The people who owned our house before were using Terminix and we decided to continue it. We have them come in for preventive care and they spray outside the house. Scheduling with them was very good, they're very accommodating and they let me know ahead of time when they're gonna be here which is usually on the same day of the week. They are very polite people when they come to spray the house. They're also very considerate of the dogs and they wait 'til I have put the dogs in. I'm extremely satisfied with them.

Terminix is always on time and with pest control, it's fine. Prices are fair to me. You can manage your account on the website and when you visit they will come as soon as they can, but it's always good. Scheduling my service is very easy. They gave me a time range and it's not a very long wait. They come out to my home every three months and they put something on their shoes. When I show them what problems do I have, they recommend things. One time I had a couple of boxes in my garage and I complain about cockroaches. And they say that maybe I should get rid of those because that promotes the cockroaches to increase. Since my service, pest activity was good for Houston. I use Terminix quite often and they are good. Recently, I got subterranean termites in my other room. I called them to look at it and they treated it. Their technician was good and he knew what he was doing. He was professional and showed up on time. I don't see any pest activity so it's better now.

Terminix took over another company that I had before and I'm very pleased with the new arrangement and the new people. We get the regular spray from them every quarter and the technician was fantastic and great.

I payed over $1000 to Terminix so they would resolve a pest exclusion problem. Less than a year after the same problem has come back, they are asking that I pay another $1000 for another year of service. I have spent the last three days on the phone with customer service, and the only response I finally get is that they will do a free inspection - which I have declined to do. I have no trust with this organization - they did not solve the problem I paid a lot of money to fix, their customer service is poor and they are tardy every time.

I initially got Terminix for roaches because the roaches became a problem for whatever reason. The first service was when they did the inspection and they treat the inside and out. He came back twice in four weeks to put more traps and now we're at the part where he's doing his quarterly routine for coming out. He just goes do what he got to do and asks if I have questions or problems. They have taken care of the roach problem but I'm using them for something different now. It is good service thus far. They are professional and they know what they're talking about when you ask them a question. They come when they're supposed to. They've been exceptional, across the board, everything, especially because they take care of my problems.

The people from Terminix are very friendly, courteous, and always on time. They call me the day before to confirm my appointment and then at least a couple of hours before they show up at the house. The techs are usually very nice. They ask me where I am having some infestations and they check the house thoroughly, inside and out. If I was having any areas of concern, they would check those areas. They check for rodents, and actually found one area that I didn't even know existed.
I had an infestation with a couple of squirrels that had burrowed in through the roof of the house that I didn't even know. The tech went around, saw that and said they can take a look at it, or I can make a suggestion on what to do to get it taken care of, but we saw him going in and out of the roof. I haven't seen a spider out here in a very long time, considering when we first moved into our home and we were literally overrun with spiders. It was an excellent experience, overall.

The termite inspection service in the past has been fine but I had a little difficulty this year because my wife had taken off from work and we scheduled it around her. They were supposed to do the outside inspection and inside. But they just did the outside, had her sign the paper and I got an email saying that the inspection was incomplete. I called Terminix and they said they didn't do the inside. I said, "What do you mean? My wife was there, she signed the form." I asked my wife later on and she said, "No, they didn't come inside." So I had to reschedule with them.
I scheduled it on a holiday in February and they initially said they couldn't but they were able to come out and do the inspection then. Then I got another email saying that it was incomplete. I called them and asked what's going on and I think it's just one of those automated reports that they generate when they only do one and not the other. It automatically spits out an incomplete report. That's something that they need to work on. But other than that, I haven't had any problem with Terminix. Things are okay now and we don't have any termites.

We've been with Terminix for a long time and they've always sent good people. The new gentleman has been respectful and he usually calls when they are 20 or 30 minutes out. There have always been ants after it rains because we have a lot of fruit trees. Since using their service, we fill the bait boxes, the ants come around and then they're gone. I've also recommended Terminix to a friend.

Terminix bought Alterra, the old company I was with. I get a quarterly service from Terminix, and at one time, I told them that I've been seeing a few ants that are crawling in through a crack. The tech who came out was very courteous and he answered all my questions as best as he could. I didn’t really have anything done inside the house, which I normally don’t do because I have two small babies. So, he treated the outside, looked for wasps and did all of that and then treated the ant pile. And at the end of it, I asked him if he had a way to seal off the crack on the inside because I knew that that’s where they were coming from. He said that he didn’t have a way to do that, but he gave me a little ant bead thing that he said that he put in a Ziploc bag. As soon as I see them coming back, I should leave one of them out and they would come and eat the stuff, and then they would go back to their mound and they would all die over there.
I haven’t noticed any more ants since his last visit. As for scheduling the service, I just got an e-mail that says, “You’re due for a quarterly. We’re coming at this time.” I didn’t call to change it, and I wasn't given an option. Normally, they’ll either call or tell me. I’m not used to Terminix because they’re a new company to me since they bought Alterra over. I wasn't sure how they did things, so I just let it the way it was. Also, I was going to be home either way.
I made a phone call to Terminix as well to see about my quarterly rates, and the person I had on the phone was helpful, too. There are two things that I want to note. For one, if a customer knows that there is an entrance point for pests and if it looks like it should be an easy enough fix, the person who comes out should have or at least offer a suggestion in terms of how to fix it. And then the other thing that I wouldn’t mind the company taking a look at is maybe the quarterly rate. Other than those, so far, so good. Overall, my experience has been prompt and efficient.

I got an email a day or two before the service saying that a tech was gonna be here at a certain time. I was given a window between 9 and 12. The tech showed up around 10 o’clock. He sprayed the house and removed the spider webs from the eaves. He looked around to see if there’s any new eggs, and told me that he was done right before he left. Terminix does the service quarterly and a different tech comes in every time. The techs have been nice. I still see some of the tree bugs, and a few cockroaches, but it’s a lot better than it used to be. It’s been excellent when it comes to their service.

After the recent service, Terminix did not find any termites. But they found some kind of bee and we took care of that. The guy that came out called me and was very accommodating because I was out of town at the time. He called me back to tell me what he found and what I could do to take some shrubs out and things to help keep down the possibility of termites. I'm very happy with his service. I’ve taken over a contract where Terminix does a yearly inspection.

The guy from Terminix comes out, sprays the outside, around the outside of the house, and we open the garage so he can spray the inside of the garage. We don’t have the inside of the house sprayed, but everything that he does is really good and we’re happy with him. When he's done, he tells us what he found. They also let us know when their service is scheduled, and then we either call to reschedule if it’s bad or we just let it go and let it happen. They're very courteous and there's never an issue.

My mom lives in a mobile home and she had termites. I called Terminix customer service. They quickly responded and made all the arrangements. The following day, their technician came to the house. She was wonderful and she explained everything to me. Everything was excellent. I haven’t seen any pests since then, not even bugs or cockroaches. It has been an excellent customer service.

We have a regularly scheduled treatment with Terminix and we also had a couple of roach issues that I had them address while they were here. Then, I called a couple of days later to mention that I saw some roaches in one other part of the house and they never called me back. But I may not have the right number. Also, I don't think they always have somebody staffed in the local office and it's hard to get a hold of them. But Fred, my regular guy, is really good, helpful and knowledgeable. He also gives some educational information which is helpful. I don't have any ongoing problems but it's spotty here and there.

Scheduling with Terminix is not very good because I had tried to schedule them to come out and check my yard and my house for two weeks and nobody ever got back with me. I would get through to them, but they were not giving the information to the people in the field. I had to get my daughter to do it and she finally got a hold of somebody. I was getting frustrated with trying to get somebody to call me, but the person that came out and took care of the problem was awesome and did a terrific job.

We were doing Alterra for pest control but Terminix also offered termites service, and now we're doing Terminix for everything. The tech has been here once and he's great. I'd recommend them.

Matt ** is always really accommodating. He communicates well with us knowing that our schedules can sometimes be difficult to work around. He is pleasant and quick but never rushed and takes the time to inform us of any services that we might not be aware of.

Terminix comes by quarterly to do service and they send me an email when the next one's scheduled. They recently did the outside inspection and treatment. The technicians would knock on the door and tell me they're here and ask if I have any particular problems. Then they do their work and they knock on the door again when they're ready to leave. They've done a great job.

Terminix comes once a year. Although we didn't have termites, we had the process done because our neighbors had it. The tech was very thorough and did a good job. He was also very accommodating. Whatever I asked him, he answered.

It's easy to schedule a service with Terminix. They just call, let us know when they're coming and when we're not home they only do the outside. The last time they came for a routine visit, my husband mentioned a mouse in the shed and the tech set a trap. They've always been helpful and we've never had any specific issues in the past. So we're happy.

I've been with Terminix for many years and I've never had a single complaint. The technician is always very courteous and never forgets to lock the gates when he leaves. If I ask him to pay special attention to a specific area (like under the pool slide) he is always very willing and gets it done. I live in an area with lots of animals around and yet I never have to worry about bugs or creepy-crawly things where the children play. I always know what day he will be coming and he does call if there is a change in the schedule. I am very satisfied with the service I receive from Terminix and I can't imagine ever changing.

There hasn't been too many ants or bugs out because it's winter but we have more problems in the summer. Terminix came about a month ago and the service went well. I received a text a couple of days before and they also called and told us that they would be there. They came, indeed, and we only left our side gate open for them. We're pleased with the service so we've continued it.

I had roaches coming in because my apartment is right by the sewer opening. I called the apartment complex two times and they sent guys out but two days later I still saw the roaches. I'm moving out in a couple of months, so I called Terminix just so they could spray down and then spray again before I move and spray in my new apartment complex. The rep I spoke with was very nice. The technician was great, too. My dog normally doesn’t like people and my dog liked him. They came in and sprayed and I haven’t seen a roach since.

My experience has been fine with Terminix. They come every quarter, but if I have a problem, I call the technician directly and he arranges for another appointment. They usually assign a person to an account for a period of time which makes it easier as that person would know what the problem is.

Our tech from Terminix always does a great job for us. He's a good communicator, he is my main contact with the company. He usually calls and tells me he's gonna be in the area on a such time. He comes out every other month for routine service where he sprays for pests mostly inside and a little bit outside my house. Pest activity in our house is all under control. Terminix has fair pricing for this service. But sometimes I have a little problem with the termite people of Terminix and a recent concern about dry wood.

We have an issue with stink bugs and Terminix sprays in and around the house which seems to keep the bugs at bay. That’s the reason why we got them primarily. Also, a neighbor had some termite issues, so we definitely wanted to make sure that his termites didn’t migrate up here for any reason. So we have coverage regarding the termite situation should that ever arise.
My most recent experience with them was excellent. They did what they came to do and did a little bit more. They covered everything that we had asked them and they did the house from top to bottom when they did the treatment. When scheduling the service, they notify us via email and if it doesn’t fit our schedule, we call them up and reschedule, which we've done a few times. As far as scheduling, it’s easy to be accommodated if we need to change the date as well.
Also, the technician that comes communicates with us and tells what’s going on. If he sees anything that is a concern, he lets me know. He’s very friendly and he goes through the whole house. Doing everything that we asked is a plus because we got a shed in the back that I just got last year. The technician says, “I’ll just go back there and hit it while I’m hitting your house,” so that’s nice. They have a small increase in pricing each year, and I’m okay with it so far because the treatment has been exceptional. They’re worthwhile protection for our home.

Terminix recently came by and did an excellent job for the quarterly service we have with them. They call two or three days ahead and say what time they're gonna be here and we're normally around. The technicians that come out have been good and professional. We've been with Terminix for years and there hasn’t been any pest outbreak since. If we do see a spider here and there, we let them know and they spray a little bit extra.

It's great with Terminix. Whenever I call, they schedule the service then they come and do it. And I work so I don't have to worry about anything. They leave a note saying that they’ve been there and what they did. It's always pleasant and perfect with the technicians. They're nice. Terminix does exactly what I ask for and need. And they're efficient, too. I used to have mice and it was horrible, but they did get rid of it. The pricing would be nice if it was cheaper, but it's fair.

Made an appointment for an estimate and given a time window for when service tech was going to come. The time came and went with not even a call as to a delay or anything until 2 hours later with no excuse. I was then told to call for another appointment. I don't think so. Lousy business. Terminix is good. They give us good service, and anytime we got any problems, we just give them a call and they come out and check on us as soon as possible. When we call the 1-800 number, they will dispatch the information out to the techs or to the Terminix office in our area, and it doesn’t take them too long to respond. Recently, we had something going on inside our Memory chairs at the dining room and I gave them a call because we thought it was possibly mice or something of that nature. The tech came by and took a look at it and everything, and he confirmed that it was not mice. The tech that we have, Brian, is really good. If we need anything, I just give him a call. In fact, if he was in the area in-between maintenance times that he’s scheduled to stop by the building, he will stop by for any of our needs. We’re totally satisfied.

Terminix has always been good, especially the guys that they got coming out. They send an email saying they're gonna be around on this date and they usually say that they're only gonna treat the exterior of the house and don't have to go inside and I do not have to be present. So, whenever they're treating the exterior of the house, there are no issues. If they have to come in, it's a little problematic because it looks like they like to do Mondays through Fridays when I'm at work but when I arrive to see the technicians out at the house, they're always very friendly. If I have any issues, they take care of it. I just recently moved so I don't have them anymore but when we had Terminix, there were no issues with the pests. We see bugs but they'd be either dead or close to dying.

I'm very pleased with Terminix. I have no problem with them, they're really good. They show up on time when they say they're going to be, and they really check thoroughly. If I have any problems, they tell me to call them back, and it's fine. I like when they used to call to schedule the service. Now they do it on the computer. And then if you don’t like the time, you got to reschedule. Whereas if you talk to them on the phone, you can tell them that it’s not the right time. I liked them when I had direct contact with my person that comes all the time. Mac, the technician that comes in my house, is excellent. The last time he came, I told him we had a mouse, so he gave us those little sticky things and we caught it. He is professional and courteous at all times. In the summer time, when the ants come out here and if I see enough, I just call them and he's here to spray.

Terminix has always been good. They announce when they're coming out and do whatever they got to do. And then they do a follow up phone call which works out good, too. Though I never meet with them, the service is good. The technicians are very nice and very knowledgeable. I don't see any pest activity since I started using Terminix. If I see anything, it's dead.

Most of the time, we're up in Canada and Terminix deals with our rental home in Palm Springs. When they come, my property manager allows them entry, and usually they maintain by spraying the outside of the home. This time they wanted to come in and do fire ants. We asked the current renters who were there on holidays to let them into the courtyard and to remove their pet. I didn't hear anything to the negative, so I would assume that no news is good news.
Terminix comes quarterly, and if we are down there and the house is empty, then I go in and notice that there might be cockroach droppings or wasp nests, I usually just call in the gentleman who's assigned to our home. I tell him what the problem is and he takes care of it. The next time I come, the problem is no longer there. It's more of a maintenance and preventive or being pro-active rather than reactive. Occasionally, because the house is a rental, there are periods where it's empty and we have to be concerned about mice. I think that when a single person is assigned to a home and it's the same person over and over, that is a huge benefit to the homeowner because we know whom we're dealing with and how the work is being done. There's a relationship established and in a world that's shifting away from that, I really appreciate it. We have our tech's cellphone. We feel secure with him and he's very responsive.

The service is wonderful, I would say that compared to previous experiences Terminix exceeds all expectations. They're easily the easiest company I've worked with as far as accommodating my crazy schedule and specific time restraints. My exterminator specifically is great and I would recommend this company to anyone!

In our most recent experience with Terminix, the person that came out here went beyond his job to make sure everything was okay. Not only did he help show me by cleaning out the area and what was causing the pests, he also stuffed it. And he also showed us what merchandise to get to follow up with it. There was absolutely no pest activity in our home since the last service. The only thing was signing up for the service was a little off because it seemed like they weren’t communicating at first, but it was still okay. Overall, our experience was excellent.

I like my Terminix technician. He's really friendly and nice. However, it was raining the last time he was here and he only did part of the service. He said he would do a little bit but that he would come back and do more so we rescheduled. He also said they wouldn't charge me until he did more work but they charged me for the full amount and I never heard back from them. But overall, they're very good and I'm moderately satisfied with their service.

Terminix does their regular visits. I've also had some issue like when a mice was caught in the path, and the serviceman has come out and taken care of it immediately. Whenever I've called, within a day or so, somebody has come by. The service person who has been coming here has been very responsive and responsible. However, Terminix was supposed to come and inspect the house for any ants or termites. They scheduled it once but can't show up at that time and they haven't called back on how to arrange again and I haven't called them up either. It's been a year now.

Terminix came and gave me advice on how to handle my rat problem. I also had some other bug issues that were popping up due to the weather. They came out and treated the bugs timely. It's been good. Usually I call my local guy and he says he'll talk to the office and pick a convenient time. He is great and always on time. He also knows how to take care of the bugs. And also, I like to occasionally do it on the phone where you talk to the little machine. It's a little automated lady and that's handy. I get the service four times a year and as needed in between.

I've been with Terminix for a long time. They call, arrive on a certain day and time, then do their thing and leave. The last thing a tech came to do was spray the yard because of ants. Overall, the techs are friendly, they let me know when they've arrived, and then knock the door and tell me when they're done.

Terminix takes care of the bees, wasps and nests or hives and spiderwebs. For the most part they just do the exterior quarterly. They set a few mice traps, sticky traps or poison. Then usually every spring we have these little red bugs that are on our windowsills so the technicians come inside and spray. They spray and then the bugs seem to move and then they go and spray again and then the bugs are usually gone within a month. Terminix is doing a good job because I don’t see any bugs. Also, I have a few spiders in the basement, but for the most part in our living areas, I don't see any.

Terminix scheduled a time right away and they were out there within a couple of days. The guy took care of the measurement and then the technician that came the next time installed the new termite traps, and bait traps for a two-car garage we built. He showed me what he installed, and he was done in an hour. Everything was fine, exactly as advertised.

I am so spoiled by Terminix. I get phone calls letting me know it's time for a service call. I'm given time and date and a phone number to call if I need to make a change. I can absolutely count on the tech being there at the time and on the date I've been given. No muss, no fuss. They make their way through the mess in my backyard, do their job promptly, and leave everything the way it was when they came. Gates are always closed, and if anything was moved, it is put back into its place. How could I not be completely pleased with this service?

We’ve always had very good experiences with Terminix. We had a routine pest control service two weeks ago when I wasn’t home. He left the paperwork saying what he had done, under my doormat where he normally does. They usually send Paxton who I’m very happy with. I was happy with the service. We definitely saw a decrease in insects afterwards. And the time before that, we’ve called out for specific insect issues. He listened to my concerns, made some suggestions and his service was to my satisfaction.

We have regular inspections from Terminix and we were able to get them out here on days that work well for me. Their representatives are good, and the technicians are courteous of my home. They found some stuff in my home and they put down traps. Everything's been taken care of and they've doing a good job.

I have had great experience with Terminix for many years. I have the pest control, termite bond and also the mosquito service. Your tech Herbert is friendly, courteous and explains what he is doing each time he comes and he is always in the time limit you send me by email. I am very happy with service and always recommend your service to others. I do not know anything that you could do better to make your service better except I think your service is too expensive but I understand everything has gone up in price but when you are on disability it does make it hard sometimes. I am paralyzed from waist down so you can tell I am not able to work to help out with my income. But I will always be with you because of great courteous service.

We got routine service and Terminix was here a month or so ago. Scheduling service has been good and they meet my schedule. Their team is very good and anytime I need to reschedule or have questions or need extra spraying, they're always right there. The technicians are very knowledgeable about various bugs and ants and very thorough for looking out for things in the garden and creases and crannies.

I had my Terminix service transferred to my new home because they did well at my previous one. The technician who came was friendly, and professional. It was a good job, but I have to call them back and re-spray because the little red and black ants are still coming from outside. Maybe the ants returned because it rained during the day that they sprayed and did the inspection. Overall, it was a satisfying experience and it's a good plan.

I had an ongoing infestation of ticks and on worst case scenario, it was hundreds a day. It was ridiculous and I was even bringing my dogs to the groomers every two weeks for lice outs, comb outs, and tick treatments. The Terminix gentleman Richard who came out here said that there's a zero tolerance for the ticks so if I saw even one tick I just keep calling them back. Then he also advised me as to the duration of their lifespan, how often they breed, how often they lay eggs so I could time the responses and make sure that he came at the optimum time.
Richard is personable, friendly, very thorough and he would ask me where specifically I'm seeing the most of the ticks then he would focus on those areas. Like for one, I got a chair and a half with an ottoman and some of the ticks ended up in the chair. He actually took it on himself to treat the chair. Also, I would sit down in the loo and invariably I would have a tick crawling up my foot from a rug in the bathroom so he treated the rug. Any place I told him that there was an issue and with regularity. As we narrowed it down to the places where the ticks were primarily originating from, he'd go in and zap those spots extra hard to make sure that they were being dealt with.
He came and fumigated the house and I had to leave and we'd have to stay out of the house for four hours. I had a couple of outdoor treatments by another company and when I terminated the outdoors, I did it myself. Then he said he'll still do the perimeter just in case there's anything coming in from the garden. He'd go outside and do the perimeter of the house, right along the base of the walls in case something was coming from the yard into the house, through the walls. It took a couple of months and several visits, but we won. He was absolutely persistent and each time he showed up, the first thing done was to discuss the most recent report of what's going on and where the ticks are. Ultimately I have no more ticks, he did a great job, and I was very happy. I would recommend Terminix highly and I've already recommended them to a friend.

Terminix has always been really easy to work with. They've been doing our building for years. We have them come once a month. Their technician is very polite and does a good job. We're open for business when he comes. He does his own thing, and then we sign and off he goes. He really respects that I'm running a business. We've always had problems with the large cockroaches, and we never can get rid of them. Other than that, everything else is good since we've had the service from Terminix. I would recommend them.

I've had Terminix for the five houses I've owned in the last 20 and some odd years. I'm a happy guy with them. The first time I hired them was in the late '80s when I lived up in New Jersey. Then I lived in Atlanta and I lived here for about 10 years. My recent experience with them were mostly periodic. We have a regular service four times a year to do the exterior.
Their technicians are wonderful, our regular guy was really nice. A couple of months ago, I had a specific need. I thought I might have a rat out in the yard. They came and they met with me and they told me about a trap and all that. So they put the trap out and they were fine. They told me to try to botch the dogs in getting near the trap.
The pest activity in my house was nothing that I normally get with this time of the year. I live in Northern Louisiana, the temperatures go from cold to warm. If I see a few bugs come into the house, they usually die. I usually find the carcass of the bugs, which means they crossed the barrier and they died. I have I seen them dead but not active. Overall, I would recommend Terminix to my friends.

The Terminix technicians look good and they're well-dressed. They identify themselves, they're courteous and talkative and they answered any questions I might have. A week ago, I was at work and they came and did their thing. The technician left and left me a note that he's been there. They notified me that they were coming in advance so I could unlock the back gate. They come every month, and if I need to call, I can call too. I call them up if we got a problem and their guy comes out later. Now, we don't see many bugs. Overall I'll recommend them.

Terminix shows up every other month. Sometimes they let me know and sometimes they don't, which is all right as long as they leave me a flyer that they've been here, and they usually do that. They do my house and my duplex for spiders and ants. I saw the tech once or twice and he does fine. He gets in, brushes everything down, and then sprays. Terminix has been doing the job.

We have been battling bed bugs for a few months now. When we first went with Terminix it was because of random bites on my son. They said it was fleas. Money was spent on the treatment to only come to find out we had bed bugs after I seen one. We had the initial treatment where they sprayed the entire home top to bottom. Two weeks later and nothing has changed. We are told we have minimal infestations and not to worry. Fast forward to 4 treatments later, where they are only focusing on the two bedrooms we have and not other rooms after I've asked to do the whole house, and lo and behold they are in the living room. I want to scream. I want to go crazy. Does this ** even work? Am I wasting over 1,000 on them? I can't win. I'm so over this. Please tell me there is hope!! Anyone?

Terminix came out recently because it was time for them to spray for bugs. They come out every three months, but any time that I have to reschedule, their customer service has been good and nice. Also, their technician's very friendly. We got a puppy that likes to jump on him, but he doesn't mind. Overall, they do a good job.

Since we've called Terminix, the pest activity in our home seems to be going down. When we had them come over last time, it was more of a maintenance than anything. We still have a few bugs but we saw a decrease and we're making sure that they stay down. They came by to reinstall some traps and replace some of the things that we had that were older. The technician was awesome. He was very helpful, personable and friendly. Anything we asked him to do, he made sure to take care of it. I'm very happy about that.

Terminix comes in for our monthly maintenance of spraying for the bugs and the ants out in the field. They're here early and they take care of it. The little tiny bugs come in from the warehouse but renovation locks the bugs out. And we've noticed the decrease in pest activity since we started service with Terminix.

We have an indoor and outdoor service with Terminix for our properties. The technician comes every Thursday morning and we give him a list of what needs to be done. He goes to the areas that we have issues with, and he does his job properly. He's very friendly. He mostly works with our maintenance, so we don't really see him much but he's been the person that they had for years, and they don't ever plan on switching.
We have almost 300 units. If someone's calling, it will be individual apartments calling over an issue. But typically, if they call in once or twice, he doesn't need to come back. We also have some people that are constantly calling but it could be a matter of the cleanliness of that apartment and everyone's individual daily habits. Typically with our basic calls, he comes in once and doesn't need to come back for months.

We had a very specific problem at our house that needed attention. When we called Terminix, they were very helpful in defining a solution, laying out the execution of their plan, and discussing what their term of service entailed. There were no surprises or hidden fees, everything was very straightforward. Out of the two scheduled service calls, the representative was punctual, quiet, and efficient. We have only had the need for a single subsequent visit (which was clearly outlined in our agreement), and it was addressed in a timely manner.

We found suspicious droppings in a built-in bookcase in our house. So, I called Terminix and asked for a technician to come out to treat it. But they sent me an inspector first. The inspector looked and said that we're right and that we had droppings. So, the technician came the next week and treated the area. They came out for their yearly inspection when I signed up with them and they did some spraying and treating but this is the first time I had to call them for a suspected problem.
I called them on a Thursday and they were very apologetic that they couldn't schedule me for the following day. So I said it's not an issue but I needed the appointments on Fridays so set it for the next Friday. I was eight days down from my call, but that was because I expressed the preference for a certain time frame, on Friday. They could have come much earlier than that if I had wanted to. So, I thought they were responsive.
My only disappointment was when I called to make the appointment, I got an inspector and I had to go a week later to get the technician. If they had listened to me and said, "If you need a technician, we'll send you the technician." Then I could have saved one appointment. But other than that the people that they sent out were very good, polite and they knew what they're talking about. So, I'm very happy with them. The technician was very thorough. He took his time and did everything he had to do. I know they have a lot of appointments that they need to go to but he was not rushed and he was not dying to get out of there. He was very professional.
I may have still a couple of droppings so the area may need to be retreated. But they had a hundred termites to begin with and now, from the number of droppings, they may have a couple left after the treatment.

I wasn't living at my house where I have Terminix service for the past three years, but I was getting service for the renters. I still haven't moved in yet but now, I'm back and I didn't see any bugs when I went so that's a good thing. They send me emails and come when they're supposed to. Sometimes, they call if I didn't pay my bill on time. They're good and I'm satisfied. Overall, it's been a great experience with Terminix.

We originally signed up with Alterra, and then Alterra transitioned over to Terminix. Three weeks ago, our regular service guy from Alterra came over to the house to introduce his partner that he was training and to tell me that that they're now with Terminix. The technician was very pleasant. But scheduling our services with them was not that great and we always had some issues.
After the service, the Terminix guy said, "Call this number, and make sure you get scheduled for inside service," because for that day he only did the outside, and we were already confirmed to do the inside as well. But he couldn't do the inside that day, so I called the number, but no one answered. In fact, it was a non-working number. I'm having difficulty in dialing the right number and getting someone to contact to schedule for inside service. However, everything's been great with Terminix. Since our services with them, we've had perfect results on pest activity around our home. Furthermore, Terminix is accommodating, unlike other companies which were very difficult to deal with.

Terminix schedules the service for me and calls well in advance to let me know when they're coming, and then give me a wonderful opportunity to reschedule if I need to. It's very easy. We're on a quarterly service schedule, so they just really let me know when my service is via email me and a phone call. Any time I had an interaction with the technicians, they've been very friendly and professional. They always cover their shoes when they come into the house. They describe to me what they're going to do when they come in, about how long it will take, and what they're going to do on the outside. They're a very professional organization. There have been a couple of occasions where I've called for a repeat service because of ants in the summer. And they've been very responsive, came out, asked me what was going on, and asked me where I've seen them. Their techs are always really great and I'm really happy with their service.

We live in Houston so regular pest control is necessary and Terminix comes out periodically and sprays outside of my house, and it's working. I've been their customer for several years. I usually get a message and they let me know that they're coming. The technician would ring the doorbell and let me know that they're going to be treating the outside and would ask if there's anything they want me to do on the inside. I had them do some things inside but most of the time, it's the outside they'll do and they leave a note on what they have done after. Pest activity has been a little more scarce since their service which I'm satisfied with.

My contract with Terminix is about 40 years old. There wasn't a pest control problem. I owned the house at the time and was having basement work done where they had to lay cinder blocks. Because of that, they had to treat the bare dirt for termites before they could lay the blocks. After that, I decided to keep the contract. It's in the contract that they come and inspect it every year to see if there is any problem but there wasn't really to start with as it was just a building code thing. Then I turned the house over to my son and we just transferred the contract too.
Terminix has a local location here but it's not set up for people to go there in that if one looks it up in the phone book, there's no address for one to know where it is. When it's time for the inspections, somebody calls here but it's from St. Louis or Tampa, Florida, and they leave a message of when they'll be there. They don't really have a good interaction with the local people to say that they can't be there. But that's the way business has grown where they don't really have the personal interaction as much as it used to be. But anyway, I figured out how to work it out. It's just that if I call the number back that they leave for me, I don't know if I'm getting St. Louis or Tampa, or Los Angeles. Other people probably have the same problem. Otherwise it's always been good and I don't have any complaint.

Terminix's technician Charles is a real nice guy. He's a real gentleman and we get along real well. He usually comes right over as soon as he can. Recently he came by, did the annual inspection, let us know what we needed and left. They're pretty prompt with coming out as soon as I call them. I just call up and tell them what I need and they fill the bill. We have our annual inspections, but if I have anything in between, all I have to do is give their technician a call and he'd come out.

Stay away from them. They charged me for a service they never did, and destroyed my credit score; I had to pay, because of my credit. It's a scam. I used them once and I was not happy and I did paid them. 3 months later without telling me they charge my credit card again. They said I have a contract with them. They never did any work they just charge you and send you to collection agency.

A guy from Terminix recently came out, although we didn't get any email saying that it was time for our yearly termite inspection. But everything was fine. The tech looked at the trap that's the nearest our tub. He also looked around the perimeter of the house and there are no signs of termites, which is always a really good thing. He also changed the filter that was in the ceiling above the kitchen and gave me two more filters. He was very polite and I'm very satisfied.

We were with Knight Pest Control before Terminix bought them, and we just transferred over to them. Terminix calls me when the tech is going to be coming. The tech does an excellent job and is personable at the same time. He does both the inside and outside of the house. If there is something in the corner where he's going to be spraying, he moves it out of the way. So if I'm not around, I always know that he has been here. I like his service and can't say enough good things about him. We've had some substitutes before and they do not compare. I would say that if he couldn't come, I wouldn't have their service. Also, it's been a tremendous and remarkable change in pest activity since we got them. We have an old, unsealed house, and there were lots of things getting in. But now, even at peak season for things to come in, it's at a minimal, and that's awesome. In the 35 years I've lived here, this is the best it's been.

Terminix tented for us originally because the house had termites and then we bought their warranty program. They injected invisible gas inside the house and I hoped it would kill everything. However, I didn’t know much because I’d never lived in an area that had termites before. We ended up getting termites again. They’re inside the wall so it’s never an easy thing until one sees a fervent activity to realize that they’re everywhere and not in one little area. Terminix did re-tent and it wasn’t an issue getting them to do it. But looking back on it, the termites were never killed in the beginning and it took a few years before we saw enough activity.
Now, Terminix just comes out and looks for activity or does spot treatment once a year. They just came for their annual inspection. When scheduling for our service, they generally just send somebody out. And if we’re not home, I just call and reschedule the appointment and they come out a second time. They’re always fine and always professional. It’s always somebody in another part of the States but it’s never a problem. The guy they send is great so we’re lucky that we have a good guy. A few years ago, they weren’t as good but the guy we have right now is really professional and knowledgeable.

Terminix recently came to spray the lawn and set up the rat trap. Everything was fine but I actually had to reschedule and Sean was very well. He called before he came. He was very patient because I had not been able to move my dogs right away. He started spraying the front and then he waited for about a minute until I was able to move my dogs. The pests have been controlled and there’s hardly anything there. Every once in a while, I’ll get a cockroach, but I haven’t had the inside of the house sprayed yet. It needs to be done, but it’s a little tough when I have all my animals in the house. Other than that, it's awesome working with Terminix and I always recommend them.

Terminix was called in to treat for fleas. I have no complaints with the reps, and scheduling the service with them has been very easy. I make a call and they're here when they say they'd be here. The technician that was sent was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of my questions very well. He explained to me what was going on, and because the recent visit was the second time, I was very familiar with what needs to happen. He treated both inside and out. Unfortunately, I put flea traps out again two weeks after they left and I still have fleas. I already had two treatments with them but it hasn't resolved the issue. In fact, they're expected to come out today. I still find Terminix to be very professional. They assured me that they would keep coming until the issue is resolved. So, I'm hoping it will be taken care of.

We have a service with Terminix, where they come every three months. They send me a thing in email, telling me which day and time they're coming. And if I can't make it that day, I can call and change it. At first, I had mice and spiders. So, they come and change out some sticky traps that catch the spiders and they spray for the spiders, as well. They also spray outside and make sure there will be no mice getting in.
I like that if I request the same person that they'll schedule me with the same person each time so I don't have to show them where each trap was set or which rooms I do and which rooms I don't do because I have a big house. The guy that comes knows just what to do. He is really good, very trustworthy, always wears those shoe covers and friendly, as well. And the guy before him was really nice too, but then he moved areas. So, I've been lucky with two really good people in a row.
Now, the pest activity is kind of leveled off because luckily, we don't have mice anymore but we still have some spiders. It's a big, cool basement and I would expect some there. But Terminix pretty much keeps them under control. I don't see spiders walking around very often. And Terminix really does a good job that I decided to keep them as a maintenance program.

Our service with Terminix is scheduled once a month, and also we call the technician if we have problems in between. We have an excellent routeman. He always talks to us and lets us know what's going on. We had a lot of problems before, and he's kept our pest down. We're happy with his interaction with us as a whole. We really like him, and I hear he might be leaving this May, which is the only complaint I have. Other than that, I've been happy with Terminix.

Terminix service technicians have always been professional, on time, knowledgeable, and courteous whether they are here for quarterly exterior or yearly interior inspections. They always stop by at the end of exterior inspections and let us know how things went. If we are not home, there is always paperwork in the mailbox to report the same information. If the inspection is an interior under the floor inspection, the technician(s) are always careful to lay down tarps so that they do not track dirt or anything else into the house when they come back up. We have always had any and all questions answered professionally and completely.

We took 5 weeks to clean and prep a house for us to move in on April 1, 2016. Well there was no way I was moving my family in with all the cockroaches in that house. We tried the DIY and it was like we were feeding them. I called Terminix and they came in and made me feel at ease. He told me he would have this place ready, we only had 2 weeks so I was skeptical. I was amazed he came in and I left the house closed up for a couple of days and it was crazy what a difference there was. Well Terminix came in one more time before we moved in. The transition from El Toro to Terminix is brand new. But it's the same individual, it's the same process so it's good. We had them out for our quarterly two weeks ago. It's their typical quarterly visit where they come in and do what they need to get done on the external part of the house. And then we did have them come in a little bit because of silverfish and do inside spraying in certain areas. It was fine. This guy we've had now has been here probably five times and he's a good guy. He always knocks on the door and then introduces who he is and asks us if there's any problem or anything additional that should be done. Then he does his deal and gives us a report if anything pops up, which typically, it's been good. He said to call them if we need anything else. So, it is nice to see the same face. Before we had multiple technicians come out.
As far as scheduling, it's not euphoria, but it's fine. El Toro would typically send an email because it was very structured, saying that they're going to come at a particular time. There was something wrong with the email system because they're switching from El Toro to Terminix. So, we got a phone call this time. I'm old school so one communication is fine. I don't need six.

Terminix is a great company. They hire good people. For my most recent claim, Danny, the guy that came out, was phenomenal, very knowledgeable, and his customer service was top-notch. He showed up half an hour early. He went through and vacuumed out every area, and he placed all different kinds of baits and things like that to help us get the problem under control. He definitely knew his stuff and he was trained very well. I couldn't be happier. Danny was definitely the best one that I've had. In fact, I've requested him twice now since he showed me that he deserved whatever recognition that I could give him.
Scheduling was great, too. Every time I called in for customer service or to schedule a time, the people at Terminix were very helpful with meeting my needs as far as what hours I needed. Also, they were all very kind and knowledgeable about the issues that we were having and could give some advice. Overall, everybody was great. I have not had a bad experience yet. I dealt with a lot of different companies and a lot of times, customer service people and even technicians can be really rude. Terminix has been one of the first companies that have been extremely helpful and kind. Their customer service goes above and beyond.

The people at Terminix are very professional. They always call before coming in that they're on their way and if they say "I'll be there in 15 minutes", 15 minutes they're there. They come to the house, do what they have to do. They know where they have to go and once they leave we don’t have to worry about bugs or anything else. The good thing about them is that if you do call them about a bug that made it through, they do not hesitate to come back. We had an experience where we had ants that were in the house and we didn’t know how they got in. We called Terminix and they came the same day and took care of the situation. I'll always recommend.

The gentleman from Terminix that comes in is always cordial and does a good job around the house and tells us what he’s doing or done. It’s just good. Scheduling the service is easy. Terminix comes every three months for pest control and they let me know when they're coming. The technician now is nice though I hadn't had him long. But I really hated to lose the other one that I've had for three years and I really liked him. But I hadn't had any problems with Terminix. If I see any bugs, they're dead. I'm very satisfied.

We have had some rodent problems that the Terminix guy has been taking care of. He usually calls me before he comes out to make sure that I don't have any issues. Then I got an email around the 1st of February saying that my service in January had been completed. However, there was no note on my door, which the service guy typically leaves if I'm not here at the time of service to let me know that he's been here and what he's done. So, I called Terminix and told them about it.
Then one of the managers contacted me by email, asked me to contact him and talk with him so I can explain the situation. Within a week, I contacted him at least a dozen times by email, by voicemail, by text, and he never returned a call. I ended up calling Terminix back and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was telling them of the situation and that I wanted to be assured that the tech had, in fact, come that day, or did we need to schedule service to make sure I was getting the service that I needed, or not to charge me for the service that I didn't think I got.
The person that I was speaking with at the time apparently called the manager and talked with him. The manager instructed them to erase that charge for the January service which I was disputing. At the same time, they noticed that my notifications were turned off, which notifies me by email when they're coming so those were turned back on.
As of right now, I'm satisfied with how they've handled it. We have scheduled our next service in April and I was told that my service technician is the same person so hopefully everything will continue as it has in the past. Usually, they're very good and proactive. But I was getting quite angry at the fact that I was not able to reach the manager. We've had Terminix for about 10 years and I didn't think that it was the right way to treat a good customer. With so many other services out there, they would want to do the best thing for their customers and I didn't think that was happening.
Other than that, I like the service guy that comes out. He is very open, honest, attentive and hears what I'm saying so I couldn't be more pleased. Also, the rodent problem seems to be better at the moment. The service guy left two baits in the closet where we were seeing the rodents. One of them was taken in and it trapped one, and the other piece is still sitting so that means that no rodents are there to eat it. All in all, we've been happy with Terminix and we have recommended them.

Scheduling the service was real easy with Terminix. The techs were always on time. However, the first time they came out they had to come back in about a week because I had spiders out there in the backyard. But now I don't have them anymore.

They got rid of the roaches and ants within 1 week of initial treatment. I haven't seen my technician since the first time. I told him that I was only at my house on Monday, Tuesday and Friday. I work in Seattle, Wednesday and Thursday and he said he would make it work. He might call me, but if he doesn't leave a message since the caller ID does not list the name, I don't answer. I would call him back if he left a message. I have within the last week seen a few of the little ants inside the house.

We had termites in the garden shed that wasn't treated and Terminix came out and found the location, treated the garden and added it to the contract. In spring, right before the contract renewal, they came out and looked at everything. It was a standard investigation and I used that time to check out the soft spot on the floor. We didn't know whether it was termites or rot. We pulled up the linoleum while the Terminix inspector was here and we saw that it was water damage on the top. Then he did all the nasty crawling under the house to make sure there was nothing down there and then inspected the whole house. It went very well. Moreover, scheduling service was no problem at all. They notified us that they wanted to come out. Then, they called to get a time, and it was taken care of. The tech was here within a half hour of that time. Now, I have a new house that I want an estimate to add it to the contract.

Terminix recently did a routine spray and scheduling our service with them has been good. The first time we had termites crawl all over everything, we got rid of them. Since working with Terminix, I haven’t had any pests. I don’t mice and rats though I have flies and mosquitoes. Nevertheless, I’ve been very well pleased with Terminix. Everybody who comes has been very nice so it’s been a good experience. I would recommend Terminix very highly.

Ivan from Terminix comes out every second and fourth Tuesday of the month to see if there are any ant or bug issues in our place and then the maintenance guy goes with him to the unit to take care of it. The service has been really good so far. I'd recommend Terminix to a friend.

We've been with Terminix for years and they've been fabulous. When they schedule our services, they always call and tell us exactly when they would be out. And if it's inconvenient for us, they leave the phone number that we can call back. And any problem that we've ever had like the spiders that I had in my closet, they came out and left instructions for pests and sprayed the closets. Also, every person that has ever come out has been excellent. They've also answered all my questions and never left a mess. We've always told other people to get Terminix and get on the program that we're on.

Terminix resealed the outside of the house but it was really cold. They called and came back when the weather had improved so they could see more without the snow. They've been great in scheduling our service. The technicians are really nice, polite, friendly and efficient. They did everything pretty quickly too. Terminix is the second exterminator we've hired and the service has been so much better. They really listen to us or what we needed. And the lady who did the initial evaluation, Sara, was awesome. I'm 100% satisfied with everybody and I've already recommended Terminix to people. I only regret that I didn't start with Terminix instead of spending almost two years with another exterminator.

Terminix basically do a regular service for us. They come, do their thing and put a bill on the doorway. If we have an issue, we call them and they come take care of it. Once in a while, they give us a notice when they plan to be there. We've had them for years. They were the ones that scheduled the house when we were building in '91 and they've been doing it since then. They get the job done and we don't have any bug problems. We haven't had any termites and that's what we paid for.

Terminix calls beforehand and lets us know when they're coming. They've been friendly, straightforward and they've done a good job. If they say that they're gonna be there at 8:00, they're there at 8:00. Also, they let us know if they need to get in the house. Usually if we start seeing signs of bugs, we'll say something to them and they've been pretty good about things.

He was wearing full-length pants, very congenial, knowledgeable and does a good thorough job. He knocked out the cobwebs, went around the house and I talked to him the whole way. Terminix has been great for me. They have done an excellent job in my house. When I first moved into it, I had a lot of bugs coming inside my house. Terminix came out here and they took their time to find where the bugs were coming from and they took care of that area. After that, I never had any more problem. I really appreciate it. They've been calling me and I might inform them to come out and start spraying my yard.
I work as a housekeeper and Terminix has been excellent in my homeowner's house too. The house has a lot of ants but Terminix took care of it. They do excellent scheduling with us for they are quick and responsive. We could call right then and there and they will make an arrangement to come over, spray around and take care of the situation. They're very polite. Before they leave, they come in and let us know that everything is okay and everything checked out well.

Service technician Roy ** employee # ** arrived on Friday Feb 3 2017. He did his outside inspection and outside treatment. I explained to the technician I was having Roach issues in my kitchen. He inspected the problem areas and applied bait jell. He also sprayed behind the refrigerator and under the sink area. He was very caution of the area and chemical used because I have a dog and that is a major concern that he does not get sick from any chemicals used. Our Terminix technician is usually here every second and fourth Monday and gets here on the same time around 1. He’s been our technician for quite a long time and he’s very courteous. He does preventive stuff now and his services have been good. We’ve had a pest activity that they’ve had to do a couple of times, but that was more of the residents not being clean. Other than that we just have the basic ants in the summer and occasional things here and there. We haven’t had any roaches or anything that’s been lingering. Everything’s been pretty good and I would recommend Terminix.

The Terminix rep who came and inspected our house did a good job. However, there was a time when we had somebody come to see if we needed insulation, and he said we needed one because he found molds. When their inspector came out, because they both happened to be scheduled the same day, he said he didn't see any problem. So, I think he was just trying to sell us insulation. That was the only problem we've ever had with them.

I have the quarterly service and the yearly termite service with Terminix. Everything's been great, but they cannot get rid of the silverfish and I don't understand what we have to do to get rid of them. Terminix comes back out every time I call and they do the service, and the silverfish would be gone for a little bit, but then come back. So I'm kind of happy and not. I'm a really neat person, so it's not like there's trash and junk everywhere.
The last time Terminix came, they went into the attic, which they've never done before. We don't even store stuff in our attic and I thought that it would help that they sprayed up there, but now the silverfish are back. I've seen a couple of them, so I'll have to call Terminix again and see what they're going to do. I've been dealing with this for over a year, and I can't keep calling Terminix to come back. The tech is very nice and I don't have any trouble with him at all. They always do what they say they're going to. It's just this ongoing problem that we have to try and figure out, or else I'm going to have to switch companies and try to get someone else to do that.

Alex from Terminix showed up at the appointed time and performed the inspection. He was out for rodent problem, and he asked detailed questions about where I had seen the problem and then check and place traps in those areas as well as inspecting other areas. He took his time and made sure all my concerns were met. He also left his number in case I needed further help or had more problems.

Terminix needs to contact their customers a little better and give us a little more advanced warning. We got an email about an appointment on a certain date and we stayed home all day. Nobody showed up but we didn't get a notification. It's unacceptable and it threw our schedules off. But I understand they've got a business, they have locations and it might get a little bit longer in one place or the other. I'm sure their guy who does the application is running to get to another location as fast as he can but we just need some warning.
But the guy who came was very nice. We've had him before and he's been fine. He always took care of what we needed and we were happy with it. We've had roaches and, occasionally, we will get ants after the rain but we haven't gotten them in a while. So long as they do the garage, we're usually pretty good. We originally try to catch the guy when he comes to the door to do the garage and we want to make sure we're home so that he would at least spray the garage down which we can't do when everybody's juggling dates and appointments. But they're very good most of the time. Other than the oddities every now and then, Terminix does a fine service.

I have a dog and a friend of mine also brings his dog over. I sat on the couch and these little black dots just started and that was an agitating feeling. I'm dealing with fleas and bed bugs and I called Terminix because those were bothering me. Their reps were very polite and listened to what I needed. I took everything out of my bedroom drawers and everything off the bed and couches. The technicians came and were patient with me trying to get out while they moved in. They sprayed and did what they had to do and it didn’t take long.
Ever since November, I've been dealing with this situation and that has been a holdup. Every now and then I see a little black spot that might hit me on my knee or my leg. I still haven’t put everything back on my drawers back because the technicians are coming back next week. With this situation, it's awkward because I got my stuff on the front porch in bags. I need Terminix to continue to come and service me but right now, I'm pleased with them. I've been using them for 13 years, not just here but also over in my other house when I was living in Georgetown.

Our condo development has a contract with Terminix, so they come once a month or once every couple of months. But I had to schedule service before and I did it online. It went well and the guy who came out was professional. He addressed the issue and answered all my questions. It was a positive experience. We had a recent issue with carpet beetles and scheduling our service with Terminix was very good and very easy. We just call our inspector or treatment person and he would come right over whenever it was convenient for us. Our exterminators, Rob and Matthew, have been excellent. The beetles have been eradicated since we've worked with Terminix.

I had Terminix spray some termite treatment on the interior of my house for prevention. I called them in a very narrow window and it's great that they've met the schedule. I met the salesman and showed him what I wanted to get done and he took measurements and they did the treatment the next day. Also, the service guy was very courteous. In addition to that service, I also have our regular contract which covers pest control and termite prevention once a month. I had very good experience with Terminix and the payments that we have is a fair value.

I have a very good experience with Terminix. They send me an email and come here every three months. If I cannot be in the house, they can reschedule to fit my needs. They come whenever they say and they do their job, so I'm very glad with them. The person who has been coming for at least five years has been very kind. I used to have ants problem and they come right away. If I have any problems, I call them back and they also come right away. However, they raise the price every time, but I think it's for everybody. It's a little expensive but there is nothing I can do.

The Terminix technicians usually come out and provide service outside the house. I haven't seen them in person for awhile, but I get an email and a little thing on the door so I know they came out. I also don’t have bugs. Terminix do good work and they're helpful. There have been a few occasions in the past that I requested them to come inside to do something and they did. I had to set up a time when I was there, though. Overall, I'm happy with them.

Because of weather conditions our most recent service was delayed twice in a row. However Terminix notified us in a timely matter which I appreciated. The service technicians seem to always arrive in the time slot given. If necessary, it is easy to change an appointment time online.

We've had an ant problem and Terminix came and addressed it for me. I've been using them for preventative pest control for three years now. They do a regular quarterly maintenance and spray around outside. They do their job and since their last visit, which has been great, it's much better at home now. Scheduling the service has been straightforward too. They always remind me about the service due and I either accept or change the date based on my availability. We did have a little mix-up on their last visit but they rectified and everything went fine. Inspection went fine too. Lou, our guy, is our main contact and we love him. We're satisfied with Terminix. They take care of our pest control at North Park Apartments. They come on a monthly basis and they treat half the complex. The next month, they treat the other half of the complex. They're prompt, courteous, professional, and do their job well, and at a very reasonable price, too. However, when Terminix found termites while we were building, they gave us a quote which is particularly high. So, we did not go with them. But our monthly has been very good.
It's also good that they send out the same person, and we coordinate the day of his service. The technician will get with me and let me know his schedule. And I have to have a two-day notice. The reps at Terminix have also come out to make sure that we are happy. They walked with the exterminator with us just to observe, and that was above and beyond. I would recommend Terminix to others.

He was on time. It would be nice to receive a call 15 to 20 minutes before their arrival since the schedule is a 2 hour window. The technician always puts on shoe covers when he enters the house. He gave me a report on what he did and sprayed the areas that I wanted him to do that he does not usually do. He checked and refilled as required the mouse bait traps inside and outside.

The Terminix tech comes out to do routine inspections for us and maintain and make sure that everything is good. He is always really nice whenever he comes, and any concerns that we do have, he addresses right away. We had some spider problems over the summer, and he came out within the next two weeks and sprayed down the whole outside of the building for us on a weekend while we were closed. That way, the children didn't get into it. We haven't had any issues with the spiders since then. It's been a great experience.

I have a regularly scheduled quarterly pest service with Terminix. I've had the same technician and he has been terrific. He's perfectly respectful, pleasant and terrific. He knows my anxiety and shows up within the window that they give or that I select and does a great job. I had thought of canceling my contract with Terminix before. Scheduling was the problem. They said they'd be here between 8:00 and 10:00 on Monday and they weren't and at that point, I was working full time so it was a real pain in the neck. But we seemed to have that ironed out now and the technician calls me the day before. The big improvement to them now is their scheduling.

I love Terminix's mosquito service. We live out here in the country and we have a farm where we irrigate. There's water running constantly, so this service is an awesome thing. We have a travel trailer and rats had gotten into it. We didn’t know what the damage was, that we had some problems already that needed to be fixed. And then we discovered the rats and the place we were going to take it to be repaired said we can't bring it there until we get the rats out. They suggested Terminix, so we called them and a salesman came out. He looked at the travel trailer but then he said that if we have the rats in our trailer, we probably have them in our house. He went up into our attic and checked it and he said that we do have rats in there. So his first priority was the house. They were not in the house proper but only in the attic.
They took out all the insulation in our attic and put in a new insulation that is supposed to be not acceptable to rats. I kept asking them when are they going to come and do the trailer until finally, somebody came out, went around the house, made sure that there were no places that rats could get in, then looked at the trailer. He said that there's no way that he can exclude all areas where rats could get into the travel trailer because there were too many places. They had gone up in one of the places and then chewed the hole bigger through a ladder line and electrical wire. He put some traps in there and came back a couple of times to check the traps and took away the rats. But now we have seen nobody in over a week. We have pre-paid, so they already got our money for supposedly taking care of the trailer. All in all, I'm not happy with Terminix. I want them to come back and do something or else I want my money back.

Quarterly visit and inspection. Extremely helpful visit. My technician found water under the house and I was able to contact those who installed the tarp in the crawl space to come out and see what was causing the problem. My Terminix technician is very thorough in his quarterly visits and I am thankful for the early warning from him.

Initially, scheduling my service was tough. But now, they've caught up and are able to do some good scheduling for me. The last time Terminix came out was for the scheduled visit for the pest control services. And then they came in to do a rodent inspection in my attic. There were two technicians that came in for the attic inspection and for the rodent inspection. Both of them were good. They didn't see any signs of infestation up there at all, which I expected, but they were polite, timely and clean.
The gentleman that comes and does my pest control services is really thorough and attentive to his work. He's the best experience I've had with Terminix. I've had Terminix before in different properties before my current technician got put on my route and there was a technician that wasn't that attentive, he just wanted to get in and get the heck out. But this gentleman takes his time, does things right and does a good job. I've actually already recommended Terminix to a few friends that have asked about it.

My most recent experience with Terminix was during my annual inspections the end of last year. As I have come to expect, the inspector was courteous, completed his work in a timely manner and concluded his visit with a brief summary of what he found and any follow-up work he would recommend. I have always found these wrap-ups to be non-threatening in the sense that I never feel I am being coerced or forced into these recommendations. I actually look forward to these annual inspections.

I have used Terminix in two states, for the past ten years. I wouldn't use anyone else. Some of my neighbors are using Terminix now after seeing their truck at my home, and asking me about them. I always tell them how dependable and great they are!

Our experiences with Terminix have always been efficient, professional and helpful. We recently met a new technician and he couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He took care of the job as if he had been doing it for us all along.

We called Terminix because some inherited furniture had a roach infestation. Even though the furniture never came into the house, they got in through the garage. The Terminix rep came out one time. We haven't seen any since. The rep was professional, was able to lend valuable information to help keep the bugs away.

Very happy customer, I don't have any issues with my service. They come even if I forget and living in the country that can make the difference. My technician is an awesome guy who is always very friendly, on time and very knowledgeable!

I signed a contract in November of 2016. Two days after signing contract I cancelled by phone and email. I have an email from Terminix acknowledging my cancellation. It is now February 2017 and I have still not been refunded the credit of $470.00 from Terminix. My credit card started a dispute in November, still no refund. I have made at least 10 calls to my credit card and the same to Terminix. I would NEVER recommend Terminix to anyone! They stink! Think they need an exterminator!

Terminix came out to my home about a month ago for a yearly inspection and their technician was very efficient and thorough. Scheduling with them has been excellent and if I have questions, the technician who comes to our home answers them. Since I started service with them, Terminix has kept pest activity in my home under control.

We've had Terminix for about 17 years and the last two years were the best we've had because nobody has been in my home before that. Terminix said that they needed to come in the house for the yearly inspection and it's the first time ever that's happened in the whole years that we've had Terminix. The technician was one of the best ones we've had. He came in and looked around to make sure there was no pest activity.

Every time Terminix comes on here they do good work. However, we keep having the problem with the roaches in the kitchen but anytime I call, they come out and put stuff down. The techs are very clean and do whatever they can. They give any suggestion they can give to help. The situation's much better since they've been coming.

Started service in Sept. '16 to fix the ant problem in my home. They came out every single month for 5 months and could not get rid of them. The techs were very nice people but when I was contacted by their manager David, I explained that we MIGHT cancel service because the cost is so high and they haven't fixed the problem at all. He soon replied with an email saying that he cancelled my service. So if you complain that they aren't doing the job you pay them for, they will be more than happy to cancel you rather than fix it and compensate you for your time having to be available for appointments EVERY MONTH. Service is supposed to be quarterly by the way.

I had a problem with roaches and bed bugs. I got so devastated but my daughter said "Well, we'll call Terminix right?". So, I had them come out and do the work. Thr exterminator and the technician were both excellent. I didn't see our exterminators before do as well as Jake. I'm going to reschedule so I can stay with Terminix.

We called Terminix because we had a problem with tiny ants in our kitchen and several other rooms. They were easy and accommodating to work with. Their technician even had to come back a second time on the afternoon of the same day because it was probably a pretty heavy infestation. I would definitely recommend them.

Terminix has been excellent. They took care of our rodent problems in the attic and I have monthly services for pests, too. If there's ever any bugs or anything, I call them and they do not question it. They come right back and do the service again. Also, their technician, Henry, is perfect.

Terminix came out because we had some mouse problems. I wanted them to come out every couple of days for a while to see if we catch any and get on top of the problem and they were responsive. Three different people came at different times. The last guy who came was new and was more thorough in everything that he did. I felt like maybe we wasted time by not being as thorough during the first couple of visits because he found some places outside where mice could potentially be coming in, and we were able to fill those entry points up, and he also put some sugary stuff in the black box traps which the other guys didn't do.

4 years with Terminix with continuous pest issues and slow response from Terminix. We have had any problem for month. Terminix came out several times to treat, last time they came was 2 weeks ago. Yesterday I noticed a lot of ants (with wings and without) in same problem area they treated many times before. They are all over the place. Texted service manager and technician, called them multiple times, no one bother to call or text back. Called 800 number to report same issue, they couldn't reach anyone local either. Promised to call me back but no response after 1 day. Called again over 1 hour ago when they promised to call me back within one hour. Still no call. Do NOT use their service! It does NOT work!
