. It's nice and unbelievable.

    The techs set humane traps. They're safe when you have pets because there is no way that pets like dogs and cats can get in to it. Even if we haven't seen a mouse, they'll put the traps since there's always that time of year that they'd come in. Terminix checks them and tells me if there is still any or not. All technicians have been exceptional, friendly, very respectful and professional. They even put on little booties before they get inside the house to make sure they don't mess up the carpet. It's refreshing to find someone who really cares about how the house is going to look after they've left. I've only had one poor interaction with the technicians.

    I get my service from Terminix done routinely. With the latest visit, the technician talked with me and gave me feedback about his visit. Sometimes when he's here, he changes the chemicals or uses a little extra if I report a different problem. He's very pleasant and honest. He told me that he doesn't like to spray inside, but I had him spray inside a few times because the ants come through. So instead of that, he has given me some ant traps to put inside the house. He also gave me sticky papers, which have been very helpful and I appreciated that, because we had quite an infestation of mice back in February.

    Right now, we have three boxes to bait the mice and rats, and he looks after that completely. Now there is a little mix-up with the scheduling, which is not a problem because the tech can come here at any time, but Terminix calls me the second week of the month and he's due today according to the call, but I don't think he'll come because he told me I'm on schedule for the third week. And then of course, if it's rained, he won't put down the treatment so he'll come soon after that. But those are not problems.

    I had a mound of ants in my bathroom that I called Terminix for. The technicians were very nice and helpful. The ants are dead but I keep having them. The technician came back the other day and redid my yard and I noticed that I have another mound of ants right off my porch. I don't know why we can't seem to get completely rid of them.     We have no pest in our home. We have Terminix for years and years, so they're doing something right. Recently, they did a regular service in our home. They sent a different technician from what I've had before, but he was fine and I don't have any problems with him. I have put them on hold last week because they wanted to do the whole house inside and out, and we, including my one and a half year old baby and a puppy, had the flu.     Scheduling with Terminix was a little difficult because the tech was supposed to be there between 1:00 and 3:00, and he did not show up at that time. I don't know what time he showed up but we could not be there after that. We had carpooling for children, and so we told him we couldn't wait and we rescheduled. But when he did come, he seemed courteous and professional. He came to the door, covered his shoes, and walked in. He found out what the problem was and went to fix it.     Terminix treated my house twice - once in the beginning of February and again about two weeks ago. I had an issue with insects but now I no longer do. I set up the annual contract and it'll be routinely, but I scheduled the first one. I didn't have any problems with scheduling.     The gentleman from Terminix did what seemed to be a very thorough job. I told him about the ghost ants and he informed us that there was no point in spraying inside if we hadn't seen them there for a while. The ants were outside and he proceeded to spray around the house with long hoses to keep them from coming back in. However, they have to use a larger print size in their bills when their service includes multiple coverages. If I had three different coverages, I don’t know which ones they're sending me the bill for. As I understand, I'm still paying for the spraying business but I've dropped two other coverages that I had.

    The latest service we had from Terminix was sort of getting the ants out one more time. We had a very hot day a couple weeks ago, and apparently, the ants celebrated by going in the kitchen. Terminix did a great job as usual. They came in when they said they would and got it done quickly. However, it's very difficult to tell how the ants are getting in and they did what they could. The fact is if they can't figure it out, I don't think anybody could. And if it comes back, they're very prompt in coming over and taking care of it. Unless we remove a few things like flooring and the second story, I don't think we're ever going to find it. We've only seen one or two since then so I think we've solved the problem for the moment. Now, that the weather is getting warm again, we may have the same problem and I may have to call them again.

    I have been Terminix customer since September 2014. I signed up for a year. The first time the technician came, he did a nice job and said he will be back in three months. He gave me his cell phone and told me to call to schedule an appt. I called for two weeks, he never called me back. So I called the main number. They scheduled an appt and another technician showed up. A week later the old technician showed up without even notifying me. The next appt Terminix automated system called and told me when my appt is. I was not available that day. So, I had to call them and reschedule.

    Then I called in November 2015 to schedule for December 4. On December 4 nobody showed up. When I called them they said it is not on December 4, but on December 10. They rescheduled it without my knowledge. I was traveling on that day and had other travel plans until end of January. So, I wanted to reschedule the last week of January. They told me that that is not possible because I have certain service days when they HAVE to come out. And if I cannot do it in December they can postpone for three months. So, I scheduled my appointment for March 10 from 3-5 pm. Then I called February 3, 2016 to confirm that date and I was even given the name of the technician.

    Today I prepared the house for their work, emptied everything from under the sink three bathrooms and the kitchen. By the way, I have really bad back and it is a hard task for me. Around 11 am I called just to confirm that someone is coming. I was told that my appt was rescheduled for March 22. Nobody notified me or asked me if it will work for me. I said that that is not acceptable. The representative said that she will check something. I waited 10 minutes and then she hang up on me. I called again. Asked the next representative to call me back if we get disconnected. She promised to call. She listen to all my complaints and said that she will contact the local office. Then she either hang up on me or we got disconnected and she never called me back, even she promised.

    Then I called again and asked to talk to a manager. After 10 minutes I was connected to a representative who said he can connect me to a manager, but he has to know what the problem is. After I explained everything he called the local office manager and left him a message and said he will call me back shortly. It has been over an hour, nobody has called me. There is only 2 hours left to my scheduled appointment. Nobody contacted me and I guess nobody is coming today. I would say DO NOT SIGN UP WITH TERMINIX. This is the WORST Customer Service I have ever had with any company. I am done with them. I am so glad I didn't sign up for another year. I will be looking for another pest control company with better customer service.

    We've got the full exclusion and regular quarterly service from Terminix. David, who's been taking care of us for the quarterly maintenance, is very good and thorough. Terminix switched people around for roach and ants because of the growing business that they're doing in Colorado. Our exclusion is great too and we're very happy with it. Overall, it's been good. The only drawback is I get an email now about one or two days before they're going to be there, and that doesn't always work, so I may need to be more forward and call to schedule quarterly appointments since we're not always in town.     We had Terminix come out for termite problem and pest control and they came out and the crew that came out Eddie and Cory were very good and we have no problem with their work at all. The problem that we have right now is their pest control person Daniel, he did not show up when we were told and then he stated that he could not spray when it was wet outside and he said that he would come back next week when it was dry. We had no problem with that then when a few weeks went by and still nobody show up my wife call and ask when they were going to come and finish and she was told that the job was finish and my wife told her Daniel never came back to finish what he started. When he did come back he told my wife that I was suppose to call, and he never told me that. He stated that he would return and finish and he told my wife that he didn't say that.

    First off I have no need to lie about that and do not care about somebody saying that so we were not please with him at all and we did not like his attitude. When we call and had Terminix come out for downspout control they sent two guys and Daniel was one of them again and when we told them what we were told what had to be done we said ok and went back inside and let them do their work. When they said that the job was finish we check and ask about some things like the spout going inside of the drain and was told that is the way they are suppose to be. We told him that the water will still come out and he stated that he knew his job and how to do it. When we ask about the tubing running up the hill instead of down and about it being deeper he stated again that he knew what he was doing and we ask about the dirt that was still in the yard and they stated that when it rains it will settle.

    When we started checking and found out that they use my some of my tubing instead of what they bought for this job I was not very happy with that. When we ask about it Daniel stated they didn't use my tubing. I know the different between what I had and what they brought, and as I stated before I had no need to lie about this. My wife and I don't have a problem with Terminix but do think that some of their workers needs to be check on a little more and make sure they do not stay on their phones when they are suppose to be working and don't act like the customer is dumb and don't know what they are looking at, when they have been in charge of a lot of personal in service and know what a job is suppose to look like when it is finish. We were not born yesterday and we did finish high school and college also.

    I was having problems with mice getting in and I had Terminix over, and the gentleman crawled underneath the house and told me he hasn’t seen any place they were getting in down there. He left traps, but they didn’t go in the traps. I still had mice in the house and I had to set traps out to get them. I figured I'm not going to pay for service when I still have to catch mice. It is not worth the money. I was very disenchanted with Terminix and I called them and asked for a refund.     Terminix technicians were very friendly and respectful. I can't complain at all. A gentleman came out and sprayed around the outside of our house and knocked the cobwebs down. I pointed out an ant problem. He investigated it and put some remedies and explained to me what he did. Scheduling has been pretty good. They've only come twice so far.     I rarely find a pest in the house since I had service with Terminix. The technician is a very friendly and helpful agent. But, I've had problems in the past where I don’t get notification until the week before regarding the schedule, and when I try to reschedule it online it doesn't work, so I had to call.     I had mice which came out of nowhere. Randy, the technician from Terminix did the treatment around the outside. He set mouse traps the first time and I called back and said I found a dead mouse again. This is the first time I've ever had mice in 12 years, so I was not happy. Randy cleaned up all the debris under the sink where the mice had been chewing on stuff and making a mess. We concluded that because of all the construction outside, the mice came in when they put the drain holes in on the walls so he set some more traps and plugged up all the holes he could think of where they might be coming in and to date no more mice. The problem is solved.

    I'd recommend Terminix. Randy is an excellent technician. He's a good person, courteous and friendly. He's ready, willing and able, with a big smile on his face. If I need him to come back, I know he will be very happy to do that and whatever I need, he will very graciously do that for me.     Terminix scheduled the regular service quarterly and because of some issues, the technician said they needed to reschedule so they promptly called me and made sure that I was aware of that and fine with rescheduling to a different time which it was. Then they came and did their work and left me the bill and life is good. Scheduling the service is very easy so far. I usually do it online and if I need to reschedule, I would define the proper day that works for me. I did not have much direct interactions with the technicians in the last few years. They were always very pleasant, professional and cared about my needs in what they were doing. Terminix service is reliable, good quality, reasonably priced with good customer service.     The guy from Terminix came out, brushed down the building and put out the pellets all around the house because it's the wet weather. Normally, we get a recorded message that our next visit is a day or so ahead of schedule. If that isn't convenient, we can call them up and change it. But so far, it's always been convenient. The technician is very polite and asks if there's anything else that we need to have done. Pest activity since their service is almost nil.

    Terminix did the service recently where they spray and fertilize the lawn for me. They schedule our service at their convenience and send us notice when they’re going to do it. We don’t have to do anything, and if they skipped us, we have to call them. I got one complaint, though. A few years ago, when our gas prices were going up, they’d always raise our bill a little bit. The gas price has been less than $2 a bill, and Terminix went up this year so that’s not right. If the gas price is down, they should give us a refund. Maybe we’ll cancel the service and that will teach them. But with regards to pest, we haven't had any problem since our service with them.

    Terminix comes every three months to spray for bugs. Then they start pest control and they come once a year to check on our termites. The last time I talked to their staff was when we were having a bug problem. They were very nice and helpful. Also, their technicians were very courteous and knowledgeable about what we're experiencing. They let us know what they're doing and what to expect.     I had a technician from Terminix before who was wonderful but he had retired, so now I got a new guy and am breaking this boy in. Several years ago, we had a problem with brown recluse. And so, I told the new boy that the former technician sprayed all the baseboards because we have the spiders and also sprayed outside and the new tech said he'd do what the former did and he does. Since the service, we haven't had any problems and I haven't seen any spiders. I don't put those glue boxes down anymore but I don't see the spiders running around my house anymore. Terminix usually calls me and sets a time up for service. If it's not gonna be good - like when he called me the day before yesterday and he said he was coming at a certain time and I had said that that's not a good time - he came a bit early.     It was most dramatic when we first got Terminix about seven months ago. We had a huge flea infestation in the house, garage, and everything from a dog we got at the pound. I went from borderline crazy to sane. I was in the process of fighting the infestation like washing everything, going to the laundromat, pulling out rugs and stuff, moving furniture, beds, everything. I had to vacuum every single day for a hundred days straight, and I have hardwood floors. It was a nightmare and I was so upset.

    It was my Terminix guy that took me off to ask the pound what type of medication they gave the dog. They were knowledgeable about their product and they were safe about when to use it and when not. It was crazy because they saw what I was going through and they experienced some of my pain because it was a war they were fighting, too. Terminix didn’t quit until the fleas were gone. They went out of their way so many times. We had them to the point where every animal is bleeding and we were being bit and eaten alive. They came back every three days for about seven times. They went through their cycle and then we were able to kill all the fleas. Everything is better now and it was an amazing experience with Terminix. They went above and beyond and I have already have recommended them to a friend.

He was going to go out and spray our rental property, and I have to have permission from the people that I rent from to do that. So I told him upfront because I have to let them know. While I was trying to call and let them know all that, I never got a call. But I did get several calls back that he was busy. So he would call and say, “I’m real busy right now but I’ll call you back.” An hour or two later he’d call back and say the same thing.     In my three years with Terminix, I've always had a great experience. They're always friendly and available. The scheduling is also easy. I like when they call, and if I do need to change my scheduling, like when I had an emergency while we were out of town, it's easy to go through the automated system to change it. It was seamless.

    There has been different technicians every time. Every last one of them has been very informative, a pleasure to speak to and I'm very comfortable. Sometimes they come right on time. Sometimes, one guy had already got there a little bit early and had started. When I have questions, they take their time to answer questions and let me know that if I were to see anything later, I can always call them. The first time I had them, they did the inside of the house and the outside.

    I haven't had any issues with the inside, so now when they come, they just have to do the outside. And whatever they do, they also let me know that if they need to come back and do the inside then I just call them and they will come here free of charge. I always recommend my technicians but I tell people that I go through Terminix. I don't think I'll go to any other pest control. I'll probably stick with them for years.

They’ve changed service people about four times but that’s okay, as each one has always done a very good job. Once, I had some wasp and the service person came out and sprayed the whole assembly. He got rid of those with no extra charge. All of the service technicians seemed to be friendly and willing to inspect the things that I ask of them. They’d give me their name and try to establish a friendship that I do appreciate. They would check just to make sure everything is in place, and I’ve never had any problem with them. I wanted no part of him because I don't know him so I told him I wanted John who always calls me the day before he's coming. He said that he's been very busy but I said, "Well, send John whenever he's ready". I did have one of those ding-a-ling calls but didn't expect anybody because it just said Terminix on my phone and there was no message. So even their phone system was bad.     The man who comes here for routine service is always on time and courteous. He calls me when he's supposed to come and makes the appointment. He takes care of everything. I don't have problem with pest as long as he’s coming. However, Terminix itself isn’t that great.     So far we've had good experience every time Terminix comes out here every four months. They do what I ask them to do and they do a good job. Recently, they called and said they wanted to have access to the backyard between 8:00 and 10:00 and so I had the gate unlocked for them. The tech showed up and he went right to work spraying around the foundations. My wife had a little problem with a few ants in the sink in the kitchen and he came in and sprayed in there.     Normally, I make sure I'm here when Terminix comes so they can do the inside as well but the last time they were here, I wasn't around and I didn't bother to reschedule. But I'm very satisfied with their service. I had them in Atlanta for years when I was down there. I pay for the whole year and Terminix notifies me when their service guy will be coming through a robocall. I prefer when I could talk to somebody and say, "Could I do it on a different day?" In Atlanta, they used to call and let me know personally. But I'd definitely recommend them. I don't have any pests because I have Terminix. The gentleman that usually comes to my house is always very thoughtful and asks lots of questions like if I have seen any activity or anything I'd like him to check.
