    Terminix comes out here for termite inspections only. Once before they said they would come and they didn't show up. But, their techs have been fine. I called and they gave me a discount because of my age. One problem that I have with them is they don't have anything local. I get somebody somewhere else if I want to talk to somebody local. And I don't like that. I like to know the people that I'm dealing with. Also, they go up in price anywhere from 6% to 7% a year. However, I have recommended them before and I still would.

    A guy from Terminix came out and did my initial service. He told me what he thought about everything and sounded pretty honest. Then he took care of the problem. But a couple of weeks later, I noticed that the ants were back and were forming a huge colony. I called him last minute and although he was going home, he actually came out. So that was a really nice little thing that he did, coming out for me really quick. It's been a really good experience overall and I'm hoping that it continues to be good.

    I had a Terminix service man come because of a problem with the dehumidifier. They encapsulated underneath the house where the dehumidifier was, did something to the dehumidifier, and now it is working properly. I’ve talked with every technician that's been here and most of them are local to this area. When I called the Salisbury office, the person that answered the phone was good and assisted me. The only problem was they have some terrible wait time music. It's the worst music I've ever heard in my life and it was terrible. Nevertheless, all of the dealings I've had with Terminix has been always been positive. They come once a year for servicing but so far have always given me a call or shot me an email to say approximately when they would be here. It's a good experience and I'm fine with their service.

    Terrible service. They are good at constantly raising the contract costs and fees. But when it comes to servicing the customers they run you around and around. You can't get a hold of district managers to get assistance and the internal customer services reps have little ability to solve customer issues.

    I've been dealing with Terminix for a very long time. I only had pests one time in my lifetime, and I killed them. I have somebody come in quarterly to spray when there are pests, or if not, I do it to keep pests away so I don’t have any problems. The technicians and their service have been good and I don't have any pests in my home since I've had their service. I would recommend Terminix to anyone.

    I've been very happy with my experience with Terminix. I've had all kinds of bugs inside the house at two levels, upstairs and in the basement. But they're dying since Terminix came for the service. The technician that came out was very nice. They've only been here once. They said they'll let me know every three months when they're coming for service, so they'll be coming any time now and I'll get a call from them.

    I had a Terminix bug and termite policy in my home that I owned for over 25 years. When I moved into a duplex in May, I continued the bug policy. I had no problem scheduling the service and the Terminix rep answered all my questions. He was friendly. The technician took care of the garage and after the job was done, I have an occasional moth or fly and killed a couple of spiders, one in the bathroom. But I had not seen any kind of water bugs or have problems with ants and snails getting in the front door. I’d surely call Terminix if it does happen. I have been with Terminix for over 10 years and I've always been completely satisfied with their work and their service. They get the job done.

    I schedule with Terminix for service about once a month but I've had issues with scheduling. Sometimes the schedule gets changed without notification and so when they don't show up, I call them and they say it's on another date, then I tell them I didn't change it. One time, the lady that did the scheduling just told me, "Well, it got changed." I had to talk to the district manager and he said it showed in the computer that it's been changed twice. However, I didn't change it and it was a big nuisance. He gave me a discount for that time but the scheduling part leaves a lot less to be desired. I'm not sure if it's a person that actually does the scheduling but I don't see it being any other way. If the lady gives me a set time and date then who else goes in there and re-does that except for the person that does the scheduling? She is an older woman, probably in her 60's by the sound of her voice, and they need to check up on her.

    I don't hold that against the guy that comes out at all though because he's not the one that does the scheduling. Plus, I do want to give the guy that comes out major kudos because he is awesome. He was really polite and did the job very well. Actually, I've had issues with one of the other guys that came out before. We had pests for quite a while and when he came out they weren't dissipating very much at all. I even considered changing exterminators so I told them specifically not to send the same guy out. But they still sent him out and it was very irritating.

    I told him I didn't want him to do my service and he asked me why. I said, "Well, we've been doing it for months, nothing is happening. What am I paying for?" There are only two things that could be happening. It's either the guy that was doing the job or the product they were using. So they send me this other guy and there's a big difference. So we found out it wasn't the product because it works now.

    Our current technician is absolutely awesome and Terminix should give him a raise. We had great rapport. The last time, he had gotten rid of the mice but we live out in the country and the mice came back. I told him what issue I had and so he put out some of the poison type traps and the mouse problem is going away again. We had roaches really bad too and he asked me whether I've seen any more roaches and if I've seen any live ones and where they were. I told him I saw one around the stove and killed it. Then he went all out and started putting stuff all around the cabinets as well as over and around the stove. He would also do other spot checks from where he's put the stuff out before.

    We've got a small fenced-in front yard too and when I pointed out an issue there, he said it would be better if the grass is cut. However, my husband had been sick the last time and he does not like anybody riding the mower but him. Then the technician went ahead and cut some stuff out but he also said I needed to call and make an appointment for when the grass is cut because it'll do a lot better. So he lets me know what we should be doing so he can do a better job too and we work well together. We're doing well and I'm happy as far as the roach activity and ants situation.

    I signed up with Terminix yesterday. Received an appointment for today at 8am to 12pm. Received a call around 10:30 that they didn't have a 1 to 5pm appt available, which I didn't have anyway. Then was told that their corporate office can't set appointment times for the local office. I said OK, someone should probably tell them. They said they could come today between 5 to 7. Guess what. No SHOW and No CALL! I called back and they said I will just have to call back tomorrow and make another appointment. When I take off work, I don't get paid. I politely said, that's OK, I will use someone else.

    If this is how a new client is treated, I'm afraid to use y'all, and please cancel my info in your system. I was told, I will have to call back tomorrow and speak to someone else and cancel. I called the corp office to let them know what happened and in the middle the phone went dead. I was very nice this entire time. Didn't talk ugly, or loud or disrespectful. It is what it is. I just move on. All I have to say, is they better not give me a hard time about saying never mind and cancelling.

    We used to have a neighbor that worked for Terminix when we lived in the Oklahoma City area and we went with them. The representatives are always polite and friendly. We're supposed to have a second treatment for mosquitoes. It’s been more than a month since Terminix made the first treatment and we still have a few hanging around. They’re certainly not as bad as they were though. Yesterday, a technician was supposed to come do a mosquito treatment but it rained yesterday. He may have gotten our address mixed up with somebody else too as it’s pretty easy to do that ‘cause of where we live. It’s no big deal though. We talked to the guy because he was supposed to call me. He told me he’s coming on Friday. Terminix is going to always stand behind their stuff and do their service, so I don’t worry about that.

    The only complaint I have is that the survey that they sent was so extensive. By the time I got to the end of it, I didn’t want to do it anymore. There were too many questions and I may have even written at the end of the thing that “You need to shorten your survey because it’s leaving a bad taste in my mouth for the survey to be this long.” I understand they want a feedback, but they don’t need to make something 20 or 25 minutes long. I don’t have time to do that.

    Terminix came and did their quarterly spraying for ants. They also took down three bee's nest and so far, they have not returned. The technician took care of the bees’ nests properly and didn’t get hurt. The ants’ activities have also decreased. Last time they did kick up, I saw them around the foundation. But overall, I have good experience with Terminix. They're very professional. They come out within a reasonable time frame.

    I talked to a Terminix representative once on the phone and it was explained that they would come every three months, what it's going to cost and what they were to do.     The young men from Terminix came at the door and they were running a $99 special for spiders. So I set up an appointment and a technician came out the following day and sprayed for spider webs and spiders. I had problems with big nasty spiders and the wolf spiders last year. I sprayed the home defense and it didn't seem to do anything to them. But when the Terminix tech sprayed, it did them in. Also, there was a nest up inside the front porch and I asked him to spray that and he did. He killed the blue wolf that was up there and got rid of them so I was happy about that. He did it willingly and happily for me. He was very kind and courteous, too. I like him.

    When I first went into this with Terminix, I talked to the girl on the phone and I said there are fleas on our house because our neighbor had a bunch of cats with fleas that were laying on our porch. She said they would spray the yard and get rid of the fleas. I asked whether they would spray the whole yard and she said whatever the perimeter of our yard is, that's what they'll spray. I also told her there are bugs in here because the house has been empty for so long that it's damp underneath. She said they would spray underneath the house as well and I won't see any bugs once they’re done.

    So the guy came, sprayed a little bit and did whatever it was that he was to do outside. He also went under the house but he did not spray the perimeter of the yard. Within two weeks we were still seeing bugs so I called back. I asked them to send somebody out here but the guy didn't want to come because that's when the prisoners had escaped, killed people and were seen in our area. But he still came back out here but I don't know what he did because it didn't do a bit of good. I called them again and somebody else came out here but I wasn't here when he came. I got here just as he was leaving and I don't know what he did either because it didn't make any difference. I’m still seeing bugs, These bugs are huge and it takes three or four whacks with a fly swatter to kill one of them. And that’s if we're lucky enough to catch one because they're fast too.

    So two weeks ago, I called and told them we're seeing big old ants in my bathroom, in the kitchen and all over the house. I asked them why we couldn't take care of the problem and the rep said their tech will be out. Then they sent my son-in-law an email that they will be here on a certain date, between 3:00 and 5:00 in the afternoon. But 3:00 and 5:00 came, then 7:00 and 9:00 came, and they still haven't been here. No call, no show. Then they sent an email to inform us that we had an appointment on August the 4th. That was the first we'd heard of it but still, they didn't show up when they were supposed to.

    On top of that, we had spent $300 on the Advantix and Nexgard to put on the dogs to keep them from having fleas. But when they go out in the backyard and come back in the house, they still got fleas on them. The fleas will have to bite the dogs to die so they have flea bites on them. It's a vicious cycle that goes on and on and we have to go through that. Plus, my daughter is terrified of spiders and Terminix didn't kill the spiders either. I’m really disenchanted with Terminix. I use them for years and years every time I have a problem and wherever I was, from North Carolina to Georgia, Alabama and Florida, Terminix was my choice. But not anymore. When they came in, they didn’t spray like they used to and I don’t know if it’s just this area. They got this little bitty thing that they put it in the cracks to the windows but bugs don't come in the cracks of the windows and whatever they did is not working.

    My experience sucked and Terminix has got to do better. I'm tied up to them until September and when the three months is over, I will not be calling them back. If they don't show me something between now and then I'd go with somebody else. For one thing the girl lied to me upfront telling me that they spray the perimeter when they don't. Every time they've come out, we've mentioned it and they tell us every time that they don't do that so my son-in-law told their technician to get out of here and not do anything. Also, these folks came out of Athens but there's a local company here in Greensboro that we called. They came right out and sprayed the whole damn yard, and for less money too.

They've been out and sprayed but a week later, the ants were all over the house again and I said I needed them to come back. The technician came and sprayed. Now, I don't find ants anywhere.     Terminix has good people working for them. All the techs that I've spoken to have been phenomenal and never lied to me on purpose. But I had an issue with the scheduling and some of their techs. I live in an apartment building and I’ve heard my neighbor three feet across the hallway talking about bedbugs and spraying an aerosol can. I also know that her mattress and box springs are up against the wall by the window every time I walk by it and the bugs could be coming from there. I told Nate, Nate, the first tech who came out, about all these but I was still the one who came up with the idea of putting a barrier across the door. I'm paying them $700 for service and I shouldn’t be telling them how to do the service.

    I also tried to ask him about the things I need to know like how many treatments I will get but he was not able to give me the right answers and didn’t seem knowledgeable. Then I came to find out that we shouldn't have been mopping at all, which is why we still have the bugs. It's been months now and our beddings are still getting washed every day and we're still sleeping on air mattresses. We had a second tech come out, Scott, and he was great compared to Nate. There was such a difference in the time and how thorough they were. The dude spent two hours going through the area and the items, whereas Nate did the same thing in 15 minutes and was not being thorough enough to get rid of our stuff. Scott's also given us a lot of good tips, like how bugs travel along curtains so we removed a lot of curtains. After his visit, we also got rid of everything - our bed, mattress, couch and all of our furniture.

    We’ve had both Nate and Scott a few more times and even after asking the reps not to send Nate, we still got him anyway. With Scott, we would set up a schedule and we’d find him in the home. So, even if it's in two weeks we just send him a reminder. But Nate never sets up appointments with us in the home. He just calls us the day before he's going to be there. I have nothing against him but he doesn’t seem to know what he's doing and he should be retrained.

    There’s also one other guy who was scheduled to come out within the two to five window that he gave us and he showed up at 5:30. I was waiting for him but he missed me and showed up only for 15 minutes. So there’s been misinformation but I see that their reps are doing some action to help me with my situation which is fantastic. One of the guys that we spoke with said something about re-compensating us for some of the service. But I told him that we didn't want any of that and we just want our bugs gone.

    I had both the termite inspection from Terminix and then they followed-up on some spraying that I needed to be done. Scheduling was an interesting experience though. I got an email from them telling me that my annual termite inspection was going to be in a couple of days. But my wife had some oral surgery that day so I called them to see if I could have that rescheduled. When I talked to the lady, she said: "You're not on the schedule." I told her “I just got an email. It's on the internet. How can it not be true?” Then three people from Terminix came to conduct two different things because they have different technicians that do different things. I was overwhelmed with their service. The technicians were great though and they did their job and were efficient. They were nice and friendly too. Since then, the pest activity has been non-existent.

    This is my second year with Terminix and I get service done once a quarter. If I need any changes to the schedule, I’ll go to their website and it is very easy for me to change the day and time. So far, Terminix has done such a great job. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. They come in and spray all the areas that they’re supposed to spray. Then, they also ask me if there’s anything additional or specific I would like them to take a look at. Sean has provided service the last couple of times and he’s a great kid. Terminix has got some really good employees and the experience has been great.

    There was a problem with silverfish and they're really creepy-looking things and I didn’t even know about them until I moved here. It’s an apartment that I rent and I told the property manager that I was seeing them. They then sent some guy in and he sprayed but it didn’t get any better. So, I just continue with my service with Terminix and ever since then, I haven’t seen any pests because they did an excellent job.

    I made a phone call to schedule with Terminix and they were on it right away. We authorized a service for termites and the tech ran around, took some samples and checked that out. He also told me everything that he was doing, showed me stuff and did some spraying. Then, we talked about different things around the home, what to look forward to and told me to give him a call. Everything was fine and everybody is perfect. Also, they're very courteous and knowledgeable people. Right now, I'm not having that many problems with bugs although every once in a while it's all kinds of spiders. I'd recommend them to somebody else.

    Terminix was having a sale and had a salesman canvassing the neighborhood. I wanted to prevent wasps and they assured me that they would be able to do that. It was a pretty good deal and I accepted the offer. We scheduled for the very next day and that's prety good customer service.     Our home is close to the edge of a wood line and pasture. We live very rurally and it’s hard to keep the pests out. One of the first things we did when we moved in was to have our Terminix insulation sprayed in. Our energy cost went down significantly once we sprayed that in. It also held up really well. We recently had a termite inspection, and then a normal service that we’ve contracted for over many, many years. They have good customer service and their very polite field operators do a thorough job.     I’ve just been very happy with Terminix. They’re very responsive. They came out almost immediately on all of my two times I’ve had to call them for quick service., although the initial time, they said they would call me before they came out, but nobody called. Then I got a text message after the guy had been gone for an hour already, that he was on his way. I had to have them come out for a second service and when I called, it was right before the 4th of July holiday when I was having a bunch of people over.

    They said their next availability was the following Friday. I told them to let me know if something opens up because I’d like to try to get them in before then if possible, and they said they’ll call me. The next morning, Saturday, I got a text message that the technician was on his way. Nobody had called to see if that time was okay so there was miscommunication there that could be improved.     Terminix has an automatic scheduling system that calls your house. However, what happens with Terminix is that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. The system is not coordinated out of the local office. We think our appointment is scheduled for one time and it's actually some other time. You find out that the service guy is in the dark also. If ever we change the time of an appointment, that's like the kiss of death and what we get told doesn't uphold. Furthermore, this kind of problem is on their billing system and website too. They screw up their collection of money. I think whoever manages it is really terrible. Terminix also has a person who fields all the calls when you try to complain. And so, I couldn't get through to a corporate office where I could talk to somebody.

    I have no criticism for the people that come out. They have very good people at the Salisbury location. We have a routine quarterly insect service with the plan that we have and they did very well. Also, we have a termite contract and the young man that they sent was a go-getter. As part of his job, he was trying to sell the services of Terminix and their business. Terminix is now into contracts where you seal off pipes and put insulation on the walls of your crawl space. The underlying business has issues and now they're bringing other services into it. The overall quality of the corporation is not good. We would probably switch to some other company given the chance.

    I have Terminix guys come every three months and the guy who came out in the last couple of visits was very thorough, knowledgeable, quick and he knew was he was doing. He took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it, and the effect of it. If we have any questions, he took the time to explain it and he didn't look like he was in a rush. So, we're very happy with his level of service. He's somebody we would want to come out every time. The guys before him would come here and within five minutes, they're gone so we don't know what happened or what they did. So far, the pests have gone away.     Terminix has been fabulous. When their rep calls to set up an appointment, we make sure I don't have a doctor's appointment. And if I do I tell him whenever I get back in time because I have to go to the Women's Cancer Center in Pensacola, Florida. So he works around that. I also love our Terminix guy.     Every three months, Terminix sends out one of their techs to spray. They're always nice. When we first hired them, I called them for services because we had a problem with spiders. The first technician that came out a year ago did a great job. He sprayed, got rid of the spiders, was paid for one of those expensive sprays and that worked. Then at the beginning of this year, I started having a problem with them again. I had to call and wait for someone to come out. By then, it's already time for my regular spray. Just lately, they came out on a regular spray but we're not really happy with it. They came out a few times to room spray and the spiders were under control but we still have problems and no luck.

If I have to reschedule, I can do it online or call. The representatives have always been very helpful when I call and have questions, and it was usually about scheduling an appointment.     I've had Terminix people come here before. The guy that came here this time was the most proficient I've ever experienced. I've never had anybody as thorough and intense as he was inspecting and checking everything. I followed him step-by-step and he was good. So, Terminix better hang on to this guy. We had a little mix up here last year when they didn't call me on time and didn't come. But that's all been ironed out.

    They did a very good inspection. Everything is okay and I'm satisfied with them now. It's such a big company and when you call in, you've got to go through a process.     I just signed up for Terminix a little over a week ago! I decided to cancel my full initial sealing of the home due to lack of knowledge about the program. I didn't really trust the sales guy with good reason and I never got a contract to read over and no manager would call me back which is really sad because I would of done it if these things were met. I also said that to them on the phone but I wanted to feel more comfortable and wanted to read what exactly I was getting for that much money.     I live in the country where we have a lot of spiders, and Terminix came out here and sprayed for that. I also had ants at that time so they sprayed for that too. However, scheduling for the service was horrible. They’ll call to say that they will come a certain day. I’m usually out of town so I call to tell them not to come but they would have somebody who comes. And if they come, they can only do the front part of the house because I have dogs in the backyard. They always do the inside of my house too so I have to call them back and reschedule. They need to be better with scheduling. I threaten to change people and not use Terminix anymore every time they call. They do this to me frequently.

    The person that comes is wonderful though. He’s the same one that comes each time. He knows my dogs but he won’t go in the backyard with my dogs since I have one that bites. So then, they have to come back and do the inside and the back of the house. That makes three trips for that one person but it’s not his fault. Terminix is really good at getting rid of my bugs and I like that. I’ve used them for years when I lived in Texas and here too.

    We hosted a party for my parents' 25th wedding anniversary and we had Terminix come to the house at that time because we had the offer to do the service once and it was free of charge. We had them come into the house two times and the most recent was about three weeks ago. Scheduling was a little harder though. The last time that we scheduled, they came and we never had a problem until when we tried to schedule it three weeks ago. It seems that the person never got it and no one came to our house. We had to call back. Thankfully, they had someone come in the next day.

    Their technicians were very friendly and I’ve never had an issue with them. During our recent service, it was raining really hard. He called me to let me know that he was on his way and that he might be a little late because of the weather which was understandable. He seemed tired and I felt like this was his last appointment. But other than that, he was stellar. We're probably going to have to call Terminix again though. We have roaches in our home. When the technicians came in, they killed the bigger cockroaches but they didn't kill the smaller ones. It might be because the roaches are laying eggs so it's a continuous process and not just a one-time deal. Overall, having Terminix is convenient and effective. They're very responsive when I call. I do online requests sometimes too and I like their website.

    I do an email and an automated phone call a couple of days in advance to schedule. If the time and date I get notified of don't work, I can go online and reschedule it. The last time I did reschedule it for a Saturday when I could be there. The technician that came was very friendly and professional. He did his stuff in a quick amount of time. We would receive services from Terminix mostly for the mice. There were little play boxes that catch mice and little rodents. There's one in my garage, there's one near the foundation outside. So everything is exterior. Then they spray the perimeter of the house to keep spiders and things away. Some flying insects get in every once in a while if we leave the door open but we haven't seen any mice or anything. Overall, our experience with Terminix was very good.

    They guarantee service however when it doesn't work you get the runaround. There is not direct number to call to complain. You have to call the 1-800 and speak to multiple customer service agents who give you the runaround and tell you they are escalating to service manager. My tenant has bed bug issue; the spray tech have been going to the apt. for several months and the issue is not resolved. I called and the service manager Dean made an appointment to go there with spray tech. He didn't show up to appointment and when I tried to reach him by calling 1-800 I get the same info, that they tried reaching him and they left him a message. CS rep says you will get response within 24-48 hours and you never do. You have to constantly call them and no one from management return your call. This has been the worst experience ever.

    Terminix comes quarterly to our house but in between if I have problems, they also come out and spray again. Just two weeks ago, Terminix came in for another treatment since a caterpillar got in the house somehow. However, it took the technician a while to find the house because it's a new neighborhood. Aside from that, he was okay. I have trouble with people wearing shoes inside the house so I would like them to wear shoe covers. But he was walking around outside and then walking back in so I didn't see the point of putting the shoe covers on since he was doing that. Some people just can't avoid it though. However, the pest activity has gone down since then and in the past, after they sprayed the spiders, I also saw the spiders dying everywhere. I've had Terminix for two years now and they've been reliable so I'm happy with it.

    Worst service I have ever received from a professional company in my lifetime. Paid $900 for a one room bedbug treatment. The service did not work at all. If anything it made it worse. They then wanted to tell me that there was nothing they could do for 14 days. I left 5 messages for the service manager to call me back which he never did. Finally got his phone number from a technician and called him personally. I ask to get some of the money back because I would be throwing all the furniture away in the room. He told me they would not give any money back because they don't guarantee the bedbug removal. Do not use Terminix!

    Unbelievable. I made an appointment with Terminix for bee removal. I waited around all morning for them. When I called at 11:45 am, the representative said that he just learned that they do bee removal in most of the country but do not offer the service in my area. He explained that the person who made the appointment may not have known that the service was not in my area. Even if the person scheduling the appointment did not know that the service was not offered in my area, the person filling the appointment certainly did. No one had the decency to call and cancel the appointment. Instead, they wasted my entire morning. With such poor customer support and basic courtesy, I will never do business with them.

    In April I had a treatment service and asked for food moth traps. The technician did not show up with anything. Upon a return visit he brought me mouse traps instead of moth traps. I had a scheduled service for 07/25/2017, I took half day off to make sure my pets were inside and could personally receive moth traps and have some additional inside treatment for moths. The technician rescheduled for July 27th without even a phone call. I stayed home on the 27th and the technician never showed. Today I cancelled my service, I was placed on hold for twenty minutes waiting for someone to finalize my cancellation. Funny how a guy solicits service in person when they want business but you're an email notification when they have your business.

    Anything that Terminix did didn't work out for my old house. My house is old and has molds around it, and we have a problem with mosquitoes. Thing that I didn't like is they sprayed around the house, which is normal for most houses, but it just drew the mosquitoes out of the pond in the backyard up to the house and made it worse.     We have three properties that Terminix takes care of. We stopped our pest control with another company a couple of years ago because we weren’t all that satisfied. Because we stopped it, this year we started seeing ants all over the place. Terminix came out and sprayed and we haven’t seen any since. We haven't had any problems scheduling their service.     However, it’s a little harder to coordinate because we have our daughter’s place which is across town and it's an acre. We have our place here, which is on the other side of the town and it's 23 acres. We also have a place which is a year round camp and that’s about 95 miles away and that's three acres. But they showed up on schedule and they did it based upon that schedule. We explained to the technician the problem at each of the sites because we have been seeing a lot of little creatures going around and he took care of it. We’re pleased with what’s happened so far. Terminix has done a good job. The whole thing’s outrageous but the price is reasonable. It’s everything we were expecting a professional company to be.

    I had a tree bug problem and I called Terminix. They came out within 24 hours and took care what they had to and I haven't had a problem with it. Scheduling the service was easier on the phone and quick. The people I talked to were kind. They tried their best to get me in at the most soonest possible and their guy actually was able to come sooner. He gave me a call ahead of time and he was actually able to come out sooner than initially scheduled. But I didn't like that the technician didn't inspect a few things that I wasn't necessarily paid him for. But just for him to inspect it was pretty cool. It's a great service.

    The houses haven't been looked at in about five years and Terminix treated them for all sorts of stuff. We had them check out five houses and remediate mice, termites and a whole bunch of different things. It worked out quite well. The pests are all gone and they even removed a skunk. They were very nice and efficient. A technician was at another house and we were down the road. When we walked up and then we asked him if they could come to our house, he was very helpful. He gave us the number to call and told us about other stuff.

    I signed up with Terminix about two months ago because of the spider and the transmission problem in South Central Kentucky. Scheduling was painless but it was disappointing not being able to talk to the local office. Terminix has a national call center and it was impossible to talk to somebody at the office because there are no satellite regional offices. Terminix is a company that likes to gain and maintain close control over their regional offices that if it's a business model then it's a good one. Though they lose the opportunity to be that one-on-one. But, I was impressed when the tech came out that even though he was traveling two and a half hours by himself to Central Kentucky, which is a very rural area, he could connect with you if he wanted to and you could track the technician's route to your house. It was state of the art in terms of the email thing and the GPS. He had a good indicator exactly to the minute when arrival time would be.

    The technician, who was a younger kid, did an outstanding job and I gave him great reviews on the website. What prompted me doing so was their computer-generated stuff. He took the time to come into the house, looked over it well and developed a plan in his mind how he was going to treat it and what products he was going to use. Once he determined that, my wife and I felt comfortable with what was going to happen. He went right to work and it didn't matter if it was a very low profile crawl space and a steaming hot attic that he had to get into and spray. The technician was absolutely outstanding and a true ambassador to Terminix. The guy took his job seriously. He was really good and he interacted excellently with me and my wife. I can't speak highly enough about him.

    I saw that they took a lot of time with us. However, we were still catching a lot of spiders. The tech encouraged us to keep using the tracker to follow their activity. We had him to come back two weeks later, no questions asked. They sent the same technician per our request plus a lead technician, a guy that had a little bit more experience. He was looking to make sure that we didn't have an underlying issue like termite. They went the extra nine yards and an extra guy to crawl around and look around. He tried to sell products but I fully understand that that's a business encapsulation. He offered a couple of different alternatives. One was the full blown treatment, a Cadillac of encapsulation in the crawl space. He had another one that was less than half the price that he was willing to do. I've been winded about it but overall I'm impressed with the company.

    The pest activity is not quite as rampant as it was since they came out. They haven't sent out a tech for about a month but we talked during that month. The tech was honest that this is a hard month. We could completely eradicate them or not but we got to try. That was the one thing that I'm most disappointed about Terminix. I still catch spiders. I don't know exactly what to expect that's why I wanted to talk to somebody, especially after my first application when I reached out back to them. I want to find out if what I'm experiencing is normal. We've had about 41 spiders since they last sprayed. The one thing that they could improve upon is encouraging their home offices to reach out and do a little bit better job and follow up. Also, they should be available to fill telephone calls from clients versus just scheduling the appointment and waiting until they get here.

    I was expecting the worse because it is 2017 but I was very pleasantly surprised from start to finish. We still have spiders and I'm going to call them back but they're more than willing to do that. Customer satisfaction is more than just service with Terminix. Also, hiring an independent company to review their performance speaks volumes about that. They're taking it to the next level and they take the customer service to the next level in terms of what they were offering and in terms of their computer-generated stuff. They're using some of this outstanding technology to improve the overall experience of their customers and that is something that everyone should take advantage of.

I would like to talk to someone over the phone who I'm paying money and is a mile from my house. The first technician didn't know what he was doing, the second one didn't do well, and the third one didn't do much either.     We've had an ongoing bout with ants. So, we have to keep having Terminix out to eradicate them, at least, temporarily. I've had no problems getting the service scheduled with Terminix. I just call them and they come out in a very timely manner. The representatives have been very professional and they go about their business and get the job done. I was happy with the service and it made the pests lesser but the pests reappear and don’t go away permanently. I wish the outcome had lasted longer but I can't blame fault with anyone.     I called Terminix on a Wednesday night because of a wasp issue and spoke to a friendly gentlemen who gladly took my CC info and set up an appointment for me for Friday of the same week. He told me someone would call me the day before to give me a 2 hr window of time. When I didn't get a call the night before I called again and spoke to another friendly gentlemen who confirmed my call and confirmed that I was still on the schedule for Friday between 8 am - 12 pm, and that someone would call me when they were on their way.

    Friday came and when at 11:30 am I hadn't received a call, I called them. Got yet another friendly gentlemen on the phone who put me on hold for quite some time, only to never get back to me but instead transferred me to another person, this time a friendly women who proceeds to tell me that I was NEVER ON THE SCHEDULE!     We own a house in Paragon that needed to be treated so I scheduled with Terminix and it was easy. But on the day that was scheduled for the tech to be there, he didn't show up and we didn't get any call. We had to drive quite a distance to get to that house. I called again and explained to them what happened and they got ahold of the tech. What happened was he had two flat tires and they had overbooked him. He had an appointment at the exact same time that our appointment was and he had made it to that appointment, but there was no way he could get to our appointment. So, we rescheduled with him and he showed up and took care of it. My husband said he did really good and he was very pleased with the service. We had another issue but he came back and re-treated and there wasn't any pest activity since. Hopefully, it's taken care of.

    Another thing that I was concerned about was I wrote a personal check and I was told to give it to the tech. Then, I got a bill in the mail saying that this is still owed. I called on that and I was told that it could take up to three to four weeks before they would have records in their computer that I paid. But at my bank, I have a copy of the check where they cashed the check, so I know they got the money. They're saying that they couldn't say that I paid the bill because they don’t have a record of it.

    My most recent experience dealing with Terminix was extremely good. However, I was extremely unhappy before that. Their guy came in here. It took him about 10 minutes and he said, "I'm finished." I showed him the places needed to be treated. "I can't treat roofs. I can't do by the door, can't do the front door." Everything I tell him, he was telling me the opposite. The other serviceman before him did it. How come he said that he can't?

    Finally, when he wrote the paper on his computer, he printed out and said, "Everything was clear. Nothing was found." And right in front of me, he killed a big spider. I told him, "Why did you have to write these things? You just killed a spider in front of me." He said, "Nothing was found. The computer generated it. It's nothing." I said, "Don't tell me this is nothing. Whatever you put in the computer, that's what the computer is going to put in." He really pissed me off. Their service people should go by what the homeowner says and not just go by whatever they think. I called Terminix back and two weeks later and they sent me somebody. Everything I wanted, he did it for me. I was very, very happy with that.

    We had PestPro and they went into Terminix a couple of years ago. We wanted to make sure nothing happens to our dog since he's outside a lot that's why we had them. Also, so that we won't have bugs and mosquitoes if we're outside or we have people there or we're grilling for guests. Terminix came whenever we needed them. Their guy did a good job when he came and he was a nice person. They explained what they were going to do. And because we have a dog, if they spray the whole yard, they make sure he's not out and on the grass for at least two hours, and 24 hours if necessary. I recommended Terminix to a friend of mine who's in Boden. She has a dog and she was bitten by ticks so I told her to call them.

    Terminix came on June 1st and did their three months thing. I had to call them back because mice were still running all over my house and I can see where they're coming from. The guy who came out was very nice. He checked the mouse traps that they had put down. He told me what was wrong and he said that all the traps were empty. I told him that the other technicians did not ever check the traps and he said that they didn't or they would have found out that they were empty when they had come the month before. He put a little trap down and it had a mouse in it the next morning. And then the next morning, it had another one in it. We're going to give it a month and see if it straightens out because it takes some while after they eat the stuff. They were pretty good, to begin with, but then they slacked off. They also put down termite traps and I'm not sure they ever looked at them either.

    At the beginning of the month I had woodrats trying to chew through my trailer and I was afraid they were going to eat everything down. I scheduled a service with Terminix and the person I dealt with was very nice. The technician who showed up was very nice too but he didn't have everything he needed, so he put what he had. Then he called me back and told me he might have to come back and put something else out, which he did. He put a mouse trap at the backdoor but the mouse trap couldn’t stay there especially that I've got a little dog and we had started using that door.

    But since the service I haven't seen any signs of the woodrats and I haven't heard any chewing. So, whatever they put on underneath the house must be working. I'm very pleased with Terminix and they're very nice people. They're supposed to contact me though about fixing the holes that's in the side of my air conditioning unit but they kept telling me that’s another people's job and I haven’t heard from them since.

    All the gentlemen that I met face to face could not have been friendlier. The 800 number is useless once you schedule your first inspection. You are much better off by calling the gentleman that came to your house should you need any further communication. If you are seeking treatment for bedbugs you should learn all you can about treatment before they come to spray and tell them all your concerns. The guy who comes to inspect will be very helpful with any further questions you may have. I had bought treatment at the store and tried to treat myself to no avail. It is very expensive to have a professional treat for bedbugs but compared to other companies Terminix is fair and well worth it when the day comes that you can say you are bedbug free.

    We live in a log cabin out in the middle of the woods and we had big, black ants sneaking in, spiders and other pests. I happened to get an email from Terminix and they had a special service. The people at Terminix that I dealt with were all very helpful and professional. I originally sent them my information through email, and they called me. We set up a service schedule on the phone and they came out on June 13th. But by July 10th, I was seeing the black ants again, so I called them back up and told them what was going on, and they were great about it. They were there again in two days and said, "You know, sometimes it takes more than one treatment." The pest control has been fine since they've come. We've seen a couple of black ants, but they didn't look like they were doing too well. They were trying to run from whatever it was they were sick of, and kind of curled up. I have three big dogs, too, and they're fine.

    I was pleased with their service. It worked out quite well. They're good for a year's service and then I would sign up with them again. I would recommend them because so far, so good. The technicians have been great. I'm a realtor so for me customer service is huge, and their customer service is right up there. Terminix was well-organized, professional, and customer-oriented.

    We had some fleas starting from the cats. The first time that we did it with Terminix, they took care of the problem quickly and there were no fleas and flies in the house. This time around, I had to change up my schedule with Terminix because we had a family emergency that my wife couldn't be at the house, so I called up the guy and he was very helpful and pleasant. He looked at his schedule and he was able to make it out the next day very promptly. However, I did notice that there were still a few fleas and we did everything on our end that we were supposed to. We also had a few gnats, which I've heard that this year is a really bad year for gnats and there's a lot of people who have them. Terminix didn't kill everything like it did the last time.     A fellow from Terminix sprayed on some ants and then they had a follow-up visit. I was pretty wide open in timeline, so I told them to come on the days that I was going to be home. They then told me when they would be coming. The rep that assisted me was pleasant to deal with. The recent tech showed up when he said he was going to, checked things out, and sprayed a little bit more here and there. He was nice and everything went fine. Both techs they sent out were really personable.

    The pest activity in my home has already started to lessen. I was told it could have waited longer, usually two to three weeks, before the ants end up going back and forth, and then they'll turn it off.     I'm on the regular service with Terminix where for every three months they spray the outside, exterior, and interior of my house. Scheduling for the service is great. They notified me by email to let me know when they're going to come and then their service representative would be here at the designated time. They take the interior and spray the crevices in the house and then outside to go around. It was a concept they have had for at least 10 years and I've been quite pleased with the service. On the last service, we had a swarm of Carpenter's ant. They came by and did the job but about a week later, they seem to come back. So I called Terminix and they were back here in about two days and gave me another heavy dose of insecticides to get rid of the problem.

    I signed up for another year's contract with Terminix. Their recent service call was to follow up on what they did last year. They had come out a year ago because there was a bat situation here and now they were checking to make sure that everything was still sealed in and there wasn't any problem. The technician that I'd worked with last year contacted me, gave me a time, and asked if that would work for me. Then he came out and checked the situation. He came a little later than the original time that he told me, but he kept me posted that he was running late and kept telling me when he was coming.

    He went over the property. The service was all done on the outside. He went and checked it and it seemed to be okay. There was no reoccurrence of the bat infestation. Right after the first service in the last season, we had a repeat of bats coming in. I called him and he came back to recheck, and he used some kind of foam to seal up any openings that he saw. I was satisfied with the follow-up and also that if I had any continuing problems, I could call him back. On the whole, I would recommend Terminix.

    Once again this just points to some lack of communication that Terminix has going on within. I recently filled this out after my last contract. I had used your service for several years. When the inspector came earlier this year, I told him what happened last year and why I wasn't renewing again. He spoke with a manager? And they offered me 1/2 off if I would renew.     Terminix comes out to do both outside and inside termite inspection before my contract renews. The last time they came out, they did an annual inspection at our rental property. I got an email notifying me they'd be coming on a certain date. I got a text saying they're on their way and I drove over to the rental property for 10 minutes and waited about five minutes. The technician is very nice and he's the one that always comes and does the annual inspection. He even remembers my dog's name, Rusty. It was raining when they did the inspection and he asked if we really wanted to do it in the rain. We couldn't let our little dog go out until the spray dries out and when it rains, it never dries out. So, we rescheduled and they came back in two weeks. They understand that everybody has their quirks and that we're the customer. They're very accommodating and willing to do whatever we want to do.

    He's also very informative, personable, easy to talk to and he explains what he's doing. He went through how he's using the flashlight sideways on the walls to look for termite bumps in the drywall and then they're looking on the outside too. He explained about looking for the mud tunnels coming up and the foundation. I asked him if the weep holes in the bricks let the bugs in. He said that if I have a pest contract, which we do in our house that we live in, they will spray every three weeks or every three months on the weep holes to keep the bugs out. In addition, we asked him not to spray on the newly painted wood and he did.

    He's also conscientious and very understanding when he did our annual inspection at our main house. My spouse is really allergic to perfumes and colognes. The technician had a helper with him who he was showing the ropes to. I told him his helper couldn't come in the house since the helper had a cologne on. He remembered that my spouse was really allergic to perfumes, so he let his helper do the outside inspection while he did the inside inspection. All of the people that have come here have been super nice and courteous. Also, we had some termite damage in our main house and Terminix hired somebody to fix it. The techs came in, tore out the drywall and replaced the studs that were damaged. They were very professional. Overall I've been with Terminix for years and I'm very happy with them.

    We’ve had Terminix recently for the usual trailer stuff (fleas, wasps, and roaches). It was a good and thorough experience. Scheduling for it wasn’t complicated. We did the online thing and they called me and we set it up. The representative was educated and courteous. The service wasn’t weird or confusing. The technician came in and he went over the issue with us and then he took his time to go around everywhere and do everything and then sprayed outside and left. I'm thinking about calling them back to get him to spray one more time because the fleas’ eggs hatched. I haven’t seen any of those German roaches in the stove where they were coming out of. We saw them crawling on our plates yesterday which completely grossed me out. They need to be treated again. On the other hand, there are five wasps now instead of 50.

    We did the quarterly service with Terminix and the guy we had always comes in the late evening because that was the only time I was available. But their representatives over the phone were idiots. They auto-scheduled my appointment and I had to reschedule because I wasn't available at that time. They said they can only do a two-hour window and the latest in the day I could do is from three to five but I told them my guy always comes at 6:00 at night. They weren't working with me on it at all and they finally said they'll have to have a manager from this area call me. Then, they had my guy call me who said he'd be there at six and to not worry about it.

    There was a second time where I called about my service and I said that I wanted it sprayed for spiders. They said they don't do that and I had to explain what my contract was for. The guy had to put me on hold and get a manager. They weren't familiar with the different locations and what is available in the different areas and that was frustrating. The whole global phone center doesn't work well but the local service is fabulous. We had mice and there was definitely a difference after the service. The guy we had was awesome, really nice and great.

    Years back, Terminix came in with a machine and they sprayed underneath our house. Then recently, they called me and said that their technician was going to come at certain times. The technician arrived then my husband showed him where the hole was to get under the house.     The first time Terminix came out, the rep explained what he was doing but it didn't work. I had to ask him to come back out but they told me that if it didn't work the first time, give it a couple of weeks. If it still didn't work, they'd come out and spray. The second time, I was at work but the rep came out, sprayed, explained what he was doing and why he was doing it and it worked. After that service, I have seen very few problems with ants.     I have Terminix at two locations. On 6/16, they were doing their initial treatment at our home that we just began renting. I did the scheduling online and it was super easy. I submitted a form and within minutes, I was able to schedule it through their website on my mobile phone. It was all booked and ready to go. The payment processing was easy, very simple and well-explained too. The technician’s name was Tim and he was fantastic. He was wearing a Terminix uniform so he looked the part. He was polite, very friendly and professional. He walked me around, showed me some areas of concern, and immediately showed me an area up front that was apparently all black widow webs. He knew his stuff and took a lot of time to explain things to look out for after I told him I was scared of spiders.

He was very thorough in his treatment and spent a long time outside treating everything. He even did something across the fence over on the neighbor’s side. Overall, he was a good dude. But other than what he described might happen, the pests have been non-existent. We had a fantastic experience. It was a punctual, efficient, quick, and painless experience.     When I looked for the bed bugs issue, I compared Orkin and Terminix. I switched to Terminix because of what they had on their website or the treatment every month. I called Terminix to have my mother's house observed for bed bugs. Scheduling with Terminix was really quick. They looked at a schedule and told me when they could get someone out. The person that did the original inspection gave me a checklist and told me what needed to be done. He gave me something in writing and made it very easy to understand. I asked a few questions and told him I would probably go ahead and have them do the service and I want to get it done as possible.

    My son looked at a couple of places and some do a per cubic feet type thing. The gentleman that did the quote calculated out thinking of how big my mother's house is. I found out it was going to be close to a $1,000. We thought that we could just treat that one room and they were very knowledgeable to explain why one room is not going to work and why they have to guarantee the three-month type of thing. But that they'll treat it for free. What he was able to do is to give me the flat amount and work the covers for the mattresses. The person that did the treatment said to keep them on for like 18 months. In comparison, it was right in there to what other people would quote but doing a little bit better because he included those mattress covers, and from what I understand, those are expensive to do.

    I called my son to make sure he was there to let the service man in to do the treatment. However, the person ended up having to cancel the first appointment because he became ill. It was supposed to be a Friday and then he came on a Monday. Nevertheless, I was able to have him come and investigate and then go on to work afterward and that was really nice and that worked out great. Since I have never had that problem before, he explained everything and why other treatments wouldn't work so I was really pleased with that.

    The only thing I didn't understand is that it's a two-hour window for both of the treatment and the appointment. I didn't really find that out until the end of the call. I could give them my cell number and they could call me when they were on their way. However, I ended up working from home and was close to the house that they were going to come to. It worked out fine but I would like to have an actual appointment instead. The treatment was that way too but the gentleman called and gave me an estimate of when they were going to be there. My son has not reported anything after their service. So overall, everybody at Terminix was very pleasant, polite, friendly, prompt and thorough.

They said that the schedule was only a temporary one, but I wasn't told that on the initial visit. However, since the service, pest activity in our home has been reduced a lot.     There was a full fledged attack of numerous ants on our kitchen counter top, and when the technician and I went outside to view the side of the house there were thousands of ants on the outside of the wall of the house as well as the side of the fence. As if that wasn't enough the technician spotted several nests by my other ferns and trees. When he was all done I didn't see 1 ant for weeks, until just recently a few on the outside of the house again but only a few, and some more spider webs. But I called Terminix again, and they are coming again to fix the problem again free of charge, totally guaranteed and they live up to it. You cannot tackle this problem with household products I tried, and no I am not getting paid for this ad either, just a satisfied customer.

    My experience with Terminix has been good. They contacted me through phone and email for our schedule and the tech came out to do a normal routine check. I also asked him if he can come inside to spray a particular area of the house and he did that as well.     Terminix does a quarterly service where they come and spray my house for pests. It's always very simple to schedule with them. Our technician is Melody and she's fantastic. She is the same technician that has covered our house the entire time that we have lived here and had Terminix service. I work close to our house and she has my cell phone number. In the past, she texted or called when she's at our house. I then met her there to let her in. Over time, I've gotten to know her better and she's also gotten to know our dogs better. We leave the key out for her, so I don't have to leave the office and she could go in and spray by herself. Overall, the pests are not completely eradicated but it has definitely improved.

    When we first moved down here we had issues outside our house and somebody recommended Terminix. It's been wonderful and our tech is very polite. He does a nice job, makes sure we're happy and says goodbye when he goes. We've had service done in the house a couple of times but not recently because we're used to being where it was cold.     We live way out in the woods. I own a plantation and we have a lodge for our guests and then our home which is a quarter of a mile apart. The people that built the house were from Auburn and they did the initial termite work. They once said that they were too far off to do it on a continual basis so, they were going to do it for one year. At that point, I started looking around for somebody to do it.     Terminix does a pretty good job. They contact us to set up a schedule for the annual check up and the technicians are very nice and polite. They normally call us and say if we have any problems, we can let the technicians know and they will take a look at it. They also send us an email saying when they will come by. They do what they're supposed to do outside of the perimeter and the technicians don’t come into the house unless we want them to come treat some areas. This time of the year is spider time and they can't be eliminated completely except when a treatment is done. The techs sprayed around the perimeter and now the pest activity is closing down a bit.

    I talked to Terminix on the phone to ask how their services work because I never had it before and the experience was very good. The rep answered all my questions and told me all information about Terminix, what they do and that their goal was to make sure that their customers are satisfied. I scheduled an appointment online because we had ants. When the technician came out, I wasn't here but my wife was and she told me that he was on time, very pleasant and answered all her questions. But I didn't like that the tech didn't go down and spray in the basement. He had to know we had a basement because he sprayed around the basement windows. As a matter of fact, he said one of the problems was our ants was right by one of the windows of the basement.

    But Terminix told us to call them if we see more ants before the time frame they gave us and they'd send somebody out at no charge.     We've had Terminix for about 10 years then we had a brief break when they reorganized. We went another way for a year or two. We signed with them again when we got the chance. Way back when we started, we were having a lot of spiders and things like that. We felt that it was better to do an every three months treatment, so we got their routine spray service inside and outside.

    To schedule a service, I get a postcard first that tells me the date that the technician will be in the neighborhood or that she's planning to come between a certain time. And then, if the date does not work with my schedule, I'm given a number that I can call and reschedule. Otherwise, we'll leave with that schedule and then Terminix or the technician usually calls a day or so before and verify that I'm home. So far, that’s worked well. Terminix has also been very patient, efficient, and helpful when I’ve had to change dates. When I reschedule, I talk to the office first. Their rep Michelle usually calls me too sometime within a week or so before, verifies that she's changed the schedule, and makes sure it's still going to work for me.

    I've had the same person coming to treat my home for over a year now and she's very efficient, professional, and friendly. She does a great job and everything is done well. If I have questions, she seems very knowledgeable. She's able to explain to me if she's doing anything different than normal or ask me if I've had any problems. During her second or third visit, I've been gone for about two months and while I was gone, the neighbor noticed a mouse problem. The technician was really good to get in on that right away when I got home and helped me a lot. She was able to get down on the floor, get under my stove to verify where the mice were coming from, and put out treatments so that we can solve that problem. It seemed to help because I haven’t seen any pest activity since then. Terminix has been helpful in getting things done that I needed to have done.

    It's very easy to schedule people at Terminix. I called them recently for the little brown sugar ants. I was on the monthly plan or they would come out every three months, but I would have to call normally in between and set up an appointment because the ants wouldn’t go away. Only one time did I get stood up. They didn’t even show up.

    The first technician was less than impressive. He puts down their minimum amount of stuff and definitely did not get rid of the ants in the first try. After that, I requested this technician, Michael. He seems to be very good. Every time he puts poison down, the ants get very active, but then they die out really quickly. Every once in a while, I still find ants here, there and definitely outside. They’re still super active around my house but I don’t think that they’re living in my walls anymore but they definitely were when I started treating that. I’ve got nothing but good things to say about Michael and about Terminix overall.

    Terminix comes out on a regular basis and the last service I got was for mosquitos. Our technician is really nice and we enjoy him coming out here. He doesn’t just do his job and rush off. He'll take a few minutes and talk to us to see if we have any other problems. He always does everything he can to help us.

    After having the service from Terminix, we haven’t had any problem with bugs in the house, but we have extra mosquitos outside the house. We probably won't take the mosquito service next year because it isn’t gonna help us that much.     We're still having problems so I called Terminix and it went to one of their other lines. They weren’t sure if they could get me in and I would have to call in a couple of days to confirm. They couldn’t get into the Wichita system but the lady who helped me was awesome. I scheduled service for a Friday because that’s when I have off. She said that was fine and they could get me in on that day.

    We've been with Terminix for more than 20 years now. They come and check the house and under the house once a year. My house is made out of wood and it's 60 years old. When my husband was living, we put plastic down under the house, which has been very much helpful. It keeps the moisture from getting under there. It costs $500 to put the plastic down, so it should do good. The guy that comes here said everything looked wonderful. And he said it's all in the place where the man put it. But after the service and the product was applied, I didn’t feel it really worked because I’ve had bugs right around the areas where they applied it.     We recently bought the inclusion package and the home inspection from Terminix. We had a very easy, simple and straightforward conversation with the representatives. They were flexible with me and my wife’s schedule. Also, the technicians were pretty quick, thorough and gave an explanation on what they did. The pest activity went down after their service. I am starting to see more spiders again, but it’s about that time of the season too. Overall, the experience with Terminix was good.

    The technician from our recent experience with Terminix was not careful and brought a lot of dirt inside the house. He should have taken his shoes off or put some booties on but he didn't. It was a newly renovated house and we needed to clean the carpet based on his visit. I called them about it and a manager showed up. Also, I did not like the constant price increase. I get the postcards and they say we have to raise the price. It was too expensive. Then, sometimes I miss the direct contact with the technician. I cannot call the local office and I always end up somewhere with an 800 number and an out of state. A more direct communication with the tech and local office would be a good improvement and would be preferred instead of going through a call center outside the state of service. I would like to have a little bit more local attention.

    We have a regular service from Terminix and it's been fine, but this last time, it didn’t seem to be as effective. We have seen a little uptick recently. Other than that, the scheduling and the technician have been fine. However, their billing is terrible. Their back office seems to have a lot of problems. They keep telling us we owe money and we keep telling them we gave the technician the check. It’s been three or four phone calls. I hope it’s straightened out now but I can’t guarantee that it is.

    I was having problems with springtails so I had Terminix come over. I normally don't have them spray indoors. Outdoors seemed to be sufficient over the years. But this year we seemed to be fairly bugged in. Hopefully, we have it taken care of. I haven't seen any springtails since they sprayed inside. Adam has been coming out and taking care of our property for the past three years. He's a very nice young man. He’s usually on time, within the window and it’s always a pleasure to see him. Scheduling has been good and easy too. I just tell them what I need. The reps have also been very good. I'd recommend them.

    I am a customer of Terminix since 2003 living in the Bronx. Due to drilling issues on one side of my property (pipes that are running across that side), a few of my stations are located in my neighbor's property. I always need to be at home in order to direct the technician to my neighbor's property. The head manager of the Armonk office is Mr. Anthony **, a very efficient, experienced Gentleman, who has solutions for any problem.

    I was very satisfied from the current technician Mr. Billups **, a young, courteous, diligent and well behaved guy with excellent manners and patience, who took his time to explain about the new stations & technology. He needed to drill deeper in the ground in order to install the new green station which are larger in size. I give him the highest rating possible plus two thumbs up and wish him great success. With all due fairness, it would be more helpful if Terminix would keep up the time frame of the designated appointments. If they are scheduled to come in the early afternoon, they should not change the time and come in the morning instead, on a last minute notice.

    Gutter guard nightmare. In late March, I had a problem with a woodpecker making holes in my siding. I called Terminix. The representative came, inspected the damages caused by the woodpecker, and scheduled a technician to fix the holes. He said they would put a foam-like substance to fill the hole(s) and then install a metal plate over it (them) and paint them to match the color of my siding. I told him I had paint in my basement which could be used. During that same visit, the representative offered a gutter guard service. It was appealing to me, since it would mean basically no more gutter cleaning services. I therefore agreed to have this done as well. I paid for everything ($1,750.00 +) up front.

    The problem started the minute they worked in the woodpecker holes. Put foam and covered it with chicken wire - all uneven. Then installed the gutter guards lifting the roof shingles, and hiding flashing plates behind my shed. They're still there... After the installation, they left all the leaves & debris on my professionally designed landscaping. I had to beg them to come back to clean up. They only cleaned the front part and left. I was frustrated and cleaned the rest myself. Starting in May, we've had torrential rains. The gutters overflow every time it rains. I now have damage on my living room wall and the facial plates holding the gutters are rotting. I tried to call Mr ** numerous times (all logged on my phone).

    His voicemail box is always full. So, I called customer service. Finally yesterday, a technician came. He argued with me saying he saw no problem. When I showed him the damages, he said it had nothing to do with the gutter guards. When I asked him about the flashing strip left behind my shed, he said he didn't know what they're for.

    I asked him to check if the spout was blocked. He poured a water bottle and said it was ok. I then asked him to check using my garden hose. He said he couldn't because he had put his ladder away. I went to my basement and brought him my step ladder. He then used my hose, and a huge amount of leaves and debris came out. He said he was so happy that I thought of using the hose - he wouldn't have thought of it...

    Today, I called a renovation expert and a gutter guard company. They both have reported that the issue is from an inadequate installation of gutter guards. Terminix sent a termite inspector to look at the issue. He sent a report to the branch saying that the installation is a problem. I have asked Terminix to IMMEDIATELY REMOVE THEIR GUTTER GUARDS FROM MY PROPERTY AND TO REIMBURSE ME FOR THE INSTALLATION AND DAMAGES. I will never again ask these incompetent people to do anything else on my property.
