We've been using Terminix since we moved into our house almost 30 years ago. We have quarterly routine service and don't have a problem with pests now because we use Terminix.

Our experience with Terminix is always good and the people they sent to help us were very nice. I don’t have any complaints except that the big roaches are still coming in from next door. They told me that they sprayed out there but it didn’t seem to help.

My neighbor told me that they didn't have any termite or bug problems and that Terminix does their yard so I decided to sign up for their services, too. Our service guy comes around every three months, handling the work for a few years now and he does a good job.

We have a little pond so we have to deal with mosquitoes more often despite having Terminix services. But other than that, everything else in our pest situation has been good. We’ve been using Terminix for a number of years now to do termite and mosquito control service for us. The technician who comes out is very friendly and is able to answer questions. Usually they have the schedule for service, but they call before they come to let us know that somebody is coming here. The schedulers are courteous and friendly.

Scheduling service with Terminix is done in a timely fashion. The technician that was sent did a good job in explaining what he was going to do and what follow-up we might need, and we'd call him if there was any problem. The individual is very professional and seemed to know what he was talking about. We used another pest control company before and comparing the two, Terminix is more efficient. It worked out pretty well with them.

We have a Terminix technician who comes to our home regularly. They usually call first before coming over and if we have to change the appointment, they do it. They were just here two weeks ago to spray the outside of the house. So far, everything’s fine and we don’t have any bugs. We’ve had different technicians over the years and have never had a problem with any of them. They’re very friendly, do what they say they’d do, and it works out. We live in the South and it’s very difficult not to have any bugs in the house so we occasionally have some roaches. I tell them that and they’ll spray our house, and we won’t have them anymore.

We've been having Terminix come out since we bought the house about two years ago. They come every three months or whenever we need them necessarily to come back, because we had a lot of reconstruction and it's an old house. We found that they have been fantastic. We liked everything about it. There are a couple of technicians and they are all super, very thorough and professional. We're very satisfied. I would continue to use the service as well as recommend it to other people.

I had Terminix come back for a routine visit last Friday. And then two weeks prior to that, they came out for an extermination. Scheduling with them was great and everyone was very helpful. The older guy who did the routine came out right away to do an assessment of the property. He was really nice, very friendly and helpful. He called me if he was coming out and everything went well. However, the one who did the extermination could've been a little bit more friendly. He was a little frustrated with us which I really didn’t like. I didn’t get the chance to call Terminix and request someone else to come out. But since our service with Terminix, the pest activity in our home has substantially decreased, so I would definitely recommend them to a friend, except that particular technician.

Since we began our services with Terminix, our pest activity is almost non-existent. There are some pests that they can’t treat, like the ones that are outside--grubworms, snails and stuff like that. But they take care of the other ones they can treat and do a real good job. They’re very friendly and try to work with our schedule. They would call and let us know it's time and such. My next door neighbor had them coming over to do something and I was supposed to have them the next day, which was gonna be a problem. Then they were able to schedule us both one right after the other and I thought that was very nice. The technician that’s sent were very friendly and good. They're knowledgeable about what they’re doing and about the different pests that can be in the area. I have recommended them.

Terminix has done good and the technician is very friendly. Sometimes though we have to tell the technician what to do because we don’t feel like he was doing every little corner that he's supposed to do. Whenever we’ve got stuff sitting around, it’s hard to do the service so when we pull the stuff out, we’d like the service to be done behind where we pulled stuff out, like in the basement, because part of our living room is in the basement. But other than that, everything's been fine and we haven’t had any bug problems since we’ve had Terminix so we must be doing something right.

We've had the service of Terminix for many years so I don't have any bugs running around my home. The technicians who come to service our home always introduce themselves, tell us what they're going to do, and then they do it. It's been a good experience, which is why I've kept the company.

When we first moved in, we had problems with roaches running around. Terminix told us they might have come with our furniture from the previous place that we rented but they were able to get rid of the problem. It took about a week or two before it died off. It's been over a month now that I haven't seen anything so that's been a big relief. Unless we have issues, they provide schedule routinely and are always helpful each time they come. Recently, they did just the outside and told me that spiders and ants are going to be out. Ants are the one of the worst things I hate so they told me a couple of preventive measures. I always like the helpful hints they give.

I’ve been with Terminix for years and my recent experience with them had been good including the scheduling process. Their technician was polite and nice, too.

I have service performed routinely and Terminix calls me whenever it's due, which is very helpful. The technicians that they send out are always very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I've hardly seen any pests since the last service. Terminix always made it easy and are always there if I have questions. They've been really helpful with the pest problem.

We've been with Terminix for years. We're on a quarterly plan. They'd always come when they said they would come. They usually email me a date and if there's anything going on, I call and tell them that I need to reschedule. I can depend on Terminix. We've had the same technician for quite a while and he's good. If we have any problem, he always addresses it.

I love Terminix. It’s a wonderful company and their guys are very respectful. Their technicians are great and very polite.

Scheduling the service was always really easy. They call and let me know that the guy’s coming and if that’s acceptable, I'd take that time. If not, then I can change it. Every three months he comes and does the pest control thing. He is so nice, friendly, a wonderful person, great, and I just love him. He is so thorough and he always wants to know if I have any new problems. Terminix has taken pretty good care of our pest activity. Every now and then we do see some little ants. They keep coming back and I'd call then the guy comes and does it so we don’t really have any other problems.

Terminix recently came and treated our place for termites, spiders and other pests. The interactions I had with the technicians they've sent were very favorable. Our pest situation is better now than before we had the service. I would recommend Terminix even though a couple of months ago, they double-billed me which I thought was inexcusable but they corrected it in a couple of weeks. All in all, my experience is very good.

Terminix comes and sprays for bugs. I never see them but we don't see any bugs either so that's good. We are scheduled quarterly and I got an annual contract and so I let them worry about it. If we ever have any problems, I would call them and say, "Gee, we got a new infestation here," but I haven't had that problem so we keep using the service. They seem to be very personable. When they call to say that the guys are coming tomorrow, they leave a message. I've been using them for so many years and our pest situation has improved.

When we signed up with Terminix we felt excited to have what sounded like very professional set of people. The initial setup up went well. But now that the follow up is due we have called 5 separate occasions for them to come back for an extraction that was suppose to happen seven days after the initial traps were set. Now it is a month and a half later still no one will call us back and each time we call we are promised a service call that never happens.

We have service from Terminix every three months, and we pay them in advance. They come out whenever it's convenient for us. One time we couldn't make it and asked, "Can we make it for another day?" The guy agreed and said they'll work around our schedule. The tech checks everything outside and sprays in the summer and spring. The most recent service was in the middle of March. One time we didn't know that we had bed bugs. The tech told me about it and had to contact somebody else to get it straightened out. They cleaned the bed bugs out and sprayed. We had to move stuff around and be out for a couple of days until they said everything was okay. They were really courteous and explained everything to us in a good way. I was given a little break on the price too. They were good.

My daughter was using Terminix in another city and she thought they were great, so she recommended them. My experience with Terminix has always been very positive, I've never had a bad one. One or two times I've had to cancel and reschedule but that has gone very smoothly. Also, the service guys have all been incredibly professional and they know their bugs. Since our service, the ants are gone and that's why we keep doing it because it keeps the pests at bay. I’ve been so pleased with Terminix that I haven’t even considered changing.

I am very satisfied with Terminix. My most recent experience with them was excellent and they're very nice and cooperative.

I've always had a good experience with Terminix. When I was in Woodstock, the service provider there did a good job and now that I'm in Waynesboro, they do an excellent job as well. The inspector that comes out to our house always does a good job, very friendly and makes sure that we have everything that we need inside or outside of the house or any extras. Terminix is always good with rescheduling if we happen to have to and usually email us when they are coming. Pest activity has definitely been kept to a minimum and if there has been any little issues, the tech that comes out has taken care of it.

I'm on the quarterly program with Terminix. They call me before they come and spray, do a good job, and then they leave me a bill. I have had an excellent experience with them.

Terminix comes quarterly to do a regular rotation maintenance. When they're working outside, I don't see them and they’ll just leave a note but when they come inside, they’re very professional. We’ve had good experience with them. We don’t have very much problems inside the house but we were having some trouble outside. It’s all under control now - Terminix has been helpful.

My parents have had them out repeatedly. They don't spray the whole house or set off bombs for bugs. Roaches have not dissipated and they are now biting and feeding off humans. My nephew got one in his ear and when we got it out and squished it blood was in the bug where it was hurting my nephew's ear. I'm very displeased.

My entire experience with Terminix was great. They did their job well, called every time they're going to come out and kept their promise.

Scheduling the service with Terminix was very good. Their tech was very friendly and he told me what he was doing and what rooms he was going in, but I have stopped the inside pest control for spiders because I didn't see a difference. The guy who works on the termites outside also told me what he did, although I only saw him a couple of times. Overall, I was very satisfied.

We had the quarterly service, and it went fine. Cecil comes by and does a great job. He's very consistent. Living in Texas, we get bugs all the time and it depends if it gets cold or hot. But we haven't had any problems. We had some rodents in the garage and he got rid of all that stuff for us. Terminix provided very good service.

We've had Terminix for 20 years. They automatically come out every quarter and they call a few days in advance to remind me that they're coming. They’re punctual and do a good service. The technicians are very nice but we always have somebody different and that's a problem. It would be nice to have the same technician. For a long time we did, but it doesn't seem they do that anymore.

We have a routine service with Terminix and everything that we've done with them has been fine. If I'm gone when they come, they still take care of the service. We have no criticism of Terminix.

We have routine service as well as service for specific issues with Terminix and recently, they took care of some rats. I'm pleased with their service and everything has been very good for me. I've never had any problem with Terminix at all.

Terminix came out and did a pest control recently. It's a routine service but if there are issues, I text the technician and he sets up a time with me for him to come out and check it out. Scheduling services through him is very easy rather than doing it over the phone. It's more arduous when I have to go through the national way to do it. We also use him for our termite coverage and he's outstanding, responsive, and professional. Anytime I have a question, he immediately gets back with me by text. Since we've been using Terminix, the pest activity has gotten better. We have an old home near a wooded area though so there's still gonna be pests.

I'm very satisfied with Terminix. Bart, the technician, is very nice, courteous, conscientious and friendly. He does a good job keeping bugs under control. We love him.

We had a rodent under the house and Terminix took it out. We're very pleased with Terminix. They go around the house periodically and check things. Their reps have always been very friendly and professional when we do scheduling and their techs have always been very polite and thorough. Recently, we found a mouse in a trap and another one which my son took out. We didn't call Terminix for that because we could already get to it.

Terminix did a pest control visit recently for our quarterly service. Our services with them are prophylactic, not just remedial and we have never had any pest activity. I've used Terminix for about 12 years at different houses and they've always been able to accommodate my schedule. The technicians that they send to us have been charming, careful, patient, thorough and mindful of my dogs. But there's a lot of staff turnover. I have no idea who's on the other end of the phone when I call and I don't know if they're local or national. It would be nice if there was more continuity in the technicians who visit our home because they’re familiar. I don't have to work as hard explaining what's gone on before and what I'm concerned about. That person coming into the home would be more knowledgeable about our circumstances. But staffing is staffing and they're very professional and good, so my overall experience has been very pleasant.

Terminix was recommended to me by my son. He told me to call them, so I had them out the first time. It was quite spendy because they had to go under the house. The house is old and I've lived here all these years. There was no insulation underneath. They did the whole nine yards. It was awesome. Sometime last month, I called Terminix because I had an ant problem in the bathroom. I talked to somebody in the office who said he couldn't find my number even though I gave him the number that was on my papers. He looked again and said he had a schedule for me. I told him, "Whoever you have come, have him come after at least 2:00. I get off work at 1:00 and I get home probably around 1:30."

Terminix calls to say when they're coming, and they come out to spray routinely. They let me know when they're here, and they're very nice and polite. Our pest situation has improved since we had Terminix and I’m satisfied with them. The only reason I am considering changing is there is somebody locally that does it for me. Their fee’s a lot less.

I had an ant problem and they disappeared since I started using Terminix about 5 months ago. I don’t see the ants anymore so I'm glad with that. Their technician comes every three months to spray and I had no problems. I made arrangements for him to come. He called me and let me know that he was coming so I was really satisfied with that. All of their customer service reps were very nice, too. When I called for any question I had about the service, they were more than happy that they helped me with it. They weren't rude so I had a pleasant experience with them.

The last time someone came Terminix, they worked the perimeter of the house and any problems that we had. I talk to their technicians each time to find out what they’re putting down and tell them if we have any ant mountain problems or anything that we’re beginning to see in the house. They take care of me according to the information that I give them.

We've had service from Terminix for decades. We have two different things going on with them. One is the baiting program and the other is the insect program in the house. The most recent service was well done. Their tech was very pleasant and knowledgeable. My experience with Terminix so far has been very variable. Sometimes it's excellent and sometimes it falls through the crack. We preferred it when it was more local. Now we get calls from a remote location that doesn't know anything about what's happening here. Also, one of the problems we always have is setting when the service is going to happen because there's a tendency to set it up remotely. It's best left to the one who's responsible for doing the job.

I like the service I get from Terminix. They call and make sure they send a message when they're coming and the timing is great. When I had a problem with ants, they came back to take care of the problem. If I had to call back, they helped. Their technicians are also very professional especially the young man who is excellent. He did not show up the last time though. Nevertheless, I would recommend Terminix.

It's been less than a year since we started using Terminix. There were some specifics that I needed done and they brought the supervisor out to make sure it got done the right away. They were upfront with the price and what they were going to do, and did what they said they were going to do. They keep their promises and one can't ask for anything more than that. I don’t see any pests in the backyard where they’ve been spraying but we're going to do another inspection shortly for the termites.

We used to have a pest problem that's now under control. I've had the same Terminix service tech for a couple of years now and he is awesome at his job and is very thorough. Although I still have spiders, my experience with them is great and they are extremely professional. Also, Terminix is now the one calling me and scheduling the service.

We started using Terminix either in late '79 or early '80. They were the first one that happened to advertise on TV at an opportune time. I don’t see any reason to leave. We've been satisfied with them all these years and I haven't seen a cockroach in years.

Recently, Terminix came to do a regular maintenance service. Their technician was very personable. He lets me know what he's doing and asks me questions if I have any issues. I've just moved into a new home and I haven't seen any pests.

As a retired guy, I don’t need to be concerned about bugs, rodents, or any problems. I checked on the internet and out of the six things that I needed, Terminix could handle everything through the same contract. For the last two years, I haven't had any trouble inside or outside the house. It's just the last year, the wasps were a little bit more aggressive because of the warmer weather and were looking for territories. So Terminix has been treating for them.

Very good experience with Terminix. I haven't seen any pests since the most recent service. Overall, I'm satisfied.

I'm very happy with Terminix and I'll continue to use them. We have a routine schedule and the guy always calls ahead if he's coming. He's a really nice guy, very personable and he knows what he's doing. He's been in this house since it was brand new so he knows it better than I do. I'm happy with them and we'll keep the contract on.

I have nothing but good to say about Terminix. We had some bugs then my daughter referred Terminix to us. We had them and the technician got the bugs. He’s very considerate and thorough and did a nice job. I like the service. That’s why we keep him.

Terminix has done really good and still services me every quarter. When I had a bug problem, the technician came in and he's been taking care of that. He sprays outside and doesn't take too long to do all of this. He's also courteous and always on time.

I like the Terminix technician, Tim. He is outstanding, very personable and I appreciate him. He will call me a day or two in advance to let me know when he's coming, and will call again on the day to make sure I'm here. So our schedule always works out well. He came in recently and, as always, he went through everything, dropped the chemicals and put the traps where he needed to, and gave me advice on what I need to do to make it easier on myself. He was also training someone at the time who was as friendly and courteous as he was. It was perfect.

Terminix has been wonderful. Service is performed routinely. The technician, Philip, services the house in Florida and Terminix always contacts me the day before to let me know he's coming out. He notifies me when he's completed and what he sees at the residence. If he sees anything suspicious, he lets me know and calls me, gives us an update on how everything is looking and if everything is fine. I've been dealing with Phillip for the last two years or so and he seems very caring, compassionate and concerned. He does a very good job. It's more of a personalized experience as opposed to a business experience. We vacation in Florida quite often and I haven't seen any kind of pest activity at all. It's been an outstanding experience with Terminix from the beginning up until now.

I was aggravated to have termite problems so I had Terminix for the treatment. Since then, I haven’t seen any and they're probably gone. The scheduling of service is already set up, but I can reschedule it if I need to.

We have service performed routinely by Terminix and I have no problem with them at all. The technician that has been coming to the home died, and the person that replaced him was very professional. The technician made sure that he got everything done and asked questions to make sure that he could get everything done correctly.

Terminix's service is good but the billing is not. They're always goofing the billing up. I wished they'd get their billing straightened out. They're not their most friendly when you call them and they're on the rude side. But I've had no issues when scheduling or re-scheduling service. They do my quarterly service and then for termite traps so I don't get termites. Their technician, Randy, is great. He's professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Our pest situation since the services is fine. Spiders were bad last year but everyone had those.

Terminix takes care of my needs. They treat my house for termites and my yard for insects and fire ants. They come every three months. They call me and tell me when they’re going to be here. For termites, they check once a year. The technicians ask me if I have any insects and I tell them. They’re very cooperative, nice and kind, and I appreciate them. We had a representative, Jack, retire last year and we sure do miss him. But the young man who has taken his place is doing good. I was plagued with fire ants and I don’t have them anymore. I’m very satisfied.

I discovered I had problems and so I called Terminix. They came out, gave me a quote, and it’s been a good service. I have a manual contract with them and they come out quarterly and do their thing. Each time the technician arrives, we discuss what he's gonna do and what I've seen and he takes care of it.

The service we have from Terminix started out with a pest problem but now it's preventative. The people explained everything very well and what they were doing. Then if I have problems, I just give them a call. The pests are gone and I'll keep using Terminix. I'm quite satisfied.

I have quality service from Terminix and recently, I had an interior/exterior annual termite inspection which went smoothly. I was contacted by email and by phone for scheduling which helped me out a lot because I'm really busy. I appreciate the fact that they contact me on a couple different occasions. Their tech did a real nice job to make sure that I understood what she's doing and have all my questions answered. And she was very polite, courteous, and efficient with her time. I didn't have any pest activity before and I don't have any now.

Terminix recently came to the house and checked for termites. They did a great job and found that I didn't have any. But I have a guy who comes every few months and sprays for bugs inside and outside the house. And then he comes once a year to check for the termites. He used to call and tell me that he was coming which worked perfectly. But now, Terminix went with this automated thing which has made scheduling pitiful. It doesn't work because I never know when the tech is coming.

The house was sprayed for pests by Terminix. It was a one-off and was scheduled very easily. I called up, they set up a time and their tech came out on time. He also gave me a good rundown of what they did, what to expect and what the next step would be. The spraying job got rid of all the pests and Terminix has been efficient, so I was very satisfied.

Terminix is scheduled four times a year for routine service and if I need them additionally, whether it's inside or outside, they would come. Their technician was very good and the woman before him was excellent. These people are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They have been great.

I've done business with Terminix for years. I needed to try the best and thought they would be it, and they were. I hired them back in 2009 when I lived in Alabama and again when I moved to Florida. They always do a really good job, better than Orkin or any other people I’ve tried. They're also friendly, have good payment options and provide a prompt service. I live in an apartment building that has its own service but sometimes they don't send someone to my apartment even if I have a request, so I had to hire Terminix.

Good, efficient, competent service.

Terminix comes on a quarterly basis for the bug spraying service. They also tented the house - we got five quotes and I negotiated with Elliot for them to do the work. The tech who comes here is enthusiastic, keeps busy and wastes no time - he sprays the perimeter of the house and is in and out of here in no time. We haven't seen ants and big crickets since their service, that's why I always recommend Terminix.

I have Terminix for about 35 years, not just at this address but other addresses too. They had the reputation at the time and I've had good experience with them. If I have any problems at all, I call them and within a day or two, they're back to take care of whatever pest problem I have. Before they show up, there always is an email and a phone call to confirm a window that they're going to show up. Normally, they make that window without any problems. The technician would just show up, do his job, hand me the receipt, and off he goes.

We're very satisfied with Terminix. The last time a tech came out, I hardly knew he was here. He was outside spraying. I'm disabled so he knows to go ahead and do the job. In the times that he came inside, he was very good, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and explained everything. We're having trouble with roaches which are concentrated in one spot in the kitchen, and we've battled those all the time. Last time, the tech put down some stuff so that the roaches can't have babies and that reduced them quite a bit. But now, they're back to having babies, so they're showing up more. So the next time that Terminix calls to come out, I'll have the tech come inside and do that again.

I like Randy, the gentleman from Terminix who has been doing the service. He was a very good service person, listens to my complaints and does his best to alleviate the problems. He's a very courteous and helpful person, and always does his job very meticulously. I've had Terminix for pest control for two years. In the previous months, I've been paying them $20 a month. Last month, when my bill came, it was $55. When I called up the office, they said it's the new rate. I asked why they didn't tell me, and they said somebody was supposed to tell me but nobody did. That is bad service and poor customer service. The guy I spoke to said that it is the way it is. I've been with them for a while and I've been paying them diligently on time, and this is what they did. I told them to cancel my service and I'll go with someone else, which I did.

They're really good, especially their technician named Mark. The guy calls a day ahead of time and asks me if I'll be available. He is courteous, professional and does a great job. The only pests I see now are dead ones, so I'm very satisfied with Terminix although hopefully, they don't raise their price again.

Terminix was supposed to spray all the parts of the house but all the dude did was spray around the baseboard in a couple of rooms. There are still fleas out there. I know they're billing us on time but I thought Terminix was supposed to only take their money out of the account every three months. What I was told at the beginning wasn't honest at all. I don't like Terminix and I want to cancel their service.

Service tech was rude. They did not even provided the service and charged for it. It did not reduced bugs inside or outside -- ants, spiders, silverfish. Very poor service overall. I will never use these people again. You will be wasting your money by using Terminix. Find someone else.

I'm very satisfied with Terminix. We had a different company come out here and two days after they sprayed, I still have the ant problem. I had to go to Home Depot and buy my Home Defender and spray them periodically because they kept migrating over here. But Terminix got the little granules or tubes that they put out, which does the job from keeping the ants coming from the outside of the house.

I have both termite inspection with Terminix and a quarterly pest control. My technician's name is Scott. He does a good job and I have no problem with ants. I also get either a voice message left on my cell phone or an email telling me that Scott is coming. Since I have a German Shepherd I have to make sure somebody’s there at the house for it. The billing for quarterly pest control is great but for the termite pest control, I can't stand. I would like to see them do an auto enrollment or at least have the ability to get an email online with a link where I could just send the payment back on them instead of having to wait for the snail mail. As far as any complaints on the service I have from them, I have none. It's been great.

The technicians that Terminix sent out for the routine visit were nice and friendly, and I usually walk around and chitchat with them. They are on time when they say they’re gonna be here. I have no problems at all and I haven’t had any pest activity since I had the service.

Everything is great with Terminix. Their technician is a well-spoken, well-mannered individual and he is always prompt and very professional. If I weren’t to be assigned with this technician, I’d seek another company. He’s the only reason why we’re still with Terminix this time and since having their service, I’ve never seen any pest here at all. Whatever they’re using is working. Although when they tried to go up on my service fees, I said I was going to leave, so they said they will lower mine with some free and I'm good with that.

Terminix would come in our home and do the service. I'm usually not here when they come but so far, I would recommend them.

Terminix come every so often and they were all very nice. The men were all very good, they came, and they were a bit courteous. They did their job and I have no complaints and no problem with them. The only thing is I can’t afford the service any more right now. My husband is in a nursing home and I’m a bit aging right now and extra bills are coming out on top of my head. I’m trying to get them paid off and I figured I can do without it for a while. I had to eliminate some stuff that I have to pay off other bills. It isn’t that I won’t go back to it. I probably will.

Terminix had been servicing my property and I changed my gate code so they could not get in. They sent me an email that said they were there. Pure lie. Took over 6 phone calls to get my money back. Before that they sent out a creepy guy who asked our renter all sorts of inappropriate questions. National company may be good but avoid in Nicholasville, KY.

Terminix is great. They come when they should and they make adjustments in the appointment when I requested. I have the service performed routinely, but most of the time, I wanted to have the service in the afternoon. And even though they change it from morning appointment, I wish they’d just make them in the afternoon, so I don’t have to keep calling them back to reschedule. But other than that, I’m very satisfied and I’m going to stay with Terminix.

Everybody from Terminix that comes are all very nice. Scott was our first tech when we started with them. He was with them for quite a long time but came down with cancer and didn’t get to come back. Another guy filled in for a few months and now we have another one. They come every three months and spray inside and outside. They always call and let us know when they’re coming. I have those storm shutters on the windows and there would be little wasps in there during the summer. I can show it to them and they’ll spray something and get it off for me. I don’t see any pests around my house since they last came here. I would recommend them to anybody. They’re very dependable.

Terminix didn't give me any notification, and the tech just showed up at my door. He was a little surprised that I didn’t know. He said, “I could tell when you opened the door you weren’t expecting me,” and I said, “No,” and he said "well, sometimes they’re letting people know by email." Well, I didn’t get an email either, so it’s one of those things where I’m glad I was home. It seems to be a little loosely done as far as whoever is supposed to coordinate between the customer and the person doing the job, which is unfair to both parties. I didn't like that I don't have any idea of exactly when they’re coming. Anyway, the tech who came out was very pleasant and knew what he was doing. After the service, the pest activity is less than what I had. But I didn’t have all that much to start with, so I don’t have any problems.

You treated my house and did a termite inspection and now I have small ants in which I never had before. Maybe you should treat my exterior and prevent these small parameter ants.

We had a problem with ants and Terminix would come every three months to take care of it. They do the inside around the windows, then the outside. Now we don't have a problem with ants. Everybody we had has been friendly and courteous. They schedule appointments and we're here to make sure that they'd get access to what they need. It's also easy to change schedule. However, I do wish we'd get a schedule of the people so that I know the people, and the people know us, what we need and what we want. We had a guy for four years, and then he left the company. Now we use whoever. But we've had good service. Problem is under control and I want to keep it that way. I've been real happy with them, and I recommend them all the time.

The technician who comes all the time is John. He's very nice and responsible, and always does his job well. I'm very happy with the service and with John. Occasionally I have a couple of pests and I call Terminix. Then the technician comes out and the pests are gone. I have recommended them to my neighbors because we're at the shore and we have a very bad problem with insects around here.

We had termites so we called Terminix. The technician that I had been getting didn't come today but he's very nice. The one that was here today was new; he had to get familiar with my house and he was good. The only thing I was worried about is that I pay the price for the termite control every year and I never know when that does get lowered. But other than that, they did a good job.

The tech that serves us has never failed to fulfill the contract on the scheduled date, and extra pest problems such as ants, he has always either noticed before we did or set out the proper material to get rid of them. We have routine service from Terminix. The technician goes around the house and then the yard but doesn't come in to the house unless we ask him to. He always comes when he says he's going to. He's a very nice personable guy and we like him. He was very thorough about the camelback crickets we had and we haven't seen any since. We see a stink bug every once in a while but everybody does. We're very glad that we signed up for their routine service where we don't have to call for them to come. As long as Terminix comes to take care of the pests, the pests are outside and don't make it in the house. They are dependable and worthwhile. I'd be happy to recommend them.

We've had a good experience with Terminix. Usually we have them spray the outside and in our garage because we haven't had an indoor bug problem. They'll call and I'll say I can be there or not and a lot of the times we're not there, but my husband has talked to them and they told him that they're spraying. They sent a different technician from what I've had before, but he was fine and I don't have any problems with him. I have put them on hold last week because they wanted to do the whole house inside and out, and we, including my one and a half year old baby and a puppy, had the flu. I used to have problems with them not showing up which upset me because they planned for them, but they do call me. We have had the termite inspections for several years so we're good on that. They're very thorough and do a very good job.

If not, we just call them and they set it up. We have phone calls and emails with the technician that comes to our home, keeping us up-to-date on what services are done and any problem areas. The gentleman from Terminix did what seemed to be a very thorough job. I told him about the ghost ants and he informed us that there was no point in spraying inside if we hadn't seen them there for a while. The ants were outside and he proceeded to spray around the house with long hoses to keep them from coming back in. However, they have to use a larger print size in their bills when their service includes multiple coverages. If I had three different coverages, I don’t know which ones they're sending me the bill for. As I understand, I'm still paying for the spraying business but I've dropped two other coverages that I had.

The latest service we had from Terminix was sort of getting the ants out one more time. We had a very hot day a couple weeks ago, and apparently, the ants celebrated by going in the kitchen. Terminix did a great job as usual. They came in when they said they would and got it done quickly. However, it's very difficult to tell how the ants are getting in and they did what they could. The fact is if they can't figure it out, I don't think anybody could. And if it comes back, they're very prompt in coming over and taking care of it. Unless we remove a few things like flooring and the second story, I don't think we're ever going to find it. We've only seen one or two since then so I think we've solved the problem for the moment. Now, that the weather is getting warm again, we may have the same problem and I may have to call them again.

He gave me his cell phone and told me to call to schedule an appt. I called for two weeks, he never called me back. So I called the main number. The next appt Terminix automated system called and told me when my appt is. I was not available that day. So, I had to call them and reschedule.

He's very nice and polite. The pest activity is pretty good right now, but we'll see when spring comes up when the ants and cockroaches are back out. Everything is dandy and I recommended them to a lot of neighbors and family members.

When it came time for my appointment no one never showed up. They kept rescheduling me. No one still never showed up or never called and they say they service the Whitehouse. Obama wouldn't deal with ** like this. Very horrible service. I wouldn't even give them one star.

Terminix have been doing their job. I don't see spiders running across the floor, so that's good. Once the pests are dead, they get them out of here. It ain’t so bad. I’ve been with them for a little while and they do the routine once or twice a year. I got a referral. They said if we send in referrals they’d give us so much money. We've got the full exclusion and regular quarterly service from Terminix. David, who's been taking care of us for the quarterly maintenance, is very good and thorough. Terminix switched people around for roach and ants because of the growing business that they're doing in Colorado. Our exclusion is great too and we're very happy with it. Overall, it's been good. The only drawback is I get an email now about one or two days before they're going to be there, and that doesn't always work, so I may need to be more forward and call to schedule quarterly appointments since we're not always in town. We were not home the last time.

I’ve been a Terminix customer for about ten years now and it’s been uniformly good. My service technician is Bruce who’s come to be a personal friend as well. He’s done an excellent job protecting our house. He’s very competent and has made several suggestions. He even managed to control the stink bugs to some extent which I know is very difficult. I’m always advised by both email and telephone call on when the service is going to take place. If I have to change it, it’s no problem. I just call back and get the service changed and it’s always changed satisfactorily.

We had Terminix come out for termite problem and pest control and they came out and the crew that came out Eddie and Cory were very good and we have no problem with their work at all. The problem that we have right now is their pest control person Daniel, he did not show up when we were told and then he stated that he could not spray when it was wet outside and he said that he would come back next week when it was dry. We had no problem with that then when a few weeks went by and still nobody show up my wife call and ask when they were going to come and finish and she was told that the job was finish and my wife told her Daniel never came back to finish what he started. When he did come back he told my wife that I was suppose to call, and he never told me that. He stated that he would return and finish and he told my wife that he didn't say that.

Terminix was here today for a routine visit and it's always excellent with the technician that we have. Terminix is a wonderful company and since their service, the pest activity has decreased 100%. They're prompt and show up when they say they're going to and have done everything we've asked. It's a pleasant experience for something that's not very pleasant.

He comes in and gets the job done, and he's not offensive in any way. He's good about answering questions, too. If I have a question or a problem, he's real knowledgeable and good in explaining.

Every time the routine service is due, Terminix calls or leaves a voicemail message on my cellphone, which I'm not real keen about, but I ignore until the technician calls me as he always does the night before. I don't like Terminix scheduling my appointments. Also, I occasionally get a call from them saying they'd like to schedule a free home inspection. I receive that twice a year. They don't know that I'm already a valued customer and that irks me, so nicely I say, "Why would I want a free home inspection? You service me already." On the other hand, the technician is wonderful. It's because of him I am still with them, and I have recommended them.

I'm on a regular schedule with Terminix and I love the guy that comes. He answers on the spot any question I have. If he doesn’t have the answer, he gets it for me. We talk about what he's going to do. I have the same guy come to do all these things at the house for a couple of years now, so we're pretty familiar with each other. He's very professional and knowledgeable. My in-laws have Terminix too and he does theirs so he's really good.

I was having problems with mice getting in and I had Terminix over, and the gentleman crawled underneath the house and told me he hasn’t seen any place they were getting in down there. He left traps, but they didn’t go in the traps. I still had mice in the house and I had to set traps out to get them. I figured I'm not going to pay for service when I still have to catch mice. It is not worth the money. I was very disenchanted with Terminix and I called them and asked for a refund. They told me a manager would call me but never did, and I heard nothing until now from anybody.

Terminix technicians were very friendly and respectful. I can't complain at all. A gentleman came out and sprayed around the outside of our house and knocked the cobwebs down. I pointed out an ant problem. He investigated it and put some remedies and explained to me what he did. Scheduling has been pretty good. They've only come twice so far. They usually give me a couple of days notice so I can arrange them to be there. The ants I complained about came back but it might be because there's dog food on the floor. I don't know if that's their fault or ours but it's been better since Terminix started their service with us. I would recommend them.

I rarely find a pest in the house since I had service with Terminix. The technician is a very friendly and helpful agent. But, I've had problems in the past where I don’t get notification until the week before regarding the schedule, and when I try to reschedule it online it doesn't work, so I had to call. But if there's enough time, like two weeks or more, I can get it done that way. I had to reschedule the service for next month, so while the tech was here we looked at when he was going to be available, and rescheduled the service for that time.

I had mice which came out of nowhere. Randy, the technician from Terminix did the treatment around the outside. He set mouse traps the first time and I called back and said I found a dead mouse again. This is the first time I've ever had mice in 12 years, so I was not happy. Randy cleaned up all the debris under the sink where the mice had been chewing on stuff and making a mess. We concluded that because of all the construction outside, the mice came in when they put the drain holes in on the walls so he set some more traps and plugged up all the holes he could think of where they might be coming in and to date no more mice. The problem is solved.

Terminix has always been very efficient and good with me. I use them for routine service and they do my yearly inspection for termites. I have no problem with them at all. They are there when they say they're gonna be there. I had one that I had to reschedule this last time because of a doctor's appointment. They set it right up for me and called me right back. It was a very simple process. Additionally, their technician was always very nice and would ask if there's anything else he needed to check when he's there. He tells me things if he thinks there's anything that I need to see. I've recommended them to several people. They are very customer-oriented. They work with the customer really well.

Then they came and did their work and left me the bill and life is good. Scheduling the service is very easy so far. I usually do it online and if I need to reschedule, I would define the proper day that works for me. I did not have much direct interactions with the technicians in the last few years. They were always very pleasant, professional and cared about my needs in what they were doing. Terminix service is reliable, good quality, reasonably priced with good customer service. I'm pleased with what they're doing and that's why I'm continuing with my contract with them and they're doing a good job. We haven't noticed any pest activities in the house since their service.

The guy from Terminix came out, brushed down the building and put out the pellets all around the house because it's the wet weather. Normally, we get a recorded message that our next visit is a day or so ahead of schedule. If that isn't convenient, we can call them up and change it. But so far, it's always been convenient. The technician is very polite and asks if there's anything else that we need to have done. Pest activity since their service is almost nil.

We’ve always been happy with Terminix. They were always there when we needed them. We usually don't have any pests. But if we do, we call and they come and take care of it right away. Terminix did the service recently where they spray and fertilize the lawn for me. They schedule our service at their convenience and send us notice when they’re going to do it. We don’t have to do anything, and if they skipped us, we have to call them. I got one complaint, though. A few years ago, when our gas prices were going up, they’d always raise our bill a little bit. The gas price has been less than $2 a bill, and Terminix went up this year so that’s not right. If the gas price is down, they should give us a refund. Maybe we’ll cancel the service and that will teach them. But with regards to pest, we haven't had any problem since our service with them.

I had a problem with yellow jackets and I contacted a local exterminator to come over and take care of the problem. One of the door-to-door representatives from Terminix presented himself at my house the day before. I told him I was all set with another company. He went over the services they provide and I said, "I'd be nuts not to go with you folks." So the credit lies with the sales rep. He did a great job of presenting the company. This most recent visit, they did the exterior. It's the same technician each time and he has been outstanding.

Terminix came and checked my attic. I wanted them to place something in it that will put out moisture in my house but they can't put it up. Other than that, they've been nice people when they come here. I had no problem when scheduling the service for my specific issues. I'm happy with the way that they get in touch with me and let me know when they're coming. I'm pleased with them. They've done a good job and if they hadn't, I would have fired them.

I had a technician from Terminix before who was wonderful but he had retired, so now I got a new guy and am breaking this boy in. Several years ago, we had a problem with brown recluse. And so, I told the new boy that the former technician sprayed all the baseboards because we have the spiders and also sprayed outside and the new tech said he'd do what the former did and he does. Since the service, we haven't had any problems and I haven't seen any spiders. I don't put those glue boxes down anymore but I don't see the spiders running around my house anymore. Terminix usually calls me and sets a time up for service. If it's not gonna be good - like when he called me the day before yesterday and he said he was coming at a certain time and I had said that that's not a good time - he came a bit early. He worked it out with me which was good. I'm happy with Terminix and would recommend them.

It was most dramatic when we first got Terminix about seven months ago. We had a huge flea infestation in the house, garage, and everything from a dog we got at the pound. I went from borderline crazy to sane. I was in the process of fighting the infestation like washing everything, going to the laundromat, pulling out rugs and stuff, moving furniture, beds, everything. I had to vacuum every single day for a hundred days straight, and I have hardwood floors. It was a nightmare and I was so upset.

I’m very pleased with the service guy that we have. His name is Noah. He's a good guy and he does a good job for us. I have no complaints at all with Terminix. I have recommended them to friends and they’ve bought into the service.

It’s nice scheduling a service with Terminix. It's fast and efficient. I have fun with their tech when he comes in our home. He’s also nice and kind. There are still some pests but it’s okay. Everything is perfect and we're really happy with them.

Years ago, we had some termites. So other than an initial service call, we got that issue taken care of. Now we have a routine service. A week ago, they did a patio pad and a parking pad. We had to get around re-treating the foundations. I've been very satisfied with the service of Terminix. We've always had pleasant interactions with the service staff, and since we've had the termite treatment, we have not had any signs since of termite activity. The rest of it, I just treat with off-the-shelf products. We've been perfectly happy with them.

I had a little bit of an experience with Terminix where I couldn’t get the guy to call me back. He was going to go out and spray our rental property, and I have to have permission from the people that I rent from to do that. So I told him upfront because I have to let them know. While I was trying to call and let them know all that, I never got a call. But I did get several calls back that he was busy. So he would call and say, “I’m real busy right now but I’ll call you back.” An hour or two later he’d call back and say the same thing. That went on for a little while and I’ve never gotten results out of it.

I'm satisfied with the service of Terminix and they're usually good. The only problem I have with them is that sometimes when I call, I'd have to wait so long, and sometimes their people do not know what's going on because not everything is written in the system. I had an incident about seven months ago where a salesperson came to the house and then told us that we were going to be able to get this particular service, but he did not know his business and it turns out the company can not. I got so frustrated and was putting stuff on Facebook. That called their attention and the manager came over to the house and took care of the issue. I was nasty to them and they reimbursed my money and we started all over and since then, they were on time. The pest situation in my house is a lot better.

We've had a maintenance contract with Terminix for 17 years on this house. They made one repair when we had an outbreak and then they come by promptly every year and do the inspection. We live in a small town here in East Texas and they normally send whoever is assigned to this area. So, I'm pleased with them.

In my three years with Terminix, I've always had a great experience. They're always friendly and available. The scheduling is also easy. I like when they call, and if I do need to change my scheduling, like when I had an emergency while we were out of town, it's easy to go through the automated system to change it. It was seamless.

Our Terminix service is performed routinely. The most recent experience was for preventative and the technician that was sent was professional. There is not any pest since their service and our whole experience was good.

I had an awesome experience with Terminix. The man who came was incredible and very good with what he does. I had a swarm of bees inside my house and he took care of it. He was very helpful, polite and informative, and checked everything else thoroughly. Bees are gone now.

Terminix has been fine. They usually do the scheduling and if I can't do it, I call them back. Josh, the tech, is good-natured and has patience with whatever I needed done. Last time, I was asleep but he left a message to see if I had any questions. This winter, I've had no problems with pest activity in my home. However back then, at three times, the pests were living in my garage. They kept coming in and getting on my ornament grass and Josh came many times to spray. Also years ago I had a problem with scheduling with the termite service but they got it straightened out.

Terminix is a wonderful company and they do a great job. I've had several technicians from them and each one has been very cooperative, observant and helpful in every way. They come every so often and spray around and I don't have insects in my house now. I'd recommend them to anybody. They're very experienced and accommodating.

Waited during our scheduled 2-hour block. Terminix was contacted where we were informed they were running late. However no one showed up! Following day, received a VM from manager Chris **, but when he was called back, VM was full and he never answered. Here we are days later, still no p/c, but do have a mysterious appt we were never informed about.

Terminix is great. They routinely perform the scheduled service every three months on the house I inherited from my aunt. I just kept the same service going that she had. I also like Reuben, the guy that's been coming for years. He's great and I hope he doesn't quit. I don't live there, though I'm there a lot and I don't see a lot of pests. So, that's good. I would recommend them.

Our scheduling with Terminix is automatic. I got the notice and then they called me and told me they were coming. I've had a couple of men that I've talked with and they were very good and nice. So far, the service is fine.

Terminix is very good and I am extremely satisfied with their service. Their recent visit is part of the regular quarterly service I get. They’ve changed service people about four times but that’s okay, as each one has always done a very good job. Once, I had some wasp and the service person came out and sprayed the whole assembly. He got rid of those with no extra charge. All of the service technicians seemed to be friendly and willing to inspect the things that I ask of them. They’d give me their name and try to establish a friendship that I do appreciate. They would check just to make sure everything is in place, and I’ve never had any problem with them. The situation with pest is much better than what it was before I started using their service. Mostly, it was always the spiders but I’ve seen one or two since the last time.

I normally have the same Terminix guy, John, but all of a sudden, some guy comes knocking on my door and tells me he's from Terminix. I wanted no part of him because I don't know him so I told him I wanted John who always calls me the day before he's coming. He said that he's been very busy but I said, "Well, send John whenever he's ready". I did have one of those ding-a-ling calls but didn't expect anybody because it just said Terminix on my phone and there was no message. So even their phone system was bad. However, I would recommend Terminix to others because I've had them for about 20 years and never had a problem, except for this. And because of John. I've had him for years, I know him and he calls me personally the day before his visit so I can unlock my gate and lock my dog. He's always been very friendly and nice.

Terminix's representatives are typically friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Their techs are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. So my experiences with them have been very good. I’m still with them and so far, so good. But if I don’t like anything, I’d probably change.

The scheduling for the service of Terminix has been good. They recently came for a repeat spraying of the inside and the technician has been good. I'm perfectly satisfied with them.

The man who comes here for routine service is always on time and courteous. He calls me when he's supposed to come and makes the appointment. He takes care of everything. I don't have problem with pest as long as he’s coming. However, Terminix itself isn’t that great. We didn't use them for a little while because they started charging me for things we weren't getting or didn't ask for. I didn't realize it for three or four months, and then I thought, "that's not what that used to be". I just continued using them for a while, only because these guys that does it here in my area were nice. I would’ve used somebody else if it hasn’t been for them.

We’ve always been very happy with Terminix. We've always been very pleased with the technicians that they send out to our house. They've always been very courteous and professional. They did indoors and outdoors, and have taken care of everything that we needed them to do. We haven’t seen any pests for quite a while. Occasionally we have ants come in from outside, but if that happens we call and they always come out and take care of it for us.

Terminix notifies me by e-mail when they come out quarterly but I’m never home when they come. So only my wife has interactions with the Terminix reps and the pest activity in our home since the service is about the same.

Scheduling for a service is easy. They e-mail us and it's done automatically. I would recommend them. Moreover we just got solicited by another company to do the same service but we declined.

So far we've had good experience every time Terminix comes out here every four months. They do what I ask them to do and they do a good job. Recently, they called and said they wanted to have access to the backyard between 8:00 and 10:00 and so I had the gate unlocked for them. The tech showed up and he went right to work spraying around the foundations. My wife had a little problem with a few ants in the sink in the kitchen and he came in and sprayed in there. We haven't seen any ants since so he must have got them. Technician is a good guy and friendly. Wife talks to him and he's a gentleman. I would recommend Terminix.

I’ve used Terminix for years. I've scheduled my services with them by phone and I've had very good talk with their reps. Their technicians have also been very nice. I like their pest control service very much and it’s all been a very good experience.

Terminix came to the house for the yearly inspection. Their technician was very talkative, spending more time talking than inspecting the house. From the time we had the service from them, we don't have any more pest activity. I'd recommend Terminix to a friend.

I recently called Terminix for early spraying because we're seeing bugs and their technician came within that afternoon. He was a very nice and polite young man and he's done a good job.

We get termite control service from Terminix. They came when they said they would, and recently came out for the yearly inspection. However, we've had an incident with termites which just appeared.

The Terminix guy who came here today was very good. He even dusted off my outside. I jokingly told him that when he was done with the outside, he could come inside and dust there, too. There's never been a problem in scheduling our service with Terminix and there aren't any pest since we've had their service.

Terminix does routine service at our place and they often schedule their visits online and earlier than necessary. That has been inconvenient for us and we always have to call and change it. On the other hand, their technician is perfect. He's been wonderful and thorough.

Terminix was here today for our quarterly bug spray service. Scheduling our service with them has been fine and the service has been good all the way through.

Normally, I make sure I'm here when Terminix comes so they can do the inside as well but the last time they were here, I wasn't around and I didn't bother to reschedule. But I'm very satisfied with their service. I had them in Atlanta for years when I was down there. I pay for the whole year and Terminix notifies me when their service guy will be coming through a robocall. I prefer when I could talk to somebody and say, "Could I do it on a different day?" In Atlanta, they used to call and let me know personally. But I'd definitely recommend them. I don't have any pests because I have Terminix. The gentleman that usually comes to my house is always very thoughtful and asks lots of questions like if I have seen any activity or anything I'd like him to check. I really appreciate his professional behavior.
