Terminix does a quarterly service. If we have a problem, we just call them and they show up. They'd come in, do their thing, ask if we have any problems then they go. They're in and out, easy to work with, very professional, and don't bother the business.

We’ve been with Terminix for 20 years now and we have a recurring service once every quarter. I don't need to schedule any visit and they’d send an email and call before someone is about to come out. The serviceman who has been coming out is very good and he last came a month ago. He is extremely cordial and texts to make sure he’s okay. Also, I’d always get a follow-up call from Terminix after their service and I’d evaluate the experience as high. We haven’t had much pest activity in our home since having Terminix services.

I’m set up with Terminix for quarterly visits and I’ve had their service for a couple of years now. There’s a new tech who came during the last couple of times and the pests in my home were dead since the latest visit. There are bugs outside but as long as they stay out, I don’t really care too much about them.

I have Terminix as a preventative measure and they're scheduled in advance for one visit every year for termites and once every three months for general pest control. Recently, the Terminix tech came out and she just looked around the basement. All in all, my experience with Terminix has been satisfactory.

Terminix comes three or four times a year. They send us an email saying that they’re scheduled to come to our house at a certain day, between certain hours. If that doesn’t work for us, we get back in touch with them and go from there. Their technician is very professional.

I needed Terminix to spray for fleas outside. The technician who they sent was very good and the treatment has improved the situation. All in all, it was very satisfying.

Terminix made a routine visit and they also came out because we were having a little bit of a rodent problem, but things have gotten better. Dealing with the technician was pleasant and there has been a decrease in pest activity in my home. So far, the rodent problem looks good. If it doesn't completely resolve, they have already contacted me and they will look into it further. They're very professional and helpful. I would recommend them.

I had bugs everywhere, but since Terminix has been coming, they’ve been fewer and just about gone now. Everything with their reps and the scheduling has been wonderful. The tech was very friendly and professional and he did what he had to do and went out, so I'm very happy with it.

My mom started using Terminix because she had mice in her garage and they solved that problem. I typically schedule service with them quarterly for my mom at her house and I've done this online and over the phone. This time, my mom asked them to come in to look at a bathroom that had some bugs and the tech sprayed and handled that problem. With the regular maintenance that they've done, the situation with the bugs has been fine. Overall, the Terminix people have been courteous and efficient. They've always done a good job and we're happy with them.

Terminix came for a routine visit and I didn't have any problem scheduling the service. Everything’s fine with the reps and the service technician who came out was polite and efficient. I did not notice any pest since then and it's a good thing.

I live in a very wooded area and I wanted a service to keep insects from coming into my home and outside as well. I used Terminix years and years ago and I was happy with their service. Now, I have them set up for quarterly inspection and scheduling is easy. In the latest scheduled appointment, an email was sent and I responded to it saying that I wanted the inside done as well as the outside. That was accomplished and my interaction with the technician who came out was all good. I have Terminix for about three years now and I continue to be very happy. I'm totally satisfied and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

We had mice and we requested for service from Terminix. Their technicians came and did what they had to do. After their service, there were no more mice. Terminix is a little expensive but they've been very good.

Terminix is very good and wonderful to deal with. I was very pleased. They sent me an email to tell me that the technician was coming, what time he was coming and what his name was. On the first scheduled visit, the man was very nice and did his job thoroughly. I was having problems and he checked all the openings on the outside of the house. He also planted a few traps for mice and I collected four of them. I have not had any other mice for two weeks.

I got Terminix for termites and all of their services. It was very easy to schedule with them and their reps were very courteous, very helpful and nice to me. Their technician also did a great job and I don't see any insects since the service. Overall, I've had a very good experience with Terminix.

I have Terminix for about 35 years and I’m satisfied with their service. It’s long distance when they call me to schedule an appointment and they don’t do that sometimes. But I always tell the man that sprays for me to call me before he comes out and he usually does to tell me that he is coming. He’s very nice and I've always had good service from him. Since the last service call, I never had a roach or anything. But I got upset when they did not send me my termite contract and tell me it was time for me to pay my termite insurance. I was afraid my contract was going out and I did not get a letter or a note from them about it. Terminix said they couldn’t believe that I did not get my termite renewal thing. But I knew it was due, so my daughter called them and she handled the issue for me.

The technician from Terminix recently came to put down mosquitoes. He’d come here regularly, spray monthly all summer and show up when he’s been asked to. He’s very professional and a good representative of the company. As far as pest activity, the sprays were effective in reducing the mosquitoes. Although it’s too expensive, I’m happy with the service. And I’d recommend the young man that comes to the house.

I’ve always been satisfied with Terminix. They’d regularly come out every three months. They would first call me and tell me it’s time. So they set up the time to come. The technicians are polite and very thorough. I haven’t had any trouble out of any of them.

I have roach problems and that’s why I've been having the Terminix techs come in. When I told them that I was having a problem with certain areas of the house, they just sprayed those areas. How can they get rid of the roaches if they don’t spray the whole interior of the room? All they're doing is killing some of the roaches, but the ones that aren’t killed are traveling from one area to another. I had the chance to speak with the reps a couple of times and they were here last week. They’d usually say to give the techs two weeks and if I still see roaches, I could call them and they’ll come back and spray. But when they come back, they’d ask me where I had seen the roaches and they would spray just that spot.
A couple of months ago I told the rep that was here that I want the whole area sprayed in every room to get rid of the problems because my house is infested with roaches. I had a problem with the kitchen to begin with, but now, I've got problems in several rooms as well. The people that come here are polite but they only do what Terminix tells them to do. They say they're sterilizing the roaches so they can't breathe but if they’re not hitting every roach, I would have roaches breathing in another room. That’s the biggest complaint or problem I have, and the way I put it, it’s a hit-and-miss policy. “Let's hit it there and we might miss it.” I think that’s why Terminix keeps wanting me to come back. They had me sign a year’s contract where I’m spending money every month. They could have done a better job and I'm not very satisfied with them.

Paul, the tech from Terminix, did a great job. He listened to us. He went up in the attic and put more of the wall’s sticky pads down to the kitchen. He did all that for us. We have no complaints at all. Also, scheduling the service went exceptionally well. The experience with Terminix was definitely excellent.

This was the first visit by Terminix and they did the pest control services. I called in to set up an appointment and it was easy. When the tech did the initial inspection, everything was fine. They are supposed to come back and do the inside.

We were doing some "reno" before we sold the house and a Terminix guy was coming door-to-door and we needed treatment. He was super nice and very professional. So, he did it and we didn't have any problems. There were no insects. We haven't had to schedule another one because we actually moved from that house but he left me with a paper so that I could call back and transfer it to our new house. It was great.

I have been calling for 3 days. I have waited more than an hour on hold and my calls were never picked up by a live operator. Additionally, I have sent emails for 2 days to Terminix’s customer service address, and have gotten no response. I am a contract customer, and have been for many years. I have a bee problem inside my house and can't even get someone to answer my call. Their automated system tried to make an appointment for me a week from now, which was unacceptable, with bees in the house, obviously. But I can't get anyone to answer me. Terrible service.

We had termites swarm inside our home in March. I contact Terminix several times (5-10 X), kept getting promises that the general manager for my area would come out and access the damage. He would make the appointment but never show up, when I would call back he would tell me how busy he was. We had another company come out and treat our property and had to have the drywall removed in our family room and replaced but no one from Terminix ever came or followed up regarding damage. DO NOT RECOMMEND TERMINIX - THEY WILL NOT FOLLOW UP WHEN THERE IS A REAL PROBLEM!!!

I’ve never had a bad experience with Terminix. I’m on a regularly scheduled program and they recently came out to spray for ants and roaches. I love my technician. I've had Terminix for 6 years and the service I’ve experienced has always been great. The pests are gone.

Terminix started spraying when we first built our house and we never had any pests. We have scheduled our service for every three months but they let us know a few days ahead when they're going to come. They called us in the beginning and we told them that it would be easier if we just got an email. The technicians were very nice and cordial. They would ask if we have any problem or problem area. We're pleased with the service and planning on staying with Terminix for as long as we have the house.

Terminix did an aggressive treatment which I don't why didn't do that to begin with. Nobody ever said nothing to me about aggressive treatment before. The guy that was doing all my treatments quit and during his last trip he mentioned it. I cleaned all my cabinets out, I addressed the doors and everything and then I had to leave the house when they did that and he was gone when I came back.
Also scheduling was easy until this last time. We had death in the family and so I couldn't really do it when they wanted to do the treatment. And then when I called them back to tell them go ahead and come out nobody ever called me back. It took me three tries to call them to get them to come out. I killed a roach a last night. They're definitely a lot fewer then they have been but as far as I'm concerned if I see one roach there's at least 1,000 hiding somewhere.

Terminix came last month and the tech did a very good job, especially in scanning the apartment. So I set up an account with them to come every three months and I had a very good experience scheduling the service. I'm not seeing any spider in the basement anymore after the services. Until now, it's been very good and I'm very satisfied with Terminix.

I'm a landlord and I contracted with Terminix to service my rental property a couple of streets away where we’ve had some roaches. I have the quarterly service and I also call them out when I need them. The scheduling was very easy to do and their techs have been out there twice. They took care of the pest problem after their second visit because I didn't have anything since that day. It’s been a good experience with Terminix and I would recommend them.

We've been with Terminix for the last two years. The team was quick, discreet, courteous and very professional. They’d usually call a couple days in advance, and we’d let them know if we need any additional services outside of what's routinely set up. The techs that would come out were very considerate and informative. Generally, it’s the same person and we've had only one other tech because that person was off or sick.
We’re in an RV park and if we get somebody with a roach-infested camper that comes in, eventually we will have them in the house. We also live less than a block away from a water treatment plant. If we ever had a termite or ant problem, Terminix will take care of that. They can also handle most of the pests outside the house. They’re reliable and definitely worth the price we pay. We recommend them.

I used to have Terminix for years and then we moved into a new home and went with another company. I was not happy with them so I switched back to Terminix. Scheduling an appointment was easy. I just made a phone call and it was no problem whatsoever. The tech that came out was excellent and did a great job. He was very personable, very nice, and seemed to know what he was talking about. Terminix provides excellent service.

We live out in the country and had problems with ants. Terminix came and we never had ants since then. They come to us for service four times a year. They schedule and tell me the time they will be here. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn’t, but their representatives have been fine. Their technicians are nice too. They do whatever we ask them to. Recently, they came out and inspected around the house for spiders. So far, it’s been five years since we have them. They do a very good job and I have recommended them to people before.

The Terminix techs came out recently and sprayed the outside of the house for bugs. Then we had them come in because I had a lizard running around in my office and inside the house. The exterminator said that they were going to work on that kind of critter and they went throughout the house putting down traps. The next day, I had the lizard caught and gone which I really appreciated. It was a very good experience.

I have rodents and insects at home and I contacted Terminix. They were prompt in scheduling the service and someone was at my house the next day. They gave me a sales pitch and I purchased more plans than they could do. They have this system of messaging and telling you that they are coming between 8 and 4. I end up hanging around if they have to be in my house. I had several days I had to rearrange for this initially. The tech who came was very polite, though, and the treatment he did had an impact but it was not complete. I’m not very happy with Terminix right now.

We’ve been with Terminix for quite a while. Scheduling the service was fine and it was good dealing with the technician. However, I’m concerned that he didn’t go under the house. We have a very small crawl space and he didn't think that he could get in there but they’ve gone under the house before. Nevertheless, we've always been pleased with them. They are very professional.

I've had a termite policy since I built the house almost 20 years ago and Terminix comes every year to do a termite inspection. This year’s inspection was very complicated though and I had a lot of problems with the services. They had a date scheduled to come out and I had agreed to it. But I got an email saying they were coming on a completely different date. I called back to verify the date since I'm not going to be here on the new date. We scheduled another date and that was confirmed but no one showed up. I called in again and told Terminix that no one came and they said they couldn't get a hold of anyone so we scheduled another date.
A guy came out to do the service and he was great. He ran my card and said that I was paid in full. But I got a call from Terminix saying I haven't paid. I told them I gave the technician my card, he ran it and he told me I was taken care of. They said maybe it hasn't shown up yet. But he'd been here 11 days prior. Terminix said I am going to be canceled if I don't pay it by the end of the month. It took many calls for me to make sure I was paid and I called back in and gave the information over the phone for them to run my card another time. That was not very smooth and the experience was frustrating. I'm hoping that I'm current now.

Our Terminix service is regularly scheduled but they just call on the day they come. They don’t say, “I'm going to come every 5th of the month.” That's definitely something that they could improve on. But overall, our experience with them is good.

I got a year’s contract with Terminix for $900. I was having a lot of trouble with mice droppings downstairs and they put traps all over. I had a new garage put up because they said that mice can get in through there. So now that’s been fixed, and I haven't seen any mouse droppings downstairs now since they came. They went all through the place and checked for termites, too. I never had termites but when they come, they check. If I have a problem and I call them, the technicians always come out. I'm very careful because I lost my husband a year ago and I have put an alarm system up. The techs identify themselves when they come. The truck is outside, and they have the company name written on their shirts.
Evidently, I missed two payments somehow. I have a different credit card now and every time I get a bill, Terminix charges a couple of $100 in there. I'm supposed to get my regular bills but I haven't received one yet. They called me and they told me I owe for August and September. And I mailed out a check. Overall, I'm very pleased with Terminix.

We just bought a house and there were all kinds of insects and pests around that we needed taken care of, and Terminix took care of them. It was easy to schedule services with them. Two months ago, Jim, the Terminix guy, came out here and did what he was supposed to do. I told the technician what the problem was, then he went around the perimeter of the house and rectified the problem, and I haven't noticed any pest activity since the service. Overall, we've had a pleasant experience and we've had no hassles with Terminix.

We have a termite contract with Terminix and they've been doing yearly maintenance for us for at least 20 years. They call us when it's time for the service and schedule a date. Their techs have been very good, too and since we started with Terminix, we don’t have any pests, so the yearly checks seem to be doing fine.

We had a problem with wood boring bees and yellow-jackets. It was very easy to schedule with Terminix and their rep was polite and courteous. He was very efficient and didn't waste a lot of time. The technician who came out was great and was more efficient and thorough than necessary, and very polite. He came back twice and wanted to follow up. Then he sprayed a second time just to discourage the little pests from coming. He also found termites on a woodpile that was close to the house, which was why we engaged Terminix on a long-term project. With this contract, he comes by every few months and we agreed to do another contract with him for termite protection. Overall, my experience with Terminix was extremely positive and I'd recommend them any day.

Being with Terminix has been a pleasant and convenient experience. They come in, spray and do their checklist, and then they’re done and we're good to go. It’s the same as always. Their reps are friendly and knowledgeable too, while the interactions I had with their techs are one of the better experiences that I’ve had with technicians. Since I’ve had services with Terminix, the pest activity in my home have been minimal.

Terminix seems to go ahead and schedule my service without first speaking to me. And I don't have internet at home so I might not even know they're coming until it's too late. I've always had to reschedule. But when the techs come out, everything's always pleasant and I have always been pleased with their service. The last time they were here, they looked around, filled out the form and said everything was done.

I called Terminix out for mosquito spraying and pest control. During the first spraying, the house had been sitting for a while when it was remodelled, so I had to call them back. But other than that, they did their job. They were courteous and friendly and had conversation. They have been more professional during the last couple of times I dealt with them. I will recommend Terminix to a friend.

A couple of weeks ago, a guy came for an inspection. I was unaware of it because they have the wrong phone number for me, but they got it straightened out. The guy was thorough, he even crawled underneath the house. I've had them ever since I came here 5 years ago and my Terminix experience has been good.

We needed some mouse traps. The mice ate them all, so they had to be replenished. We stopped by the Terminix office, which is close to us, and set up an appointment. They were prompt and scheduled me the next day. The technician was right on time. He was polite, knowledgeable, and did his job. He also sprayed around the house. We live in the boonies. The pest activity might be ongoing, but most of it is gone, especially the ants. You get a mouse once in a while, one or two, but that's pretty rare. Terminix worked out fine.

I like Terminix. We've been off their service for a few years and I've enjoyed them being back. Also, I got back the technician that I like, Wilbur. They came out and did a good job. They've come back the second time to fix some things that weren't done and I'm quite pleased with the service that I'm getting at this time.

I have an old house in an old neighborhood with old trees and my pest problem started in the midsummer. I tried to kill the ants myself but to no avail. I called Terminix and the lady on the phone was very nice, helpful, and got me in as fast as she could. The first guy was very helpful, nice, and on time. Then I still had a problem with ants, so I called Terminix again. Another shot was done, but the second guy didn’t seem very interested in spending a lot of time. He was just trying to shoot around the little area where I said the ants were. Both guys called me and wanted to come earlier if they could. They were very respectful and came earlier when they said, and it was fine.
The situation is a lot better than it was and there are not as many, but I still see a few every day. I wish the poison would have killed all of them or kept them from coming in a certain spot. I signed up for every three months and maybe once they get the areas a couple of times, we'll get rid of the main source. Overall, it was a good experience, but I assumed the ants would be gone, especially after two treatments. But they did an okay job, I'm fairly pleased and I'll keep Terminix.

We have an annual contract with Terminix and they'll come every quarter. They sprayed for bugs and there was a follow-up service. We're getting a free second treatment but the National Dispatch seemed to thrash around. I had to call them to find out what the status was and they couldn’t tell me. They were going to email to the local office. They didn’t seem to be very progressive. They never got the messages to them when they were supposed to come, but because I had the local office number, I called them and they were excellent. They told me when the guy was going to get here. The guy called me, he arrived on time and did what he was supposed to.
The technician was very aware of what we needed and he said he’d take care of it. Also, he explained it in great detail and told me what he was putting down and what he was expecting to accomplish. He told us to give him a call if we have any other reoccurrences and he would come back. It was a great experience and our problem was taken care of.

I had a termite inspection a couple of weeks ago. Terminix set up the schedule and I had the opportunity to change it if I wanted to, but it was fine so I didn’t. The technician was very friendly. I had some damage upstairs in the bathroom which had to be repaired and I asked him specifically to do the upstairs. He told me they usually just do the lower level, but he did as I asked and there was no problem at all. When I had questions, he answered them too and he wasn’t impatient with me. It was a very nice experience. Overall, Terminix was excellent and professional.

We've been having quarterly pest control service at our house for five years now. The pest problem has been largely caught up with and we just continued with the regular service for maintenance. Our service contract was previously with a company that Terminix bought within the last year or so. We're now on subscription basis with Terminix and, initially, we set up with the representative to make quarterly payments. Then Terminix scheduled the service automatically, had their tech come out, and then billed me.
In our most recent experience with Terminix, the tech let us know beforehand when he was coming, then he showed up on time and the work went smoothly. He walked and sprayed around the house. Before he left, he knocked on the door to let us know that he was done with the job and that he didn't find any pest issue in particular. He was courteous and seemed to be following the protocol. On the whole, the experience that we've had with Terminix has been great, easy and convenient.

Terminix was here the past month or two but I wasn't around. Somebody came by and my son let him do the service. Then he left. As far as I know, there hasn't been any pest activity in our home since then. I'd recommend them.

The rep from Terminix was very knowledgeable and he did a very good job. I called in and made an appointment and they came out for the yearly inspection. I've always met the technician who comes and I haven't seen any pest activity in many years back at the backdoor where they replaced a little board there. I belonged to the company for so many years and it's almost time to renew now. But instead of it decreasing in payment, it's always increasing. I will be 86 soon and that's quite a bit, $300 and some dollars that I have to pay.

Terminix scheduled the service for me and once they did that, I settled the date that I needed them to come and that worked good. The technician was very professional and informative. He explained everything and showed me any problems that I may have, which I didn't have, and to look for at certain times. It was a real good experience. We had problems with roaches and spiders and I called Terminix for it. Scheduling was really quick and their tech, Noah, came out quickly too. He took care of the problem and did a recheck. He's fabulous. I had a bunch of questions because I'm terrified of roaches and spiders, and he answered all of them very thoroughly. Also, I can call him and he gets right out here. Since the treatment, we’ve been seeing lesser pests. It's been a good experience so far.

We called Terminix one winter because we had mice. The techs came out and within six months, the number of mice went down to one every month or so. For the last year or so, there's been none. Recently a tech guy showed up and sprayed our walk for ants. He also checked the sala for mice, then he was on his way. He was friendly and knowledgeable during our interactions, and we haven't had any pest activity since their service.

I've been with Terminix for 25 years. We had a guy who has handled our pest control for 20 years, Mark, and he’s fantastic. We got an email informing us that he was coming for the quarterly spraying. We chatted about a couple of places where because of the weather we’re having ants were coming in and he took care of it. He dealt with it professionally and completely into our complete satisfaction. We really like him. Terminix is excellent.

This was my first time with Terminix. We called around and then we found Justin at a local restaurant and he was in uniform. We ended up getting in his car and that’s who I went through. Justin was awesome. He even came out and did the inspection after-hours. He had just gotten home and came out here and looked around. The first couple of weeks, the pests kept dying off. I would sweep and clean them up. But, now, they’re not dying as much. So, I’m a little disappointed. I was going to ask them to come out and spray instead of bait. Their employees are awesome, but I don’t like the way they change the spray to the bait instead.

I have a regular quarterly service contract with Terminix, and I would get an email telling me that my service is coming up then they'd give me a number to call if I need to reschedule or if I want to talk to them about anything. Usually, I will get a phone call from the gentleman who comes to my house within the 24 to 48 hours before the schedule. I'm usually not here during the service but when I am, the technician was very, very professional, knowledgeable and social. We've had Terminix ever since we've moved in and I haven’t had any problems that were out of the ordinary but if something does come up, they seemed to be addressed quickly. The only thing that has popped up is periodic ants and sometimes they show up more dominant than others.

I live out in the country and there’s a lot of mice activities. I got a contractor from Terminix who would come out every so often to spray for bugs and drive away mice. I usually get an email to let me know they’re coming. And I like the guy that they send out. I talk to him when I’m home, and he tells me what I need to do or asks if I’m seeing any bugs or mice. He also asks what needs to be done. Since I’ve had Terminix, I don’t see mice anymore in the house so they fixed the problem.

We've used Terminix for a number of years now. We have raccoons, groundhogs, mice, roaches, spiders and we live in a woods, so here we have it all. Ever since their service, I no longer see a wood roach running down the hall and it's been years since we've had them. Their technicians phone and tell us ahead of time, several days or a day or two ahead, when they're coming and with a range of time on a certain day. The tech Dave was extremely satisfactory and he's very responsive to anything that comes up. We would recommend to a friend.

I have two different contracts with Terminix. Mike comes and does the bug treatment where he sprays around the house. It’s so neat to come out and see bugs’ legs up. Then there's the guy who puts in the termite traps. He recently came out and explained what would be done. We walked around the house and also went around the mini barn. He saw where I was talking about having them put. He had this tiny post hole digger, made the holes, and then put the traps down in. We started with Terminix a year ago and the coolest thing is not seeing bugs, spiders or rollie pollies in my house anymore. Terminix is excellent to work with and I have already recommended them a couple times.

We had our local Terminix guy come out a few weeks ago for carpenter ants and he found two mounds in the backyard where the ants were living. He got rid of those and we've had no ants since. He did a great job and he was very kind, respectful and professional.

Terminix recently came out and did a regular check and took care of everything on the outside. They also let me know ahead of time that they were coming, which was good. They came and knocked on the door when they got there and as far as I know, everything was taken care of just fine. The technicians that came were friendly and professional. We had a couple of cockroaches a few months back, and they took care of it right away. They were here, and they put some bait out and we never saw the cockroaches again. We’ve been with Terminix for 6 years, and we’ve never had any problems, never had any bugs, so I’m a happy camper. I’m very satisfied and have recommended them.

I live in an old house that was built in 1905. It is pretty nice and I wanna keep it that way so I let Terminix come and inspect termites for me. All of the technicians had been professional except for one and I won’t have him back in my house. I’m a single mom and I have twin sons with cerebral palsy and they live with me. We live for God and the bible and this particular guy came in, who I guess, is an evangelist and he started telling my son that he needed to be out and preached what he needed to do. He was here professionally but he stepped in where he shouldn’t have.
We're here in our house for nine years and we've not had any issues. Moisture gets underneath the house because it’s built up off the ground and so mold was growing on the wood. They told me that they could spray underneath there and stop the mold and then they would lay some plastic down. And they’ve done that and it's holding off really good, too. And then, during this summer, I had them come and spray to keep the spiders out but it didn’t seem to work. But other than that, they’ve done really good service for me.

I’ve had Terminix for two years, and they take care of everything and make sure I don’t have any major issues. Ants used to be a real problem. They come monthly for the ant spray, and they’ve been able to do it from outside. I haven’t had ants for over a year, so I know they’re doing their job. And during the summer, they come monthly as well for the mosquito spraying. I’ve been satisfied except for this year, and it’s not their fault. It's because every time the mosquito guy would come, it would rain. They send in notes, saying, “We’re coming.” The technicians are very nice and courteous. When they are inside, they keep the hall clean. They give excellent customer service. But sometimes I will miss getting my payment in and Terminix would call me right away, even though in two years they've never been unpaid. It annoys me. Other than that, I'm very happy with them.

We came in and redo the insulation because we were concerned about mice and Terminix saw tunnels. So, they replaced the insulation in our attic and in the basement. Scheduling for it was quick, it happened within a few days. The technician that came was very knowledgeable. He recommended this pest control insulation and the insulation was up to code because we’re selling the house. We haven't had any mice since they performed the service. I’d recommend them again.

Setting up the service initially with Terminix was very easy. I called Terminix and I liked how the lady explained it to me. I set their service up quarterly and they said they would come in-between if I needed them. The first time Terminix sprayed was on August 3. The technician did an excellent job. He was very polite and pleasant. He knew what he was doing and explained how he was going to do it. Right now we're still overloaded with roaches but we're finding them dead. I bought a trailer which was in bad shape and it also has spiders. The service has been killing the fleas too. Before I finish remodeling, I wanted to get rid of everything. I had a great experience with Terminix and I'm very satisfied with the outcome. I would refer them to other people.

I've been in this house for about two years. I noticed the pest activity more. First, I saw one or two, but now it has gotten worse. I saw big palmetto roaches inside the house. Terminix came and sprayed my house. They sent me a text message when they were on their way. So, that was great. My interactions with the technicians were great, too. They explained what they were going to do. Even before they came to the house, they called me a day before, and told me what to do to get everything ready. Everything was fine and it was a good experience with them. I don’t see that many of those roaches inside now since they came and sprayed. But they told me the small ones were the hardest one. I still have the roaches around, but they explained to me the whole situation. It's going to take longer to get rid of them. I just haven't had the time to schedule for another visit because they told me I had to keep scheduling one.

I started out with Sears and they sold it to Terminix, and I’ve been with them ever since. I'm satisfied and I haven’t had any problems with them. They schedule on time and they come out and do the service. The next thing you know, they have the next appointment scheduled and you just confirm if it’s a good time. We have a maintenance plan with Terminix and it's been a good experience with them. For years, we’ve had the same guy, Ron, come in and do the exterior of our house. He's very good and personable. He knows the family, too. And then when we didn’t have Ron for a long time, we started to have problems. So, we have gotten him going back again. We're in a pretty good shape at the moment and the pest activity is very minimal.

I’m on a rotation service with Terminix. I usually get an email and a phone call saying they’re coming. And then the tech usually calls the night before the day he’ll be out. Recently, a guy from Terminix came out to check the bay stations. He was courteous and informative. Brady who has been with Terminix for a long time comes and does pest control. Sometimes he sprays for a few days. He’s a really nice fellow. I’ve worked with him a lot. Terminix really do keep things under control. I don’t see a lot of bugs. Whoever’s training these guys is doing a really good job because they’re all very friendly and courteous. They’re professional and they make suggestions when they see things. I’m totally happy with Terminix. They're a great company.

There's communication before the Terminix tech comes out and I'm aware that they're coming in. If there's anything I need extra, I also let them know. In the few times I talked with the techs, I found them to be very polite, very helpful, knowledgeable about what they're doing, and accommodating of whatever I need done. When I called, Terminix gave me an appointment and then Billy, the technician, came to do the termite inspection and he was great. He was very thorough, informative and he educated me what to look for. It was a great experience. When it’s time for the annual inspection, they let me know that it’s due and they usually schedule me a time and day. Then, I call them and change it because that’s in my vacation home. The representative was great. As soon as I told them that it’s my vacation home and that I need a certain date, they checked and everything worked out fine. They were able to accommodate me. Since the service, the termites have been under control.

I have one serviceman from Terminix that I like to use. So I always ask for him whenever they come out every quarter. I have work during the week and I need for them to come out on Saturdays. And he’s been making sure that he comes out during that day. He also knows exactly what to do and I never have to follow behind him. That’s how good he is and it’s a great customer service.
Terminix usually sends schedules online to see if it’s good for me on that date. But sometimes, the website is screwy and it won’t take it when I change the schedule. But so far, they’re helping to lessen our pest activity. I wouldn’t be with them if everything wasn’t good. The only thing I don’t like is when the price goes up. It’s the reason why I stopped last time.

I had seen some house centipedes and spiders so I called Terminix. The guy who came was very personable. He explained to me what he was going to do and told me that all of the chemicals he used were non-toxic. He also not only sprayed inside the house, but he sprayed around the perimeter of my outside too. After their initial service, I’ve seen two little spiders and one centipede. Although that’s not a big deal, I didn’t know if I was supposed to be seeing any insect at that point. And I did get their service where they're coming every three months. I’d recommend Terminix.

It was time for the yearly appointment with Terminix for termite inspection. They gave me plenty of notice when they were coming and the technician would let me know when he was on the way. He came in, told me what he's there for, took care of it in every place he was supposed to inspect and he was gone. He didn't find any, so that's always good. I was glad that they were persistent in coming out, that it's time for me to do that because I was dragging. Terminix has been friendly, dependable and thorough.

We’ve been customers of Terminix for 35 years and they come on a regular basis. The issue I’ve had the past couple of years is red wasps and spiders around the windows. I schedule online and they send a reminder email. When I need to reschedule, I do it online too. Their techs have always been professional. One time, there was a new guy. He was just learning the ropes and I really wasn't happy. He wasn’t doing things the way I wanted him to do. I had found some weird bugs in my bathroom and so I called and the manager came back with the new guy. They sprayed around the windows with something a little more strong and it’s been better. If I had any kind of problem, issue or complaint, they’ve always been good about sending somebody higher up the ladder. I appreciate that. I’d tell anybody that Terminix does a good job.

We were having ants and spiders so we called Terminix whom we've been dealing with for years. A Terminix man came and asked where the crawlspace was and I opened it up for him. But then he said, “Well, I haven't got my jumpsuit for going down. I'll have to do that next time”. He just sprayed around the outside and he didn’t come back a few days. I called up and said, “Hey, that’s not acceptable. If he ain’t going to do it, then let me know. Then we'll get somebody who does”. Terminix made him come back and he wasn’t happy about that.
My wife was there when he got back out and he got down in the crawlspace. It was dirty but he went in there and he sprayed it so we haven't really had too much problem since then. It wasn't too bad after the service. We just had to light a fire under his butt to get him to do it. We see a spider every once in a while but we haven't had the ants and earwigs which were one other big thing. I've been happy with Terminix and I'd recommend them.

Terminix has done a wonderful job. It was easy to schedule the service with them and their people were friendly, professional, were on time and got everything done. We thought we had termites but we did not. It was flying ants. I really appreciate their honesty for not saying we had termites and treating us for something that didn't need to be treated. We paid for the extrusion which was like $2,000.
One tech did the treatment and the other one sealed out the house. They were very personable and they made me feel like I was more than a customer. They were concerned and wanted to take care of our needs. I did not feel rushed when they were talking to us to get to the next customer. I figured that we live in an old house and that it would take more than half a day to close all the little cracks up. My husband saw two mice since then. But as long as they are able to follow through with the services on a timely basis because we pay for a year, I will be happy a camper. So far, I'm happy with the service and I would recommend them.

I specifically told Randy about the brick wall leading from the day room into the kitchen and the roaches are in the lining where the brown bricks lay on top of another. I also told him about the crack in the seam in the kitchen where the counter is. I asked him to make sure he gets those areas because that’s where they’ve been at. He said he got them and after he left, about a week later, I kept seeing them. They were flying around in the bedroom and they’re in the living room and it’s like he didn’t even spray in the kitchen area and the day room where they’re really, really bad. I turned on the light one night, about 29 days after he initially came and sprayed, and saw roaches covering my Chihuahua’s feeding bowl. I pulled out the stand I had in the corner and there were so many of them.
I know I’m not supposed to use any other products, but I didn’t have a choice. I went to the store the first thing that morning and got a can of Raid. The infestation was so bad in the lining of the brick, so I sprayed that corner and it was amazing. I took a photo before I swept them up because two months from now, Randy will come back and I want to show him what happened after he left. Overall, I would still use Terminix, but I need to make sure Randy gets those areas the next time he comes back because I don’t like to have to use a different product. Except for the last few times, my experience with Terminix has been fantastic and I have recommended them to anybody who had a problem with roaches.

Terminix has been out here twice and it’s only been a month since I started with them. Every time I call them out for a rat bait station, they seem to never come with the rat bait station and I wish they did. At first, I didn't have the rats like that, but now they're everywhere. That's why I need Terminix to come back as often as they can. I also need to kill some more roaches. Other than that, scheduling with Terminix was easy and the person who came did a good job. They’ve sent out the same guy and I like him. I'll recommend somebody else to Terminix.

He found some termites in his latest inspection and they were in a tree that was at the corner of the house. He said they’ll cut the tree down and dig a little trench around that particular area to make sure they’re not in the house. That hadn’t happened. He told me that they’d take care of it, yet I have not seen them but that’s all right.

I’ve had Terminix for 8 years. They call ahead of time and they let me know when they’re coming. It usually works out fine and if I have a conflict, I've been able to call and have it changed. They also call or send us an email to let us know that the work has to be postponed because of something. They’re very professional. They come here and if I'm home, I usually meet them at the door and they talk about what they’re gonna do and then they come back and say what they’ve done. They give me the receipt of what they’ve done and it’s very good. They’ve done fine on everything and we don’t have any of the bugs that we had originally. Whatever Terminix has been doing, it’s been keeping the bugs away. Overall, it’s been a great service and we appreciate it. We’ll keep it up.

The gentleman from Terminix that came out to spray the home the first time took an hour because of how thorough he was inside and out. Recently, I responded to an email that it was time to get our house sprayed again. The representative was quick and set up a time that was convenient for our family. My husband asked the technician to spray in the basement, in another part of the house as well as inside and he accommodated him. The service has helped a lot in controlling the pest activity in our home and we're satisfied with it. It was a professional and personalized service.

Terminix comes once a year and they call us for the schedule and if we have a problem with the date, we tell them and they reschedule another time. Their technician recently came out and inspected everything and he said everything was good. He was really nice and I’d hate to crawl up on this house but he did. He looked around the outside of the house, went on to the house and he did what he was supposed to do. We’ve been with Terminix for 27 years and we’re very satisfied with them.

I was sure I got rid of the bugs but instead of that, it was on a chair I bought off Facebook. The techs from Terminix sprayed that chair and I threw it away. I was going to spray it again with some stuff and there were little bitty ones. The tech looked over it and they just hatched. We got rid of the chair real fast. A guy came back and he wanted to know how things were. I told him it was fine. They're supposed to come back to see if they have any more sign and spray one more time but they haven’t showed up yet.
I’m disappointed in Terminix but I’m not going to say I wouldn’t tell somebody about them because they did an awesome job. They came in here and they sprayed and explained to me that there were some things I shouldn’t have done. I cleaned out the room, packed everything up and took it out. They said I shouldn’t have done that because I disturbed the bugs. Overall, I'm not too happy with my experience with Terminix but it was still a satisfying experience. And as much as it cost me, it was fast.

Terminix was to come and put in a sump pump. They had to put in a fan and it took them over three weeks to get to it. They gave me a package deal where they would do moisture barrier and spray the mold. I thought it was a good idea at the time but they're pretty slow. I’m in the middle of moving that came up as part of the inspection and they were supposed to be servicing that as we went along. That was the third sump pump in four years. They were putting them incorrectly.
Also, the scheduling sometimes works out good but then you go through a call center sometimes and it takes forever. Several times I talked with their reps because I had tried to get through to find out what was going on. The communication between the call center to the local area, they didn't seem to have that going. I was told that they're coming in on this day and they're not here. I finally got through again, but they were, "that's not scheduled until the next week." The people I've spoken to generally were trying to do what they were supposed to do. But, some place along the line, they've lost communication with each other. When they finally got here, the installer seemed to know what he was doing. But, when I found that I'd get another inspection, they didn’t have the right valve. So, I got to get them back to do that. Overall, it's a slow process with them. They should do bugs and mold and shouldn't do certain parts of that business.

One of our neighbors had termites and that got me a little burnt so I wanted Terminix to come in and do a termite inspection. Scheduling was a quick process and then they did a very thorough inspection. They checked out all lanais. There was some damage to the base of the lanai that I was concerned might have been insect-based but after they examined it they said, "No." It had nothing to do with insects. It was just weather/water damage.
They went ahead and they implanted the pods all around the house. The guys were very clean and very professional. My wife's got some health problems so I asked them not to spray inside and they were willing to do that. We had a lot of ant activity outside in the front of the house so they treated that. They did a good job. They used a lot of natural insecticides that are not harmful to the environment.
Since then the pest activity has diminished to the point where it's almost non-existent. Terminix would come every three months and treat the outside. Once a year they check the pods that they implanted in the lawn for the termites. The technician said that everywhere you go in Florida there are subterranean termites. Sometimes you're lucky they don't go into your house but other times they do but these pods that they implanted will attract the termites away from the house and eventually kill them. I would highly recommend Terminix. I was very pleased with their service. They appeared to be very knowledgeable concerning their business.

Scheduling our service with Terminix is easy. We can do it online or over the phone. Their rep typically answers the phone and I've never had her not answer the phone. She's also always able to schedule pretty quickly. For our yearly inspection, a guy from Terminix came out to check for termites. However, we had to call for an extra inspection because we started seeing some stuff. But we had somebody else come out a couple of days later. Both were good and we've always had good service. Shirley, the woman who always comes out, is very thorough and does a good job. We've never had any pest activity since our service and we're happy with it. It is definitely worth the cost.

It's been wet where we live and it’s the first time we’ve had pest problems. My husband called Terminix to come and spray for some millipedes that we had inside and out. Scheduling was convenient and the guy that came out was nice. We saw the pests again about a week later and the fellow that sprayed came right back for no charge. He did his job and he answered questions I had. Everything was very good and we haven't had any problems since then but we'll definitely call them back if there’ll be a need.

I saw ants on the floor, so I called Terminix and asked when was the next scheduled appointment and I asked if they could come a little earlier. They were scheduled to come on the 6th of July, but nobody came. So, my husband called and they said they were sending someone out on the 16th which was fine. The man came and he sprayed around the house. I brought him in and I told him I want him to spray on each one of the floors because I don't want to take any chances. He sprayed but he used something different because before him, they always used this long thing and when they spray, a little bit of white powder stuff would come out. But this time, he didn’t use that. He used a spray out of a can. The next day after they sprayed, I saw ants.
I hadn’t had any problem since that one time in 2010 when ants were all over my sofa. So, the lady said, when they spray real good, I won't see anything. If I do see a bug, they're dead. I don’t mind seeing them dead. I just don’t want to see anything crawling up my wall. Nevertheless, I like Terminix and it's just this one time this has happened. And they scheduled to send somebody out tomorrow.

I’m on a program with Terminix where I get one free service and then after that, it’s $79. I called and set up a service and they're supposed to be coming at 1:25, Saturday. I've had one technician so far and he was great with me. He showed me what the stuff was and I was very pleased with him. He was nice and did a good job. He explained to me everything he was doing and I liked that.

I’ve been using Terminix for at least 25 years now. They recently came for my scheduled annual termite inspection and I was very satisfied. They called and it was great dealing with them on the phone. Their technician was great. He was very courteous, professional and thorough. The pest activity is controlled now. I was very happy with them but I wasn't happy with the price. I have a pest treatment in the house but I’m on Social Security now and it’s harder to do that so I use my own system to control them.

I've always been satisfied with the service, the technicians, and the scheduling with Terminix. They come on time and when they're supposed to. And a lot of times I'm not even home but I know what they’ve done. They always send me an email saying that they're going to come on this day, but if I need to change it, then I just need to contact them. And I've never had a problem with them coming if I need to reschedule. They were always very polite and talked with me. If I've had a problem with ants or something, they come back. In fact, the last time, they gave me some little ant poison things because I had a lot of those little red ants in my kitchen. And that got rid of them.

We have a yearly appointment with Terminix to check the termites. They came out about a month ago and we had a satisfactory experience with them. The reps previously called but we were out and missed their call. They left a message on our telephone, wondering when we would be here. The technician made an appointment but we happened to be a little late in getting back. He waited for us and he checked the house inside and out. He did a good job and was right on the money. Things have been going fine with Terminix. They've done a good job and we don't have any problem with pest activity.

Thomas is a very nice technician from Terminix. He is a good man and he did a wonderful job for me recently. I prefer him because he does a good job whenever he comes out. He answers all of my questions and I like the way he explains everything which teaches us a lot about pest control. We still have some pests, but the situation is not bad as it was before and my wife says that it's a lot better. Once in a while, she gets bothered and wants something laid out. We still come on treatments and that surely handles the situation. Terminix regularly comes out for quarterly service and the next service schedule we got is on the 31st. All the services of Terminix have been going well and everything is all right with me and the family.

We had Terminix come out for bed bugs and ants at home and it has been a very favorable experience. They had great customer service and their follow-up and performance were top-notch. The representatives were forthcoming. I had a small wait to get through them because they had a high volume of calls, but once an operator got on, they directed me to the right branch and to someone who serviced the area since we were in a rural area. Also, their technician was very informative and the timeframe was within the allotted time slot. He was very thorough in his job and was very informative on the steps to follow up and said that they will schedule another appointment to come out. We're waiting for that now, but the pest activity had a positive change and it was a good thing that I did not notice any insects. Overall, it was a hassle-free experience. Their technicians were very experienced and knowledgeable about the job.

Terminix came to my house a few weeks ago because my neighbors had some roaches infesting their house. They moved out and the roaches scattered across the neighborhood so the roaches got in my house. Scheduling with Terminix was good and their reps were fairly well. Their technician is super good too. He does his job 100% but as far as the chemicals that they use inside, it doesn’t work. Either the roaches at my house were gangsters, but the things weren’t dying. The things weren’t going away. I don’t know if there were just way more roaches than normal but I was literally killing about 100 a day inside my house. They just kept multiplying.
Eventually, I got sick of it after Terminix had been to my house four times so I went to Walmart and bought some Combat and that seemed to work better than anything Terminix did. Maybe Terminix can find out what’s in Combat and put it in their chemicals. I’m renting the house. I didn’t pay for the pest control. My landlord is paying for it but I feel like he wasted money because it absolutely did nothing. I think it pissed the roaches off more than anything. I don’t know if these are alien roaches or what but they just kept coming. Terminix was at my house three to four times within a week and a half and it absolutely did nothing.

I love Terminix and I’ll never drop the contract with them ever. They're here last Thursday and they were great. The only thing is that I scheduled the service for later in the day and they came early. And sometimes that doesn’t always work because I’m not here, but I happened to be here that day. But interactions with the technician were good and Terminix is really efficient as well. They know their job and what they're doing. And since the service with them, I haven't seen any pests.

However, we’re beginning to experience a few bugs and we need to get a hold of Terminix. They said everything was guaranteed. We had Terminix to spray for ants, but two weeks later, there were still some. So, we called the gentleman. Scheduling was handled well. Terminix was probably setting up another date for them to come out to do the second spraying. The tech came out to spray around again. He took care of things for us. Like this tech, everyone who we had from Terminix from the beginning was good and very cordial and polite. Since the second spraying, we haven’t had any ants. Everything went very well and it was a very good experience with Terminix. They’re very professional and I’m pleased with their service.

The first time the inspector from Terminix came, she told me what I paid for and what they were going to do. She was very nice and professional to me. Then a guy came over a couple of days later and sprayed outside and around the house. He didn’t do the inside of the house. I called back and then the guy who came did a couple of spots. He didn’t do the whole house again, which I didn’t like. The contract says inside and out. There were ants all under the sink but he didn’t even open that up. When I talked to the inspector because I had ants in my lawn, she said that they’d take care of that. They’d fill the stuff out there and try to kill the ants. They didn’t do that, either. So while the people who came were nice, it doesn’t go on the scale. I'm not very satisfied with their work and I want them to come out and do what they got to do this year and finish it up.

I called Terminix because I was concerned about seeing spiders, silverfish and different pests very frequently. We've been with them for three years now for quarterly service. I get an email letting me know when the tech is coming out to do the service and, often, the technician also calls the day before and on the day of the service. We've had three technicians that have come out for service and they're very familiar with our home. We've had a change of technician in less than a year, but now our regular person comes out and services our home.
I really wish that Terminix also does pest control of little gophers or rodents. But other than that, they do the service very quickly and efficiently. A beehive developed once on one of our windows and they came out nearly within the day to take care of that. I'm happy that they’re very responsive. They also come back when we need service between the quarterly visits. Since we've had the service, the pest activity in our home has definitely decreased, So, we've had a good experience with Terminix and I would recommend them.

We had an infestation of roaches. Terminix has been coming out every two weeks helping to get rid of the roaches. They’ve done great and we've really seen a huge improvement. The roaches are about gone - not completely gone but Terminix has definitely made the situation a lot better. A man came out a couple of times and then we had a girl the last time. They’ve all been super friendly and helpful. My father has stage 4 lung cancer and they've been really accommodating not to spray anything or do anything that will bother his breathing because smells really bother him. It's been a wonderful experience with Terminix.

I started with Terminix in another house and I was really happy with the service so I continued on when I moved into our other house about a few years ago. I've been with Terminix for about six years now and have routine maintenance so I really haven't had any problems crop up from that stand point. I never have any problems in the house after they come out. When I needed one follow up for a treatment, they came out right on time and I didn't have any problem getting them. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. The issue I've been having in the house had to do with brown recluse spiders. Not only did he come out and show me what I needed to do but he also talked about how they lived and what attracts and deters them. So it helped me do self treatment later on. Terminix takes care of business and it's all good.

Terminix has me on a schedule and before they come, they'll e-mail me and tell me when they're coming out. I put them on the calendar and I know they're coming ahead of time so that I can keep my dogs in and they're not eating the medication. Terminix has been great and a lot of my experience has been fun the whole year, depending on who the technician is. The guy I have now who does my house is wonderful and excellent. He comes out, has his duster and goes around dusting all the cobwebs off. But last summer, I had to call them because I kept getting ants. The gentleman who came out was not my usual guy and was not too nice. Then somebody else came and gave me a separate second spraying but he insisted that there were no ants. Finally, another gentleman came out and he was really nice and took care of the problem.

Terminix is the only pest control that I’ve ever experienced that's thorough and follows through with what they say they’re going to do. I like them. They've been great and been out as soon as I called them. Their technicians were all professionals and did their job well. They were also courteous and wonderful. Terminix gave me good service. The technician came within a couple of days and he did very well with me. The last guy that came out gave me more information than anybody did. He also told me that there was a yearly contract with Terminix. I want to make sure that if something comes back, it is covered. The technicians seemed to do well but I heard different stories from different people that came out.
It’s been two weeks and I stay home all the time and I try not to let anybody in the house because I don’t want to do things again. I sit in the couch a lot and I was getting bitten and now it’s been scaring me to sleep on the couch because that’s where I used to sleep all the time and I know I’m the one that brought the pests in here. I don’t go anywhere because I’m terrified that I might get bitten by these things. My skin is very sensitive to everything and I still have scars in my body and things that itch but the itchiness started to go away from the first time they bit it. The technicians did a very good job and I’m hoping the pests are gone.
I wanted to get things going and done because I want to get back in and get things cleaned up. I have neighbors that are real close and I have read and heard that the pests can crawl 30 feet to get to my house. If I get them again, it’s going to cost me again and I can’t afford $1100 and do it every time. I’m satisfied with Terminix and will recommend them to other people.

Terminix has completed a routine perimeter spraying in our house about a month ago. The spraying is done every three months and setting up a schedule is very simple. They also give us plenty of notice so that worked with our schedule too. They sprayed in twice both outside and inside the house, and so far, I haven’t seen any type of insect. Overall, Terminix is really great, everything’s fine, and we have no problems with them.

Terminix came and did a follow-up treatment for bed bugs recently. We've also had contracts with them for a long time with our termite problem. The Terminix representatives and technicians are good. They were very professional and satisfactory in alleviating the problem. However, they haven't billed me so I have to call them and find out. I don't want them to think that I don't want to pay or anything like that. Nevertheless, I would recommend Terminix.

We had some bees building a house inside my house. I called and told Terminix that I needed a person to come out for it and they were out here within a couple of days. It was very easy and the rep whom I spoke with on the phone was very nice. She was able to answer any question I had. The tech that came was awesome and very nice as well. We've had him for a couple of years now. He came two days early because he knew I had a day care. He wanted to make sure that the bee problem was taken cared of and it was. I have always been very happy with the service.

They give us a fair warning before coming out to do the service and their techs ask us if there’s any area that needs attention. My most recent experience with Terminix has been very positive. We had their service on a rental house. Renovations were done on it and we had a bug bloom right after that. During renovations, rotten wood, which is said to attract bugs, were found. When they go under there and are disturbed, they'll go into the house. That's when I called Terminix. Scheduling the service, however, was aggravating. It's been a hit and miss. I had problems getting a hold of the folks. They told me that what they would do is initially setup for every two weeks for three treatments but that didn't happen. They told me that it's a seven-day life cycle and then it was broken. It seemed like they were doing it every nine days. There hasn't been time to get more then start again.
I finally called the national number and they trickled my concern back down. What happened was the guy who came out and did the initial service left them and nobody was picking up his job. We had to play catch-up but Terminix has been very helpful since then. We've got a new service guy on this route. He called the day before to setup the appointment and made sure that was still a good time. He texted me to let me know that he was 25 minutes away from our house and he arrived on time. He was dressed appropriately and has a clean vehicle, which is impossible these days with the rain and the dirt rounds around me. He was very polite and knowledgeable and covered all the areas that I asked him to cover.
The garage and carport are all taken into consideration when they measure it out to see what they're going to charge. They should put the baits in the cars as well. The car got colonized but thankfully my truck was not affected badly. We have a laundry room and storage area on one side of the carport and the house is on the other side. If you're spraying on both sides of it and the car is parked there, I told them that if the house is taken care off, the bugs are still in the car. They then took care of the truck, which the other guys wouldn't do. I've had great service from Terminix, actually better than I expected. I live way out in the boondocks and the people that do service around these areas drive a long and they're usually in a real big hurry. I've not had that problem with them. Since the service our pest activity is getting better.

My Terminix experience was very good. My house went from a place where I didn’t want to try to sleep in to now I’m happy to be home and it’s because of the hard work of the Terminix guy. He was professional and he saved the day. I had a very tough week and everything got goofed up. We’ve had a little bit of something in the living room and I'd liked for them to come and do whatever. Someone from Terminix came out to spray because we had wasps in our land outside. He also sprayed our mailbox and we haven’t had any wasps come back. Scheduling the service works really well. We just call to make an appointment on a day that gives us our time span and we just make sure somebody is home. It's been great. Terminix does a really good job.

I used Terminix years ago and they were good. I had a good experience so when I had an ant problem, I figured I’d call them again. Everything was easy when I scheduled my service. A nice guy came and sprayed all over inside and outside the house. He was very friendly and helpful. He’s also in the right job and I could tell he likes what he does. He was very good too and the ants are gone. Aside from the ants, the other problem too was that I had some water around my house that shouldn’t have been there. There’s a little faucet that was dripping and that didn't help. I got that taken care of as well. They were efficient, thorough and friendly at Terminix and I would recommend them.

I've had Terminix since I bought the house. When I moved in, there were a lot of problems with the ants and some spiders and we got them knocked out of the way. However, you're not going to stop them 100% no matter who you are and how much you spray. I'm surrounded by farmlands. There are about 90 homes and the rest of them are fields so you're going to have lots of insects and rodents. You're still going to get a bug now and then but Terminix helps. Now, the pest activity is not bad. The earwigs were trying to get in but not as bad as I've seen them in the past.
Terminix comes out here quarterly and does the outside. I usually pay by the year but they contact me and tell me when they're going to be here. Over the years, there have been a couple of times when I had some ants and Terminix would come back out. They'd find the problem and take care of it. I had one of the original guys that was really good. He was there for quite a while but moved to a different route. Since then, I've had quite a few different youngsters. But, they all come out and try to do a good job.

I just got my Terminix service this year. I had a lot of millipedes and other critters coming in under the wall that I hadn't had in previous years. Terminix has been here once and they came back to take care of it again. The technician came in between regular service calls and it seems like it helped. It was easy setting up the schedule and the rep was awesome on the phone. Their technicians have been great. They are very polite, well-mannered, and informative because I ask a bunch of questions and they always answer my questions. They're also quick and gets the job done and out. Since the service, the pest activity has been down tremendously. We have a wall that is not well-sealed and down at the entryway where the door is loose, there's a little bit of a problem. But it's much better. It has been well-worth my time and money.

At my other house in the city I lived in called Termitehill, the whole area was in bad shape. When the house next to this pool was demolished, the termites started invading everybody else's property. So I went ahead and got pest control to protect my home before I ever got any termites. When I moved to this house, I also got pest control service because I’m in and out so much and I have animals. I’ve been with Terminix for years and I've always found them dependable and excellent. I have regular service quarterly. I've also got woods behind my house and I have two Siberian Huskies in my backyard. So when Terminix offered the mosquito treatment, I decided to try it since the stuff they use for it is organic. The treatment is something new and they started it a couple of years ago but they only do it during the summer months. I first had it in July and they did the second one in August.
They are always good about scheduling. They always call me the night before to let me know and remind me when they're coming. And if there is an issue, they'll rearrange it. I've had the same technician for years and I've known him forever. He's always super nice and if there's an issue and I have to have him come because there's something in between the treatment, he always comes out almost immediately. Also, on the day they came to do the mosquito activity, there was a chance of rain the next day. Then we had some rain during the night and they came back the next day and re-sprayed. They're good about doing that.

Terminix comes once a year and they alert me when they’re coming. We've had more than one technician come by yearly, one was a female and most of them have been male. I accompanied the Terminix technician around the basement and the garage. He also checked on the outside. I understand what he's doing and he explains when I have a question. We had some problems in the past but they've always been taken cared of one way or another. I know what they look for and if I were to see something, I'd noticed it. Because of settling on the ground, the floor broke and the termites had gone up through the crack and went into the cardboard boxes in the middle of the garage. This is very unsettling knowing that the way the protection works is to protect the periphery of the garage and assume that the termites are potentially there. The people found them when they were redoing the house over 20 years ago.
The original technicians went around the basement and garage. Then they bored holes and injected their materials in the holes. Then, we had some work done on the house which had involved the people going into the garage. They found out there were termites in the wall and many technicians had to come out and go into the garage. They were still boring holes and injecting material but the technician had to redo it. I remember the person who redid it was quite upset with the job that had been done before. Ever since then, we've been aware but there could be termites under the floor but they couldn't bore a hole and go down and go after them that way because the method no longer involves the business of boring holes around the interior of the house and the outside.
Terminix backed it up and I think it's worth whatever it claims to be saying. Many years ago, the first technician came by and he found termites. We're next to parkland and parkland trees are growing right up close to us. He went out and checked those and finding what was in there. He laid out what the problems are and the kind of protection needed in the first place. We’re fighting this the whole time and I've never let go of the idea that it's year after year and I hope that if something were to happen, the activity would be noticed.

The first time I called Terminix for service, it went real smoothly. The technician that came out here was wonderful. He was very good, polite and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and did a great job, and his service was above and beyond what I anticipated. He saw some wasp nests and he took care of them, even though we hadn’t talked about wasps. But the mice are still present and someone from Terminix will put an order in to get the mouse traps delivered. Actually, I was expecting the technician that I had here earlier to come back with some mouse traps, but I haven’t seen him.

I had a couple of bugs in my place and I submitted my information to Terminix and they contacted me. The gentleman rep reached out in a very timely manner, but I was extremely busy when he called. Normally, I don't pick up calls at such times and I also didn't recognize the phone number of Terminix, but I picked up his call and let him know that I was in a meeting and I asked him to call me back in 10 minutes. He called me back on the dot after 10 minutes and I set up an appointment for a service call. The technician that came out did very well and he did an awesome job. I’m supposed to call Terminix back to schedule a follow-up service so they can come back out. Both gentlemen, the salesperson that took care of me initially and the technician that came out, were topnotch and extremely professional.

We were moving in a which had a serious cockroach problem. It was awful in here. The Terminix representative that called to set up the appointment was perfect. Their technician comes out every three months and had come out around six times. Every time we call him, he was right here. Recently, they came out and sprayed for cockroaches and we haven’t seen any pest activity since then. It took forever, but overall, they're great and just what I expected.

I was with Sears years ago. When they quit, I got grandfathered in to Terminix and I got the best end of the deal. I couldn’t pay everything at once because I’m alone and I don’t have a whole lot of income. Yet they're very good in helping me. They come once a month to spray and every two or three months for the termite thing. They send me an email and tell me when they’re coming, and if I am not available when they plan it, I just email them back and tell them I have to get a new date.
The people from Terminix are awfully nice and friendly. They’re willing to listen to my complaints if I have any, and they’re more than eager to try to satisfy me with whatever I ask for. The techs also know what they’re doing and they do a good job. But in our most recent experience a couple of weeks ago, Rick came and sprayed the house. And whatever he did or didn't do has not solved our problems about the little roaches. I meant to call them about this and this is the first time I’ve had to call.
Also, occasionally, I’ve had to remind the techs to go around and get the spider webs outside. I've had to ask them to spray for fleas, too, because that’s all part of my plan. They can’t remember to do it, but when I ask, they do it. The pest activity has been very minimal since the service. But with all this rain and heat, I keep my house cool, so I guess that’s part of why I have some pests. I’m not roach-free all the time but when I call them, they come again. It’s been a very satisfying experience with Terminix. I couldn’t ask for a better company.

We’re going on our second year with Terminix. I have the quarterly service with them. Terminix calls me when they’re coming out and they also ask me if I have any concerns. If there are any, we tell them and they come and take care of it. Their technicians have been nice and courteous. One of the things I like about them is that I don’t even know that they’re here. They come, they do their job, and then, they’re gone. But everything works well and they do a follow-up. Since we’ve had Terminix, pests are non-existent in the interiors and they’ve had addressed the concerns we’ve had outside.

I used Terminix before and I re-associated with them when the house had to have a bug inspection for a refinance. Terminix comes in, spray once a month and then they check things down such as termites and other things around the house. But I’m about to cut off the bill since I don't need all that spraying and I can do my own spraying around the house from now on. But overall, I haven’t had any termite infestation since I’ve been dealing with Terminix.

When I bought this house seven years ago, there were some bugs so I got a contract with Terminix for pests. They come out quarterly and more if I need them. This is at no extra charge, plus scheduling that service is really easy. The guy that does the spraying and termite control is Mark and he calls us personally a day or two before the schedule and checks if a certain time is going to be okay with us. He is also conscientious and does a good job. There's very little pest activity in the house now and I had recommended Terminix to the neighborhood weeks ago. There was an error on my bill with my recent experience with them but that was resolved.

Terminix sends email when I'm scheduled for service and I make sure I'm available at that time. I let them know if I'm not available. They come every quarter and the service was excellent. Our exterminator always comes by and knows exactly what to do. He’s been with us for three years. I've had no problems since I've been with Terminix.

We have a woodhouse so we had always used some home remedy stuff for termites and pests around and we didn't want to do that anymore. We've always had Terminix, but we didn't know that they took care of wasps and that was the main reason we called them. Scheduling over the phone was fine and the reps were courteous. Also, the two technicians that came were very knowledgeable. They came and put some termite control out, then they did some other pest control for the wasps. We had a pretty big wasp problem so they didn't want to over-treat and put too many chemicals around the house. But they came back and got it the second time, so I'm very pleased. The wasps are gone now so we'll continue to use Terminix. The whole experience from start to finish was good.

Terminix does my termite control and they also did the waterproofing in my crawlspace. All the people that I've dealt with have been extremely polite and knowledgeable. The techs always show up within the time frame they quote, so we have had very good luck with them. Usually, we would get a text message and also an email whenever they're coming out. If they see a problem with the bushes, they let me know and they'll do the treatments.

I’ve had Terminix for a few years now and it’s always been a good experience with them. Since I started with this company, the pest activity has really decreased. I have a quarterly service with them. Before they come out, they always call to let me know when they’ll arrive. I’ve had a couple of different technicians who came here and each one of them has been really good. And if I have a problem in between the quarterly visits, the techs from Terminix come right up and help me with it as a courtesy.

I had no problem in scheduling with Terminix. They left a message on the phone and said that they were coming at a certain time. They came and checked on stuff and said everything was fine. Their technician was very efficient. Since then, pest activity has been non-existent. I've lived here for three years but my husband and his other wife had had Terminix before I arrived, so the continued service has made a difference. I’ve recommended them. There’s a young lady that is considering buying a house that she is presently renting and I suggested to her last night that she might want to call Terminix after she decides whether she’s gonna buy it or not.

I felt we needed a pest control company. I get spiders, but not too many. Things fly in and out because I occasionally have doors open and that’s okay too. Ten three times in the last two weeks, one of the cats has brought me part of a snake. But then I use Terminix for termites only and they come for annual inspections. I got an email and a phone call that had scheduled the appointment and if it had been an inconvenient time, I could change it.
It’s the same technician who comes to our house and he’s very thorough and friendly. He's here when he's supposed to be here and I wasn't waiting around extra time. He came last time for the annual inspection and that was his third or fourth visit to us. He goes around and seems to know what he’s doing and he goes about doing it with no inconvenience to me. He didn’t let the cats which could've been an issue since one of them's hard to catch. He did what he was supposed to do, was finished in about the right amount of time and I signed off on it and everything was fine. I've not had an issue with the termites since I’ve used Terminix which was the reason I hired them in the first place. I've been very satisfied with Terminix.

I've had Terminix service at this house for almost 19 years. Recently, they came and did an interior inspection. Usually, they come quarterly for termites. They're really good about letting me know when they're coming and showing up on time. Scheduling with them's pretty good. I can either call and they'll schedule something as soon as they can which is usually within a couple of days. Or I can get online which I'm often too lazy to do. Their reps are always very helpful. They try to get me in as soon as possible when I call. The technicians that come to my house are my favorite. They're terrific. There has been one gentleman who's been servicing my house since the beginning. I hate bugs and they should not be in my house. And so the guy helped me with that. He's always super kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. He always ask me if there is anything else and tries to be as helpful as possible.
Since the latest service, I've seen a couple of roaches in my basement which sent me off the charts. But I don't see them alive, I see them dead. And my technician always says, "Well, if they're dead, it's working." They should be out of my house and don't ever come in. Dead or alive, I don't want them. But other than that, they've been very friendly, nice and accommodating. I don't feel threatened when they come into my house which is important since I'm here by myself most of the time.

Outside our house, there's a little spider, ant or a cockroach here and there but that's what we get for living in Florida. We can't get away from bugs no matter how clean our home is. Every time my mom sees a little bug, she calls Terminix. She knows the one guy that comes and takes care of the house and she's very happy when he shows up and they get it taken care of. They come zipping all out and they're gone. The guys also comes out to check for termites once a year or whenever he does. Everything is great. It's been a delightful experience with Terminix.

We shopped around, and Terminix's price was better. They're cheaper than Orkin. Contacting Terminix and scheduling is easy. They email and call to let us know what they have open. After the first time, we haven't had any problems. They also come back every three months to spray. They email and call to let us know what they have open. The techs are very nice. The last one was very friendly. He let us know what he was doing and that it won't hurt the animals or my pregnant daughter. This time of the year, spiders were a little bit worse, but it’s getting better since the technician has been here. We had a good experience with Terminix.

Scheduling service with Terminix works out okay sometimes but last time, they emailed us that they were coming out and it was strange to us because we usually get a call a night before. But that time, we did not get a call and they never showed up. So I called the company and the rep said that was weird and that we were not scheduled for that day. She said she doesn't know who sends out the emails but it was an error and to disregard it. She told us when our schedule date was but they didn't show up that time either.
After us calling, we finally got a call from Terry, the guy who comes here. He said that he ran into some issues and told us when he would be here and he showed up when he said so. We like Terry very well. He's very thorough and he helps us a lot. However, the scheduling took three tries and the problem was Evelyn was at home every one of those times. We were a little upset with that, but it had nothing to do with Terry. It's the company itself that messed up. Also, I don't like the fact that the price keeps jumping up. I can accept that it comes up $3 or $4 once a year but Terminix has been taking big hikes. They just gave an $8 hike, which is a bit much for people on social security, and it has not even been a year since the last hike.

Terminix has been coming over for ten years. They come once a year for termites. One time the termite man came and I asked him about roaches 'cause we're seeing a few of them and I didn't know where they were coming from. This was the first time we ever had roaches. He said that somebody else comes for insects and roaches, so I called Terminix and two techs came out. They said, "We're putting this down but call us, so we can come back in 10 days." That's where I had a problem. I called, they came and two times, I saw the note on my door where they'd been here. I didn't even know they were coming. They said they knocked on the door and I said I wouldn't have heard them if they knocked on the screen door. The next time I asked if they would call before they came and they didn't do that.
The people that came were all right and they did a good job. Oscar came last year and he was the best one that we've had lately. Whoever came before Oscar was all right too. However, the termite tech got the wooden pegs that they have outside. One of the pegs broke off and it looked like he would have put a new peg in the ground for when he came again, but he didn't do that. He wasn't as thorough as he could have been. Overall Terminix did okay. Their price isn't good, but since their service, I haven't seen any pests.

He always wears his booties when he's inside the house and he's very responsible. He also caught things for us in a mouse trap so that's awesome. I had begun to see cockroaches some time around May, so I decided to call Terminix. But when I talked to their rep, it wasn't a good experience. The person said that they scheduled me for one day and did everything. So we were waiting on them to come that day, so my son, Kevin, decided to call to see what was the problem and if they were coming, cause we had kind of taken things out of the cabinet. But the problem was whoever set the date didn't turn it in or she turned it in for herself. So they didn't come that day. We had to wait three or four days before the tech could come because he didn't know anything about it and then they called. The lady that we talked to got it checked, fixed and she called the tech. And then he called us. They were supposed to come on a Friday, but he couldn't get to us until that Monday because he had other engagements.
So because of the miscommunication with scheduling, their tech came the end of June. He came at the time he said he would be here. He went right on and sprayed all the inside and then he went around the outside and did all that. But still, they did good. Compared to when they started and sprayed, and then at the end, our cockroach problem is not like it was anymore. I see one or two now, so it's been a big improvement. But the guy that sprayed told me after three weeks that I need to call back, but I haven't. I'm thinking of getting him back cause I'm beginning to see a few more roaches. He left his card to call when I needed him to come back. My experience, other than with the scheduling, has been fine.

I called Terminix to setup a follow up regarding my ant problem. They came out the same day to treat it. They told me, if I had any problems again, just give them a call. I did have to call them back again a few days later but it worked this time. I have a routine schedule where they normally come out every couple of months, but when I need a follow up they come out the same day. After I started using Terminix’s services, it always seemed like the ants were gone.
I just moved in with my dad, but I had been dealing with them for about a year. That’s how I knew to call them about the ant situation in my dad’s house. They’ve come out three times, but I knew it was going to be hard to get rid of the ants in my father’s house. I think that he built on an ant’s house. It is easy to schedule online. After you schedule, they’ll call you and let you know they’re on their way. They'll send a picture of the person who's coming. I love it. When the technician came, he asked, “What's the problem?” I tell him, "It’s ants again." He then asked me, “What room?” I told him, "The kitchen." And he goes right up in there and to do his thing. The situation's gotten a lot better since. They do a really good job and it’s well-worth the price they charge.

I had a problem with ants in my theatre sunroom and it wasn't very good calling the Terminix number to schedule a service. Whenever I called to schedule, I wasn't able to get service for over a week. The rep was just looking at the schedule. The first day they got called was Monday and I wasn't going to be home on the Friday which was the time she had. So she said to go to the next week. The earliest appointment she was offering me was four days away and she said there was nothing else they could do. She said, "I'll put it on the schedule, I'll put a mark if someone can come back soon or to give you a call."
Luckily, I had the service person's direct number and I called him. I said, "I don't know what area you're working today or tomorrow but can you get here sooner than a week?" And the guy came by that afternoon and he was great doing the work. He inspected all the areas to find where the ants were coming from and how best to treat them. He came out and put a special bait in there. He's the same guy I have for my quarterly service. With Terminix' service, I don't have any pest activity.

We've been with Terminix since '69. We had taken over a contract when we bought our house. It was $30 a year then which was just for termite. And now the termite is between $200 and $300 a year. We have a quarterly service on pests and yearly on termites with Terminix. It used to be the same guy who comes but he was promoted. Now, we got another one. But everything's been positive, from the scheduling of the service to their staff.

When I first called Terminix, I had roaches and then they got me on a contract. I spoke with some of the workers in the office and they were nice. The transactions I had with their technicians were pleasant too. Michael was the first technician that came to my house and I've had him for a long time. Then Wyeth was the next technician that came out. Another technician, Jamal, does a good job whenever he comes out. These technicians have been very professional and concerned. From the start, they talked with me like they’ve known me for years and they made me feel comfortable. So, I'd rather keep the same technicians that Terminix had sent out before that I've known for a long time because they’ve been through here and they know what's going on here and whom they're working with. The experience I had with Terminix was nice and I'm happy with the service.

I called Terminix initially because of spiders. I've been using their service for about a year and a half now, and they've come out ever so often to spray. The most recent routine service went pretty well. Once though, they had to come back in between their routine services. The technician sprayed for spiders but they came back so I asked that Terminix spray again. The spiders have pretty much diminished since their service. They also caulked my house so it's all good and I appreciated it. Terminix did everything that I asked them to do and it's been a pleasant experience.

I have a quarterly service with Terminix, so they come on an automatic basis. Before their service, they always call to inform me when they would be here. The technicians they've sent out are usually the same. But since I’ve had Terminix for several years now, I experienced spikes twice with the pest activity. I had a lot of ants this year and a couple of years ago. But Terminix came back out and took care of the issue.

I had Terminix for bugs and outdoor pests and they were sloppy. I quit Terminix because they didn't do anything. They came in and squirted a little poison around and left. I understand the guy that was doing it got fired. My experience with their service was unsatisfactory.

We have a routine time for a quarterly spray and the technician from Terminix emails me a few days before to remind me and I also have an option of changing it. He was a very pleasant man. We test if I have any problems. I really appreciated this month when I came home. He had put mouse traps, the sticky ones, in the garage and that was very nice of him. I didn’t ask for anything. We have been using their service for 30 years regularly and we never really had a problem at all. They are always very kind, helpful, reliable, professional and courteous.

My son had a dog he did not treat for fleas. We got fleas in the house so I had to call for extra services. Scheduling with Terminix was easy and the technician was great. As far as the pest activity in your home, it's gotten better and I'm satisfied with everything. It was a great experience. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to a friend.

We have used Terminix for years and it's been ok. Now that we had an issue with Bat Bugs in our attic they have been an absolute disaster. First, we received 3 different prices from 3 different 'sales' reps all from the same office. Second, when we decided we needed to take care of the issue we paid in check. NEVER EVER give them a Check and honestly I'd not give them a dime until the work is completed. Third the salesman that came out told me the Bat bugs were Bed Bugs and made me pay to have them removed but then when the tech arrived a week later he was horrified to find out we were charged $963 for something we didn't need. Since it was in fact Bat bugs coming from our attic and it's covered under the Pest Policy we already have with them. So now I've been trying to get that money back for a service we never had since the end of June... It's now September 1st!!!!
The other part of the project was to clean our the old insulation in the attic and replace it with new product they say has a substance in it that will keep bugs and rodents out. A ton of men showed up that day for a job that needed maybe 2 or 3 guys. They proceeded to vacuum out the attic for hours then sit for the longest time doing nothing. I was told they had to go in and finish up the vacuuming but instead about 20 minutes later they start blowing the new insulation in. Another guy shows up and goes into the attic and realized that the men did not in fact finish the vacuuming out of the old insulation. So now they have to go back up and finish the work they were supposed to do do. 2 days later they finally finish the job... forget to put the lid back on the attic. Ugh. Again this was the end of June it's now September 1st.
Since this started we've tried calling customer service several times. Each time we have gotten the run around about the money we are due for a service that was not provided. $963!!! Everyone is always so "understanding" and want to be helpful but in the end no one has actually helped us. You can never get the same person on the phone because they apparently aren't allowed to give you their contact information but not a single person in customer service or their managers have actually followed through with what they have said they would do. I was finally told they would but me 2 checks to give us our money back for such a horrible experience some of which I have not even expressed on this review. I again was told they would be cut on September 1st and that I would receive an email from this manager and she'd call me on Monday. She never emailed, she never called and I've tried for 2 weeks to reach her to follow up.
Today is September 1st and again I'm getting the run around from yet another customer service rep. I have spent most of my 45 minutes on the phone on hold while she supposedly finds a manager. If I had my way I'd get in the car and drive to their corporate office in TN and talk to the CEO, Bill I believe his name is. And the owner of Service Master who owns Terminix. Our local branch is a joke, most the guys there are jokes minus 3 I've had contact with. Do yourself a favor and go with a small local company because as of now we are out $2,200 for work not provided and work done yet we still have the same issues weeks later. So did they do the work correctly?

My most recent experience with Terminix was very good. I had some spiders, roly polies and orange and black bugs, and they're gone. There might be a few bugs around but nothing crazy. Also, the reps at Terminix are very nice and I feel comfortable asking them questions. The techs are professional and they come on time. I'm very satisfied with my experience with Terminix. They're getting rid of the bugs and that's what I hired them for.

It was my first time to call Terminix and they came out pretty quickly. They found my problem and told me what they could do to solve it. Everything was fine with the technician.

The last time Terminix came out was when I initially called and got them out due to roaches. They only used two cans to start with. But they needed more since I had more than a couple of roaches. I called three weeks after that initial call out and tried to get them to come back out and they still haven't done it. I called the guy on a Friday and he told me he was going to get with them on Monday and find out exactly what day they could come out and he would let me know. I haven't heard anything back. They said they're supposed to come as many as times I need to in three months. I'm a union ironworker and I work crazy hours. It's not like I really got time to call. I should have had them call back and there shouldn't be an issue.

I had Tamron first because they had the number one rating on the internet, it was one fifth the cost of Terminix, which is why it wasn’t good. Terminix, on the other hand, according to the consumers’ feedback was, expensive but good. But so far, our experience with Terminix has not been pleasant. I had the inspector come in. We signed our contract. I gave them a check. Terminix scheduled the first treatment for bedbugs within a week. It took us 10 days, which was fine. We got them back but it was hard to get them to acknowledge the appointment. Then we discovered more bedbugs after the second treatment and we’re still trying to get them back.
I’ve called Terminix. I’ve talked to a service person. She says, she will email them. I told her that we need to get them out here because I’m having a whole house full of company and I don’t want them to take in something home with them. She says, “I’ll make it a priority email.” I asked to speak to the service manager or office manager before they come, just to make sure I’m available. That never happened. No second phone call, no nothing, no scheduled visit. Another phone call to the office, this time I was promised a phone call by the end of the day. That never happened.
The third phone call, I told this person I wanted to talk to a supervisor. I was denied that access. She says, “I’ll send a priority.” I said that they already did that. Then the person who I talked to said, management is scarce in that area. I said, “I know.” and that I have a manager’s personal phone number, which I called around the 14th and there was a voicemail message saying, “I’m on vacation until the 29th. Contact so and so by email.” We did that and nobody responded again.
Another phone call and finally last week, I told them I’m getting fed up. I want somebody to call me back again. They scheduled the treatment but nobody called us to see if we were available on that day and you couldn't contact anybody to confirm my availability. I canceled my appointment so that Terminix can come in time for my 50th wedding anniversary. They were supposed to come out on Friday but I still haven’t talked to a person. The mattress covers that they put on one of the single beds upstairs was part of the contract. It was damaged. It had a split in it and I was told by the technician, I need to call the office. How do you call the office? My wife and I are both really upset.
The first time they came, the two gentlemen were very nice and pleasant. The second application was a little different. He came by himself. He says, “I shouldn’t really be here but they sent me over anyway. I was not supposed to be here for this treatment.” And he was pleasant but he had other things that he was supposed to be doing that day but they sent him out. He seemed distracted. So far, I am satisfied with it, and I will recommend them if they get rid of the bugs.

We’ve been with Terminix for about four months now and it's been good. We have a recurring service with them for spiders and bees. But we got service from them last week because my wife called them due to some ground bees that I found. The tech who came was a new guy and he was excellent. He found another nest that I didn’t know was there. There are no pests in the house now.

We started out with a different termite company. Originally, when we bought this house in 1985, we knew we had termites and they treated it and they would come out and inspect. We've had the house treated several times, but then, the company was bought out by Terminix. Part of our house is an old house that was probably built in the '20s and the crawlspace is real tight. So, we had a little bit of problems in the past getting anybody to want to crawl underneath the house. I know there were two or three appointments before they finally did crawl underneath the house. I was a little irked by that. I understand they were big guys and they didn't fit in there. So, why would they send another big guy back to try and crawl underneath the house? Other than that, it all eventually got done.
In the past that we had Terminix, they did the bug control. They scheduled a time to come out and then they come out an hour early, and you're not there. And then, they go ahead and they say they do an inspection, but they don't. I find it more irritating than being late is when they come early. That has happened in the past but I think they were pretty well, on schedule.
